    I had an infestation of roaches and a coworker recommended West Pest Controls. But Terminix was the one who communicated with me and I was able to schedule the appointment with them. The first time was easy but the second time was a pain in the butt. If someone asks me about them, I would tell them to make sure to schedule everything the first day.

    Terminix sent me a text of the schedule but they didn't keep up with the date. They said that they couldn’t make it until later, then they kept switching the appointment time because they didn’t have someone to come by and do the service. I did not like that. It was hard and not very convenient because we took time off to be at home for the appointment. The exterminator said that to be able to get rid of those roaches, they have to come out again exactly 10 days from the day that he cleaned the first time. That’s why I followed his instructions. But apparently, scheduling is not the same way with Terminix so I was very disappointed. After I finally complained, they said that somebody was going to be able to come on that day and the guy who came out did an excellent job.

    We have been using Terminix services for about five years now and we have a quarterly agreement. Scheduling the service is automatically given and Steve, our tech, sends us an email saying that he will be here during a certain time. We haven't had to change the schedule since he comes and does the outside while we're at work. Then he sends me an email saying he's through with what he did, and everything's been fine. We have met only one time in person and he was exceptionally nice, a very professional man, and a pleasure to work with. He always does a good job and the pest activity in our home has gone down since having the services.

    I used Terminix before but when my husband passed away, I couldn't financially do it. But now that my son is staying with me, I'm able to get them back again. When scheduling service, they call and ask me if they could come a certain day which was fine with me since I'm home most of the time. I have been seeing spiders and animals out loose which I hate, but I call Terminix half of the day because of the spiders. Everything has just been fine and I've been tickled to death about their service. The techs have been as sweet and nice as could be. Any questions that I have, they have been right there to answer them for me. If not, I'd call and they'd answer them. The last time the tech came here, he left a paper stating that he sprayed all around on the outside of the house. I'm very happy with Terminix and I told my daughter about what they do for me so she tried them too. She had them go to her house one time.

    We got Terminix when we bought the house, which was over 20 years ago. I have them come every three months to spray for spiders because I don’t like spiders. They let me know when they’re coming and I’ll change it online if I there's a conflict. The website is fairly easy to use and I haven’t had any problems. Also, the technicians are really good. I used to have one guy who lives down the street from me come all the time but he’s retired now so there’s a new guy and he's very nice. They’re quick and they spray all the outside and down in my basement, which takes 15-20 minutes.

    Scheduling with Terminix is quick and easy. We’ll schedule and then a couple of days before, they’ll email me letting me know about my time and date that they’ll be coming out. The techs will then knock on the door and are here for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on if I have to spray. They get the job done and I would definitely recommend them 100 percent.

    When I bought my house, it was infested with spiders and stuff. Terminix did the treatments every month then. I've been here seven years so now I get their service every three months. Their scheduling sometimes comes a little weird. It’s not directly with the particular company and it’s like through another. So, sometimes there’s a confusion on the part of the customer service and the guy that comes out. I’ll have one date and the guy will have another. I just have to get used to it. On the other hand, the technician that comes out is very nice. Also, their employees really make it easy for me. They're convenient to deal with and understanding. To me, that makes a company. Also, they are open to anything and if I have a problem, they do their jobs and they’re more than willing to come at any time if it was a mouse or something. The pests in my place now have decreased. I’m very pleased with them and I’ve told other people about them.

    We've had Terminix for 10 years. We moved and so I called from St. Louis to Pennsylvania to set up the service locally. The salesperson was okay, but he didn't understand either what my needs were or what I was talking about initially. I explained that we had a fixed price in St. Louis but he was trying to tell me something more than that. Eventually we made a deal and the pricing was okay. They recently came out and sprayed outside and inside for controlling pests and critters. They called three days ahead of time and said, “We’ll be coming in. If you don’t want us to come in, give us a call.” The tech was very nice. I had concerns about my cats because he was going to come in to the room, and he told me what to do with them and how long they should be in. We’d keep them in one room and not spray in that room, and he said that’s fine. It was perfect. He did everything he showed me and was very quick.

    A Terminix technician comes once a year and schedules an appointment with me. They text me whenever they come out and they're on time. The technician that comes out was very good and does a thorough job. He has stakes in the ground to see if any termites have come back or not. He checks the stakes, stays for a few minutes few minutes to look around the house just to see if everything is okay, then he takes off. We've had them for a few years and haven't had any re-occurrence. So far, our experience with them was very good and I'd recommend them.

    I thought I might have a termite problem because I saw what looked like ants with wings. When the Terminix guy came out, he saw some dead ones that I have sprayed and he said that they were actually ants with wings but there was nothing to be worried about. He's very friendly and talked with me for a while about it. I haven't seen the ants since I sprayed and overall, I'm satisfied with Terminix. They're always available and if you have a problem or think you have a problem, they'll come out and address it, so that's pretty reassuring.

    I've been working with Terminix for about 40 years now. Terminix does the scheduling through our phone, that the technician will be there at a certain time. And then if I wanted to change, I just change it. The technician sprays outside of the house and inside, and if there’s something I see, he does it. In fact, we just had a service with Terminix two weeks ago as part of our quarterly service with them. So far, our home has been fine, I haven’t had any problems. Pests are a little less now because we have a lot of spiders during a dry spell. It was something that’s an ongoing problem. Terminix has always been dependable. If I had anything that needed to be looked at, they’d come out and see what I needed to have done. I’ve been well pleased and I haven’t looked anywhere else.

    Terminix does a monthly service with mosquitoes and then external service for us. They came last month and everything was fine. Scheduling the service was very easy. Just go online and if it doesn’t work out you can call them and it goes pretty quick. The technicians have been very nice and very professional. And I enjoy when they come out. We had one rodent but that was taken care of very quickly. Other than that, they’ve been pretty responsive. If I need them to comeback, they would return within the day or two since I call in so they’re great.

    We hired Terminix because of bed bugs. Setting up for a schedule was easy during the first one. The second time was a nightmare. I called them and I don’t remember how many times and I actually spoke to a lady who was very unsympathetic. She didn’t care what I was going through. At that point I was like scared, I was paranoid but she was literally like “Well, I’d tell my people to just go ahead and hold on.” And I was trying to tell her like, “This is the worst experience. I never had this in my life, blah blah blah.” But she was like “Oh, well.” She was very rude. It’s like “I’m just here to go ahead and do my job and try to get these people.”

    I said, “Can you please go ahead and call the supervisor?” Then she said, “The supervisors are actually out because they also go ahead and work. They are also worker so I can’t get a hold of any of the supervisors.” Then I said, “None? Do you mean to tell me that there’s no supervisor at this location?” And she said “Yes, there is but they’re all on calls as well.” So I said, “How long do I have to wait for them to call me back?” She said, “Wait for them to call you on Friday." But no call, nothing whatsoever on Friday.

    I called on Saturday and the guy that I spoke to was actually very nice. He was like “You know what? I’m going to try to get somebody. I want to try to page somebody. They should be calling you back.” Of course they didn’t but I think on Monday I went ahead and called again. I was so blessed that I went ahead and talked to this lady but she was like “I’m going to go ahead and page the supervisors. This has already escalated,” and she went ahead and took care of my problem which I’m so grateful that she did. That’s why I was just like “What am supposed to do now? I’ve already went ahead and paid and it’s like they don’t care. I’m experiencing this from you. This is urgent.” The people that are not going through it they could probably care less. But I still want them to go ahead and come out and do another spray and I will still recommend them.

    Terminix has been coming to my home now for a few years doing quarterly sprays around the house and I always get a call ahead of time telling me when they're coming. I get a call from the gentleman that will actually do the work and then I have a notice on the door when he leaves and then the invoice follows. They have me on their calendar, so even if I forget, they would call me and say, “You're due for your next quarterly spray. We'd like to come out Friday between 10:00 and 2:00.” And we just have it set up that way. If I have a conflict, they leave me a number that I can call and reschedule for a different time. But it's very seamless. They usually call me at least three working days or sometimes as long as a week ahead of the service. But I generally get a call from the gentleman that actually does the work the day before and he let me know that he's coming in, and it works just fine for me.

    When Terminix came out to do a termite inspection when I was refinancing the home, the technician was very informative and he let me know every step that he was taking. The report was generated and sent to me the same day. So that was easy. I have very little interaction with them, but that’s okay. Sometimes I can smell a residual if I come home right after they’ve been here. So I have no doubts that they are coming and doing their job. I'm not having any problems, and my experience has been very positive.

    We've had an ongoing pest problem and Terminix was always able to resolve it for us. We also had a termite protection plan on the house for quite a while so we've been dealing with them for 14 years. We schedule a service with them as we need it and we use the internet to do that. We get the same guy all the time. His name is Jeff and and he's great. He knows what the problems were, where to go in the house, and how to resolve them.     I live out in the woods and there are trees around my house. I’m just renting so I can’t chop things down. The pest situation is bad but Terminix does very well considering the way the house is. I usually try to get them at least once a month. I call them to schedule and pay in over the phone. I get different technicians out each time but everyone has been very good, nice and professional.     We have a yearly schedule for termites control with Terminix. Scheduling a service with them was fine and we've been using them since the ‘80s. Their technician was very nice. We didn’t have any pests when the technician came, and we don’t have any now. Everything’s just fine the way it is. I'd tell my friends that I like Terminix's service. It is costly, and every year it goes up but at this point, I can’t do anything about it because we’ve been with them so long, and we’ve had termites, and you have to stick with them.

    Our termite problem started before I bought this house. The owner said that he had a termite inspection, but he didn’t, so I bought the house in 2000 and that’s when we found out it hadn’t been inspected. Terminix came out recently for the termite inspection and it was excellent. The tech does a great job, he’s very friendly and he tells us if there’s anything wrong. He comes in and treats the whole house. They’re great people to work with. I've had the house for 17 years and it’s been termite-free ever since their service. We don't have anybody else treat our house.

    I have two contracts with Terminix - one for my business and one for my home. Stephen, the technician, is friendly and he does so well in both locations. He usually lets me know when he comes and he makes it a convenient time for me. He has traps and stuff for moles, and he fills up baits for mice. I still have moles but he got roaches and ants under control. I also still have mice but I have a field back behind my house and cold weather is going to bring the little mouse in every so often.     I’m on a quarterly schedule with Terminix and it is automatically renewed each year. Ever since I became a homeowner years ago, I have always had quarterly pest control service as a preventative measure. Gerald comes out to spray every time and he’s wonderful. He recently treated the exterior of the house and as far as I know, everything went well. And he also asked if I needed the inside treated, but I hadn’t seen any bugs so I told him it was not needed. He always asks if we need an inside treatment every time he had been here. Occasionally, we’ll see mice droppings in the garage, and they’ll put out bait traps which work well.

    We've lived in our house for 23 years and our contract for pest control was with Sears originally. We had taken over the contract from the people that we had bought the house from. In the first or second year that we had the house, one of the guys came out there to do an inspection and he said, “You've got some termite damage here,” and he said they’d fix the wall. But it wasn’t termite damage after all. It was actually some water damage, but they fixed the wall anyway. They had a hard time patching the sidings on the house.

    Later on, Terminix bought our contract and we now have a termite contract with Terminix. The Terminix guys come out once a year and look around the outside and inside of our house, then they see us again the next year. We normally get a notification from Terminix in the mail when they're due to come back. Then my wife calls them and schedules our service and I stay home from work that day because they're going to be there. The last five times that the guys have come out, our interactions with them have been great.

    The last guy that came out gave me a window of time when he would be there. He was in the driveway when I got home from work after 4 PM. We have four dogs and two of them might bite, and he was very understanding about our dogs. He did the inside and outside of the house, so I got the dogs back and forth. I had to put the dogs outside so he could do the inside of the house, then I had to get the dogs inside so he could do the backyard of the house. He was a nice guy and he.was very entertaining about all of that. The service took 25 minutes to an hour. I've had this guy in the past. A few years ago, I got home from work and he said, “I got the whole outside done. All I've got to do is the inside.” I said, "I don’t know how you did the backyard with me not home. Had you climbed that privacy fence to come into the backyard, our black dog would have bitten you."

    Ever since Terminix has been there, they've had good employees and bad employees come out. I've made my baseboards through the inside of my house and the normal thing the technicians do is have a towel over a rubber hammer, so they can tap on the baseboard and listen to it. Ten years ago, they had one guy come out here and he didn't have his rubber hammer, and he wanted to kick the wall with his work boots. But I said, “Hey, no. I just made and painted those baseboards. Don’t kick them.” But in the last six to eight years, we've never had termites and we've never had an issue with any of the guys. The service was really nice and it was on time, and we didn’t have delays. The only thing they do is the termite contract, but they spray the bugs and other pests too. We've got snakes and bugs. If it rains hard, then you see a Palmetto bug or a snake in the yard.

    We had a regular guy from Terminix come last month. He comes every 90 days, and we seem to like that he follows up on the service. We used to have an older gentleman who got promoted, and now we have Chris whom we and our dog really like. He's very knowledgeable and he uses a spray that is non-toxic to our pet. He usually calls the day before the appointment, and we just call him up if we need to reschedule. He would also ask me if I have any problems inside or out, and what needs to be addressed. They are here usually within the timeframe, and if we have a problem or something they need to come back out, they're quick to help you. I really like them. We've been with them for a little over a year and a half now. They're reliable, and they go out of their way to help you. Just all around good company! I have recommended them.

    Sometimes I have Terminix come every month and sometimes every other month. They do the outside ‘cause I’ve never had any pests in the house at all, but this time my dogs had fleas and ticks. For the most part, scheduling a service has been all right. It’s just sometimes when I want them to come, Ray, the technician is not scheduled to be out in this area at that time. But there’s no more than a day’s difference. Ray is great and goes above and beyond. I’ve got no complaints at all except for when it's almost impossible to talk to a person when we call to pay over the phone. My daughter sometimes pays the bill for me and she pays over the phone.

    We're satisfied with Terminix however scheduling option online is awful because it goes nowhere. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. We had them in Springfield and we stopped using them because they wanted us to sign up for a contract, which we didn’t want to do. We didn’t want to use them again, but they're nationally known, so it's like, “Well, we'd just go back to using them,” when we purchased our house. Then we also used them at El Paso, Texas. So for about five years we've been using them on and off. Now they come into our house for about a year now and working with their technician is nice.     We had Terminix for our pest control and we often went to them for termite inspection. But we cancelled our pest control. They didn't fit the stuff back that they moved. They just left my blinds up or put them back like they were supposed to. And then when they found out that my husband was on oxygen they said, "Well, we can't spray the inside. We can spray the outside." I said, "No, that's not going to happen." The other techs have been spraying the inside despite of it. They done exactly what I wanted them to do and I had no problem.

    They kept changing the techs on us. One would say, "I can't do this," and the other one says, "Well, I'm not suppose to do this but I got to go about this and this and this." It was a hassle so we just cancelled our pest control. But the guy who does our termite inspection was real good. He walked around and told us some things that we could do to keep preventing the termites. He is just as sweet as he can be and he didn't tell us that he couldn't do this or that." He did his job. And since I make recommendations here and there he took care of it.

    We always knew the schedule of the termite inspection and we thought it was supposed to be a September but when my husband called to find out they said, "No it's supposed to be October." So I said, "Okay," and then they called back again and said, "Well, this is the day that we're going to be coming out." I said that it was not a problem and the tech called when he was on his way to say he'll be there within 30 minutes and he was here within the 30 minutes. Overall everything is good. One just needs to get a good technician out who is going to do his job and not only what he wants to do because he's tired and he wants to rush through it. That's what happened the several times before with the pest control.

    Initially, somebody from Terminix came out and talked a little bit about how their service is every month. After that, there was a letter every year or six months and they would increase the cost by $3. They've been accommodating. Having the website show the appointments and when it's going to happen is good and they’ve been on top of that. I recently needed to have someone do something about ants and roaches for my home, so I called and they came. Their tech comes out on a regular basis.

    However, they need to get people to do all of their services. I need service for termites, but I was never able to set that up. There was one time I called somebody to come over and that never happened. Some people might not want all of their services, but I want to have all of their services and make it easier for me to have that. Overall I'd tell others that they can use Terminix and they’ll have a good experience. But I saw something on the news about Terminix and someone in a family being paralyzed, so just get their service for the outside, not the inside.

    We pay Terminix a monthly fee to take care of the bugs and they manage our yard. They told us to call them if we see something or if we have a concern and they'll send somebody out. Last Christmas we got kicked off an airplane because of my son's mosquito bites on his face. The staff thought he had some kind of disease or mumps and we had to get off an airplane. And it was just one of those things that we decided we're going to make sure that we get the mosquito treatment all the time because it works.

    We live in Southeast Texas and we have a pool and a patio in our backyard. My son's highly allergic to mosquitoes and he couldn't hang out this Thanksgiving weekend. My sister was down from Minnesota for the weekend and we couldn't use my backyard as it was infested with mosquitoes. Usually, this time of the year, the mosquitos stop coming out. It's never going to be perfect when you're dealing with a mosquito situation. When Terminix comes out on a regular basis and they manage it the way they claim they're going to, it works.

    We had a guy named Greg and he's a fabulous technician. Usually, I'm at work when their technician come. This last time, we told the guy that came out that our fence is unlocked. I also told him not to call or text me, just come out. But still, he called and texted. It annoyed me but that's fine. But he said he was just going to fog. I told him he needed to use garlic treatment too to kill the eggs. He argued with me. I want a full treatment because it didn't work last time. I didn't like him at all. I requested that he not come back to my house again. Apparently, Greg doesn't work for Terminix anymore. The new techs are lazy and I'm 100% dissatisfied. I don't want to terminate my services as I value my services when they work.

    I called a couple of times to get them back out here but they didn't come. They're supposed to come out tomorrow. I have also called and asked them to explain why the treatment has worked for a year and three months and the last couple months it hasn't. I'm totally pissed and dissatisfied. I'm not pissed to the point where I want to change but I'm pissed to the point where I just want a resolution to what the problem is. I want to be able to use my backyard. Then I asked Terminix for a refund. Why should I pay for their service when it's not working? And no one's responded to me yet. I'm not sure what they are doing differently but something changed. They came but it didn't work anymore. And I'm not willing to pay this kind of money for it not to work. Fox Pest Control has been trying to get us to switch to them and but they don't guarantee their service. But Terminix does guarantee their service.

    I didn’t like Terminix's amount of time for a return. From the moment I called, they wouldn’t come for a week and a half. If I see the pests, it would be good if we treat them right then and now rather than a week and a half later, when I can eliminate the problem myself. Their tech was very courteous and informative explaining the process of where he could spray and what he cannot do, though. He was able to answer my questions and concerns as far as keeping the insects out and the bugs away from the house. However, he informed me, that it’s not a guarantee that it’ll keep away the ants. Ants are everywhere, and it keeps coming back, so that’s why there will be a case of multiple treatments throughout the year.

    I had to call back after the first session and the tech came back right away. He told me that ants coming back would be a great possibility since we have a big home, and there are many places that they can come through. Before the initial treatment, we would see ants on a daily basis. Now, I only see a couple once a week and that’s if we leave crumbs behind somewhere. He told me that there were certain places, that by law, he isn’t allowed to spray and I see ants there occasionally. But it’s definitely an overall improvement. Terminix is something good to have. It’s like an insurance.

    I've been having a bed bug problem for about six months now. I called Terminix and when their guy came out, we did a little credit check. Through financing, I was able to pay give him 230 bucks down then it was $40 a month until I'm at $600. I had them come out four to five times since I wanted to make sure there were no bugs in my bed. I'm paying them $600 and that's not too much to ask. I told their guy that things are getting progressively better and I'm having less bug bites. I also don't see as many bugs nearly as I did the first month. But anytime I saw one I called them out then their guy got pissy and I didn't like that. He's the same one I got every time except for one time when the younger kid came and did it.

    His upper guy called and told me that if I called them out again they're going to charge me 600 more bucks. But the people at Terminix told me that as long as I'm paying $600 and I'm paying my monthly fee, I could call them as many times as I want. So they're telling me one thing and these guys are telling me something different but they're all affiliated with Terminix.

    But long story short, the last visit sucked. The guy had a real attitude and didn't want to do his job. I asked him why he was mad when I'm the one sleeping with bugs getting my ass eaten alive every night. All he had to do was spray some chemicals and he's never in my house for more than 15 minutes. I guess I called him too many times so he was pissed off. He gets me frustrated and I don't care for him or his higher up. I don't even want them out here because the chemicals they use are very strong and I have to leave my house for three hours. Then, when I come back after three hours, the smell is still in my house.

    So based on the tech and his higher up, their customer service is poor. But the last time I saw a bug in my bed was about two weeks ago which is the longest I've gone without one. So as far as the treatment is concerned, they've done a beautiful job and I'd tell a friend to go and get their service because chances are they're not going to be dealing with the guys I dealt with or maybe there's another chemical guy in their neighborhood.

    We scheduled appointment sometime in August to do the baiting system and the technician was somebody who had never done it here before to my knowledge. Because we usually have a guy named Dave who's probably been coming through for 15 years and he does a great job. He's very personable, he's very respectful to the property. He's terrific. We got a different guy. I knew it was a different guy because it was the worst job so I called and complained. This might have been his first day on the job. He put those green stations in or he checks them out and some of them were three inches off the ground so that if you had to run your lawnmower you would just chop them off. There were some that I could see beneath the grass that had not been touched at all because the grass had grown all over them.

    When I spoke to somebody at Terminix on three different occasions they said a supervisor will call me back within the next 24 hours and the phone would ring some time within that day. I'd get it on the first ring, I'd say hello and it will hang up. So finally I got somebody. I got very fed up. I called Terminix again and I waited until I spoke to somebody and they said they would send the regional manager. He was terrific. He came by the house, he looked at everything, he took pictures of everything that this other guy had done. He agreed it was a terrible job because the stations was sticking up very, very high. But he knew exactly what he was doing. He did a great job and I was thrilled to death with the service that I got from that guy.

    For quite a while now, we've been with Terminix. It began with an inspection that we had them do. We had some mild pest activity and they took care of it. And a couple of weeks ago, a tech came out to check the terminate traps and he had to reinstall one that was uprooted. The plumbers were redoing the drain system in our house and they uprooted and misplaced one of the traps. The Terminix guy took care of it well and placed in a better location.     We have a quarterly service with Terminix. This was the second time we've used them and for some reason, we have ants that have returned to the master bedroom after we sprayed. So he put some gel underneath the entrance where they were coming out. He also did some spraying around outside and put the rodent trap just in case we kept seeing rodents running inside our garage. We had a lot more activity than we were anticipating at first because the spiders were coming out from places inside the house that we didn't even know they were hiding in. There was also a tremendous number of spiders out by the front door

    The technician and I were communicating even before he came out the first time. He was a really nice and respectful guy. He knew what he's doing and explained very clearly what we needed to do or what would happen in the event if we did have any rodents come in. We haven't had any ants visible since he put down the gel and luckily, there has been no vermin that has made it in as well. Although spiders are still here, things has been a lot better since it was from the first time. The spiders seems to lessen a little bit. They've stayed more towards the bushes and I haven't seen anything come by our door. The technician also told me that there would be some hyperactivity within the following week after the first service with some of the pest coming out, looking for the food, starving and ultimately dying. But it's just because our weather has been really off. We've been having amazing, warm weather and it doesn't make sense for a month away from winter.

    I had Terminix when I moved here in 1977, so I've had them since then. I have the Terminix plan, so they come once a year to do the annual inspection. I've had some problems with mice in the attic that we didn’t know were up there, and they did an exclusion for me. I had some areas up in the attic where the screen was there but it was old and some areas were split open, so they redid all of that. They also updated the cover for the opening around the bottom of the home. I have a brick home and they included the little trays at various intervals around the home that goes to the attic. They came once a month to check on the attic 'cause they left some traps up there and they were going to make sure that they had taken care of the problem. They still come to do that, but not as frequently.

    I usually called the 800 number and Terminix had an office here for years. The service was discontinued a few years ago, and now they have it where they would send me the appointment by email when it's time. If the appointment is good for me, I don’t have to do anything. If it's not good, then I call and reschedule. That has worked well. I don’t like the fact that they no longer have the local office that serviced their customers because I was trying to reschedule before and I could never get through to the home office. But I was finally able to get someone at the corporate office who could get what I needed done and get it rescheduled. They could also do better by lowering their cost.

    I do like the fact that I have the same representative, especially since he was very good. But before that, I had others and all of them were great. All of the representatives who have come have been very professional, friendly, cooperative and would do anything to make sure their service gets better. I'm one of those who have been very pleased through the years so far. Terminix has always been very thorough, and I get what I'm paying for and more. I have recommended them to other people.

They usually ring the door when they get here, say what they're going to do, and then proceed. Afterwards they ring the bell again and tell me what's happening, or anything they found.     We had some fleas that showed up in our house. I called Terminix and they put me in contact with one of their representatives. He called me back when I left the message and that’s where we started to do business with them. I like their service. They’re very nice, polite and agreeable because I had to make arrangements for somebody to be around. They also told me that I had to wait about a week for the service but I said I'd really like to get it done sooner. I called them on a Thursday then on a Monday their tech was here to do the treatment so that was pretty efficient. Their tech was very professional, too. His name is Carter and we just had another treatment about 10 days ago. We will see hopefully that no fleas are going to show up anymore.     We have regular service from Terminix. When we first went with them, trying to get an appointment set up was extremely difficult. I would take days off to be here for them, and they would not show up on the original schedule. That happened five times at the very beginning. And it was very, very frustrating. I would call them, wondering what the deal was, and they said, “Well, we’ve rescheduled it for another date.” The scheduling system that they have is terrible. There is also no way to go online and make any kind of changes. But once they get here, they’re excellent. Their technicians usually contact me by phone before and afterwards the service and they're always very professional.     Five years ago, I was working and I had to ask Terminix to come on a weekend so that I could be there and let the technician into the house, but it was difficult and it was always a hassle trying to get somebody out on the weekend. I had to cancel my service with them then because I was never getting the inside of my house done. But when I talked to Terminix recently, they had said that they had extended their weekend base and they could put me on a Saturday schedule. I said, “Right now, I'm off work on disability and I'll probably be retiring, so that isn't a problem for me any longer." But it was great that they took that into consideration and extended their service.

    When I was having an ant problem, I went online and I noticed that Terminix had a free inspection for rodents and other pests. I called them because I wanted to find out what the free assessment that they offered was and they said they'd come out. They sent a rep out and the gentleman looked around and said, “It doesn’t look like you have any rodents. There are no rodents droppings.” Then he sat with me and we talked about my having an ongoing service for the house. He signed me up for the service again and I paid him. Everything was done either over the phone or in person, but I can go also online and request them to come out at any time.

    After Terminix got me hooked up again with the service, I've had them for a very short period of time and I haven't had any problems with them. They have been extremely responsive. When I called them up and told them that I needed someone to come out, they made the service schedule very quickly and gave me the first available date for a service call. Then the technicians came right out and I felt really great about the technicians that have come out. Terminix tries to assign to their customers the same person if they're available so they can get to know their customers and their home, and exactly what they need. That's good and pretty cool, and I was happy about that because it makes the customers feel comfortable and they know who the technicians are when they come.

    I was still having an ant problem and it didn’t go away. So, I called Terminix back and they were very quick in responding. When Terminix came out the second time, it was the same gentleman who had come out before. The gentleman said, “Yup. The ants came back.” He laid some gel out, then he said, “You're going to see ants come out and take this bait, then they’ll go back to their nest and you won't see them again.” He was right. A couple of hours later, the stuff seemed to have taken care of the ants and they were all gone. I said, “You guys should've put that bait out to begin with.” But they're just like a doctor and they have to go through certain procedures.

    At one time, they sent me a bill for $308 for termite inspection. But I just had the house tented for termites and there was no need for that inspection, so I called Terminix and I told them that service call didn’t happen. There was no argument and they apologized and said there was an error in the billing office. They took care of the matter immediately and took that charge right off my bill. So far, the service of Terminix has been excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

    Terminix have been coming out here for a few months now for the critter and roach problem. Their technician treated the garage not even three days ago, and we’ve got these dead roaches from where they’re coming in from the garage door. There were at least 13 of them in the front of the garage door, and 10 to 15 that were getting in from the garage to the door. The Terminix technician seemed knowledgeable enough for me. The roaches weren’t the house’s problem until our neighbor next door had their old “shack” removed and another one put in. Terminix's customer service have been excellent. Customer service nowadays is a pit but Terminix haven’t lost that in their jobs. They don’t necessarily treat it as a number. They always ask if there’s anything else they can do for me. Terminix gets the job done. It might take a couple of times to get the pests under control, but I would definitely say to my friends that they need to check them out.

    Signed up with service with Terminix and of course they promise all the good things in the world. Once received initial service and it was suppose to be good for 12 weeks, I start seeing insects in my house again like the following day of service. Called for additional service and the service person was very rude and not knowledgeable. Called again and complaint and wanted to cancel my service, the response was to have one more service and if I was not satisfied, the contract will be cancelled and I will receive a full refund for my initial fee. 2 weeks later I called again for seeing pests in my house and this time the serviceman said he was not able to do more than what he did. So I replied to him that I am not happy and I need to cancel the service. I called and spoke with their local manager, and after he was rude and nasty I requested to cancel and issue my a refund.     I have a termite warranty and found termite droppings in the house after ten years or so. Terminix came out and tented the house under the warranty so that was very good. They responded quickly to do it. I also have the ant service and last week, they came and took care of that. Now it looks like the ants are gone so it’s a positive thing.

    I’m a contractor in my community here and I often recommend Terminix to other people for tenting houses. But every time, I have to tell them that if their house is going to be tented, Terminix will probably break something. They’ll knock a gutter off or break a window and that’s probably due to the fact that these tents are so heavy and difficult to move around. It’s tough on the those guys. They’ve got those giant tarps they’re throwing over the house and have no idea what the weight is going to do, plus they get dragged over some things. Other than that, I continue to recommend Terminix to other people primarily because of their warranty service. I will have a few tents to the house and two years later, I have termites again. So I'd be right back in trouble but with the warranty program from Terminix, I just pay yearly. It’s also transferable.

Jose knows exactly why he's here. Also, the other person argued with me immediately. When I told him that I wanted him to spray in the garage, he said it was not part of the service. And, I've been getting it as part of the outside service as far as I'm concerned. I was glad that he left but I discussed it with Terminix. I told them if they don't let me have the same technician, I'm paying the bill and I'm going to go to another place. And they worked it out.

    I'm on a quarterly service with Terminix and it normally works for me, but sometimes when it's hot in the summertime, I have to get an extra visit because the bugs seem to like the heat. It's very easy to schedule an extra service with the company. The only thing is I have a very hard time with their office. They bill me after I pay the technician and almost every month, I have to call them say I paid the technician. It has gotten better but it's something that I deal with. And the last time the technician was here, he said I only owed $10.15. And then I got a bill later for $80 difference. There's total lack of communication with the technician's computer and the office's. And it has been going on for years!

    Terminix always does the treatment outside and inside the house if we requested. I have a baby now, so I don’t request too much for inside. The tech always does the front and the backyard. For scheduling, we get automated service calls for the appointment, but if we can't take that appointment, we call them to reschedule. Then there's always a mix-up because they always try to send someone other than our guy, Dave. We had him for more than three years now. Every time they try to change it up, we don’t like that 'cause he kind of knows our house. He knows our pets, knows that now there's a baby there. Dave makes sure he does the window sills. He takes time and doesn’t rush. One time they sent one guy, and he just took like less than five minutes to do the job. So that’s why we always make sure that we request the guy we've been working with. But overall we're satisfied and they're a pretty good company.

    Somebody from Terminix comes to our home every three months, and so far, I'm happy with the service. I get a good service from their customer service team, too. The technicians let me know a day before they come in and they'd leave me a note when they were here. They spray for bugs and ants outside.     I had my house tented by Terminix for termites and the experience was excellent. The person who came out to research to see if we had termites was very thorough and he suggested everything so we went with it. He sat down with me and described the process and how to call. But then after I set up the date and everything, I had to cancel it and change it. And he did it right on the spot. As soon as I called and texted him, he called back. He did all the process for that. Once he completed it with the dates, they were here on time. It was early and not late. They called us and said when they were coming. And so my husband was right there outside with them and they took down everything.

    The supervisor on site was excellent. He went through everything and made sure everything was pulled out and everything was wrapped correctly. It was a lot of it that I didn't have wrapped correctly, so he had me and my husband add double pack to some of the things we had or either put them outdoors. But he helped in that. The guys were excellent, too. They were fast and right to the point. Their tent and how they set it up was so professional because we're infested with termites in the the South Bay area. A lot of people go with other companies and their tent is all baggy and look like a circus. Before I did this, I went on the internet to see and there were a lot of people who wrote very bad reviews. But I'm satisfied with Terminix.

    The best people that Terminix have are the ones that actually come to my house. The management, as far as scheduling or getting anything done, is terrible. They are the most inefficiently run company I have run across in a long time as far as sending somebody across town an hour away to do something and then get them called back to the south side of town and in the east part of Tampa. They're spending so much on gasoline. If they would have somebody in different parts of the town, it would be much better. And then they don't equip their people with everything they need to handle the job.

    The guy that came to my house was wonderful. He took care of the rat exclusion at my daughter's house and he used to be in construction and in landscaping, so he saw how the rats are getting in from three different directions. But I have to wait forever for him to get there because he's coming from Wesley Chapel which is an hour away. The poor guy's working himself to death and he's driving all over the place. Still, he did everything he can to help get this situation under control and he's great. Brad is the pest control guy and Tai is the rat control guy and they're just wonderful. If I talk to a manager from a branch, they said they'll do whatever I want and then they don't do anything. So I don't go straight to them, I go to my guy directly.

    Last year in August, I scheduled for a visit for October. I told someone from Terminix that the roof was in bad shape and he said that was fine. I even reminded him that we're going to get the new roofs afterwards and he said no problem. The day of the schedule, they came in with two trucks and a crane. One of them went up on the roof and came down and said that they were not doing it as the roof's too dangerous. I told them for two months that the roof was in bad shape. Then they drove away. That was the most disappointing Terminix experience I have ever had.

    We only had one home in this community but about three years ago we bought another one for rental. It had Terminix protection too. So it seemed like that was okay. We took over the account and they did that on the house. And the annual inspection was always in October and our inspection is always at the end of November but it's always for the year after. It's not the prior year.

    This guy Robert came over to inspect the other house in October. He stopped over here because he didn't know where the other house was and he says, "While I'm here might as well do this house too." That goes against their computer system because the system says we get inspected November, the other house is October. If we screw up the system that creates a whole lot of problems for them and they will not change it. I've asked them to change the dates and they haven't. So he went over and checked the other house, checked this house and we got the bills for the two houses then we paid them.

    A week later my husband said this guy showed up to inspect the other house. And so my husband says we're already done so he left. And last week we get an email from Terminix that our yearly section was due November and the guy would be here last Monday. He showed up Monday. But before that I went online and I sat with a girl from Terminix and she says, "I've had it all set up. We won't go, you're all cleared, you're paid for the year, you're all set." So he comes over again Monday.

    It's two different accounts. So I told the girl when I was chatting with her again this week, I said, "Well, we'll do it this way. When we get the order for the other house, go ahead and do it." She says, "Oh good, that's great." Because they don't want to change the system. We've had Terminix for around four years and maybe a year from now we'll sell the house so we might as well not rock the boat anymore. We'll just do it the way they want it.

    The technicians can't do anything about it. They just follow the rules by the computer. But there's no pest activity at all. It's been clear of termites and we bought the package deal where we paid a certain amount of money and then they come over every year and they do the inspection. It's been okay. It's just frustrating to get the dates. So the product itself and everything else is good. It's just the system I would not recommend to anybody. Terminix is as good as any other termite company. They do their job and we don't have any termites.

    My Terminix experience is fine as far as the local service and everything has always been very good. When scheduling, they send an email when they’re going to come. That’s sometimes okay but most of the time, they schedule it on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I like to be busy and out of the house on those days so I always have to call back or use the internet to reschedule but that has worked out pretty good. Once in a while, I see a roach or something down in the basement that’s dead so the service is working. Two years ago, some squirrels got up in the attic. Terminix came over and secured that and it worked out okay.

    However, if I had a question about my billing, trying to get through to their people on the phone and talk to somebody during the daytime is impossible. Also, I had been put on a long hold. It only happened once or twice but I don’t like to sit and listen to some music and hear that they’ll be there shortly and then they never show up. I retired from the service industry so it doesn’t sit right with me. A young lady called me back and she was very apologetic. She said that after the regular hours, it shouldn’t be any problem at all. A lot of times, I don’t want to wait until the after-hours.

    Also, we get a lot of different services but I never know who’s coming. I got the termite control and then I got the regular bug control. I wish they could combine these things. You have to stick around the house at least three hours on a particular day just to know exactly who’s coming when for what. One guy came one time and it wasn’t 10 days later or less, somebody else came and offered another brand. Having a lockdown of a couple of hours on a given day doesn’t sound much within a couple of weeks but it is. But as far as the service itself is concerned and the service people who come here, they have all been very good, professional and dressed neatly.

    I recently had my first service with Terminix and they will be coming here every three months for one year. Scheduling the service was very easy and the lady who came had patience with us. She took her time, looked at two corners and even went to the basement to check on things. She went around the house and when she came back, we made a schedule. Then the following day the guy came and put all the traps. After he left, we saw that most of the mice are gone but we could see some few activities. I could see some of the dead rats in the dining places and we had to collect them. The guy did a good job and told me that if I see any activity, I should call them back.

    When the Terminix team comes back, I would welcome any recommendation from them. The lady who came out initially didn’t give me any recommendations, but I felt she knows what might have brought these mice into my house. She asked somebody to put the traps in the house and the result has been fantastic. I fear mice much and it so happens that even when I am in the hall and watching TV, one mouse will be stepping out once. I see droppings lately, but I don’t see the mice. Terminix builds my confidence so I have kept my cool and I know these batches will go soon. I thank Terminix for coming and now everybody in the house has peace.

    We’ve been with Terminix for 12 years and our technician is the best guy we’ve ever had. He listens well, he does what you ask and he takes care of the situation. I’m pleased with it. We started in the spring and they’d go every three months. We also did mosquito control for the last couple of years. We’ll probably do it again. Every three months, our schedule has no problem at all. If we can’t be available, we try to change it to a day when we are available. But if we miss the mosquito spray or we have a rainout the day it happens and we need to do it over again, there’s a problem with the computer. I set up the second visit so we can redo it. It turns out that it’s a week before they can get him over there. Then, the next schedule should be a month after that, not three weeks.

    I schedule it a week or two or three weeks, depending on how quickly I can get them back there. But the computer doesn’t recognize that. It tries to go from the original date that they started, which isn’t really what’s needed because once he does it the second time, it’s a month from that day that you’re looking for. I don’t want to pay $85 a visit every two weeks. I don’t have any problem going in on the internet and changing the date, but I shouldn’t have to. And the technician goes by the schedule. So, that’s the only issue that I had.

    They mostly sprayed the bushes around the house and in some areas around the swimming pool. So, it’s not just a simple spray on the ground. It’s spraying the bushes that there’s not really water standing here at any given time. There might for a day after the rain is really heavy, but usually, it doesn’t stay on the ground very long. If you don’t water, the plants would die. For the mosquito control, they sprayed the bushes and near the house and anywhere that you’re going to be. They do a good job with that but they changed the formula last year and it wasn't a good experience. It seemed to work okay with the old formula, but they changed it for whatever reason. So, we’ve got to wait and see next year how it works. I would recommend them, nonetheless.

    We are on the yearly visit and the Terminix tech recently came to do stuff around the house, and he asked if we would be having a termite inspection. He gave me the name of somebody to call and he said they’d set it up. Someone called and I left a message, and then I called them back but they never returned the call and never did the inspection. The same thing happened in the spring with the same person. Otherwise, Terminix has been good in terms of contacting us and doing the treatment at the time they say they would. They call the night before they’re coming, and they show up when they’re supposed to. They normally treat for spiders and ants, and it’s been successful. We still see a couple of spiders here, but it’s better than in the past. The ants are also down quite a bit. Their price goes up every year, considering that they come 4 times a year and it doesn’t work exactly on the schedule, but they are getting the job done.

    I had several services with Terminix and I've got all of that done in the last three months. My overall experience is very positive. The workmen are always sending me text alerts and I get a lot of updates on the computer to let me know that they're coming, that they’ve completed their work because I'm at work and not there and everything that they have done has been very well.

    I live in Florida, so the bugs never die but because I have the exterior pest service, it has been helpful in keeping things down and the technician always wipes my eaves for spiders which I want to get rid of because there are gardens all around my home that I work in and I don’t want to meet any of them on my garden. I have had termites two years in a row to be repaired in my house and I would have had liked them to have treated the property a little bit more thoroughly the first time so that the termites didn’t come back the second time because we have a lot of interior works on the inside of house which got done fine but it disrupts my family’s life.

    The technicians that worked directly for Terminix knew what they were doing. They were highly professional and they said, "Anytime you have a problem, give us a call and we'll come right down". They'll come in and do a double check now because we just took the contract several weeks ago. They come in any time that we call and we don't have to pay for it because we only pay for the contractors.

    The only problem I had was that I also requested to have some vents placed in my basement crawlspace area, and the subcontractor that came in to do that job was very sloppy and did a very poor job. The Terminix technician who came in to do a check up for the traps had to redo the work. That was a job that people that I paid $600 for were supposed to do and they never completed it. These people also left a hole in the area that I have the dryer vent in and they didn't seal it. I had to get someone to come in to my home to seal that hole. They also left a mess outside and I had to clean everything up. Terminix has to scrutinize and monitor their subcontractors too.

    I do the monthly service with Terminix and I call them to schedule and then we meet somewhere in the middle. And they come in and set some stuff down and get about their day. Terminix set traps the very last time they came here, and a couple of days later the mice were dead! The technicians were great, and I never had a bit of problem with any of them. Terminix has been really nice and they said if I had any more problems to just give them a call. And they would come back out and do what was ever necessary.

    Scheduling our service with Terminix has been easy. I do it online and I'm always able to get days and times that work well for me. There are different technicians on each time for the most part. The guy who was at the house most recently was very thorough. I asked a ton of questions, and he answered them in layman’s terms so that I can understand why I’m having an issue and what to do to treat it if it’s something that is my responsibility. He went a little bit above and beyond. I bought the house four years ago, and I’ve been having an issue with the ants, and he treated it a little bit further away from the house. And I haven’t had any issues at all since he’s done that. He also explained to me what he did, and if I were having troubles, it would be okay to call back, then we’d get him out here. He was a really good technician.

    I wish Terminix would be consistent with their technicians. When we had their service initially, the first technician we had, Jimmy, was amazing. I bought this house, and it had an infestation of red ants so I signed up with Terminix. And we had him to come out a few times, and then he was gone. But he explained that we got a tree over the house where the issue was and we can have every tree trimmed back. So, we did all that. And then we had a couple of other technicians after that whom I had to have them recalled back out.

    I also got a rate increase. And I had seen other bigger companies that were doing a lot more for less money, so I called Terminix and told them that I was given a quote for a different price. And Matthew was the company that I was going to go with, and their technicians come out and do all the cobwebs under the house and windows. And the Terminix rep said they can have their technician do that and it would not a big deal as long as they can keep me as a customer. They kept their rate as the same. However, the technician who came out said he's going to clean the windows and he came out three times, but he never did it. So, then I told about it to the technician who came out after that, and he wrote it on the service order. I also told him that they have the equipment and the poles so they can reach the windows better than I can. And he said it was not an issue at all.

    I've had no pests in my house and everything's been fine since I was with Terminix. I wanted some peace of mind and I wanted to make sure that my house stayed clean for as long as I am here, and Terminix's service is working. Their technicians are always very knowledgeable, understanding, professional and thorough. And I occasionally check to make sure when I can let the dogs out and if there's a problem.     Terminix comes every quarter for maintenance with the contract. We got auto email notifications that Waddell was coming and he was great. We always specifically request him. But we've had other technicians who have come that we've not been pleased with. In fact, we were very displeased with one a couple of years ago. Despite that request that we're specific that it's always Waddell, sometimes we still get screwed up and we still get somebody else. Nevertheless, Terminix is effective in terms of monitoring pests, but overall experience maybe dependent upon the particular technician that you're assigned.

    Terminix schedules our services and they tell me about it before they come out. If they can't do a service, they'd notify me a week before and if we can't do it, we try and get another day.     I had a good experience with Terminix. I contacted them to come in and take care of my pests, mostly crickets and spiders. It was was easy scheduling them via their 1-800 number.     The service that they are doing for me is ok, although it's a little expensive. I would give high marks to all the people and everybody I’ve talked with. They are courteous and were willing to go the extra mile. Everybody who has come out has been very helpful and seemed to really try hard to take care of situations. Some of the stuff I’ve done myself, but they’ve given me some help and knowledge of what to do.

    We had, for example, a mouse problem at the other house and I did most of the work there. One Terminix person came in and checked out the problem and set some traps but I didn’t feel like they really could find the problem. And then another person came out and kind of looked around and said, “Here’s an issue, here’s an issue and I took care of those issues.” It’s a little difficult to figure out some of those things, but, to some extent, I would like to try somebody else and see if they are any better. But, I do not have any real problems right now, and I'm satisfied right now to keep on going.

    It was a young man who came along, who performed the service on my house. He was bubbly and upbeat and professional. Bearing in mind that he was dealing with a whole area that was seriously flooded by the effects of Hurricane Harvey two or three months ago, he was treating my property for mold remediation just in case it dropped out after weeks. We started putting it back together again because I wanted to make sure that was not going to be something that's going to be a long-term problem. He was good at what he did and had a very good attitude which was just reflecting on the day. He was timely, cordial and he even had to put up with me because I had to go do some other things while he was getting stuck doing the project, and waiting for me when I got back.     We used Terminix a number of years ago and we hadn’t had problems for six years. As soon as we started seeing a problem again, we immediately called them and they came out and we really haven’t had the same problem since. Recently, I had my initial service in the beginning of the month. I had set up an inquiry online, but called them specifically. Still, I saw rodent traffic so I called them back out. The technician came out, asked me where I was having problems, put down new bait, went outside and completely sprayed outside again.     I like to have pest control come out and do their thing. Terminix comes every three months and they always spray for bugs. I have a specific technician that I like. He does a good thorough job and he's pleasant. He always wants to try and take care of anything and if I see any pest, he'd spray for it or set the traps for it. He's also used to my house and I don’t want a bunch of different people through there all the time. One time, I requested I'd be taken care of on Saturday by him for about six quarters straight, but their reps couldn’t get that right. So initially, my experience with their reps have been absolutely miserable and it finally escalated to where I told them I was done with them completely.

    Then this guy called me and said he would handle my account. Ever since, it's been perfect. So instead of making the treatment quick, they should accommodate the customer a little bit better. Other than that, the tech has done his job. I still get the occasional spiders but no ant trouble. I also liked it when he called me the day before to remind me of the appointment and give me an estimated time that he'll be there. I would recommend Terminix to a friend and that he use the same person that I use.

The technician who comes once a year is alright. The other one who comes every so often does a good job. He goes all around the house. I tell him that I have a problem and he takes care of it and some of the fire ants too. He's very personable and after he's done, he talks and tells what is wrong if there is anything wrong.     Terminix calls me before they come to check to see for the termites. Once in a while, if I’m home, they ring the bell. And if I’m not home, they have to come anyway see the traps. I never had any problem with that and I have their service for over eight years now.     We had a termite problem before and Terminix corrected that about eight or 10 years ago and we have a regularly-scheduled annual visit thereafter. They call and say, "It’s time for the appointment." And we look at the calendar and say, "Well, next week, Tuesday, would be fine." They’re very accommodating. The technician who recently came here was extremely professional. He showed me some things that I should change outside around the house and around the base of the house, and he did a great job. He was here for half an hour and gave me a report. Their reps were very professional and the information they gave us is easy to understand. When there was a problem, they showed us exactly what the problem was and how they’re going to treat it. So, we’re very satisfied with their service.

    Terminix sprays to keep the bugs down before the winter weather comes in. I got a good technician that knows what he’s doing. He’s about 57 years old and he knows what’s going on. Terminix comes about two or three times a year and I've been with them for a long time. However, they call often and I don’t really need their service as much as they call. I don’t need it in winter months but probably once to twice a year, in the spring definitely, and mid-summer and fall. Also, I’m wondering if there is any way to keep the price reduced a little bit because I’ve been a customer for over five years.

    My latest experience with Terminix was great as they sent the right tech, but I had a lot of issues before that. My biggest issue when I call is that I want to get a local office and they always reroute the phone. I can never talk to somebody though I requested time and time again for a manager to call me. They never did which is very unprofessional.

    I have roaches in my stove and I can't buy a new one until I get rid of them. The first time Terminix ever came to my house, I wasn't pleased at all. They were in and out of my house in about 10 minutes. The second time they came out, I got a different guy, Derrick, who did a better job. I tried to request the third time for them to come out but Terminix sent the other guy again, whom I timed and was in and out of my house in under five minutes.

    Terminix has to select the technicians coming out and I understand that, but I've seen a good response when Derrick came out. And the only reason I kept Terminix is because of him. He did such a good job to the problem areas that the pest activity has dwindled dramatically. He did every area I asked and was very good to my pets. He listened to my issues and didn't dismiss me like the other tech did. It's got to the point where he gave me his cell number and told me to just text him when I want to schedule my appointment because I am that frustrated with the call center. I have called him directly when I needed to and it has been timewise. But it's probably going to take a while to get rid of the roaches. I have a dog and roaches love dog food. But as long as I'm seeing progress, I'll keep Terminix up. And I know on my end, I have to keep my area clean.

    I've used Terminix for a couple of visits. I had to call them back out since the first guy wasn’t as thorough as the second guy. I didn’t like following around so the first guy just sprayed what he sprayed and there were still bugs. It wasn’t his usual route so the other guy came out and said that it didn’t look like he had done as much as he should have. He then went ahead and got rid of the spiders and wasps, sprayed for ants, and sprayed inside. The second guy was professional and knowledgeable. Since that service call, I still have seen a couple of roaches but the pest activity has definitely calmed down.

    We had some bugs around the house before and Terminix told me what they had available and I said okay. And we have an annual service with them thereafter. We just have the regular pest control of any kind of roaches but we haven’t had very many bugs in the house since their last visit. Their technician calls ahead of time and tells me when he was coming out. He comes out to do his job and he does it satisfactorily. We would recommend Terminix to somebody else.

    Terminix gave me an automatic time for my quarterly outside treatment, and it's pretty easy to change. And then they contact me about a week before they do the service. I have only done the service twice and both of the technicians that came out have been real polite and courteous. And I felt comfortable enough with both of them that I left when the technician was here the last time because I got a call to substitute teach. Also, it's really easy to go through their website and do things. I started the outside service because of ants, and now I haven't noticed any at all.

    I have an annual contract with Terminix and they come out regularly and inspect the termites. To schedule our service, sometimes they call me and sometimes I call them. This particular time, I called them since there was an issue that needed to be resolved. My interactions with the reps were fine. I told them what the problem was and they said they'll schedule someone to come right out. They asked me what day would be convenient for me and I told them. Then the technician showed up, did what I asked him to do, checked things out for me, and gave me a report back. That was a positive experience.

    Terminix might want to check their website, though, and do a little bit more to make their website more user-friendly. When I made a payment online, I had to go through a lot of bells and whistles. The payment process should be a lot simpler than it is. But apart from that, I didn’t have any problems with Terminix. Their service worked and I haven't had any pest activity in our home since they started doing the annual service. I've had two or three different technicians come out and they’ve all been courteous and quick to do their jobs, and that’s a good thing as far as customer satisfaction goes. Customers want to feel confident in the people that Terminix sends out and they certainly give us that impression.

    With Terminix, I could always cancel service if I needed to or move it up or back. They are very cooperative. Their technicians have all been very polite, too. I've used them for my insulation and for bugs outside and inside. I live in a very old home since 1934, and bugs sometimes tend to come in from outside. I've noticed a big decrease. There's hardly any more, just the normal things that come across my door threshold sometimes. Everybody that I've met from Terminix has been very kind, and they did what I asked them to.

    Terminix bought out the company we were using, PestShield. The latest experience we had was really good and the gentleman is the best person I’ve ever used. We’ve been using Terminix for properties in different states including Hawaii and this is the best and most thorough individual I’ve ever had an experience with as far as pest control intern. He was prompt, covered any issue we had with the previous company and addressed them quickly. However, I haven’t had the best experience with Terminix on the phone probably because usually the calls were made because something wasn’t done like they said they were going to do. We also have had some issues with Terminix and PestShield in the past with the follow-up.

    One thing that would be helpful is talking about some of the issues we have with certain insects or weather patterns for having insect issues. It seems like whenever we have a problem and I call it in, the technician would say he knows this is going to happen because of this or that or that the problem is happening in this area, but they don’t bring it to anyone’s attention until we bring it up. Better communication about some of the issues that are happening in the area before we have to call about it would be nice.

    Terminix came out most recently because of the cockroaches at one of our rental properties, and it wasn't the greatest experience. It's not totally taken care of, but I don't know if it's their fault or if it's gone on too long. Also, Terminix has too many facets of talking to one person and then switching to another person. It's too much and it needs to be streamlined better.

    We have termites here and I called Terminix about it. They came and confirmed that we have termites and said they needed to come in. The manager came after a few days and sprayed all around and put things in the ground, and he came inside the house and put all of what he could get there, and the termites disappeared in a few weeks. Terminix is great. They are doing a really good job, and I'd recommend them.

    Terminix provides service on a regular basis on a second home that we have. Occasionally, if I had a special problem, I’ll give Terminix a call, but they normally come and inspect the place four times a year. We’ve had problems with carpenter bees at our place, and they make an attack every now and then, but they’ve taken care of it. And we don’t live there, and once every couple of years, I see the Terminix guy and he’s done a satisfactory service. He takes care of the problems, and when I get the statement for the bill, I'll be using it for what he’s written in terms of evaluating the place because he’s seen it.

    Terminix was just here a month ago but I saw a spider in my living room and in my basement so I wasn't too happy about that because I haven't seen a spider in this house for a long time. Terminix comes automatically a few times a year. I had the same technician for a long time but he got promoted so I have another one. I have no problem with the person who was here but I've questioned a few times that they seemed to not have done a thorough job. They were in and out of here faster than they used to be and the treatment never took long. It seems like they just do corners. I'm wondering if that's the reason I'm seeing the spiders all of a sudden. This is the first time in years that I saw a black spider running across my floor. All of a sudden I'm seeing three spiders in a matter of two weeks.

    I also called because I found a mouse and they did come out promptly and put mouse traps around. They give a couple of days notice and they usually call and say it's time for them to come out. They'd ask me if I'm going to be available a particular day, and we go from there. When I called in the evening about the mouse, somebody came out the next morning. I'm going to give them a call again this afternoon because of the spider I saw. I wouldn’t mind if it was just one. I can understand that maybe one got through. But three and of different kinds? They're doing things differently now. They used to do the baseboard all along and they didn't do quite as much. They just did corners. I don't know whether it was for my benefit, for my health, that they weren't putting any pesticides in my house. That's the idea I got. But so far, our experience with Terminix has been fine.

    I have been using Terminix for a few months now and so far, they have been great. They offer excellent customer service and they are very fast when you need them right away. They usually try to accommodate you the same day or next day. Their technicians are very courteous and professional.     I’ve been with Terminix for 40 years in different houses and this is the fourth house that I’ve had them. The first house, it was right when we went to sell when the inspector saw some termite damage and we got Terminix to come out and take care of it to get rid of the infestation. Then the second house, I decided that I’m not going to wait around. What I like about Terminix is that their upfront cost may be a bit higher, but their yearly cost for renewal is much lower than Orkin. And Terminix says that they will not only re-treat, which Orkin will do, they will repair the damage, which Orkin won’t, so that is a big plus. Terminix also has a very good reputation in the industry. I’m very comfortable with their technicians too. The one who for a long time serviced this house is semi-retired now, but he had his degree in entomology and bugs. It was absolutely great. I would talk to him and he’d tell me what’s the latest thing going around that we have to worry about. Everybody I’ve dealt with has been professional.

    The only time I had to call was when we had pest control, and my late wife saw a mouse in the garage. We called and they were out the next day, and put out traps and all. They handled that immediately. They should keep up the good work. They give me a phone call a day or two before with the approximate time and date when they’ll be out, and then if there’s a change, I’ll actually get a call from the technician. They’ll say “Hey, I’m running a little late” or “I can be there instead a little bit earlier, if that’s okay”, and it’s great and it lets me plan my day better. I recommended them and in fact, my daughter and son-in-law got them for their house.

    Scheduling with Terminix was fine. Their reps were pretty prompt and everybody seemed very friendly. Terminix came to do their general inspection where they were supposed to come on a Friday but showed up Monday right before I was going to leave for work. The service was good, though, I just wasn’t expecting them. They had to reschedule but they didn’t let me know about it, which was weird. Other than that, everything was fine. They’ve come to treat once every quarter and I've noticed good things. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and friendly. The guy that came out to do the general inspection, though, was very sales-driven and I was uncomfortable a little bit. He offered me some things that I didn’t really need, but I understand that. He wasn’t very pushy though, so I appreciate that.

    I live in Tennessee and my brother lives in Michigan and he got fleas really bad. He has four big dogs and he lets them in. It really got bad because he was in the hospital for a couple of weeks because he has terminal cancer. And the dogs were in the house, so they really went rampant. I contacted Terminix and everybody was very, very nice. The technician sprayed the house because my brother was getting out of the hospital. I wanted them to do the service before my brother came back so he didn’t have to leave. It worked out good because there was no fleas at all afterwards.     I used Terminix back in my other house for a couple of years so they’ve been around forever. I moved from Washington State to Texas and Texas, I'm hearing, has things that I'm not used to like termites and a load of ants. So before I even moved in my furniture into my new house I already called Terminix to have them come out. Scheduling the service was easy, simple, very quick and no nonsense.

    I am on a set schedule. Usually about a day before I'll get a phone call and I'll get them email saying they'll be out the next day between this hour and this hour. I've had the same guy both times that they’ve been out and he's really super friendly. He's not afraid of dogs because most people see a Great Dane tend to not like them. And he came right in and he introduced himself to the dog before he even introduced himself to me and he's a friendly guy. But it's Texas. Everybody in Texas is friendly.

    The house that I bought was brand new so it tends to be a little bit bug resistant but if I find a new anthill anywhere all I have to do is call them and they'll show up and put and some chemicals on that one single hill. They'll come out right here just for that. They were involved but they're hands-off. So they only bother you when you call them first. There are no nonsense. They put the customer first and they are a very easy company to work with.

    We are on a regular schedule with Terminix, but I called them recently about an ant bed that has continued to creep itself in and it was out on our patio where we have our table. We have a fairly new home and the bed was in our tile bricks and was getting big. Adrian came in the next few days when he was in the area and he took care of it. I wasn't even home when he did it but I could tell that he had been here, and I appreciate it. It was the third time he has taken care of the ants, but we haven't seen any sign of them at all.     I've had Terminix years ago on a monthly basis when I had another house in California and I’m used to dealing with them. They’re always good. When I had a problem with wood termites, I went ahead and had the subterranean process done. They're gonna follow up with that for two years. They come out once a year doing inspections and after that, I’ll have the option to go on or go on a quarterly type thing. Some of my experience with them went well though some were not so good. After they took the tent off, they had to put down some sculpt-out bricks and and they did not put them back properly. I went to their office at first and I waited a couple of days. I never got any reply. I called back the guy who sold me the service and he followed through and got it taken care of. I've also seen a few ants show up after we came back but our house wasn't treated for ants but for termites. And after a couple of days, the ants disappeared.

    Another issue was that I had a nametag sign on a round pillar that’s made out of metal and when they came and brought the tarp on, they hit it and ripped a hole in the metal where it was attached. They held it there then the other guy came out and took the bottom one off. I asked the guy if he had mentioned I was supposed to take that off or not. That was an unfortunate issue. Even after I put it back together, it shows a little bit because you can’t repair ripped metal. Other than that, the technician was overall pretty good. He did exactly what I asked. I asked him to give me a call because at the time, I was away from the house. When he came out to remove the tent, I wanted to be there. Unfortunately, I was busy and I couldn’t make it back in time to do that, otherwise that issue with the bricks wouldn’t have been an issue because I would have been there to tell them they can do it right.
