We always have really great experiences with Terminix. They always leave us a voicemail message several days in advance so we know that they're going to come. Our tech is very, very, very nice and does a thorough job. He sprays both the outside and the inside of our house. The tech changed for a while and then our original one was back again. Since they go into your house it is nice to have the same person come out. We've also had a couple of different techs and they’ve all been nice as well.

When we first needed Terminix, we discovered that we had subterranean termites and they came out and killed them. They protected the house and once a year they've gone around the house and checked everything. It's not gotten worst, all the termite system is gone. And we feel that we're protected where we worry about it every year but so far things have turned out good. They were just here shortly ago last month in fact. When scheduling the service, they give us a price first and we're to okay it. And they have a certain date that they come out and they've always been on-time. Everyone who has been out so far has been great and they've been very good. Everything's been very well and I'm pleased. It's just getting a little expensive for us but as far as the service is concerned and everything else, we're happy.

Terminix notifies me before they come out every quarter. They do the work they say they’re going to do, and everything seems to be working fantastically. The service has been done very professionally and the technicians have always been fantastic.

Terminix comes in every three months and they do termites, ants, etc. They're very good with scheduling the service. They normally call me and let me know the next one's coming, and then I tell them to go ahead and schedule it or we cancel it for another day. I've always had good referral with them because I like the guys who come out. They do a good job. Since their service, the pest activity has been cut down. I haven't seen that many ants. I normally don't see the ants until around May or June, and they're normally gone by the time Terminix sprays.

Terminix came out for a regularly scheduled visit and they did what they're supposed to do, and we haven't had any complaints. Sometimes, they'll send an email with the schedule of the service and we could set it up, too. Their technicians have been professional. Their service is really great, and I'd recommend them.

Terminix did our first spray, and scheduling the service wasn’t easy. I waited for someone to call me back but nobody did so I had to call back for an appointment. And it took a couple of days for the appointment to get scheduled. Their representatives were nice, though. The technician was friendly and he helped me a lot. He told me to go outside because he sprayed a lot of chemicals and he came back a couple of months after that. When he came the latest time, he put some traps because I saw a mouse, and he also put stuff for the bugs like roaches. I saw a dead roach in my bedroom yesterday, so the traps and chemicals are working. I’m satisfied with the service.

I had a good experience with Terminix. I renew with them every year and they come three times a year. The last technician has been doing the property for about a year and a half, and she's always cordial. She always calls and tells us when she's coming. And then she gives us a report afterwards of what she found and what she treated. The service seems to be working.

Terminix comes out every six months and checks my bait and catchers. If there's any termite activity, they change them out. They call me up and tell me that they're coming, then they come by and check with me to make sure I don't have pests within the yard. We discuss what's going on with the techs and they show me what they're finding and what they're not finding. They're knowledgeable and friendly.

I had Terminix come in one time and do an inspection of the whole house, and then they told me what I needed to be done and how they will do it. I signed up for their yearly program, and they just renew it every year. Terminix comes around every quarter and sprays. They just send me a text or an email saying it's time for my service then they give me the schedule and they show up. Most of what they do is around the outside of the house. If I'm not here, they just go ahead and spray the outside. Then they send me another email once they complete the service. Terminix employees really seem to know what they're doing, and everything has been fine with them.

I called Terminix in the morning to set up the schedule time for them to come out for my home and my work for our bed bugs issue and they were there that afternoon. The technician that came out was the most wonderful I've ever experienced in my life. He was very caring and on time. He explained everything to the T, took things off the bed and removed things off the walls. He did beyond his job and now, the bed bugs are gone. I would definitely recommend Terminix and the technician.

If you are in trouble with anything pest-related, Terminix is a great resource to go to. There was heavy rodent activity at a rental property I manage so I contacted Terminix and they did a quick, free inspection. The scheduling was the way I was expecting it to be and the timing was great. They scheduled everything in a timely manner that I wanted and very efficient. They did it accordingly. The guy who was helping me was very nice and attended to what I needed. I wasn't at the property but he sent me pictures and took care of things very quickly for me. When the technician showed up, he did work. The tenants have not seen any return of a rodent so Terminix did what they needed to do. Everything was great and wonderful. The service was expensive but there was a lot of work involved. I was very happy with what they did and I would recommend Terminix.

We have a scheduled service with Terminix, and they came out last week and did the inspection that they do every month. Their representatives have been very nice. The technicians always do a very reputable and excellent job and we've never had any problem with anybody. We've been with Terminix for five years, and their pest control and termite services have been working. I have already recommended them. I tell my friends what they do for me and that they're on time, and they call ahead and let me know when they'll be here.

Terminix has always been good. Their techs are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They represent Terminix well. Recently, they came out and did their quarterly service and left some stuff on the door.

Terminix is terrific! They did the outside, and they always without fail check my garage for mouse bait traps. The tech was here on time, did what he said he was going to do. I signed off and he left, and it was wonderful. It was the first time this particular technician had been to my house. The one I had for several years evidently was moved to another part of the city. So, we are still getting to know one another, but he was very professional, and he knew what he was doing. I pay for the service annually and they scheduled them unless I have something I particularly want to have done, like picking up dead mice which they come out and do all the time. They call and tell me when they are coming. Since we have been getting their service, our pest problem has definitely improved. I've been with them for about 8 to 10 years and they have been great.

Recently when the Terminix tech came for a routine appointment, he identified himself, said what he was going to do and pointed out some stuff. Then he did what he did and left. Every now and then, they’ll knock before they leave. I'd always had some spiders and a few ants every now and then, but I haven't had any serious problems and I'm happy with Terminix's service.

Terminix did a good job. They came to examine a mouse infestation. The mouse tripped the security system, and the tech looked in to see where it might have come in. I walked around with him and we looked at some possibilities. I told him that if I chose to do some of their services I'd get back with him. He was very thorough.

There was a lot of in-depth work that was done prior to fixing or hopefully finding a solution for one of our customer's termite issue. I'm a property manager and Terminix was a recommendation. I see tracks, and we had tried a few other termite companies and no solution was found, so this has been an ongoing issue. They came up with a whole different solution, so that's the plan. I met with the techs, walked the property, went over solutions and the strategy for looking at the issues. They did a few things that no other companies did, like crawl under some staircase, and that’s what sold me. Only time would tell as this was just done six weeks ago. But, it was a good experience.

Terminix has scheduled the time and comes at the time they want to come. They recently came to spray. I like to spray inside my home as well as outside and that’s what they do. It's usually someone who comes all the time but this time it was someone new, but he got the job done. One thing though is the service is already at $77. Instead of going over $80, it looks like I'm going to have to let that go, and I'm going to have to start cooking the bugs. Overall, I've been dealing with them for a long time and I've been satisfied.

Terminix comes for quarterly update where they spray for bugs specifically in our basement and our exterior. I schedule it online and it was very easy. I also get an email follow up and then the technician calls the day before to confirm the time. I've had the same technician in the last two times. He's been very nice, kind of informative, explained why he was doing, what he was doing and just kind of showed us what results they had. So it has been helpful. We had very minimal pest activity since the service. Terminix was easy to work with and they did exactly what they said they would.

We signed up with Terminix for a plan where we paid $250 dollars upfront, and then $150 for the remaining three quarters. We’ll probably keep on doing it for the year after that and the year after that, as long as we live in my house. We've had them out twice now and both times, everything seemed better and we haven’t had a problem. Frank, the guy who comes out, is conscientious and he does good work. He’s also very prompt. He does a really good job with our house, and it generally improves the quality of my wife’s life and mine. We’re really pleased with the service and we’re glad we chose Terminix.

I've been with Terminix for about six months and they have only been in the house twice. And so, I notice the pests more. The latest time they were out, I wasn't home, so they just did the outside of the house. And as far as I know, they did okay. But I really need them to come do the inside of the house. Part of that was my fault because I had not arranged with them to come into the house. Other than that, the sales reps have been very cordial and professional and the technician was thorough and acted like he knew what he was doing.

Terminix comes out when we call them but sometimes it’s hard to get a hold of them in getting a schedule. Their technician sprayed the area and he was very good, very willing to get at it and get done. The service is very much worth it. Also, I tell others to go with Terminix and that their initial meeting people were excellent.

I've had good experiences with Terminix. They call prior to coming out so that we can lock our dogs up. And the guy does a good job to not puddle anything so our dogs don't lick it up. He always locks the gate, too. We used to have Antimite before and then, Terminix bought them. And we've been really satisfied with Antimite and now with Terminix. They're doing a good job.

I was recently charged by Terminix for a visit that did not occur. Appointments had been scheduled without my knowledge. They were not being made by me but by somebody somewhere. I told them that if they made the appointment on Monday, I couldn't make it. I couldn't narrow down when these appointments were made though. Also, I was always of the idea that I made the appointment but that was a part I didn't understand.

Have been with Terminix for almost 11 years in Arizona. Moved recently to Sun City and renewed my contract. I feel confident based on both the representative and my experience that should termites ever knock on my door that Terminix will do exactly that to the threat to my house.

I asked for Rat Traps on 2 different occasions but my renters told me that they never arrived. Other than this I have never had any problems with Terminix. I would like to get a half dozen but I would still recommend Terminix.

We got the pest control deal with Terminix and they set out some rat traps. Their tech sprayed around the outside of our house. We told him we didn’t want him to spray in the inside, but he never sprayed the outside of our utility building out there where the roaches were. When I went out there the last time, there were still a lot of rodent droppings so the rodents are still around as far as I could tell. He also set out some of the stick 'em stuff that the rats step on but he put them on the edge of the thing. Jason, the guy who sold the contract to me asked if the tech put some peanut butter on these stuff and I told him that he didn't. He just took them out of their packs and put them up there. So, we're really not pleased with that. But we're going to wait and see.

I have a contract with Terminix for at least 10 years and they come quarterly for the bugs and yearly for termites. I really don't have a pest problem and they take care of it. It's a routine maintenance they do. I've always been very satisfied with their technicians. I really like the recent guy who's been coming out doing the termites. He covers everything, he's clean, and he doesn't make a mess with his spray. I have no bugs, so I'm very satisfied. They're always pleasant and I can't complain. Overall, they do a great job that's why I've been with them so long. But they could lower their prices. Nevertheless, I will continue with them and I recommend them to anyone who asks about them.

Terminix comes out every three months and there's been no problem at all with scheduling. They come out and they do what they have to do, and they call and let me know they’re coming. They came in recently and they sprayed, and everything was good. When they left, they let me know they were leaving. They were courteous. I told my friend down the street about Terminix, saying if they ever need someone, they could call Terminix.

Every person from Terminix who had come has been really nice. We had a couple of gentlemen from Terminix come to talk about pricing and installation of a termite repellent post for our townhome. And they were wonderful. The person who installed the post didn't walk up to the door to say hello. He just went ahead and did the job. Everyone knew he was coming so it wasn't a surprise. But then, he installed a whole new thing in our neighbor's yard. He put one of the posts around the corner of our glassed patio, which is flushed out against our neighbor's backyard. And they don't have a patio. So, it's open. I had to knock on the neighbor's door and asked if it was okay. And they didn't care but it was kind of odd that the guy from Terminix wouldn't have asked if it was okay there. But otherwise, I never had any negative experience with a manager or employees. They have always been really helpful and they always call to check up.

I have a contract with Terminix, and I make sure that they’re here several times a year. They come out whenever I call, and they always try to accommodate my time schedule. I’ve had droppings, so I had them come over, and the technician explained to me what they were, where they came from, and why they were reappearing. He then proceeded to do an inspection of the whole house, as well as the outside, and then everything was fine. I wanted to make sure that the droppings stayed away, and it has. I liked the old guy that used to have this route. The new guy is good, and nice too, but I was kind of sorry to see the other gentleman leave because he was also very good and cordial. I had a perfect experience with Terminix. And everybody that does business with them knows that they are an excellent company. Those that don’t are sure to hear about them from folks like me who do.

I have a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and they send me an email for it. I'm very happy with the service. And for the exterior service, I don't have to be here, and then if I need any help with them interior-wise, they'll be here the next day. The Terminix technicians have almost become like friends. They're very helpful, attentive, polite, and professional. There were two guys who have been coming out, and one of them is the interior guy and the other is the exterior termite guy. Both of them are timely, too. Terminix has been doing great.

Recently we switched to outside treatments and everything has been going fine. Email communication is good and the fact that I haven't had to communicate with them back and forth is a good sign. The tech sent by Terminix was professional, and we haven't had any issues until right before Thanksgiving time last year when we had a pantry moth. But, we were able to get rid of them by throwing out most of the food in our pantry. We did not go as far as contacting them to take care of that anymore. Overall, set up, scheduling, billing and invoicing have all been easy, so it is nice for a homeowner.

I have a service plan with Terminix, so they come every three months and if there's additional service, I call to get that. Recently I had a rodent problem and it was easy to schedule the service. I currently have a service account with them so I just called a 1-800 toll-free number, waited a few minutes, someone came on the line, they looked me up and was able to find me the next available appointment. I called on a Monday and I had them out on a Wednesday. The rep was helpful. She looked up an appointment and asked if I wanted a morning or afternoon. She also updated the information, gave me the time and then I got an email for the confirmation of my appointment.

Terminix schedules our service and they call and email us to say what day they're coming. The technician's very personable, polite and tries to accommodate. He tells me what he's going to do. The recent one was just an outside service but if I have any problems inside, then he comes in. The pest activity has been tolerable since using their service. I'd recommend Terminix.

Terminix sprays inside and outside, and I have a quarterly service with them. Normally, they'll schedule it and then I have to go back in and re-schedule it. And they do it without even contacting me, which is an issue because I work full-time and if I’m not available, it is a conflict because someone has to be here when they come. But I've had no issues when I reschedule my appointment. The technician I've had has been awesome. He gave me his number and if I needed him to come out in between my scheduled quarterly visits, he will come out.

About a month ago, I had a gentleman from Terminix come and check the traps because it has been six months. So, I called them to make sure that they were still empty. I set up an appointment between a window of two hours, and they were here immediately. I told the technician what I was looking for, what we had done, and why I wanted a sixth-month check. I think it was the same gentleman that came before, so he knew what he did. He checked all the traps that I asked him to, and I believe he had to change one of them.

When workers noticed evidence of termites in our house, we called Terminix and a tech came out very quickly to assess the situation. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly. A Terminix technician came out to treat the termite issue and he was also very professional and did his work quickly.

Mr. Tim **, your Terminix Tech, came out to my house in 11/17 to take care of a Spider issue. It was to the point where I was getting bitten by them as I slept! I had defected from Terminix earlier in 2017, when I thought I could save some money, and get the same service. Wrong! The Spiders and other insects came back with a vengeance within a few months! When I was with your company, I didn't even see any insects! Tim ** was very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. He was also very thorough in his extermination efforts. I am so glad to be back on Team Terminix. It's been safe and quiet around here. Thank you for living up to your guarantee, and for such personable, knowledgeable employees.

We originally got the pest service for carpenter ants around here. We were also having a lot of spiders and bugs and then, we had rats. We were doing some other service that was bought by Terminix and we stayed with it. The technician from Terminix who came out was a very nice guy, and he was very professional and very pleasant. He knew what he was doing and showed us what he did. He put the rat traps which we didn't get from Terminix because we have our own traps. My wife said Terminix came back twice last summer. We called them back because of a bee nest and a wasp nest and they took care of them. And there was no charge. So, that was nice, too. They do a fine job. And my wife says that every person has been very nice.

The Terminix representatives treat us well. We are on a scheduled service with Terminix and our most recent experience was a very good one. The man came and did his work outside and inside. He was very thorough. And my wife and I have both commented that it was a very attentive and good examination. The pest activity in our home was minimal. And when we had some need for service, the Terminix guy came several times, and now, the problem is gone. We're satisfied with Terminix, and they seemed to be attentive.

I was out of town when I got a call from my cat sitter that there were insects all over my front door, which turned out to be termites. So, I called Terminix and made an appointment for them to come out when I got home. They did a thorough inspection and explained everything to me. We had a couple of guys come out and one of the sprayed all around, while the other one drilled holes down in the front door, dropped the chemical down in there and then patched the holes that he to drill. I also had them put the canisters the whole way around the house because there were termites in the house before I bought it. So, it was a pretty extensive process, and after that, there was no pest activity at all. I’m very happy with Terminix, and I would recommend them.

Terminix technicians come about four times a year and they just show up. They used to call before they came but they never do that anymore. I wish I knew when they were coming because then they could ask me if I had any problems. Sometimes they sprayed inside the home when we had issues. But within the last two years, we haven't had any so they just sprayed outside. The last time they were here, they left something on the door.

My wife schedules the yearly maintenance service with Terminix and we've been with them for 10 years now. They do a good job. They seemed to be very qualified and they know what they're doing.

Terminix sprays every quarter inside and around the outside of our house and the two out buildings. Their rep leaves us a recording most of the time and tells us about the time for their scheduled visit and if we wouldn't be available, we’d call her back and let her know. But she usually knows the time that we want it done, so she accommodates that on her reservations. The termite deal is done by usually somebody else from their company. The inspection’s all done outside, so sometimes, we would only know they've done something once they leave a notice on the door. They also put these things in the ground which bait the termites. Since the service, we have had to vacuum up some of the dead insects, but we usually don’t have any. We’re fine with their service and I would recommend them.

I have monthly service and the Terminix tech comes. He tells me if he sees any evidence of anything around the premises. In the past, I’ve had problems with mice getting in during winter, and I mentioned it a couple of months ago. The gentleman who comes out here saw some openings, put steel wool in it, and I don’t have a problem, so I’m happy. I tried their mosquito spray in the summer a couple of years ago but I found that ineffective. But there's been minimal pest activity in my home since starting with their service, and it's mission accomplished.

The pest comes and goes with the weather, and whether my neighbors are doing something strange with their pool or yard. Since having the service of Terminix, the situation is better than it was 12 years ago when I started. Terminix controls it well. However, they send me an email that gives me a date and then their computer calls me and gives me something else, and then their guy calls and gives me something different. That happened the last four times! I told the technician that I was pretty upset that they gave me the wrong time and he said that he'll be there. Their technicians are great! They’re courteous, nice, and they put up with my over-friendly dog. I’ve had pretty good help with Terminix considering all my neighbors have lots of issues. Get the termite thing because everybody eventually gets them. Try out Terminix.

Terminix comes out and checks the house quarterly to see if the are any bugs and then they spray the outside. They do a good job and they're very courteous and friendly people. They also ask me if I have any other questions or problems, and they seemed knowledgeable. Teminix also set up the time and then they call in advance to make sure it's still okay. And then if you need to move the schedule, they'll do it. I'd recommend them.

A Terminix technician serviced our house in Tishomingo for 15 years and we sold it in June 2016. We moved to our farm down the dale. We finally got lined out and got re-signed up with Terminix. A friend over there is a supervisor and he came out to check the property before they started down here. Their technician then came by and tended to it. He does a good job. He's out easily and lets us know if he's going to be late. We like him. We're living in a farmyard so we're going to have some pests like some crickets and Asian beetles. But it's getting cold so there's less pest activity than it was.

I had a treatment for bugs in my new house the first month I was there. The results were great. The technician was outstanding to work with, very accommodating. I don't see any bugs now with only 1 treatment. The price was fair. I am pleased and this is only 1 treatment. I will continue with treatments every 3 months and remain bug free. I am a happy customer.

The Terminix rep was able to schedule an appointment. And then, they came on time, they did what they said they were going to do, and they delivered the result that I expected. And they sent me the confirmation of the work by email and also by text message here to my mobile. The pest activity stopped immediately after they serviced the house, so I’m happy with the result.

We’ve been with Terminix for several years now and we never had a problem. They’re like clockwork and they’re great. They call and tell us that they’ll be here for a service at a certain time and they are here at that time. The technicians vary but the four latest times that we had our service, we had the same guy. They've been personable. I told our neighbor if he had some bug problems, he should call Terminix.

My house had a termite problem. A guy came out, inspected the house and did a good job. And then a sales guy did the sales pitch, we bought the Terminix service and he gave us information. We moved out of the house and they showed up on time. There is no more termite problem, we pretty much got it. Most of our plans turned out quite well and I am quite happy with the service I got.

Terminix has been reliable, trustworthy, but a little pricey. We started the service when we got the house and we’ve been here for six years and we haven’t seen much of any pests. One of my biggest concerns was the Black Widows because we have a bush that’s by our gate and apparently they like that bush. There was this time they started coming out and the tech has been spraying all over our fence and inside. Thank God there has not been anything coming into the house, but now my wife may say differently because we have seen a few spiders get in.

Terminix schedules our routine visit every quarter, and they call a day or two in advance to let me know that they're coming. But sometimes they just come out and do the work. Terminix seems to have a heavy turnover on people who do the work because I get a different technician every time, but I have had no problems with them. I've had Terminix for years and years and I know termites when I see them. I had Terminix in Ohio and up until now that I'm down here in Texas. And I haven't had termites that I'm aware of since then.

We needed a treatment for our new house and I called Terminix to schedule a service. I spoke to a very nice, professional representative and a technician came on time and sprayed. He was very good, nice, explained the information I needed to know, and then left when he finished. We haven't been outside much but we haven't seen any pest activity. If we do, they said we have 30 days to call back. They're great and I'd recommend them. I'd tell others they can call Terminix and get an estimate.

I’ve been using Terminix for over two years. Scheduling has been good, though there’s been a couple of times when I’ve had to call. I told them in the beginning it needed to be between 8:00 and 10:00 and there was a couple of times when they scheduled it in the afternoon. So, I had to call and let them know that it had to be in the morning, and they did that so I have no complaints. They come out once every two months, and they let me know that they’re on their way. I also get a text from the technician. I’ve met him a few times and he seems to be very knowledge and good. We have never had them to come in the house, so on the inside, we’ve seen two or three spiders and there’s been some things going on in the windowsill. But we sprayed some stuff on it and that took care of it.

I was a long-term Terminix customer in my previous house and I was always quite satisfied which was why I got them again for my new home. I signed up with them in December and I had my first quarterly appointment. They scheduled the service for me and they let me know two days before that the Terminix person was coming. A contractor came over but it was not the guy that originally signed me up. It snowed recently and he told me that he couldn't spray around the foundation of the house because of the snow. He then asked me what I wanted him to do. I didn't have any issues on the inside and since he couldn't spray on the outside, there was nothing for him to do.

I reached out to Terminix thinking there was a rodent in my house after they had already done work. They set up an appointment to have somebody come out and I knew who he was. They asked me if I needed to have an exclusion team and I wasn't really sure exactly what the deal was so I asked if it could be the person I knew. And they said it would be the person who would come out. The Terminix guy who recently came here was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about what he does and he was quick. He also told me what he was doing and he listened to everything I had to say and he was gone. So, it was a good experience.

Terminix technicians come when I ask them and they usually call us and ask if they can come out a certain day every month. They have very knowledgeable technicians and when there were a few spiders in the upstairs of our home and a technician came in, sprayed a little bit upstairs then checked everything outside. We have a much better pest situation now.

I'm set up for a service every month with Terminix. They email me to let me know they're coming. The technicians Terminix sends out are very polite. They do their job and leave. But lately, it's the same person who comes out. The most recent was a service for roaches after the storm and took less than 30 minutes to finish. Now, I don't see any roaches. I love them and I'd tell my friends to give Terminix a try because they’re good and they know what they’re doing.

Terminix recently came out for a flea problem. Scheduling service was pretty easy. I just did it on the phone. Regarding pest activity, the house has been pretty good since starting the service. They had to come out one other time for a follow up, but it no big deal. Terminix has been easy to deal with.

Some several months ago, Terminix went in our house in New Jersey when they said they would and they did their evaluations for their pest control. They did a rodent removal on another property too. Their technicians communicate well so everything’s good. Terminix is very reliable. They're very punctual, very detailed and they do a good job.

I called Terminix because a couple of houses around me uses them and I haven't heard anybody complain about Terminx. They did the tenting for me but unfortunately I still see termites. They came to check it and were supposed to call me back and organize for another tenting for the house but it's been two weeks already and nobody has called me back. I’m disappointed because tenting is not an easy thing and I don’t want to do it again.

I asked Terminix to come over because I was getting some ghost ants. They seem to want to appear every time the weather changes. Usually, Terminix calls me when they're coming for my quarterly service and they give me a few days notice through a phone call or text to let me know they're coming. But this time, I called them and asked if they could move up the schedule a few days. The technicians are professional and they know their job, other than the first person that ever serviced me a while ago. Maybe he was new. All the others that had been sent seemed very knowledgeable and caring. They just wanted to take care of the problem.

Terminix recently came for the annual termite inspection which is more of yearly preventative measure. I scheduled that myself by speaking with a representative. I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. The technician very friendly, very thorough, and did his job quickly. As far as termites, I haven't had any problems since they’ve been coming out. I'd tell friends that Terminix is easy to work with and they're very efficient.

Terminix came for issues with cockroaches. It was a nuisance and I couldn't beat it. I gave up and called Terminix, and it's right away they started disappearing. I haven't seen anything for the last 20 days. Everything was the way it should be and my main concern seems to be fixed. As long as they took care of the issue, I'm happy with that. I'll tell friends that Terminix is worth it. I will definitely recommend them.

Every three months, Terminix comes for our general maintenance contract. The guy who normally goes to my place contacts me 24 hours prior to showing up and before he arrives, he gives me a notice that he’s coming. When he came by at one time and he noticed that I have a dog, he reminded me not to have him out there until what he sprayed dried out. I had to reschedule a service with them prior to the most recent one because I had totally forgotten to unlock the gate on the side so he can access the backyard. And it was easy to get a hold of the Terminix team. Terminix is easy to work with. And the only pests I have had are ants and Chinese Waterbugs and they’ve done a really good job of repelling them.

Terminix comes out four times a year to make sure I don't have any bugs. They call me and tell me when they're coming out. They do the perimeter of the house and sometimes, they come in the house when I ask them to. The first time I had them out, it was for some water roaches that came up into the kitchen sink. But other than that, they just come out and spray. The technicians have always been very nice. And I don't see any spiders or ants, so the service has been doing okay.

Terminix gives me quarterly visits to prevent pest activities around my home, and they always call and talk to me about what they find. The technician is always on time, and he checks the house out. Terminix does a good job, and everything is fine.

Terminix checked my bait stations the last time they were at my home. The techs usually call me to let me know they’re going to check my bait stations and everything. Scheduling appointment has been great as well. Everything I’ve had them do has been fine. If termites are an issue, it’s definitely a good thing get with them. It was for me.

Terminix killed the insects that I had going inside the house. I called them and they were professional. Now there are no insects inside the house, so it's good so far and they did their job.

We had Terminix's technician Robby for years but he's in a different department now so we have a different guy come out for a couple of times already and he was awesome. He did everything for us and then some more. We live in the mountains and he comes in quarterly which has helped so much especially with the mice. We still have a few little scorpions in here but we expect that every once in a while from where we are in the desert. Terminix has been great for us and we've referred them out to quite a few people.

Terminix calls me and they propose a date for them to come out. And if that date works for me, then we do it then. If it doesn’t, then I tell them when it will be good for me. Dwight has done our latest two services. And he told me all about how termites work and how to look for them myself. We recently had our annual routine inspection, and Dwight came out and looked it all over. He answered all my questions and gave me some useful information. And the inspection all got done in about half an hour, and so I came way satisfied with it.

I paid over $1000 for pest control and pest exclusion for a whole year as the agent told me, but now it turns out that pest control is only for a quarter. I called the customer service when the tech came for pest control last time to make sure I have the coverage for the service, and Terminix told me I had coverage for a whole year. However, I received $126 bill for that service. Only when I called Terminix asking about this bill, they told me my pest control is only for a quarter. I feel I was cheated because it is not written anywhere. It is very bad experience. I will never recommend anyone to use Terminix.

I called Terminix because I saw something on my windowsill that alarmed me. They came out and assured me it was not termites and nothing to worry about. They sold me a contract that will cover me in case I get termites. Great, I paid for the plan for months and then sold my home. They came out May of 2017 to inspect and guarantee. They said the sill was fine. Then I called them again in November for the same window. Again they inspected and said no worries, it is fine, but they sprayed to reassure me it was fine. I sold my house less than a month later and canceled the contract on December 19, effective December 31.

I've never had fleas before and I just got this cat, so whoever gave the cat to me had fleas. They weren’t bad, but I'm freaked out over one flea, so I had Terminix come to spray for fleas. The first time they came, though, they didn’t get the job done, so they had to come down again and do it. I've never had a problem with Terminix.

I sent a text to Vincent, the guy from Terminix who normally comes out, to let him know that I had more mice coming into the house. He came out and when I explained the situation, he arranged to have an inspector come back out because he said that wasn’t normal after having the exclusion done. The inspector came and said that there were a few places that they think the mice might be coming in through. He then scheduled to have someone come out the very next day to fix the problem for us. I might have caught them all before the mice bred. I had caught six or nine mice before Terminix came out. Since then, I haven’t had any activity or heard anything on the traps.

I’ve always had a good response and service from Terminix. They came out every three months and the technicians were all very nice, professional, and respectful. I used to do business with Homefront, and they were bought out by Terminix a few years ago. With Homefront, they do the outside bug spray and the inside. When Terminix took over, it seems like every time they come out, I have to call them back and ask them to rebait the boxes. Most of the time, I'm not here but when I am, I have them come in and rebait the traps in our attic. If they rebaited the outside boxes, it usually keeps the rodents out of our house. I wish that they would look at my contract, see that I was paying for rodents and insects, and they should honor it. And I wish I didn’t have to keep asking people to come back. I’m not satisfied. At first, it was okay and I thought they’d get it. But now I’m getting tired of it.

My experience with Terminix has been good. They send out different people every time and sometimes they don’t always do the same thing, which I questioned but it's all right. A gentleman came out recently and I told him where he had to check. He checked in those places but he didn’t go around the rooms and shine the flashlight on the top of the rooms like some of them do. All of them do something different and I don't know what's necessary and what isn’t necessary. They usually call me a couple of days ahead and tell me that somebody is going to be out on a specific day for our service.

Terminix would call me when it’s time to schedule my service. They are pretty good coming out. I don’t have any pests inside because I always have them spraying. I saw a couple of ants inside and the technician sprayed and it never came back. I’m terrified of roaches. I had one caught in my ear when I was really young. And ever since then, I cannot have bugs or rodents in the house. I know the Terminix technician very well and he is reliable. I feel comfortable with having him to go in and do what he has to do. He’s very friendly and professional. He’s also very easy to talk to and if I have any questions, he answers all of them honestly. He also gives suggestions, things that he would do for his house. He works like he is working on his house.

The technician was encouraging and informative about what was being done and what to expect. At the point where there was a need for removal of rodent trappings, the technician was expedient and thorough. I was relieved and feeling comfortable subsequent the service. Thank you Terminix!!!

I got Terminix and their technician came, sprayed downstairs, and explained to me that if I needed him between services then I could call anytime and they'd be happy to come out. He was good, nice, and explained everything thoroughly. I had had problems in the past with a different company and he reassured me that the same things would not happen with them, and that I would always be notified before they come instead of just have a sudden charge on my account. Also with the other company, they didn't leave anything that they've even been here and we're never aware that they came. Terminix seems a lot better and I almost wish I would have had the technician come upstairs because the only spiders and things we run into are on the floor that he didn't service. But that was because I told him not to do the upstairs, so maybe next time we will.

Scheduling our services with Terminix has been fine. I had one incident where they didn't show up and they didn't call. And so, when I called to ask what had happened, they said it had been rescheduled. But the lady on the phone was very nice. And luckily, I was able to be here on the day they rescheduled. But they had never called that they weren't coming and they never called to make sure that the date that they chose and the time that they chose was okay. Other than that, I haven't had any problems with the guys who do the work. They've been great.

I signed up for Terminix to come every quarter to spray and they let me know when they're going to come out so I can be home to let them inside. Their tech recently came out for an initial visit. He asked me what were the issues that we were having and I told him. Then he sprayed outside and inside the house. The guy was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Everything was great and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

We live in a very wooded area and we have a lot of spiders, insects and bugs. We've been having quarterly service with Terminix for more than 10 years and they’ve been very good in coming on time and doing the service. I call and make a service request and the representatives who I tell about the issues are very nice and friendly. The technicians call before they come then they knock at the door and say that they are there when they come in to the property. Most of them are professional and very good, and they answer urgently if I have any questions. They also offer other services they have that we might need. So, in general, it’s a great experience.

I have a contract with Terminix as a preventative measure and scheduling a service has been very easy. They come out quarterly. And if there's a problem, I call and we do something additional. The technicians sent by Terminix come when I'm at work. And they do their stuff and go. Since using Terminix, the ants has been taken care of but the roaches had been dramatically worse in the last year. The roaches' activity goes up and down. So, when Terminix sends somebody out, the situation becomes better for a little while. But then, it goes bad again. And some of that is because we're living in Austin. Still, Terminix is certainly a reliable service for working adults.

Terminix comes to our home for quarterly spray. They had everything prescheduled from the first time that they came out and the technician is fantastic. He had been out here 3 times and he was great. Their treatment definitely worked. We had issues with carpenter bees and bad lady bugs getting in the house and we haven't had those issues since the service. Spiders have gone down as well. We're very pleased with Terminix.

I have a water leak underneath my house and I want some extra precaution because of the weather and water bug breeding. Terminix comes every three months and has already come for the third treatment. I was there when the first guy came out but when the second guy came, I was driving out of my driveway when he pulled up. My son let him out the back door to make sure that the gate is locked for me and my son also said that he was compliant. Everything was good. I wasn't there again for the most recent where I had a lady, but she called to let me know when she was coming. I asked for a little special request and she was very compliant. She put some extra granules in a certain place that I was concerned about. Then she also let me know of what she did and when she left. Now, I have not had any problems with any bugs and I'm good.

Terminix does the scheduling of our service because I pay in advance. They let me know when they’re coming and ask if it is a convenient time. The technician, Woody, has always been very nice and he gets the job done. He takes care of the pest problem. We have a second home, and Woody recently came and did the bug spray on the outside of the house. And we were there at the time so he was able to come in on the inside as well. Terminix's service is very good and it works that we haven’t had any pest problems. Their personnel is good to deal with. And we’re very pleased with Woody and his attitude when he comes.

We have a yearly inspection from Terminix which they remind me a couple of days ahead of time to let me know they're coming. Terminix's technician was very pleasant. I talked to him a bit and he knew what he had to do. Terminix did everything they were supposed to do politely.

When Terminix is out here, they do a really good job. At other times, when they are out here, they would be just taking dust a little bit behind the sofa and behind the refrigerator, and that would be it. But the last time about a couple of weeks ago, the young lady came out. She did a wonderful job, and I was very pleased with her. My daughter told her that she was going to call the company and so we can have her to come. But that’s impossible to have one person.

Terminix does a fine service. They come in and take care of all the problems, and it has been really good. We started off years ago on a simple termite inspection when we were buying the house and carried the contract over. And then when some little furry field mice showed up, it was easy to expand the service. We recently had a routine preventative service call. So the tech came to check the traps. We're starting to settle in on the same guy who usually comes by, which helps also. And that way, the tech who came for the mice didn't need to be walking around looking for the traps. The tech typically calls and sets a schedule that would work for both of us. And the Terminix technicians are very friendly. Overall, my experience has been very favorable. They do a nice job and they pop in when they're expected to.

Terminix came and sprayed the yard. They did a good job and they're usually always on time. The people who do the service are always great. My biggest problem is ants and they're lesser now.

It’s been about 15 or 20 years that I’ve been using Terminix right after I bought the house. They come out every three months and I've had a pretty good experience with them. They come, do their job, and I pay my bills. Ants are the biggest problem where I live in Florida and their tech usually comes and sprays all the around the house to keep the ants away from the house. We usually have Charlie and he's a good guy. But last time it was a different guy because Charlie was off. He came out for a routine check-up and sprayed.

The initial interaction I've had on the phone with Terminix went fine. The afterward communication was great as well. Plus the technician is friendly. They came out and did the initial treatment and inspection. They did the outside only. We were going to have them back to do the inside because we have to get our pets out. I was told conflicting information about that. The call service said I didn’t need to get the pets out but the guy who came said, “No, you can’t have pets in." But overall it was an easy experience.

I was with Terminix for about six months and I was very pleased with the service. But I had to cancel the service because the properties where I had been using them are rental and we're making some changes. But I had them do quarterly service before and they sent me a notice when we're going to have them. The tech also called me at the date of the service about 30 minutes in advance to let me know that she's on her way. Then she called me when she was actually on the property. And she did the spraying and the service. She also asked me if I have something that she needed to take care of. She was amazing. And we will most likely go back to Terminix.

I used to live in San Pedro and had a problem with ants. I used a different, local company at the time. And since everybody there had ants, I asked my neighbor, and she said that she called Terminix, and that she was happy with them. So, they were also the ones I called. Now, Terminix does quarterly pest control for me, and I’m on auto. So, they just send me an email a few days prior to them coming out, and then they show up. On my most recent appointment, they didn’t send me my usual guy, but he was really nice, and he did a great job. He asked if I had any special concerns and then went ahead and sprayed. Both technicians I’ve had have been wonderful, and I’m happy for that. I also feel like I can trust them.

Terminix is consistent. If you have a scheduled appointment, then they will come out. They usually call me and if the day is good, then I'll keep that day. If not, I'll reschedule the day. Also, the techs have been very good. They're always very nice and cordial. The most recent technician I had was very thorough. I'm really happy with him and I hope they keep him. I don't see roaches as much now so our pest situation has definitely improved. Occasionally there's one but it'll be dead. We're really satisfied.

We saw a few roaches and when we scheduled a service with Terminix, it was very easy. We did it over the phone and their representatives were really good. They sent a technician who was very professional and he explained what he did and what he was going to do in detail.

I’ve had Terminix do three different things for us. We had some bed bugs that were brought to us by a house guest and they did a lot of work getting rid of all of those. We also had some ants that were trying to invade the house and one of Terminix's groups came out and treated those twice and they’re gone. Then we found some termites on the west end and the south end of the house. They came out and treated those and put down little termite traps all around.

I've been using Terminix for a couple of years. I have that system where they put the little containers for termites in the ground around the perimeter of the house, and they went out and checked those a few weeks ago. I think their service is working. I don’t have any termites. I’d recommend Terminix.

I'm on Social Security and Terminix is so expensive for me. I was shocked at the price of $4,000 but they gave me discounts. I have them for termites, bugs, and mice. They initially sent me something for $262 which I didn't know they would be putting on my Visa every two months. But evidently, my son said that I had to have their service, so every couple of months they'd come out and spray a little bit. So far, I haven't seen any mice. I'm sure Terminix did the work well and they're supposed to be a reliable firm so, I'd just leave it up to them.

I've been with Terminix for about one and a half years and have their quarterly service. Initially, when I chose Terminix for pest control for the cockroaches, I was very unhappy. There was a lot maybe because I am living in a townhouse where one wall is connected to the other house. Every service, a new technician comes out. The lady that attended to my call was very humble. She told me that I have to pay a recurring fee. When I complained and decided to terminate my contract with them, she wasn't so friendly with me. I explained my situation to her and she said she'd sent somebody out. The guy that came was nice and listened to what I needed. He did a good job but still, I am having a cockroach in my kitchen although very rarely and in the last couple of months, our cockroach problem has decreased. I'm happy now.

We have a routine service with Terminix, and they did okay when they recently came out to spray. They also had a termite trap that they checked. The technician was very good, courteous and friendly. And I don't have any pest activities since I've been having Terminix come out.

I’ve had a good experience with Terminix. Usually, they call me and say, “We have a guy coming out on Tuesday at two o’clock. Would that be okay?” I’ll tell them yes or no and then if it’s no, then they will reschedule it. But the only problem I had with them the last time was they didn’t call and let me know that they were coming. They just showed up and I was kind of disappointed because on my statement during the last time they serviced, I told them that I wanted somebody to call before they come. But other than that, they checked the whole house inside and outside. They also checked our barn as their tech normally does. The technician who came was very nice and did a good job.

Last month Terminix came out and refilled the bait traps that they put around the house for subterranean termites. They come once a year to do that. They’ve been doing okay so far. There are no termites since the service.

Terminix comes out to service my house once every two months. They do a washing around the house to prevent bugs from coming in, or being around our home. And since the service, we’ve pretty much had no bugs. And if there’s an issue, I’d usually call Terminix, and they usually come out within that day. Terminix is very good and efficient. I’ve been with them for six years, and I’m very pleased with their service.

We’d gone on vacation and ants had invaded our pantry so when we got home, there were ants everywhere. We called Orkin and they never showed up. We called Terminix and they’ve been great. We’ve had them ever since and I love the service. We’re always going to use them. They come every quarter and the exterminator who comes is always friendly. She's clean and she knows her job. I've had people that have had problems and I've always recommended Terminix. I tell them we’ve never had a problem with Terminix. We never saw ants or anything else. And if there was something that I may have seen in the past or if we see anything now, they would target those areas and we'd never see anything again. Terminix is reliable. They have a great service and they get rid of pests.

Terminix call and come out once a year to do a termite inspection. The technician who came looked both inside and outside our house and since that service, I haven't had any problems regarding pests in my home.

And the technician came out within a couple of days. He's very nice, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. The treatment really helped. We had a very bad spider problem but it's under control now. I have Terminix come every three months. They schedule the service and they call and leave me a message and also an email letting me know that they're coming and when they're coming. I usually get a recorded message unless I need to change something. The reps were very good when I talked to them although there was a time about a year ago when they said my schedule was changed but it wasn't. There were a few problems there but I haven't had any problems since then.

When the Terminix guy comes to my house, for some reason, he doesn’t want to come in if I'm not there and I didn’t have the ability of opening the gate. I'm in a private community. But he's a very nice guy. So, I was a little bit aggravated because I've been paying a lot of money and he only came once. So now, on the days that he said he'd come, I made it a point to be home. Also, we had a rat problem in the place so I called Terminix about it. The man that they said that was going to call me called me. I told him that I'd back home and open the gate for him but he said I didn't have to. So, they never did anything and I had to hire somebody else and spent $600. Apparently, when the same Terminix guy that does our regular pest control came to my house, he found a hole but didn’t do anything except put some baits. The other people that I hired closed the hole. So, hopefully, the rats wouldn't come inside the house anymore.

Several years ago, Terminix came out with a program where they were supposed to dig holes in the ground and put little bait boxes in. They charged me $2,000 to do that and they were supposed to rebate it every year. Instead, they dropped the program the next year. So, I wasn't very well-pleased with that. Other than that, I've been living here for 25 years and I've had Terminix for quite a while. Their service is a little bit expensive but my experience with them has been satisfactory. I have them come out for a regular quarterly treatment. They schedule it and inform me when their tech would come out. For the last few years, a fellow named Jed has been my technician and he's always been friendly and done a good job. He's always been helpful for tackling whatever extra comes along, too, like bees boring holes. I also had a mouse problem and they're difficult to get rid off. It took a while but mostly, they're gone now.

I'm happy with the service that Terminix provides though I rarely ever see them because they come when I'm at work. We have been using their services for 10 years now and they come quarterly. There's always a two to three days advance notice before they come to do the service, and they always leave a report of what they did and what they found. Once or twice, we had to reschedule the service because we were out of town and nobody was going to be available to let them in because they only treat the inside. Overall, there's been no pest activity in the home that we have seen, except for cockroaches a handful of times in the last three to four years.

Terminix comes quarterly and sprays my house. They tell me when they're going to come. If I’m going to be out of town, I send them an email and tell them I'm not going to be there that day. I had a service who always used to do the inside and the outside of the house. But when Terminix took over, they primarily just do the outside, and they only do the inside if I ask them to if I’m here. They came the other day and sprayed, but there’s no pest right now because it’s the middle of winter. I didn’t even think they needed to come. But in the summertime, I don’t have any problems with pests, so Terminix seems to do an okay job. When they’re here, they’re pretty efficient.

I'm pleased with the service that I get quarterly. Terminix schedules and sends it to my email. I reschedule if it does not work for me and they're pretty responsive. The tech is nice. We spoke while he was treating the house inside and out. The treatment has controlled the bugs quickly. I don't have any bugs.

We had a regular pest control service from Terminix recently and the technician was wonderful. He’s been our person for a while, and he’s a really nice guy. He’s always polite and professional. We didn’t have any pest problems when we contracted Terminix and we don’t have any now. So it’s doing its job, but the service is a little bit pricey.

I just had a follow-up service for my contract with Terminix for pest control. The technicians are always professional. They tell me when they’re coming out and they make sure I’m ready for them. Terminix is dependable and any time you need them, if you have anything between service calls, they will come back out as soon as they can and they’ll take any complaints that you have. I’m satisfied with the service and I would recommend them to a friend.

Terminix was very helpful and very sure of what was going on even though they haven't been on the site. They were full of recommendations and let us know that it was not the first time they had to deal with anything like what we were going through. Somebody recommended Terminix, and so we called them up and a man was able to come out, and the next day, another man came out. The first guy was going to be tied that next day. So, we had two different people come and they were two joyful men working for their company. They both had a high level of knowledge and they both knew what they were talking about. They weren't intimidated and they seem sure of themselves. I got a couple of stray cats running around, which we need to get rid of, but as far as the other critters, we haven't noticed anything walking around since Terminix started their service.

We're on a contract with Terminix where they come and check our house for termites twice a year. The tech was here in November and checked the outside and the inside just to make sure that everything looked good. He was the same one that came out before so he knew the property, and I really liked him. I asked a few questions and he seemed very helpful and competent. I'm really happy with them.

We’re happy with Terminix. Their servicemen are always polite and efficient. They explained what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Someone from there normally calls and says that it’s time for the service and I’d tell them to come on out. Every technician we’ve had in so many years has been excellent. We haven't had any pest activity since and I’m very satisfied with them.

We purchased the exterior rodent control. The installer was very good and he answered all our questions. The sales associate was also friendly and explained all our options for rodent control. The only problem is that we are still waiting for the installer to return to finish replacing the garage door seals. Otherwise, would recommend Terminix for your rodent problems.

Terminix calls me for their scheduled appointment with us 4 times a year. The technicians were polite and I'm satisfied with their work. Also, the pest activity has been drastically reduced.

My recent experience with Terminix went fine. Scheduling a service was not a problem. If the time or date was not convenient for me, they've been good about adjusting that. My only complaint is on occasion, not all the time, they will schedule a bait station check, and they will only notify me online. I've requested that they also, simultaneously, give me a telephone call to let me know for the scheduled date. Computers do go down and therefore, if I didn't see their computer message, and here comes the technician one day, I'm blindsided.

The first guy from Terminix came out to inspect to see where the problem might be and told me what they would do. He also inspected the attic and he didn't see any entry there. And then the second guy came out and he sprayed around the house for bugs. He also set mouse traps and explained everything to me. I asked some questions and they both said to not hesitate to call if I have any other problems before they come back out again. So, they’ve been very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything and it was a great experience. I haven’t had any mice problems since they set the traps.

I have Terminix quarterly and they schedule it. The techs are good and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

We have a quarterly insect inspection with Terminix, and we have a yearly termite deal with them. And we have had the same tech, Nicholas, and he does a very good job. He looks around. And if we see something, he’ll go check it out. He does the insect inspection quarterly, but if we see something pop up, I usually go online and reschedule a follow-up appointment. We had termites originally and we’ve had an ant problem on and off. It seems to pop up in the spring, and that's when Nicholas comes out and tries to isolate it and take care of it.

We had Terminix come out for a regularly scheduled appointment last December to look at the building, and the tenants have reported that they had a good experience. After the service, I haven’t had any complaints, so I would say that it has been good. Our technician has also been great. He follows up, and I’m always receiving an email after the service, asking how it has been going. However, my greatest challenge with Terminix would be trying to schedule an appointment with them because it is very difficult to reach somebody. On the other hand, when they are the ones reaching out to you for an appointment, they are spot on, and they respond back whenever you do. And then, once they come and perform the work, there are no challenges on that area. I would recommend them.

I had Terminix years and years ago, but I live in a condo now, and life has changed a lot for me. I live in a small place and my Terminix guy does a very good job. Terminix calls me to let me know the time of the service, then we set up a date and the tech shows up. He calls me within half an hour to our place. When he's here, he checks things out, sprays, goes around and checks everything. It's been very good so far.

We've always had a good experience with Termnix. I've had Terminix for 8 years. We had our house initially tented. We had a bit of termite and we wanted to make sure it didn't damage the house. Then we got them for quarterly service. We've always been very happy with the service so far. We never had any problems and they always come when they said they're going to come. They call and leave a message. They send up a notification that they're going to be coming the next day. They always knock on the door and then they hand me the receipt, basically, after or they would leave it in the door. The people are friendly and seem to get the job done. Their reliable and their service has been very effective. I don't have a lot of bug problems.

I was pleased with the service that I received from Terminix. They were pretty responsive. Once I called the first service call, the tech came out and took care of the problem. He was courteous and efficient. He was on time, showed his ID, and was very respectful of my home in terms of walking as it was snowing. In scheduling, the rep I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. During the last time, they came to remove two rodents, and I haven't seen any since. I’m pretty pleased so far. The service is effective and what they said they were going to do has been done.

Terminix comes for routine treatment and they have good representatives and technicians. We had an incident, where we had a bunch of ants, so they came out an extra time. We had an explosion of ants outside but they come every three months so it didn't last the whole three months. The service is what we expected and what we hoped for.

Terminix has been all right. One technician was pretty good. He called me and made sure I was awake because I work at night. The very last time I called them, I wanted to spray outside. I don’t usually leave the side gate open because you never know who's going to come, and I'm here by myself sleeping. I want that they call me ahead of time just in case I fall asleep. The last guy didn’t call me or anything. He just did the front and that’s it. I really want him to spray back because I've been having flea infestations lately. I was also going to call Terminix and set up an appointment because I found big and ugly pests that looked like roaches. I have a two-year-old that puts everything in his month. I need them to spray the inside now again because I had that problem before and they sprayed. It went away. It's winter and that kind of stuff comes out.

Terminix bought out the company that I used to have service with and I've been with Terminix for a while now. Using their service is easy and they schedule it on a quarterly basis. I usually get a phone call letting me know that they will be doing the service. I can either call them or go online, which is what I normally do, if I need to reschedule it. The technicians are friendly and very courteous. We started out with one tech and then had another one. But for the last three years, I've had the same technician. They usually treat for the same thing and they haven't gotten back with me saying they found something else. We had some ants inside once and we called them back. They put some bait down and it cleared up the problem. Other than that, I haven't seen any insects since their most recent service. Finally, I wish they would lower their prices.

We had a termite problem, so we submitted a claim with Terminix, and they were great. It was the first time I have ever used them, and they were very pleasant and professional. They got us on a schedule right away, and everything was done as scheduled. They also have good customer service. The only complaint I have is when you initially call in, you get the national appointment desk. I did not like that because there was no personal touch. But, once I got to the people here at Colorado Springs, it was great. The gentleman that did the actual treatment came by the office, and he was pleasant. They did an inspection and found the termites. Then they did an initial treatment for the termites and eradicated them. Terminix did a thorough and complete job, and I’ve had no issues since they treated it.

Terminix has always done a good job for us and we have been pleased with them. When we moved into our house, there was significant termite damage discovered so we felt that we should have termite coverage for future issues. We called Terminix, explained what we needed, and they made an appointment. Whenever I pick up a message for a schedule of service and it has to be rescheduled, I call them back. If I talk to them live, then I tell them that the time frame doesn't work and we'd find another one. Usually, they are able to find something that works for me within a week.

I had little roaches in one of the apartments. When the people renting the place moved, they left a sofa there and there were a lot of roaches when I moved it - I don't know how can people live like that. The rep explained it to me, did all the stuff and he told me everything. Since the service, I don't see anything in the apartment anymore. Terminix is good, and they kill the pest right away. They are 100% and are the best.

Getting rid of fleas is really horrible but Terminix does real good and they get rid of fleas for a while. I’ve had Terminix for about a couple of years now. Scheduling their service goes real good and I give them a call if the fleas start getting real bad again. Yesterday, I got a call to let me know that the tech is coming out today. They came out a little over a month ago because the fleas were starting to get bad again and I didn’t want it bad like it did before. I had the dogs treated but I still see some fleas every once in a while, which the dogs have picked up from somewhere and bring in. Also, I only see the Terminix people for a few minutes, but they’re very polite. I tell others, if they ask, to give Terminix a call.

I've been having an issue with bugs for a while so we were trying to use the spray stuff around the house. Then we were told that we probably just need a complete service. So we were referred to Terminix. A sales rep from Terminix came out. He was really thorough, checked everything out, set me up on a plan and within a couple of hours, the guy came to do my first service. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining things. The pest activity has gone down quite a bit since Terminix came. Moreover, the people that they hire are really good, knowledgeable, friendly and patient.

I’d tell friends to consider choosing Terminix. We have quarterly service from them. Recently, their technician did the inside outside of my house, but due to the weather he came back the next day for the outside.

We've been very pleased with the quality of the service that we're getting from Terminix and we make recommendations for them. Their reps are also good reminders and are always checking in on us. Their tech usually comes once a quarter or so for either inside or outside of the house. We'd get a reminder call on my cell phone, then we'd get a call from the inspector before she comes out to let us know she's on her way and whether she'd be working on the outside or inside. We have two dogs and she always has treats for them as well.

Terminix has been very responsive and professional. We have a routine service where they make an inspection for termites every year. It is a preventive action that we do. And it was scheduled the first time when I had the service. Maybe they can make the inspection twice a year with one in the middle spring and another in the middle of fall. It would be better and we will reschedule it.

My technician from Terminix came out to do a regular check. I have a quarterly service and for the past couple of times, it has been the same person who comes. He is very friendly. He answers my question and is on time which I appreciate. A couple of years ago I had a problem with ants and that’s when I started Terminix. And since I've been having their service, the ants have gone. The cost of their service is going up though and it started after the first year. It's about $30 more a visit now which is a little excessive. It's probably worth it but I'm surprised of how quickly the cost went up.

Terminix does a quarterly treatment of my yard. That's scheduled and technicians just come, do what they need to do and they leave me a note. They’ve been doing it for years and most of the time I’m not even home when they come. It’s only when I have insects inside that’s I let them know and I’ve done that once. Terminix bought the company I was using initially for about five years and I've been with Terminix for another 5 years. My experience has been good so far and I don’t really have any pest. But they need to lower the price a little bit as it's increasing every year.

The technician from Terminix came out and treated my house for termites and he sprayed inside the house for bugs. He also set a box in the basement for rodents. However, I wish they would come back out as I want them to check the box. I thought they were going to come monthly and call me when they were going to come. I tried to call them and ask someone to deal with because we’re paying for a year of service every month. Nonetheless, my experience with Terminix has been good.

The Terminix technician showed up on time when we recently had our yearly inspection for our termite bond. It was a regularly scheduled visit. The technicians have all been very nice and they come on the day that they're scheduled. They give you a two-hour window and they're here within that window. And I've had to reschedule before and it has never been a problem. I would recommend them.

I’ve known about Terminix since forever, and we’ve had them ever since we moved here. The tech that recently came was excellent. He did an annual inspection, and he told me there wasn’t anything. I’m very pleased with Terminix.

We bought our house in 2012 and I understood that in Florida and with this type of climate, we needed a program because of insects and stuff that were around. I was talking to the neighbor and he had Terminix where he lived in Panama City. He was painting in the bathroom and one of the walls was soft. Terminix came out and looked it all over and cut the wall open and replaced the studs that were rotten. He had a termite infestation in it. When I heard that, I went over to the Terminix shop on Davis Highway and talked to the owner. He explained how the program worked. I was under the impression that when you sign up for a service, repair is included. Their rep did an inspection in the beginning when I signed up. I had an initial termite treatment like the way you do it if you have a major treatment the first time around. And then we do a yearly update on it and I was having them for pest as well.

Terminix is so good and they have a beautiful team, and I will always recommend them. Their representative over the phone has a very happy smile on the phone and you could see her smiling through her voice. She also greets me, “Good morning” and responds with “Yes, ma’am”. Every one of the guys who came out to exterminate was very professional and they were smiling all the time. When I asked them to spray somewhere, they went right at it with no if's and but's. They put a glue kind of stuff on the walls, and all of it was great but I need them to come back out because when they sprayed on the roaches, it seemed like the roaches were eating it and getting fatter off of it. I’m about to have a wedding and the reception party is going to be here. And I don’t want those roaches jumping out on me.

I wanted to ensure coverage of my house. I set up a service with Terminix every few months and they spray for termites. Their technicians did what they had to do then leave. My experience with Terminix has been okay.

We live in the city so there are always rats and stuff around. But for the most part, they're staying away from us. Terminix is doing a great job. I have a point person there he's super nice. He's always accommodating and helpful. They have scheduled the date but we reschedule if it doesn't work for me. But if I need a special treatment I just call them and they come. The tech would call me prior to that and text me and ask me if there is a specific area that they should see. If I'm home we just say hello and text me when he's done.

My Experience has been good with the Pest protection and other related items that Terminix has done: most recent addition of more insulation, other past items included new foundation vents that would automatically open & close per weather conditions and sealing of openings that allowed vermin to come in. All were great improvements and I would recommend them.

My sister uses Terminix and she told me they were the best so I called them. I'm new to their service and they do quarterly service for us. During their most recent visit, their technician told me what he was going to be doing and he did what he had to do and left. So far, I'm content.

When I see the time for service on my e-mail, I call in earlier before the scheduled date and tell them I want Sebastian, the same guy who comes here, so they can send him. He knows his job and I prefer him to come out. He comes to our house and check the base stations and go. If he forgot to change the base stations, then he changes it. Everything I think about the house that needs to be done, he does it. If he sees a problem, he’d tell me about it. He’s concerned with the household itself, not just the job. He's a really good guy and Terminix is a great company so, go with them.

Terminix did its job. They were out here for a normal routine, which they do every quarter. I have been having pests for years and they try to keep it under control. They call me to set appointments, and the tech is very courteous, and he explains things if he finds anything. I'm happy and satisfied with their service.

Terminix has been coming here quite often. All those different people pretty well know what to do. I can also explain to them what we want done and they do it very well. From Terminix, there are some mouse traps around the outside area of the house. They also get underneath the small part of the house to spray. They take care of our garage, too. They leave these little bug-catchers on the floor, and give us some extras in case for the basement. They’ll also go through the house if we want them to. We’re very pleased with them.

We've had our tech Scott for about 20 years. He does an exceptional job and does exactly what we're paying them for. If he sees something that concerns him that's not part of our regular service, he will come talk to us about that. He's very friendly, very professional and helpful. Like if we are concerned about something we can ask him and he'll tell us whether or not we need to be concerned or if we need to add service.
