I'm really happy with the service that we receive from Terminix. Most recently, some guys came out and installed insulation in our upstairs attic. Both guys were really friendly and professional and they were in and out really quickly. They didn't have problems crawling up in our attic and explained everything thoroughly. Our regular Terminix tech came out and mentioned that they had the service available. He gave our name to the installation representative in our area. So, he contacted me and we set up an appointment. Since then, we have had almost no problem. In the summertime, we get a lot of ants, but those are usually taken care of very quickly.

Terminix does a quarterly inspection and they contact and remind me when they're coming out. Recently the tech guy came out and did a pretty good job. He checked my baits around the house and did a perimeter. Occasionally, I notice some stuff inside and so I have to get the guy to come in the inside and do a few things. Yesterday I saw a centipede, and it shocked me since I'd never seen a centipede in my house. But normally if I call, they'll come out and address it. I’m also waiting to see if they're going to raise my price. I was talking to them about that because they raised my rate last year and this year. I’m waiting to see what’s going to happen for next year because I keep paying for the service when another competitor is around.

I've had Terminix for quite a few years now. We have the regular service for basic treatment and we usually get the same technician. I like him. He goes beyond what other people had done when I had other services and he notices things that I don’t notice. I think he does a great job. He's very professional and friendly too.

I enjoy Terminix and I have them for about six years now. They are very easy to deal with and they have very good employees. I have the most excellent gentleman who comes to my house every quarter. His name is Howard and he’s exceptional. He’s thorough, asked questions, neat, and knows his business. He primarily does the termite check and mice treatment. I'd tell my friends that if they ever need an exterminator to use Terminix.

Terminix comes once a year to inspect the house, where they do the crawl space, the inside and out. We also call them as needed, and they let us know ahead of time when they are coming out. They are usually on time too. If I have questions and they are able to answer it, and they are very good.

Terminix recently treated the outside of my house and the tech who came out was professional. I normally call them when I'm scheduling a service and sometimes they call me.

Terminix has a team of good people. I've had them for about a year and a half and they take care of everything I need, answer all my questions, and do a really good job. They send me a text message when they are going to come and call me ahead of time. The tech from my last quarterly maintenance did great. He was nice and took care of everything I asked. He was very professional too. The pest activity in my home is now non-existent and I've no complaints.

Terminix came out recently for our quarterly treatment. They regularly schedule the service automatically every three months and the schedule shows up on their website. Generally, the service is done during the weekdays, so our side gate is unlocked and the technicians do the treatment in the front and back yards, and they leave a copy of the note saying that they were at the house and reporting any special things that they noticed or treated, so there’s usually not much interaction with them. Inside our home, the pest activity has noticeably decreased since we started our service with Terminix. Outside our home, it has decreased as well. Terminix was good at doing the regular treatments and scheduling a special treatment if we asked for it.

I'd definitely tell a friend to use Terminix. They always do a good job. They usually set up the service and call us. They come to the door, let us know that they are there, tell us what they're doing and then spray on our grass. Everything looks much better and I'm happy and pleased with them. We've had the same technician for awhile too. And if we have any problems, we always ask him and he tries his best to answer them and sees what he can do.

I'm on a regular service with Terminix. I get a message from the serviceman, letting me know the day before when he's coming. Then, on the day that he's coming, he sends me a message that he's on his way. He carries out his duties quite well and I have no complaints about him. Since the service, I haven't seen pest activity, like creatures and little things running around. I can't ask for a better service than that and I couldn't ask for a better company.

Terminix is very good with what they are supposed to do. They come out every other month and they call me ahead of time and let me know when they’re coming. It’s usually the same technician and he calls while I’m at work most of the time. They will come and do the interior if I come home and let them in. But most of the time they just do the exterior and that’s working fine. I don’t have any termites or insects and they've taken care of everything.

We had a pest problem and it was very extensive and they worked real hard. Even the manager came out and helped us out with it. And within two weeks it was done. Everybody was real informative. The technician worked around our schedule and were professional. The pest activity was far down. We don't even feel them anymore. I would definitely refer them. Terminix is awesome and they are definitely worth the money.

I have been with Terminix for six months already. When I noticed a number of small insects in the attic area, and we had not been there and we were suspicious, we called Terminix and they came out and checked it and found that there were a great many of those, as well as rodents. It's a rural area here. Two of them made that area of the house rather indelicate and we were just determined to get it taken care of. Scheduling with them was relatively smooth. We got an appointment quite soon by phone. The operator came on time and was able to pinpoint what the problem was, and where it was, and what needed to be done, and we had it done. My wife was instructive as to what had gone on and what must go on and it was taken care of.

Terminix calls me upfront when scheduling for a service and they let me know days in advance what day the technician is coming out. Most recently, the technician came in and sprayed down where he was supposed to. We talked while he was working and while he didn't tell me exactly what he was doing, he did what he normally does and did everything fine. I haven't seen a bug since and I'm very satisfied. Terminix is as good a company as they would.

I called the local Terminix office and scheduled my service, and it went great. The gentleman from Terminix did what he was supposed to do in a decent amount of time. They come out every three months to spray and I've got the things that go on the ground. Somebody also sprayed around my whole house for the termites. With Terminix, it's been a good experience.

I have a regular quarterly visit from Terminix for preventive treatment. The technicians were pretty responsive and their service has been pretty satisfactory. It's been pretty preventive and I don't see any issues at this point, other than their price went up since I've started the service.

Terminix is a good company. They do the outside of the house and they call me to let me know when they're coming out. If I'm not able to be here that day, I call and reschedule with them. Their technicians are also very easy to deal with.

We thought we had termites and we called Terminix. They were really attentive and very customer service-oriented. We signed up for bi-monthly services. They schedule it and they come out. It's very easy and I'm very happy. I can also go on their webpage and look at our schedule. And they call the day before they come out. Our home has been much better since we've had our service. We would highly recommend Terminix.

We had termites in the old farmhouse originally and that's what I started with, and then I've kept going with Terminix ever since because if you have termites once, they can come back. And they came back in the garage of the old house but they didn’t get into the house. But my renter saw them, and so when I called Terminix, they came out and took care of it. I had some bugs on my bay window but they came out and took care of that too. The techs are all very kind, nice and professional. We have two houses and I pay two different fees, so I'm trying to get it to where they only need to come out once for both houses.

We have Terminix quarterly, and, sometimes, if I need them to come. Our experience has been good. The tech is a very nice man. He goes out of his way to make sure he keeps us pleased. We have had pretty much the same guy, and we have had him for years. However, every once in a while we see a roach or two, and that is when I get him to come inside because somehow they manage to get in. Overall, Terminix is fine.

I had an email reminder for the annual termite inspection with Terminix and I confirmed the date, so it went well. We said hello and shook hands, he came in and I showed him the area to be inspected. He did the inspection and he was very efficient. We shook hands and he left.

When I was a new homeowner, I wanted to have pest control for my home and I had a prior company for five years. Terminix took over the company that I did business with and so, there was no choice but to go with them. I always ask Terminix to come on the weekends since I work during the week and I prefer a call ahead of time, so I don’t take off and go do something. They always called me the day before or two days before to let me know what day they were coming out and left me a phone number. A lot of times, it was for during the week. I would always call them back and say that if they could make it on Saturday, I’d really appreciate it and they always did.

Terminix does the annual inspection once a year, then they do other inspections as I need it. The last inspection they did was the annual check-up. They came around for a routine inspection and treatment. The technicians that Terminix sent out have been fine and they seemed knowledgeable and friendly. A few months ago, I saw some termites outside and Terminix came out and treated that. That was on a request basis. On the annual inspection, Terminix just called me and made the appointment, but when I had the treatment done for the termites, I had to call them and they arranged to come out. I got a notice ahead of time saying that the technician was coming and giving the window of time that he'd be there. Terminix has done a good job in treating our home for pests and I haven't seen any pest activity since the service, so that was good. I've used Terminix for years and I'd recommend them.

We had some termite problems and Terminix treated it. Then we just have them do the annual inspection. They seem to be working fine. But there was a time that the scheduling got mixed messed up and the tech didn’t know he had an appointment with us. We called and he reset it. And he was out here promptly, took care of everything and did our annual for us. Terminix have been reliable. This last year was the first time we’ve had a problem with the scheduling and other than that they’ve been quite satisfactory.

We've always had good luck with Terminix. Our service guy has been very thorough and pleasant. He comes and checks for termites. He usually calls ahead of time, but this latest time, he didn't. But he did a nice job and checked everything very carefully. My husband went around with him. He looked in corners, opened doors, and looked under cabinets. He checked in the basement where we've had problems and he didn't see any sign of any active termites. I would always recommend Terminix.

We recently found bed bugs in our house. We had to call Terminix on a Friday, and I spoke with a very friendly representative over the phone. It was in the evening, so I was surprised somebody picked up. They scheduled somebody the very next day to come out and give it a walkthrough. And he called Monday to schedule to come out Friday. Within a week, we had to get the house situated for him. And he was out there within a week to fumigate the house.

When Terminix came, I talked to someone and I was explaining that my house had bugs and I was down in the suburbs. They didn’t really made a difference at that point, but you can call them back once everything is done. So, he sprayed and I asked the guy who was working if he has seen roaches or anything and he said no. I also have their termite plan. They put those things around your house so if anything goes wrong, they will be responsible and I like that.

Terminix comes annually to inspect for termites or bugs and things that come through SOS. The Terminix tech calls us and comes. We haven’t seen any termites and hopefully we won’t.

Scheduling my service with Terminix was fast, easy and quick, and so was their service. I called them to schedule my service. But I had to reply to inspections done and I had to call them as part of the reply to inspections. Since the service, I haven't seen any pest activity, but I never saw any before.

I have the yearly termite thing with Terminix and then I have the service where they come and do the pest inspection for spiders and bugs. They recently came for the pest spraying and it was good. Their service is set up quarterly and they call me and let me know when they’re coming, and then if it's not convenient for me, I’ll tell them a different time. I have a very good technician and it's the same person every time. His name is Carlton and he's excellent. He is very thorough and he always bends over backwards to help in any way possible. I’ve been a Terminix customer for many years and I’m very pleased with their service.

My parents used to have a monthly service with Terminix plus the yearly inspection. But since they are deceased now, we just kept the contract for the yearly termite inspection, and we're trying to get the house ready to sell. I called Terminix ahead to schedule the service and I had very good interaction with the technician who came last month. He was very courteous, punctual, and did a very good job. Also, my mother was very pleased with Noah, the fellow who came once a month and he was one of the last people she talked to before she passed away in August.

We have Terminix in my mother-in-law's house for a few years already because we have spiders. The contractors are usually nice, and they usually send a text to make sure that they can come out. The treatment works like it is supposed to.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. On March 2018 the Technician came to my house, did my inspection however there was nothing found. My garage doors were opened and I had a brand new bottle of $80 Termidor on my table very visible. No one ever visits me and have no traffic flow on my property. I'm one of those guys who remember where I put all my stuff. Needless to say when he was gone, the bottle was also gone. I called him on his cell and asked him, obviously he denied taking it.

The Terminix tech recently came out for termites. He did a walk-through of the baits and the bait station, and checked it. Scheduling was good as Terminix responds right away. It was a good experience and I'd recommend others to them.

The Terminix technician was very courteous, helpful, nice and very thorough. He checked everything in the house. I couldn't ask for anybody better to come in and inspect the house. We have a yearly termite service and their customer service reps were very helpful to give me the information that I needed.

My kid was scared of bugs and we had seen a couple of them, so we got a general routine service from Terminix and kept it in our house. Scheduling was perfect and everything worked out well. The technician came out the first time and then he would call and come out every three months. He introduces himself and talks, lets me know what he is out there for and does the job himself. It couldn't be any better to have this customer-type relationship and I hadn't seen any bugs since so I was satisfied and I have recommended them to my aunt. Terminix is the best choice for me and they'll get rid of whatever you have and get the job done.

We used to have Orkin way back in the day but once we changed to Terminix, we've had no problems. They’re very efficient and the people that they send out are quite knowledgeable about looking to see if there’s termites or rodent droppings. I’m happy with them. They come out every three months and they let me know when the time is due. They contact me to say that somebody’s going to be arriving here at the house and we don’t mind the technician coming into the house because he’s the same young man that has been doing this for the past three years. He’s very personable and he knows what I like to have sprayed. He goes over by the hot water heater, our three bathrooms, the bedrooms, the kitchen and my little office. Last time, he came out and sprayed the inside of the house and the perimeter of the outside. Right after that, they called to check if the guy showed up and if I was happy with the service. And it has always been good.

Terminix has been good. I have been with them off and on about two years. They came out originally for roaches. Scheduling is wonderful, they are on point, they come on time, and they don't lollygag. They take good care of me over the phone. The tech is polite and he tells me what they have to do. He is upfront, too, which is good. Since our services, pests have decreased.

I have a good experience with Terminix. They have been very courteous and on time -- they give a time frame. They will even tell us that they might be here earlier and they'll let you know when the person is on their way. And then they give you a call and they talk to you what they are doing. They come out for ants and roaches in the kitchen and on the whole house. They have been very helpful. We, however, have a few pests in bed as they come out with the rain. But, other than that, things have been very good at home since we got their service. They certainly can get a recommendation from me.

We have had Terminix for a year already. They are prompt, and they are professional technicians always. They come once a quarter. Since having them, I do not see anything that I should worry about. It has been very good working with them. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

Terminix came out for pest control. I have a contract with them where they come out four times a year to spray for bugs. Visits are pre-scheduled. The tech, Adam, usually calls me up a couple of days before he comes out and everything is working out fine. We are pleased pretty good with his service, and he does a really good job. He is very polite, usually on time, and he does a complete job twice than before. If he cannot make it, he will let me know in advance. He doesn't skip on the chemicals, too. We used to have the little bitty ants and we could never get rid of them. But, since we called them out, we've only had to call them out maybe once or twice for a re-spray. So far, our experience has been great.

My experience with Terminix was perfect. I couldn't ask for anything better. The technicians come right out whenever I need them. We schedule and they call me on the way out here. They do the job and they're gone. They were out here twice. I called them for ants once and they took care of the problem. They come out once a year for the termites as well. They have traps that they fill up. And the last time that they came, the termites had eaten up the bait.

I'm an outside contractor and we have a lot of exterior landscaping being done. Terminix re-molds twice a year and we've had them for quite a few years. They've always done a good job for us. Their tech was just here yesterday to check for mold. Scheduling their service is very efficient and nice. They call me first, and then they call me again when they get to our house.

I'd seen Terminix servicing homes and they were recommended by a neighbor for my old residence. I'm a homeowner now and before I moved in, I wanted to have the place fumigated. They come out every three months and they notify me through email. The last time they came out, the tech was nice, courteous and very attentive about safety, making sure that we didn't put any food in the cabinet after three days. So far, I haven't seen any bugs in here. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to somebody else.

I had Terminix several years ago when they came out and treated everything, and they've been coming back ever since. They recently came out for my annual termite inspection. They did a good job and I was satisfied completely. Also, the tech is very friendly. They call and let me know when they’re coming in. I have recommended them to friends.

We’ve had Terminix for a number of years. We have a termite contract with them and it’s been good. They came out the last time and checked the exterior of our house. I’ve talked with the technician and we discussed the termite situation. He seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I'd tell others that Terminix is good company and they ought to sign up.

Terminix talked me into something I wasn’t quite needing, or able to pay for. I've been with them since August. I had mice, and they put stuff out and after that, I don’t have any more mice. They solved my issue and they were friendly. The technicians are all nice and good.

A year ago, we had a mice problem so we reached out to Terminix. We have a regular service set up with them and the technicians let us know when they're here and when they're leaving. Most recently, they came out and sprayed around. I haven’t seen too many mice or hardly any this year.

Terminix is very professional. One doesn't have to wait all day for someone to come out. They call prior to coming out so you’ll know exactly when they’re coming and they also send a text. I have mice problems so I called them, told them I needed someone to come out, and they gave me a date. The representative was great, made a price for me, and asked me what would be the best time for them to come. On this occasion, they came out rather quickly and it didn’t take a long time because sometimes I call and it takes a long time to get a date for them to come out. The technician who came was very thorough and he told me he was going to walk around the house from the outside. He would see where the problem was at and then he was on top of the roof. When he came back down, he explained the situation to me and gave me suggestions what they could do to fix the problem. So, the rat problem got solved.

There is usually a time and a date that Terminix schedules to show up and they do. And then they leave something on the door that says they were here and let me know what happened. The techs have been awesome, and they are just super when they come out every few months. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our dialogue has been really good, and they have been great about notifying. Sometimes I am here when the techs come, sometimes I am not, but the experience has been good.

Terminix does quarterly maintenance for us and their technicians come every so often. We've been with Terminix for five years, since we lived here. Scheduling our service has been good. We just wait for an email from them regarding our next service schedule. My husband usually handles the interactions with the reps and he likes the guy that comes out here. We get the same person every time.

The representative from Terminix that comes to my house is always friendly. He does a good job. I really like him. I've known him a long time through meeting him here. He goes above and beyond. I have surveillance cameras. He cleans the spider webs often and sprays extra where I needed because I’ve been kind of remodeling my house. I open up walls and he’ll put extra stuff in there for me for the bugs. It’s just great.

A Terminix technician comes out yearly to do a termite inspection. Last time, there was nobody to let the technician in the house but there was a station outside to be checked in. The person came but only spent two minutes. He did not check any of the traps and made an appointment for the following year. I called to reschedule but I was put on hold. They don't have much respect for their customer’s time. On the fourth call, I was told that he would be there between 3:00 and 5:00. Then I was called and told that it would be 5:00, and then it'd be 12 to 5:00. Then I got an email that he was on his way. I didn’t meet with him but I had someone there. But I don’t know whether he checked the traps or not. My past experiences with Terminix have been very good up until this last time and I’m not pleased with it at all. I’m not canceling my service but if I recommend them, I'd do it with some qualification. I’ll just have to wait to see what it is like in the future.

We were having a mouse problem and the Terminix technician came out. He set up some traps and told me what to look out for. We looked three weeks ago and saw three mice in the traps. Then we looked yesterday and just saw one mouse trapped. So there's fewer mice being caught and hopefully there will be no mice when I look into it again.

Terminix comes out quarterly for the bugs, spiders and roaches. When we needed to reschedule our initial meeting, their reps got it done and everything was great. We've had their techs for three times and the people who came out were pretty cool. But the treatments we're getting worked for a few weeks only. Even after the first time they came to spray, we were still seeing insects, though it wasn't as bad as before. So we are thinking of calling of them to possibly cancel because the treatments are not working.

Scheduling service visits with Terminix was easy. I asked them to set up a yearly thing and they've come out every quarter. They would send me a text message and tell me that somebody is on the way. Also, I've only met the technician face-to-face the first time he came out and the last time they came out, I was at work and they sprayed around the house. They're there when they say they're going to be there and what they do seems to work. We haven't seen ants since Terminix has been out. It's really made a difference and it could really help anybody if they needed it.

I called Terminix because I was trying to open a contract for the pest control. They come to the house every three months and I have the appointment but sometimes I call to change the day. The people are very nice there and they have the Hispanic line. Also, the technician who always comes is very good.

Somebody brought in cockroaches and we’ve never had them. And I started seeing them and so where they got out of hand, I called. Terminix is doing fine for us. The reps on the phone have been fine, too. They come out quarterly and if I need them in between, I can call them. The techs are excellent, and since we started the service I haven't had any more problems. I would recommend them.

I have the monthly service with Terminix as a precautionary measure and so far, the pest activity in my home has been under control. The first time they came in, they did all the house and underneath it. So, it was good. They've been really nice and they explain everything in what they're doing to do and how to do it. Recently, they called and said they were coming. I said okay but when the tech came, I wasn't home so he just did the outside. But on the last visit I had that I was home, the tech was pretty courteous and thorough.

The representative at Terminix was very helpful. She basically told me the process of them coming out, what they would take care of and how much it would be. She also told me that if I had any more problems after they came out, they would come out for free to continue maintenance. They set it up for them to come out every three months. After I called that time, they came out within 24 hours and it was excellent. The technician gave me good information and answered all my questions. There was also a lady that came out and she answered all my questions as well. She told me what the ants were doing and how they were getting in the house. I watched what she did and what she told me was the truth. They took care of the problem and told me what I needed to do to keep them from coming in. They were very courteous and professional, and I would definitely recommend Terminix.

My mom owns the property next door and she has Terminix so we just went with it too. I've had Terminix service since I moved here, about three years now. Scheduling a service with them was easy. I just called them the first time and they came out. And now, they just do their repeat visit. I never call or schedule, they just show up. We had a flood last year and I wanted them to make sure that they check all other things. The guy went around and there was no problem because we were underwater for a couple days. Everybody that they always send out here is really nice and very helpful. There is no pest activity in my home, so far.

Terminix comes out quarterly to spray. We still have ants and it's mostly during the summer but they don't come in the house. Their technician was nice. He called to let us know he's here because we have dogs. He was very friendly and we appreciate that. We had good service. We trust him coming and servicing our house.

I have Terminix come out and do a regular spray everywhere at our house for preventive measure. They’re usually pretty good about scheduling when I need them to. And the technician sprayed what I asked him to and he answered any questions that I have. I don’t have a bad experience with them and I've told a friend that she should use them and she did.

We have Terminix scheduled to come out every quarter. They send me an email, make sure the date is all right. They come out and do their job. One time we had to reschedule a service but it was a very easy process. The technicians that have come out have been really nice, very professional and very friendly. They always want to talk and make sure I understand what they're about to do. And I've really enjoyed the guys that have come out. They're very prompt as well. If they say they're going to be here at 9 o'clock, they're here at 9 o'clock. And I really appreciate that. Their service seems to be working too. I found some dead roaches outside and a couple inside that got through the door.

If you're looking to get pest control, I would recommend Terminix. I've been a customer on and off with them for several years now and I've never had any issues in any of the house we got. I just started back up with Terminix and we're signed up for quarterly services. When they come, they knock on the door to let us know that they're there. Then they explain what they're going to be doing for and ask if we need the inside done. Typically we don't need the inside done so they focus on the outside. Last week, they came out and did my first application. They knocked, talked to my wife, then went ahead and did the services around the house. They left the flags so I knew it was done even though I wasn't home. But my wife had already called me to let me know that they were there. Usually, I typically rarely see any type of bugs and I get to call if I do. But I haven't seen any insects since it's gotten cold outside. I've been satisfied with Terminix.

A little over a year ago, Terminix came and did an inspection, and then we signed up with them. The gentleman that came gave us a price quote, and everything he quoted, he delivered on. We signed up for the initial treatment with 17 stations outside, then they come every six months to check. We had an unfinished basement at the time, so they came and sprayed wherever they could.

We had problems with ants. Some guy from Terminix came out and he did the outside. Then, he came in, did the inside, and set up some traps and stuff for ants. We get a service every three months and they usually call a day or two when it’s around that time, unless we have an issue. Lately, our ant problem has been really bad, so we called them to schedule our service. The techs who came out have always been really helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, we had a really good experience with Terminix so far. The traps and stuff that they put in got rid of most of the pests for right now. But maybe when the weather gets warmer, they might come back.

I just bought the house and I didn’t know anything about it, so when I saw lady bugs, I called Terminix. They told me they’ll be coming out quarterly unless I had a problem to call and they would come back out. Recently, the came out to spray as part of the new quarterly service. I have one technician and she was fine. She talked to me and told me what was going on.

My experience with Terminix was fine. Their technician was very informative. He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. He was excellent. I don’t have ongoing treatment with Terminix anymore. But before, I worked with John very closely. He would call me if the scheduled time still works for me and then he would go ahead and keep that appointment. Otherwise, they would work with me and re-schedule me. Their overall service was great. The time from the initial consultation to the actual service treatment was really short and convenient. They made it really easy for me. I would recommend them.

Terminix comes for yearly inspection on what they treated to see how that is and the pest treatment that they’ve done worked great. The reps are also always pleasant when I schedule for service. I’ve had numerous questions I have to ask and they’ve answered every one of them to my satisfaction. When the techs come they’d call me on the phone to tell me that they’ll be in route in such date. Then when they’re heading this direction I get a text saying that he’ll be here in a few minutes.

Terminix took care of things and they were very pleasant. They told me that I can call them if I had the problem with the roaches again. The technicians were very friendly and they treated both inside and outside of the house. I called them when I had the service scheduled and it was very easy to do. I talked to someone on the phone and then they called me back and scheduled the appointment. The situation has been a little better and they're coming back for a second visit on the 24th.

We’ve had termites in other states that we’ve lived in, and to prevent any termites, these Terminix guys take care of everything for us. We've been with them for 5 years now and we are very pleased with the service. They're competent and very confident. They come out every six months and they checked the inside and outside of the house. They check to make sure I have no termites or pest activity. The technicians were very polite and kind, and they explained exactly what they’re doing.

We had a problem with mice and now, I got a problem with roaches. Terminix is currently taking care of that for us. The technician they sent out was polite and explained everything. He has been really well and helpful. I've told a couple of my other friends down the street who have been having problems with mice about Terminix.

Terminix does all right. I tell them there are traps back there and then they come in. They tell us they're done and sign a little piece of paper and away they go. However, sometimes they miss some of the traps. Also, we don't know they are coming because they don't call. It will be nice if they will call. But other than that, we're pretty satisfied with them and we don't have any termites since their service. So it's good.

I’ve got some rental houses, as well as some rental trailers on the park so I don’t want a renter to move out and I’ve got roaches. I can’t rent it out again until it gets cleaned up so I’d rather not get them in the first place. The Terminix service is one that I provide for the renters. One problem that I have with Terminix is when I get a text or a call, saying they're coming out on a certain day, they don't say what they are doing and for which house. So it's a little confusing with multiple addresses. I have called them back and I said I needed to know what house they're going to because I need to let the renter know that they're coming. Even when they come to the park, I have to tell them what I want them to do. They were doing two trailers for the price of one house because a trailer is not as big as a house and they charge by the square foot.

Terminix did a termite inspection last time to buy us contract to prevent or to treat if needed. Scheduling a service with them was very easy. My interaction with their reps was very easy, very simple and went as planned. Their reps showed up on time, they were polite, gave me a business card and told me everything that was going on. They were very professional and reasonable.

I've had Terminix for the last year which was because I had issues with rodents. It took a while to finally get it resolved, but it’s resolved now. I have Terminix for both exclusion and pest control and they have been fine to work with for the pest control. They do whatever is asked and if you want something special sprayed. But on exclusion, they have a territory and the assigned technician has a very low 'darn' level. There was a dead rat upstairs and you could smell it. He said he couldn’t find it and that it must be stuck up there somewhere. I was going to have people coming over and asked if he could do something about the smell because I've been told that they have stuff that they can put up there and help at least kill the smell. He didn’t have any of that on him and didn’t have his ladder on him. He also said that the smell would go away in a couple of days. It was like he was more than useless.

We contacted Terminix and they came the next week. They’ve since been back once for a re-application and everything’s been really good. Their reps were nice and very helpful when we set up the appointments. And the technician who came out was polite and went straight to work. He explained how the gel works and where the insects would be. Now, we have almost zero pest activity.

Terminix is a good company and I would recommend it. I don't see any bugs and it's wonderful. It was very cordial and professional when we spoke with a representative on the phone and last time the technician came, he did a termite and a spider inspection.

I have dogs in our home so there's always a lot of bugs everywhere. I have Terminix come out every three months and I always have a good service from them. The technician that I get all the time is really good. He's always available when I need it. And he always adapt to my schedule because sometimes I can't be home. Terminix calls or texts me to let me know if there's going to be a service or the day of the schedule. Terminix is a great company to work with and I would recommend them.

I have rentals and one of my tenants said that they were having a mice problem. I sprayed for a normal spray but I had Terminix come and take care of the problem. They did a good job for me and I had a good experience. They let me know everything right up front and I took care of it and paid them right off. My tenant hasn't called me and said one word about the mice problem since, so the service took care of the problem. I'll use them again.

We've had Terminix a number of years and they do both termites and all the cockroach and stuff like that. When a visit is due, they call me and tell me they’re gonna be here on a certain date. The representative is very informative and all my questions are answered. Then the technicians come out and they're very good. The technician was also very knowledgeable in what he was doing and he would explain everything. He had a guy he was training with him and they were both very professional. We’re very pleased with Terminix.

I called up the Terminix representative that we work with and asked him to come out and evaluate the issue that we have with the bees. The problem was resolved, but they came out a second time to make sure that everything was good.

I had some ants coming in. Terminix came out and they’ve taken care of that. I have them for years now and they go in where I ask them to. Everything has been fine and I wouldn’t be renewing my contract every year if I wasn’t satisfied with them. Their techs come out every three months and they are good. The company changed so many of them over a period of a couple of years and it looks like there’s a new one every year or so. But I haven’t had any problem with them. Their service is working and I haven't had any pest activity at my home since I started with Terminix. I would recommend them to a friend.

Terminix comes out for cockroaches. I have them for two weeks now and a lot of people say they're good, so I went with them. So far, they have been here once and they treated me nicely. They sprayed and it's bringing all the cockroaches out. They've done an excellent job

Terminix is efficient. I usually get an email that a technician is coming and then I get a text that confirms he's coming the next day, and I let him know if that doesn't work. I just have the gate unlocked, so he can do his job. He's very kind. The last time he was here, I had had surgery so I could not open the door. I told him I was in the house and he moved my trash can back up to the garage door for me. He's a nice guy.

I was with another company and they got bought out by Terminix. They came out recently to spray for bugs and they will schedule too. They come out every three months and they call to set it up. We have been having the same tech and he is great, nice and friendly. I haven't had any problem since the service. Terminix is good, but it is a little pricey. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

Our technician Reggie has always been very friendly, very thorough and addressed any issues that we might have. He always asks if there are any additional issues. Terminix is automatically on with the schedule and then Reggie would call the night before or a couple of nights before to say he’d be there. If I need an extra treatment, all we do is call and he’s usually out here within a day or so. We always are able to keep the schedule because he just sprays the outside unless we have an issue and then he comes in. We don’t have any dogs so he just comes in and does his job. And then, he leaves us a note that he was here. We’ve had Terminix for 25 years now. They are reasonably priced and they do a good job. They’re here when they say they’re going to be here. I would recommend them.

In my first experience with them, Terminix did a spraying in the house, inside and out, and the treatment of the yard. We have ants in the yard and some wasp nests up in the higher parts of our basement, so all that was taken care of. The tech did a great job, and she was very professional, got in and out fairly quickly and took care of everything as expected. We have a schedule every other month now. She has scheduled it out and also called me the night before and let me know when she would be there. She was actually there a little early. She deserves a raise. They did a good job and I’m very happy with the service.

I had some work done here at the house in one of my bedrooms, and we came to find out we had termites. One of the contractors said that it would be best if we took care of it before he proceeded to do the rest of the job. It would be a waste of time if we put brand-new wood and termites were still there, so that's when we figured to call Terminix. It was my first time ever to use Terminix and they were great. The initial rep told me they were going to be here in three days. However, I had rain and I had stuff covering the wood, and it was a mess. Somehow, he knew that I I needed them and he made it happen the next day, which was excellent. The tech that came was funny and cool. He showed me what he did. He was in and out fast, and he seemed professional. Now, it seems we've finished the part that needed to be fixed and so far, so good. Everything went great.

Setting up an appointment with Terminix has always been easy and smooth. We had an infestation and Terminix treated my home. Their technicinas did really good, especially in the condition then. It rained or it was during the rain when they took care of the business. And, they came out on a Saturday for me so I appreciated that. I got a contract now. I like Craig, the new guy that I dealt with. He was great. He set up the appointment, came to my home and handled the issue himself considering he's the branch manager because I had a problem with the guy that came the first time. He also answered questions, was very open with me and explained the process. He was professional and everything went well. So far we haven't had any outbreak. I haven't seen any pests and it looks like what they've done is working.

The technician of Terminix came once and he said I had an appointment, but I've never talked to anybody so I didn't have an appointment. So, I was confused. I think they probably left something on the answering machine but we don't ever check it. The only reason we have that line is to use our fax machine. And I guess they were calling it and thinking, "Well, she didn't call back so I guess it's okay." But what they did was just an outside check. And they've always come out before and everything has always been fine. Also, when they do say they're coming, they are here on time.

I happened to Google and Terminix had a $50 off promo so I decided to try and see what their quote was, then I’d call a couple of other ones. But I never made it past Terminix because they sounded like they were up on their game. I was really impressed and I told him my husband that we should go for it. He was excited and was very thrilled that we found them.

I had a lot of pests, mainly cockroaches, to control. I called Terminix and told them I needed help and they sent somebody out a few days later. When the guy came in, he asked me what and where the problem areas were and he did his thing. After that, he told me I have to give it a couple of weeks and not clean behind certain areas so we didn't wipe away his work. I've seen a very good improvement in my pest activity. It seems the cockroaches have definitely died off. The ones that are still alive look a lot slower and there's definitely a lot less of it. So, I'm pleased. I will tell my friends that if they have problems with cockroaches, they should definitely call Terminix because they will kill them.

Usually my experience with exterminators has been that they’re real arrogant jerks and they charge you a lot of money. But I’ve had Terminix for over a year and so far, it’s been good. The technician is professional and I haven't had any pests or rodents or insects since they came. They keep coming out until everything’s gone and they don’t charge you anything extra. The first time, they had to come three times. So now, they just do regular maintenance. They come at the same approximate day every three months. They would send reminders a week before and say they’re coming, and then they call the day before. On the day of, they also send messages saying that they’re coming. On top of that, Terminix seems to be a lot cheaper than any other independent exterminator as well.

There was one visit from Terminix a long time ago. I mentioned spiders and they came out and did it. However, they didn't tell us we'll be billed extra for that. It got complicated because it's a big company and you got this side and then, the other side that deals with money. And then, one side doesn't talk to the other very well. The communication breaks down, so they got all messed up in this flap about service versus covered versus not covered. And it was messy. There were things that were confusing and we were lost and they were scrambling to give us a good answer. But we resolved that and it's all been taken care of.

We bought a summer home in Maine. I had to make sure that there was no pests so I just bought a yearly contract with Terminix. I’ve done some special things with them like some sort of enclosure that they do to make sure that pests can’t enter the home at any hidden openings and I was very happy with that and the gentleman who did it. The representatives are very helpful. They explained everything very clearly to me and I’m happy with the results.

I had a problem with mice and I've had a few different folks come out. Terminix's salesperson was really good. They were three times as expensive as the others but I ended up going with them. Within a week, they sent out two techs to do an inspection. They cleaned up a lot of the old mouse droppings and I really liked that. They also put out the traps, sprayed foam and closed any openings into the house. The techs came back a week later. We caught six or seven mice and they put out more traps. I haven't seen a mouse since and it has been a month now.

Terminix comes out quarterly for the insect inspection and the inspector is awesome. He’s always courteous, kind, very professional, and answers any and all questions that I have. He’s like a very gentle giant. He’s bigger than I am but he’s so easy and caring to where he just answers all your questions. For some people, you see him this size and you might be hesitant. But once he starts talking to you, he is great. And overall, there's nothing to worry about since having their service although there are some little critters like ants and spiders that get into the house.

The Terminix representative came in and he scheduled the service. They went through everything and did what they had to do. I haven't had any follow-up, but they told me to just call and they would come out.

Scheduling a Terminix service has been great. I like my Terminix technician, Jesus. I like how having the same guy. He’s great and he contacts me before, after and even in between to see if I need anything. I’m really pleased with the service. I only let Terminix spray on the outside perimeters. He came in once to do some tiny ants and we got that under control. I had a great experience with Terminix and I would tell my friends to sign up with them.

We've got Terminix on a regular quarterly schedule and they came out like they were supposed to and sprayed the house. The service has definitely worked. We moved into this house six years ago and we definitely have seen an improvement. But they automatically schedule us and that has been a little problematic. There had been a couple of times that they've called and said that they're coming out the next day but I didn't know they were coming out. But when I told them the schedule wasn't possible, they asked if I wanted to cancel and I said yes. It was easy enough to go to website and make a change on the date.

I have a quarterly service from Terminix. The technician who came out last time was very polite and very thorough. It was raining so he couldn't spray on the outside but he told me that I could call back and have them come and do it any other time that I wanted. They're always helpful. I have a daycare and they have to work around my daycare because they can spray and the kids would be here the next day. They came out and did that. They always do it on a Saturday. We had problems with pests for a while but it has been resolved. They've done a really good job.

My mom and dad had a termite problem when they bought Terminix for this home. We're paying for that as far as an insurance program. My biggest problem with them is that it seems like I'm always paying for something extra. They say there's plywood termites and then there's another type of termite, but for me, a termite is a termite. I'm paying too much. But when there is a problem, they do come out.

Terminix techs were polite, pleasant, and they did their job and left, and so I was very satisfied. I've been with them for a long time already, and they come out once a year which is fine. I would recommend them. If you need pest control people, just call Terminix.

The Terminix technician, Tony, has been coming the last couple of years and we were more than happy with his service. In fact, I recommended him to my neighbors and some of them have been calling Tony and they are now customers of Terminix and are very happy. He knocks on the door and tells me, "Hi, Good morning. I'm here." He does such a thorough job that I don't have to tell him second time that, "You didn't do this or that." But that's not what happened the last time. The technician they sent, who was a first timer in the area, just gave a short visit. I told him that time, "You're done? You hadn't cleaned the few cobwebs." But maybe because there were not many spiders being winter and they didn't see any cobwebs. But other people they take a long broom and kind of clean everything. They go the extra mile.

Terminix has come back twice and their service has not been the greatest. I usually get a phone call the day before and they let me know if they can come by and what time. They don't give an advance notice. I had called the technician this week because I wanted them to come to service this building. They tried to get an inspection done so they could come out and look. I didn't get the phone call until a few hours before his supposed scheduled time to come. And because yesterday was the nor'easter in New York, there was no one. My son was out from school because of the weather. The technician called me trying to move the inspection time up, and I told him I couldn't do it because he didn't call me the night before to ask me if he was still available to come.

My experience with Terminix has always been good. We got two different accounts with them and their technician comes out here every three months to do pest and termites. They let us know when they're coming and they do their thing. Their technician is very cordial. All work is always outside and he just does his thing and leaves. If there were occasions when we do have pests, we ask them to come in and take care of it. They're very good. We're very happy with them.

I use Terminix services for termite protection. My contract was up so I renewed and they were supposed to come out and check the bait traps. One thing I would appreciate is if I can get a phone call when the tech is coming out. I never get a call and I'd like to be there. All I have is a note on the door saying he checked 17 and 30 stations and I have no idea what he did.

Three years ago, we had bees outside and Terminix came and took care of that. Last time, they serviced the area to spray as a preventative measure. The technicians have been very friendly and they gave suggestions when needed.

We came to Terminix on a referral from my daughter in law. We signed a contract with them for a year and so far, we're very pleased with everything they've done. I've been here for 14 years and we've never had a roach. And then all of a sudden, we have this infestation. Their rep was very knowledgeable. He scheduled me right away on what was convenient for me and everything has been great. Two men came to get the whole house started. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. I love the way they put the little booties on. You won't even know that they're here checking everything. I’m very pleased with them. They follow up every week for the next couple of weeks and then they'll come once every three months. So far, the pest activity has been down to nil. But still, they said it takes about three months to kill whatever nest is there. Nonetheless, Terminix gave us a free termite and mold inspection.

When I call Terminix, they come out and the times that we have dealt with them, it’s all been pleasant. Normally, they would send an email saying that they are coming out. I’m in Virginia and it's being done in another location in Mississippi. It’s family that’s living in that particular home and I would have to check and make sure it was done. Last time, I also got a notification after the service was done saying it had been done and I got a bill. They do a pretty good job too.

My boyfriend had Terminix for termite service and then I just went online to have the pest control added. I did a separate service in my name. They came out recently to do general pest control. Since it's been raining, we've had a lot of those big tree roaches and I don't like bugs. They came in and did the full inspection, and the tech was awesome. He was super personable and he knew what he was doing, so he was pretty good. He came in and sprayed inside and out for their bigger inspection and everything was really good. They've set me up on a quarterly plan to spray the outside. But if I ever need anything sprayed inside, they'll come and do that. The first one, they do inside and out. They let me know they are coming via email and phone.

Robin, a very nice, young technician from Terminix comes around. She's excellent, very thorough and always on time, and we like her. We quit the service a few years ago because we didn't get very good service from the people who were servicing us at the time. Then Terminix called back and asked if we wanted to try again with somebody else, and we said we would. Robin usually comes out every three months and we've not had any issues with her at all. If she's out, she notifies us. The company notifies us when somebody will be here, then my husband will be here so he can open the gate. We're satisfied with our experience with Terminix at this time. Naturally, we would go someplace else if we weren't.

I have a service every three months with Terminix. They come out and spray the whole house and put down the traps. I was very pleased with Alex and his assistant. They normally schedule me automatically but this particular time, I scheduled it myself because I knew I was going to be home. Alex has been very polite and professional. He comes when he said he’s going to come and that means a lot to me. I have them do maintenance check and I don’t worry about the payment because I have it already setup to be in my credit card. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I moved into an apartment with our 2 small children in November. Within the first few night my son and I were developing giant itchy welts. Lo and behold, there were bed bugs in the apartment when we moved in. We informed our landlord, who tried to put the blame on us. But after arguing with him, he finally starts calling exterminators at the end of January. 2 out of the 3 other apartments also had bedbugs. So Terminix comes out for the initial inspection, to verify bedbugs was the problem.

A couple of weeks ago, I called Terminix and a guy named Clayton came out and did a good job of spraying around the house. He came inside, real polite, and he sprayed around the baseboards and put some powder around the back of the toilet where the rings were at. He was very thorough and made sure that all the fleas were gone. About a week later, we were still having fleas. I called him, and he came out and sprayed one more time inside the house and he might have solved the problem. Terminix comes out every three months and spray, and I recommend them and Clayton to anybody that I know that needs a pest control.

Terminix is thorough and they keep up with what they’re supposed to do. We have a contract each year and they come out and inspect our home. We get a phone call and an actual person notifies us that they would come out, and they're professional and friendly. We also receive a letter. Terminix has been great. We don’t have any termites and the contractor always explains everything if a thing’s going on. But we're in good shape.

I had a weak spot in the bathroom floor, which I thought was from water. I finally got a chance to get somebody out here to fix the floor and when he took the tiles, the wood up and everything else up he discovered I had termites. And at that point I called to get estimates about what it would take to get it taken care of. Terminix came out and gave me an estimate. I called up a couple of places to come out and do an estimate for me and then when I called Terminix back up I said I wanted to go ahead with it.

I've had Terminix for about eight years now and I've had a good experience in scheduling the service and their technician has been very professional.

I had Orkin for many years but I had a bad experience with them and had to let them go. I've been with Terminix now for a few years and I’m glad they always come when they say they’d come. Their schedule for coming out changes all the time but I appreciate the fact that they’re trying to get better. Lately, it’s always been the same guy who comes out. The last time he was here, he sprayed my house outside and helped me out with my problem with bugs and ants. They're fire ants and they're gross. But I'm not sure if he's knowledgeable about bugs like my Orkin guy who always volunteered quite a bit of information about the insects. Over the years, it really appeared that he knew what he was talking about.

I have a contract with Terminix and they come every so often. There's one guy, David, that comes all the time and I like him a lot. My experience has been fine and as long as they continue, we'll stay right here.

We have an annual termite service from Terminix. The technician who came out here last time was fine. I would refer Terminix to my friends. They're reliable and very professional.

I have Terminix come every quarter for bug treatment and they also do the annual termite inspection. They usually email me several days before the service to tell me a date and the approximate time. And then they call a couple of days before to remind me of the schedule. Our technician has been with us for years and he's super nice. He's very polite and friendly. He does his thing then gets out of there. He's quick and thorough. And we don't have any bugs since having their service.

Terminix comes every four months to spray on roaches. In between, if I complained to them that there are some more roaches, they will come. They came in the latter part of January and then in the middle part of February. Every now and then, I still find roaches in my house even though they said that it will be gone. As of last night again, there were three more that I saw on my counter. Since December, I’ve been complaining that the roaches are not going away even though Terminix does some treatment. I feel so bad about the roaches and I’m afraid they will go to all the foods that I’ll be eating.

We have a quarterly visit from Terminix and so far, I’ve been happy with my experience with them. They recently did the whole outside area and I had them come in and spray the downstairs area too. Their technicians were great. They usually send me or my wife an email four to five days before they come out. They give us an opportunity to foresee anything else that we need them to do other than their normal sweep and we can let them know when they get here. Our home is a lot better now. We rarely see any of the creepy, crawly vermin in the house at all. When we do, we have the technicians come in and spray inside the house to take care of those guys.

When I first purchased my home, I initially set up a termite plan and the lady from Terminix came out. She came back again to do rodent inspection when I had an issue with a squirrel in my attic. She was able to see some evidence of squirrel droppings. She was a nice lady and she gave us a service for someone to come out and set up the traps and secure the home. It was an expensive job, however, I was satisfied with what they did to ensure that the squirrels didn't get back in the roof in the attic.

There was some mold that was going on in the crawlspace and the guy from Terminix showed me a notebook that he had included what an encapsulation would do. So they talked me into getting an encapsulation done. It helps the energy use in the house. And it also keeps the crawlspace dry and it keeps clean and rodent free. It also makes it comfortable to go down there and change an air filter. I'm really glad I did it. That did not only solve a lot of problems down there but it also increased the value of the house. And so I was really pleased with it.

My experience has always been great with Terminix. They're very helpful and they do a good job. They come for periodic visits and I get an automated message when they will come. They take care of business whether I'm here or not. It all works out well. If we ever have a need indoor they're happy to come in and when I'm home when they come they ask if there's any problem inside. But generally, they just take care of the perimeter. The technicians are friendly and professional. Our pest activity has been much better since we started with Terminix. We used to get seasonal ants in the kitchen all the time but we don't get that anymore.

Everything has been great in our experience with Terminix. The technician is a nice guy. He has been been doing the service for quite a while and there has been no problem with him. He calls and says he's on the way. Then he comes out, sprays around the house, and leaves. Since we've had the service, everything has been fine with the pest activity in and around our home.

The Terminix tech sprayed the outside and inside of the house, laid some mousetraps in the garage and it was a good experience overall. I’ve had a couple of different technicians and they’ve all been nice. I liked the consistency of having this particular technician. He’s been coming to my house long enough that I feel comfortable with him around my son and everything. But it’s a new guy this time around for the first time since the last guy. But the previous guy did let me know that he was going to be relocated and I would have a new guy coming in. They called me the day before and I also got a message within 30 minutes before they were coming so that’s nice. And then I asked him if he could spray an additional area along the side of my fencing and he’s just so very accommodating, always very professional, kind and accommodating.

I've been a Terminix customer a long time and they come quarterly to make sure I don’t have any bugs. We also have a termite contract with them. Every year I've got to pay for that and they come to check it out. But I’m not happy that when I have to call Terminix, I'm on the phone a long time to get somebody on the line. That to me is very inconvenient and there should be no need for that. Plus, they would call and tell me when somebody’s coming but then the serviceman comes not on the same day and unannounced too. When I spoke to the serviceman, he said that from then on, I would set the appointment up with him. So on my quarterly visit, I have to call the technician and set it up with him, not with Terminix. But no one ever called us to tell us that that was a new procedure. Otherwise, the technicians are very nice. They do what I want them to do and they’re very careful of my house. They take care of things when they walk in and they put booties on.

We just moved here and we thought we would get the house checked up ‘cause we had a lot of little critters crawling around the house. Our biggest complaint would be all these little June bugs, these critters and ants. I got a contract with Terminix now and they’re supposed to come out quarterly. They worked with me in scheduling the service and they were polite. Brandon came out and he was really courteous and nice. He came in and introduced himself then he walked around and did an inspection. He sprayed the inside of the house, around the outside of the house and around my shed. We still got some ants going on but aside from that, we haven't seen anything and so far, we’ve been pleased with the results that we’re getting. Terminix has a good program. It's kinda hard to go away after it and from what I’ve seen so far, I’d recommend them.

Terminix comes by every three months for a regular spray out. Their technician was very good. He makes sure he doesn’t spray on items that are not supposed to be sprayed on. Terminix is excellent. I don’t see as many critters like I used to see.

Terminix comes out for a raccoon problem. They call me to schedule a regular service, and once I have a problem, I then call them. However, they did not come when they said they were going to come and I had a very busy day planned. They finally got here an hour late and they didn't know anything about it that they were supposed to be here. And I said, "Then you all need to check with your scheduler and make sure that you communicate with the scheduler and all the supervisor and that the customer know." They heard my complaint. Also, the Terminix office that is close by is closed, and it will be the same tech coming for a while, and then it will change. They are having a problem putting all that together. Nevertheless, I would not be with them for over 30 years if it was not satisfying overall.

If you want bugs to be gone, call Terminix and they’ll do the job. There were a lot of spiders and stuff that I wanted to start fumigating my house on routine basis. I have scheduled services with Terminix and setting it up was good. Their representatives were nice and professional. The technician was a nice guy, tried to make it quick, and explained much in general as to what’s going to happen. And if we have an issue, we can always call back as part of the guarantee. They did a good job and I haven’t seen any pest activity. So far, I’m satisfied with their service and I would definitely have them keep coming on a routine basis.

Terminix is a reliable company. I have been a Terminix customer since the first time I moved to the US, almost 15 years ago, and being with them still is a good sign. Scheduling the service itself is very easy. I get an email and I call if that doesn't work. But usually, it's fine. The technicians, based on my experience, are on-time and are willing to explain the kind of chemicals they are using. And apparently, the chemicals are supposed to be harmless and it's efficient.

I have Terminix spray the perimeter of my home quarterly and they do that on a regular basis but I have some termites so I had my home tainted. When they pulled the taint, they kind of dragged it over the home as if pulling it. The tip of the chimney was pulled over with the tarp. And so, it jarred my chimney stack of bed which was already old and it loosened up from the motor. It’s an old chimney so it took them about five months and I was actively calling them. Terminix outsourced the tainting portion of the experience and I engaged with a third party while on site and then they have quality control people that showed and finalized things in the end. There was a supervisor who came in to check and make sure the poison was completely removed from the home then signed off and then handed me the keys.

I bought a house and my dad had previously worked with Terminix, so I called them. I've had the same tech and he's always quick, friendly and knows what he's talking about. He also takes time to answer my questions. Also, they're generally really good about working around my schedule. At one point, I was having an issue with rodents 'cause I live in the middle of nowhere. So, I was having Terminix out twice a month for three or four months and they didn't complain. I've had them for over 10 years and I've recommended them.

We are regularly scheduled with Terminix. Before, I just call their main number and it's very easy scheduling service with them. Now, I just call the technician. I have his number. Then they just look at when they are going to be available. They also let me know in advance that they are coming. The technician shows up on time, is courteous, friendly, and helpful as well. And I love the technician that comes. He does a great job. He has been our technician for a while and I would hate it if we lose him. I definitely would recommend Terminix.

I have the usual things at my house. Terminix and I spoke in the past that they would start spraying my small backyard because I have a dog, but that never happened and I hope they would do that. Most of the time, they do the scheduling of my service. I look at the schedule and it sounds okay, so I go with it. The technician usually texts me to let me know that he’s on his way. He’s a very personable person and he's very nice. When he comes, he does the work on the inside of the house. We chat a little bit, then he goes to do the work around the house. Since the service, I still see some pest activity every now and then and something crawling, but the service has been working to a good extent.

Terminix has been coming out for about 30 years already. The man that has been coming has been the only one, although maybe in the beginning there might have been somebody different. Our interaction with him has been fine, and he has been doing his job. I asked him about scheduling when he came in the last time because he always comes early in the year and I thought if there were any termites, they would still be down in the ground. But he said, "No. Because the ground isn't that cold." They redid the treatment either last year or the year before because we discovered termites. I live in the woods, so there are termites here. When I originally had it done, they said it lasted some 20 some years and it was getting close to that time when I started to really watch it, and they were right. They came back and sprayed all around and got rid of them.

I've got bugs so I signed up for a quarterly visit with Terminix about three months ago. On my first round, a technician came in, looked to see if we had anything left and everything went well. He asked if I had any questions, thanked me and then he left. I had a hard time finding the correct phone number at first but I was able to get it. Their rep Kim came out, answered all my questions and gave me her number in case I needed to contact her again about anything. I'd tell my friends that Terminix is good to use.

We had a very mild, warm winter so Terminix comes every year and inspect and we’ve had no termites. Our neighbor had termites and he had Terminix and he has always been pleased and that was how we got started. Everything so far is going very well. And that’s what I’m looking forward next Tuesday when they come again to do their annual inspection. I have a two-story house. They go upstairs first and check, and then they’ll remain here. They like to check especially the kitchen and bathroom and then they go out. Then I’ll have them go out to my garage and then they check there in the garage too. I guess they just look at the hot water heater. Then they’ll do the outside. They’ll walk around my yard and the foundation of the house and all that. I’m always very pleased.

We have two contracts with Terminix. One is for the termites in the whole house and the other one is for the pest control. We like the Terminix technician, Dina, that's been coming out to our house since we started using them three years ago. She explained a lot of things about the termites and the inspection that she was doing. She also gave me a lot of information on what to do to protect the house and she respects it when I tell her not to go in our master bedroom. She knows the whole house now.

The tech was out here and sprayed the exterior of the house for pests, and I'm impressed -- he does a good job. I have been with Terminix for a little over a year now. I like the quality of service they give, and they normally take care of the issues that I have arised upon. Our pest activities, especially spiders, have become extremely less since we started with their service. I would recommend them, and I already have.

I have a contract with Terminix for a yearly termite check. They were here a couple of weeks ago but I did not get contacted. The regular route person was training someone new and it was luck that I happened to be at home the day they came. I’m not normally home, but it worked out and everything was fine. The technician was very good and professional. We discussed the fact that I didn’t know about their coming and he said that he had tried to call. Other than that, he asked if he could go through the inspection and he introduced me to the other person. I took my dog for a walk while they were there and when I came back, they had finished and everything was okay. We have no termites anymore and I enjoy doing business with Terminix. We are satisfied with them and I would recommend others to use them.

We saw some insects of some kind and we didn’t know if they were termites or not, but Terminix came and checked them out. I called them and they were right on time. The rep was very polite and helpful. The guy that came out looked at the problem, told us what it was and that was it. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He recognized immediately that the insects were flying ants, and we took care of them. Everything was fine and I was happy with what they did. They were very cooperative, polite and looking to service. I would recommend them.

Scheduling a service with Terminix went well. They originally scheduled me for a date that I couldn’t make and they accommodated the date that was more feasible for me. Their technician showed right on time and looked around the house. Fortunately, I didn’t have any termites. However, the maintenance fee is deterrent so most people can’t afford it. If they can reduce the annual fee, that would be most beneficial.

Terminix just did their quarterly inspection and they went around and inside the house. They email me to let me know that their regularly-scheduled appointment is coming up. And then I'll get a text message that the technician is on his way. We've had Terminix for six months now, and the first time that the technician came here, he explained a long talk, and then he just did his thing when he did the follow-ups.
