We've been with Terminix for several years now and we're really happy with them. If we have issues like ants, they come by that when I call. We have their service for four times a year and it's a lot easier versus having to call every single time. Also, they've done a good job and the technicians have been really nice. For the most recent service, it was like a follow up. They came and sprayed and left a thing on the door.

Terminix came out and checked my termite thing. Everything was fine and the guy who came out was very nice. He's been with us for many years now. He checks everything, comes up and talks to me and we chit chat for a minute or two, then he's gone.

The Terminix technicians were friendly, and they answered all my questions and took care of the things that bothered me. They checked the mouse trap on their latest visit, which was an extra service. They did an exclusion before and about two weeks later came to check what have been trapped inside the house. I haven’t seen any mice for two and a half weeks, and I was satisfied. Terminix is very professional. They do a quick efficient job and they listen to the consumer.

Terminix comes out quarterly to do the standard treatment to prevent insects They call me when it's time for service. I wasn't home when they sprayed but they did a really good job. Either a bird or a rodent got into my vent and died and they even helped me with that. They got up in my attic and didn't fix the issue but they tried. It had no charge so they tried to help me out. Since starting with them I saw spiders here and there but that's about it. They do what they're supposed to. If you've got bugs, they'd get rid of them.

We called Terminix to come and take care of some mice in our kitchen, and the representatives we talked to were very polite and friendly. About the same time, Terminix also did the termite inspection. The technicians were there early and did their job. After unlocking the doors for them, I sat and waited while they did their inspection, and we had some friendly talk. Everything went great and the pest issue is a whole lot better now. I’d recommend Terminix.

I previously had the service of Schendel and Terminix bought them. I now have a service scheduled with Terminix every three months and that has been pretty consistent. When they first started the service, they told me to call them back if nothing improved in the first month, and they came right back out. The techs that they sent were nice and friendly, and they’ve done a really good job for me. They sprayed where I needed them to spray and when I asked them to. They said they kill everything except for bedbugs. This time, when the tech comes out, he would have to spray and get rid of the spiders since I've got spiders coming up out of the vents and everywhere from my basement.

We are happy with Terminix. We just moved from Memphis, Tennessee to here in Kansas and we decided to do pest control with our new home. We had had Terminix out before so we’re familiar with them and everything was fine in scheduling their service. I travel a lot so I’m only home part of the time and they worked around my schedule. The tech who came was a nice young man. He was very informative about the type of pest we had here and informed us of what they covered in their contract. So, it all worked out great.

I had just moved into the house and I had noticed some ants coming in through my patio door. A Terminix rep came and I went ahead and had him put me on a schedule. Then the tech came and he explained everything he was doing. Since having the service, I've found dead bugs that were trying to come in from outside.

I've seen one bedbug on somebody's shoe and so I called Terminix to do an inspection and to disinfect it. And it must have been just on that person's shoe because there was no sign of them. The people at Terminix were very nice and very together. The guy who came in the house was very informational. And he told me a lot about bedbugs as well as termites. I decided to have my house treated for spiders and mice, too. It was a really good experience and I invested my money the right way.

We were living in Hawaii when a door-to-door guy tried to get us to sign up with Terminix. But we were moving so we set up the service for our new house in Kansas. The guy was very polite and it was a good experience. We have a package deal that they come out once a quarter to spray the house and they've lived up to what they're supposed to do. The technician comes out when he's scheduled to and even if we're not home, he does the outside of our house. We've got some cockroaches out on the deck now so my wife called back at least a week ago to have the techs come back out and she has not heard back from Terminix. That aside, our major problem is with spiders, which I understand are a little harder to get, and I've only noticed a few in the house.

Somebody coming door to door sold me my first-time service with Terminix. He came out and sprayed around the house and the shed. He was supposed to take down the hornet’s nest up in the east, but it's still there. Since then, they come out four times a year and the techs they've sent out were excellent. Also, I don’t see the ants like I used to since I had their service.

Terminix has provided me with good service. I was offered a new service for mosquitoes and I did that about two weeks ago. I was out of town when their technician came and did that and it went great.

I found termites in my house and Terminix came out the day I called them to inspect and make sure it was termites. And they determined it was termites and the next morning, they came out and installed the little things in the ground. The technician was great, very personable and informed me different things about termites and what to look for and what to be aware of. I haven't seen termites since Terminix came.

I have been a Terminix customer for five years. We got them for we needed fertilizer treatment to the lawn because we had a bug problem. The biggest problem was that the pest is tree-covered. We have some black walnut, however, Terminix is not the best for the grass underneath but their service helps. We organize a service schedule once a year and they let us know that they’ll be coming the next day if the weather’s all right. We often don’t speak with the technicians sent and when we got used to it, the technicians just do their job, leave a note on the door and go.

We have quarterly service with Terminix and we usually have the same technician, Shaun. When we first got here in Idaho, there was a huge wolf spider, and I mean six inches across. I called Shaun on a Sunday and he was out here on Monday. Then they switched his route for a while and we had some other techs and then we got him back. Everybody from Terminix has been great, but he knows I’m really spider-phobic. We're on an acre, so he sprays around the property and checks the mouse traps and he’s really good about making sure nothing can get to our dogs. We also have the service once a year to make sure we don’t have termites, so he does the full inspection on the house. Then if I see little spiders or anything, I’ll tell him and he makes sure everything is treated. We also had a hornet’s nest the size of a basketball in the house and he took care of it. He's amazing.

I've always used Terminix in all of my houses and I've been with them for 50 years. I originally got them out for termite control and since then, I've always used them some sort of pest control. The technician calls me the day before he's due to come out and most of the time, he's scheduling it at the company’s convenience. Sometimes he treats the inside if I'm here, and if I don’t have two hours to sit around the house and he shows up when I'm not here, he just treats the outside. He is very good, very thorough, and amiable. But the technicians change too often and once they do, then I have to take them back through the house to show them where the traps are and where they’ve been spraying before. Other than that, once the guy is on board and knows what's going on, then I don’t have to follow him around.

Terminix did a good job but they came out for the third time to re-treat because of spiders and the rain problem we've been having. It poured down rain right after the guy was here the third time. But since the very last time the tech came, I haven't seen more spiders so I'm in hope that maybe we got it this time. Also, the tech has been outstanding in everything.

I loved my experience with Terminix. I called them one time and the rep on the phone was very nice. The technician sent was also good. He was thorough about what he did and he did an awesome job. And he said if there was anything else that we needed to let him know and he would come back out.

Rich does a great job. We've been with Terminix for just over a month now, but I've known him for 10 years. He knows what he's talking about and knows how to do it. Scheduling a service is good and the pest activity is on the decrease. I know it takes time, but it's slowly going down now.

I've been a Terminix customer for a long time, but it's mainly through my company. Our company has a contract with Terminix for them to come out monthly, do inspections and spray. We have a number of stores and they treat them all. It's a good size area. Also, I have Terminix at my lake house to spray for some bugs. The technician is Yuri and he is nice, very thorough, and takes care of the problem at our lake house. He comes out once a year and sprays for spiders and ants.

We just subscribed for a regular service with Terminix for preventive maintenance. Most of the time, it’s just outside maintenance. I would just leave the gate open and they'd get in. But my wife was home once when they had to do some work inside. They were supposed to replace all the canisters but they missed one. I had some materials covering half of it and they probably didn’t see it. I have to get back to them for that, but everything has been fine.

We lived in Covington, Indiana I had a whole barn out there and some things. I used to try to treat things myself, but when we started with Terminix, I saw a big difference from trying to treat it myself. They did a good job up there. We moved out here to Grace Hill in Indiana and I stayed with Terminix down here. I have a quarterly service set up with Terminix and I also have a yearly termite service with them. They come and inspect, or come and treat the house. And if we have any problems, they take care of it. If I found something and I called them, they would come and take care of it even if it wasn’t a quarterly time. I have a special technician and he’s such a super guy. He is very prompt and very willing to listen if I have any issues. He’s also such a courteous guy. I trust him and he does his job. He’s very efficient and quick. He doesn’t stand around shoot the bull or anything like that. We talk and he’s nice and very efficient.

My experience with Terminix has been excellent. They'd usually coordinate the service calls and I’d get an email or a text saying what day they would come and if I didn’t like the day, I'd go online and change it. They recently showed up, did an excellent job, and then left. They worked outside and the pest activity has decreased. The spiders and the ants are still bad, but nothing that’s not controllable. I’d recommend Terminix.

I had some evidence of termites and two years ago, Terminix put stuff for termites inside the house and then they put the bait stations outside. And they had someone come out most recently to check on that. They scheduled that appointment and then I had to reschedule it, and my experience with the rep was good. 12 years ago, I built a deck and it got eaten by termites over the years and when I pulled it down, there were tons of termites and ants in there. And so, I called Terminix, but unfortunately, it was 12 years later and I couldn’t find any evidence of the termites. I didn’t personally see any termites inside the house but there are some areas that showed some evidence of it.

I like using Terminix. I have it set up on a quarterly schedule just to take care of the flies, bugs and the spider webs. Michael from Terminix schedules it. He just calls in a day or two ahead of time and lets me know about what time he's gonna be there. And then I say, "Okay. Well, call me about 20 minutes when you're gonna be there." And then we meet. There used to be another technician but I guess he lost his job. He came a couple of times and then Michael has been our technician ever since. The experiences with the technicians have been good all the way around. I noticed the other day that when I went in my basement I got a few more cobwebs than usual. But I know that they can't hit every spot every time. Everything is perfect and I don't have a single complaint.

We lived in different states before and we had Terminix in Illinois. At that time, I was not impressed with them. But when we moved to Kansas in 2015, we hired Terminix to exterminate our homes. Since then, they've been coming out every quarter. They call me or send a text or email. The guy we have calls me a couple of days in advance. If time doesn't work out, it's really easy for us to reschedule the appointment. I just call the number and tell them I want to reschedule. They're very good at working with me.

A year ago, I saw some termites in the house. Terminix came and installed a couple of traps. Thereafter, they came over again, took the traps and put it in their reports because we have service with them for a couple of years more and they will come and set the traps for us. We schedule our service every year or every six months now.

Terminix came out here a few weeks ago and took all the traps. I've been a customer for about a year now and I would call them when I schedule a service. We got misled in the very beginning when we paid $1,800 and that was one cost fee and then when they came out they charged for a fee to come out and check the traps. We thought that was included but apparently it wasn't. They were gonna give us a bill on it and whereas the sales man drew a line to that page. They didn't charge us for that but I think they're going to next year. Other than that, I haven't seen any pest activity and so hopefully it's fine. I'd recommend Terminix.

I get quarterly service from Terminix and I've used the same tech for quite some time now. I like her and she does a great job. The other reps are good as well. The pest activity has a little bit of a comeback, but it's the time of year and it's kind of expected. But my tech would be there in a minute if I call. She’s just awesome.

I bought a home and then ran into some termite damage. I have a five-year plan with Terminix and it's for a precautionary measure. They’ve been here one time and put the bait traps out as far as around the perimeter of the house. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a really good experience with Terminix. They were fast.

I've had for Terminix years. They treat for bugs and it seems worth the money not to have the problem. Someone came out and noticed a problem that we had but it didn’t go well at all. I noticed a tiny hole in my oak flooring. There was damage caused because there were tomato vines on that side of the house and he didn’t spray behind them. The man came out and said that he has to find a live bug to determine if it had been caused by that but it had been vacuumed. He had to find something alive before he’d believe anything. But that’s the only problem I ever had.

I have a yearly checkup with Terminix because I had termites years ago, so they schedule and come out once a year to make sure I am still termite-free. It's the same tech guy that’s been coming out for a couple of years, so I know him. He comes into my messy basement and doesn’t make any comments about it, and I appreciate that. He does his job and he's friendly. I'm satisfied that they took care of my termites and that they come out regularly.

We had an issue with termites swarming once. We now have a regular Terminix service set up for termites, which was the technician's solution to solve the problem, and I agreed to it. So far, the experience has been fine. We haven’t seen a termite since. The gentleman that came out today was fine and did a good job. However, the second time around wasn’t a good experience. We had some mites and some ants so I called them. I told them that nobody would be home and to just come out, give me a call and tell me what they can do. I got a notice that the guy was on his way and then I got an email that he checked the termite traps and they all looked good.

Terminix comes for routine visits. They called me up and we scheduled it. Their technician is really good. We haven't seen any bugs since. They did a good job.

I was having an insect problem so I got Terminix's services. Scheduling my first service went well and I was impressed with the tracking tool that allows you to track when the tech was gonna be there. The person called in advance and it was nice to have a better idea to when he was going to arrive. And he showed up on time. He was thorough and he did a good job. Also, the pest activity is mostly gone. There's still a little bit but it's a lot better than it was. He said it could take some time so I signed up for the service plan with them. Give Terminix a shot. They did a good job for me and I think they would do a good job for you also.

I've been very pleased with Terminix. I recently had an annual treatment and when I was scheduling the appointment for that, the wait time was rather long to try to get somebody. It took over five minutes and it was a little frustrating. But when the technician, Deshawn, came out, he was very thorough. I also had a few cockroaches and carpenter bees that he specifically treated and he did a great job. Aside from him, the one that I usually have to my house is Austin and I've been very pleased with him, too. Since the treatment, I haven't seen any of the pests, though it would always seem to take a few days before I see them again. The carpenter bees are one of those bugs that continue to come around but we seem to have knocked out several of them and I only saw dead ones so far.

My recent experience with Terminix was good. I called to schedule somebody to come and they treated my whole apartment. Their technicians were pleasant. For the most part, all the pests are gone. I'd tell others that Terminix is good and that they do a good job.

Terminix had to come back twice because the basement was full of water. Scheduling was very convenient, and I call them before they came. In previous years, I had my daughter come if I was not around when they come since she lives nearby. The tech is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied.

We had moved from Nashville, Tennessee where we had Terminix and called our rep in Bloomington, Indiana and it was set up from there. We love the technician they send out to do work for us. He's absolutely friendly, polite, thorough and wonderful. We have bad ponds behind our condo community and had ants ending up in the cat food. The technician took care things inside and out and checked everything. If there was anything, he let us know immediately. Since getting their service, we don't have pests anymore. If anyone would need Terminix's service, get a full schedule going.

Terminix calls and tells me when they're coming for our termite service. The service person who comes out has been doing a really good job. The guy who came a couple of times last year was good, too.

We built a log cabin and we needed Terminix for preventative measures. We have them for eight years now and they come out every three months. The techs usually spray all over outside then inside. The techs have been great but so far, I still have a lot of spiders.

I like Terminix. They have been pretty good and our problem with ants and wasps has toned down quite a bit. I call them to schedule the service and it's super easy doing it. They're polite and flexible, and if you have a problem, they’re there to fix it the next day. I had two different technicians that came to my place and both have been super educational and really friendly. They sprayed mostly outside and have also come into the house a few times.

I used to have termites and Terminix cleared it out. Recently they visited to double-check to get a renewal of my coverage. I had no issues scheduling the service and it was a great experience. We sat with their technicians and talked about what was going on with my house, what some of the coverage was and what my options were. They were pretty cool, friendly and they did a good job both last time and this time. I had the same guy I had before and he was very accommodating and easy to understand. He was a good combination of being efficient and easy to approach and talk to. Both the inspector and the guy who came to spray were good and I would prefer to have them next time if possible.

We've been working with him for 10 years and more and he's extremely knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. We talk about what he’s doing with his family, the holidays, and what he’s doing when he goes on vacation. It’s very personal. There's nothing negative at all with Terminix except we get these obnoxious phone calls from Terminix about the coming out and checking our house. And we keep saying, “Hey guys. We’re already Terminix people. You don’t have to do this.”

I knew I had termites and instead of trying to do something myself, I called Terminix. They know more about the business than I do and they probably did the job as well as it could be done. A couple of young guys came out and picked up little mud trails at the side of my house. I knew what those were the first time I had ever seen them and I’m out there all the time so I’m sure we caught them pretty early. In the end, everything went fine.

I've been using a maintenance service with Terminix for quite some time and I would recommend them. For one thing, they put me on a monthly pay period because I didn’t have $100 and we did a payment schedule of $33 a month for a year. Scheduling the service with them has always been good and they always set a schedule that was convenient for me. When they said that the techs would be here, they were here and they were always on time. The techs took care of my biggest problem with the roaches. During my regular time for maintenance service in May, I called Terminix over for ants and a few roaches. The techs that came out and sprayed were wonderful. Since the service, I've only seen three roaches and ants.

We’ve had ants in the house from time-to-time and I had to call Terminix three years ago initially to come and get rid of the ants, which they did. The ants stayed away for quite a while and I ultimately ended up in a continuous program with Terminix where they come every three months and they automatically advise me a week ahead of time.

I called Terminix for a receipt that I asked for and they were extremely hard to get a hold of. They put me on hold, then they cut me off. I sat there for 12 minutes. And then when I got a response, it was a recording saying, “We’re no longer open. You’ll have to try your call later.” They’d done all kinds of mean things and made it very difficult to deal with and I didn’t like it.

Terminix comes out for me every two weeks. Their technician has been very nice. The last time he was here, he sprayed and took some roach traps out. Overall, I recommend Terminix and since their last visit, I haven't seen the pests running around on the counters as much.

We've been with Terminix for three years. I got in touch with them because I don't like spiders. They schedule and come right out right away, and the interaction with the tech has been pretty good. Awhile back I had some spiders show up and I called them. They came right back out and sprayed again and I haven't seen any. Terminix has been doing a good job.

It's been several years that we've been using Terminix and the technicians do not change very often. We had a guy for three years, and then now, we have a girl and they’ve always been super nice. They spray and put out the little traps. And so, I'm assuming they know what they're doing. The girl technician was in here three weeks ago and she was very nice and friendly. She did her job and sprayed. We don't have any pests now. Terminix has always done a good job and asked us if we've seen anything. One time, we had to reschedule a service with them. They came just as we were leaving and they came back when we called them.

Terminix comes by once a month to spray my yard for mosquitos. The reps usually call and remind me ahead of time because I have to open the gate for them. Then the technician comes, sprays the yard and leaves. My last dosage was around the 25th of May then a week ago, I was bitten while I was sitting out on the deck so I called and complained. The technician said he was gonna come by and spray again but he never did. But I had their service last year and I never had a problem. But this year, there were a couple of mosquitos. But other than that, I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix is a good company with good people. The company I worked for uses Terminix so I was with using them too. They showed up when they said they were going to and answered politely all the questions I was asking. They then took care of everything. I haven’t seen any ants in the house since they’ve been here.

Terminix is great. I have regular service set with them and they come out for bugs and ants.

The reps have been courteous and professional whenever I’ve spoken to them and one rep has been getting somebody scheduled to come out to do the service. I’ve been trying to reschedule service with Terminix for the last month, but I haven't been able to get that accomplished. I’m supposed to have a technician out today and, hopefully, that happens. I got a phone call saying that they’ll be out between 5:00 and 7:00 today. I’ve had Terminix for about a year now and never had any problems up until about March. Something changed and now I’m not getting good service anymore. I threatened to cancel the service.

I had a one time service from Terminix for some termite issues and though I don't regret it, I'm not thrilled with the whole thing. It's too expensive. I’m not happy that they left black plastic containers that say, “Do not touch. With poison”, and my dog ran up with the thing in its mouth the next day. I also didn’t like the fact that they didn’t explain everything to follow-up. Be careful of Terminix.

I'm happy with Termix. We had termites when we started with the regular service setup with them and that's been about 20 years ago. They set the traps and then check them and they also do an in-house check once a year. The tech who comes varies but it's the same person most of the time, and we're satisfied with their overall demeanor.

We all enjoy the Terminix service and it's the best one our company has ever had. We never had one bit of problem with their techs and the same one comes to do the pest control. He comes out on a monthly basis and we can normally know around the same time every month that he's gonna be stopping by for service so it doesn’t affect us. He knows what our office hours are, so he does the outside of the building when he shows up, and then he knocks and comes in to do the inside. He does the job, cleans up after himself, and then he's gone. He is polite, very friendly, very social, talks about the weather, and all around nice guy. The pest activity has been non-existent since the most recent service. So, we definitely won't be switching and when we relocate our office, Terminix is gonna go with us.

We noticed a little termite swarm earlier this spring down in our basement coming through some concrete walls. So we went ahead and decided to get the full protection around the house from Terminix. The scheduling went well and they were professional. There was no visible damage anywhere, but we bit the bullet and did the installation or the bait stations. They were on time and I watched them put the stuff in. They did a little spot treatment on that location where we saw them coming in. They took care of that very quickly. It all worked out well and I was very happy.

We had carpenter ants and the Terminix technician who came out was very good, but I was a little disappointed that I was told by the salesperson that the package I purchased would include tick treatment. I feel like the sales consultation was misrepresented. I've worked in sales and customer service, and I don't think telling somebody that they're getting a service and not delivering is good.

I had carpenter ants so I called Terminix and they took care of what I needed. They got rid of the carpenter ants. In the last couple of times that I had my service, the same service rep was here and I’m very happy with what he’s done and how he’s done it. He does a very efficient job. I can also talk to him and ask him questions and he’s able to answer me. Terminix has done a good job for me. Try them out.

The other owners of the house had the service with Terminix done in May. We bought the house in September and moved in after the pest problem was gone. And then we took over the contract and it's been fine. When I called to schedule a service, the reps on the phone were very good. A technician came out a couple of weeks ago and said everything looked good. So we're gonna have the baits taken out from the ground tomorrow and if we need Terminix again, we'll come right back to them.

I had tiny ants that came in all over the place, and I had a problem with spiders. And I've been a Terminix customer for a little over a year now. They come out once a month and usually call me three to four days in advance, and let me know when they're gonna be here for our service. I've had several technicians. Terminix has a problem keeping somebody in this area. But still, all the ones I've had had been very nice and polite.

I saw spider everywhere and the gentleman from Terminix that did the service was very nice. I don’t have anything left in the home, but out deck is like a huge spider web. And the back piece thing on his truck to be able to spray it was broken. So they were supposed to come back out a week or so later so he can go up underneath our deck and spray it real good. But I never heard back from him. And they need to come back out because I still saw spiders.

I'm on a rotation with Terminix and they come out every three or four months. The tech who they've been sending out has been very good, helpful and knowledgeable. If I find something, he comes back and works harder to get rid of it. We had some ants that he had to work really hard on. Now, I have less pest activity in my property.

We have started working with Terminix six months ago. The service was great as long as I can afford it. Their technician was excellent. He’d tell me everything what he’s doing and then afterwards tells what he thought and seen. They were on time with their scheduled service calls and they call me to inform me. They can do it and I don’t have to be around. Yesterday they came here to do the outside and they did the whole pests.

The last time I've used Terminix, they treated the outside and it was good. I've had a very good experience with the technician and it's been perfect since. To schedule a service call, I'd get an email and then they'd usually let me know the day before. They’d also call me that day because I have to be home when they’re gonna come in the house. I've recommended Terminix to people. I told them that their price is good and the service is excellent.

I signed a contract with Terminix for a year. They came and did an initial spraying of the entire premises last time. The tech who came was great but we had an issue with scheduling because we were supposed to have it scheduled on a Thursday and I took off from work and waited but no one ever showed up. So I called up and left a rather angry message. The retail manager called me back and said that their truck had a breakdown. They should’ve called me but they didn’t. He said that the company would rebate me $50 on the initial service call. It sounded great on paper but when the bill came and my checking account was debited, they didn’t give me the credit for it at all. I phoned the manager back and he has yet to return my call and that was a few weeks ago. I’m not happy with the promise that wasn’t delivered, but as far as spraying and the treatment of the house, Terminix did a fine job.

I have a basement and in Western Indiana, we get a lot of spiders when the weather starts changing. I got Terminix' service and they come out every three months. I’ve had to call them twice in the last six months to come early because of the spiders are getting in the house again. And the last time they were here, the tech came in on time, got everything done, and left. I usually have him and he's real good, but he told me that he’s moving to a different area.

I was having problems with ants and I called Terminix. I set up an appointment and someone contacted me to see if I was available. The rep was very easy to work with and it’s been fine since the tech came out. He was trying to understand my concerns and addressed them and explained what he was doing. I paid the premium because I wanted someone knowledgeable and I got that. Terminix is a little pricey compared to competitors, but it worked.

Most recently, the Terminix tech came out for service and put base basins out. And overall, my experience with Terminix has been good.

We were having spiders getting into the house and we wanted to have a professional come and look at it because our attempts hadn’t curtailed any. Terminix came out and put down some traps to see what they were dealing with, and they sprayed some stuff around. The gentleman that came out was very personable, knowledgeable, thorough and focused on what he was trying to do. Now we don’t have as many bugs as we did before.

We've always got pest control services since we remodeled our old house and then put a new one up. We've been using Terminix for many years now and the service is automatically scheduled. The tech calls me when he's gonna come out and he does really good service in spraying inside and everything.

We do the termite service with Terminix. It's preventive as well as they got bait traps around the house. When the termites get into the bait traps, they come out and check the bait traps and replace the bait if they needed to. They found them in several locations in certain times. But most of the time, we're usually clear. They cleaned up the colonies that are closer to the house. They also changed the bait over from a regular bait to the permanent stuff so that they're just gonna be coming out less often.

Terminix was very easy to get ahold of and they came pretty quickly once we had the quote. They came in and sprayed, and then put down traps for some mice we thought we had in the house. The technician was very professional and very helpful.

I saw bees around my house. The second guy from Terminix came along and he explained the bee thing. He knew so much about everything and was totally amazing. He also sprayed a bit in a couple of places thereafter. I also had ants on one side of the house and Terminix put out some bug stuff that seemed to get rid of them. Since the service, I haven't seen the bees but I think that there are still some underneath my house. They're not supposed to be able to get underneath my house because it's in a concrete foundation. Still, I hear them all the time and that's upsetting.

We’re set on a quarterly preventative service with Terminix and if something manifests itself in the meantime, we’d call them. We’re about due for service this month and we have quite a bit more activity with ants and spiders around the facility. So far, the techs who have come out have been fine. My first guy was Dave and he was outstanding. He was extremely thorough, communicative, and professional. When he was here, I saw the flea boards everywhere, he was spraying here and there, and knocking down all the cobwebs and nests of bees or wasps. I was also here for one of the recent visits this year and the techs who came out asked if we had any particular issues then went about their business. However, I feel like we used get better treatment from them.

One of the neighbors had some termites and we live pretty close. I signed a contract with Terminix and didn’t read the contract like I'm supposed to do so I had to use it for a year. It cost me $875 and I thought it was a one time fee, but it wasn't. After that, it will be another $100 every time they come out. They come out every couple of months. They treat for termites and then they made it sound like I save so much money if I'm going ahead and combine it with the pest control contract. My other neighbor got that contract and that one was another $200 and some for the pest control. Every time they come back out it seems like most of the time they wanna spray outside or do all inside also, but I don’t ever have them come inside ‘cause I don’t have that many problems, and that would be another charge too. They're overpriced and a total rip-off. I won't be using them anymore.

Terminix has done a great job on our mice problem. We went to Florida and the little critters invaded the house. We've got service from Terminix for a year now and I'm very happy with them. Scheduling a service is a good experience and they're flexible. They came out and checked the traps and re-baited them and also sprayed for spiders. And, I haven't noticed any other pest problem since they came out last time.

We had spiders and ants so I tried Terminix out. With all the technicians that had come out, I only had a problem with one. The others had put granulates down on the ground around my house and I wanted this technician to do the same. That, along with what they spray at the base of the house, creates a good barrier for the insects. But the technician acted like he didn’t want to do it so I called Terminix to complain and tell them to send somebody else out. They’ve got to remember that the customer is paying for the service and more or less, the customer knows his house and what kind of invasions are in his house. If I give the technician a rough idea of what I have, then that will give him an idea on what to put out. The guy I complained about came back the very next day, did what I had him do and redid the whole house.

Terminix comes monthly and their reps and techs have been excellent. Now there's minimal pest activity in my home. I'm happy I decided to go with the contract versus having to call every time.

The salesman from Terminix was very informative and then the one who came out to treat the pests was excellent. I felt very comfortable with him. And I would recommend both the salesman and technician. I've not had any more pests in the house since the service and I have found some dead mice outside. So, that was good.

One night, my wife and her daughter were sitting and they saw a little bug crawling on the floor. It had wings and it wasn’t a termite. A day or two went by and they saw a couple more, so I thought the bugs were coming up out of the crack in the baseboard. Terminix had a thing advertising on television about a free inspection, so we called them and asked about it and they came out. When the technicians got under the house, they said they couldn’t get into the area where the room was because it was too tight. They put sprays out next to the house in the front with the holes and put the things on the house 15 or 20 feet apart.

I just started a regular service with Terminix and recently had my first service with them. They gave me a termite inspection first and then they came in and sprayed for the bugs. Everything seems to be fine and everything is working well so far. It was a very satisfactory experience.

Our experience with Terminix has been 95% positive. The people who do the work are friendly and accommodating and the only occasional glitch we have is with scheduling. Normally, there’s an advance notice by e-mail and a follow-up call before the service, but this last time, my wife and I didn’t get either. We normally like to have the person come in the house or at least get inside the garage to look around, but when he came, we weren’t here and we missed that opportunity. That normally doesn’t happen.

We noticed some spiders and things. We were also having a lot of ants last year. Terminix comes out every three months and they recently came out and did the normal spraying. When we first started, we had a guy that came and we had someone else take over his route. Then he left the company or went to another route, because this last time, it was an older gentleman who said he was kinda retired but was covering for the other one.

Terminix was cheaper than the other company we were using so I got them and I've had them for less than a year now. I recently had them come out and do a treatment on the inside and outside. And a few weeks later, I saw a couple of ants and a couple spiders. I called them and a week and a half later, they got out here and did a treatment. Then a couple of weeks later, I have ants coming in my house all over the place which I only had one or two prior to that. I called Terminix and they came out and did another treatment but I had already used a Raid Ant Bait thing. The ants were starting to disappear but with Terminix doing the extra treatment, they did disappear.

My experience with Terminix has been fantastic and I love my representative. He comes when he's supposed to and we chat a little bit. I tell him what I want him to look at, he looks at it and checks everything. We have a great relationship. I had carpenter ants last year when I first started using Terminix. And their rep came in and explained to me what he was gonna do, and he did it. He also told me to look for a few stragglers and that I shouldn't see anything, but if that didn’t happen, I should call them back and I could get them to spray again for free and everything he told me happened and I am thrilled. And this year, I did not have the ants but I had some situation with some big, brown bug. And I called him in between the time that he was supposed to come in the normal scheduled appointment and he came and took care of that. I would recommend Terminix to anyone and I already did. They are great.

Terminix's reps are very fast and very efficient when they come out. I always get different ones so I have to explain to them what I want them to spray for. I figured they need to know. Some of them get really into detail which is great to learn things and they educate me about different insects and the mice. They also check the boxes to make sure there’s nothing in them. I’m in a one bedroom house with a garage attached and they get done pretty quickly. They also tell me that they'll spray the outside of the house as well and up by the windows, so I can open my windows without worrying about something crawling in. It’s been really good since they've been coming out. Then yesterday, I was going out my door and there was a snake. I ran back in the house because I was nervous. Then I called my fiancé right away and he told me to call Terminix.

We had a good experience with Terminix. They came out to do a routine termite inspection. They call us to schedule the service. If I can't make it, I call them back. I select a date and then we work around both of our schedules. The techs are professional. They tell me when they’re on their way and I can track them when they are going to be there. However, it is not easy to cancel a plan.

I love the tech Terminix usually sends out to death. He's very nice. But this last time, it took me a while to get somebody to call me back. I was trying to call a certain person because the tech who comes out to the house to do the spraying gave me that person's card. He told me to call that person in a couple of weeks and let that person know what's going on and if I need him to come back. I called once and I waited. I figured they would called me back but they didn't. It was a week or so later and I had to call them back again. I was finally able to have someone come back out and they redid the furniture and the bedding part. Other than that, I haven't had any trouble with pest activities since they came out.

Terminix does routine service for us and they had scheduled for us for the front yard but our backyard was locked, so we rescheduled to get the back done. The technician came on time and did a good job. The ants and other things have been better since then but we've had trouble with some spiders.

Terminix is doing decently and I have no qualms with them. As far as I can tell, I don’t have a termite problem anymore and their technician, Al, comes by every three months. He generally calls and asks if it's okay if he comes on a certain day as he works on his scheduling. Since I don’t have to be here to hold his hand, I don’t care. He does his bit and leaves a little note and tells me about it and then I get the bill which is rather a smooth functioning. I get ants once in a while in the spring but Al is able to take care of that as well.

We first started out with Terminix because our neighbors had their service. Bugs had come to our house and it took a while for us not to see any. We now have the quarterly maintenance service of Terminix and they've been doing a good job. When I called in, Terminix usually had the time for our service scheduled and if I couldn't be there at that time, I could always cancel and ask for a different date. They asked if I have any questions. Also, they offered discounts to me if I wanna have other services because we're senior citizens. The technicians that they've sent out have been good, professional-acting, and courteous. But a couple of times when they were supposed to come out, some technicians didn’t show up and they didn’t call. The technicians mostly did the outside, then they came in three months ago for prevention. Terminix is pretty good to go with.

I’ve used Terminix for years. I just moved to a new location, from Terre Haute to Kokomo, and I transferred my account. I had some ants in my kitchen area and because I had moved into a new house, I wanted to get going with getting rid of any insects that might be causing problems. After I moved, Terminix had called me to set up an appointment, not knowing that I had moved. And so, I told them I moved. Everything was hectic. That was last fall and I wanted to wait until spring to do anything and they said that would be fine. So, they called in the spring to see if I was ready to start up and I said yes. We chose the time and the date, and everything went from there.

We had concerns with spiders and mosquitoes, and the Terminix rep sat down with us and explained what exactly he could do to help us. There were two treatments for mosquitoes and an initial one for spiders, and our problem went away. My experience with Terminix, including my interaction with the rep when scheduling the service, have been very positive. The tech has been great and he was extremely professional.

I called in a black ant problem and Terminix came out. They said what they were gonna do and if we were going to have problems, to give them a call back. I'm not too happy with Terminix right now because they came and exterminated last month and the problem is not going away. They were gonna come today but I had a VA appointment at 2:30 and they said they’d be at the house between 1:00 and 5:00 so I couldn’t be there. And I don’t appreciate waiting till next Friday. There’s nothing I can do about it in the meantime.

Terminix had somebody cold-calling on the neighborhood, and they approached me. I was outside my property, and I agreed for them to come out. We had a couple of ants in the house, and a couple of days before being solicited, I bought some things to supposedly help take care of that, but we haven't had the house looked at for anything, so I told Terminix to come out and do their service for maintenance. Two people came and one was more experienced -- he may have been a manager. Their professionalism was excellent. They did their work, and I was happy with it.

Terminix sprayed for ants around four weeks ago and then we just found some more yesterday. So they just scheduled a return visit. The technician, Brad, would do another quick barrier spray and it should help that. What I'm hoping to do is just to have the treatment done for the summer and then I'm gonna call next spring and have it done again. I hope they're coming to do it every three months. Their representatives have been good and Brad, the technician I've been working with is really nice and good at what he's doing. He sent me a text to let me know he was on his way.

When the person from Terminix comes out every Friday in our apartment community, he does different apartments that have different needs such as spraying for ants, roaches or spiders. He's very nice, polite, and friendly. He also makes sure he greets the residents and notices when he comes in. He does a good job, we’re very satisfied with him and we're very happy with Terminix.

On 6/12 called and scheduled a service today for ant removal between 8AM and noon. Called at 1PM since no-one had shown and they said he is not answering his phone and I found out that I was his only service call for today. No one can find him and I asked for his boss to call me and no-one called. Calling customer service you have hold times over 10 min. So I told them to cancel and remove my CC from their system. I would not recommend Terminix.

I’m doing some construction on my house and we noticed what appeared to be some type of termite near my house so I called Terminix that day. A representative came and the next day, someone from Terminix came and put the traps down around the perimeter of the house, which was good. It was easy to schedule the service call. I asked if the tech could come tomorrow at 2:00, and he said, “Yeah, I’ll fit you right in.” I was trying to get some project completed and the guy fit me in. He was very helpful. Terminix is a good company and I’d recommend them.

We have tiny burrowing holes in some of our wood and I have what I thought was powder post beetles so I called Terminix. It's always good to have a random check as well. We had gotten communication in the mail with some kind of coupon and that was why I chose Terminix. And those coupons worked out in my favor. Erin came out and did the initial assessment. She was very helpful and informative, and I appreciated her a lot. The fellow who did the spraying was good also. But it's been a month and I feel like there's an outbreak of powder post beetles. I'm going to see if they would come back out and check again. That aside, Terminix has good customer service. They did a good job and I would recommend them.

One of my bedroom floors was sinking in, and I thought the problem might be termites. Still, I didn't know for sure, so I called them and they came out to check it. The representative who came out was very professional. Their technicians drilled the holes and put liquid stuff in them. Then they took cement and closed holes up. They also did my crawlspace. Since the service, I haven't seen any termites. I recommend Terminix.

I had Justin come out and he was very nice, but I thought we solved the issue and we didn’t. He put pellets down on his last visit and it seemed like it got the nest, but I have discovered more ants. I have an indoor pool with planting around the edge and dirt. I’ve spent a lot of money and I still have ants. I wish we had used the pellets at the beginning because that seemed to be what killed the ants. Whatever were in the pellets really eradicated them, at least for a while. The people at Terminix have done everything they could, but I still have a problem.

The ones that I had before who were coming out monthly went up a bit high and I didn't want to pay that much. I had some friends whose parents were using Terminix and said that they did real good. So I went with them and they would spray and put the boxes down every three months. So far, I've had about four different technicians since I've been with them. The first one was a lady. She came out, sprayed around my kitchen, the upstairs, downstairs, and she put a few boxes out. And next time, I had another lady, she was out here twice but she quit. Then they got another guy that came out and he was the best one that I've had.

Terminix came here most recently for our routine service, but before that, I called them for ants that their guy had dealt with. I got a notification that said when the appointment would be, and I touched base with the representative in the area and he said it was the next day, which ended up being the day after that but we worked it out here. The tech was great, and I think the ants are all dead after the service.

We are a public library and we've had patrons stung by hornets before. So, if we see hornets, we call Terminix and they always have been very good at coming in and taking care of our hornet problem for us in a timely manner. I haven't noticed any pests since the last service they did. Also, the technicians who have come out have always been courteous to us. It’s usually the same person who comes unless they moved to someplace else or if there is a turnover.

I have a year-round protection and Terminix comes out quarterly to spray and inspect. They let me know a day or so in advance before they would come out so we could have the outside open for them. Also, the tech that comes out usually calls or texts a day before. And I'm usually home to help him if he needs inside the house or in the attic. I've been with them for about a year now and they came out for a routine inspection and control the last time. We’ve been very pleased with them, mostly because we started this contract in a different state where we owned a different property and then moved. That contract was honored when we moved and we've had excellent service on both states. Terminix has been very easy to work with and are very open and willing to listen.

Quite some time ago, we wanted to be sure if we had termites and we wanted to be protected from the reappearance. We got Terminix and the service has been fine. The tech put in traps and bait stations. Now, we don't have any pest activity.

We get service from Terminix as a preventive measure. We have a space above us that is leaky where most of the bugs come from. The same Terminix technician comes once a month and he is good. I've known him forever.

Terminix looked at moles when they most recently came out. I called them and the service was set up. Then, the tech came out and put poison baits and sticky traps. The activity has decreased quite a bit since then. I'm very satisfied with Terminix although I don't like the automated phone system. It would be nice to talk to someone local when you first get set up instead of calling the national call center.

I was satisfied with my experience with Terminix. Recently, they came out and they went into different rooms. They put in a little ant stuff to get rid of the ants, and they went outside and sprayed the pests out there. The technicians were very nice and professional too. Since the technicians came out, there were a few ants after the first visit and then, they did a follow-up in a couple of areas. I still see a few ants in a couple of other areas and it's on new places so perhaps that's where we didn’t have them spray anything on.

Terminix has exceeded my expectations. I started with Terminix around 2007 and then a few years ago, I moved to another company that Terminix bought up. I had a serious ant problem and they were invading a little bit in our house so I called up Terminix and they were able to come out quickly and they got it resolved right away. Also, scheduling the service normally goes fine. We had some trouble with scheduling a few years ago when the main call center that I called in said that they scheduled it but it wasn’t. They had some system glitch. But since then, I've been calling in to my local Terminix office and it's been fine doing it that way.

For the 4 years that I've used Terminix, I've had no problems with them and the service was fine. They were knowledgeable and they took care of the issues. When I scheduled a service, I called them and the technicians would come in. The buildings are extremely old and not well-field so we had some repeat issues for the pests but it's understandable. I'm done using their service because our system is set up and goes out to bid and the lowest bidder won. Still, I was very happy with the Terminix service.

I scheduled a quarterly service with Terminix. We were having bad ants and since their first application, which went really smooth, I've seen an improvement. The tech was also on time and very informal. So far, it's been good with them.

I had Terminix when I was in Tennessee and they came to our house about four times a year. I’m in Indianapolis now and I just had them out one time and they’re gonna come again once every 3 months. They call to tell me when they’re gonna be there. Because it was the first time the technician came in the house, he did some extra spraying. But most of the time, they just go around outside, spraying. We were having a spider or a bug which we call potato bug occasionally. But since the treatment I’ve seen a few spiders and any of the other bugs but not as many as we had before.

Terminix comes out to our house every three months. In their most recent visit, the lady who came was very good. She did a full spray on the outside under the eaves, something that none of the other guys have ever done. They just sprayed the corners of the eaves. But, she sprayed so well on the outside that the ants moved inside for a while. But I just sprayed them with bug killer and it seemed to have stopped them. However, she didn’t tell us that she had taken over so she was going to be the one staying here. But that was what the last three people have told us and none of them made a third visit.

I have had nothing but problems getting someone to come to two different properties I have under contract with Terminix. They make appointments and can’t keep them. Waste of my time. And I will be looking for a local pest control company with more responsive time and answering my concerns.

We have called several occasions. Had several reps come out. One rep recently came out. I would say it’s almost to three months now. Told us to save the wood that we removed from our home so that they could later determined with the boss what type of termite it was but Yep I in fact have termites but he needed to know what coverage I had to whether or not they were going to cover it. Undoubtedly have termites and have not heard back from them since we have held our bond in agreement with them for years/Do you hundred dollars later we continue to replace wood after wood/waiting for this rep and his boss to come back to determine whether or not they’re going to fix the termite infestation problem. I have emailed them. I’ve called. I’m exhausted. Contact me if you’ve had the same problem. I had to give them one star at least to leave this review. Overall the gentleman was very polite. That was it!!! Cabin slowly eating away.

My experience with Terminix has always been good. They came most recently for a routine service, and the technician was fine.

Recently, I had a Terminix service call for roaches. I did everything online and the representative on the phone was awesome. They called me and we talked on the phone. They've only been out one time so far for the initial stuff and they're not due back out 'til August. And the technician who came out that first time did pretty good. I assume they know what they're doing but I still have critters and that's fine as I have patience. I recommend Terminix. I had a good experience with them.

Every time the Terminix service comes around, I get somebody new but I liked Todd, the new tech who came out. He was very good and thorough. I try to walk around with him so I understand the work being done and he was great. We've got contracts for my barn and my house and he did a really good job on each place so I was very happy with him. I am on a quarterly plan with Terminix and in my most recent one, one of my rentals needed some work. The tenant thought they had termite damage or some termites in the deck and so I called Todd to check it. So he did and it wasn’t termites but the sap that seeped through the wood. I can understand why the tenant thought so but there were some ants and so I told him that since he was already there, he should do a treatment on the house to take care of any critters that may be around it.

We had a visit from the man that comes out and sprays for the bugs once a month. But in just a couple of days, we were noticing a lot of spiders and bugs. I called into their customer service. They are very responsive whenever I call and have an issue. The rep asked me what my problems were and tried to get the appropriate information. They said that they would give me our specialist and he was sent back to spray again. When he came in, he asked "How’s things going?” or “Are you noticing any problems?” just like what he does every month. He's always very nice and personable. He’s also always concerned with our satisfaction with their service. Since then, we're not seeing as many spiders anymore even though it’s very easy for us to have bugs come in since our doors are open and shut all the time. Overall, Terminix's doing a fine job.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Terminix. They come and treat the outside of our home quarterly. When my service is due, I'd get some type of email indicating it. I'll get a call from them within five days or longer, and they were very pleasant when I speak with them. When I am here and I talk with the individual that's treating the house, he usually discusses what he's doing. He has been to my house before and he is always very cordial.

We've been with Terminix for about 10 years. They schedule our appointments then they do their thing and I pay my bill. Recently, they came out, walked around the house, and sprayed. It was pretty easy. Frank, our technician, is always funny. Sometimes he gives us a little advice and he’s good at that. Last year, we tried their mosquito program and it was a disaster. We had more mosquitoes with the program than without, so we're not doing it this year.

They came out again and reapplied for spiders. As of right now it seems to have been affective. So for their efforts and how pleasant they are, I’ll give them 5 stars.

Terminix recently sprayed around the exterior of our home for house side pests. The technician that is normally here seems to do a very good job. But we’ve had a few more spiders this year than we’ve done in past when we didn’t have them set up. We have a regular service set up with them as preventative. However, I’d like to be able to change, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to do that yet. And, they’re getting very expensive.

We had a nasty little infection of bed bugs. Terminix came for their second visit and we are scheduled for two more. The scheduling was hard since my roommate and I have a lot of doctor appointments and so we got mixed up a couple of times. But we called and let them know that we had to leave at a certain time and they were always here. We left it where they could come in while we were gone and get the work done, so it worked out. We don't get to talk to them a lot but if we had a question, we would call them on the phone and ask them to go over what they did that day. And they always answered the calls and our questions. While bed bugs are one of the hardest things to get rid of, the Terminix service has made a difference. We don't have as many bed bugs now and nobody's getting bit up like we were before.

I have quarterly service of termite and pest control with Terminix. But I understand they’re changing the termite control where it’ll be once a year type of deal. Their technicians are great. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do. So far, our experience with them has been fine and I’d tell others to get Terminix. My son-in-law got them too.

I had termites and I got Terminix to help me with that. I've been their customer for at least five years now and their service is expensive. Manny's a little better. Other than that, I have a regular technician and he's excellent.

Terminix came out about a month ago when we discovered that we had a problem and they put the Terminix system in and they sprayed outside for all kind of bugs. They also put stuff up in the attic for mice but it hasn’t been long enough yet for them to come back. I have tried to go on and set that up in my account, too. But, every time, it says I’m doing something wrong. Nevertheless, the tech was good. Also, boring bees have been laying their eggs and drilling holes underneath our wood out here in the deck. And then the woodpeckers went after them. So that really did some damage on our deck. But since Terminix came out last week and sprayed there, we haven't any had woodpeckers back or the bees. They’ve done what they have said they would do, and it seems to be taking care of the problem.

I was selling a house in Delaware, and I wanted to certify that it was termite-free. An inspector noted on an inspection report that he thought there was termite damage. I didn’t think so, but I asked the Terminix man to come out, verify that, and mitigate it. He certified that it wasn’t termite damage, and we wrote a warranty for a year for the new buyer. It was a very positive experience. The tech seemed to have known his business. He was also very polite and did everything we asked him in a timely manner.

I had an issue with bees flying out there and had to get it resolved. I had Terminix out that time and the technician that came out was fine. The bees are not as thick but I still got them flying out there. I don’t need Terminix every time so I’m just gonna call them as needed.

We’ve used Terminix in the past but as a onetime go-around and we set up an actual contract this time. We had wasps and bees recently and the rep was able to set up an appointment very quickly 'cause I called through the 1-800 number. I asked if there were any discounts and he opted to offer me a coupon. He was courteous and friendly. Also, the web app works great. We're in a rural area so timing can be a little odd, but their timing was pretty accurate. The tech that came went around and explained what he had to do, and he sprayed the exterior really well. I have not seen the same wasps that we had, which is good.

We bought a house that sat empty for two or three years so it needed a lot of pest control. Signing up with Terminix was very easy. They come out for a routine thing and so far, I’m a happy customer. Scheduling the service was fine. The technician that comes out is not always the same person, but they walk around and spray. They are nice and friendly. Since they started coming out, we have less pest activity. It’s summertime, so sometimes they get a little worse, but that’s expected. I’m not irrational with my expectations but it’s been good. Terminix is good. In fact, I recommended them to my brother and he is using them now.

The day we started 37 years ago, we just bought our house and inspected by another inspection company. But the Terminix reps went door to door asking if we wanted an inspection. We had termites in the house and they got back to that. That's how we started our contract. We have pest control and they come every four months to do the outside. We had a fleas problem and they took care of that in December. There are also bees that are out in the yeard and they dig holes. I called and the reps told me to put ammonia down the hall. They gave me something to try first before they came out and spray and that worked. They also gave me an information about something over the counter. The customer service is great and they take time to answer all of my questions.

We get quarterly visits from Terminix and they're fine to have in the home. When they come out, they have quite an open window that they show up in and they usually give us a call when they’re on their way. Their reps are very friendly and they do exactly what we want them to do. I would recommend Terminix.

I called for first time service with Terminix, 3 times in a row no one showed up to my scheduled appointment time. They apologized and said my name kept getting pushed back in their system. They gave me a $30 cr credit, which I personally didn’t feel was enough to make up for all the inconvenience but... My final bill was supposed to be $159, with the $30 credit. The tech tried to charge me $210. He told me to call the 1-800 number and sort it out. I called...they told me it has been fixed. I check my account...I was charged $170. I call Terminix demanding a complete refund, explains ALL of the inconvenience and now the wrong charge. They refused to refund my money or fix the amount they charged me. I had to dispute my charge with the bank. Way to NOT fix your mistakes and make things right Terminix.

Bought the pest control and not working - Have more roaches and pests than prior to when they did a inspection and supposedly bait etc. Waiting for revisit as just tonight had another huge water bug roach, So if they can't do what is needed, will cancel the pest control.

We’ve been Terminix customers for a long time and I’ve given them plenty of my business. They’ve been overall okay. But I’m not really happy with them right now. They said that they were coming out—one was for a termite inspection, and three times, no one showed up and I didn’t get calls saying why. And then one time was for a mosquito treatment, so I went with another company for that.

We use Terminix and it has been working. They call that they're coming and then they come. They were here and they sprayed outside for future carpenter ants but I’m seeing ants again. They're in the kitchen or usually on the bath, on the porch and porch chair, and upstairs.

I have a regular service set up with Terminix but I can also call them as needed. And a couple of weeks ago, they had someone remove a wasp nest from my garage. The same technician comes out for our regular service, and he has been efficient. He goes through the outside of the house. And the first time, he did the whole house, the inside and the outside. Now, he just does the outside and my deck area.

We used the services of Terminix one time for a termite treatment and it was great. We were infected by a previous termite infestation and they did the treatment inside the walls of the building. The tech who came out was great as well and the pest were gone after the service. We are happy.

Terminix comes to my house for quarterly service. They came out and sprayed for ants. And when they sprayed for ants, it made it worse than it made it better but I haven't had the time to even call them back or anything. And then I also need to get a hold of them again because we got lots of spiders and stuff in our front yard. And the ants, they love that stuff. But other than that, they did a pretty good job. They’ll work with me with the schedule. The technicians are friendly. If you ask a question, they're gonna answer you. I like that about Terminix too. They give a good service with their timeliness and helps you out that way if you're working or had a bad experience.

Terminix handles our regular preventative spraying. We usually schedule the service twice a month. Logan’s an excellent service tech. I've been working with the company for 15 years already.

I've had Schendel for more than 10 years but then they were bought by Terminix. More recently, we had seen some evidence of some boards in our house being eaten by termites. We also saw this a couple more times at the corner of our house. So, we pay money every year and now we expect Terminix to have a run by once a year and look at everything. Working with their technicians has been really pleasant. We also got sticky traps from them and we have them all over the house. This makes me feel safer. We even caught a mouse in one of the traps recently. Since their service, we haven't found any evidence of termites.

We had cockroaches and Terminix has been out at our place many times. I call them for service and I've been well pleased with the technicians who have been at our place. They've been doing a good job. I had one technician who has taken care of me on a regular basis and he turned out to be one of the best people I knew. He kept coming, fighting for me and tried to give me tips on what to do. I've been dealing with the cockroaches for a year and a half now and it took several treatments to finally get rid of them because the next door neighbor's place is infested with them. In the end, using Terminix worked out well and I suggest others to use their services.

I had my first appointment with Terminix. Their technician was great and she placed a lot of traps and bait. However, I'm still seeing pest activity here and there so I wanted them to come back out. I was supposed to have a free checkup a while back but they never came. Nevertheless, I'm good with their service and I highly recommend them for coming out and getting the job done.

I had ants and I had a scheduled appointment with Terminix so I just waited until they came. The technician was very polite. Since having the regular appointments with them I no longer have termites and when I call for insect issues, they come right out and take care of it so I'm satisfied. I would recommend Terminix.
