Terminix does the outside of my home on a monthly basis, it's automatic. And every time, the technicians call me a day two before the visit. After the service, they always send me an email with a detailed invoice of what they found, if anything. They are very professional. It's been a good experience and I don’t have problems with pests.

I like Terminix a lot. Recently, they were at my house for termites. They called and said there’s somebody coming out. A technician came. I followed her around and through the house, and she told me what she was doing and explained herself. I'll tell other that if they got termites, Terminix would find the termites and it would be easier to deal with.

Terminix is worth the service. We have Terminix service for many, many years now to deal with insect control. They do a good job in contacting me on a regular basis through email. The service is preventative and they try to minimize the amount of insects inside the home. The last time the technician came, we had a conversation, explained what he was going to do, and he did it. We had rented in the residence for so long that I can’t remember what our situation was like when we started, but obviously, there was a need for Terminix's service as there was a substantial amount of insects -- spiders and ants. But things are good now and we hardly even notice insects inside the home.

I’m having my house tented on March 6 and that would be the most traumatic thing that’s going to happen to me all year. I've got to rent a car and make arrangements to stay at another place. Now it’s Tuesday but I started calling Terminix since Sunday because before I rent the car, I wanted to hear again from Terminix, not just that girl who called me. But they've got all these other appointments for the bait traps and the pest thing but those are not crucial. I was told if I don’t have my house tented, I’m going to lose my house so that’s more important. But the tent didn't really show until I spoke to Anthony. He was able to talk to Jeff who is down here in Miami and they have their own special file. They’re going to call me in a few days before March 6 to let me know what time because the guys have their schedule for the area and the type of job that’s going to make up their map.
I’m looking forward to that tent. I couldn’t have had it years ago because I had other problems with pets and it would have been more traumatic for me. Now, it’s just me so it’s more manageable and I don’t want to lose my house. That aside, everybody at Terminix is very nice and cordial in the company. They know that they've got to behave because they would be penalized so everybody is on their best behavior. The service is a little expensive but I'm happy with it and I like that when they do the bait trap, they bring the little flags to mark those traps on my yard.

We were dealing with carpenter ants in our bathroom area, German cockroaches, and a little bit of mosquitoes. We had Terminix come out and since we started the service, their guy, Raf, would always come out to do his job and get rid of the carpenter ants. So, I was happy about that. The last time he came out, I wasn't inside when he had to spray the house so I didn't get to see if he did my kitchen area. The next day, we had roaches there so I told him about it. He said he didn't spray in certain areas because I'm pregnant and about to give birth, and he didn't want to put toxic chemicals there. So, I told him that if I have anything I’ll just take care of that little problem myself by keeping the old place cool.
Raf also let us know how to keep our trees in the yard from getting something bad. He was very informative and he tells us what the materials are used for. He also calls us in advance to let us know that he’s going to come out and when he'd get there. That way, if we need to clean up, he wouldn't just pop up on us. I like their service and I would recommend them to other people so, they can try Terminix out for themselves.

I have rats and mice up in the attic. Terminix came out and filled where they thought we were having a problem. But when I went up with the most recent Terminix guy who came and showed him the area that I wanted him to check because I'm old and I walk with a cane and I didn't want to climb out across the joist to check to see if they caught anything, he said he can't go over unless there's a plywood across the joist because the company changed rules and he might fall through the ceiling. He just went around and treated the easy stuff but that wasn't his bailiwick to take care of that end of the attic. I'm guessing they have a certain faction in their company that handles this kind of work because the previous guys set the traps and put wire up there to keep any critters from coming in all over the sections of the attic that don't have plywood.

I’ve had great service with the technician from Terminix. I get an email saying that my scheduled quarterly service with them is going to occur on a certain date and time then a technician usually calls me the night before to let me know. I mostly communicate through phone, text or email. I open my gate the morning of the scheduled visit and I get a communication saying that the guy is on his way, that he’s there, and that he's done. I then get an email with my invoice.
I leave for work early and get home late. But on the couple of times I got to interact with their technicians, they were very positive and they guys were very knowledgeable. The technicians change but I’ve had the same one the last couple of times. Despite the changing technicians, I’ve had the same service out of each guy who had done the service. It has been pretty consistent throughout. I’ve been very pleased with my Terminix service, the followup, and the communication. I’ve never had a company do that until I started working with Terminix.
And the pest activity is none existent. The very small activity I have found, has been dead pests that maybe just happen to be out in the room or the garage. The chemicals definitely seem to be effective. Also, the chemicals are printed on a form and I get an email with the same information. It’s very detailed on what the technician used, what he observed at the time of service, and what he did to remedy that or to take care of that defect. I commend Terminix.

Terminix calls and tells me when they're sending someone out who then comes on down. Occasionally, they’ll find roaches in the house, but it hasn’t been overpowering like it has been in the past. It's better than before.

I have a number of different accounts with Terminix and I have a quarterly service with every one of them as preventative maintenance. I have an exclusion policy as well as pest control with the Terminix in Buffalo. So far, they’ve all been fine. Their technicians come at their convenience and they do the outside. I’ve been using them for so long and when I call their local offices, their reps have always very polite and very informative. They help me with any questions I may have, and they all seem to be doing their job.

Terminix comes out and does pest control for me. I've been using them for 10 years now. So far, the pests are staying out of my house. Initially, when they told me the service was for ant control, the told me upfront that they won't be able to stop the ants. What they would do is they'll give the ants an area that they can have, and that's what they have done. They gave them the back fence. So I can see ants back there once in a while but then they take care of the termites. So, it's kind of a mutual benefit.
If I needed extra service for something or if I just need to reschedule, their reps have been very accommodating. All of their technicians have been very friendly and very knowledgeable. If I ask them questions, they take the time to explain something. I'm what they are concerned with at that point and that's what really makes me appreciate them. I have not had a bad experience with Terminix since I've had them and that was one of the reasons I stayed with them. I've recommended them to a number of my friends.

We have Terminix come out annually for termite inspection. It's an ongoing preventative service. But they dont reach out beforehand when they'll come out and all of a sudden, they'll appear. I'd like for them to call before the day they're coming. They’re mediocre and they should be better at reaching out.

Terminix sends a reminder that they're coming, and then they schedule it. I had an inspection recently and it went very well. The gentleman who did it was very nice, thorough, pleasant and respectful. He introduced himself at the door, and he told me where he was going to be and what he was going to do. It was excellent. And he was a young man, which was doubly impressive.

Terminix used to send emails for the schedule of the quarterly spray service and I used to be able to move it out but they stopped sending emails. Yet the service is scheduled on a weekend while I’m home and the technician calls a day before he comes because I have two dogs that run in my backyard and I need to lock them up. Then the technician shows up and does his work. I don’t have much interaction with the technicians but they’re very nice. And when they leave, they tell me if they see a problem or not. Now, I haven’t had any pest activity except for a spider every once in a while. I’m very happy with Terminix and I have already referred them to another person.

I had bugs in the house and I couldn't get rid of them, although I had been trying to do so for the longest time. I used to foster kids and the bugs came with them and wouldn't leave. The Terminix reps that I spoke with on the phone were very nice. The rep that came out and did the initial inspection was also very nice. He told me that I didn't have termites, which was a relief. Then he talked about what their technician would do and what to expect when the technician came out.
We scheduled an appointment for the technician to come out and I loved that the technician came on time. He was very professional and polite. That was great and I appreciated it. He was also very knowledgeable, which made me feel good because I have indoor pets and I didn't want him to put any kind of chemical in the house that would harm them. He assured me that the product he would be using would be completely harmless. He used this product in my house where I told him I'd seen these critters.
Since the technician did the service, I haven't seen one pest in my home. I've been telling people about my experience with Terminix and that they need to call this company if they ever need to get rid of some pests. I had someone from another pest company come out before, but my experience then was the opposite of what it was with Terminix.

The Terminix technician was here for a very short time spraying around the perimeter of the house. The technicians were always very polite and professional. I had another company originally that sold their company to Terminix two years ago. So, I was used to him, but then when Terminix took over, there was no problem. I've only have two or three different service people come over and they were fine too. Terminix contacted me quarterly and I told them a time back that I had to cut back on the service because I'm recently widowed and I didn't have the money to have them come over as frequently as they wanted to. Scheduling service with them is no problem. They're very agreeable to whatever I need. I have no problems at all with any insects at this time. It's winter time and I don't know if that makes a difference.

Terminix come every three months for a scheduled routine maintenance. The technician was a wonderful gentleman. He's very personable and caring and he seems to really care about me as an individual and about my home. It's not just a job for him. I really like this guy. He's a very good person and a very good representative for the company. He's an overall great person and a definite asset to the Terminix team. However, I'm still seeing a few spiders, but my home is back to a lake. So, it's hard to get rid of all the pests although I'm not seeing any major things. Nevertheless, Terminix is definitely a good investment.

We used Terminix in Nebraska and moved to Florida and were told that we could transfer our service, we really didn't want to but we figured since we paid for it we might as well, so today we sat at home till after 4:00 waiting for the guy to show up, then all he did was try to sell us termite protection then told us we could not transfer our service and that we had to pay him to do anything. This is why we didn't want them. They are pushy and do a lousy job. Pushy service guys. I told him to get off my property and he flipped me off and laughed. What a loser. So I would not want them to ever step foot on my property again. I would suggest the same for anyone out there. This guy need some help with customer service.

I had a good experience with Terminix. The gentleman seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable. I might have to schedule an extra service but I've had good experience when I'ved had to call them. I've been very satisfied and I haven't seen any significant amount of pest since the service. Sometimes in the summer we might see some ants but that's it. So I would recommend them.

I am a new purchaser on this house and the Terminix contract was already on it. They've been out for pest control and checking, and there's a contract for the wildlife situation, too. The reps have been very nice, and the techs were fine. They are very prompt and they keep in touch with me by email to let me know that somebody's coming. They're easy to deal with as well.

We have a fellow from Terminix that comes and does spraying for us and so far, we've been with them for four years now. We had a rat problem before and Terminix helped us take care of that. Their rep would send a message as to what day their technicians were coming. On the other hand, their technicians were professional, friendly and they listened. If we say we see some ants over here, they get right on it. It's always the same guy so he has gotten to know us. I just wish the prices weren't going up. Nevertheless, Terminix does a good job. They come when they say they would and they're very thorough.

Terminix did something they call an exclusion. I live in a high-rise condominium and I was experiencing mice. And so, what they did was they came over, and and they plugged up every hole like behind my HVAC units and around my dishwasher hoses and every place the mouse could get in. The technician was great. I didn't have any problem with that at all. I like it. But considering how little time it took, it was overpriced. But it was effective and it was good. I have had this done before in the last two years and I paid $700, then you got to have them come out and do it again and pay another $700. For me, that's too high and I don't have a place as that big. Also, the lady who came out the last time before the exclusion was done was trying to talk me into more service, which irritated me because they already overcharged me for the service that they're going to provide. But I ignored her and I didn't pay for more.

I had a great experience with Terminix. I’ve got the number of the guy who does my house. So, if I ever have any issues I call him directly. He’s great. He tells me what's going on, takes care of everything and anytime I have any questions, he’s always available to talk. I have a quarterly service set up and he calls me and lets me know they’ll be coming in and what day the service will be done. Also, he was good about working with me on my time which makes a big difference to me because most people are working in the day, and it’s hard to be home to make sure that they can get inside the house and do what they got to do. But if I need him sooner, then he’ll come. Since the last time he was here, I have only seen one little roach the other day. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues at all.

We have a pre-scheduled service with Terminix. They come every three months and they send me an email, a text, and a phone call that they're coming. When I have had an issue, they've been able to come and take care of it for me. Their technician recently came and she sprayed the house down and she left. And I haven't had any birds, nests or any problems since the service.

Terminix has a really great team. They're very responsible. The schedules is the only issue that maybe they can fix better. Normally, they say that they would come in at certain hours and it would be something between one hour until noon. We would wait for them but we also have to go out or do things in the day and they would go maybe at the end of the afternoon. But the rest is a really great experience.

I bought a house and there were lots of cockroaches and spiders and what looked like mouse droppings. I had Terminix come out and spray, and I had another guy come out and do a termite inspection. The personality and the attitudes of both the gentlemen that came out were very good. The only thing was it was it was a little hard to set up an appointment with Terminix at first. I went online and tried to make one and they didn’t have anything available listed there. I work and it was hard to coordinate, but their guy Alton came out and was great. He called me and set up the service for the very next day. Now, the pest activity has slowed and although I still find one every once in a while, the situation is much better.

We had called Terminix and they did an inspection and they injected some stuff on each slab at the site where they found the termites had gotten into the house. And they had also set day traps around the house to check for other activities. And recently, the service guy came out to do our yearly termite inspection. He noted for the traps that they set up, and he did a thorough inspection around the house, also. And we had no problems with him and he was knowledgeable and helpful. The service is good. I have not noticed any pests inside and according to the report that the guy gave me when he did the yearly checkup, they had zero indication of any activity.

Terminix was recently here for mice infection and to find out if the little traps that they set up were catching anything. When I called them, I spoke to a rep, told them my problem and they set up an appointment to have a rep come out and check out my complaint. Their technician was very good. I told them my problem and they told me what they could do to solve it. They also made an appointment for me to have a rep come out and inspect because some stuff that is being taken care of is in the walls of the house. I highly recommend Terminix.

Terminix comes every three months. The technician was delightful. He showed us a picture of his new baby. We have his number and we call him if we need something and when I get a Jurassic roach in my garage. The Terminix service worked. We had it in California, and then we have it here. People say Terminix is a little expensive and I said, "Huh? They're a lot cheaper". They're dependable, good and friendly.

I recently leased a single family home and when I moved in, it was infested with cockroaches and mice. That wasn’t visible when I did the walk through because the house was so cluttered by the previous tenant. Terminix came out to do an initial inspection and they stated that the recommended course of action would be not only to have a contract but to also have what they call an exclusion process which cost $9,500. They would come in, remove dead squirrels from the crawl space, and set up the crawl space so that squirrels and rodents couldn’t get in. My landlord said we would not be doing the exclusion package for $9,500. And the agreement was that I would pay for the contract with Terminix then I would get reimbursed.
So I paid Terminix for the contract. They came out once and put down two mouse traps and some roach bait gel. The did very minimal work and said that if I saw any bugs or the traps were filled within the next five days, I could call them because I have a contract. They’d come, remove the dead rodents, put brand new traps in, and if the insects increase, they would come and spray. So after that, I called to set up an appointment.
I spoke with the service manager who told me that he looked at the initial inspection and that my house isn’t worth the service because I would cost them more than my contract is worth. He also told me that he was terminating my contract. I told him that I would like that in writing but he said that he didn't have to give that to me. But I told him that contractual laws states that he needed to give me a cancellation in some form of writing because it was after 72 hours. He still insisted that he didn't have to so I told him to show me on the contract where it says that he didn't need to do that.
He began to speak to me in the most arrogant fashion after that and he started talking down to me as if I was a third rate citizen. I told him that I wanted him to uphold their end of the contract, and to get a guy out here to remove the dead rodents and to spray. I also asked for their general manager and their district manager, but he said that that was his position. I dealt with this guy for three days in a row and his demeanor did not change. He was very condescending and at the end of it, I was so distraught.
I ended up having to call their 800 number and being passed through their corporate affairs. This happened at the beginning of January and I finally got a refund from them about five days ago. Then I had to go and procure a contract with Orkin for $100 more a month. I am disgusted with Terminix. I’ve never been treated in that fashion before and I feel that I can’t be the first or the last person that they’ve treated like this. Hopefully, Terminix would either replace that man or train him with proper customer service. They should also go over the terms of their contracts with him because apparently he forgot.

Our recent experience with Terminix was in January where they came out for rodents, ants and roaches. The tech came out twice for that, and he would call me for scheduling and if he is coming. He helped me about my garage where the rodents might be tucked away, so I had to clear the area and put down sticky traps. Since the service, I have not seen any rodents or any mice. But I have those mice repellent that you stick in the wall socket. And I guess it beeps out a loud beeping noise that humans can't hear. Terminix is all right.

Terminix comes to do their monthly service and they contact me by phone or email for the schedule. Most of the time, I’m not home when the technicians come, but when I am here, they do everything I ask them to do. They are very professional. They spray outside, take care of the yard, go around and take down the spider webs, and spray in my detached garage. Sometimes I have a conversation with the tech and his demeanor is very well. The pest activity is okay until summer comes. I have a neighbor with some dogs and I have a problem with fleas sometimes, which they address as they come back and spray in my garage and stuff for that. But other than that, I don’t have any problems and my experience is good.

The Terminix service has been ongoing. We haven’t had a problem with that. I’ve seen less spiders around and the little problems we had. When we first moved here, there were a lot of little snails. So those are gone, and ants as well. Pest activity has improved. They’re efficient and kind. Occasionally, when I meet their technician, he’s very mannerly and they ask me if I’m satisfied. I would recommend them.

Over the course of a 6 month period or longer, Terminix refused to provide me with the location of "discovered" termites in one of the baits that was installed on my property. Each bait is numbered so that the various technicians can keep an eye on baits that have been penetrated. I needed this information so that I would not expose my wood piles to this particular area of the yard. On several occasions, someone reached out and promised me this information, but I never received it. Today, a sales rep called me in order to renew my subscription and of course I refused. Why would anyone want to do business with such a company full of promises and the potential to hide something that is not there.

I'm thrilled with Terminix and their service. In fact, after the young man came to the house, I sent a note to my brothers saying, "If you guys ever have pest problems, you got to call Terminix. These guys are awesome." I was using a competitor and was really unhappy. I had mice in the house. And they were good at catching the mice but they were terrible at keeping the mice out. I wanted to keep the mice out and I wasn’t interested in catching them.
Terminix came in and they did an amazing job. I wasn’t even expecting any follow-up, but the young man called and showed up, and says, "I just like to do some follow-up stuff." And he went in through the basement where I was having the problems and he did all kinds of inspections and checks. It was cold and snowy out but he walked around the perimeter of the house and in front of a couple of areas where whatever they use to prevent the mice from getting in the house, some of them had been cut loose or fell out, and he replaced that. It was unexpected and he couldn’t have done a better job. I'm completely satisfied. I would never hesitate to recommend Terminix, they did an awesome job.

I've had a good experience with Terminix. The Terminix employee came to the house and let us know he was there and asked about any issues that we might have been having with rodents or insects, and then took their business for us. We have a quarterly set up with them and we've never had an issue with them at all. It's preventive just to try and make sure things don't get into the house and deal with what we have to deal with. I usually have the same technician for a year now who is a younger fellow and he is very pleasant and polite. He comes to the door and lets us know exactly what he's going to do. And then, when he's done, he comes back and reconfirms what he did. We've never really noticed a lot of pest activity, but that's probably because we've had the service since we bought the home.

I had a rat issue. We found out the culprits so, there was nothing that Terminix could do. We figured out the cat was bringing the rats in the house. The cat goes out no more and we solved the problem. Their technician was good and all excellent. We’re very happy with the service that we get. Scheduling the service is just okay and their reps are satisfactory. If Terminix wasn’t good, I wouldn’t be one of their clients. What they’ve done for me has been excellent.

While we have had a good experience with Terminix, we had a mix-up with our scheduling. We got caught with our moving and they couldn't contact us. And he's been very thorough and helpful, and he answered all my questions. He was very pleasant, on time, and considerate with our schedule, and easy to interact with, too, so, everything went fine. Terminix is reliable and they do a good job. A few years ago, I had moles in my house and they came back several times to address the issue. Finally, we got rid of them. I've been with Terminix for about four and a half years now and since I started with them, I haven't had pests. The technicians are really nice men too. Last time that the man came, he asked me if I had any problems or bugs in the house. I told him no and he sprayed outside. They should just keep up the good work.

I established several years ago outside service from Terminix to make sure that I don’t get ants inside the house, and little house spiders. Terminix does what they’re supposed to do. It’s regular service but generally, they leave a recorded message to remind me that they’ll be out. Also, if I need to reschedule, I can give them a call back. I don’t have any pests inside, which is why I continue with the service.

I always think that Terminix does a good job. I had a termite problem in my outbuilding before and Terminix first treated it in August of 2004. 75% of the time we have the same technician that comes out. I trust him the most because he’s been with Terminix the longest. Recently, they checked the termite sticks they have out and they said, they didn't find anything. They usually come out for a termite service when they have me scheduled. Scheduling an appointment was easy. If I call, they were out there quick. They had to do repairs too and they did what they said they were going to do. They sent some professional people out to do the repair and I was very well satisfied with the work done.

The people from Terminix have been very professional and they do a good job and when they say they're coming out, they do. A tech came out recently for our annual inspection. He called beforehand and told us when he was coming out and he even sent me a text saying that he was 15 minutes out and he was on his way. He was very prompt and very polite.

I called Terminix up and told them about my cockroach problem. I asked for a technician to come out and look at things and help me get rid of them. The rep that I talked to wanted to know what I needed and when I would like the appointment. And they were very prompt in sending out the technician and he was great. He knew what he was talking about. My dog had just died and he was very sympathetic. It was just very nice. He went around and sprayed. He did what he needed to do and he just reassured me that I could call him for any services that I needed, and he would come back.

My recent experience with Terminix was just as expected and everything went fine. They did termite inspections and the technician went out in the yard and upstairs and looked everywhere. He had a flashlight and he told me I didnt have any termites. He was courteous and did his job.

Terminix comes out yearly for termite inspection. But they'll come in and spray for bugs next Monday. I've had Terminix for at least eight years now. I had termites inside my house before. I had a hot water sitting in a closet in my house and I had termites in there. I had a closet right behind it and they had eaten part of the wall out. Terminix repaired my wall at no cost and I appreciate that very much.
However, my inspection for termites seems to renew every year and they're always moving the inspection back. They came on January 1st. If I haven't had to move it back one time, they would be back in November of last year. They just get closer and closer together and I don't like that. I have rescheduled it before. In fact, I got it back out to whenever it renews in like in April or March. But now they started moving it back. When you pay for 12 months, you want them to come every 12 months instead of eight months. Nonetheless, every man or woman that came in has been super nice and very professional. I have recommended Terminix to other people.

I got a one-year annual termite service from Terminix and the same technicians have been out here for the last several times. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. It also looked like they did a thorough job and they left on time. Since I got their service, I had no termite issues. I've been very pleased and I felt like I got what I paid for. It’s also nice to see the same guy come out year after year and develop a relationship.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Terminix, with their people. I've been using their service for eight years. I used them before too when I lived in another town in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I also used the termite protection because I knew I would be selling that house someday and I did. I rescheduled my service with them once since I wasn’t going to be able to get home in time and I didn’t want them waiting. I got the message across and was rescheduled.
A month ago, I had my service from them. Sherry was my technician and called the night before she was coming. I asked her to call me when she was on her way on the day of the service and she did. I saw her pull up so I went outside and asked her some questions about ants, termites, and different things and she was very knowledgeable. She did what I asked her to do. She also went around and did the garage. When she was in the back she told me that she wouldn’t put down something for ants because I told her I had some dogs. She instead put down something that they don’t eat.
She also warned me that I had a little butterfly garden in the middle of the yard and I asked her if I should put that down there. She said, “The butterflies in early spring could eat it. So, I wouldn’t if it were mine.” I appreciated that. After she finished, she told me what she did and asked if I needed any other service. She asked me if I had termite protection which I did. I gave Sherry a good recommendation on the website. She was especially informative and I felt very comfortable with her.
I had a few roaches but about every six months, I have the service from Terminix done and this time when Sherry came, I hadn’t even seen roaches. One time, a while back, I had an ant problem coming in the kitchen window and Terminix took care of that and the ants didn't come back. I’m very pleased because when I first moved in, I had my granddaughter with me and my dogs. I noticed that my granddaughter would put dried dog food in the bedroom so the dogs could eat in there and I got roaches. That was why I called Terminix. But I haven’t had a repeat since Terminix has been on the job.

Everything has been great with Terminix. They're reasonably priced and easy to deal with. I get quarterly routine service from them and they usually notify me by phone call when their tech is coming out. If the date doesn’t work for me, they'd work with me to change it. I also love my tech, Rogelio. He is awesome and the nicest guy. He was my family’s tech when I was growing up and I’ve known him for years. He takes really good care of me, answers my questions, and he’d make suggestions where necessary. He’s very helpful and very accommodating, too. I trust him coming into my house and with my dogs. I feel very fortunate to have him as I’m always kind of nervous with strangers.

I’ve had Terminix ever since I lived in Tennessee and whenever they come, they check everything. The last time they were here was for their quarterly visit for the termite inspection. They send me an e-mail for scheduling and they give me the date that they’re coming. Then, I just let them know that it’s fine. About 90% of the time, the same person comes out and their technicians are pretty friendly and nice.
Also, they always do what I ask them to do whenever I need anything. There was one time that I called because there were some spiders in the house but they didn’t come until a couple weeks later. The guy was on vacation and they didn't have anybody to replace him. That was the only disappointing thing. They didn’t have anybody else as a back-up just because we’re in a small area. They don’t have a contingency plan. They were more efficient in Tennessee because there are a lot more technicians over there. But they haven't totally disappointed me and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was good with Terminix. They came for the first time for my once in every three months service, and they sprayed for silverfishes. I have seen one or two, but the technician told me they’ll gradually die ‘cause they set some traps. The technician was good. He was knowledgeable with his product. I'm very satisfied with Terminix.

There was some type of insect that was coming up from the Whirlpool bathtub in the master bathroom. We called Terminix and within a matter of three hours, they responded. Then in less than 24 hours, two people showed up. They went through and did a full evaluation. I was so impressed that I paid for the year. Everyone that I worked with at Terminix was highly professional. I actually had to call back because I ended up getting a bill so I called to make sure that the bill was sent by mistake because I paid there on the spot for the year. And the gentleman I spoke to that day was more than helpful. He quickly took care of the matter so I had no problem.
There was one minor reoccurrence since the service. What it turned out to be was an ant infestation. And so Terminix treated it and it's supposedly resolved. I was very pleased with them. I would suggest them above others. I have a school and Terminix does not have my school contract but they will as soon as this one expires.

Terminix is one of the good companies that I recommend to everybody, but I've not been lucky with the people who've been coming. I purchased our house two years ago, and my brother recommended for Terminix to come and do a check-up and maintenance which they did and I signed a contract with them. They sprayed the house. I found a small snake in the kitchen and then I called, and when the service guy came, he said it came from outside but he made a check-up for the house. And then, a week later, there were roaches coming in the kitchen which made my wife really mad because we didn’t have roaches before. Our house is brand new and it's a good house. Terminix told me to call them if I find anything so I called them and the same guy came back. He came three times and I didn’t really like his service. He was talking too much and didn’t give any attention. I made a complaint.
They sent me another guy and he said that the previous guy did not put glue here and there so he put some. And then, two weeks later, the roaches kept coming in the same area. So, the guy came which was another work within three months. I have had a hard time with Terminix. And I’m looking at my brother’s house, and it’s perfect. Only my wife and I live in the house and my wife is very clean, but we kept seeing roaches. I killed one, kept it in a napkin and showed it to the technician. And he laughed and said he would be putting more chemicals. But it was also like a blame, so I’m really not happy.
The Terminix representatives are very nice people, and they give very good customer service over the phone, but they have not been sending me a good technician. I’m 61-years old and I could tell the guy just came to say “hi-bye.” I told him the area where the roaches kept coming, and he brought spray but he didn’t check all the house. He didn’t even go on the roof. With all the chemicals and glue that they use, I should not see anything. And I told Terminix not to send me the same technician and also told them that he had been trying to sell me stuff and he had been spending time talking about it. I could have stopped him but I am not mean and I kept listening. I hope Terminix would send a better-experienced guy.

Terminix comes out every three months. They do the inside when I'm home and the outside when I'm home or not home. I have the guy who comes out. He has my phone number and he works with me on my schedule. Terminix schedules the service. But, they let me know when they're going to be out there. And then I'll be there when I get there. But if I'm not, I contact the technician and advise him that I can't be on that particular time. And the guy is like, "Yeah, that’s okay. I’ll come out when you get home in a few hours”. I think he makes a really good effort to be there when I’m there. And he did the inside 'cause I do need the inside done a lot of times. I tell him what I need. He doesn’t even ask me how many spiders. And he asks me about the different insects from seeing this to that, out there or inside. And he takes care of it. Since the services, it's good to go.

We're on a regular schedule with Terminix for maintenance, which is on an automatic program that happens every three months. We've always done well with them in the past and we recently had them deal with the mice that I have upstairs in the attic. We gave them a call the same week that we experienced the noise upstairs in the attic. We had a girl named Jessica, and she set up an appointment. The service people came out, inspected the property, and were back within two days to address the problem and fix it. One of them was their manager and the other one was his assistant. And they both work and both were expecting it would be killed.
They put various screens and vents, plugging holes with caulk. They also changed the rubber shields at the bottom of my garage doors because they said there was some more weakness for the mouse to go in. They mouse proofed the outside of my house so that hopefully, no more little critters will come back in. And it is winter time and that's the time when they get to stay. After the guys did the service, we haven't heard a squeak, which was a good thing. I've always been satisfied with Terminix. I have some couple of problems with the work they've done and I would like them to address them again. And I was hoping they would be calling me. I have recommended Terminix to other people. Terminix is not cheap, but I'm getting what I paid for. And to me, it's worthwhile.

I spotted the wings of flying termites out in a shed that I had in the back area where I store Christmas decorations. I was concerned so I called Terminix up and I asked them to come and see if I had any termites. Their reps were very nice and very pleasant. They took down the information and said they'd set up the service for me. They made things very clear very quickly.
Then, this young man called and set up an appointment. And he came by when I was home when I’m not working. He went through the whole house and out in the shed and said that there was nothing active. He also looked in the walls and there was no burrowing. So, we discussed it and I decided to get their contract which was expensive at over $900 for a year's service. They came back a couple of times and they’d keep checking over the year to make sure there aren't any termites. A crew also came and buried these circular things with bait in them. They stuck them on the ground because apparently termites come up through the ground into the walls. Three weeks later, they asked me if I wanted any other service. But I told them that I already paid $900 and I didn’t want any other services.
My experience with Terminix has been very enjoyable. They were on time, efficient, and they’re very good with explaining things out for me. Everything also seems to be okay now and I don’t have any termites. Hopefully the baits would keep them away. But the funny part was, the techs went around my house but they didn’t go around the thing in the back. They said that because it sits up and it’s not right next to the ground, it would cost additional money to put the bait things on there. So I said never mind. Hopefully the termites won’t tear it down or something, and eventually, I could just get my own supplies as far as getting indoor treatment. Those people have to spray and on the south you have to spray sooner or later because you'd get roaches, ants, and everything that flies and crawls in your house. I still see the other little beasties get in here but not that much. It’s really been quiet and it’s cold now so they’re kind of in hibernation.

And then we had another one come in when we had to call because we were still seeing some bugs. I started my account with Terminix in 2010, and I had them coming every three months, which is what I have them do again. I called them and set an appointment and told them to come in the morning and that they needed to call 30 minutes before they get here. The new technician who came out knew the area and he was good and he's supposed to come back in two weeks to check the mouse thing. I would recommend Terminix to somebody else.

Our Terminix service is a good preventative measure. It has been helpful, and I haven't seen any pests since we've been having the service. Also, their customer service is good. Everything has been done in a timely manner. We are on a routine service with Terminix, and I got a call that they were coming two days before our recent service. The Terminix technician came out for termite inspection. He was a nice and curious young man. He let me know when he was here which I appreciated, and when he had completed his work outside and then he was leaving and that he didn’t find anything. So, it was a good experience. The service overall is okay, and I’ve only had one bad experience but it has been rectified.

Terminix comes down every three months and I would call them to see when they're coming down and they'll tell me the day they're coming down. Everything was fine with the technician. If you’re having any problems with pests, call Terminix because they do a really wonderful job. I haven’t seen any pest activity since having their services. During the most recent service we had, the technician arrived on time, was very efficient, got everything taken care of and offered us another service available. He was very friendly and helpful, so we appreciate it and we’re satisfied. There also had been a matter in the past and I spoke to a representative and it was taken care of. Everything has been fine.

I’ve got a lot of wood in the place, so I signed up with Terminix as a precautionary thing to make sure that I don’t get anything. I’ve been with them for several years, and they come out every three months. I signed up for the pest control, and they went up in the attic and did a bunch of stuff. They also went into the garage and down the basement and they checked underneath the sink. I haven’t seen any pests since. The technicians that came called beforehand, and were pretty good.

We have a good service from Terminix. We have a regularly scheduled exterior visit and the most recent one went really well and all questions were answered in a professional manner. I also call them if I need something to be serviced. The technicians have been very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all the questions I asked. However, I don't like the bill going up $4-$5 every quarter.

The Terminix service is great. We're scheduled every three months and they would usually give us a courtesy call to let us know when they're coming out. If we can't keep the appointment, we always notify them and make other arrangements. Most recently, we were having a problem with some little sugar ants and they gave us those little packs to put down. The people are also professional and they’re identified. The same guy usually has this area and he's down to earth, hospitable and friendly. He knows what to do and he’s a take-charge guy. But the price isn't very competitive with some of their competitors.

I’ve used other pest control companies in the past and I was never really comfortable with them but I’m comfortable with the people with Terminix. We have a regular scheduled maintenance with them. They come out, look around, wipes away the wasp nests and spiders I had around the outside of the house and then put a barrier treatment. A friend of my daughter comes over to visit sometimes and they have bugs in their house which they bring along. So I make sure that they put a little treatment out when they come to make sure that I don’t have a problem.
When the service is scheduled, they usually send me an e-mail which will have the date and time when they’re supposed to come. If I ever have a problem with it, all I have to do is go online and switch it around. It's no big deal. Also, we've had the same person come out for quite a while. And when they come out, they're not here for very long. It usually takes, at most, 30 minutes.

Terminix comes every three months to make sure we don't have any roaches or ants in the house. They spray outside. And if we want it inside, we request it. The service has been great, and the pest activity has been excellent. We haven't seen anything in our house. However, they had come and we were away. They did the outside. I didn't even know they were here, so we called them and then they came and did the inside. I always thought that they did both because that was how they did it before.
Initially, we used to call to schedule, then they come, or they call us and they come. We pay them when they come. This last time, I saw a bill on my credit card and we didn't even know they were here. We like to have them make sure they do the inside, too. But the technician is a great guy. We like his personality and his responsiveness if we need him. Last year, when we had a bad ant problem outside, in our patio, and at the back, he took care of that. We even had some ants coming inside the kitchen through the window, and he took care of that, too. So, that's been totally under control. I just wish they would notify us when they're going to come, not bill us after the fact.

Terminix sends me an email or a text, and I generally get all their emails in advance of just a day or two before the date for confirmation that I'm going to be out, if they're going to be out and then I don't have to be there. There's a lady that comes out and she's very helpful. She does the inside if I want her to, and if I'm not there or I don't need the inside done, she does the outside. They know what they’re talking about when it comes to pest control, and I've been very pleased with them. They certainly give good pest control service.

We have an annual schedule with Terminix where they just check to make sure the work they did to get rid of the termites is still keeping the termites away. If there was another outbreak of termites, it’s all on them and they have to take care of it. We’ve been very pleased. I’ve always felt that they were very quick to respond and I like the fact that they notify us yearly if it’s time for our inspection. They take charge of it.

We were moving in to a new home but it was an older home and when we got ready to move in, we saw that there were spiders, boxelder bugs and other kinds of bugs and creepy crawlies around. We’re also out in the country and we don't want to get overrun by mice or bugs. We wanted to get on a regular program, and Terminix was the one that could service our area, get to us the quickest and had the fairest price. The scheduling was very simple too. All I had to do was provide them the address and the name, and give them the credit card to seal the deal. Everything went fine and it was a pleasant experience. The representatives were very knowledgeable and they understood what they were talking about. They were pleasant to talk to and they seemed to understand where we were and what we needed to get done. They were also very prompt in getting someone out to meet our schedule.
The technician was fantastic. He came and introduced himself and then went about doing his thing. He didn’t interfere with what we were doing. He explained everything to us as what he was doing and how he was doing it. It was a great job and I was very satisfied with him. We’ve got some issues still going on with some spiders and now that we've got out all of our belongings in the house, we want to make sure that we get some mice control so we don’t end up with mice. We’re probably going to end up calling Terminix back but the pest activity is definitely better.

Back in December, I found that I had bedbugs mostly in my living room and on my couch. They're nasty and I've been vacuuming it. Later on, I found out that one of my daughter's friends had them so that's probably where the bedbugs came from. Terminix's technician was here January 3rd and it cost me 1400 hours. He told us that when the bedbugs move real slow, they cross over whatever Terminix put on the furniture. I was very satisfied with that service. I also had mice and I was a little upset because Terminix was supposed to be here on Friday between 1 pm to 3 pm. But I had to call because the technician that was to service my home had gotten hurt and they said that I fell through the cracks in rescheduling. But they sent somebody out the next day and the gentleman was very professional and polite. I was very satisfied with him as well.
So other than them not letting me know that nobody would be here when I had changed a dentist appointment, I was very satisfied with Terminix's service. In fact, I've already talked to a couple of my relatives about Terminix and they agreed that if they could get rid of bedbugs that fast, they would consider using Terminix in the future.

Terminix calls us and tells us when the technician's going to be here then the technician calls a day before and tells about what time he's going to be here. It used to be the same person who comes for the first couple of years, but the last couple of times, it was another guy. He came with the first guy a couple of times. They got good personalities and are very friendly. They came for a routine quarterly spray, but we had another issue with some little black flies, and the guy who came was great. He told us what they were. We thought they were like sewer flies because somebody else in the neighborhood had them. The technician said they're not sewer flies and they grow around the window. He told us what to do and he got rid of them, and we haven't had them since. I always had good experience with Terminix and I've told many people about it.

Terminix calls me to schedule our service and they came out recently to do a termite inspection. The people who come out to do the service have been very nice. And my daughter usually talks with them, and she never complained. Since we've had Terminix, the termites are way down to nothing. I still see ants and spiders within a few days after they came, and I called to have them come back. But everything is fine and I would recommend Terminix.

I have a house in California and another in Florida, and Terminix takes care of everything here and there. I have been with them for a couple of months now but the first guy who came to my house was faking it. He pretended to know what he was talking about and treated me like a dumb guy. I don’t think he did anything though, because after he left, the problem was still the same. That was horrible and I didn't like him at all. I've had service three times in the California house and the second and the third one were amazing. Michael and Mark were the last two gentlemen who visited house. The last gentleman who came to my home did his best. He sprayed and was very precise when he was listening to whatever my concern was. Luckily after he left this time, everything was clear and perfect.
Maybe they have one bad guy but they have a lot good guys too. One bad experience is not a big deal and it doesn’t mean they're bad people. I like to have my job done no matter who's doing it and as long as they would send me another technician, I have a new experience and I can explore what my options are, I won't make it as a big deal. Terminix insists to solve the problem no matter what and they would work and work to improve.

Terminix notified me when they were coming. Then they came, rang the doorbell, and did the work that they were supposed to do. I asked questions about a couple of things, they answered my questions, and then they left. They did everything that I asked them to do so that was pretty thorough. We have an automatic schedule every three months. So, they would call and tell me about the schedule and if I’m not going to be available, they would ask me when would I be available.
Their technicians were nice and friendly. Also, they asked if there was anything else they could do and if I needed anything additional done. As a matter of fact, they did something that I wasn’t aware of, put something on my porch and I asked what it was, and he said he was cleaning off spider webs. He explained it completely and it was very simple. So, everything was fine. There’s less pest activity now since they’ve been there. I have been using them for five years and they don’t bill me for more than what I ask. But if they want to reduce the price, that would be better.

Terminix's service is the best. Their technicians are very good, they know what they're doing, and they're professional. We have a quarterly service with Terminix, and recently, the technician stopped by without me calling. He came twice but he told me he was going to come back and do a little more. The pests decreased since the most recent service. I still see one here and there and I don't want them to get more. I hope the technician would come back.

Our new Terminix technician is very professional and a very good person. He knows his stuff and then he takes care of the outside very well. My first technician tended to me until he got the local guy assigned to me. And they've both been very nice people. We have a quarterly service with Terminix, and when we have to schedule a service, they respond really well. Their representatives are friendly. Since the latest service, our property improved a lot. Terminix did a good job. I'll recommend them.

We had rodents and Terminix made their first visit. Their customer service was good and they were pretty clear whenever they talked to me. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. They did what they had to do and I didn't have any problems with them. We caught two of the rodents and we haven't seen really any signs of rodent activity since the service from Terminix. They've mostly left. It's been a good experience so far.

The experience with Terminix was fine. They always do the scheduling for me and they don't tell me and that's annoying. Every year I get a call saying, "I'm scheduled to be out there in two days at 2:00." I'm like, "Really? 'Cause I knew nothing about that." They give me a day or two advance notice and then I have to reschedule which is easy and my interactions is aways good with their inspector. But I used to have the same inspector every year. This year it was a new person and he is professional, not overly friendly, but I don't think I'd want him to be overly friendly.

Terminix technicians come out quarterly for us. When we had one-off ant issue, we had them come out. We’ve lived in our house for seven years and never had that issue before. Since Terminix did the service, the ants have not come back. Ants were the original target but we definitely had other improvements as well since the technicians did things in our yard.
Our technician is always friendly, quick and efficient. He lets me know when he’s coming, always asks me if there’s anything that I need and goes about his business and checks in with me when he leaves. He's really straightforward and easy to work with. I had to reschedule a couple of times because we have a dog. I have to kind of pay attention to when he’s coming versus when the dog needs to be able to go outside. But it’s been really simple.

I love Terminix and I don't have any termites now. They email me to schedule the service appointment and come out once a quarter. It's been very easy on me and I have no problems. I also really like my technician. He knows what he's doing and does a good job.

I was having trouble with squirrels in my attic. I called and scheduled a service with Terminix and their reps were very good. Then, two men came out and looked everything over. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and they told me what needed to be done, then they did it. I would recommend Terminix. I haven't seen the squirrels in the last days but I put a call-in yesterday to Terminix so they could come back and find out where the squirrels are and I haven't heard from them.

I had Northwest before but I didn't like the way they talked. When I called, I didn't have all the money then. With Terminix, they're flexible with the money and they do a good job, too. They're courteous and really nice, and they go right to work. I told the tech my schedule and when I was going to be available, and she scheduled everything around my availability. She would come in the morning time and it's working out fine. She's highly knowledgeable. They were here last week for a follow up on their roach treatment and I had a wonderful experience with them. I had a bad infestation here, and now the pest activity is way down and the roaches should be pretty much exterminated. I will recommend them.

We use Terminix for pest control and they come out on a quarterly basis. But then we also had a mice remediation and they came in to try to find the areas where the mice maybe coming into the house. It was a straightforward process. They plug them up and make sure that they don’t get our kitty cat. We set up the appointment through phone but usually if there’s another appointment that needs to be scheduled you can do that while they’re here. One thing that’s really nice about them is they call the day before to make sure that the family knows that they’re coming out tomorrow. They even call an hour or so before to let you know that they’re on their way. That’s really kind of nice. You have an idea when they’re going to be here.
Moreover the technicians are willing to spend time to make sure that you’re comfortable with what they did. They answer any questions that you might have in regards to the product that they used. They’re very helpful. It’s been a really nice experience. They make sure that they put their little boots on before they come into the home and are very respectful of the property. We don’t see any activity within the home and if we do we give them a call. If it is something that we feel needs to be addressed right away they usually come out as soon as an appointment can be scheduled. Or if it’s something that we feel they could wait we just kind of make note of it and let them know whenever they get here. I would recommend Terminix.

I was living in a rental house and it was overrun with roaches. And so, I called Terminix to try and combat the issue. My husband dealt with the Terminix technician most of the time, but I saw him once and talked to him on the phone several times. He was very nice and polite. Terminix knocked some of the roaches down but we never got rid of them. We ended up moving. I canceled my service with them because my contract was only for three months. We have a new residence, and I don't need service. I would recommend Terminix.

We have two appointments scheduled. One for our typical termite inspection, and then we also just had a routine spray that we have quarterly for typical insects or bugs. Since having Terminix, the pest activity in our home has been a thousand times better. Any time we had seen something, there was almost an immediate response from Terminix. There is no additional problem after they come out. As for the technicians, my mother is disabled in more ways than one, and she has a communication barrier. Not only is she deaf, she’s also mentally disabled. So, there are a lot of learning curves to be able to communicate with her. And every single guy that has come by to service our home in one way or another has always been, not only respectful, but persistent in making sure to make her feel comfortable as someone comes in.

I've had Terminix every other month for preventive maintenance. And scheduling a service has been very good. I get an email and then a text when the service guy is on his way. And if I can't be here, then I just let them know and they will reschedule it. Also, it's good that I can call them for service no matter how many times at no charge. The service guy has always been very pleasant, knows how to put shoe covers on, and he's very cooperative. I haven't seen any pest in my house since having their service. Spring is coming up so I'm sure they'll start creeping in but I haven't had any visitors.

A wonderful young man came out in my most recent experience with Terminix. He was very professional, very polite and pleasant to work with. I had contracted for a year with them. They would just automatically call and say, "It's time to come out." And he'd come and clean the cobwebs around the house and crawled under the house twice to get rats. It was very positive. We’re scheduled with Terminix every three or four months, and they call us and say that they would be coming. With my most recent experience, they said that they would be here between 10:00 and 12:00 and he was here at 11:00. He was a friendly young man. He pulled into the driveway, we shook hands, he introduced himself, and he got into it. He sprayed the outside, the east, and base of the house, and he was very efficient. After the service, most of the pests are hiding, and we haven’t had any problems. So far, I’m happy with Terminix.

Terminix is easy to get a hold of. But they couldn't get the credit card straight. When I called and set up the appointment, I gave the credit card over the phone to pay. Then when the guy got to the house, there was nothing showing that I had paid. And then the next time they sent a guy out, there was still nothing there. My husband went over, used his credit card then that didn't show up. So, I've been getting calls and then they sent me out a letter stating that it wasn't paid but it never showed up on my credit account that they had charged it to my credit card. I dropped the $109 payment in the mail yesterday because they sent it through mail. Also, when I was using them before, it was like they weren't doing too much because the roaches were still there but this most recent time, my tenant who was in the house said the guy did a good job and it seemed like it has helped a little.

Terminix comes to our house every two months and they spray some insecticide outside the house. They usually give a range of time for the technician and they're always there and they're friendly. I'm well-satisfied with Terminix and I would recommend them.

Terminix has good and cordial technicians and they've come out three times. But they should look around more when they come. The pest activity was not bad after their service, but just once there was one roach. Other than that, the scheduling of service was okay.

Terminix comes for quarterly visits and they call me to schedule the service The technician always announces that he’s here and he always asks us if we’ve had any problems that he should know of. Most of the time there's not. And he’ll ask us do we want him to treat the inside of the house. Sometimes we do, sometimes we don’t. He treats the outside of the house and the next thing you know he comes back and tells us he’s done.
I would recommend Terminix. They do a great job. In fact I have a summer home in North Carolina that I had another pest control service. That was the original when the house was built. I fired them and I have Terminix up there. I’ve had Terminix for almost 20 years and I've never had a problem with them. And if I need them it’s been very rare that I have to do a callback. Just call them and they show up.

Terminix has been a good company to deal with. Their phone reps have been very helpful. When the tech comes over, he tells me that he's coming for the quarterly service by giving me advance warning with a text or a phone call, and everything to me has been good. If ever I have a problem, they come out promptly and take care of it. I'd recommend them.

I'm on a program with Terminix where I'm paying $27 a month for yearly inspections to make sure I don't have termites. And their guy came out recently and did a good inspection. He was very knowledgeable, very kind, very respectable and responsible. He saw some signs and gave me his card and told me I needed to move a bookcase full of stuff out of the garage before they could spray. I disagreed with that because I couldn't do it and I have to hire somebody to do it. So, I told him I have to wait.

I've had Terminix for about 20 years now. It has been as long as we've had this house and I've been pleased. I had Terminix in Annapolis before and I don't use them anymore but I was not pleased with them. Here though, they could not be nicer. For my quarterly service, Terminix tells me when they're coming. They call and ask if it's okay. On the other hand, if I would call and schedule, they would always come right out, which is so nice. I like their customer service. It's a pleasure to work with Matthew. Before him, I had another guy and everyone is friendly and nice. I've had ants in the past which were disgusting but now, I have nothing. I also really like how Matthew gets all the spider webs out of the front of the house.

Terminix comes for two things. One guy was for termite and they call me if they want to do the termite inspection. He came and I bought the termite farm. Then when we got some small white things going on all over the house, the technician came right in and said it was silverfish. He took care of it but my wife still saw a big silverfish yesterday though. We’ve been seeing some roaches too, and my wife kills one roach inside the house almost everyday. We still have some issues at home but without the services, I’m sure we’re going to have worse things. We were also supposed to get the regular service in January but we hadn't seen anybody then. That aside, Terminix is a good company to work with and I would recommend them.

Terminix comes every three months. I was home the last time their technician was out, but he was in and out so fast, I didn’t see him. They're prompt and they communicate with me when there's any changes. I've been very, very happy with them. Also, Gus, their technician, came out for a special problem and he was wonderful. I'm assuming they are taking care of the pest problems. They tell me there's a lot of problems in my area, and it's very expensive to do this, but you can't afford not to and have all the pests. I would suggest to my friends to look into Terminix, but I did that once and they were not happy.

I signed a contract with Terminix and they come out every month and I have an automatic pay system that pays them every month. I speak to the Terminix guy generally monthly and he gets it done. I don’t have any negative things to say about Terminix or their service, their personnel, or their phone manners. They’re a large company that seemed to be very confident in everything they do and I’d recommend them.

A regular Terminix guy comes here, Doug, and my mom has a very high opinion of him. She likes him quite a bit. Doug comes out much more often than annually. And my parents' home has been better since they started services with Terminix.

I knew I had bats 'cause I could see and smell them. I could also see the floor droppings. It took a year so of me constantly calling Terminix to come out and I wasn't very happy with that. The droppings were getting more and more, and all they had done up until a year ago was to seal up as many holes as they could. I had called the manager at Omaha several times and I wasn't able to get a hold of him a lot of times. Then all of a sudden, he finally came out and the process started to come together. Kim came on a Monday to tell me what they could do in my attic for the bats. Then on Thursday, two techs came to take all the old insulation out of the attic and put in a new installation.
They found holes in the attic and places where the bats could get in and worked on that so they could cover those. And then they cleaned up the floors of all the droppings and took some kind of sterilizing spray. They told me that it would kill mold, viruses and anything that possibly had been dragged in by the bats and was in the droppings. They sprayed the floors, cleaned up and then left. It went very well. They will come back and do the baits for the mice, which there were none, and check on those. They also called me four weeks ago and asked me if had seen any more droppings or seen any more live bats. They said I was to call them anytime that I discovered anything that had moved in or had changed up there. The only problem is it's costing me bundles, but I'm happy with Terminix.

I was having my house refinanced and I needed to get a termite inspection. I reached out to Terminix and I filled out a form online, requested a date and a time, and they showed up on time. The sales rep that we went through was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process. And I had a flawless interaction with the technician, which was exactly what one wants in an employee. I also signed up for a package based off of a prior termite activity at the house. And it seemed like a good deal since where I live, I have so many bugs. Getting my house inspected was important. It's better to do it if an activity is out there prior to a whole lot of damage being created. I'd tell my friends not to hesitate to get Terminix than anybody else.

We just bought a new house. So, I had Terminix come out to do a termite inspection and also inspect the house and see if we have any bugs. We did all the scheduling on the phone and it was very simple and easy. And then, we made appointments for everybody to come out. I had three different people come out at three different times and all of them were really good. They showed up, worked really hard and got everything done. They did what they said they were going to do and they made sure I was aware of the pricing up front. So, there were no surprises. I would tell my friends to definitely consider Terminix.

Terminix does a good job and my experiences have always been good. They slide in and out to do their work and they leave a note, and I like that. They usually call me before they’re going to come out. We interact once in a while when there’s a problem, but they’ve been good about it. If we were worried about termites here in the desert, they'd come in around the house.

I recently had a call from them about the spraying for pest control, and the guy that was out there was nice and he did a fantastic job. He told me to call if I ever needed anything, and he left his card. They got all of the termites that same day and I’ve had no sign of any more termites.

Terminix has been great. The tech recently came for routine stuff where he exterminated at the inside and the outside. He was very polite. He said that he'd be here for every quarter treatment just to make sure. He also said he was mainly going to be checking the bathroom, underneath the sink. He decided not to do the second floor since this is a brand new house. He explained to me what he was going to be doing. He checked the basement and then he sprayed the windows. Then he told me to let them know if I see some mice. Also, I called Terminix for the pill bugs in the basement. I will be weatherproofing my basement hopefully when the weather gets better, but I have not seen any pill bugs so far and everything has been good.

Terminix did what they were doing. We were very busy and I unlocked the gate, and they went in and did their thing they had to do. They treat our yard. They come out every quarter and sometimes, it's the same technician and sometimes, it isn't. But the technicians are very cordial and respectful. And they work with us well. We have no pests since we began the service with Terminix. I would recommend them. And I believe December last year, I noticed there were fire ants. So, they came out right away and took care of that.

We just had our regularly scheduled maintenance service completed. It was the third one we’ve had since we switched to Terminix. The Terminix guy's communication and explanations were good. I understood what he wanted, where he was, what he could do, and what he couldn’t do. I explained why I changed, and told him what I expected, and they went above and beyond that. The pests were all taken care of.

I called Terminix last week because we had mice and rats. And I spotted some more rats out in the backyard under a deck. The technician came and he stated $135 for two more bait stations. But I thought those were part of the deal that I got for the mice and rats. So they were supposed to check on that and give me a return call. But I haven't heard a word from them. I pay them each month for their service, and I didn't know that I was going to be charged every time they come out. I'm very disappointed right now with their dealings. I've dealt with them before and they weren't this way. Also, the guy that came out here to put down the bait stations wanted to sell me termite protection. I told him I didn't need it, and I don't need a salesman coming out when I called for a technician to do service.

I have had a service contract with Terminix for three years now and I've never had a problem with them. I get in touch with the person that's coming into my house, we set up a time and he shows up on time all the time. He's very professional and does quality work. He does what he needs to do in a reasonable amount of time and he has my house bug-free. They're doing a good job and I would recommend others to use them.

The Terminix guy came out to do our annual termite inspection. I tell him we've got dogs and my baby has small children. He's very accommodating. We love him. In fact, we were going to call Terminix and ask them about what they charge for bugs, too.

Terminix came out and had to treat for termites and then we have them to check each year. The scheduling process is very easy. The tech called the day before and I was home when he came. He came in, was very polite, did a quick job then he went outside and finished. I signed on his little tablet and then he left. He did a very good job. There have been no termites, even roaches, spiders and stuff since having the Terminix service.

Terminix has been out here three times in the past month doing my pest and termite control. They usually send us a notice to let us know it's time to schedule for a service. Then my wife calls in and schedules the date. The technicians would then let me know that they're on their way. And when they get here, I walk them through the inside of the house and they explain what they're here for and what they're doing. Then, when they leave, they tell me what they've done and found and I would sign off on the paperwork. Overall, they've done a good job.

We are fairly new to the process and I actually missed the call for the second visit. The guy had called and let us know he was coming in in the afternoon. He showed up at the house and fortunately, my wife happened to be home. He went around the outside of the perimeter of the house and took care of the quarterly service. He asked if we needed anything done on the interior of the house and my wife said no because we haven’t had any bugs in there recently. Everything went well.
We’ve had ants get into the house a couple of times and I think that’s pretty natural here in Florida. But we called and asked them to come out and we’ve had the technicians do spot treatments in the house. But as far as coming through the house and around the perimeter, I don’t think there are any problems there. It’s more a matter of the weather when they come inside. Terminix has been doing a good job for us and I’m glad we signed up. They’ve explained every question that I’ve had regarding the treatments they were giving and the different chemicals. They’ve even gone so far as identifying the particular type of ants that we’ve had in the house so they’ve been good.

We've had Terminix for a couple of years now and the experience has been very good. They do the service call quarterly. Last time they were here, they sprayed around the house like normal and killed the bugs that were intended to be sprayed. The technicians are knowledgeable and I'll probably recommend Terminix because of what they've done for me. Some got rid of our birds.

I like Terminix and my experience with them was good. In scheduling, I went to the website and the day after, they called me and we made the appointment. They told me they would come between 11 o’clock to 1 o’clock and the technician came at 12:45. He serviced the inside of the apartment where my mom lives. That was the first time I had their service. The technician was pretty good and explained everything. Last Sunday, I went over there and saw cockroaches but little ones. However, when I made the appointment, I specifically asked for someone who speaks Spanish because my mom doesn’t speak English. I gave her phone number. We have a regularly scheduled check-up from Terminix as a preventative measure. Their technicians come out every so often for the bugs and then a different time for the termites. They come and do their jobs and we don't see any bugs in the house. Their technician, Arturo, was friendly and a very nice young man. Overall, their service was very satisfactory.

We had some mice remnants and the most recent time Terminix was here was just for a repeat treatment. I have my appointment and then three months from that date, it automatically schedules me. I would then go to their website and if that date is not good, then I adjust it to whatever works better. The technician who comes out every time has been very positive, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and seems like he has good experience in what he’s doing. I feel very happy with him. Since he has helped us and made some variety of traps, we haven’t noticed anymore droppings which is definitely a drastic improvement. And in terms of spiders, I don’t see many inside the house. And if I do, it’s infrequent. So, Terminix's service seems to be working.

We’ve had Terminix at ’83 because of termites. Terminix comes out quarterly to spray. They usually call me and tell me it’s time. And if they’ve sprayed during the summer time when there’s an issue with ants outside in the heat then they’re always willing to come out and spray again even if they just did the quarterly spray. The young man that comes out is always very good. He’s willing to answer any of my questions and I’ve always asked him to give me a call just before they get here because I can’t hear the doorbell and they always do. But I would like for Terminix to be cheaper since I’ve been with them since ’83 but of course that’s not going to happen because nothing gets cheaper. Also I’ve never had a problem with Terminix. They always come out and spray when I need them to spray.

The last time Terminix people were at the library, they sent an email after their visit. Before they just had little printed out papers and it was interesting because there were details noted on there but they never actually talked to us about it. We’re a library and we have maker activities so we collect things like toilet paper rolls and all kinds of stuff to do, like crafts kind of activities. I have boxes and bag here and spiders love to go to places like that. It was interesting to me that it was noted on the papers that they had talked to us at least twice about it and the vegetation around the library, which there isn't any. There are no trees nor grass although in the summer, sometimes there might be weeds in the back if we didn’t get them cleaned out.
The note said, “Branches and vegetation touching walls and roof allow pests easy access.” I didn't know what they were talking about because there are no branches, there’s nothing. And it said “Action taken: Made recommendations to the manager.” I’m the manager and the director. And the recommendation was to trim vegetation back from structures to prevent pest entry. I’m not good at looking at my paperwork so they may have been on there before but nobody ever talked to me about it.
There was another note saying they found 15 live wasps. We have wasp problems and I don’t know if there is anything they are going to be able to do about that other than keep coming in and knocking down the nests. They are very good about that. At the library, we had a patron stung one time so when we see the wasps, we call Terminix and they come out. The wasps are up in the dorm rooms on the roof and there’s definitely no vegetation on there. It was weird when I looked at the notes but this might just be that in the program, they had things they pushed. Other than that, Terminix has always been really great and I’ve been happy with their service. We have them at home too. I wish it was cheaper. The price keeps going up but so has everything else.

We've had Terminix for many years and they come out every three months. But if I call them beforehand, like at least once a month, they also come out. We used to have Randy as our technician and we love him. We now have Dennis and he's very good too. But I don't like it when they raise my rates. My husband and I are both retired so any time they raise our rates, it's not good. Also, when they schedule the service, they give me a block of 10 to 12, and sometimes it's very hard for me to wait for them if they come at 12. I asked them to put me at 10 but sometimes they don't do it. But Terminix has been very good. Right now, I need to call them back because I'm seeing tiny roaches and they are very hard to kill. But besides that, we're okay.

Terminix schedules four treatments a year and they come each season. So I had the winter's spray and they're coming again in the spring. I never met the technician except on the phone and it's very nice to know that he told me what he did and that there's a gel he can apply on the inside. It was great with Terminix until I saw the ants in the house. After they sprayed the outside of the foundation, ants came into my house. It was ironic and weird. I didn't have any ants before the spray. It was probably colonies outside and they hit them and the survivors find their way in the house to get away from it.
And now, Terminix comes to do the treatment for the ants. They started last summer. I had ants in the house last winter and it was a problem. Now, it seemed to be done. So, I had the last treatment. One should question the treatments like what they're going to treat, chemical they're using and effects because it shouldn't cause an issue with insects. It should clean it up and not work backwards.

The Terminix technicians have been very good. They've been coming every three months, and they recently came out and sprayed for roaches. And I don't have any roaches since then. The representatives have been fine when I've spoken with them on the phone. I also communicate with them through emails and text messages. I would recommend Terminix.

I got Terminix almost immediately when I moved in because I always did Terminix where I own a house, even in California. The initial guy who came out for the first year was fabulous. Then he got out. I got a new guy who was nice to talk to, but he didn’t really do much of anything above and beyond or even the job for the most part. He did the bare minimum. He didn’t do any follow up. And then the next girl who came and replaced him during the last visit was very good. She’s 5 stars like the first guy. I would recommend Terminix. The mosquito stuff works, so I would definitely recommend that, too.

I had a problem with carpenter ants and so far, Terminix came out three times since then. When I first called Terminix, I talked to a man who sounded very knowledgeable and he was explaining all kinds of stuff. And the gentleman had told me that they were supposed to go under the house and check under the plumbing, but they did not do it. One time was kind of stupid because I called them when I had dozens of black wasps upstairs. But when the Terminix guys came here, they were all gone. After the visits, some ants are still out there and they travel around. I had a lot of spiders in the house, too, and these are less noticeable but I have a big house, and I just feel like I had to point where they were at to the guys who came here. I would recommend Terminix. Sometimes I feel like I ought to be doing it because they use products that are easily obtainable like boric acid powder. But still, there are problems that I definitely couldn’t deal with by myself.

Terminix was notified by the finance company to contact me when I refinanced my home and that's what got me started with them. Since then, our home has been great. I haven't had any pests. It killed anything and everything that was crawling around the house, and I haven't had reinfestations of anything. They recently did a reinspection and everything was fine. Their staffs were really good and they provided a great service. I had a great experience with them.

I have a scheduled service with Terminix. And the same technician had been coming but he moved to Arizona so I have a new one. I haven’t met the new one but he was very nice on the phone. The guy called and told me he was coming and when he was finished. And although I wasn’t at home when he came, he did what was needed to be done. I’ve been very happy.

I needed termite service so we reached out to Terminix and their representatives are fine. They would call the day they're coming and they show up. They then go around the house, check the baits, spray on the inside if I ask, and get rid of the spiderwebs. They do what they got to do and I do what I got to do.

Terminix does a good job and I'm happy with them. Last month, they came out and did some spraying in the backyard. The technician was very courteous and very on the spot with work. He asked what the current issues were and we told him and he took care of it. Terminix comes out every quarter but two years ago, we had an ant problem and we had to have them come back a couple of times.

Terminix gives me a call and lets me know that I have a scheduled appointment and I try to be here. Recently, a technician came, treated inside and outside, and he informed me of the policies and told me that if I needed anything further, to let him know. He was always very professional, thorough, and he did a good job. My goal is to not have the insects to come inside and I haven’t had any issues with that in quite a while.

Terminix was out here twice and they were very professional. They put traps in the basement and also in both attics. But we still have rats. We leave grains of dog food out at night and they disappear. Our dog is in an upstairs room with us with the door closed.

We have a really old house and we have a mouse problem but Terminix has taken care of that situation. They call me to set up a service call and I like to be around because the technician has to come in so he can set the mouse bait. So if I’m not going to be around I just reschedule. Most of the guys that I’ve had up here were great. Most recently, someone came out who's going to be our regular technician and he's the best one we've had. He was professional, friendly and helpful. He set some mouse traps and sprayed for flies. My sister's got a problem with mosquitoes and bees and I’ve recommended Terminix to her.

We’re happy with what Terminix has done for us. The technician is a very friendly and very nice Christian man. He does his job and he asked me if there’s any problems within the house. If there is he takes care of it. And he said if I have any problems just to call him and that he’ll be glad to come back and do whatever I need taken care of. And if they scheduled in the morning and the technician sees that he’s going to be in during the afternoon he’ll call me and say, “I’m sorry. I can’t come this morning but I’ll be there shortly as soon as I get through with the one that’s distant from me.” And I tell him that’s fine. He’s very good.
I’ve had Terminix for years and I’ve not had a problem with pest activity. The only problem I’ve had was once the termite inspector never showed up. So I don’t know what happened to that. Nobody’s ever been out here last year to see if I had any termites. But I went ahead and paid my Terminix termite bond at the end of the year although I hesitated paying it. I told the exterminator that came about the problem and he said he would look into it. Even though I’ve had that one hiccup I’d still recommend them.

There has never been a problem with the scheduling of our services with Terminix. And we don't have any pets, so when a technician comes to spray around the house and the yard, he just goes on about his business. All the technicians have been really super. They understood my problem, I understood the way they were going to take care of it, and we got along just beautifully.
One time we had some termites and I dealt with a rep and then the fellow that came out and took care of them. And when I have had a problem, they didn't take two or three days to get here and were here within that day. The most recent technician calls and leaves us a message if we don't take the call. He explains what they've done, swept the spiderwebs, left up pellets or sprayed up next to the house, or if he had a problem, he lets us know about it. He has been very, very forthright with what he has been doing. And since beginning our services with them, the pest activities have been almost totally non-existent.

We recently had Terminix out for our pest control and termite service. It was an easy call and the scheduling went fine. The pest guy did sprayings and we also wanted him to set the mouse trap and things in our huge basement. And he said we need a totally separate policy if we want him to do that. He also told us to call our sales representative and think out a second policy. But I'm sure when we talked to the sales guy, he said our policy covers that. And it turned out that the pest guy lied and we wasted time waiting for him to do it on a Saturday.
On the following Saturday, the office manager made an appointment to finish the job they should've done the first time. And he gave us a time between eight and 10. The pest guy didn't show up at 10 o'clock, so I called the office manager, who was incidentally rude, and he said the pest guy will be here between 10 and noon. I told them to cancel the pest policy, and that I'm going to go through a different company.
Originally, after meeting with the sales representatives, we signed up for the termite policy and the pest policy and we were going to do attic insulation through them. But because they have sucked with the pest control service terribly, the only thing I'm keeping with them is the termite policy because we've already got everything installed through them. But I would cancel it as well if I could because I hate Terminix. The follow through on things, timeliness of appointment and honesty are really lackluster.

I have a rental house and retirement home in Ocean Pines, Maryland. The technician, Chad, called me every time for the schedule and he did a fantastic job. He always explained what he was going to do, and he called after and explained what he did. This last time, he found a mouse had eaten the bait out of the mousetrap which was outside. I've had Chad for about four years and everything was perfect on those two houses. However, with the house in Bowie, Maryland where I live in, the service is terrible. I used to have great service, same guy for four years. Now, I don’t even know if I got a guy and I don’t even remember that they came during the last two quarters.
I hate calling a lot of places and 90% of the time, it’s press 1, press 2. You don’t get a real person. But with Terminix in Ocean Pines, Maryland, they couldn’t be better. They were very personable and I don’t get a recording. I got Chad’s cell phone number and I just call him when I need him. I used to have that same service here in Bowie. But for the last year, I haven’t seen them much.

The crew never told me that I had to turn my gas off. They were supposed to put my tent on my house Friday and they did not take it off until Monday. I couldn’t go into my house until Monday night. Fish tank had to be outside for four days and my gas was off for six. They will not reimburse me for any of my inconvenience when I was out of my house for three days. I will never use them again.

We have a contract with Terminix for the general bug check, and they do the service 6 months apart. They call and let me know it's time for the service then we generally place the times. Last time, the technician named Francisco came on time. He picked out his little duster thing and dusted for cobwebs and stuff, went through it and sprayed, and gave a quick rundown if he had seen anything. Normally, there’s nothing because it’s the outside that they spray for me. And usually, they are done in about 15 minutes because my house is single-story and super easy to access. Then he left me the paperwork and gave me any information that I need. He’s amazing and I love him. The pest activity since starting our service with Terminix has been minimal to non-existent. Especially since once I had ants outside by the dog food, I had him spray once and they’re gone forever. I love it. The experience was fantastic.

Terminix calls to schedule their service and it has been a good experience. They were flexible and the technician does a good job. He would call to say, "Oh, I'm on my way. I'm in this van." He would also say who he's with and keeps me updated until he gets to my house. And when he gets there he checks everything that needs to be checked. The pests were taken care of. Terminix is everything I expected and I'm satisfied.

We’ve been using Terminix for the last two years, and we really like the service. Mike’s the one who does the spray, and he’s a doll. He’s a keeper. He always asks us if we’ve seen anything. He takes the time, he explains things to us, and we’re very appreciative. The worst thing my husband hates is bugs, and Mike has been taking care of us. I wish Terminix won’t let him go some place else.
We’ve been here since 1982, and the house was built in ’77. We never did the insulation. Terminix came out to inspect. We had no intention of doing it, but the way they explained it and when we saw the pictures they took, we thought of taking some action. They saw the droppings in the attic that our uninvited guests left. We were very impressed with what they said, and they convinced us that something had to be done in our attic. It wasn’t high-pressure sales. It was like, “Here it is, and you make up your mind.”
We had three groups of gentlemen out. The first two were very courteous, and we walked around. They explained everything to us. The second set was also very courteous, and they did a great job up in the attic. The third group came out, and again, was very courteous. The biggest problem was they did not have the chart from the first group on exactly what areas had to be patched. But they were all super. They’re supposed to come out in about another week and a half. We have a chart, so we’ll show it to them. We’ll go over it and make sure that they got everything. If anybody asked, I would recommend Terminix. If we ever find any uninvited guests, they’re always on their back with their little feet up in the air. So, we’ve been extremely happy with the service and everything involved.

Terminix does a regular visit where they come and spray around the house every 3 months according to contract. Usually, they send me a message for the schedule of the service. The technician called me last time and gave an appointment which is a time slot of 4 hours to which I complained as it is too long. It was minimized to two and then he came according to time. He did the job and left.
When we started the contract, I kept on seeing ants. I’m also seeing silverfish from time to time but the problem was, as the tech explained, if he’d spray then I have to get my pets out for two hours. I’d be happy to do it but I didn’t agree and so I just told him that if it is a major thing then I'd call him again and I'd take my pets out. My major problem was the ants and Terminix kept on coming back until they solved me problem and I don’t see anything so far. Now, I have lots of mosquitoes in the garden and I'd be calling them to know if they have a solution for that. I will definitely recommend Terminix.

We've had a good experience with Terminix, but we're still waiting on our recent service to be finished. We got a dead rodent in a wall and we were trying to locate it. But they were unable to locate it. They’re supposed to put a mesh around our house but it’s been a week now and it hasn’t been done yet. We’ve been dealing with the dead rodent for four weeks now and it has a horrible smell I wouldn’t wish at all on my enemy. The technician has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He's been great and he stayed in touch with us. But the situation has been a little frustrating. I haven't been able to sleep and I just can't be near that smell. Terminix should be clear with the timelines and about when things are going to happen.

The inspector came by and checked the house, the room and the roof, and outside. It was for our annual inspection. My interactions with the technicians have been good. When scheduling a service, Terminix sends me an email and then I'll answer. If that day doesn’t work for me, then I'll get on the website and I'll change it from there. It's pretty easy to reschedule and I am most impressed by it.

Nowadays, Terminix doesn't send me emails, they don’t call, and they just show up, which does not work for me at all. They’ve shown up with no notice on the last two times that they've been here. The first time was when they just showed up to do the termite inspection. We didn’t know they were coming at all and it wasn’t even time for them but they showed up. Their service guy, Leonard, also recently came and did our monthly service. And except that I didn’t know that he was coming, he did a good job. I mentioned to him that I wasn’t happy with them not notifying me. And he said he didn’t have the numbers on the phone for some reason so he couldn’t call me. When I got on my computer, I did get an email but it was after the fact that he was already here.
I’ve been happy with Terminix for the most part. The only thing that irritates me is not being notified like I used to a long time ago. They used to call us. The technicians called us and set their own time to come which worked great. Leonard said Terminix doesn't allow them to do it anymore. I also told Leonard that I wasn’t happy with the price of the service which really wasn’t his problem. I had just paid for the people I work for down the street and theirs is $78.25 and mine’s over 100. And they said on the next one, they would be able to decrease my bill. So Leonard helped me even though it wasn’t his job to have to help me. He’s really a good technician.
I have been with Terminix in this house since '93 when I bought the house. They were out here spraying before I even moved in because we had a horrible infestation of these giant roaches on the wall. And then in my mother’s house, we started Terminix in the early ‘70s. We built that house in ’69 and Terminix showed up on the picture about ’73. I’ve been with Terminix off and on now. I also had them up in Tupelo, too, when I lived up. I would recommend them. They always come when I call them and the service seems to take care of the bugs so I don’t have to spray. And they always come back if I have a problem.

Terminix gives advance notice a couple of days before the technician comes out for the quarterly service. I had one girl technician for a long time and now, there have been a lot of different people. They've been changing the technicians quite a lot.

We signed up with Terminix for the whole year and have had just a few little issues that they were coming out for. I had little black ants on the inside of my garage last year. They sent me a local contractor and within 30 minutes, the ants were gone and never came back again ever. The technician texted me to follow up and ask if the ants were gone. Terminix has been great, and this is why I'm with them. I've been with them on both of our homes. We have had the same technician and the tech always emails me saying that he has been here and if there's any other issue, to call them back. So the tech is wonderful. The people on the phone are great about setting service, kind, and concerned. Everything's been positive ever since but I have never needed additional service.

The Terminix tech who comes out once a quarter does such a good job that I don't pay attention. He's extremely polite and very careful with what he does and where he does what he does. He knows I have two dogs and three cats and he's very cautious with what he sprays. He does all the rooms if I wanted to do all the rooms. If I have a lot of guests, he'll do the areas that really need to be done, especially our linoleum stuff on the outside of the house. I don't have any problems with bugs now that we started with him. I love him and I have demanded that I have no one but the gentleman. As a matter the fact, they had sent some other guy one time and I didn't even want to let him in the house, but I did and he did not do near as much as the guy does.
Terminix calls me from the office and leaves a message for the schedule of service. Then the tech also calls me the day before he's going to come and he asks me to make sure it's okay he comes that day or if I'd rather have a different day. It's because I get a lot of company, my kids and my grandkids, and I'm out a lot when they're here. I don't like bugs and as long as I don't see any, I'm very happy. I also don't talk about it but if anybody asks, I tell them to go to Terminix.

I've been using Terminix for three years and a half and I also have the termite insurance so they do a yearly termite inspection. With the new system, it's a really great feature that we can do the scheduling online. We don't have to call. And what I appreciate is they always remind me that I have a service coming up, not only by the system but also, by the guy that's in charge of my area. He calls to remind me and works with my schedule as well which is really well-appreciated. I have a great service and whenever something is coming up, it's really good to call and they treat it right away. And I give kudos to the guy in charge of my area. He's excellent at everything he does and he's always courteous. I hope I don't get a change. My experience is always great and I'm always recommending Terminix.

Terminix comes when I call them and they do their job. I had the same technician for the past couple of months and he's a very nice guy. He is also very polite, and he does his job and leave. My biggest problem is the spider webs and it's still the same all over. That’s the reason I call all the time for service, and sometimes it’s because of the spiders. But Terminix has been good so far. I will continue with Terminix and I'd recommend it to anybody that I know.

I took my kids to the babysitter and they had bugs and we started getting them. My wife set up the service with Terminix and she liked the rep Maria. The technician was nice and I was real happy with him. I had seen a couple of bugs after the service and they came back out and did their thing. They fixed the problem and I see nothing now. They were awesome. They work and they guarantee it. I'd definitely recommend them.

Terminix comes regularly four times a year and James always calls me ahead of time. When he comes, he's very prompt, efficient and quiet. Then he rings the doorbell and lets me know when he's finished. He's really wonderful and very courteous. Years back, I had an infestation of grasshoppers behind my entertainment unit and I called them. They came out free of charge to fix it. Terminix is very reliable and so far the product has worked well for me. I don't have any bugs in my house or in my garage, and I really appreciate that. It is wonderful 'cause I'm scared to death of scorpions. I wish they wouldn’t keep raising the prices though. At a certain point, they might lose me if they keep doing it. But I like their service and I've recommended them.

I’m on a routine inspection at two residences that I own in different cities and I'm on a yearly schedule. I would get a call telling me they’re coming then the guy shows up and does the inspection. If I’m home, he knocks on the door. If I’m not home, he would do the exterior and leave me a statement on the door so that I know that he was here. I usually receive a bill in the mail afterwards.
The technicians have always been very polite, appropriate and non-intrusive when they’re here, unless I need them to come do something on the inside, which then they are always ready to do so. The only thing I hate is that their prices are creeping up. I hope they don’t get too expensive for me ‘cause I am very satisfied with what they’re doing. They do a good job. I don’t have any termites and when I had mice, they came, did some stuff for me and got rid of them. So I’m happy with their service and that's why I continue to pay. My folks also used them years before I started to and I have not had a problem with them.

Terminix comes out every month to spray outside and if there's anything else needed, they come and take care of it, especially when it's warm when the pest peaks up. Their technician would call on the phone and let us know that they are coming and to secure our pets. He is very nice. He goes on and does his job. He gets a moment for us to ask any questions and he takes the time to answer. He keeps us covered and he lets us know if we’re being bothered by any type of rodents. Also, if we have uncontrolled spiders, he goes in and takes care of those too. So far, I'm very satisfied with them. They have good service and we have recommended them.

Terminix does the quarterly and then the yearly termite inspection. They come in the house and then they see how it's going. Then they tell me that they're going to go outside and do the extermination in the yard. This last time that they came, I told them that there were ant mounts that needed to be taken care of, and they did. They did a good job. Then the tech comes and tells me the outside work is done. She is always really nice. She comes and asks if there's anything that needs to be done or anything that I see that needs to be taken care of. She talks to me for a little bit and then activates little traps for little insects that come like roaches. And then they check that out. They always tell me that if something needs to be done between now and the next service date, just call them up and they'll be glad to come out.

When I moved in my place, there were pests but I don't see any now that I've been having service with Terminix. I've been with them for a year now. They came out recently to look at our exterior. And everything looks good. But I was not happy with the way some of the appointments were handled. The lady who gave me the latest one was good, but before that, I was expecting there would be some kind of an appointment or something set up. At the time their people came, I was not even at home. They did their stuff and left a paper on my door. I didn't know what they've been doing. So I was on the verge of canceling my contract.

Terminix comes every three months to spray for spiders and ants. The technician calls and says they've got it scheduled for that day, and if we can't do it, we reschedule with them. I'm satisfied with them, though their prices keep going up and I'd like it if they could reduce it since we're seniors.

We have our pest control service with Terminix every three months. Chuck, my termite guy, is the greatest. And then, Chris, my bug man, is the best. I've had him as long as I've had Terminix. On our first three years, we had a different person come out every time. And after that, Chris took over this region and we've had him for 20 years. Chris was just out here last month, and he looked around and made sure there were no spiders because we've been having such a warm weather.
In Summer, I didn't see extra bugs but Terminix came out and then, we built on and we had the termite traps. They were really good about coming out and doing the ground before they build. And all I'm waiting on is Spring for them to put out the bait station around the exterior where we built on. I forgot that they do that in the Spring when the ground warms up. They can't very well put the bait stations out in the Winter. And I called and talked to Terminix and their rep hooked me right up with the technician to let me know that they do that at a certain time. I'd tell others to better go with Terminix, and they should get them before they get bug problems especially if they're buying a house. And they should have them come out and check for termites because those things are rapid.

Terminix comes every year to do my termite inspection and quarterly to do the critters. I haven't had to reschedule service. They're pretty good to work with as far as my calendar and theirs. And when they come quarterly, they don't really come inside and just does the outside. It's when they do the termite when they have to come in. They call and leave me a message and say they're coming a week ahead. Their technicians are very friendly. They usually ring the doorbell and let me know they're here if I'm home. And when they do the outside on a quarterly basis, they get rid of the cobwebs and so forth and it seems for the spiders too. The biggest problem I have is spiders and spider webs up around the house and it seems okay right now. But the technician I used to have did a better job than the one that I have now as far as being more thorough and taking more time. Nevertheless, I would recommend them.

Terminix most recently came out to do their check that they do once a year. For their annual checks, they look under the house and see if there are any signs of termite infestation. Since beginning services with them, I haven't seen any more termites around the house and we're happy with the experience.

I've been using Terminix for several years and it's working pretty well. I've got two services. I have the termite service and then I have insect control for cockroaches, fire ants, house bugs, and the like. Their reps are great and they usually let me know when they're coming. They've been real good and personable people. The pest activity has been minimal since having their service. Many times, Terminix, has been incredible. When pests start showing up, I just let them know and they get to it next time.

Matt is a very helpful, friendly and courteous Terminix guy. He knows I leave right about 8:00 to go to work so he’ll check with me the day before and ask if it's okay to come at the time that’s on there or if I'd want him to come early in the morning. Sometimes if it’s at lunchtime that’s fine, but if it’s later in the day he knows that's hard for me. And when he says he’s going to be there, he’s there. He shows up a little bit early so that I’m not late to work and I can let him inside. He does a really great job.
Right now, I have Terminix coming out once every three months. I would like to go back to doing it monthly but they have to adjust the cost. For coming out every three months, the cost is kind of high. It’s not like they're spraying that much more on anything and they're coming less but charging me more. I don’t particularly think that’s right and I would like to go to others. There was a guy named Damian at the Roanoke office and we were trying to discuss some of the other plans and different things I could do because I didn't think the service should cost me more to come less. I was trying to get information on that but I didn't get the feedback from him, I guess he got let go.
Between myself and the office, I had so many different things going on and I got dropped. But the new people need to look into that and do something better with that. We need to get that one straightened out and wrapped up. There have been some turnover over in the main office so I haven’t had the best experience in that section. But I kept Terminix mainly because of Matt. If I had a question on the termite side, he passed that information along so I could get something addressed and taken care of.

Terminix has been good. I call them as needed but they come on a regular basis. They usually come pretty quickly like for some of the trap for little mice which have been crawling here in Florida. The mice find a way and get in the house. We have a double walled mobile home but we're catching them before they do too much damage. Terminix brings the traps out so we can control the mice. Whenever it's hot and the mosquitoes come out, Terminix controls them pretty good. I've had the technician for quite a long time, and he's very good, too. He does a lot of stuff and he's very efficient.

Terminix is good and we can always have them if you need pest control services or termite-related services. They generally send me an email before they come out and if I have to reschedule, I call them. The technicians explained what they were doing and it was clear then they did the job properly. They’re knowledgeable in what they’re doing and in cases where I have specific concerns, I tell them and they address it. I’ve had a few incidents that I found something after the pest control treatment but every time they visit I let them know and the issue doesn’t reappear after that.

We've had Terminix for a couple of years now. They come in the winter and they come in the spring and summer. The last technician that came was a new one but that was supposedly because the one who had come previously had some kind of an accident and he broke a hip but they've always been very friendly, nice and polite. To this point right now we're very happy with Terminix because we've noticed a drastic decrease in the amount of the earwigs that we've had in the summer. The other company they came and they sprayed only in the summer and they told us that was all that was needed, that there wasn't anything more they could do than that. The other company was also coming like every month and I still didn't see that drastic decline in the bugs that I wanted to see.

Terminix does a good job in taking care of the bugs and mice. They are professional and I've previously worked with the technician that comes to my house. So if the the time that Terminix gave me over the phone was not good, I text or call him and we set it up on our own. He does a fantastic job. He also takes care of the house that my daughter lives in, and he’s really the only one we want coming out.

I have great things to say about Terminix. I know their rep for a long time. He's always there and I actually call him on the cell phone quite often and he always responds. So, I have a great work relationship with Terminix. They come out periodically just for regular maintenance and they always call ahead to let me know that they're coming.
My interactions with the technician have been very pleasant. He calls me when he's on the ferry. So I know when he's going to be on the estate. The estate's large, it's 86 acres and there are multiple properties. It is nice to have that kind of coordination like phone calls. It really helps. The estate is very old and there's always going to be a continued service from Terminix. But it's fine. Everything's relatively low when it comes to pest activity.

We had seen some pests and since Terminix does our Termite control, I called them for pest control. Scheduling the service was a piece of cake. The tech showed up when he told me he was going to be there and everything worked out great. He was professional and just perfect. He alleviated the pests for us and I haven’t seen any so far. My experience with Terminix has been very positive. We had a serious problem a few years ago and called them for help. They came out, set the traps, explained how they worked, and checked our crawl space for other problems. They have serviced the traps on a regular basis. They communicate with their customers, which is rare in this day. I appreciate all they have done for us to protect our home from termites.

We’ve had exterminators before but for some reason, they stopped giving the service so we engaged Terminix. We wanted the garage sprayed and that wasn’t done on the first visit, so the technician came back to do it. He came on time when it was scheduled. My experience with Terminix has been good.

Terminix has been very accommodating and their service has been good. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable. He’s a great guy. He was here two weeks ago to finish the installation in the basement at my house in trying to treat mice. Terminix is due to come out again this Friday. We're on a 3 times a year contract with Terminix and they usually call me to tell I'm due for service and we set up an appointment. The kid who has come out the last two times was super nice and very friendly. He talked through us, he doesn’t seem threatening or weird, and I'm very comfortable with him. He came some time in December and he did some work outside. It was freezing cold and snowing so we haven’t had any issues with any sort of ants and there wasn’t a whole lot for him to do. But he was very thorough and he went down into my storage room and sprayed down there then went outside and did whatever he did out there. Everything was great and I haven’t seen any pest activity. The reason we got them in the first place was for ants and they said it’s got taken care of probably within the first week or so. They put the traps up and sprayed then we didn’t see ants anymore. Having Terminix is very good and they're worth going to.

Get Terminix. They're very good. We're set up with them on a routine quarterly service for regular maintenance on insect control and the termite. Their representatives have been great, very friendly, know what they're doing, and were in and out. The technicians have been changed sometimes but not often. We've got Terminix since we bought the house in 2001. I got my son the service because I was happy with it and he's very happy with the pest control. The service is automatically scheduled and I can postpone it or change the date online without a problem. The technician's name is Brenda and she's phenomenal. She comes by, asks us, details and shows us what she did. And then when we say there might be a spider inside she goes out of her way. She treats the inside. She's tireless. She's always very courteous and thorough. I'm happy with Terminix.

We’ve been with Terminix for three years now. As soon we bought our house, we brought Terminix in. They’ve maintained our home through a quarterly service and we don’t have a pest problem since. When they came out recently, we got them not to put the stuff on the inside because we have puppies in the house and they lick and chew stuff, and they did exactly what we asked. I was very happy with the service the guy gave us. Our interactions with their technicians were excellent. I liked every technician they sent out. We had a swarm of termites before and they’d come out and protected our house from them. They are very efficient at their job and we’re comfortable with them. On the other hand, their reps on the phone have been responsive and they’ve done what we’ve asked every time. So far, everything’s good and I’m very satisfied. We’d definitely recommend Terminix.

We've been dealing with Terminix for the past 30 years and I'm very satisfied with the service that we get. They do my inspection for termites annually. Terminix schedules the service and we usually have the same person come out. They do a very professional job and I’ve never had a problem getting the house attended and it's usually taken care of. Terminix recently set some traps for rodents and It seems it is only one and we caught it. We haven't seen any other activity since then. Our interaction with their technician went very well. We had mice and the Terminix representative who helped us was very knowledgeable, informative, and told us exactly what kind of service we needed. So, we appreciated that. And one visit took care of the problem. Then we wanted maintenance so Terminix comes out quarterly. Scheduling the services has always been super easy and there is good communication. We always get follow-up emails to let us know as soon as the service is complete. One time, they had to come in the house and they were really good about letting us know when they would be here and not keeping us waiting. We've been happy with the service and the price is reasonable. We tell our friends about the problem we had, how Terminix took care of it, and that the service is really accessible, easy, and quick.

We have a routine service with Terminix. They come every January and the most recent service went very well. The technician went through everything and pointed out where we could seal things off so that ants and things won’t get in. He was very informative. And we haven’t had any problems with pest activity. They were very professional and the person coming is always well dressed and informed and they give you an honest opinion.

I had used Terminix years ago when I had a roach problem. They took care of it then, so I called them when we saw some bugs in our motorhome. I went online and filled out a request to have a quote. Somebody called me and they were really nice. It was a one-time deal and what we asked them to do is something they don't normally do because you don't sign any kind of contract. But they scheduled it with one of their people that comes to our area. He was prompt and he showed up when he said he would, called before he came, came in, and put the stuff out. He was a really nice guy, seemed knowledgeable, and did a good job. I think it's working because we haven't seen any bugs recently and I would use them again if we see another issue. They do a really good job and their products are effective.

Terminix came out and did what they were supposed to do. I spoke with the technicians they sent out, walked around with them, and they showed and explained what they were doing. I was trying to get rid of mice and they put down the traps. They've caught a couple, so it has definitely diminished. They got the job done but they were supposed to come back two weeks later to check the traps, put down new ones, and clean up the dead mice. I expected a follow-through visit or call but I haven't seen or heard from them.

I have Terminix come once a month and then if I need anything, all I have to do is call and they'll do it as well. Mostly we get the same serviceman but once in a while, it's someone else. Terminix lets me know what time the serviceman is coming and then when he is getting closer, I also get a text from him so we can bring the dog in. They've been good and always on time. They spray outside for spiders and treats for rats. I like their service and the results have been very good.

We have a quarterly schedule with Terminix and we’ve had them here a couple of times. We had the appointment and they showed up on time. Recently, they were here to put some insulation in the ceiling for us. So far, the service has been good. We had mice in the attic and the technician got rid of that. We haven’t had any other pests. My cousin has Terminix and I got them from him. Others should call and take them up too.

I've had a wonderful experience with Terminix. The reps that I spoke with weren't bad at all. Terminix scheduled my initial service. Then, recently, a technician came out and did a treatment for German roaches. He's a great guy and I liked him better than the guy that came out two years ago. He walked me through the process of what he was doing, why he was doing it, and why he was putting up the bait where he was, and he told me what to look for. He was wonderful and I'd recommend him. Since the service, I still see some pest activity but it hasn't been as thick as it was before. We hope, though, to keep the good baits this time because this wasn't so good the last time.

I had a service man from Terminix and he was a talker. I was not and I wanted to him to do his job and get away. I've only had nice service man before but he was just a talker. I asked him if he filled the boxes. He said yes but the next day I had trouble with a rat. I called and they came out. He did not fill the boxes. He called the next time and said he was going to show up on a day. And I waited because I work Thursday, Friday and Saturday as a volunteer at Saint Anthony's Hospital. He didn't show up. So I called and hey got a hold of him. He called me and said "I'll be there tomorrow." I said "No, you won't because I'm not going to be here. You made the appointment for on Wednesday and that's when I expect it. Now I'm behind." I said "That's not my problem. You made the appointment on Wednesday." He never showed so they sent another guy who was nice and marvelous.
The ones that made the appointments were very good and on time. They would make the appointment for me, then they would call back and check and they're fine. However, I had a problem with one guy. He said "All our servicemen are good." I said "Well, this one is not." And I said "If your guy can't do anything about it, I guess I will have to find somebody else. I've been with you for a long time." Then I got a call from them and he was the head of the guys that drive. He gave me his number and said, "You call me and I'll take care of it. Don't call them." That's when another gentleman came out. The guy I had before was with me for a long time and they're very good. I only had this one problem in all the years with Terminix.

I was having a roach problem that had been going on for three to four months, and Terminix came and sprayed everything. I scheduled over the phone, and the rep told me about the product that they offered and gave me a discount which I ended up getting. The tech was a friendly guy and it seemed like he knew what he was doing. He was also thorough. Now the roaches have definitely been reduced and I don't see that we have a problem now. However, I could use a little more education on the different types of pests and what Terminix actually covers.They told me about the termite protection and I thought that it covered all the termites, and then come later, someone else from Terminix called me and said it only covered one type of termite. Overall they're a trustworthy company and I'll recommend them.

I always have a positive experience with Terminix. I recently had my yearly termite inspection and the gentleman who came out was very thorough. And he went up in my attic and all around the house. I had to be here for the inside part and it was done in an hour. I get an email advising me to call them and get an appointment for a service, and my most recent one happened while I was home on a winter holiday break. So, it worked well that I was here and he was able to do it while I was here.
Our services have strictly been for the termite part and everything is sound because they go up and look all around the attic area and at every wall outlet. Also, the Terminix people always put on the shoe coverings and I have a great appreciation for that. And if somebody asks, I would discuss that the company is savvy to know that those shoe coverings mean a lot to people. And they will tell you what they were doing, too. I’m a question asker because I want to know what’s going on in my home, and they've been very thorough.

Terminix comes four times a year to spray the outside of the house, the foundation. They tell me when they're coming through an email and a telephone call which is very good. So far, our home has been excellent. However, we get ants in the kitchen once a year but our technician put some bait out and it goes away. If I have ants in the house, he will come a day or two and do the inside for nothing. He even gave me a cell phone so I can call him direct. What I didn't like was when they put bait station outside for the termites, which was very expensive. It was about $1,400. I just did that for a few years and discontinued.

Terminix usually calls me for service and tells me when they’re going to be there. I live in Nashville and I have to go to Mt. Juliet. I have to be there to open when they have to go inside. If I don’t have to be there, they do the outside. They did the inside of my house and around it recently, before or after Christmas. The nicest fella came out. He was an elderly man and he’s been doing that house for years. He goes in the house and all around and that’s good.
When I had a really bad problem with wasps one time, he came back because he always sprayed. I had two lunch brown bags hanging from my flag pole. He asked what I was serving lunch out here. I told him that I had put the bags up there that if I filled them fully, the wasps won’t come to them because they'd think it’s an insect that a little stronger than them. I haven’t had a wasp up there since he sprayed. I would highly recommend Terminix. They are good people and they work. If I tell them anything that needs to be done, they’ll do it while they’re there. I live up there by the lake and there's no mice, bugs, and spiders even.

The people at Terminix have been courteous and they knew what they were doing. They contacted me through email for our most recent service and there was a bit of confusion about the scheduled appointment, but the young man who ended up coming out was really nice and informative and so I told him I hope he can be our regular guy. He knew answers to my questions and he smiles. He told me what he was going to do and asked if I wanted him to do the inside but my grandson was here, so I said no. And he did a good job because we haven't seen any bugs.
When we first started with Terminix, our service was quarterly and then all of a sudden, I started getting emails every month and I don’t want to do it every month. When we first moved into our house two years ago, we called and had them come back a couple of times because it's a brand new area and subdivision and so there were a lot of bugs. But it has really calmed down. Also, I'd rather get a phone call than an email when it's time for a service again. I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix was here last week and serviced the outside of our house. Overall, the reps I've spoken with are excellent. Everybody is friendly. We had a really nice service man, Eric, and we got to know him. And then they changed to another, and he's a really nice guy too, we just don't know him as well as we got know Eric. It was funny though because when this new person came, after a while, he said, "You know, the last time I was here, you opened the door and were yelling and screaming at me to go away". Paul and I were like, "I don't think so." And the cleaning had been here, but she would never have done that. I don't know who did it, but it wasn't me. Other than that, their techs' professionalism and demeanor are top-notch. We don't have any problems with pest activity since they've treated our home and if I would do, I will call and they come right away.

Luis, our service guy, lets us know ahead of time when he's coming. He's extremely personable. I had a couple of questions about some critters and he was knowledgeable. He is always very loving to my dog. He brings him a dog treat. I enjoy how professional he is. One time, he called. He was establishing a new account right down a lane from us, but the people that he was supposed to see were not home. He was going to see me in two days and asked me would I mind if he did it then. I told him it was a good idea. He does such a good job and we've had the service for so long that we've built up the barriers but he always asks any special problem. He tells us it's the time of the year for the critters to be hibernating and asks if I were noticing any mice. We also do things for the mice and it's being taken care of. I'm very happy with Terminix and with Luis. He's excellent. He's an asset to the company. I would keep him.

I have termite protection with Terminix and a technician does a once a year inspection. The last guy was very professional and did a very good job. Now, they sent someone out here about a month earlier. I was here when he came. It was not by appointment and he just showed up. I was under the weather and I asked him to reschedule. He told me he couldn't do that and that I would have to call and take care of it. He wasn’t the regular man. The regular guy was off that day and somebody just popped up on the computer so that wasn’t very good.
I called Terminix and told them what happened. The regular man was very professional. He told me some stuff that no one had ever told me before. The previous people came out, they looked around the outside and some of them, that was all they wanted to do and just left. They were supposed to come inside and inspect but not all of them would do that. Over the years, it’s a different person. Sometimes there’s a 20-year-old, sometimes there’s a 40-year-old.
Now that I know what is proper, I will see to it that the technicians do what they’re supposed to. Some of them may be on a schedule and they speed it up. They go through the quick motions of looking around the outside. I let them cut two panels out of my walls about 10 years ago when they first started coming so they can inspect the area under the bathtubs. There would be times I’d tell them to come in to check inside. But they don’t have the info properly on the computer telling them that there are two bathtubs to look under.
The last guy that came was the best one I’ve ever had. He told me not only do you look under your bathtubs, you look under every cabinet where water comes into the house, everywhere there’s a faucet. They have to check that because termites have to come to the water to make their nest. So the only place they usually find water is maybe in the sink or in your bath. Now I know what they’re supposed to check.
My house is 30 years old and I’ve never had a termite problem. It was originally serviced by another company when I built the house and back then, they used that green stuff called chlordane. It was very strong and was eventually outlawed by the EPA. It worked great though because I never had a termite. I had a few problems with the other company not coming out regularly like they were supposed to. They missed a year, I noticed in my records because I kept a record of where I paid them. It didn’t cost me anything that year. About 10 years ago I changed over to Terminix. They take the burden off the inspector. All they have to do is come out. They do a collection through the mail with me and I just pay it online. All that other stuff is good and I would recommend them based on the current stuff.
