Terminix calls to set our appointment. They ask when it's convenient. They give me a date, and if that's not good for me, they let me give them any day I want. We seem to get a different technician every time, and this is about the best one we ever had. He was wonderful. He was a young man and he was really good. He looked everywhere and did everything and didn't skip any place. He wasn't pushing us or rushing us or asking us to buy something else. He gave us some advice and told us when we had snakes hanging up over our doors, that was a good thing because they ate the rats. Some of the technicians we had before, we have not been happy with the service we got. But, this time, we were delighted. So, we would stay doing what we're doing.

Terminix came out to check for bugs and they sprayed for spiders. I don't like bugs and we have a regular maintenance agreement with them. They call to set an appointment and they also call the day before. They want to make sure that they'll reach us. They're very professional when we talk to them on the phone. The technician does everything we want him to. They always go around for spiders and stuff. In the summertime, they go around the whole house, the garage, and the basement. We're happy.

The technician came out and baited the second time for ants. I still have them. I know that it takes a long time to get rid of the ants, but they’re in my bed and I’m not very happy with that. The technician was supposed to be out here today to spray. But it's always been good with Terminix. They eventually gets rid of my problem. I had them for 20 years in my home when I was in Salem. They got rid of the ants for me. It took a long time to do it, but they finally got rid of them. It’s just the process. I’m not expecting the first time the technician comes out, there'd be no more ants but it’s just that it takes a while because they will move from one place to another. It’s a work in progress. And I would recommend my technician to anybody. He’s wonderful. He’s very meticulous about what he does.

Terminix takes out $33 a month and then they come around once a year to look and see if there are any termites and then they leave and I just keep paying them. I think it’s a rip-off, but I do need their service because if I get termites, then I got a problem. The technicians were fine. However, when I call their 800 number, they say the same thing every time, “All technicians are very busy now. Please stay on the line.” I’ve waited as much as 45 minutes and just hung up.

We're on a schedule with Terminix and we've been with them for a year, and they've been reliable and friendly. Their representatives are awesome and the actual technicians are very professional. The developer put down some new moat and the Terminix guy came out to re-spray. The pest activity has been limited since we've had their services, so they're helping a lot. I would definitely tell my friends to choose their services.

I had taken several precautions and purchased treatments for bed bugs, but they wouldn't work. Upon seeing Terminix's great reviews, I decided to call them up for treating the pesky bed bugs that arose in my bedroom. I thought, if I'm paying hundreds of dollars, this problem should be eradicated after a few treatments. After a few treatments, I felt as if there was still a large presence of the bugs in my bedroom. I was told that the problem was solved. I called and they told me that my warranty was past due but they'd come in again. I did not receive a call for a month until I followed up AGAIN, as the bed bugs were affecting me, my wife, and our kids.
I paid ADDITIONAL for another treatment to be done, and upon leaving, the man said that the room was bed bug free. He said that there were no precautions to be taken, and that there was no more bed bug presence. Just DAYS later, I noticed bites on my arms again and called. I was told I would have to continue paying hundreds of dollars to get it taken care of. They will continue to offer treatments as long as you are paying, but the minute you tell them you won't pay anymore, they tell you that the problem is solved. I paid nearly a thousand dollars just for a temporary treatment that didn't even solve my problem. I will not go to Terminix nor would I recommend this mediocre company to anyone. Beware before you dish out hundreds of dollars.

I was in the hospital for almost a month and when I came back, the roaches took my kitchen. So, my daughter called in Terminix for me. I talked to their technician about the roaches and he was good. They could do a little more improvement with the stuff they put on, though. They don't do it enough. I still see a few roaches every now and then, but not like it was before.

Terminix came out about a month ago to check for the termite possibility and it was very pleasant. The rep was very courteous. He answered all my questions and called about 30 minutes before arriving at the house just to make sure that it was still okay to come. He rang the doorbell, introduced himself and had a badge identifying himself. He looked all around the house, looked down in the basement and on the first floor. Then he went all around the perimeter of the house and I went with him everywhere, and he was very nice. He said everything looked good.
We’ve only been working with them for about a year now and so far, everything has been extremely user friendly, smooth and very straightforward. They came out twice when we initially signed the contract, for an initial and then for a follow up like four weeks later. They always said that if should I see anything, should anything appear like it needs attention or whatever I could give them a call anytime, even 24 hours a day. I can schedule it online. It's been an excellent experience. Even though it’s not always the same person who comes to do the service, they’ve all been extremely friendly and they always identify themselves, who they are and leave a card.

We've been with Terminix for 10 years and I had it at another house before I moved here. I’m on a scheduled plan and they’re usually good about calling me. They came a couple of weeks ago and did the outside of the house. I found a cockroach inside the house, but it was already dead. My experience has been very good and I’m satisfied. I recommend them.

We've been with Terminix for about 30 years and the last technician whom we’ve had a couple of times was very good. We really like him and we are very pleased with the service. We’ve always had good look with Terminix. However, we prefer that appointments are not set up for us. That never works for us. We have to call and get in touch with someone to change it. So, we prefer a reminder that it's time for our inspection.

Terminix comes out on a regular schedule and it's been good with them. They always contact me via text a couple days before and let me know what time they’re going to be here. When they’re on their way, they send a text to let me know they’ll be here about 20 or 30 minutes. They come in, do their work, and send me a text when they get done. They send me a copy of work performed on e-mail. I've also had a great experience with the technician. He's a good kid. We’re pretty satisfied with the service from Terminix and I’d recommend them.

The guy who comes out here is very fastidious. He’s very thorough, very good, and very conscientious. He always comes and knocks on the door. He comes back and tells me if he sees any spiders and lizards. It’s not like he just goes out and squirts stuff and then gets back in the truck. He’s providing a service, so to me that’s important customer service. The price has gone up quite a bit, but the price of everything has gone up.

Terminix sprays every three months and they'd send me a reminder, a text or an email that they are coming. I've never had an issue at all. And if I have a problem, I'd call them and they'd come right out and spray for anything I need. I'm not usually there but my elderly mom is usually at the house. They'd knock and they’ve been really good about waiting for her to be able to get to the door. Sometimes I'd just text him back and tell him to just leave a note on the door and not to bother her.
This last time I've had some pesky ants but I had some spray. I just sprayed them and cleaned it up and they haven’t came back. I thought if they come back again, I'm going to call Terminix. I really like the technician whom I've had the last two times more so than the other. He would even text when he's done and if I need anything to let him know. It's nice to be able to text him and not to have to call through the Terminix office.

We have an every three-months schedule with Terminix and we've been their customer for three years. I haven’t seen any pests since they've been coming out. Their service has been working. They came out the other week and did a great job in my house. They did what I asked them to do and I haven’t had any problem. The representatives on the phone are great and the technicians that are sent out to our home are friendly. And everything is to my satisfaction because if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t be dealing with them. I would recommend Terminix highly to someone with the problems that I used to have.

My daughter-in-law told me about Terminix and I called them and had them start serving me. And I've been with them for two years now. Scheduling the services with them has been very nice. When I call them, they come and serve, and when it's time for them to do a service, they also come and serve. The technicians have been very nice and polite. I had recently discovered an area where a mouse had been. And I called Terminix and they came out and took care of it. I will continue using Terminix. They are good people to have service from.

Terminix comes out every six weeks to get to the outside stuff. They call me and then they come. If I need something special and decide that I need them to comeback, they comeback. They’re very flexible and very cooperative. We’ve been with them for 10 years and I’ve never had a problem. The technicians are friendly and professional. Keep up the good work, Terminix!

I had Terminix come into my new trailer because I had a sudden unexplained roach activity in September 2017. A month later I called them again to come out because the roaches were swarming. Still no relief. At the end of November I called a reputable exterminator to inspect. And was appalled at what he found. Nests behind my stove and refrigerator and several other areas in my home. Now they are refusing to refund my money that they took from my account without authorization. Do not use them. Bad company been sued.

Terminix always shows up on time. Their technician talks to me, and lets me know what he’s going to do. He also lets me know when he’s leaving. I have a regularly scheduled service with them, and when they came out for my most recent claim, they did everything, and were professional all the time. The pest activity has markedly reduced since the service. So, if you’re having a pest problem, go with Terminix. They will take care of it.

The Terminix technician came recently and he took care of everything inside the house. He went all over the rooms and he went through the outside. And he was very friendly and professional. Everything was fine, and it was a very good service. Since their service, our home is much better because we saw many spiders before and now, they disappeared. However, we have a lot of ants outside, and it is terrible for I have an allergy from their bites. And I called their office one time and they said the technician could not do anything because they could not use some kind of pesticide in Orange County, so I canceled the pest control service outside. I was dissatisfied and I will not recommend Terminix.

Everything’s been easy with Terminix that’s why I’ve been with them for 10 years. They do an excellent job. I haven’t had any problems with any technicians. They’ve all been professional and polite. Sometimes I’ll just leave a note if I’m not here, and they spray and leave the paper right there at the front door for me.

I just moved in an old house about five months ago. We were having a mice issue, and we had a gentleman from Terminix look and put in some traps and stuff. But nothing has helped to eliminate the mice. It’s the same thing. We still have the same issue. It's been twice since they came in and nothing's happened. The reps on the phone are also difficult to speak with. But when the gentleman came to do the service, he was professional and on time. He was full of information.

The most recent experience with Terminix is very positive. They came out to do the routine spraying but I accelerated the timing on that because we were having a problem with pantry moth. I wasn't even aware that they would help with that. I had been trying and failing to fix it myself, so I just called it and asked if they did that pest stuff too. They said they did and they scheduled time to come out. I was pleased to find out that they performed that kind of service and that it was included in my coverage.
The technician did an excellent job. He explained to me what they were and how we ended up with the problems. We talked about the fact that I have kids so he tailored how we were going to deal with it. He came up with an approach that didn't use any pesticides to deal with them. The approach was effective. He also gave me tips for how to avoid having a recurrence. He told me how long it was going to take for the traps to essentially work and that was what happened. I really appreciated his expertise and him taking the time to talk me through the problem.

I had an inspector from Terminix come out and look at my house, and I’m a little pissed off because he just tried to rob me of $1500. He did an inspection at my house to check the outside and told me that in my backyard, I had a hole where he could stick his hand up in and he could see a nest of mice. I went out there and checked a couple of days after and I didn’t see any hole anywhere. I felt a little disrespected. That was a little disappointing. He said it wasn’t on the ground, it was on the wall. He said they were going to fill in these holes with some type a metal wire netting and then circle on the outside of the house. That was supposed to protect me for a whole year. But I can do it myself. I can go get the metal wire and do it by myself, and it wouldn’t cost me that much. They need to show the home owners these holes. In that way we can be more aware.

I have roaches and spiders. The technician came in and he told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. And he said if the treatment didn't get rid of them, he would come back and he would spray again. He did everything right and explained how long it would take and I like that. I've been sweeping up roaches every day and they're going away. Whatever you got, call Terminix and they will get those out of your house.

I have a quarterly service from Terminix and scheduling their service is relatively easy. They notify me in advance what day they are coming. If I need to change, I can do it online. If we still have a problem after they’ve been here, the technicians are very good about coming back and they take care of the problem. If you have a pest problem, they’re good folks to call.

We’ve been battling with roaches for a while and Terminix is the third company that we got a hold of. We have a quarterly service and the technicians answer all the questions that we ask and solve them. After the last one that we had sprayed, we noticed a big change but it’s been getting to a point where the issue gets a little worse between the treatment times. Terminix comes back out and does a treatment for us whenever we’d call though. I missed a day because I was dealing with a few issues with my family but they give me information about when to call. The reps are also professional and address me well. They give me information that no one in the world could answer. I’m well with Terminix and I’d recommend them to friends.

The technician at Terminix did a great job. I was delighted to meet him and he was very nice and professional. He did the whole outside, went around the windows and the doors just like I need it to be. I didn’t have to tell him anything, he knew everything. Terminix usually send me an email and then they call too to schedule my appointments. Sometimes I have a conflict and I call them back. They’re always very willing and very glad to change my appointment to something that I can handle.

Termites are really bad in this part of Arizona, so, it’s one of those things that I’d rather be safe than sorry. It’s a bi-yearly check-up that I got going with Terminix that I calendar in, so every six months they come out and take a look at the house. If I see any issues, which I haven’t, I would call them. They recently came out and checked the outside of my house while I wasn’t at home, which was fine. They called me on it, and then we made an appointment for them to come in and check the inside of the house when I was home, so they were very convenient, expedient and they did a very good job. They also followed up on their own when they found out I wasn’t home. The tech was pleasant and he seemed to know what he was doing. I had enough confidence in him right off the bat to let him walk around the room unsupervised. He did what he had to do while I was busy doing other stuff.

I have a scheduled maintenance with Terminix. Mostly, it's preventative but ants are a big one that we deal with. The technicians who came were very courteous and professional. I've been with Terminix for two years now and my experience has been good. Plus, the cost is fine. They've always taken care of whatever I asked them to do and I'd recommend them.

Terminix has been good at scheduling the service and being on-time within the time frame that they've given, and my experience has been good. I've been calling them once a month or once every six weeks because I've had some problems with roaches, which was also the initial reason I called them. The same technician has been here for the most part, and he's very knowledgeable and friendly and he would explain the situation based on his experience. He's a good resource and would give good advice also. So overall, I'm happy with him. The pest activity has declined since their latest service. They were here a few weeks ago, and the person who performed the service was really nice and did a good job.

When we bought our farmhouse almost twenty years ago, there was termite damage. Terminix was part of our requirement to have a mediation for the mortgage. They have been pretty much punctual. They’d let me know when they’re coming. I can also contact them and the tech could come back out if I need him. The technicians have been fantastic throughout the process, and talking to the Terminix representatives over the phone has been very positive. Also, there’s great communication with their automated system with either texting or emailing. I know what to count on.

Terminix was here on time when they did the installation. It was a really good choice of mine to have done because there were one or two areas up in the roof that were thin. Some of the installation that was in the roof at the time got pushed around and they got pinned down in places. That was my main reason for having Terminix because I needed all that to be thickened up in that end. They came in for a couple of hours and they left the place with no mess. They were able to do it from one access hole in the hallway, which was convenient because my wife has the end room where there's another access hole. But she has a special bed there and it would've been inconvenient for them to go in from that end, but they managed to do it all from one short hall end.
The people that Terminix called to schedule the service weren't getting through to some of the workers and we had two mismatches. But once they got that fixed, the local one came out early in the morning to check and make sure everything was going right. The techs have always been very polite. The Terminix rep was also very nice, and if I need anything special, I contact him and he'll make sure that it happens. The job was done and it's been very good because I noticed that we now have much more ventilation up in the roof, which stops the heat getting out of there. The house at night also remains warmer than it used to. Also, when they come to do the checks around the house, they get all the cobwebs and spray around the house. They're a very good company that deliver good service.

We have a plan with Terminix and they come out every three months. When we see their tech, we talk to him if we have a question. Everything’s been good. We had a really bad year though. We had black widows and they just don’t seem to go. But I’m happy we’re fighting terribly with that. Right out within a week, they followed again and again. Terminix is excellent and they have good service. We’ve had them for years and they’re reliable.

I called Terminix one day, and they were out the next day or the day after. It was pretty quick. We called them back two weeks after they did the initial because we had bugs coming back out. And the guy that came and did the initial noticed it. It didn't look they were decreasing, it looked like they were increasing. I called them and had them come back by. Their tech was very professional and my dogs didn't seem to bother him. He didn't seem to be too carefully worried about them. Overall, I'm satisfied. If they keep sending to check their one technician back, I'd be happy.

Terminix always do a fantastic job. They text me, which I love, and remind me to either open a gate or ask if I am going to be a home and I respond on a text. They’re also very responsive if I call them from that text and talk to them personally. They’re just awesome and very respectful of the property. The three or four times that I ran across the technician, it’s the same person. If it’s not, they tell me so that I know when to expect somebody different, which is great. The city cleaned out their sewers, and we got whatever those kinds of roaches are from that. Terminix has done a great job at keeping it all at bay. It’s taken us about a year to get it under control because we just moved into the home but now they’re all gone, and I see very few.

Scheduling with Terminix has been a little difficult because sometimes I’m not at home, but it’s very typical. When I receive the call, I only go online and reschedule, and it has been a good way to manage it. Having the techs has also been a good experience. I’m learning English, so they try to be very patient when I try to explain that I found some insects inside, and they try to understand what I’m talking about. They try to do everything outside and inside too. After summer I found some bugs, but that was because I was out of the home and it was the change of the seasons. But now, I have not seen bugs inside in the last two months. I’m happy with the service.

I have a contract with Terminix so the tech comes to do the normal quarterly spray and I end up saving some money on my monthly bill. She said that my bill seemed high. She said, “Let me call and check on your bill with the office and see if the charges are right for the square footage that we’re doing.” Because I live in an apartment. She put out an extra effort to look at that and follow up with it and tell me that they could come down on my bill. She was very pleasant, very helpful, and full of information. Terminix has helped tremendously in the pest situation having them for longer than a year. I would recommend them.

Terminix offers fast and very convenient service, and cheaper than the local service provider. The tech was very knowledgeable, and recommend a lot of things. He did pest control and inspection. Also, I schedule service online, then somebody follows up by calling me. After I try to make appointment, the price is higher than usual, but the next day somebody called and lowered the price, so we take it.

We just moved into the house this December. It's a brand new house and it had been a year by itself so maybe that was why it had a lot of ants and spiders. I'm satisfied with Terminix and the technician sent. The situation has gotten better.

I’ve been a Terminix customer since 2012. They come out and do quarterly services. They’ve always been on time, and they’re really good at reminding me when they’re coming. They’re really good at sending me what they found or what they did. Actually, we moved in from our previous location, and I kept the contract with them to our new home. Usually, the quarterly service is set up during business hours when I work. But a couple of times I did work with one of the technicians there who was super polite. If I had questions, they explained to me in depth what they could and couldn’t do, and what they’re allowed to do. They’ve always been really great. I’ve never had an issue with any of them.
In our previous home, we had red and black beetles. They’re attracted to some tree that’s why I originally called Terminix out because they basically covered the one corner of the house. And then once they came out and they started the quarterly, I have never seen those bugs again until we moved to the other property. The new homeowner said, “Hey, we have these bugs. What did you guys do?” And I’m like, “I called Terminix, and they do a quarterly service. You’ll never see them again if they come out.” Our last treatment was in October and that’s at the new house. I would highly recommend them because they fixed anything that I’ve ever had an issue with, and they consult their contract. You get exactly what they say they’re going to give you, and they’re inexpensive if you’re on the quarterly. It’s worth the price.

We've been with Terminix for several years and we're on a regular schedule with them. We have ant problems and their technicians treated the areas where the ants came in both inside and outside. We see a difference since we had their service and they're doing a great job. The person who comes is very good and we're happy with Terminix.

I have an annual check with Terminix. A young man walked in and asked where he should start. He said he was going to look around and see if there were any termites. He walked around but he never went up in the attic. I didn't know whether they were supposed to or not, but the guys before used to do that. The young man was all right but he didn’t seem like he was really too interested. The interactions weren't there. Most of the technicians come in and say hello, ask how I'm doing, if everything seems all right around or if I had any questions. But this man didn’t seem to have anything. I was fine with that though if that was what Terminix wanted.
This man was in and out in a flash so I guessed there were no termites. But when I’m paying a contract of $327 a year, I want to be sure and don’t have to worry because they are the ones that are going to have to stay behind it. I’ve had Terminix for a long time and they used to give a contract saying the inspection was done, everything was good and it was my guarantee for the next year. But I have not gotten one stating that I just paid and there's no guarantee. My house is on the market so I have to show proof that I am in good standing with Terminix with my contract. I want Terminix to honor my guarantee. I’ve been in touch with them but they’re not sending me anything in the mail. But I will get in touch with them again. I have to have my warranty and I think I’m entitled to it.

Terminix reps had the knowledge of their product, what they could do for me and how I might benefit from it. I had noticed some ants at the entry door at the main entrance, all around the porch and I put some ant powder down. And in a matter of days, they happen to be at the door so Terminix' schedule was very timely. I was satisfied that their reps took care of what they were supposed to take care of without me having to be present.
But I definitely want to know when they're coming, when to expect them. I'm comfortable with having someone come as long as I know when to expect them. If they just show up, then I'd miss the opportunity preps. And if they were out here and had gone, there's a tag on the door but I didn't even get to speak to anyone when I wanted to. That was unsatisfactory. If someone's coming in the house, I'll just have let our neighbor know somebody's coming in the house because I got to be careful who to let in in our house.
On the brief encounters I've had with them, I have nothing to do differently. Either they wear booties on or shoes off when they come in the house because we're wear-your-shoes-in-the-house kind of people. I also like that they could caution me about chemicals. So, if my grandchildren are going to be over, they could tell me about it and what I have to be aware of. The other thing I like was during the time I wasn't home and they came by, they left a tag on the door, put it on the mailbox or whatever to let me know they were there, what they saw and what they observed. So, instead of feeling, I'm just a number to them that they run the neighborhood, spraying and running.

I'm very disappointed with Terminix. I'm on disability and it took a lot for me to take the money out to pay them for spray. I do it every year because when I first bought this house eight years ago, it has been totally destroyed by termites. There were no live ones but I did the whole perimeter for $1200. I also had the house rebuilt so I make sure I get it sprayed every year. I had ants in the bathroom and big roaches. But I was concerned when I saw a German cockroach ant that's why I really called. They spread like wildfire and are hard to get rid of. Terminix came out and sprayed for the ants and roaches in the house, then went outside and said that was for bees, ticks, fleas and grub worms. I paid them $139 for that and the technician said it would take eight days for the bugs to die. I waited 10 days and when I turned on the kitchen light, it's like roach heaven. They're all over the counters, my clean dishes, my toilet seat and on my bed.
So he came back out and sprayed last week. After 5 days, my daughter asked why there are still roaches all over the house. I said it's either the technician does not know what he's doing or he's not using the mixture that he's supposed to because if he's using the right stuff, the roaches would be dead by now. There was a roach on my pillow and that's disgusting. I also have a room mate who's complaining of having roaches in his bedroom. Also, when I open my pantry, there are a lot of ants going all the way up the wall even though we take the garbage out, clean the wooden floors and the bathrooms. I'm going to call them back because it's their responsibility to get rid of the bugs.

Terminix sends me a notice for a service on email and if I need to change it, I can which has worked fine for me so far. The technician who came recently was very nice and professional. He let me know what he did and when he was through. He did the outside of the house and was really good at his job. We've been very pleased with Terminix but I wish they have a local office sale.

When scheduling with Terminix, I call the number on the bill, ask for them to schedule somebody to come out, tell them when I'm available and they'd find an opening for me. They come monthly outside, but it's been a long time since they sprayed inside the house. Mostly all of the bugs were dead and I just wanted to keep it that way. The guy that came out had been the regular technician that came to my dad’s house, so I’ve met him before, and he was really nice. We chatted for quite a while before he left. Overall, they're doing a great job. I wouldn’t switch to another company because Terminix is working.

The technician was pretty thorough and a good guy the whole time. But, the billing was messed up. I kept getting emails saying that my plan had expired. And when I called to find out what was going on, they said they don't see it on their end but they got it resolved. Everyone was great. I've been with them since 2007. I was in a different home the first time I started with them. So, the experience there was different than the experience here. When we had a form of wasp entered our house, we got the exclusion plan and the service was good. If I have any problems, I just call the guys to come back out and treat it. I like Terminix but they're expensive.

My dog had fleas and I called Terminix to have them exterminate the house. But nobody gave me any information what I needed to do. And when the guy came and he asked if I followed the steps and prepped the place, I asked him what he was talking about. He said I needed to take off the carpets and clean the floors, and then everything has to be from underneath the bed, and if I was not going to do it, then he was not going to spray. He had to call his boss and I told him that he was already here. And I would like him to take care of the areas where the dogs' fleas are on the carpets and in front of the bed. He still said he had to hear from his boss. I told him I needed to speak to his supervisor because I needed my place to be treated. And at that point, I got my dog in the hospital, she got her treatment, and they boarded her because of my understanding that pets could not stay in the house while the treatment was being done.
I didn't like his overall attitude. We spoke to get on the phone with his boss, and he spoke to him. I overheard him telling his boss, "If she does not prep the house, the areas that need to be taken is where the dog is, where the dog stays, like the carpet because that's where the eggs would be.” I suggested to him that he could spray outside. I asked Terminix if they could spray outside and they told me they could but when he came, he said there is no spray for outside for fleas. He eventually did the inside here, but I was very upset with his behavior. I've never had fleas. I've had the dog for 17 years, and she has never had fleas. The fleas jumping on her and jumping on the floor was very frustrating and for the guy to come in with his attitude didn't really help me.
Terminix is also out here every three months and the regular guy who comes out is very polite and approachable. He sprays around the house and he does a good job. I had a lot of water roaches initially, and I don't have them anymore. And if I have any more concerns, he's willing to listen to me and to address those issues. He's a very nice guy and I like him very much. I've been with Terminix for three years and I'm happy. And I'd recommend them if they'll have a guy like the one I have every three months. The overall experience with the Terminix people has been okay, except for the one who came here for the fleas.

I was having a lot of boxelders and was pestered so terribly with them last spring. It’s what drove me out of my house, and so the minute I saw them coming back, I called Terminix and within a week, they were here. They came out when they said they would come and explained everything. They sprayed everywhere which was pretty strong, because I didn’t feel too good for a day and a half. They were supposed to come back two months ago because I have been getting a few of those bugs back in the house. Terminix said it wouldn't bother me but it did. The bugs were in the living room and some upstairs. It was my understanding that they were going to come initially, and then come back every month after that but they didn't.

Terminix comes for a quarterly spray at the outside of our home. My conversation with their rep was short and to the point. We would make sure that there was no dogs and the gate’s open. They would say, “We’re going to go spray around the house, and if you have any questions let us know.” The technician sprayed and then he left and then he did a follow-up call to make sure everything was good or if we had any questions or concerns.
We don't have any pest activity in the home since the service. Also the thing is we don’t have grass around the house, it’s mostly concrete and wood chips so we have neighborhood cats and it seems like they kind of have a problem with fleas. They use natural sprays but I think they get washed after rain because when we go outside we tend to get bitten by fleas and sometimes we have to call Terminix back again to come spray it again. But because of the weather change they kind of subsided on their own. If I call them back they would come back and spray again. They’re the most accommodating.

I'm new with Terminix and when the guy wrote my policy up they just gave me the little pad and said to sign my name right there. My name was wrong on my policy, even though I signed my correct name. He's got me at Charty or something like that and I don't know where he got that name from. And then I've told him then that I was in process of filing my house and he said that Terminix coverage would be good for a year, "that's what you had to do when you sell your house," and I was like, "Oh I understand that." I still pay the $800-something.
So then my real estate agent needed a letter or a certificate proving I had coverage and so I called their rep because I had his personal cellphone number and he said, "No problem, I'll get it to you. Just have your agency call me." I had my agency call but the next thing I know I get a call from my agency this week and said, "Hey, the Terminix people are coming out tomorrow at 9 o'clock, are you going to be home or do you need to go to meet them."
I asked why they are coming out and she said, "Because they need to inspect your house to make sure you don't have termites." I said, "They were just here". And I was like, "I'm here, so they can come on because I didn't leave yesterday afternoon to go out of town." When the guy showed up it was a totally different guy and he was like, "Yeah, it's going to be $120-something," and I was like, "Why am I paying $127 when you all were just here?" And he said that he would get that taken care of for me. Whether he did or not, I don't know. It was just crazy. Whenever they asked me about what I was paying and I told them I was paying the $800-something, I've had a couple of people freak out like, "Why are you paying so much?" So sounds like I need to get the best deal. Do not use Terminix.

I have some bugs that I have never seen before in my home, and I think that the house is infested by them. The bugs only come out at a certain time, so if you really want to see them, you’d have to come out at around 4 or 5 in the morning because that’s when they start coming out. So, Terminix came over the next day, and they did as much as they could, but they never saw the bugs. I told them I had bedbugs, so they gave me a complete inspection of bedbugs, and it wasn’t bedbugs. They almost looked like ladybugs, but were larger. One of the bugs even drilled a hole in my arm and I it laid eggs in my arm. But I was able to squeeze most of whatever it was putting in my arm out.
Nonetheless, the situation got much better after the Terminix service. They got rid of a lot of them, but couldn’t get rid of the ones that were in the stucco, but it’s not their fault. They also found out that some of the bugs were coming in through the chimney. So, they did a lot of spraying on there, and I closed it off. That stopped the bugs from coming in through there. Terminix is good, and their people are very courteous. Every time I called, it would be Johnny-on-the-spot. If anybody asks, I’d tell them to get it because they’ll need it.

I have Terminix come out several times during the year by the yard for spiders and bugs. I see a lot of them out there. They also serviced the interior of the house one time a couple of years ago. They're great, very satisfactory and always right up to my expectations. They're also very informative if I ask if them if they found any spiders or ants. And they always outline the things that they do on the receipt that they leave. They’re very friendly and I've never been disappointed.

The Terminix website is terrible. My termite service and my pest service can never be on the same page. I get advisories about one or the other. Sometimes I have to call about it on the phone when I don't see it. The other thing about it is there’s not enough leeway when you need to change an appointment. I work, and there’s only a few days I can be there, and I have pets so I have to be here to make sure my pet doesn’t get outside and poisoned. But the website only gives me six or seven days to choose from and, it may be two weeks from now before I can get another one.
And then the last time I did that, I wasn’t able to change my appointment. And I said, “Okay. I’ll just cancel it, and I’ll reschedule it.” The next thing I know was I got a chat message on my phone that says, “Hi! I’m 30 minutes away. I’ll be there soon.” And I had no idea the guy was even coming. The website needs to have more options. I would love to see my termite information and my pest control information on the same page. And also, I would like to have more than just the few normal days that I have to choose to change my appointment rather than only within five days. However the guy that comes out is great. He has a very positive attitude and friendly. He answers my questions and asks me if I have anything else I need. The ant problem we had is gone, but now that it’s winter, some of the bugs are coming inside.

The guys from Terminix are good and professional at what they do. The technician that they sent out was very nice. He did his work and told me to let him know if I need anything else at that time and they did it. They messaged me one day before they would be out. So, that really helped and I really appreciated that. I try to get the same technician every time. I told Terminix that I didn’t want to keep switching around because I’ve had problems with some technicians in the past, so I told them I don’t want certain technicians coming to my house. Also, I rescheduled a service via phone and it was easy. The rep gave me a few choices of the days they have available which suited me and I picked a day and time. She was very helpful. And since the service, it has been pretty good. Besides whatever comes with the weather, there’s really nothing going on so I’m happy with it. Their service is excellent.

I've been happy with Terminix. Their most recent visit was to take care of roaches and that kind of stuff inside and out of my house. The tech did a great job, as always, so everything was fine. Scheduling is very easy because he has been able to come often when it's a better time than the scheduling that they try to put me with. He will call 'cause he knows it's coming up and he'll tell me because I like a certain time of day. They don't always schedule him for that but he usually gets here when I want.
He's been my tech for a long time and I trust him completely. When I'm out of town and the lady that watches my house is here, she lets him in and he's very kind to her. He's a nice man and he's always been very honest and straightforward with me with anything. He's done his job. I get the pests after he has sprayed, and they come out and lie down for me and I just pick them up and throw them away. Their product must be good because it works for me. I had somebody before him some years ago and they were nice but he's been the most outstanding.

When we bought this house, Terminix had treated the crawlspace under the house, and we just picked it up and continued the contract. I’ve been very pleased with them. The tech shows up and he’s usually a very friendly type. He wanders around the house and he crawls under the house and gives me a good report. It’s short and sweet. They’re always clean even after having crawled under some houses. They make an effort to cover their shoes when they come into the house and put overalls when they crawl under our crawlspace under the house.
Scheduling is a little frustrating to me sometimes because for some reason, a lot of times I get scheduled and then terminix sends me an email about it. I overlook it and before I know it, they’re here. So most often, I don’t initiate the call to set up a schedule, but then sometimes I do call to reschedule when I realize that they’re coming and it’s not going to work for me.

I had an ant problem and Terminix treated it, but they didn't quite get it all. It kind of moved from one place to another. Rodney is the regular technician and Ty comes around and inspects to double check if there are any issues. Ty got here ahead of Rodney last time and he saw the ant issue that I had in my bathroom. So he left instructions for Rodney to do and he did that exactly as specified. And I haven't had a problem since. I was very pleased with that.
And then I got a text yesterday that I had my regular service and it was supposed to be from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening. I called Terminix and told them that I had bible study in the next house and I was worried that the tech was going to come out by accident and waste the trip. So they changed the schedule. I'm very pleased with how they try to keep me on schedule and they take care of any issues that come up. They were always very quick to answer any questions I had and they identified themselves when they come. I like Terminix and I intend to renew my contract.

When I first moved to the area 10 years ago and I was talking to people who live here, one of the recommendations was to get set up on a regular service with Terminix. Every three to four months, they come out and that’s usually great. But right after that, I had to call them back out because we were doing some home repairs and we uncovered what we thought was a rodent problem. When the tech guy came out the next morning, there wasn’t any sign and there was no live activity, but it was fine. They’ll only come inside if I have a noticeable issue and I need them to come inside, but for the most part, they just do the exterior.

I bought a home and moved in and I wanted to make sure I don’t have bugs. I got Terminix to come out every three months unless we call. The technician comes and knocks on the door to let me know he’s here and he’s been a very friendly, nice guy. He did the spraying outside and everything went well. We've only had the service 2 times now and I haven't seen any pest.

Terminix automatically sends me an email that they’re going to come out, and if I have any problem with the appointment, I can call in and change it. The techs have always been very nice, respectful and polite. There was one time when they were sending the email to the wrong address, and they came out when I didn’t want them to. But once they got it straightened out, it’s been fine. Recently they came out and did what they were supposed to do, and everything went well. We also had a really bad problem with ants, and we would get rid of them and they’d come back. But we haven’t had that issue anymore inside. We still see them outside, but they haven’t gotten in the house. Their service is the only thing I’ve seen that’s worked to keep those ants gone. It is a little pricey and I wish it was a little cheaper, but it’s still worth it to keep those ants out.

Terminix comes on a yearly basis to do the termite inspection and this is scheduled in advance which is convenient. Their reps are courteous and their techs are pretty thorough as far as where they’re checking and everything. If I have any thoughts or concerns, they answer my questions at the time. I don’t have any termites since their last service. Also, considering where I live where there are woods all around us, I feel that the pest service in general is good because we see very little pest activity as far as spiders and things like that. I have had different services that have been a pain in the neck but Terminix is not one of them. It's very simple with them.

We have a standard Terminix service and they just come in for their quarterly pest control service and complete it. The experience was good. I haven’t seen any activities after their last visit, so the pest control is working. So far, I've been using them for seven years now. Their price is a little higher than other competitors but they provide good service.

Terminix came out when they said they would and they did the treatment of the house. Their rep told me I would be on a three-month cycle so I wanted to follow up with that. It was my first time to get pest control services because it's my first home, but I felt their service was thorough. I didn’t see anything, there were no signs of pests. I just wanted that preventative maintenance done.
Scheduling a service was super easy. I made a phone call because I was looking at two different companies. Terminix did termites unlike everything else who only does one type of thing. I called and I wasn’t on hold too long. They scheduled me within two days and their technician came out. Their rep on the phone was good. He had a little language barrier but that was fine. He understood what I was saying and I understood what he was saying, so it was okay. I'd tell a friend that Terminix is reliable and effective because it was preventative and I haven’t seen anything. So, that’s good.

We just moved into a new house, and we are just starting a contract with Terminix. The guy who came out talked us about it and then the very next day the other fellow came out and put in those things around the house. Everything went well. We are doing a quarterly servicing with them for termites and pest control. Their employees are very friendly, and they are very knowledgeable. Terminix is professional, and it was a good experience.

Terminix seems to be okay. They come and check quarterly. The people are nice, and so far, I have no new termites, so I’m happy. Before they come out, they send me emails, which is my preferred way. I work out of my house, so it’s generally okay whenever they come. They try to sell me stuff on the side though, like insulation for my attic, which I can do without.

A year ago, I had trouble with ants so I got Terminix and they come every three months. Right away, when they came, I don’t have a problem anymore. I feel comfort with the technicians they send out. I trust them and they make me feel okay. I also had a good experience with customer service and they're very good, nice people. I’m satisfied and very happy with the service. I have roaches and I call Terminix to schedule the service as they're supposed to come every two weeks. The first time, one tech came and he did the whole house inside and outside. That time, the roaches were gone but the tech said I have to wait until the eggs start coming out again. I should have called for the second one before but my husband was in the hospital. Then yesterday, another tech came and he told me not to leave the roaches and get them out real fast. He also said I should call Terminix every two weeks because they could forget. Also, sometimes people don't want to do the service every two weeks so Terminix doesn't just schedule me.

I recently had Terminix come out to the house to take care of some bugs that I had. Spider mites had come inside the house and were all over the windows. In the past, I’ve actually had a lot of trouble calling through both the call center, the 1-800 number and the local office. The call center was unable to schedule an appointment. The managers in the new local office where I now live never responded even to their own call center reps.
Now, for the longest time since I moved, I have not been able to log in to the site. It wouldn’t let me register even or reregister as a new account because they couldn’t find my address even though it was still charging me the quarterly charge. I know the website seems to have been going through some changes. But it took several calls and an escalation and they were still unable to fix it. And then magically, it started working again the other day. So, I was able to resolve that but the website hasn’t necessarily been the easiest to use and there’s been issues with that.
I also have the issue with corporate getting anything scheduled because I had moved and wanted to move into a new house. And I was still paying and I would basically continue to pay my quarterly fee but wanted service done at the new location. Unfortunately, they told me that there was no availability whatsoever for doing an initial inspection and an initial treatment. But I found somebody in customer service who’s able to give me the phone number of the technician who had serviced my area before, so I called that technician and I was able to get him out by calling him directly. And he did a great job. He’s very responsive, but I can’t say the same for working with the call center or corporate.
I texted him a picture of the insects I had seen. I followed that up with a phone call. He was able to look at the picture I sent him via text message and diagnosed what the issue was prior to coming out to the house. He was out to the house in the same day, maybe an hour after I called him which is impressive because it wasn’t scheduled. He showed up, took care of the issue, very easy to work with, and also give me some explanation as to potentially why it happened and where the bugs came from. He was easy to work with. Since he came, I’ve had no issues.
I scheduled him directly to do the initial install. Unfortunately, corporate didn’t treat it as an initial install for him. So, he did not get paid to come out and treat my home. They treated it as a callback and I’m guessing that they went into the system and the previous owner must have had Terminix. And there’s a whole lot of confusion around that. I’m just not super impressed with that process. I feel bad for the guy because he came out and it took him some time doing the full treatment of the house. He doesn’t even get paid for it because he told me they only get paid for their initials and not necessarily for their callbacks.

I'm definitely satisfied with Terminix. Ants were going crazy around our house out there in the dry, hot place that we live in. They were Antimite back then, and we called them, and we've been doing business with them. Their way of scheduling works. We do it over the phone, and they say they'll be out this day at this time. When they show up, it's chaotic around my house. I've been really busy with a remodel addition, and there's a lot of stuff from our house that's been put out onto the ground outside. I just tell the Terminix technicians that it's the usual chaos, and just to deal with it, and they just go about their business. The ants are gone, and we have next to zero action with bugs, just a couple spiders in and around. We'll keep on doing it with Terminix, and until further notice, we'll be on board for a while.

I would tell a friend that I had roaches in my household and as soon as I called Terminix, I never had any problem. I scheduled the service over the phone and it worked out. The rep provided all the information I needed. The technician was on time the moment he said he was going to be. I told him the whole situation, and what areas were mainly targeted and infected. He did everything perfectly and efficiently. He was strictly professional and a really helpful guy. I was happy with how he did it. He hit the whole area, told me where it's going be cautious about, and what area mostly the roaches will be coming around. Overall, it's a great process. I will be looking forward to working with Terminix again in the future because of this experience.

We were having our yearly termite check. So, the man looked under the house and was telling us that there was some mold or fungus on some of the wood under there that could eat the wood away and nest them. He suggested that we get vapor seal treatment so I could shove plastic under there to protect the wood from getting the dampness that it is getting. The technician that they sent out was professional. He told us that he would have another person come out. And they were very punctual in coming. It was all done within three days and we were pleased with what went on.
However, we got a little mixed up on our billings. Their rep told us that we would pay the second gentleman when he finished his job. But we have left before he got there. The invoice was at the door so I just wrote the check the next morning and then we got an invoice later and it was to be sent to a different place than where I had mailed the original check. So, I had to call to make sure they got the check and double check it. That was the only thing that there was uncertainty about what I should do but we got it straightened out. I called the first man that told us about the problem and he took care of everything and he called me back. That was good. I like the personal interactions the most. The person that we dealt with was very courteous and professional and did exactly what we were expecting, timeline-wise.

I started having problems with rats because of the weather. It's easier for them to come in under the house 'cause there's no place else. I live out in the country and so everything is open. They try to find a place to make home, so they decided they'd choose mine. The first time I called Terminix, I told them what I wanted so they sent a young man. He put feeders out and every time he would come, he would check them. He really looked into everything that I was talking to him about. He said, “If they don’t go away, I'll have to go under the house and check for you, see where they come in and help you out on that part.” He was good at everything that he was doing for me and he was real persistent that he was going to take care of my problem.
However, he never came back. The young lady that’s been coming instead of him is okay too but I prefer him since she just sprays. I'm going to have to call somebody else that can come out to take care of my rats 'cause it's getting real bad. I've already talked to Terminix that they could come any day except for Tuesday and Wednesday. They can come but they can't get around as good because we have paper out in the living room and all over the place. It's here all day long so it's hard for them to be coming in and out and going through the door, and coming over here to the other end of the house. I feel more comfortable if everything is clean and clear. They said that once they get everything under control, it'd be okay. I also have spiders and ants all around the house, and they were real good at taking care of that part on the outside of the house too. I'm always satisfied with them.

We have a quarterly schedule with Terminix and they normally call me two days before the service to give me an advance notice to make sure that I'll be home and that the time the guy will come will be acceptable to me. Their technician, Marcus, has been wonderful. He's really personable and he takes care of anything I ask him to do. Since their most recent visit, I haven't seen any scorpions and rodents. The tech normally replenishes the traps that the rodents have eaten. I like that Terminix has been fairly prompt and they let me know when they want to come. And I also like that I have automatic payment and they are prompt in taking the money out of my account. I just hope the price will not go up too much with them. But, I'm satisfied with my experience.

I signed up an annual set up with Terminix. What they do is they come every couple of months or so. They do the inside of the house once a year, and anytime if I want they'll be an extra charge but they'll come and do it. The outside is done every couple of months. I was really scared when I saw one mouse in my house, but after I call them it is done. A guy came in and put mice straps and it was out.
Recently, a Terminix technician came in and he was wonderful. He was supposed to do the outside stuff and I saw him do it. He also cleaned the cobwebs out from the windows. He wasn't supposed to do anything inside the house, but he asked me plenty of times if there is any issue we can fix. I felt good about it, that he was going above and beyond. He was a very pleasant guy.
This is my first year with them and I'm very happy. I live in a very wooded area, and I've seen noticeable difference in the number of insects and bugs that I see around the house. I would definitely recommend them. I would tell others to be proactive and get the service. It's a little expensive, but they're better off with it than without.

The Terminix guys always do exactly what you want and take care of what they come out to do. They come out every three months, and they're good guys, very personable, and carry on a general conversation. I had spiders and when Terminix started coming out, I don’t notice as many spiders, which is good because my wife doesn’t like spiders and I was always getting up and killing them, but now there's less for me to kill. So, the spraying from Terminix is working. It’s a good service.

We’ve used Terminix at our old house and here for five years. We set up their service for the quarterly, then they find the date and time and they show up. The techs are very friendly, and they listen if we have any concerns. They're here for less than 15 to 20 minutes, and there are minimal insects after treatments. Their service is worth it and we’ll continue with them.

It's very convenient to schedule with Terminix because the first date they scheduled wasn’t good for me. I called and had the date changed and it was no problem. Their technician was very polite. He came and he did what he was supposed to do. If I continue to have problems, I could call and they would come again other than just quarterly.

I had a previous company called Best that didn’t do anything. They told me, “It's going to be a long time before we can get rid of your problem. We're going to have to come every month 'cause things are so bad in there.” They came out and sprayed the living room, then they went in the kitchen and in one bedroom. Then they turned around and left. They did not call or come again. After that, my husband said we're going to have to get somebody out here to spray this house 'cause our problem was getting really bad. My daughter had seen Terminix on TV so she called them.
A lot of times, when you talk to folks, they have an attitude problem. But with Terminix, they didn’t have it. They talk with you and when you have questions to ask, they answer them. Also, their technician is excellent. His name is Justin, and he would call and let me know when he comes. He also talks with me. A lot of techs would just go ahead and do what they have to do, hurry up and try to get out. He didn't try to hurry up. He took his time and if I had any questions, he answered them. He's real manageable and considerate. Not only did he spray the whole house, he also put little stuff around the corners. He also did every room in the house. Then after he did that, he went on the outside and sprayed on the outside, which Best did not do.
The only thing I was wondering about the last time I called was how much my bill was. I called back to see how much it was, so I could go ahead and pay them. The one I talked to was real nice. They told me everything I asked them and it all went smoothly. Terminix is the best exterminator I've had and we are satisfied with what they did.

I'm on a contract with Terminix where they do a yearly inspection but I get annoyed if in six months, they're trying to schedule another one. I live in the Tucson area where it's not a matter of if I'm going to have termites, but a matter of when. Recently, I made an appointment for a termite inspection. Scheduling the service was easy since I'm retired already so I have more opportunities. The guy who came over was very thorough, polite and considerate of my home. I was completely satisfied and I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with Terminix. Their tech was awesome and professional. They said that they were going to do another treatment because they knew the cockroaches were not going to be gone. But they haven't followed up with us. They said that they were going to come back two weeks ago but they haven't. But other than that, everything was awesome. All the cockroaches were gone but now they are starting to go back again. I still see some but not that many as usual. Since Terminix has not called, I'm thinking about calling them for a followup appointment.

I had a contract with Terminix on the East Coast for about 10 plus years and this is the first time in Colorado. The only reason they came over was to put a barrier plate on a new home. I called and a rep came by, discussed the different options, and we set-up the follow-up appointments. I asked the technicians questions about termites and also other infestations in the area which were different than the East Coast, and they told me everything about the problems that are typically occurring. They’re very good people. They follow through easily and timely if there is a problem that occurs.

Terminix comes by every three months, and they spray my house inside and around outside to keep bugs under control. They also put traps inside to catch bugs. Scheduling is fantastic and it works well for me. We make the schedule for the next one in three months, and a couple of days before, I'll get an email or a text message saying, "Does that still work for you? Is it still the place? If not, call and reschedule". Since we have them, our pest activities have definitely gone down. They assign a technician who is great and easy to work with. I also have his phone number so I can call him directly instead of calling the company if I need to change the appointment. We just call him and he's usually here within a day or two. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. They try hard to put the customer first and make sure that the customer is satisfied.

My Terminix experience was good. It was a little confusing on the appointment because I scheduled something originally and then had to move it. And at one point I got told that my technician couldn’t come and then I got a phone call from another technician saying they were coming, but once I talked to the second technician who said he was coming and clarified everything, he said, “Sorry. We have a scheduling snafu and had to move some things around. We are still coming.”
Their technician was excellent, professional and courteous. He's very nice and friendly. I have two dogs and he was super understanding of that and just let me know, “Hey, I'm done with the backyards, so you can close the gate and put them back out there if you need to.” Since the service, I don’t have any spiders anymore. I had a lot of spiders around the house and I know moving up here in Indiana, there are a lot of spiders and stuff especially in fall. So, Terminix did the trick. They’ve got great customer service and I'm very happy with my choice.

When I first went with Terminix, they put in a bait system, they're little traps. This last year they upgraded that and put in a new system, which is beneficial for them and hopefully beneficial for me but they don't have to make as many calls and they're supposed to do better jobs. I had 18 stations. But when I got here and went out to check, I can only find 15 of them and I wasn't too happy about it. I called them up and asked them where the traps are. They sent a guy out with a metal detector, we went around and when he came to a trap, you couldn't see anything because it's covered with grass but it would beep and he found it. So, they found them and everything was okay. That was my only problem. Half the time I was not here when they did it because I'm up in Maine. But I've been happy with them.
When their men came and checked the traps, they uncovered them so that the customer can find them. I don't think I ever have a representative that wasn't very friendly. I like to be here when I can to make sure that they're doing what they're supposed to do and if I had any questions I'd like to ask them. I have two things with them. One of them was termites and the other one is for insects, either inside or out. Usually, they come and spray around outside. And if I had any insects inside, I just tell the guy or if I saw some I just call them. I've been with them for about 10 years now. Overall, they do a good job.

We have Terminix on a regular basis for maintenance. They spray anything that could potentially happen because in the area where we're at, nothing has been built here before so we had a lot of things that would come out. But everything has always been taken care of. The initial setup was good. I do it online but sometimes, I have to call if it doesn't work. They're very helpful and when I have a different work time schedule for us, and they reschedule it. Our technician was excellent but he became the manager so we had another fellow but we weren't really satisfied with him. They're replaced him with someone that'll be coming out permanently. So overall, it's been a good experience. If I’m not satisfied with something or if we see something that’s not done normally or somebody’s not taking the time, they’ll correct it right away. Everything checked out and I would definitely recommend them.

When I started with Terminix in Yuma, Arizona about 10 years ago, their sales rep came to my home, and he came up with a good plan. And then, they brought treatment necessary for termites. But when I sold my home, the sales rep went to the purchaser to give them confidence and offered them a free year of service just to keep them on board. So, he really made a difference for us. I want to make sure that guy in Yuma gets credit for what a good job he did.
Terminix did two applications for us two weeks ago. One of them was for termite control and the other for rodent and insects. Their technicians were prompt, and once they diagnosed the issues, we had the service done within a couple of days. Their rep was very knowledgeable and stayed focused on just the problems at hand and had good ideas for a solution. He was very thorough and I really appreciate the work he did. There were two different groups of technicians. The termite guys worked as a team and got all the bait stations put in, as well as the treatment. And then, the other guy came in, and he knew exactly what to do and got it done. So, I appreciated it. It seems like all the results are good so far.
I’ve seen a couple of places where the crickets died from the treatment. Nothing else has jumped up so far. Even the activity from the rodents seems to be down to nothing. Everything was great. I really appreciate the warranty that Terminix gives with the home and the service. It was not a problem at all. Everybody’s very, very professional. I’d tell my friends that Terminix is the way to go.

I have a contract with Terminix and every few months, a guy comes out and he sprays for water bugs and other insects. The original plan was for termites and then I decided to include pest control. But they’ve only been out one time to treat termites and a couple of times for pest control. They told me that the termites were gone. They never put down the ground traps for termites that I've seen advertised on the TV. What I'm seeing now is the drying out effect of the termites but they would not spray again. I would rather them treat one more time. There are some spots that I thought were warrantied. I live in the Delta and there are fields all around, so during a certain time of year, there's more activity especially during harvesting. They seem to be nice guys and seem to be doing their job, but I don’t think it was worth the money I'm paying just to get rid of water bugs.
Also, they didn’t give me anything for mice. On the brochure and all and their advertisements, they show that mice are included. I asked the guy who came to my home to do the service and he gave me a number for his supervisor. They're maybe coming into my home but I needed more than that. I wound up buying the little plastic container with the poison in it, and then mice go in and eat it and come out. The Terminix people left a couple sticky traps, but a friend of mine had some square-looking oatmeal killer. That seemed to have been more effective. I'm very disappointed that Terminix would not give me anything besides traps. It's just probably the rules and regulations that they have to abide by that leaves the job limited. I think when it's time to renew my contract, I might try another company that will treat the mice.

Terminix comes out every other month and they spray for bugs. They let me know a couple of weeks before their techs come. When they come, they knock on the door first and let me know they're there. And if I'm not home, they will send me a text message that they've been here. They knew how to get in the backyard to do the gate's dummy lock. So, they will go in there and spray. They were courteous the whole time. I haven't seen any pest at home since having their service. It's really good. Every year, they come and do the automatic termite. They crawl under the house and the manufactured home, and they check everything out They're always there whenever I need them. Their service is great and I have no problems with bugs or termites.

Terminix comes out when they’re supposed to do the routine service and I don’t have any problems with the people who come. They’ve all been respectful and did as we asked them to do. If they need to spray inside, we ask them to spray inside. The only issue I always have was sometimes we miss the payment.

I paid Terminix for the service to have my place checked for termites once a year. I’ve had it tented and so, they were supposed to come out after that to check to be sure that I don’t have them again. Scheduling our service has been fine, and the representatives I've spoken to were very courteous, but the payment and whoever is doing the billing are bad. Terminix has just taken over the other company for about a year, but I paid every two months and once I paid, they send another bill right away for the next month. And I kept calling back to say I’m paying every other month. I even sent the copies of the check to show them. It was really frustrating and I decided it’s not worth it so I quit the monthly service with them. I am also concerned because I’ve asked them several times for a written report on my termite inspection, which I need for a loan and I haven’t gotten it yet.

I love Terminix. We have them come out and spray quarterly for bugs and stuff around the house. When they're here, they do whatever they’re supposed to do, clean up really nicely, and go around and get all the cobwebs. They’re always promptly on top of it and scheduling our appointments. Leo’s our Terminix guy. He’s always on time and calls to let us know a week or two ahead of time when he’s coming. He is very informational about what we need done and he talks to us about everything. He broke a shoulder there for a little bit and we had a girl. But everything’s been great. There's hardly any pests around and we just stay on top of it because sometimes we have infestation of ants and a lot of stuff are going around in the neighborhood so it brings out the bugs and spiders.

I've had Terminix for over 20 years. Scheduling with them isn't difficult at all. I do it with a representative, and whenever the tech came out or called, I asked him if he could come at the first call of morning. Recently he was on time and he came on the time that I requested. Plus his work didn't take long.

Terminix recently came out to do mosquito and pest control and it was great. I have a contract with them and my services are pre-scheduled. I just go into my account if I need to make changes. The reps have been very professional and they notify me when the technician is on the way. The technician was very, very good at what he did. When he got here, he let me know what he was going to be doing and asked if I needed anything done on the inside, since he did specifically on the outside. And he cleaned up after himself. Everything was taken care of. Terminix has outstanding service and I'd definitely recommend them.

Terminix recently came to a house we bought for inspection and then they treated for termites and pests. They were easy to get a hold of and they were there the next day. I wasn’t there myself when they treated it, but my husband was and as far as I know, everything was good.

We love Terminix! A week ago, their tech came and he was fantastic. We couldn't unlock the gate because we got dogs running around. And they were good to handle and he likes them. Every one of their staff is very professional. They would call before they come out because the dogs get out of control. We got Australian Shepherd and the spray makes him go bananas. But everything runs really smoothly. When we had flying black and red ants, Melanie came and she got them right away. My husband had a special mosquito thing and they came out and did that too. They cover the whole area from A to Z and got it done. We always get good service and it was a pleasant experience.

We had our regular Terminix appointment recently and they are all good. They applied the Terminix stuff on the house. When I don’t answer their calls, they leave me a voicemail and they tell me when they’re going to come up for the next application. If we find any bugs inside our house, we just call Terminix and they come to our home to kill the bugs for us. Since the techs came out, we do not have any bugs problem at this point.

We had some wasps and bugs in the ground and we didn’t tell the guy from Terminix, but he found and treated it so I was happy with that. The only struggle we had with Terminix is that I don’t get enough notice when they’re coming, so I’m not always there to have them have access to get inside the house to check the stuff.
We had Terminix for many years and the guy we used to have would call me like a week ahead saying “Hey, I’m coming out. I’m in the schedule for this date”. Now, I only get then notice a day before and I could be 600 miles away. And when that’s happened, I called the Terminix 800 number and tried to reschedule. Sometimes that’s worked, and sometimes, not. But other than that I'm satisfied with them.

Terminix sends me an email to notify me about a schedule every quarter. Most of the time, when the technician comes out, he says everything is fine and that he doesn't have to do anything. But sometimes, it makes me feel like I'm wasting money because I pay $100 every time but I'm for performance. I prefer having them twice a year but when I tried telling them that, they said that I still have to pay for every quarter. Having Terminix is a good protection though. The last time they came out, the mud was coming inside the house and they wanted to check to make sure it wasn't termites.

I had problems on mice and ants and one time with roaches. We have Terminix for years and they come every quarter. We called to schedule the service and it was okay. And they would call a week ahead of time before they come. The tech that comes out here is really good. He goes all the way around the house, and then he asks if he needs to come in. Last two times, he didn't come in because it's getting cold and there's nothing in here. My experience has been good and if you want to get rid of rodents or bugs, call Terminix.

We had fire ants around our newly installed pool. I called what I thought was a local number but it was a call center. I had a very good interaction with the first rep I spoke to. He explained everything and settled on a plan, but I wanted to check another place first before I made a decision. That person was going to call me back around 3:00 o'clock or 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon but someone called much earlier than that with a similar name. One was Tony while the other was Anthony, and it was very confusing. It took me a minute to realize it wasn't the same person, who tried to sell me on a less comprehensive service that was not what I wanted. That was the only negative part though, and the original person did call me back. The technician they send out was very knowledgeable and very professional.

We had termites and Terminix initially sprayed on the ground and around the perimeter of the house. They come here once a year to keep the guarantee up that we pay for every year. They make sure that their stuff is still working, and they also check to make sure that there is no new activity inside our walls. A Terminix guy came to do our internal inspection most recently and he was fine. We’ve had the same guy a couple of times. Sometimes we’ve had different people, but they were always very nice, and they do their thing and then they’re on their way.

The men that Terminix sends here are polite and helpful. Sometimes, I can’t even get up to get the door because I’ve been sick for a while, but they are so good, they just do it and come to me and I don’t have to chase them around the property. They really are a great bunch of guys. We had trouble with spiders for a while, and then we were having trouble with those things running into the deck, they look like a mole or almost like a mouse. They look like mice when you see them, about 4 or five inches long and they just run around and eat my flowers. And then we had problems with a bat. Of all the years we’ve been here, a bat was on the front porch, and I didn’t know what to do or how to get rid of it. I didn’t know if you were supposed to kill them, and then we were told we can’t because they’re endangered.
So we can’t kill them, you have to try to catch them and get rid of them. Terminix gave us a good idea to leave the light on in the night because they don’t like light, they like it in the dark, and we had not seen them in three or four weeks. So, leaving the light on at night probably helped. With the kids here, I was afraid that something might happen. I can’t do anything online so I call to schedule a service with Terminix because the day they’re scheduled to come I may be in the hospital. I’m never around too much, but they’ve called me sometimes and said “We have an appointment for you on Tuesday”, and I know I have a doctor’s appointment and they say it either has to be late or it has to be another day. They go along with me, whatever the stupid schedules are. And then they spray indoors and outdoors and whatever they need to do, they do, so it works out really well.
They are accommodating. I can’t picture other companies not saying, “Go to hell, this is when we’re coming, if you want it.” They’re understanding. And sometimes I just have to point because I can’t even get up and walk with them to show them which door. And the guys that come have been coming repeatedly, so most of them know where they have to go, or if they turn off the water, they know where it is, which makes it so much easier for me.
They have gotten rid of the things that they had to get rid of. And if it didn’t work the first time, they’ll call me and say, “How are things going?” and I say, “Well, I think it was moths.” And they said, “No problem, we’re in the neighborhood, we’ll be there later” and they come. It’s not like “We’ll be there Tuesday” and they never show up or call. They really are great and I have already recommended them to friends.

We had been fighting a never ending battle with ants. Everywhere. Every day. We were sick of dealing with them so I finally called some pest control companies. Terminix had the best deal out of all the places I called and I'm really glad I went with them 'cause then I got to meet Jim. Jim took the time to explain to us what he was doing and where he was doing it at. He is such a kind man and we look forward to his visits... Dealing with the tech from Terminix has been great normally. My recent experience with them was very good. The tech is professionally courteous and a great guy. The pest activity has gone considerably to almost non-existent since the service. The last guy who came here is Mr. conscientious and does his job. Also, he seems to like he's doing so I'm happy with him. However, I'm not too happy with their main office for they had the account all screwed up. But then they got it all straighten out so we're on track.

We recently purchased the house and the city keeps on complaining about rats. We had a rat problem in our backyard, and we decided to get a pest control service. Scheduling the service with Terminix has been very easy. They come every month, but sometimes I call every three weeks to make sure that they come. Their representatives have been very friendly. And although the technician changes, they've been really nice to me and they did whatever I told them to do.

I have a yearly contract with Terminix so that they call me every year to check on termite traps to see if it finds any activity. They came in October and the technician has done I assume what he was supposed to do since I didn’t get a chance to see him. Once before, I was home and I talked to the technician and he was friendly, did the job, and then left. What they do is fine as far as I’m concerned.

Terminix came and did the treatment and I haven't seen roaches after that but I smell a couple of them. I was quite happy and they said I would have two or three visits and then it's going to be quarterly. Jason, the technician, was referred by my sister. He was told to come to me because he was doing my sister's house at the time. He's been very professional and polite. He gave me his personal number if I have any questions. He also said that if I see a lot of roaches coming out, I have to put those baits under cabinets.

Our most recent pest control visit from Terminix was a little disappointing. It had been scheduled at least three times before. And for some strange reason, I never got any response. Then finally it got done this past Monday. While there were emails that showed that a technician was supposed to come out and it was saying between what time, there was never any telephone call or anything that said if they were going to be late. And it was surprising that there wasn't any type of courtesy call or an explanation as to why the appointments were being missed since it was stated that there would be calls beforehand to confirm that the treatment was going to take place.
However, when they finally came out, there was a call made about an hour beforehand when they said that the person would be here. After it was completed, they explained that the pests come from the outside, and if they get inside the house, they have been contacted by the pesticide. So what we'd find in the house are dead and Terminix gave an assurance that they have been treated properly.

Terminix has a very sterling reputation. I had one treatment where the tech started outside and I could hear him spraying around the house. And then he came in the house but I didn’t follow him around so as not to give him a complex that I was snooping on him. So I didn’t know what he sprayed for or what he found until I got an invoice. He told me how much the service was and I was under the assumption I needed to pay him right then and there so I wrote him a check. A week to ten days later, I got a bill so I called Terminix and told them I paid the guy. They told me to disregard the bill I received. Sometimes the techs don't turn in the checks right away. They get them bundled together so I suppose next time, I won't pay them until I get a bill.
I was also told me that if I still saw insects or spiders, I should give a few weeks for the poison to work and call Terminix if I saw anything. It’s been a month and I called in yesterday to have a re-treat ‘cause we’re still seeing some critters in the house. Unfortunately, the soonest they can get to me is in a week. This is my first rodeo with Terminix and I’m a little disappointed that they couldn’t come back out for a re-treat all week, but I understand that re-treats are a low priority since there’s no money to be made.

I've been with Terminix for 20 years and my experience with them has been both good and bad. A girl came in two weeks ago, did the job and it was a pleasant experience. She was all right and I haven't seen any insects since. However, I also had some bad experiences. They've done some planting that didn't work out and I noticed that we're up $10 on the bill.

Terminix has only been out here twice and the latest time they came out, they did a good job. It was super easy to schedule the service. I had called their 800 number and they said they'd get somebody out here. And they got some kind of a system where I can track the person who will be coming out and it lets me know an hour before he shows up. Adam came out and took care of the house. He was very friendly, super helpful, and he's really good. He did our pest control service and he told me what he was going to spread. He walked around the house and spread it. Since the service, I haven't seen a whole bunch of pests. I've seen a couple of spiders, but he had mentioned that it'll take about three weeks to officially kill most of the bugs here.

We have the termite protection and pest control from Terminix, and their office calls me and schedules the service. I had somebody come out for one of them a month and a half ago. But then they called and said we needed the other one done. Terminix can coordinate a little bit better on the termite inspection. The technician said he would call me if we needed to do the inspection again, but he didn't feel that he needed to do it again since we just had an inspection a few weeks before. I told them that I don't mind if they wanted to send two people out to inspect because I'm here. But other than that, the technicians were all very nice and courteous. The same people come in and they clean up after themselves. We really haven't had a lot of troubles with pests and I'm satisfied with their service.

We had people over from Terminix to do the exclusion contract. They would come here to seal up some areas to keep any kind of rodent that might get in but the only kind of rodent that gets in here is a field mouse. They'll come as needed and they'll also come anytime I call if there's some kind of issue. They schedule it and they call me and they're responsive. Their techs have been fine as well. But their prices have gone up tremendously over the time that I've been using their service. That's my biggest complaint and due to that I've thought about ending this relationship. But they have addressed the problems that I had from when we first bought the house and in that respect what they claimed to do worked.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix and they would call when they would come out. They also tell me what the tech's going to do. And I'm in a wheelchair, so he takes care of what he's doing. Our most recent service went fine and they covered my yard. Terminix does an outstanding job. There are no bugs coming in right now, and I'm satisfied.

We have Terminix for two houses for so long and they are great and take care of problems. I have a quarterly service and they come and do that. I have also called for a spray for stinkbugs. Scheduling with them over the phone was easy. We’ve had the service for about 12 years now, and the tech who comes has been mostly Dave. He’s a nice guy and seems to know what he’s doing.

We’ve been very happy with Terminix and we’ve used them for years. They come and spray typically four times a year. And they put out mice traps and they’re just very good. I would recommend them. When we have a problem, they come and take care of it.

There were mice in the house so I went online and looked up Terminix. I sent an email because that's what the application online said to do. Somebody called me and set up an appointment. A young lady came in and walked through my entire house, inside and out. She recommended a course of treatment and a contract. I purchased a three month contract which is not quite up yet, but it's getting close. When the young lady was at my house, she got on the phone with somebody to set up my next appointment. When she left, I knew who was coming and when. About three days later, a gentleman came out and set traps up for me.
I have eight traps in my basement because that seems to be where the mice are coming in. I still kept seeing them but every day, there was nothing in the traps. I found one mouse in the traps that I've thrown away but the other seven are still ready to roll. I'm not seeing the mice but I'm seeing their droppings. I'm currently out of town so I might have to then come back before my contract stops or renew for another treatment. Terminix has been as good as it could be for what it has to take care of. Their technicians were both very courteous and pleasant too. I've given out the Terminix number to my neighbors.

I had some pest control service from Terminix done in my house and then, I added my parents' house. The service was routine for me, but new for my parents. I was able to schedule and pay online. Their technicians are doing a great job. When I request that they be aggressive with the spray if I'm seeing a lot of things, they will do that. They also have to spray inside which is also their policy so, they put the dust and stuff down. It would be great if they can find a spray that's environment-friendly or didn't cause allergies. The pests are decreasing and sometimes, right after the treatment, I'll see a few more, but it normally takes care of the issue. My parents haven't seen any pest as well. It's been a great experience with Terminix.

Terminix does an interior and exterior examination of our house, and they were recently here and did the termite inspection. They come once a year, and we schedule our service a year in advance and it's really easy. They're professional and they're able to change our schedule upon my request when needed to. I've had the same technician for about 10 years now. And, he's always on time and makes sure he doesn't get the house dirty.

Terminix treated the outside and the inside of the house. They call me to schedule the service and the representative I spoke to was very kind and friendly. The technician who comes out know what he was doing, very friendly, kind, and would explain things. After the last treatment, I saw a little roach yesterday but that’s it. I've been using Terminix for years and I’ve also used Orkin, and Terminix is the one better.

Everything is good with Terminix. I've been with them for about two months now and they've been out once and did mainly prevention service. There were two technicians that came out and they were good. They surveyed the house, put things in the ground for termite, put foam in the gutters, and sprayed. They were timely with everything and weren't there very long. The service is a little pricey but it's worth it. Terminix does more than just pest control. They offered a lot of other services and I would recommend them.

My wife called Terminix because we were being invaded by stink bugs and they did a pleasant service without undue problem. They listened and seeked out the problems. We asked what they can do about it and what our alternatives were. They came and said the alternatives were troublesome if we really can't stop it. They sprayed a little bit though and the bugs were greatly less in numbers so that was a substantial progress. But they have not totally succeeded in eliminating the bugs. Also, when they want to get inside the house, calling the night before isn't soon enough for a heads up because somebody has to be home.

I’ve had the same person from Terminix come for three years. He does a very good job every time he comes. He always informs me before he gets here, tells me when he’s on his way and then wants to know when I would arrive and needs to have anything done inside or outside and he takes care of it. I’ve had no problem. Usually, I let him do the service on the outside if I’m not here but he always leaves a paper to tell me that he was here and what he accomplished. I’ve been totally satisfied with what Terminix has done.

Our schedule of service with Terminix is usually automated such that they send me an email when my time comes around. The techs come out quarterly and it has been the same one for a little while. He is humble and he sprays and does his job thoroughly inside and out. We've had the little beetles and they're almost swarming even right now. The tech also sprays for moth yet we still have moth that somehow are either coming in our tube or in our cupboards. I don't think that the pest problem can be fully resolved but Terminix has done the best to maintain and having their service is helping.

We had roaches and it was extremely bad. We tried to spray and we also had another company come in. They were here for six years, and they didn’t do anything. The Terminix tech came in and he told us different things to do to help with the situation, and he was very thorough about everything he did. We feel awkward when we have a stranger come into the house, but we were really comfortable with him. He sprayed inside and he had a vacuum as he sprayed, and then I got my vacuum out and we started getting them all out. He also had little boxes that he left out.
It seems like the roaches have died down a little bit, but Terminix sprayed in October and I have not heard from them this month. Right now I’m broke again, but I would like their service monthly. We were going to take down our paneling but we’ve not gotten it down yet, and our bathroom is falling apart which can be done later on. And the tech said the roaches are around in a lot of water. It’s going to take time to get things picked up, but slowly we'll get it done.

We had a problem with bedbugs and we couldn't see them but they came in at night biting. So we called Terminix, asked them to total the problem and they came straight at it and did the procedure. They were prompt, on time and very professional. The technician who came was a pleasant and polite guy. He raised the mattresses up, went to the room, sprayed everything and was thorough in getting rid of the problem. Terminix did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to somebody else.

I wanted to get a hold of roach and ant infestation and Terminix did a really good job. So far, the ants are pretty much gone and the roaches are slowly going. The guy who came through gave me different ideas and ways to help get rid of them. The first time I called was on a Monday and then they came out on a Friday that same week. When I called them on a Friday, they came out the next Tuesday to do a follow-up. It was a decent time frame. It's only been a week and a half since they came and did their follow up. I was going to wait about two to three weeks to see if the insects have died down some more to give it enough time for the chemical that they used.
Larry, the first tech, was an older gentleman. He was very nice and he answered all my questions. He sprayed and put sticky traps on the refrigerator. My biggest concern is the electronics systems the insects are in. He told me that's where they're migrating to because they're warm and that's where they might breed at mostly. We got to make sure the kids keep the towels off the mat down the bathroom because that's where we've seen them the most. The other man who came out for the follow up was cordial, polite and he went through all the rooms as he sprayed but he wasn't conversational. Nonetheless, they did their job and I appreciate them doing it and I have recommended Terminix to others.

We have a little bit of small cockroaches in the garage and scorpions. I didn’t have that many but I went outside and I looked at the wall, and there were five of them right in the wall. I have kids and we don't need that. Terminix comes out for quarterly service and they contact us via e-mail or phone when it's time for the service and their reps are very professional and friendly. It looks like the pests are gone now. I haven't seen them anymore so that’s good. Their technicians are also professional and they talk to us if anything needs to be done.

Scheduling a service with Terminix is great and they’d come out and do what they needed to do. I was having issues with a couple of rodents and they came in the end of September for their first visit. My interactions with the technicians have been great. The issue still is unresolved but at least I haven’t seen anything in the last two days. It was the first time I’ve ever had to use them and right now I’m good.

Terminix always has the best guys in the world. When I’m scheduling the services with them it has been perfect. Their technician told me he would be back two weeks and he did. They do everything well but I'm not too high on the stake because I still have lots of roaches. A year ago I didn’t have any roaches and then all of a sudden here they come in. But it’s nothing against their technician. He’s been here twice and he was good. He sprayed inside behind my refrigerator, around my house and everything else. It’s just the stuff they’re using is not killing the roaches. In the daytime it looks alright but at night time when I turn the lights on it’s everywhere. He told me he would be back again in two weeks so I'm waiting for him. I will be talking to him to come back to see if he had something else he could put in here.

We have a 40-yr agreement with Terminix. However, they don’t call anymore when scheduling the service and all they do is send me an email. I don't check my emails but once in a week, so I didn't even know they were coming until my daughter found out when the technician turned up at the door one morning when she was trying to get ready to go to work.
The guy they've been sending me the last few years couldn't go under my house because he's too big. When I called Terminix to let them know they needed to reschedule to send somebody that could fit in the crawlspace, they sent me one that could at this time. We also have a pest control plan with them and this last time, I've had Richard. Ever since I got the pest program, it had been him who was coming out. However, they redid the districts and I got one who is a kid and I don't like him. Richard knew the problems we've been having, what to look for and where to look for that, but this kid doesn't know anything.
From time to time we have mice under the house, and at one point they had these mice traps. Nobody has checked them and nobody had done anything with them in a while now. And I don't know if this kid even realizes they're there. Even Richard hadn't messed with them in a long time. So I'm wondering is anybody even going to do anything with them? Also, we still have spiders and Richard had kept working on it. He knew where to spray for me. Some years we have less, this year we have more.

Terminix has been doing a preventative treatment in my place and there's no pest activity since having the service. Eddie, the technician, gave some rodent traps and sprayed the perimeter. He does a good job and is very pleasant. Their website is easy to navigate and it's very easy to schedule online as well.

I’ve been using Terminix ever since we’ve been here and we used them in Indiana as well. The technician who comes out, Frank, is awesome and gives the best customer service. He is so friendly and helpful. We have noticed some pest activity but then he takes care of it. Most recently, I was supposed to have an annual inspection and an inspector was supposed to come out but he didn’t and then they never rescheduled either. And I only received a call from them on a different day when they weren’t supposed to be here.
The Terminix rep scheduled the service because I had a hard time getting through to their 800 number. Usually, I can just call them and ask about the person who will be here but recently, whether I know my account number or the right 800 number, they don’t seem to be able to get me to the right place. Terminix needs to be able to look up someone’s address through their 800 number. At the time that I tried to call their 800 number, they couldn’t figure my account out. They need to have one national 800 number to get into with access to the information then they can forward the information on if there’s a local office.

Terminix is a really good service. We have quarterly service with them and they call me to schedule a service with them. Sometimes I wouldn't know that I would have to schedule an appointment, and they'll call me and check up on me and see how things have been going and then they'll tell me when they need to schedule another appointment. And they make sure it's between the hours that I'm okay with. If they do it early and I can't make it, then they'll schedule it to a time where I can.
The technician has been very professional and he educates me on what he has to do and what he's going to do because I have a daughter so he would make sure to let me know that the stuff is safe. And if he sprays a room, he tells me not to go in there for 45 minutes. He's very understanding. He came out one-time and I wasn't here because I was faxing papers just down the block and the line was taking forever, but I let him know that I was on my way. Some people won't wait or they'll get mad, and I was two minutes away. He was very nice to me not being here even though I'm supposed to be here when they're here.
He did a really good job because we just moved into this place and it was badly infested with roaches and we weren't even told until we moved in. But now, we're seeing some but not as many as it used to. So, what the technician has been doing is definitely working. I'd definitely recommend Terminix. When we were looking for a service to see how to get rid of the roaches, I called Terminix three times before I even had them come and do any kind of service because I just wanted to ask questions and do information, and they were completely okay with it.

Someone came to my house and said that he'd gotten bit by bedbugs. They said it was there, but it wasn't excessive and only found them in one room. Scheduling with Terminix was excellent. The first guy was great. He explained stuff to me and broke it down on the first inspection. Also, their representative was fine, fast and efficient. The quality of work was excellent but it's a little costly. The only thing is that, in the beginning, they didn't follow-up and returned phone calls. But other than that, the entire experience was fine.

We had Terminix for a number years when we lived up in Maryland and decided to go with them down here in Delaware as well because we always found them very attentive, efficient and on time. They always called to let us know that they were on their way. Every three months, they come out on a scheduled service and I've been perfectly satisfied. In the beginning, we had a problem with mice and we got to speak with the technician several times. And they eradicated that problem. Now, I don't have mouse poop in my pantry which is a good thing. I've had nothing good impression of Terminix and I would totally recommend them with no problems to anyone that has a need for it.

Terminix comes quarterly and I get a recorded phone call about five days to a week in advance to let me know that they're coming out. I also get an email reminder and if I have to do a follow-up service call, I usually do it online. Also, I really like that, for instance, if you have ants and they treat it and then a week or two later, you notice that there are still ants around the ant hill, they'll come out for a follow-up appointment. They come when I'm not home and normally, they leave a note on the doorknob to let me know of any special instructions. But the last technician stood out because he called me and let me know specifically what he did and what he found that I hadn't noticed. He went more in detail and that was a neat addition.

I saw that something was eating on some of my woods, so I knew I either had termites or carpenter ants, so I had Terminix come out to check it out. I called in the number and Terminix had the guy come in and gave me a quote. I had two different technicians, because I had one that did the pest control and one that did Sentricon system where they installed it. Both of them did a great job. They talked me through although it's not my first time with Terminix. I understood the Sentricon system and I wanted it outdoors and not indoors.
The only problem I am having is that the rep overcharged me $99 on my credit card. I gave them a $99 check for the pesticide, and he charged me the Sentricon and the pesticide on my credit card, and he was supposed to send me a receipt on my email and I never got it. When I called it, Chris, the guy that quoted it, was supposed to check on it. I waited two days and then called back and he said he forgot. He then checked on it and called me back the next day, and said I have a $99 credit on my account. I didn’t want a $99 on my account.
I had to call back in and skip him and after 20 to 30 minutes of waiting and finally getting someone I could talk to, she checked and said she saw where they overcharged me, and due to the fact that it’s the pest control, they’ll have to send me a check. I don’t understand why they couldn’t do that since that’s where they charged me and they’ve already cashed my check on the other. But they said the only way they can do it is by check, which I still haven’t got. I don't have time to get this bookkeeping part straightened out. It’s a hassle.

We’ve been doing the same thing for 12 years every three months with Terminix. The technician calls me then he comes and sprays. The scheduling and our interactions with the technicians have always been fine. Other than seeing an occasional earwig not very often, there has been very little pest activity since having their service. My only problem with Terminix is that every year they raise the price then I call and the price gets reduced but it gets annoying. I hope they keep the price right and we don't have to squabble over what it costs.

My biggest objection with Terminix was the disconnect and lack of good coordination between the local office and the main corporate office of their holding company. Communication was poor and these offices were not talking to each other, and this created problems for the customer. The bill processing and setting up of service appointments was not well-coordinated between the local office and the corporate office, so that colored our experience over anything with Terminix because it was very frustrating. There has got to be better coordination between the local office and the corporate office.
Due to this lack of coordination, there was a big problem with the payment. We gave the check to the local office for the payment, but we had a lot of problems with the corporate office. The payment process was flawed and the local check took three weeks to get to the corporate office. The checks didn’t clear on time and the bills didn’t get paid. Then we kept getting billed by the corporate office, even when we had already given the payment to the technician.
Even the scheduling of service calls got screwed up and the appointments got changed as a result of this lack of coordination. We were not able to call the local office to schedule an appointment, so we had to call the corporate office to schedule it. The corporate office was scheduling different appointments, but then all of a sudden the local office would call us to say that the technician was not available. I needed to have local technicians come out and Terminix had the local office send out a local team, but I still had to call back to know if they were available. But they weren't, so that got the appointments all screwed up.
In our most recent service, we had a successful time. My husband handled the last appointment and we were able to get the service scheduled. The technicians came back and did some work. Then it was the same thing again. Terminix should allow the local office more autonomy in dealing with the customers instead of trying to do everything in a corporate way. I have gotten an inbound call from the local office, but I've never been able to call the local office by going through the Terminix main number. Every time we called Terminix, we were going to the main office. We couldn’t contact the local office and nobody could put us through to them. I called the 800 number and asked them to connect me with the local office, but they couldn’t do it and I ended up at the same corporate line. The local listing goes to the central 800 number.
But I had no problem with the actual service of Terminix, which has been pretty good. The salesperson was excellent and the technicians that have come out were fine. The technician who did the initial visit and actually did the work was a very nice, young man and he was very polite, considerate and knowledgeable. Our biggest concern was carpenters ants. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable and they have treated for these pests. It's hard to know if the carpenter ants are really gone because they hide inside, but if we see any signs of them, we'll certainly call Terminix again. Also, the technicians have come out, collected mice, and put some traps out for mice. The local people are great, professional, and I like them. They're doing a good job and they should continue to hire good, capable and friendly people.

Everyone at Terminix has been friendly and helpful. They got rid of some wildlife that was coming to our attic. I normally communicate with the technicians and they just do their thing, go around the house and spray stuff. There's less pest activity and I'm very satisfied with their service.

A technician from Terminix came out. He looked at everything, and we have some issues. He was absolutely fine, but we've never heard back from him. They told me they’d get back to us after he talked to the manager, but it’s been a month and pest activity hasn’t decreased. I’m dissatisfied with the follow-up.

We had a problem with the carpenter bees before so we scheduled a service with Terminix. And now, we have a quarterly service with them. Terminix was great. They’ve been taking care of the pests for a year now. I was at home in the first service and after that, the technician took care of things by himself. He’d text me ahead of time and would even call or text again when he’s on his way and when he leaves again, and then I pay the bill online. My interactions with their reps have been great. They’re very responsive. If I have a problem, I’d call in, leave a message and they get back with me. So far, pests are almost non-existent.

We have quarterly service with Terminix. They make us aware when they're coming by giving me information by phone, and they even call on the day of the service. They come in, make sure our dogs are in, do their job professionally and move on. Since our last service, we're now 100% pest free.

A salesperson came to my house and told me about the membership with Terminix. I wanted to get rid of mosquitoes because I got a 22 month old baby so I got the mosquito system. But I had it for four months and it didn’t work. Then the guy from Terminix came over three weeks ago and provided good service. But he sprayed some chemical and there was a white powder in the front of my house and in the bottom of one of the windows. Other than that, Terminix has been excellent. If I call them and need them to do something else, they come right away. But usually, I wait for the schedule since everything is set up. They just send me a text or email when they're coming out.
When they are here, they explain to me what they're going to do and, at the end, they also explain that if I get any more problem, I could go ahead and call and they could come back again if needed. The tech who comes to my home is fantastic. I normally get the same guy but lately, they sent me somebody else. But the last time, they told me that the guy who comes out was sick.

Terminix got us on the right schedule for our service. We like to have it done after 10:00 in the morning, and most of the time, the schedules are that way. The guy came in and did what we asked him to do. We always have him come inside and do the windows and so forth. He is very polite, nice, and personable. I've been with Terminix for 20 years and their service is good but they are pricey. I'm not happy with them raising their price, and I am looking around to see if I can find somebody with the same service that might be cheaper.

I had a small window of time to help my Aunt while she was in the hospital. After discovering that she hadn't had pest control for years, I called Terminix. They came out the next day to evaluate and then scheduled indoor and outdoor treatments in my short time there. They were on time, clean, neat and very professional.

I had a cockroach problem when they came through the sewer system. So, I had Terminix come to eradicate that. They got here within four days of me making the arrangements. Whenever the technician came over, he was pretty thorough, very friendly, and informational. The customer service people were also pretty friendly and very helpful. I’ve had them since early October, and I’m feeling a considerable change. As a matter of fact, I’m about to call them back out here, because the technician told me to call him once every month so he can come out and redo it. Terminix did what they promised they were going to do. I’m satisfied and would recommend them.

The tech sprayed where I told him that I have been seeing bugs - behind the freezer and around the house. I told him that we have the Asian beetles really bad and he also sprayed around the windows where they usually come in. We have service from Terminix every three months. The last couple of times, I called a week or two early, so I was concerned that I still had the bug problem. The last time the tech came out, it's been really good and I haven't seen anything but dead bugs. One of the two techs we dealt with explained things very well and he talked to us about how he will work with us too. I'm very satisfied.

I've been with Terminix for about 20 years. When we had the queen and the worker termites, their tech came. I woke up in the morning, and there the termites were. They trooped towards the window that had the sunshine coming in, and there were about 1000. The whole carpet was covered with them. Another time, I found the little tunnels that they were building. There were two times after that that I found the tunnels that they were building. And then another time that I was positive we had a termite, the tech couldn't find it. I kept calling until finally, one of them came down and saw the termites and they came through the basement wall. The times when I've needed them, they've done a very good job of eliminating the problem.
There was a time when I thought there was a problem and the tech convinced me that it was ants. But, I know that ants and termites work together. Any time the techs come down, they maintain that it's ants. But, they are the experts. They are very professional as well. They cleaned up and did a very thorough job. I wanted them to clean the attic and put in new insulation. But, my attic is very shallow, and the fellas that came down said they weren't going to be able to work on it. I understand though because it's a difficult spot.

I‘m very happy with Terminix and I’m using Terminix today because the previous owner was using them. The tech showed up one day because he didn’t know the house had been sold and said that he has been doing it for a long time and everything’s fine. So I said that I’ll just keep doing it and since I’ve had the house for 20 years now then that’s how long I’ve also been using them. The reps on the phone seem to be energetic and interested in what my problem is. They’ll call and tell me the schedule of when the tech will be coming and ask if I’m having any problems.
I didn't have a clue about the tech who came in the past, but since I've I retired a year ago, I've met the same guy twice. Sometimes I have spiders in the house and the tech will come in the house and take care of them, so either my wife or I would try to be home so we could let him in. One time, the tech actually came back when we were going to be home and took care of the sugar ants that came in. Then there was also another time the outside work was already done and we weren’t home but wanted them to come inside the house to spray for some pest. So, they called and came back when we were home and finished the job.
Then when I’ve experienced a flood and had water in the house, I called Terminix once I got everything down and had them come out. They sprayed the inside and the outside as I was putting the house back together to make sure I didn’t have critters move in on me. Overall, I had very good experiences with Terminix and others won't be sorry in using them. They keep the critters down.

Terminix has been doing the yearly check on the house for about 30 years now. The reps on the phone have been great and the techs who come out have been very nice. Everybody has been very courteous and the experience is great.

I had a good experience with Terminix. Scheduling their service was wonderful and pretty immediate. It was an equitable appointment. They scheduled it in a timely manner and the technicians were on time. Their technicians were kind, courteous and very informative. Before spraying, they advised me what they were going to do. Since their service, I saw a few of little bugs and silverfish. But other than that, I'm very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend Terminix to a family or friend.

Everything’s been wonderful having Terminix. We have a good guy that comes out. He calls and he texts us because we have a fence gate where we live out, and we have a gate open for him. He comes out for bug spray.

All of the technicians from Terminix have been extremely polite and thoughtful. I called them for something else and the young man said that if I didn’t mind, he would like to check the crawlspaces, which I was happy he did because I'm old and I couldn't be crawling around there. He was so thorough. He was looking at the crawlspace and said, “Do you know what this is?” I said it looks like dirt. This house is old and previously have been used to have coal heat. I thought it was just residual coal dusts. I came to find out that it was fungus. My son happened to have been diagnosed with some unknown lung disease and have been sick for two years and apparently, it was this fungus. The technician did everything and even put a sealant on the fungus side.
He kept looking around in the basement and said, “Are you aware that you have termites?” The previous company had treated this house for termites and I was glad that he followed up. Terminix also has been out about three times to follow up. The technician called one day last week and wanted to just drop in and do a quick inspection. I'm extremely pleased. I would recommend them to anyone that needs pest control.

I have been with a service for 18 years that did a fabulous job then I went to Terminix because of my exterminator, Patrick. He is professional, pleasant all the time, on time, takes a real interest in the work, and loves what he does. It is a very good experience with him that I would probably change if it changed and went downhill. I just moved in to my current house and I have problems with scorpions. It's been taken care of and I haven't seen one. Terminix make calls and text to schedule the service. I have an excellent experience and I've already referred two others in the area to Patrick.

I got two e-mails from Terminix that gave me two different times when their tech would come. We stayed home but they never came. So, I was kind of angry about that. They came another time when we weren’t here so I never saw the technicians. Then we got a thing on our door that said they came but they couldn’t get in. So, the whole deal is finished as far as I’m concerned. But I’m not finished with their service because I’m hoping that they'll change. I e-mailed their branch manager or whoever e-mailed me. I asked him to send anybody and put us in their next schedule.

I’ve been in Michigan for about 60 years, and it got to the place that the bed bugs are all over the bed, and the sheets and the mattress are also covered. Over three different people, we chose Terminix. We had them before for some mice and rodents around the house and that worked out okay. Also, the thing with Terminix is they didn’t say that they were sure to get them all, but they’re sure that they'll do their best to top the job for this. The technician told me what she’d going to do, how she’s going to do it and what the best results are of doing it. We followed her instructions and we’re happy about it so far. They’ve been here twice and have got one more visit to make. It’s a thing that they had to work longer on to get right, but the bugs seemed to disappear. The job was done so far and I’ve seen a lot of improvement. I would recommend them if someone would need their service.

We've been with Terminix for about 18 months now and we have a quarterly service with them. If I need to schedule a service, I've always called. I tried to do something online but I couldn’t get through so I just call and then somebody fixes it right away. I would recommend them very highly. Not only was I fearful that I was paying too much when I went from an individual to Terminix, but it was the opposite because it's work and I didn’t have to continue to call back at my own expense. And, Terminix has been cheaper for me. I couldn’t be happier.

I absolutely love the Terminix guy that services me. He’s awesome, very personable and he cares about his clients. He always calls the night before to make sure we’re on the same page and he says, “I’ll be there between such and such time.” And he is. I had one other guy come out once and he did a lousy job. I complained and they said, “We’ll send somebody back out.” And my guy came back out and did a good job. I never got anybody but him since then. The pest activity has lowered a lot. When I first moved in here, I started seeing a few roaches. And once they got out here and started coming quarterly, I haven’t seen anymore. And if I do, all I got to do is call them and they come back out. I just hope that Terminix appreciates the technician that services me because he’s the kind of person you want out there representing your company.

We've had Terminix at two different houses because we moved, and they come out every three months. Scheduling is pretty simple. They schedule it for me, and then I get an email. If the time doesn’t work for me, I can change it online, which is pretty easy. The guy who comes is always extremely nice, and does a good job. I had a good experience with Terminix. They have helped a lot.

I’ve scheduled our routine preventative service with Terminix both online and over the phone, and it has been very easy. The guy who comes all the time has been very accommodating and friendly, and he’s always on time. We had Terminix in a house in Florida before because everybody said that there were termites around. The service was good ‘cause I never saw any bugs. For our house in Arkansas, we wanted traps in place because we’re trying to sell our house and the Terminix contract has to be a year when trying to sell a house. The tech installed traps in the ground and he was good.

Terminix comes for the usual pest control every three months and we don't have any issues in eliminating the pests. They contact me about the appointment and if it doesn’t work for me, then I call them back. I've had great interaction with the tech. I usually leave one of the gates fixed and he knows how to work it. That way, if I’m not home, he can get into the backyard. The only stipulation is he knows to fix it back the way it was when he came. He has been very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Terminix.

I had an infestation of roaches and a coworker recommended West Pest Controls. But Terminix was the one who communicated with me and I was able to schedule the appointment with them. The first time was easy but the second time was a pain in the butt. If someone asks me about them, I would tell them to make sure to schedule everything the first day.
Terminix sent me a text of the schedule but they didn't keep up with the date. They said that they couldn’t make it until later, then they kept switching the appointment time because they didn’t have someone to come by and do the service. I did not like that. It was hard and not very convenient because we took time off to be at home for the appointment. The exterminator said that to be able to get rid of those roaches, they have to come out again exactly 10 days from the day that he cleaned the first time. That’s why I followed his instructions. But apparently, scheduling is not the same way with Terminix so I was very disappointed. After I finally complained, they said that somebody was going to be able to come on that day and the guy who came out did an excellent job.

We've been with Terminix for 15 years and their service is excellent. Recently, they came for their regular treatment. It's a routine contract that we have. The technician sent out was fine. We once had an incident with bedbugs which was hard to get rid of and they took care of it well. They're good but a bit expensive though.

Scheduling with Terminix is quick and easy. We’ll schedule and then a couple of days before, they’ll email me letting me know about my time and date that they’ll be coming out. The techs will then knock on the door and are here for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on if I have to spray. They get the job done and I would definitely recommend them 100 percent.

I call Terminix whenever I need service and they came 3 months ago for my problem with the roaches. Then I had them come back last month and re-bait. Both technicians who came were friendly and the first one was good and I like him but he didn’t work the area. I had an excellent experience with Terminix.

When I bought my house, it was infested with spiders and stuff. Terminix did the treatments every month then. I've been here seven years so now I get their service every three months. Their scheduling sometimes comes a little weird. It’s not directly with the particular company and it’s like through another. So, sometimes there’s a confusion on the part of the customer service and the guy that comes out. I’ll have one date and the guy will have another. I just have to get used to it. On the other hand, the technician that comes out is very nice. Also, their employees really make it easy for me. They're convenient to deal with and understanding. To me, that makes a company. Also, they are open to anything and if I have a problem, they do their jobs and they’re more than willing to come at any time if it was a mouse or something. The pests in my place now have decreased. I’m very pleased with them and I’ve told other people about them.

I have been with Terminix for almost 10 years and have two programs: the Pest Control for the inside of the house and Terminix for the outside. I contacted Terminix 10 years back for there are a lot of trees behind my house. After that, they had been surveying about what I need. However, I’m not happy with their pool data and staff since the clerical staff did lot of mistake that I paid for. But their technicians are really good and I’m happy with them. However, one gentleman came and did the outside but he was in a hurry and didn't do the inside.

We have been using Terminix services for about five years now and we have a quarterly agreement. Scheduling the service is automatically given and Steve, our tech, sends us an email saying that he will be here during a certain time. We haven't had to change the schedule since he comes and does the outside while we're at work. Then he sends me an email saying he's through with what he did, and everything's been fine. We have met only one time in person and he was exceptionally nice, a very professional man, and a pleasure to work with. He always does a good job and the pest activity in our home has gone down since having the services.

We've been using Terminix for many years now. They come in quarterly and their service has been excellent. They usually email me to schedule the service and the technicians have always been great. We usually notice a couple of bugs starting to creep up as we approach the quarter treatment period, but it's not that many and the treatment has been perfect. Terminix has always been dependable. The technicians are professional and take the time to talk to us as they process or treat the residence.

We've had Terminix for 10 years. We moved and so I called from St. Louis to Pennsylvania to set up the service locally. The salesperson was okay, but he didn't understand either what my needs were or what I was talking about initially. I explained that we had a fixed price in St. Louis but he was trying to tell me something more than that. Eventually we made a deal and the pricing was okay. They recently came out and sprayed outside and inside for controlling pests and critters. They called three days ahead of time and said, “We’ll be coming in. If you don’t want us to come in, give us a call.” The tech was very nice. I had concerns about my cats because he was going to come in to the room, and he told me what to do with them and how long they should be in. We’d keep them in one room and not spray in that room, and he said that’s fine. It was perfect. He did everything he showed me and was very quick.

We just have Terminix to do a regular service for us and we’ve been very happy with it so far. We moved in the house a couple of years ago and until now, we don't have any pest problem. Their regular service agreement has met all of our needs. The techs were always very polite, courteous and professional on the job. And their field representatives that I deal with are always very nice.
