I live in Tennessee and my brother lives in Michigan and he got fleas really bad. He has four big dogs and he lets them in. It really got bad because he was in the hospital for a couple of weeks because he has terminal cancer. And the dogs were in the house, so they really went rampant. I contacted Terminix and everybody was very, very nice. The technician sprayed the house because my brother was getting out of the hospital. I wanted them to do the service before my brother came back so he didn’t have to leave. It worked out good because there was no fleas at all afterwards. I ran the vacuum and I cleaned and mopped and I found nothing. I was very, very pleased with Terminix. Doing it long distance, I couldn’t have had any better service.

I have a quarterly service with Terminix. I needed something double checked and they recently came to see what was going on. They do a good job. They come, they do what they say they’re going to do and they're usually on-time. Their technicians seem very professional. They're also very helpful on the phone.

I've had Terminix for the past year, providing service quarterly and sometimes a little bit more. Sometimes I call, if I need them to come and they're not scheduled. And I also have already fixed schedule that they try to come and provide the service. The technicians have been good, courteous, prompt. When they say they're coming, they usually arrive within that time frame. The problem that I was trying to correct was fixed. So far, I'm happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone who would need their service.

I have a re-occurrence of ants, spiders, and termites in the house. I got Terminix and I'm on a pre-schedule where they show up every other month and come in and spray around the house. They let me know they're coming out 3-4 days in advance. I'm home most of the time they come and I let them know that the dogs are in the house and that they can spray the outside. When I'm not home, they leave a note on my door saying that they were there. Since having the services, the pest activity has been very minimum. Everything is going well and the experience has been positive.

Terminix did the job that I needed them to do and I'm pleased with their service. It's something that they schedule every six months. When I initiated the service, their reps asked me what services I needed then told me that they would send someone out to meet with me at my home within a scheduled time, and that’s what happened. Someone came out, looked at the house and it was very nice. I've got the termite treatment which is the stakes that they put down and I don’t have any problem with that because I don’t see any pest in the house. Their technicians were also great and I hardly even knew they were there. They did their job and left and didn’t leave any mess in the yard. The last time they came out and checked, I got an email the day before stating that they were coming and to make sure everything was where they needed it. I would will use them again if I lived in two different homes.

I have been a Terminix customer for a long time and I’m satisfied. That’s why I keep using their service. Getting a hold of them is terrible, but as long as they keep sending Enrique I’m very happy. He's perfect, and he’s the only one I want.

Usually, Terminix solicits for the routine inspection. We also have the termite bond for the year, and we renew that annually. Recently we had an inspection for an enhancement to our policy, to have an exterminator for bugs. The gentleman that did the inspection did a great job. We have some spiders outside area and I've seen some of those dead, so I assume their service works.

I have an annual termite inspection service with Terminix. They schedule and then I call them back when their date is no good. My interaction with the agent at Terminix was fine and everything went well with the tech. He looked around and gave me his report. Then it was time to get rid of the exclusion service because I didn’t need it any longer. There aren't any termites now and things seemed to be going all good.

We had Terminix do something for my husband's mom's house in Tampa. She had an infestation problem so the technicians had to treat and come back several times. The first person that came out was fine. He went around and inside the house and did the treatment. It was not an easy job. He had to vacuum up the roach poop, and spray, and we bleached and cleaned for hours. And then, he wanted to come back in 10 days and set up an appointment. The second guy did a little treatment. And the third time, I guess there were no issues because they just came in, walked around, and left. We weren't there then but just my mother-in-law who is 93 and has dementia. We live about two hours away. So, that part was not a good thing. But the first two times were okay.
Our experience with Terminix has been good, so far. We've been back several times, and I haven't seen any bugs or some ants, and I've been to every nook and cranny of that house myself. We've always been happy with Terminix. We used it in North Carolina and the technician was on time and explained everything about bugs to us. He knew all things about how to prevent and how to keep things clean and we appreciate that. We've been with them for at least 12 years now and we always insisted on the same person. North Carolina Terminix does other things aside from doing bugs and we've been happy with them.

We've been with Terminix for two years and we have scheduled visits every three months. And Francisco is usually the one who comes, and he’s great and always lets me know when he’s going to be here, and if I’m home, he’ll explain everything that he did, and he’s always very thorough. A different person comes if there’s a problem in between scheduled visits, and the next person that’s available comes out. Terminix sometimes call me to confirm the schedule, but I’ll get an email saying that it’s almost time for them to come out, and then I’ll get the notices of what the timeslot is going to be, so if I have issues or something going on that I wanted to talk to Francisco about, then I can make sure I’m going to be here. Working with Terminix has been great and I love them. It’s well worth the money, and it’s great service.

My quarterly contract, where Terminix techs come and check the traps for termites has been setup for a long time. I even pay automatically out of my checking account when they do it. They call to tell me when they're going to head out here, an approximate day or time. They are cordial and very good. When the tech has to move or replace a thing in my landscaping, he leaves me a note in my door that says what he's done.
I had termites swarming in a bathroom. I go to termite conventions so I knew that I needed to take care of it and Terminix seem to have resolved the issue upon the first treatment when I saw it happen. These guys came out did exactly what I thought they should do and then I went ahead an entered into a longer-term agreement, because I happen to live out in the country with a gazillion trees around my house.
Terminix is reasonably priced. I don't have a problem with that for what they give me, and the security they provide to me. The tech has not ever been inappropriate, late, did show up on the days he said or within the range of the time that he was going to. However I have one problem with a deduction, that's because I think they changed their system and needed me to approve it and I might've ignored them, until I got the nastygram, "You Owe this." I go, "I thought this was automatic." But, got that resolved with a phone call, which I could have probably done if I saw what they sent me. So overall I'd recommend them.

When we built our house, our contractor had another business that treats the foundation of houses, and we used them. But, they kept spraying on the wood repeatedly when I didn’t want them to. I finally fired them and hired Terminix. Setting up our service with Terminix has always been easy, and Larry, our service technician is outstanding. I had to follow-up on a cockroach problem that that flared around my sink, and they were all gone after Terminix came out.

The service is fast and the technicians are always polite. Any problems or concerns and they take care of it quickly no waiting. Would recommend them to others for service. I also like how there is no smell afterwards. Very happy with my service at this time.

We had Terminix for a treatment at my rental house because the person who live there said that she saw roaches and bumblebees in the patio. When I scheduled the service, the people I talked to were nice. And when the technicians came, my tenant said that they were good. I would recommend them.

Terminix came out recently to do my bug check. It was a new guy that I hadn't seen before, and he was very nice. I told him we had ants in a couple of places in the house plus as well as the ant hills outside. So he came in and he looked around, then he put some bait traps out. He did a very professional job. I also had cockroaches this year for the first time but they destroyed that real quick. They've also looked at rodents in my attic and they must have solved it 'cause I haven't had any more rodents.
They send me an email to schedule their service and we agree on a date. If I have to change, I'll get online and change the date. If you get bugs the next day, you call and they come back, so they're really good with customer support. I've never had a bad time with Terminix and I've never had a guy I didn't like or care about. I tend to like to have the same person time after time because they know me, I know them and I feel comfortable with them. I had William out here before for years, but he's gone elsewhere now. The guy that came this time, I'd never seen him before and he's a very charming man.
Terminix is more expensive than many of the other bug people you might do business with, but you get what you pay for. My son-in-law has had a bug problem in his house forever and I kept telling him that I've never used anybody but Terminix here in Texas. Now, he has also hired them to do his bugs. I'd recommend them to several people and I've never been disappointed. I pay them once a year to come out and do what they do and for all the various things they do.

I had a problem with subterranean termites coming up through the ground. It was three years ago that I originally found the problem and they come every year without fail. I called up Terminix and scheduling that service was a little weird because they were changing computer systems at the time. So one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing. It also took a little while to get some help, but when they came out, they did good. I must be built on top of an old stump so they had to drill all the way every twelve inches around my house including my cement, and pump a bunch of chemicals down there to kill the subterranean termites.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with Terminix. I have a contact with them and they call me when they're coming out. They make sure that the schedule works for me then they show up when they say they’re going to, so that’s good. They come once a year to check everything out and make sure it’s still going good. In that way, I'm also warrantied. In case something actually happens, they come and fix it for the money I'm giving them on a yearly basis. I also enjoyed the technicians who came out. They were personable, checked everything out really good, and I've been real pleased with that.

I've been with Terminix for seven years. They come on a regular rotation, and I only call them if I happen to need them. Terminix checks the house out and I talk to them a while to make sure everything was okay. About a day or two later, one of their personnel would come out and spray. If I see anything that was more than usual, I'll tell them what I thought about it, and they'll do what they needed to do, which is a pleasant experience with them. Technicians have been great in action, too. They're pleasant to talk to, and I'm satisfied with the service I'm getting from them.

When I first had Terminix, the guy who came in did a good job and he sprayed outside and explained everything to me. But when I had an issue recently with the bugs that were coming in my house, the other guy who came in didn't do a good job. The bugs were trying to sneak up inside and I told him to spray and it lingered the window sides. He didn't even spray anywhere. He just sprayed in the garage and the garage door. I also told him that I saw some spiders coming in, and then they got the spiders. And then I told him I have a newborn baby, and he used to be sprayed and cleaned. But I didn't see him do anything. I don't have a pretty good experience with Terminix. I'm going to cancel them and look for another company.

Our experience with Terminix was great. The little termite guy was awesome and the bug guy was good too. I was really impressed with them. We had a service three weeks ago but I’m still seeing some bug. We have a quarterly service with them but that was my first visit with them. We just started having some problems with the tree bugs. So, I did all the termite stuff and the gutters on the roof. The bugs haven’t come in yet. I guess I need to call Terminix and see when that’s going to happen. The termite guy did such a good job. He’s made it a pleasant experience for us. I’ve noticed a decrease in pest activity in our home. I sprayed inside my house because I have seen other little bugs that I’ve never seen before. So, I think the technician needs to come out and spray one more time.
Furthermore, when I went back to tell my husband everything else they were doing, I couldn’t really explain it all because I didn’t have anything to show him. If they don’t give any paperwork, it’s all on their computer. The services were fine. They also sprayed for something underneath the house and that was an $800 service. They’ve already sent everything out but I can’t quite remember exactly. I could not track to make sure that everything is correct. I don’t have anything to match against to make sure it was the same thing. And I’m getting old and old people don’t use computers. Therefore, I need something that I can go back and look at.

I've been with Terminix for four years now and we have a service with them every 3 months. I usually have the same person. However, I moved so my technician changed, but now it's the same guy all the time prior to two main ones. The last experience we've had with Terminix was a big change. There were special treats for bedbugs in my guest unit. I scheduled for a special service so I called the company and they sent me a salesperson. He was supposed to be the inspector and then he came in and he told me the price. In the beginning, I wasn’t happy about it, but I didn’t have a choice. And then the technician came over and did the job.
When I called the technician before out of time to ask questions, I ended up calling straight to the company. I still don't know my new technician too much. I called him a few days after he did my service to the bedbugs to ask him why they're still here and the stuff that he’d done, and he gave me the answers. I'm still free to call so if I need something directly from the technician, I try to call him and not go through the process with the company and it was billed to the company. He’s been very very nice. It is great customer service. In fact, I recommended them already to a lot of friends.

We have dry wood termites and once a year, I call Terminix if they don’t call me. I call around October or November time to schedule treatment but it has become quite expensive. The tech goes and looks everywhere. One of their techs missed all the termites and I had a lot of termites. I complained about it that he only saw a couple of areas with termites and then the other guy who came to fix it saw them all over. For their recent visit the termite inspection. He went through the whole house-- underneath the house and went into the attic.

I scheduled online, and the salesperson called me the next day. The technician has been here for a couple follow-ups. The first time, I didn’t know what to expect. He walked in not knowing what he was walking into. He was unsure and tentative, but he was very polite and pleasant. After the first visit, I saw a couple of pests at first, then it was quiet for a while. Right before the schedule for follow-up, they started kind of resurfacing. I'd see them every now and then.
He came back for a follow-up. He did spraying and went through it very thoroughly. I had a lot of questions but he tried to tell me what he knows. He sets my mind at ease or else informs me. The biggest problem was in my bedroom. He went back in there and he stayed a long time. I'm a caregiver, and the technician also went to the hospital bed of the the gentleman who lives in the living room. The tech went through all the beddings and checked everything on it. One time, he found something and we bagged it up immediately. He seemed concerned as I am and I was very impressed with him. He's very kind and knowledgeable. It was a good visit.

We’re on an every-three-months schedule with Terminix. The price is great and so is the service. They did something in the yard to supposedly kill the fleas. I haven’t seen any now, and it seems like they took care of them. Technicians are very professional. They make sure that when they come into a room they let people know. At the recent service, the technician let us know when he was coming, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job. However, the representatives on the phone are sometimes a little hard to get a hold of. It’s a long wait time and just says, “We’ll be with you in a minute." I finally get tired, hang up, and call back later. But I recommend Terminix to anybody who wants to try them. They're a great company.

Terminix was here about two weeks ago for my quarterly spraying on the outside as well as down in the basement of my house because for some reason, we had carpenter bees. They got to them, and then they came back, we called them up, and they came back again. I guess the queen was buried someplace up there. And the tech got back to them again, and now bees are gone completely. The things that they spray besides for the carpenter bees are carpenter ants which are outside the house by my deck and they took care of that. And inside the house as the winter comes, sometimes, little critters try to get into the basement of the house. They took care of all of that, put the poison down wherever it had to go. Their reps are very cordial. They try to accommodate your schedule. If they give you a time and it doesn’t work for you, you just say "I can’t make it" and they’ll give you another time. Also if you have a problem, you call them, they come right back. Terminix is good and I'm keeping them.

Terminix has a great product and excellent service. They send me a note telling me that in a few days, somebody is going to show up at certain times for our service. The service guy also calls when he's on his way. For our recent service, he showed up on time, did his thing and asked if there were any other issues. It was very pleasant. That guy always does a good job and it's “serviceman specific”. If it's him, we never had an issue and until he retires, we're great. We've had a couple of problems with ants getting in the house over the years and my wife usually takes care of that. She calls Terminix and the guy comes out within hours and takes care of it.

I thought I had termites. I saw some evidence of that and I haven’t done treatment for 23 years in the house. So I thought that it’s time to do both an inspection and treatments so there’s no surprises. I called Terminix and then just very shortly after that I got scheduled. The fellow came out, did the inspection, explained to me what I he found and what the treatment options are.
I had the treatment done and the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Some of that stuff is not visible to the naked eye. I have to crawl under and investigate and know what they are looking for. I treated Terminix as an insurance policy. I probably spent more money than I should have on this but I'm on the cautious side. So I bit the bullet every 20 years or so and did it. I asked them to come out to do a job and they did what I asked them to do on time. So I rate them highly and they’re very professional. They showed up a little late and at the time I was upset about it. But in retrospect that’s within the margin of error.

We had really bad ants when we moved in, and we haven't had a problem since we've been using Terminix. I paid for the treatment over the course of the year and the same guy comes every time. He's kind of shy, but he's really polite and lets us know that he's here when he shows up, and then, he tells us how long the treatment will be. And he lets us know when he has to eat and when he'd be back. So, it was perfect. I wasn't at home when he came out recently, but he arranged to show up and got here right on time, which is nice for a military family. He did the treatment, was gone in five minutes, and it didn't interrupt our day. I'd absolutely recommend Terminix if people have a need for it.

We used Terminix at our first house for a year before we moved. Their reps usually call me the day before my service to let me know of time and 99 percent of the time, it works out just fine. Everybody has been polite, serviced any needs or questions I had and we had very pleasant conversations. A couple of weeks ago, a gentleman came over and treated our place for ants, which was our main problem. He went around the whole house, inside and out, and sprayed. He took care of the problem that day and it was a very good experience. There's been hardly anything since. Everything’s been good and I'm very happy with the service. We might need to get them back out though as my wife was asking about it.

I've got a service with Terminix for nine years now and they had an inspection out here recently. I had the same technician for a while but not lately. They were both pleasant but the new one is better than the previous one I had. I give them a call when I need to schedule a service and they normally give me a heads up a day before they're coming. Then they come when they're supposed to. It's been a good experience so far.

I have used Terminix for a very long time, and I'm very happy with them. They have great prices, too. I used to live in Virginia where I used Terminix and my experience was great. I live in Florida now, and I wanted to use them again because I really like them and I had some ant problems when I first moved in, so I called them. But unfortunately, I'm renting now and the management company doesn't want to use them for the termites, but I'm still using them for my pest control like for ants and things like that.
The guy who comes out, Alex, is very informative, kind and thorough. I had to call him three times because I kept seeing the ants and I just wanted to make sure that he did all that he could. And he was here within the next day every time. And he was also very good about making sure he didn't put stuff on the ground for the dogs. I have two dogs, so he was very careful to let me make sure the dogs don’t go into that area. And he was very quick, and he didn't stay and linger. He even let me know to give him a call whenever I needed him and he could come out. I was seeing ants in the bathroom and in the kitchen, and I haven't seen them in the past two weeks, so he's definitely done a good job and I'm really happy. There are pests everywhere in Florida and I live in a very "foresty" area, so it's nice not to have to worry about that.

I was going to paint my house and only Terminix has the termite spray compared to the one that I had before. I called their 1-800 number and the first person I spoke to was really nice and gave me all the details. I had to reschedule and that was really easy. When I was ready to get the service, the rep was able to answer all my questions and was really fast. Then the tech guy who came out to my house was also really nice and called to let me know that he was on his way. He was really kind, had listened, gave me all the information, and answered all my questions. Terminix offers a good deal which I was already paying the other service that does not offer the termite spraying. So, after that first service, I stayed with them.

Terminix schedules our service for us and gives us a time. They either email it or call us, and tell us our next scheduled appointment, and we just acknowledge it. Every time they come out, they’re always professional and they do their job. They go around the outside and spray and check and get rid of all the cobwebs. The fellow was here a while ago to do the inside, and he was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Terminix, they’re good and they do a good job.

We have a regular Terminix technician who comes out, Frank **, and he’s terrific. He does our mosquito treatment and our regular quarterly treatments. He does a great job, comes to the door, and speaks to me and tells me what’s going on. However, I bought their package with the termite bait traps and somebody’s supposed to come out quarterly and check them and give me a report and nobody comes out and I have to ask for it. The guy who came out never even gave me any kind of a report on whether there was any activity, which was not satisfactory.
Also, for some reason, Terminix has a policy of sending out their bills which say, “payable on receipt.” I don’t pay my bills when I receive them. I put them into whatever and I pay my bills every month. I'm almost at the max on my credit rating. I pay all my bills on time every month and I pay their bills like I pay every other bill. And then they keep calling me and sending me notices that I am late. I can’t imagine being late 20 days after I get a bill, especially when I have a payment record of having paid regularly.

Terminix had done some work for us a couple of years ago and a guy came out here recently to check if everything's okay. I have a quarterly service with them for five years now though I'd like to do it every four months rather than every three months. But so far, everyone has been nice. They schedule the service and tell me about it beforehand. The reps I spoke to have all been good and to a certain extent, they explained to me what they're spraying for. But after so many years, I just look at things and they spray around. I'm sure that they know what they're doing. I hope they do. I also had a little rat problem, but they seem to have gotten rid of that, and I haven't seen any pest since I had their service.

Terminix is a very good company and they do a very good job for me. I love them. I've been using Terminix for three to four years now and I liked the technician they assigned to me. He did a much more thorough job than the company I had previous to them. But they've put me on a regular rotation and it seems they keep changing the date on me all the time. I have to go back into their website and correct their dates. They move the day around to make it more convenient for the technician.
Now, they're in a mode where they don't assign me the technician that I want, so I have to ask for him. I do it on the website and it's not difficult. They try to get the tech I want but they don't and I usually wind up getting a different one. That means that I have to follow the technician around the yard to make sure he does everything that I want done, which I don't like. They're all thorough but I monitor them to make sure that they do get everything done. We have a lot of varmints and scorpions, and they've kept the scorpions much under control with the service we’re getting. I would recommend Terminix.

I’ve only been a customer for a short time, but Terminix is wonderful and our technician is very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING regarding pests/insects. We live on 10 acres with lots of Oak trees and have so many bugs on our property. We were battling ants in the summer time and they were able to get rid of them very quickly. We also signed up for Termite protection and have had no issues. Highly recommended, the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.

I've had Terminix as our pest control service for six months now and I'm happy with the experience. The techs do as I say. A tech came and sprayed the house and it was fine. The job is done and the pest activity stopped so there are no more ants.

When I first signed up with Terminix, I tried to get the termite treatment. I live in a town housing so the houses are close to each other and they didn't want to do it. Then, when my neighbors got termites, I called Terminix to go and inspect it. The rep went out there and he told me about it. I said, "I tried signing up for it but they told me I couldn't." So I got on the plan and everything's fine after that. Terminix normally emails us and let us know when they’re going to go out. Their tech's pretty good. I live in Arizona and in the summer we get a lot of scorpions and black widows. There are lesser scorpions but I'm still seeing some black widows and when the guy goes out here, he knocks down all the webs in the back and it's fine.

After three attempts at a free inspection to diagnose a pest problem I decided to go with a competitor for a discounted rate. I had a no call no show for the first appointment. The second time an inspector misdiagnosed the problem. Then for the third inspection the person called the wrong number and never showed up. Worried that if the inspection is this challenging treatment will be a nightmare.

I’ve been in this house for about 40 years and Terminix has done a very, very good service. I’m a woodworker and I have a lot of lumber pile under in one corner of the house. 28 years ago, I got termites in the lumber which was put down on the ceiling of the garage, right against the concrete. The technician found it and sprayed it real good. The inspector who I had in the last annual inspection was very, very helpful and very nice. He gave me some pointers and we discussed my lumber and what I had planned. I told him I'd call him when I got it done. I did and he said it was fine. The last two technicians they sent out were exceptionally good. I asked them to inspect what I'd done and they did. They told me I was doing exactly right and gave me a couple other pointers. One time I thought about leaving and thought I might get a better price. However, I decided to stay and I'm well pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terminix has very good reps. Scheduling has been the change that I needed, therefore I’m very comfortable with it. The techs do inside and outside, spray and clean things up a bit as well as take care of the ant hills. They’ve been very effective. I have had no pest activity since their service aside from a fly getting through the screen door, which I take care of with a swatter. Everything was fine and everything else is in normal operation.

I've had quarterly service with Terminix for some ants. It's preventive since it was a brand-new home and the surrounding homes were starting to place their yards in. There was a lot of digging up and we wanted to make sure that nothing would overflow to us. And prior to that, we had spiders and we had been experiencing a lot of ants coming in, but Terminix took care of it very well. Their visits were pre-scheduled and they just call as a reminder when they’re coming out, so it’s very convenient.
Also, their latest visit was great because I got schooled a little. The technician put in a pipe thing in the pantry for the ants and explained that process. He knew what he was talking about. It was a really thorough visit, both by placing all the pesticides and the materials needed to explain how they work. I was very pleased and I learned something. It was interesting and made sense for somebody like me who didn’t know the history of ants and what they do or don’t do. Terminix has been proven to be a great service and very effective all the way around. Their pricing is great, and with the expertise of the technician who came out, I was very satisfied.

The whole experience with Terminix was great including the scheduling of service. I contacted them by phone and the rep told me that she would get somebody out to give an estimate. A rep came and he was nice. He looked at everything and we scheduled my appointment for the visit. They did everything that they said they would do and they came at the time they said they were going to come. Also, they were clean and professional and I haven’t seen a roach since.I already recommended them to another friend.

I had previously used another service and we weren't getting our issue resolved. I looked up Terminix and they had a guarantee, so I wanted to try them and see how good they were. It's been two years since Terminix came out to solve our initial problem about mice. I scheduled with them online and navigating through their website was easy. They came in and nipped the problem in the bud quickly. The technicians were very thorough and they found several places outside that they were able to seal up which was very good. Since then, I haven't seen any mouse inside the house. I was really happy with their service.

I had Terminix come out for bed bugs and so far, the experience has been okay. There was a mix up with scheduling my service. They said that the schedule was changed. However, they still showed up. The scheduling was a little bit off. Their techs were all very nice and professional. They told me exactly what was going on and I knew what to expect. Plus, they gave me a lot of information that made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Terminix.

I just got with Terminix on August 29th of this year, and they've been good. They already came out twice and checked the inside of the house and they said all the termites were gone. They say I have a contract but I didn't sign one with them, so I'm going to clear it up. I had a one-time signing. Also, their tech threw away some stuff that didn't have to be thrown away, but, other than that, they seem like nice people.

I bought a house and we had a lot of critter problems. The raccoons decided to break into my house and live in it. We could hear them and they sounded like demons but it turned out that they were just little raccoons. We got them out, but fleas were jumping up to our knees in the basement, so we had Terminix come out to rid us of them and I’ve never vacuumed so much my whole life. One time, I scheduled online and somebody called back. The tech guy came at the beginning of September, sprayed and gave me his business card. I called his business card and he came on a Saturday, which is great. I had to get outside the house for four hours.
Before the 30 days was up, at the very end of September, we were still seeing a few fleas, so the tech came back at no charge. He was very knowledgeable, super nice and awesome. We were going to sign up for a program but he said if I cancel it early, that would take money at his pocket and I promised I’m going to cancel it early, so I’m not on a program. Terminix was the cheapest for what they offered and it worked out well. They were quick and accommodating.

It’s my first time to be with Terminix, and I’ve been with them for over 30 days. I already paid in advance for the first quarter and it’s a quarterly schedule. The reps and technicians were very nice. They went above and beyond when it came to treating the initial treatment. The pest activity was good at first, however we have some spiders coming back into the garage now. Everything’s good so far except for the part where they haven't followed up with me and that I have to follow up with them instead. I’m not a 100% satisfied but it's still a good job.

The appointments have been made for me and if I need more service or an extra spray around the house, I’d call. Sometimes I’ll call the customer service line. But the most helpful is when I just call the number on my technician's business card and leave him a message on his cell phone, and he’ll come out. I don’t even have to talk to him. I just call him and say I need an extra spray around the house, and he’ll do what he does and leave me a message if I don’t answer my phone, saying he’ll come around. And he sprays around the house. He’s been doing it for a year or so and I know him pretty well now. It’s always been good. He’s always friendly and always helps me out. He’s a good guy and I don’t mind him coming in my house when I’m not there. Terminix is trustworthy.

Gave this company approximately $630.00 for a yearly contract. Received one visit from a "tech" who laid down a couple of mouse glue pads in my garage and walked around the house with a sprayer that looked like Home Defender from Lowe's. I was supposed to get a second appointment in about three month later. Tech never showed but he told Terminix he did, so, they billed me for $159.00. Manager arranged a second visit AGAIN and still no show! Manager did nothing to help - asked for a refund and I am getting nothing but stall tactics. This company is a FRAUD and I am going to take them to court. PLEASE do not waste your money!

Terminix was here for a scheduled visit last time. I had to have one in between because last year, one of my neighbors moved out and there were roaches migrating. I found out about it when I saw roaches outside and talked with the new neighbor. It wasn’t an infestation and Terminix had it eliminated then, but I decided on a getting a plan rather than a one-time treatment.
Their phone operators were pleasant and professional. The techs have been fine as well. With the last one, however, I didn't know what day they were coming. Sometimes my front bell needs to be pressed well or I may not hear it. So the technician might've thought I was not home. There was miscommunication this last go around. It could also be a matter with the Terminix computer. A couple of days before the tech came, the computer dialed my phone and I'm saying, "Hello, hello." And nobody answered. They might had been calling to tell me that the tech was coming. Also, if I get a call from Terminix right now or I call in, they would call me “Rose”, which was the previous owner. It's not a big deal but they may still have her information in there.

I have been using Terminix for at least 10 years and I’ve been happy with them. They do an annual termite inspection and they also do an annual service inside my home. They call in whenever it’s due then they give me a time, and if it's not convenient, they reschedule. Usually, the setup is a recorded message. The techs that came out were all very nice and very courteous. I had trouble with ants two or three summers in a row, and they came, sprayed and took care of the problem. Except for the ants, I haven’t had any pest activity in our home since using their service. Recently, they came and checked the exterior for termites and pests. Terminix is convenient and they do what I ask them to do.

We had some termite damage and now Terminix comes once a quarter. They call or email me to schedule the service. Normally an inspection would take 10 minutes at the most but on the latest visit, the tech took well over 30 minutes. He was very nice and he looked at everything. It was the best inspection we've ever had. We're happy with Terminix.

I called Terminix because I had a bad experience with another company. Terminix came out and the sales guy did the initial visit and went over all the services. He was great and to the point. He told me what I needed and what I didn’t need. So, they came out and did the first service. They came out within the next few days and gave me a nice time slot where it worked my schedule. They closed up all the holes around the perimeter. They did that and then they just attacked everything. It was a really good service. I haven’t seen any ants or spiders, and the mice have disappeared. Terminix is quick and responsive.

Terminix comes periodically and treats our rental as scheduled. They always contact me via email before they come and their technicians are very professional and courteous. I spoke to them when I had the old systems for termites upgraded and when I needed the full treatment, they came and did it. I haven't had any complaints about bugs since working with them.

When Terminix did my bed bugs, they said it was guaranteed. They did not do a good job, but I paid them money. I'm looking for a way to get my money back. I’m still with Terminix and I had to pay my renewal but they have done nothing. They came back and put a mattress on top of the dirty bed. I’m still having a problem, but I don’t want them to come back anymore. I can’t afford that kind of money.

Terminix comes out every year for termite inspection. They call me up and send an email to set up an appointment to come out. I like how they do their scheduling and they were cooperative. The tech guy who came out was very thorough and did an excellent job. Typically, they’re not that thorough. But this guy was detailed and he checked everything to be safe. In fact, I didn’t know what was entailed with their inspections, when they come, park, and reinspect. He told me about those things and did most of it too. He’s also very informative regarding the termite issues and the other pest issues that he offered and checked what other services are made available to me, if I wanted to act upon it. Since the service, I haven’t seen any termites at home. Everything’s been great.

Our service provider, Michael **, is super friendly and professional. We have tried three other providers in the past and changed because we either moved, rates were better, or we weren’t satisfied with the results. I am happy that we tried Terminix because the customer service is great. Calling them is a breeze. It’s like calling a neighbor to tell them you need to reschedule a visit because the kids are home with the flu, and our service provider is very flexible. I would recommend them above all others because they care about their clients’ satisfaction, and will always put your needs first.

I had a rat infestation while I was away and had to toss out all my upholstered furniture, beds and carpet, and it cost me $50,000 to get my house back into shape. I also had rats outside and I had some rat traps, so I called Terminix because I wanted them to check it. We also have a quarterly inspection outside and the other day, we had an appointment with them. They called and told me when they were coming. The rep had a key to the gate, sprayed the backyard, checked outside and all openings were sealed and did not have a rat inside so it was nice. I also had to call them in the past because there were spiders inside the house, but everything was fine. It’s always a pleasure when they’re here because I know they’re doing their job.

There’s a bed bug epidemic in the state of Ohio. It’s one of the worst states for bed bugs and I’m a living proof. It’s hard to get rid of them because you can pick them up anywhere. The first company that I contracted with wasn't too upfront. They did a lot of unnecessary crap that wasn't called for. They performed a heat treatment which I wouldn’t recommend. We got an old house and things shouldn’t be coming apart, but it was what happened. The heels came off on a lot of my shoes, too.
Terminix came when they said they were going to come, and they did what they were going to do. They sprayed chemicals but it didn’t last long. I called them back and they did a follow-up in about two weeks but none happened. Shortly after that, I see some bed bugs. It’s hard to get rid of these creatures. I’ve called Terminix back out again and the guy put a little more of whatever he needed to put. He told me not to go in the bedroom for a couple of hours after. He just did the bedroom. When he first came out, he did the rooms where I sit at. Bed bugs can go where they can get on your body, so they’re not going to be in the kitchen and bathroom. And the other company didn’t tell me that.
I also bought mattress covers from the Terminix guy and asked him if we needed to get rid of the bed but he didn’t think so. I also asked him if they can haul it away and he said that they could. If the bed bugs keep coming back, I’m going to have to get rid of the bed. I’d rather have the bed gone and put the bed bugs out. Right now, I’m waiting to see if the bed bugs come back. So far, I haven’t seen any bed bugs. If I had to call somebody, it would be Terminix.

We have a routine maintenance service with Terminix, and they come every three months for the pest control, which is pretty easy to schedule and get done. We also have an exclusion service and it is always an issue. I tried to call them to schedule the appointments and it never happens. I just keep paying them money but the service is still pending. And there's some lack of communication. But Terminix is good overall.

The tech was very knowledgeable and very professional about what he was doing. He told me what chemicals he used and he said in about three or four days, the ants will go away. However, the ants are still increasing. Terminix came out twice, but I still got ant problem. What may be going on is when he does the treatment, the ants relocate to another place. Other than that, I don’t have a problem with Terminix. The service and the technicians are great. I will recommend them.

I've been using Terminix for 15 years and they come every three months. They call the day before their service. The recorded voice would say that they would be here between 2:00 and 4:00 and that if I have dogs, I make sure they're tied up, and that I don't have to be here when they come. A lot of times, I'm not here when they come and do their service, but when I come back I know that they've done it since they leave a little bill or notice in my mailbox that they've been here. The technicians that came out have all been very nice and professional. They were here a few weeks ago to get rid of the bugs. I see them spray and then my bugs are gone. They're doing very well and I've always been satisfied.

The house had been treated by Terminix previously yet somehow the termites ate a hole through the ceiling which was made of wallboard and hundreds of flying bugs flew around us and woke us up in the middle of the night. I didn’t panic as I didn’t know what it was really, but once I got the light on, I could see that they were coming from the attic area into our living quarter and bedroom. We captured quite a few of them and called Terminix, and they came in a timely manner but subsequently, there was extensive damage found in one wall. Terminix treated the house, but we had another problem later. When we put in some new doors, we found live termites and called Terminix again, and this time, they drilled through some concrete. I still have the policy with them, so we're pleased with what they did.

I've noticed some rodent activity outside the house. Terminix put some traps in the attic and nothing was up there so it was just outside, around the perimeter. They come out once every quarter. They call ahead and I get emails and text and everything ahead of time. Most of the time, the technician comes while my wife and I are at work, but he talks to us on the phone and he's great. We have a lot of faith in him. However, I don't know what I can do about my problem. I had some rodents eat a fuel line on my vehicle a few months back. I was putting out some of those green, black baits around the house and I got a few dead ones out of it, but the baits always seem to disappear. They told me to stop using the baits because that keep them coming back here and I'm not going to control the outside population. Nevertheless, everything is good with Terminix. My experience with them is exactly what I would want.

We signed up with Terminix 11 years ago when we moved in. We've always had a preventive maintenance package and Terminix was here quite often. But I had beehives that popped up so I called them about it and they came right away. And then I recently added the mosquito service as well. I was using Mosquito Squad but since I already had a contract with Terminix, it turned out to be less expensive if I just added the mosquito service to my package instead of having another company doing it. After the mosquito service by Terminix, some of the mosquitoes were not as bad, so it was more effective.
The Terminix staff has always been courteous. They always ask me if I need any additional services and if I need anything inside. I’ve seen different technicians come here and they’ve been awesome. They're really nice and professional. I love that they text us when they’re on their way since I have two dogs, and they’re in the yard very often. When I get a text, I know when to bring the dogs in and I would also know when to let them out immediately so that they can do what they have to do before the lawn is treated. It also gives me a window until the stuff dries or until I can walk them. I would recommend Terminix to others. My experience with them was convenient and effective.

I've had a major ant issue and they came. My son, who is working for them, also came the other day and told me that I can have extra service from Terminix and have the spiderwebs wiped down. We’ve been with Terminix for three years and when it's time for service, they let me know by email. Recently, they did an annual check for the bait stations. Their technician said he would email me the information when he's done and contact me if there's anything significant. He let me know before he left. The pest activity has been okay but I have a pack rat problem that we're still dealing with and they are still eating my patio furniture. I was out of town for three weeks, and the technician mentioned he'll come stop by while I was gone. We live in a guarded community, and I didn't get any entry notifications, so I don't think he stopped by. Also a few years ago, we got hit very hard by termites and I often wonder why they don't do an interior inspection of the house for it when they come and bait the stations. I'm just hoping I don't have any.

Terminix came out and set bait traps for termites around the house. They also put some killer down around a pole barn, as well as put a vapor vinyl wrap under my crawl space. It took them 2 days to finish. Their techs were very courteous and informative. Everything was good. For the initial service, I called them and requested an estimate. They're supposed to come back quarterly to check the bait traps and spray inside. I am just wondering will they contact me or do I need to contact them for the quarterly service.

Terminix comes out once a quarter and they walk around the outside. We paid a year in advance so it's a little bit cheaper. We had one rat that lived in our backyard and they got him. When they schedule a visit, they make a call about a week or two before and say, "We'll be in the area. We need access to the outside of your house." On the day they come, we'd put the doggy door, so our three little mutts don't attack them and bite them on the ankles. They check the rat traps. Afterwards, they'll leave a detailed report of what they did. Sometimes, we're home. Sometimes, we're not. But they do it. When we meet the tech, we talk to him. They ask any concerns, like the last time, it was the hornet's nests that were going up in a couple of places so he said, he already had his roller out to knock them down. When we're not here, he does what he does anyway. We always get the detailed report at the end through email and we're satisfied.

Recently, I had Terminix do an internal and external service. Those were a little more thorough than our usual quarterly service to take down wasp nests and some ants. For scheduling, I waited until my quarterly service was already scheduled and then talked with the technician to adjust the timeline so we could be sure we'd be home.
I've seen quite a few, like five, silverfish in the house but we've generally had a good experience considering that we had the flooding that drove a lot of creatures into our houses and yards that normally wouldn't be there. It's been kinda weird weather also. But I've had some issues in the past with them doing a real haphazard job but they always seem to want to take care of it when I make a complaint, so they're good about following up, at the very least. I'm still using Terminix out of convenience and I would generally recommend them but there's more little mom and pop options that would be more attentive ultimately.

They came out, they tracked the ants and sprayed, and then they set traps in different areas within the kitchen. Then they also went outside and did some spraying. Ever since I had my house, about 18 years ago, I’ve been with Terminix. They would come when I tell them to come. One time, I asked them to come back because they came to spray for termites and then after they left, I saw termites. And then after they sprayed for bugs one time, I saw some roaches and Terminix came back. It’s easy to get them to come back out and they’re able to work with my schedule. I’ve been having the same technician lately and the experience has been good. Though I see spiders every once in a while after the service, they’re pretty few.

This Terminix's tech was assigned this zip code so we see him all the time and every time something new comes up, I would tell him. He's very thorough, nice, professional and perfect. I would want the same person unless he's moving. He was out in our house a few days ago for a routine check up and he did some more things. He set some mouse traps and sprayed some wasp nests so they're finally going away now. I'm on a set schedule but they send me an email and then they call to verify that I get the email. They're really nice and good on the phone. Sometimes I don't talk to them at all if I get an email and I just put on my calendar and then I know the tech is going to show up. The treatment is working but in Colorado, we get some kind of weird critters so that would be out of the tech's control. Terminix has been reliable and knowledgeable.

Termix came to spray recently and they were good. It was a regular service and scheduling with them was easy. Their tech was very good, very friendly and very considerate. He left his phone number so if I have any problems, I could call him and he’d come back, so it was great. He has been the same guy that serviced us for two years. I'm happy with Terminix overall.

We had a problem with ants. It wasn’t getting resolved and we were getting really frustrated with it. Terminix's problem was they weren’t returning my husband's calls when he called to talk to someone about it and get somebody out here. I was trying to go online and do the same thing and it wasn’t working. We got it resolved and now the technician that’s assigned to us is really good. He is fabulous. We seem to have an ant problem around here in our neighborhood because we have a lot of new construction going. It's waking all of them up and they seem to be coming and heading into houses, but the technician comes out within 24 hours. He agrees with me and sprays all around so it’s all been fixed and we’re all good. He’ll come here every day if I want him to.
Terminix should make sure that the customer issues are answered right away. When there's pest running around the house, that’s an area where people tend to get a little concerned and probably more so than normal with anything else. Terminix really needs to be on top of the customer issues if somebody is calling and they're upset. They should respond.

The appt setup was easy. The supervisor arrived on time and was polite. Signed up for the 2 or 3 yr program for mouse control and felt the home would be protected. Mice creep me out, wish they could've started service that day, but no chance. Appt day, tech bates inside, outside and seals cracks in foundation. Set me up for a follow-up two and four week inspection, at which time they would finish the job. Which was putting a seal on garage door and sealing cracks on one interior garage wall. He said they didn't have a seal in stock that would fit my garage door.
I wanted to forget that my $75.00 50 lb planter filled with plants was broken and laying across my walk after he left, it's been there all summer. I didn't see him break it but it's odd. I felt any big box home improvement or hardware store would have a garage door seal and it shouldn't have to take two weeks. It's a two car garage. Two weeks later waiting for the tech it's a no show on call. I called the original tech and he apologized for the mix up and offered up a possible appt on few days later but someone will call and let me know. No call... I call the main#. Rep said, "I'll pass along info. Someone will call..." Still waiting. Oh yes we've been charged and it's been paid. I don't trust they will do a good though job. I have major regrets. Checking to see how we can cancel contract.

I had a roommate who brought the roaches into my home. He was the one who scheduled the appointment and it was easy. So, Terminix came over to do the initial treatment. The technician is a great guy and tells me what he's doing so I'm very satisfied with him. We have a very good rapport. Since the pest service, I’ve noticed that the roaches were decreasing although I see them every once in a while. I can tell if they're dying or active but they're hard to get rid of. Whenever I see roaches more often, I call Terminix to come back but it’s going to take a while to get rid of all of them. I called them back two weeks ago and the technician came.

I had Terminix when I was in Hilton Head, South Carolina. And down there, there were all kinds of bugs but Terminix did a good job. I’ve only lived here for about four months, and I haven’t seen anybody in the neighborhood that’s using a pest control, but I wanted to make sure that the people before me didn’t have bugs. A guy from Terminix comes and sprays and he does a fine job. He was a nice young man and I’ve had him for a year. I saw a couple of worms that looked like they crawled up on my patio and I’m hoping he didn’t kill my worms in my garden. My experience with Terminix has been very good.

Terminix is a fantastic company, they take care of all my needs, and they do exceptionally well. The pest issue had gone down since they started coming out. I've been with them for about a year, and I'm on a schedule with them. The representatives are fantastic on the phone and the technicians are even better. I've had the same guy out three times and he's very kind, thorough, professional and nice.

I have been with Terminix for almost 25 years and each time I scheduled them, they've been fine. Everyone has been pleasant. But when I put the house up for sale, Terminix came by to tell me that I had damage to the rafters. They said that it could be termite damage. I called them and had had them come out. The tech said that it was termite damage. When I called in, they went back to original paperwork to say that this was something that was done when I first bought the house. I've been given the inspection each year and they told me I need to put down coverings on the inside and that would be good, but no one brought this to my attention. No one ever said that this was damaged and needed to be replaced. I would have never known that anything was wrong with the rafters, the base and something else up towards the front of the house until I decided I wanted to sell the house.
The inspections that were supposed to have been done were not done properly. Which means they could not have gone underneath the house and bring this stuff to my attention. I put plastic underneath there. I did what they suggested for me to do when something that was brought to my attention. However, this never was. I asked if they could fix it since the damage was done by termites. They came back to tell me that they went all the way back with the paperwork and that this was done. I can't believe they did this to a faithful customer. I never dropped the contract when my mother sold me the home. We got it treated and I picked it up from there. And I have been keeping that contract all this time.
When I purchase another home, I will not come back to Terminix. I felt like they were trying to wiggle their way out of it. I told them that I didn't have time for them to come back and do another inspection because I was on a deadline. I needed it done and for what I paid for it, I was treated like that. It was a less than a $400 job. It was so unfair. I'm very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had Terminix for years because we live near wooded areas. I wanted to do a safeguard for both houses to make sure we don’t get little pests in the house. Terminix comes out once a month and they always call me and leave a voicemail when they’re coming. I’m hard to get a hold of and they always give a number if I can’t do it or I don’t want them to come that day. I call the number and they reschedule. The technician is very good and very proactive. If he sees something, he tells me if I want to do a treatment. I love as he comes and does the work in the yard. He is fabulous and makes the work easy. I’m pleased with what they’ve done. I stay with Terminix because of our technician and if he ever leaves the company, I’d probably go look for somebody else because Terminix’s price keeps creeping up.

I was having problem with spiders and ants, and I’m still getting them. I’m not seeing the spiders in the house, just outside. I had some ants the other day and the technician from Terminix came and did what he had to do. He sprayed all the piles that they got. But I’ve noticed today that I got some all over the yard. He sprayed last week and I understand it takes a little time to give. This is only the second payment I’ve done. So, it’s the second quarter that they have come.
The technician was helpful and knowledgeable. He called me and kept me informed. Sometimes my schedule is very hectic, but he works with my schedule very well. I’m giving him time right now for the ants and stuff. I'm giving it time for the stuff to work. It has improved, but it’s just a slow process. Nevertheless, I’m satisfied. I’ve had Terminix in the past several years ago and I was not satisfied. Right now, I’m very well satisfied with the man who comes. He’s very nice, very business-like, and I’m happy with the service.

I was having pest control done by the lawn care company before but Terminix called me and said they’d like to come out and do it. They wanted me there on the first visit to be able to go over what they were doing so they scheduled it and they were able to work pretty well around my time. The guy came out, went around the house and sprayed. He seemed pretty knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant.

A gentleman from Terminix came out to do the annual inspection. Somebody usually calls us from the local office to set up the appointment. We had a really great interaction with the same technician for the last like five or six years. He's a very young man, polite and nice. But he did the whole inspection in about 10 minutes and I don't believe for what we're paying you can do an inspection in 10 minutes. He just walked around the rooms and shining his flashlight in corners and said that he didn't see anything. Instead, he said that it's a really nice home and he liked the sofa. I'd rather him to look for termites instead of looking at the sofa. He seems young and inexperienced. We also had a question for him and he said that he'd text or call us.
We haven't seen any sign of any termite activity. We've had it in the past homes before we lived here, so I know what to look for and I'm probably on the lookout just because of having had that experience. We had soft wood or wood shavings in my mom's home in Cincinnati the last time. When we first moved in my mom's house about 10 years ago, she lives here with this and she continued the termite contract. Then somebody came out and then did a whole pitch that we needed to have these pots in the yard where anti-termite liquid would be put in. My mom spend over a thousand dollars to have this all done. Then after one treatment three months later, somebody came out and said that they were no longer using the pots. Since that was no longer a viable option, then why not refund some of the cost for doing it? No one's ever answered that from the local company.
When somebody called recently because our Terminix payment is due for the next year, my husband told them that we're rethinking Terminix and we wanted some answers to our question before we pay for another year. But the rep was just more interested in getting paid than anything and asked my husband to do the payment and they'll fill in the holes that they created.

Terminix recently came out for their annual inspection for the termite bond and so far, everything’s good. The technician called me the day before the scheduled date, on the day itself and when he was on his way, about 30 minutes before he got here. Those reminder calls were perfect. For the scheduling, however, I usually get an email to tell me when they’re coming and I have to call them to reschedule if the schedule doesn't work for me but I’d still get a reminder email with the old date on it. The online stuff is terrible. I went online and changed the schedule like it was said in the email and that didn’t happen even though I had a confirmation on it.
Now the scheduling system is terrible with Terminix. They need to notify their customers like, “Is it a good day?” and not, “I’m coming to your house between 12:00 pm and 5:00 on Tuesday.” And then they try to call and remind me that they’re coming and I'll have to tell the technician, "No," to look it up because it was rescheduled. The technician was very nice on his reminder calls, though. He was there when he’s supposed to. He made our experience very easy and he was also very informative the entire time he was on site.

Terminix comes out here quarterly, and they recently came out for a routine follow-up. It was strange scheduling the services with their 800 number since they weren’t very helpful, but then when it was turned over to the local people, they were very helpful and they came out when I wanted them to. The technician who comes out is perfect. He lives in my local area and he’s really good about being here on time and he knows what he’s doing. I had an ant problem, and I haven’t had any problems since they've been servicing our home.

I appreciate the service that Terminix gives me. We have a problem with ants and mosquitoes so I have a contract with them. Their scheduling works out pretty good for me and I do it by calling on the telephone. They're very reliable by showing up on the time that they say they're coming. There are always professional and nice technicians who come here, so I've never had a problem. And I’ve got to know them pretty good. When they come out and spray, it gets rid of the bugs in our house. I am very satisfied with Terminix.

I had a great experience working with Terminix. We had just bought a new house and needed someone to come in and try to get rid of the bugs. Scheduling with them was hard. I had to make a couple phone calls before they got back to me. However, our service guy was fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They come out every two months and pest activity has been much better since the service. I'd recommend them.

My brother had termites, then he had bed bugs. Terminix got the termites done and now he still got a couple of bedbugs. They want to come back Friday, redo it, and check it out. They did the job real good, but they needed a follow-up so they’re gonna do it Friday and make sure they get them all. However, it’s hard getting an appointment with Terminix. I call and they’re supposed to call us in 24 to 48 hours. But they don’t. So I call back and then they have to call somebody doing the job to get the appointment and I have to get it early enough so I can send my brother a note to tell him to be home if they’re coming. He’d be sitting there waiting, and he’s deaf. If you tell him you’re gonna do something, you better do it. Otherwise, he gets so upset.
It seemed like I wasn’t getting anywhere unless I talked to Cody. He made me two appointments but the last one, this lady made so I'm hoping they keep it. I’m getting so frustrated. I went through a lot. There have been a couple of times that they didn’t show up and they never called. Everything would be okay if they will keep their appointment on Friday.

My house is big and I have too many roaches, so I wanted tenting to solve all the problems. The first Terminix rep who came was a nice person. He gave me his card then he did an inspection. I told him to give me the quotation for tenting, but he took some measurement, told me that he spoke to their sales manager and that he said that I didn’t need the tenting. They offered an alternative and said that I had to give time for it. I was also told that if I was not satisfied, I could cancel their service and I could call them anytime to do that.
I agreed and when their technician came, he laid out his plan which involved spraying. He said that I needed a little cleanliness so I took everything from the shelf and my pantry. I also cleaned out on my own for the eggs in other places. Then the tech sprayed and said it would take two treatments to solve the problem. I waited for more than a week then after cleaning everything, I called Terminix. Their tech came and did a little tube chemical treatment. He didn’t tell what it was and just said it’s a secret.
After the two treatments, the cockroach problem did not subside. When I’m eating, the roaches are already in front of me, so I called for Terminix for the third time. But nobody answered my call and it was only picking recording. I was waiting patiently for 15 minutes, then I put my phone on speaker so I could get my number but their recording just kept on playing. This happened three times so I wasted around 45 minutes. I had the mobile number of the first person who came here and when I called him, he was kind enough and told me that he will take care of my problem. He said he will inform their office about it and that there was something wrong with their answering service. He also said that he’s going to send an email to their office and that somebody would contact me. But still, nobody contacted me.
Ultimately, I was lucky to get somebody and their rep said that somebody would come yesterday between 3:00 to 5:00 to do the treatment. However, nobody showed up, so I called them at 7:00 and it’s the same story. I had no other choice except to cancel my contract with Terminix. Yesterday night, I called my credit card company to cancel my contract and see if I could get a refund of the $105 I paid Terminix because their service didn’t work at all. Also, nobody sent me a copy of my contract by email and they just gave me the contract number. So overall, I had a very bad experience with Terminix and I won’t recommend this company to anybody.

Husband and I are seniors. We had Terminix come out to handle bed bug issue for a cost of $500. We were not informed and did not receive a list of 'to do' instructions prior to the scheduled date, so when the technician showed up and said we needed to remove curtains, all clothes from drawers and closets, and bag everything, we were overwhelmed. The only thing the tech could do was to spray the mattress and go around the baseboards.
The rep that originally came out to do the estimate/inspection, should have explained the work involved prior to the technician's arrival. Because we are seniors well into our 70's, we would need to hire someone to remove curtains/bag all clothes from the closets/etc. and would not have signed for the $500 cost. I called Terminix for at least a partial refund, and received no response back from them. Very disappointed for $500 - lost. We were already Terminix customers having a quarterly technician come out and spray for ants/spiders. I have cancelled that service.

Over five years ago, I saw a rodent in the neighborhood. I got Terminix so I would not have a problem and I haven't had any. I put a couple of pieces of bait boxes and they were always empty when I came back. But the last time, they've been full so that's a plus. I have Terminix on a quarterly schedule and the scheduling works. I get an email then a phone call. A couple of times, I've had to reschedule and it was no problem. For the most recent service, I wasn't home but the tech did what he was supposed to do. Their technician has been very personable and if I have a question, he answers it. He's also given me some information and tips. A couple of times, I also had questions and the reps were able to answer them. The only setback is the price has been going up every year and if it goes up again, I may actually stop the service because I'm retired and on a fixed income.

When I first moved in, Terminix had a lot of advice for me and other things, and got some other stuff I had done. I got it done quickly and they've much kept to their schedules and notified me. I have no complaints at all about Terminix. Last week, they came for a periodic check and it was excellent scheduling the service. They told me when it was going to be and it was in that time. Since the technician didn't have an exact time, she called me up and told me once she was on her way, and arrived not too long after that and did her inspection. An all-around checking outside and everything was done and it was all fine. The waves of beetles that are running in the house can't be stopped from getting in entirely but they die soon after Terminix does their service.

Terminix is excellent. I get quarterly visits from them which they schedule for me. Thye tell me that they’ll be out on a certain date which works out perfect for me. I work when they come, so when they’re here, they just leave in my mailbox what they did. But when I have a problem, I tell them and then, they take care of it. Since we’ve had services from Terminix, the ants in our house have been pretty under control. I would recommend Terminix.

Our annual termite inspection from Terminix went off okay and we also have a quarterly maintenance. Terminix schedules them and then we work out the time. There were some scheduling issues with the termite inspection but we got it straightened out. The guy who comes and does the spraying explains what he’s doing and does a great job. The pest activity has been under control for a long time.

Terminix tells me five days in advance that they’d come for the regular, quarterly pest spray and inspection for ants and roaches. The person who comes out here, Silvio, is wonderful. He calls the day before and confirms the window of time, which is usually two hours. He arrives on time and is very polite and considerate. He leaves everything the way he found it. I’ve got a doggie door that he can barely squish through and he takes off his equipment to get through the door because there’s not enough room for him. He does his job and never complains. He knows I live alone and he’s been coming here for a couple of years. And if Terminix gives raises, he needs to get a raise. A year ago, I had rats on my roof or in the attic and Terminix took care of it. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience with Terminix.

I hired Terminix to get rid of roaches, ants, and spiders. I had them coming out every single week because they said they would do it every week until they get the pest problem under control. They missed one week, never showed up and never begun in the yard until my daughter had to get beaten about it and I had to get beaten about it with them. The tech only did two spots in the front yard. He’s a nice guy but what we needed to be done is not happening.
I called a couple of times and the last time I called, the lady argued with me saying there’s no appointment on the book. But when I called in to make sure I had the time right, there was an appointment. Their automated service told me there was an appointment then that week, nobody showed up. When I called to complain, she was rude to me like I was lying about it. Then she made an appointment for yesterday between three and five so that all of the stuff could get done in the daylight. The tech did not show up until seven and he’s not with kits. I’m not paying Terminix to show up at night so nothing gets done. The problem with the roaches is not getting any better. I hired them for the roaches and the ants that are outside because I have grandkids and they’re getting stung all the time but the tech wasn’t there in the yard, just partially yesterday. So it's been a horrible experience.

There were black ants out by our tree so we called Terminix to take care of it. They come on a routine schedule and they call us when they're coming. In fact, they came out to spray not long ago. Their customer service and technicians have all been good. Terminix is a dependable company and everything's been good so far.

I've killed three big water bugs in the house that appeared in three days two or three weeks ago, I called the 800 number and scheduled my appointment because I needed to have an additional service when they called and it wasn't any problem. I was having a lot of spiders in my den downstairs and it has gotten better. I'll call them if I see something. Whatever they're using is doing a good job.
I've been with Terminix for almost 12 years. For a while, I was getting bad service through the technician and dealing with the local office. I complained and complained because I wasn't getting good service by paying my quarterly fees. They didn't like it and the technician didn't like it, but it was my priority to complain because I was paying. They were getting their money on time, but I wasn't getting my service the way I should. The technician would come out, he would have an attitude, and I would tell him about it. I called and told Terminix, "If this technician's got to come in my house, the attitude keeps on with him here. I'm not going to pay anybody to come into my house with an attitude or doing half the service." In the summertime, the technician used to come doing service, but she would leave my basement door with bugs flying in and air going out. I don't understand why she continues to do that.
I had problems getting in touch with managers. They wouldn't even return my call. The manager sent a technician around it. I was told by a technician that the manager was limited to return a call out. They returned call four years ago, but I was calling and trying to talk to them in the last couple of years and they haven't returned my calls. I cannot get in touch with the local office. If I called the local office number it will automatically connect to the customer service number and it's crazy. The local office is only a five or 10-minute drive at the most for me. It's less than five miles from where I live. I used to call the local number and I was connected to the local office. But in the last couple of years when I call the local number I'm connected to the customer service number.
I've referred a couple of relatives to Terminix and they were calling and telling me that Terminix is giving them a bad service. I was like, "I'm sorry, I hate that I referred you to some bad service." But it has gotten a bit better on my end. The technician came yesterday and she had gotten better. I just called about a complaint that we put in. We used to go head to head because of the service that I was getting. My wife would ask me all the time, "Are you okay with us staying with Terminix? I'm tired of paying $100 every three months and our service is awful," and I tell her it's getting better.
I cancelled my plan at one time and my wife told me to come back because we had a termite bomb and a mouse hole. But three or four years ago, I would not be as nice with them as I am now. Customers should be paying the full premium if they had good service. But if the company is not giving people good service, they should not be paying the full price. If a customer is calling and complaining about how their service is not that good or up to par, that should be something that they should do to satisfy the customer. They shouldn't make it feel like the customer is paying and paying out of pocket.

We got Terminix for preventative maintenance and we have every three months service with them. So far, everything's fine. But once in a while, we get roaches, maybe because it's an old building. Scheduling a service with them has been excellent. However, getting a hold of them is a little tedious. But it's fine because they are a big company unlike getting a hold of a small company, which is hard. We gave the contract to somebody and then he passed away, and it's difficult. But with a big corporation like Terminix, they always have another person who comes when one person goes. And, the person who comes to do the job is very professional, courteous, and does the job fast and good.

We’ve had a good experience with Terminix over the last several years. It’s a bit expensive but worth it to get the service that we did. I’ve had three contracts with them. One of them is the termite protection, one is the mosquito service, as well as the regular pest service. And each of them has been very good about giving us a heads up as to when they’re coming and when they shouldn’t. They set up a schedule for each based on what they’re doing. They ask us if a certain time is good and we let them know whether it is good or not, usually by electronic means.
We have some pests like fruit flies and other things that we have issues with. But if there’s anything that gets inside the house, it may get in but it doesn’t last very long. We usually find things that are dead inside the house but there’s very little of that. If we find anything that’s out of the ordinary, we give Terminix a call and they come and redo what they have to at no further expense. The people that we deal with and the folks that have been here to do what they do have been extremely conscious of customer support. That’s the biggest thing and that's what makes the company.

I like the friendly people who came out here and I know that they're thorough and I'm confident that I have exactly what I need them to do. I've never had a bad experience with their service. I've been a customer for years and years. Now, I had to call them back because I saw one roach and Red came out. I'd known him for years and we were happy to see each other. He sprayed and I have had very little bug activity. I'd seen one more bug since then and I haven't called about that. I thought I'd wait a little bit to make sure that was just another leftover from somewhere. Red comes every three months and if I need him, then I'd call him to come back. I also have Terminix come at inspection. So I'm extremely happy with Terminix.

My wife decided to go with Terminix when the home was bought and we’ve been very happy with them and stayed with them. The technician named Michael does a terrific job. He comes in and always lets me know when he’ll be here and also lets me know when he arrives. He would give us plenty of warning, that we need to have gates open and things like that. We do that and just before he comes, he will text and say he's on my way or he'll be here in an hour. He does the service and then lets me know when it’s finished. I’m typically not home, but he does a great job.
He also tells us if there are problems that he’s found or anything that we need to be aware of. We really appreciate him. We live in the south where primarily, the pest situation would be water bugs or roaches and they’re the big type. Since the service, we haven’t had any. We've also had the termite protection as well and we haven’t had any problem. However, the price kept going up and it seemed a little high. I called and they lowered the price a little bit, which we were very happy with.

I’m very pleased with Terminix and they’ve been all wonderful. Somebody answered when I called them at 1:00 in the morning. The first guy who came out was professional and excellent. He wrote up everything from the start. He had somebody come out here as soon as possible. Then, the exterminator who sets the traps came and he was an excellent guy as well. He came back again to check the traps and told me to call back after two months so he could check it again as it might change when it gets cold outside. I haven’t seen any mice since then and everything has been great.

We just purchased a home and when we evaluated it, it has termites so I asked a family member and he said that he had really proven Terminix for his home. I got the service from Terminix, too. Scheduling with them went well and their reps were really helpful. Also, the tech who came was good. I’m happy with the services from Terminix and how we were able to finance the amount. I’ve been having a really bad problem with ants. I've been inundated with ants like they're coming out of the sky. They attack our house. My cat would drop a piece of food and in five minutes the ants will be on it, dragging it back to the side of the house. I blame it on the rain because most ants seem to live in the trees and outside and after the hurricane, they ran inside to hide. Scheduling with Terminix is not difficult at all. They're friendly people. I call a girl and she would set me up within a time period. They would give me a representative and then the rep would have somebody out within three days. They sent a girl out and she did a really nice job.
Before that, a boy, Corman, came out and prior to that we had a guy named Boyle. I like Boyle. He was great. He explained everything about the bugs and what happens. It was a pleasure talking to the guy because where I come from, Pennsylvania, most of the time the ants are frozen in the ground. Terminix was just out last week and the girl said to let 10 days go by to see if there's any more problem.
Terminix is really very informative. They told me to get through a molten process in the one poison, what it does and what the other poisons do. The one poison will kill them, the other goes back in the nest and they die over a period of time. So we're holding off for the 10 days to see if they die out and if I see ants, I'll call them again and see when they can reschedule. The ant activity is really way down right now, though. My wife had a couple of ants on her computer and that was it. We just rubbed them out. I've seen one or two, but it wasn’t like drop a crumb and have 500 little ants come through underneath the baseboard like it was. Terminix has been great to me.

This is our first year with Terminix. Scheduling was easy and they also notified me when they were coming which is very helpful. The Terminix guy came and did his job. Since it’s fall, bugs are trying to get in but anything that we see is dead. Terminix comes and does their job and we don’t have bugs. I’m perfectly satisfied.

I recently sent Terminix an e-mail. Saturday, November 04, 2017, I received an e-mail from Terminix Social Team, to post my experience on Google. The following message is what I sent to Terminix. "I received my service on October 20, 2017 and paid the $72.00, check number ** for the Exterior General Pest Control. Saturday, October 28, 2017, I get a statement, Total Due $72.00. This is the same thing that happened before when I paid for services the day it is done. It would be great if you would get some communication with the office here when payments are made. It also is very helpful for us on a fixed income to save on stamps to mail payment to you. I really do not want to change my service to a local company."

We had good service with Terminix in their first and second visits but we still had the problem, so we did a third appointment. They wanted to go to my house on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and we waited for the guy for a few hours. We had plans, rented a hotel to spend the day over and had to leave the house for at least six hours, but he never showed up so we just lost money there. We called several times and talked to different people, and they said that my appointment was cancelled by mistake and that a supervisor would call me, but they haven't me yet. This was the first time it happened to me. However, we had to keep doing it because I already paid for the service. So I want everything done.

Late summer, we were troubled with yellow jackets entering inside the house and attacking my family members. I used a number of sprays every day, sometimes, 4-5 times daily, outside at their entry areas. It would slow down for a short period of time after the spraying, then, the situation would be the same as before. Finally, I called Terminix. They were very prompt to respond and sprayed on the outer wall. The result was dramatic. However, by then, there were a number of bees were already inside. I called Terminix a second time to spray inside the troubled area. They came and sprayed inside. Since then, we are free of yellow jackets attacking us inside the house. Both times, Terminix employees were courteous and sympathetic to the issues. I would definitely call them back with any future pest issues. Based on my experiences I will not hesitate to recommend Terminix to others having similar issues.

Our experience with Terminix has always been fine. They treated our house years ago and we've kept a preventive contract with them. We've been with Terminix for quite a while and we've had the same guy for the past 3 years. He's been great. Terminix is professional, but they have a tendency to send technicians out for their yearly inspections without letting us know ahead of time. They just show up last minute.

Terminix technicians were friendly and they always come in and check what's going on if there are any issues, and then they spray and they go afterward. Their service has always been quick and easy which occurs every three months. There are no termites and ants, however, we have the distinct bugs which nothing could be done, spiders which always built the webs and the regular mice which was seasonal. But other than that, everything is good. Terminix is a house protection and I would definitely recommend them.

Terminix recently came and did their normal routine visit where they sprayed inside and outside the house. We are set up for a quarterly visit and scheduling was very easy. I always get an email and then if I need to change the date, it's really easy to do it online. The reps on the phone were very helpful and easy to get ahold of. I like the technician and he's the same one every time. He is really easy to get along with and he does whatever I ask him to.
When we had a problem with gnats and fruit flies, their tech came out and helped us with it. He didn't spray for it but he gave us some things to put them out. We also discovered a rodent problem in the attic, and Terminix came out and took care of it as well. We've always been really satisfied with them and they seem to be really fair in their charges and with their yearly maintenance thing. We use them also at our condo in Austin and they're really good there, too. They helped us when we first moved in because the condo had roaches. They did all the stuff necessary to get rid of them, and we haven't had any problems since they took care of it. They have been our pest control service for so long, and we're very happy with them. They have done a great job over the years and as long as they're around, we'll stick with them.

Back in 1981, I was not happy with the company I used because of the cost. They were spraying every month so I was paying them every month. Terminix was less at that time and when I called them, I found out the difference and that I was really overpaying with the other company. If they had to spray every month, then it wasn’t a good product.
I've had a very positive experience with Terminix and they've been very receptive. I don’t have any complaints now, even though their price has gone up. Their technicians come four times a year to spray for bugs. If the schedule is a time that’s not convenient for me, I just call them and they reschedule. If I need the technicians to spray inside the house, they do so. Whatever I ask them to do, they do. There was a time when I had some damage to the roof and the technician saw it and he recommended someone. They came out and fixed it in a day. I paid for it and was satisfied. I also had Terminix come once to do gophers but I wasn’t happy with what happened with them so I stopped that.

Terminix comes here once a quarter for pest control, and they call me to tell me that they’d scheduled. The reps whom I spoke with were very helpful and nice, and the technician who comes does his job and does a bit more. Terminix came recently to do their every three months inspection. They contacted me and let me know when they would come by leaving a message on the phone. Their tech’s name was Larry and he is just awesome. Anything that I have, any questions I ask him, he answers them. I just wish he gets some credit because he’s excellent when he comes out to my house. I've had other pest controls come out to my place and I've never had anyone that was that much into his job like he is. I couldn’t ask for a better person to come out to the house and I'd recommend him to anybody. Terminix took care of all my pest problems and I would use their tech continuously.

Terminix recently came and did a routine check. They called me to tell me that they were coming and worked with my schedule, so that was easy. The technician was good and very helpful. If I tell him, “Oh, we need this", he would do it. There are not that much pest activities anymore, so it’s been getting good. We used to have a big infestation but they have diminished a lot. Probably on the next time they’d come, the pests will be no more. Every time we called, they were very helpful and friendly. We have a good experience with Terminix.

We've had cicada killers for a couple of summers and Terminix said that there's nothing they could do to stop them. I wish they could. The insects are not particularly aggressive, so you don't usually get stung, but it's just a more annoying kind of a bee or something that looks like a wasp. But Terminix came when we had bees in the cable TV box outside. We tried to see if there was a beekeeper that would come and get them but beekeepers would not come voluntarily to get them. They wanted us to pay several hundred dollars for them to come out and collect the bees. So, we ended up having Terminix come get rid of the bees. They did it that same day and did a very good job.
Terminix comes twice a year and one of them is for the inside of the house. We have to be here for that since there are some spots that they have to remove the grill and look in behind the bathtub and the shower to make sure there are no termites. They set up a schedule then they send something saying they're going to come on a particular date. If that does not work, I have to notify them to change it and as far as I know, there has been no difficulty in rescheduling. They've always been friendly and we've never had any problem with any of them being discourteous. We are here two-thirds of the time when they do the outside. If not, we make sure there are no pets in the backyard and the gates are unlocked. My wife had an several years ago but she renegotiated with them and they ultimately reached the satisfactory conclusion. So we've been satisfied with our experience.

Terminix came twice, in August and in September. On the first one, I told them if they could get here earlier, it'd be great because I had bugs I wanted to get rid of. I was first expecting a call but a guy showed up at 7:30 the night before our schedule when our doors were closed. We had a schedule for the following day between 3:00 and 5:00. My husband told him to spray outside because he was here but we were all upset that he came late. Then the little white bugs didn't go away so I had to call back and this time, they came back out at the scheduled time. We had these little white things and the technicians figured where they were which was under the dishwasher. They're not there anymore though.
Terminix does a good job and their technicians are great. I had one guy come out here who was young but terrific. He told me we had some ants and exactly what was going on about my house. He told me every little thing that was wrong and I loved that. Also, I enjoyed talking to the people at Terminix. The lady on the phone was very patient and kind. I talked to her yesterday and paid the bill. The only thing was Terminix should call before the technicians come especially if they're coming after 5:00.

Terminix came here to do treatment on mosquitoes three weeks ago. It's a monthly treatment and I only scheduled the first one and everything else was scheduled automatically. The last technician was really great. I didn’t see a lot of improvement after the first treatment but it seems to be better now on this second-month treatment although I don’t know exactly if it is because of the treatment or just because the temperature dropped dramatically. Nonetheless, everything was wonderful so far and it was simple to get through.

I have a contract with Terminix where they come every three months to spray. I've been with them for 5 years and I see fewer spiders and things like that around my house. Terminix usually calls and tells me when they're going to be here and since they just spray the outside and don't come in, I don't have to be here. I called a couple of months ago since they increased my bill a little bit. They reduced it back down to the amount I've always paid. I've always been very pleased with the service, and I’d recommend them.

We've called them back twice for ants on the deck but for inside the house, we only needed them once. Their billing process is a little confusing though. I pay on a monthly basis, but then get billed for the service. I don't understand that, but I'm sure I can clear it up.

We had a bunch of little mice in our home. I called Terminix and I had no problems in scheduling the service. They called me and told me they were coming. Sylva, the tech who came over, was very pleasant and he went around in the house. The house is good now and we don’t have any mice here anymore. He took pretty good care of that. It's a little expensive for the inspection but I had a very good experience with Terminix.

Terminix took over SafeShield and they came out and did what would’ve normally been SafeShield’s quarterly treatment. The technician was great. He was very friendly, professional and kind. He looked me in the eye and told me everything is going to be the same. He was a good guy, and I had a positive experience. This time of the year, there are spiders outside and Terminix nipped the problem that we were having in the bud.

They are the ones who schedule the service so it's all right with me. I also get the same technicians for the termites and another for the bugs every quite a while and they're very talkative with me. It's expensive but they do all right and I recommend Terminix to anybody.

Terminix comes for a regular visit. I asked when they came if they would check the inside because sometimes after heavy rains we'll see those big water bugs. So their tech sprayed in the kitchen. Whenever we ask them for particular concerns when they are coming they always pay attention to us. The technician that we have, if he has what we need with him, would just go and get it and come back and do that while we're here. They have always been thorough. If we have any questions they answer. And if we're not here and we want to ask about something we can call. Their reps are accommodating. I'm satisfied this company and I would recommend them.

It’s been about a month since our last service call with Terminix. They normally schedule their service to my house every three months. I had another account for my business which was a once a month service, but I canceled because I didn’t need it anymore. I’ve spoken to the tech who came and asked him to look into the matter that’s happening. There are a few more spiders in the house, so he made a recommendation. Terminix has their ups and downs, but I’m hoping that it's going to go well.

When we bought a house, we decided to get Terminix as a preventive service to make sure that there were no termites or anything like that. We have ants during the summer time but that is a normal thing and we had gone ahead and sprayed for it when we first bought the house anyway. I have their people come do it every quarter and scheduling our service was good. Their reps were lenient with understanding my schedule and worked around it. While I was still in classes, one guy technician showed up to spray. I tried to make it here early and I was grateful that he figured out a way of how to get in and do it. He also texted me before he got here and after he was done. It was a great service.

Terminix came out for the annual inspection for termites, the monthly spraying and for the little roof. Their technicians were very nice, helpful and they saw the bugs that needed to be taken care of. The one we had last was fine and I called him back because I saw a little mice running around. It was easy scheduling such service. They had to reschedule and they met my needs. Since having Terminix, I haven't had seen any of the rodents that were here. They did a very good job and they continue to do good work. They're great.

I was at my daughter's house that was half a mile from where we live when a Terminix person going door to door came to her house. I told him that I needed some help with ants. He gave me his cell phone number and we met him on the road and we made a schedule. I signed up for the year and it'll be renewed at the same price and then, after that, they can change the price. But, I'm going to stick with them. Their service has been excellent. They were very professional and helpful and the products they use are relatively safe. The technician came to the house and sprayed outside. He was very friendly and professional and it was like he was a neighbor.

My experience with Terminix has been really good. The company always calls me and let me know they're on their way and I appreciate that. They always come to my door and let me know they're here, and they ask if there's anything specific that needs to be done. They're very knowledgeable and efficient but they're very polite and caring. I was having a problem with mice, and the tech put a couple little boxes outside and the mice are going into them. And the time before when he was here, he told me he had five mice in the box. And I like that since the service, they're not getting in the house anymore. All in all, the technicians and customer service representatives were all extremely polite and courteous. Terminix does a great job, and I'm very pleased and impressed.

The service of Terminix has always been good. It’s been a routine and they let us know if they’ll come out for the quarterly treatment. They come to my two clinics and come once a month to my office. They either send me a text or email but they’ll work around my schedule because sometimes the schedule doesn’t fit me. The technician has been good about it. He's been doing this for years and even before he was with Terminix. He knows everybody at the clinics and they’ve known him for years. He goes, does his business and does a good job. If there's a problem with anything, I'll tell him and he'll address it when he comes. The company is no better than the people that work for them and the technician is probably the main reason that I stay with Terminix.

One of our family members had had Terminix and they recommended it. The lady who came and presented it to us was excellent. The tech who came was a young lady. She sprayed around the outside of the house and did her job well. She was very nice and professional, and my experience was very good. The only problem is, I got two months of bills in the mail. The last time I called about it, I was told that somebody had registered it in the wrong place. So they were billing me when they shouldn’t have been billing me. The response was immediate, though. I just told them what was going on and they checked it and said that’s what the problem was.

We were having issues with mice. I have an old house and I had a cellar where there was less after a flood that night. I hired some of those guys that do hoarders and they took everything out. Right after we cleaned everything out, I started seeing mice and they all came upstairs. They were in my dresser drawer and it was awful. Somebody told me that mice don’t like mothballs. So, I put mothballs in a big circle around my bed and I didn’t sleep for two nights as I was afraid they’d run up on my bed.
I called Terminix and the reps were really friendly. An inspector came out the next day and then scheduled me for an extermination. The guy from Terminix said it was so bad. He was so nice as he didn’t put any trap in my room but instead, he put all the traps out. He told me to close my door and keep those mothballs as I have to get a good night sleep.
They were professional and prompt so it was all good. The guy came back twice and reset the traps for me. When they went off, I called him. All the traps went off within two days and he had to come. He cleaned them up for me. And then set new traps because some of them were really squishy. I haven’t seen mice in a week. But the mice came back while I was on vacation. I saw a bit of evidence that there was one mouse in the kitchen but it wasn’t like before. The Terminix guys are coming today for that. Overall, my experience with Terminix was nice and they were very thoughtful.

We had Sears many years ago and Terminix bought the pest control service from them. We had another house in Alabama that we used Terminix for and the technician that we had there was an older gentleman that had been our technician here. He lived in Alabama and he would do our service there on his way home so he was kind of off the clock. He retired and now our regular guy is Greg. He is wonderful and we've had him for a long time. But recently we've had some different people do different services and they've all been very good. The most recent experience we had with Terminix was our regular pest control and mosquito service. Scheduling the service was very easy. They usually do it then they call us to confirm that it's okay. For a while, we were having an issue with our termite service being billed incorrectly but they straightened that out. Terminix people are professional, courteous and attentive. We wouldn't consider using anyone else.

I have a contract with Terminix and they come out every three months to spray for insects. I had their services last month and it was good. The tech they sent out was excellent. He’s wonderful and friendly, and wherever I tell him I'm having a problem, he will see it to it that it's sprayed there and things are taken care of. The service does pretty good for about 60 days before I start seeing the little critters again. But, usually, by that time, it's pretty close to another service. The only thing I hate is that the fees keep going up every year. But, the Terminix people are pretty prompt. If they call and say they're going to be there on a certain date and time, they're usually correct about that. I have recommended Terminix to a neighbor of mine.

I've had Terminix for years and I’m very satisfied. They come out every two or three months and they call me a few days before they show up and get the service done. The tech always comes at the door and I let him go ahead and do the back. He would come inside the house if I need him to. Now, I hardly have any pest activity.

We've had Jim as our Terminix tech for a couple of years now and he knows what to do. He's on time and we unlock the doors for him and he does the garage, the house and the basement, and let's us know of anything that we need to know about. He knows our names and we're on first name basis. And if we have any problems, we call him and he takes care of it. When we had a little bee episode this summer, he came out and zapped them. Our experience with Terminix is wonderful and we've been using them for close to 20 years now. The pests are few and far between since having their services.

I was seeing carpenter ants. I called Terminix and they had somebody come out a few days later. The gentleman who came out was professional and did a nice job. I haven’t seen any other carpenter ants since he came. Terminix gets the job done.

It has been almost a couple of months ago when Terminix came out and sprayed for outside bugs. I see bugs at the house every now and then, but Terminix has always maintained the bugs' activity to my satisfaction. They are the ones who schedule the service and generally, I don't have to be here. I’ve been getting the same techs for quite awhile, one for the termites and one for the bugs. They are very talkative but they do all right. I’d recommend Terminix to anybody. They do what they say they’re going to do. It’s expensive but everything in this world now is expensive so you have to go with the flow.

Terminix recently made their regular checkup and everything went fine. We had no problem with the schedule and now, we don’t have pests. However, we’re going to cancel the contract because my husband and I are both 91 and we don’t know how long we’re going to be here in our house so, we’re winging it.

We had termites and we thought it was old wood rot from the water. When the carpenter started tearing it apart and put new ones there, he noticed that some of the boards looked like they had termites on them. So we called Schendel and they came out and inspected it. They confirmed they were termites but they said that most of them were already dead. But you never know about the new ones and since I didn’t want any, we went ahead, dug all the holes and put all that stuff in. When they came out to schedule the digging for the holes, they explained everything to us. They told us what will happen and how many zones that they were going to put in around the house. Once a year, the techs said they’d come to check and redo them. I presume the termites are all dead and gone now because that’s what that stuff’s for. I haven't seen any termite activity and the tech said that the traps were full when he replaced them and nobody was bothering them.
Everything’s automatic with our service and they send us a little letter telling us when they’re going to be out here. They’re hooked up to my credit card and they just charge it. We also have Schendel come and spray the inside of our house for spiders and ants every two months. Their reps are on time and good. The tech, Patrick, comes in here and puts covers on his shoes, then he goes around, inspects all around the place, and sprays. He also puts some chemical down to keep the bugs from coming in outside around the perimeter.
But the termite guy does all his work outside and we don't watch him do his job. Recently, we were out of town when he came to refill the traps. The letter informing us about the appointment was in the mail and when we got back home, our neighbor had our mail in the garage, I read it and learned that the guy was here. He also left a nice note telling us about his visit, what he did and what was going on. Everything’s been great. They are very polite, very knowledgeable and we have a good relationship.

Terminix usually comes out and does the termite inspection. And when I scheduled a service with them, it was fine and pleasant. They were efficient, too, and then, they got back to me after they completed the service. I am satisfied so far.

It was very easy when scheduling the service with Terminix. I called on two occasions and both people were very knowledgeable about their services. The techs that came out were friendly, courteous and helpful and did an initial spray. It was more preventative and it has been good. We haven’t seen bugs. I would recommend Terminix.

I was very despondent before I first started with Terminix because I had an infestation. I live on a ranch where cockroaches and water bugs love to be. When I started with Terminix up until now, the pest activity became lesser to none, which is a miracle and a major deal for me. They have almost fixed the problem completely. It’s always easy to schedule our service with Terminix, and their representatives have always been helpful. They usually make the initial contact and then we just call back and forth to make sure. They’re very good at communicating and letting me know when my appointments are coming up. I know the technicians by name and it is a good thing. They’re wonderful people, and they take the time to educate me as well as in doing what they’re supposed to do. They take care of the problem, and I like that they always let me know what’s going on and they take the time to explain if I don’t understand it.

I have an issue with rodents under the crawlspace of my house and the ground squirrels have chewed the wiring on my air conditioner. This started about six weeks ago. I had a Terminix tech come look at the house and he told me that they would do an exclusion, seal all the vents and grooves, get under the house and catch the rodents. He also told me that they would seal them out and put the stuff down around the perimeter to keep them from coming back. He said they want to charge me $1,800 for it and I agreed at the time because I thought they were going to do a lot of stuff. But the long and short of it is that it's been an ordeal since then.
After the first tech, a couple of guys came back. They were there for about an hour and 20 minutes, left, and were supposed to come back in a week and check traps but I didn't see anybody again for three weeks after I finally kept calling them and I got a manager. The tech came back with two other guys and I told him I wasn't happy. They walked around, did a few things and said they would send a guy back if I continued to have the problem. He also said that they couldn’t guarantee that they could get rid of the ground squirrels. But that’s why I called Terminix and the guy in the beginning said they could.
I clogged some holes that I found myself that were on the side of the house and I still have one or two that are going under my house now. Terminix have put out some sticky traps under the house and they've only been back one time in five or six weeks to check them. I have both their cell numbers and I called and left messages but I never got a callback. I also called the technician and got no answer so, I sent a text and asked him when he was coming. He told me they should do a perimeter spray pest control in our house. I have some bugs that have showed up in the house, house millipedes, a couple of cockroaches and some ants. The tech said he'll send somebody over the first of next week to get that sprayed and give us a treatment outside. That was at least two weeks ago now since they were there so I'm really not happy at all.
So I have not been satisfied with Terminix and I haven't paid for their service. I'm not going to pay it, certainly not the full amount, until we get a decision and be through with it. I tried several times to get a hold of the local people but every time I called the number, it went to the national. I was also trying to get a hold of a manager to see if they'd come back and remedy the problem but to no avail. At this point, I'm ready to pay them something and be through with it. I want to get a reduced fee and end our transaction if they're not going to assure me that they can get rid of the ground squirrels under the house.

Terminix came about a month ago and everything went fine. Scheduling service with them was not hard at all and the reps were very polite. Also, the techs were very polite and friendly. I found some fleas a couple of weeks ago, one in the bathroom and one in my living room so it could be the time for them to come back again.

Terminix comes regularly and spray for roaches, and it's been good. I've also been having mouse problems. The reps I've talked to on the phone were friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians have been very good, polite and helpful. I like that I know when they're coming through text messages. I'm very pleased.

We’ve been with Terminix for about a year and I have a good experience with them. We started getting treatment for termites and then we got a little bug problem that they’ve treated, too. Terminix did a good job and we don’t have any termites now. They recently came out for a yearly termite inspection and it was fine. They’re professional and always willing to come out if we need them. They're also very good about communicating using the phone to let me know when they’re going to be here and if they’re running late or something is changed.

We’re on a monthly plan with Terminix and we've continued to use them for about three years now because they do a good job. They come out and treat for mosquitoes. They also treat the outside of the house for little ants and bugs that try to get into the house. Setting up is simple. I make a call and they come out and start doing it. They were really easy to work with. The techs were also all great people and we've become friends. It’s nice that they try to send the same person each time because they’re familiar with what’s going on. The thing that I really like is that they send me a text message when they’re on their way. I also get a call ahead of time saying what day they're coming. If I’m not there, I still know that they’re there and they'll send me a message to say that they're done and they're leaving. It has been a great and bug-free experience.

The person from Terminix who comes to my house is very good. He's nice, always on time, and does an excellent job. I don't like the way they schedule visits though. They call and just tell me that I have to be home at a certain time. I don't really like the way they announce it. They're just saying what they want to say. They could ask you, but they don't. Other than that, they're doing fine.

We just switched over to Terminix after being with Western Exterminator for 30 years, and so far, so good. We called their tech out because we had some ants. He sprayed really good on the outside and then the ants decided to move into the house. When I initially called to talk to the 800 number, they told me I couldn't get any help until November 1st. That was not acceptable. I had our technician's cell phone so I called him directly and he was out the next day. And he took care of the problem. We are satisfied with our technician and the representative lady that signed me up was good. But it was terrible when I called in with that emergency a couple of weeks ago.

I had Terminix when I lived in West Texas for several years and I started a new contract with them this last month. Sitting on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes and waiting for a live person to talk to is way too long but the reps are very friendly. Everybody's friendly. Our technician is exceptional. We're very happy. I like the website and scheduling things. It's all good and I'm very satisfied. I look forward to a long relationship with Terminix.

I have an annual contract with Terminix for termites. However, I wasn't quite content with the technician that came out, who I had a consult with, on how to deal with the water underneath the house. I wasn't happy with what he was saying as they didn't do anything to solve the problem. I've had other people coming and trying to get rid of my critters. They caught the skunk that was underneath the house but it's been rather a traumatic experience for me. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the service that Terminix gives each year. I'll continue with the termite contract as they’re pretty good on that.

So far, I had a good experience with Terminix, so I cannot complain. The last time I had a service, they asked me to call them back if I see any more mice or spider webs. When I called them back, they came right away to take care of the problem. It was easy to get them out here. I called them on a Tuesday and while they can come the next day, I told them I wanted them to come on a weekend. So, they came on a Saturday. The technician they sent was wonderful. She explained what was going on, and told me to let them know if I see anything, or if there is any change. Overall, she did a very good job.

The Terminix person that is supposed to come outside does soap and if I have a problem inside they come. If I need them to come again they do so. They're always courteous on time and I wouldn't have anyone else.

I had my insulation replaced in February 2017. Terminix did a very professional job of installing and cleaning up afterwards. My electric bill for air conditioning has dramatically decreased during the scorching summer months. Even when the temperatures reached 100+, the inside of my home never got over 75 degrees. I also have quarterly service with Terminix and highly recommend them.

We had another pest control company before Terminix and they did an all right job. But we wanted automated billing which they didn’t have, so we ended up going with Terminix. Also, Terminix sends me an email and a text message letting me know when they're going to be here and where they're at. I can track their vehicle that's coming in, so that's definitely a plus and that's something that we didn't have before either.
We're on a plan with Terminix and I like that the service is regularly scheduled and the technicians come out quarterly. Everything seemed to be good with Terminix, but I've got one caveat. The tech that started us off in the service was a nice guy and it seemed that Terminix would send out their best first to set a good example. But he didn't seem very knowledgeable, which was surprising to me, and I don't think he did everything that he was supposed to. He was not near as good as the second tech that’s handling our service now. I was a little concerned when the first tech came out but I was much happier once we got the second tech.
Recently, a tech came out and he was a very nice and good guy. He met me at the door and we had a nice conversation. He walked around and did everything we asked him to do. The only issue we had was there were some spiders here. He sprayed something for the spiders and refilled the bait traps. The pest situation has been good since we've used Terminix and we haven't had any problems.

We moved into the house in 1973 and it had been treated for pests before we got here. Terminix does the inspection, which is a warranty-type thing and it's been fine. They email and give me a date for the schedule of service. If I don't like it, I can get back with them and change it. They show up every year on time, do their thing, and they're gone. They're very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous, and I have no complaints about them at all.

Terminix is scheduled to come every three months. They're very courteous and they come in a timely manner and let us know when they're scheduled to come and when they're already there. The technicians are all very friendly and very professional. They're very thorough and they always ask if there are any other areas we want them to cover. So they always check with us first before they get started. They also ask what we want done over and above what they normally do. My Terminix experience was satisfactory. And there are no pests. The only thing we deal with now are spiders.

We've been with Terminix for a couple of years and they have always been fabulous. We get quarterly pest control from them. They call ahead of time and let me know when they were going to be there. I haven't met the new guy but I had Stan before. He’s been coming every time for a long time and he was great. There have been no pests since they've started coming. They provide great service.

I’ve had a contract with Terminix for several years now to inspect and treat my home for termites if they find any. My house was built with raw wood and it was one of those that got flooded in the recent hurricane down here in Houston. When the inside was stripped naked, I had Terminix come out and look at all the wood to determine if I had any termite activity. The tech did a thorough inspection and he suggested that I treat the wood since it was exposed. Terminix did a thorough job, they have an elixir that they can spray on the wood, and the quality of their service was good. The chemical cost higher than expected but the tech gave me a little bit of a discount so it worked out okay. I'm satisfied with them and I do recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I've had a lousy experience with Terminix. The first time their technician came out to my house, he did both bathrooms and the outside. He was fine until he saw the Confederate flag hanging on my bedroom's ceiling. He thought I was a racist. When he came back the second time, he just sprayed around my kitchen a little bit and left. I was also on my phone with my wife then and when she told him that we were cleaning our cupboard and trying to keep things clean, he made a comment with an attitude. I then asked my wife to ask him to spray a little heavy and he also responded with an attitude.
When he left, I told my wife that we're done with Terminix. I called their regional manager and told them what happened. The first impression was there, but the second time was very disappointing. It is what it is. I work hard for a living and I was raised in an area that treat people with respect, but obviously, this guy didn’t have it. He didn’t care. Maybe he had a bad day or he was pissed off. I don’t know. Not my problem. We are with a different company now, who does a lot more to eradicate my problem than just going through and spraying a little bit behind my refrigerator and around my kitchen.

We call Terminix as we need them and they've come out here a couple of times. Recently, we had summer bugs everywhere. We called Terminix and scheduling the service was very easy. I called, we set up a time and it worked for everybody. Their rep was very personable, friendly and professional. We had them treat everything around the house and the same guy we dealt with before came out. So that was great and he remembered us from two years ago when we had ants. He was pleasant, came on time as promised and did the work. This was a couple of months ago and since then, there are still a couple of spiders but most of them are gone now. It has been an excellent experience.

They let us know if they didn’t see anything and if we see anything that comes up, they told us to give them a call and let them know. We're satisfied with Terminix.

I have a neighbor that has termites. He’s an older gentleman with kids and he doesn’t want to do anything about it. That’s why I initially got Terminix. I feel more comfortable that I have a guarantee from Terminix. Scheduling for service was great. It was at a convenient time and he came early in the window. The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He did a good job of checking around everywhere. I haven’t had any pest activity in my house. I have recommended my neighbor to get Terminix too.

We had a contract with Terminix for outdoor pest control service. At first service was good then gradually became very unsatisfactory and most recently became intolerable. Terminix would schedule appointments and not show up for service. I made 9 calls to the company and was switched to numerous representatives with promises that I would receive a callback that never came. One representative even offered a free termite inspection so I agreed thinking that at least then someone would show up but that never happened. We received a bill for service that was never done and that is when on my 9th call to the company I terminated the contract. I will never recommend this company. Very unreliable.

Terminix is worst company, stay away. They just want your money, customer service is too far away from the local branches. They don't return your calls and the worse are the technicians, who are mad every time they have to return for treatments. After 4th treatment, we still have the bugs problem. I shouldn't hire the company just because they don't take American Express credit card, they don't want to deal with the company insurance.

We started seeing roaches and called for a spray because we are in a contract with Terminix. They spray every other month and we pay dearly for this service. We called for a extra spray because we are seeing no dead roaches. We are seeing increase of roaches. Of course the technician came right out. We watched him spray. He said if there any more roaches just call him. We called and got the attitude from a lady that answered the phone then we contacted upper management they had the same attitude. They say that's the way it is. I tried to contact a regional manager or something. I think the technician just spray water Both times he came out. There is no smell and the roaches run around right in front of him. Terminix is a rip off and customer service is a joke. I bought a case of bug spray from Home Depot that works better than Terminix. Please post this complaint. Terminix is a rip off. Now off to Facebook.
