I do not even know where to begin. We hired Terminix to handle a pest problem. It was not cheap. They serviced our home a total of two times before telling us the pests were gone and we could continue on. The third and supposed to be final visit, the tech complained horribly about the precious techs job. That it was not done properly and would have to be all done again. He also broke a picture from, a signature frame from Our wedding. Knocked it clear off the wall. We were told we would be reimbursed for the frame. We have not been. We were told they would return to right the wrong of not taking care of the problem correctly, they still have yet to come. This has been going on since February.
I put half down and financed the second half and have not made a payment lately due to the fact that they are not completing the job. They have now canceled my service. I've paid over $650 and have the same problem I had before I hired them. I am so incredibly disappointed, and angry. Not to mention that we bought brand new furniture because we thought it would be safe to do so and it obviously was not. I need to find a solution to this problem, but it does not matter who I call or how many times I complain - it gets me NOWHERE. Horrible horrible service. I am sick.

On time and great service. Pest are gone and have not come back. If we have any issues with other pest coming into the house all we do is call Terminix and they are on their way to take care of the problem in a reasonable amount of time without hassle.

I've had a wonderful experience with Terminix. They're great to have since Texas has a lot of weird-looking bugs and things. They're also not expensive which is really nice. They come to our house every three months. However, we started seeing activity so we thought that the stuff had worn off. We then called them to have them come out. Their technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained stuff. He did the outside of the house, all the way around and he put some granules in some areas and sprayed other areas. He also changed the traps that we have in our garage and sprayed around the house. He told us that the formula doesn't wash away, even though it rains. Since then I've only seen two, one of which was in the house in the front room on my curtain. Every now and then we see one, but other than that, we're pleased with Terminix and we've told our neighbors about them.

I was out in a very rural area and I have a very old house. It's a historic home and things, like my doors and windows, don’t really close all the way. I'm always having little critters come in my house. So it's really important that we have folks come out and take care of it on a timely basis and get a quarterly service. The technician sent out by Terminix has been great. His name is Oscar and I’ve been using him for three years.
Terminix has been sending the same guy, and he has been super responsive in times when I’ve had problems trying to get stuff done through the online portal. He is also always on time. I split my time between two locations so he's with me on being flexible for the dates. He makes sure I'm home so if I need to have the inside sprayed, he's great about that. So far, the only time I’ve ever had a problem was when I was trying to reschedule a visit through the website and that didn’t work out too well. I have a problem when changing the dates. Terminix kept coming back with the wrong information which then gets to my technician. But I have Oscar's card so I just notify him and he takes care of it on his end. He goes the extra mile and I appreciate that.
Since having Terminix, the pest activity stays under control. I'm in a farm country and it can be horrible. I've got moles on the grass but my house seems to have stood the ground. I would recommend them. In fact, I’m using Terminix because my neighbor has the same technician. He recommended it to me and then I jumped on board and I’ve been totally happy ever since.

I've had Terminix for years and will only occasionally see a spider or two. They came for a regularly scheduled visit, went through my basement area and sprayed where they needed to spray. They would call to tell me when they were going to be here. If I'm not here, then they just spray the outside of the house. The techs have been good. The guy who comes most of the time is very friendly. He does a good job and I'm happy with what he does.

I like everything that Terminix had done for the last ten years. If I got a problem, I call them, and they come and take care of it. They call me to set up the appointment, then I confirm it or change the date and go from there. They go through the whole house, and if they see something, they will tell me the cause of the problem and what we can do about it. They're all professionals. They all got their badges. They're courteous, well-groomed, well-dressed and they do an outstanding job if anything had to be done.

I’ve been with Terminix for two months and the most recent visit was good. I just submitted a request online and they came in, that’s all I needed to do. It was easy. The techs were professional. They did good, however, my problem still exists and I don’t think it’s working.

Terminix comes in quarterly and sprays in the house. Their technician was a friendly guy and everything went smooth. Last fall, we had a problem with big, black ants and they finally ended up getting rid of them ‘cause I haven’t seen them around.

We have been with Terminix for over a year and we pay them every month. The last service we had was a month ago and we were able to communicate very well with the technician who comes out. We talk about different things and he's very friendly. He also always tells us that if we have any problems, just call them right away. Overall, we had a good service from Terminix and the pest problems we had aren't there anymore.

I've been with Terminix for a couple of years now and they service us quarterly. They do everything that they say they will do and they do it straight professionally. Before their technician gets here, I get one of those robo-calls saying when the technician will be here, to make sure the animals are inside and that there's access to our yard. Brian, the technician, was very thorough, knowledgeable, affable and very likable. He was a pleasure to work with. Once, a mouse popped into our house for a quick visit and he came, put down a couple of traps and solved the problem immediately.

Terminix calls me beforehand when it's time for their monthly schedule. They give me a specific time when they’re going to arrive, so I leave my gates open for them and that’s always a plus. Every time they come, they’re always really nice, especially when I talk to them over the phone. The techs even make a notification on the paper and leave it on the side of the door where I could see it. They always write what they did and if there’s any weird insect activity. I’m really happy with Terminix and I’m going to stick with them for a while, for as long as the service is really good.

Every three months, Terminix makes an appointment and sends me an email. Last time, they sprayed from outside and the tech was very good, polite, and professional. Everything is perfect and I liked their service.

I get an annual routine spray in my house from Terminix. Their technician has been perfect, friendly and has taken care of everything. He lets me know when he's going to be here and alerts me whenever he's going to spray. He also tells me to call him if I have any problems and to get up with him if I need to do an interior spray. Everything was always professional and I’d recommend them.

The last time Terminix was in our home, it was for a routine maintenance. We had a pest control situation and our experience so far when having to schedule a service has been fine. They call and confirm that they have to be here for their service, and if there's a problem, they're flexible. Though we don't generally deal with the technicians when they're here. They just knock on the door and tell us they're from Terminix, then they go do their thing. While the pest activity in my home is under control, it's still the same. We have ants sometimes but not very often. My son has been getting bit a lot, but they're too big to be flea bites. And if the ants start to get crazy at a certain time of the year, we call Terminix and let them know. Overall, we're pretty happy with them.

We have an ongoing mice problem. We called Terminix and their technician came out to look at the problem. He was supposed to send me an e-mail but he never did. I'm still happy with Terminix and my experience with them has been great. I'd recommend them.

I've used Terminix when we first showed up and bought the house because of insect problems. Now, a new neighbor moved in and started doing construction and building fences and that brings mice and snakes so a few neighbors and I started to have mice. Terminix's tech came in, did their job, filled in obvious holes and put in baits and traps. He was thorough even though he was beat at the end of the day getting here. It took a little bit though to really get rid of the mice but two days ago, we ended up catching a little one. They left me a lot of stuff but none of the bait boxes so I’m hoping that maybe they can seal up some new stuff. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. It's an old house so you can’t control everything. The people at Terminix were great and I'm always happy with Terminix.

I have been using Terminix for about a year and I've had an excellent experience. I have my service set on an annual basis. I have had no issues with any of the reps and the technician was very good. He answered any questions that I had and was very polite and good to talk to. He came out to check the termite traps around my house and verify that everything was still good. He also replaced any that needed to be replaced.

I’ve seen some bugs so I contacted Terminix. The pest activity in our home decreased immediately after the first time and recently we had some things coming back, so Terminix came to the house and did some extra spraying and then that took care of it. Terminix helped us, and everything's been good.

We had somebody from Terminix do our inspection and then Jared has been doing all our extermination. He has been thorough and it has been really awesome. Our house is pretty much cleaned and the bedbugs have all been gone, so I'm super happy. Scheduling the service was easy and I did it through Jared. The first time, we scheduled through our inspector and they got us in the next day, so it was fast and convenient. After that, we scheduled for two weeks, and once we had to move it to a sooner date so I called and had it moved within a couple of minutes. I really like the people we worked with. It’s expensive but I don’t mind putting out that kind of money if I’m getting service that's seriously on top of it. I was worried in the beginning because they have a 30-day policy and it was 25 days when we found another bug and I freaked out, thinking it wouldn't be fixed. They said they start rotating 30 days every time they come back, so it was really good.

A mouse crawled in through the exhaust hole in our fireplace and when we would come home, we would also see many of them moving really slowly, dying and heading to the door trying to get outside. My husband and son threw away four of them, and most of the time, I just saw the signs of their droppings. I couldn’t take it anymore and I called Terminix about it. Their technicians came in and they were nice, understanding and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The whole process took about two hours. They set traps outside, put a gel seal on the cellar door and made sure every nook and cranny was covered. We also told them about the mice dying and they asked us if we had put any poison down, but we didn’t. The previous house owner might have pre-sprayed the cabinets.
We also got the exclusion services from Terminix where they blocked all the holes on the base of the house to keep the pests outside. The day before they came last September, I got a text message from their rep, Jessica, about who was coming out for the first time, saying that they would show up the next day. It was a quick notice, but it worked out fine because it was my day off and she knew it. They did a very good job and since then, I was glad that I haven’t seen any mice. They also come on a schedule and I pay them month by month, starting November 8th, which was the next follow up. So far, I’m really enjoying working with Terminix and I felt very relieved that what they said was going to happen happened. They also made me aware that if I saw any problems, I could call them. They treated my house and I’m thankful for that.

I initially called Terminix due to problems with cockroaches. There were still some so I called again. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. There may be one or two cockroaches that we've seen, but for the most part, it’s gone. I'm satisfied with the experience.

I had a good experience with Terminix. I had a problem with raccoons and they corrected some of the things that I was worried about. The last time one of the technicians came over, he checked out the roof and took a look around. He also changed the busted cover outside. They've done a good job.

I’ve been with Terminix for about two years now and scheduling their service has been very simple. They call and they come. Their reps have been great and the technician who has been coming out, John, was excellent. He has been very nice and has done a great job. He sprays quarterly and I don’t have spiders or bugs in the house at all. I’ve been very happy with Terminix, and I highly recommend it.

I'm out in the country and I started having roaches at home so I had Terminix come out. I was with them about eight years ago but I ditched them for a local company that was cheaper and would still keep coming out if I saw roaches. But they weren’t nipping it in the bud and I started to see that it wasn’t working for me. Plus, they did the baseboard and I hated that. It smelled. I remembered that Terminix didn’t do all that and they have a cleaner way of getting rid of the roaches. They also gave me the $50 dollar deal when I signed up again, so that was awesome. I set up a routine schedule with Terminix which shows up on my email for scheduling which was easy to do. Lately, they’ve told me the time they're coming and it agreed with me, so I haven’t had to change it. They always let me know they’re on the way, too. Then I have them on auto bill pay, which makes paying easier for me.
So far, I’ve had three different technicians at home and they’ve all been very nice. The one who was here recently was very courteous and sincere. He was here about three weeks ago and last week because I called him back as I was still seeing the roaches and I was not comfortable. He told me to give it time, and those little roaches I’ve been seeing have been diminishing. So for the quality of service they provide, the cost is excellent. I’m living on social security and as long as their price doesn’t go up, I can keep them. If I see a couple more bugs, I’ll call them again and they’ll come out to get rid of them. I’m totally satisfied with my experience.

We got a new house and it hasn't been treated for termites. Our friends told us that Terminix is one of the better ones to go with for any pest issues. Terminix now comes once a year to inspect. Everybody at Terminix has been very good. And the technician cooperated with me every way he could and he did his job. I have to work Mondays through Fridays, and Terminix is good about coming after hours. I had a great all-around experience. If people are going to have a house, they need some kind of termite insurance policy, and I recommend Terminix.

I've had Terminix since August and we have them on a maintenance program, but they would stop it on November since winter is approaching so their service is not needed, and then restart again after. Scheduling with them was easy. They called me, sent me a message or an email message when they would come. The technician was nice but I am not incredibly thrilled with their service since there are still mosquitoes. They came last week to spray for mosquitoes. However, they did not spray at some places so I still noticed some mosquitoes but fewer and definitely much better than before. They told me that they could come back if the mosquitoes become more. Another thing is that I hear little footsteps in the attic a couple of nights ago. I haven't heard it lately but if I hear them again, then I have to call Terminix as it may be an animal that lives in the attic.

The first person that we spoke to when we hired Terminix was not aware of the technician’s schedule. We were told to pick a day and they said that that day was confirmed but it wasn’t, and they would still talk to the technician to see if there was a spot on that day. That happened again so I had to wait at home twice and nobody showed up. I was upset. The lack of communication needs to be improved because if everyone has access to one schedule, things would be better. Apart from that, everything was good. We’ve had Terminix for only about four weeks but the tech was great. I called them because I had some small spiders here and they came out for a spray. I still have some spiders at home but less than I had before so I'm observing. I'm waiting for a few more days to see how it goes and if we need a booster then I will call back.

My mother-in-law was the one who recommended me to Terminix and I like them. The tech was really nice. He told me how he was going to do everything, and he started from the back to the front of the house, and then he did the inside. I was told before he even came that we had to leave for two hours, so I already knew about that. After he did the outside, he told me that he was going to do the inside. We went outside and then we waited for him to finish the inside, and I locked the house. It was a good service.
Terminix people were supposed to come like a month. But I was going to call them to come back because I saw a cockroach. The guy told me that I might see them and described them being drunk a bit because of the poison but it didn’t look like that to me and it was crawling fast. But besides that, they're really good. I would definitely recommend them to somebody else.

I had my first visit from Terminix. Things got a little mixed-up in the scheduling, however, since Judith, who owns the house, live in Alabama, while I, who live in the house, is in Kentucky. But we got that sorted out. Their technician did a good job.

I cannot say enough about Terminix!!! When I first moved to Hawaii I had amazing service with Dan who always put up with my questions and concerns. He cleared every bug problem up that I had and was so nice. When I moved I got nervous because I didn't know how my new service guy would be. Well I lucked out again! Jason has gone above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable in my home. He always make time to come out when I call about bug problems. He's so considerate and helps again, with all my questions even if I'm acting like a spaz. Totally recommend Terminix and these service guys to anyone!

I've had good experience with Terminix so far. With the most recent service I've had, I went to their office to schedule it. I told them my problem and they came out the next day. It was easy. I had a spot that I had them come out and check for termites, which weren't termites. But they checked it for me anyway and then they did a service. It wound up being a water problem.

We've been customers of Terminix for a long time. We had the termite protection put in so Terminix comes once a year and double checks to make sure everything is okay. I normally get an email about the schedule and we get a phone call before the tech comes. The tech who normally comes out here for the quarterly inspection is very professional and very nice. Anything that I ask him to check on, he does. Ever since treatment, pest activity seems to be down except we can't get rid of stink bugs, some spiders, and some daddy long legs come in, but I don’t think you can keep everything out. We don’t have a big infestation of bugs so everything seems to be working fine. So far, we're very satisfied and I would recommend Terminix to other people.

It was sometime in February or March when I first called Terminix. We started seeing a few roaches, and we were having issues with spiders outside, in the port. Scheduling was simple and easy. They also did a follow-up. The gentleman who comes out is awesome. He shows his professionalism and he does a good job. He calls a day ahead and let us know that he's coming. On the day he's supposed to come, he lets us know when he's 15 minutes away. Plus, he asks questions. He always asks if there are any other problems. We haven't seen any pests since they've come. Everything's been wonderful. They have good customer service and I would recommend them.

I have two contracts with Terminix. One for the garden and the other for the termites. Both were perfect and they explained everything. The guy for the outside turned everything over and removed all the web. The other guy explained to me what are termites underneath the house and what are the ones in the walls. I just bought this house about six months ago and the previous owner also had Terminix. And when I call Terminix, they always refer to me as the previous owner of the house. I called them many times to change it. They said they will take care but did not address it all. Other than that, I'm looking forward to staying with them, and I would definitely recommend them.

We recently had a routine service from Terminix and also some additional services. Scheduling was easy. They were able to get me in very quickly and reassured me that they would secure the schedule as quickly as possible because we have carpet beetles. They thought they were bed bugs and that’s why I initially freaked out because my little one has little bites all over. But it turns out we have carpet beetles which can come in on fresh flowers or in old furniture. Terminix diagnosed it and gave me some time to prepare everything so they could treat it. They were wonderful. After treatment, so far, it’s been good. But my little one is still getting some bites and I’m seeing kind of like bug casings. I had talked to my technician and he said to just give him a callback and they would come back out and schedule another visit so he can inspect and possibly spray again.

Terminix comes for a quarterly pest control and recently, they came for mosquito treatment. It was easy to schedule an appointment using the app and I appreciate that. I wanted to take the treatment off for the rest of this year and put it at the beginning of spring so I changed the schedule, but I found that I needed it a bit more frequently than we had scheduled before. The reps were very kind and they found that last year, Terminix didn't respond quickly enough for the mosquito service. I had told this to the regional customer service and they said that they were making changes on a local level. On their end, it's true and since I could reschedule, I didn't have the same issues that I had, so those changes that they implemented worked. The technicians that have come out were very respectful and kind and the Terminix treatments are very effective.
I really appreciate the mosquito one because it's non-toxic. It's made from garlic and a sweetener thing, and it works really well. I've seen that the mosquitoes respond to the product exactly as they have described. They sprayed on the underside of plants and the mosquitoes eat it up, and then they're not there. The exterior treatment is very effective but I have reservations about using poison around my house. I have become increasingly chemical-sensitive when inundated with toxic chemicals.
I have done research to find out what's going on, and I would like to see Terminix come up with something that would still be effective that’s not a neurotoxin. I don't feel an effect from their quarterly pesticide treatment, but the idea of it being a poison is what I don't like. I've got a pretty leaky house and I don't want to see the centipedes and ants coming in, although I was able to kill some carpenter ant population on my own using Borax and maple syrup. I could do that although I've got a lot of holes, but at this point, I've made a decision. I feel like I'm getting poisoned by our environment, and I don't want to add to it in my own home. I would be interested in seeing something like peppermint because carpenter ants and a lot of insects don't like it but essential oils dissipate so it's not going to be a permanent barrier thing.
It would be interesting for Terminix to look into it because even a powdered version sprinkled around could be effective. I remember my father used some white powder that came from some kind of mineral around our house. It didn't look good, but it was effective and totally non-toxic. I bought from Home Depot a combination of things like clove and strong, spicy essential oils, and it was organic and natural. I applied it but I never did it again. I applied it where the wasps go and they stung me because of it and then the centipedes came out. It was like it shook up the insect world and made them angry but it didn't necessarily stop them. The Terminix product is much more effective than this. I have recommended their mosquito treatment again and again but I feel it's toxic.

I really appreciate having Terminix and I have been with them for years. They're keeping the bugs down and I'm happy about it. They come out on a quarterly basis to do routine treatments outside. The technicians sometimes call me in advance before arriving and I appreciate it if they'd call me before.

I have different types of contracts with Terminix. I’ve had them for 30 years and I don’t have any complaints. They’re scheduled to come in two days. I usually get something that says they're coming on a certain day, in a range of time and then I've been contacted when they're actually on their way. I’m satisfied with my experience.

Terminix services our home with a regular visit quarterly. We got an ant problem once and a few spiders and they resolved those. A few days before the service, they'll call me and tell when they're going to schedule. Then the day before they come, we get another reminder. And on the day of the service, they text us that they'll be out within a half-hour. I have a dog so it’s especially nice since we know when to let her go out and potty and to get her back in. I also like that their management is very open to suggestions and price negotiations. I’ve been a customer for over five years and when I bring up to them that we get a lot of competitiveness in the area, they are very receptive and do not want to lose the customers.

We had a mouse problem. Since we saw one, we called Terminix right away and Phil came right back out that night and laid the traps to take care of it. Terminix responds very quickly and it's wonderful. And since we're a school, Phil's got the proper traps laid down so the kids can't get hurt by them. He's on time and predictable. He usually comes in the morning that's why when we saw one in the afternoon, he came right back. We caught three the first day and one the next day, and we hadn't seen any since then. He's very thorough. Every time we have a problem, he comes right back out and takes care of it. We love Phil. He's great. He's been coming for a long time.

I’ve been with Terminix for over 40 years and I called them up recently for a particular reason. Their guy came out and he sprayed. He’d been excellent and I love him. But I saw some big roaches, and the worst thing is for me to see a bug in my home. I called on a Friday but they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday or Tuesday. I told them that it was not good enough for me because the guy had just been out here a couple of days ago and I saw bugs. So, I needed somebody out here the next day. However, the guy that comes out here was all booked up because they had new customers and had a lot of schedules, but the rep said that they'll try to get someone out by Monday.
But true enough, someone came out that Saturday and sprayed, which I was very pleased with. After that, my regular guy came out several days later. He's great and he gave me his personal card and said that he would be more than glad to clock in and take care of the situation if I had any problems because he lived not far from me. But, I still saw one, though it was on its back. I've got a fear of bugs and someone said that they can't come in the house with the type of weather we've been having. So if I'm going to see them, they should be in sleep mode and not moving around.

I’ve been using Terminix for years. The last time they were out here was for a special call. I had ants in my front entryway, so I called our tech Derek directly. He said he was in Boston and he would come the next day. However, I wasn't home so I am not sure if he showed up. The ants were not entirely gone so I got a can of Raid and I started spraying around the corners. But, I wasn’t really upset about that. Derek became our technician when we switched about two years ago. He was terrific and very responsive.
Derek did a spectacular job with the moths. I’m a knitter and moths appeared one day. I was absolutely disgusted, so I called him and he came out. He told me, "You've got a nest somewhere and we're going to look around until we find it." He found it in a chest at the bottom of my son's bed. He opened the chest and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life. He also said that I had to get the rugs cleaned. We emptied the chest and I took everything in it to the dump. Derek then sprayed it with a strong spray and that helped tremendously. When I noticed that there were still some moths around, I started hunting for wool. Derek told me that moths only go after wool. I then found a nest in my upright vacuum cleaner, so I took that to the vacuum cleaner storeroom and got a new vacuum cleaner. Derek brought me this pheromone and the moths are gone now.

We live in the country by the farm so we got plenty of bees. Terminix came when we made a special call. The guy was on time but it was too windy that day. He got everything he could except the fireplace chimney. It got bees in it and it was really hard to get at so we called to reschedule. I think the technicians switched territories for we used to have one technician but they sent another guy out and he told us he'd be our guy from then on. Terminix did a good job for all the bees and hornets were gone.

Recently, Terminix was here for our semi-annual pest control service. Woody, the technician, is a good guy. I like him and he does a good job. We’re both ex-military and we chat while I follow him around inside as we go from room to room. But I don’t talk to him when he’s outside and busy. I’ve been with Terminix for quite a while now and I don’t see any bugs very often at all. And if I see anything that’s unusual, I just call them.

I live in the Hill Country of Texas and we have bugs, scorpions, and spiders. I have Terminix on a quarterly service and they’re great and helpful every time they come out. I have scorpions bad enough outside that they ended up spraying ten feet away from the house to try to coat the area and keep a barrier up for them. For three to four weeks after they spray, the pest activity is slower than normal because the chemicals are down. But as it starts wearing off, I call and tell them that what they sprayed is not killing the pests anymore and that I see a boost in the number of scorpions. They come back out and re-service and try to figure out where things are coming from.
I also have centipedes in my house and they put down a different set of chemicals for that. I usually follow their technicians around the house just to ask for different things, such as ways to eliminate the problem. Sometimes I have different service guys come out because the one guy who’s in my area is usually really busy, but every one of them has been friendly and courteous.

We have a one year contract with Terminix and they come out every three months. When I want them to come inside, I would call and schedule an appointment for them to come in. But if everything’s okay inside, then they just automatically schedule it every three months and spray outside. Then they leave a note or receipt on the door letting me know that they came out and what was it they sprayed for. Terminix came out recently to spray outside our house for ants. I haven’t seen any pests since their service so I’m satisfied.

My animals have fleas and my brother had done a few things in the garage and I saw some cockroaches so I freaked out. Terminix came to spray and they did a mild one. I called them two weeks later and they came out and did another one but mainly just for cockroaches because they’re supposed to do two. Then I called them again because I saw fleas. They finally sprayed something all over my carpet but I still have fleas. I treated my yard, my dogs, and the insides. I give my dogs a bath twice a week and take them to the animal vet.
Terminix is a good company, and their reps were fine. They were mainly wondering what I needed to be done. They listened to what I had to say and got on and tried to fix it. I’ve had the same tech come out and he’s fine. I haven’t seen any cockroaches or ants. The first spray that they did got rid of the ants. The second time got rid of the cockroaches. But the with the third time they sprayed, the fleas are still here, and I’ll probably call them again for it.

I've had a pleasant experience with Terminix. My family has always had them and that was the name I always recognized and respected. They've always been reliable, dependable and their communication has always been very good. I used to get emails saying it was time for the service and they always called beforehand and gave an estimated time. They'd also call before they came so I didn't have to wait around forever and it all worked. Our technician was always eager to take care of any problem that we might have and always comes out and asks us if we have a pest problem inside our house. In fact, we had ghost ants before and he put some stuff outside where they were coming in. He was very professional and friendly. Right now, the pests are basically non-existent, other than those stupid ants that would come back occasionally.

We're on our 23rd year with Terminix and the people who lived in the house before used Terminix as well. They come out every other month and we also have the termite inspection once a year. Our technician, Bill, is great and we try to have him every time. However, they try to send emails and set up appointments without consulting me, which is something I don't like. I prefer a phone call as opposed to an email because they send me a schedule in the middle of the week and I'm never here. Otherwise, they've been terrific.

Terminix takes care of all my pests and they always tell us to call if we need them to come back. They come out on their scheduled time, and if we need an in-between, I just call them and they’ll come out. Over the past year, my son was in the hospital getting a bone marrow transplant so we couldn’t really let them come inside the house. They were accommodating with that. They took care of the outside, which they're really good at. We've had the same technician for a while now, and before that, we've also had the same person come out, which is nice. He’s very knowledgeable and he has been able to help us when little things come up. I just described to him over the phone, and he knew exactly what I was talking about. We're satisfied with the service. It's been wonderful with Terminix.

In general, we have a lot of spiders. We also have tiny little ants that are reoccurring and some bugs that seemed to be in our yard. I was worried about some getting in the house. About a month ago, I signed up for a year package with Terminix. The technician they sent was very good. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He would inform me before he comes, and then he would call again saying how close he was. Since signing up with them, they took care of all the pests and so we haven't had them anymore.

When I got our house we had termite damage real bad. We called Terminix out and it’s been ten years. They come quarterly and once a year they do termite checks. I’m staying with them because they always say they come back once they start. It’s like their home. They usually call me if I’m home and then they’ll come out because I don’t know when I’m ever here. The technicians were good. They are in time in doing their work and it’s very pleasing to me.

The house we're renovating had previous termite damage so we called Terminix for a service. Their representatives were all very helpful and flexible. Then the guy that came out was very thorough. I kept an eye on him because I wanted to make sure he created a complete barrier so the termites wouldn't cross over. He did a good job and knew what he was doing. Their service was excellent.

I’ve been getting services from Terminix for over 10 years now and they’ve been nice. I had roaches and the first time they came out, the roaches ran away. The last time I needed a service, I also had some roaches that were coming from under the house. The tech who came was nice and did a good job since I don’t see many of the roaches now. He sent them back to where they came from.
Scheduling a service with this company was pretty good and convenient. They got a hold of me and informed me that they’re going to come out. Their customer service reps were also nice. I had a good experience with the technicians who came out as well. However, there was one tech who did nothing. He would always go out the way where you're supposed to go around the house. And at the end, I've noticed there were still spiders and ants. I knew when their techs did and didn’t do good. There was also one time when I asked their tech to leave me some sticker pads, but he didn't leave any. And one time when they left the sticker pads, it went up on the bill because my bill went from $108 to $110. Still, I’m very satisfied with Terminix and I would recommend them.

when they're coming and when they're leaving. Plus when they come they let me know what they are going to do. Every once in awhile those big roaches show up but they do that with everybody. I see them all the way out in the yard. Other than that there are no other pests. It's like something has happened to them and the treatment that Terminix had put out has affected them.

We've had the same person since we started the service with Terminix and I like that. He comes in and does his job, but he's pleasant and we can trust him to go in the bedrooms and he doesn’t seem to be a shady guy that we would have to follow around. We are on a set schedule with Terminix. We had a bad infestation and I knew that just once or twice was not going to get it. So, I've had to call him back a couple of times and asked him to treat again in the perimeter, and he took care of it promptly. The pest activity in and around our home decreased dramatically since Terminix has been coming out to spray.

I recently had a routine call with Terminix and since the treatment, the pest activity has been fine except for ants. Here in Florida, ants are pesky because of the weather problem we have. Harry from pest control comes right out and does everything he can possibly do. He looked outside and inside, so I’m very satisfied with him. Plus, he is very nice and courteous.

We just moved and we called Terminix because we were seeing a lot of bugs around. I scheduled the service online and it was really quick and efficient. And the guy who came to spray for everything was pleasant. He explained what he was going to do and told us how the process works and that we could call if we had any other problems. The pests have been reduced, but I still see quite a few bugs around. I am going to give it a few more days and then I would give them another call. We will use them again.

Terminix came in, did what’s needed to be done, and gave us a couple of pointers. I needed the service sooner, and the techs were able to do that for me. After the spray they did last week we saw a lot of them dead, but then we still have some activity so we will probably need them to come back. It would be nice if they can give a discount for people who have been with them for years though. Still, I would recommend them. They quick, punctual and friendly.

I have had Terminix in Georgia for about 15 years and in Nashville for 16 years, since the year after we built my house. Joe and everyone have been very professional in Georgia. I had no problems with them. When there was an appointment set up, the technician would come. They know they have to ring my doorbell to get into my crawlspace and I have to open up the back door. If something went wrong and the technician couldn't make it, I would always get a phone call but in the last couple of years, I've hit a couple of snags and this year was worse.
They messed up twice in Nashville. My husband had some place to go but he had to open the garage and do all that stuff to prepare for them. He waited but nobody called or showed up and he was disheartened. Once, I spoke to one guy in customer service and he said that the guy who normally comes got ill so he couldn't make it. It would have been so easy if the main office in Madison, Tennessee that the technician normally comes out of could have called me and told me that. Instead, I was totally ignored and up to now, nobody from the Madison office has called me back even to say what happened or apologize.
The office here in Madison, Tennessee needs help, especially the lady. When I talked to the man he got it straight but the woman has not had the common decency to call me at all. Most of the time, they would call me on my cellphone but all she could do was call and leave a message at my home. I called back twice and left a message but no one ever returned my calls so it got to be really ridiculous. She needs to go back to the class for how to act. If I did something like that, that could cost me my job. Plus no matter how many times I called customer service, they would change the appointment schedule even though they didn't talk to me or check if that's a good day.
They're not very good dealing with customers at all. They're not really interested in knowing their customers. In fact, even though I usually handle this, my husband's been weighing in lately and questioning whether we need to continue or not. I've also had a couple of non-people person come out and they didn't seem to like their job. It's mostly the mature older guys that I like. There was also one woman they sent who was a mature, older woman and she was good. It's getting a little better though. I got back on track since they sent me a people person again in the last appointment I had. I like Terminix but they've been a headache lately.

I have an annual inspection with Terminix. They contact me and let me know it's time for the appointment. Then I get a call from the technician telling me he's coming. He's good. He tells me if there is a crawlspace that I don't need to be there. We've loved our six years with Terminix. We never had any active termites or anything but we had some damage that had to be dealt with, and Terminix got it all taken care of.

Terminix is improving. Previously I wasn’t happy with their service and I told the manager that the guy he had coming out just did the outside and I wanted him to do the inside. I'm guessing the gentleman said that I wasn’t home and that wasn’t the case. The manager immediately scheduled someone out to do the outside and inside. Another guy came in and did what he was supposed to do. He was thorough, and with regards to pest activity, I haven’t seen anything, so it's good.

Terminix recently came out for my quarterly service. I generally have the same person who was Andy. We meet at the door and we speak a little bit about what I need to be sprayed and he takes care of everything. He is very good. I had a new person this week but the technicians are very knowledgeable about anything I've had if I've seen anything. They adjust their spray and do different bugs. However, I like having the same person to come. I like knowing who is coming to my house.

I like Terminix very much. I've been with them for nine years and I've been happy with them. The only problem is they're pricing me out because, being a retired person with not a large income, it's hard for me to afford their services. The price has steadily gone up. The lady cut the fee back some for me this time and I will be paying it when my social security pension comes in on Wednesday. Usually, Terminix calls me to schedule my service. If the date they give is not good for me, then I cancel and reschedule it, and I don't have any problem doing that at all.
It was always very good with the technicians. The gentleman who had mostly been coming the whole time didn't talk much, but he was always very good and thorough. If I asked him, he came to the door and knocked. If I needed service inside, he did it. But if I just wanted the service outside, then he did that too. The last two times, though, I had a different gentleman technician do the service for me and he was also very thorough.
One time, the neighbor cut down a tree and I had stink bugs. When the stink bugs seemed to swarm, I got a call from Terminix, saying that they were going to come. I said, "No, it's too soon. I don't need you yet" but I mentioned the stink bugs. So, the technician came anyway and sprayed around, and that helped a lot. Terminix didn't get charge me for that service because they just came and did it, so that was good.

Terminix looked at the area and patched up some openings that the rodents were getting into the garage. They gave us traps. It was very good. They were very easy and nice and worked with us on our schedule. They were pretty cool. We paid the $800 and when they came to patch the holes, that was included in the price. I went to Home Depot and purchased a door runner so that way the rodents couldn’t get under the door. The techs didn’t ask for any extra money. They dropped off extra traps and that's all included, which was a big help. They said that the service is an annual thing.
If we see any signs of rodents, we can call back and they’ll come and spray again. That’s what we were under the impression of. They warned us that we'll probably still see a few more rodents because they were on the walls in between the garage and we have seen a couple more but I feel overall it's less. I know it's hard with nature. You can't kill every rat in the world but so far, I feel like it's definitely better.
My mom uses a different company for her place. They do monthly spray. When she did the math, she said $800 is about the same. Maybe if Terminix offered a monthly payment plan, that would be nice too because it was a shock for that 800 bucks. But if they split it up and say, “Okay. Sign a contract in for eight months or a year. You pay 70 bucks a month or whatever,” that would be cool. Nevertheless, I would recommend them. There were times the schedule was open. A couple of times, we had to call to reschedule and they were willing to do that. It was a good experience.

Kevin gives me a call to let me know that he is coming. Usually, I'm at work when he comes by to spray around the house, but if I know of some problems, I tell him and he gets it taken care of. I like the fact that he listens to what I have to say. The pest activity in my home had really gone down since having Terminix. There were vacant houses in the neighborhood that were being remodeled about three or four months ago. The pest activity kind of picked up and I told Kevin about it. He has been very good in leaving those traps and everything out. And I’ve been putting those out. Each time he comes to spray, he brings more. And I baited them down pretty good, so I’m really thankful for that. I can depend on Terminix. They do what they say.

Terminix visits us once a quarter for the pest and once a year for the termites. We get a notice through the email to let us know that there's an upcoming visit and that we can reschedule if we needed to. This year has been a bad year for bees though which is strange because we've never had that before. But overall, it was an excellent experience with Terminix. Terminix came to kill a couple of big wolf spiders and they did great. The tech who came was nice. He told me he got those pests. I said great because I was scared to death of them. We had groundhogs that were invading. They got into the basement and were trying to enter the main part of the house. So, I wanted somebody in a hurry. I had people that said they could be out in seven days but wanted it the next day. I said to the young man who came out from Terminix that I had three other calls out and whoever will take care of the problem first would get the job.
He was on the phone in my house and talked to the local guy, and I had somebody here the next day. By the next afternoon, they were working on it. It was hotter than hell and they worked. They were happy guys. They made more than one trip out to correct their problems and they came on time. They always called when they were going to be an hour late. And I get it, when you're on a job, you don’t know how long it's going to take. At this point, the pest activity has been nil. If I hear any more, which I hope I will not, I'll be on the phone in two minutes and I'm sure Terminix would be here right away. It's been a very good experience with them overall.

We had mosquitoes outside and I called Terminix. They called me and sent somebody out to see the problem. And now Howie comes once a month to spray for mosquitoes. He's really cool. He explains to us what he’s doing. We know it’s safe for our dog and I can count on it. I also get a text that tells me he’s on his way. Then within 10 minutes, he’s here. It doesn’t take him long to spray and he always lets me know when he’s done. One thing I like is we get the same guy every time. I’ve recommended Terminix.

We had roaches all of a sudden so, I called Terminix and they came out. And it took three visits to get rid of them. When the tech came out, he also checked out signs for spiders, termites, and other bugs and everything in our house, and he put out the bait. He was awesome and the most well-mannered young man I ever had around. There was no foul language and rudeness and I would claim him for a family if he’d let me. He was very clean, professional-looking and nice. The last time he came out, he sprayed for spiders outside, around our storage building and around the swing set. I really like his services.
In addition to that, their reps were also good about scheduling. They would send me an email that my inspection is due and then a couple of days before they come, they would give us a call to verify that the time would be okay. And on the day that they would come, the technician would call us to let us know if he would be late, early or would be right at the appointed time. There was also one time when I asked if we could change the schedule to two hours later because nobody was home and it was fine. They were really good about working with me. Overall, they’re accountable, proactive and good in communication.

I call Terminix to schedule a visit, and they give me a time. If the time doesn’t work, then I call them back. The technicians that they send are friendly, courteous, and after they’ve been out, I don’t see any pests. Terminix is very efficient, and we’re happy with them.

I wasted calling Terminix because I’m paying every three months for inspection for a mouse, and then we had at tent, and they were supposed to call us and come and pick up if there is any mouse in the attic, but they're not calling us. I'm not getting our service. When I call them, it’s half an hour of staying on the line. And then instead of getting what I want, they sell me something else. I would like someone to come and pick up the mice from the attic. They are supposed to come every three months for a whole year, but each time they come, they go around the house and leave without going inside. When I complain, they say, “Oh we attack it from outside”, but I don’t think so. My problem is inside the attic and under the house. I’m still waiting for that person who told me that they are going to call and come and check the attic and clean up the mice.

I was having an ant and spider issue. I called Terminix and they got started with them. Their rep got right to the source of my problem and got me lined out right away with a technician quite quickly. In less than two weeks they had a guy out. Now, they come on a set schedule which is every three months. If I have a problem that arises before that, I can call, and they come out and fix it for me.
Their recent visit was about ants. I was seeing a lot more of them and couldn’t figure out where they were coming in. So, they sent a technician out and he sprayed. He sealed the hole where they were coming in at and treated my yard. I don’t have any more ants and I still got a few spiders but they're not as many as I had. And they're all outside now. The technician got rid of all the ones inside for me. He's very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about what he's doing. I have the same technician every time since I started the service with Terminix and I really like the guy. He does his job very well. Terminix gives excellent service and I've already recommended them to my neighbors.

We live in a suburban area where there is nature, so there were ants. I used to go around the house with an Ortho Home Defense, which was expensive and didn't do anything. We then decided to sign up with Terminix and it was one of the best investments we have for the household. The last experience I had with them, I was out mowing my lawn and I ended up hitting a nest of bald-faced hornets. That was the day before my son's fourth birthday party. They told me that they'd arrive by 8:00 in the morning, but they got here by 10 past 7:00. They wanted to make sure they got the hornets while most of them were still in the nest so that they could kill as many as they could. We were able to have the party and no one got stung. And for Terminix to get there on a Saturday on less than a day's notice was phenomenal.
Overall, Terminix is awesome and they're worth every penny. They're dependable, professional, friendly and always on time. They also check in when they get here even though they don't have to come in the house to do some treatments. Also, whatever their products are, the ants don't like it so it's good. They got a great product and you can't buy them a Home Depot or a Lowe's. I've recommended Terminix to my neighbors.

Terminix comes out every three months because we have a problem with water bugs. They’re so good and really work with us a lot on our schedule. There are times I had to cancel last minute and they’re reasonable and understanding. They also have wonderful customer service who's very quick to respond. The reps are always so polite and friendly and the tech Antonio was awesome. He knows all our special needs areas are and he makes sure that he gets to them. He treats the house properly. Since being with Terminix, we don’t see pests as much, but I'm going to call them back because I’ve noticed that I am seeing baby insects. Other than that, the overall service was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend them to anybody who’s having a pest control problem.

It's been a pretty good experience with Terminix but it could stand improvement in some areas. With the new person, he doesn’t seem to give the same service as our last operator, John. He would make sure to check that there were no critical critters inside or out, whereas we have to ask this new technician. But there are no pests that I could see on the inside or outside my home.

We wanted Terminix to do a mice extermination and a guy came out twice, the second time to make sure everything was secure and I haven't seen any mice or droppings. I've been with Terminix for three weeks and right now, I'm frustrated. We thought we got all the mice but I saw one yesterday morning. Terminix didn't find all the places the mice were getting in.

We have the silverfish in the attic and every other month, I have a Terminix technician come to our house. He's great, a really sweet guy, very professional, very thorough, courteous and reliable. When I first started last year, I think we went through two or three different people. But he's been my regular guy for a while now. I like knowing him and I hope they don’t change his route because I like having him here. I have his card, so I call him directly and set up the service for the next day. He said if I ever have a problem, I should call him and then he puts it in the system. He's very accommodating too because I always ask him if he could come in the morning and he always does. Things are always much better after their service.

The Terminix guy comes and sprays and we don’t have any bugs except ants. Their technicians have gotten really good in terms of communication. They call us the day before and when they’re on their way. Whatever they’re doing, it’s good. They're a little expensive, but they're the fastest and our experience has been very good.

I called Terminix to schedule a service and it went quite well. I got a hold of them and told them I wanted an appraisal and in a few days, a guy called me back, came out and done it. I'd seen no sign of termites and the man from Terminix didn't see a sign of them either. And it had been more than 30 years since my house has been treated, but I just wanted the paperwork that says it's been treated in case I wanted to sell this place. And I wanted to make sure I didn't have termites in the future.
The only complaint I have about them is I gave the man who did the job a check. And then about a week later, they sent me a bill. So I had to call them and ask them what the hell the bill is all about when I gave the guy a check. And the rep said they crossed in the mail. I thought it was kind of a dirty deal. Other than that, Terminix is a wonderful thing.

Terminix customer service was easy to get a hold of. I did a quote online and they called me in an hour. The tech came out recently for a routine quarter service. That was our first call and they said they’ll come back again in two months. Since the service, I've been seeing a decrease in the issue but I still see some pests. They said that it would take a couple of rounds to really get rid of them. It has been a good experience with Terminix.

I have quarterly service from Terminix. I received a phone call from the tech to say he needs to make sure what type of products he needs to bring. They do not have a ledger or anything in reference to verify what they're supposed to bring and what’s the job. At some point in time, I told them I just want to terminate it and go from there but we had other neighbors who say Terminix did a really good job. Maybe this was a bad technician so I just asked them to send another technician. And then another technician came out. He explained a lot of things to me and he was thorough about the information.

I love the man from Terminix, Brandon **, who comes out and treats our home. He is very sweet, so respectful and has a good attitude, and my animals love him, too. He's a really good worker, he's been on time and if he’s going to be late, he'd call me and let me know. Right now, there are still bugs and I don't think the baits are doing that good, but he’s coming back out to spray again. Other than that, Terminix is pretty good. The ones that I spoke with at Terminix have been really good people. The quality of their work is excellent. And I will refer them to other people.

I’ve had the quarterly service from Terminix. The first technician did good but the last one who was here didn't do that well. He sprayed somewhere on the outside but not much on the inside. And when he sprayed inside the house, he didn't spray the bathroom where sugar ants were coming in. I still got some ants coming in but it's not as bad as it was after the technicians came. Next time he comes, I just want him to spray more inside.

When had a termite infestation, Terminix service was very prompt. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. He also told me that that they offer 100% guarantee that they will not come back. I have been with them for a couple of months now and I have not seen anything so far. I had used Terminix before and one of the little ladies on the phone pissed me off so I canceled it. I was not a customer for about two years and then I came back because they do good work. The last time the technician came, he did the exterior area of the house and it was very good. I told him that when our neighbors that moved out get their garbage up, I would need to call them back.
I normally have Terminix come out on a quarterly basis. I've never had any problems with the scheduling. When the customer service call, they tell me what they have planned. They do the schedule for my exact convenience. If not, we reschedule it. They take into consideration my concerns. And I'm very happy with that. I have recommended Terminix to a friend.

Terminix made sure everything was good and all was smooth when it was done. Scheduling was simple and was done online. Terminix does my pest service each quarter and, at this point in time, I’m very pleased with what they do. I've been with them for five years and my service is regularly scheduled. The representatives have been very good. I was very pleased with the technicians and their courtesy. When they came into my home to do an inspection, they wore covers on their shoes and they were good to sweep my porches and the fillings, to make sure that they get down on all of the spotters before they sprayed outside.

I have a quarterly contract with Terminix to monitor the exterior of my home. It's for the usual occasional spider but I have dogs at home and so it's important to me that I don't get a pest problem which is why I got a contract. The service happens when I'm at work, and I receive an email follow up with a report of what the technician observed and what they did. So, it's very helpful. I've always appreciated Terminix. They're very courteous, very thorough, and I've been using them for years.

My mother’s house is closed down and right behind it is a junkyard which breed mice. So that's the main reason why we decided to have Terminix do some work for us. I moved her in with me. The price is a little bit high for what they do. But when they came at my house, they charge the same price but they did some stuff inside my house too. It was a pretty good experience.

The technician from Terminix came and sprayed the second time, and the experience was fine. They are scheduled to come every three months. The service is for the spiders and the insects. Three weeks ago, they did a termite inspection. The guy said that there are termites and it has to be fumigated which I cannot afford. But a week after that, I called another company and they checked for termites as well. He said that there were no termites. There were pallets next to the garage door, but it was from crickets and not termites. So, I'm very upset with Terminix due to that. A couple of times they scheduled, I stayed home, waited and nobody showed up. Also, Terminix is expensive. Nevertheless, for a moment, the pest activity is fine now after the spraying.

We have a maintenance plan with Terminix, so they come every three months. We usually do everything, including scheduling online. I've only had positive interactions with the people I dealt with - they are always very polite. They're here when they're supposed to be. They come to the door to see if we have any issues beforehand, and they are always willing to look at anything that I need them to. Since our services, pests are nonexistent in the house. I would keep using them.

There was a time when I was having problems with fire ants and some spiders getting inside, and I now have routine service with Terminix. If I don't need them before the quarterly time, they schedule it and they just send me a notice. And if the time doesn't work for me, I usually call them. The technician who used to come before, Keith, was a regular. And the one who came recently was a new gentleman. But they're both very professional, very informed and educated about pest control.
The technician called me the day before he was coming, which is good because sometimes he forgets. He told me the time that he was coming in. And then, on the day of the service, he called as well, which I appreciated. He's very helpful. If I need more sticky traps, and if he doesn't have enough of them, he'll make another trip and come back and leave it in my mailbox, which I always thought was nice. I live on a farm and you would somewhat expect pests around, but surprisingly they're well-controlled. There were no ants or any spiders since we've had service with Terminix.

I have had a roach problem for a couple of months. Our church uses Terminix, so I also used their service. Their reps were friendly and helpful, and I feel comfortable with their technicians. Typically, Terminix just comes when I'm not at home and spray the outside. The last time, I told them that we were having some ant problems and so they took care of that. It was a good experience. They have the service scheduled and they send me a notification when my quarterly service is coming to ensure that it's not a problem. So it's automatically scheduled by them and I don't have to worry about it. On the occasions when I've had a concern, either something outside or something inside, they've been very receptive to doing additional things to take care of that. Since we signed up with Terminix, there has been minimal to no pest activity in our house. The only thing is they've been increasing prices every year so that's a bit annoying. But I have no complaints about the service.

I was telling her I didn't want her to come earlier than 8:00 and she said she's going to try to work it out with her person. But I guess she couldn't come later. The dog went nuts and we weren't quite up yet. It was a terrible way to get up. Bu the overall experience was terrific.

We had bugs inside and out and used Terminix’s services for a long time. The first place I called eventually changed to Terminix so we haven’t used any other pest control companies. It was easy to get an appointment with them and there were a lot of different technicians that came. They all seem to be fine and did a good job. For a long time, I haven’t seen any bugs and we haven’t had a cockroach. I found a bug a while back but it was dead. I’ve been very happy with my experience with them.

I was with Terminix for a year. They were coming in but I was still having bugs, so I cancelled and tried somebody else. Also, the guy who was coming out was not very presentable and he scared me a little. He looked very professional but I didn’t like the way he looked at me. But we have two homes and the other house really needs Terminix. They have mice over there and I don’t want my house to have holes everywhere. Overall, they were okay. I would recommend them if you really need them.

We have two contracts with Terminix; the owner has one for annual termite inspection, and we have one for inside pests. The company would call me and then I would talk to the technician, and it’s been good. The service has been working great for us, and we do not have any problems. It helped because we could see active pests on the counter and in the kitchen before, and since Terminix had sprayed, we’ve not witnessed any active pests. Terminix has been professional, courteous, and timely.

He said he would be back in three months and they’re supposed to call us when they are ready to come back for the quarterly service. I had Terminix do a home inspection for termite on the house I'm selling. The real estate agent had another person doing the inspection and they did a lot of stuff. They said to do this, do that, and add this. I told them I wanted to get a second person so I called Terminix. I called their 1-800 number and they sent the closest person working in the area to see me. The guy was nice, knowledgeable, and always on time. He was more professional than the real estate agent's guy. He said he'll check in two days to see if there's any of what the termites dispose of to make sure whether we have termites or not in this area.
I went with him when he came back. He showed me what he found and told me that it's not a bad infestation but there is the presence of one. He made a recommendation to change some of the wood around the window, then did the whole house fumigation. I'm happy with how he explained things and I trusted his recommendation. After they closed escrow, I was charged $1,895, around $150 more than the $1,700 something that I was quoted. The work was done fine but the difference in the price stops me from being 100% satisfied. Still, I really recommend them.

We have an ant and field mice problem. Terminix installed some traps and they did a good job. They very prompt with their schedule. They call me a day ahead of time when they come here for a visit to do a check-up. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable. Terminix has helped a lot. We haven’t had a major problem yet but we still get them every so often and we have much less pests now. I'm more than satisfied with their service. They're a reliable company and it's been a very good experience.

My Terminix service is expensive but I've had a good experience and I've been very satisfied. They have dates for services and they call me. The technicians come out and check inside and outside. If the service is outside, I don't have to be home but if it’s inside, I do. So we work around that. Their technicians have always been very courteous, knowledgeable and they are not afraid to explain things to me.
When I first got Terminix, I had termites in one piece of furniture and they took care of that. After which I kept Terminix because the termites are a problem here so they come several times a year. At first, they did something in the attic and fogged it and did some other things around the house. They encouraged me not to have too much mulch up against the house and gave tips on how to keep termites away. The termites that I had were in a birdhouse that my grandchildren bought for me from a guy selling them out of a parking lot. The birdhouse was beautifully made but my grandchildren didn't realize that it had termites.

I’ve got Terminix and outdoor insects plan but I’ve only seen the termites died. The consultant, the guy who came out, was very professional and courteous. He knew what he was signing me up for and was very knowledgeable about all the different programs. I was good with that and thought that was great.The guys come, treat and put in all the little stations for the termites, but I’ve yet to see the guy come by to do any spraying for bugs on the exterior of the house.
I have two representatives, but I’ve only talked to the termite guy and he was fine. He knew what he was doing. But, I’ve never seen the other one and that’s who I’m pretty upset about because I’m getting spiders in the house. When I talked to the termite guy, he said that I was supposed to either call or they were going to come out and I was going to receive a call from them and never got a concrete what was supposed to happen next. I’ve been incredibly busy and I have not gotten a chance to do any of that. All in all, I’m happy with the termite program but I’ve yet to experience when it comes to spraying for the outdoor insects.

I had them spray around the whole house but I didn't get that service this time because I wasn't at home. I have to make arrangement when they come back wherein I will just leave my back gate unlocked so they could spray the area. Other than that, they've been doing a good job.

I called on the 195th of October to schedule an appointment for today. I was told by the technician someone would be at my house between 8-12 a.m. I sit and waited and waited and waited. The Tech was not there for 8:00 so I called to see he was in route to me. Nathaniel could not find where someone was supposed to come to my house. He then put me on hold. He came back and told me had found me he. I was very disappointed with Terminix. I have been with them before and never had a problem until today. I will never use Terminix ever again. I will tell my family and friends not to use Terminix.

I had been with Terminix a few years ago, and I went to a local company and then, now, I’m back to Terminix. I just had one service since I started with them again. Scheduling our service was very good. My parents were here when the technician came and he was very friendly and from what I understand, answered all their questions. And he did what we had asked of him. Terminix did a good job, however, I’m still seeing bugs. I have to call them again and have them come back out to do the same treatment because it didn’t do what it was supposed to do.

We had my fiancé’s son comes to visit every other weekend and we found a bed bug in the house. We called Terminix to have them come and treat for that. The salesperson, Ric, has been very helpful through the whole thing so far. We've got lucky because like he said, we caught it early so we don't have a whole lot to deal with. However, the tech that they have to do the treatment of the home has left us wondering if we went with the right people because it hasn't been fully taken care of. We ended up paying because it freaks me out quite a bit with the whole bed bug thing so we decided we'll just go and treat the entire house. Ric said he was good at his job but he doesn't really want to work and you can tell because it seems he's trying to cut corners.
It was kind of upsetting for me because we paid so much money to have it done. Ric had said we had so little that it was probably going to take one treatment. The tech, Dennis, came the following week to inspect and ended up treating again because I told him we were seeing more bed bugs now than I did before we called. He said he would treat and I said I want all the rooms treated again. Not just the main bedroom where I saw a few of them. He said, "Yes. Every time I come I'm going to re-treat until the whole 30 days is up." I know he didn't treat our four bedrooms because he wasn’t here at my home 45 minutes. Then I started seeing bed bugs again.
We are very clean and OCD people about our home and have a very nice home. It aggravated me that it still hasn't been taken care of. Dennis said that he would come and treat once a week for the 30 days. But I haven't heard a thing from him. The last time they came to treat was almost two weeks ago and I haven't heard a word. I even messaged the sales guy Ric. I told him that the treatment isn't done properly because I'm seeing more bed bugs. In fact, we've seen bedbugs in places we haven't seen one before and I noticed Dennis was only dusting where he's seeing them. Also, I don't think the beds are being frozen properly because if they're supposed to kill them instantly including the eggs, we shouldn't be seeing bugs still crawling around in our bed.
I sent Ric a really long message and I said, "Look. As much as we paid, I want this taken care of. It's only guaranteed for 30 days. I want it to be taken care of within the 30 days. Since we're being told that it should just take one treatment as little as the number of bedbugs was." He ended up messaging me back, talked to his boss, and said, "I promise you that it will be taken care of and I don't care how many times it takes." Tonight is his last night. If I didn't hear anything back from them, I am going to call them tomorrow and find out when they plan on coming again. I want to make sure this gets taken care of.

The Terminix team has been here on time. They called before coming into the house. As a matter of fact, we had a hurricane warning a while ago. It wasn't going to hit here, but they called me several times indicating that they were going to be held up. They were very good about it. They informed me about when they were going to be able to come, they sprayed, and they asked me if there were any sugar ants in my kitchen because I previously had them. I told them where we previously had them and they sprayed there even though I didn't have any. I thought that was a good preventive measure and I'm very pleased. Terminix has very friendly and very helpful technicians and they did an excellent job. So far, I haven't seen a bug at all.

It’s always a good, positive experience with Terminix. The last time they came they treated the outside of my home for spiders and they also spray quarterly. They always call and let me know when they’re going to be there. And they’re usually spot on with their time. If I have anything extra that I need or ask them about, they always take care of it.

I've been with Terminix for a long time now. They come every six months and if I don't need them to come, I call them and reschedule my appointment. Their reps are very professional. Their technician is always on time and he also texts and calls me. In the past four times of their service, it's been the same guy who comes to my house. They like to send us the same person over and over. The technician does whatever I tell him to do. I tell him all the pest problems before he starts and then he does everything fine. He knows what to do and even closes the back door. I have a very good service with Terminix.

We had a routine visit by Terminix and it was fine. They came out, did what they said and talked with us about what we needed to be concerned about. The big idea was to prevent any problems and, so far, we have not experienced any problems. There have been a couple of disconnects, though, about what day they were coming back but they were soon straightened out. The techs who come are easy to talk to and if we have questions, they're ready to explain them. It's been very professional. It was a good experience.

Terminix came on a Friday and did the inside and outside like I wanted. And then, the Sunday after that, there were a couple of big spiders in the house. I called them and they said the technician would come between 5:00 and 7:00 on Monday. The tech called me about 3:00 and said he was at my house. When I got home, he told me he couldn't spray again because there has not been enough time gone by since the first one. So, I wondered why he waited and why I had to come home when he couldn't do it. So, it was a little bit frustrating. But he was fine as a technician. He was professional and in both times that he came, he got to my house before the appointment time, which is usually okay. I also asked him why the lady operator didn't tell me that it was too soon to spray, and he said that the ones who schedule the appointments don't know and understand. So, I wish Terminix would let them know so it doesn't happen again.

We've been with Terminix for three months and scheduling over the phone was convenient. Their rep was very kind and the tech was a very nice guy. He listened to what I had to say and treated accordingly. Recently, my wife saw a rat outside of our house, and it spooked her. The tech set up the protection and we haven't seen it ever since. We have a contract with Terminix. They come out every couple of months and we pay them quarterly. They'd call us and tell us when the tech is coming. Their tech Casey was really good and we're good friends with him now. We've had roaches a lot lately. We were trying to get Terminix find out where they were coming from. One guy has finally come out and looked under the house. Then they sprayed under the house and that's helped with the roaches problem. When the tech comes out, generally, he looks under there and he'll spray it again if we wanted to. They come whenever we call them and we've just been pleased with them. I'd recommend Terminix.

We schedule a visit from Terminix once in three months. I’m really happy with them and they are doing whatever they’re supposed to do. They asked us if we need any additional treatment which we don’t need and they explain everything that they wanted to do. There has been no pests since the service.

I had used Terminix for my termite problem last year. They were fine when it comes to scheduling service. They sent out a technician that went over everything with me beforehand. He laid it all out for me, inspected the whole house inside and out, told me what was going on, and what they were going to do. They also pre-scheduled a follow-up inspection, which they had already done. It was six months after the treatment and they didn't see anything on the follow-up.

I haven't been real impressed with Terminix. We purchased a termite protection package several years ago and I understood they would set up bait stations and that they would monitor them. And we paid $2,400 for that service. They set up the bait station and then they said they needed to come and check them at the end of two or three years. Somebody finally came out to check them, said there was activity, and that was it.
Then they contacted me and asked me to continue my service with them, which was another $300. I did that and it's been crazy. One office doesn't seem to know what the other office is doing. I've had automated appointments made on the phone with me. And then they don't keep them. I ended up getting a phone number for a manager and talked to him. He arranged for someone to come out and check the bait stations. This second time around there was one technician who came after we purchased the $300 continuation of our service.He didn't really pull out the bait to see if there was any activity. He just kind of lifted it enough to say they're okay and closed them. I understood that they were supposed to do an inspection under the house and he said, "Nah, I don't need to do that."
So I ended up calling the manager and telling him that I understood someone was supposed to come in and check under the house, and since I'm paying for the service, I want somebody to do that. He finally got somebody out here to check under the house. From when we set up the appointment, I didn't realize I had a doctor's appointment out of town. And so I called the guy and I told him I won't be able to be here at 3:00. And he told me, "No problem. I'll just get to your house closer to 5:00." I told him if he was willing to do that, then we can keep that appointment and not re-schedule. He ended up coming at 3:00 and we were not home. And by the grace of god, my son just decided to come over and do his laundry at my house, and so he was here. Otherwise, nobody would have been here for that appointment.
Those are just kind of the things that have been going on. I am very concerned about this service. If there was somebody else that did termite service in our area, I would go with them. If I'm paying for a service, I would like for them to service my house. If I'm going to pay the money, they should come and tend the business, check those bait stations. Also, whoever does the appointment, everybody needs to be informed about it. I don't like these automated appointments that are being made and then I sit here and wait for somebody and nobody shows up because whoever was supposed to be here didn't know about it.

Every guy from Terminix who’s come out to us was very good, polite and helpful. They saw that we had some water sitting under our house and suggested on things that we could do for it. They told me I could keep their phone number. When I schedule a service, I just called the sales guy who came out and he made an appointment right there. He was also good about calling me back if I left him a message.
The technician who did my bedbugs in the house did a good and thorough job. He turned my furniture upside down and looked through everything. At the same time the guy was treating the inside for the bedbugs, another technician sprayed the outside for spiders. He said he could spray inside for the spiders too. The spiders are back on the outside and it didn’t last very long and the technician said he would spray again. Overall, I’m very happy with Terminix and we’re going to have them come back for the water under our house. I even suggested them to my babysitter for her bedbugs.

The technicians sent out by Terminix were supposed to come on Saturday but they didn't show up. I don't know if I got it mixed up, or what Saturday they were supposed to show up. But now, I have mice. I normally schedule appointments with them over the phone. While everything about their customer service is okay, you have to go through a lot to get to somebody and let them know that you are their customer.
The technician basically does his own thing. He explains to me what he was going to do and that was it. It was brief. Since the service though, the pests are coming out bad. I'm seeing roaches, spiders, and centipedes. I'm seeing it all. But I just started this year and I chose them because they guarantee their work. Anybody that guarantees their work is okay in my book.
And so they told me to call in two weeks to set up for them to come back out again after they were here to service my house a month ago. I don't understand why they just didn't make the schedule where they would come out and do what they said. Although somebody has to be in the house to open the door, I'm at home most time and even if I'm not, my sister is.
With this, they should do something as far as the appointment should go. They should go ahead and put a built-in appointment, like set it up to automatically have someone come here. Because people get busy with their everyday living and they have to go to work or do things at home. They don't remember to call them back out. They should do better with that.
Overall, they're still good. I really love the pay the first month. Then the second month and all the way up to the third month. Where they do it for free without you asking to pay for it. After you pay the first time, they come up all the way up to the third month. And then you pay again. And they start at a lower rate and they still come out.

About two or three miles up the road, they disturbed the ground. We got a lot of other insects also but we started developing recluses and a problem with wolf spiders in here. I've seen a couple, and I got really scared. I called Terminix. A gentleman came and gave us a wonderful general spray inside and out, sealed me off really nice. Then, he put something up underneath the house and after he did that, I haven't seen anything, and I let him come again. I've seen one or two stragglers, but that was about it.
We have quarterly sprays from them. Chase the technician was wonderful. He was very polite and very professional. Any questions we had, he answered, and as far as his job around the house, he did a really good job. Terminix has been great to us. We've been off and on for about a couple of years now with them. We lived in Toronto, Ohio down there and we had Mark come out. He was wonderful too. Whenever we noticed a problem, we call them right out and problem's taken care of quick and efficient.

Terminix sealed out everything on the outside of the house. I called in to schedule an appointment and that went very well. The first time it was very easy to schedule. But I had to reschedule one appointment and it took them a bit of time to find me an appointment date so that was nerve-wracking. They didn’t know the technician's schedule so they couldn’t schedule me. But they were courteous and called to let me know that they were still looking for a slot.
The technician that came out here was very professional, friendly, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. When he was here he said that some of the bait had been eaten but that was two weeks ago. He's supposed to come one day this week to seal off the attic and check the base if there are any more activity. But our experience with Terminix was fine overall.

Terminix comes and sprays quarterly. They’ve been scheduling it wherein they give us a phone call and leave a message that they're coming. I would recommend them, but maybe they need to come monthly because we still have some mosquitos, various little moths and different things like that that still attack us when we go outside, especially on the back side. They’d be coming in the house when we open up our door going out to the deck.

I have quarterly pest control service which I've had for 15 plus years for my rental properties and my family home. Terminix provided good service except for a few months back when there was someone named Tony who didn't want to provide service because he felt that there was too much stuff in the area and he said that the previous technicians were doing it all wrong. I think he was just bitter because he had been place in a different position. I already prepaid for the rest of the year prior so even my tenant didn't get the usual service. And I'm very disappointed that my tenant and I was not provided with the service that we should have. And then the other Tony who was my regular technician returns so everything resumed and were fine. He was doing what he needed to do. I'm just glad I got the old technician back and I would definitely recommend them. I have over the years and have gotten other folks in contract with Terminix.

I was with Terminix for a few years in the past but I cancelled their service because I was going to take care of the pests in my house myself. But I hadn’t, so I came back to Terminix. I’ve had service from quite a few different companies and overall, Terminix's service is very good. They're a great company. I have their service on a schedule and their reps have been great. The last time their techs were here, they came in and did their thing. It was a pretty decent experience. I have boxelder bugs and spiders and now, they have gone down a little bit.

We just moved into a new house and we were getting it set-up. The Terminix tech called me to see if he could come early and I was there. He discussed what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was professional and everything was fine. The pest activity was shaky at first, but it got better and I've seen less and less pests. I had a problem with Terminix about the check. I didn't know if I made an arrangement with them to get the payment on my account because for the last two months, they tried to get it and I don't have money in there so the checks came back. I talked to one of their representatives and they straightened it up and everything is fine now. Their technician has been good. He comes every two months and sprays the outside and inside of the house. But lately, I've seen bugs because it's been raining for a few days. I live in the country and I'm surrounded by trees and bushes, and I know for sure that you can't really get rid of them really good. But so far, it's not really that bad.

Terminix is great. The guy who comes by is great, and he does what he's supposed to do and more. The only thing that Terminix is lacking in is that they'll call one time and tell you when they're coming. If they don't get anybody, that's the last call they're going to make. Terminix is like in their offices, not in their people. The guy that worked on my problem even knows where to go get the key as I trust him. He came in and told me exactly what was wrong and he took care of the problem. The offices just don't back these guys up.

We have been using Terminix for over 20 years, maybe as long as 30, both when we lived in the north (Illinois) and now in the south (Mississippi). We obviously have no issues to keep using them for both termite control and general bugs like spiders and insects... even a few lizards at times. They are always on time, and communicate arrival time on their way. Best part is their 100% guarantee. Yes they have come back when I’m seeing spiders. It’s also great to have the same technician over the years. They know you, your house, and even your family.

Terminix is much better at marketing than actual follow-up for their services. They promised certain services to be conducted at specified time and failed to follow through. I have used them for years but the reliability of their service really depends on who they currently have on staff. I plan to find another service. Unfortunately, I just spent a lot of money for rodent exclusion and local treatment for termites. I wish I had hired someone else.

So many customer service issues occurred before Terminix even came out to treat my house. I called the call center and they gave me a great deal so I booked an appointment for them to treat my house for fleas. First, they cancelled the same day that my home was scheduled for treatment because the call center overbooked the technicians. So I rescheduled for them to come the following week but the night before they were supposed to treat my house, a technician called to confirm and told me a different price than what the call center promised me. They refused to honor the price I was promised so I cancelled my appointment because I no longer trusted Terminix to treat my home. They did not follow through with what they promised nor did they take any responsibility for their mistakes.

Terminix did a really good job the previous time. I reached out to Terminix to request the same guy who comes all the time. Plus, I also texted him. Scheduling wasn't a problem this time, unlike the time before this. Their tech moved and sprayed everything. I had a particular pest issue and he did what needed to be done. The pests have decreased after they came, however, not completely gone yet. They have to take care of that.

Terminix had sprayed twice for the bed bugs and the result was excellent. They did a bed bug inspection. The tech found nothing so he gave us the go-ahead to move back in. We’ve been living in a tent for almost two months. We culled out our entire house, and after we had taken the initial deal ourselves to vacuum and bomb and spray and burn. We burned all the beds and furniture and then let them come in and do their job. I highly recommend Terminix's service. If at all possible, people should use this service. I know it’s a bit expensive, but if you think about all of the chemicals and stuff that you would go out and buy in the stores to try to rid this problem yourself, in the long run you’re going to spend that and more.

The only thing we have are flies but that’s due to something I do. The whole family came one time so I had to get rid of them and figured out what to do. The people at Terminix are very nice. Terminix came to do an inside and out extermination. I've had much more friendly reps before but now, their people could worked on better professionalism. A rep called to schedule the service and we had very little conversation. The tech who came also did very little conversation and just came in for me to sign the stuff. As a teacher, I like things done step-by-step so I'd like them to explain it if they're doing things.

Terminix did what they were supposed to do last time. It was a part of the quarterly service that I have with them. I wasn't here at the time but their guy called me and I told him to just come over here and check around the outside. And he left the little the bag on the front door showing what he's done. I've been using Terminix for about 10 years now and they're very accommodating when scheduling the service. One time, the guy told me that the way my house was constructed was good because there's no wood near the ground. I have a concrete foundation that's high enough up above the grass. So he hasn't noticed any termites at all. You can usually tell by the little trail of sand they leave when they make entrance into the wood. And he hasn't found that. Everything's been fine.

When the ants had come back in the house, Terminix came out between services. It was five days after I called before they could come out, but that was fine. They're very flexible with scheduling. A few times I've had to change and they’ve scheduled me the next open appointment. They got me in as soon as they could, and I haven’t had any ants back here since. So far, all the technicians have been very polite and they seemed very thorough and know their business. When the gentleman was here for the ants, he noticed that I had some moths that were coming out from the birdseed for my bird and he gave me a trap to catch those moths and helped a lot. The only thing I haven’t liked about them is we had scheduled mosquito service once a month and that was not effective at all. So, I cancelled it.

We had the house sprayed twice for ants and spiders, but the ants won't seem to go away. We sprayed twice, and after every time the guys from Terminix spray, they seemed to get more and more, especially in the house and upstairs. I just wish they would get rid of these ants. Other than that, the guys were great. Scheduling a service is very good plus the guy's that's been coming to our house has been very nice and accommodating. We're in the middle of construction and we had an appointment once with him, and the contractors didn't leave in time and he just rescheduled it on his own. He's been great.
In the past month and a half, we had rats in the attic that were cleaned up by them for a hefty price. I hope the situation is resolved. They said they were going to come out three months after the date of the cleaning and the spraying to check. I'm waiting on that. I haven't gone up to the attic, and I won't go up there to check. But I noticed now we have termites. I've noticed some around the house and I've saved some in the bag so that they can see. There was also one issue with our warranty for the termites. There were three different Terminix guys. The guy that did the rats was supposed to come back, so we can re-sign and renew our warranty, but he never came back to me on that one. Maybe he forgot, or I was supposed to contact him. Besides that, my experience with Terminix was great and I've been with them for over 40 years.

They sent out two technicians, and both were very friendly and were very good at explaining what they were going to do. I would put in a special call for Terminix to come in and they would work around my schedule. Terminix came here three weeks ago and they said they were coming back but they didn't come back. They need to come out here to get rid of these mice. There's one area here in my kitchen where they're going around the traps, and they're not catching them. The technicians have been out here three times for this. My mice problem would slow down and then I’d see them again. The technicians seem like they do what they can but the mice seem smarter than the technicians. The two guys that last came out here seemed like they know what they were doing. Though there was one individual that came out that I wasn't too happy with because he wasn't too concerned. But overall, they're good.

The Terminix gentleman came and checked the house in and out. He was very friendly and cooperative. We do this once a year and we renew our contract. They email me about when they were coming. And if it's not convenient, I call them up and change it. I'm always very happy to find that we don't have any infestation of termites. Being in Florida, with the possibility of termites which is a frightening idea, I'm grateful that I have a company like Terminix to come and make sure that the house is not being damaged in any way - that it's free of termites. And I'll continue to look forward to having them show me and tell me that there are no termites here.

I had just moved into my house and I was just looking for somebody to take care of my yard to make sure to start out good. Scheduling is good and the Terminix rep and technician are great guys. For the most part they did a good job. They burnt a big patch of grass in my yard and I was told there wasn't anything they said they could do to help me with it. So I ended up going out and buying some new grass. And put some new sod down. But other than that my service was worth the investment. And I would recommend them for sure.

Terminix came out for the ants and bed bugs we had. The people that I spoke with over the phone were courteous and non-judgmental. I told the rep what I needed and where I needed to do that. He took over and took care of it. Lance, the technician who came was pleasant, very polite, and helpful. He got rid of everything and I'm well-pleased with it. They stick to it until they get the job done. Overall, they were great people to work with. They came out when they were supposed to and did what they had to do.

I've been with Terminix since this house was built. Recently, I had my house sprayed inside and around the outside because I had a bed bug. I was just making my bed one day and I saw this little bug. I took it next door to my neighbor who knows a lot. He analyzed it and it was a bed bug. I had to check the whole house and Terminix didn't find anywhere else but they sprayed it and they came back a week or two weeks and did the respray. We didn't find anymore and haven't found anything since. So far, I'm bed bug free. Also, the reps were very nice during the scheduling and the technicians were courteous. They did a good job. If they had not, I would have called them back and they would have been happy to do it over.

Terminix comes out every 3 months and they do their service. We have a newer home and I saw a spider inside, and since I didn't want any more to come in, I contacted them and they sent someone out the next day. We made a telephone call to schedule the service and it was fine. The tech was great. He came in, asked exactly where we saw the spider, went to that area and sprayed. Overall, I had a positive experience. I have been with them for over two years and we'll continue to use their service.

We had an overabundance of spiders. When we told Terminix about it, they understood and said that they would be glad to come help us. It worked out well and their tech came when he said he would. My husband was pleased with what he did and we’re getting rid of the spiders, which is nice. We have Terminix for three years now and we’re still having a few strugglers, but the situation is not as bad as it was. Terminix dealt with the issue and we're moving forward. They are professional exterminators.

We've been with Terminix for about 10 years, and everybody has been friendly. They call us for the schedule and if nobody answers the phone, they leave an automatic message on the machine when they're going to come and for us to make sure the dogs are inside if they need to come inside. Larry comes out and does his thing and we've never had any problem. Every once in a while a bug would get in but other than that, Terminix does a good job.

Terminix comes to treat for mosquitos. They’re fantastic because they let me know the time and days that they'll be here. Lance is our rep and he is fabulous. It’s been good since my service with Terminix. We noticed less bugs.

The most recent visit I had from Terminix was part of my service. They normally send out a notification that they're going to service it a particular time and day. And if it doesn't suit me, I call the designated person who takes care of me and he always manages to schedule it at the time it needs to be. They do show up on time and they're very friendly, professional and they get the job done. So far, all pests have been taken care of.

Terminix runs a routine schedule for them to come out and inspect the outside of the home. When I ask, they inspect the inside. They've been very good and the pest activity in our home has lessened quite a bit. The technician who comes 98% of the time is a gentleman named Kareem and he's very professional and very friendly. We enjoy seeing him. We're really happy with their service and with Kareem.

Terminix went out to our home recently to do routine pest control. They sent me an email and a text message beforehand to let me know that it was time for my service. The technician was very professional and he was above and beyond good. He came exactly on time I had a few concerns and he addressed all of them, and the pests were dead after the service.

Terminix really helps with keeping the spiders and spider webs down. We tried a couple of years ago just doing our own thing and spraying and it's just not the same. People from Terminix automatically come and they personally call us when they're coming a day or two beforehand, which is a nice service instead of just a generic call. It's actually the rep who comes to the house and that’s a nice thing that Terminix has, but I don’t know if that will continue. That’s what the young man who used to service us used to do. At one point there was a double charge, so I spoke to him, collected it, and took care of it with the company, so I didn’t need to call and track down a phone number for a Terminix office. I then saw the credit and it was very good, so I really like if they can continue that personal service with the representative who actually works with you as if you have just somebody you're using, but you have a large company behind you.
I first had a problem because I had called in to tell them that we needed our service a little earlier. It was about 10 days earlier than the service that was scheduled for a normal contract. I spoke to somebody and we had some spiders around and ants outside and little teeny ants in the house. That transpired as far as making that appointment and then they didn’t show up. I found out that they hadn’t had someone else do it.
I called two times and that was scrambled around, and ended up ultimately with a very nice new gal who was servicing us, but they didn’t send someone out to call me or anything. When she showed up, she was new. but she was very thorough and did all the different things we needed. I was fine, but initially I had made a call to make an appointment and then they didn’t come and I also didn’t get an email. Somehow they just did not register it properly whoever was taking the call. She told me that when they come in and spray it really is inconvenient and I have to leave the house. She gave me a few of the little ant hotels and I put them out, but I haven’t gotten more yet to put more out. We have seen other ants around, and I will pick up some more of those little fixtures and see if I can eliminate the problems we've had. I told her I'd like to continue having her coming.

My experience was a bad one from the time the guy misdiagnosed the type of termite and then I had to fight for almost 3 months to get the tent on my house at no cost to me after getting the tent put on by another contractor that Terminix contracted to. When they came to remove the tent they also removed all of my battery powered yard tools and now they're giving me a bunch of crap saying they're not responsible when their guys are the one that stole my stuff. Made a police report. One of my neighbors saw and now they're giving me the runaround. To all the read this Never do business with Terminix.

Everything’s good with Terminix and I would recommend them. I get a call, an email, and a text for my quarterly service with them. I like the way they do the scheduling because it gives me my options if I need to change it. I’ve had the same technician since I started, and he’s very friendly, very good, and very informed. I still see silverfish, but they’ve definitely decreased. I'm very satisfied. Terminix is dependable and easy to work with on scheduling.

We’ve been with Terminix since 2007, and we’re very satisfied with all they do. My husband calls them over the phone and schedules them to come over when we go out, and we don’t have any pests once they’re done. They’re fantastic. My husband really appreciates their work, and thinks highly of them.

I have a quarterly service with Terminix. They schedule and then they just text me that it's scheduled for a certain day. And if I need to change it, I could call them. I have the same technician, Angel and he's great. He listens to everything I say, he checks everything out and he's very conscientious. He was just here a few days ago. I wasn't home at the time he came but I got the information texted to me about what he found. I also got the paper in my mailbox of what he found and what was done. I'm just very satisfied with Angel when he works.

I have an ongoing prescheduled quarterly appointment for bugs and spiders. It was previously done by another company and then Terminix took it over. I knew they were going to take over my company, so I was looking into maybe a package deal on the termite inspection and maybe treatment. I requested for an estimate on termite work.
The rep was professional and thorough. He started talking about the termite treatment, but then he went about installation and other items that I did not want to talk about. By the time we finished with everything he had to sell me, it was a $5,000 ticket item that I did not want to get involved with. All I was asking was for termite control. That was an unexpected sales pitch. He did a bit of an overselling job trying to add the installation and other items. He said that some pieces of wood needed to be replaced, which I can understand. But the other aspect of it, as far as the installation and all, I wasn't interested in that at that time. But so far, everything is under control when it comes to the spiders and bugs in the perimeter of the house. They set a time, come in, and do their job.

I've had two outdoor treatments and one indoor. With the weather about to change we'll probably have Terminix come back again for another indoor. Scheduling has been easy and we haven't had any problems. We're so busy and I'm glad they've been able to take care of everything and stay out of my hair. They usually talk to my dad or my husband if they find something. We have a pond in the back and they were concerned that we were going to let mosquitoes grow. But we keep it chlorinated and we keep it moving so that nothing can go in there.
When Terminix first came, we had called them because we had noticed a few small roaches. We live on a creek and the weather had changed. We had noticed that some things were coming in so they went ahead and they treated. We didn't see something again. We went ahead and had them come back after about less than a month. I contacted them and they said, "Absolutely. We'll be right back out." They came back out and they were able to do it within just less than a week. After that it was just the regular quarterly treatment. They come in, do what they're supposed to do and then leave. It's been easy.

I have Terminix for rat exclusion and for termites and I have them come out quarterly. Once, they sent me a note saying that they serviced my property but I was home and I told them the guy never showed up. They're honest people because a man came back and apologized. He had looked at the address wrong and sprayed the wrong house.

We lived in Arizona before so we had pest control constantly because we know where we were living, we have bugs and we very seldom saw anything on the inside. The service help to maintain so that things don’t cross the threshold to get in the house and we had Terminix near to the end of our stay there because our previous pest control service, that we had forever, decided to retire. Afterwards, we moved here to Florida five years ago and we contracted with Terminix to do our termite protection and they've installed the bait system. They also come out every three months to do our pest control but if we notice any other activity, we call them and they come right out within the day. We’ve had them for quite a while and we’ve been very happy with the service. They’ve been a great company all the way around so far.
