    I had Orkin and they placed a live bait behind my stove. I got kids, a dog, and a cat and I don’t understand why they did that. I then called Terminix and they did everything they were supposed to do so I’m going to keep them. I have rodents in my house because I stay across three corn fields but ever since I got Terminix about two months ago I haven’t seen one. The day their technician left there was one on the glue trap and it was bleeding because they ate the poison Terminix put down. Someone from Terminix called me after to see if everything was okay and they told me to call whenever within the three months I have to pay again if I have any problems. But I haven’t had a chance to call them because there were no concerns. Everything has been good with them. It’s worth the money and I have recommended them to friends.

    So Terminix has been to our house 3 times. They have managed to skip rooms and outdoors every time. Today they were here and were supposed to spray and bait every room and outdoors. They managed to spray and bait one room. Now wants to send a supervisor out because we are too infested to have one person handle the job. (If they would do their job this wouldn't be necessary) I would highly recommend people to think twice before calling them. They do as little as possible so they are able to charge again in 3 months. If I didn't know better well maybe I don't they are intentionally making them worse to make more money.

    You are nothing but a number, a number they control... even though you are paying the bill. Arrogant or unapproachable when important information was needed about scheduled services. I HAD TO wait in the dark until it was convenient for them to contact me. I will never use them again and counsel anyone I know not to even approach them.

    I've been with Terminix for a number of years and I'm very pleased with them. I like the guy who comes quarterly. He’s a very good guy and he does a good job. I get an email saying he's coming. He comes and then he sprays. And when I do find the bugs, they are on their back. That guy also helps me with my battle with the cockroaches, so I’m glad I have him. I’d recommend Terminix.

    We have an ongoing contract with Terminix. They come out every quarter and spray for bugs. Their rep is a young and nice guy and I talk to him when he comes and asks me how things are going. If I see any bugs around, I tell him and he sees in and goes around the house, sprays and just leaves. I’ve had Terminix for at least five years. They are killing the bugs and they’re doing a good job.

    I was getting bites so I called Terminix even though their service is so expensive. The first time I called them, I spoke with a customer service rep. She kept telling me about the treatment for the fleas, but I never said that our problem was with fleas. What I said was that we have insects inside the house and I don't know what kind they are since I can't see them through my naked eyes, and we were told that there were 28 insects inside the house. I asked her if they can spray inside our house to make sure that I would be happy since I'm getting some bugs biting me.

    The problem was after the techs came here for the treatment. The first time they came in, nobody told my husband that we should not pest bomb the house. I went to my son’s place and stayed there overnight. Then I came back home after two days of spraying, but I still had those bites. So, I called Terminix and asked them what was going on. They said that they'll get here, spray, and do a treatment for free, and that was what I expected them to do. But the technician who came here said that he was only going to spray outside the window and outside the house and he wouldn't spray inside because we had bombed the house. I said, “Well, you guys never told us not to bomb the house.”

    Terminix never resolved the problem. The techs could not even identify the kinds of bugs that I showed them. There was a guy there who was an entomologist and I showed him three kinds of insects — one in the window, one in the toilet, and one in the floor — but he said that he needed to have a microscope to look at them. There are still insects biting me, but the manager said that he couldn't do anything anymore and there was no way for them to come here again since they had already done the treatment. The manager also said that they're going to return my money because I wasn't happy with the service. I was dissatisfied and I don’t trust Terminix anymore. They're not going to help people totally. We just clean our house now and we'll keep on doing that, and maybe that can help.

    During our first winter in our house, we had problems with mice in the basement, which prompted us to get Terminix. We've been with them for at least 15 years and scheduling has been no problem. They let me know when they're coming, and if that doesn't work for me I call them and reschedule. Recently, they came to do their usual inspection and put out of bait.

    We've had various technicians who have been out and the quality of service varies. But I really like the man we have, Mike. He’s been with us several times and he is the best that they’ve ever sent out. He's efficient and polite. He introduces himself, does his work and then he's gone. He always has boots on to work in the house and asks me for all of my concerns at the beginning of the visit. I've watched him knock down cobwebs on the outside of the house. Plus, all the little extra touches and things that some technicians do not do, he does. Terminix keeps the pest activity under control. We still have mice in the basement but they end up in the traps down there. The technician then comes and cleans them out. Everything seems to be working well. I'm a satisfied customer and I recommended Terminix.

    I signed up for new service and was scheduled a week out. I have two, 7 month old crawling babies with bugs in our new house. I needed them gone and thought I would have that taken care of. I stayed home the full 4 hours waiting on someone to come and no one showed. I called and was told there was a scheduling issue and that someone would call me back the same day to reschedule. Things happen, I understand. No one called for two days. I finally call after the two days and they tell me they can't get to me for another week. By this time I have ants all in our kitchen. They had one person covering our area and he was out of town. There should be someone covering for him. I told them I would have to find someone who could actually come out and provide the service I paid for. They didn't care at all and were happy to cancel my service. They did not care for having my service clearly.

    Terminix was supposed to be doing the regular service for spider, ants, bugs, and they included the termite package as well. They said they would come out quarterly and spray unless I'd ask them to come in sooner. They were scheduled on 15th of August and then they were supposed to come in about the 28th between 10:00 and 12:00 and they didn't show up either. I called them and I told the young man that I would like for someone from Terminix or somebody in management to give me a call, but I have not heard from anybody to this day.

    On the other hand, they did one treatment as far as the rodents, ants, and bugs but they never came back for the termite thing and they charged my account for $187. I was considering of having the charge reversed on my credit card for the initial fee and somebody should have contacted me and they didn't. The ants came back and I've seen them around the outside of the front stoop. I've also been seeing spiders up in this part of the house, whereas, I haven't seen any up here. They were all down in my basement. I'm very dissatisfied.

    I recommend Terminix to people all the time. They come to our house every three months and we're pleased with them. Ivan, our Terminix guy before was really great, but he had to leave. I liked that he gave me his card and said to call him if we needed anything before he comes out. Our new guy is not quite that way but he's good and comes when he's supposed to. We asked him for little clear ant traps for the kitchen sink. We put them in and they work fantastically. The ants are gone, which is what they're spraying for, and they also checked for termites. I wish he had something to spray for snakes, though.

    Terminix is a very good company. They’re excellent and right on time. I never had to call them because their reps always call me and tell me there will be a visit on this day. The guy who came out last time was great and I’m really thankful. All the rats are gone now and that’s very good news. I probably have to stop my contract but I really appreciate them. The experience has been great and I’ll recommend them to my friends if they have a problem. It takes about nine months or a year to remove the roaches. It’s a painful process but they got it and I’m so happy.

    I’ve been with Terminix for a year now and so far my experience with them has been good. They come out and spray the house for spiders, fleas, mice, etc every three months. Their service is always good and they have a reasonable price. It’s always pleasant interacting with their reps and their technician has always been good. They usually call me. They were out here three weeks ago but I needed to call them back which is the first time because usually, I have no problems once they come out and spray. I just took my dogs to the vet and had them treated for fleas for 3 months but I got bitten by a couple of fleas the other day and my kids have a spider-bite, so I think they just need to come back out and spray again.

    My interaction scheduling a service with Terminix was wonderful but the process sucks big time. They only schedule somebody for a two-hour window even if it’s the first stop of the day. When the technician comes in, she’s gonna be here roughly an hour. That means if she doesn’t get here 'til a minute 'til 10, she’s on time which means I blow my whole morning. I’ve got a life, too and that’s why I scheduled for the first stop. But even with that, their policy says, that first stop started 10:00.

    The young lady who came over sprayed the entire of my house for bugs and the outside too. She called me and told me about when she would get here and she was here just slightly before she said she would be and I was grateful for that. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered my questions without any issues. I was impressed. After the service, I only saw one spider down in the basement. I was very happy with my experience overall.

    We started our service with Terminix at the beginning of the summer and I've been very satisfied. We had noticed quite a few wasps and bees around our deck and the tech came out, took a look, sprayed and treated that. Ever since he did that, I see one or two bugs but they've gone away for the most part. He gave me a follow-up call to let me know how everything looked, what he did and the precautions about keeping pets and kids away until the surfaces were dry.     I have an annual contract with Terminix and a serviceman comes out every year to make sure we don’t have termites. However, we work during the week and there’s always been an issue with someone coming out on Saturdays and a gentleman was nice enough to say to call him whenever I needed to be checked out next year. He gave me his card, so we’ve called him directly instead of doing the 800 thing.

    When Terminix first came out seven years ago, they didn’t bring out enough spray to do the whole thing. They sprayed the house that was up above me but my house has a full basement and the gentleman who did it just used half of the liquid. They had to come back because I had a swarm of termites coming out in my kitchen area, dining room and the outside of the house. It’s fine now and I haven’t seen any pest activity. They re-drilled all the holes that went down deep enough this time to make sure that the liquid went down. The only bad thing about that was the termites had five years to eat on my house in between. Nevertheless, it’s a good company.

    Terminix technician came about a month ago, got there on time and sprayed. We didn't really have any bugs. He just did what he needed to do and he wasn't there long.     Terminix usually calls and leaves me a message, and lets me know a week ahead of time when they’re coming out. I talk to their reps from time to time and they’re very courteous and nice about everything. I like their guy who came out to do external spraying around the house. The termite man and everybody who comes up are always really nice. I still have problems with spiders but it’s hard to kill them from what I understand. I have lots of brown recluse and I also have mice because I live out in the woods, so it goes with the territory. Other than that, it is always a pleasant experience.

    Terminix comes out on a quarterly basis and they send me the schedule ahead of time with a two-hour window. And, I can reschedule if I can't be there during that time window. I’m not usually home when the techs come, so they just leave a report of what they have sprayed and any activity they noticed on the front door.

    We've been using Terminix for quite a few years now and we’re satisfied with their service. Recently, we had problems with ants and mosquitoes and so far, Terminix has been effective for both. Their scheduling process is good. Their reps would call us and tell us when the gentleman would come out. One serviceman has been handling our account for the last couple of years, so we've gotten to know him well. We really like him. He’s very knowledgeable and he services us very well. In the beginning, we used to get little bugs inside our house because we've been living here for 15 years. So, the serviceman would do the inside of our house. Now, he usually just sprays the outside and would work inside once in a while. Being with Terminix has just been excellent and I’d recommend them. We have a monthly contract with them and it’s better to have them come out regularly than just when there’s a problem.

    I have had Terminix services for about 40 years. On July 22, 2017 I agreed on the phone to an extension of my termite control contract through November, 2018. I paid for the extension in full at that time. Terminix shows a record online of my payment on July 24, 2017. At the time of renewal I asked the Terminix representative for a written copy of something that would show my renewal. He agreed to send me something. To date I have received nothing. I have contacted Terminix several times, and every time I have been told I will get something in the mail, an email, etc. Still nothing. I am extremely unhappy with the business experience I am having with Terminix. The technicians are always great, and have done an excellent job in the past, but the home office is terrible to deal with. All I want is a written confirmation of my contract extension.

    We have a property that’s three acres and it's a little country-ish so, we always get carpenter ants and field mice. Terminix put down traps and spray for the ants and they always suggest that if we see any termite after, they'll do free inspections. The treatment by Terminix recently was very good and the rep said that if we still see a few things, we can call them again and they’ll re-apply a bit.

    I called but they're not giving me an appointment for a month. This is the first time in how many years that I'm asking them to come in to reapply and this is the service I got and I'm not happy. We're still waiting and they’re expecting us to wait. It's not going to be until October. They said that’s the first opening that they have. It's better than later, but by that time, who knows what would have happened. And we have a lot of greenhouses and a whole slew of stuff that happens if I have ants. Terminix needs to figure out how to tend to the customers a little bit better than what they're doing. When a customer calls, they need to come a little bit sooner than a month.

    But their technicians were very conscientious and tried very hard to accommodate whatever concerns we've had. My technician has been fantastic for the last 10 years and we couldn’t say enough good things about him. It's just this one issue that came up but I would not want to be unfair to them. Up to now, they’ve done very good service and I'm satisfied.

    I had a problem with fleas so I called Terminix a few weeks ago. Their service guy was very friendly, very informative when I asked him a question and he did a good job. They come out every so often. They call me when the service is due and they let me know when they're coming out. They come out if there are cobwebs around and they clean them. They do what they have to do and it's been good. I might notice a spider here or there or some bug flying when the door is open and the lights are on outside at night time. But other than that, I haven't had pests. I haven't really had a problem with pest since we've had the service, and it's been while. So far, it's been a great experience. I call them and they were there. I would recommend them to somebody else.

    There was a hornet’s nest on the top level of our roof and I scheduled for a special service with Terminix. I explained where it was located and that a tall ladder was needed. I told them that we have a walkout basement and the location of the nest was three levels up so it's high. They even asked me to estimate how many feet it was. The first two technicians who came out had the wrong ladder and said they couldn't do the service. They acted like it wasn’t their fault and we were upset about it as it was a huge hornet’s nest. That experience was frustrating and we had to reschedule twice in a row.

    The third guy who came knew what he was doing and took care of it. He sprayed and knocked the nest off, and it was impressive. The hornets would be flying all over the place but stay outside of that diameter. I was satisfied with what he did but that should have been done the first time so that we didn’t have to reschedule. Then we had another issue with a bee’s nest inside our deck and we needed a special service again to take care of it. We’ve had Terminix for a long time and having to deal with them for a special service wasn’t pleasant. But the regular service they do for us was fine.

    We have a yearly inspection with Terminix and the most recent we’ve had was when the guy came back to go up under the house and check things out because the other guy had come and did not do it and wrote down that he did. He was a very pleasant fellow, he was extremely nice and we want him back anytime. The first appointment was made by my husband last April and one of the technicians was supposed to come at 3:00 and he called to see if he could come earlier in the morning at 9:00 and I said, "Sure, that's fine."

    He did not give me a printout. He said his printer wasn't working and that he would send me an email. I signed the paper and I got the email hours later. It said that he had gone under the house to do an inspection and he had not. He told me that my husband told me not to. And that was not the truth because I asked my husband why did he not go up under the house? And he said, "Because it was too wet that I'm not going to go up under there today." My husband shook his head and walked out and asked me what I said about it and I said, "When they call me back I complained.", because they were trying to sell me something else. Not until you do what you're supposed to will I buy anything else from you.

    Their rep called saying that it was time for our yearly inspection and they were extremely nice. They send a rep out from Vicksburg and then the next time before I had a chance to call someone from Terminix called and was trying to sell me something. I told her, no that we weren't interested until we got all of what we paid for with our termite contract. They put me on the phone with someone from their home office and they were super nice. And then they sent this man out, he called and told us when he would be here and he was here right on the spot and he was just as nice as he could be. This was not just the first person that came. This was the second man that came three weeks later.

    My husband's a farmer and if there's one thing we don't have, that's bugs. That's why we have a yearly contract with Terminix. If I see anything that looks like a bug I call them. My son also works as an entomologist with the State Department of Agriculture and one of the things they do is follow behind Terminix when they do inspections to make sure they're done right. He mentioned that Terminix people omitted some of the services they said they performed and I mentioned it to customer service but they were really nice about it. Our church, neighbors and my sister-in-law use them too and I was very pleased we grouped all together once when the technician came out and inspected our church and gave us a discount which we were very pleased with because he could combine all of his trips into one. We had a good experience with them.

    Our sales rep name was Mickeal, he came to our house and gave us an inspection which he informed us there were bats in our attic. So we needed to do an exclusion. Which if there is bats in our home I want them out. Additionally, we had a couple mouse running around. Which that was fine. But my problem is we didn't really know what an exclusion was or what they was going to do.

    We paid 800 dollars and which was a unfair amount because all they did was put up some 20 dollars mesh, wire on the windows in the attic, and a 5 dollars play of tub to get rid of supposedly bats in the house. And put mesh wires on outside of our vents and did two other things. Which I could have done myself if they would have told me what an exclusion includes. I am very upset that Terminix ripped me off 800 dollars to do 50 dollars worth of work that only took 1.5 hrs if that to do.

    Terminix is all right. I had their technician come in and spray some little pests like wood roaches and big spiders that were getting in my house. He did really good but I suggested that when he has to come in somebody’s house, he needs to put something to cover his shoes, so they won't mess up the house walking around with all that dew and grass. Then if he sprays, the force was strong. But he said, normally, he sprays on the outside. I told him that was my bad having him to come inside. Other than that, he was professional and he did good.     The Terminix tech came out recently for our annual inspection, reviewed my property, and did a good job. The appointment for the service call was scheduled through their automated system. Then they confirmed the appointment within a few days before the actual appointment and reminded me of it. They sent a message when the tech was on his way. Then, before the tech got to the house, he called and texted to say that he'd be there and that he was just a couple of minutes away.

    The tech showed up on time and looked at everything. The house had been flooded and I had some people repairing everything, so the house was open from the inside and the tech got a chance to look from the inside all the way to the ground and at everything under the house. However, Terminix charges so much money for their services. I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income and they gave me a veteran's discount, but they could still lower the bill a bit, especially for us seniors. Nevertheless, the Terminix people are awesome and they do what they're supposed to do.

    We've been with Terminix since ’94 when we bought the house. Recently, I was out of town when they scheduled both the outside and inside inspections. The reps worked with me and got a rescheduled appointment date set up. Then the techs came through and did their inspection, and all was well. I got along fine with the techs. I usually follow them around because I'm an entomologist so I see what they see. They always had the same way of looking at or inspecting something and that doesn’t change.

    At times, I asked for some traps for the recluse because I use these around my bed at home and they willingly gave me some of these because I do my own monitoring in the house. Since we've had the service of Terminix, there hasn't been any pest activity in our home except for one occasion when I had the techs come out and do some ant removal or control around the door jamb. They used a more low-risk type of compound since we have pets in the house, so that was good. Once the ant problem was resolved, I discontinued that part of the service. It's now on an as-needed basis when I have a problem and they usually come out and resolve the problem, and I get on with life. My experiences with Terminix have always been fine. I am satisfied overall and I would always recommend them.

    The main reason we signed up with Terminix was due to ants. Terminix usually calls or leaves a message on my cell phone and puts the time period they will come and do the service. Their technicians were all good. Sometimes we're not home and they'd leave a note outside with what they did. If we're here, they will call on the door and say that they're here. We were last serviced a month or so ago. It was drizzling when the guy came and sprayed the things around the house. I then told him that there are several bee nest and showed him what it is, and he sprayed it. He said if it comes back, to call Terminix. I keep discovering the bee nest around here but I haven’t called back. What we needed in terms of the house, it seems like it's clean and no pest is coming in so we're pleased with that.

I was told on the phone when I called them that the bees I had were ground bees and then they would keep coming back. I didn’t have a service for a year.     I have a problem with my neighbor having roaches and they shares them with me. I hold my back door up, and I find two or three of the roaches sitting there. When I go swatting and killing them, one will get loose in my house. Then I look out there and find my neighbor’s bags sitting off on my fence post. I tell her to move her bags someplace else. Then someone from Terminix comes so these roaches won’t eat me up. His name is Carl and he is usually on time. Scheduling a service is never a problem. He calls to tell he’s coming on a certain day. When I’m not available on that day, I tell him about it. Then he’d schedule it for another day. Carl does a good job so far. While these roaches have never gone completely away, he keeps the pest activity narrowed down. There was also another guy who lowered the $75 I pay every three months, which was bit for me to pay, to $50. That was really nice of him.

    I had a problem with bats coming into my house and I called several pest companies. Terminix said they would come and do an inspection and give me an estimate without charging me, whereas another company I called would charge me $180 just to come out, even before they did anything. To set up the service with Terminix, I called their number listed on the internet. The first guy that came out was very nice. He looked up in my attic, then he went to the front of the house and pointed up, and he showed me the most likely spot where the bats were going in. He also explained how they would put a bat cage there and leave that for about a month. I had a lot of questions and the manager, Bruce, answered all of them. I also have a door to my attic in the garage and the latch on it was fixed so it would close all the way and wouldn’t come open again. When they were done, they went around and showed me what they did.

    Bats usually came flying up from the basement before, but since the service I haven’t had bats anymore. A day or two after the Terminix team left, I heard some bats up on the ceiling, but I haven’t heard any in the last several days. I was very pleased and happy with the service. On the whole, they were very professional and proficient, and they got the job done.

    I am very disappointed with the lack of response I received from Terminix. I have a nest of yellow jackets in the wall of my house. They are gaining access outside around a window and I was told that they believe there's a nest in there. On my initial call for my yellow jacket problem, they responded quickly and came out to spray the next day. Mike, the technician, told me to call back if I saw more bee activity and he would come back to spray again. He also told me to call his direct line instead of the 1-800-Terminix number to avoid being on hold for a long time. He stated he would come out right away to spray again.

    A couple of days after the first spray, I noticed more bee activity around the area, called Mike, and he came out to spray right away. That was wonderful and I really appreciated the quick response. But about a week or so later, there was even more activity, so I called Mike again thinking I would get the same quick response, which I didn't.

    I called on Tuesday and left a message with no response. I called again on Thursday and Friday, left messages both days and finally got a callback Friday night. Mike apologized for the delay stating that he was off of work for a few days and thought that somebody else would have gotten the message and returned my call. I explained to Mike how important it was to have the area sprayed again and under control before the weekend because my older parents were coming to town to visit and I absolutely didn't want them to get stung. He stated his boss was doing the schedule for the weekend and he would make sure his boss put me on the schedule for first thing on Saturday morning. I was happy with that knowing my parents were arriving around 10:00 in the morning. Terminix never showed up and never called. Thank God my parents didn't get stung while they were here, but I did the next day.

    I was in my back yard but not really close to the nest area, when I felt a sting in my back. I jumped up and started to run away not knowing if there were more on me because I couldn't see my back. As I was running away, I tripped and fell. When I put my hands down to brace my fall, I jammed my thumb. I ended up going to the emergency room because it was swelling pretty quickly and becoming more and more painful to move. I didn't know if I broke it, but I knew it had to be looked at. I called Mike from Terminix that evening before going to the emergency room explaining what had just happened and that I felt like me getting stung could have been completely avoided if they would have come out to spray again as requested.

    Now I have medical bills to pay for from my injury related to getting stung that would have been avoided. Had Terminix come out to spray at my initial request, there wouldn't be yellow jackets around to sting me. I feel like I need to be reimbursed for my pain and suffering and especially my medical bills. Terminix customer service only offered to reimburse me for one service fee which is $92.00, stating that one service fee was all they were allowed to reimburse me for. That doesn't come close to my medical bills that I'll have. The emergency room deductible alone is $200, and that doesn't cover the x-rays or doctor’s fee.

    It's been 4 weeks and I'm still having pain in my thumb and having to take lots of medication for the pain and swelling. It's a bad sprain that will take some time to heal. And every day that I'm living with this and very much inconvenienced by it, I'm reminded of the negligence by Terminix and feel like this whole thing would have been avoided had they responded to my initial service request for a need for repeat treatment.

    We were away on vacation. When we came back, there were some ants and thousand of other insects. They tore down the house across. Then we were seeing these little roaches which is something that I cannot and will not tolerate. I went to the internet and saw their comments and reviews. The person from Terminix who called me back and talked to me was very nice. And that's important - how they talk to people. They were not grabbing up sales. I just explained and he said, "I can have someone come to your house the next day." He was very good.

    The technician was very professional and just went to the business at hand. He took his time. He asked my sister and I if we had any questions for him. There were a couple of questions we asked, and any questions that I had for him, he was able to answer them. He just went straight to it. I had a concern because I have a child who has allergies and I was interested in knowing what kind of chemicals were they using. He explained that it was safe. He also helped educate me on knowing where to look, he did not just come out and spray. That's the plus. He explained that the pests can come through our wall plugs so it's a different type of treatment that he did for that.

    One thing that I also liked was that I was called and they said, "We're on our way. I should be there in approximately 15 minutes." His punctuality was another thing. He returned to follow-up and asked us if we had any concerns or something that we needed to have him address that was not in the previous visit. We told him we didn't have any problems. He went around the perimeter of the home and I have no complaints. They are set to come in November so I told him if I'll have any problems prior to that, that I would give a call. But so far, I haven't had anything, and that's what I like and that's what I want.

    When I was a principal (before I retired), Terminix was in our school district, and I never had a problem. I would recommend Terminix. I told a neighbor who was tearing down the inside of his home that was vacant for a few years that if ever he needed an exterminator, Terminix is great. I do not like crawling things including insects and mice. I don't deal with that and I don't feel that I have to when we have Terminix. I am very pleased and I look forward to have a contract with Terminix for as long as I feel I need to.

    The folks that came to check my TV cable told me that I probably had a problem with mice because of what they saw with the cables. I called Terminix and they came in and confirmed that I had a mice infestation. They showed me the areas around the house where I had this problem and suggested a course of action which I agreed to follow.

    This happened very recently and there hasn't been much pest activity at all. At this time of the year, mice are not necessarily in houses as they wait for the colder weather, so it is not unusual for mice activity to be low-key at this time. So, we have to wait for the winter months or the cold months to verify that things are working the way they should.

    In scheduling our services, they called to make the appointment to come to the house and provide services. We agreed on the service schedule, then the technicians came out to do the inspection. We've had several, different interactions with the service technicians. They were fine and I was very satisfied with the staff in general. One technician was very accommodating and went through the house. There was a different set of technicians that came in to do isolation, wherein they surrounded the house and plugged holes and put up traps. That worked out well and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The folks that came in to do the bulk of the work, which required vacuuming and removal of insulation that was compromised, knew their business and were also very accommodating.

    But I have a major area of concern in that the process was not as smooth as I would have hoped. I had a number of interactions with the different members of the staff as to what service needed to be provided. I gave my feedback to the technicians and their supervisors, and I told them that it would be a lot better for them, the provider, as well as for me, the customer, if two things were in place. One of these would be if the contract that I have with them would much more clearly define the specific services that they would provide. The second is if they had a punch list that would allow both of us to make sure everybody knows exactly what work needs to be done.

    Neither of those two things were in place, so it turned out that every time somebody came, I had to reiterate what I thought they had to do and I had to call their supervisor, and that was frustrating at times. Ultimately, everything worked out fine to my satisfaction, but it would have been a lot better for them and for me if they had a better protocol for making sure that the services that they said they were going to provide was clear to everybody involved in the process.

    It got to the point where I started to document everything because I was concerned that the service that was supposed to be provided wasn't clear all the time. If I had not paid close attention to everything and if I had not spoken up, I'm not sure I would have gotten all the services that I wanted or that they had told me they would provide. I had to be on my toes to make sure that things were done right. Despite that, I'm definitely satisfied and happy with Terminix. Overall, they were knowledgeable and competent, and they knew what they were doing, but they could've been a little better organized.

    I woke up one night and had bug bites, so I pulled my bed sheets off and realized that I was infested with bedbugs. I dealt with it for a couple of days trying to figure out who I was gonna call, and I ended up calling Terminix. With bed bugs, you have to bag every piece of clothing up, every shoe, everything gets bagged up. I threw my chairs away and I burned it all. The only thing I kept was my bed because they promised they can take care of it and they wrapped it up. It’s still a nightmare.

    Even though Terminix got rid of the bugs, I’m still going through one bag at a time. I have to wash them on high heat. They did the initial treatment and then I waited a week. I had two technicians - the first one was Ely and I liked him. He was really knowledgeable and he explained himself very well. The second guy, Kelsy, came and did his thing. Last Thursday, they didn’t find any bugs but they went ahead and treated all the baseboards. It’s been a pain in the butt but they got rid of the bugs. Things are definitely way better than before.

    We had a return of the house centipedes that we originally had the treatment for with Terminix. And although the guy that came out during the initial treatment said the centipedes were really not bad to have because they eat the rest of the bugs in our house, I didn't want any bugs in my house. I had a lot of problems scheduling for an appointment and it took me five phone calls to get one. The day after we had seen the bugs, the Terminix rep said that we could have an appointment that night from five to seven. I got home from work and waited but nobody came. I called the Terminix number at about 7:45 and the rep said that she would call the driver and have him give me a call on when he was going to be there, but I never got a call. I called them the next day and it took me four phone calls to get somebody to give me an appointment.

    I asked a manager, “Why didn’t anybody come or call yesterday?" I was told they are not supposed to give me a same day appointment to which I answered that their rep did that. They couldn’t really tell me why nobody came. Also, the next appointment was going to be three weeks out but I said that it was a revisit for the bugs that we had four weeks ago when they treated the first time. The appointment was made for a week later.

    The technician who came out was the same person that was supposed to be here that one night that nobody showed up. He ended up giving me his card. He's the regional manager and was to be taking our account and doing all of our treatment. He said that the appointment was added to his schedule but nobody told him about the addition. He didn’t even know about it until the next day when he saw it. He also told me not to call the regional place because it's hard to get through and to call him instead which sounded good to me. He was very attentive and everything was good. I found out too that when Terminix sent somebody out the first time, it was just to do the whole thing and we wouldn't see that person again. This manager guy then takes over the treatments. Everything else was fine after he was here and we haven’t seen anything.

    We had a gentleman come out from Terminix and I was not pleased with his service. He came to check the baits, dispensers, and traps, and when he saw that one was empty, he took it out to his truck and brought one that was covered with cobwebs. It was nasty and he brought that in my home. When I mentioned it, he looked at me really strange and said that he hasn’t heard anyone complain about it before. I didn’t appreciate that at all. My husband had left a list on the board of the places he’d like to have checked and I showed him that. He still did not check them at all.

    I called Terminix and told them I was not pleased. They sent someone else and they were extremely pleasant. They went through everything, made sure we understood what they were looking for, why they were doing the things they did, which was not what the gentleman before them did. Kevin treats inside the house as well for ants and we’ve noticed a great reduction in the number of bugs around the house. Kevin does our annual termite inspection too, and he keeps an eye on that as he goes along. I had him looking at an area where we had termites a couple of years ago and he said that all was well.

    I get emails from Terminix every once in a while saying I’ve got a pest service coming up, but that almost never works for us, so usually I call Kevin directly and work our service schedule out with him and that works well for us. Kevin is very kind, friendly, and professional, and good at answering all my questions. He has always been very receptive and he has worked well with us. He gets out here as quick as he can if we need him. He knows his bugs and what he's looking for, and he's very confident with how he should proceed around the property.

    But we were considering dropping the pest service when we got our last bill because it went up by $32 a year. Our bill has been increasing at a crazy rate so my wife called Terminix the other day and explained her displeasure with the price. The lady rep she talked to was able to work that out with her to our satisfaction and we got our bill cut by quite a bit with discounts that we didn’t realize were available.     Terminix came the first time for a regular scheduled treatment, and then after a month I started seeing insects in the basement, so I called them back and they came within a couple of days. However, I called and told them that I wanted to reduce my visits since they're costly. I'd like the treatments done every six months instead of doing it quarterly. But the technician told me, "We don't have the six-month schedules." I said, "You have to work with me because it's just a little costly."     Terminix does what they say they're going to do for the value and I would recommend them. They add a little bit more customer service than some other people do. Everybody is very friendly. So, we're satisfied. We have a quarterly pest control service from them. They are easy to get a hold of and the same gentleman comes every time, which I like, and he offers to come in if needed. And then, they always offer a callback during that intermediate time from the next service if needed. We also have a termite bond with them. They come out when they're supposed to and it's yearly.     Terminix is a very good company and they take care of whatever problems I've got. They do a mosquito treatment and I don't have to be home. They just come in and spray my yard. I had them here recently for that. I also have an annual contract with them for mice because I live out in the country and when it gets cold, mice want to come into the house.     I moved to Baton Rouge from Lafayette, Louisiana in 1994 and I’ve had Terminix ever since. My house flooded last year and it took me almost a year to get my house rebuilt, redone and renovated.     We’ve been with Terminix for more than 10 years in different places. My husband seems to go with them every time we moved. They do quarterly pest control for us.     Our most recent experience with Terminix was three weeks ago and they were good. The tech guys come in and tell me what's going on and what to expect after they spray. They let me know to call them if I think they need to come back. They said I would see a lot of the pests coming out 'cause they sprayed in the cracks and creases and left bait. They also said the situation was very bad. They've already been out twice and we'll have to get them to come out again. The techs also said they will come out in two weeks, and that’s why I didn’t call them back. I realize it's been over two weeks now and I need them to come back out.

    Our experience with Terminix has been good so far, they were just here for their quarterly spray.     Our brand-new house has ants and spiders so I called Terminix and got them to come out to spray our house just for precaution. The technician was supposed to come back because the week after he came, we still had ants and spiders and we had a few spiders and a scorpion that I had killed. We called Terminix and their rep told me that she would have the technician call me back and schedule a time, and they did.

    The technician sent a message to my husband and said that his father-in-law was sick and that we would be the first priority the next week but we never heard from him. I sent him a message and asked him if he was going to come the following week, but I never heard back from him. With the ants coming in, the house really needed spraying, so we went to Home Depot and bought some stuff and put it all around the house to try to help with the situation.     Terminix has treated my home for roaches and Japanese beetles, and after their service I haven’t seen many of those anymore. I have also called them over for rats because these rodents have caused some damage to the home. Terminix helped me on that matter. I also always had good interactions with the techs they sent out.     I was using a different pest control company and when Terminix offered a $50 coupon, I started using them. I called their telephone number and they set up the first visit. I called to get a second visit, and then they came out quarterly. They were easy to get a hold of. They called and told me when they were coming. They sprayed the outside and came in and sprayed the inside. They've been out three times and Stacy, the tech, was very nice. The bad thing that I didn’t really like was I had to take half a day off work for them to come out because they couldn’t come out on a Saturday. And I know from my sister going with them that they said they can never get people to do the service on a weekend. Other than that, it's been good with Terminix and the pest situation I have now is getting better.

    We have Terminix come out quarterly and we have the schedule set up by email. They call two days before they come as a reminder. Their representatives are very courteous and proactive. We weren't here when their techs recently came out, so they just did the exterior, but before that, they did the inside and outside. They were personable and they also asked if we have any concerns or anything odd going on or different pests. They also usually clean the spider webs that they see outside. Occasionally, we see a pest, but it's dead when we find it, so the stuff they use works. All in all, the folks from Terminix make sure that we don’t have any issues. We recommend them to others.

    I called Terminix in August, two or three weeks ago. The person came out and we discussed the issues that I was having and it's mainly with carpenter ants. He sprayed some type of bait around and inside the house. They're supposed to take back to the colony or whatever, but he just ran out of his last stock, so he had to go back and get it, then come back another day. He initially came out a Thursday or a Friday, and then came back the following week.

    When he came back out with the bait, he applied that in all the areas that we had sprayed and looked at before. He was polite and knowledgeable with what he was doing. I was satisfied with that. He told me who the supervisor was that should be here with him, and that's where the problem comes in. I have not had any follow-up at all. I actually thought about calling this week because he gave me the name, I just can't find it. I wanted to see how I needed to set it up if I want an immediate treatment because I was supposed to get them once a quarter. Do I just call? Because I saw a couple of ants this weekend and I think that was because I was barbecuing a lot of food and they were attracted to that.

    What should I be expecting from this treatment? Not to see ants again? I don't see them a lot. It's just that, I’m starting to see some inside the house so it really got to be a concern. And I thought they were in my attic because last year, going into fall, I saw them going up the side of my house. There was no way for us to get access to the attic because I had a paper blown into my attic. I showed him a point where I thought they were coming in and he sprayed there and put the bait there when he came back that following week.

    The problem is, a week or so after that, when I go out at night, I can still see movement. That's when I started saying, "How do I get a follow-up and not have the paperwork?" Because I think when I initially contacted Terminix, they were trying to tell me they may have to drill a hole in the wall, but when he came out, he didn't discuss any of that. He said that's only if it's drastic and if I see them anywhere in the house, we have to look.

    I want to find out if there is an option where they pull the siding off and spray or put the bait directly there. I really want somebody to come out in the evening when they are active to see what I'm talking about because we don't see them during the day and even when I see them in the house, it's in the evening. Plus, most of the time, they're dead because I spray home defense about every month throughout my house.

    The guy who came out and did what the application says that what they use can't just be bought because it's more concentrated, so it can't just be sprayed around the house. But he did spray it around and outside the house for me. And I've only seen probably five ants since then. Four were dead and I saw one alive last night. But if I go out at night, I still see activity in a couple other places. So, I don't know if he needs to come out and put out some more bait or do we need to spray them? Or should they have died down or what? The activity has been less, but since he told me, next time when he comes with his supervisor, they will call, and I expected a call, which I didn't receive. He did his job, but we’ll see in three months if we have to start over.

    Terminix recently came out here and did the annual inspection for termites. Afterwards, I asked them to mail me a hard copy of the inspection report and they didn’t do it right away. So, I had to call and remind them and they eventually sent it out. The technician was very polite and efficient. I've been using them since the mid-80's.     I started with Terminix shortly after I moved into this house. My parents had used them in their house and they said I should do it for preventive measures to keep any real infestation from coming. I've used them 20 years. I have them do a yearly inspection for termites and ten years ago, I had a probable test that came back. So I had an expensive service that I pay for every year where they drill into the foundation and put stuff in.

    I stopped the regular pest control service because they couldn’t accommodate my schedule and they were just showing up on their schedule and I'm at work so I couldn’t let them in. Sometimes I don't even know if they showed up other than the fact they left a bill and it got to the point where it seemed pointless to have someone possibly coming in and paying them more than $100 a month for it. A few years back, it was better. They could accommodate me and I’d be interacting with a person who could point out places where there’s evidence of pests, which might be worth getting to and should be addressed. It was what I was looking for. Also, they started upping prices and they lost customers and service people. And now, they are in competition with other companies and they don’t care.

    The Terminix people gave me a nice sales pitch and said that if I bought right away, they'd give me some discount, so I gave them three credit cards right away. They got annual payments from me and they're supposed to come every quarter. After that, the only thing I heard from them is an email saying that the card used to charge the whole year's money is now expired and they can't charge for this quarter. But I already paid for the year and they shouldn't care if the card expired now. The first time they came to my house, they treated for pests, but they didn't some for the second time. Also, the techs didn't come out as good, but they're average. It's been more than a quarter since they came. Terminix is okay but they could improve their customer service.

    My experience with Terminix has been good. They did a pest control for us. However, scheduling sucks. I shouldn’t have to call after they show up to do their job and make another appointment when it’s on a two-week rotation. They can only come out once every two weeks because of the chemicals they use. So that being said, I shouldn’t have to call and make a freaking appointment when that should be already in their books. Other than that, the service techs were good and Terminix took care of the pest problem. I see no bugs now since their last service.

    We had a pest problem and had set up scheduled visits from Terminix. Their first visit went pretty well. The guy showed up and he was really nice. We told him what our issues were. Then he went around and sprayed the entire outside and inside of the house. Since he came, the situation has gone off better than it was. We still have some ants that ended up finding their way in our garage but they haven't come back into the house yet. I've been waiting to see if something pops up. A lot of places usually do a second visit 30 days after but Terminix doesn't offer that. And I wish they had looked around the house more, rather than me just saying what our current issue was. It feels like they only treated us for one issue, when we actually have an issue on our back deck that could have gotten taken care of, but wasn't. But overall, Terminix does a good job for a reasonable price.

    I live in a sandy area where there are lots of sand and termites. It was a good idea for Terminix to come and look around to see if I had any activity or anything going on with these termites. They came out and checked, went in the basement and looked all over the place. They didn’t see any activity going on but before we bought the house, there were some problems with it and we decided to start treating for termites. Recently, Terminix sprayed outside and we asked them to spray inside. They sent me a message ahead of time saying that they're coming. After they were gone, I see a bug once in a while but nothing serious. I've never had any termite problem that I know of and I have no complaints. They keep up with the bugs.

    Terminix calls and sets up the routine service so it was easy. I have called them different times too about changing an appointment and they’ve always been able to do it.     Terminix sprayed one of my apartments for bedbugs. The representatives call me sometimes but I deal more with the manager and I've already met them before because I've used them in the past. I got a screwed up tenant who always brings in second-hand furniture and wouldn’t let Termnix do the service. I have to keep doing it because I don’t trust my tenant.     Terminix sprayed for a multitude of pests and also put in traps for termites. It was kind of chaotic when we scheduled that day. I never knew when the second crew was coming because they were tied up somewhere else and helping somebody with some emergency. But once they got here it was fine. But the first one that came didn't know what he was here for which was odd. I said that he was here for the ants and other little critters so he went ahead and sprayed. But the second crew was fine. They did the termites of which I had problems with. I'm in big trouble because the termites have attacked the wood on the inside of the house. But since their service, the pest activity slowed down and they're beginning to die off.

    However, they lost one of my checks for a while and bugged me about that. I handed the check to the tech and the first one cleared and the second one they didn't know what I was talking about and kept billing me. I told them that I handed both of the checks that same day with the same tech. I found that aggravating but that got cleared up. I would use Terminix again except they need to communicate with each other a little bit better. The salesman that came out and inspected it, was not able to communicate to those technicians everything they were supposed to do. Other than that, it was fine.

    Scheduling with Terminix didn't take too long and there weren't too many questions. But at that point, information on how long I would have to be out of my house was vague. The technician filled me in when he came, which caught me a little off guard that I had to be out of the house for long. But I should have expected it. The technician has been very good, pleasant, courteous, described everything, and decent to work with. After that first round, I was back home and I had seen a couple more pests so I called them. The tech fit me in at a last minute’s notice and he swung by and hit it again. Since then, I haven't noticed any pest activities so I've been very pleased.     My contract with Terminix started out with termites and when I've gotten rid of them, something else came and took their place. Now, Terminix comes periodically and check to make sure that I don’t have termites which I appreciate very much. Once, Terminix forgot that they were supposed to come for a scheduled checkup and I waited. When I finally called them, they said they didn’t have me on the schedule. I was pissed about that and it killed the day for me but once the tech came, he did a very nice, clean, neat job. He put something into the baseboards and the wall close to the floor to get rid of some sort of beetle that I’ve never heard of before.

    Terminix came and sprayed the house but we still have a pest control issue. They are scheduled to come out today. I've been running into a little problem with that. I scheduled an appointment last Tuesday which really would’ve worked out but they weren’t able to meet that date. Someone called me back and said they had an appointment available between 3:00 to 5:00 today. We had to wait at least two weeks to be able to schedule an appointment and up to that point, we’ve still been having some pests. It hadn’t been as bad as it was in the beginning, but they did tell us that we probably would experience some activity. But I noticed yesterday, there’s a whole lot of ants that are still outside and once in awhile, we're still seeing spiders. Not as much, but we’re still seeing spiders.

    Homes are built with a little opening from the outside. I’m thinking that’s one of the entryways that a lot of the pests are coming into the house. I'm going to address that with whoever comes over here today, if they can put a sealant or something right there to help control some of that activity. For the most part, the representative came in the neighborhood and said that they would give the neighborhood a discount, and they looked like they wanted to work with us. Hopefully, we can maintain and have an open relationship and communicate back and forth. It’s always good to hear from them, to follow-up and see how things are going because we got a lot of people that are scamming and got schemes going on right now.

    The Terminix tech came out yesterday to spray for fleas and he did his job well. Whatever that Terminix used or whatever they did, it's doing the job. Also, scheduling the service was easy. They always got somebody out as quickly as they could when I would call. Sometimes they would call me back and let me know that they were coming out earlier than what they had scheduled. I would tell anybody who doesn’t use Terminix that they need to really re-evaluate who they’re using. And if they’re not using any pest control, they need to give Terminix a call. There was a young guy named Paris who worked for Terminix that time and he was probably one of the best technicians that they had.     I used Terminix in the past in another state and we've always had a good experience. I was a new customer in a new state and scheduling their service was easy. I was on my phone for a little while but it was easy enough. I asked some questions and their rep was nice and helpful. Also, the tech who came was on-time. He came back because it was raining the first day. But he was easy to schedule another time and he came back when it worked best for me. I had a text five minutes before he arrived. He sprayed the basement and then the exterior. It was quick and professional. I'd work with Terminix again. It was what we were looking for in that need that we had.

    Terminix came and sprayed for fleas. This is the second time they’ve been back and they will be back again in three months. So far, it's been easy setting up a schedule with them. I just call them and they schedule the service for me. The first technician that came out was really nice, friendly and explained things to me. The last guy was good too. He was quick and he did what needed to do and left. Flea activity is gone since they came the second time. It was a good experience overall.

    We have a yearly check-up with Terminix and our most recent one was the termite inspection. I scheduled my service over the phone and everything was good. Our interactions with the rep and the tech were very good and the tech was able to inspect everything well. The Terminix people were really helpful and did very well at their job. If you asked them a question, it seemed that they knew what they were doing.     Terminix has good customer service and their techs were easy to work with. I've had them for about a month now, but when I first scheduled the call, it gave me an automated thing that said that they wouldn't be able to come out until October. But as soon as I spoke to a representative, they were able to get somebody out to my house within two days. We had a bees nest inside of our wall and they came out and sprayed some dust in it. They also sprayed the whole perimeter of our house for spiders and other different things. Though we're still having some spiders and things like that, we haven't seen any of the bees ever since they have treated them twice.

    We got an announcement that the Terminix tech was coming. He came and treated insects outside the house and he was pleasant. Since the recent service, I have seen some pests but most of them are dead. So, the treatment seems to be working. Overall, we had a good experience with Terminix.     We've had the services with Terminix for some time and they have been very satisfactory. I travel so much that I haven't been around whenever the technician comes but they have always given me plenty of warning ahead of time when they're coming the next day or so. Everything's fine that way. They come every month and they are very easy to work with. They do the outside all the time and my wife has talked to them when we wanted anything on the inside.     With all the bugs this year, I called Terminix on July 13th. I was going to get on a regular monthly plan with them. The guy told me that I got crazy ants and that regular technicians didn't handle that. I got a price, I paid it and they came to spray. But half-way through the spraying, rain started pouring so then the job was finished. They were supposed to go under my house and spray, but they ran out of spray and had to get another truck. I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair so I'm not sure exactly how they sprayed it or if he did.

    I called them sometime over the holiday because a week or so before that my wife was still seeing some more crazy ants. I was supposed to be called back by the manager but I didn't get it. They can use the special service to do something. They couldn't answer my questions or give me give me anything. I told them to find it all and I'll pay whatever fee. I live with these crazy ants, I can't get outside the door.

    I'm still waiting for someone to come out and I'd probably go with another company because I don't like getting lied to. I paid a lot of money and when they got here, the rep told me, "Well, we don't cover this and you don't need the other thing." I should have called them first time for it, to get on the plan, so I was misled. I'm not too happy about it, and I’m about to hand over the whole thing over to my attorney and go with somebody else. I’ve got to get this problem solved.

    We’ve been with Terminix for 20 years now and we have a recurring service once every quarter. I don't need to schedule any visit and they’d send an email and call before someone is about to come out. The serviceman who has been coming out is very good and he last came a month ago. He is extremely cordial and texts to make sure he’s okay. Also, I’d always get a follow-up call from Terminix after their service and I’d evaluate the experience as high. We haven’t had much pest activity in our home since having Terminix services.

    We have the termite service and the house service with Terminix, and I get an email or voicemail telling me when it’s going to be. It gives me the opportunity to change the schedule if I need to in case they need to get in the house. We recently had the house service and the guy who came out was great. When he first came to the door, I had forgotten to mention to him about the spiders on our patio where we keep the trash cans and where he had already serviced, but when I told him about it, he went right back, cleaned it all up, and sprayed it all up. Every time, he always asks if there’s anything inside I want to be done. And usually, we just have the garage and the basement partially done. He was a very friendly and a very pleasant guy. And I haven't seen any spiders around the trash cans since the service.

    I had Terminix come in for a bedbug extermination and the exterminator was great. She was very kind and polite. She was also on time, and did what she needed to do. Since then, I've not had any problems whatsoever. She came out twice to spray which was routine for her. She said that after the two sprays, we shouldn’t see anything else, but if we do, to give her a callback. She was the best person I've ever dealt with. I am so glad that she was the one who came in to do it and not anybody else. For any of my questions, I was able to call and get answered right away. She was really nice and I had a great experience with her.

    But scheduling was a whole different matter. First, they put me and my husband on schedule and didn’t let us know when. Then when I called in to schedule it, they said they already scheduled us. And then the exterminator who came in to do the spray had to change the date because she had a mandatory meeting and she said that the scheduler should have known that. It was very frustrating with the schedulers and I didn’t appreciate how all that was handled. The guy who came in to do the inspection and the people who did the scheduling weren't very polite and they didn’t answer my questions. But overall, Terminix was amazing and I’m still happy with my experience.

    Terminix came in August because we had a bedbug problem. Scheduling the service was good and I've had good experience with them as far as calling and talking. When we first called them, we explained to them what the problem was and we set up an appointment. They came out and we talked. They put us at ease for what was going on and they were very good and polite. They came twice and then we recently found another bedbug so they'd be back on Wednesday. I only have praise for the Terminix people and I would definitely recommend Terminix to others.
