I was having a problem with bugs inside so Terminix came in and took care of it. It's getting better after the service. They always take of the outside but they took care of the inside when I asked them to. I've been with them for several years and it's just been a great experience. I always get an email, a text and sometimes even a call before they come out. The technicians have been very courteous and professional. They always make sure they covered their shoes, and they are good with my animals and make sure and let me know where my animals can and can't go if needed.

I have a quarterly service with Terminix. They schedule and then they just text me that it's scheduled for a certain day. And if I need to change it, I could call them. I have the same technician, Angel and he's great. He listens to everything I say, he checks everything out and he's very conscientious. He was just here a few days ago. I wasn't home at the time he came but I got the information texted to me about what he found. I also got the paper in my mailbox of what he found and what was done. I'm just very satisfied with Angel when he works.

Terminix came here and did what we needed them to do. The technician was a very pleasant young man. My usual person who comes is on a different route now, but this new person was very nice. He treated my home with care. I'd recommend Terminix.

When I was scheduling the service, the representative from Terminix answered immediately and got the appointments right away. Three people visited our property. The first one was good. He did my sidewalk and all the gardens and everything. And then I wasn't too happy with the second one, but the third one was fantastic. All in all, they were very polite, understanding and explaining. They were clean and they put covers on their shoes, which means that they're considerate.

Everything’s good with Terminix and I would recommend them. I get a call, an email, and a text for my quarterly service with them. I like the way they do the scheduling because it gives me my options if I need to change it. I’ve had the same technician since I started, and he’s very friendly, very good, and very informed. I still see silverfish, but they’ve definitely decreased. I'm very satisfied. Terminix is dependable and easy to work with on scheduling.

We’ve been with Terminix since 2007, and we’re very satisfied with all they do. My husband calls them over the phone and schedules them to come over when we go out, and we don’t have any pests once they’re done. They’re fantastic. My husband really appreciates their work, and thinks highly of them.

I have Terminix for rat exclusion and for termites and I have them come out quarterly. Once, they sent me a note saying that they serviced my property but I was home and I told them the guy never showed up. They're honest people because a man came back and apologized. He had looked at the address wrong and sprayed the wrong house.

When I call Terminix, generally they respond. I have a contract with them that they will come at a certain time every quarter. They call me before they come so I know they're coming. I like knowing that because I'm in a wheelchair and it's a little difficult for me to be running around and keeping an eye on them. Recently, I have a problem with bats and I had Terminix come and get rid of them because the bats were flying circuits around my dining room table while I sat here. My son got rid of the bats in the middle of the night. It was only one but he came back. The area rep promised me that she would send out a team to fix it so the bats couldn't get in the house again. And I have not seen that team. I would like this bat problem taken care of, more permanently. Other than that, I've been satisfied all along.

Having a problem with box elder bugs. Decided to called Terminix for service. Initial interaction seemed fine, service plans discussed. Personal and credit card information taken. I was given the impression that my appointment was scheduled. Told that I could register and manage my account online. Went online to do so and found the appointment date and time discussed was not scheduled. Customer ID number and credit card information was there. Call Terminix waited on the phone 30-45 minutes. Bounced around from person to person to be told I had no appointment date. It was said that the person I spoke to initially should have not given me that date. Finally someone offered to have a manager call me but the next day. Received a voicemail from the Jeff, the service manager at the Madison height location, that a technician would be out between 8-10am.
After 11:00 no one called or showed up. Left a message with Jeff that I had not heard from anyone. 12:00 No response regarding my appointment. Called the number online. The operator said there was no technician number for her to call? Very poor customer service. New account lost due to trust and inability to be reliable. Hold time too long, no continuity between calls. Very frustrating having to tell your problem every single time you call. In the process of all this, I received calls from Terminix to do surveys and even a call to schedule services with Terminix as though we had never had interaction. Time wasted. Eventually I cancelled service that I never received and asked Terminix to delete my online account because I could not. Called a competitor and got same day service elsewhere.

Terminix's technicians were very nice. They came for the quarterly service where they check things out. They just called and said when they were coming. I've been with Terminix for quite a while and everything's fine.

Somebody had a dog in their house and I was transferred over here, so I got a flea problem. Scheduling with Terminix was great. I talked to them and laid down everything, and I had no problem getting what I needed to get done quickly. I haven't seen any fleas since their service, but I had to call the tech back out here because last time I got wasps so I started spraying every two months. They got rid of all my problems and I haven't seen any bug or roaches here ever since.

I've been with Terminix for nine years and they've been great. My first experience with them was with a termite infestation and that was absolutely great. After that, I received service from them on schedule and they sprayed every three months. Recently, I got a new Terminix technician and I was worried about that because I had the other technician for three years and I got to know him, and he knew what to do. I’ve only had the new technician once, but he was awesome and he did his job, and I interacted with him very well. The awning out where I park my car and the awning in the backyard could use extra treatment, though, that I haven't seen the technicians do. But summing it all up, my total experience with Terminix has been good and they've given me great service.

I had Terminix come to our house in preparation for fall. Since the service, I haven’t seen any bugs which is a good thing and the experience was great. The technician was there for 30 minutes then left. He was very friendly and professional.

I feel very happy with Terminix and I've recommended them to people already. It hasn’t even been a month that I’ve been with them yet the bugs are now under control. Before we’ve had Terminix, our pest situation was bad. We had tried using things that we could buy from the store like the ones you can spray yourself, barrier stuff, traps and etc. and they didn’t work. I got tired of it, so I called Terminix. I applied for quotes online from other companies too, but Terminix was the only one that called me back.
The first time I used their service, the guy did the scheduling for me. Then the tech came and he was very informative. He explained what we should look for, what types of bugs we have and what should be done to keep maintenance up. It was great. After that first visit, we noticed the difference in bug activity. Like what the tech said, at first, the bugs were irritated so they were showing up. But then we saw that they were dying.
Two weeks later, the second visit came out and it went well. The tech was running a little late but he was able to notify me beforehand. I got a text notification when he was on his way and he showed up within that time frame. The tech was a very friendly guy. He came in and did what he needed to do. It was seamless, so I was very satisfied with the service he did. A few days after that, we've been seeing a lot more dead bugs and no pest activity. That's been working out great.
I like that Terminix also has a great web portal for doing service requests and making payments online. The rep recommended that I schedule one service in three weeks from now which I plan to do on the website. They also do text notifications which are great too and those contain a link that sends you to a page that shows the driver coming. The only way they could get better is if they have an app.

This house that we bought hadn't been lived in for 10 years and had spiders like it was going out of style. We were interested in getting pest control services and the Terminix tech that was taking care of the house across the street came over, took our name and was going to call at a later date, which he did. Two weeks later, he scheduled with us. He came here on time and he was very polite and thorough. He told us what to do and what he would do. He's going to be coming quarterly for us and he said if anything happens and we need him, to be sure to get a hold of him.

I just got very unhappy with Terminix. They wanted to know if they could come on a certain day and I called them and told them, "No, we would not be here." I also tried to tell the rep when they could call and make another appointment. She was like, “Oh well, they would call at least for 24 hours, anyway.” But instead of calling, they came and we weren’t home, and we got an email that said, “You weren’t home to let us in so we couldn’t inspect on the inside and we need to get into the house.” I called them and I told them the reason we weren’t home was because we had told them and they did not call and make another date. It just really made me mad. The rep also said prior to the tech coming here that they can come and do the outside and do the other later. If that is what they wanted to do, but then they sent an email like it was our fault. I probably was too thin-skinned about it.
It was at least two months later before they came to do the inside. My husband did make the call to them and said he felt like that it wasn’t as sterile. I know the one that we had, the year before, he said he really gave that inspection. So he really checked things out and he said this one wasn’t here very long and he felt like it probably wasn’t as sterile. I would not recommend them.

I got a wasp problem. I called some other pest control first but I didn’t get any satisfaction from them. They didn’t come out and I got a lot of runarounds so I told them to cancel the service. I called Terminix and everybody I talked to was real friendly, nice and professional. They sent somebody out the next day to look at the problem. When he came out, he said he'd have somebody here the day after that to fix it. Then, when the technician was here, he explained everything to me. He put a powder up and he had another option if it didn’t work. But he said it should work within a few days or a week at the most. In three days, the wasps were dead. I enjoyed the experience and Terminix did a really good job. They were courteous, prompt and reasonable. Plus, their price was cheaper than what the other company quoted me.

I saw holes with ants and nasty bugs inside and around the house. The wasps also made their nest around the house and I was afraid to go out in the summer because of what I saw. I signed up with Terminix and I'm happy to have their service. When it's time for them to come out, I don't have to call them up. They call to see if they could come and do the service. They always have somebody attending to me if I call and they also call the day before to remind me that they're coming. Then they arrive on schedule and ask me if I need anything else. When the guys came to do the service last time, they sprayed around the doors and now I don't have any more bugs inside my house and on my yard. I feel very comfortable knowing that and I know I'm doing the right thing in keeping away those kinds of insects. I would recommend Terminix to friends.

We recently bought a house and we decided that we needed some kind of a pest control process. We engaged Terminix and they did a first processing. They did a review of the house and the first treatment. I also talked with another firm at the same time and I found Terminix to be considerably easier to talk with to understand what they wanted to do to schedule the appointment and all the rest of it.
The technician was very forthcoming. He offered as many comments as we wanted. He didn't oblige us to listen to him. But we had a lot of questions and he was very responsive in the matter of the house. We're new to this area so we didn't really understand what the pest risks were and were not. And he was very informative about that side of things. He was a very pleasant guy, very easy to get along with. It's a part time house for us so we're not here for several months a year and we talked with him about that. He assured us that that was not a particular problem. They could do their service. If they come while we aren't here, they would simply service the outside of the house. And when we come back and see something inside, we should call them and they will come back and help. We own another house and we have a different service on that. Terminix is very good. They've been very responsive.

I had a problem with roaches and the first time Terminix came, they explained to me that in the beginning, it would be worse because the roaches will try to get away from the stuff that they put down. At first, when I tried to call for a follow-up appointment for them to come out, they were saying that they couldn't get to me until the 25th of October. But when I talked to a lady and explained to her that I have a child with asthma and it was affecting him, she got me an appointment the next day. So, they've been pretty good and since the technician came here about a week ago, I still see the pest but not as bad. He did what he needed to do and I have another appointment on the 6th of November. The customer service reps have been very polite and straight to the point which is the way I like it and it’s been fine scheduling with them. It was a good experience and I don't have any complaints.

I saw some bugs again, so Terminix came out to our home recently. It was easy to schedule the service and I had good dealings with the rep. She was pleasant, informative, and she said that she'd have somebody here. The technician was friendly and very pleasant too. She explained what she was about to do and she did her job. Since the service, I haven’t seen any bugs inside the house. I just saw some dead ones in the garage. Terminix has been providing great service.

I'm on a seasonal plan with Terminix. We've been with them for about 10 years and they're pretty reasonable. We've only had one bad experience with one guy, but they fired him. He over-sprayed and the whole house smelled of it. Some of the reps were very good yet some of them were not quite as knowledgeable. As for the technicians, it's not good sometimes as far as time. I had one experience when they didn’t come out when they said they were going to, but that wasn’t the technician’s fault. My suspicion is that it was the fault of the company’s organizational issues. Terminix hasn’t done perfect, but they’ve been okay. If I was dissatisfied, I wouldn’t be coming anymore.

We've been with Terminix for a long time, for close to 30 years. We felt that Terminix was a good company, so we started using them. We went for the termite first and then we've added some other things. Everything has worked out fine with the customer service reps and our interactions with them have been good. Usually, they gave me a call to let me know when the technician would show up and if there was some reason why the service schedule was not all right, I told him. The people that Terminix has sent out have been courteous and the service has been good.
In my most recent service, a technician came by and did the outside check, and he did whatever he does to get rid of pests outside the house. The service has been paid for the year, so he didn’t have to do anything else. Since the services of Terminix, I hardly noticed any pests at all. Once in a while, I might notice one, but it would usually be dead. We've had a satisfactory experience with Terminix and I would recommend them.

Terminix came to spray the outside of the house but I had them come back inside because I still have the bugs. Their rep and technician have been good, but they need to spray more because they haven't really gotten rid of the bugs yet.

I had a bees’ nest and the tech from Terminix solved that problem for me. I went outside with him while he was doing the treatment and everything went well. He’s a really good fella and seems to know what he's doing. There was a little confusion prior to this one schedule, but we got it straightened out, so it ended up pretty good.

Our home is getting better since the service done by Terminix but it just takes a while with the roaches. We have a yearly general plan with them. The technician that they sent told us what he's going to do before he did the treatment and also told us what we can do to help the problems in the areas. That guy was really nice and easy to deal with and it was an easy experience.

Terminix worked on my dad's house in North Carolina, and they were so friendly and nice to him. Their guy came out and did the whole log cabin, with it being three stories and made of wood. As soon as I got back here I jumped over and used them. It's been a wonderful two years and I've been happy with them. I even ran over one of their baits with my lawnmower and they replaced it for free.
They made a scheduled visit less than a month ago. The tech knocked on my door and I said that I was here. I left the gate unlocked and he wanted to make sure I was here because my car was outside. Since I've gone to Terminix my two dogs have had no fleas or ticks. I don't have to buy that stuff from the vet anymore and I've been spending at least 300 bucks a year on that.
I always get the same guy for my yard if it's to check for termites. Sometimes I get a different guy for inside. They email beforehand to inform me when someone is coming. Then the tech calls when he is on the way to make sure I'm here and make sure I get the gate unlocked. I keep it locked otherwise since I have lawnmowers and other stuff back there.
The lady who sold me the contract also came out to do a termite thing three months ago. She's come twice to handle whatever it was. She told me she'd be coming and that they set an appointment for her. The Terminix guy was also coming out anyway, so she came an hour early to double check everything to make sure that there are no termites. Aside from that, she also makes a termite inspection once a year for me. They're very professional, courteous, and nice. I have had no problems at all. I really enjoy it. I get pests every quarter and I hate them with a passion. If anyone has a problem, I recommend calling them up.

Someone from Terminix came here to do the annual inspection and he was very helpful answering some questions that I have. And I felt that whatever my concerns were, his answers were fine and appropriate. I used to have another property, and that was the first one that I had the Terminix termite service. Then when I moved here, I just put Terminix service in the house.
Terminix is the best around all the companies that offer pest control. They found termites in my other property before, and they had a contractor fix all the problem. I was very satisfied with that. And when I sold the house, I recommended to the buyers to actually do the transfer and continue with Terminix, which they did. Terminix is worth the money that we pay for it, which is not outrageous. I had a very good experience with the different people that came to my house.

My husband schedules our regular service with Terminix by setting up the appointment online. Their technicians are very on time and they're very prompt in calling and letting us know ahead and plenty of time if they're not able to come out through the rain or anything. Our technician came out a week ago and did the regular maintenance for the mosquito treatment. He's in and out of it and very thorough in letting us know. We didn't have a huge pest problem when we moved in, but we wanted to take care of it. It seems like the pest activity is about the same so we haven't seen an increase. I like that Terminix checks and they come through and treat it. I'd recommend them to others.

I’ve been very pleased with Terminix and I refer them to anybody looking for pest control. Scheduling a service is easy and everyone at Terminix is very good and respectful. Also, I’ve always had knowledgeable technicians who come and they try their best to answer questions I ask them. Since having their services, inside our home is great. But outside, there's so much pest activity that it’s still hard to take care of, yet it's not the same as before.

I have a regular scheduled maintenance with Terminix, and most recently, they came out to spray. I really like the young lady that comes out to do it. Terminix sends me an email, then she personally comes to tell me what time and ask what time I would be home. When she comes, she’s always on time. She then asks me where I commonly see the bugs, and where she needs to spray. After the service, I no longer have any more pests. But if I do, they’re usually coming from the outside because I usually have the backdoor open.
On the other hand, I also have the termite bond, and the last time they came out, the guy couldn’t find some of our termite baits because he didn’t have the machine used to locate them. So, I called them back and told them that the next time, they should come with the machine and make sure all of our baits are out here. So, one guy came out to replace them, but he missed some. Also, I’m going to have them come out and spray again because I’m seeing a lot more spiders due to weather changes. Other than that, everything is doing pretty good, and I’ve recommended them to people.

I have three contracts with Terminix. I have two regular yearly ones, where they come four times a year to two houses. One in the mountains, and another in Washington, D.C. I also have their mouse exclusion program for the house in D.C. because it’s a beautiful house, but it’s old and there’s been a lot of seasonal mice issues I wanted to try and eliminate.
Most recently we’ve had moths that were getting into the cupboards and footstep, and Terminix came out to help me with that. They seemed to know what they were doing and were very sensitive to the fact that I don’t like poisons in my house. They know that I have grandchildren and a dog, so I don’t want a lot of heavy duty poison around. Also, the mouse exclusion program is amazing, and is beyond what I expected it to be. It’s not poison. Instead, it is a kind of caulk that they use to close up the holes. They come through the whole house, which is four-storeys huge. It’s also old, so there must be a lot of entry ways. But, whatever they did, it worked. We virtually have no mice at all. I had no expectation that it was going to work, but it did.

We had our second application with Terminix for their quarterly service but the very first technician who came out didn’t do a very good job. We called to have him come back after that and he did the whole house, did a lot of spraying on the anthills. We haven’t seen any more ants since then. And they're now on their second scheduled spraying.

There's a problem in our area with carpenter ants and things like that. So, to make sure we didn't have any problems, we have maintained Terminix pest control. We have had a different company before and Terminix bought them out so we've been using them for three years now and they do a routine maintenance with us. They call ahead of time and tell you the schedule they'd come out and spray and if it's not a good time, you can tell them and change the time. Once in a while, we see ants but they've come out and taken care of them. They've always taken care of anything that has come up. So far, there hasn't been a real problem but if there is, we can call them up and they'll come out with no charges for that.

A month ago, I hired Terminix to come in and do the initial spraying as I have ants. There were no issues at all with scheduling the service. The technician was on time, quiet, and professional. According to the spray, it will cover anything with more than two legs, which is cool. Since they came out, I haven't seen any pest. I'm really impressed that nothing showed up in the house. I'll keep the service for a little while and see how it goes.

I've been here nine years and we've had two different guys from Terminix on a regular basis. They're good people. The most recent tech comes out on his own schedule, whatever he set up for, and we don’t have to call him. He's a very pleasant guy. Last time he came out to spray for bugs, and he was very nice, polite, did a thorough job and had a smile on his face. We still get some bugs in the fall and when the front door opens, the leaves come in and we’d see crickets, but it's not bad.

The gentlemen from Terminix come quarterly and I would have them come in and spray inside the house, but the first time they came, they sprayed inside and out. But on his most recent visit, he only sprayed on the inside of the house. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to have inside and outside pest control at the same time every quarter. That was a little confusing to me because he just sprayed inside and then left. He was very pleasant, and he said, “You know, while I'm spraying inside you should either go outside and let it all dry before you come back in.”
Last time, no one told me and I didn't get an email that they were coming and the guy came and I wasn't home. I saw a note that they were there and I called them. We've got that straightened out with Terminix and they came back within a day or two. They were accommodating, so I was fine with that. They sprayed on the inside so anything that crawls in here is dying. We have these little brown things that look like little centipedes but they're tiny, and they keep coming in. The pest control is working because I have dead bugs to vacuum up every time. However, we have termites swarming around the perimeter of the house right now and everybody has them right here in Corona Del Mar, in our zip code. There are dead termites and dead termites wings everywhere in this town but some of them are alive too. There's like a termite invasion going on. Nonetheless, my Terminix experience has been good overall.

I set up my contract with Terminix to have them come out every three months to do service and this was the first time I had used them for pest control. I kept having issues with ants being in my house. So the Terminix technician came back several times and re-sprayed. The initial set-up was fine but whenever I called back to have him come back out, the people at the call center were very rude and were not really receptive to the fact that I was still having issues and I had asked to speak to the technician. Once I finally got in with him, he eased my mind about it all and smoothed things over. He was exceptionally nice and he went above and beyond. I haven't seen any pests since and I was very pleased.

The technician from Terminix was polite and he got right on his job. He was informative and explained what he needed to do and how we needed to follow-up. We picked up fleas from a stray cat coming out all in our animals' beds. The technician told us what to do and we're trying to do it. But we didn't get rid of the cat either, so we are still struggling with that. We live in the woods so he's got a big job. But overall, it was outstanding and everything went well.

I got a contract with Terminix where they come out four times a year and take care of the yard. So far, everything has been good and I highly recommend them. The last time I had their service their rep called first and told me they were going to be down here. The date the rep gave didn’t work for me, so I told them another date.
Their tech arrived at the appointment time and was very professional. I had ants and a horrible problem with snails, so he treated them. He came in and sprayed the inside of the house and then went and treated the outside. The tech did a good job. He’s getting the snail problem under control. I don't see near as many as I did. And when it would rain, the snails would come to the surface but not near like it used to. The only thing that I've got a problem with is that when the tech comes out and treats the yard, it seems like the service just moves the fire ants. He had sprayed them and although it seems that we got them knocked now, the fire ants would just move to another place.

I kept finding powder on the garage floor. I'd cleaned it off, sweep it up with a dustpan and then, I go back the next day, and there was another pile. I wanted to remove the insulation in the garage that had been there for 20 years and we have been told through the years it was the wrong insulation. We didn't know that at the time and we just wanted some heat in the garage because it was like a freezer. So I hired a man and made him pull it all out. And then, I noticed there were holes in the garage walls, right in the wood, and I know immediately that those were termites. Terminix was the first company I called and everybody was very courteous, everything just went smooth and they were fast, too. I don't see any more powder on the garage floor.
Our main goal is to get the termites out of here because there's a lot of wood here. I had a big problem with earwigs and spiders, and there was a hive in the wall in the garage. There have been shrews here too and their tech answered the questions about the rodents. He asked me if I wanted the whole house sprayed. I said no because I have breathing problems but they sprayed the basement and they put plugs all around the house, those green things with something in them which he inserted into the ground. So far, everything's cleared up now. Their poison did its job and I don't see anything. However, their price was outrageous. We paid over $1000. Nonetheless, I was satisfied that the termites have been killed. I don't have any plans on moving and the problem was remedied very good. My experience with Terminix was absolutely wonderful.

We had an issue with spiders when we moved in right on the edge of the woods. We used Terminix and it was all good. If we need them to come in between, they come when I call. The process has been the same all the time. They call, they email, they tell me what the window is and when they're coming. I don't need to be home but I can let them know if I’d want to spray the inside of the house so I can stay at home. I wasn’t home the first time and the technician Danny called me to let me know what he applied. He knows me and he’s very personalized. He’s also always timely, very conscientious and even my dogs like him.

We have been a customer of Terminix for several years and we've always been satisfied with them. They come out every three months and we like their service. Usually, we set up a date for their service call, which is typically at the end of the month, and they tell me the time that they can come. Jeff, the technician who regularly comes here to spray, has been with us for several years. Even when we moved, he came with us and took care of us. He was so good and concerned, and he got rid of whatever pest he went after. We had mouse and ants, and he has been tackling the spiders and other pests around our home. I’ve seen a decline in pest activity in the house, although it's hard to get these pests firmly out because they come from everywhere.
We had some other work done by Terminix too. We had them put insulation underneath our home. We had them put new vents around the foundation of our home and termite stations around our house and garage. They came up short in their calculations with the insulation, but they took time to come back the next day to put the rest of it in, and that's how excellent they were. There's another thing that I want them to do as well, which has to do with moisture, and I’m looking at that as our next goal. I thought Terminix only took care of insects and pests and I didn’t know that they did these other things too, but I was glad to know when I found out and I definitely wanted to choose them for the work.
I would definitely recommend Terminix. I appreciate their work so much because they're so excellent at what they do. The customers don’t have to worry about anything when they have work done by Terminix. The Terminix guys put everything in their work. What’s so good about it is that it’s all about the customers and what they need, and trying to help them. It’s very good to have a company that's so interested in the homeowners and put them first.

The technician from Terminix is great, always on time and very professional. I always request the same person because he's the one who sets the traps, he knows where they are and he knows exactly what he’s doing. We usually have them spray quarterly but he comes in every four weeks if we have any issues. I call to schedule a service and there is no problem. Dealing with the reps has been very good and so far, we’re happy. The pest activity in our home has been going on for three years already and it’s been on and off. We have mice in the basement and the traps worked. The technician figured out that there was an opening under the deck where they come in. Unfortunately, it’s a huge deck and we have to take the whole thing off to find the opening but it’s not going to be anytime soon.

When scheduling for service, the reps at Terminix are friendly and knowledgeable. Their techs came out and sprayed the outside perimeter of the house while my sister and I were at work. I had tracked a couple of mice in here. They brought some traps here and set them up, and I haven't seen any mice since then. So, I'm thinking we got them all but I'm going to find out when it gets colder if we did or not. Terminix is an ideal company to be with. They're punctual and they know what they'e doing.

I used Terminix for 30 years in California. Then I moved out to Arkansas in 2013, bought a house in 2014 and I’ve been using Terminix ever since. I do the pest control and termite inspections every year and the servicemen who come out and do the work are fantastic. They’re always on time and they also follow up and go out of their way. I would’ve dropped Terminix if it wasn’t for the servicemen.
The Terminix people who I call to make appointments are rude and not nice. I called one time to get some information from them since I wasn’t happy about a bill that I got. I made arrangements last year that I was going to make my payments split in three monthly payments and the rep told me that I can’t do that or that I have to call ahead to do that, which was what I did last year. I've assumed that it carries over to the next year but she said that I have to call in advance before they bill me. I told her that I don’t live to pay my bills so when I see the bill come in, then that’s when I pay attention to it. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor but she told me that the supervisor was too busy to talk to me and I could do whatever I wanted. They need to train their phone people better because I run into this problem year in and year out.
Also, I paid for everything upfront on the very first year and that's over $3000 to have some work done. Yet it took them six months of my complaining and finally writing to and getting the actual headquarters before my work was completed. I told them then that I would never pay for my service upfront again. $3000 may not be a lot to them but I’m retired and I live on my social security check.

My apartment building was being treated for bed bugs. I received a paper from my landlord about what I needed to do to prepare, and when Terminix would be arriving, 8:15-8:45 am. Which required me to move things around, and find something to do until I went into work. Terminix arrived about 10:30 am. I had already gone to work, and was not able to speak with them. As I wanted to ask if there were any items in the apartment that I may have overlooked. Upon returning home, I can see my vintage lights have been destroyed by the heat. I overlooked the item, my mistake but I'd like to think it could have been avoided had Terminix arrived on time. The screen was removed from my window and there is now a large spot of the window that is warped. Honestly, I thought they had broken into my apartment with a crow bar, as I'd locked the door when they did not arrive at the scheduled time.
In my bedroom the ONE basket of dirty clothes that I had was tossed all over the room along with my bedding. I get it, it's part of the cleaning process, but this was a bit much. It was spotless when I left and looked like a couple teenagers had been living there when I got back. Not to mention the candy bar wrappers I found on the kitchen table. My curtains were tied in knots, and will never be the same because of the heat. I'm noticing several little things throughout the night. Trim on my tv stands is peeling off. Every single blind is warped, despite removing them like they asked.
I had to call customer service three times before Karen finally relayed my message to someone higher up. I waited over an hour for him to call. I'm extremely disappointed! I expected things to be out of place, but this was ridiculous. Paying almost $2000 to have the building treated I expected better service than this. I wanted to come home, feel safe and know I don't have to worry about bugs. Thanks Terminix!

My experience with Terminix has been favorable until this last time. The man who came to do the annual bond, came out from under the house and said that there were three snake skins under there. He didn’t bring anything out and didn’t show me anything. He just told me and then left which made me upset. It scared the hell out of me. I got him to come in and talk to my husband. He said that we needed a new door going under there and that he can do that and fix everything as well. He also put screens around my vents and most of them were done really good.
I got my son-in-law to go under the house and he couldn’t find anything except three little roots that come from the bush outside. I also called a critter man to come out and make sure there were no snakes under my house and told me snakes don't bed under houses. But I’m very satisfied with Terminix other than this last time. I called them and they sprayed in the house because they usually just do the outside.

I have a contract with Terminix and they're very good, honest and forthright. They come out and debug my house, in and out, and they do it very nicely. They've always been kind and very courteous so I like them very much. They call ahead of time to let me know they're going to be here and they're always on time. I'm 92 years old and I'm very finicky so I appreciate it. I don't have any bugs now and Terminix is doing my mosquito thing too since I got the scare about them. I'm trying to keep ahead of my health problems and I don't want any mosquitoes coming in my house.

Here in Florida, everybody needs preventive maintenance for pests. We started using Terminix at this location nine years ago since we had them when we were in Maryland and we were happy with them there. The customer service reps were fine when we got them on the phone and initially setting up our quarterly service with them was fine too. To schedule our service, they contacted us, unless we needed something between the regular service calls, in which case we contacted them and getting a hold of them was very easy. The technicians that were sent out by Terminix were all very nice and polite. Before we left in May, they did the inside and outside of our house. They were also here while we were gone and they did the outside of our house, and then they're coming on Wednesday. For the most part, it has been great with Terminix.

Three years ago, we always see ants as big as a house so we had them under control through Terminix. I want zero ants and it took about a year of extra visits and calling back to get to the point where the ants were no longer a problem. They’re very persistent, coming back extra times, and they did a great job. So, I continued with them and now, it’s just routine service and it's been an excellent experience. Their customer service rep is very good. He always calls in advance and I appreciate it very much.

I got Terminix's service because of their reputation and they've been successful in taking care of our pest issues. Initially, I had a mouse problem and then I had them do the outside for the spiders. I live in the woods and having Terminix keeps everything down. I have them for at least 6 years now and the scheduling of service is very convenient. The reps send me an email or leave a voice message and give a number I can call if there's a problem. I'm usually not home but since the service has always been outside, I haven't had to change the schedule. The technician knows what he's doing, is very nice and always courteous. I was home in his most recent visit and he spoke to me when he arrived and when he left. He told me what he had done and I thanked him. It's been a very positive experience.

The lady technician who came was nice, fabulous and excellent, and we liked her a lot. Terminix sent her every time. She sprayed and the bugs went away. She did the job perfectly, so she basically was the Terminix brand for me. Without her, I didn't want their service because what she did was effective. But Terminix recently merged with another company and they redistributed territory among their people. For a while, they sent this other guy who was from the company that they acquired.
The other tech was very kind and nice, but he was ineffective. His skill set wasn't quite there at all because he would spray and I would have bugs in places I never had them before. After having that guy come out four times, I had more bugs than when he first came out. The lady tech told me that she had told him which products to use, at which times, and in what order, but he wasn't accustomed to doing it that way, so he just did it his own way. He totally killed the brand of Terminix for me because I was about to dump them and go with another pest control provider. I was about to cancel my service if we didn't get the lady tech back.
When old customers are accustomed to dealing with the same person for five years and the company tries to give somebody new to them, the old customers don't like that. We've had our regular lady tech for a couple of years and we were expecting Terminix to send her every time. When I called Terminix about this, the rep said, "Yeah. We've been getting a lot of calls just like this one." So, Terminix needs to mass produce the technique of the lady tech to save their brand because that guy is going around messing up their brand, and they should give that lady tech a raise and double her salary. Also, a bird died in our yard and I wanted Terminix to take it away, but they didn't offer that service, but their doing that would have raised my rating for them.

Terminix came out to install termite bait traps but they were too far apart. So, they came back out and installed one more bait trap. I told the technician where I needed it, and he did the job. At the beginning, I was dissatisfied because they put two loans in on us. We called them up but they said we had to call the finance company. But when we called the finance company, they said we got to call Terminix. I finally told Terminix that the finance company is pointing a finger at them. We signed the contract with Terminix so I told them that they're the ones to take care of it. But now, the issue was resolved.

There is nobody living in our rental house now but the last person there brought a couple of roaches in. Terminix came out to my house and sprayed. The technician was absolutely wonderful and he did a good job. But sometimes scheduling a service call with Terminix is horrible because I have to go through a 1-800 number instead of a local number and I get frustrated with that. Other than that, I would use Terminix again.

The Terminix technicians were all very nice and cordial. They did the work and told me exactly what they were doing and why. When they put the termite control stuff in they told me all about that, more than what I probably needed to know. They also dug the crawl space out more and put in a new door thing for me. They had also worked under the house and put that water barrier down and new vents in. It was all very well done. I haven't seen any more ants but I still see a lot of spiders. I noticed they start nesting this time of year so Terminix is supposed to be back in November and spray again. Hopefully, that will take care of it but it's not really bad. I just don't like spiders.
My only complaint is the communication was really poor. Once, they sent me an email and said they would be there on May 18th but nobody showed up. I went online and under my account, it said it's been rescheduled for the 21st which was not a good day for me. So I called and talked to someone and they took the message. They said someone will call me back but they never did. So I called again and they said they would reschedule for Friday and they came on Friday then and that was fine. They need help on scheduling and communication but otherwise, I'm very satisfied with Terminix.

We've had Terminix for years and they come every month while my daughter does hers every three months. We've got two different guys that come but we like both of them. They just call us and come. The most recent visit was just two days ago. They were two young boys who knocked on the door and talked to us. And then, they wet out and sprayed, came back, and left. We asked if what they sprayed deter mice, because we've lived in this house for 11 years and we've never seen one, and they said no. And they said that if ever we have a bug, they'd better be dead and we believe that. They're great and nice people and we're pleased with them. However, Terminix was sending us two bills and they were the same. My husband was paying one, but still had the other bill. Although they haven't charged us more than they're supposed to, my husband told them that was silly and that they were wasting their time. They told him this morning that they would correct it.

Our house got its first treatment two months ago. It’s a routine residential pest control and scheduling for the service was excellent. Customer service was very efficient and problem free. The technician who came was a delight to talk to. He was very polite, efficient and was in and out in 10 minutes. I’ve had no pest activity since my service started. I had a rat and Terminix came out and got it. It was in the cupboard which I had sealed so that it couldn't get out. When I scheduled for a service with Terminix there was a misunderstanding. But the rep was very professional and he apologized for the mix-up and straightened it out real quick. Then the technician came just like he said he would. He put the trap down in front of it and opened the cupboard and the rat jumped right into it.
The technician also said that there were some holes around the house so he came back and stopped up all the holes and got on the roof and checked everything and whatever should be done. They've done a great job and I haven't seen or heard anything since. That was $2,000 worth of stuff, but it was worth it to me not to have any more of it. I've been with Terminix for so long and I've recommended them to a lot of people. And they have a lot of customers through me.

We had problems with clothes moths and scheduling a service by phone was a piece of cake. The Terminix reps were very helpful and they got us in touch with one of the work people. They said they can come out whenever we like and the person called us back right away. After the first treatment, we still had problems, so they came back. It's definitely better and I'm hoping that it's resolved, but I might need them to come out again. It's a tough problem and it's not their fault. The guys were wonderful, very thorough and respectful of everything. They were a little more optimistic than Western Pest Control, which was doom and gloom about the clothes moths. Terminix got it under control for us and we had a good experience. They were very professional, polite, eager to help and interested in my needs.

Terminix comes to my house every three months and I pay them every week. Scott has been our normal guy for a few years now and he does a good job for us. However, I have spiders on the outside of the house but Terminix wasn't able to take care of them so I still spray on my own. Also, it’s always in the middle of winter whenever they’re exposing the snow on the ground, which doesn’t do me a whole lot of good.

Most of the workers have been great, except for Jack, the inspector, he was terrible and just really rude. He's the one that comes in the very beginning and then inspects everything and decides what I have and sets up the appointment. Jack had an attitude and he talked down to me like I was a silly little female. I've already dealt with the manager of the branch and he's taking care of it completely. Terminix had to be here four times. And they're supposed to come again Monday. My mom bought something in a garage sale that brought bed bugs which are now little to none since the service. The technician who came out and sprays and the person that scheduled (Misty) are both good. They've been very helpful and accommodating and informative.

Recently, Terminix came and sprayed for rodents on the inside and outside of the house. The scheduling of the service went well. We got a call from them when they were on their way here and they came at the time they said they were going to come, so that was fine. The technician was all right. He came and did his job. The service performed was all right, but I don’t think it was excellent, and I thought of calling Terminix afterwards because I can use another spraying. Other than that, my experience with Terminix has been good in general.

Terminix did a full termite treatment for us when we moved in or shortly thereafter and we stayed with the service, which was good service. We liked the girl tech that did our service, but she got injured and hasn’t been our servicer. The other techs were okay, but she was much more thorough. We are retired and we do not get any income increases, and Congress is not giving us more in social security payments, so we were in an agreement with Terminix to stay at a price, which was fine. But when we got the bill, the price had gone up. So, I called several times and got it reversed. But then, the price came back to the same amount the next quarter. I called again several times to have the price reversed and I told them that if this continued to happen, we will discontinue the service because we can’t afford the increased price.
In scheduling a service, Terminix called, set up the appointment, and emailed us. If there was a problem with the schedule, we could always change the date of the service, but it usually didn’t conflict with anything we were doing. The technicians came by and let us know that they were here. They went around and did the service, then they came back and told us that they were done, and they left. If we had an extra problem, we called them and they came in and took care of it. We had extra problems a couple of times, but these were usually weather-related. When the weather got dry, the ants came in, but then Terminix gave us something for the house and that took care of the problem.

The previous owner of the house had a contract already set up with Terminix and a warranty. Terminix honored the pricing based upon the previous owner of the home, which was a substantial saving for us. Usually, they’d call us, but they missed the schedule on their most recent visit. The gentleman that was supposed to be doing the service called and said that the truck broke down, and then they automatically rescheduled without confirming with us. We got scheduled for next week on the 28th and I was like, “Well, there’ll be nobody home, so you're not going to be able to get in and treat.” He said, “Then they'd call in and get a new schedule.”
We have a number we can call into and I don't know how many times I've called when we were trying to reschedule. I’d get put on an eternal hold, and after about 20 minutes, I’d end up hanging up because the phones would start playing the same music over and over again. Then there was a couple of times when we called that number and it connected us with their accounting department. I needed somebody in service, so they transferred my call and set on hold again. Terminix needs to figure out a better way for scheduling or rescheduling whether it'd be online or whether it'd be making more customer service available. The upper end of the service is not acceptable. We’ve been using Terminix for a little over two years and it has always been like that.
There are two gentlemen that come out to service my house. One does pests and one does the termite treatments. He does the termite treatments and inspections and he comes out on an annual basis. Then if we need them or if we see traces of pests or termites, they’ll come out sooner and take care of it. Both guys are fabulous, very courteous and very neat, and the service, in general, is pretty good. We had a bit of a trace of some termites that were getting into a wall and the techs came out. They found the termite route and treated everything, and we haven't seen anything since. We're in good shape and we see very little pest activity.
The technicians do a fabulous job, but the customer service department is unavailable. They've disconnected themselves because they put everything in some big corporate office somewhere and that's where you get to try to get to. Corporate needs to figure out how to make themselves more available to the client as there is no local service.

Terminix came out to do a termite bond when we were selling our house. Everybody that I contacted was fantastic. They explained the process all the way through and they did everything they said they were going to. We had a great experience with Terminix all around and I would recommend them.

I have been calling Terminix since 10/5/2017 to schedule an appointment for doing service inside of my home. Every time I call the agent says the schedule is blocked and they have to call regional manager to schedule the appointment. And regional manager (ours is Streamwood, IL) does not pick up the call as usual, the agent leaves a message and updates me saying the manager will call me back. I never received a call from manager or any Terminix agent so far since 10/5, I have been calling them every single day to hear the same response. I have been their customer for almost 8 years now, it's high time I cancel their services. There are much, much better competitors in the market now. One last service from them. Hopefully they will do and I will be quitting them.

We had Indian meal moths so we made a special call with Terminix and it was great. When I was setting it up, the reps were all very nice. I caught the bug and gave it to them. They made sure they knew what it was, sent somebody out the next day to spray and everything was wonderful. The guy that came out to spray for the bug was very informative. He explained to me what was causing them and offered to come back out if I had more. When I was about to call them again because I kept seeing the bugs again, I had found out what I had in the house that was probably attracting them and got rid of that one. I also had other pest activity from Terminix. They sprayed around the house for a spider. Now, I have two quarterly services with them. I had a quarterly for termites and insects. Service has always been really nice. It was fine and we’ve never had any problems.

I've been with Terminix since 1979 and they're good people. They gave me a three-payment program where I can pay the bills for three consecutive months which helps. I scheddule my service on an annual basis and they're good about calling me ahead of time so that I don't forget. They give me a month or two before they schedule themselves to come out. For my recent service, the technician did an excellent job, was very nice and professional. He also gave me a few pointers on a couple of things to watch for which I was really appreciative of.
Prior to that, Terminix came out on a couple of occasions because we were flooded out and at that time, we thought we might have a problem with termites. We wanted to make sure so we called Terminix and they sent an inspector. They didn't do a spray though because the law doesn't let them do it unless they find live termites in the house or around it. The stuff for spraying is very potent poison. There was also a time when the technician came, went inside the house and checked my bathroom for me. He's very thorough and does a complete inspection everywhere like the waterlines and underneath the sinks. He goes around the house, and digs close to the foundation. I want him back.

I had a quarterly maintenance with Terminix recently. It was a reschedule for my original appointment because I wanted them to spray the inside too but they couldn't make it. Spider webs are always in the basement and that’s why I like them to spray inside. The technician that they sent was very professional and the pest activity has been okay since the service. I've had them for 15 years and I’ve had no problems with them. They have excellent customer service and good technicians.

We had a routine termite inspection and outside treatment with Terminix. Scheduling the service with them was okay. We were able to get the days and times that worked well for us. The technician was professional and courteous as well. I opened the garage so he could check what he was supposed to. Also, we have a rental with them and when we see something, we would call them and they would come out and take care of it. Other than the cost, they were okay. They did a good job overall.

We want to make sure that we are protected and don't have any termites, so we got the service from Terminix. We usually get a call a night before the technician is coming and he usually arrives pretty much around that time. Whenever he comes out, he's very courteous and polite. But we have a billing problem and it's been an inconvenience. My wife would pay the bill at the time their service man was here and shortly afterward, we'd get a bill. She would call the company about it and they would assure her that it was all taken care of. When she would ask them why they did that, they would only respond that it was done. But the same thing happens, month after month, and we don't like getting a bill after we have paid.

Last year, we had some mice activities and we had, at that time, the basic pest control plan from Terminix. This year, when I re-enrolled, I checked the basic pest control plan that I had but also incorporated that they seal off around the house to ensure that mice don’t come in. The policy that I have originally included things besides mice, fleas, and termites. Terminix has been coming quarterly to do a follow-up and to check the traps. Their reps have been very friendly and accommodating. They were very specific in providing me details, too. When scheduling a service, they give us just a small window, which was good. I don’t have to be all day waiting, I appreciate it and, more often than not, the earliest time was the middle of the timeline. And it's really important that most of the time, they come during the business time of the day.
Their techs have been excellent because they’ve been very accommodating as far as everything that made us uncomfortable. They put the traps in difficult places and it makes me comfortable to see them cover the whole house. They were very friendly and clean too, especially coming in this time to seal the house. The technician who came to do it was extremely thorough.
The only thing I noticed is that I was told they were supposed to come back in a week to check but they have not scheduled that. When I was first signing up with them, there was a small sea of a menu and I didn’t even know what was in there. However now, coming into this year, I was provided with a little brochure. So that gave me more information. It would be more appreciated if they were to have something tangible that they can present to the customer so that they really know what is included in their plan.
Understanding that there’s more to my plan, it now makes sense to me. But for our whole year, it didn’t make much sense to me but I didn’t want to be without the service because once they came in the first time, the mouse activity went away. So, I didn’t want to stop the plan but I didn’t know there were so many other things that were still included. I had ants in here and I didn’t realize that they took care of ants. They need to make sure that the consumer is very clear about what they actually purchased the plan for. Still, I’ve been very satisfied and everyone has made me feel very knowledgeable of what has been happening within my house, and I have recommended them to a friend.

Terminix did the whole house some years ago. The foundation all the way around had problems and they did all the drilling and put in all the holes and did everything. A couple of years later, I had some activity there and they came back. They took care of it and stayed on top of it. Recently, Kevin came for the annual inspection and checked everything. We found something and I had to repair it myself. It was something that was rotted out of some wood so I renewed my contract the other day for a year. I called and made an appointment and they said they were going to be here.
They came when they were supposed to. As a matter of fact, he came early which was nice. The rep was very friendly and very polite. I know the guy, and I would say he’s a friend. He explained everything and it was very cordial. If I had any questions, he took care of it. He answered what I needed, and he had some suggestions, and we took the suggestion and did that. My Terminix experience was fine. I never had problems and it’s been the same every year. I’m very pleased with the service I had received in taking care of the problem and it's been a very productive experience.

I’m on a quarterly schedule with Terminix and my most recent experience with them was basic and went as planned. It’s easy and seamless when I schedule for services. The technicians are professional and their service is cordial. They serviced the exterior of the house and I haven’t had any bugs since. Terminix is very accommodating and generally good.

I didn’t know for sure if we had bedbugs so I called Terminix to come out and check to make sure. So, their guy came out but he didn’t check anywhere. He approached and asked, “Is this what you want done?” And from my understanding, I was thinking that he was coming out to check and let us know if we had bedbugs, and what the cost would be to care of it. But it wasn’t like that.
He went ahead, drew up the paperwork and said he wanted half the money now, so we did it. My lady friend just wanted me to know if we had bedbugs, so she showed the first technician around and wanted to let him know where she thought the bedbugs were. But, he didn’t even take off and look at the cushion. He didn’t really know it was there but he just came out with it. Then they sent out the second technician about two weeks later. He went to the back bathroom first and came out after he did what he had to do. He was asking where we have the most problem with bedbugs at, and I said that I didn’t really know, but he could go to our bedroom.
So, he went in to our bedroom but he didn’t see traces of bedbugs. He said that normally, when they come back for the second visit, there’ll be a lot of activities going on with bedbugs. But there were no traces. He didn’t want to spray the formula because there’s nothing there. So, he said that if I want to, he can come back in another two weeks and check again. I said yes. So, he called again, came out and looked. He still didn’t see traces, so he talked to the first tech and asked him if we had bedbugs, and he told him no. Why are you going to go ahead and write a paperwork and do all this? We had no bedbugs, so that was uncalled for. And I paid $700 for that. I’m very dissatisfied with Terminix.

I had ants in the house and Terminix took care of it. Scheduling the service was very easy. When I spoke to the receptionist, she scheduled a time and we kept it. I work with children and I was working at the time the technician came. He did his own thing outside and when the last child left, he did the inside of the house, so it was good. He was very cordial, courteous, and very professional. It was a nice experience. Although I've been starting to get ants back due to the hurricane that happened and I've been seeing some of them every now and then, it's not enough for me to have to call Terminix.

We've been very pleased with Terminix and they’ve always been a very easy company to deal with. The tech comes on a regular basis and he takes care of our issues, quick and to the point. The last time we’ve had him, he sprayed for everything. There were certain times of the year when it starts to get cold and we’d start seeing pests, so we’d let the tech know when he arrives for him to take care of it. Terminix does a good job and we would recommend them.

They call me if it's time to set up an appointment and everybody has been nice. They come out and spray and I'm not infested with anything so everything's fine. I'd certainly recommend them.

I use Terminix for multiple things such as bug control for the home and treatment for termites. I've had decent experience in scheduling a service with them multiple times. I just had one difficult time trying to get somebody on the phone and to the house, but other than that, my experience with them was okay. Their reps on the phone and their technicians were good. I still have pest activities though. It's an ongoing battle with these things. Nonetheless, I've had a better service from them than my last pest control company. They're not flawless but they're better. They're reliable and they get the job done.

From the very beginning, we've set up Terminix to come out quarterly. The last time they came, they did a normal walkaround and sprayed the inside and outside of the building. We're located in a large field and we're trying to get a possible mice issue under control. I spoke to a few of the Terminix representatives and they told me that it's almost a situation where we can't really control the mice out here in the field. Their old rep offered some bait traps but I never heard back from anybody, so I don’t believe we have them. Other than that, the Terminix reps were prompt and always stay on schedule.

Recently, they came and looked around, but they didn’t find any termites and everything was fine. As far as I know, there hasn't been any pest activity and we’re hoping that there are no termites. We just started with Terminix and they were here two weeks ago. I've been watching very closely and I haven’t seen anything crawling around. Our experience with Terminix was good but I still have these ant catchers or traps and I don't know how long I should keep them there because they're poison. I hate for somebody to come and touch them because I have people in and out.

Terminix has been good. All of their techs who came out were pretty cool and real helpful. They will be doing the 15-day re-check anytime but I haven't seen any pests so far. Just a couple of mites here and there. But the financing company I used to pay them charged my card twice in a month, one of which was for $100 and some odd dollars. When I called to resolve it, they were pretty rude both times.

I’ve used Terminix for a long time and I’m very satisfied with them. I have a quarterly service and I usually get an email when they’re coming out so I can confirm or reschedule. The technicians are nice and I get a text or a call saying they’re on their way out as confirmed. If I’m not home then they just do the perimeter of the house. If we need anything extra, they come back out. We’ve had some problems with small ants because they’re hard to kill out. But they keep at it and the ants went away. They’re very friendly and accommodating whenever we need something.

Rosary Chapel Catholic Church has used the services of Terminix for over five years, since before I even started working here. Recently, the technician came in like he normally did for our monthly treatment here. He was very friendly and personable, and he sprayed in all the areas that we requested him to spray in, and that was great. He comes around at the same time each month and we'll continue to use him. Since we've had the services of Terminix, there have been no major issues with pest activity at the chapel. There's also a very nice new fellow who came and treated the silverfish in the upstairs the time before last, but it may need another treatment.

We had signs of live termites. I agreed to allow Terminix to spot treat the area. Three weeks later there was more live termites within two feet of the previous location. They sent an inspector and offered to treat the live termites again with a spot treatment. I refused the spot treatment and demanded a full house tenting. I have the "ultimate package" that covers treatment and damage. I have not heard from Terminix since. It has been 6 weeks since their inspector documented the live termites again. I feel that they are in breach of contract or they have engaged in fraud when they sold me the termite protection plan. I would like to pursue compensation and termite treatment in the full the extent of the law. My daughter who's room was effected refuses to live or spend any time in her room knowing there's live termites in the ceiling of her room.

Terminix damaged the property and won't come back out to fix it. I have contacted my local rep (James - Hermosa Beach) several times and no callback. I have contacted the corporate offices and each time they are especially nice and accommodating and tell me I will receive a callback. I've done this at least three times and never one call back. This is a sham. We should have held back part of the payment. This needs to be remedied immediately or our HOA will consider legal action. From what I've heard this is not the first time Terminix has done something like this. Abandoned a problem. This cannot be accepted in America - that is fraud.

I needed the best service possible to keep my house away from bugs because I'm phobic and I don't want to deal with that and Terminix service is good. They said that the first service is really a major around protection on the house. And the second one is just to make sure the treatment is doing everything that is being done. I don't see their technicians as often and I get charged monthly so I hope that for that reason, I can expect 100% results. I see that there are no roaches around and I don't see anything that is not supposed to be showing. But since they don't come every other month, I suggest they do a follow up call to check with their customer, not only on email but even just a phone call because that's important, especially if I see something that I'm not supposed to see or I'm uncomfortable with what's going on. So far, my experience has been great and I'm just waiting for the next service.

I called Terminix to take care of both of my annual pest control and termite service for the whole year together. We were able to get the billing taken care of and payment made. That went smoothly. And their technician is excellent. This summer when the technician came out I happened to be home and so we talked about the various activities that I noticed. He was very helpful identifying what I was worried about. He reassured me it wasn't termites or something really bad. Since the service I haven't noticed any pest activity besides some ants in my mailbox. I'm very satisfied with the service and I have made recommendations in their favor. They have friendly and professional service.

I've been with Terminix since 2004 and they do treatments both the inside and the outside of my house for the same price. In my most recent experience with them, the first time the technician was supposed to come out, her truck broke down and she couldn't come. She then rescheduled it for the next Saturday but she told me that she had to take a vacation. I told her that I'll reschedule the service. I then rescheduled, she came, and everything ended up okay. I haven't seen any pests since then.

We recently had a rescheduled service with Terminix. The person for the termite protection came and checked the traps that we have outside. He did it quickly and efficiently and left. I tried one time to send a comment about Jamie, the technician who comes by and checks the pest stuff, but it wouldn't go. So, their automated system doesn't work very well. Otherwise, my experience with them has been very good.

Terminix never called to tell me when they were coming out. Last time, a technician called me saying that he’ll be here in 15 minutes but I was not aware of this schedule and he said that somebody’s supposed to tell me. That’s the office's problem and it's not his fault. He had to reschedule anyway because there was a storm coming. But for some reason, they're not coordinating the schedule and that's the second time that they've done that.
Also, when they're just spraying the outside, the pest activity in my home will be fine. But a couple of days later, I might get the bugs inside. So, the effect of the treatment they do depends on the weather. When that happens, I call them and they'll come out again. Then usually, I get the bill in the mail in a week or two after the treatment but it’s been a while now and I still haven't gotten a bill from the last visit. I prefer a paper bill in the mail and I want somebody to know that I never got a bill. I don't want them calling me and telling me that I'm past due. They need to get more organized.

I want to submit my first positive review. I had a issue with insects and called Terminix. The sales person who came out was new and apparently had worked at one of the pest control companies that are dishonest and rip their customers off. He left with a check in the amount of 528.00. I am not sure what happen when he arrive at his office. But I received a call from him saying they could not keep the appointment and would come later in the day.
The following evening another Terminix employee came to our home and explained the original guy used to work for another company and informed us that Terminix do not work that way. He said the guy had a lot to learn. He further stated that Terminix have many customers and their work off of referrals, as a company there is no reason to cheat their customers. He said he would cancel our contract and refund the 528.00. He instantly found the problem we cleared it up and thank him for his honesty. I am referring Terminix to anyone and everyone for your pest control needs.

I’m very happy with Terminix. Most recently they came out and did an inspection. Their reps were courteous and friendly. They let me know what day they wanted to come out and I said that was okay. And when that day came they gave me a two-hour window. Within that time they told me that they were on their way and approximately where they were and how long they would be.
The inspector did a good job and he seemed to know what he was doing. He also took every precaution to keep me from having termites and pests. Since I’ve had Terminix they’ve kept the pest activity down in our home pretty well and I'm satisfied. They’re experienced and they took care of the problem I had and also the foreseeable ones. My biggest complaint however is their name. It should be -ex on the end and not -ix. I was searching on the internet and trying to figure out to get a number a while ago and it took me quite a while to figure out that it was Terminix instead of Terminex.

We had cockroaches and these had been around for quite a while. I called Terminix and the rep called us back. The technician called us later and made the appointment for her service call, then she came to our other place here in Mena. She was a nice lady, and she was very professional and friendly. She went around the house and put the stuff on with a little syringe, got rid of the cockroaches, and then she was done. The service went smoothly and that was all we cared about. Since the service, the pest activity in our home was all done. Our experience with Terminix was good.

When Terminix came out to my home the first time, their service was good. Two weeks ago, we had another tech come out. My husband and I saw a mouse in the house. We scheduled a service with them on the phone and their customer service reps were friendly. The technician who got here was okay, but it seemed that he was in a hurry and had somewhere else to go. He put some mouse trap and some more stuff. They might be coming from the neighbor house so he blocked out the stuff and put some stuff on the rooftop and around the house. The trap might keep them out of there. I thought they would give me stuff for my clothes as well. He was gone for two weeks now and I'm trying to see if the stuff he put down is going to work. Still, I would recommend Terminix to a friend. They’re all right.

We have a scheduled service with Terminix, and the last time they came here was for a termite inspection. They sent a text over the phone, and said that they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 o’clock, and they were prompt on doing so. Maurice, the guy that came over was super nice. He did all his work and was asking if we had any other things that he should be concerned about. He also advised us about our cross space, and that if we needed some more advance, they were available to us as well. He always did a great job. After the service, we didn’t have any pests. We’re happy with Terminix. I’ve always had a good experience with them.

In July, as she has done for years, my 84-year-old mom paid the Terminix technician cash for the full amount of the service performed. The technician was new, which may explain the source of the problem. The service ticket shows full payment in cash. But in early September Terminix sent my mom a past-due notice for the charge of the service performed in July. Trying to clear this up, we have both called several times and I have contacted them through their website several times.
We have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this issue, not even an acknowledgement of the problem. The reps I spoke with said they would be forwarding the matter to their billing department and advised us not to worry about it since the ticket shows cash paid. However, the charge is still showing on my mom's account since this process started over a month ago. They are now in the process of cancelling her service for non-payment. I don't know who else to contact. My mom will probably just pay the double-bill to avoid a bad though undeserved mark against her good name. Either way, we are done with Terminix as a pest-control service.

I had Terminix for several years. At first all services were great then the last year it no longer seemed to be working. I talked to our technician and he came back and applied extra but it only made the problems worse. When I expressed this I was told that it was not uncommon to get worse. We have never had ants inside for the previous 9 years so I find it odd. I ended up treating things myself to get rid of the ants and we decided to no longer use Terminix when our year that was paid for was done. I terminated online, or thought I did but got an email shortly after about service so I called. The woman was very nice and told me it did not appear to go through but she would take care of it. I thought all was good but no.
A few weeks later I get a call from a new technician about coming for service and he said our account had a note to call. I explained that we had terminated service. He did not come. Then a few weeks later I get a bill for the service that we did not have. I called assuming it was just an error and was told that she could see I called and had terminated and even tried prior but there was a note on the account that she had never seen before to bill due to 30-day notice.
She talked to her supervisor who expressed that everything was all set to terminate and that I would get a call from the regional manager about what the note meant. No call just a short email with the back of some paper attached stating that "You must give 30-day notice but if you would like to come back we can work with you on the price." I have no problem giving 30-day notice and am pretty sure I did but all it would have taken was when I originally called for them to say, "You will still be charged" or something to that effect. Not exactly sure how you can terminate without having to pay for services that you don't receive the way they do it.

Our recent visit from Terminix was for termite inspection because I’ll sell my house. I had no problems at all scheduling my service and the salesperson that did it was right on the money. They did a perfect job. My neighbor let the technician in. I wasn't there but when I was home, I spoke to him on the phone and asked some things. He did it all perfectly and got me information that I needed. He called my neighbor in advance and met with her right on time. He did everything great. We had a good experience with Terminix and I would recommend them.

Terminix was here for their quarterly spraying as it was automatically scheduled. The technician was very good. We hardly ever see anything at home so he just sprays outside. My experience with Terminix has been good so far and I’m happy with the outdoor service.

Scheduling with Terminix was good but we had to reschedule. It was nobody’s fault because we had about eight inches of rain in our town and there was a lot of flooding on the day we were originally scheduled so that messed everything up. The guy from Terminix came out and did the work. We had some ants and he did some extra things around the kitchen. The pest activity has been under control since and I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix did a satisfactory job with getting rid of the yellowjackets in my house. The technician used some powder around a couple of windows that he felt that they were getting in. But I never saw bees on the outside of the window. I just saw them on the inside. The yellowjackets were in the soffit on the second story of my house and he just had a little ladder like a stepladder. It wasn't like an extension ladder and he sprayed at the area. But I wasn't impressed with that because he didn't seem to make much of an effort. With the ladder that he had, there was no way he was going to get to the second story soffit. I had determined where the bees were going in and out that I could see and there was no way he could get up there and look with the equipment that he had.
I've had my house treated for yellowjackets in the past and this guy just didn't seem to show any enthusiasm for what he was doing. I used a different service in the past, and the only reason I did not use them this time was I couldn't get a hold of them. I am very susceptible to bee stings. So I needed to get rid of them immediately. Scheduling the service with Terminix went fine and was really convenient. I was skeptical but the yellowjackets are gone now.

I had an annual inspection with Terminix and it's very easy to set up through their website and to schedule that at our convenience. The inspector showed up on time, did a thorough investigation and was very professional. The ease of flexibility for their inspectors to come when it is convenient for the consumer is very good. If they schedule a time and you need to change the time, it's very easy to do. It's user-friendly. There has been no pest activity since our service was first initiated many years ago when we originally found termites. Everything was great. We're very happy and I trust my home to their service.

We had little bugs in and around the house a year and a half ago so I called Terminix to take care of that. They serviced it inside and outside. They came back again after that and three months ago to give us another service. The guy who was out here was very good. I was a little bit late and I wanted to do the inside and he ended up waiting for me and he came in a did a really nice job. We also had a little bit of mice issue and he took care of that as well. The pest activity has been markedly less but I noticed I had a couple of bugs in the house and I’m going to call them tomorrow. I’m sure they’ll come out to take a look at it as they always do. I will highly recommend them. They've done what they said they'd do and they have not been pushy.

It was easy to set up a service with Terminix. They just started the first treatment and the technician was a good guy. But I've seen spiders a few times since then. I know Terminix is doing pest control but they need to work on this snake thing too because the reason why I called them is because there are snakes in my front yard. They need to have the service guy do something about it. But overall it was a very good experience to have them.

This guy Karl ** that works in the Owings Mills, MD office is horrible! He's rude, disrespectful, under-minding and very impatient. I am a Leasing Manager at an apartment community and it is pure HELL dealing with this guy. After every conversation, I have an instant headache after dealings with this guy.

The techs have always been very polite and if they have to come inside, they always put little booties on and they're very efficient too. Terminix typically sends me an email about when a service is scheduled. If it's one where I have to be here, I'll call them and schedule and they manage to accommodate my schedule. I was here at the house when the Terminix guy recently came to do the termite inspection outside. So, we spoke about an insect problem that I had, and he came in and looked at it and talked to me about it. He even made a suggestion about grouting up some holes he saw in a window frame from the outside. He took the time and he was very pleasant.

We had a problem with roaches. Terminix came and did what they're supposed to do. When you ask something special, they'll do it for you. The representative that I spoke on the phone was courteous. The technician who came here presented himself well. He came in and did his job. He was here for 30 to 45 minutes. He went in the cabinets, outside, and all around. He did a wonderful job. We have follow-ups scheduled and October will be the last one.

Terminix just shows up when it's time. Their technician, Chris, is kind, always friendly, good with the dogs and nice to our son. Our pest activity has gotten better. But I need to call them to get another service because we just had our septic redone and that caused a lot of bugs to move around. It has been a perfect experience so far.

Terminix comes every quarter and they let me know when our service is scheduled. I go online with them to make sure of the time, and I can change anything if I needed to. Recently, their technician guy came and we talked about what bugs I saw and if there’s anything extra that I want him to do. He did his thing and did exactly what I asked him to do and left. Everything’s been great since having Terminix so I’m keeping up with them as long as I can. We’ve been with them for about 10 years now and I have recommended them to others. They seem to come when I need them and I’ve never had a problem. Our services are scheduled automatically and then they either text my husband, email us, or leave me a phone call. But when I have an issue in between scheduled services then I’d call them. Also, the tech we’ve been having for a while now has been very good and thorough, and I’ve been very happy with him.

My wife pointed out to the fellow that came that one of our trees was severely attacked by Japanese beetles and he was able to spray that. He came back the second time to do the second application which got rid of the beetles. He was very proactive in offering to help and it was a very good experience. Unfortunately, the tree was pretty well damaged but it will come back next year. In addition, we've had not have any problems with critters coming in the house so that's what we're hoping the service will provide, keep them on the outside. I see dead bugs on the garage so apparently, it's working. Also, their customer service is very good. We've had a positive experience with them and it's worth the money that we pay.

Terminix has great customer service. Our services have already been scheduled for a year but I can call them if I have a problem. The technician came and sprayed in August for the regular maintenance. We didn't have any roaches then and it has been going fine but I don't know why I've seen a couple of little roaches so I need to schedule a follow-up. Still, the technician was real good. He called me when he was on his way and arrived five minutes after, and also explained everything.

I signed up three years ago for a quarterly service with Terminix. Scheduling is automated. They'd send me an e-mail telling me about my services, day and time that they’ll be here and if I can’t make it, I can call a number. They’re easy about rescheduling. I've had the same tech for the last five times and I really like him. He is very thorough and very professional. He does the outside and the inside and if I have an issue, he takes care of it. I have a lot less pests now. However, I’m going through a remodel right now and they haven’t sprayed the basement since March. I can’t wait to get back and start in the basement as soon as they’re done. They’re good but they tried to raise my bill after six or seven months when the price I was given when I signed up was the price for as long as I stay with them. But just like everyone else, they try and I haven’t had a problem with them.

The tech of Terminix is awesome and thorough. Plus, he does a great job. He called last night to let me know he was coming, but unfortunately, I didn't get the voicemail until this afternoon after he had already been here. I have one vehicle and he knows what my car is and that if the car is here, I'm home. This is the second time that he came and did not treat the inside of my house. I've not heard him knock on the door. It's frustrating when I only get half my service. Also, It’s been raining outside all day but he treated the outside even. What's the point of spraying the outside since it was raining?
When he didn't come inside last time and I had spiders again, I had to call him back and asked for somebody to come out and treat the inside. They went ahead and did it though. I'm seeing the house spiders again but I know they will come back out if I need them although it is kind of inconvenient. I had dropped the money down for a year with Terminix, and so far, I'm not too impressed. I'll probably end up switching at the end of the year.

Our Terminix technician came over and checked if there were problems with insects in the house and there weren’t any. He then sprayed the exterior around the pavement and checked back with us, and sent us by email a report of the different types of insects and pests that he had sprayed. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Terminix swapped out different people and he was off and on for the last couple of years, but he was excellent.
Also, I pay a set amount of money to Terminix for each quarterly visit. They notify me a few days ahead of time that they will come over. They also check with me if I have anything inside the house that they need to spray. If not, they do the regular spraying depending on the time of the year and the insects that they expect to see, as a preventive thing. If you live in a certain climate, it’s wise to get a basic service like that to prevent pests. In our case, it was very helpful when we spotted the beginning of carpenter ants and had Terminix come over and do preventive things, so we wouldn’t have further problems. We occasionally had spiders and ants as well depending on the season and I didn’t want to be overrun by them. Terminix was very good in using the appropriate non-toxic pesticides to prevent them overtaking the house. The pest activity definitely reduced.

I’ve had Terminix for quite a while and I really like them. The job that they do is really good and they've done wonders around my house. They know when to come and know what to do. They call me ahead of time and let me know what time they're coming and they're always on time. I have their numbers and I could call customer service and get my questions answered anytime I want to. Last month, they came out and sprayed for bugs around the house and on the trees, and they also put down some kind of granule. They're very efficient. I don't have any bugs around my house, I can sit on my porch and be fine. I'm very satisfied with them and I would recommend them to anybody.

Anytime we asked Terminix to come, they don't give us any runaround and they come. So I'm happy with them. They come out every two weeks until the pests are gone. They had one problem last week when their truck broke down, so they came two days late but it's okay. We've had different technicians come out, but lately, we've had the same one. He explains what he's doing and we understand it. Since having the service, the pest activity has declined. We had a pest last week but it was dead, so that's a good thing. I've been very grateful that Terminix follows through.

I have Terminix for a long time, and the service has always been great. When I was having problems with ants, they came back out and perform service. My appointments with them were sometimes not made when I use a computerized system. And I wind up having to call and speak to a person. They have good customer service when I call. When I get my email, I just call them and make my appointment because sometimes the communication is not good and they came when I wasn't home. I live in a gated community so they can't get in. Other than that, I had an excellent service with my recent experience with them.

Terminix came for a pest treatment this past week. We had a problem with carpenter bees that started four months ago, but they have come back to a new location. The contract has been set as a monthly treatment program, so they already came out three or four times. Then twice for unscheduled visits because of the new activity. The tech did it without me being here, but they were courteous, thorough and conscientious. The reps I dealt with on the phone were also good. I got an email from them that they were coming, and they did. Overall, the company is excellent.

Terminix comes out to do their usual scheduled service and do whatever they do to the house. They send me an email saying that a guy would be coming out on that day. We had our second appointment, and the technician they sent came within the window they provided, and was very polite. He rang the doorbell and told me he was going to be doing the service, and if there was anything I needed otherwise. He then went ahead and did the service. We’ve had a problem with ants before, but he found where the ants’ original nest was, and he took care of that. He’s done a great job. When he was done, he rang the doorbell and let me know he was leaving.

I wasn't home when Terminix came out today but the previous time they came out, we had a great experience. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and nice. I do the scheduling online and their reps make sure that they call me the day before and they send a text that says they're on their way. I called Terminix once to get something explained further to me and their rep was great. Terminix took care of the initial pest problem at home but there were some more different kinds of bugs coming out. I scheduled the service and it was included in the price I was paying so I was very pleased.

Terminix came by to spray the roaches last month. The technician came out like he said and was nice. I watched him and he did what he was supposed to do. But after that, it seemed that more roaches had come out here in the kitchen and living room, so I told Terminix to come out and spray again. I’ve been using Terminix for around two years now and I am very pleased with the service I get. The last time they went to our house hasn’t been more than three weeks. I’m on a yearly contract and they just tell me when they’re coming and they show up. Also, they’re always very friendly. The technician who comes to our house is always very pleasant, kind, and accommodating. I’m in Mississippi and that’s what happens here. The pests are on their way to getting their heels kicked up if they are in the house and if I see them, I generally see them with their heels turned up. I’m extremely pleased with Terminix.

This was my first time of calling Terminix. I am beginning to see that was a huge mistake! I have been scheduled for inspection twice now! No one has showed up! The first day Tammy was to come which I was told it would be Mark. That really didn't matter. Tammy called and left a voicemail which I did not see until later. Her message was she had finished early and wanted to see about coming at 3:30. My scheduled appointment was between 5 to 7. I called her back at 4:04. Had to leave message. I told her she could come early and to give me a call. She never called, never showed. Called again at 5:12. Left another message and again at 7:02. Never heard back. Guess she wanted to get home early (imagine that)! I called the coming they apologized and rescheduled the next day between 3 to 5 with a different worker. Well guess what? No call NO SHOW!!! ONCE AGAIN, I called the company let them know exactly how I felt.
I have a husband with disabilities and has been sleeping in a recliner in the living room for the last several days! They tell me they were going to put me on hold and try to dispatch the worker to see what the problem was. I held so long that I hung up! He never called back either!!! I have not even had service yet, and I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, THEY WOULD NEVER BE RECOMMENDED BY ME!!! And I will surely let as many people as I know NOT to ever call TERMINIX if you need an issue taken care of!!!

We used to have one guy from Terminix to do our service every month but there isn't a routine guy like there used to be. I told them that I don't like that I never know what person is coming to my house and then opening the door and not knowing who's there. Then, I had to call Terminix for a special service after they did the last regular service in July. We started noticing we had bats when there was bat poop all over the front porch. An inspector guy came and looked and said that he had to send a particular person out to take care of it.
Terminix is reliable but slow. We had to wait for about a week for the specialist to come. When the specialist came, he put some stuff down and some cone-shaped thing in our eaves so the bats could crawl out of the attic if they were up there, but they couldn't crawl back in. We didn't seem to have them in the attic anyway so that was okay. But they didn't go away at that point. I then had to call back and he had to come back again on a late Saturday afternoon. I was impressed. Because it's illegal in Nebraska to trap the bats, he put some mothball-type stuff down and the bats didn't like the scent so that took care of it. Instantly we had no bats anymore. It took a few times to get it accomplished, but they finally got it done, and that's good. We've been bat-free for about three weeks now.

We’ve had Terminix for a while now and they come every so often for regular maintenance. We’re on automatic schedule and we get a call and see if a certain date is okay. They show up and our interaction with the technician is something routine. We say hello and I tell them if I have any issues. However, we’ve had one issue since we’ve had them. They were supposed to send somebody out when the weather was terrible but I don’t think they came and if they did, they shouldn’t have. They made a mistake. We called them on it and we straightened that out. I told them if it happened again I was going to cancel. I've been keeping an eye on them and it hasn’t happened again. They've shown up when they’re supposed to and don’t show up when they’re not supposed to, so we’re still good. The pest activity is now non-existent and we’re happy with Terminix.

Our basement that was full of boxes got flooded so we had a problem with bugs. Also, we had some neighbors that had bad bug problems. They took care of their place and the bugs got over here and they were coming up into the house. I'm an asthmatic and roaches make asthma very bad. So, I did my research and Consumer Reports listed Terminix as number one. Scheduling with them, whatever day and time, was very easy. With all the rain and the flooding that we're having, they have to come every two weeks to get the pest activity under control. When they started the service, it brought out a lot more of the bugs. It forced them out but it has gotten better. The pest activity was cut down to about 80% and I'm seeing baby bugs more often than adults.
The Terminix guy was extremely polite, neat and a perfect gentleman. He asked me questions about where I've seen things and what types I've seen. I highly recommend him. He was the type of service person you would want to let into your house. I would also recommend Terminix to anybody. I'm very happy with them.

I love Terminix. Their technician came and sprayed in and around the house and he also got up the crawl space. I followed him around the house and he did a really good job. He accidentally broke a statue, but it's okay. I've only had it done once, but I started seeing bugs again. Since the service, I just see baby roaches and not a whole bunch at a time. They came back for free and did an extra treatment and I really appreciated that. I have a lot of interactions with their rep because I have a lot of questions about everything. I'd like to know what they're doing and how the treatment is going to work. They also explained to me some of the situations that the younger guy didn't know what to tell me or what he was doing, but that was my fault because I didn't ask enough questions.

I live in a motorhome in the woods. I got Terminix for fleas, mosquitoes and all kinds of bugs. Their rep contacted me with an offer and then I made an appointment for the technician to come out. However, the technician who came in here just sprayed the whole house with a can of spray for the fleas from his truck and I didn't get the service for the bugs and mosquitoes. I had to take my bed covers off and he was in and out of here. I still have the big wood bugs on the pantry coming in and the fleas and mosquitoes. Then it rained later that afternoon and it rained on the next day, and the spray was all washed away. I don’t mind paying what he has done but I’m not paying $129. The $129 was not worth a can of Raid that I could've gotten from the dollar store. I called and emailed them about it and couldn't get anybody to respond. They were unprofessional and I’m very dissatisfied.

I've been a Terminix customer for a while now. I like to be there when the representative sprays my home so that I can show them my areas of concern and make sure that they are sprayed. My last visit was scheduled sometime in the July/August time frame and the representative cancelled due to weather (then cancelled again claiming that they couldn't get into the development). The rep came back in August and no one was available to answer the door.
When I called to reschedule the interior service with the rep, I was told that since it was time for my October service (I get service every 3 months) that they would come back and just charge me for August and October (so they were basically double charging me for one service that they never completed). I told the telephone rep that I didn't think it was right but she continued to defend why it was ok to double charge me. I was so frustrated that I told them to just cancel my service. This is an awful experience that I don't wish on anyone else. When I called Terminix, I really believed that they would do the right thing. Apparently, they don't mind ripping off even their most loyal customers.

I called Terminix last time for the ants and then they followed up about the other bugs. Their reps were very friendly and professional. The techs were also professional, came on time, did their job and knew what they were doing. The bugs had gone down but it's not completely eliminated. I'm getting more bugs and spiders this year but it was good last year. Still, I'd recommend Terminix.

My sister recommended Terminix to me and we signed up with them when they were doing the door-to-door summer sales. They've been out quite a few times recently but the first guy that came and sprayed, we didn’t really feel like he did that great of a job. There was a bit that he missed, and I still noticed a lot of insects in the house such as ants in the kitchen. So we called back and their customer service sent a technician out. He came and sprayed the inside of the house. And after that, I called back to find out about the free termite inspection that we got, and another guy came out and got us signed up to have the little traps put in all around our house. Both of them were great and did a great job.
There’s definitely a decrease in pests since then but there have been a couple of weevils still. I think those are just really hard to get rid of, from what I’ve read. But they seem like they’re moving slowly so just squish them and flush them down the toilet or put them in the garbage can. I’ve also had a couple of spiders that were alive but I’m sure they would’ve died from the poison. It was obvious that the technician did an excellent job spraying the baseboards and whatnot. Maybe the outside would need to be done again. But so far, the service is great, everyone’s nice on the phone and in person, and we’re happy with them.

Terminix reached out to us and tried to schedule a service with our rental property. Since I'm 350 miles away, they had to work with our tenant, which they do a very good job with since it's a third party. I do everything online with Terminix which makes it easy for me. I've been doing business with them for 15 years and I have not had a problem. Most recent service is for the annual termite bond inspection and when I lived in the house I'm currently renting out, I had the pest also which they serviced cordially and I never had a problem with it either. I'm very happy with the professional and efficient service they provide.

On our most recent service, Terminix was late, but my mom said they did a thorough job. The guy who came out was fine. Once we open up the door, the friggin' cockroaches were there. The guy did his job but I still got bugs. And last night, I killed four on my countertop. The juice that they used didn't get the job done.

I had the termites control with Terminix. When I saw rats in my yard coming from someone else's yard, I ended up calling them. They quickly came and checked everything, but there was no sign of the rats in my house or around it. They brought in big boxes and put them out in my backyard as there was a possibility that a rat would come through my fence. And if the rats would try to get into my house, that's where they would draw in their box and get caught up in that. I have not seen any after they’ve done that.
But one morning when I was having coffee, I saw the rats coming up. There was a little hole and they can get into a small hole that you think they can't. With that, the guy from Terminix gave me information to close up any hole like around faucets. That was quite a different, unique experience. Terminix did good and they were very polite and encouraged me to call them anytime. I was impressed with them because they hadn't had experience with rats for a long period of time but once they had a customer that have that, they really research what rats do and how they act. I am so thankful that I haven’t seen the rats anymore.

I called Terminix and they came out a couple of days later. They took care of our ant problem and the pest activity since the service is under control. Their rep also took care of me and got me in on time. The technician came on time as well and he even explained what was going on.

Terminix comes every year. They call us up in advance to let us make preparations to be here. If we can't, they give us an opportunity to change and make a new appointment. So far, they have caught a lot of rodents that we have tried to get rid of. They've also given us pointers on how to keep our home even safer. I have not met a Terminix person who comes in and works for us that I have not liked. They have very personable and very friendly people and I like the service. Keep up the good work.

We have some mouse so we scheduled a service with Terminix. The technician who came out was very nice. However, we have chairs in the backyard and they didn't take the spider webs under the chairs. I need them to pick them up.

I have quarterly visits from Terminix. They call me and already have the service scheduled. The tech came recently and did everything I asked him to, and it was an excellent visit. I can also call the tech directly if I have any problem in-between. Everything works well. The only thing is I would like to call and schedule on my own times, but they call and tell me when. And they also leave a message where they've already scheduled it. I can call them, but there's a long number I got to write down and by the time I got to write it down, they're already gone. I don't like it and I would rather get a notification that says, "Please call this number to schedule."

I still had ants so I had a follow up with Terminix and it’s fine now. My girlfriend's mom waited for the technician but she didn't like that he was 45 minutes late. The phone representative was fine but Terminix could do better with time.

Terminix did the outside of our house. My husband was with the technician when the service was done, and he was very satisfied. And we haven't had any pest activity since the service.

When Terminix bought out the previous company we were with, there was an issue of transition and there were some outstanding bills that shouldn't have had come to us. We had to stay on the phone to get that taken care of. We have Terminix coming out for a quarterly spray and we've also called them out a couple of times when we've seen some roaches and stuff like that around the house. I usually call and set up the schedule for service. The last time their tech came, they told us that they were going to do stuff outside of the house. I asked them if they needed to access the inside of the house because we won't be home and they told me it wasn't needed that time. We had a few issues with pest activity but whenever we had anything, somebody came out really quickly and took care of it.

Terminix was here a couple of months ago and the technician that came was very nice and seemed to be very thorough and helpful. He was one of the best ones I’ve had. That was my most recent experience with them and it was good. But the problem was somewhere in another state set the appointment up. The technician called and wanted to know if it was okay if he could kind of tweak it a little bit. I said, “Sure. It’d be fine.” I was home. And he said they aren’t familiar with the territory and they scheduled him to do one at Greenwood and then, I live in Central City. They sent him over here and then, the next one was back at Greenwood. He wanted to know if he could just flip-flop a little bit, and as he was going to Greenwood, stop and get me. And I said, “Sure. That’d be fine.” It saved him some driving and backtracking.
I haven't seen much of pest activity since Terminix came to service my home. They are a reputable company. I’ve done business with them since ’93. The only complaint I have is that the prices are just getting exorbitant. It's better this time though, they had come down a little bit. But if they hadn’t, I was seriously thinking about dropping it because it’s just unaffordable. I still paid about around $200, $199 or something like that. The last time I got one, it was almost something. But they talked to Andy and he gave me a break.

We were trying to do general pest control. We live close to a lot of woods and we wanted to ensure that all of Mother Nature’s creatures didn’t decide to camp out at our place. Terminix was the incumbent service provider with the homeowner that we’d bought the house from five years ago so we retained the service. Scheduling a service with them was easy and it was a quick call. They had the account already in their system so the rep just changed the owner of the account from the prior property owner to the new one.
The technician has been out to do the service for about the last year and a half and now, we do our service quarterly so he's familiar with the house and what we liked to have done. He did a good job. He's also friendly, cooperative and he likes the dogs. We have an occasional spider or bug here but the pest activity has been under control since the service. We've been approached by a couple of different vendors to switch but we told them we're happy with where we're at with Terminix.

Terminix usually takes care of any problems that I have quick. If I call them to schedule a service, they’d usually text me to let me know they’re coming and then they’ll come and do an extra service with extra pests. They’re also good about getting somebody out as quick as they can. The only problem I had was the broken lids off of the termite bait traps in one of my major walkways after they Terminix did my termite bait inspections and so the poison in the hole can be seen. I called last week and left a message to three people about it and somebody was supposed to get in touch. They were going to try to come out and get it, yet nobody's called me back. I finally pulled the bait out of the trap and threw the bait in the garbage because I have two four-year-old grandchildren, and I’m afraid they were going to get and pull it out of there.
Everybody from Terminix has been really good and helpful though. I get a different mosquito guy, termite guy, and pest control guy every time, but they have a good disposition when they come out. In our most recent service with them, the guy who came out to do our pest control did the inside of the house a good job. I hadn’t seen any bugs since then.

The Terminix tech came out once about two months ago and couldn’t spray real good because my husband has cancer and I got COPD. He sprayed a little bit and put some Roach Motels out but the roaches are getting all over the place. It’s not as bad as it was but we’ve been seeing about 10 to 13 roaches. My husband wants it sprayed real good this time. I won’t get Terminix anymore after they are done. I’ve had some other companies come in another place, and it didn’t take them too long to get rid of the roaches.

Terminix's service came out to my neighborhood and they offered everyone a rate. I signed up for it and a guy came out a week later. He was friendly and thorough inside and the outside house. I saw an immediate change right after the service. The pest activity has gone down greatly and I'm happy with their service so far. There's still a lot of work that I need to do around my yard to make it a little bit better, but it's gotten a lot better. My experience with Terminix was very good and positive. They made my house more livable. Also, their reps were knowledgeable when I spoke to them when my bank card number was incorrect online and they weren't able to withdraw the fee.

We have a monthly spray with Terminix. I have a gentleman who automatically comes out and he’s usually on time and professional. If I run into something, I'll mention that to him and then he will take care of it that time. I don't notice any issues with it at all, other than the dead bugs when he's done, but that's just for the job he did. I would recommend Terminix. They do a really good job.

I had Orkin and they placed a live bait behind my stove. I got kids, a dog, and a cat and I don’t understand why they did that. I then called Terminix and they did everything they were supposed to do so I’m going to keep them. I have rodents in my house because I stay across three corn fields but ever since I got Terminix about two months ago I haven’t seen one. The day their technician left there was one on the glue trap and it was bleeding because they ate the poison Terminix put down. Someone from Terminix called me after to see if everything was okay and they told me to call whenever within the three months I have to pay again if I have any problems. But I haven’t had a chance to call them because there were no concerns. Everything has been good with them. It’s worth the money and I have recommended them to friends.

Generally, my recent experience with Terminix was okay. The last time they came out, a different technician, a guy that I’ve never seen before, went about his thing. He put out snap traps but he didn’t put any bait in them, so I had to put peanut butter as bait in the traps after he had left, but I haven’t checked the traps since then. I didn’t quite understand why he would set traps and not put any bait in them. Maybe he forgot. But other than that, the service was fine. The guy may have gone around the house to spray, as the Terminix technicians usually do. But the next time a technician comes, if it’s the same fellow, I’ll make sure that he puts bait in the traps.
Terminix comes out here four times a year, every three months. They call me to schedule our service and I don’t have to call them. I’ve had Terminix a long time and over the years, I’ve called them once or twice because I had an additional issue. One time, we had some mealy moths and another time, the problem was bees. In both occasions, they came and took care of the problem. The service seems to be working and I haven’t had any issues or problems. As far as pests go, I would describe the situation here as normal and there's nothing unusual. On the whole, the service of Terminix had been fine and I would recommend them.

We've had a rat problem a while back. We had a service from a company that Terminix bought out and essentially, they were same people. Terminix does a quarterly treatment for us. They mostly spray on the outside of the house and the spray that they're using is really effective. We also have a bunch of bait stations outside of the house and I had asked the attendant to take a look at the bait station in our basement.
On the other hand, I had to cancel one of our services because there was a time that they had made way in the past that used to be a good time for us but that time wasn't good for us anymore. I explained that to the pest guy and he said he was going to talk to his supervisor about it. Also, I couldn't really reschedule at the time because I couldn't get access to their online scheduling and for some reason, I was locked out. I called and the person I talked to was pleasant to deal with but couldn't really help me much the first time I brought up the issue. The second time I called, I got the right person, a lot more knowledgeable and able to fix it up in less than five minutes. We've been getting the yearly service for many years. We're already pretty much pest free when we're with the company Terminix bought out and we haven't gotten any more pests since then.

Terminix came a week ago for the quarterly service and my husband was here when the technician came. When the technician was here for the service, I saved a little bug and he thought it was a flea. So, he came back, did a follow-up treatment and I haven’t seen any pest activity since then. However, I had a very strange and annoying scheduling experience with them where they sent me an email every week for two months saying someone was coming but no one ever came. A month into getting weekly emails, I called them to ask why they keep emailing me but no one comes and they didn’t know about it. They just told me to ignore the emails if no one calls me the day before. But then it was hard to know when they're serious about coming when I'm at work from 9:00 to 5:00. After two months, the agent called the night before the service saying that they were coming. So far, we had services between two technicians, and both of them were always nice.

I got Terminix to spray for fleas and I scheduled their service over the phone. The first guy who came out didn't know what he was doing but the second tech was good and he's been here twice before. He came by two weeks ago and he is due out tomorrow.

We have bugs and roaches around here. Everybody has them but at certain times, they are the worst. They are taking over and they are now hatching little ones too. I told my husband something is wrong in here. When a roach stood up from the cabinet and looked at me like he's fixing to jump on me, I said it's time to do something with these things. They're nasty and I don’t like them. The debris behind them is nasty as well.
When I called Terminix, I asked them if they could come on with cost and if they could get rid of these things. I told the rep I can't handle the bugs and he said they can fix that. He told me it would be $149 for the first time they come and then it would be $79 for the next three months. I said okay, but I'm on a state income and didn’t have the money right then and there. But, on Saturday, he went ahead and sprayed before he even got paid and took the chance of not being paid. But now, he had my credit card and got paid. And there aren’t too many people who do that and I respected that a lot.
Everything was nice with Terminix. They sprayed and got outside. The tech was as nice as he could be and I couldn’t ask for anybody else. He was young and very good-natured and even though he didn’t know me, he was nice as if he never met a stranger. He did a good job and he's good for the company. And for the next three months, they’re going to come out straight. He told me that they're getting rid of the bugs and roaches and that’s all I want. I would recommend Terminix to everybody.

We had a bad infestation of carpenter ants and Terminix was able to send someone out right away. Their technician was friendly and very professional. He had a notebook that had pictures of the carpenter ants and they were exactly what we had seen in our house. They were able to clear them up with just a couple of treatments. It's just been a fine experience.

So Terminix has been to our house 3 times. They have managed to skip rooms and outdoors every time. Today they were here and were supposed to spray and bait every room and outdoors. They managed to spray and bait one room. Now wants to send a supervisor out because we are too infested to have one person handle the job. (If they would do their job this wouldn't be necessary) I would highly recommend people to think twice before calling them. They do as little as possible so they are able to charge again in 3 months. If I didn't know better well maybe I don't they are intentionally making them worse to make more money.

You are nothing but a number, a number they control... even though you are paying the bill. Arrogant or unapproachable when important information was needed about scheduled services. I HAD TO wait in the dark until it was convenient for them to contact me. I will never use them again and counsel anyone I know not to even approach them.
