Whenever a service is due, our technician Kelvin normally calls the night before so I'd know he'd be coming. I get an email about it too. Kelvin is good and I like him. He is very helpful and when we have an issue with something, we just tell him and he takes care of it or tells us what else to do. Recently, he came to do the outside and we weren't there, but Kelvin knows he can go on in the gate.
We have these little ants that they come and go. When Kelvin comes, we tell him about it. He treats it and the ants will be gone for a while. But a little while later, they pop up in another area so we're just kind of used to that. But we've been very happy with our service from Terminix, with the tech, and with anybody that I've talked to on the phone. Everybody's been great.

We have a severe ant problem and we didn't have the money to get the stuff to take care of it ourselves. We had a discount on the Terminix plans and we went ahead and went with that. Setting up a routine was fairly easy. I got a quote online then I called the place and they agreed on the quote. We set up a date and time and when the Terminix came out for the first service, we had our bill and they did their thing.
The technicians were really friendly and kind. They talked to me just like anybody else and they were very professional. They got the job done. But they had to come back around because there were hidden spots and the ants were coming in from a little crack in the window. They looked around, found that problem and solved it. Since the service, the pest activity has gone down quite a bit. We see less and less ants by the day. There are just a few that were left behind. It's been a wonderul experience.

We've had very positive experiences with Terminix and it's pretty easy to schedule services with them. The only complaint that I have is that we don't get a notice the day before that they're coming. And that does not work for us. Also, a lot of the times we just have to call in and change it. But my understanding is that the people who come out don't get that information until the day before. So that is not a good system. Their technicians have been very good, though. And we were pleased with Greg, and now we have Alex and he's been fine. We had a wasp nest in the house and it required two visits. The first time, the tech sprayed to kill the wasps. And the nest was in a very difficult place on the house. He waited and then he came back and destroyed the nest. They took care of our pest problem and I've already recommended them.

Terminix has really good service since I started with them. Their representative was very understanding and explained everything well. The technician was very nice too. He explained everything he was doing, told us what he was killing, what he would do and not to worry about it because it wasn't hazardous and all that.

We had bed bugs in one room but we just decided to do all five. Terminix was going to come every two weeks until the problem was resolved. After the first time they did it, it seems to be working. They were just going to come up two weeks later for back up. The day that they came, we found a few more. And so, we decided to keep doing it again for another two weeks. The reps that I spoke with when scheduling were good and professional. They helped so it was all good. Then the technician that they sent out was very polite and did everything. Their latest service seems to be working since I haven't seen any bugs so far. I'd definitely use them again if any pest problems come up.

We have had Terminix for a house that was built in ’94 and I've been very happy them. I live 100 miles away from the property now and I’ve had a tenant for three years. I had nothing but good experience with Terminix when we lived there. I liked it when I called corporates and they would negotiate a yearly fee. Also, sometimes if I take two or three years as a bundle, they’d give me a good discount. That’s why I've stayed. They called me when they were coming for their next appointment, so I knew when they’re coming and I didn’t have to wait six hours. Terminix provided fantastic service. My husband did insecticide on the inside of the house because he knew how to do it and Terminix took care of the termites on the outside.
They were on time, caring, and very reliable and courteous. However, there was a weird situation where Terminix came out the end of June for the recurring service, but then they emailed me saying they wanted to come out again. I called the property manager and said, “I don’t understand what's going on. They’ve already come out.” The manager told me that the second appointment they were making was to put product down. The tech was a single gentleman and he’s nice and very clean. So there's no bugs in the house.

My wife had a bad experience with Terminix. When we had some questions on how to prepare for their service instead of sending an qualified tech. They send an employee from finance. Well what the hell does he know what goes on the field. Well when he came in he was real rude. He never introduced himself. I had to approach him. His name was Joe. Well when we went over everything he said if we had any more questions call him. That was a lie. When we tried to call him it went to voicemail and never heard back. Terminix sucks.

I had an infestation of roaches and Terminix helped me get rid of them. I called them and it was easy for me to get the schedule right. I got an alert that they were coming and they were here when they were supposed to be and it was good. They're supposed to come every six months and when they first sprayed, they told me that if that didn’t get the job done then they will come back. That’s what happened and so I had a follow-up spray treatment. Both the technicians who came for the initial and follow-up were pleasant, professional and did what I asked them to do. The follow-up tech talked about my house and gave me some pointers, and I appreciated it. Also, pest activity has been continuously going down since starting the service. I'm pleased and I would use them again.

We moved to Minnesota and we live on a lake. We knew that we needed to set something up so I gave Terminix a call. They gave me a quote and it was very nice that they were able to come out the very next day for a routine maintenance service. The technician was also great and friendly. We are now set up to have them come quarterly.

We were having a problem with carpenter ants and we had Terminix do an assessment and spray and see what we needed. Scheduling with them was good. The only problem that I have with them was I scheduled a date for them to come out and somehow they changed the date but didn't call me. I waited at home all day and they never showed. I was pissed off having to sit and wait for them all day long. It's a lack of communication on their part. I was mad about that and I almost cancelled with them. Also, I got the impression that they were going to call me once every quarter to set up a regular spraying but nobody's called to follow up. My understanding when I initially signed up for Terminix was that they would come out every quarter and then the price would go down.
Their technician was nice, though. It took about a week before the spray was working. I was having ants coming up behind my kitchen sink up to the wood. The tech told me it would take several days. The ants have to get the chemical and then give it back to the queen. They did go away for about a week and I haven't had problems but they're starting to appear one-by-one again. Yesterday I was making my bed and took the pillows off to put the quilt on and there were two giant size black ants in my bed. They're nasty. I'll have to call them and have them come out and do it again. But overall, it was a pleasant experience with Terminix. We were happy with them.

Everything has been fine with Terminix. Recently, they came for the annual inspection. The technicians were very good. However, this time they came a little bit late but that was the first time it's ever happened in about seven years. Since they've been out, I haven't noticed any pest activity.

We dealt with Terminix since end of February for bed bugs. It was so bad that I got told by another company that I should just burn my house down. It was hard but Terminix stuck with us and they did a good job and worked good with me. My kids even wanted to go home with one of them. They did the best they could. It took a while having four kids without being able to play with their toys and have people stay over. But using Terminix was worth the money. People tried scaring me from using them. They said, "We had to pay almost $2,000 each time." But Terminix worked with me. I paid $1,500 one-time and they stayed until they were gone.

I had bought my home and there were a lot of black ants in the back. They were almost like bees and they would make holes in my backyard. So, I called Terminix to have them come out to spray for that. When I first spoke with Terminix and set my account up with them, the experience was great and very professional. The reps told me that their technicians would be coming out quarterly.
My experiences have been very good each time that the technicians came. They've come out when they’re supposed to and they were here two weeks ago. Normally, I’ve been going by the dates that they come out and I haven’t had any problems to call them back ahead of time. The technician is a very nice gentleman and he came in and sprayed the outside and the inside of my home. When I had an event out in my backyard last Saturday, I didn't see any bee. Since I’ve started using Terminix, I haven't seen any pest activity. So far, everything is going well and I would recommend Terminix.

We've been dealing with Terminix for years and we have a regular service every three months. We also have a separate termite contract and they come once a year to check for the termites. They contact me and let me know it's time but I also have an idea about when they are going to be here. Their service people have been great and the product gets the bugs. We've always liked the technicians. They are polite, nice and try to do exactly what they're supposed to do. We have what people call palmetto bugs where we live. And when we've had a lot of rain, those things seem to get in, but I hardly ever find a live one. But I'm unhappy about how the price keeps going up every few months. We started at $35 and now it's over $103, which is a good jump. Other than that, I would certainly recommend them.

I called Terminix and had them check for bedbugs, and it's been a very satisfying experience. I scheduled for the service online on a Wednesday at 4:00 in the morning and it was easy. I asked them to come out and do a consult and they were there at 7:30 am. Then they came in on Friday, exterminated and they're gone. They were awesome, very efficient and timely. The tech was really friendly, able to get the job done, and was able to answer thoroughly any questions that I had without me feeling uneasy. He knew what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable about the areas that I asked about. Since the service, we haven’t seen anything but I'd have them come back out to double check and make sure because we have the 90 days free follow up.

Terminix came out to do the yearly check-up. I've never had termites. I just had to have a termite bond on the house so, I've had Terminix when I bought the house. They come back once a year just to make sure I don't have any concurrence of termites. I have a problem with humidity under the house and they wanted to put in a series of fans to open and close based on the dew point and get fresh air in there and then keep it from getting it out. I got dehumidifiers on the floor already. The tech just did his job, told me about it and then they came back the next morning to put a dehumidifier system under my house. The price was so outrageous, that’s why I said no.
I would have bought the system if it hadn't been so high. They were wanting $4,500 for a bunch of fans and a controller and they were only warrantying it for three years. If they go out, then you've got to call them to come back to put new ones in. If they had given a longer term warranty and they'll take care of it for five, six years, I would have probably taken it.

Our pest problem started before I purchased this particular property. To my understanding, it was under control but recently, the tenant has been complaining of seeing rodents and telling me how the rodents are eating her food. So, I contacted Terminix. One thing that I like about Terminix is that as I call, I’m usually able to get through to a representative without a long wait time. It’s also easy to schedule a service and Terminix is flexible with scheduling.

We got Terminix to take over our termite bond. My original policy holder was Killingsworth and EnSec bought them out because of some improper spraying methods. And then Ensec told me I had to buy another $900 baster, but my contract plainly stated that any amount, extra spraying or baster was at no expense to me. So, I switched to Terminix. The guy from Terminix who came out and did the walk-through was nice. He looked into the entire house and said he didn't see any issues at all. My house is well maintained. He sat down, showed me the paperwork and said that I will have my contract in the mail in a couple of days.
The contract came and Terminix said the guy that will be doing the spraying will call me and let me know when they're coming. The guy called and said he was on the way. It was great. He showed up and said they had to put more holes in between each hole that Ensec drilled. He said, "So we're putting them extra holes in, we're plugging all our holes, we're going to clean up everything." And he also said, "Tell me when it's getting that time of the year for the swarms to come out." Overall, they did a super job. I haven't seen any pest in my home in years. I keep plenty of spraying going on. But I noticed since Terminix took over and done the spraying, the spiders that used to be on the edges up around my banisters are gone, which was great.

More than five years ago, we had some carpenters ants coming in my back window when I first moved into the house and I couldn’t track where they were coming from. We had some dead trees in the backyard, and I imagined they were coming from there and they would go into the woodwork underneath the house, so I called Terminix to see if they could help me with those. Since then, we've used them on a regular basis. I have a recurring service and every few months, Terminix comes over and sprays the house.
Even though the Terminix fellow was here and sprayed the house as he usually does, a lot of bugs like little stinkbugs managed to survive his last treatment. These bugs have been here in the past and they continue to be here. I'm interested in what treatment is administered to the house in terms of the chemicals used and what they're for because I have outdoor cooking equipment and I don’t want to be involved in cooking with something that’s been sprayed. Most people don’t use the same chemicals they did in the ‘50s and ‘40s, but at the same time, some of these things are fairly toxic. I can appreciate the fact that they would be, but I also want to know where they were used and for what.

We've always had Terminix and we have continued with their service. They come out quarterly, and they call and tell us when they're coming out. The same technician comes out every time, and he is really good. He's also really friendly and nice. If we have any problems, he takes care of it. He wipes down the spider webs around the house and he sprays outside, which he does an excellent job of. We had some long black ants one time and he treated them. Every now and then we'll see one but we've never had a big problem. The overall experience has been good and we've never had a problem that hasn’t been taken care of.

The first time around, Terminix was supposed to show up but didn’t. They made another attempt, Terminix showed up and the technician never showed up. I had no direct number to call anybody. I would get a central number and they would divert me to someone else. I was very unhappy. But then I thought I'd give Terminix another chance and Jose was the answer.
My most recent experience with them was very good. Jose was prompt and he returned calls. He's very good and knows exactly what he was doing. He was here the second time to look at the traps they left and will be back a couple of weeks supposedly to look at the traps one more time. If we need them, we just need to call them. The tenants at the rental building I have two doors away from where I live said the pests cleared. Terminix is a great investment however, I was disappointed about the point of contact that I didn't have that the first time around. But once we hooked up with Jose, I change my opinion of Terminix. I'm very happy with their service now and I'd recommend them.

Scheduling a service with Terminix has been easy. I always get the interior service and I’m always happy with their technicians. They did a good job, thorough and I never had to have them return for anything so I’m very pleased. However, there's been some turnover in the technicians lately and I like having an ongoing relationship with the same one. But the recent three have all been good. Travis, the particular technician we got now, is very friendly and conscientious. He always addresses any needs I have specifically and he’s a good guy to work with. So far, the pest activity has been minimal since the service. We see an occasional dead insect or a little spider here and there but very, very little. Overall, we're very pleased with Terminix.

I've been using Terminix for many years and I’ve been satisfied enough to continue. It very much depends on who the technician is and I’ve been very fortunate because every technician I’ve had have all been very good, accommodating and nice. The technicians get reassigned because the routes are changed or they leave to go to another job. Yet, they come out monthly and the service is scheduled for the same day and time every month and it took years to get that into effect. If I need to, I can also call them which I recently had to do. They’ve taken care of the pest problem as much as they can.

I’ve had Terminix for years and I’ve never even considered using anybody else because they are so reliable. I never have a problem scheduling the service and it's always on a date within the timespan that they tell me. Although I have seen a bug and a spider after the service, our pest situation has been decent. I've always had a good experience with Terminix, and my last experience with them boosted it up even more. At that time, I was trying to get my sister ready to go to dialysis and the technician not only came to do what he came to do, he helped me. He was handing packages to me so I could get my sister out of the house. He went beyond what he came here for and I appreciated that so much.

I have a routine service with Terminix. I first scheduled the service 15 years ago and it has been very steady and regular so I've been very happy. And if for some reason the gentleman can't come they always let me know. The technician and I chat and have gotten to know each other. I'm a year-rounder now. He goes down the cellar, comes up and asks me if I've had any problems or concerns. He's very pleasant and agreeable. Terminix has hired very good people. I haven't seen any pest activity since the service and I’m very satisfied. Terminix is very dependable.

We have a routine service with Terminix and they’re always on time. The gentleman that comes out is an expert. We recently had the service inside. He checked all the walls, went around banging on them a little bit and then putting the powder under the sinks. He was in the garage and all over the house and he’s very respectful. He put on like little things on his feet so that the carpet would be clean. He’s a very caring individual. He’d said why he’s doing it, and I noticed that he’s into his work. He loves his work. And it is really wonderful because a lot of other people that work for companies, it’s just a salary to them. But to him, it’s a concern of the customer that he gets all the benefits out of it and he understands that the customer understands what he’s doing. It's the best service I get from any company. And I’m very happy and proud of Terminix.

I have a year contract with Terminix and they come every three months. They just tell me when they're coming and then they spray the house. It was quick and fine. They also did other service for me like the weatherization of my whole space and it's been a pretty decent job. They're expensive but they did a good job.

I had a problem with fleas early this year and because I'd been sick and not paying attention, the situation got very bad before I knew it. My cat was getting sick from it so I had to do something. I called Terminix and it took three trips to spray because the fleas had gotten so bad. But they came without any hesitation when I called. They were here right away and the problem has been resolved since then. Lately, I’ve had an inspection for termites as well as pest control service. Every time they come, I notice a decrease in pest activity and what I have seen have either been dead or dying. Also, the technician they sent was very nice and helpful. Their service works and I commend Terminix.

Terminix has been very professional and efficient with their service. Scheduling the service is not hard and I usually do it by emailing. Caleb, the tech, was very nice and professional. He showed up when he said he was going to and did everything expected. He does a really good job and I have recommended him.

Terminix is a good company and they did a wonderful job. There's a lot of flies, mosquitoes, and roaches at night in my apartment. I called them and their technician came and sprayed. He's very good and he went with what we asked him to do. I'm very impressed with the service given and I enjoyed not seeing those bugs anymore. They called me after 2-3 weeks asking if I see roaches and if there are then call them and they will come. I saw some small ones so I called them and they're supposed to come next week. I've also told my brother about them.

I used Terminix a month ago and they installed a bunch of traps for the kitchen rodents. Then the service guy was here yesterday and he went through the house and reset the traps. I was satisfied with what he did. We seem to be moving in the right direction and the technicians went through the cycle to see whether all the problem has been taken care of. They're doing a very professional job and they seem to have done the right kind of thing.

Terminix came out a couple weeks ago and it was my first time using them. I called them to deal with ants and spiders. A guy came over and sprayed at various places in and around the house. He seemed very friendly and he explained a couple of things about the bugs I was dealing with. After the service there was a big reduction with the ants and the spiders were less. So I had a generally positive experience with Terminix.

The guy from Terminix who does the inside spray is wonderful and scheduling the appointment was great. They just show up when they're supposed to and send me a message and say they don't show up in such a date. I've had to change the schedule a couple of times. They were supposed to be here on August the 5th for the termite inspection but nobody ever showed. But so far Terminix has been okay. I haven't seen many pest activity now.

I had a problem with inside bugs so I called Terminix. Scheduling with them was very quick and thorough. The technician who came explained very well what he was doing and how he was there to do the pest control process. Since their service, the pest activity has dropped dramatically that it’s almost zero. The service has gone very well and I’m really happy with it. The people at Terminix were very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate their promptness and I enjoyed the professionalism, the way they conduct business and how they explained things to me on what to expect. Also, if I have any issues, complaints or problems, they would help me. The experience has been really good and easy, and I would recommend Terminix to anybody.

We were having problems with mice and Terminix has corrected it. I called in and they were very helpful. Also, the technicians Terminix sent out were very professional. They sprayed some sealer around the house and put traps inside. They’ve also been coming back periodically to do certain things. Since the service, the pest activity has definitely improved. I would recommend them.

It has been a good experience with Terminix since we got a contract with them since 2015. They have been servicing my home every three months. No complaints. They call me in advance when it’s time. They schedule and then, they go. If I need to reschedule, I call and they reschedule and they come back. I can call as many times that I need and they’re always there. They go back if I detect that I have any pests in the home and I always have good service at home. Also, I have seen two technicians since. The last one is a lady who is very professional.

Scheduling the appointment with Terminix was organized and they did a good job. They have a well-run call center and everybody there is well-trained and scripted. Then the technician who saw me was very good, helpful, and professional. I was impressed and I appreciate him on the way that he handled himself and the service that he offered. The service I called about was for a concern in the yard and Terminix appreciated that concern and offered a solution to monitor it. I haven't seen any pest activity since the service and I expect that they'll be monitoring. Terminix has been very reassuring and I give them the highest recommendation to refer them.

Terminix does our annual treatment for bugs to make sure that they don't come back. I love everything when Kermit comes out. He's the best and he's easy to schedule with. If you have to cancel it's also easy. He comes out right away and knows exactly what to do. I don't even have to follow him around and watch him. My husband and my six-year-old love him too. You can't have a better bug person. There's no bugs since the service. I would tell Terminix to keep him and give him a raise because he's amazing. All my neighbors want him and they keep trying to get him. Terminix is amazing and wonderful. And I'm keeping them.

Our most recent experience with Terminix was good. It was a routine checkup like they usually do and as usual, the person who came out was courteous. I just called the number that we have for Terminix and they give an immediate answer. I don’t have any complaints with them anywhere. Their technician is excellent. I have Terminix for my monthly service for mosquitoes and my experience with them is decent and reliable. I have it pre-scheduled and they just call me and say they are coming over. Most of their technicians were good as long as they pay attention to the directions I give them to my house. I still get mosquitoes in my house but they are not as bad.

Terminix has been very good. I scheduled my service over the phone and they have good customer service. The rep that I have spoken to, as well as their technician, were polite and courteous. The first week after the service, I saw it blew all the spiders because I'm petrified of them. Now I haven't seen any so it's been good. I've only had one service and he’ll come back in three months, so that would be October or November.

Terminix provided us pest service. They sent me a notice when they were coming out and I acknowledged it. The technician, Cody, arrived on time and was excellent. He's been very good every time. The pests are now dead. Terminix has always done the job that they advertise and they're there when they say they are.

Scheduling for service with Terminix was easy. We had some time conflicts that we got resolved quickly. The technician was really nice, understanding, able to explain what he was going to do and what it would cost. The third time the guy from Terminix came, he did a flea lamp to get rid of the fleas. The experience was quick and very good. I have him scheduled every three months. Also, when I talked to the lady at Terminix, she put me on a payment plan. I still have some spiders and ants but the technician is going to take care of that the next time he comes. I’d give my experience with Terminix a thumbs up. It was simple, efficient and effective. I'd recommend them to a friend because my previous pest issues have never been resolved with other companies. So, this was nice.

We've always had excellent experience with Terminix and using them is easy, very affordable, and cost-effective. A month ago, they came and sprayed the exterior of the house for ants and spiders. They had reasonable availability and it was easy to have them come over, so scheduling a service was perfect. Now, the bugs seem to be hanging outside instead of our house, which is good. We’ve had Terminix since 2005 and had them for two different houses. They’ve always taken good care of us and they were always on time. I like paying the bill in full upfront in the year to save some money and that’s a win-win.

Terminix does our mosquito service. I am set up on a yearly program and I have been with them for two years. They're always very friendly and very helpful. And they do a good job. We have no mosquitoes. The service was excellent and we'll continue using them.

We have a problem with ants and spiders coming from the outside. We've got a recurring service with Terminix and the technician sprayed all up here, but it seemed like the spraying has made the ants and spiders come up the living room. Since the service, the problem with the ants has gotten a little better and is not that bad, but it has not been solved all the way. I still see some ants and there are probably some that I don't see.

Terminix comes over quarterly. They spray and then another guy comes over looking for termites. He didn’t find any which was good. Damian, the service guy that comes over all the time, is extremely nice and quite pleasant. Since having their service there were no bugs and they would be here if I found something. I am planning to keep them up because everything stays away. They’ve been following through. We’ve been using them for years and we're very satisfied. I never had to call them back to do something that they didn’t do. Terminix always does everything accurately and good.

A couple of years ago, we went on vacation and we stayed in some family members' houses. Then they had to go out of town and we couldn't afford to stay at their house so we stayed in a couple of motels in Mobile and we thought it was a safe and clean environment. But we didn’t know how motels really were. When our relatives came back, we went back to the house and then went back to the motel. It was a couple of years later when we realized we brought back bed bugs.
People were going to doctors about bites on their arms and the doctors couldn’t figure out what they were. When they looked at it, they thought it was scabies 'cause people had sores on their arms like crazy. My kids ended up in the hospital and we made it to Louisville, Nashville 'cause the bed bugs sucked their blood, making their sugar and iron drop really low. They were weak and they almost died. Plus, when the bugs suck blood, they transfer blood from other people and that’s how they spread diseases. Everybody was staying sick, getting drowsy and passing out. That's how bad things were.
When the Terminix rep came out, he did a low estimate on their spraying and when we paid for the service, we expected to get the service we were paying for. However, from the beginning, I felt like I wouldn’t get my treatment right. The very first time they came out, they sprayed and we couldn’t tell the difference. A couple of days after, I had bugs biting me again. It felt like they were thinking we only paid them a little bit of money so they did a poor quality treatment. That was their fault because they did a low estimate on their spraying. If they could come out every day to spray our home until the bugs were gone and they wanted more money, they should have told me from the start.
After the treatments went by, we could start telling a big difference. But after the first three times, the treatment got messed up. Terminix didn’t come out and spray their basic treatment like they were supposed to and the bed bugs started coming right back. They were coming out of the walls and as a family. That’s 3,000 bed bugs coming in at a time.
I had to call them which I shouldn’t have to. I couldn’t get them to come out and spray and I thought I was getting ripped off. They would tell me that somebody would give me a call in the next 24 to 48 hours to let me know they were coming out or that they would get someone out in the next 24 hours, but I never received a call. Then two weeks later, I got a call that they were going to come out the next day. But sometimes I had to wait a month before I got somebody out here to spray. Then they put the blame on me.
The only way we were going to get rid of these things was if they were coming out and spraying every two weeks, right on the spot. When bed bugs lay eggs, those hatch two weeks later. Their babies look like little beady maggots and they lay in creases, corners and behind walls. That's the egg and when that egg hatches, there are thousands of bugs coming out. But the technicians were just coming out as they please. By the time I finally got them out to spray again, there were patches of eggs everywhere. They would spray but it didn’t really do any good overall. I had been throwing away thousands of dollars’ worth of furniture, including headboards, dressers, cabinets, two end tables and baby beds, because the bed bugs were taking over them. I had to do an amort from the beginning of the treatment.
I called and complained on the technician and this dude stated that the technician has been working for the company for 15 years and that he knew what he was doing but he didn’t come back anymore. I tried to tell them how bad it was but they actually didn't take it seriously. I tried to call and talk to a manager but they never gave a callback until after several months. The manager actually called me, got mad and told me it was my fault that we had to miss a couple of treatments because I kept on scheduling them.
However, it wasn’t my fault. We would have to leave the house so they can come in and spray and the technician came in at the wrong time of the day. I couldn’t just jump in the car and leave my kids. At that time, our car was breaking down and I don't drive so I had to pay people to take me to work. Besides, the second treatment was their fault ‘cause I had to call them to come out and spray. It didn’t do any good because they wouldn’t come.
Some days, it would also be starting to storm and the technician would ask us to leave so he could spray, then we would tell him he was going to have to come back a different day because we couldn’t go outside. That’s why everybody was getting aggravated about it. Plus my kids were all sick and throwing up everywhere as well, and when the kids go outside in the rain, they were going to get sick. I also had to wait to take them to the doctor and when you’ve got kids, you can't even do what you’ve got to do.
I tried to explain this to the manager but he didn’t realize the situation that I was coming from and how bad the bed bug problem was. If the manager had come out and seen the inspection himself, he would actually tell me that more than seven treatments needed to be done. Instead he said they were guaranteeing to have the problem gone after seven treatments and there was just no way to do that. They should have set us up for so many treatments to begin with and then went from there.
They even had to have somebody come out and do an inspection before they come out again to spray because they said the bed bugs should have already been gone. But from the beginning, I had told them that the issue was really bad and it was still bad. But the technician I get now is a different person. He comes on time and he’s been great. Now, I love the treatments and I'm satisfied with the service. They keep coming and spraying every two weeks to make sure they spray before the next set hatches. They’re actually worth the money now because they're coming out and spraying more than they're supposed to.
It's amazing. I don't have to sit and worry about getting bitten. Scheduling the service has become better as well. They come like they're posting and they don’t make me call them anymore. They advertise that Terminix is the best bug inspection in the world and they stand behind their word 100%. I would give them credit for that. That's why they’ve been doing the treatments all the time now.
Every time they come out and do the treatments, I look at my kids' beds. However, they had the foam put away because the guy said he couldn’t spray on them because the spray was poison. However, the kids are not touching that part and they don’t put their fingers in their mouth either. They never stay in in the daytime and we have sheets over them. But the guy said we had to stow it away and that’s what I did. Then two weeks later, I had to throw the mattresses away because of the bugs.
They moved there because they were running out of homes since Terminix had been spraying all the baseboard and the ceilings. With the way the trailer we live in was built, somebody said the technician was doing it the right way with our baseboards. Aside from those, the bugs would also lay their eggs in the creases and corners of the carpet, but they won’t stay long. Terminix said the bugs can’t live on the carpet and they crawl on your feet instead.
We got brand-new, rolled-off-the-truck mattresses from Aaron’s and we put $80 bed bug sheet protectors on then. But the bed bugs were attacking it like it’s food. They lay their eggs in the creases of it even though on the package, it says, "Guaranteed, bed bug bite-free." We didn’t know that when you put that on there, you're supposed to have a certain kind of treatment to spray it with it so they won't get on it. I didn't know all that until I learned it from Terminix. Even the stores didn’t tell us that. Terminix had to spray our beds up in all the creases and corners using a $250 little bitty can of spray they carry.
One time the workers left the can here and I thought they left it here for a good reason. All people have the right to get a can like that for their own personal use to spray just in case you see a bug or some eggs. Unfortunately, this guy came back and he got all aggressive and offensive about it. He said they weren’t allowed to leave the can here even though it’s the same can my neighbor had used for his bugs. The can wouldn't hurt anyone either. It’s sitting up on the top of the refrigerator and the kids wouldn't get ahold of it.
The day before treatment, a bed bug came out from the inside of my walls and I’ve seen one under my dresser, but that’s all I’ve seen and though they're still in the house, they're not like they used to be. I went almost two weeks without seeing one. The technician said he's seen a big improvement on the bug sprays because he said he's seeing the same thing I was.
With my experience, I learned that you can never treat bed bugs on your own. It doesn’t matter how much spray you buy. You have to have a Terminix treatment to get it done, unless you can pack all of your stuff up, stick them in storage for a year, and leave your home empty for six months to a year. If you don't have food there to feed them, then they're going to slow and die. Plus when summertime comes, the storage gets up to 100-something degree of hot weather and that’s going to cook them, even the babies, and they're going to die. That’s the only other way. But nobody’s paying to do that unless they're rich. A lot of people live off of a monthly income and don't make that much money. They would have to find the best and cheapest way to do it until the money comes in during tax time, and pay and get it all done with. That’s the only reason why we got it done.
When you get the treatment it actually requires then you're happy again. That's when you go back to normal and sleep again. Otherwise, all that you do is wake up all night long, dig and scratch, and dig and scratch. The doctors would think it’s scabies because you’re digging and the bites turn into sores. They would give you medicine but that will not cure you. Terminix has been spraying since February and they’ve done 14 treatments so far and they're almost done, and we’ve almost gotten rid of the bugs now.
Overall, I don't recommend anybody staying in a motel. Also, the Terminix guys told me that anybody in the world can get the bugs and even the cleanest people in the world could pick them up. You could go to Walmart today and pick up something, look at it and take it home, and you could get bed bugs. That's why I'm conscious with what I buy at the stores now. I look at every single crease. If they even got to stick it in the bag, you got to leave the product in the bag, and stick the bag in the dryer with the clothes immediately when I get home. That’s what sometimes you got to do.

There were some roaches in the house next door to mine that vacated it when the people who lived in there were thrown out by the landlord. The Terminix guy who came out to my house said that he put some traps or sprayed inside and then sprayed a barrier outside. However, he didn’t do a real good job. Outside of my house, I have some flower pots sitting on the stairs and some bricks and a planter sitting close at the back of the house. When I was in the front house, I moved the flower pot and there were roaches all up under that flower pot so I sprayed on them. I went to the back and moved the other one and there were roaches all up under there too.
I'm not an exterminator, but the Terminix guy should have moved the flower pots and all the other stuff out of the way to see what's up under them. If they don't do that, the roaches would hide under them. I thought the guy was experienced enough to know that but he was not, so I wasn’t too happy about it. Right now, I took care of it myself. I may still give them a callback but I'm not satisfied with their service.

I had ants in my new house, I called Terminix for that and I signed a contract saying they will come every four months for one year. I paid $249 and will pay $100 the next time they come each time. Scheduling was excellent and they came right out. It was my first time having them. Their tech was polite. He sprayed inside and outside too. I'm happy that I haven't seen any ants now. I will continue with their quarterly servicing because I don't want to have any more problems. Right now I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend Terminix.

Terminix came here two weeks ago. The gentleman who came was great and tried to really please. He didn’t wear any big fancy which was very discreet and it felt good. I had bed bugs and he said he’d stay with me until my problem was solved. In terms of scheduling, it was perfect. I asked him if he could come in two weeks and he agreed. We made it easy every Wednesday morning and he gave me a two-hour window. He’s doing a good job but we still have pest problems and we’re still fighting it. I went on and bought a steam machine. I’d like to go around my baseboard but I’m not competing with him if I’m steaming in various places trying to cook some of the pests. But it’s getting better and every two weeks, I’m in better shape. My experience with Terminix has been wonderful.

My daughter’s house got infested with fleas. I called Terminix and they were really prompt with coming out and taking care of the problem. The service tech came on time and he was very nice. Since the service, the pest activity has been better and is getting better. I've had to call the service tech out a couple of times, but he said that that would happen and they won’t charge me for the extra times that they had to come out. It has been a very good service and I am satisfied with it.

Terminix has been very accommodating and it was very easy to schedule a service. The kid who came out was very good and did an outstanding job. Their products worked good also. Originally, the service worked for a while, but three weeks later, we started to get some pests back. Right now, there is no pest activity since the tech was here the other day. Terminix is very easy to deal with and their employees were professional. It's been a fantastic experience.

I've had Terminix spray internally for ants and termites but I also do that myself in the spring so I don’t really need them to do that. What I need is flea control externally and they don’t do that. Initially, I asked the Terminix receptionist if they sprayed outside for fleas and she must've misunderstood me because she said yes. Then they scheduled an inspection and the inspector called me to ask what inspection I was looking for, but I wasn't looking for any inspection. That was the confusion but after I talked with the inspector, he called the technician who sprayed the internal of the house and it really worked.
The technician was very polite. He told us what he was going to do and he did it. He also told us what to do afterward and we did that. It’s pretty much under control in the house. I got a dog laying on my lap and I don’t have any issues but the other dog just seems to carry fleas. I need to find a chemical somewhere that I can spray outside but even if I do the dog area, I sit on the front steps and I get fleas on my white socks. I put my boots on in the morning to go out and do some yard work and the sand fleas are all over. So though there’s always been a major improvement, I still have them.
I’m on the contract for one year. I can call Terminix back anytime and they told me if I feel like I need to, I can have the interior done again. But I’ll never get rid of the fleas unless we get rid of them outside. I have two dogs and two cats. Even people walk outside and would carry the fleas in. There’s little stuff on the market that can get rid of them other than cedar chips which are repellant and that seemed to work. My two dogs are penned up and they’re sleeping in the same area so I spray the heck out of their beddings with a dry chemical and give them shampoos and baths. That’s all I can really do, plus I keep vacuuming. I got some flea traps in the house as well and the ones that do get away, go to that light and get strapped.

Terminix comes out every three months and we've had the same technician for a long time. Last summer, we had ants really bad and he couldn't get rid of them totally. He got rid of most of that though so he got the pest activity down.

Terminix came out to exterminate bugs in the house. They called, scheduled the service and let me know when the technician was on the way. The technician was very personable. He sprayed inside and outside -- whatever we need he does it. They do a great job. After their service pest activity is non-existent. I’ve only seen some dead bugs as what I've expected.

Terminix was here one time and they did what they were supposed to do. The technician they sent was professional. Since they were here, the ants are gone, but the cockroaches still come in. But I don’t think it's their fault. I think they did the best they could because we have septic tanks here.

We had jumping roaches and wood bugs, normal thing that’s in savanna, and got Terminix for them. I also used Terminix before in my grandmother’s house. Their service was pretty good and they came on time. We're still having problems and they said this may take a couple more treatments. The pests are reducing and Terminix is supposed to come out next week to do another treatment, so maybe that can reduce them again. I would definitely recommend them to somebody else, but I wouldn't say they're going to do it on the first time like they advertise. But they did get rid of them.

Terminix comes out quarterly. In my most recent experience with them the guy who came was friendly, polite, low-key, and finished the service in 20 minutes. Since the service we have had fewer ants, which was primarily what I had them come for. But we had a mouse in the house a week and a half after that and that’s never happened before. I don’t think the mouse was lured in by this chrysanthemum extract. It just periodically comes along but it's not happening all the time. There was also a guy from Terminix that came to the house that told me about the sale going on. Just like the guys who came for treatments he seemed nice, friendly, polite and normal. No reservation for these people. They seemed solid. I have told other people about my experience with Terminix and I would definitely recommend them.

Terminix comes to spray under the deck and around the house. They used to come once a quarter and now they come every other month. The pricing was $95 but now it's $99. When one's paying $99 a quarter and it becomes $99 every other month, then it gets expensive. They usually call to schedule and they're usually good with scheduling it around when my husband will be home. The tech knows when my husband will be home for lunch from his job so he usually tries to stop then so that he can ask if there are any trouble areas. So, it's been good.

I set up service with Terminix for my mom and she is very happy with it. She had sugar ants and bugs outside of the home and she told me that the technician did really good. The ants in the kitchen, where they usually go, were all gone. Terminix has been there twice and they’re supposed to come by every three to four months. The rep I’ve spoken on the phone was extremely helpful. He walked me through the whole thing. We’re absolutely continuing service with them.

I moved here two years ago and started my service with Terminix last year. They let me know when it’s scheduled and contact me by sending an email or a text. If I need to change it, I can also do it and it’s been easy. Their technician was a very prompt and nice person. He also seemed to know what he was doing. When he came here the first time, he checked everything and took care of some earwigs I had in the basement. From then on, he comes on the first part of the month every quarter and does his thing outside. He also even went a little bit further one time. He got his leather out and straightened out my drain spout for me in the rain, and that was very nice of him. As for the pest activity, whatever is being done is taking care of it. I’d like the cost to be a little bit less but Terminix gives me peace of mind. I’m totally pleased and happy with their service.

I have pest control, fleas, and a Terminix service was scheduled within a couple of days. John, the pest control person, called me and worked with my schedule, for the convenient time and the communication was great. The technician that came out did a great job. I'm very happy with Terminix. They've done everything that I needed to have done, which was the termite control and then the animal exclusion, which was very important. Connor, the technician who came out in the last service call, as well as his colleague, Stefano, were often there in the early stages of my crisis last year. An infestation of flying squirrels was tormenting me. The squirrels were shooting all over the top of the house and they'd be in front of me gnawing at things.
Connor did a lovely job and Stefano should also be greatly praised. We've made a lot of assessments together. Stefano is a very tireless and smart worker, and he has an engineering background, so he's innovative. The technicians did a sealing up, but I also took matters into my own hands. I got a device called a Pest A Cator, which is a pulsator that sends pulses through the electrical wires, and the pulses go through the whole upper story and drive the squirrels crazy, along with mice, rats and whatever else gets up there. As long as you've got overhead lights, which I do, it's simply a plug-in device. There are two varieties called the Pest A Cator 1000 and the Pest A Cator 2000 that's more suitable for a bigger house. I got them from a local hardware store and once I put these devices in, we began to knock the squirrels off.
I put another Pest A Cator in the adjoining room next to the circuit box and stationed two others at strategic points so wherever the squirrels try to get in, they'll be miserable. Connor also put up traps last year and we've started killing the squirrels gradually. I had Terminix come out in February to update the traps and the squirrel population was down, but I ended up killing two more squirrels in the mating season. The next mating season begins this month so I had Connor come back and he put upgraded, bigger and tougher traps in three strategic places. I also followed his technique which was to bait the squirrels with peanut butter and, as of now, I've heard some rumblings and swishings but they don't last long. I'm not declaring victory yet, but I thank Terminix for the experience.
On the other hand, an ultrasonic device was not a good option for me. The device would have to be placed in the attic and it's an old house, and the beams won't support more than 60 or 75 pounds of a person's weight, so you can't go into my attic. I was also hesitant to use this device because it gives off a noise. Even though the sound it makes is very high-pitched and you can't hear it, it's like sitting alongside an airport with the planes, and I was leery that this might do some damage.
With the Pest A Cator, the only caution for it is for people who have pacemakers. So when my brother came, I unplugged the Pest A Cator for a while because he has one. But the guy who invented the Pest A Cator has a pacemaker and he has these devices in his house. Terminix should explore using the Pest A Cator and I would recommend a coupling of the traditional technologies like the sealing up with the electronic options like the Pest A Cator, because the thing about these animals is that even if they're sealed out, they're very resourceful on chewing their way in. But if you can create a situation where even if they get in, they're totally miserable and want to get out, then that could clinch the deal.

My experience with Terminix has been very good. It's not difficult to schedule the service and the technicians do what they're supposed to do. They did the inside of my house and the outside and there's no pest activity now.

The last time Terminix came they did a survey to see if I had any signs of termites. It was done in a professional manner. But while they have gotten a lot better over the years, especially when they give me a call and let me know when they come in so I can correct my schedule, I still have to deal with timing issues. One of the problems that I have is that I’m not dealing with a local person but with remote individuals. So there are times they wouldn’t show up and that is purely in error. So far my recent experience with them was great but they should improve their timing of coming in, as well as the scheduling.

We had a brand new house and started immediately with Terminix since we had problems with ghost ants. Reaching out to them has never been a problem. A personable technician appeared right away and took care of the pests. He was very efficient and we never saw the ghost ants anymore. Since then, he lets us know if he's running late or going to be earlier like the last time he did a quarterly service. He calls and makes sure that it is okay. He also makes us aware and we chat with him briefly about any concerns.

My recent and whole experience with Terminix has been above average. Before my experience with Terminix, we had quite a bit of pest. Ever since we've had them, pest make their way in the house every once in a while. Jeffrey, the technician takes initiative. He calls me the day before to let me know he's coming out and he gives me about half an hour before the actual appointment to make sure that I'm home. He's also always on time. He comes in, knocks on the door, shakes my hand and he loves my little dog.
Jeffrey has my full trust. I've had him inside-out several times to take care of problems throughout the house. Whatever happens to be at a particular call, I save in a plastic bag. He takes that out, he's got his own little glass thing, and he looks at it and he tells me what it is within seconds. He then tells me what he's going to do to solve the problem and it's done. The pests are gone within a day. I've never had a company treat me like this before. It's a company that works above and beyond. They don't even have to, but they do.

A couple of weeks ago, Terminix did a Quarterly Service in my home. After they called I came out and unlocked, so they could treat the inside as well. The young man they sent did a good job. It went according to plan. Setting a schedule for a service works great. So far, everything is fine.

I’ve had one visit from Terminix so far and scheduling the service had been a great experience. I was very comfortable with their representatives and the guy that exterminated was very professional. That was his last day with Terminix because he was transferring somewhere else but he was a really good guy. That was one month ago and I had two rental houses sprayed. The renters had initially seen three or four roaches and I haven’t heard anybody say anything in a while so things have been a lot better since the service with Terminix.

I love Terminix. I used the online app or the website to make an appointment for some bees that we have never had before. Then my regular person called back the next day, said that he couldn’t come at that time but he came earlier. So he came and took care of it and it’s been great. My experience with their reps has been perfect too.

We’ve had a very good experience with Terminix. We already had them back in our previous place. Many years ago, my son brought his things home from university and he put his radio on the counter and out crawled all these little roaches. We had someone come and they were there for two months and they didn’t get rid of the bugs. So, we called Terminix and they got rid of them. We had the same technician for years, Richard from Somerset, and the service has been good. And he said he began to feel like he was part of the family.
We changed location in December 2016, had Terminix do routine maintenance in our new place and now we don’t have any pests. In between servicing, there were rare occasions that I had them come out, few and far between them. The last guy that came here for routine, we've never had this before, but he dripped the solution every corner he sprayed. I had to go back and wipe it up. That’s my worst experience. Otherwise, it's been pretty good. I would recommend them.

There have been cockroaches and I couldn't get it in control so Terminix came in. The service was excellent and their reps were very thorough and friendly. They've been available for follow up and I’m fairly satisfied. I'm on a quarterly service and when I get a problem, it's under control. I have a different technician every time they come out but it's okay and they've all been good. The pest activity was eventually gone since the last service but one little baby cockroach crawled out and went on my couch and the house seam. That's the first evidence of them when I cleaned and if there's more, I'll call Terminix. Terminix has excellent customer service. They are informative, they email and send a text ahead of time. I was overwhelmed. l give Terminix high marks.

I've had a horrible experience with Terminix. I was pulling out of my driveway one day and the Terminix guy came up to me. He started asking me about bugs and asked me if I'd seen any. I told him I'd seen a few. When we got to spiders, he guaranteed that I would not see spiders again. At that point, I was all in. They sent out a technician and he was very polite. He sprayed but he didn't get rid of the cobwebs. I was also still seeing bugs so I called Terminix back. They told me that when they sprayed, there is a guarantee that there would be no bugs or they'd come back for free.
I told them that I wanted somebody else to come out to spray. The second guy came and sprayed, and he was polite as well. However he still didn't get rid of the cobwebs. I called them again two weeks ago and they're scheduled to come out on the 25th. The people that they sent out were okay and it's not them I have a problem with. Terminix's service doesn't work and it felt like a waste of money. The experience has been counterproductive and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I have quarterly recurring service with Terminix and I've had good interaction with their reps. My first and most recent experience was when they came to the house and sprayed around for insects. They did a good job and left. Since then there had been less ants around the house. Also a couple of weeks later they sent out a guy for termite inspection. He couldn’t look for it much because of the way the house was built but he found a termite tube that looked like it was old. I talked to my wife about it later and she said that they had somebody spray for the termites a few years ago before I moved in. So it was a positive experience.

We have been with Terminix since 1974 and they've been pretty consistent. Several years ago, we only paid $15 a year, which we knew was not a lot. Then they wanted to raise our plan and charge us more. We decided that if they were going to charge us more, we would not continue with them and we would go to another company. But then, we were contacted by Terminix and their rep said that our contract was intact and that we can continue to pay $15 a year and we were very pleased with that.
In our most recent experience with them, the technician did what he usually does—came in, went in the basement, checked for termites, and went outside and checked for termites out there and in the garage. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. However, Terminix doesn’t spray inside of the house anymore. I was told several years ago by another tech that if I wanted to spray inside, I could buy this particular product and do it myself. Since they don’t spray inside, we’ve had an abundance of crickets down in our basement.

I found bed bugs in my home and when I scheduled for the service, the Terminix agent didn't beat around the bush, which is helpful and what I like. The technician was real great. He was on time and before he even started his service and we sat and talked for five minutes about what he was going to do. He explained the whole process to me, what he was going to do and what I had to do. He told me to stay away for six hours, then come back and vacuum. He also told me to keep everything packed up until the next treatment.
So far, I haven’t seen any more bed bugs and I tell the kids to look for them every day as well. We also try to vacuum up everyday and look around. I got the 90-day at the end of next month and I might have Terminix spray again to make me feel good. Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised at how the service was. I thought it was going to be a lot more money and I’d get a whole lot less, but instead, I paid a fair amount of money but I got a whole lot more than what I actually wanted.

I have quarterly service with Terminix and when they come out, they’d call me and ask me when I'm going to be available. They would then give me a time period of two or three days to go by. Their technician let me know what he was going to do and sprayed like he said he would inside and outside the house. He was courteous, friendly and I liked his attitude. Terminix did a good job and got rid of my problem. My experience with them has been better than with Orkin.

I have a pest control problem. Scheduling the service from Terminix was perfectly fine. I went online, filled up the thing and they came here to call. The guy Terminix sent to my house was really polite and was very friendly with my kids. He called me an hour and a half before he showed up. He also showed up three hours early, which was nice. He got rid of the bugs without a problem. He's very knowledgeable about what he needed to do, and how to get it done. After he did the last treatment I availed of, he double checked to make sure there were no bugs and the house is clear. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Terminix can use my technician as a trainer on how to interact and handle customer service. My experience has been great.

I started getting a routine spray with Terminix and the technicians they sent were both friendly and nice. They answered all my questions, were prompt and weren’t turned off by my dog who was very loud. I have also noticed a reduction of Carpenter bees after their service which was one of the reasons why I called this company. But I was told that I had to provide a credit card upfront which I did then later I found out that I didn't have to. The only way that I found out that I was charged was because I received a bill for the first payment which I thought I already paid. And when I called my credit card company, I have, in fact, paid said bill.

Terminix recently came for the monthly overall preventative care of our home. We didn’t call them out, they just come out. They pre schedule depending on the date and time we usually do. I talked to the technician about an appointment on the time he was supposed to come out. I called him the day prior because I completely forgot about the inspection and the spray, and he said that he would try to reschedule for a bit later, depending on how his others go. And he came out and did the outside without calling us back. Typically, whenever they do the preventative, they do the outside and the inside, but in order to do the inside, they need us here. And we really needed him to do the inside because we have ants. It's gone bad. We've had the guys and even called in between the preventative care in order to get rid of the spiders and the ants. He said that he would call the next day but he hasn’t.
My room is off the kitchen and I'd gotten ants in my bed. The ants have been gone for a while and then suddenly, the last week, they have flourished. But the spiders have reduced, especially how bad this season is. I still see them every now and then but they used to come out and give me some more glue traps and I had them all over the house especially with a three-week old baby. I definitely have been around her crib before it attracts them there and they won’t somehow get into her crib, which I would have a serious problem about. The day that I brought her back, Terminix was supposed to come in and they did because we were noticing some things. It was getting to be the season where the spiders come out and have their last feeding and social interaction before they go to the ground. So they were really bad.
The day after my baby came home, I laid her down on the couch and changed her. I picked her up and handed her to her daddy, and I turned around and there was a brown recluse right where she was. I was so thankful that Terminix came out and I was very pleased. But I definitely need them to come back out and spray again for spiders and I need glue traps and to have the kitchen and my room sprayed horribly bad for the ants. But overall, I’m happy with Terminix. I’m very grateful because Terminix has helped with pests and rodents. We've seen a mouse but my cat killed it and we haven't seen any. I feel safer in my house than before I signed the contract with Terminix.

I was having a really bad issue with some yellow jackets on my front door and they were getting inside the initial wall. Terminix was able to work when it was convenient for me. The gentleman that came out immediately saw the issue I described on the phone and had to take some extra steps because there were so many inside the wall. He was helpful, determined and knew what to do. He explained to me in great detail what he was doing and why and I was appreciative. He put his headgear on, got everything fixed for me and on that same day, the yellow jackets stopped coming around. He explained that there might be some that were holding on, but they would get dazed immediately and there has been no issue since then. All in all, the gentleman was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix comes out quarterly for pest control and also for the annual termite inspection, and I've always had a good experience. They schedule the service by sending me an email and calling. If I need to change it, I have the option of going online and doing it. I always talk to their technicians and they're always very friendly and informative. One thing that impressed me is when we had an issue in our yard which isn't handled by Terminix. In Florida, there is an issue with Cicada Killers which look like gigantic wasps that burrow into the ground. A new tech person who was familiar with it came because the other Terminix guy had never heard of or seen them, and he helped.

Terminix comes out every three or four months to do basic maintenance and I haven't had any pest activity since the last service. The technicians are always super nice and very friendly. I've been with Terminix for so long that I don't want anybody else. Reps of other pest control companies have come to the door before and tried to have me switch over to their service, then they asked me to call and let them know if I changed my mind about staying on with Terminix. But I always call Terminix for service and I've had a good experience with them.

Made an appt to check for termites in bathroom. They called to confirm they would be here. I left a meeting early to come home for this and then they never called and never showed up. Called this morning and all the rep wanted to do was make another appt and get me off the phone. He said he had to send email to supervisor to request appt for next day makeup appt. When I asked when I would be notified if they would come for requested time for makeup appt, the rep's response was that he couldn't read the future or didn't have ESP. I think that says it all. Very dissatisfied with this company. I think that when you have a contract with the company the service goes downhill.

Somebody had moved some stuff to our house and it got cockroaches with it and Terminix helped with the pest control. They were very good and they did everything. That worked but we’ve since moved to a better house. We are probably going to have them come over too because we’ve seen a few little “hitchhikers” and we have a problem with these little old bitty ants. Nonetheless, it was a good experience and I was totally happy with Terminix.

My experience with Terminix has always been satisfactory. I have them come to my house due to termite infestation. I get a notice they are coming and are on their way by them calling me or sending me a text message. They tell me to make sure my back gate is unlocked and put the animals out. They also usually let me know when they left. Their technicians have always been pleasant and I haven't noticed any pest activity since their service.

We've had Terminix on a regular basis for 17 years on maintenance and we’ve never had a problem with them servicing our house. We usually have the same gentleman come to the house, but everyone has always had a good attitude when they’re here, even though they are dealing with pests, sprays and all that crap all day. That’s the thing that amazes me. They’re also timely, efficient and friendly yet professional. They know what they’re talking about without being too in-depth. They usually hang things on the door and they also ring the door bell to give us the bill and ask if we have any questions. So they’re really patient.

When the Terminix tech came in recently, my husband said we have a new guy who had a lot of piercings and lots of tattoos. They come every three months for their regular check up. But I told my husband after the last time that we've had two bill raises in the last year that I am going to look for somebody else. We had another house that was bigger than this one and we had a different service in that house. It was considerably cheaper especially now that Terminix is up to $93 dollars. We're retired and every little bit counts because we don't ever get a raise. It's only everybody else gets a raise so, we have to watch everything. The service we got from Terminix is fine but it's another $6 up and I wouldn't recommend them because of the price.

Scheduling the service was easy. They didn't give me an exact time, but provided a window and I understand that. The technicians were prompt and polite. They explained to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. They did what they were supposed to do, however they didn’t stop the ants completely. At that time, the technician told me they would kill the pests but that they would probably be back. Rainy weather killed what they did on the outside and I need to call for a revisit 'cause I have a contract.
The ants were gone the first four days and even the ones that now came into the area in the house, they’re dead because of the poison. But I didn’t think that the technicians would kill them in one trip. Ants lay eggs. The technicians might kill the older ants, but unless they get the nest and kill all the babies or the ones that aren’t hatched, they’ll be back. What I’m trying to have them do is trace where they’re coming in, so they can take care of that one. Last time, they had located the nests all around the house. One gentleman showed me the area where the nesting was and they put out the granules to stop that. They haven't located the origin where they’re coming in, but overall, the service Terminix has provided has been satisfactory.

I've been with Terminix for the past 15 years and they're good. They come in every three months and whatever I ask of them they go out of their way so I like it a lot. Since the last treatment I would find a little spider a day but that's okay. I don’t have a problem with the one who comes out to do the treatments because he sprays every corner. I also walk with him and we talk as well. I already recommended Terminix in a couple other places.

We got Terminix after we've been here a few years. Initially, we found termites and they came and fixed it. They've been our termite place ever since. The reps have been always nice. They call and set up the schedule whenever it's best for me. The last time the technician was here, he was very cordial, explained that there wasn't anything wrong and did a good job.

I called Terminix to tell them that I had a few ants, and they came out and surveyed the situation. Then they did the spraying inside and outside the house. The guy who came was very knowledgeable of what was going on and how the ants were getting in. He went around and got all the spider webs down. They looked underneath the house for any pest activity which eventually became non-existent. I felt very good about the personal and professional relationship on the first visit, which seemed very comprehensive.
What I wasn’t understanding and aware of was the second person that came. She did a termite inspection that I didn’t request but I let her through the house believing that it was part of their service. The whole situation was very professional and when she was done inspecting all around the house, she said we didn’t have termites. She left her card and told me that it was part of the service I have requested. While I didn’t know I had to pay for the second inspection, I didn’t balk at it because they were so thorough. I paid $239 that was a one-time fee, and then it would be $139 every month thereafter. All in all they are very thorough and professional, and my experience with them was very good.

I brought some cockroaches with some groceries that I purchased at a store. Apparently, that’s how they got in my house. When I found a cockroach, I trapped him, called Terminix and their van came right out which made me happy. So I signed up right then and there that day and paid my money. They took care of my house and they’ve been servicing me ever since. I also considered Orkin's but they couldn't come right away. Also, the price for the service with Terminix was less than Orkin’s. My experience with Terminix has been very good and I recommend them to other people.
But there's one Terminix guy who I wasn’t happy with because he did not do his job well. I told Terminix I did not want him to come back to my home and they didn’t send him back. He only came twice and the second time he came, he went to my basement. He was a very fat guy and I knew he wasn’t able to get up and down the ladders and go into the crawl spaces and spray the way he was supposed to. There was no way he could do his job but when I asked him about it, he said he did. I lodged a complaint and they did not make me pay for the service the second time he came.
Other than that, I like my regular Terminix man and the service he provides. He has the truck with the big tank and he's bringing that instead of the small tank and sprays the outside. He’s prompt and he does exactly what I ask him to do. Plus, he goes above and beyond whatever I ask. He’s also polite and I appreciate him. He's very thorough when he does my upstairs, downstairs and the whole area outside. He got rid of the cockroaches but after he’s been here, I had ants in my house. I called Terminix about it and they sent somebody out right away. We found two huge ant hills outside and the tech put them out. It was even on a weekend that he came so I was more than happy with their service. I also had an issue with spiders after they serviced my house. The tech came out immediately and repsrayed. I'm still finding spiders but it’s time for them to come and do their thing as I’m due to get my house sprayed on Monday.

Terminix always contacts or sends me an email to let me know when they're coming and recently, they came out to our home for our annual inspection. The technician that day was nice and friendly. I went to look to see when he was coming and he was already here. He was a few minutes early. I also attributed a lot that my wife doesn't cook much for not having a problem with pest activities. So we don't generate much food and bugs don't hang around where there's not anything to eat. I was completely happy and satisfied with the young man who came out and the job he did, including the way he reacted to me and answered any questions I might have.

Terminix is customer-based and always does a great job. Scheduling a service is very convenient because they just set up a time and if it doesn't work I have their phone number in case I need to call them. The representative I spoke with was very thorough and talked about what they would do on the outside and then if there were any concerns on the inside to let them know and then they could arrange for somebody to come inside. I also really like the fact that they do the follow-up email with the customer report so that way we know what's going on and what they did. I think that's important.

Terminix does the spraying on the outside for regular maintenance. They notified us for the schedule and the technician David has been excellent. He's a good customer service person and he has done a good job. We also had some carpenter ants in the attic before and we haven’t had any more problems. Everything’s been great and Terminix has provided excellent service.

I have had Terminix for years in Three Rivers and I did a continuation of my yearly inspection. I set up with a yearly contract with Terminix and the tech comes quarterly. Their tech is superb, very professional, very knowledgeable, really knew what he was doing and knew how to talk to customers. He is a big asset to the company. I don't have any pest problems since the services. Overall, it’s an extraordinary experience.

I wanted to protect my house from termites so I had Terminix come out and do an inspection. I had them bait around the house despite not seeing any termite damage. I also had them do an encapsulation in my crawl space. They put in a dehumidifier as well. There were several different technicians who came out and did an installation. They are all polite and were responsive and respectful when you ask them questions. My only issue was I paid for 10 years of service, and then I got a bill in the mail saying I owed 600 and some odd dollars. I called them, and they said they don’t know why the bill was generated. Other than that, things have been fine.

The technician handled the outside and since I was home, I was able to open my lanai up for him, so he also sprayed throughout that area. If you open the front door to walk in or out, sometimes something flies in. I found a dead roach in the garage and it was probably from what was sprayed that killed it. I have an annual recurring service with them and if I see anything inside, I can schedule an appointment and get everything done. I'm satisfied with Terminix.

Terminix did their three-month inspection recently. I was having some spider problems, so Terminix did the service for that on the inside and the outside of the house. They also did the termite inspection for free, though I didn't opt to get that covered since there were no termites at that time. The technician who came out was a very nice gentleman. He explained what he was doing step-by-step and then he came in afterwards and explained about what he has found. They did a detailed job and pulled everything. Also, they were very willing to schedule around my schedule and reschedule for me, which was helpful. The pest activity at home has been greatly reduced since the service. However, there are still problems because the owners of the house that I rent have not mowed the back area which keeps causing an increase of bugs. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with Terminix.

The first time that Terminix came for the roaches, everything was fine. However, there are still roaches going wild even after Terminix's service. So the technician came back to check it out. The roaches were coming in my room, on my bed, and they were there when I opened the cabinet in the kitchen. We don’t leave out food and the kitchen is clean so we wonder why the roaches are there. That’s when he came back out here last month. He put stuff on the Frigidaire, keeping the roaches out of my Frigidaire. I really can’t take the roaches anymore unless Terminix has to come and do something better. But I would still recommend them to some people.

Terminix is a great company. We had some roaches a couple of years ago and they rectified that. Now, they come out quarterly and maintain the property. We had a few rodents that came a few months ago but they took care of that too. When we went to go get our policy again, my wife contacted their 1-800 hotline but she wasn't able to get what we needed. But they have a retention department and the representative from our area reached out to us. She's awesome and if we have any concerns we call her directly and she'll get everything set such that we don't even have to really worry about them. The technicians are pretty good too.

Terminix has always been there for me every time I have to use them. The most recent time I called Terminix out, we were remodeling my dad's house and we ran across some termite damage. Scheduling the service wasn't too bad. They told me that it would be three weeks but I told them that that would not work. I also told them that I have three houses that are insured with them and I needed somebody there that day. The local manager came out. He was great, and I didn't find any pest activity anymore. The guy was very professional and willing to help.

Everything is going swimmingly with Terminix. Their customer service reps are really nice and very courteous. The technician’s also great. He answered all my questions and if he didn’t know an answer, he would ask someone else then get back to me. But there was some miscommunication between him and the sales rep because he wasn’t sure of everything that was in my package. It's also disappointing because the bugs aren’t gone yet. It's been a low level infestation, but I still have them. But as Terminix explained, it's a process. So I'm contented so far. Hopefully, my thousand plus dollars will be put to good use and the process is completed. Their tech was recently out here for bed bugs and he might come back on Tuesday, if my schedule can accommodate theirs. I have a busy work schedule and their openings don't match mine but they're trying to work it out. They're giving me options and it's just a matter of what my options are.

We had a problem with water bugs so we called Terminix and the customer service representative was very attentive, kind and very helpful. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure to give me a call and let me know he’s on his way. And I got an email from Terminix to let me know if he was not around as well. After their service the pests were diminished quite a bit to almost nothing. Their customer service model is really good and their product is excellent. When I had a chance to talk to the technician he mentioned that he had a really good mentor and I thought that was pretty cool. I’m very pleased with their product overall.

We had a problem with ants. Scheduling a service with Terminix was easy. The scheduling rep I worked with was professional and courteous. The technician, a young man, came on time. He serviced our property. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and told us what we might need to do afterward. We no longer have an ant problem, we pretty much saw a difference within a day. They gave us outstanding service.

I hired Terminix to do my yearly treatment of bugs and the technicians have been very good and thorough, except for one of them. Her name's April and she didn't knock down the cobwebs or get rid of the spiders. But this last time, an Indian man came out and his nickname was "Bear". He's a very nice man and he did a very good job. The pest activity has been the same though. I've seen a bug in my living room floor, but I've had a lot of trouble with some maintenance going on in my house and my bathroom. The mosquitoes are also bad this year but other than that, I've been very satisfied with Terminix.

It's been a wonderful and pleasant experience with Terminix. They keep my schedule up for me and they let me know when they're coming. They also keep in touch with me all the way until they get to the house. The most recent problem we did with them was for mosquitoes. They came to redo the spray, which they do so often. Our previous technician moved to Colorado, so Samantha came in this time, did a great job and was very pleasant and easy to work with. Noel, the one who came in the beginning, also did a great job.
The service got rid of the ants and I don't see spiders anymore. With the mosquitoes, Terminix is doing the best they can. We're living in the middle of rice fields, so it's horrible here. But every time they spray, our situation gets better and it's now a lot better than it used to be. Additionally, I see my account online and I can tell when payments are due and when the appointments are. It's very easy.

I have a routine maintenance service from Terminix. I was in a condo before and I had a contract with Terminix for a routine service at the time. But when I switched to the new home, I was using Alterra Pest and Terminix acquired Alterra last year. So I'm back with Terminix and I have no problems with them. Whenever I call in, their representatives always schedule the service on time and are really good at that. The technicians, specifically the ones who come out a little early to my place, have done a good job and are understanding.
I have quarterly visits planned out. The technician comes on regular visits but it’s like a pain to reschedule on more service to fix the issue after they've come out. Two days after spraying, the bugs keep coming in. So, maybe their solution is not strong enough or it’s more diluted. Although the tech sprays out in the garage and the basement area and the window grills, I see a lot of bugs coming in and out. Also, I would prefer a regular technician who comes to my home. Otherwise, if anybody comes in, he may look at things differently and he may not know some of the concerns that I already mentioned. And I hope it is noted on the website. So far, my experience is satisfactory and I will still stick with Terminix in the future as well.

We have a normal quarterly maintenance with Terminix plus we had evidence of mice being in our sunroom. We reached out to them and the Terminix representative did the scheduling. He also asked about what we wanted and handled it very well. They got here on time and I’m happy the technician came in. He was a nice guy and he seemed to know what he was doing. He worked efficiently and I was very pleased with him. He called the day before and said he was coming in at 7:00 AM. I asked if we can make it a little later and he suggested to make it 9:00 AM to which I agreed. He came at 9:00 AM right on the nose. It was a very pleasant and easy experience on a difficult subject and we don't have any mice since the service. I’d recommend them.
But the pricing is a little discouraging because I’ve noticed they’ve had a lot of price increases and it’s more than the general inflation rate. Our service has probably gone up to $20 per service over the last two years. We had a house in Vermont out in the middle of the field and it had a lot of problems with mice. The guy had to drive a huge distance to get to the house and it was handled very well but the service was $30 less up there. So I’ve always wondered why is ours so high. It's disturbing because I’m getting these notes saying they will be increasing the price and we just had one very recently. It jumped up from $100 up to $140. I also realized that when I’m dealing with pesticides and permits, we’ve seen a lot more paperwork and care needed.

Terminix does a quarterly spray in our place. The scheduling is pretty straightforward and simple. You go online and schedule it. Then, somebody calls, confirms, or sends an email and try to confirm it. You either confirm or deny it. And then, the Terminix representative shows up at the prescribed time, sending you a text message, letting you know that they're on their way, which is what I like. In addition, I really like the technician. I've had a very pleasant experience dealing with him and Terminix is very fortunate to have that young man working for them.
I had issues with insects when I first moved in but that's not the case now. The only issue I have is the rodents and that's not because of me, but because of the neighbors around. But it's nothing Terminix can't deal with. The advice the Terminix representative gave me was to get lids for the garbage can, make sure that the garbage can is the hard, plastic ones, and try not to leave any food or anything with food residue on it outside, clean up after the barbecue, and it should minimize rat presence. And he was spot on. Overall, I've had the most pleasurable experience with Terminix.

I've had a service contract with Terminix for my farm for three years now and they've been excellent. A gentleman comes out and services quarterly. His name is Pete and he does an outstanding job. He’s always prompt and he goes the extra mile. I had a situation four months ago where he noticed that I should have a better vent for my dryer and that it would, in fact, allow a snake or a rodent to get in there. He had some on his truck and took care of it. It doesn't get any better than that when the technician cares enough about an account to do the extra. Also, a couple of times when I’ve gotten in the farm and there was an issue of some type, minor that it may be, I call the office and they send Pete out. He does a great job.

I have Terminix here quarterly and I am very happy with them. They call me and let me know the date and approximate time that they're coming out. I like the way the guy that initially came out to assess the issue approached me. He's really professional and he was on point. He knew what he was talking about and I was happy that he came. Pest activity has been pretty much nil since I've had their service. As far as inside the home, I'm glad that I have not seen any roaches, ants or spiders. It's a good thing and money well-spent. I would definitely recommend Terminix to anybody who needed the bugs to be eradicated.

We see little critters every now and then so we reached out to Terminix and the operator who took my order was very good and nice. She explained everything the technician was going to do from the time he arrives until the time he leaves. She also explained about the other two visits I'm supposed to have. The technician was friendly and I could feel he enjoyed working with the company and working with people. The first time he went out, he explained everything and it was great. He took me to the spot and showed me what he was doing. He left some stuff the critters liked and poisoned all of them. Once Terminix sprayed where they're at, we don’t see the critters anymore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I really trust Terminix and I had the best technician.

I called Terminix and asked about an appointment for them to do an exclusion to keep rodents out of my house. Their phone reps are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, their techs were considerate, on time, and very professional. It was a pleasant experience. But somehow there are rodents left that are still getting in so I have to call them to come back and identify any other place the rodents may be coming in. They should also move the next trap.

Terminix had recently purchased the company I've been doing business with. When they first took over, they said they'd notify me by mail but I did not get anything. They also scheduled a technician who came to my house unannounced. I was very unhappy with that last inspection and brought this to their attention. So this time, it was much better. I had someone knocking at my door after they went in my backyard. Her name is Alex and she was extremely friendly. She got here on time and was explanatory with the routine annual inspection and renewal.

I had a very good experience with Terminix. They were very mannerly and did what they were supposed to do. The first experience I had with them was I had some mice and I thought maybe there was a hole but there wasn't. They looked around and nothing could be found so the technician did not do anything. It must've been where I left the back door open. There was enough space underneath where they can get through. We haven't had a problem since we've had Terminix.

I had carpenter ants and I didn't like what I had found. I called Terminix out and their employees said I probably had a bug inside the wall. It could have been from the year prior or still ongoing but if I did have a problem, I didn't want it to get worse so getting the service was more preventative than me really having a problem from the get-go. I signed up for the contract and once I sent it, they advised me every time I'm due for a service. They sent me multiple emails and text messages, letting me know that they're coming, and pinpointed it down to a 20-minute window. The technician also called me from the phone to let me know he's on the way.
On his most recent visit, he did what he's supposed to do and he's good at what he did. He's also informative and gave me answers to the questions that I had on why the bugs sometimes do what they do. I've also seen him do little things like we had those small hornet’s nests at the peak of the garage. Most people wouldn't look up that high and as far as thoroughness, he was able to catch that. He took out his little broom and knocked it down. Terminix comes out quarterly and do the spraying. It's only been six months, but I didn't have too big of a pest issue before and I don't have any issues now. They also spray the house and I didn't have ants this year in the house. I haven't seen too many spiders and other stuff that my wife's afraid of either. So far, I'm happy and satisfied with their service.

Terminix is usually good. They were out a few weeks ago for my quarterly maintenance and the tech was very nice and friendly. I met him at the door and we didn't need to come inside the house. After the first or second initial visit, the techs don’t have to come inside. One day, I saw some bugs on the side of the house and the tech did extra work there last time when he was here. Other than that, I don't normally see a whole lot of bugs, which is okay with me. That's why I keep Terminix. But they would me send me a card saying that the rate was going up. This last time, I told them if the rate went up, I wasn't going to keep them. So they kept it at the same rate.

The visits we had from Terminix before were not good. When they came for the first visit, the first tech called to say he’ll be late, which was fine, and he was very competent. He went around the house and locked up any entrances for the mice so they wouldn't get in anymore, which was important. The second tech came much later and that was okay. They did all right that time. While they were here, they scheduled another appointment for the following week, as was common, to check traps. That was a no-show. Nobody came or called. They were supposed to be here between 9:00 and 11:00 but I waited until about 1:00. I called and they scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. I waited again but nobody came. I called and they said somebody had a death in the family so nobody was scheduled. I understand that but that's unacceptable. They should've rescheduled somebody else or called me to say he can't make it.
We rescheduled again and the man that came out was good and knowledgeable. He looked around and he knew what he's talking about. But at that point, I don't need him anymore because I already emptied the traps with the mice we caught and we haven't had anything since. The idea was they would come the following week and then one more week and then they would evaluate whether they should come in two to four weeks, depending on what the action was. But we had a couple of no-shows and I don't know if it was the actual person that was supposed to come out or it was a scheduling problem. After the first time that they were here and they blocked off the entrances, the guy who was an hour late didn’t even give any explanation. I was put off by that and then the next two were no-shows. So, some of my experiences were not very good. We paid quite a bit of money for their service, and I didn't think it was worth what we paid.
The mice situation has been alleviated and it wasn't a big problem. The only reason I called Terminix was because I could hear the mice in the walls and that bothered me. The man that did the exclusion to keep them from getting into the house did a good job. We haven't had a problem since so I assume he got all the entries. Their plan had a guarantee for a year that whatever they did would keep the mice out. Overall, their techs have lack of supervision in their district. The no-shows certainly were inexcusable. I called their headquarters and their 800 number, wherever it is in the country, and told them the situation. The person there called the branch and got a hold of somebody, and that person called me so they did get some response, but I didn't think it was adequate.

Initially I had these carpenter ants at my vacation house that I couldn't get rid off. I tried to do it by myself but I'm not there all the time. When I came in there I found a pile of sawdust on my kitchen floor so I cleaned it up and sprayed around. But at the third time that I went there I had something else going on. I called Terminix, they told me what service I needed and I approved of it. When Terminix sprayed there the first time I've never seen the carpenter ants again. There were dead soldier ants, no living. Their service helped with the mosquitoes as well because they sprayed outside for other bugs and I don't have mosquito issues.
I have a quarterly schedule with them. A couple of times I had to change the date of service because I wanted to be there when they came and we worked it out. They called me when they were coming. If I needed to be there and have them spray inside they worked with me to do it. When they came in and sprayed inside it was quick. They were very knowledgeable and they do a good job. The thing that concerns me though is I have a cat and they say it's not harmful but they use chemicals so when they do spray inside I don't bring my cat with me.
Also this last time I noticed my bill was higher by $3. If they're going to raise it on me I should be warned. And if it's more than that I will have to say something because that's just not right. But other than that I'm very happy with Terminix. I'm contemplating of having them spray my house down state too because I have a spider issue that's little concerning. I would recommend them. If anybody would ask me about Terminix I will say to give them a try. It was a pleasant and nice experience overall.

I scheduled Terminix service online for the cockroaches in our house. I got an email prior the visit reminding me of the appointment and another afterwards saying, "Thanks for your service. If you have any questions, give us a call." The technician who came was really nice. He asked basic questions like where we’re seeing cockroaches the most and where we think that they may possibly nest at. Then he sprayed. He was very respectful and made sure I didn’t have any question or anything before he left.
Since he was here, the pests are not as bad. Though, we still had to have him come back and re-spray. He didn't get to spray as well upstairs and it's not his fault. He was told to move our things away from the wall but we’re still trying to unpack everything. So, there are still places on the wall he did not get to spray, also in the upstairs bathroom. But even in the last few days, the cockroaches have decreased a lot. So it's still working. Overall, our Terminix experience was quick and easy and it had good results.

We built a brand new home so we needed to spray in the yard. We scheduled with Terminix and they came and did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do and the price was good too. When Terminix reps came out and set us up initially they were both very professional and nice people. We enjoyed visiting with them. The technician also explained everything to us real well when we first set up our termite system and our monthly pest control. For the service they call and I also get a text or an email to let us know that they are coming. Last time the technician did a real good job. He went around the house, did the spraying and swept the cobwebs down around the house so my husband was pleased. I've seen fewer spiders in my house. And although we have a scorpion problem that's pretty common in the area where we live. The technician was supposed to have addressed that when he was there before and I haven't seen anything since the last service. We're very pleased with Terminix.

We have roaches outside and inside the home. Periodically, I would get a phone call and Terminix tells me it's their time to come out and they set up a date. They come out quarterly and the technician has been very nice, courteous and helpful. He looks like he enjoys what he’s doing and that’s really helpful for the customer to see that they’re not a burden when it comes to stuff like this. He didn’t have a problem looking into the garage and other places, and giving the information so I was very delighted with his service. We still have a few roaches now, but not as much. It's gotten a lot better. My experience overall has been wonderful and easy.

The first day we had Terminix, they came in and sprayed the outside and inside of the home. It was a quick schedule I got from their rep. He was fantastic, very friendly and professional. He explained to me what he was going to do and did things fairly quickly. Since he was here, there’s a little less pest but we still have some issues. The day after he sprayed, we had a big storm so it might have affected the item and everything that he was spraying around. But Terminix is coming back this week.

We had a roach situation in our kitchen. The Terminix rep gave us a schedule that worked well for us and the tech took care of the roach issue. He was very helpful and gave us a decent amount of insight on the situation. He spent a lot of time to explain to us how we should go about handling it instead of just coming to spray and leaving. He gave us a lot of advice moving forward and how to maintain the situation. Since he was here, the pests have subsided. I've also used Terminix before and they always get the job done.

I needed to schedule a pest service and I called Terminix. I wasn't sure which plan I was under, and the representative I spoke to explained it to me and said they'd come out for free for 90 days because I had paid for that. We then scheduled an appointment and the technicians came out. They went through the traps and put out traps for mice. Since starting with Terminix, the house is getting better. We had a positive experience and I'd recommend them. They were courteous, on-time and helpful.

Terminix has a quarterly treatment of our home on pests and insects. They also come out annually to do a termite inspection. They contact me and let me know that it's time for their service, and then I set up at the exact time for them to come. I schedule it with the technician that actually comes here. He can always work it out just when I need him to come. Our interactions with him were excellent. Since starting their services, it's a very rare occasion that we see any kind of insect. If I do see one, he would come back on an unscheduled trip to spray again if I need him to. Terminix is a good company and they have good people working for them. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

Terminix comes every other month. I had two good experiences with Terminix today, the person came to exterminate and then the other person came to check for termites. They told me who they were, why they were here and what they are going to do. The technician has been coming for a while and he’s very knowledgeable. He checks for mice, rodents, and all little creatures crawling. He exterminates inside, outside and around the house. The pest activity has been decreased but I told him that I saw some other little creatures since I got new neighbors. Still, he does a good job. Overall, Terminix comes when I call them and they're always here when they said they’re going to. So far, it’s been a good experience.

I have been using Terminix for a long time. They come quarterly to spray for insect maintenance and scheduling the service has been good. They normally call me and let me know when they will come. I have the same technician every time, which is the way I like. He seems to be a real nice young man. He is very knowledgeable and seems to know about the insect pests in our area when I talked to him about it. He comes back if I ever need him to come back before the end of the quarter or for the next quarter. So far, the pest activity is down since they last sprayed.

We called and have Terminix service come in. An inspector came and he did a good job. He said there would be another person to do the spraying and when the technician came, he went around the house and sprayed. Mostly it was in the bedrooms and in our kitchen where the rodents were, then he put little traps down. There were also wasp nests on our lawn and over our front window and he found another one. They searched over the town and he did a good job.
I had a problem when I got my bank statement. When I had talked to the lady initially, she said they wouldn't take cash. But we don't have a credit or debit card and she told me to write a check for $149 and to make it out to Terminix for when the technician comes. I did that but then I got the bank statement yesterday and it showed I had a debit of $258. I called the bank and they told me to call Terminix. They said there's some kind of debit card but I told them we didn't have one and all we have is an account. Then they said I got billed twice and I asked for a refund. They said yes and I gave the manager my information. He said that I would get the $149 around the first of September and hopefully I'll get that back. But we were really pleased with their managers and with what they did. They were real nice.

Whenever I called Terminix, they have been very prompt in having somebody come out. We had carpenter ants in our front yard, so I called Terminix and asked for an inspection. Everything was great with scheduling. The tech was very nice and polite. He asked if I had noticed any ants inside the house and I told him there was none but the ants were swarming in the front yard in two or three different places. So he checked outside around the house and because he didn’t see any indication that the ants were coming into the house at all, there was no need for the inside treatment.
The tech explained to me that we’ve been getting ants because of the rain we have right now and that’s not an uncommon thing. He also said that the ants seemed to be situated in specific places in gardens away from the house and that they were eating on the bushes and trees that were out there. He told me what could be done and offered a treatment. But we had already purchased a product and had started using it and the tech said that it's as effective as what he could do because there's not a treatment that keeps the ants away.

We've been with Terminix for many years and we haven't changed. They do a quarterly spray and the scheduling is automatic. They would have it scheduled and if it doesn't meet our needs, then I get a hold of them and change it. The gentleman that comes has been very thorough and he always meets our needs. He's very friendly, communicative and explains things if we ask questions. We're very satisfied with Terminix.

We had a bad spider problem the last two years and my wife doesn't like spiders so I called Terminix to get them eliminated and help keep the mosquitoes down. We're in Northern Michigan by a lake so instead of wasting money in sprays, I just had them do it. But when I called to get initial setup appointment, their reps set up the wrong date. Then they called back to set me up as a new customer but they had already done that. There was miscommunication between them and their technician too. But their reps were helpful throughout and the first couple calls were just like one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. It was a little confusing at first, but once we got things straightened out, it's been perfect.
Now that we've got a hold of the technician, we just communicate with him and he's been great and helpful. He comes out, answers all our questions and does a good job. They were here for the mosquito this month and they'll be back next month for mosquitoes and spiders. They've been really great with us and the pest activity has been down by 75% to 80%. I intend to have them come back again next year.

8/17 - I still have evidence of mice and Terminix has not scheduled time to complete work they failed to complete when scheduled. History of my Terminix experience. 7/8 – contract, was advised by salesman – Theodore ** – to contact him for anything. He “had me” which I took to me he was my direct contact within Terminix. Theodore advised it is better the insect/mice traps prior to the exclusion work. Gives the mice time to, as he said it “get out”. The exclusion work will block all entry points. Schedule insect work for 7/15. Schedule exclusion work for 7/18. 7/10 – “Ryan” text received that he would be coming on 7/11 for Insect. I advised this was scheduled for 7/15. He responded he wasn’t available then. He would need to reschedule for later
7/10 – emailed salesman – Theodore ** about the mix up in what he scheduled on 7/8. His response “Hey no I’m sorry. I don’t know what anything about a pest technicians schedule is. The only thing I can tell you is to call him and see when he will be coming back.” I responded by asking him what HE scheduled for work at my home on Saturday. His response –“I’m sorry. I will find that answer out on when they are coming and then also will find out why Saturday is not going to work being that is the only day that works for you that’s why we scheduled it on Saturday. I making a note of that now. Please forgive me. I will have that resolved in the morning. I’m sorry again thank you”
7/15 – Insects – work complete. 7/18 – Exclusion - Rodents/termites – termite trap left lying on the ground. 7/18 – emailed Theodore ** and J ** requesting explanation of ticket after work complete vs. details in the contract signed on 7/18. Ticket from Terminix did not match my contract. No response 7/21 – followed up with email to same 2 gentlemen requesting their clarification – No response. 7/27 – evidence found that mice still inside – drawers under stove, drawers to the left of stove, under sink, fireplace hearth. 7/28 – contacted 800 number requesting refund of work – not completed (more insects than I have ever had before, termite trap found lying on group and mice still in my house). Was advised no refund until after Terminix had an opportunity to respond to my issues. Keith, the service manager would contact me.
Scheduled insect work for 7/31 – to address the insurgence of insects. Termite trap was properly installed. No response from Manager. 8/3 – contacted 800 (spoke to Fernando) to advise I have given Terminix an opportunity to address all issues and they have not. Was advised that Tyler would contact me. He has not. I want a refund. 8/7 – Contacted Service Master who provided a number for the Terminix receptionist in Memphis. I called ~9:30 EST and the voicemail communicated that no one would be there to answer the phone until 8:00 am CST. I began to randomly select 4 digit extensions to get someone on the telephone. Reached Matthew **. Sent Matthew ** the above information.
8/7 – 10:24 am – I was contacted by Terminix Johnson City, Tyler. He and salesperson Theodore, would come by to inspect the work previously ‘completed’. At my convenience, but it couldn’t be after 5:00 on several days because he needed to take care of child’s game or something. So the visit was schedule for Friday at 4:30. Received a call at 3:30 Friday that ‘it was raining where Tyler and Theodore were and could they reschedule…at my convenience’. The visit was rescheduled for 5:45pm Monday, 8/14. BTW – Tyler said today was the first he had heard I was unhappy. He had no idea.
8/14 – Theodore arrived before 5:45 pm. He walked around the house and confirmed that the work had not been completed as contracted. BTW – Tyler never showed up, never reached out. Theodore put in an emergency order and I requested documentation of what had not been completed, confirmation of when they would arrive to correct and then written confirmation by an inspector that the work was completed as contracted. I have received nothing as of 8:30am EST 8/15.
8/15 – Sent the above detail to Matthew ** at Teminix in Memphis as an update on what has transpired since 8/7. I requested a refund and also ask that if my request should be made to someone else to please advise me. 8/16 – 10:43 – Rec’d email from Theodore ** that he ‘talked to the service manager and he is going to get you back on the schedule to come back to finish up. 11:37 – I replied asking for this person’s name. 12:41 – TV replied with – Danny is the serv Manager. 12:49 – I reminded TV that I have still not received the documentation he committed to sending me on 8/14.

Terminix is a great company and we’ve been with them for quite some time. They call us every three to four months and usually come four times a year. If we see something specific then they come out right away, which is wonderful. The tech that comes out to do our house is Josh and he is awesome. He calls ahead of time. If he's going to be early, he asks permission. If he's going to be a few minutes late, he calls to let us know. He also does a fine job and he’s very nice. He was at our home recently for a preventative. Since we've been with them, the pest activity was minimal and sometimes, it's next to none. But with the heat and the humidity these last months, we're glad to have Josh every three to four months. Terminix is professional and they do a good job. I would recommend them.

My recent experience with Terminix was good but I haven’t seen a follow-up. My first guy showed up, done the traps, and then I didn’t hear from him again. He didn’t check the traps and it's been over a month so I was disappointed. I called even though I do have an online account because I'd rather talk to a person. Unfortunately the way Terminix works is you don’t talk to anybody local. You talk to somebody else somewhere that needs to talk to the local people so you never have direct contact with the local branch. But the Terminix guys had been nice enough to leave me their cell phone numbers. They sent out a guy who checked the traps. He said there weren’t any bugs which I don’t believe because I've seen the bugs. I go down to the kitchen and the bugs are there. I haven’t seen him or done a follow up yet. Now I’m still waiting.

We have an air conditioning system in our attic and a mouse got in it and jammed it up so we couldn't have that repaired. The serviceman said we should have an exterminator come out so we looked at a few places and decided to call Terminix. They were responsive and they sent someone out right away. We dealt with a salesperson and we agreed to have some insulation that has some insecticide stuck in it put in our attic, have someone plug up all the places where mice could get in and spray around the house. It was $1,700 worth of services and we gave the salesperson a $200 check but he couldn’t get the computer to accept that. He was also having trouble getting his computer to take the things we were deciding on but he guaranteed us that he would go back to the office and they would enter that into the system.
A week later, the guys came out and did the service, and we didn’t have any complaints about that. My complaints have been on trying to get in touch with them afterwards because I received a mailing from their billing people saying that they had figured out where our payment would be each month for the next 12 months and it did not reflect the $200 that was paid. I've called that particular billing service four times and each time, the person I spoke with wasn’t capable of doing something and they were gonna have someone call me back the next day and I never got a callback. I’ve called more than four times to multiple numbers which I felt were our local numbers in Windsor, and I got nothing. It was like being locked in a maze.
I had the cellphone number of the salesman and I called him a few days ago to ask for help. He assured me he would and that he would call me back, but he was supposed to call me back yesterday and I haven’t heard back from him yet. It’s a real runaround and it seems impossible to get anybody who can deal with this and say whether the check is lost. It has not cleared in my checking account either. They told me it would take a couple of weeks to show up but it‘s been over a month. I need them to refigure with the $200 or if they have not gotten it, to let me know that so that I know this amount is correct because if they would be charging our credit card, it's $20 more per month than it should be if they cash that check.
I’m very dissatisfied and it has been very frustrating dealing with Terminix. I've also told the person I spoke with yesterday that it was inexcusable that I sat there for 10 minutes on hold, listening to their recorded thing saying 100% satisfaction. They’re so interested in making sure you’re pleased but they’re not very easy to contact. You go through the usual recordings and push all the buttons to get where they tell you to go, and then you’re on hold. Then when you get someone, they put you on hold to go and talk to someone. They’re gone for 10 minutes and they never come back or they never satisfy what you’re calling about. They’re always gonna have someone call you back and it doesn’t happen. They need some work. It’s not the service that I’m dissatisfied with but if I were dissatisfied with some aspect of the service, I’m sure I would be getting the same thing.

It took only a second to schedule with Terminix. I did it online and then someone called me back and we finalized it on the phone. They were really nice when they called. The tech who came was very thorough, friendly, and explained everything he did and how it all worked. He did a great job. I've seen a lot of transactions with different vendors and working with Terminix was one of the easiest things I did that day. After the service, there’s hardly any pest at all. It's really like night and day, and it's very effective. Overall, they’re professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everything is great and I've already recommended them.

Some years back I had a flea issue and Terminix came out to deal with that issue and that was the end of that. I also don't like bugs in my house but there were millipedes and spiders so I called Terminix. I have no troubles scheduling with them other than I work construction so I don't often have a set time. I finish work when I'm done. But the scheduling went fine. I have their service quarterly and the gentleman who came was very nice, informative, thorough and friendly. My house is pretty old and I live in a ratty little house but he was very kind and very cordial. He didn't mind that my basement ceiling is extremely low.
I made a call one-time and it was shortly after their service in winter months. Exterior spraying in those months is foolish. If they're coming every three months and there are no bugs in the winter since everything is frozen then it's a waste of money. The tech came inside and did my interior instead of doing the outside and that was sweet. I also want Terminix to keep this guy that came out here. He was of Spanish or Mexican descent. He's very good customer wise, as far as talking to people. He knew his stuff and what he was talking about. I was very impressed with that.
We had a little conversation about termites. Terminix is running a termite special at the time. He's like, "No you don't have to right there because your wood is not old enough." I was glad to hear that because I got a lot of wood now at the house. In general he's like there wasn't any place that would indicate termites and I didn't think so either. The pest activity was very little to none after using their service. I'm a very happy customer with Terminix. I have tried Orkin in the past and Orkin will come into your home with a spray can with a plain blank white label wrapped around it so you don't know that they're probably spraying something they picked up at the grocery store and their service does not work well. That's why I called Terminix back versus Orkin. Terminix is fantastic.

We always had problems with ants coming into the house. But since Terminix had taken over, it really got down to next to nothing. If they do, it’s very sporadic and it’s not the way it used to be like a year and a half ago. In the past, the gentleman who had serviced us had done a phenomenal job. His name is Carl and he took care of any issues based on our needs. If there’s one thing that needs to be improved, though, it’s to be able to pick the date. I tried in the past to change it. But you got to do it well in advance since it has to go through a centralized location then to the gentleman and then see if there’s an availability. In the end, it’s not worth it based on my wife’s and my schedule. They will still pick the date and they show up if I’m home or not. What I do is I ensure that they have access to the other side and have the opportunity to go around the house. But if ever there’s a problem internal, then somebody has to be here and that’s understandable.
Still, technicians from Terminix are very friendly and will always ask where the issues are and how they can help. They will also ask if we have young children in the house so they don’t put down any of the chemicals that my five-year-old son can eat and can get him sick. They have very open and candid individuals who want to make sure their customers are well taken care of. We would recommend them to friends because they’ve just been so good.

We’ve been with Terminix since March. Their techs have been in our home for ants mostly. Today’s issue was with the bees in a loquat tree, and ants as well. Scheduling service with them has been straightforward. We just called them and told them our issue, then they’d sent someone out. Their rep was also courteous and friendly. Their technicians were professional, sharp, and thorough too. What we did is we’ve gotten two-foot metal rebars that we painted white on the top. And so, as we’re moving the lawn and we spot anthills, we put stakes near them so that when the tech gets here, he can concentrate on where they are.
The pest situation in our house was pretty bad when we first got here. The house had sat empty for a while, so it got a lot of ant colonies. When we hit an area, the ants pop up some place else. But we’re diminishing them. We’re happy with the service we got from Terminix. It’s well worth the money and the people they send out are very knowledgeable in what they’re doing.

I manage 150 properties and I use Terminix on 10 of them. We use them to treat our properties for ants, rodents, spiders and bed bugs. It's mostly preventative and I've done two new services last year. My most recent experience with them was when they treated ants, and the experience has been very good. The scheduling was fine, as well as my experience with dealing with their technicians. The overall experience has been terrific. There's an area rep that I deal with who's utterly fantastic and takes good care of me. Also, since we’re not getting calls from the tenants, they’re definitely doing a good job. However, the only thing I don't like about Terminix is that they just call the night before a service. As a property manager, I have to give notification to my tenants and I can’t do that. I never get the interiors treated because of that.

Terminix contacted us quickly after our initial complaint. The contractor called and setup an appointment for demo of the affected area. Damage was minimal and work is almost complete. The contractor has been on time for all appointments and is very professional.

My husband and I found termites in our master bathroom in March. Fortunately, we had purchased a policy several years prior that would cover treatment and all damage at no cost to us. The treatment was completed promptly by March 23, 2017 and a contractor came out about a month later to get an estimate for damage. Nothing has happened since March. It is now August. My husband has called multiple times only able to leave a message with a customer service rep. No response. He finally got a different rep and she said all the calls were logged into the computer system, but none were forwarded to anyone else. She stated she would talk to her manager, and have the regional manager call. He never did but Jammy ** did, stating that a contractor would call us to come do another estimate. Well that hasn't happened either. My husband tried to call the contractor and his phone would not accept the call.
I tried to get help from the corporate office. A nice lady said she could connect me with Marty Wick COO. She transferred me to an automated system that did not recognize his name. I called back. She gave me an incorrect email address. Email did not go through. I called back and tried to get the operator when prompted to do so. The message came back "sorry no operator is available". The sad thing is we still do not even know how much damage we have. It could be structural or just dry wall. We tried today to contact the manager Jammy ** from the Fort Worth office, and his phone would not accept our call. It is very disheartening to read the reviews on this Fort Worth office, which are terrible. We have paid our monthly bill to them faithfully. We really feel ripped off. The pests are slowly dying down since our service with Terminix. I’m still having issues with one particular bug and I had to call them back out for a respray but other than that, their customer service skills are tremendous. The pricing of their services is reasonable and scheduling the service has been easy and convenient. The technicians always manage to answer my questions and they’re really courteous when they come in the house. They want to know what’s going on so they can direct it and solve the problem. It was an awesome experience overall. And I couldn’t ask for anything better when it comes to pest control.

I had a termite infestation in the garage. So the next day we called Terminix and they sent out a representative in the morning. We showed it to him and he crawled up under the crawl space to inspect everything. When he came out, he explained what he was going to do and what kind of problems we had. By the afternoon, the man came in and it only took him a couple of hours to treat the place. They did a great job and we were grateful that they came. Both of them were courteous. The man who treated it was the manager of the business and answered anything. His explanation on how, why and where they did it was good information. We appreciated him telling us that and he also told us how many times they'll come back. I'm satisfied. We'll see how the treatment goes but since then, we haven’t had any pest activity. We found one bug yesterday but it's something that came in the door.

We have a recurring service with Terminix and they have been doing good at chasing a lot of mosquitoes. Also, they do some advising on the location of mosquito production facilities like an extra bucket out in the backyard way back in the corner that catches rain water. And if I don't dump it frequently, then it would be fine for mosquito generation. They check, advice and then spray. The present gentleman has been taking care of our territory for 10 years or more. He can't take everything in the world but we know him by name and all that. Also, we are well satisfied with the cost.

Terminix comes out for a quarterly scheduled service and I usually get an email and then a call from them before they come. We live in a house so when we see pests, we call them and they come out within a day or so. Their rep is great and the technician is always very friendly. She makes sure that we always have everything, very personable if we have any questions, and does a great job. She always remembers we have a dog too, so she’ll call to ask me to put the dog out or she’ll leave a message about how long before the dog can go out if I'm not at home.

I've been with Terminix for years and they're regularly scheduled to come out. Dealing with their technicians have always been pleasant. The technician comes and does his job. Occasionally, I'll see ants. But then I'll ask for an inspection and he helps me out. Overall, I'm happy with Terminix.

Terminix came into our home recently for an appointment that we already paid for. We haven't seen any more of the termites and the ants that we had. Normally, when it rains, they will come through my front door. And in the spring, they normally start to be crazy. Terminix has been spraying all over the place. And the ants seem to be under control. Our experience has been pretty good and I will recommend them.

Terminix comes for termite outside the house and unless I call them, they come once a year. I had to call them when I had termites in my building. They took care of it then I called them again and when they came, they said there were no active termites. They were here two months ago and put some baits around my house. Since their most recent visit, I haven’t noticed any termites around the house. Overall, it was a good experience.

I have Terminix on routine service to spray for both in and outside the house, and in the basement. I get an email about the schedule for the service and if it doesn't work out, I usually let them know and try to reschedule before the date and we would work it out. The technician is pretty great. He's respectful and if I have extra concerns, he'll work with me through it. It's pretty good service. They have also explained how it will go, as far as what was going to be done or what I would need. The pest activity will die down but sometimes, I would notice an issue and I would have them come and spray on the inside because if the kids and the wife find something, it takes one bug for them to shout and they'll call. So as long as I can keep the wife and kids from screaming from every bug they see in the basement, I'm fine.

Terminix came on time for a wasp and spider problem. Scheduling with them was very easy and their representative was professional. I had a nice interaction with the technician. In fact, I know him since he's from the same hometown. It's been a month now since they did the service and so far, it's been good.

I had black coons in my attic and Terminix was excellent. When I called, they got someone out here the next day. I worked with two technicians – Toby and Stephen. They were kind of a team. But Toby went on vacation so Stephen was in charge. They were both great and they kept me appraised. They set some traps and then came back a couple of times to check on them. The traps were on the outside and they fixed it so that if a raccoon was still in the attic and tried to get out, it would catch them. And if they were out trying to get in, it would catch them as well. When they caught the raccoons, they came and handled it immediately. It was great service. They caught three raccoons that were not full-grown.
So far, I haven’t had any pest activity since the service. They also put a wire container over the attic fan vent where the raccoons got in so they won’t be able to get back in. The technicians also replaced the attic fan and the wiring, which the raccoons had chewed on. They were full of service and I found them very trustworthy and responsible. I will not hesitate to call Terminix again. I’m very satisfied.

Terminix all around has been very professional. They say what they're going to do and give a great service. Plus, if we have a problem, they're always willing to come back and fix it for us. The guy that came over also gave us a little bit of advice in some of the problems we're having and he was very good. But last year, I paid for a year in advance to start up the contract, gave them a check for it and they lost it some way or another. But they refunded what the bank was going to charge me for it. All in all, Terminix has been outstanding and I would recommend them.

I had vermins in the house and Terminix did something on the outside so they couldn’t get in. But that was a one-time service call and the pest activity is still bad in one area, although I have someone return every three months and he takes care of the house. The only thing I had a complaint with was that the gentleman told me how much to write my check for and I did that, but according to my bill, I paid less than what I should pay, so I had to pay almost $15 more.

We had a lot of ants and spiders and Terminix was courteous when I scheduled my service. They came out when they said they were. The technicians did what they had to do and left. The interaction was wonderful. Since the service I haven't had problems with the ants but the spiders are still there. But Terminix was great to do business with. They were down to earth.

We have a routine set up with them. However, I needed to have them come back in June but the scheduler unfortunately scheduled the technician on a day that he was off. And so, their scheduler called me and just rescheduled what I needed and I received a text message from the technician when he was on the way. We've worked with him for a couple of years and he's very good. Terminix treated the outside of our property and addressed what needed to be addressed. Since then, pest activity outside my home has been under control. Their technicians have been positive and seemed to go the extra mile with whatever they are doing. Terminix has always been polite and friendly. They do thrift jobs and handle issues in a professional manner.

We have pest problems in our home so we called Terminix and scheduled a service. The representative was pleasant, answered any questions I had and accommodated my schedule. Then the technician came in earlier than the scheduled time and was very informative. He explained the whole process and told me what he's going to do, what may possibly be needed and to call them back if I had any problem. He also put down the bait and the bait did what he told me it was going to do so I didn't have to worry about the toxic fumes. I was very happy with what he did. Overall, it was easy dealing with Terminix and with that one treatment that’s been done, there's been a significant decrease with pests at home. But I'm going to have to call them back to come in again.

The gentleman from Terminix was very professional. He explained in detail everything he was doing. I also like the fact that he gave me a heads up saying he’ll be there. So far, the pest activities have started to deteriorate little by little since the service. Terminix did a good job and definitely satisfied my needs. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Terminix to get our house sprayed and the rep said that I had a free house inspection and then set it up. Their guy came out and inspected our house for termites. He was very thorough, gave a lot of information, super nice, friendly, respectful, and did a good job. He left me with some packets and different quotes to consider. Then he's going to look up more information for me about if they had serviced the address before and then get back with me.

Joe from Terminix was out here to inspect and spray for ants and spiders. Joe is always good about getting out here whenever you called for him and he's here when he says he's going to be. He's a heck of a good technician. He does a good job and everything went great.

Terminix came to perform our annual inspection on Saturday. On the phone they had told me they had already inspected the exterior but the inspector wasn't convinced so he did it again. He then came in the house to inspect. He opened the crawl space and went in. Once he was done he was unable to put the crawl space cover back in place. It is open to the inside of our house on the floor.
Last year, for the first time ever (5th year in the house) the inspector refused to check the crawl space because he was not confident that he could get the cover back on. He promised to have someone come out in the fall when the cover wouldn't be as tight (humidity). We have had multiple plumbing changes and a foundation inspection done without any complaints about getting in and out and closing the crawl space. He told us that he couldn't get the cover back on and he made a phone call and told me that the office would send someone on Monday. I told him that I thought this was unacceptable but he said he couldn't do it. Monday came and no word - I have the contents of the closet sitting out and our house is open to the outside with 97 degree temperatures.
At 2 PM I called Terminix. The "help desk" rep told me that someone would take care of it today and I would be receiving a call after I hung up. No call. I called back at 3. This rep tells me that there is no record of my 2 PM call. He tells me that he will fix this and have Chelsea **, from the local office call me as soon as we hang up. To be sure, I asked for and was given a number to reach Chelsea. No call from Chelsea or anyone.
At 4 PM I called Chelsea and learn that the number I was given routes back to the same phone tree nightmare that I've been going through. And I'm told again that no notes were made of my last call so I ask the rep to take notes. I told her I needed to speak with a local branch manager and she refused to give me any numbers because she said they are personal cell phones. The rep who was here on Saturday gave me a business card with a cell phone number on it so it doesn't sound quite honest. She said that she called Anthony and he was not there so all she got was his voicemail. She said that she left him a message to call me. I called the inspector who was here on Saturday and he got someone to call me.
They called just now and someone is supposed to come tomorrow. I've heard that before! It has to be the right person with the right tools. They told me that they have 24 hours on an escalation and I told them the 24 hours started on Saturday so it is long overdue. I haven't paid yet so I have no receipt to verify I'm a customer.

I came back to Terminix because I had a good experience when I had another home in Woodridge 10 years ago. It was a wooded area. We had 33 trees on the property and we had termites. The follow through was excellent. They came back out even without me calling to make sure that there wasn't a problem. Terminix came out recently for a mice issue. They're very flexible. The representative was courteous and very helpful because I had a scheduling problem.
The first technician was good. She identified where the problem was but she had no answer as to what I could do other than the daily traps. Nobody wants to deal with the traps. I hate what's going on. I still see the activity and it's frustrating. I lost seven pounds in a week. Also, I bought all my appliances over again - my coffee pot, toaster, and everything that the mouse came near. But the last guy was exceptional. Everyone else identified where the problems were. I gave them some suggestions on where I saw it. And then they identified two other areas. But the last guy not only identified, but he also made suggestions as to a senior who's single. He helped identify what I might get to try to help offset the problem that I was having.
He was professional, caring and didn't fast talk. He took his time, then he said, "What are your concerns? Here's some suggestions. Now, it's up to you whether you act on them or not." He showed that he cared through his suggestions. There's a difference in providing a service and caring about the customer. There should be more like him. I haven't had a problem since I followed his suggestions and I had a week of peace since he left. I took two of his suggestions and acted on them and fixed it. I can't thank him enough. I hope the company will recognize him and tell him how much I appreciate the information he provided.

I got a new home and noticed a lot of unwanted pest friends, so I called Terminix about a month ago. The technician was very friendly and informative. He applied the product and we chatted. After that service call, it seemed like the treatment was working. Then, unfortunately, the friends came back. Recently, big cockroaches came out and my wife freaked out. It's hot and humid here in Atlanta, so the pests came out and we saw the little babies and the big parents. The initial reaction is, when you have a treatment, the problem is eliminated. I didn't expect to see the pests so frequently but we now see them almost everyday. We needed to call the Terminix techs back.
So, I called Terminix today because the service is contracted for about six weeks. The representative was very friendly and explained that the product that they apply can drive the insects out. He said that they'd be more than happy to come and apply a second treatment and rectify the problem free of charge. I'm optimistic that the second treatment will at least help to rectify the pest problem. So far, the service has been very professional and personable, and I'm going to give Terminix another chance. Our follow-up appointment with them is scheduled for this coming Monday. One consolation is that they said they would come back and treat the pest problem for free, so we don't have to pay an extra fee, and we'll see if they can do that.

Terminix recently came to our home for the yearly inspection. The technician was pleasant and very professional. But the bill has gotten too high. We started out paying the bill back then before it was Terminix, and it was really cheap. It must be 40-some years now. Other than that, our experience has been okay.

This is the first time I had Terminix come out and scheduling the service was a good experience. I wasn’t home when they came around, but they did what they needed to do and left me a note. The technician did a good job and he left a card with my father then made a phone call with me so I was able to talk to him. He paid a lot of attention to the house and stuff underneath, and was good about giving me information. Our pest situation has turned for the better since the service.

We called Terminix for normal preventative measures. Scheduling the service was pretty easy and they are accommodating if one has to reschedule. Their technicians have been great, always professional and courteous. Overall, it was a good experience.

We've had this house four years and the lady who had the house before us had Terminix. We just continued the service so we've had them for four years as well. The reps we dealt with in getting the service scheduled were very good and so were the technicians who came out. The techs were also prompt, if they're going to be here a certain time, they would be here which is good. They recently inspected the whole house. We have an outfield and they inspected that too. They did a really good job.

Every time we've had any pest issue, Terminix has taken care of it. But when I was trying to get a schedule for the service, their reps said they'd call and set the schedule up automatically. They don't ask me. They tell me. But I know the girl who does the service. She usually calls and works the schedule out with us and it has worked out all right. And the last time we had a follow-up to spray for termites, the technician did a good job.

I got good service from Terminix and they're doing all they can do. I've had good interactions with their technicians and there's a good control of the pest activity since they've been out. I've also got one location that's really weather-related and it was flooded before. As soon as the water went down, they all came and took care of it. My only complaint is when they call me, it's a recording and they only tell me that they will be at my location. But I got 4 places and I don't know where to go. The recording says I should call to know more information but that's a pain in the butt and it's aggravating me. I wish I could take time to tell them where I need them to go. So, Terminix isn't perfect but they all do a good job.

I used Terminix before a long time ago and just last month, Terminix put poison down for mice in our home. Scheduling with them's fine and they come out every three months. They just call me and if I need them to come back sooner, I call them and they come back. It's easy to get a hold of them. Furthermore, Terminix's technicians are very nice, polite and give good services. Working with the technicians was a good experience and they did what they said they'd do. Since the service, we haven't seen any mice at all.

Someone from Terminix just came in recently and asked what’s going on. I explained that we had some bites explicitly during night-time. He sprayed inside and outside the house and told us that we’re safe to be at home. But we didn’t want to take a risk because we had children so we had to leave the house. We’ve just come back from a vacation and we didn’t have any bites since then. The people at Terminix were also friendly and knowledgeable and we didn’t have a bad experience with their technicians. It has all been good so far. I would recommend Terminix to my friends and I would use it for my future needs.

Terminix contacted me about scheduling the yearly examination at our home. Then the technicians came. One was working inside our home and the other technician was at the outside of our home. They both did a fine job. Since the service, we're not seeing pests any longer. We've used Terminix for years and we're completely satisfied with them.
