Terminix came for a routine visit recently and it was fine. I also had a fine interaction with the technician that was sent out. He was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. All in all I would recommend them.

I'm satisfied with the Terminix services we've had so far. I like it and everything is fine. They're scheduled to come out every three months. They always call me to inform that they're going to be here and they know that they should be here in the morning. The technicians do the same thing every time and I am here most of the times when they show up so I tell them what specific places I need to be sprayed. They're friendly people and they're doing a good job. Our situation now has improved and everything seems to be a lot better than before they started.

I'm pretty much pleased with Terminix. Recently, they came and sprayed the house as a routine quarterly service. They scheduled it for me. This particular time, I had a decent guy. I got a message from them that he was on his way, then he called personally to let me know he's 15 minutes away. I was in between working, so I asked, “Could you please spray the house first, so I can go back to work?” which the tech did. I left him and I saw he started spraying the outside. I was pleased. Normally, I see little roaches and bugs but I haven't seen any of that. Out of all the different ones who came out to my house, I really liked the recent tech who came. I hope he's the one that’s going to keep my account.
I've recommended Terminix to my friend because she ended up having some bedbugs. She bought some mattresses from a furniture store, and her children had these marks on them. The doctor was treating them for scabies, then she thought it was fleas. After that time, I was like, “Let me call the man who did my Terminix inspection.” He came out and inspected my friend's house. She had bedbugs from the mattresses because they were in box springs. If I had another friend having problems, I would do the same.

I have 2 rental properties where I have Terminix come out for annual termite inspection and also for quarterly rodent treatment. Sometimes I have problems not knowing exactly the time frame to notify the tenants in time so someone will be there or I could get there if I don’t have other appointments. They should phone up in advance so they can make arrangements to be there or I could be available. Still, the representatives are courteous and the technicians have also been very courteous and try to accommodate based on my needs.
However, not having pest activity improved a little bit but not enough for me to continue the pest control service. I didn’t feel as though the insect treatment was very effective. It’s probably because the renters are not doing what they needed to do on their end as well, so it may have become as a result. I don’t know if what they’re using is one of a kind but I have gone to Home Depot and bought a spray myself, sprayed it, and it came out much cheaper than what I’m paying Terminix. I don’t have a problem with them doing the termite inspection but I didn’t think the pest control would work when I’m paying what I was paying them for it and not getting a good clean result.

I had too many ants in my house and I set up to have some ant service with Terminix. And scheduling the service was easy. I just gave them a call and they gave me a time that they were available, and one that worked for me. I spoke with the Terminix representative on the phone, and our interaction was straight forward. The technician did a very good job. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and he explained everything. And after the service, the ants were all gone in three days. Terminix is highly recommended.

I'm very happy with Terminix. I've had them for several years and I have a quarterly service with them. I wasn't home for the most recent service but I got a detailed report afterward. And I don't have any bug issues, which keeps me happy. I have the same tech who comes out the whole time I've had the service. He's very professional and friendly. And every time he comes out, he takes care of any new wasp nests that are formed and then he treats the areas.

Terminix does an annual inspection, and we've been using the service for four years. And they call to set up a schedule. Terminix is doing fine and so far, I'm satisfied. But, it would be better if the service was cheaper. Their technicians have been nice and courteous, and they do good work. I'm happy with it, and I'd tell my friends that if they got to have termite insurance, Terminix is good.

Terminix came out recently to do the annual inspection for termites. Scheduling the service was completely automated. And they came out, did what they had to do, and left. My wife has been really happy with the lady who does the spraying. Their service did what it was supposed to do, and so far, they've been very professional.

I had ant problems and for our first service with Terminix, I had an overly weight person come to my house. He couldn’t handle the stuff to do it properly and couldn’t get up underneath my deck where I wanted him to go. He also didn’t spray around the back doors and I was not really happy with him at all. But the latest one went fine. They do the scheduling for me. They just call to let me know when my treatment's supposed to be done and then make arrangements for me to be there or for them to come in and do the treatment outside. I haven’t had any ants since using their service. Overall, I had a pretty good experience with them.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix and it has been easy to schedule with them. I just call them up and they’ll schedule it in the system if there’s a change. Their technicians walk us through the areas that they are going to spray and then they give us background information on what they’re spraying and how long it’s going to last. We have a baby in the house so they made sure that the baby won’t be able to get towards where they’re spraying their chemicals at, and they made sure to let us know where they sprayed in the areas that the baby will be in. Their service is great. I was using them for a year then I stopped and picked them back up three years after that first year. And I've been using them now for two years.

We’re pleased with Terminix. One of the problems is the stink bugs and according to them, they can’t get rid of them ‘cause of their armor. In years past, we’ve had a carpenter ant problem and we just want to stay on top of it so it doesn’t happen again. Their techs are very friendly and I’m happy with them. The tech treats the outside. And he came inside once because our ladybug problem is pretty bad. We had tons of them last winter. It was ridiculous and he wanted to spray a little bit inside. Since spraying the ladybug problem is definitely down considerably. On scheduling they give you a window to come when they’re coming, like a two-hour window. And they let you know by text, maybe email also but I usually see it on my phone, approximately when they’ll be here like in 10 minutes or when they’re coming they’ll say, “He’s on his way” and it’s nice to know that.

Terminix periodically comes for our maintenance service. And they send me both a voice message and a text when it’s time for service. The technician does a good job and he usually leaves a message and says he was here and asks if I have any questions which I rarely do. One time, I told him I saw a row of ants and he came out and quickly attended to it. I’ve been very happy with my experience with Terminix, and they’re very professional and very responsive.

My mom always had a problem with bedbugs in my sister's room. Somebody suggested Terminix to me and I called them. The guy who came to inspect made the first appointment on the 9th of December and when he came out, he took his time with us. Then, their tech came out on the 26th to do the treatment. I was the one that scheduled that second appointment and our experience with their tech was a little iffy. The inspector told us that when the tech comes out, he would give us two more covers, but that didn't happen. So far, I haven't seen any bedbugs since Terminix was here. But my mother said she saw two rats the other day on the second floor, so we still have a problem with rodents. The tech told us to give the treatment some time to let it work, though. Other than that, Terminix was very professional and if anybody had a problem with pests, I would recommend them.

I have been happy with the service with Terminix. I’ve always been very well satisfied with the gentleman who has been serving me for some time, and it makes a difference when you get the same guy because there is a certain amount of trust that goes along with it. He is a very kind and courteous gentleman. I've been with the company for 6 years and I'm on a scheduled service with them. And they respond whenever I have a need for something in between the service calls. They’ve always been kind enough to make arrangements for me on that. I've had an excellent overall service.

We moved into the house and we have tiny ants. We've been fighting them for years. I have a contract with Terminix. They come out four times a year. They text and call me when it's time for service. The tech who comes to our home is very pleasant. He asks me if we've had any activities and where at. And then, he puts whatever he needs to put down. He's also given us traps. The pest activity in our home has decreased tremendously since starting our service with Terminix. It's convenient just having it set up.

Terminix people spray for ants every three months. They call me and let me know when the person is scheduled to come. If it's inconvenient, I let them know and they schedule a different time. It's really a great service and I'm really appreciative of it. The technicians have all been very pleasant too. Our service tech is usually Leo although sometimes it's somebody different. They ring the doorbell and we have a little conversation. They ask me if there are any specific problems then they go around the house. In the end, they knock on the door, give me the bill and tell me if they see any problems. Ants were the big problem around here but with Terminix, we haven't had any. I'd recommend Terminix if people are having the same kinds of problems and they ask me about it.

We have a yearly service from Terminix. Their technician was very informative and very nice. He recently came to see if there were termites under our crawlspace and he did his job. Scheduling a service with them was fine. However, the last time, we didn’t know he was coming. Their scheduler said that they just put that on his schedule, so he wasn’t able to call us before he came but that wasn’t any problem. Fortunately, he said there was no sign of termites and we haven’t seen any ants or anything from the outside. So far, we’ve been very well satisfied with them. If others would need their service, I’d recommend them.

For quite some period of time, Terminix kept having our account in arrears or past due, because we haven’t paid the bill, and I said it’s because they never sent us one. That probably evolved over five different conversations on the same subject from different people at Terminix. We said that we paid and it was an online bill pay that we used. They were about to turn it over to collection, then I told the Terminix person who was calling from some central office someplace, that we had paid it, and I said it’s check number so-and-so, and it cleared in such-and-such a date, and she asked if I could send them or fax them a copy of the check and I said “Sure, I can do that”. Once they got that, they called back and said that they're turning it over to whatever department that processes the payments. But the fact of the matter is that it went over several months.
When the actual technician came to do the next service, he said “How are things?” and I said “Well, with you, fine, but I have trouble with your billing people, because they say they send me a bill, but they never do”. So, he called his office and he said “Can they email it to you” and I said “Fine”, and within 5 minutes, I had it, so he and his local office were great. But I wonder if, corporately, there was a little dysfunction going on. Nevertheless, pest activity has been fine. They did what they’re supposed to do. On occasion, we may get some ants between services, and we just call a technician and he comes right over and takes care of it. We’ve been a customer of Terminix close to 30 years. If we didn’t like the service, we wouldn’t have certainly stayed with them that long, but the billing thing was about to drive me to go look at another exterminating service, except that I liked the local technician who actually does the work.

I had Terminix for several years. There was a disruption in service due to household changes. Since I’ve been back with the company, it’s been the same gentleman that comes in to service my home. He is very respectful and thorough. It was a positive experience the last time he came. He was pretty receptive in addressing my concerns. Also, I spoke with a Terminix rep regarding a credit card that may have been expired, and this rep was friendly.

Everything is always great with Terminix. They come out every three months and treat. They send me an email and also call to remind me that they're coming out. I talk to the technician all the time, and he's great. He asks what our problems are or if we are seeing a lot of roaches. And, if we are, he takes care of them. He changes the spray for whatever it needs to be. We are surrounded by wood, so we're always going to have a roach here and there, but we've had no major problems since we've been using Terminix. They provide great service and I can depend on them.

We were having an issue with wasps and ants, so I called Terminix in the hopes that next summer, we won't have to deal with those bugs again. Scheduling with them was pretty easy. I called and they set me up and then from there, I could schedule my appointments online. They said the best option would be the plan where they come by quarterly to spray.
The technicians were fine as well. The first person that came out the first two times was great. He sprayed where I needed him to spray and then showed me whenever he found a nest and that he got rid of it. He was mindful that I have kids under the age of five so he made sure where to put what and let me know where he sprayed so I wouldn't have them in those areas. Terminix came out in September and came back in December but we hadn't seen any ants or wasps between that time period. However, it's already fall going into winter so I'd probably notice more going into spring 'cause that's when we typically see the ants and the wasps come out.

I had a rodent issue that Terminix took care of. They were pretty accurate on scheduling, calling and verifying the time that they would be here. I have a pest control technician and a technician that dealt with the rodent issue. Their techs were very upfront and answered my questions and concerns. I would refer them to other customers if anybody needed the same service.

I had to call Terminix for some ant problems. I pay them monthly, but they come out every quarter or if I got ants. They've been out here a few times and my agent's pretty good. He was not only doing his job but he actually cared. He gave me his card and said to just call him and he'd take care of our bug problems which he has done every time. The most recent time my agent was here, he spent half an hour in the kitchen and we haven't seen an ant since then. He also put the termite inspection on the backhand. And at times when he couldn't make it, they sent a supervisor and two other men and got rid of the pests for a while which eventually came back. I didn't want to call at the time, but they told me not to hesitate and that they'd come out 50 times if they have to. The best advertisement's a satisfied customer and I'd give them a good recommendation. I've been in the same place 38 years and Terminix gave me one loyal employee who loves what he's doing. I'd take that over a handful of good workers.

Terminix is good. Their last visit was several months ago and the tech is always great. We have really good service. Scheduling is excellent as well. They usually call or send an email, and if we have an issue, then I'll call and reschedule, but they usually set it up. Since having them, the pest has definitely been under control. We are happy and would recommend it.

I bought an outdoor furniture that's in a box that needed to be put together. I put it on my back patio and waited until I had time to do it which was a few weeks later. When I picked it up, I had termites in the box. They came through the expansion joint to the concrete and got to the cardboard box. I called Terminix for the first time and they had the termite guy call me. I sent him pictures and he confirmed they were termites. He was at my house in two hours. He checked my house and said they were not in my house yet, but it will be soon if they got to these boxes. So, he scheduled a treatment and told me what they would do. Three days later, they came and treated my house. I don't have termites but my neighbor does. I told the technician about that and he said that he'd be extra careful looking at everything. He took a good long time and checked the inside and outside.
I just had an inspection to continue the renewal of my termite contract. When I schedule the service with them now, their rep was able to work with me and my work schedule. I've had interactions with about four different technicians and all of them had been very good. They were very professional and seemed to care to make sure my house is the way I want it. They helped me out. I had a good experience with Terminix and they treated my house like it was their house. I got two cards from the technician who recently came and I gave them both to my neighbors after hearing that the other neighbors have termites.

Terminix came when they were supposed to. In the block of time, they came in the early part of it, which was good. He stayed outside most of the time, which is where the problems are and everything went well. I didn’t have any problems or questions. I get a lot of spiders, so they spray for that, and that’s the biggest thing that I have most of the time. I’ve had them for years, and they do good work. I’d recommend them.

My experience with Terminix has always been a very positive one. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous and always appear within the scheduled window appointment time. The products they use have completely eliminated my insect problem. I also like the fact I receive email reminders of my upcoming appointments. Great job Terminix. I would surely recommend their services.

Terminix comes quarterly and I usually get an email that they’re coming within the week of the scheduled service. Their technicians are top notch. They answer my questions and if I ask them for extra traps to leave, they do it. If I ask them to go into the house and set traps, they do it. Recently, they did the outside of the house and they put the traps out for the field mice. They then came in the house and did the basement. We hardly have any pests now.
Two years ago though we set up for the whole house to be treated and we paid for Terminix money. They were supposed to come back for a piece in the garage but they never did. I called them and they said it was a yearly thing. I was getting the runaround treatment and the guy who sold us the packet and told us he would be there for us if we needed him left the company. At that point, I gave up as it was not worth it. That was the only problem I had with Terminix. Otherwise, I would highly recommend them and tell others to use them. They are very good and I've been very happy with them.

Our dogs got fleas from the dogs next door and it was horrible. We got Terminix for that and thankfully, our girls are doing better now. I have a 10-month-old baby so that's one thing less I have to worry about. Terminix comes out monthly and their guy, Michael, was here last December. He was pretty helpful and able to answer the questions that I had at the moment. He was awesome. I have also mentioned Terminix to a few of our family members. Their service has been good but I would like a little bit of a heads-up a week ahead of their next appointment time.

We've had Terminix for 15 years. They come out every three months and as needed and so far, they've been great. Their reps were friendly and polite whenever I try to get an appointment with them. Their technicians were very compensating. They come in and do what we need them to do. They spray in the correcting crevices of the inside of the house, under the cabinets behind the refrigerator, washers, dryers, fireplace, closet, and windowsills. We have no problem with bugs. I just like to keep it to keep the bugs exterminated and I'm pleased with them.

Terminix technicians come out once a year to check the traps that are all over in the house. It's for termites and it's a regular service we have with them. They've come out, do their job and they've always been pretty nice. Everything’s been okay.

I was having issues at my last house, so we started using Terminix to clean up the issues. Then, when I bought this house, we decided to start with Terminix from the very beginning, so that we wouldn't run into any issues down the road. My local guy that has been doing my house for the last few years usually calls a couple of days before and asks if the schedule works for me. He's really good about working around my schedule. The technician knocks on the door and I bring him in the house or in the garage and into the side of the house and the backyard. He does his thing and about half an hour later, he comes back out and lets me know he's done. It's quick. However, the service comes down to $50 a month, which is pretty expensive. I would recommend them but I would also let others know of the cost and to determine whether or not it's the right fit for them.

The first time technicians came, they put out the bait then they came back to check it. And whenever they came to inspect, they called to let me know they were coming. Terminix is trustworthy and the service has been pretty good because I haven't seen any sign of anything.

We have a yearly plan with Terminix where they come every three months. They take care of everything outside, and the only thing they have to check in the house is the garage, which is down under. They call and send a text message before they come, and they give me the time of which they're going to come, which generally works well. Recently they came sometime in December. Since it's wintertime and the house was closed up, the tech did everything that he could do outside as well as inside the garage. He's a great guy. Whenever we have him come for callbacks, he does a fine job. We also have their termite control and they do a good job with that also. We're satisfied with the service that we get.
However, in the wintertime, their service is fruitless because there's nothing to do. All the bugs are dead or in hibernation. We don’t have any internal problems, so they do a good job of keeping the bugs and pests out when it's an active time of the year. But this isn't in an active of year, and it's always annoyed me that I have to have year-round service when during the winter months, there are no pests to be taken care of. Overall, I'm pleased with the service. Terminix does a very good job and they live up to their word, so I definitely would recommend them. Any issues that we have had, they’ve always come back and taken care of them. It's a good insurance policy to have against pests.

Terminix contacts me via email when it's time for our quarterly treatment service. I've been with them since the late 70's, and I've never had a problem. The quality of the people they have sent here and the effectiveness of the service have all been as expected. The technician has been doing good. I greet him when he gets here and let him know if there are any problems. Afterwards, he and I get together and have an after action discussion.

Everything was okay with Terminix's technicians as far as I was concerned. There was one time that they called for our apartment. There were storm warnings out so nobody was going to show up. Then the supervisor came over here and said he was going to have a home inspection for termites. He asked me if I had any problems and I told him I didn't. I got a letter from them but I don't think I'd be renewing with Terminix.

Terminix came out and their resolution for what I needed worked and I was very pleased. They did a fantastic job and they were very professional. I happened to stop at their local office right near where I was going, and they had a representative in my home within six hours the same day. My wife said he did his work and explained what he was doing, and left. I would recommend Terminix.

My Terminix experience was good. We were having some ant issues in the house, and I noticed rat droppings outside of the house. I called, they got back to me when they’d be able to come, they came out, and did all the work in a very professional manner. Their technicians sprayed and put out bait and they were knowledgeable and courteous. Since the time they serviced my home, we haven’t seen any ants, but I don’t know about the rats. It’s only been a couple of days, so we’ll see. Overall, they were prompt and effective.

We have had other pest control people and Terminix has been the most effective. Their service men are very amicable. They listen to what you have to say and they address the problem and your concerns effectively. They were out here several times a couple of years ago, and now they make routine visits or I call them when it’s necessary. The last two guys that came out were excellent. We had a bad problem at one time and it took them several times, but once they found out where the problem was coming from, they eliminated it.

We wanted to prevent any problems so we signed up with Terminix and it was easy. After I filled something out online, my phone conversation with their reps was clear and simplified. We have a quarterly service with them and their technician was very clear when he's going to come and what he's going to do. So far, he did a good job. He explained everything very well and very professionally. Their follow up was great too. Everything went well. There were a few bugs we were seeing but we don’t see those anymore. I have a service contract with Terminix and they come out once a year to do inspection. They send me an email when they're going to be there and if it's not going to work for me I would just call them to reschedule. The technician is very thorough and very pleasant. They've been servicing us for 25 years and we rarely have a problem.

Our tech was supposed to be back every two weeks but he hasn’t shown up in a month. Previously he came in and told me he was going to need to do some more work. He told me he was going to speak to his boss about punching holes in the walls or drilling holes in the walls, had to ask his boss about it, but he never got a hold of his boss. He was spraying a second time around just to make sure he was getting the bed bugs. He said he needed all the molding pulled down all except the thin little white ones we have because we’re in a mobile home.
The first time he was here, he shoved a cable cord back down in the wall flooring and got it tangled up in the pipes under the house. And we have to get the cord reran. I have no idea why he pushed the cord back down in the floor. I know when I left that morning with my two children that were here, the cord wasn’t in the floor. And then when we come back in at like 7:00 that night, it was in the floor. He left all the lights on in the house when he left.
During scheduling, Terminix usually lets us know either a day or two beforehand. During the very first visit we made sure we could get everything done that needed to be done. Closets emptied, all that good stuff and we had it done and ready for him. The second time he sprayed, he flipped the couches and forgot to cover one of the mattresses. It’s been a lot better since he sprayed, but they’re still here. He told me there are spots that he couldn’t reach because he didn’t have all the right equipment with him. He said he didn’t have a ladder but he wasn’t telling us to get it. If we had a better guy that came out and treated the house, it would’ve been an awesome experience. The company is awesome, but the guy that came out could’ve been a lot better. I would recommend that people use Terminix but not the same guy we had.

Terminix does monthly service on my house. They send me an email and let me know when it’s going to happen and if I have a conflict, I can always change it. It has always been easy. The technician lets me know when he’s here so that I can put the dog in, and he lets me know when he’s leaving. Also, he comes in the window that they said he would. The pest activity is under control since having their service and I have no problems with them.

After moving into an apartment building that was infested with bed bugs in Los Angeles I acquired an ongoing problem for over a year. I consider that one of the greatest hardships I have gone through. Not only we're my loved ones and I being bit constantly but this problem affected everything we owned and my pocketbook immensely. The owner of the building had called a pest control company to come eliminate the problem. Although they didn't guarantee that the problem would be gone they said they would keep coming back until it was gone. After the first time everybody still had bed bugs. So they came back over and over again until the company could no longer resolve the problem and said that they could not help us anymore. In between that time I washed everything I owned over and over again so much that my clothes were wearing down and the laundromat was becoming very expensive.
I bought everything over the counter that I know of and sprayed my home numerous times. There was not one product out there that worked and I do believe we became ill because of so many chemicals being sprayed in our home. I then started looking online for something that would help I saw products that were guaranteed 100% to get rid of bed bugs I purchase those and some of them were very expensive. None of those products worked.
Finally I bought one product that was extremely expensive and I figured it must do something because this was a time that I had decided to move and I didn't want to transfer any bedbugs over to my new place. After having to throw away nearly half of or more of what I owned I then sprayed every single item I own individually and packed it in boxes. This miracle product happened to be the worst one I had purchased. Because the second I started to unpack I was infested immediately in my new home with bed bugs.
I was devastated so I called Terminix. After speaking to Terrence from the Chatsworth office half the weight was already lifted off my shoulders. This was the first company that was able to guarantee 100% that they would remove my bed bugs. Although the cost was a little on the high end I was willing at that point to do anything to get rid of this problems. With much doubt in mind I looked forward to Exterminating. Terminix not only used a unique approach but explain to us this is the only way to get rid of bed bugs. They also offered a follow-up in case we found any more or wanted to make sure we were safe.
When we came home that evening we did not find one live bed bug in our home. Still skeptical we were sure that we would get bit at least once. It has been three months now and our bed bug problem has been eliminated completely. About a month ago we were starting to become paranoid thinking maybe we have bed bugs again. So we called Terminix and they came to our home and did a Final inspection and spray for prevention which was included in the original cost. I am so grateful but I didn't have to lose everything I owned and no longer have to suffer the bites that I am still healing from. They were truly my heroes for 2017.

We're way out in the country and Jason, our Terminix tech, comes out twice a year to our house and does several homes out here. So, he tries to do everybody at the same time. He's professional and he'd work with you. He's also courteous and polite. He happened to be doing my neighbor's house when she fell down and he stayed with her and took her to the hospital. He's a good guy. We also don't have any bugs since we got their service.

I’ve been very pleased and satisfied with Terminix. I have them come out for scheduled termite service on my house for years. The last time they came out, they called me in advance and said it was time for the yearly check. Their reps were very nice and the technicians have always been good. The one who came out about a month ago was great. He checked the house and did a super-job. I'd recommend them but most of my friends use them.

My daughter was living with me when we first started with Terminix and she set it up. We’ve been having spider and flea problems mostly, so they spray for both spiders and fleas. They do what they do every quarter when they come. They start with an email, and then they make phone calls after that. I’ve had three visits and two techs. The first guy only made it one time, but the last guy has been here twice. He's real nice. He seemed knowledgeable, walked through the house and showed me things that I probably needed to do. Everything is good and I'd recommend them. Another daughter called the other day, and she was having a rodent problem around her house. I told her that they need to call Terminix ‘cause they did such a good job.

I've been using Terminix for a while now and our experience has been good, so far. We’re on a quarterly maintenance and whenever they come to spray, I ask them to do the outside most of the time because my inside is okay. I’ve never seen any bugs in my house at all. So, it’s usually around the house, the backyard, the front yard, and along the side right on the front where there are some spiders and they just won’t go away even after spraying them. The technician that comes is very pleasant and accountable.
I’m very satisfied with the company and their services. They're great. They stand behind their word, and if I wanted them to come and we’re not home, they would come in in the beginning of the fall and spray, even though I haven’t seen anything. I don’t have any crickets coming into my garage, nothing like it used to be before I started with Terminix, and he will come back. I have never had any problems with him saying, “Well I’ve been there, and I can’t come back”, because if I’m not here, he leaves a note saying, “if you need any other services, just give me a call.”

When I moved in they informed me that the woman before me had three big dogs and they all had fleas. And they had one heck of a time here both cleaning up and trying to get rid of the fleas so I called Terminix. I got bit up like crazy for the first three months and it's just been this last month that I finally got some relief. And I'm hoping that it don't flare up again in spring because they put floors over the floor and if there's still stuff under there and it gets out I'm afraid I'm going to get bit up again. The Terminix person that came out was very courteous, knowledgeable and nice all around. He answered my questions and he was very pleasant. I've gotten bit twice since he was here but he did the outside and I expected that some of them might flee inside because it's an older home and there's a lot of creaks and cracks to get in. Nevertheless, he did all right and I appreciated it.
However, I don't think the first technician I had from Terminix at the old address knew what he was doing. I told him I had mice and he set down a couple of traps. The mice were oblivious to the traps. They would empty them and not trap them. Overall, I've had good experience with Terminix and that I'm happy they got rid of the fleas but I'm not so sure with the mice.

My most recent service with Terminix was wonderful. I had even left a note on the front door of all the things that I wanted the tech to address and the guy took his time and made sure he addressed all of the issues that were on that list. We've had them for roughly a year and a half and we’re on a scheduled service but whenever we need them we call. I always start noticing a few more pests hanging around and I know it’s time for Terminix to come do their service.

Terminix calls me when it’s time for me to do my services. They have wonderful technicians who have really given the service I needed and explained everything. So far, the technician that I have now has been with me for a year and a half and he’s been really good. He’ll call me ahead of time and let me know when he’s on his way. He will explain everything that he’s doing for me, too. I’ve gotten to know him pretty well. And in case I need to leave for a little while, I leave the gate open for him. When he leaves, he calls me and tells me then he closes the gate behind him and locks it and I feel very safe and comfortable with him.
I would recommend Terminix to a friend and I’m really happy with them. I've been using their services for 15 years and I like it and I don’t want to go with anybody else. They’re willing to work with me on payments as far as my Terminix plan, my termite plan and it works very well for me. I’m a senior and I’m on a tight budget, and it has helped me a great deal.

I have the outside service with Terminix and they come every three months. And I'm not always even here so I wasn't here the last time they came by, but they do their thing, and then they leave me. I usually get an email confirmation about that. I also usually get an email saying that they're going to be coming on a certain day. And I haven't had to call them for anything recently, but back in the past when I did, they've done fine. I had one issue a year ago with some ants, but I called them, they came over, and they did their thing. I would recommend them.

I had to reschedule with Terminix one time and it was easy if I had the right phone number. I ended up in Texas and they didn't have a clue who I was talking about, but we finally got the right phone number from our tech guy. For a year and half already, the same guy comes out. He's nice, smart and does a fantastic job. Since the most recent service, I don’t deal and see with spiders anymore. However, I wish they were a little cheaper but I'm willing to pay because I don’t like bugs. Overall, these guys are awesome.

I have a long-term contract with Terminix and they've always been satisfactory for me. They come on schedule and I leave the service up to them. But I don’t always know when they're coming. They don't always let me know ahead of time. Other than that, their reps know what they're doing. I've had their technician for a while too and he seems adequate. Terminix seems very efficient and I haven't had any problems.

I live in an apartment complex from the beach and I keep my stuff nice and neat, but you have people around you that doesn't. My landlord gets the place exterminated also, but the guy from another company is in here for five seconds and he doesn't do anything but spray around on the floor. So, I went extra with Terminix because I can't stand having the bugs. They also gave me a good price. I keep a school and I have to be there so I call Terminix to schedule and tell them when to come.
The young man that does my room, I'm very satisfied with him. He comes in, he's really professional and it's hard to find people that care. He also looks for what's hiding, like inside the wall. Last Saturday, he showed up on time like he was supposed to. He went in, took the plates off of the outlets and put poison inside the wall. He stayed for about 20 minutes which was the normal time. He did his job and made sure everything was cleaned up. He was able to cut the roach activity by two-thirds which is pretty good. Once he gets rid of all of them then he can keep them out. When the salesman came by, he said it would take about 90 days because of all the eggs so, they're on the right track.

Making an appointment with Terminix is done automatically. They send me an email that they will be coming at such and such day. Our tech had been doing houses on our street. I have had no problem with him being aggressive or rude. He’s very friendly. They’ve done the inside of the house once. I had a problem with fleas and that’s been taken care of. They’ve been doing the outside, and it’s helping because I haven’t had that much problem with palmetto bugs coming in to the garage. I’ve seen two or three palmetto bugs come in from the outside, but usually when I see them they’re dead.

Terminix comes in quite often. They come every quarter spraying for insects, and then I have the termite bond as well. Scheduling is very easy and it's wonderful. The techs are always very pleasant and they are here on time and they do a good service. Since having them, I don't have any pest anymore, and if I do, I'll call them and they will be right here. They do what they say they are going to do, and I'm completely satisfied with them. Do not hesitate to use them.

Recently Terminix knocked on my door and said they were here to do my termite inspection, and they did. They found out my dryer was not functioning correctly. So, they did a good job of buying a new one, which they installed. They were very nice and professional. Then at the same time, the guy that sprays for bugs also came and did his job, and everything was fine. Every time he comes, he's trying to solve my needs, and he seems to know what he's looking for. They used to call and say, "I'm going to be there tomorrow between one and three", and that was always helpful. But now, they seem to just knock on the door and say, "We're here to do your quarterly bug spray" or "We're here to do your termite inspection". That works out okay, but it's a little more helpful to get that call ahead of time so I'd be ready. But I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend them to a friend.

When I first started with Terminix, my son had moved out and he took his dog but left me with fleas. I was also having a few of the little roaches in my kitchen and every now and then, I would see a straggler come. I think they’re coming in from outside with all the rain. Terminix comes every three months and I like that. I don’t have to set up an appointment and I like getting the emails where they let me know they’re coming the day before. It’s very routine and they never miss coming out.
Mike has been here from day 1 and I love him. He is very friendly and polite. If I have any questions, he answers them. He walks around my whole property, checks and gets all the cobwebs down. I have a back problem so it’s a lot easier for him to do it. He also sprays like he does every three months. I think Mike was on vacation once and there was another guy who came out. He was very nice and friendly too. But I don’t like new people in my house. You don’t want to sit there, wait for new people to come and explain to them what they have to do. I enjoy Mike coming out here and I’ve never been happier.

Terminix came for termite and it was a good experience. This is the first time I'd ever used them because I've never seen termites before. It was easy to schedule the service. I called and scheduled an appointment for that very day. But they couldn't come out to actually treat the termites, and it was around Christmas time too which made the big difference. So, it's just about a week and a half after I called that they were able to come.
The rep I spoke with said that she would send a rep because over the telephone, she really can't tell what kind they are. So, she would have the rep to figure all that out. The tech who came to our house was early. The one prior to me had canceled and so, he called to see if he could come earlier, which was fine. He showed up as he was supposed to and was really very quiet and he cleaned up after himself. He was a great guy. He also explained to me what to look for as far as if there's future termite activity. I haven't seen anything since but then, they were just out here around Christmas time. It hasn't been long enough to see if what they did actually worked but we'll see. Time will tell.
The Terminix people gave me their telephone number so in that way, if I have any problems, I can get a hold of them. The rep also made sure he let me know that if I seen the other signs after the treatment, that they would come out to capture one of the termites. They would come out when it's the time they treat it for or if it was an additional type. I've been satisfied with them.

I started with Terminix about a month and a half ago. I was having rodent problems and their people came out, checked the house, looked under and everything was good. I really enjoyed the way they handled themselves. Everything was good. Their guy is still coming back so we’re going to have to close up all of the possible holes that the rodent might be getting in. I have to go in and inspect and eliminate the holes and see if that's going to help. It’s going to be cheaper for me to do that. The technicians gave us some walk-in live bait traps but the rodent is smart enough and he’s moving the traps. He’s too big to go into the house though. Overall, I've had a good experience and I'm going to be using Terminix regularly. If I call them back, they will come out and do their routine periodic spraying.

I came to follow up on a noise and I didn't know anything about bugs down here. I saw these black things and my husband kept trying to kill them but he was unsuccessful. By that time, the bugs had started eating up on the wood and we had a mess. I called Terminix and they took care of the problem. The tech was very good and he was a very nice gentleman. It was wonderful. I have a routine schedule where they come every two to three months. I had a tech one time who said they came out, but I never saw him. Other than that, the experience has been very positive.

When I signed the contract with Terminix, they told me how many months apart it would be for the service. And then a few days or a week before they would be coming, they would call and let me know what day and gave me a two-hour window. The technicians they sent out were very good and professional. And since their service, our pest activity has gotten better. Overall, it was a very good experience with Terminix and I would definitely tell my friends to use them.

Terminix does a good job. They came about two or three weeks ago for my recent routine visit. The techs are excellent. They interface with you, and then they go about to do their business. Since they have been servicing us, they definitely have cut pest activities back. They handled a lot of the problems that we had. There was a young man whose name is Chance and he is just excellent. He went out, and he turned over rocks, and he really searched for them on the property. I appreciated that.

Terminix leaves a message on the machine sometimes that says they're coming. They come every three months and spray. They do what they have to do and if I need them inside, they come inside. They're friendly. They knock on the door and let me know they're here. I had seen a couple of bugs inside the house so I asked them to come spray inside the house. We've been with Terminix for a long time and I've never had too many issues so the treatment works.

Terminix always does a good job, and they recently came out to spray the house. I needed a termite bond and I initially called them because they're supposed to be best in the business. I also called them to spray the house for roaches, little critters, and ants. And they have been the company that I've been using for more than 10 years. They've been convenient and the price has been the same. They have increased the bill a little bit since I initially started, but it hasn't jumped up tremendously and I understand that things get more expensive.
For the last 10 years, I've had five techs but everyone who'd come in has been really good. They have asked me if I have had any issues, and if there was anything that they could do. And I like that they always call and give me a heads up before they come because I work. So, at least I know that I have a little time to get out there before they leave.

When I schedule with them for a preventive service from spiders and earwigs every quarter, they come right out the next day. Recently, they came out and sprayed the outside. They're very easy to get ahold of and the technicians that come are very professional.

We've been with Terminix not just for the termite, but also for the bug spray. But then we had to cancel the bug spray because the price kept going up. We're seniors on fixed income. Scheduling went well because, for the last few years, I have not had anybody come in. My husband was hospitalized for a long time and he was almost there for nine months between hospital and rehab and so, I didn't have time. Last year he was starting to recuperate. When they called me and scheduled the service, I said, "Good." I asked the rep if we can make it for just a little over that time and she was very good about that. And she was fun too. Recently, Terminix came and inspected the cabinets, closets, the bedrooms and then the outside. So, it was a good inspection. And the technician said everything was fine and there were no traces of termites. She was great, very polite, and was a neat looking person.

Usually, the Terminix technicians would call and make sure that it's okay to come in at that time, and we go ahead and okay it. And then, they do their job and report to me if they find anything, and then we sign the paperwork and just go on. So far, I've had the same quality of work from everybody that has come in.

When it's time for my quarterly service, Terminix calls and tells me when they are coming out to do it. Then the technician calls me 30 minutes before he comes out here to say that he's on his way. Terminix recently did a routine check around the house for pests and spray and check for fire ants. I live close to a greenbelt, and I’ve got a large lot and the ants just keep coming back. So Terminix came out and evaluated the yard, and they didn’t disturb me. They just knocked on the door and they were there. Then the technician left the notes on the door when he was done. He was very, very friendly and very courteous. Terminix can cover any type of pests that you need.

Usually Terminix would send me an email and they'll set up a time but usually it doesn't work with my work schedule. So I just go on to the website, log on and go ahead and change it. Plus I can always call the Terminix exterminator that comes out. He's a nice young man and I've got his phone number. I've had the same technician except for when he goes on vacation or they send him elsewhere because they're short-handed.
We live on a ranch so at summertime we have more insect -- flea problems or different areas and he'll go, "Okay, we can treat this and do this." And he goes over what we need to do as far as, "Okay, I put this down. Make sure you water it because that will activate it." He's very thorough and they go around and knock the cobwebs and watch for wasps. He has been very conscientious and we've noticed a big decrease in pest activity.
When they say they're going to be there, they're there. And if something comes up and they're going to be late, which very very rare we get a phone call. There's like a three-hour window and they're always there within that window. But if they're going to be later in that window frame they usually let me know. They had always been courteous and polite. They listen to you on what you need and to me that's important, if you have a specific issue that you need taking care of. And they really don't get too pushy about their extra services. They offer extra like for termites but we don't have any issues with that. We just tell them, "No. We're not interested in it." And they don't badger us. They just go, "Okay." And that's it.

I’m with another service provider, covered by Terminix, who comes for roaches. I’ve been with them for a while. For scheduling service, I just call and that’s it. The Terminix rep was very friendly and professional. He came over and gave me a quote for termites. He checked everywhere in the house and did a thorough job.

Terminix did a lot of work underneath my house. They redid my crawl space for me and it took a long time to do it, especially with the weather. We’ve had snow, cold weather, and lots of rain. We also had Christmas and New Year so that took time off, too, because I went out of town. I went to Bozeman for New Year’s and I had everything planned when I got back. I was going to be back on a Friday and they were going to start the work on a Monday. All the workers knew that but the manager forgot. So when I talked to him, he said they were not going to do it until Wednesday because i was out of town. I had something I was planning to do that Wednesday so I told him they could start on Thursday.
The guys that came out here were real good and pleasant. They called ahead but it took them 45 minutes to get here. Then there was another problem with whoever the managers were who kept pressuring these guys to get my signature so it was all done. But they weren’t even close to being done and I told them I was not signing anything. It was not going to take the techs 30 more minutes to get things done. It was going to take four or five days. The techs said they were under a lot of pressure from the people who were sitting at a desk and wearing a tie in their office. These people didn't have a clue on what was going on on the job site. It’s not good management when you pressure the workers but haven’t been out here to see the project that they were doing.
Then one day, while the guys were here and working hard, some manager called for a 3 o’clock meeting. So, the guys didn’t get to my house until 11 o’clock that day, but now they had to leave at 2:30 to go back to their 3 o’clock meeting. There was another group of Terminix people doing the insulation up in my attic because I had that done at the same time. I told them they were going to have to take a break and go to this meeting, too, but they said they had another job to do and they were just going to go there. So the manager took them off of my job and had them come after they’ve done some smaller job that took one day or a couple of hours. That’s why it took them so darn long to finish working on my house because they kept wanting these guys to do other stuff.
So far, the workers finished up with the first part of the job this week. They have to put in one more humidifier and it's totally done. But we signed a contract to get this done last December 14. So I’m going to call the person I signed this contract with and have her come out. I want her to go underneath my house to make sure they did everything. I also don’t think they cleaned up very well at all upstairs in the attic and I want her to look at it. We’ll see how that goes.

We have had Terminix treat several properties and always with good results. We have never had a problem with termites. Annual inspections are part of their contract and they are thorough in that inspection.

I'm pleased with Terminix and if my friends would ask me about my experience with them, I'd tell them that. Their techs come out 4 times a year and i don't ever have a problem with scheduling their service. I really like Donald, who's one of the technicians that came back. He did a good job and was very thorough. He also got down the spiderwebs and sprayed all around the edge of the house. So far, the only thing I have now is a mouse and I see signs of him under one of my cabinets.

I had Orkin when I lived at my other house and I was not impressed at all with them compared to Terminix. When I requested to sign up with Terminix, they sent somebody out who had to make sure that we had problems. Then it wasn’t very long at all that they came and started treating everything. They treated for mice a year ago and to this day, we have never seen mice again. Terminix came back for a yearly thing where they put the new mice things out and switched them out. But we were very surprised that the mice disappeared that early.
The technicians would also always send an email and a text saying that they would be here and I love the way you can track where they are. You can almost pinpoint when they’re going to drive on your driveway. Once, they didn't bring bed covers on the day they serviced and one guy came back and brought some the next day. Then I dealt with Blake from then on.
When I called back for the bedbugs, he was here johnny-on-the-spot. He would also act like he really cares and I could tell that he was really looking. As a matter of fact, he found bedbugs somewhere he said he had never seen them before. They were confined to the room where my bed is in but there is a wallpaper border across the top, next to the ceiling and some of that border was loose. He just happened to look up ‘cause I said, “What is that thing on my wall?” He shined the flashlight on his phone and there were a gazillion of them under that border. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician.

Terminix used to be local and I could reach them within 20 minutes. But now they're an hour and a half away, so it’s not as convenient as it used to be. Sometimes I have a hard time getting to their local office because my house is in Morgantown and a long way away. That's part of the service that's not so great. So they do a good job but I may decide to go with a local company if I was to do it over.
I have the termites and the pest control service with them since 1998 and they come out every three months. Diane, their tech, came out last December and did her job. Things went well but ladybugs are horrible here and I realized that they don't take care of that. I also had to call them because I had ants. Their reps treated me well and normally when I call them, I don't have trouble getting them to come out. But the worst thing is getting a hold of somebody to have them come. It seems like every time I get somebody that will give me their personal cellphone number so I can just call them, they’re no longer with the company. Payment wise, I pay Terminix by the year for both of my services and they always give me a senior discount. I appreciate it very much and their price is reasonable.

I'm very happy with Terminix as far as their work is concerned. They're very efficient and they tell me in advance when they're coming, which is very nice. The technician is a very nice guy and when he was here yesterday, he rang the bell. I told him to go do the work then I ran around and closed all the doors and made sure that the spray didn't get in the house. But the thing that upsets me with them is that I never authorized them to go into my checking account and automatically pull the money out. I don't ever remember doing that yet somehow they seem to assume that I wanted to do that. I have a couple of other things that do that but I authorized them, even though it's not my favorite thing. They also wanted a check and didn't want to take a credit card, and I don't even like sending my checks. So, I'm just going to leave it alone. Other than that, they do their job well and I haven't had any bugs in the house.

Every three months, I have a reminder on the phone or computer that says I'm on a schedule for a Terminix service. Then the technician calls and checks if time is fine for me before he comes. I like the guy and he is awesome. He takes about 30 minutes, sometimes a little bit longer, to do the inside and outside. I have the same guy for many years now, except when he's on vacation and a different one comes. The pests are gone when the tech comes and I don't have pests because I live in a condo/apartment. But because my neighbors have some bugs, they show up again after the tech is gone. Still, the tech says that I can call every time I have some problem and he can come back. I already recommended Terminix to a couple of friends and my mother-in-law has also used them a couple of times.

I never had to call Terminix. They just call in and say that they programmed for a certain day and then they come. Regularly I tell them to come in a specific day that is convenient for me. Recently, they came for a routine inspection and everything was done the way its supposed to be. The technician they sent was extremely good, better than the other ones that I've been getting. So, I was thinking of requesting the same person for the next time I have my next appointment because he did a great job. All the technicians come and they just bring the tank and spray around the house. This recent one actually got the hose from the trunk which is a lot more work for them. He was spraying all my foundation around the house and it was well done. When they spray with the tanks, in a couple of days I've been seeing spiders and things outside in the patio and the terraces. And this guy did the big hose and I haven't seen anything.
He was much better and he applied the insecticide in each one of the gaps that's there on the foundation between each one of the bricks all around the house. Nobody has done that before and that is really good because it doesn't allow bugs to get into the house. Overall, Terminix does a pretty good job. However it's not cheap. Every time they come, it's $100. I noticed in the past years that if you are not present, they're going to do one thing but they're not going to do another one and I'm pretty picky for that. You need to be out with them a little bit in order to do a very thorough job.

We’ve been with Terminix for over 20 years and we recommend them. But we were not happy with their automated phone system last year. We're one of the few customers left that want inside service done, so, we have to be there when the tech comes out. We get a service once a quarter and we need them to come on a Saturday at the first call in the morning between the 8:00 to 10:00 window. We've always had that for years and years. Then, last year, they had an automated scheduling system that picked the schedule for me. We got emails that said they'd be here on February the 14th, between 2:00 and 5:00. So all of a sudden, because of their automated system, they couldn't give us the schedule that they've given us for 20 years before. And no matter how many times the manager and their people put the schedule that we wanted in their system, they couldn't override it. It automatically scheduled the service 90 days later.
They told me to call them to figure things out but I don't want to. I'm at work all day and I don't have time to call to make it work for me. Now, my husband retired, but it’s still a hassle. Every month now, we have to call. So, my biggest complaint is their lack of consistent or requested date/time window and it's not worth the service. Our second problem is, even if we called their local number from San Antonio, it always went to the 800 number and they couldn't reach the manager in the local shop here who manages his folks. So, finally, they sent a message and the manager called us. He had to manually get us in on the Saturday morning schedule. His name is John and I’ve talked to him before. He was always very helpful and receptive. As for the techs who came out, they were all good, courteous, and friendly. They always put on their little slippers and when I see more pests, I call and ask them to come do it again.

Terminix comes out four times a year since that's what they offered. Scheduling has been very good because the technicians are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They’re also very professional. I have a problem sometimes with ants and spiders, but other than that, they’re doing good and my pest situation is much better. I’m happy with them overall.

We have quarterly service from Terminix. We like their people. They are very friendly and nice. We had a technician who we had for years. I adored him but I think he quit. But this new technician is very nice, too. We also like him. He's been out here for a couple of years. We don’t have so many pests because of the service being done by Terminix. They've gone up in price, though. Still, we're satisfied and I would recommend them.

Terminix does my termite inspection, as well as my pest control, and both of those services are thorough. The pest control is scheduled to come out quarterly. But whenever I have bugs, they come out automatically. So, if I have any issues, they always come out in a timely manner and take care of it. When I call them to schedule, most of is automated. Then they’d have a technician call or text me and let me know that they’re on their way. The technicians that they send are friendly and knowledgeable. And if I have any questions, they answer them, and whatever the issue may be, they remedy those situations. I had a very very bad infestation, and I’ve had the brown recluse treatment for spiders, and they thoroughly took care of that. And since the service, the pest activity is way down. I’ve been a happy and satisfied Terminix customer, and I’ll continue to use them.

Terminix comes for outside treatments quarterly. They come and do it while I'm at work and outside. A couple of times that I have arranged for them to do inside work they've always been friendly and helpful. I have a bad problem around my front door and around my garage with spiders. I know that that's gone now and very seldom do I see a spider. They come out and they clean it up. And inside the house we don’t have bugs. I've always been satisfied with Terminix. We've used them for a couple of years now and haven't had a problem. I would recommend the service.

I contacted Terminix online to make the appointment, and then my tenant dealt with them. Our experience is very nice. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and he was very accommodating to the lady. They were reasonable and they offered options, they didn't push anything on me. It worked that well as I have gone through a bunch of exterminators who won't come back. She calls them, I sit with her like she was talking in the morning.

I’ve had a good experience with Terminix. They do a good job and I like it. They came to do their yearly, monthly, or 6 month check up to check for termites. The guy they sent out did a good job when he went through the house checking everything. If you want your property guaranteed to not have termites, get Terminix. Everything was excellent.

We had a specific issue with termites in the gazebo wherein the Terminix guy came twice and sprayed the whole thing but the termites kept coming back. So, the area manager came and put some blue tape there to see where the termites were coming from. I haven't had a chance to check it again as I've been very busy traveling. But the termites are still here so I'm waiting for a call from them to follow through. Other than that, they've been very good. I've been with then for more than two years already and have renewed the contract with them late last year.

Terminix is dependable and easy to work with. Their scheduling process is pretty good and they call to tell me when they are going to come. I appreciate their service and it met my expectations. When the technician came, he went ahead and did the walk around to review the bait trap and put down some chemicals. He was very thorough and made sure that the gates were closed so the dog wouldn't get out. Plus, he was very nice to talk to. Pest is non-existent since having their service. Overall, I enjoy their service and I'll continue to use them.

This is a very old house, and Terminix has been taking care of this place for 25 or 30 years. There’s a key hidden outside, and either they use that one or the one they have. They come once a month. In the winter time, the tech checks the mousetraps which are in the basement or in the attic room. He then removes any dead mice. In the summertime, he keeps an eye on bugs and termites. The technician replaced the man who took care of this place for 25 years. He’s fairly new, maybe a year or two, but he seems to do what I ask and what we pay him to do. I'd tell friends that Terminix seem like they provide good service and hopefully, it’ll keep their houses going for a long period of time without having problems.

I have recommended Terminix to many members of my yacht club. The original protection was thorough and the follow-up inspections complete. One time I thought I had a problem and called Terminix and a representative visited my house in a very short time which gave me confidence in their concern - turned out it was not a problem. We have German roaches that won't go away. Terminix comes on a regular schedule but I also call them. If my daughter or my housekeeper sees roaches then I could have them call them. But the little brown German roaches seems very hard to get rid of. They just spray and then a few days later the roaches still show up. I'm not happy that they can't seem to get rid of the roaches.

When I call in to Terminix, I give them my information and they would see if they have somebody to come out when I need them. In the beginning, I had trouble with them coming out and doing what the contract has stated. They would do a half job and I’ve always complained about the spiders. They won’t come out and get rid of all the cobwebs and the spiders keep coming back. I’ve sent many reports but the customer service reps give me the runaround. They always try to find somebody who can handle what they can’t and they would always say the person I’m trying to reach, which is the manager, is not in. But they would never contact me either. I told them not to send those people back out here and I guess that was when they kept trying until they finally got somebody who would do what I needed done.
Nonetheless, Terminix keeps the termites away and these last two technicians I got have been the best ones I had since I had the contract five years ago. There's one big thing with Terminix though. Their people came out and suggested that I have my crawlspace wrapped up in a certain type of plastic. They did that but now, it comes out that the plastic they installed has caused some type of toxic growth. It's white mold and I have children in the house. They want to charge me $5000 to have them come out and remove that plastic and I have a problem with that. This is something that they put in and yet I’m not getting any type of understanding from them.

The Terminix technician comes out quarterly and sprays around the house. He calls or emails me what day he's coming and tells me what he’s going to do and then he goes and does it, and our house has been okay since. We recommended it to my daughter and she uses them from where she lives.

Terminix comes to the house every month and sprays for flea treatment in the backyard. And then, once a year for a termite inspection. Their technicians have always been good. He calls us sometimes as a heads up and we can easily contact him through their website. Their reps on the phone were good about scheduling or rescheduling although it can be done online too. Our home is much better now. Overall, they're reliable, easy to deal with and their prices are competitive. We've also shopped around for local pest control people and they have a similar price if not better.

We had problems with bugs but we haven’t had any since our regular service with Terminix. I’m satisfied with their service and with the person that does the bug spraying. Recently, he called and said he would be here at a certain time. He was on time, was very courteous and friendly. He had been here before and if I had any problems or questions, he always answered them.

Terminix has been doing a good job. There were black ants and carpenter ants but they were gone after Terminix came to spray. Their guy who initially came out was good and he had his stuff together well.

Terminix came out for the yearly termite inspection. Their technician made the appointment, he called when he was on his way and let us know when he’d be there. When he got there, he was polite and did the work, and then left. It was easy scheduling this time because they called to actually set up a schedule. In the past they just showed up. Nevertheless, we’re happy with the service and there are no problems with pests right now. I would tell my friends that Terminix is worth it for the termites. I would recommend them.

Terminix is doing a good job and I haven't seen any more roaches in my house, so I'm satisfied. They come out every three months spraying inside and outside. Their customer service rep and their technician, whom I have for the last three or four times, are both very cordial and helpful. Everything has improved. They’ve done a good job. I would recommend.

Terminix was very good as far as coming on time. I had the termite control once a month for about $32, and I also had a quarterly guy coming to spray for the other insects. If I called them because I wasn’t home, they would make a reschedule. It was excellent with their technician. He communicated with me. He would knock on the door and tell me he was there to do the work. At the end, he would ask if there was anything else I needed. There was, one time, for some different kind of bug, and he said, "Oh, that’s part of the stuff I'd spray for." So, no problem at all.

We've been using Terminix for 15 years in our New Jersey home. Our services are scheduled automatically. And I get an email and a phone call, notifying me and letting me know whether it's going to be outside or inside and if somebody has to be home. We're very happy with Terminix. We don't always see the people who come, but we always hear from them. They always send a follow-up, either via email, a text message, or a written follow-up. They're very thorough. If we ever had a problem and we called, they come right away, as part of the total service. The only thing is it's costly.

Terminix comes out to spray the outside of the house on a regular basis for any kind of bugs and pests to keep them from coming inside of the house. I spoke with the service techs and they were new, so I had to show them the surroundings. And then I asked them to let me know when they were finished. I wish Terminix could maintain a service tech that I'm familiar with instead of having a different one every time they come out. Other than that, the people I've interacted with have always been friendly and courteous and easy to get along with.

I have a monthly contract with Terminix and I have them for over 30 years. They usually call and leave a message on the answering machine when it's time for their tech to come out. And when he's here, I let him in and he does his exterminating job. It takes all of three minutes then he leaves. So far, my experience with Terminix has been wonderful and they've done a fabulous job. They’re very reliable and I’m very happy with the service.

Recently, I worked with a Terminix tech who helped me out with the mouse traps and checked a lot of the areas. He was very courteous and really good about checking in when they were on the way, so I always have a really good experience with them. On that particular visit, one thing that frustrated me was that the message didn’t go through that there were mice and pests. They could only do one or the other. It would be very helpful to me if they could have a little more agility and do both but sometimes, they couldn’t because they don’t have the right work order. The exclusions are working really well though.
I also have a recurrent issue with flies, but they really want to work with them in getting better next spring so my pest issue is not yet resolved. Appointments could be inconsistent as well. I had what I thought was an appointment and nobody showed. There was also a time when I didn’t know there was an appointment and somebody came to my house. But if I deal with the manager locally, she always gets it right. But it would be more efficient for everyone if they would get it right in the initial call.

Different guys from Terminix come out. There are folks that just handle the outside of the house and there’s another gentleman that handles the inside. I’ve got more interaction with him and he's been pleasant. Recently, we called to schedule service and Terminix emailed me saying it was time for service. The tech showed up and did what he had to do. Service from Terminix has been working out. Everything’s pretty much on the up and up and I have recommended them. I'll tell others of their prompt service and professional service.

The last time I had Terminix it was raining. They cancelled the first time because the tech was sick. They came the next time, walked around my whole house and did a very good job. The technician is very pleasant. He always explains what he's going to do. He would ask me if I have any problems and he would walk around. If I say, "What about this?" He looks into it and takes care of it.
Terminix comes every two or three months. They just call me automatically. For over like 10 years I have them and then I would go with some little local company who would come by and convince me to go with them. And then Terminix would end up buying out the local guys. I would recommend them. They call before they come. We have a dog and they make sure the dog's inside. They let me know when they're coming and then they leave. So it works out really well.

We have tried all kinds of things to take care of our pest problems, and they never worked. Terminix was the first professional exterminator we’ve used, and they do a really good work. With the chemicals and they use, it really takes care of the problem and get rid of the infestation at a timely manner, so it’s a good process from what I’m seeing. Talking to them and having our appointment scheduled was an absolutely quick process.
The technician that came was very professional and seemed to be knowledgeable about our problem. He took care of it, as well as the other things that he was supposed to do, and we’re happy with his service. We came to an agreement on some dates and times and they were all honored. We noticed that our problem has been eradicated, but we’d want them to come back and finish because we want a thorough cleaning of this infestation and to make sure that we don’t have this problem with the summer time coming up. We’ve already called to schedule, and the technician will be coming back here sometime next week.

We have used Terminix ever since we moved into our current home. It is stucco, and the termite control we had used previously would not protect a stucco home. Terminix has been very easy to work with in regards to scheduling, and they are always very polite.

Having been a customer for many years, have always been pleased with the service and the results which followed more traditional termite treatments. The employees have always been professional and timely. At times the price has been higher than I would like, but the results are good. Would be nice to have a discount for seniors to make the price more beneficial. The new system that was installed recently now requires less visits, as I recall once a year which would make a price reduction easier to provide due to less employee time to service the property. All in all, satisfied.

We had a mouse problem at our rental property and it was handled well by Terminix. The tenants lived there for 11 years and they left very dirty rooms. There were pretty bad infestation. The walls and windows were also dirty and my furnace man even said that the furnace was having trouble due to dirt not cleaned up properly. So once the tenants were gone, there was nothing for the mice to eat and they didn’t comeback.
I live about 15 minutes from the rental property and for the very first service schedule, I wanted a heads up call so I can meet them there but it didn’t happen. And I called a little bit later in the timeframe that they were supposed to be there but they were blocking holes for the mice which were getting in and they were done by the time I got to the property. I was there during the initial and second applications, and we're getting ready to call Terminix again. It'll be another 30 days to make sure everything is okay again. The technicians were professional and explained where they might be coming in and why the baits were in specific locations.
It was pretty expensive, but Terminix did a good job. They did everything that they said they were going to do and what I wanted them to do. We also had a house on the country side that we put on sale and the termites was out back underneath the pile of leaves but the home inspector saw them, so we had Terminix come in and they got rid of them. So I was also satisfied with the service there.

We've been in the house for 14 years and we started off with Terminix for their termite plan. Then we also got the inside pest control and our services are scheduled quarterly. We have a lot of cockroaches but they're under control now. The thing that bugs us the most, especially my wife, are the little ants in the kitchen. Terminix left us some traps to get rid of them, but we don’t know where they’re coming from. Plus, they’re not like a line of ants coming from somewhere. They’re just there and they’re so small and harder to see. We mentioned that to Terminix and they left traps, and we keep finding them.
I would recommend Terminix. They usually call before they arrive and we get the bill soon after. Their reps were responsive whenever I had to call them, too. Also, we used to take off our shoes before coming in our house and the techs do a good job of putting their little booties on before coming in to our house. Some of them would just take of their shoes at the front door, and that’s minor, but to my wife, it meant something. But the last time they came out here, they didn't leave any new traps in the garage like we usually have. When we paid the bill, we made a note on it that those traps were not there. That was over a month ago and they have not come back to do anything about it.

Terminix does all the scheduling for our quarterly routine service. But when there's a conflict, I call them and they reschedule. Our technician is Dale and he's great, friendly, knowledgeable, gives me the feedback and ask any questions. Everything's been fine. We have pest activity outside and in the patio, but never in the home, and pests haven't showed up ever since Terminix has been treating.

I was with another company which Terminix bought. I originally got the termite control and once in a while, they come in, look around to see if everything’s all right. But for spiders, we call them when we get rid of them. Recently, they came for an inspection. The technician just looked around a little bit. He said, originally, his job was to put the stations in but he didn't do anything right there. But they do a good job in keeping the termites under control.

We kept seeing some roaches and Terminix comes out and baits again. We just call and set up a time that was available for us. They were nice over the phone. My fiancée was in the house when the technician came in and she said that they did a quick walkthrough on the house and baited. Then they were out quick. They were overall friendly.

I've seen a lot of spiders and couple of little bugs that I didn't know what it was so I got in touch with Terminix. The technician who came out, explained everything, what he was going to do and what he found. If I see a bug that I haven't seen and I tell them, "I got this bug but I don't know what it is." And he explained to me what type of bug it is. He walked around, looked at everything and he explained to me what he was doing. He communicated with me the whole time since I was out there with him. He was real good and professional. During the summertime, I didn't see a lot of pest activity because of what they did so it was a lot better. I would tell my friends that Terminix is a good company to deal with.

We're in Hermann, Missouri so it's really cold. We first started with Terminix when we bought this house in May. It was very mouse infested, and had spiders all over the crawl space, ants, and just about everything you'd expect in the country. We called another company that we dealt with before over at Quincy. They came out and we saw a mouse running right through one of their traps. Their technician set up the box but hadn't put any glue in it. So, we called Terminix and it sounded like this problem was going to be taken care of. We caught several pests in the beginning and they drove them out.
Ever since we've had Terminix, we haven't seen one pest. When they do things on the exterior spraying for stuff, there's a fog around the house. Then, for a week or for a month after they leave, we'd wake up in the morning and insects would be dead on the deck. We could really tell that what they do really works compared to other companies we've used in the past. We're set up on a plan where they come every three months. Once or twice when we first started this, there were some changes in the schedule over there. But now, we have the cellphone number of their general manager, Andy, so we tell him what our schedule would be like and it's easy for us. They also have a tracking system and when their tech gets done in a place, they send us this thing saying their tech is on his way. But their system doesn't work very good. We're in a rural area, though, so it probably has a lot to do with that.
Other than that, the technician who came out last time did a really good job and went above and beyond for us. He performed everything that they offered and made sure that there were no problems. He crawled under the house to make sure that what they took care of last time was actually taken care of and spent an hour there totally going over everything and asked if we've seen things. It seemed like he actually cared that they got rid of what they said they would.

Terminix does a good job and they're reasonably priced. They do a routine service for me and they're great. If we need to reschedule the service for personal schedule reasons, it is no problem and we do it online. Also, the technicians are very friendly and helpful. We started with Terminix a couple of years ago and it was initially for a removal treatment. Ever since then, it has been for preventative measures. The pest activity is now little to none.

I found out that I had carpenter ants and I called Terminix since it was kind of an emergency. But the person who answered the phone was in New Hampshire and was not incredibly pleasant nor helpful. She was abrupt. But Karl, the serviceman who came, was excellent. He was the person who came on both times and I was quite pleased with him. He was informative about the problem and was very compliant in terms of spraying around. He had to come back the first time and do it again and he was most pleasant about that. There was a three-month time span that they would come back and do it again. This time I also bought the mouse service and he was very helpful and not at all pushy about doing his time here.
The carpenter ants were something I didn’t know anything about and Karl sprayed again for them. I’m hoping that they’re not there anymore. And I’ve not seen the mice but Karl showed me where they had eaten quite a bit from the boxes so they are still here. I had not seen the mice previously but I saw their droppings. I have not seen the dropping but they’ve eaten up stuff. I would tell others to call Terminix based on the technician that services my area.

Terminix is great. They come in and do what they have to do. Also, I get the same technician and he's very nice. However, I always have to reschedule because I want them to come inside. I have dogs so I need the treatment inside the house as well. I get the same technician and he's very nice. I had an incident where I started getting a lot of waterbugs inside the house. I was going to terminate my service with them because I spent over $70 buying waterbug poison to put around the house which got me mad. Terminix came in the next time and I told them what happened and haven’t had a problem since then.
They could be a little bit more customer service friendly though. If I call and say that I need a Saturday appointment and I need it first thing in the morning, they wouldn't call 'til they decide which Saturday they're going to come. Then the technician would call to say he would be coming on a certain day, and then it’s from one day to the next. They need more warning.

Terminix sprays for insects. And we always like for them to come inside in which they do and spray around in the house. They've been doing a good job for us and our experience has always been great. And we're thankful that the same serviceman has been coming for a while now. He has been very nice, and now he calls right before he comes. He gets along with my dogs, too. We've been very pleased with the service.
Scheduling our service has been fine now. But in the past, it hadn't been because the company was always scheduling it on a day that I did not want them to come because I always worked on that day, and I would get a message by email. I couldn't get through the company. But then they changed and they let the individual exterminator call and make sure that it's okay to come on the day he got scheduled. I had been able to call and tell him if it was not going to be a good day. Everything’s working out beautiful now.

I make an appointment with Terminix online and the reps are friendly. The most recent visit was for my quarterly exterior. The tech did the outside and it went smooth. I have the same guy every time and he does the follow-ups too.

Terminix usually tells me they'd be here at a certain day and time for a service and occasionally, I have to call them to have that time changed. Once or twice a year, I have to call them out if I see some spiders but other than that, everything has improved. I prefer their agent Mike to come all the time. He's very cordial and pleasant. If I have any problems, he takes care of it immediately. He does a fantastic job and I depend on him. The most recent one was an outdoor visit. I told him that I didn’t really see anything that exciting outside because of the cold but I still had him spray everything. When he was finished, he left he paperwork under the front mat for me. My friends must call Terminix and request Mike.

Terminix automatically comes out for our service that is scheduled quarterly, and they send me an email a week in advance when they’re coming out. The technician has been very good, friendly, and helpful. He's been accommodating and answered my questions, too. They came and treated around my house recently. And I wasn’t home, so that worked out well. They went ahead and did it.

Terminix came in late, and it was my mom who was home with a caregiver. She was already eating dinner at around 5:30 in the afternoon, so they did not invite them to come into the house to spray. We do a quarterly spray and control for rodents and roaches with them, and their services have helped. The first time that they came over, I was there. Usually, I'm the one that they send a text to saying they're going, but I haven't been there the last couple of times. When they are helping us to do something specific, I have not heard any complaints yet.

We had Terminix as a bond when we bought the house back in 2015, and they do our termite services. I was getting emails about it, so I called them, and they said that they had to come by and do a routine inspection to if there were any signs of termites. The technician came and he was nice. He introduced himself, and then he walked around the house and talked to me. I had to sign a piece of paper, and he was done in 5 minutes.

Paid them to come out and treat my home with heat and spray, also paid for the bed bugs. Seen bugs less than 24 hours later. They came back and heated, sprayed and powdered and caused damage to my home, that even the technician said was due to their negligence, some of which they agreed to repair, but the worst part is I am still seeing bugs. I even had to catch some because they said that they did not see them when they came back out. So I catch several and put them in a jar, and when the technician came out to see what I had caught, even though you can plainly see them crawling around he said the bugs were dead. The worst part is this is all happening within the 2 month guarantee time frame. Very very dissatisfied with the company.

My girlfriend used Terminix in the past. And they'd always done really good work. So we gave them a call and got them to come out. When we called them, we'd had only the one rat we had seen. And we hadn't seen one anymore. We also have had black widows around the exterior of the house and in the bushes and we had ants coming into the window and we got all taken care of.
Most recently, the Terminix guy came out and double-checked that everything was still fine. And I showed him all the spots where the first guy who came out placed some stuff and asked him to do it again, and he did. He seemed like a good guy. He got straight to work, and then he let me know it was done and I got the receipts on.
The only thing is sometimes, it takes forever to get through to Terminix. And even if you call the person directly from their phone, it's still routed to other people sometimes. So it takes forever to get a hold of somebody if you need something right away. And then, with the appointment and scheduling, they called and said they were coming. There was no real announcement and it was just guys coming by. And that's cool but because my grandpa and my mom are both elderly and I'm going to school, I need to make sure somebody's here. Other than that, Terminix always does good work and I hope to continue the good service from them.

We've been doing a quarterly service with Terminix, which I had heard about through a neighbor that uses them. To schedule a service for us, the reps call and leave a message, and they also send me an email five to seven days before the technicians come out. The last time that the technicians were out at our house was for a routine cleaning. The people that Terminix has sent out have been excellent. They've usually taken half an hour to do the service and it has kept pest activity at our home at bay.
There have been a couple of occasions where I had found evidence that there have been little mice in my kitchen. As soon as I called Terminix, the technicians were out here within 48 hours, and they came in and assessed the situation and discussed the options that I had, and we made a decision on what we needed to do. Terminix has been very professional and they're highly recommended.

Terminix comes out once a year for a scheduled visit and they're usually very thorough. They're friendly and polite. And whenever they come in my house, they put little booties over their shoes so they're really professional. Recently, the technicians inspected the inside and outdoors of my property and replaced some of the termite bait stations that I have around the outside. This time, the technician showed me one of the bait stations that had termite activity in it and that was really good. Afterward, I got an email giving me the details of the inspection.
I had really good experience with Terminix and I would definitely recommend them. Personally, it gives me peace of mind because I know that there are a lot of termite activity in my area where I live and especially in Arizona. Having termites in my house is a little bit of a traumatic experience so I really appreciate the fact that they come out and check everything. I don’t have any reason to be concerned.

I have a yearly termite contract with Terminix. They call and send information by email saying that it's time for the house to go through it's annual inspection, and then I call and schedule an appointment. The technicians were never the same one because it's a once a year thing but they seem to be very professional and knowledgeable. The last one who came out was was extremely thorough and looked in places that nobody else has looked at before trying to find termites. But he took a phone call inside the home and he was talking to another client for quite a while. I had to ask him to go outside if he needed to continue his phone call because my animals were getting upset with a stranger being in the house in that length of time. Still, I've not seen any termite damage since having Terminix service.

My old house was bonded with Terminix and when I sold it, I canceled my contract where I had bonding and that covered a quarterly outside service on the house. I then contracted with them again to do the quarterly outside servicing of the house I bought. With my old house, I was the original owner but with this new one, I’m not the original owner and it was not originally bonded with Terminix.
We had the service initially set up in the old house because we were having trouble with ants. But once they did the initial treatment and everything, I didn’t have any ants anymore. That was why I wanted Terminix to do our new house because I bought a farm and I didn't want any critters coming in. Their technician has done a good job. Most of the times, I don’t see the technicians because they’re outside. But I have to see them once a year and the gentleman that showed up here, Robert, was very friendly and was a very good person.
I just wish I could get them to bond this new house, take control of the house for termites. I had that at my previous house. But in order for Terminix to do the same for this new house, I have to have a wrap-around porch that’s around three-quarters of my house drilled down through there and I’m not interested in that. Other than that, I would recommend them if anybody has issues.

The people from Terminix are very honest, professional, courteous, and pretty good all around. I have scheduled the service and it wasn't difficult at all. I wasn't able to speak to someone and I left a message and I was contacted. And once we spoke, we were able to set a time and a date. The last two times they did a service it was the same technician. And before that, there were different ones. Usually we would have a bunch of spiders in the garage area and sometimes in the bathtub and shower and Terminix has addressed that. It has definitely gotten better. If I have seen any spiders in the last three months, it would be five at most.

My Terminix experience went pretty well. They came in for a routine inspection and sprayed down. We had an issue with ants coming into the kitchen door, which we haven’t had that issue since, so that’s a good thing. Scheduling the service has been easy. As a matter of fact, I almost forgot our inspection was coming. Mr. Dionne was the one who reminded me that it was coming up. The technician was fantastic overall. It was really cold, so I felt bad for him but it went pretty well. The only thing I wish we could help control would be fire ants, but I know that’s not something that’s very easily controlled, so that’s not Terminix’s fault. Overall, Terminix is self-intuitive, simple, time-saving, and very accommodating.

The pest control people from Terminix have been very faithful and on time. They're here when they call and they do their job. Then I pay their bill and we're working just fine. But the termite side of Terminix sucks big time. They ought to have somebody revamp how they treat their customers. Terminix had the termite contract on this house that we live in for about 40 years. And then one year, I failed to pay the bill, and nobody called or mailed anything. So I called Terminix and they said our contract had lapsed because I didn’t pay my bills the year before. I asked them why didn’t someone call me, and they responded that they don’t make phone calls, but they send out letters. I told the rep that I didn't remember getting a letter it was just by chance that I even thought about Terminix not coming to do the service. So, then they told me that’s the way they do.
But for $1,200 they can come in and they’re going to start something new and they’re going to put in the bait treatment things. I paid it in three installments. When they were installing their bait treatment, they tore up our sprinkler system where they drilled a hole. And then we had to have a man come out and repair it. The man was here for hours repairing, and had to come back because once he repaired the breaks and he’d gotten the thing, it stopped up another. Then he had to come back and the total bill the man charged was $90.
So I called Terminix to tell them what’s happening, and they told me to send them the bill. I paid it and sent them the bill last September. And after many phone calls and emails, and I tried to get the district manager over in Memphis, you can’t just go to them and you have to go through the chain of command. But I’ve been to the chain of command, and I didn't hear from anybody, and I haven’t got my $90 yet. Terminix treated us terribly. We have been in business with them for all these years, but they couldn’t even make a phone call, and then take half of the blame and discontinue our contract. We got to pay all this extra money, get this bait thing fixed, and take care of my sprinkler system. They kept saying they were going to send me a check. But nobody is doing anything. And they wouldn’t tell me a name higher up the food chain to even get a hold of.
The head guy at the Bryant office who called me was so apologetic, and he was going to get it taken care of. But that was over a month ago and he haven't called back to see if it’s been taken care of. And I’m tired of talking to him, so I haven’t called him back. The last time they came and did my pest service, I deducted it from what I owed them for the pest service. Now they’re showing me a balance due on my pest, but I still haven’t heard from anybody. I’m not paying them another dime until I get a check.

I've been doing business with Terminix for almost 20 years, and I've always gotten excellent service. They always call ahead and I always know when they're coming. When they get here, they do a good job. If I need something additional, I just call them and they come out here. They're always very nice and they take care of what I need. We are on a quarterly service with Terminix where they come in and check for any insects that we've had any issues with. And they were here most recently for the basement. The technician was thorough and always very friendly. We've been in this house for 17 years and we've had the Terminix contract for most of that time. And we've had two people. We've had the first guy for 15 years, and then, we've had the second guy. They come in and they always ask if we've had any issues or if we've seen the insects. They go around the basement generally and then, sometimes up into the bathrooms and into the house.
We had mice one time, and they set some of those traps for the mice. And then, they put new baits in if needed. We also have a separate termite contract with them. Our service is preventative. And we've always been happy with the service. The guys show up when they're supposed to. We get a phone call as a reminder, and they come within the hour that they said they're going to come. They seem to do a good job. And I'm perfectly satisfied. I wouldn't want them to do less, and I don't necessarily feel like they need to do more than they do. And I know that if we were to need anything, they're a phone call away and I'm sure that they would come if we needed to.

I started my service with Terminix because I had flying ants. Treatment was necessary so, from that time on, I’ve made a plan and I stopped by Terminix. I'm also grateful that I haven’t had the termites penetrate my home as of yet in these years and do any more damage. If that happens, I would like to know if their 100% guarantee would be true.
So far, I’ve been a satisfied customer since I had their service and that came in part due to my previous technician who was here routinely. He was very thorough and very helpful. he was always on time, cordial, worked around my schedule, and gave me a heads up or phone call when he was coming. If I had to change my time in the morning, evening, or afternoon, he obliged and made it easy for me. He was a very nice man and he also offered me advice. He asked me for a specific pest that I saw and how often, then told me how to keep things dry and moisture free in my basement. I've had him for several years but he retired so now I have a new service tech. This new gentleman was very polite and cordial when he was here. But he didn’t have the familiarity with my home, even though my home is not very big, and some of where he sprayed, was a little sloppy.
Terminix' tech comes three or four times a year and treat my home inside and out. They contact me, usually by a phone call, an email, or a text message, to notify me a day or two prior to a service. But for my very last service a month ago, I didn't have any prior notice. However, I was home and everything went smoothly. So far, the pest activity in my home has been very minimal. Occasionally, I saw some spiders and sometimes I saw the centipedes. I came across one but it must’ve come in contact with the treatment and was already dead. I also saw other ones that were lively but I never saw them in abundance. So, the product that they use fends off most pests. But I've had their service since 2008 and the cost for the service doesn't get any cheaper. In fact, it gets more expensive. As a loyal customer, I don’t see any advances as far as getting any kind of discount break.

We've been using Terminix for quite some time. We use them at three of my houses and we have had a great experience. Every two months, they come in and do regular spraying for termites. Brian, our regular guy, calls and tells us when he's coming. He's been coming for so long that he's like a friend now. We don't have any problems at all anymore. We're very satisfied and we recommend Terminix all the time.

We had a rat situation months ago and Terminix put the screens up on top to make sure that there wasn't anything else up there, and it cost a lot of money. We live in a little half duplex. It's a very small place but we didn't even know the rat was up there. Somehow it had gotten in through a little hole in the roof. Recently, the Terminix guy came out and checked it to make sure that everything was still good. We've lived here for 13 years, and we've used Terminix anytime we needed them and everything has been good.

I have the Terminix package where they come out quarterly and they usually just do the perimeter of my home and then they put some little stations in my garage. They usually give me a date for the schedule of a service. And before, I would get some type of notification a day or two before they are going to come out and that was fine. But the most recent time, I didn’t even know that they were coming. I got an alert minutes before they were here. I was asleep when I got the text on my phone and then, by the time I was trying to call them to see if I could reschedule, somebody was ringing the doorbell and he already has started the process on the outside. It was a surprise. So, I got up and tried to go downstairs and get myself together fast so I could open the garage. Otherwise, they’ve been consistent.
I've had very little interaction with the technicians that are sent by Terminix. I just normally open the door and they ask me if there are any problems. And there was a couple of times I had them come inside because I had guests come and they brought some bugs. So, the technician came and did the inside. I was hoping that their service would get rid of the spiders which was my main concern on why I got their service, but I'm still seeing them.

I have a contract for Terminix to come once a quarter to spray for bugs. They send me a text to let me know it's time. There were two technicians who came, but both were very friendly, nice and professional. They didn’t spray in the house though. The technician didn’t think I needed it ‘cause I hadn’t seen any bugs. They just go by what I tell them so he did what he was instructed to do. Other than that, I like them. The technicians did a good job and getting the service was easy and affordable.

Bedbugs are terrible things and unfortunately, there's a proliferation of them in Central High ever since the DDT got outlawed. I work in public schools and I more than likely brought something home from school one day. We were able to verify that we have a bedbug problem after Thanksgiving, and we've been off to the races with treatments since then. I had a third bedbug treatment this past Friday from Terminix. They're dwindling all the time but we still see evidence of live bugs in the bedroom. They haven't spread to any other room in the house which is a good thing.
The preparation for the treatment put you out of your routine. I now have a wardrobe that I wear for the rest of the week because everything else is bagged up. But my interactions with the people from Terminix have given me confidence that they know what they're talking about and what they're doing. Candy is the lady I deal with at the office in Zanesville, Ohio. And she's been very, very helpful. Terminix educated me on the issue and what I needed to do and the best way of dealing with it. We are currently dealing with young eggs that are hatching and they're coming out. I am very comfortable and confident especially with our technicians. Robert is the guy who I'm dealing with, and he's been very, very good.
Their use of technology to guarantee when they're going to be around has been impressive. I get to track the technician if he's on the way. Everybody has the horror story of the table where you wait all day for someone to come. But that has not been my experience with Terminix. I'm seriously contemplating having a year-round relationship with Terminix for all sorts of issues and dealings because of this experience and we are becoming familiar with how they operate and the services they offer.

Every time I want the service, I had no problem getting an appointment with Terminix. They tell me the day that they're coming and I get a notice for the appointment. The technician answers questions if I had any, and he has been courteous. I've had Terminix for about 30 years and they've been coming back every year. Way back in the beginning, they had to come back a second time but other than that, I've had no problems. They did the job and there has been no pest activity since.

Terminix calls me quarterly to schedule the service and there's no problem if I need to change the time. Everything's great with the technician and he comes on time, sprays where I ask him to, and takes care of any problems I have. Now, our situation dealing with pest activity has become way better.

A couple of years ago, we've had pest activity inside, and Terminix was able address the issue and we’ve never had a problem. They always make call to make sure we’re home or when they’re going to come. They also want to know if we have any problems, and they always come when they’re supposed to come. If set I have a problem, they address it, and if I don’t they do whatever they are supposed to do and just follow up on it. We’ve always had a really good relationship with Terminix. Some of them have given me their cellphone number so if we have a problem in between service, I can give them a call and they’ll be happy to come by and check it if they’re in the neighborhood. They’re really good, and I would highly recommend them.

I have Terminix service for about four years now and so far my experience with them has been excellent. John is a very good serviceperson. He comes to my house for many years and everything is very good. He does both the inside and the outside, and the pest activity has been very minimal. I usually want the service early in the morning in a Friday, but their scheduling people is a mess because they call many times and their scheduling is really poor. So, I have to tell John most of the time to come on site in the morning. That’s the only thing I’m very dissatisfied with.

I'm thrilled with Terminix. They’ve always come out and done a good job. The tech always calls to come out and let me know he's coming out to look everything over and check everything up. He's always been where he says he's going to be. Also, the lady rep I talked to was polite, courteous and answered my questions. Everybody has been friendly and eager to work with me, and I'm grateful. Everything that was being a problem was gone in an instant, and there hasn't been any pests since.

We had termites and at the time, Terminix happened to be using a brand new system, the Sentricon system, and it worked for us. We have our heating in the floor, which doesn't allow for anybody to come and drill holes like they do in some places to put bait, and this is all exterior. We have Terminix for close to 15 years now and they come every three months. There's another service that we have, which is extermination of ants and little things, and I've rescheduled with them a couple of times for that without any problem. I could do it online, too. All of their techs who came out have been good, very professional, and respectful. Now, the pest activity in our home is non-existent. Their service has become costly but still, I'd recommend them.

I used to have regular pest control with Terminix years ago and then recently, they did a termite inspection. I scheduled the service online and they gave me what I wanted, which worked out fine. The technician who came took his time and did a good job. I was happy with it and there's been no sign of any termites now. I had a good experience with Terminix and if you need that kind of work done then you should try them.

A really nice guy came and sprayed the lawn. He talked to us about what we can do to help the lawn and told us what could happen if we don’t use some of the chemicals that Terminix uses. He helped us out. Our lawn is perfect and there are no pests there. They’re really nice at Terminix. They care about their services and they’re not just guys that get paid to go spray a lawn. They’ll see what they can do to help it. I would recommend them.

My experiece with Terminix is always good. I have a man named Mike and he is very friendly, down to earth and does a good job. He wants to know if there's anything more that he can do for me and willing to do whatever he need to have done for that month. They use an email, call to set my schedule and usually the night before my technician would call and remind me, "I'm coming tomorrow," and what time. He gives me an estimate of what time he'll be here so that's really good. We've had Terminix for years and years and they've always kept us where we don't have insects in the house and bugs or anything of that sort. I would recommend them because they do such a good job.

When Terminix schedules an appointment, they send me an email, leave me a voicemail, I have the option to cancel, they come out and they do what they need to do. The agent comes out, does his thing, and usually we're not at home. They recently came out for one of their quarterly treatments, and they seemed to be okay. So far, it's been a good service.

Recently, my technician came for a quarterly visit. He did his regular thing and sprayed all outside and in the usual areas. I get an email a few days in advance of his scheduled arrival time and I'm able to call and let them know if I need to reschedule or if the time that they proposed is going to be okay. The day before the tech comes, he’ll either call me or text me and let me know what the time frame will be and we confirm. He shows up, asks if there's anything that I'm worried about or any areas that he needs to focus on. If not, he’ll go around the house and he’ll let me know when he's done. He’ll come back to the door, let me know when he's done, and then he goes on his way. It's pretty simple. I've asked him to do the garage again or the laundry room again and he focused on those areas.
I don't know who lived here before or if they had pest control, but we had some pretty serious critters here before I called Terminix and they’ve taken care of it. We don’t see critters at all now. We'll see dead ones in the garage every once in a while, but that’s pretty much it. Treating the outside prevented them from coming into the house. Terminix has been really responsive in things that I've asked the technician to do when he was over. I asked him once to spray inside of my fireplace because a critter dropped down the fireplace once and he was really willing to help me out. He's friendly, quick, does his thing, and gets on his way. I have recommended Terminix.

We have a quarterly spraying schedule with Terminix. Their technicians were good and did what I asked them to do. I had them spray outside because I was not comfortable with them spraying inside the house. In fact, if I could avoid pesticides completely, I would but I know that I couldn't do that in Arizona. Interestingly enough, I didn’t see anything for the longest time since having their service. And then within the last six months, I found two roaches in the house and one in the garage just two weeks ago. I sprayed manually just so it wouldn't get in the house. But it's pretty good and have recommended Terminix to many friends. I've been with them for over 10 years. I like that they give me a discount for paying a year in advance. Plus, prior to the last normal pest control, I had them come out for termites and they installed those mud traps in the ground which they'd check once a year, because I saw some termite mud trails on the house.

I had Terminix come out three times, and they did a great job. The first time they came out was for an inspection, and then they came back out the next day. They then came out again a week later to remove some of the traps that they have laid down because I think that they have solved the problem within the first day of them coming out. They were very professional and efficient. They were also very flexible, and called beforehand. I had some kind of mouse or rat in my house, so I was freaking out, but they were very patient with me. They were also very considerate of the fact that I was not trying to go into my house at all. I still have other problems, but they started the process with that, so everything is on the up-and-up.
The things that Terminix did seemed like something I might have been able to do myself. So, if you’re not too afraid to do it for yourself, then you can probably handle it yourself. But to save time, and because they have more experience than me, they know where to look and know what to do. So, I think acquiring their service was worth it. If I was looking for a reasonably priced pest control place, it would be them.

We called Terminix for a treatment for our interior insects and it was a call we requested in between the regular visit. Scheduling the service was easy. Their technician who came out was always really nice, listens to any problems we had, and wasn’t in our house too long or in the basement. He tried to be friendly and I never really had any issues with him at all. He came and did exactly what we asked him to do. Now, having no pests has gotten as well as what I would like it to and better from what would have been without Terminix. Needing Terminix would depend on the situation because it is expensive, and it’snot worth it if you don’t have a bug problem.

I really appreciate what Terminix has been doing for me and my house. Their most recent visit was wonderful. The guys came early and they got their job done in a timely manner. The guy in-charge had really good communication skills. He told me the whole process and how everything was going to be done. Even after when they were done, he came and explained to me what they did. However, the service schedule was a little bit off because I was expecting them to come to my house a few days after they came. But that was nothing to do with them. When they came in, it has actually worked out really good for me. I'd definitely recommend Terminix to someone out there.

Terminix comes once a year, and if I needed them and called them, they would come. The representatives have been fine, and the technicians have all been cooperative. They did their job, and I didn’t have any problem with them, they went over where my problem had been before. We had some termites and they treated for that several years ago. And although it worked, it had to be done again, but I haven’t seen termites lately. I would recommend Terminix.

My wife is always home when Terminix comes to do service and we usually we get the same youngster technician. In the time that I have seen him come, he does a real good job and answers if we need anything extra. He told us that whenever he's in the area doing some round, we could give him a call and he would come ahead. He has been really efficient and prompt with everything. Also, I haven't seen any pest activity now.

I've been with Terminix for more than five years and I'm overall pleased with their service. But I was not pleased with their last visit. I had an inspection with them. They normally call me and I set up the service. And I'm home when they come. The last time though, I wasn't because they failed to call me and schedule the service. I just got a text saying the technician was on the way. He went ahead and performed services then left a note. I brought this issue up to Terminix' attention. Other than that incident, I have zero pest activity.

We've been using Terminix for over five years now. My recent experience with them was really interesting because a month or so ago, we had somebody come out to do our inspection, both inside and outside, and that was fine. And then about two weeks later, I got a phone call saying “It’s time for your inspection”, and I told him, “We just had one inspection.” And he said “Who was it?” and I didn’t have the information right at that time, and he said, “Okay, I’ll notate it here that you already had the inspection”.
When I got home from work and looked at the information, it was the same person that had already come out two weeks prior and was wanting to come out again. He didn’t, but why doesn’t he already know that he’s been here? So, I sent him a text message saying, “You were already here, you were just here.” He didn’t respond to my text message, he didn’t say anything else, so that experience was weird.
I’m usually at work when they schedule a service, so they call my fiancé and they either schedule it with him or they leave a message and he calls back and tells him when is a good time, and there were no issues. They did the inside and outside, and I’m never there when it happens. So far, there has been a spider here or there, but it’s not worse definitely so it has improved. However, when it’s warmer outside, we seem to have issues with wasps getting into our bedroom. So, we’ve had to go out several times to try to figure out where they're coming from. We’re not really sure, but the issue never really goes away. Nonetheless, Terminix is good.

We had Wayne recently, and he’s the same guy we have. He does my neighbor’s house, and we get him on a different day of the month or every three months. He knows his job, tells us what’s happening in the neighborhood, and what’s the right product. We got Terminix because we had fleas, and we did exactly what he said and the fleas went away. We never had fleas before, but we got them this year for some reason. We had a dog and a cat for a long time, and the fleas were bad this year, but he knew what do to and took care of it. He does a good job and has a carnal knowledge of insects. Scheduling their service is painless. They just tell us that they're going to be in our area.
The fleas were the most invasive thing that we had, so we needed to call somebody and we knew Terminix to be a good company, and they had purchased the company that we’re using before. Terminix owns a company which was Alterra before. What’s different between Alterra and Terminix is we get the same guy and they’ve got the neighborhood route, and who knows what’s going on the neighborhood. He’s not going from one neighborhood to another, or he probably is on different days.
Terminix has good products and they’ll get rid of the bugs if it’s possible, because there are bugs like flies, where you really can’t have control of them. But every now and then, we’ll see a little earwig or something cruising around but it’s not bad at all and really normal. If you’re walking and out of your yard, you’re going to bring stuff in and you really don’t even know it, or the cat or dog will, so you’re going to have a creature crawling around every now and then, but other than that, Terminix is great.

We had carpenter ants back in 2005 and it was like they were going to carry us out of the house. There were so many ants moving into the house and our floor was covered with them. We didn't think we'd ever get rid of them. Then Terminix came in and got rid of every one of them. We were so satisfied with the service that we called them this time when we got bed bugs. Terminix has been here twice and they're supposed to come back on Monday. They were here last month and told us they would be back until we don't have any bugs left. They were very nice when they were here and they did a very excellent job.
When the first guy was here, he explained what we have to do about taking the sheets off the bed and putting them in a plastic bag. They were very informative. They gave us a sheet of paper with the things that we should do before they showed up, which we did. Then they checked what we asked them to check, and they did the spray. They gave us an installment plan this time to pay off the service, so we're satisfied with Terminix.

Terminix kind of messed up my service at the very beginning. They put me in for a termite service and that was not something that I wanted, but we got it switched over to a regular pest control package. When that happened, it was the day that my technician was supposed to come out and do another service. And then he didn’t show up and I thought he was late. He never showed up. I called him directly and he told me that my service had been cancelled. And so, we just rescheduled. I had to get online with customer service and they got it all straightened out. And then from there, everything has been fine.
I just had my second service, and the two technicians who came were both really nice and very professional. They did a great and through job, and I've been overall very pleased. Other than my service getting cancelled and getting delayed for about a week or so, the scheduling was good. The technician calls me the night before. I would give a good recommendation for Terminix.

Terminix is an excellent company and I’m really glad I do business with them. I have an ongoing service for termites where we put things in but I also had an issue with mice in my attic and I had them come to take care of that problem. Terminix did a good job. The first ones who came were supposed to ring the doorbell, but they didn't. They just did the front and left. I called back and asked them to come back and do around the house. They said they were sorry and then they sent somebody else to finish the job properly. The guys who came weren't regulars, but they were good. I wish Terminix would put them as regular because they now know what I want and they'll do it when they come. So, even if I'm not there, they can take care of it.

Terminix schedules their service for insects and spiders every month. They usually leave a voice message on the phone and it gives me an opportunity to say I want something special, which so far hasn't happened since I haven't needed anything beyond what their standard service is. They tell me they're coming, they come and they do their work. Sometimes if we're here, they ring the bell and tell me they're going to do it. More often than not, the only evidence I have is that there's a little thing hanging on the front door. It's really simple and worry-free.

We had a major invasion of roaches in the house, and our experience with Terminix has been wonderful. They followed up right away. I scheduled the appointment, and they gave me a window and they called me prior to coming. And the technician came out immediately and he was very nice and he sprayed every corner of our 8,000 square foot house. He came out twice within a month to spray. We had some work done as well. I found out that we had to seal certain parts of the house, which was very helpful. So, they're very knowledgeable and they took care of the problem. Terminix has been very efficient and the roaches are all dead. I'm very pleased and I would highly recommend them.

I have a termite contract with Terminix, and since using their service, the pest activity at home has been fine. One time, they came to my home but I was not there. So, they contacted me and I set up a time for them to come. The technician walked through the house to look for any signs of any termite damage and found none. I’m very pleased with them and I would recommend them. They are dependable and they’re good at what they do.

We have good results with Terminix and we’ve had them for a few years now. They’re a little bit pricey but the service is good so I’m not complaining. The scheduling representatives have good, acceptable demeanor. They contact us and then we set up a time for service. I hope there is no pest activity in our home but when we have a problem, Terminix comes and takes care of it right away. We're in Florida so one's going to see bugs, but as long as Terminix comes to take care of any issues then that’s what we’re paying for. They came out twice in December, once for the normal pest control and once for termite inspection, and the technicians were pleasant. Both of them were good-natured guys, and they did their job then went on their way.

These guys know how to handle their customers well and their service is top notch. I have been with them for the last 10 years. Originally I was with Mantis and that got bought out by Terminix. Good products they use that work well... and safe for humans and pets. If you see any issues you call them and they fix it for free. Highly recommend them. Rates are very reasonable. Terminix comes out every year to do a termite inspection. I just leave the gate open for them and they do what they're supposed to do. The technicians came out before and sprayed everything. But after the flood, all of the treatment was washed away and they had to come and redo everything. So, I decided to go with the bait system. The guy was nice and explained everything. I normally schedule a service online and the process was very easy. Our home, in and around, is much better now. I'll tell others to give them a call and let them come out to give them a quote because they're probably just as competitive as any other company. In fact, I've had other companies and I switched to Terminix.

Scheduling works out all right. There are times when they're ahead for several hours and tell us they'll be back when we're here, and so someone stays here and lets them in and everything works out okay. They're easy to meet and talk with, and they're cooperative. Recently I was inside the house and the tech was outside the yard. They also came through the house but it was pleasant. We've been using Terminix for 20 years and we haven't had any bugs crawling around, and that's all we're asking for. So long as I pay my bill, Terminix will keep coming back.

I call Terminix to schedule a service and dealing with their rep has been excellent. Their service has been ongoing since the midsummer. Their technician, Orlando, is wonderful. We’ve had rodents in our house and the situation is improving. The rats are pretty much gone, but they moved into the living part of our house. They've set traps and then they come, check and go over things. Terminix comes whenever I call them and the speed in getting them to do the service is very good. It's a very expensive process, though, about $4,000. And so, until we’re absolutely 100% certain that the problem is totally gone, we will continue to call them because it’s guaranteed for two years. I highly recommend Terminix to my friends.

Terminix comes here for a regular visit to spray the outdoors. They contact me by phone or email when it's time for service. My interactions with their reps have been great. They've been very customer-oriented and very polite. The technician who comes was great too. He always calls and text that he's on his way. We also get an email from him with his picture. He's always very polite, answers all of my questions and always offers to come back out. Terminix's service has been great and we're happy with it.

Scheduling our service with Terminix was good. They were very polite and very thoughtful, and they didn’t assume that I was being a quack. We saw some signs that there was some infestation in our laundry room, and so we called them, and their guy came out the next day and took care of it. He was very nice. He answered our questions and informed us about what they were doing, how it functioned, and what we could expect. I told my friends that if they ever have any signs of any Terminix needs in their houses, Terminix would be the company to go to.

I just started with Terminix. I had asked my neighbor about it because I've seen the Terminix truck over in her yard. I gave them a call and they came right out and did a walk-around of my place and they wrote a treatment. Then I signed up for a program that they have. They've been here once for the initial visit and then I scheduled for another revisit in about two months.
I called them up and they scheduled me right away, probably within two days. The technician was very prompt. In fact the salesman that I talked with he was in the neighbordhood so he stopped by as well the day that the guy who did the spraying was here. He just introduced me to the guy and then told me what his schedule was going to be. Since the service I haven't seen any sign of any critters running around so I think it has worked well. So far I'm very pleased with Terminix.

We bought this house in March and the realtor got the original contract, and so the contract for renewal with Terminix came to this address but had the realtor’s name on it. So, I called Terminix to get the names changed on the account, and they successfully did that. There were a couple of techs that came out, but then they turned around and left because they realized they were here too early. But they were both very nice.

Terminix came quarterly to check for carpenter ants and some other critters on the outside. We had carpenter ants quite a few years ago in the house. It was cleared up five years ago so now they just check for preventive measures. I have a problem with the schedule. They would send me something before the guy would coordinate, that was at the local office. And then it got coordinated through the national office and that turned into a screw up. Because they would send me a notice or they wouldn't send me a notice when they were coming and I would wait around or no one would show up.
The way it is now the technician calls me up the day before. He said we will get a notice that he's supposed to come out so he calls me up personally and lets me know that he's coming and to see if I'm going to be home. Their notification process is really bad. They would need major improvement. But the technician is very good. If it weren't for him I would have gone to another service. He's prompt. He tells you what he's going to do and he does it. The technician from Terminix working for my mother is good as well.

I keep a schedule with Terminix every four months. And sometimes, we do the day in between as well. Their sales reps were great and the technician's amazing. He's been the same person that came the past three times. He's very consistent and already knows the spot that I want to be sprayed and checked. I don't have to guide or tell him anything. He comes and he does his job. There were German cockroaches in our home but since using their service, the pest activity has improved. I appreciate and enjoy their services. They make sure that they get what I need to have the problem eradicated. Even my parents had them so I love them.

We've had Terminix for years. They come out every year for the termites and then we also started the pest control about two years ago. Our tech is the best termite man in the country. He's a good guy. He knows what he's looking for. He does his job and let us know what's going on. One time, he did find the problem and he got someone on it right away. But since then, he hasn't found anything, which I'm very thankful.
When we first started with Terminix, it was awful. They would schedule appointments, we didn't know. They wouldn't come out when they said they were. But since we've had Cody, he's on time. He calls and schedules. He let us know when he's coming. It's just been a complete 100-degree turnaround. I'm really glad that Terminix hired him. I hope they keep him 'cause I like him.

Terminix people came for a check and they found that I had some rats in the attic. I had my house sealed so they couldn’t get in. They did a good job and it was a very good experience. Scheduling the service was fine. They set the time and called when they were going to be there in 30 minutes just to give me a heads up. All the people that came were very courteous and nice. And the first guy was great and a good front person for Terminix because he was very outgoing and helpful. He found the problem and was very mindful of the fact that I had new wood floors. I got him a towel to put on the floor towards the stairs up in the attic. That meant a lot. He answered all my questions and was very informative. He did everything that he said he would do and it worked out just the way he said it would and I liked that. You don’t get that a lot these days. He is a very good asset to Terminix.
This happened a couple of months ago and I haven’t been back in the house, but my daughter goes and checks. The Terminix guys also went and checked to be sure and they didn’t find any dead rodents in the attic. But I need to call them back to go and have them check it again and get the traps out. I am going back there in a couple of weeks. But overall, they were there when they said they’d be and I was very pleased.

Having Terminix services keeps the bugs out of my house. They come out once a quarter and spray, and they’d come out and spray if I need them extra. I've never had any problem with them and the technicians are friendly and willing to help. I’m very satisfied. I’d be glad to recommend them.

We were overwhelmed when we found acorns with the caps off in most of our sofas. Terminix came and they said it was mice. They were getting ready to burl into my sofas but Terminix caught it in time. They found the source, my attic and reinsulated, treated the exterior, and placed traps. We had a flying squirrel too! Angelo and Joe were terrific and very comforting.
