The house was clear for roughly 17 years. I've been happy with generally all the termite inspectors that came to my house. But over time, I get to work with one particular individual and I build up rapport with them. I trust them when they come to my house and heed their advice. However, I had an inspector, not my normal one, come in April last year. I found out later that he was some guy that was supposed to be trained to promote business for Terminix. Since I was already a Terminix customer, he shouldn’t even have been here. Then I thought he was going to follow up at that point but I never heard any more back. I never got an inspection report nor any feedback from anybody.

I have Terminix in Maryland, where I live, and I got them out here for my mom because I like having Terminix on her house as well. We've been so satisfied with them. My mom is in her 90's, so it's important to have somebody because I'm not always here and neither is the caregiver. Rick, who's her service technician, is terrific. He's customer-oriented, very thorough, friendly and personable. Sometimes she's by herself when he comes, and she's confident. The Peoria office is outstanding, well-managed and over and above anything I would've expected from a pest control company. That's why I keep the contract on her house and keep paying the bill for it out here since the quality of service is so good. It's also such a reasonable price. As long as mom's alive and in her own home, I expect to continue to renew it every year.

Mr John ** is the nicest service person I know. He has helped my husband take apart our dishwasher to help us get rid of drain gnats. He is always so pleasant and helpful and ready to fix any problems we may have. He is very thorough and knows about bugs. All and all he is a great person.

I’ve been with Terminix for a while now and I like the technician. It's the same guy since I started with Terminix. He's just an amazing young man and I already know what he’s going to be doing. When we speak, he approaches me with unbelievable respect. It's also nice to know that when I'm not home or I'm going to be away, he calls to give me a heads up that he's going to our property. And he already knows where to look for the check and he leaves my receipt in the same spot as well. He has built that trust with me. Since they started the service, I don't see insects that bother me and everything seems to be under control. I run a little business and I let my clients, especially elderly ladies that are widowed, know that my Terminix technician is a safe person to be around their property.

Terminix was really good. They were fast, and on time, which is important for me. I scheduled the service over the internet, and then I called them. They sent really a careful technician, who was also really good, and explained to me everything I needed to know and more. He said that I should expect some dead bugs, and I’ve seen some, mostly outside. I didn’t find a lot of them, which was good.

Terminix's initial application was fine. But I saw that the ants came back, so I scheduled another visit a month after. Since spraying again, there have been no more ants. However, someone called me to schedule an inspection of my attic and other areas. That someone very quickly wanted to get it scheduled before the end of the year. I made sure that I was here but no one ever showed up. Recently my regular tech came by on a routine visit to spray. I wasn't here, but he was able to get in and that was fine.

Terminix usually comes every quarter and their employees who have come out to my house have all been very generous. They're supposed to come on a certain time and they're supposed to let me know, but sometimes they didn't and that has been the only problem I've had with them. I have a dog and I wanted to make sure that the dog was not out when they were here, especially after they sprayed. Also, when they came and I was not ready for them because no one knew about them, they couldn't go to my backyard, so they only did the front of the house. They told me that if I wanted more service, I'd have to call them. But I told them that I was paying for their service and they needed to call me. In the end, we have worked it out and they did not charge me for that time that they just did the front.

We got an advance notice in the email saying that we would get a visit for our quarterly maintenance, and the guy showed up when we expected him. He knocked on the door and said he was here to spray or go over the exterior of the house. We've been using Terminix since we got the house back in 1994, and they've been very reliable and they've held goof to their promises.

I have a quarterly termite inspection with Terminix, and my most recent experience with them has been great. They contacted me, and I said okay. I get the same technician every time, and we’ve had a really good interaction. Terminix is pretty good, and I would recommend them.

We've had Terminix for 30 plus years now and the Terminix technician who recently came out was awesome. He's been to our house several times. He is friendly and I feel perfectly safe being home alone with him. However, we were emailed in an appointment and we were not even home then. They need to call us for the first appointment, not email us and appoint. I need to be home at my convenience, not at Terminix's convenience. And when we called to change the appointment, the gal at the call center said, "Well, I can't change it but I'll have somebody call you within 24 hours that can change it." which was very inconvenient. Three days later, nobody has called. I called back and the gal said she'll but the request through again. Their reps were nice when I talk to them but I'm not happy with the call center. They're horrible.

We saw a mouse in our house and I looked online at some of Terminix's reviews and I thought I would give them a try. I went online, did some things and I tried to contact them. I was going back and forth initially but I wasn't able to get through immediately, but eventually, I did touch base with somebody. Their inspector came out to take a look at things and then a couple of days after, the technician came out to set the traps. I wasn’t there but my wife was there when the technician came. He talked to her about what he was doing and told her where he was setting the traps. He also told her to let him know if we had any problems and that he will check back with us in a couple of weeks, but that never happened.

I’ve always had an outstanding experience with Terminix. They have treated the inside and the outside of our home, but recently they just do the outside. I’m on a yearly contract with them and they come out quarterly. I usually get an email and then they call me the night before, telling me what time they’ll be here. Their technicians would knock on the door when they get here to let me know that they’re here, they do their business outside and then they let me know when they’re finished. They were very nice and very personable. I’ve been with Terminix for a lot of years and they have taken care of everything I’ve ever needed with pest control. And, I have referred several of my friends to Terminix for any pest problems that they had.

I love Terminix. They schedule a service for us once a month and they send us an email about it. If we have problems, we always call them and they're always very cordial and react to our calls fast. And our most recent service from them was excellent. I also very seldom have pest activity in the home anymore.

I have an agreement with Terminix and our technician, Larry, took the initiative to carry out an inspection. Most recently, Larry did his annual inspection to see if there is an infestation of termites and went to every nook and corner of the premises, outside and inside, and I really appreciate that. His expertise has been very useful. And he told me that if he would've found anything, he would have arranged the treatment of that section, or if there is more, he would've arranged a total treatment. Fortunately, there were no traces of termite. I would recommend Terminix anywhere.

I had Terminix for 3 years before I cut them off because the technician didn't say or explain anything to me and was always late. But I've gone back to them this year and I get the services every 3 months. Scheduling is easy and I just go online and select the time and day that I'm home for the service. It's already been twice that the same technician had come and he is really good. He has been here on time and he calls me when he's almost here. He knows the house so I don't have to really say much. He fumigates all around, tells me what he did and what he found, and explains everything to me. There are spiders and crickets and I see less and less now. But they're not all going to completely go away so I keep up the service.

I have a quarterly service set up with Terminix. We just had them treat the backyard and everything was fine. They gave me a call before they came. They asked if they needed to come inside when they came the first time and I didn’t think I needed it but I'd probably have them do the inside next time because it will be spring and I really haven’t seen any pest though I saw one or two spiders but that was about it. There were two different guys who came. The one that was there was an older gentleman and then the other one was a young guy, but they're both polite and nice. Overall, I'm very satisfied and they are professionals. I would recommend them.

Terminix comes by and do the pest control every three months, and I’m really happy with the service. I really appreciated the use of eco-friendly, pet-friendly, and for the most part natural products and ingredients. They are concerned about the environmental impact and that’s really important to me. Throughout the years, we have 3 or 4 different technicians. They've been around for years and then they'll stop for a new one. But everyone I’ve had has been really friendly, easy to work with, and receptive to my concerns. Since having the services, I haven’t seen any problem areas on pest activity and when I do, I bring them up and they adjust really quickly. One time, we were seeing some tiny ants in the house so I submitted a request online to do it. I been doing everything with them online. I’d definitely recommend Terminix.

The last time they came by the house to do an inspection on the exclusion. They checked everything out on the outside but they didn’t check the attic because I wasn’t aware that they were coming on that day. But the technicians treated me good. Also the pest activity is minimum. I see a spider here and there but that's about it. Being close to the summer months and seeing a little bit more pests we just had them to come out and they did whatever they needed to do to make sure that we don’t have a pest problem. Overall Terminix is good and I would recommend them.

Terminix does a regular quarterly visit for us and the technician is very good and has a good level of knowledge. I still have some issues with pest activity, especially in the summer. We still have wasps after they spray. And inside, we still continue to find a problem with spiders and we've seen more since. But I haven't been home to let the tech in in the past two services. Still, I would recommend Terminix.

We're very happy with the service and professionalism we receive from Terminix. We used to have ants and spiders but since using the service we've had no insect issues throughout most of the year. During the hottest months we sometimes have ants in between regular service. We just call and Terminix comes out for another application at no additional fee.

The service is extremely good. The contracts for the different types of service are too cumbersome and hard to understand. It seems to me that you should eliminate some of the unnecessary paper and be more specific about the work to be performed. I speak from my experience with you; I think that I have signed up with every service that you have to offer.

Everything went great with our most recent experience with Terminix. The lady that came out was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail. She did everything that she was supposed to do. She’s probably the best technician that’s come out so far. She’s also very polite, nice, and is willing to listen. The treatment went well. I was having a lot of ant problems but now I haven't seen any ants. Out of all of the pest control companies that I’ve used, Terminix does what they say they are going to do and if you have issues with anything they'll fix the issue and no questions asked. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and tell him to sign up with Terminix. As a matter of fact, I’ve already suggested them to a couple of people.

They are always on time. They are clean and neat with their work. Always ask if you have problems. Friendly but very professional. Will use Terminix as long as I own a home. Have recommended them to friends and they love their service. Please Johnthan a long long time.

The pest control service is exceptional. Terminix takes care of our indoor and outdoor pest control needs. They are always available if we need them between our quarterly visits and at no charge. Our rep, Robert is very professional and friendly. They treated our home for termites as well. We’ve referred our family to Terminix and all of us give them the thumbs up!!

We have 3 policies with Terminix, and have had for the last several years. We are always pleased with our service advisor, as well as the prompt attention the office gives to any additional service we need from time to time.

For the past several years Terminix has been spraying my house and property to make sure the bugs and termites are under control or that I don't have any bugs or termites. Happy with the job, Thank you.

The manager for my area called me, understood my complaints and gave me a phone number that I may call should I need to talk with someone at Terminix in the future. I very much appreciate the care and concern. My complaints were rectified promptly.

Terminix comes out once a year and checks for subterranean termites and I also have the account where I'm covered for airborne termites. The representatives I speak with over the phone treat me very well and the technicians are very friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable. Most of the pest activity was coming to an end when I got them and I just wanted to make sure. And as of my last inspection their bait stations are working so that's a plus. It's looking good so far and I would definitely recommend it.

The first Terminix visit I had was awesome. The technician was very nice and we got along real good. As a matter of fact, I want to add some more services to the contract but I ran into some financial shortages and I'm waiting 'til payday to get it straightened out. I just have the termites service right now and I'm going to go ahead and do the whole thing now as I want for the roaches and ants to stop.

Terminix came out and did an assessment. They were very polite and efficient. They told me what they were going to do and how much it would cost. They were very efficient. After I agreed to what they told me they were going to do, the guy came out. He did exactly what the other guy told me they were going to do. I haven’t had any issues with mice since.

Scheduling our service with Terminix was seamless. We called them and the rep who helped us was okay. I gave access to the property to the technician sent and he did his job. He was timely and professional. Pests have been none existent since the service. Terminix responded to the call.

My Terminix experience was fine, but it’s yet to be determined, because it’s not termite season yet. But they put the bait down and were very explanatory in some of the products. The day that the man came to put the bait and the traps down, it was zero out that day. It was really cold but he did his job, and he put them 15 feet apart throughout the yard. They also told us that in any event that we see any termite activity, do not hesitate to give them a call and they would be there immediately.

We were with Massey before and we had to ask them to come out every single month. But with Terminix, it seems like the quarterly service is doing its job. It's efficient and the pest activity in our home is very minimal now. We had to reschedule twice and when we dealt with their reps, we had very positive interactions with all of them. Also, we’ve moved a lot so we had different technicians for every house, but they were all very respectful and diligent. We've had the same tech at this house for seven months now and when we needed the inside of the house sprayed, he would come at a reasonable time. He also let us know within two hours after he was done so the kids could come back in. We've had an on and off thing with Terminix and we've been with them for about 10 years now. So far, it's going great.

My husband and I have been living in Florida for 32 years and from the early 90s, we were with Sears and Sears sold out to Terminix. I have their regular quarterly routine maintenance for roaches and ants. Their technicians are so-so and are there just there to do a job. But Sam is different. He does his job and is very understanding and caring. He is always very nice to me and he has been for a good number of years. He would come to the door and talk to me for a few minutes before he did his service.

The tech from Terminix showed up on time for their quarterly checkup and inspected the exterior perimeter. He looked at the interior where I've had issues before and took the necessary precautions. He advised me to place more steel wall in a couple of spots, but overall it was good. It's always been positive with their technicians. They're thorough. They look for avenues where critters can enter my home and they guide me and give me advice as to how to prevent critters from wanting to come near my desk. And so far it's been working pretty good. As for the scheduling, I usually get a phone call with a reminder and they have a date and then if something comes up and it doesn’t work for me, they just say to give them a call and they will happily reschedule it.

We have a service with Terminix for termites. Their guy came out recently and checked the underground poison traps. The Terminix technicians are courteous, however, their level of knowledge was not very good. They put in the poison bait traps and I had been told in the past, they've come out, went ahead and put in extra ones in because they couldn't find the old ones. So, they came out again with no real map of where the traps are. They are on the ground. So, the only way to do that would be to measure some distances from certain known points and then they could find them each time, but they couldn't find them. So, I don't know what their game plan is. But recently, the guy who came out got them up and they're sticking above the ground, and it's not great. I hope they would do a better job locating the bait traps.

I'm really pleased and want to thank Terminix because the day when I called, it was an emergency and they came very quickly. The raccoon jumped from the fireplace and that made me panic. And a month after that I don't know how they made the colony and how many there are. I couldn't sleep the whole night, so I called Terminix and I got a good response. Terminix came and they searched all over the place. The technicians came from the chimney and both guys were very nice. They made me understand and they told us the reason and then the very next day they came in and they did the treatment. It was amazing and my experience was very excellent. Everything was really perfect and I'm satisfied.

I use Terminix and they’ve been fine. We had termite damage years ago so we’ve been using Terminix for a while. They contact me both by phone and email for the schedule of services. The technician is great and I'm impressed with his professionalism. There's been no pest activity in my home since the services.

My friend had rat problems and Terminix did a good job in getting rid of them, so I went with them too. My Terminix service happens quarterly. They send a text and email when they're coming out. The technicians that I've been getting were really professional and attentive. If I have any problem or need, I just let them know and they take action. They're friendly and really courteous. Before they leave, they always say, "Do you have any problem, call us and we'll be back right away". Therefore, I would suggest for others to try Terminix. You can't go wrong with them.

I'm trying to sell a house and I had Terminix come out so I can get a clearance for termites. Scheduling the service on the phone was a good experience. The technician did good as well. I renovated the house and he told me everything was okay. He was more than what I expected and I'm planning on calling him again for another house. Terminix is the best and I'm happy.

Terminix did a routine visit about 2 weeks ago. The technician who came out was real sweet and I really like him. He’s been here several times, but we’ve also had another one who had been here before. I get a call before they come and they're on time. I have recommended Terminix to other people.

I have a mosquito control contract with Terminix. In addition to that, I also have a termite contract with them as well as a general contract. They have a schedule, and they notify me in advance. If I have a problem with it, they allow me to reschedule it. The technician's name is Dan and he does a conscientious job. Occasionally, we have to have something done a little more carefully than in the past. If there are any areas that need special attention under my contract, he takes care of it and he's very reliable. He's always on time and he follows the schedule. He does a thorough job when he's here, and he asks questions if I need anything else. He offers me other services in case I want to consider another service from them. He's a first-class person and I would definitely recommend them.

Terminix didn’t seem to work around my schedule. It was like I had to work around theirs and it has happened a couple of times. I understand they have a pretty hectic schedule. But when it’s time, they should ask me to give them a couple of days that I could be there. As opposed to telling me I am scheduled for this day at this time and if I can’t be there they'll just come and inspect because I don’t leave my gates open so the technician doesn’t have the ability to inspect the back of the home. I did that myself but I would rather be there.

We have used Terminix for 16 years. Always have been pleased with the service and their employees. Heck one year at the annual inspection the technician noticed a gas leak outside my house that I would never have caught. That is service!

I highly recommend Terminix Pest control as the technicians that visit the house are very skilled and always conscious in their work. They always call ahead rather than just show up into insure if at all possible, that someone is home.

Terminix has always been prompt to respond and send someone out whenever I have requested assistance. I've had no problems with them and they have done an excellent job of keeping my home pest-free. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that might need pest control services for their household.

The Terminix tech that serviced our house was professional, thorough and helpful. She even left some extra traps for mice, which have been a problem here in the winter. She answered a couple of questions which helped me with storage issues, and completed the service with a minimum of disruption. Great Job!

I am using Terminix Pest Control for at least ten years or longer. They are doing a great job of keeping bugs, especially German Cockroaches, out of my home. After the Terminix service technician was here, I find one dead cockroach inside my house, and in a year maybe two dead ones. Fantastic!

When you sign up and they give you a price, it stays that price. When they say you can call as many times you want within those 3 months, they really mean it! They will answer any and all questions in a professional way.

Your inspection initially revealed a mouse infestation costing me over $1400 for exclusion service. It was nothing more than a single mouse! To make matters worse, when a 2nd visit was necessary, I had to call a Terminix supervisor because of “a computer screw up”. They came later on, didn’t bother to ring the bell, so I called the Terminix office, never got a return call and later found a note in my mail box claiming that there was ice in the gutters and the crew was unable to install the already paid for “leaf defier” system and that they would reschedule? Haven’t heard back yet!!! The usual Terminix man was quite an exception, he is always here when he says and is very proficient (Daniel **).

My technician is extremely friendly. He takes an extra effort to make sure he is meeting all my needs. Each time he comes out he knows what I want but checks to see if there is any particular problem I may be having. He is very thorough when performing his job. I enjoy seeing him each time he comes out to treat my home. I have full trust in him and Terminix.

Let me first say that I am very satisfied with both my termite control treatment (although I consider it too expensive for what they do) and my normal pest control service. The one item I am unhappy with is as follows: I had some type of animal in one of the interior walls of my house, probably a squirrel. I contacted Terminix, who sent a technician to my house to quote me a price for making sure that any areas where a pest could enter would be repaired. I agreed to his price for repairing some holes in the crawlspace under my house. I paid him by credit card for the full amount of the repair.

When I first came back to NYC, my mother's house was overrun with cockroaches, rats, and other pests. I tried the usual DIY methods, bombs, traps and other messy methods. Called other exterminating company, shortlived solutions. Saw a commercial for Terminix, called them and got a free consultation and plan for the job. Happily, the job got done.

We get a treatment every quarter, or if I see any pest I can call and they will come out. The serviceman always ask questions so he can give us the help we need at the time. He treats the inside and outside of the house as well as the yard if needed, thank you Terminix!

They always get the job done! My home is bug free, and may have been sold. They thoroughly inspect everything, and know what to do every time. Every piece of furniture and the carpet is clear too! Thank you all so much, for taking care of our home.

Our Terminix service contract is one of the best investments I’ve made as a homeowner. From the field technicians, to the office personnel, they are the total package-prompt, professional, and thorough. The field technicians aren’t simply skilled, they have expertise. Terminix personnel approach every task with a wholehearted, indivisible commitment that I find reassuring.

I signed up with Terminix nearly a year ago and I have been extremely satisfied with their service. The service technicians are always on time, courteous and conscientious. I always receive a call before he arrives and after he is done. I have never needed to call them back because they didn't do a good job. They do their jobs perfectly.

I have had Terminix service for about 1 1/2 years and I have no complaints. Since starting with this company, I do not see as many insects that come from outside backyard. If I do have an additional issue, the service man will address at that same visit.

Terminix is a very good extermination company. I am contacted for an appointment every three months and can change my date if necessary with no squabbling. The professional that exterminated my house and yard has been the same for several years. He is very good at what he does but also engages in conversation. I really like Terminix and will keep using them - the pricing is fair and I can always depend on them to be on time.

The pest activity in my home is now under control since having Terminix services. I schedule online the quarterly service and they're fine. The technician is very nice, tries to do a very good job, and works with me if I need him to come back. But, Terminix is very expensive and their price keeps going up and up. It's $99 now, which is a big $20 increase from what it was.

Terminix does an annual inspection, and we've been using the service for four years. And they call to set up a schedule. Terminix is doing fine and so far, I'm satisfied. But, it would be better if the service was cheaper. Their technicians have been nice and courteous, and they do good work. I'm happy with it, and I'd tell my friends that if they got to have termite insurance, Terminix is good.

I had ant problems and for our first service with Terminix, I had an overly weight person come to my house. He couldn’t handle the stuff to do it properly and couldn’t get up underneath my deck where I wanted him to go. He also didn’t spray around the back doors and I was not really happy with him at all. But the latest one went fine. They do the scheduling for me. They just call to let me know when my treatment's supposed to be done and then make arrangements for me to be there or for them to come in and do the treatment outside. I haven’t had any ants since using their service. Overall, I had a pretty good experience with them.

I'm pretty much pleased with Terminix. Recently, they came and sprayed the house as a routine quarterly service. They scheduled it for me. This particular time, I had a decent guy. I got a message from them that he was on his way, then he called personally to let me know he's 15 minutes away. I was in between working, so I asked, “Could you please spray the house first, so I can go back to work?” which the tech did. I left him and I saw he started spraying the outside. I was pleased. Normally, I see little roaches and bugs but I haven't seen any of that. Out of all the different ones who came out to my house, I really liked the recent tech who came. I hope he's the one that’s going to keep my account.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix and it has been easy to schedule with them. I just call them up and they’ll schedule it in the system if there’s a change. Their technicians walk us through the areas that they are going to spray and then they give us background information on what they’re spraying and how long it’s going to last. We have a baby in the house so they made sure that the baby won’t be able to get towards where they’re spraying their chemicals at, and they made sure to let us know where they sprayed in the areas that the baby will be in. Their service is great. I was using them for a year then I stopped and picked them back up three years after that first year. And I've been using them now for two years.

It was getting cold, and the ants were invading so we had Terminix come to do service. They were very easy to work with when it came to scheduling a service. The representative I spoke with on the phone was very good. The technician came and I told him where the problem areas were and that’s where they treated and took care of it, and that solved the problem. I’d recommend them. Furthermore, there’s one lady from Terminix who's very thorough and very prompt. It’d be 9:10 in the morning, she’s there at 9:10 plus she makes sure she’s covered everything that needed to be done before she leaves. She always comes back and asks, “Was there anything else?”

I'm very happy with Terminix. I've had them for several years and I have a quarterly service with them. I wasn't home for the most recent service but I got a detailed report afterward. And I don't have any bug issues, which keeps me happy. I have the same tech who comes out the whole time I've had the service. He's very professional and friendly. And every time he comes out, he takes care of any new wasp nests that are formed and then he treats the areas.

We have the quarterly routine service from Terminix and the technician has always been great. I had a good experience with our recent service, but it would be dandy if Terminix could kill every ant living inside the walls in our house.

This review was NOT written by me. It was taken from an over the phone conversation that does not encompass all of my thoughts or comments. It was with regards to one instance and an issue we had with rescheduling and the very young gentleman who came to the home. It does not represent my feelings about Terminix. I have had noting but good and pleasant experiences from Terminix with that one exception and it does not represent my entire feelings towards the company. They are consistent and helpful and for all but one they are always polite and thorough.

Terminix came out recently to do the annual inspection for termites. Scheduling the service was completely automated. And they came out, did what they had to do, and left. My wife has been really happy with the lady who does the spraying. Their service did what it was supposed to do, and so far, they've been very professional.

Terminix is surely not the cheapest, but the service is good. I've been with them for 20 plus year and there have been a couple of instances that I had with customer service that weren't good. When I call customer service, it's someone from a different state and one time, the rep told me she was going to connect me to the office but I went right back to the call center. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Terminix. A guy recently came to do my termite inspection and he was polite and courteous.

Terminix came for a routine visit recently and it was fine. I also had a fine interaction with the technician that was sent out. He was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. All in all I would recommend them.

I have had Terminix for years and they have always been very good. I love them. I had a general inspection not very long ago, and the guy checked every inch of the house, inside and out, and he said he found no problems. I don't have any pest activity since the latest service. I had quarterly service and a yearly inspection. When I call their office, they have a good response and it's easy to get a hold of them.

I have 2 rental properties where I have Terminix come out for annual termite inspection and also for quarterly rodent treatment. Sometimes I have problems not knowing exactly the time frame to notify the tenants in time so someone will be there or I could get there if I don’t have other appointments. They should phone up in advance so they can make arrangements to be there or I could be available. Still, the representatives are courteous and the technicians have also been very courteous and try to accommodate based on my needs.

I'm satisfied with the Terminix services we've had so far. I like it and everything is fine. They're scheduled to come out every three months. They always call me to inform that they're going to be here and they know that they should be here in the morning. The technicians do the same thing every time and I am here most of the times when they show up so I tell them what specific places I need to be sprayed. They're friendly people and they're doing a good job. Our situation now has improved and everything seems to be a lot better than before they started.

I had too many ants in my house and I set up to have some ant service with Terminix. And scheduling the service was easy. I just gave them a call and they gave me a time that they were available, and one that worked for me. I spoke with the Terminix representative on the phone, and our interaction was straight forward. The technician did a very good job. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and he explained everything. And after the service, the ants were all gone in three days. Terminix is highly recommended.

Terminix came over recently because I was having problems with mice. I scheduled their service and they were here on-time and they came again. They told me when they were going to be here, checked everything out and everything seemed to be fine. It was real easy. I knew exactly what I was getting to 'cause they explained everything ahead on time. They found where the mice were coming in, set up their stuff and took care of it all. I haven't had any problem since. The tech was very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do, how he was going to go about doing it and when he would be back again to check on it. He did everything right. I asked a few questions about some of the other things around here and he explained how we'd go about taking care of it. It was a very good experience and I would recommend them to a friend.

Terminix periodically comes for our maintenance service. And they send me both a voice message and a text when it’s time for service. The technician does a good job and he usually leaves a message and says he was here and asks if I have any questions which I rarely do. One time, I told him I saw a row of ants and he came out and quickly attended to it. I’ve been very happy with my experience with Terminix, and they’re very professional and very responsive.

We’re pleased with Terminix. One of the problems is the stink bugs and according to them, they can’t get rid of them ‘cause of their armor. In years past, we’ve had a carpenter ant problem and we just want to stay on top of it so it doesn’t happen again. Their techs are very friendly and I’m happy with them. The tech treats the outside. And he came inside once because our ladybug problem is pretty bad. We had tons of them last winter. It was ridiculous and he wanted to spray a little bit inside. Since spraying the ladybug problem is definitely down considerably. On scheduling they give you a window to come when they’re coming, like a two-hour window. And they let you know by text, maybe email also but I usually see it on my phone, approximately when they’ll be here like in 10 minutes or when they’re coming they’ll say, “He’s on his way” and it’s nice to know that.

I have been happy with the service with Terminix. I’ve always been very well satisfied with the gentleman who has been serving me for some time, and it makes a difference when you get the same guy because there is a certain amount of trust that goes along with it. He is a very kind and courteous gentleman. I've been with the company for 6 years and I'm on a scheduled service with them. And they respond whenever I have a need for something in between the service calls. They’ve always been kind enough to make arrangements for me on that. I've had an excellent overall service.

For quite some period of time, Terminix kept having our account in arrears or past due, because we haven’t paid the bill, and I said it’s because they never sent us one. That probably evolved over five different conversations on the same subject from different people at Terminix. We said that we paid and it was an online bill pay that we used. They were about to turn it over to collection, then I told the Terminix person who was calling from some central office someplace, that we had paid it, and I said it’s check number so-and-so, and it cleared in such-and-such a date, and she asked if I could send them or fax them a copy of the check and I said “Sure, I can do that”. Once they got that, they called back and said that they're turning it over to whatever department that processes the payments. But the fact of the matter is that it went over several months.

I had to call Terminix for some ant problems. I pay them monthly, but they come out every quarter or if I got ants. They've been out here a few times and my agent's pretty good. He was not only doing his job but he actually cared. He gave me his card and said to just call him and he'd take care of our bug problems which he has done every time. The most recent time my agent was here, he spent half an hour in the kitchen and we haven't seen an ant since then. He also put the termite inspection on the backhand. And at times when he couldn't make it, they sent a supervisor and two other men and got rid of the pests for a while which eventually came back. I didn't want to call at the time, but they told me not to hesitate and that they'd come out 50 times if they have to. The best advertisement's a satisfied customer and I'd give them a good recommendation. I've been in the same place 38 years and Terminix gave me one loyal employee who loves what he's doing. I'd take that over a handful of good workers.

Terminix people spray for ants every three months. They call me and let me know when the person is scheduled to come. If it's inconvenient, I let them know and they schedule a different time. It's really a great service and I'm really appreciative of it. The technicians have all been very pleasant too. Our service tech is usually Leo although sometimes it's somebody different. They ring the doorbell and we have a little conversation. They ask me if there are any specific problems then they go around the house. In the end, they knock on the door, give me the bill and tell me if they see any problems. Ants were the big problem around here but with Terminix, we haven't had any. I'd recommend Terminix if people are having the same kinds of problems and they ask me about it.

I had a rodent issue that Terminix took care of. They were pretty accurate on scheduling, calling and verifying the time that they would be here. I have a pest control technician and a technician that dealt with the rodent issue. Their techs were very upfront and answered my questions and concerns. I would refer them to other customers if anybody needed the same service.

We moved into the house and we have tiny ants. We've been fighting them for years. I have a contract with Terminix. They come out four times a year. They text and call me when it's time for service. The tech who comes to our home is very pleasant. He asks me if we've had any activities and where at. And then, he puts whatever he needs to put down. He's also given us traps. The pest activity in our home has decreased tremendously since starting our service with Terminix. It's convenient just having it set up.

I bought an outdoor furniture that's in a box that needed to be put together. I put it on my back patio and waited until I had time to do it which was a few weeks later. When I picked it up, I had termites in the box. They came through the expansion joint to the concrete and got to the cardboard box. I called Terminix for the first time and they had the termite guy call me. I sent him pictures and he confirmed they were termites. He was at my house in two hours. He checked my house and said they were not in my house yet, but it will be soon if they got to these boxes. So, he scheduled a treatment and told me what they would do. Three days later, they came and treated my house. I don't have termites but my neighbor does. I told the technician about that and he said that he'd be extra careful looking at everything. He took a good long time and checked the inside and outside.

We were having an issue with wasps and ants, so I called Terminix in the hopes that next summer, we won't have to deal with those bugs again. Scheduling with them was pretty easy. I called and they set me up and then from there, I could schedule my appointments online. They said the best option would be the plan where they come by quarterly to spray.

Terminix came when they were supposed to. In the block of time, they came in the early part of it, which was good. He stayed outside most of the time, which is where the problems are and everything went well. I didn’t have any problems or questions. I get a lot of spiders, so they spray for that, and that’s the biggest thing that I have most of the time. I’ve had them for years, and they do good work. I’d recommend them.

We have a yearly service from Terminix. Their technician was very informative and very nice. He recently came to see if there were termites under our crawlspace and he did his job. Scheduling a service with them was fine. However, the last time, we didn’t know he was coming. Their scheduler said that they just put that on his schedule, so he wasn’t able to call us before he came but that wasn’t any problem. Fortunately, he said there was no sign of termites and we haven’t seen any ants or anything from the outside. So far, we’ve been very well satisfied with them. I talk to the technician all the time, and he's great. He asks what our problems are or if we are seeing a lot of roaches. And, if we are, he takes care of them. He changes the spray for whatever it needs to be. We are surrounded by wood, so we're always going to have a roach here and there, but we've had no major problems since we've been using Terminix. I had Terminix for several years. There was a disruption in service due to household changes. Since I’ve been back with the company, it’s been the same gentleman that comes in to service my home. He is very respectful and thorough. It was a positive experience the last time he came. He was pretty receptive in addressing my concerns. Also, I spoke with a Terminix rep regarding a credit card that may have been expired, and this rep was friendly.

My mom always had a problem with bedbugs in my sister's room. Somebody suggested Terminix to me and I called them. The guy who came to inspect made the first appointment on the 9th of December and when he came out, he took his time with us. Then, their tech came out on the 26th to do the treatment. I was the one that scheduled that second appointment and our experience with their tech was a little iffy. The inspector told us that when the tech comes out, he would give us two more covers, but that didn't happen. So far, I haven't seen any bedbugs since Terminix was here. But my mother said she saw two rats the other day on the second floor, so we still have a problem with rodents. The tech told us to give the treatment some time to let it work, though. Other than that, Terminix was very professional and if anybody had a problem with pests, I would recommend them.

My experience with Terminix has always been a very positive one. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous and always appear within the scheduled window appointment time. The products they use have completely eliminated my insect problem. I also like the fact I receive email reminders of my upcoming appointments. Great job Terminix. Terminix comes quarterly and I usually get an email that they’re coming within the week of the scheduled service. Their technicians are top notch. They answer my questions and if I ask them for extra traps to leave, they do it. If I ask them to go into the house and set traps, they do it. Recently, they did the outside of the house and they put the traps out for the field mice. They then came in the house and did the basement. We hardly have any pests now.

Terminix contacts me via email when it's time for our quarterly treatment service. I've been with them since the late 70's, and I've never had a problem. The quality of the people they have sent here and the effectiveness of the service have all been as expected. The technician has been doing good. I greet him when he gets here and let him know if there are any problems. Afterwards, he and I get together and have an after action discussion.

The first time technicians came, they put out the bait then they came back to check it. And whenever they came to inspect, they called to let me know they were coming. Terminix is trustworthy and the service has been pretty good because I haven't seen any sign of anything.

I was having issues at my last house, so we started using Terminix to clean up the issues. Then, when I bought this house, we decided to start with Terminix from the very beginning, so that we wouldn't run into any issues down the road. My local guy that has been doing my house for the last few years usually calls a couple of days before and asks if the schedule works for me. He's really good about working around my schedule. The technician knocks on the door and I bring him in the house or in the garage and into the side of the house and the backyard. He does his thing and about half an hour later, he comes back out and lets me know he's done. It's quick. However, the service comes down to $50 a month, which is pretty expensive. I would recommend them but I would also let others know of the cost and to determine whether or not it's the right fit for them.

Everything was okay with Terminix's technicians as far as I was concerned. There was one time that they called for our apartment. There were storm warnings out so nobody was going to show up. Then the supervisor came over here and said he was going to have a home inspection for termites. He asked me if I had any problems and I told him I didn't. I got a letter from them but I don't think I'd be renewing with Terminix.

They send me an email when they're going to be there and if it's not going to work for me I would just call them to reschedule. The technician is very thorough and very pleasant. Our tech was supposed to be back every two weeks but he hasn’t shown up in a month. Previously he came in and told me he was going to need to do some more work. He told me he was going to speak to his boss about punching holes in the walls or drilling holes in the walls, had to ask his boss about it, but he never got a hold of his boss. He was spraying a second time around just to make sure he was getting the bed bugs. He said he needed all the molding pulled down all except the thin little white ones we have because we’re in a mobile home.

We've had Terminix for 15 years. They come out every three months and as needed and so far, they've been great. Their reps were friendly and polite whenever I try to get an appointment with them. Their technicians were very compensating. They come in and do what we need them to do. They spray in the correcting crevices of the inside of the house, under the cabinets behind the refrigerator, washers, dryers, fireplace, closet, and windowsills. We have no problem with bugs. I just like to keep it to keep the bugs exterminated and I'm pleased with them.

Terminix came out and their resolution for what I needed worked and I was very pleased. They did a fantastic job and they were very professional. I happened to stop at their local office right near where I was going, and they had a representative in my home within six hours the same day. My wife said he did his work and explained what he was doing, and left. I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix does monthly service on my house. They send me an email and let me know when it’s going to happen and if I have a conflict, I can always change it. It has always been easy. The technician lets me know when he’s here so that I can put the dog in, and he lets me know when he’s leaving. Also, he comes in the window that they said he would. The pest activity is under control since having their service and I have no problems with them.

We have our Terminix service for 10 years now and it's been excellent. We have an excellent technician whom I've sent in accolades. He's a very good technician, very helpful, courteous, efficient person, offers suggestions, and addresses all of our concerns. He keeps the pest activity in and around our home in check.

Our dogs got fleas from the dogs next door and it was horrible. We got Terminix for that and thankfully, our girls are doing better now. I have a 10-month-old baby so that's one thing less I have to worry about. Terminix comes out monthly and their guy, Michael, was here last December. He was pretty helpful and able to answer the questions that I had at the moment. He was awesome. I have also mentioned Terminix to a few of our family members. Their service has been good but I would like a little bit of a heads-up a week ahead of their next appointment time.

Terminix technicians come out once a year to check the traps that are all over in the house. It's for termites and it's a regular service we have with them. They've come out, do their job and they've always been pretty nice. Everything’s been okay.

We have had other pest control people and Terminix has been the most effective. Their service men are very amicable. They listen to what you have to say and they address the problem and your concerns effectively. They were out here several times a couple of years ago, and now they make routine visits or I call them when it’s necessary. The last two guys that came out were excellent. We had a bad problem at one time and it took them several times, but once they found out where the problem was coming from, they eliminated it.

We have a yearly plan with Terminix where they come every three months. They take care of everything outside, and the only thing they have to check in the house is the garage, which is down under. They call and send a text message before they come, and they give me the time of which they're going to come, which generally works well. Recently they came sometime in December. Since it's wintertime and the house was closed up, the tech did everything that he could do outside as well as inside the garage. He's a great guy. Whenever we have him come for callbacks, he does a fine job. We also have their termite control and they do a good job with that also. We're satisfied with the service that we get.

We wanted to prevent any problems so we signed up with Terminix and it was easy. After I filled something out online, my phone conversation with their reps was clear and simplified. We have a quarterly service with them and their technician was very clear when he's going to come and what he's going to do. So far, he did a good job. He explained everything very well and very professionally. Their follow up was great too. Everything went well. There were a few bugs we were seeing but we don’t see those anymore. I was impressed with them all the way through. I would recommend them.

My Terminix experience was good. We were having some ant issues in the house, and I noticed rat droppings outside of the house. I called, they got back to me when they’d be able to come, they came out, and did all the work in a very professional manner. Their technicians sprayed and put out bait and they were knowledgeable and courteous. Since the time they serviced my home, we haven’t seen any ants, but I don’t know about the rats. It’s only been a couple of days, so we’ll see. Overall, they were prompt and effective.

After moving into an apartment building that was infested with bed bugs in Los Angeles I acquired an ongoing problem for over a year. I consider that one of the greatest hardships I have gone through. Not only we're my loved ones and I being bit constantly but this problem affected everything we owned and my pocketbook immensely. The owner of the building had called a pest control company to come eliminate the problem. Although they didn't guarantee that the problem would be gone they said they would keep coming back until it was gone. After the first time everybody still had bed bugs. So they came back over and over again until the company could no longer resolve the problem and said that they could not help us anymore. In between that time I washed everything I owned over and over again so much that my clothes were wearing down and the laundromat was becoming very expensive.

I've been using Terminix for a while now and our experience has been good, so far. We’re on a quarterly maintenance and whenever they come to spray, I ask them to do the outside most of the time because my inside is okay. I’ve never seen any bugs in my house at all. So, it’s usually around the house, the backyard, the front yard, and along the side right on the front where there are some spiders and they just won’t go away even after spraying them. The technician that comes is very pleasant and accountable.

Making an appointment with Terminix is done automatically. They send me an email that they will be coming at such and such day. Our tech had been doing houses on our street. I have had no problem with him being aggressive or rude. He’s very friendly. They’ve done the inside of the house once. I had a problem with fleas and that’s been taken care of. They’ve been doing the outside, and it’s helping because I haven’t had that much problem with palmetto bugs coming in to the garage. I’ve seen two or three palmetto bugs come in from the outside, but usually when I see them they’re dead.

My most recent service with Terminix was wonderful. I had even left a note on the front door of all the things that I wanted the tech to address and the guy took his time and made sure he addressed all of the issues that were on that list. We've had them for roughly a year and a half and we’re on a scheduled service but whenever we need them we call. I always start noticing a few more pests hanging around and I know it’s time for Terminix to come do their service.

My daughter was living with me when we first started with Terminix and she set it up. We’ve been having spider and flea problems mostly, so they spray for both spiders and fleas. They do what they do every quarter when they come. They start with an email, and then they make phone calls after that. I’ve had three visits and two techs. The first guy only made it one time, but the last guy has been here twice. He's real nice. He seemed knowledgeable, walked through the house and showed me things that I probably needed to do. Everything is good and I'd recommend them. Another daughter called the other day, and she was having a rodent problem around her house. I told her that they need to call Terminix ‘cause they did such a good job.

I like Terminix and so far I have not had a problem. They came for a regular visit and it was all mainly been the exterior. The texts me to let me know when he is coming, as well as what he did and everything because I haven't been there. I'm satisfied.

I had to reschedule with Terminix one time and it was easy if I had the right phone number. I ended up in Texas and they didn't have a clue who I was talking about, but we finally got the right phone number from our tech guy. For a year and half already, the same guy comes out. He's nice, smart and does a fantastic job. Since the most recent service, I don’t deal and see with spiders anymore. However, I wish they were a little cheaper but I'm willing to pay because I don’t like bugs. Overall, these guys are awesome.

Terminix calls me when it’s time for me to do my services. They have wonderful technicians who have really given the service I needed and explained everything. So far, the technician that I have now has been with me for a year and a half and he’s been really good. He’ll call me ahead of time and let me know when he’s on his way. He will explain everything that he’s doing for me, too. I’ve gotten to know him pretty well. And in case I need to leave for a little while, I leave the gate open for him. When he leaves, he calls me and tells me then he closes the gate behind him and locks it and I feel very safe and comfortable with him.

I always liked Terminix and I've been using since they did the first termite treatment on my house 25 years ago. The latest service was good. I've had the same Terminix guy for three years now and he's very professional. He just comes and does his job, and then tells me if he found anything or not.

I have the outside service with Terminix and they come every three months. And I'm not always even here so I wasn't here the last time they came by, but they do their thing, and then they leave me. I usually get an email confirmation about that. I also usually get an email saying that they're going to be coming on a certain day. And I haven't had to call them for anything recently, but back in the past when I did, they've done fine. I had one issue a year ago with some ants, but I called them, they came over, and they did their thing. I would recommend them.

Terminix comes in quite often. They come every quarter spraying for insects, and then I have the termite bond as well. Scheduling is very easy and it's wonderful. The techs are always very pleasant and they are here on time and they do a good service. Since having them, I don't have any pest anymore, and if I do, I'll call them and they will be right here. They do what they say they are going to do, and I'm completely satisfied with them. Do not hesitate to use them.

I’ve been very pleased and satisfied with Terminix. I have them come out for scheduled termite service on my house for years. The last time they came out, they called me in advance and said it was time for the yearly check. Their reps were very nice and the technicians have always been good. The one who came out about a month ago was great. He checked the house and did a super-job. I'd recommend them but most of my friends use them.

I live in an apartment complex from the beach and I keep my stuff nice and neat, but you have people around you that doesn't. My landlord gets the place exterminated also, but the guy from another company is in here for five seconds and he doesn't do anything but spray around on the floor. So, I went extra with Terminix because I can't stand having the bugs. They also gave me a good price. I keep a school and I have to be there so I call Terminix to schedule and tell them when to come.

We're way out in the country and Jason, our Terminix tech, comes out twice a year to our house and does several homes out here. So, he tries to do everybody at the same time. He's professional and he'd work with you. He's also courteous and polite. He happened to be doing my neighbor's house when she fell down and he stayed with her and took her to the hospital. He's a good guy. We also don't have any bugs since we got their service.

I have a long-term contract with Terminix and they've always been satisfactory for me. They come on schedule and I leave the service up to them. But I don’t always know when they're coming. They don't always let me know ahead of time. Other than that, their reps know what they're doing. I've had their technician for a while too and he seems adequate. Terminix seems very efficient and I haven't had any problems.

Our Terminix service is scheduled online and they come out every quarter. The technician is friendly and the pest activity in now non-existent.

When I moved in they informed me that the woman before me had three big dogs and they all had fleas. And they had one heck of a time here both cleaning up and trying to get rid of the fleas so I called Terminix. I got bit up like crazy for the first three months and it's just been this last month that I finally got some relief. And I'm hoping that it don't flare up again in spring because they put floors over the floor and if there's still stuff under there and it gets out I'm afraid I'm going to get bit up again. The Terminix person that came out was very courteous, knowledgeable and nice all around. He answered my questions and he was very pleasant. I've gotten bit twice since he was here but he did the outside and I expected that some of them might flee inside because it's an older home and there's a lot of creaks and cracks to get in. Nevertheless, he did all right and I appreciated it.

I have used Terminix for quite a few years now and have a contract with them for monthly maintenance? It gives me a secure feeling to know I am protected of termites should do any damage? Their technicians are efficient and thorough and have always responded to any concerns I may have.

We have had positive results on all the programs we have. From pest, termite & sealing all our entry points to rodents. The technical people have all been very professional & friendly. Anytime we have had a question or concern they have been very prompt to take care of us.

Excellent service, the technician was affable and explained what he was doing; what he intended to accomplish. I would recommend them as they are prompt, courteous and, above, their practice has resulted in a decrease in infestation at our home.

Usually Terminix would send me an email and they'll set up a time but usually it doesn't work with my work schedule. So I just go on to the website, log on and go ahead and change it. Plus I can always call the Terminix exterminator that comes out. He's a nice young man and I've got his phone number. I've had the same technician except for when he goes on vacation or they send him elsewhere because they're short-handed.

I’m with another service provider, covered by Terminix, who comes for roaches. I’ve been with them for a while. For scheduling service, I just call and that’s it. The Terminix rep was very friendly and professional. He came over and gave me a quote for termites. He checked everywhere in the house and did a thorough job.

Recently Terminix knocked on my door and said they were here to do my termite inspection, and they did. They found out my dryer was not functioning correctly. So, they did a good job of buying a new one, which they installed. They were very nice and professional. Then at the same time, the guy that sprays for bugs also came and did his job, and everything was fine. Every time he comes, he's trying to solve my needs, and he seems to know what he's looking for. They used to call and say, "I'm going to be there tomorrow between one and three", and that was always helpful. But now, they seem to just knock on the door and say, "We're here to do your quarterly bug spray" or "We're here to do your termite inspection". That works out okay, but it's a little more helpful to get that call ahead of time so I'd be ready. But I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend them to a friend.

We were with another company that Terminix took over, so we've been working with them for quite a few years. When I schedule with them for a preventive service from spiders and earwigs every quarter, they come right out the next day. Recently, they came out and sprayed the outside. They're very easy to get ahold of and the technicians that come are very professional.

When it's time for my quarterly service, Terminix calls and tells me when they are coming out to do it. Then the technician calls me 30 minutes before he comes out here to say that he's on his way. Terminix recently did a routine check around the house for pests and spray and check for fire ants. I live close to a greenbelt, and I’ve got a large lot and the ants just keep coming back. So Terminix came out and evaluated the yard, and they didn’t disturb me. They just knocked on the door and they were there. Then the technician left the notes on the door when he was done. He was very, very friendly and very courteous. Terminix can cover any type of pests that you need.

Terminix does a good job. They came about two or three weeks ago for my recent routine visit. The techs are excellent. They interface with you, and then they go about to do their business. Since they have been servicing us, they definitely have cut pest activities back. They handled a lot of the problems that we had. There was a young man whose name is Chance and he is just excellent. He went out, and he turned over rocks, and he really searched for them on the property. I appreciated that.

When I first started with Terminix, my son had moved out and he took his dog but left me with fleas. I was also having a few of the little roaches in my kitchen and every now and then, I would see a straggler come. I think they’re coming in from outside with all the rain. Terminix comes every three months and I like that. I don’t have to set up an appointment and I like getting the emails where they let me know they’re coming the day before. It’s very routine and they never miss coming out.

Terminix always does a good job, and they recently came out to spray the house. I needed a termite bond and I initially called them because they're supposed to be best in the business. I also called them to spray the house for roaches, little critters, and ants. And they have been the company that I've been using for more than 10 years. They've been convenient and the price has been the same. They have increased the bill a little bit since I initially started, but it hasn't jumped up tremendously and I understand that things get more expensive.

Terminix did a lot of work underneath my house. They redid my crawl space for me and it took a long time to do it, especially with the weather. We’ve had snow, cold weather, and lots of rain. We also had Christmas and New Year so that took time off, too, because I went out of town. I went to Bozeman for New Year’s and I had everything planned when I got back. I was going to be back on a Friday and they were going to start the work on a Monday. All the workers knew that but the manager forgot. So when I talked to him, he said they were not going to do it until Wednesday because i was out of town. I had something I was planning to do that Wednesday so I told him they could start on Thursday.

I have a quarterly spray with Terminix. They set up the schedule and the technician was here exactly on time. He called before he was going to come too. He was extremely knowledgeable and he explained everything. We're very satisfied with Terminix and we would recommend them to somebody else. This is a new home so we haven't seen any pests. We've been happy with that.

When I signed the contract with Terminix, they told me how many months apart it would be for the service. And then a few days or a week before they would be coming, they would call and let me know what day and gave me a two-hour window. The technicians they sent out were very good and professional. And since their service, our pest activity has gotten better. Overall, it was a very good experience with Terminix and I would definitely tell my friends to use them.

We've been with Terminix not just for the termite, but also for the bug spray. But then we had to cancel the bug spray because the price kept going up. We're seniors on fixed income. Scheduling went well because, for the last few years, I have not had anybody come in. My husband was hospitalized for a long time and he was almost there for nine months between hospital and rehab and so, I didn't have time. Last year he was starting to recuperate. When they called me and scheduled the service, I said, "Good." I asked the rep if we can make it for just a little over that time and she was very good about that. And she was fun too. Recently, Terminix came and inspected the cabinets, closets, the bedrooms and then the outside. So, it was a good inspection. And the technician said everything was fine and there were no traces of termites. She was great, very polite, and was a neat looking person.

Terminix came for termite and it was a good experience. This is the first time I'd ever used them because I've never seen termites before. It was easy to schedule the service. I called and scheduled an appointment for that very day. But they couldn't come out to actually treat the termites, and it was around Christmas time too which made the big difference. So, it's just about a week and a half after I called that they were able to come.

Terminix leaves a message on the machine sometimes that says they're coming. They come every three months and spray. They do what they have to do and if I need them inside, they come inside. They're friendly. They knock on the door and let me know they're here. I had seen a couple of bugs inside the house so I asked them to come spray inside the house. We've been with Terminix for a long time and I've never had too many issues so the treatment works.

Usually, the Terminix technicians would call and make sure that it's okay to come in at that time, and we go ahead and okay it. And then, they do their job and report to me if they find anything, and then we sign the paperwork and just go on. So far, I've had the same quality of work from everybody that has come in.

I came to follow up on a noise and I didn't know anything about bugs down here. I saw these black things and my husband kept trying to kill them but he was unsuccessful. By that time, the bugs had started eating up on the wood and we had a mess. I called Terminix and they took care of the problem. The tech was very good and he was a very nice gentleman. It was wonderful. I have a routine schedule where they come every two to three months. I had a tech one time who said they came out, but I never saw him. Other than that, the experience has been very positive.

I started with Terminix about a month and a half ago. I was having rodent problems and their people came out, checked the house, looked under and everything was good. I really enjoyed the way they handled themselves. Everything was good. Their guy is still coming back so we’re going to have to close up all of the possible holes that the rodent might be getting in. I have to go in and inspect and eliminate the holes and see if that's going to help. It’s going to be cheaper for me to do that. The technicians gave us some walk-in live bait traps but the rodent is smart enough and he’s moving the traps. He’s too big to go into the house though. Overall, I've had a good experience and I'm going to be using Terminix regularly. If I call them back, they will come out and do their routine periodic spraying.

We have had Terminix treat several properties and always with good results. We have never had a problem with termites. Annual inspections are part of their contract and they are thorough in that inspection.

I contacted Terminix online to make the appointment, and then my tenant dealt with them. Our experience is very nice. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and he was very accommodating to the lady. They were reasonable and they offered options, they didn't push anything on me. It worked that well as I have gone through a bunch of exterminators who won't come back. She calls them, I sit with her like she was talking in the morning.
