    We always have really great experiences with Terminix. They always leave us a voicemail message several days in advance so we know that they're going to come. Our tech is very, very, very nice and does a thorough job. He sprays both the outside and the inside of our house. The tech changed for a while and then our original one was back again. Since they go into your house it is nice to have the same person come out. We've also had a couple of different techs and they’ve all been nice as well.

    We have a great relationship with our tech. He's a great guy and a great tech. If I have questions, he answers them. He always asked us too which is really nice. He'd always say, “Do you have any issues? Have you had any problems?” He always checks. He's also extremely knowledgeable. Terminix is lucky to have him. I think he's been there forever.

    We've been with Terminix for five years. We don't get pest since the last time they came to do service and that's what is really nice. Sometimes I'll find little flies but that’s not an issue. I just wish it wasn’t as expensive as it is. It would be nice if it was more cost-effective. Also, sometimes I question, “Oh, they're spraying chemicals in your house. Is that good for you?” But I've never had a problem with Terminix.

    When we first needed Terminix, we discovered that we had subterranean termites and they came out and killed them. They protected the house and once a year they've gone around the house and checked everything. It's not gotten worst, all the termite system is gone. And we feel that we're protected where we worry about it every year but so far things have turned out good. They were just here shortly ago last month in fact. When scheduling the service, they give us a price first and we're to okay it. And they have a certain date that they come out and they've always been on-time. Everyone who has been out so far has been great and they've been very good. Everything's been very well and I'm pleased. It's just getting a little expensive for us but as far as the service is concerned and everything else, we're happy.

    Terminix comes in every three months and they do termites, ants, etc. They're very good with scheduling the service. They normally call me and let me know the next one's coming, and then I tell them to go ahead and schedule it or we cancel it for another day. I've always had good referral with them because I like the guys who come out. They do a good job. Since their service, the pest activity has been cut down. I haven't seen that many ants. I normally don't see the ants until around May or June, and they're normally gone by the time Terminix sprays.

    Terminix came out for a regularly scheduled visit and they did what they're supposed to do, and we haven't had any complaints. Sometimes, they'll send an email with the schedule of the service and we could set it up, too. Their technicians have been professional. Their service is really great, and I'd recommend them.

    Terminix did our first spray, and scheduling the service wasn’t easy. I waited for someone to call me back but nobody did so I had to call back for an appointment. And it took a couple of days for the appointment to get scheduled. Their representatives were nice, though. The technician was friendly and he helped me a lot. He told me to go outside because he sprayed a lot of chemicals and he came back a couple of months after that. When he came the latest time, he put some traps because I saw a mouse, and he also put stuff for the bugs like roaches. I saw a dead roach in my bedroom yesterday, so the traps and chemicals are working. I’m satisfied with the service.

    I had a good experience with Terminix. I renew with them every year and they come three times a year. The last technician has been doing the property for about a year and a half, and she's always cordial. She always calls and tells us when she's coming. And then she gives us a report afterwards of what she found and what she treated. The service seems to be working.

    Terminix comes out every six months and checks my bait and catchers. If there's any termite activity, they change them out. They call me up and tell me that they're coming, then they come by and check with me to make sure I don't have pests within the yard. We discuss what's going on with the techs and they show me what they're finding and what they're not finding. They're knowledgeable and friendly.

    I had Terminix come in one time and do an inspection of the whole house, and then they told me what I needed to be done and how they will do it. I signed up for their yearly program, and they just renew it every year. Terminix comes around every quarter and sprays. They just send me a text or an email saying it's time for my service then they give me the schedule and they show up. Most of what they do is around the outside of the house. If I'm not here, they just go ahead and spray the outside. Then they send me another email once they complete the service. Terminix employees really seem to know what they're doing, and everything has been fine with them.

    I called Terminix in the morning to set up the schedule time for them to come out for my home and my work for our bed bugs issue and they were there that afternoon. The technician that came out was the most wonderful I've ever experienced in my life. He was very caring and on time.     If you are in trouble with anything pest-related, Terminix is a great resource to go to. There was heavy rodent activity at a rental property I manage so I contacted Terminix and they did a quick, free inspection. The scheduling was the way I was expecting it to be and the timing was great. They scheduled everything in a timely manner that I wanted and very efficient. They did it accordingly. The guy who was helping me was very nice and attended to what I needed. I wasn't at the property but he sent me pictures and took care of things very quickly for me. When the technician showed up, he did work. The tenants have not seen any return of a rodent so Terminix did what they needed to do. Everything was great and wonderful.     Terminix is terrific! They did the outside, and they always without fail check my garage for mouse bait traps. The tech was here on time, did what he said he was going to do. I signed off and he left, and it was wonderful. It was the first time this particular technician had been to my house. The one I had for several years evidently was moved to another part of the city. So, we are still getting to know one another, but he was very professional, and he knew what he was doing. I pay for the service annually and they scheduled them unless I have something I particularly want to have done, like picking up dead mice which they come out and do all the time. They call and tell me when they are coming. Since we have been getting their service, our pest problem has definitely improved. I've been with them for about 8 to 10 years and they have been great.

    Recently when the Terminix tech came for a routine appointment, he identified himself, said what he was going to do and pointed out some stuff. Then he did what he did and left.     Terminix did a good job. They came to examine a mouse infestation. The mouse tripped the security system, and the tech looked in to see where it might have come in. I walked around with him and we looked at some possibilities. I told him that if I chose to do some of their services I'd get back with him. He was very thorough.

    There was a lot of in-depth work that was done prior to fixing or hopefully finding a solution for one of our customer's termite issue. I'm a property manager and Terminix was a recommendation. I see tracks, and we had tried a few other termite companies and no solution was found, so this has been an ongoing issue. They came up with a whole different solution, so that's the plan. I met with the techs, walked the property, went over solutions and the strategy for looking at the issues. They did a few things that no other companies did, like crawl under some staircase, and that’s what sold me. Only time would tell as this was just done six weeks ago. But, it was a good experience.

    Terminix has scheduled the time and comes at the time they want to come. They recently came to spray. I like to spray inside my home as well as outside and that’s what they do. It's usually someone who comes all the time but this time it was someone new, but he got the job done. One thing though is the service is already at $77. Instead of going over $80, it looks like I'm going to have to let that go, and I'm going to have to start cooking the bugs. Overall, I've been dealing with them for a long time and I've been satisfied.

    Terminix comes for quarterly update where they spray for bugs specifically in our basement and our exterior. I schedule it online and it was very easy. I also get an email follow up and then the technician calls the day before to confirm the time. I've had the same technician in the last two times. He's been very nice, kind of informative, explained why he was doing, what he was doing and just kind of showed us what results they had. So it has been helpful.     We signed up with Terminix for a plan where we paid $250 dollars upfront, and then $150 for the remaining three quarters. We’ll probably keep on doing it for the year after that and the year after that, as long as we live in my house.     I've been with Terminix for about six months and they have only been in the house twice. And so, I notice the pests more. The latest time they were out, I wasn't home, so they just did the outside of the house. And as far as I know, they did okay. But I really need them to come do the inside of the house. Part of that was my fault because I had not arranged with them to come into the house. Other than that, the sales reps have been very cordial and professional and the technician was thorough and acted like he knew what he was doing.

    I've had good experiences with Terminix. They call prior to coming out so that we can lock our dogs up. And the guy does a good job to not puddle anything so our dogs don't lick it up. He always locks the gate, too. We used to have Antimite before and then, Terminix bought them. And we've been really satisfied with Antimite and now with Terminix. They're doing a good job.

    I was recently charged by Terminix for a visit that did not occur. Appointments had been scheduled without my knowledge. They were not being made by me but by somebody somewhere. I told them that if they made the appointment on Monday, I couldn't make it. I couldn't narrow down when these appointments were made though. Also, I was always of the idea that I made the appointment but that was a part I didn't understand.

    I use their website which is pretty easy to navigate and to be able to change them. That seems to work but I have to be able to be on a computer to be able to do that. It strikes me as odd that a service that I'm paying for does not include me in any of the processes. It's supposed to be an exclusion appointment which requires interior. They can't do that by showing up and I'm not there. But Terminix said that they tried to go and I wasn’t there then they charged me for an exterior service when I needed an interior service. I have been slightly overwhelmed by what I've got though so I have not gone around to contacting Terminix about that yet. But Terminix shouldn't make appointments without me or send me an email and say it's time to make an appointment for the exclusion contact and to go to the website and do that.

    Other than that, their technicians have been great. They take care of the carpets and they make sure that they don’t track stuff in. Anything that I asked them to look at, they looked at. They had gone under the house and when I was there, they did a great job. We have fewer numbers of pests but we still have mice upstairs and we still are seeing lots of cockroaches.

    We got the pest control deal with Terminix and they set out some rat traps. Their tech sprayed around the outside of our house. We told him we didn’t want him to spray in the inside, but he never sprayed the outside of our utility building out there where the roaches were. When I went out there the last time, there were still a lot of rodent droppings so the rodents are still around as far as I could tell. He also set out some of the stick 'em stuff that the rats step on but he put them on the edge of the thing. Jason, the guy who sold the contract to me asked if the tech put some peanut butter on these stuff and I told him that he didn't. He just took them out of their packs and put them up there. So, we're really not pleased with that. But we're going to wait and see.

    We'd like to hear from somebody to come by and check the traps. Terminix said they’d be back in a couple of weeks to check the traps and see how things are going. But we have yet to hear from them. They haven’t showed up and it’s been almost a month ago. I called Jason last week and he said he’d get in touch with the technician and he’d take care of it. That’s been over a week ago now. So I'm not going to continue the contract on the pest control. Now, I’ve also got the termite control with Terminix. They come around once a year to inspect and what have you and I’ve been fine with that.

    I have a contract with Terminix for at least 10 years and they come quarterly for the bugs and yearly for termites. I really don't have a pest problem and they take care of it. It's a routine maintenance they do. I've always been very satisfied with their technicians. I really like the recent guy who's been coming out doing the termites. He covers everything, he's clean, and he doesn't make a mess with his spray. I have no bugs, so I'm very satisfied. They're always pleasant and I can't complain. Overall, they do a great job that's why I've been with them so long. But they could lower their prices. Nevertheless, I will continue with them and I recommend them to anyone who asks about them.

    Every person from Terminix who had come has been really nice. We had a couple of gentlemen from Terminix come to talk about pricing and installation of a termite repellent post for our townhome. And they were wonderful. The person who installed the post didn't walk up to the door to say hello. He just went ahead and did the job. Everyone knew he was coming so it wasn't a surprise. But then, he installed a whole new thing in our neighbor's yard. He put one of the posts around the corner of our glassed patio, which is flushed out against our neighbor's backyard. And they don't have a patio. So, it's open. I had to knock on the neighbor's door and asked if it was okay. And they didn't care but it was kind of odd that the guy from Terminix wouldn't have asked if it was okay there. But otherwise, I never had any negative experience with a manager or employees. They have always been really helpful and they always call to check up.

    We had roaches and carpenter ants, and we've been getting them taken care of. And our usual Terminix guy has been wonderful. We love him. We are on a schedule with the ant spraying once every other couple of months. And now we have the termites once a year, and everything else like spiders is on as a needed basis. We have a significant carpenter ant population near my house because we're right up against a conservation area. But since having been with Terminix, I haven't seen an ant in my house at all for a while now. So, their service has been very effective. I really appreciate their efficiency and the modesty that I've always received from all of their employees.

    I have a contract with Terminix, and I make sure that they’re here several times a year. They come out whenever I call, and they always try to accommodate my time schedule. I’ve had droppings, so I had them come over, and the technician explained to me what they were, where they came from, and why they were reappearing. He then proceeded to do an inspection of the whole house, as well as the outside, and then everything was fine. I wanted to make sure that the droppings stayed away, and it has. I liked the old guy that used to have this route. The new guy is good, and nice too, but I was kind of sorry to see the other gentleman leave because he was also very good and cordial. I had a perfect experience with Terminix. And everybody that does business with them knows that they are an excellent company. Those that don’t are sure to hear about them from folks like me who do.

And for the exterior service, I don't have to be here, and then if I need any help with them interior-wise, they'll be here the next day. The Terminix technicians have almost become like friends.     Recently we switched to outside treatments and everything has been going fine. Email communication is good and the fact that I haven't had to communicate with them back and forth is a good sign. The tech sent by Terminix was professional, and we haven't had any issues until right before Thanksgiving time last year when we had a pantry moth. But, we were able to get rid of them by throwing out most of the food in our pantry. We did not go as far as contacting them to take care of that anymore. Overall, set up, scheduling, billing and invoicing have all been easy, so it is nice for a homeowner.

    I have a service plan with Terminix, so they come every three months and if there's additional service, I call to get that. Recently I had a rodent problem and it was easy to schedule the service. I currently have a service account with them so I just called a 1-800 toll-free number, waited a few minutes, someone came on the line, they looked me up and was able to find me the next available appointment. I called on a Monday and I had them out on a Wednesday. The rep was helpful. She looked up an appointment and asked if I wanted a morning or afternoon. She also updated the information, gave me the time and then I got an email for the confirmation of my appointment.

    On the day of the appointment, I got a text for confirmation, and then an hour prior to the appointment, Terminix sent me a text saying that they would be on their way shortly.     Terminix sprays inside and outside, and I have a quarterly service with them. Normally, they'll schedule it and then I have to go back in and re-schedule it. And they do it without even contacting me, which is an issue because I work full-time and if I’m not available, it is a conflict because someone has to be here when they come.     About a month ago, I had a gentleman from Terminix come and check the traps because it has been six months. So, I called them to make sure that they were still empty. I set up an appointment between a window of two hours, and they were here immediately. I told the technician what I was looking for, what we had done, and why I wanted a sixth-month check. I think it was the same gentleman that came before, so he knew what he did. He checked all the traps that I asked him to, and I believe he had to change one of them.

    It has been a couple of years since I’ve had Terminix, and initially, there were some pest activity, but now, I think we’re down to nothing. I hope that Terminix has solved the problem that we’ve had. Terminix is efficient, however, I was not happy with the initial cost. But I’ve decided that things nowadays cost money, and if you want something doe right, you’d have to pay for it. So, now that I keep it up, the cost is not so exorbitant to maintain. It’s a maintenance now, which isn’t as bad as the initial fee. Other than that, I’m happy and would recommend them.

    We originally got the pest service for carpenter ants around here. We were also having a lot of spiders and bugs and then, we had rats. We were doing some other service that was bought by Terminix and we stayed with it. The technician from Terminix who came out was a very nice guy, and he was very professional and very pleasant.     I was out of town when I got a call from my cat sitter that there were insects all over my front door, which turned out to be termites. So, I called Terminix and made an appointment for them to come out when I got home. They did a thorough inspection and explained everything to me. We had a couple of guys come out and one of the sprayed all around, while the other one drilled holes down in the front door, dropped the chemical down in there and then patched the holes that he to drill. I also had them put the canisters the whole way around the house because there were termites in the house before I bought it.     Terminix technicians come about four times a year and they just show up. They used to call before they came but they never do that anymore. I wish I knew when they were coming because then they could ask me if I had any problems. Sometimes they sprayed inside the home when we had issues. But within the last two years, we haven't had any so they just sprayed outside. The last time they were here, they left something on the door.

    We also have their termite protection. I talked with their technicians and they were very pleasant and professional. The pest activity is under control too. When they messed up with our contract, the new manager came out. He was awfully helpful, was very considerate and professional in trying to rectify the situation. It was their problem but it cost a lot of hassle on my part. But the manager was very apologetic and I appreciated that.

    Terminix sprays every quarter inside and around the outside of our house and the two out buildings. Their rep leaves us a recording most of the time and tells us about the time for their scheduled visit and if we wouldn't be available, we’d call her back and let her know. But she usually knows the time that we want it done, so she accommodates that on her reservations. The termite deal is done by usually somebody else from their company. The inspection’s all done outside, so sometimes, we would only know they've done something once they leave a notice on the door. They also put these things in the ground which bait the termites. Since the service, we have had to vacuum up some of the dead insects, but we usually don’t have any. We’re fine with their service and I would recommend them.

    The pest comes and goes with the weather, and whether my neighbors are doing something strange with their pool or yard. Since having the service of Terminix, the situation is better than it was 12 years ago when I started. Terminix controls it well. However, they send me an email that gives me a date and then their computer calls me and gives me something else, and then their guy calls and gives me something different. That happened the last four times! I told the technician that I was pretty upset that they gave me the wrong time and he said that he'll be there. Their technicians are great!     Terminix has been reliable, trustworthy, but a little pricey. We started the service when we got the house and we’ve been here for six years and we haven’t seen much of any pests. One of my biggest concerns was the Black Widows because we have a bush that’s by our gate and apparently they like that bush. There was this time they started coming out and the tech has been spraying all over our fence and inside. Thank God there has not been anything coming into the house, but now my wife may say differently because we have seen a few spiders get in.

    They come out every three months but I don’t see much pests in between that time and even if I do they’ll come back out and do it, and spray again. The guy that comes out and does our service is awesome. Whenever I need something done he’ll take care of it. But I would like to see them prevent rodents from getting into my house. One of the biggest problems that I have is part of the service should allow them to go up to the attic and walk on the beam or whatever they have to do in order to eliminate rodents from getting into my house or in my attic. The tech was only allowed to go up in to the entry point and lay down traps. He does that and he cleans them out and he puts them back up there, resets them every time I need him which is great but I’d like to be able to see him go further in. He said something about liability and that’s the reason why they’re not allowed to go too far in there.

    A lot of people think with the new technology I could pretty much spray my own house but I’m lazy that’s why I pay for the service but the price keeps going up and eventually it’s going to get to a point where I’m not even going to be able to afford to keep paying over a hundred dollars every other month to have my house sprayed.

    I’ve been using Terminix for over two years. Scheduling has been good, though there’s been a couple of times when I’ve had to call. I told them in the beginning it needed to be between 8:00 and 10:00 and there was a couple of times when they scheduled it in the afternoon. So, I had to call and let them know that it had to be in the morning, and they did that so I have no complaints. They come out once every two months, and they let me know that they’re on their way. I also get a text from the technician. I’ve met him a few times and he seems to be very knowledge and good. We have never had them to come in the house, so on the inside, we’ve seen two or three spiders and there’s been some things going on in the windowsill.     I was a long-term Terminix customer in my previous house and I was always quite satisfied which was why I got them again for my new home. I signed up with them in December and I had my first quarterly appointment. They scheduled the service for me and they let me know two days before that the Terminix person was coming. A contractor came over but it was not the guy that originally signed me up. It snowed recently and he told me that he couldn't spray around the foundation of the house because of the snow. He then asked me what I wanted him to do. I didn't have any issues on the inside and since he couldn't spray on the outside, there was nothing for him to do.

    I then suggested he can come take a look in the basement if he wanted to because I knew they had set up some traps in there. He did that and when we came back upstairs he said that since he was there, he put some stuff around the foundation and granular stuff on the foundation for carpenter ants. He left after being there for 15 minutes. And then I got charged. I called to say I had nothing done and the charge was negated.

    I'm sure that Terminix uses contractors because they were overloaded or the technician would call in sick. But I very much enjoyed the initial Terminix agent that came to my house and I'm hoping he's the one that continues to do my house. I don't know that though because now I'm down in Florida. I won't be back until May. There will be another scheduled visit for the March-April time period and hopefully, it's the original agent that was assigned to my house.

    I would still recommend Terminix but I'd explain to others this one experience that I had. I had a contractor and not a Terminix employee which makes a big difference. I'd suggest that if they're overloaded and they have to do something to service the customer, they might as well be well-advised to notify the customer that the original agent or the person responsible for their home is being substituted with another person.

    I reached out to Terminix thinking there was a rodent in my house after they had already done work. They set up an appointment to have somebody come out and I knew who he was. They asked me if I needed to have an exclusion team and I wasn't really sure exactly what the deal was so I asked if it could be the person I knew. And they said it would be the person who would come out. The Terminix guy who recently came here was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about what he does and he was quick. He also told me what he was doing and he listened to everything I had to say and he was gone. So, it was a good experience.

    At first, he asked me what was going on and what was I experiencing. And I told him what I had heard and where in the house it was and so he immediately went over the area and he put out some traps. I would recommend Terminix to other friends. I'd tell them that they're going to be getting a big company that services pretty much any activity that they would imagine. And they have the manpower to do it. They have a really nice local person, too.

    I asked Terminix to come over because I was getting some ghost ants. They seem to want to appear every time the weather changes.     Every three months, Terminix comes for our general maintenance contract. The guy who normally goes to my place contacts me 24 hours prior to showing up and before he arrives, he gives me a notice that he’s coming. When he came by at one time and he noticed that I have a dog, he reminded me not to have him out there until what he sprayed dried out. I had to reschedule a service with them prior to the most recent one because I had totally forgotten to unlock the gate on the side so he can access the backyard. And it was easy to get a hold of the Terminix team. Terminix is easy to work with. And the only pests I have had are ants and Chinese Waterbugs and they’ve done a really good job of repelling them.

    We had Terminix's technician Robby for years but he's in a different department now so we have a different guy come out for a couple of times already and he was awesome. He did everything for us and then some more. We live in the mountains and he comes in quarterly which has helped so much especially with the mice.     Terminix calls me and they propose a date for them to come out. And if that date works for me, then we do it then. If it doesn’t, then I tell them when it will be good for me. Dwight has done our latest two services. And he told me all about how termites work and how to look for them myself. We recently had our annual routine inspection, and Dwight came out and looked it all over. He answered all my questions and gave me some useful information. And the inspection all got done in about half an hour, and so I came way satisfied with it.

    I paid over $1000 for pest control and pest exclusion for a whole year as the agent told me, but now it turns out that pest control is only for a quarter. I called the customer service when the tech came for pest control last time to make sure I have the coverage for the service, and Terminix told me I had coverage for a whole year. However, I received $126 bill for that service. Only when I called Terminix asking about this bill, they told me my pest control is only for a quarter. I feel I was cheated because it is not written anywhere. It is very bad experience. I will never recommend anyone to use Terminix.

    I called Terminix because I saw something on my windowsill that alarmed me. They came out and assured me it was not termites and nothing to worry about. They sold me a contract that will cover me in case I get termites. Great, I paid for the plan for months and then sold my home. They came out May of 2017 to inspect and guarantee. They said the sill was fine. Then I called them again in November for the same window. Again they inspected and said no worries, it is fine, but they sprayed to reassure me it was fine. I sold my house less than a month later and canceled the contract on December 19, effective December 31.

    On January 4th I had my home inspection for the sale of my property and they found termites in that windowsill. I called them and they said it's not their problem because I no longer have a contract since "way back in December", I said since four days ago. And the problem was always in the sill and you assured me it was fine. They don't care. I would not recommend them, it is a scheme to get your money each month and sell you a peace of mind that you really can't rely on. They clearly failed to even recognize that I had termites or didn't want to tell me I did because collecting my money each month was a better deal for them. Now I have to get a lawyer to fight them in court but the expense for this damage and repair is coming out of my pocket because my house is sold and I am on a time crunch and they knew that and worked it to their advantage.

    I sent a text to Vincent, the guy from Terminix who normally comes out, to let him know that I had more mice coming into the house. He came out and when I explained the situation, he arranged to have an inspector come back out because he said that wasn’t normal after having the exclusion done. The inspector came and said that there were a few places that they think the mice might be coming in through. He then scheduled to have someone come out the very next day to fix the problem for us. I might have caught them all before the mice bred. I had caught six or nine mice before Terminix came out. Since then, I haven’t had any activity or heard anything on the traps.

    Vincent is awesome. When I first started with Terminix, I was catching a lot of mice. Anytime I texted him and I needed something, he would come by and bring me traps and explain the service to me. He also did my normal service when he first came out. Moreover, he's really good about responding back when I have a question. The cost is reasonable, as far as the regular service goes. I made a comparison before I signed up with Terminix. The exclusion is costly, but I didn't have the time nor the know-how to do it. If I could have done it myself, it would have been cheaper, however, with the guarantee, I thought it was fine.

    I’ve always had a good response and service from Terminix. They came out every three months and the technicians were all very nice, professional, and respectful. I used to do business with Homefront, and they were bought out by Terminix a few years ago. With Homefront, they do the outside bug spray and the inside. When Terminix took over, it seems like every time they come out, I have to call them back and ask them to rebait the boxes. Most of the time, I'm not here but when I am, I have them come in and rebait the traps in our attic. If they rebaited the outside boxes, it usually keeps the rodents out of our house. I wish that they would look at my contract, see that I was paying for rodents and insects, and they should honor it. And I wish I didn’t have to keep asking people to come back. I’m not satisfied. At first, it was okay and I thought they’d get it. But now I’m getting tired of it.

    My experience with Terminix has been good. They send out different people every time and sometimes they don’t always do the same thing, which I questioned but it's all right. A gentleman came out recently and I told him where he had to check. He checked in those places but he didn’t go around the rooms and shine the flashlight on the top of the rooms like some of them do. All of them do something different and I don't know what's necessary and what isn’t necessary. They usually call me a couple of days ahead and tell me that somebody is going to be out on a specific day for our service.

    When their technicians come out, I tell them that there's a place under the sink to check. And there's a place in the side of the wall that leads into the bathroom that they have to check under the tub, and they check those places. The guy who came out recently also went out and checked some kind of a box outside that I'm not aware that anybody else ever checked. So far, he found no termites, which is good. But he said there was a bunch of spiders under the sinks and around the bathtub areas.

    I got Terminix and their technician came, sprayed downstairs, and explained to me that if I needed him between services then I could call anytime and they'd be happy to come out. He was good, nice, and explained everything thoroughly. I had had problems in the past with a different company and he reassured me that the same things would not happen with them, and that I would always be notified before they come instead of just have a sudden charge on my account. Also with the other company, they didn't leave anything that they've even been here and we're never aware that they came.     Scheduling our services with Terminix has been fine. I had one incident where they didn't show up and they didn't call. And so, when I called to ask what had happened, they said it had been rescheduled. But the lady on the phone was very nice. And luckily, I was able to be here on the day they rescheduled. But they had never called that they weren't coming and they never called to make sure that the date that they chose and the time that they chose was okay. Other than that, I haven't had any problems with the guys who do the work. They've been great.

    I had Berwick since we moved in and we've been in the house for almost 20 years. But I went with Terminix because I just retired and they were cheaper. Terminix comes and does an assessment. And a couple of weeks ago, they found some termite activity in the ground outside the house. So, they put in some baits. I just started with Terminix this summer. And on their first visit, I had one guy. On the second time, I had a different guy. And then, when they came to do another service, I had the same guy, Matt, and I'll probably have him from now on. I would recommend Terminix, and I already did. As soon as I found out about the termites in the ground outside, I told my neighbors and gave them cards of the Terminix guys.

    I have a contract with Terminix as a preventative measure and scheduling a service has been very easy. They come out quarterly. And if there's a problem, I call and we do something additional. The technicians sent by Terminix come when I'm at work. And they do their stuff and go. Since using Terminix, the ants has been taken care of but the roaches had been dramatically worse in the last year. The roaches' activity goes up and down. So, when Terminix sends somebody out, the situation becomes better for a little while. But then, it goes bad again. And some of that is because we're living in Austin.     When Terminix is out here, they do a really good job. At other times, when they are out here, they would be just taking dust a little bit behind the sofa and behind the refrigerator, and that would be it. But the last time about a couple of weeks ago, the young lady came out. She did a wonderful job, and I was very pleased with her. My daughter told her that she was going to call the company and so we can have her to come. But that’s impossible to have one person.

    I have had bugs that crawl into my bed until this lady came out. And I was so amazed with what she did. I was able to go to bed and sleep without having to fight a bug. There must be that many in there, but what’s in now is a few in there behind that dresser. When I moved in here we had the Orkin Company from many months and they never did anything. We started off years ago on a simple termite inspection when we were buying the house and carried the contract over.     I used to live in San Pedro and had a problem with ants. I used a different, local company at the time. And since everybody there had ants, I asked my neighbor, and she said that she called Terminix, and that she was happy with them. So, they were also the ones I called. Now, Terminix does quarterly pest control for me, and I’m on auto. So, they just send me an email a few days prior to them coming out, and then they show up. On my most recent appointment, they didn’t send me my usual guy, but he was really nice, and he did a great job. He asked if I had any special concerns and then went ahead and sprayed. Both technicians I’ve had have been wonderful, and I’m happy for that. I also feel like I can trust them.

    I live on an ant foundation, and whenever the weather changes, they have a lot of activity. Ants were hovering the house up, and since they last tech came out and sprayed inside, it really helped. It was crazy before, and compared to what it was, it’s amazing. Since then, we don’t see any ants unless it’s really hot or rainy. One negative thing about Terminix, however, is that they have many offices. And when I tried to call back because somebody called me and left a message, I wanted to talk to that person. So, I went through the internet, and I was calling all these numbers, but it all led to a call center, which was kind of annoying because I couldn’t talk to the person I wanted to talk to. Other than that, if anybody asks about Terminix, I would tell them not to hesitate.

    I’ve had Terminix do three different things for us. We had some bed bugs that were brought to us by a house guest and they did a lot of work getting rid of all of those. We also had some ants that were trying to invade the house and one of Terminix's groups came out and treated those twice and they’re gone. Then we found some termites on the west end and the south end of the house. They came out and treated those and put down little termite traps all around.

    However, we suggested Terminix to my wife's sister in Houston. She was the one who brought the bed bugs to us so she contracted with them as well. She is 83 and pretty much crippled and then Terminix didn’t keep their appointments. She had to call them several times and sometimes they wouldn’t return her calls. They did come out one time they treated her bed but left it and they also pulled her TV away from the wall and unplugged everything. She couldn’t put all that back together, so she had to call some friends to come do that. We’ve regretted recommending Terminix to her. I suggested that they needed to look into the management in the Houston area because things were not going well down there. This happened shortly after Harvey hit. So, I understand that that might have deterred some of their people and kept them from being prompt.

    Other than that, Terminix has done a marvelous job for us. They were very polite and very professional. We were really impressed with all of the ones that came to our house. They came back and checked for the bed bugs at least six different times over a period of several months. The guy that did the treatment for the ants also came back at least once or twice. We’re very pleased with them.

    I have Terminix come every three months. They schedule the service and they call and leave me a message and also an email letting me know that they're coming and when they're coming. I usually get a recorded message unless I need to change something. The reps were very good when I talked to them although there was a time about a year ago when they said my schedule was changed but it wasn't. There were a few problems there but I haven't had any problems since then.

    Their technicians have been very pleasant too but it seems like they change a lot. The last couple of times though, it had been the same one which was nice. Recently, the guy came and he sprayed the inside of the house as well as the outside. He then came to the door, signed the payment and left. It would be nice if they're able to keep the same technician all of the time. Terminix has helped a lot. We've been having them come for quite a number of years which I'm glad about. When we started, we had earwigs everywhere, inside and outside the house, that we couldn't get rid of no matter what we tried. We tried spraying ourselves and couldn't get anything. We don't have those now though.

    When the Terminix guy comes to my house, for some reason, he doesn’t want to come in if I'm not there and I didn’t have the ability of opening the gate. I'm in a private community. But he's a very nice guy. So, I was a little bit aggravated because I've been paying a lot of money and he only came once. So now, on the days that he said he'd come, I made it a point to be home. Also, we had a rat problem in the place so I called Terminix about it. The man that they said that was going to call me called me. I told him that I'd back home and open the gate for him but he said I didn't have to. So, they never did anything and I had to hire somebody else and spent $600. Apparently, when the same Terminix guy that does our regular pest control came to my house, he found a hole but didn’t do anything except put some baits. The other people that I hired closed the hole. So, hopefully, the rats wouldn't come inside the house anymore.

    I have another account with Terminix for my mother. She has a big problem with ants and she complained to the Terminix guy that came to her house. The guy said he didn’t have anything to kill ants and that he only kills mosquitoes. But I paid for them to take care of the mosquitoes for a year and they never killed the mosquitoes. So I stopped that because it was a lot of money. I wish Terminix had something to take care of ants on my mother's house because they're so many. Mommy is 87 years old, she has two dogs, and the ants swarm the food of the dogs. It's terrible. Everything else is under control, though. She doesn’t have a problem with rats and mice because they have feral cats and they eat them. The cockroaches are also controlled which is great because I hate them.

    Still, I'm not having a good experience with Terminix. Their service is very expensive and if I could, I would drop both accounts and try somebody else. But as soon the contracts are finished, I'm out. I have another house and I never will call Terminix for that. I have somebody that is local and they're doing a really good job there. They're also cheaper since they charge me $15 a month compared to the $179 I pay Terminix every three months.

    Several years ago, Terminix came out with a program where they were supposed to dig holes in the ground and put little bait boxes in. They charged me $2,000 to do that and they were supposed to rebate it every year. Instead, they dropped the program the next year. So, I wasn't very well-pleased with that. Other than that, I've been living here for 25 years and I've had Terminix for quite a while. Their service is a little bit expensive but my experience with them has been satisfactory. I have them come out for a regular quarterly treatment. They schedule it and inform me when their tech would come out. For the last few years, a fellow named Jed has been my technician and he's always been friendly and done a good job. He's always been helpful for tackling whatever extra comes along, too, like bees boring holes. I also had a mouse problem and they're difficult to get rid off. It took a while but mostly, they're gone now.

I had a service who always used to do the inside and the outside of the house. But when Terminix took over, they primarily just do the outside, and they only do the inside if I ask them to if I’m here. They came the other day and sprayed, but there’s no pest right now because it’s the middle of winter. I didn’t even think they needed to come.     My recent experience with Terminix went fine. Scheduling a service was not a problem. If the time or date was not convenient for me, they've been good about adjusting that. My only complaint is on occasion, not all the time, they will schedule a bait station check, and they will only notify me online. I've requested that they also, simultaneously, give me a telephone call to let me know for the scheduled date. Computers do go down and therefore, if I didn't see their computer message, and here comes the technician one day, I'm blindsided.

    The technician is positive in all respects. I always like to accompany him around the perimeter of the house, as I do with anyone who comes to do any work here. He was cooperative, attentive and courteous. I helped him find the bait stations. He wasn't quite familiar with where they were. He would listen to me and respond accordingly.     We have a quarterly insect inspection with Terminix, and we have a yearly termite deal with them. And we have had the same tech, Nicholas, and he does a very good job. He looks around. And if we see something, he’ll go check it out. He does the insect inspection quarterly, but if we see something pop up, I usually go online and reschedule a follow-up appointment. We had termites originally and we’ve had an ant problem on and off. It seems to pop up in the spring, and that's when Nicholas comes out and tries to isolate it and take care of it.

    Last year, a tech we weren’t expecting showed up one day but it was an online deal. Nicholas apparently, had been out sick and then somebody was filling in for him. It seemed like my appointments got totally held up there for a few weeks. But that was a one-time deal. They've been generally responsive. We deal most often with their quarterly inspection, and we’re very happy with Nicholas. Now, we just moved and we’re going to be ending our Terminix, unfortunately. But we had a good experience with them and I would recommend them.

    Terminix has been all right. One technician was pretty good. He called me and made sure I was awake because I work at night. The very last time I called them, I wanted to spray outside. I don’t usually leave the side gate open because you never know who's going to come, and I'm here by myself sleeping. I want that they call me ahead of time just in case I fall asleep. The last guy didn’t call me or anything. He just did the front and that’s it. I really want him to spray back because I've been having flea infestations lately. I was also going to call Terminix and set up an appointment because I found big and ugly pests that looked like roaches. I have a two-year-old that puts everything in his month. I need them to spray the inside now again because I had that problem before and they sprayed. It went away. It's winter and that kind of stuff comes out.

    The technicians I had contact with have been pretty good. The only thing they couldn’t do anything about was the slugs. But they could improve on their scheduling. For somebody like me that works at night, they give me a large window of time. I really can't stay awake that long when it's early in the morning. Sometimes they tell me, “Okay. We're going to be there.” It might be early between 8:00 and 10:00 or 8:00 and 11:00. Sometimes my own body doesn’t let me be awake. Sometimes they call me early, and I don’t answer, and they still come in. I think that’s what happened last time. They came in. Then the guy only did the front when I really wanted was to do the back.

    Terminix has always done a good job for us and we have been pleased with them. When we moved into our house, there was significant termite damage discovered so we felt that we should have termite coverage for future issues. If I talk to them live, then I tell them that the time frame doesn't work and we'd find another one. Usually, they are able to find something that works for me within a week.

    Getting rid of fleas is really horrible but Terminix does real good and they get rid of fleas for a while. I’ve had Terminix for about a couple of years now. Scheduling their service goes real good and I give them a call if the fleas start getting real bad again. Yesterday, I got a call to let me know that the tech is coming out today. They came out a little over a month ago because the fleas were starting to get bad again and I didn’t want it bad like it did before. I had the dogs treated but I still see some fleas every once in a while, which the dogs have picked up from somewhere and bring in. Also, I only see the Terminix people for a few minutes, but they’re very polite. I tell others, if they ask, to give Terminix a call.

    We've been very pleased with the quality of the service that we're getting from Terminix and we make recommendations for them. Their reps are also good reminders and are always checking in on us. Their tech usually comes once a quarter or so for either inside or outside of the house. We'd get a reminder call on my cell phone, then we'd get a call from the inspector before she comes out to let us know she's on her way and whether she'd be working on the outside or inside. We have two dogs and she always has treats for them as well.

    So far, the pest activity in our home has been low. Waterbugs and wood roaches come in from outside and we get spiders, too. The tech sprays as she can and gives us pointers to help keep the bugs out. We have a wood-burning stove and we used to keep the wood right outside the door so, the roaches would always come inside.     My technician from Terminix came out to do a regular check. I have a quarterly service and for the past couple of times, it has been the same person who comes. He is very friendly. He answers my question and is on time which I appreciate. A couple of years ago I had a problem with ants and that’s when I started Terminix. And since I've been having their service, the ants have gone. The cost of their service is going up though and it started after the first year.     We bought our house in 2012 and I understood that in Florida and with this type of climate, we needed a program because of insects and stuff that were around. I was talking to the neighbor and he had Terminix where he lived in Panama City. He was painting in the bathroom and one of the walls was soft. Terminix came out and looked it all over and cut the wall open and replaced the studs that were rotten. He had a termite infestation in it. When I heard that, I went over to the Terminix shop on Davis Highway and talked to the owner. He explained how the program worked. I was under the impression that when you sign up for a service, repair is included. Their rep did an inspection in the beginning when I signed up. I had an initial termite treatment like the way you do it if you have a major treatment the first time around. And then we do a yearly update on it and I was having them for pest as well.

    When I originally contracted with Terminix, their first visit to come out to give me the estimate for the program was on a Wednesday and I didn't realize they did the treatment on a Wednesday. I had to change the appointment because I have a standing thing that I go to on Wednesdays. A couple of weeks ago for my most recent visit, I've been texted and they had me scheduled for a Wednesday again. So I called and changed it and had a different fellow out the day after that appointment. He was very presentable, clean, and was wearing the Terminix uniform. He took care of the stuff that had to be taken care of. He also said that if I have any problems with pests, just give them a call and they'll come back and re-treat.

    In addition, I had termite problems with the door in the storage area. That was left off the original contract until I had it repaired and then the original guy from my previous company came out and investigated the thing. I called Terminix and they sent me a revised contract so the doors that I had the problem with were included and covered under the policy. Terminix is the best program that I've investigated and I bought it for the security of it. I don't have to worry about termite damage for the rest of my lifetime. It's slightly higher in cost but I think that the mental security is all worth it. I pointed out to my son and my daughter up in Illinois that if anything should happen to me and their mom, what they need to do is contact Terminix and make sure that the program is kept enforced.

He knows his job and I prefer him to come out. He comes to our house and check the base stations and go. If he forgot to change the base stations, then he changes it.     I have an ongoing service with Terminix for several years. I have quarterly service for ants. And I have other situations that periodically come up in yard so I call Terminix. I’m very happy with their service. However, they need to stop raising prices every two or three years. Enough is enough already. They have raised their prices three times in the last decade. They need to keep their prices with their customers who have been with them for long. They need to be thoughtful of how long they have had a client. Still, I chose to stay with them for so long because they provide good service and do good work.

    Terminix show up when they say they’re going to show up. They do the service that they say they’re going to do and they actually do just a little bit more. We got a lot of spiders this year. The tech went around and cleaned up all the edges of the roof with a cleaning stick. He cleaned out our loft and nobody asked him to do that. That’s not keeping the ants away. It’s just a little extra thing that they do. That's what makes them stand out. Moreover, the same person comes out every time and that's important nowadays because it is a strange world. I never had a problem with their customer service as well. If they have any questions for me, they state them and things are cleared up during that call and taken care of. I appreciate that.     I started using Terminix when I was in New York. I moved here in South Florida almost five years ago and there are a lot of different insects that aren’t in New York where I’m from. There are different kinds of ants that live here that come into the house. There are also these giant palmettos that are in the cockroach family and they want to come in the house. We have better climate than outside and they work to come in, and they’re horrifying. I was also having this large water bug problem in my bathroom. I don’t know how they got there. I was getting these little baby water bugs and I saved one for Terminix and the tech said that was going to grow into a large water bug. And as soon as I’ve had Terminix spray in the house, there was no activity. I know that my neighbors have ant problems and they’re using some other company. They still have ant problems.

    We have the inside and outside of the house sprayed by Terminix every six months. Scheduling the service is easy. I usually get an email of the time that they want to come and if it’s not convenient for me, I call up and I change it within just days. Their technicians are very professional. The last time a tech was in, it was late and I was cooking dinner and I was concerned about having the spray. So, he didn’t spray the kitchen much as to my request. Also, the spray has no odor whatsoever. I have a cat and I was worried about that, but they stayed along the baseboard when they spray. They were careful with the spray and they sprayed areas like the garage where the insects could come in.

    However, I’m very concerned about health, and I know that the spray is poison. So, there was a while I did not want them spraying in the house. If it’s killing the insect, I know it’s going to eventually kill us. But I can’t live with water bugs coming in the bathroom and ants pouring in electrical outlets. But people need to be confident that Terminix would alleviate the problem.

    For years, Terminix comes out at least twice a year for the pest and the termite. We have separate technicians and they’re real great. They call ahead of time, at least a day ahead or sometimes a couple of days, to say they’ll be here and we let them know if there’s something needed in the house. Then when they get here, they come to the door and let us know they’re here and take care of everything efficiently. If we have to leave, they will leave a note on the door of what was done and anything they found.

    Terminix took care of problems and made it better than it was before. We’ve had problems on the termite site a couple of times and they took care of that and of the damage. No fuss, no muss. I would not have been surprised if they had not taken care of the sunroom part problem we had, but the tech said that they’re going to fix it and he did it. I appreciate that. They did good and probably did more than they actually had to. They have not given us any problem and they stand behind what they did if there’s a problem. Somebody came one time saying they could do the service cheaper, but I want it done correctly and it ain't worth getting it done cheaper. I’m not going anywhere. Also, whenever friends need a pest control company, I'd tell about Terminix quickly and recommend them highly.

    Terminix recently came for an annual review, and the lady who did that was very thorough and did a really nice job. She was personable, and seemed to know what she was doing. She actually looked around a little bit more than the other reps that have been there. We enjoyed her for being there. Scheduling service with them was very easy. They actually called us to set up an appointment. In the past, it hasn’t always worked that way. They have reached out by email numerous times, and we’re not real big on email.

    I would say to others to ask a lot of questions before getting signed up. When we first got the service, the technicians were not really thorough. They would claim that they did something they didn’t do, and it created some issues. Terminix has since rectified that, and the follow up business has been really nice. All the treatments have been really well, and we’re thankful we still have the service.

We get a recording from Carlos the day before, and sometimes another recording telling us what day that he’s coming, and if we have any pets, to keep them locked up. Carlos' visit takes 30-45 minutes. He does the house inside and out, but sometimes we don’t need him to come inside, so he just does the outside and the garage. I’d recommend them.

    We had a follow-up service with Terminix recently. A young man came back to check the rat traps and to make sure that we were catching mice. It was a second follow-up visit to throw away rats. I haven't seen any more mice or rat until he came and pulled the traps and they were in the traps. I've seen one roach and then a few ants that seemed to try and get in to get water. But, otherwise, the pest control seems to have worked very well.

    We also have a termite pest control service with Terminix and we had somebody come and spray. Both the one that sprayed and the one that has been doing the animal pest control service have been excellent people. They've been very professional, very concerned that they do a good job, and we had nice conversations while they were working.

    Terminix is doing well. Setting up an appointment got challenging a little bit with the rat and animal control thing because the tech was busy and he would miss getting here and then he would call and apologize for he got held up and then ask if he could come another time that worked. So, he was not terrible but he was busy. And he's a very good and nice person and worked very hard and so sometimes I was contacting him directly as opposed to going through the national phone line to get an appointment. He is, other than that little slip, a very conscientious man and I would be glad to recommend him to anybody.

    I’m doing a refinance on the house, and it was required that I have the termite inspection done. After the inspection, I decided to go ahead have Terminix put the stuff in the ground out there to prevent bugs. Scheduling the visit for the inspection wasn't hard at all. I just called them and in a day or two, they were out here and had done it, so it was a good deal. The person that I spoke to over the phone was great and the guy who came out did the job. They were both great people. They were friendly and easygoing people. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them and I would recommend Terminix.

    I used to do my own pest treatment and I put poison all around the house, but I've got little ones now. I was told that Terminix uses something that's not harmful to the kids. I want my two grandkids to be able to play in the yard in the summertime and play in the house and not be worried about the bugs getting them. Terminix is supposed to come every three months. I've been having trouble with the fleas in the backyard and I found last time that there are water bugs that come in. The technicians are fine and when I didn't understand why they did something a certain way like they would just do a little circle around when I thought they were supposed to spray everything, they explained it.

    And when I call to schedule my service, everybody's perfect. But there are still some pests and the technicians have to keep coming in. I still have a little few ants and I saw a termite inside the kitchen. And I told Terminix and they came out. The last time though, the technician just did the front yard and I really needed the house done. I made another appointment but the technician didn't show up. I want to be there whenever they come. That way, I can make sure that they spray the house.

    The guy, Scott, is wonderful. He’s polite. He comes out and does his job. I would definitely recommend Terminix. If something comes up that I need to call them for, I can call them and they come out . It’s a complete service. I don’t just call them when I see bugs. With Terminix, I can keep the bugs from coming instead of having to deal with them.

    Terminix's prices are competitive and they're very careful. I would definitely recommend them. They didn't bring any dirt in the house. They were clean and very quick. The guy from Terminix was really nice. He came over for a follow-up, did his thing, and left. He didn't complain. He did everything that we wanted him to do. He was good and very clear. The only thing was that he called and we didn't answer before he came, and he just showed up. I was a little bit surprised even though it's in the contract that he's going to come the third week of every month. It would've been nicer if we had a call before he came.

    I've been with Terminix for close 10 years. With service scheduling, there's an automated system and if that doesn't work I just call to change it. We've had the same technician doing our spraying. We really like him and he's awesome, professional, polite, and trustworthy. If we get a lot of spiders we just call and then Terminix will come back out.

    I call Terminix to schedule service calls with them and normally, somebody is always here when they come. The technician was courteous and professional. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and put the bait down and said if I had any more problems, just call, let everybody know and they’d come back. I did have to call to say that things haven't gotten any better and he'll be coming back tomorrow. Overall, it was a good experience with Terminix.

    Scheduling or rescheduling my service has always been fine and pleasant. I've always done it online and it's perfect. I've only had to call twice because it was a last minute thing where I realized I got an appointment and I needed to cancel and reschedule. They're pleasant people and always helpful. The technicians are super friendly. They're real professional. If they're going to run late, they always call me and let me know. Most of the time, they're right on time. The pest activity has been 10 times better since we've had Terminix and I always recommend them to a friend. They may be a little bit on the high side as far as price goes, but to me, they're worth it.

    Terminix comes once a year for routine visits. They follow up on the termite insurance for the renewal. I have had the house since 2003 but it has been ensured with Terminix for longer than that.     We've been with Terminix for so long and we have a preventative maintenance service from them. The technicians have all been very friendly and helpful. And I've been throwing them with really annoying questions, and they've answered them, too. The actual contact lines have been fine. But I can't seem to get anybody default our appointments automatically to later in the day. My wife and I both work so we can't be in the house until four PM or later. And it seems like every quarter, we have to tell them that they can't come out at 11 AM because we're not going to be here. We have to call back in often and reschedule to later in the day. Other than that, our service moves easily and quickly.

    We had a situation where we had to have an inspection done on the exterior but because of a timing mixed up, we were not able to get the inside finished and it was not an appointment missed problem on my end. They were only able to do the outside. And then, we had a little trouble getting them out here to do the inside. But eventually, it got squared away. And I would recommend Terminix. We've had a great experience as far as treating for pests and keeping them away. It may not be the cheapest option out there but they do a good job.

    We had some cucarachas at home and it was extremely easy to schedule the service with Terminix. They were very nice and very accommodating. Then the tech called me and said he was not going to be able to make it at the specified time. I told him my son was waiting and he said he'd be there in about 20 minutes, so he was extremely very good and I really like it. He took his time and put in all those little boxes everywhere, and more cockroaches are going in. I’ve been using Terminix for a long time, and my experience with them has been very good. The only thing is that it was about $35 to come into the house before, but now it's more.

    We wanted to get a home refinance and we had to get a home inspection done and when we did, Terminix found something up in the attic. So, we had to get the house sprayed. The gentleman who came out to spray did a good job. He was very thorough and very quick. We have a yearly service set up with them, and most recently, they came in to do the annual inspection. The gentleman who did the service told me everything he was going to do. And when Terminix came to spray, they tented the whole house. So, we had multiple people coming by the house making sure we knew what the instructions were and that we were prepared to move out, to have the house tented and sprayed. It was a very good experience.
