I used Terminix for the second time in a span of few years and they do good work. I had some yellow jackets so we called in and reported what was happening. I called them out a few weeks ago and the tech came when promised and on time. He was wonderful, did what he thought could be done, and even looked around the house for some extra. He took care of the pests and some walls. He told us that we might see a few more yellow jackets because they were already in the house, and a few came after but we don't see any of them now and we haven't had that problem anymore. Also, their representative followed through what was said they'd do. Terminix is very good and I'm satisfied. I like their work and I will use them again after this time is up, if necessary.

Terminix comes once a year for routine visits. They follow up on the termite insurance for the renewal. I have had the house since 2003 but it has been ensured with Terminix for longer than that. The tech I get is very cordial and nice, and he explained everything that he is doing. They call to schedule and everything is done right in my time. I recommend.

Terminix is very reliable and dependable. I usually get a text message or a phone call letting me know when they will be arriving and the day that they'll be arriving, and they usually arrive around that time. We only called them back once because of the area we're in. But in terms of what their contractors do, they do that fine. If we're asking questions, the technician would usually respond promptly. He does his job very well. We pitched from a different custom-hold company and we have not had any issues with pests. It's been very positive with Terminix.

I have had a good experience with Terminix. The guy who comes out to my house, Frank, is a good representative of the company. I’ve had him for about six months now and he’s very professional. He is my third technician and they’ve all been nice. Frank does a great job. He’s very cooperative with me. And if I’m not here, he takes care of the property. I had a cat in the sunroom and he was always careful when he went in there to make sure she didn’t get out. Now, I’ve locked that up, so I don't have anything but exterior.
I appreciate that we’ve been grandfathered in at the rate of $20 because we don’t shut it off in the winter. We stay with it year-around. My mother had the service first. And then, when she moved in with me, we took off with it. She had it for at least nine years and she was always happy. If I would change my residence, I’m going to have them come to my new address. I’m pleased with them. And they said the $20 would be locked-in for me.

We're on a periodic treatment schedule with Terminix and I'm very satisfied with their work. They are very friendly and extremely detail oriented. I've been very pleased with the technicians that we've had out here. Past treatments with them include them treating around two houses and around some buildings. I'd recommend Terminix with no hesitations.

We wanted to get a home refinance and we had to get a home inspection done and when we did, Terminix found something up in the attic. So, we had to get the house sprayed. The gentleman who came out to spray did a good job. He was very thorough and very quick. We have a yearly service set up with them, and most recently, they came in to do the annual inspection. The gentleman who did the service told me everything he was going to do. And when Terminix came to spray, they tented the whole house. So, we had multiple people coming by the house making sure we knew what the instructions were and that we were prepared to move out, to have the house tented and sprayed. It was a very good experience.

We have the best Service tech who comes out to our house each month to spray. He sprays for both bugs and mosquitoes. He is always very polite, helpful and takes his time to make sure he does a great job. Our mosquito and bug problem diminish after starting the service with Terminix.

We have a brand new house and had Terminix come in to spray for spiders. They automatically schedule us and send us an email every quarter. Their reps answer quickly and explain what is going on. Their techs clean up after themselves and do the job professionally. Plus, they put in writing whatever it was they did. I haven’t seen any spiders since we started the service. They also helped me with whatever I’m asking for. Plus, they tell me too whatever the problem is and what type of service I need.

It was easy to schedule with Terminix. We weren’t home when they came recently, but we told them we would leave the door open. When we got home, Ben was already in there working. He’s been here twice and he was a really polite guy. There are still more pests, but maybe not as bad, so the techs are coming over to our house for them. I sent Terminix a message this morning and we’ve had them come back again. The guys are very professional and they come back when we ask. It’s my first time using them, and if I ever need them again, I will use that service. Everything’s good with Terminix.

We have wasps that were coming into the house, but we have no idea of where they were coming in from. They came the first time, and it was a spot outside that we thought they were coming from. So we sprayed that area and we’ve never seen any more activity ever. And then, they came down in the basement. In about a two weeks span, we killed about 230 queen wasps. It was awful.
So, Terminix sprayed all around those windows, and for a couple of weeks we had a few. We closed off the side where they seem to be appealing more. Then nothing came in from that side any longer. But they were still coming in on the other side where the washer and dryer was. And we, again, killed about 10 a day and they just kept coming. The technician sprayed all around the basement and areas that we thought that they would be coming from, but it never seemed to stop. But as time went on, we noticed we were getting a pair a day. They were coming in pairs now and they’ll die in a short period of time due the fact that they need the main headquarters in order to be active and they weren’t getting in.
I also asked the technician to go up to the attic. He did and he sprayed some vents and some areas. He couldn't see any major activity up there, but he made sure the vents were all tight now. The service guy is nice. They are the experts, they must hear or feel something. So, I’m kind of like doing my own expertise now, trying to figure out where the wasps might be gone. Once in a while, we could get one or two, but that’s normal for every house. We’ll see how the spring goes and what happens.

A lady from Terminix called me about a free termite inspection and I said, "Well great timing that you called me because it's been six weeks since my first service and we haven't really seen much improvement, so we need someone to come back out". She scheduled the service and they came. They told me the appointment was going to be from 3 to 5 and the technician called me around 12:30 and he came out. He paved around the house, and asked if there was any where, and we told him two more places. He was straight to the point. Terminix is alright. They come out and get the job done. I'm still waiting to see if the job is done, but they're professional. Call them if you want to achieve good service.

Terminix has very good and professional people. The last time Terminix came out, the technician did the routine thing. He checked the attic and found out so many rats being captured, so he cleaned everything. He did very well and he confirmed to me that I didn't need to wait for the next visit. If I notice anything, I can call and they can send someone immediately. Since the service, I notice the difference now especially for small insects. These things almost disappeared. They're much less than before. Terminix makes a big difference.

My mom and dad started an every three months service with Terminix to spray for bugs inside and out. Terminix usually calls to tell that they're coming because my parents have an animal. The tech has been the same guy and is an older fellow. We haven’t noticed any pest activities since having the services.

Terminix has been coming out for forever but I still have ants in my yard. Part of the deal was Terminix was supposed to get rid of it. I made it very clear with them that I'm allergic to ant bites. So, I wanted to make sure that they would take care of that. The last time that a technician came out, I talked to them before that but it was the same thing. The technicians are good and I have recommended Terminix to a friend, but they haven't solved my main issue.

We’ve had regular quarterly service with Terminix for a couple of years now. We do have a few areas in the house, like in some of the bathrooms, that have ants coming in, so we normally have those treated in when it’s time for the exterior of the house. The service seems to be working fairly well for us. Normally, Terminix will schedule an appointment and send an email when it’s coming up. They would suggest the time, and if that time is okay, then there is no need to respond. If not, we are given a number to call. In this case, the time was fine and someone was home to be there for the service, so we didn’t have to speak with anybody.
We have had some termite service that I was there for but for the regular quarterly service, I haven’t been there to meet with the technicians. Before we switched to Terminix, we were having several outbreaks of big ants, and those certainly did not occur in the last nine to twelve months with Terminix, and I appreciate that. It’s kind of a funny place in that we got all sort of bugs, so that’s a real battle, but I have been satisfied with the service and I have seen things improve. The arrangement we have with Terminix is not an inexpensive one as it costs a little more than I’m comfortable spending. But I’m happy with what I’m getting out of it, so I don’t mind spending a little more extra than I wish I had to.

I've been with Terminix for at least 10 years now and everything has been good. I have a routine thing where they come out and take care of things. And if I have an additional issue like with ants or when I had a problem in my greenhouse one time, I call them. It's usually an extra kind of pest that they would charge for. My Terminix guy comes out and does what he needs to do and the mice are gone. Randal is my technician and he's wonderful. But there was a period of time when he was off and it made me a little bit uncomfortable at first because I was so used to the same person all the time. I even got the picture and the name of the one substituting Randal sent to me. And that was quite excellent. The other person was absolutely fabulous. I am very pleased with Terminix and they take care of my son and my mom and dad's places. The technician hits three places at once when he comes to our farm. It's good for them and for us too.

We had a lot of rodents and Terminix came and took care of it. And I have not seen any after the treatment. The person who came out to service was very nice. He explained what he was doing and what I could expect. He had an app, which he also asked me to download so that I would know when he's arriving. He was very professional and a very nice gentleman. We have a regular every three months service set up with Terminix. And I would recommend them to anybody who comes across with any pest problems.

We called in a routine service in October because everybody was getting home for college and we were seeing centipedes and spiders. The tech who came was just a regular tech but he was very thorough and very nice. They were able to work with my schedule and Terminix got him over within days, so we got it done before everybody got home. Since then, I haven't seen any pest. Well, we have used them ever since we moved to Fayetteville in 95, so we’re pretty pleased. We’ve used them for pest service regularly. I also had them out for one-time rodent control, and we really appreciate them.

Terminix has been our pest protection program for many years. We had them while living on the East Coast and their service has always been impeccable. When we relocated to Tx and were concerned about such things as scorpions, we turned again to Terminix. They have never let us down. The techs are knowledgeable and courteous. We have cats and a dog and I know Terminix uses only products that are not harmful to our critters. We've used other pest control companies while in TX but none can hold a candle to Terminix. We trust them and recommend them highly whether it's scorpions, hornets or termites, they've always had our back.

Terminix recently did a pest control service. We have been with them for 25 years and we have a quarterly maintenance service with them. We got a notification about our service, and the technician also knocked on the door. And I talked to him about some of the things that I wanted him to take a look at in the yard and he did that. He's very good. With my experience dealing with their personnel and being able to go online to pay the bill, I would definitely recommend Terminix.

When I bought this house, there were roaches in here. I scheduled a service online with Terminix and that wasn't difficult. I went in, said I wanted to schedule and they showed me their calendar showing what dates and times were available. The tech was here about a week ago and he was a sweetheart. Wherever I told him to spray a little but more, he sprayed it. But every time we put the traps down, the stickers on the blind side of my refrigerator, there would be more roaches on the sticker on the other side side. Then, when I went on the kitchen the night before last, I saw a couple on the counter. Every time I turn around, I’m still seeing more roaches. I'm disappointed and I don't know if the solution the tech used is strong enough. But he is trying. When they started, I paid $159 down. Then every other month, I have to pay $79. I feel like my problem should be solved and I'm going to call them to ask the tech to come back out.

Terminix came out here two weeks ago and sprayed around the house, and everything went real swell. And then before that they had the termite inspector out and that went well too. The scheduling works out a-okay as well. It’s always a good time. This summer I was out of town. I’d gone up north and, so I had to reschedule everything and it worked out. The technicians have real been good, too. One fella used to come in quite regularly and he was super-duper, and this new fella is a little different but he was super okay too. Since their last service, we did run into a big old roachy, 10 days ago, but outside of that I haven’t seen anymore of them. We had a great big old juicy roachy but we got him out. I haven’t seen any evidence of any of them around anymore. Everything is okay now. I think that was just a rogue one that got in somehow. I see no bugs and I’m satisfied. Everything’s worked out good and everybody seems to be doing their job.

We have a regular maintenance service with Terminix. They always show up when there's an appointment. But sometimes, I'm not notified ahead of time and the technician just shows up. And although the guy that's doing it now has been better about it, some of the other ones I've had in the past thought that I had been notified, and I hadn't. Terminix is good. I had problems with mosquitoes in the summer, and I had Terminix come out every month to spray and it did not take care of them. They still kept biting me until we got a freeze three weeks ago. Other than that, everything seems to be okay.

I walked into a room and there were termites floating around. Terminix was the only name that came to me when I all of a suddenly had to find someone. They immediately sent someone the next day, and they took care of it. They also come each month to spray outside. They were always very, very nice young men, and they let me know that they are there. Terminix does fine. However, their price keeps going up and up. But besides that, I no longer have any bugs.

Terminix comes out once a month and sprays for spiders. They give us an update on what day and time they’ll be at, and they're on time. The techs have been courteous, and they do what we want them to do. They’ve also been amenable to any suggestions. Any suggestions I have, I’ll take up with the fellow that comes out and does it. However, we haven’t seen a decrease in spiders and I am somewhat disappointed. It was an expensive service and we don’t see any decrease in the spider activity, so it’s a little concerning to me. I have a few suggestions for them when they come out on the 15th or 16th of this month.

I have are some ants, and they’re recurring. And I’ve called and Terminix came out and took care of that. It seemed to help, but that’s something I have continued to have problem with in my patio from time to time. I also have a detached garage, and from time to time I will see evidence of mice out there. Terminix used to provide these black boxes and put poison in them.But they said they’re not providing those, but we can purchase them. But everything is fine. They're very responsive, and service is effective.

Terminix has been very accommodating when I need them to be, and I'm satisfied. Their service is pre-scheduled, so I get a notification when they're coming out. If I need anything special or I need to schedule, I let them know. There's only been one occasion that I had an interaction with the technician. Mostly they handle the exterior, so a lot of times I'm not home and they'll just leave a note letting us know that they were there. But the time that I did encounter a one-on-one experience, it was professional and courteous with them. I hardly see any pests at all, and if there was anything of concern, I would just call and they would send a technician out asap.

I recently had a service call for our quarterly maintenance service with Terminix. I called them for the schedule and the representatives on the phone were fine. I asked the technician various questions and things and he answered them. He was inside doing some inside treatments and he found what appeared to be mouse droppings. And so, he put out mouse traps but I have not caught a mouse yet, so maybe the mouse is gone. Overall, Terminix seem to be doing well for me.

We had our house tented over a year ago, and we had signed up for the insurance through Terminix and they come out yearly to make sure everything is a-okay. They recently came and everything was great. It was an annual inspection for termites, rodents in my attic, and any other problem areas. It went nice and quick. Also, the technician was super-kind, friendly, part of the community. He was fantastic. Terminix is everything you would want in a service.

Terminix came to the appointment and sprayed in my basement for crickets and then they'll be coming in another three months or so. I just signed up for the appointment online and I'm guessing I can probably continue to do that for future appointments. The tech had only come one time and it was very easy and he explained everything to me before he went ahead and did anything.
The service was maybe 30 minutes to 45 minutes and it has resolved the cricket problem. I've been down in the basement a few times and they seem to be gone now from there. I look forward to continuing to use them. They're very easy to work with and it's very easy to set up appointments for them to come out and accept their treatment.

We’ve used Terminix before and re-signed with them recently. We have scheduled service every three months. We’re all pleased with their recent visit. We told the technician we wanted him to spray inside. He took no more than five or six minutes for that, and he did the outside as well. He was very courteous and efficient. They take care of the bugs. Our biggest problems are big roaches, and what few we have seen are dead. I’d definitely recommend them. They work very well for pests we have, and that’s what I would tell anybody. I’m glad we went back to them.

We had a rodent problem in our attic and the technicians took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, We also added insulation which Terminix installed, the two men worked in the hot attic and we saw an immediate difference in our electric bill. Thank You Terminix.

We have been at customer for over 15 years and Terminix has always performed with perfection. Not only have they done pest control, but they have placed insulation in our home, jacked up the support beams under the house and installed plastic on the ground under our resident. We have always been happy with their work and technicians.

Terminix was here in November and I'm really happy with them. We're not here full-time and they can't come in the house when we're not here so when we get down here I ask them to come in and do the inside. I call and they're out within a couple of days and I'm very pleased. And usually when they do the outside we don't even have a problem on the inside. This is for pest control. This year we had a few pests but they were dead.
The fellow calls me in New Jersey when I'm there and tells me, "I'm here, I'm doing the outside of your property." And every once in a while we'll get ants but we didn't get them this year. They come out immediately. I don't have any problem with them at all especially with the Largo office and the service person. It's been the same service person for a while and we're very happy with him. I do not like bugs and I don't like to roaches that are down here in Florida and Terminix keeps them under control. I would highly recommend them.

The people from Terminix were very resourceful, helpful and knowledgeable, and they explained everything well to me. They worked with me, so I was very happy. I just started service with Terminix and they came out originally and put things around the house for the termites. Then there was a follow-up to spray the inside. The young lady sprayed on the baseboards. She was very good and very pleasant.
Scheduling our service was good, and they were out within a professional time frame. There was a little bit of mix-up when the gentleman first came out. He has come out in the evening, but apparently, they had double booked him someplace else. So, I talked to him and it wasn't a big deal, and he showed up the next day and everything was fine. I noticed some ants in the basement, but other than that, I haven't seen any pests since their service.

Everybody that Terminix has ever had come to the house has been very personable, very clean, very kind, and very thorough. They call me and tell me when they’re coming. And if that’s not okay, then we arrange something else. Then they show up and they do their thing. We had the same technician for a long time and then we got another guy also for a long time. Lately, it has been somebody different that I don’t know as well yet but he has been great.
I also have had to call them a couple of times for other reasons like something has shown and they’ve always come right out and taken care of the problem. My daughter went down to Memphis and stayed at Embassy Suites and came home with bed bugs. I recognized what they were right away and went to work on it and called Terminix. They were out the next day, they went through their room and through the house. We had no bed bugs and we never had a problem, but Terminix was right there to help me. They’ve been awesome and I'm very happy with them.

I had Terminix when I was in Ohio 20 years ago. The guy back then was pretty good, and that's probably part of the reason I called them when Zika was going around. Dawn from Terminix recently came and sprayed the yard for mosquitoes. She calls me and tells me when she's coming out, what she's going to do, and about what time. She also tells me whether anybody needs to be home or not. When she's finished, she tells me that if I need inside service, give her a call and let Terminix know. I've also seen her clean out spider webs before, and one time, I was out of town and she put the trash cans back, because it was trash day and she called me to say she put them back where they belong. I'd probably would have ended service a year ago but Dawn takes care of everything, and she's very professional.
I'd recommend them. Regarding pest activity, half to three quarters of the time nothing has been noticed. My neighbors were getting their lawn sprayed for mosquitoes and I went to ask them, "You want to try Terminix if you have any problem?" They have been effective and convenient, and they leave science in your yard.

We had our first of our regular scheduled visit with Terminix. We had a problem with ants, so we called them up to start service with them. We had previously been with a different pest control company but it wasn't taking care of the situation we had, so we found somebody else. Terminix as the most affordable. Scheduling was very easy and I was able to do it online and they just confirmed. It gives you a window of time that you can choose from and then they send you an email confirmation. You can also set up a portal or you can set up a text confirmation if you want that.
My husband was here during the service and he was very pleased with the tech. He said that he was very nice and helpful in explaining what he was doing and how to take care of the issue we had. He also gave him his own cellphone number to make sure that if we needed a follow up within a couple of days. He actually did follow up himself with us two days later just to make sure that the issue that we had had been taken care of. So, it was a very, very pleasant experience with the technician. Pest has diminished definitely and we haven't noticed any other problem with any other pest since then.

The last tech we had just strictly sprayed on the outside and cleaned up under the eaves with a brush and that looks pretty good this time since we had a couple of issues with the previous service. Several years ago my daughter rented and her apartment had bedbugs. My granddaughter bought this whole basket over and evidently it had some bed bugs in it. I didn’t get bed bugs. I killed three right then. The next morning I got rid of the basket. Then I called Terminix because I didn’t want to get started with them. They were spraying like once a week for a long time because we kept finding flea eggs in my bed. I keep my Terminix service up because bed bugs are just growing rampant in this area so just in case I do get them I want to be covered.
But I'm trying to get my bill straight with Terminix because I went through all the motions of signing up and they take it out of my checks monthly so I thought that had gone through. I wrote it down on my check that I paid them but I hadn’t paid that so I got that straight. They either wrote off or forgave me of $27 more dollars they said they thought I owed but I don’t think that I did. And for that I was very happy.
They sprayed mostly just around the house and then if I needed anything inside they would come in. They call me to let me know when the Terminix guy is on his way. And the tech notifies me when he’s on his way. I’m home almost all the time because I’m bedridden. So that works out really good for me and every single guy that has come out here have been just really nice. I recommend them. I’m really happy with Terminix. I think you get the most bang for your buck with Terminix.

Terminix have my termite bond and they’re the people that I call when I have issues. I have one person that comes over and takes care of my bond annually and he’s wonderful. I also called them when I had a rat infestation in my attic. I had two different aspects of Terminix to take care of the problem. One was to ensure the fact that the rats couldn’t get in anymore and the other was to take care of the rats. I was elated with both aspects because now I am able to sleep at night without hearing rats climbing over my head in my attic. And the men that came over to perform everything were really great. They were respectful of my home, of my time, and of the noise. They did their job and didn’t interfere with anything.
I called them on a Saturday and I didn’t expect anybody to answer the phone. Then the tech who usually comes out came over on Monday and inspected everything to determine what we needed. The work was done on Wednesday and both aspects were completed that same day. The guys did insulation in the attic, sealed up the holes and took care of keeping whatever vermin was in there out. Then the pest control guy came that afternoon and my husband was very pleased with him. If others need somebody to get the rats out of their attic, they need to call Terminix.

I've had Terminix for the last 12 or 15 years, and I'm satisfied with them. The most recent tech came in and did the work. I let him in, he went downstairs, did the work up here and did the work outside. It was a standard procedure which was okay.

I have been having a problem with roaches in my kitchen and I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. I scheduled a service online and Terminix called to make sure that they were in a car, it was going to be quick, and if it was okay for them to come out. The tech came out twice and did a good job. She sprayed and put some stuff down, which killed the roaches. She’s very friendly, professional and a good person. Terminix did what they said they were going to do and they were on time. They took care of the problem and my experience was great.

Terminix calls us when it’s time to remind us and they come. The very first time, they were very nice and they listened. The other times, they knock on the door and tell me they’re there. And then they go out, do their thing and then they tell me what they found. Most recently I wanted to see if we had any visitors underneath our house, which we did. I wasn’t home that time but the techs came and did the outside. Now the ants and the outside situation is way better, and I don’t have anything inside.

Terminix does a good job for me. I pay 300 bucks for the annual termite inspection but it is easy. It guarantees no termites or they pay for the damage. I had termites really bad and at that time, I didn’t have Terminix. I called Terminix and they treated the house. That one-time premium was expensive but that got rid of the termites and then they maintain it every year. A lot of people don’t have termite coverage and they’re making a big mistake. I went ahead and added a quarterly service. A guy comes in and does insects and bugs. He gives me two weeks notice.
The same guy comes all the time. He knows what to do. If we got ants or something like that, I’d tell them and we’d work on it. He’d do some extra stuff to get them so. All in all, the process and whatever they’re using does a good job. We don’t have any bugs at all. We had some ants in the kitchen but I know how they get in. The guy and I have talked about it and we’ll work it on.

Terminix does the work at the place I rent over here in Oklahoma and I definitely recommend them. They’ve always done a really good job. They call the night before and the day they’re coming out. They’re very polite and very professional. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do and they move on. They always check with me before they leave, so they know that they’re finished and all that. Everything seems in order. Whenever I talk to somebody, they’re always excellent.
The ants are way down. We’d see some spiders occasionally, but they're down, too. Since we’ve had some rain over the last couple of winters, the ants have not been nearly what they were as far as being aggressive and crawling looking for water. That, combined with the services from Terminix helped. We’re kind of torn with doing this because we have a lot of lizards and birds and we don’t want them to stop eating the bugs or get sick because of any chemicals, but we also don’t want a bunch of bugs in the house.

Terminix comes out every two to three months. They call in and they check, and I can see them on the app that they’re coming. The last time they came was good, and the pest activity here now is almost zero. However, they switched something on their software and there was a glitch. On my end, the time on the website was not the same for the appointments being made. That has been solved so everything is good.

The guy from Terminix called and told me he was new and was taking my old guy’s place. He came over and did the work. I’ve never had them call me and tell me that they were coming over on a Saturday, and I had called originally to tell them that even with all the chemicals the old guy had put down, we were still finding roaches. And then I get charged $109 dollars for it. We haven’t seen anything, but he told me to give it 10 days to two weeks, and if we saw anything in that period of time, to get ahold of him and he’d come back out and try something else.

I've had Terminix for a long time and I really like them a lot. The scheduling is always good because they always let you know ahead of time. And then they always let you know when they're on their way which is really good. And after all these years of having them, I don't even worry about being home anymore when they're here. We have service on my original house that they've been doing for years. Then my husband and I built a new home, so we have it here. We built it in the woods, so I was so worried about having spiders. We disturbed the land, so anything that lives in there wants to now come in our home. So we started having Terminix come even before we moved in, so we got through the summer spider free. My son Steve is living in my house that we moved out of, and both are under control and I couldn't be happier.
When we came here and the spiders started coming in, I knew that Terminix couldn't stop them. You could just stop from getting them on your foundation. Sometimes you just have to kill on contact, so we've learned that over the years. We know what the techs have taught us which I really appreciate. They teach us how to keep the spiders out of the house and if we ever have a problem, they come in. Also, when we first heard about spider cricket jumping things when it appeared in the basement, I was at our other house. Terminix came in and they took care of everything, and they told us how to take care of that too. I got rid of anything I had in cardboard where they told me that the spiders would live in.
We've had just two guys over the years, Brian and John. Both have been fantastic, always at both of my houses. I'm really pleased to have them. And I always have the same people because I have a lot of OCD about things like spider webs, and they know what I like. I used to always have to be home when they came because I would look and have to point everything out. But I know that they know me and I don't ever worry about anything. The guys were also always good about telling me if they would spray and if it wouldn't affect my animals. So they've never not told me everything I've ever needed to know. That's why I always have them, and that's why I always keep them. They have really taught us a lot and I wouldn't be here without them.

Terminix is wonderful. We’ve been in our house for a couple of years and we didn’t have any problem. We’re just doing preventive measures like they spray outside and they spray inside just to get rid of the spiders and centipedes and whatever may be coming in. In the old house the previous owner had termites and they treated it. But when we bought that old house we called Terminix to do an inspection and they found something outside the house just by the garage. The termites were not in the house again but close so we did the preventive treatment there too.
They put those termite baits outside the house and they fill them every year or whatnot and we also did the usual stuff for spiders and traps so they don’t get in. We’ve been very happy. We’ve had no problems at the other house with termites. Whatever they did took care of it. Everything works fine. Usually I get all these emails from Terminix for the schedule and the guy that comes here, John, is awesome. He kinds of knows my schedule so whenever he sees that it’s time for my service to come up and he sees the wrong time he calls me and he reschedules a time that’s convenient for me so he can see me on the way in or on the way out. There’s always a follow-up from him and we schedule the correct time. He really takes care of it and tries to coordinate my schedule. He knows me better than I do so that’s wonderful.
He schedules it so that he sees me because he set some mouse traps in the garage so I have to let him in. If for whatever reason I can’t be there he comes and does the outside anyway but usually I try to be here. The technician is awesome -- a very nice guy, very friendly and knowledgeable, And everything works fine. I’ve never seen any pests. I would see like a random thing here and there but considering that we’re surrounded by trees that’s nothing. I recommended Terminix the other day to a friend who had just bought a house and he was considering just spraying himself and renting from Home Depot and I said “No way, you should give these guys a call and they’ll take care of everything."

Years ago, we did have an issue with termites. It was someone that did not do what they were supposed to do and when Terminix realized, they were on top of things. We had no problem. They totally took care of everything and took full responsibility, otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed with them. I was pleased with how it was handled. We've been with them for about 25 years and we'll certainly continue to use them. Always excellent service. Their technicians go through the house inside and out, upstairs and down. Our house is built on a conventional foundation, so they crawled underneath and checked everything and give us a report. The technician's always very nice. We have no problems with scheduling as well. They send me a reminder and I call and I actually had to change it because we weren't going to be here and that was not an issue either. Recently, they came to do an inspection and did a wonderful job. Very neat, very clean, and very easy.

I have various Terminix contracts. I have regular maintenance with them and then I have some occlusion work done to keep critters out of my building. The office people are mediocre. They need to get themselves together in terms of scheduling and how they notify people. They’d call up and tell me I have an appointment and somebody will be there. If they don’t hear from me, they'll just be there. I was out of the country, so that didn't work very well. They showed up and no one was there to let them know. But the technicians have been great. I’d recommend Terminix, especially Doug, highly.

I have a yearly check with Terminix. In the past, they have walked me thru their process. This time, the technician said what he was doing, which was checking the fluids or whatever they put around the house. Terminix does very well for what they’re supposed to be doing. They check up to make sure it’s working.

The reps of Terminix were polite, good folks. There's no rush and there's no trying to bamboozle me into buying any extra. The technician was informative. He was also uniformed or the clothes he had on was clean and appropriate. He showed his ID card, told me who he was, what he was about to do. We started downstairs. He told me, "I need to go through..." and "This what I'm looking for." So, I said, "Okay." I let him just walk through the house, came back and he said, "I need to check your garage." I said, "Okay." He walked through, tell me what he was looking for. Then he said, " Okay, I'm going to go outside and I'm going to check the perimeter side of the house." I said, "Okay, good." He did that, came back, and told me everything was in order, asked me to sign off on the form. I told him, "Good." And that was it.
Our service is automatically scheduled. It's a yearly thing. They give me a call, let me know that they want to come by and look. If I'm available I say yes. If not I can give them a good day that I will be at home. Since then we have no termites. Terminix is a good company. Since they've been coming out they know what they're doing and they operate in a spirit of excellence in all that they do and say on the phone, or even from the technician. So I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Terminix usually sends me a text and tells me the time they'll come. However, a couple of times I’ve been on trips and they didn’t let me know until that day. I was in Southern California. They came to my house and did the spraying. I wasn’t even there. I was really upset about that but they went ahead and charged me for something I didn’t want done. We finally got that cleared up but I just don’t like the way that that was done. We've been fine since. I double check now. I’ve tried to always make sure. I call the local office in Fresno and check with them, “Do you have this showing online that you’re supposed to come so I don’t have this happen again?” The same fellow usually comes to do the service. I know him. There’s only been once that I had somebody else. He was out sick so someone else had to cover for him. But that somebody else introduced himself. I’ve had a good rapport with those who came.
My interactions with their customer service team were fine. I cleared up something with the local manager in Fresno because I was supposed to have some termite stuff done. They found some termites, was told that they were vital and that I should had it done. But I'd rather go until my termite inspection came around in September. I was told, “Well, you should have had this done already.” And I said, “Well, I don’t have $6000 to have this done.” I wasn’t happy about that. I called the manager. I said, “Well, you know, if it’s been there since last spring, I can hold off a little longer.” It’s not that bad but it’s just up underneath the house to see it in between the outside stucco and the inside of where the wall starts. The manager said, “I’ll get you a good deal where you pay over time.” It wasn't offered to me before. It is not yet resolved. No one sat down with me.
They are going up in my attic to take out the old insulation and put new insulation which should be done at the same time with the termites. I told them that I didn't have that kind of money and that if I have known that it was vital on the wall, I would have done that first. There’s been two house on my block that’s been tented. I told them, “Well, you know, I’m the only here. I have no place to go.” And they’ve been texting me. But I haven’t seen a termite. It’s interesting. I haven’t seen one so I’m taking the word of everybody that works at Terminix.
The guy that came for my last termite inspection, which was in September, before I left to come down to LA, didn’t even know that was on the book. And I said, “Well, it should be. If you’re going to do an inspection, you should know.” I had told him and showed him what was on my last inspection. He really didn’t look at it well. You have to go up with your head up underneath the house and look up between the wall and the outside wall to see them. I said, “Well, I don’t have that many.” He said, “No, but you have to have your whole house tented.” And I said, “What? The whole house for a little section on the back wall?”
I used to run childcare centers. I had Terminix take care of my ten childcare units in Fresno. We couldn’t have childcare centers fumigated because of the fumes. And I said, “Listen, I can’t be down for a whole length of time. These are families that really need childcare so they can work.” And so, I went outside Terminix. I had a company from Western Exterminators come in from LA and it cost me not that much. And they came up with like a heat thing. It was set up outside of the outside wall and they took care of them. I said, “Well, can I have something like that done with my house?” And Terminix said, “You’re going to have to have it tented.” I have had Terminix a long time. There are some things that they’re lacking. There are some alternatives that they don’t feel possible. Other than that, Terminix have always done a good job. It’s a good company. I've kept them on my own home. I could’ve gone with somebody else but I didn’t.

I wouldn't recommend Terminix to be a professional door stop let alone take care of my home that I care about so dearly. I called and complained about their technician that came to my house. I explained how he handed us mouse traps and didn't even set them up. When I was finished with my complaint, I received a call by his manager. I gave him an ultimatum they can send someone different and do the job right or I will just get someone else for service. He the manager said, "I will cancel your account." Wow didn't even wanna try to make it right and he was very quick to cancel the account. Now I see where the technician gets his work ethics. I am with a different company now and very happy to be treated like a human that matters. They are the worst group of people I have ever done business with.

I initially had somebody from Terminix come out to assess the situation to make sure that we needed treatment. They scheduled the first treatment and ever since then, it's been the technician that's been scheduling the treatment after that. He's been really good in doing that for us and we haven't had to do it ourselves. It also seemed like he really cared about the situation and wanted to help get rid of the problem. He's very informative and he explained a lot of different things to us that we didn't know about. He called to get two quotes for us, one for a tent and one to treat each room. He was very helpful and polite.
Having to go through this experience has been a horrible thing to have to deal with, but dealing with Terminix has not been bad. They let us know that this doesn't only happen to dirty people and they made us feel a little bit better about our situation. Now our situation is much better, and we're at a point where we're going to go ahead and skip a week and see how we do. If we notice any more activity, we're going to give customer service a call and have them come back out.

Terminix's customer service is really good. I asked them if they had a monthly service and the rep said they didn't, but their service is typically unlimited. I really like that option, but sometimes I forget or I start seeing more pests like crickets outside and they don’t get taken out. But the techs do come out when you tell them. The gentleman that was assigned to my house was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he shared a lot on what he was doing and why he wasn’t doing certain areas. He's very friendly, professional and courteous. He goes above and beyond. If I’m not home, he’ll share with me what time works and he’s very respectful of that.

We recently had our routine maintenance service and Terminix took care of the outside of the house. The guy who came was phenomenal. He explained everything and answered every question I had and were more than forthcoming about everything. He was very courteous, really professional, and friendly. I would recommend Terminix to anyone. They’re the best as far as I’m concerned. They are timely and they let me know when they’re on the way and when they’re going to be here. I had this gentleman come out to take a look at my back porch. My original problem was that I had rodents in the house and I was starting to see them on my porch. The gentleman was helpful. He pointed out that there were branches of the camellia bush growing up along the side of the porch and that the rats like to eat the camellia buds. I wouldn’t have known this. He told me that if I cut the bush back, that would help with the problem. I also have DirecTV so the cable was acting as a tight rope. They could get on and off the porch where they could lodge. I prevented it from happening by cutting back the camellia bush. The problem has disappeared.
They came back to investigate the little rodents and when they found that there was nothing there for them, they moved on and toward an unfortunate neighbor's yard. The Terminix inspector gave me the option of calling the office and having somebody come out and set traps. But I don't want to look. I just want them to go away. Catching one is not going to obliterate the whole species. The global warming will not kill rats. But I'm very happy. Terminix has been excellent. The training for the gentleman who's come out is excellent because they have the resources of looking at situations and come up with a possible solution.

When my husband was alive, he used to spray the house every time we painted. One day when he was getting ready to paint, he was checking and saw where there were termites in there. He told me to call Terminix because we had to tent the house because they were in the wall of the house and he couldn't get to them. From that day on, Terminix has been taking care of it. I have been with them for quite a few years and everything has been great.
Their inspectors have been absolutely wonderful too. They are very thorough, informative about what to do in between the inspections, very knowledgeable and they take their time. They also have lots of patience, especially with older people like myself. The only thing I had a problem with was their billing. I called them yesterday because I have an insurance policy with the subterranean termites that I started last year and it was up for renewal in November which I paid for. I've had the dry termites probably 30 years and I really worried about the dry wood all the time.
I paid for the repairs for up on the roof. It wasn’t dry wood termites, it was just age. The termites started there then the rot took over so they had to change the face board out. I already paid $300 dollar for the subterranean insurance and that was due in November. At first, the bill was $1900 but they found out that some of the parts were termites so they dropped it down to $1250 which I paid for. Then I got a bill that’s not due until April saying that they wanted me to pay by December 27. I called Terminix and told them that I didn't ever owe them any bill and that I always paid it beforehand and was never late. I was not paying the one due in April until March. I also told them to not send me notices until a month or two months before it was due. The rep understood and said that she would make a note of it and was going to take care of it.
Other than that, I've had no problems with Terminix. The people that I talk to are very helpful and they get back to me right away if there is a problem. My service with Terminix is expensive, $600 dollar every year, but I go along with it. My neighbors all around me think I’m being foolish paying that kind of money, but I like the security, knowing that they’re doing a good job and that my house isn’t going to fall down around me while I'm still in it. I just think of it like fire insurance. These are just things you have to do. You hope that you don’t need it, but you got to have it just in case. If you’re a homeowner, you have to take care of your house or it’ll fall down in front of you.

I used Terminix for 10 years in Texas. I just moved here to Tulsa and apparently, there were bug traps all over which is really gross. The trap is shaped like a little pant and it was sticky on the inside. I found a few of them in different rooms in the house. My brother lived here before and my sister said he was freaked out at bugs, so he put down these silly traps. So I called Terminix and when I did, I was able to transfer what I had down in Texas so I'm set up here now for quarterly. Since we got here, we had the inside done. And normally, people have the outside done but we just want to make sure. I love Terminix and people should use them instead of going out and buying things. It's nice to know that we're covered and it is preventative even if you don’t have anything. Plus, Terminix has the termite protection if people needed that. I'm really happy and I trusted them.

We had roach problems in the apartment buildings so we hired with Terminix for treatment. They automatically schedule and then if I need them in between I just normally text them or call them. They normally get back to me from wherever the office. And then the technician normally calls in advance to show up and get us scheduled in. The pest activity has been better since having them,

I've just moved but before I left from where I was, I always had a good experience with Terminix. If I call customer service or they call me about anything, it is always pleasant. I get the scheduling done so that they can come out, and it works. When the techs come to the house, they're always pleasant. They come in and they ask me where the areas are that I see anything. They're always very helpful where I should put the chemicals. They tell me the good places 'cause I have a dog, and they're always cautious with where they put it because they said it can harm my dog. They're also very prompt in the service and they always call before they come to confirm the appointment. I haven't seen any pests since their service which is great. They do their job thoroughly and I appreciate it.

I've been with Terminix for over 37 years and it has been great. We have them for routine service. Years ago I had a problem with termites and they came out and they treated it and I haven't had no problem with them anymore. The technicians treat me good. The only thing I hate is the termite treatment once a year. They only have been here about 15 minutes and their prices have went up. I have a three-bedroom house and the person who did the inspection went around and checked up the ceiling and then if he don't see no signs of it he's out of here. But I get a bill for $307 now, almost $400. But they've been giving me good service. I only had a concern this time that they send inspections.

I haven't had any issue with them so far. Mark is the same guy sent out by Terminix every month and that's always a plus. Last time that they were here was for a routine visit, but I have had them for two to three years already. Scheduling is usually automated, so So, they tell me when they’re coming and then I either agree or disagree. They mainly work outside unless they are doing the ants then they will come inside. My father had his first visit with Terminix and he's going to do it quarterly. The rep was wonderful and the technician was great. I had concerns about spiders and he took them all off. I haven't seen any issues since. The technician told us that it would probably take the spiders a little while to be gone and we have to keep the outside porch cleaned off. I was very impressed with Terminix. I also have Terminix here at my house in South Carolina and I get a better experience with the Florida people.

Terminix was a requirement in getting a VA loan. I was refurnishing my home, so I had to have a termite inspection and the gentleman that came out, Paul, didn’t find any within the home itself, but he did in the surrounding structures such as my shed. The appointment was set up through the financing company and the technicians that came out were very good. They put the stakes in the ground that’s good for a year and then they come out on a yearly basis. I would highly recommend them.

We were seeing some bugs for a week. We called Terminix and they came out the next day. The tech was very friendly and we were very satisfied with him. The work he did was sufficient. Plus, he's always available and he told us to call him up if we need him anytime. I would tell others that Terminix is as good a service as any of them and their people are always nice, polite and pleasant.

The sump pump was installed and Terminix came to inspect it. They said it was working perfectly and saw no adjustment that will be made there. I have a standing yearly appointment with them and they text me they’re coming. We have a separate technician who comes for the pest inspection and control. I’ve had a wonderful experience with them and I have no trouble making appointments and expanding my service. I recommend them.

We have a contract with different rental buildings. Terminix does routine spray on them. We are pleased with them every time. But when we had some problems with bees in one location, I called their 1-800 phone number and we had to await a while for them to send somebody. Too many people might have had the same problem. I wasn't happy with that incident. But the technician, Derrick, did a very good job. He's professional. Sometimes the tenants get something. We call Terminix to go inside, and everything is taken care of. That’s one of the reasons we keep Terminix.

Terminix does preventative maintenance for termite eggs. They come and tell me they're going to come on a specific date. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. It's been a different technician each time but they all seem to know what they do and they know what they're looking for. They're good people and they do a good job.

We were having termite issues and the company that we have been using lost their license. So, I had to find somebody else and saw a commercial for Terminix and I decided to give them a call. It was a one-figure service, and once the initial service was done, they come out and check once a year. They usually set up the appointment and either send me an email since it’s not something that I have to be home for.
The last time, I must not have been home because I didn’t see anything that they have been out here. So, it concerns me if they were really here because I didn’t see a note that would say that they were here. I did get an email, but that doesn’t really tell me that they were physically here. So, that’s the only thing. They should have a physical notification that they were in the area to do the inspection because it’s not something that I would be able to check on my own. But, other than that, I’m generally happy with their service. They’ve got the termite problem taken care of, and I haven’t had any issues with termites since we started with them. I’m also happy with the product they are using to get rid of the termites because I haven’t seen any damage done to the house since they started the treatment.

We've had a contract with Terminix for about five years. It's guaranteed that they're covering anything. If they miss some things, they would be responsible. We renewed with them for another year for the termite inspection. They do the quarterly check. They call the tenant to let them know that they are on their way. In the beginning of the year, I was having problems with them. They would schedule appointments and then not show up. They would reschedule and not show up again. That seems to have been corrected by the second quarter of the year and I don't have any complaints currently. Everything is fine.

I have Terminix's bug service, which I like a lot, and it started when I moved to my current home about 10 years ago. That time, I talked to the bug guy and he told me about the exclusion service. I had their exclusion service about two years ago to keep critters out. It's good but I don’t want it anymore. I’m trying to stop it but they keep sending me bills and I don’t pay them. Yet they still send people over to do it without an appointment. I thought not paying the bill for 18 months that they could get the message. I also have their termite service which is covered by the insurance. And like all the several other companies I use in Houston, the people Terminix send out are real nice and all pleasant but the people in the offices are the harshest. They spend too much time writing up the bill, but they’ve done better than that. Still, as far as the effectiveness, the bug service is really, really good. It works and there's almost no pest activity.

Terminix did my termite inspection. The experience was great and they were easy to work with. They call me when it needs to be done because all I had to do with Terminix is my termite bond. So, it's an annual thing. They get it scheduled and it works out great. I recommend them.

I'm happy with Terminix. They come by regularly and it's always very good with them. They provide professional service. We have an empty lot next door, and when the weeds get high, we seem to get little creatures moving into our house. For this particular problem, we called in and explained that we had some rodents and they got somebody out here in a week. They came back the same day every week for three weeks to check on it. We're having some work done, and one of the work men said they thought we might have a dead rodent in an inaccessible place. So I called Terminix and asked them to send somebody out to look into that, and they're coming next week.

When I was having some mice and big roaches, Terminix came out and put up some traps. First they made an assessment and then they came out, but the guy who did the work had no idea what the assessment was about. He said he had a standard procedure that he did. So what was the point of taking the assessment if it wasn’t going to be used? I felt it was strange. They sent a technician out here who has no idea what you put on the assessment. But since I had it already engaged, I said “Okay” and then they came back out, looked at the traps and put up some more traps.
Scheduling was good. I did it on email and I did it by voicemail too. They kept their appointment. The techs were friendly and respectful. They came a little bit early. Since the service that means we’ve got traps out, but we still see red droppings. But I would go by it, because I think we got them all and then when they come back in the quarter, I’m going to ask and tell them by filling up those holes on the outside which needed to be filled up. I was very satisfied with the experience because they explained things to me. They basically put traps out and spray. My interaction with Terminix was good.

The exterminator was awesome and friendly He has two decades of doing his job so he's knowledgeable. He told me about the activity, what to do, and to give him a call back. However, the call center needs some work. They're not as friendly and they pretty much have an attitude issue. They initially gave me the wrong date and so I had to call back. I was waiting in the house for two hours and they said it was a mishap. I wound up calling them and they were nonchalant. But since using Terminix, the pests have been here but weren't as active. I'd tell others that if they have pests, then they should call Terminix.

I just started using Terminix and the guy was friendly. He was very helpful. If he’s going to do something, he’s going to do it. He’s very thorough and he did a good job. He gave me some good hits. When he came, they were doing some renovation on the house and we had stuff everywhere, so he treated the outside. He said they were getting ready to come back on the inside. On the outside, he put some pellets around the house, and I don't see any roaches outside the house anymore.

It’s been wonderful with Terminix. They come regularly for the last 20 years. They let me know that they are coming. Whenever I think I have a problem, I call and immediately get an excellent response, and so I'm very happy with it. They're attentive and professional. The Terminix salesman came out and spoke to me. He gave me all my options and he was very courteous and polite, so I signed up with them. He's the one who lets me know when someone would be out to do the inspection and the treatment. They recently came for termite prevention. They were excellent and they have been back since the original call and given us service. The man was just as good as he could be. He was very polite and very professional. Everything has been satisfactory in dealing with Terminix.

We had a water leak and when the guy went in through our siding, he noticed that there was a termite activity. It hurt some wood in there. We notified Terminix, and they were very good about it. We took pictures and everything when the siding was off, so they could see that it was damaged. They fixed it right away. They came and re-did my whole house with the termite control again. So, hopefully, I will never have that problem again.
I also have a pest contract with them, and we're due to get a spray. They email us and tell us they're coming this day. If it's not going to work out, we email them or call them back and tell them so. Then, we make another appointment, and sometimes they come and sometimes they don't. So, we wind up calling them about two more times. It has happened for the last two times. They have to stop with the emails though some people are going to be going along with the flow. Also, they may get in an inconvenient time, like from 12 to 2 when hardly anybody’s home. If they could make it 3 to 5, it would be better.
But Terminix is reputable and they held up their end. This is the second year that we extended our pest control for ants. They're all under control now, and we're glad about that. The guy for my pest control is Wilson and he gave me his direct number. He's a very friendly guy. He seems to know his business and he helped us out a little bit.

I like Terminix and they're the best. I've had them for about 30 years and it was hard to get the ants under control but after a while, everything was all right. In the end, I didn't see any more bugs. The technicians were all perfect gentlemen too.

Our experience with Terminix was very good and I'd recommend them. The inspector looked around and sealed up the whole house and put traps. He was very professional. He explained everything exactly, and we got a good idea of what we should be doing. But we’re waiting for a call back. We had called somebody because we had a bird in one of the traps instead of a mouse.

Last year, when I got my bills I went up and I paid my bills online. This year, they’re booking that same payment out of my credit card I never gave them permission to. They’ve tried to set me up with two appointments and got both my houses done. And they called me back up again and said, “Well, we got to set up another inspection.” I said, “Why? I’ve already had one inspection. I even got the bill for my yearly thing." And after I got done chewing that guy out from Terminix, and the only thing he could say is “I’m sorry," but the problem is that Terminix has gone corporate. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve been with Terminix for years and I’ve paid through the nose I’d get somebody else. But I got probably a $10,000 investment.
They sent me an email, saying, “Thank you for your payment. We took your payment off your credit card.” But I looked at my bank account, and it hasn’t come through yet. And I hope it don’t come through very soon, because if it does, it’s going to bounce a couple of checks. The kid that came out this time and inspected my house didn’t do a good a job as they’d done in the past. Usually, they come out and inspect it real well. They go through the whole house, look for termites. I usually warn them before they come to my house, because my wife does the painting in the house. She goes, “Well, We’re going to have to paint the house again.” So, I say, “If you put your hand on the walls, you’ll cut your fingers off.” I had a guy come in previously. It was his second or third time here. When he came in the house, he put a pair of white gloves on which was fine.

Terminix was great. When I told them I had a flying squirrel in my house, they came right out and dealt with it within 24 hours. Afterwards, I contacted them when I found the mice droppings, and then they left some little traps there which I haven’t checked yet. They have to come back because there was something there that they had to check. It’s like a one-way trap where the animals leave without seeing it.
The two technicians who came here have a lovely way about them. Vladimir was really cool and the main guy was sweet. They have kind souls and were well-meaning. It means a lot that Terminix hires people to carry themselves not only professionally, but also all-around they’re nice guys. If Terminix had everyone like that, then they would rock. The service is pricey, but when you have something like a flying squirrel in your house and you have a newborn, you want that taken care of.

We have the annual service from Terminix. Initially, we had some ants coming in the house so, I wanted that taken care of. They've been coming out for about two years now. Since then, there are no more insects at all. The tech that comes in is really good and very thorough in explaining everything, more than we needed to know. However, for four times a year, their price is a tad high. But I'll continue with it until things get tight. A lot of my neighbors who have had Terminix buy their own spray and do their own house now. I'm just waiting to see how it works.
My wife and I are both retired, but we still are out quite a bit in the daytime. Sometimes when we come home, we find these little notes saying, "I was here." But it doesn't say if they found anything or even what they did. Anybody can walk around the house and look and see no bugs. I wish that when we come home, there would be a little note on the door that would say, whether they sprayed or not or if they've found something especially when they don't have the access to get in the house. When they don't have the access to get in the house to look around, I feel it's a fruitless trip.

I just moved into a new place and I wanted it exterminated. And I got Terminix for it. We thought we were seeing something else. And they came back to do a follow up after the initial service to check and make sure that everything was the way it's supposed to be. I scheduled the service by phone and they did a really good job of scheduling both times when it was convenient for us. The technicians were very nice and informative. One of the guys went top to bottom spraying and making sure that if he found anything he had told me about it. He also explained the service that Terminix has. I had no problem at all with the service and the service techs, and I'd tell my friends to call Terminix because I had a good experience with them and word of mouth counts.

Everything with Terminix has been great. Their technician comes and does his thing, and he's very polite, thorough, and informative. He's good. We have the 90-day contract and the technician comes every two weeks. I'm going to call and reschedule another appointment. They're really a good company.

I’ve been with Terminix for three years and would recommend giving them a shot. The termite damage claims man, Robert, was very professional, did a really good job and knew what he was doing. He's been with Terminix a long time. Their technicians were professional too. Recently, someone came, inspected the house on the outside and checked the bait traps.

We got the four times a year service with Terminix now, but originally, we had a bedbug problem in the spring and they stayed on it till they got them. It took them quite a few treatments and they tried all different kinds of things. It's the same guy that does the bedbugs, so he calls and says when he's coming. He's a good guy that really works hard to get everything done. They did a good job and I would recommend them.

There was a girl who serviced us before and every time she came we knew she was coming. She would always come to the door let us know she was here, and tell us what she was going to do. She’s been replaced and we never know when the new guy gets here. The service slipped a little bit in that category. I haven’t seen the new one out. They usually service the outside of our house and they may have come at a time that we were not home. I don’t know how many times he’s been here since she left. Nevertheless, it's been overall good with Terminix and I'm satisfied.

I have two contracts with Terminix, and I have no problems with them. The people I talk to on the phone to schedule are pretty good to deal with. I’ve had the contractors concentrate on a wasps’ nest, and the guys who did that were pretty good. They just went about and did their business. I also had some people come out here a week or two ago, and there was two of them. They worked on some stuff on my house to prevent rodents from getting in, and it looked all right to me. Terminix provides professional service, and they know what they are doing.

We started with the termite control and kind of expanded from there. Terminix recently came for the mosquitoes and the insects, and they did a wonderful job. They usually submit an e-mail to schedule the service or if I’m seeing bugs, I’d give them a call. The technicians are great and are very pleasant to deal with. They do what they need to do. They are very thoughtful. I’d recommend them.

I just bought a new house. I always have pest control, and I signed up with Terminix because I've known them for a long time. The reps on the phone are awesome and very professional when I schedule my service. However, the first technician whom I had was terrible. I kept getting ants in my house and he brought me around my house and told me it was because I didn't caulk some place.
I had a new technician so I explained to him that I didn't want to hear about caulking. It was not the way I have ants in my house. And sure enough, he walked around my house and he found three nests and got rid of them the first time. He was amazing and I haven't had any problems since. My son said he only saw a baby cockroach on the window the other day so I do probably need to call them and have them do the inside. I already referred somebody to Terminix. I told them that Terminix is a very good company. There are a lot of small companies out there that are cheaper, but I know that Terminix is a well-known name and they've done a good job for me. I am very happy with Terminix.

I had called for an estimate and someone came out and gave me an estimate for his job. I asked and got another bid. I ended up going with Terminix not because of the price so much but because the representative represented the company well and presented a good package for us. The most recent one that Terminix did was the normal pest control. Before that, they did insulation for me. That was a large project and it took them a couple of days to do it. They did a very nice job and cleaned everything up, took everything out, put all the new stuff back in, and seemed to be efficient.
The technicians were all good and everybody was really polite. There were two different teams for the insulation job, one on the removal and one the installation, but they both did a nice job. It was a little longer than anticipated as far as removing everything and it was noisier that I realized it would be. It was noisy for the neighbors, too. Had I known prior to that I would’ve notified my neighbors that we were going to have a lot of work going on. But everyone was fine with it, it was pretty obvious what they were doing. They were doing everything that they needed to do and they were not wasting any time.
Before the insulation job, I asked for a representative to come out and set traps because I had a rat in the garage. So, they came out and it was not a regularly scheduled appointment, but they were happy to come out and they set traps and I actually caught a rat. The people that I worked with at Terminix are very, very nice and they will come out when I call. They’ve been good. I do have to call every once in a while because the contracted amount goes up and we have a small place, so I take issue with that. This last time I didn’t because there were quite a few things for me but generally it went a little high, so I usually work that out with the technician. I would still recommend Terminix, but people need to be aware that there are options within the company itself. Terminix has been responsive and so I’m very happy with their service.

I’ve had Terminix for 20 years and I love them. They're a great company. I have them every month because I can’t stand Palmetto bugs. I have two dogs that I have to have my yards sprayed for fleas and ticks. I have a few technicians that I really like really well. Their attitude’s always good. It's the same person most of the time. Since I live alone, I tell them that I don’t want them to change technicians every month.

We had termites and field mice 'cause we live out in the country. My parents had used Terminix, so we called and scheduled an appointment. We requested the same guy that my mom and dad have because he's awesome. His name is Randy and he's very informative and nice. He talked to my husband while he was doing things, and he explained why and what he was doing 'cause we have kids and dogs, so that was important to us. And he's a real personable guy. He makes sure he's getting everything more than he needs to and doesn't just rush through his job. We're good now and we keep our service going on a quarterly basis. We book online if we need to change something 'cause they send us the email to let us know that they're coming, which is good. We've been using Terminix for quite some time and we've referred many people.

I had ants and spiders, so I called Terminix. And they've been doing a pretty good job to keep them out. We're on an every three months schedule with them, and they either email or call me to let me know when they're coming. The ants and spiders are not completely down but our home is about 25% better than what it was before I got Terminix. They're very professional, courteous and reliable.

I had an issue with fleas and everybody at Terminix did what they said they were going to do. It's rarely you get a company where if somebody said they're going to be somewhere at a certain time and they're there, they show up and do what they're supposed to do. Their prices have gone up a little bit recently but everything is going up so we just have to deal with it. Other than that, everything has been fine with Terminix and the fleas have been non-existent since their service.

Terminix was good, but the technician that came was quite grumpy and did a little bit of a sloppy job that my husband was not happy with. We were told that the stations were supposed to be eight to ten feet apart, but some were four feet apart and some were twenty feet apart. They were not all the way pushed in on the ground. Some were flat but a lot have gone in on an angle. He didn’t have the right tool to finish the job so he said he'll come back on a certain day, but, he came back a day or two later than what he said. On the other hand, we’re glad that we have the termite coverage now. We’re happy that Terminix guarantees their work and any damage that might happen to our house now.

The gentleman from Terminix is very polite and has very nice manners. He comes to the door and he acts very professionally and tells me what he’s doing. If there’s anything that he can do and I have any questions, he’s happy to help me. Terminix can be proud of whoever they've got in this area because he’s low-key and not pushy but just there for service. That’s very much appreciated.
When he was spraying the powder around, I told him that there were quite a few spiders around. I live by the woods and it’s one of those things that are going to happen. He was able to follow the instructions and told me he'd do a little extra in the corners for me. That's very good. One thing that’s also very good is Terminix does follow-up calls and they check on the reps that they send to people's houses. That’s a good checkpoint and a lot of people don’t do that in business.

We had a case of bed bugs in my mom's house and Terminix was amazing with my mom. My dad passed away and they did not try to make it unaffordable and try to take her for every dime she had. Every place we actually called didn't care that my dad had just passed away, but Terminix was fast, completely honest with us, and listened to us. They didn't try to pull anything over and they worked with us on budget. We had an amazing experience with the two Terminix people we dealt with, and my mom still deals with the lady representative and loves her to death. Now, we finally have no bed bugs and I would recommend Terminix to everybody and anybody. Don't hesitate to call them if you have a problem.

I’ve used Terminix many years ago when I had a house in Holly Hill. They recently came out to my house and sprayed cracks and cleaned the counter. Service has been prescheduled. The technician was cordial and very personable, and it took him from a half hour to 45 minutes. I’d recommend Terminix to friends and tell them that when they come out they do a good job setting up and doing follow-ups.

Terminix comes every 3 months. Usually, I get an email plus a phone call that they're going to come out. The guy last night said they're fixing to stop doing the automated phone calls. But he was great. He asked if there was anything extra that they needed to do. I always have to unlock the gate so they can get to the backyard, but they always ask if there's anything that we've seen that could be a problem that they need to do. I've been real pleased with them. They show up promptly. Usually, if they say 3:00 to 5:00, they're there no later than 3:30. Every once in a while I tried to tell them 3:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon because I won't be home during daytime. They schedule it for earlier but I try to catch it before they come out which most of the time it works, but there were a couple of times it hasn’t and they’ve had to come back after to do the backyard.

There was Terminix man wandering around the neighborhood. He was looking for customers then he stopped and we talked, then I told him that I needed their service. They came to my house when I had a problem and they sprayed and took care of that. Now, their guy comes making sure that I have no more bugs in my house. We've been using them for a year now and they come once in a quarter. The technician that comes has been the same man and he treats me good. They’ve done everything that I’ve asked them to do.

I’ve had Terminix out here for different things and my experience was really good. Scheduling a service with them was fine especially if I call my tech directly.My most recent experience with them was the inspector for termites. I had a bad experience with him but my regular service with Terminix was good. We have a quarterly pest control visits with them. But because there’s something in the wall, my regular guy suggested that we should have it inspected to make sure that there’s no termite. The termite inspector came out and he was rude and condescending. He said “How can I tell if there’s a termite in your wall? I don’t have X-ray vision.”
I already called back my service guy and told him “Don’t ever recommend that guy to anyone else because he makes your whole company look bad.” He even tried to sell me like a preventative thing. I understand that somebody has to do their job and have to try to sell you something but the way he was with that, he could have said, “There’s no evidence of termite but you should try to get this for preventative.” But instead, he said, “I don’t have X-ray vision so,” We’ve used Terminix for years and I have that preventative thing done at my old house so it’s not like I would oppose doing it. Nevertheless, I would recommend them.

The tech came out for my quarterly service. He treated the outside and I had talked to him about an insect problem we were having, so he treated the basement. There’s an Elco door that goes outside, and he treated around that, too. He was great. He was on time, polite, and took care of all my issues, so it was perfect. I haven’t noticed any pest activity since the service. It’s been terrific with Terminix. They do the job and I would recommend them.

Terminix has been very reliable. We're on a routine schedule with them and they give me a window when they can get here and then, they get done what they came to do. Their technicians have been very professional, and they always tell me when they’re going to be here and give me a warning. We’ve had many different bug guys from the areas we lived, and the ones from Terminix are very nice guys. Recently, we were questioning whether we had palm rats in our garage roof, and the technician went up there to check if the traps that we had up there earlier were activated or not, which they weren’t. But thankfully, we didn't have rats. I would recommend Terminix to anybody.

Terminix recently came for a routine service and it was a good visit. The gentleman showed when he said he would and did a great job. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing. As for the scheduling, they notify me when they expect to come out and if that’s a conflict then I let them know and it has always worked out just fine. Whatever they’re doing seems to work.

Terminix comes out automatically. The technicians are very courteous, very professional, and very neat service people. They always ask if I’m here. And if I am, they ask if I have any unusual issues. Terminix is very good, but they’re expensive. I can do a lot cheaper.

I got a new contract with Terminix and their representative was nice. I paid them when I did my contract. I gave a check then and I got two statements in the meantime so I don’t know how long it takes them all to catch up with their accounting but it must be terribly slow. The initial contract was that they did the inspection and installed the equipment and the monitors outside, in the ground for termites. I also have a quarterly spraying service.

Terminix is doing what I need them to do and when I need them to do it. They're providing the service that I'm paying for. I don't have a bad pest problem but since I've had Terminix come out, it's better. I don't see spiders everywhere like I used to. The technician usually schedules the service. I met him this summer when we started the contract and the service agreement and my wife and I really like him. He comes up and tells me when he's going to be at my house. I'm glad that he's our guy. Most of the work is outside, and sometimes if he needs to get in the house, my wife works from home so that's not an issue either because she's home 99% of the time. So far, it's been a fine experience. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Terminix recently came and it was wonderful. They did the job and were courteous. I've had them for years and I'm completely satisfied with them. They come every three months for the bug spray, and once or twice a year to check for termites. They usually call me and set up a time here because I have to be here for the dogs. We're comfortable with Terminix.

I've been with Terminix for more than 5 years and we don't think about going to somebody else. I used to have it monthly and then I changed it to quarterly. I just give the technician the key to my house and it always works. If there's an issue he just comes in and takes care of it whether I'm here or not. I've gone through four technicians and they all seem to know what they're talking about though some of them know more about the local area than others. They're all nice and professional. We're up in the mountains and they tend to come from the valley but they learn fast.
We're in an area that is heavily vegetated. There's a lot of scorpion activity and spiders and ants. You can't keep them out of the house so you have to have a barrier that knocks them down as soon as they come in. Terminix coming quarterly works out just fine. Whenever we need an extra service, they're very responsive. They really work it into their schedule. I recommend their service to my neighbors all the time.

Terminix has been great. The only thing is I don’t like their billing. I paid the guy when he came and sprayed but then I ended up getting a bill anyway which I just disregarded. When I know I've already paid, I hate to get a bill. The other thing was before this big corporation took it over, they let my regular technician who does my spraying quarterly do my termite inspection. Now, they make somebody else come which means I have to be home twice at two different times, and that’s very inconvenient. My regular technician knows what to do and I don’t see the point of me having to be home twice. When I called to schedule it and asked them why can’t my regular technician do the termite inspection, they said they have different people to do different jobs. I’m not thrilled about it.
But the technician that I have had for a long time is very good. That’s the reason I keep Terminix. I’ve had them ever since the house was built in 1987. He’s always on time. He always calls me ahead of time to see if the time that they have me scheduled is convenient for me. If I have an insect or a pest that I don’t recognize, I’d save it for him and he always can tell me what it is. He’s very knowledgeable. He knows what it is, if I got anything to worry about. He’s very polite and just a very good person.

Terminix did a very good job the last time they came. The man knew his business and he was very cordial. I was very happy with him. It’s a little bit better since he came but I’m still seeing areas where the German roaches are at. I understand it’s very hard to get rid of. The only thing is I didn’t realize that I could call a backup at two weeks. If I had known I could have called every two weeks and had him come out when I first start seeing them, I probably would have been better off. But they’ve made an appointment for him to come back out and respray. So, I’m satisfied.

Since they've been coming out, the pests are very well controlled. And I don't see the bugs and spiders. Terminix is good and I'd tell my friends to use them.

Terminix claims to provide a money back guarantee with their pest control service. However this is a HUGE SCAM! I signed up for the service & to date they have yet to catch a single pest with their traps. When I called to complain & ask for my money back the retention rep asked that I allow them to attempt other techniques (plural) of which she mentioned on the phone but when the technician arrived he claimed to know nothing about any other techniques. According to him, he was just there to lay down more traps. I gave it time and yet again nothing was caught.
After repeated calls, I finally spoke to someone purported to be the branch manager who seemed as inept as their traps that eventually said he needed to get approval from another manager in order to cancel my service and refund my money. Since then I have yet to get anyone to settle this dispute and they are sending me bills for the last service call when in fact they OWE ME MONEY. So moral of the story Terminix can't manage to catch a cold let alone pest and their money back guarantee is a complete farce!

Terminix has provided good service over the years. They make sure that we don't get termites back. We have a yearly termite inspection and every three months spraying. Their representatives are fine, and if a friend would ask me about Terminix, I'd tell them to give them a go.

The technician comes every three months. I get an automated reminder and then a call the day before from him. And then I get a text message about an hour before he comes. He's great and quick. He's patient, too. Terminix does a great job. We love them. I don't have any bugs in the house since their service. I'd highly recommend them.

Everybody who comes over are doing a good job. They put the spray in the front, in the back, and in some bushes, and I'm very happy. They know what they're doing. They're respectful and nice people. They come in between one hour and two and they let me know when they come in early. They do the outside of the house. It's the patio because of the neighbor. They don’t know how to keep their garden. The raccoons stay in my garden. They're coming from different places or around my house. At the back of the house, there are a couple of big trees and I talked to the neighbor but they don’t do anything about the big branch. I tried to ask my neighbor, “Why didn’t you use Terminix?” And he told me he's not finding anything in his patio. They don’t listen to anybody.

I had some ticks outside that got on my dog, and they got in the house. So, I had Orkin come over and treat it, but it didn’t change anything. So, I followed up with Terminix. I scheduled over the phone, and their representative was so informative. They almost made me feel like I could do the cleaning on my own because of how they explained everything they were going to do. That’s why I went ahead and booked them. After the first treatment, I saw a huge difference. I wanted them to come out again to make sure that everything’s dead.
I set up an appointment, but I left the house. So, the guy that came was only able to the outside of the house. The technician was called to see if he could come back, but he didn’t answer. Someone was supposed to call me back to reschedule, but no one did. So, that’s the only negative thing. They should have contact numbers for their technicians, although I believe they did have, the last time. Because I contacted the technician after he left. I asked him some questions, and he was so detailed and patient.

Terminix comes out periodically. One guy does termites and another guy does all the bugs. We're in very good terms with Terminix. They're very nice people. They know us. In fact, if my wife has some extra little things that she wants done, they'll do it. I see very little pest activity since having their service. Once in a while, I'll see a spider but that's extremely rare.

Terminix recently came out and they told me what they could do and they did it, and then they asked me to call them when I have the walls and appliances back up to finish the services we paid for. Scheduling the service was almost instant. They were here the next day. The representatives I have spoken with has been very friendly. And the technicians have been professional and courteous. Our home is better since our service began with Terminix. I’ve noticed one dead roach and a couple of spiders, but I know they’re particularly difficult to get rid of. Our experience has been definitely satisfactory.

Terminix came out, sprayed the yard, and set some traps. They come in quarterly and they called ahead of time and told us they were coming. And then, the technician called and said he was on his way. We have a mice problem, a rat problem, and a termite problem. Terminix told me that they'd take care of it, but the mice are all over the place. Other than that, they are effective.

We found a bed bug. I didn’t want it to spread so I called Terminix and they were fast. The next day when I made the request, they came and checked it out. They did everything that we needed to get done, and then they came again, and everything seems okay right now. I didn’t see any more bed bug. It was easy scheduling the service, but after the second time, I just called and they said we could schedule for that Saturday so it was really quick. Terminix was good.

I've been a customer for 40 years because Terminix always makes good and I appreciate that. Their people were always very polite and nice and the technicians that came out went above getting rid of the bugs and then left. I have the same man come here for several years and he was terrific. Whatever he said was true and he didn't miss the closet or a window. And then, he stopped coming.
The thing I was the most impressed with was when I got termite in my garage and the garage was literally ready to fall down. I've lived in my home for 44 years and had a tenant. Terminix came in, did not charge me a cent and took care of the garage. They rebuilt the part that had to be rebuilt and said, "How can we charge you when you've been paying for the service for so many years? Of course, that's what you pay for is when there's a problem."
Recently, I was having the house painted. We took down the drapes, had the drapes cleaned and found termites living in the drapes and the wood around the window. It was gross. When I called Terminix, they came right away and they treated the area. It was all rectified but I'm just wondering if maybe I'm not having the inspector look closely enough. There was some confusion over the appointment and I waited when they never came and then, it had to be postponed. Everybody was busy. But that's not an unusual thing to happen with Terminix where they will make an appointment and overbook and then, I have to be bumped up to another day. And that's something to be worked on a little bit. As well as making sure they cover what they said they're going to cover. But I'm so happy and have already recommended them to people.

Terminix came to do the inspection inside and the technician did an excellent job. He was professional and knowledgeable. He checked everything he was supposed to for termites and pointed out that there was a recent leak in the house. Normally, they call me to schedule and the experience with them has always been fine. I have a good relationship with them. As a matter of fact, they should be upset with me because they always call me when my bill's due or when it's past due and I just pay it by phone when they do.

Terminix came for the bedbugs and roaches. The reps on the phone are polite and courteous and the technicians are helpful. They answered the questions we had. I didn’t feel like we were lacking any information. The only problem I had with them was getting them there at a certain time. They didn't tell me at first that it was a four-hour window. Because of that, I had to reschedule the times. Other than that, I haven't had any problems. We have a guarantee that the insect won't return. If they do, they'll come back without a charge but that costs an extra $200. It's an expensive process.

I signed up with Terminix for a routine service where they come out every month. Everyone that we spoke with was very informative, and had just as much and the same information. It was consistent. Recently, they tented and removed the tent. It went smoothly as they had stated it would. They were very professional and they kept me up to date as to what was going on. They also assisted us even after having failed to bag things appropriately. My husband and I disagreed as to how it was supposed to be done. In the middle of our arguing, they said they would take care of bagging the stuff up.
Also, because of the delay, they talked with the other team that was close by and they came over to see if they needed any assistance. It was good that there was someone else that was considerate of the other team. Meanwhile, we had finished up all the bagging and they were able to catch up. The technicians were very good and each one of them was very respectful of our concerns. I'm very happy to see that they haven't changed their servicing and customer service over the years. I like their professionalism and courtesy, and I have recommended Terminix.

Terminix calls and lets me know when the technicians are going to show up on a certain day and between what time. Then the technicians come and spray the yard while I stay in and then they leave the bill in the mailbox that I requested. Just every once in a while I’ll get a little spider or a bug but nothing serious. Everything's fine and I've been satisfied with them.

We have been using Terminix for about a month and a half now and it has been easy scheduling a service with them. Anytime that I’ve contacted them, they’ve answered my call promptly and they’ve always taken care of any needs that I had. The technician comes out every Thursday since the first time that he came to our house. He has been checking and then, if I noticed anything, he would spray. I have the technician’s number, so all I have to do is call him. My interaction with him has been fun, and he has been friendly and answered all my questions. We still have the bugs in one bedroom even though we sprayed multiple times and that's the biggest issue. We had some in our living room, but we haven’t seen any more bugs there.

Terminix did two different projects with us. Each time, they were very professional. We had terminated our contract with them, but we reinstated it because of how professional that young man who came out was. We had the subterranean termite traps put in. He noticed that they weren’t enough and so we put in more. We also had them come out because when we bought the house, we didn’t have them inspected. The VA came out to refi. We have a walkthrough basement. So, in the other half of the basement is what I call the dungeon, an unfinished basement. They cut down a tree and put the log to hold the crossbeams up. That was not acceptable to the VA.
I didn’t know Terminix did this. They took out the unapproved supports and they put in metal ones with the base that were approved. They did a knockdown job. If that kid hadn’t done such a good job with us, I was not going to renew my Terminix contract. I saw no need to do it, but he was so good. He talked with us, showed and explained things. Paying $300 a year is worth it. Also, Terminix doesn't upsell you and the pricing was acceptable. I would recommend Terminix.

Toby, the guy from Terminix who came out and did my service, was very respectful, very mannerful, and very professional. He was on time. He explained everything as he was doing it. He did the outside, he did our garage with the inside, he did the cabinets, then I had my washer and dryer, baseboard, and he baited. He’s only been out here once and I’d definitely want the same person to come back out. It was a great overall experience. He made me feel like he knew what he was doing, and he looked like he knew what he was doing so he made everything better.

I've had Perry as my Terminix guy for 15 years and I've lived in two different addresses. He would go with me to my next address where I will be moving next summer. He's great and I absolutely adore him. I just send him a text and tell him what needs to happen and he fits me in where he can. He usually calls and lets me know he's en route so that I can take my three Great Danes out.
The field people at Terminix are great. As far as their accounts receivable, they're horrendous. I've had problems after problems after problems. I had written Perry a check. He had turned it in and I had someone call me for months at a time insisting that I still owed the money and insisting that I look up what the check number and check date were. That happened last year when we were recovering from the flood. If it weren't for Perry, I would have left Terminix a long time ago because their support is horrendous.
When I referred a friend of mine to Terminix, she had Perry come out to her house and everything was great. Perry knew it was a one-time thing but the office determined that it was supposed to be under contract. They kept sending someone out and they kept billing her for it even though the person didn't access the house. She pleaded help trying to get it to stop. She tried for the longest time before she ever got me involved in it. I was with her one day when they called. I told them who I was, how long had I been client, and if they didn't get this taken off there immediately, they could cancel both of us. So they did finally got things straightened out.

There was a German roach in the kitchen and Terminix came but they’re still there. I think Terminix have to have a couple more treatment in. This time they will be treating my kitchen for the 4th time. I like scheduling my service. I do it online and it’s very easy. Everything’s very smooth and nice. They told me where the problem is and where they’re coming from. Every time they came they explained to me, “Okay, this time it’s from there.” I would recommend Terminix to other friends or other people. It was a great experience. They show me and they explain everything like what they do and what kind of spray they use.

We have hoarders next door and we get the roaches and their mice so we have Terminix come and do pest control once a month. However, last month, they didn’t come inside. They just did something outside and left. But this time, the technician put down everything he needed to do and came inside. If we could get that same guy that came in here, I’d be the happiest in the world. I’d tell others that Terminix is a good company.

We’ve had service with Terminix for 45 years in this building. I’ve had a lot of dealings with Terminix companies, and I’ve always recommended them. I also knew the previous owner well and we always got along. We’ve never felt like we had any problem that we could not call them about. The only problem I’ve had was five years ago. My bill went from something like $100 dollars to $400 dollars, and the service had no change. I made a real effort to replace the policy with another company, and Terminix kept calling and I finally told whoever I was talking to that the premium was way too high. I felt like I could beat it and I was going to try as hard as I could to do that. The next thing I heard was that they dropped the bill down to where it was the previous year. The bill came down to a reasonable level and it was maintained there.
Six weeks ago, a young man from Terminix came by and looked around the property inside. My property is a duplex apartment, which I own both units, and he looked in the unit that we occupied as well as the next door. I had not anticipated his arrival, so I did not have the tenants next door prepared, so we did not look in there. In effect he saw half the building, which is not unusual. He went through and he started with a flashlight on the ground level. It’s a slab foundation, so there’s not a lot of crawling around necessary. He stayed for enough time to look it over good. He said he didn’t see anything on the surface and it looked fine, we thanked him and he left. He and my wife discussed a number of things and got along fine. It’s been a very satisfactory experience.

There were ants all over our plants. I contacted Terminix but my regular guy, Gerard, wasn't available. They sent over another technician and he is also fabulous, very polite, very sophisticated, very well-mannered, and very well-educated. The tech even offered to help me move my dog crate where the ants were. He was so considerate and so helpful. It has been wonderful after the service. Also, scheduling the visit was amazingly convenient and easy.

We had a bedbug infestation and Terminix came several times. Their technician has been very pleasant, thorough, and professional. The pests are almost gone but I've got one problem area, which is the couch, and they keep reappearing. I’ve talked to the technician yesterday, and he’s going to come out and see what he can do. They’re busy people and you can’t get them out here instantly but they eventually make it. Terminix does the job but they should also be able to provide faster service.

Terminix took a while for them to replace the regular guy, Greg. I had good service for years with him then he retired or quit. They were just sending random people at one point and they would say someone was going to come and they wouldn't. I called back and it was like they didn’t know what was going on. It was getting rather ridiculous but it’s been solved now. I now have a replacement. Jeremy is a guy I know so I have no complaints. He’s a very pleasant young man and I’m happy that he is my regular technician now. It’s just a little bit hard to finally get that turnover established.
Recently, Jeremy was here and he was very nice despite the fact that my Doberman puppy tore the rim off in front of his truck. He did exactly what I asked him to do. I get a robocall a couple of days ahead of time and then Jeremy calls me the night before he comes. It’s usually the first Thursday of the month because I specifically asked for that since that’s what I’ve been doing for years. I haven’t had any problems since the service call, just a few flies here and there. Jeremy has been trying to treat the cluster fly situation and we definitely made a dent in their population. However, I’ve been with Terminix for so long that I don’t know how competitive their rates are.

I called Terminix because I had an animal in my attic. A lady came and she was not very knowledgeable. I was not impressed. I called again and then the guy who usually comes came. He looked and then we did the plan. He’s very pleasant and very respectful. We are to call him again to come and then he’ll finalize what we have to do. I am pretty happy with Terminix except for this animal, but we are on the process of finishing out fast. Also, I always had a lot of spiders in the house. I still have them but it’s less. I really take advantage of the visit from Terminix.

Terminix usually call to say that they are coming for a service. We're in a contract with them and I won't be renewing. Their technician's nice and looks professional. However, he just comes to the door, lets me know he's there and then he's gone. He's never been inside the house and just walks around the perimeter of the house. I wouldn't recommend them because they're a bad company. It's unnecessary because when they do any kind of spraying, almost every time they've been here, it's raining so I don't know how effective any of that is. If I felt like I could recommend them I might continue the service but I don't feel that I can do that.

My Terminix experience was good. In scheduling their service, the rep sends me an email with somebody’s comment. Their technicians did a good job when we had a lot of ants, spiders and bed bug problems and now, there are no more. However, the only time I had a problem was when I paid them 730 dollars down in the beginning which did not show in my statement.

We recently made a special call to Terminix for spraying. When we still saw a few pests crawling around after waiting for five days, we called them back and the technician came in and re-sprayed. It was very easy to set up the service. The technician, Chris, was really nice and we’d like to get him to spray again. He has done an excellent job. We had one of the worst infestations one could possibly dream of but he came out and took good care of it. Before, we couldn’t do anything or sit anywhere without having the pest on us or without it trying to get into what we were doing. We couldn’t even lie down and go straight because they’d try to walk on us and bite us. But now, every once in a while, we’ll see a few of them running around. And it was such a huge improvement.

The Terminix's technician was very professional, friendly and courteous and we haven't had any pests at all after he left. Everything was thorough and perfect. The scheduling and the jobs had been fine. We have a set-up on a monthly basis and they call and schedule it. If they say they’re coming and it’s a good day for us, we say okay. But if it isn't, we reschedule.

Some friends of ours ended up having bedbugs. I was concerned because they had been to our house and I wanted to make sure they didn’t carry any to our house. I had Terminix come out to do an inspection and it turned out that we didn’t have any bedbugs yet. But I went ahead and signed a contract with them for pest control because we just bought our first home and we didn’t have any pest control going yet. I also recommended Terminix to my parents and they’re now using the company in Plant City.
Scheduling with them was pretty easy. I did it over the phone the first time and the times after that had been done online. I was able to get their tech to come at the days and times that I needed. It has been the same guy and he's been very helpful and very friendly. The first time he came, he sprayed around the outside. At the time, I told him that we had seen a couple of roaches. He helped me go through and remove everything from under my sink so he could put the bait down underneath all the things on the pipes. He said that more than likely, that was where the roaches were coming through at. It was on the pipes that lead from the outside to the inside.
One thing that I appreciated was that they gave me a window of four hours and before the technician left to come to my house, I got a text message and an email telling me that he was on his way. I also got an estimate of how long it would take him to get there. So if I wasn't sitting at home, I would have a warning when they were going to be there so they could be back when I'm home. That was helpful because my husband and I both work.

It was not a good experience with the guy who came before. He was nasty with my wife, saying that we shouldn't be living the way we live. He was really rude. We don't live dirty. And that's why we called and complained to Terminix and they sent out Courtney. I told them don't send anybody else but her. She's been excellent and really nice. She very knowledgeable, too. The pest activity has been down to a minimum. I call her every other week and she told me to do that. The other guy never recommended that. Overall, Terminix is a good company to call.

Scheduling at Terminix is easy and everybody is always friendly when we call. The most recent tech did a good job and I like him. We told him where we think he should spray and he did it well. Our pest situation is getting better now and everything's good.

We have the annual plan with Terminix. We just call the number that they gave us and it was no problem scheduling the service. They had a couple of days available, we just pick the time, and they came out. The technician notified me that he was coming, let us know he was here, and sprayed the house. He was very professional. Everything has been great with Terminix.

We schedule our service with Terminix once every three months and we tell them what day we want it done. They showed up on time and the technicians were professional, very friendly and helpful. When they came in, we talked a while, told them if we have any problems, and they did their job. When I have bad spots I would tell them. Overall, we're satisfied.

I have a regular service set up with Terminix and they, generally, arrive. Once, they came and I wasn't here since either I forgot the appointment or someone didn't tell me, but that doesn't happen too often. Everything has been very smooth and they do what they're supposed to do and I pay. The technicians are friendly and they always ring the doorbell then tell me they’re going to spray. I have some food traps in my garage for mice that come in and I open the garage so they can get in to look at those. Also, I have a cat and there was one tech who helped me get him in. Then when they're done, they knock again so that I'd know they've been here and left. So far, it's been all good. We haven't had any mice since I have the service, and the ants and a lot of the spiders are gone, too. So, I'm happy and content about that.

Terminix does a monthly thing around my house to keep pests from coming in. I talked to the guy who comes out several times and he's great. For the first year or so, I had no problems - no bugs. But in the last couple of months, I have killed a few bugs on the inside of our house. Prior to having Terminix, I’ve never had a bug in my house. But that’s not something I should worry about. Otherwise, I would call them. Everything's fine and I’m satisfied with Terminix.

I'm happy with Terminix. They came out and put termite traps around the house. They're going to come out once a year and check the traps and then, re-bait them if they have to. Shane came out and talked to me. And then another guy came out and did the spraying. He did a really good job. And then, they called me about termites. Nathan came out here and did the termite traps and he was really nice. I really like him and he did a really good job, too. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I got a lot of information from both of them. Since they put mouse poison underneath the house, I haven't heard any mice anymore because I used to have it lying under there. That's really working good. I got a few spiders in the house but it's winter time. The only problem are these things I call ladybugs. They're everywhere this year and are horrible. I'll deal with it next year.

Terminix does a good job for us and everything is always good with the guy who comes out. We recently had our regular quarterly pest control service. Our home is better since our service with them began. Everybody at Terminix is always courteous. They’re always on time, on schedule, and we've had a good relationship. I’m satisfied with their service and I intend to keep the service going.

Joe came out and sprayed for carpenter ants and around the house. He's great and very personable. The carpenter ants are pretty much gone since he came out and I ain't got any trouble. If I have a problem or something, I can just call Joe and he works me into his schedule within a day or two. I'd recommend Terminix.

Terminix just did the annual inspection and were here for about 15-20 minutes doing it. The fella was very polite. He wanted to come at one time and we rescheduled, and he was able to do that. He got it done pretty quickly. We've had no pest activity since the service. It was just really a no hassle deal and I’m glad to have it done and it went well. We’ve been with Terminix for 30 years and it’s been a very pleasant experience.

Terminix takes care of my rental and they come routinely. We got carpenter ants and then mice started getting in through the outside into the walls somehow and now, there’s no problem at all. The serviceman has totally solved the problem. It was amazing. When the serviceman would come to the door and the tenants aren't there, he'd be concerned about the owner who's very reliable about opening the door. He'd be worried that something's wrong. So, he’s very caring person. The servicemen are very respectful to my renters and my renters enjoy seeing the servicemen come out. I really like Terminix and I highly recommend them. I trust them and they get the job done. Terminix is a company that can completely solve your problems with insects and animals and rodents. You can rely on them to give you a fair price.

I’d recommend Terminix to anybody. I've had my technician for about 3 years now and he's great. We discuss the problems that we have and he educates me a little bit. I had a few bugs and I didn’t know what they were. He educated me. We also had problems with ants and he educated me on them, too - how hundreds could come in, what’s the choice they have, and where they come from and why. And usually, because it’s raining. He does a good job. I haven’t had any pest activity since we had Terminix. We had some out in the mailbox, and I took care of that, and they’re gone. If we’re being over packed with ants or something, I get a technician the next day.

I have Terminix come monthly to spray the outside of my house for varmints and different varieties of ants and bugs. They're always here when they say that they're going to be here. They always let me know the schedule through voicemail or a text. And I get a call from the guy who comes here. We don't have to be around because they're outside unless we want them to come inside. The guy who comes is a nice fellow and he is professional and courteous. And we don't have any problems with pests since their service.

Terminix does the quarterly service. They schedule themselves and let us know when they’re planning on being there and they come. Their technician was a straightforward guy. He told me that he was coming, what he did, and left. The service has been all right but the only thing I don’t like is that the plan did not include the ants. There are ants everywhere, but they’re an extra to the service, so that’s a negative. Overall, it’s a pretty good experience with Terminix.

We've seen a few roaches so we called in Terminix to see if they could get rid of them. I set up an appointment over the phone. Pete, the technician, seems nice. They had to come back once and then now, on a schedule of every four months. They got rid of the pests after a few visits. They've been great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. It's been really awesome, that's why I have been recommending them to people.

We're very pleased with the technician, Melanie. She was fabulous. She not only did a great job but also educated us on what to do. We did not know that the roaches feed on water. She told us to make sure everything is always dry. After seeing the tiny roaches dead, we see no more. Every now and then we see another dead one. We're really happy with the services of Terminix. When we got here, the guy said he had taken care of it. It was okay in the beginning. But they started coming up again. We did everything we were supposed to and they just kept coming. They go away for a moment then they come back twice as strong. This time with Terminix, they're staying away.

We had all sorts of bugs finding their way into our home through the deck and windows. Opening the windows for fresh air became a problem because they would always find a way to get in, even with the nets closed. Terminix responded more quickly than I expected, and they came out within 48 hours. Terminix has got fantastic service. Also, I spoke to the regional manager who did quite well. The technicians only came out once, and I was told the next appointment will be when they come for the quarterly check. Recently, the bugs have not been able to get in, even if we sometimes open the windows. Termnix provided great service.

I have two services from Terminix. The guy who comes out quarterly has been very helpful in giving me good insights as we look around the house and do all that kind of stuff. I’ve also had somebody come out to deal with rodent issues, and that’s a little bit harder to deal with. That’s where I’ve had to reschedule on occasion. I had somebody not show up once, and I had to reschedule. Also, I’m never sure if my service is completed and whether they’re going to come back in a week sometimes, so I have to follow-up. In talking to the technician, it sounded like they were coming back to follow-up, but the last technician was very good and he said unless I have a problem, he was done.
I would always get an email from Terminix saying “You’re all complete now”, and so, I figured they were not coming back. But when they left, I was always under the impression that there would be follow-ups. But if I needed follow-ups, I called them because I thought that the problem came back, and it had, and they came out fairly quickly to deal with the issue. I’m happy with Terminix for now. I was asked by another service if I would be interested in switching and I told them I was not going to switch, but I would consider it in the future.

I have a contract with Terminix, and I pay it by the year. When it is time for them to come, they call me and tell me that they’re coming, and what they are coming for. They also tell me to just call if I have any problems. Then they come in and take care of whatever they need to take care of. I have a rat problem, and right now, it’s really heavy because it’s getting cold. So, they’re coming out and we don’t know where they’re coming in.
Terminix said that they have traps for the rats out there, but the rats are missing the trap, and are coming inside. I don’t think they will ever get rid of all these rats because I live close to a bayou. And when you live close to a bayou, you have these things that come from outside into your home. Other than that, I like the way that Terminix comes in because I don’t have any bugs. So, I’m assuming that they’re taking care of that. However, I wish they could totally hold down the rats. Because once they get inside, we would have to try and take care of them.

Terminix comes out once a year to do our termite inspection. We're under a contract with them. They contact me via an email or text when we have an appointment. The techs they've sent are great and they're very thorough. I've also used Terminix for other things and I would use them again. I've used their service since 20 years ago and I haven't had a single issue since. I would recommend them.

Terminix came out and did my annual inspection. They called me and told me that it was due. I scheduled it and there was no problem there. They have been very good. They did their job. If I wanted, I could go out and watch what they were doing, they didn't mind that. They told me exactly what they did and what they found, and they were courteous and professional. They did the outside of my house and I don't have as many bugs and spiders since. So, it has helped. I've also had them come out when I had a huge problem with ants outside. They sprayed for those twice and that worked really well. The only thing that I don't like about them is that they have different people coming all the time. I would like it if they had the same person come to my house as my personal inspector. Nevertheless, they were efficient and I liked their service. They were always available if you needed something. They're a little expensive, but if you can afford it, they're great.

On the initial time that Terminix came out, they scheduled a time for me to be here. I got to meet the gentleman who did the service. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We talked for a few minutes about what the service entailed, what his job was going to be, and what I should expect. And then I signed the contract, and then he performed the service. I started a quarterly program with them, and I asked them to send me an email and call me to let me know when it's time for them to come out. I hadn’t had service for almost three years, and I’ve seen a good reduction in pests since we had the initial spray. I’d recommend Terminix to anybody. I'd tell my friends that it would be a good service to use and to go ahead and book them.

Terminix came out to do the quarterly pest control and everything was very satisfactory. They call via an automated call that will tell you what day they’re coming and what time of the day they’re coming to do it. The technicians have always been good. Sometimes I would have the same technician, but not every time. But their service has been great.

Terminix takes out $33 a month and then they come around once a year to look and see if there are any termites and then they leave and I just keep paying them. I think it’s a rip-off, but I do need their service because if I get termites, then I got a problem. The technicians were fine. However, when I call their 800 number, they say the same thing every time, “All technicians are very busy now. Please stay on the line.” I’ve waited as much as 45 minutes and just hung up.

Terminix came out to check for bugs and they sprayed for spiders. I don't like bugs and we have a regular maintenance agreement with them. They call to set an appointment and they also call the day before. They want to make sure that they'll reach us. They're very professional when we talk to them on the phone. The technician does everything we want him to. They always go around for spiders and stuff. In the summertime, they go around the whole house, the garage, and the basement. We're happy.

Terminix came out and installed stakes around the house last October 30th. They also went underneath and sprayed a whole bunch of stuff under the house. We showed the rep what the problem was, and he scheduled the people to come in and put the stakes in. They're very friendly and knowledgeable, and everything seems to be fine.
