    Terminix does our termite bond and inspection, and the technicians seemed fine. My complaint is we get a notice of when they're coming and it's kind of a window. Sometimes I don't feel like I have enough notice to plan our lives around when they're telling me they're coming to visit. My other complaint is they recently went up $80-$90 on my annual bill, and I don't know why.

    I’m in New Hampshire and my place that I have service with Terminix is in Florida, and I have them do some maintenance once a month while I’m gone. The tech's name is Kevin and he’s a great guy. He’s very helpful and has a lot of suggestions. He seems to be a really genuine person.

    We've been here 10 years and a couple of years ago, Terminix bought out the company that originally did the service in the house. The Terminix sales rep called me and said he was going to be in the area. He asked if I would mind if he came by and checked out the house and I said no. That was good service. He came by and we were discussing then he said that we didn't have a damage waiver in our contract, which if something happens, we'll pay for it. I thought that was a good idea. He offered a better product at a reasonable price and I was happy with it 'cause it was a good price.

    I couldn't use the old policy. I had to cancel that then put a new one into place. They did the new survey for the new policy and they did a really good inspection for a whole lot less than it would have cost me a couple of years from now when we needed it so it worked out really good for us. The technicians have been fabulous as well. They are really good and personable. They tell you what they're doing and when I had a couple of questions, they answered them right away. They're real professional the way they do it and I'm really happy with the guys who come out. They did an annual inspection and everything was good.

    Wherever I've lived all my life, we've always had a termite bond on the house. When we bought this house, the original company did it and then Terminix took over. Terminix is a well-known name and we never had any issues with them other than the initial billing was wrong. But they took care of that right away and everything got straightened out when they bought out the other company. So we were happy with what we had and we were sure that we were covered.

    We always felt secure in Terminix that if something did happen or if we did get termites, they would take care of it. I've never had to worry about. It's an insurance for the homeowner and I absolutely have to have it. It was good to have them because I know they're going to stand behind it. On top of that, Terminix is a stand-up, good company with good people that work for them. Everyone I've worked with, with Terminix, no matter what it's been, has been very customer-oriented. They are not just doing a job. You get the feeling that they're really wanting you to be a good customer so it's a good company to do business with.

    We started seeing a couple of roaches here and there. I've used Terminix in the past and they've always done great work. This is the third time I've used them and I love their company. The technicians were very friendly, and they came up on the same day that I called them. Eddy came out and he was great. He was very professional, and as soon as he got to the door, he cracked a joke and it was so much friendlier. He went through the house, and sprayed and laid the bait. He actually came twice and he already scheduled for another visit.

    He schedules the service before he even leaves to make sure that the time works for me. And then if he has an opening earlier than that, he calls me and asks me if I would like to switch times. There's a huge huge improvement now, and we just need them to come out one more time and we should be good. Terminix works and it's the only company that I'll call. I won't use anybody else but them.

    The first person from Terminix that I spoke to for my most recent service was a nice guy and very educated. He knows what he’s doing. But after they came, I saw some little roaches and ants walking inside the house. I called back to see if something was wrong because I wondered how the termites would die if the roaches and ants did not. I got an appointment for the second time to see what they can say and I have to pay a lot of money. But they're good workers and they have respect to people. I'm pleased with Terminix and I would recommend them well.

    Terminix does an excellent job, and they are great. I have a scheduled quarterly service with them, but they also come out as needed. Once I ever have an issue, like when I see something, they take care of it. As I am not at home when they come, they always leave a note saying what they have done and what they found. Communication with them is very good. Since the most recent service, our pest activity has been minimal. I would recommend this company.

    We saw some new activity, we called Terminix and they came out and dealt with that. We have a quarterly schedule but it's very simple to schedule. They're very responsive and then someone calls or the serviceman calls us the day before. It seems to be a different person every four or five times. They respond promptly when we have extra things that we need and they're consistent. They offer some extra services sometimes. And we've chosen what we want to have, what plan we want to be on. They make sure the options are out there, but nobody puts pressure on us to change our plan if we don't want to. We're still in very good shape since our most recent service.

    The Terminix technician has been friendly and he normally sends a text saying he's arriving at such time. So, if I'm home then I send a text back. He comes in and checks our basement. He's approachable and I don't have any problems at all with him. We have a scheduled routine service with Terminix and scheduling it was simple. They had some frequency to schedule it and we don't have any problems with the schedule. They do their work.

    My mother has had Terminix for a long time. And I’ve lived with her for the last two and a half years, and I do the scheduling which has been fine. We get the same Terminix technician for the recurring events. We have the quarterly pest control service and typically, the same person comes for several times and then sometimes, they’ll change out. And for the annual service, it may or may not be the same person. The young lady who does the quarterly visit for bugs and spiders is good.

    We’ve had an issue recently with squirrels up in the attic which was kind of a big event. The squirrels did some pretty good damage to the back of the house. They tore away some siding, which was all repaired and the insulation was replaced. It was a big effort. And they’re trying to get back into the same place. And I’ve gotten a call again and it’s been four days. And I’ve been busy, I haven’t followed up on it. But I’m still waiting to get one of those folks back out to take a look at it.

    I have monthly service from Terminix. They told me when they came and sold me this contract that they took a picture of a dead mouse in my attic. We live in a rural area so that doesn’t shock me at all. At least it was dead. It hasn’t bothered me and it hasn’t smelled in the house. I’m a nurse but I’m doing a little bit on how to keep house and do things about mice and bugs, and I've never had a problem. If mice are in the attic, they haven’t come down in the living area. So I said, “If you think I have a pest problem, wouldn’t you try to concentrate on that and put out some mouse poison, mouse traps, something?” They didn’t do any of that.

    I had to call and tell them to come and put out some mouse traps or do mouse poison. The guy came and put one in my garage and one upstairs for our whole house. So, at least they came and did that. I just got some more and I put it down myself. But I shouldn’t have to call them. That’s why I have a monthly contract. Also, I work during the week and one tech guy wouldn't come after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. He had to drive too far. He's not with Terminix anymore, but I had to go through that for six months.

    It’s taken me a year and a half, but they are finally understanding the pest control business. They’ve also changed managers in Jackson. I will do my own guide in pest control, but when fall comes, that’s when mice come and that's when they should put out the mouse poison and do the spraying for bugs at the same time. They don’t have to have somebody call them to put out the mouse stuff. ‘Cause I go and buy my own mouse poison because they don’t, and I've been buying it for the last two years. They really need to train their people to think ahead and use critical thinking skills. I’ve got them right now for pest control and my termite stuff, and I want to keep that contract. But, I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. The other company around here is a whole lot better.

    When we bought our house, Terminix was a part of the house package. And we wanted the termite package, and so we got that. We've been with Terminix for 24 years, and scheduling our service has been really simple. I get an email that says, “Your next service is scheduled for so and so”, and I ignore it and it happens, or I say, “No, I need to do something different”, and I do that online, and we change the schedule, and it works fine. I’ve only had to change the schedule a couple of times and I have never had any trouble doing it. And the Terminix man calls ahead of time, tells us when he’s coming, comes, does his job professionally, and then he leaves. And he’s been a really nice guy. Most recently, he came out to do the quarterly check outside and inside.

    To the best of our knowledge, we have had no termites inside. But we have little critters that are looking for water or for some safety occasionally when it gets really moist outside and then sometimes when it gets really dry outside, and we’ll find some around bathrooms. The house is built on pilings, and so, the garage is under the house, and sometimes, in the little foyer coming from the garage, we’ll find some roaches on their back, with their feet up in the air. And I’ve never had any roaches in the living area. And then, somehow, they’ll get around the garage, in the entryway, and maybe once every year, I might find one that somehow made it inside the little entryway, but it's dead when I find it. I’ve made the Terminix recommendation to other people.

    We have a single home and a lot of times we have trouble with ants more than anything. Because of the way that our house is made, we've noticed some ants from time to time while walking around in the garden, but they've come during the rainy season. We've let Terminix know and they’ve come in and done the inside of the house if we saw some ants there. Terminix recently came out for maintenance of the property and that was a great experience. To schedule our service, Terminix usually called us and let us know that they were planning to come out and informed us of the service date, and they told us to give them a call if that date was inconvenient so they could make another date.

    The technician that we had all these years was really great. He had been doing such a good job, so we wanted to maintain him, but Terminix suddenly put him in another area and switched us over to somebody else. We wanted to get back the technician that we had before and Terminix said they could do that, but they never gave him back to us. Evidently, they switch technicians around and we don’t like that. The guy that we had before used to knock on the door to let us know that he was there and he didn’t just leave a paper like the new guy does. The previous guy was really courteous and he would say, “Is there anything else going on? Let me know if everything's all right in front or inside the house,” and that was really nice. Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend Terminix to a friend.

    Terminix comes to us every three months. They call to let us know when they will come out but Rob always sets the follow up because he's been our guy from Terminix for years. We like that he works with us. I'm a school teacher who gets out at three to five o'clock but Rob knows I'm booking it to get to my place in time to let him in. Still, I've trusted him with the location of the key in the backyard. At one time, we had a business and Rob would serve that as well. We've known him a long time and he has always done an excellent job. What he does lasts three months. In the past 18 years, when I've had to call him because we had a problem or something came up that I needed his attention for, he went back and took care of it.

    Also, we've got two small dogs and I know that the chemicals that Terminix lays down inside are not supposed to be harmful to pets. We have a deck and Rob always tells us try to let the spray dry out there on the deck before we let the dogs out. We used to have Terminix spray every three months but now, we're trying to live more chemical free so we don't always have them spray the inside of our house anymore. Still, Rob does the outside and we don't have trouble because he always sprays around the foundation where the pests come from.

    However, if there was one thing that I would recommend Terminix to do differently it's that the guy who inspects our house annually who isn't Rob should let us know if he's coming. Sometimes I would get to our place and there would be a door hanger on my door stating that he tried to come in and do the annual inspection but there was no one there. My mother was there at the time but she is deaf and if we had known that guy was coming, she could have let him in.

    Also, I was one of the skeptics about termite treatment because the guy that does our annual termite inspection wasn't Rob. It was someone else. When termite activity was noticed about 50 miles from where we live, we decided that we were going to bug up and do it. Terminix also offered my parents a deal in Shreveport which is another 70 miles away. They got a contract with Terminix and they did the termite treatment as well.

    If you are thinking about going with Terminix, go ahead. I've been using them for a few years now and we seemed to be on top of the termite problem thus far. The treatments are in place and I'm apparently still clear with termites. Scheduling the service has been fairly straightforward and there had not been any particular hiccups with it. There has been one technician who comes and he came in the last 2 weeks. He arrived punctually and I recognized him from having been in our house before to do the work. He got on with it quietly and did the work with very little disruptions in my life and without any problems arising. Then he reported back to me when he had finished. I asked him some questions about what we might need in the future and he answered those quickly. He was competent, courteous, and friendly. I was pleased with the whole experience as always.

    I just got my house sprayed by Terminix. I'm on a contract with them where they come out quarterly. I've been having the same technician come out every time and he’s really nice, friendly, and smart. I had a wood rat outside and he explained about them to me. I like him and I don't want anybody else. Some years ago, we had somebody else from a different company and they weren't as knowledgeable about anything. I would recommend Terminix to my friends.     Terminix comes and sprays every eight weeks and they also do a termite inspection once a year. They schedule the appointments and they're very good about it. They send emails and then the man who comes and sprays, Eric, always calls the day ahead of the time to say that he'll be out between 10:00 and 12:00 or another two hour window. We've had Terminix for 12 years now. And every two months for 12 years, we're really good until we got the rats.

    We had an invasion of rats and it was horrible. We caught 46 in two months. We're in a track home in the middle of the city and the people next door have chickens. Eric explained to us that chickens draw rats. So, he took so much time with us and he has been three or four extra times out. He gave us more traps, went up in the attic, put traps in the attic and then of course, he does our initial spraying. He always rings the door bell and tells us what he was going as well as ask if we are having any trouble with anything but rats. And we did with some ants, so he was right on the job. Most recently, the time when he came out and spray was about the same time with the termite inspection. And the tech who came for the termite inspection was great. Also, I've told 4 other people to have Terminix else their yard would really be spiffy.

    I recently had a quarterly pest treatment from Terminix. They schedule the service and if I have any issues I go online and fix it. The technicians have all been good. They showed up and took care of the outside. If there's anything specific then they treat that. Like the last time, they did fire ants. Any time we see something to take care of, they have that specific chemical that they treat with. Every once in a while something will come in. We call and get them in between service, and then it goes away. Terminix is a good value for the cost that we have. We have no issues or any kind of bugs getting inside the house.

    We're on a maintenance contract and Terminix comes out periodically. They just call us and say they would be out when and what time, and to make sure we have our pets under control. If we have something untoward come up, then we would contact Terminix. But basically, we let them do it at their schedule, 'cause they will anyway. There may be three technicians that we've seen consistently but they rotate. Depending on what their schedules are and what's going on, we might have another one or two strangers. They need a little bit more monitoring, direction and training. But generally, the technicians have been pretty good and very capable. They understood our problems and took care of them. The last fellow wasn't as comfortable as the other previous ones. But he was like a new guy and he tried.

    They appear to do some good work. There was a spot of termite droppings but that's been handled and I don't see any more termite droppings. When my wife observed the weevils in the food storage area, she contacted Terminix and they came out. It was a month at the most between when we called them and they came out and the weevils were treated and they haven't returned. We've been in our house for eight years and we haven't had determined to tent the house so we're reasonably pleased. It's an ongoing problem we have in California but Terminix seems to do their service. My wife's comfortable with whatever we're paying too.

    The techs that Terminix sent out were all nice, though some of them didn't know what they were doing. But every time I called Terminix, they answered, and that was the main thing for me. So my experience with the company has been very good and I would recommend them. However, the last statement they sent me was 18 something percent and that was bad. It was so high and I wasn't expecting that. Right now, I'm ready to call them again because I'm seeing a few cockroaches and flies started coming in.

    Our first point of contact from Terminix was Allan and he sat me down and explained everything. Then, Jonathan came out, introduced himself, let me know what he was here to do, and he got really comfortable with everybody. He went upstairs and let us know that there was an activity there. He did not have to do it but he grabbed all the sheets and put them in a bag for me. That was the icing on the cake for Jonathan.

    We've had four guys and they also treated outside, did the walls, and the carpet. The pests were inside the bed and they said, “Okay. Well, let’s put it to the test. Let’s open up the bag and see what’s in there.” It was supposed to kill them but we looked inside and they were creeping actively in there. It was like outside, we thought there was no activity but one guy got bit up. I feel so sorry for him. Allan told us to make sure we vacuum every day and that we use bedbug protectors and that’s what we’ve been doing.

    Terminix provides excellent customer service but they are so pricey. It was very expensive doing this kind of work and that really set us back that we had to get financing. If I’m paying all this money, I thought they would come here and they would be done but it didn’t happen that way. We've had four visits so far and that’s a lot. If Terminix is Terminix, pest activities need to be terminated immediately when they get here and let it be done.

    Terminix was very professional and sweet any time that they had ever come out. They did a termite inspection which we came out negative for that. They went ahead and put these little things on the ground. Then, I had a relative that had come over and I was watching their kids for a little bit and they ended up giving me cockroaches. Terminix came in and not even two weeks later, all of my bugs were gone. Unfortunately, I unsubscribed two weeks ago as we had financial issues. Also, once, my bank told me that the payment went through but Terminix kept calling me, telling me that it did not. That was, nonetheless, all handled. It was just computers. Sometimes, every once in a while, they became inaccurate, but that was very understandable. Their customer service reps were extremely helpful. I would recommend Terminix.

    I've been a Terminix customer since 1997. They did their inspection once a year. When I have to reschedule my service I always just go through their web page and all of a sudden they're there. And I like it because they notify me if I got an appointment with them coming up. I usually miss the call but when they contact me back and they tell me they're gonna be here at 8:00 they're here at 8:00.

    I chatted a little bit with the technicians and they've been good guys. I've enjoyed having them, other than the price went up. And there was a time they tore down the wall and didn't pay for it. But since the service I don't see sawdust, which would be an indicator of termites. I don't see any tubes going up and it's been months. I would recommend Terminix.

    I’m on an automatic schedule with Terminix and they usually call and let me know that they’re going to come at a certain time. We've been with them for many years.     Terminix came out to my property in Florida where I had tenants. I had really bad tenants and if it wasn't for them coming out, my property would have been ruined from the individual that was in my house. I have rats and they told me where the rats were coming from and explained why. They were thorough with me and really helped me out. I got the tenants out of the house and I have to fly down there because I need Terminix to get into my house. And they won't be able to come unless I find a way for them to come in. When rats are there, they have to wait one to three months. Then, they're going to come back, see if the rats are gone, go in the bottom, and re-route the house. I truly appreciate them and their service especially the people that came out.

    We found out that we had termites under the sliding glass door that we were trying to replace, and when it was being replaced, the foundation under it was rotted, so we thought we better tent the house and fumigate it. I bought a plan from Terminix for them to come out quarterly and check it all out for the next couple of years. They made the scheduling very easy. They said they took care of all the termites and I haven’t noticed any activity. They also said that if the termites come back within three months, they’ll come back and redo it. Also, we had a nest of wasps in the shed next to the house, and when the techs were here, they sprayed that, so that was great. They got rid of our wasps.

    We had some ants in the house because of the rain. That's pretty normal for where I live because we live in a hilly part of Sacramento and the ants come up when it rains. I called Terminix' dispatch on their main line and they were able to get a hold of the technician, Mark. He was a really nice guy and he got back out to us within one day, which was really quick. Mark sprayed for the ants. Our guy has always done a great job. Terminix has done a good job of keeping us ant-free and spider-free, and they’ve also done termite services for us. I would definitely recommend Terminix and I've already done that before.

    We have a schedule with Terminix once a month. It's a different technician every time. The technician calls me the day before and lets me know he's coming. When he comes I'm usually in dialysis so if there are problems my son walks him around and points it out to him. We had a wasp problem and they got rid of that and from what I heard the tech was courteous. And when I was around the technician that came was very nice and polite.

    Terminix has been around for many years and has a well-established reputation. They're a little pricey but they do a good job overall. I have a contact with them to provide fumigation service every month. Scheduling the service is seamless. When I had first set it up, their representative called to let me know that the tech was coming out and we agreed what time he was going to come.

    The technician comes and goes into my backyard and does the fumigation and then leaves. And so far, I haven't had any issues with Terminix as far as security and access to my property. That has been the only concern I've had since most of the time they come when I'm not here. So, as far as that goes, there could be a little bit better follow up as far as calling the customer and asking if there's any questions or any concerns. They did that after the very first fumigation, but they never had after that and it's already been close to a year since they’ve been coming. Nonetheless, my concern is spiders and cobwebs all over and I see less cobwebs.

    Everything went well in scheduling a service with Terminix. We are very satisfied. The Terminix representative would set up an appointment and let me know, which he did. He told me when he was going to be here, and he came around on time and did what he was supposed to do. He was nice as the man who came to the house because he likes to fish too. So, we got along really well. He was very personable and the person that I talked with on the phone was also very personable. Recently, we had some kind of damage to our door that looked like termites. There were some little bugs. A man came out and he said it was not termites and told me to burn the house down. He just came out a very pleasant man, just talking about termites. By the time he got here, I already sprayed it good and whatever that was in there was gone so he couldn't even identify.     We've gotten some German cockroaches into the house from a friend who moved into a room at our house. He came from an apartment where they had those cockroaches. I've lived in this house for 30 years and we never had a cockroach ever and then now, since this guy moved in, at least one came with him. We started seeing them in the kitchen and called Terminix.

    The guy who came out was very good. He seemed like he did a really thorough job doing the inside of the house and outside everywhere. After a couple of weeks, I ended up seeing a couple here and there and I called them to come out again. A second guy came out and it seemed like he was just doing the bare minimum. He didn't seem too enthusiastic and didn't want to really go over things very well. I felt he just wanted to get in and out without being thorough like the first guy was. I wasn't impressed. I'm still seeing a few roaches here and there. I put down some of these sticky pads and I've caught a few of them there. I know they're still around. Whatever Terminix did, it didn't really do the job. I'd probably not use them again and go with somebody else the next time I need it.

    Terminix is always reliable and polite. I like the fact that we get a picture with the email before they arrive. So, this way when they come to the door I know who it is because I don't like to open the door -- I work from home so I don't usually answer the door unless I know who it is. Things have been great at home since our services from them. The tech always comes to the door and asks if we are having any problems and they will take care of it. We were having a little problem in the garage and he went in and sprayed all around. He was very very accommodating. He's just a very nice person.     I have told the person who call to schedule the appointment that I want to be here so the technician could come inside and spray. Because when they first did it, they sprayed the inside the house and I had no problem with the guy coming in my house if I'm not here but I have a little dog, a $1000 little Yorkie. I've always wanted to be here so I can get the little dog out because if he got out of bounds, we probably couldn't catch him. One time, they sent a guy who just sprayed outside and I couldn't pay the $75. There was no use to pay money just for a couple ant beds. I wanted the inside of my home sprayed every time.

    I needed to schedule the service after 4:00, when I could get here to get my dog out, or on Saturdays. I understand if they're booked up but I had told them several times that if they couldn't spray inside, to wait before I could get off of work, a day we could spray the outside and the inside. But what would happen is they would send them on anyway. The last two times, they just had a bill on the door. It could have been just a misunderstanding. Otherwise, everything is smooth and good. The way the representatives talk is just agreeable.

    The technicians do good too. They've always asked if I have any questions and what types of insects I see and if something comes up, they offer me a contact. But everything is good. I haven't any kind of insect other than a few ants but they come back either way. Then we get on the conversation. They're real talkative and helpful. They do the job and they don't hang around when they get finished. Everything is good and I'm satisfied. I would recommend them.

    When I went ahead with Terminix, I could not get them through. They're constantly resending a bill every week. I said, "Why don’t you just send one bill? I'll pay." Everything costs money and if they stop sending all those bills, with the money they save, they could have the rates be a little lower. Also, they're really trying to get you to have everything come out of a checking account and I don't like having people have my check account numbers. I'm old school and a little leery. There is no real safeguards on anything.

    I had both termite and some other protection on the other home I had. When I moved, I said, "Please stop it. Transfer everything over to the new house." But they didn't do that so, I was paying for termite inspection on a house I sold. I had a few phone calls and I finally got them cancel it. And they gave me some credit charge. But when they wanted to add all the services here, the price was too expensive. I didn't see the value, so I did not get the termite inspections but I still have the pest part. There are ants in the springtime in the area I live in so, we may have some ants and they would come and take of it. They come out quarterly and walk the perimeter. If I have like any rodents, they take care of it and they will put traps. The technicians have all been professional and good. For the most part, our experience was pleasant.

    Scheduling our service with Terminix has been really good. Most of the time, they have a technician who comes out, and they get to know us, and then they recently changed. But I like to have the same people come out because they know the house and they know what’s needed and everything. The latest guy they sent went to the wrong house and if I wasn’t home, I wouldn’t have known that they didn’t spray and I would have gotten charged for it. But I complained and they mostly handled it. But before that, I had the same people and they would even call me and they gave me their personal cell phone number because that gives you an advantage. We've been with Terminix for at least 10 years, and if I spot any trouble, I just call them and they come out.     I pay Terminix for a quarterly maintenance and they come and spray a rental property. I've had them for a year and they come out automatically. The guy who comes out is polite and usually calls me up. It's a condo and there are always pests that they can't eliminate unless they treat the whole building. My tenants always see roaches here and there and the last time Terminix was out there, they treated mice.     I called Terminix for fleas and spiders. For the first one, we saw a flea and we called because I just start coming from the backyard where our dogs are and I saw one on my son. But they came and we haven't really had an issue inside anymore but they're still out back. They came twice already and they have good customer service and they're friendly. There's still outside though but you figured they're coming out and take a couple more treatments to get rid of them. I haven't seen any spiders yet because they usually come right about now when it starts to get warm. But I haven't seen any fleas in my home.

    They come once a month and they call me or I call them every month. I pay $90 every three months and they don't charge me extra for coming out in between times. When I first called, they told me $200 and I told them, "Oh, that's a little steep. Let me think about it." I hung up and within 10 minutes, I had the lady calling me back and she lowered it down to $99. They've been very helpful with giving a very good discount. Also, they gave the lady who I take care of a $60 discount for recommending me. That was nice. I haven't had them long enough but I'm happy and I would recommend a friend.

And then we had a follow-up visit where we had another outbreak in a different room and they came out and took care of those. We start calling them usually sometime in April. The plan is the tech is supposed to be out the end of April to May for the next visit. He knows when they’d come, he knows when we’d call him in the past. I've been happy.

    I have a five-year plan with Terminix where if I see anything, I give them a call and they'll come down. They give me a half hour call in advance. Last time the tech came, she explained everything and looked through the whole house. She did pretty well. They set a whole bunch of things on the ground all around the house to see the termites.     We will have moved into this house two years ago this July and the ants were already here then. It's a continual thing and every once in a while, we'll have some ant piles pop up in the yard. Terminix would come and fix them. I don't think that they'll ever get rid of the ants without having to dig them all completely out of the ground because of the nature of ants. But I have family members that are allergic to the ant bite so we're very sensitive to it. And the service does keep it down to where it rarely causes problems. It's really good.

    We have regular service with them and typically, it is an automatic thing every three months. But if I need them to come out another time, I go online and take one of the available dates and times. And they're really good about coming out any time we call. Last time, I guess we had a new technician but before that, we had one technician. And he's always come, done the job as quickly as possible and let me know when he has completed it. I always try to tell him what things we've seen and he would tell me what things he found that we had missed and what he did. It's quick and painless. He's in and out usually within 20 minutes, half an hour tops. We don't have a huge yard and that is about what I expected. Terminix has always been good and professional. If somebody wants to use them, I would say go for it.

They just give me a notification of when they're going to be coming and we get quarterly treatments. Everyone we'd ever had is the same. So, since Terminix has been coming, they've sprayed around the outside of the house and the cave crickets disappeared. We haven’t seen a single one of them again. We've been with Terminix for a number of years. And the technicians have been fine and polite. Sometimes they've done the work when we were not home, but when I was home, they knocked on the door and told me what they were going to do. They asked if there were any problems inside that they should check. And I appreciate that they look around the outside of the house under the eaves and check if there are any wasps starting to nest. However, their office is not apparently well-managed because I received many calls regarding signing up for the current service after I had already sent them a check. I had made appointment and they called several times to make an appointment even after the representative came out here and I had the papers and everything signed. The technician who came out was very nice and then they sent him out a second time a week later. He couldn’t understand why, and that was an extra trip for him. Other than that, it was all all right.     Terminix comes quarterly and I don't have to be there when they do. They don't do the inside of the house. They just come whenever they need to go.     We have two services with Terminix and they come out periodically. We have the baiting service and the pest service. The scheduling has always been fine. They call, schedule, and then our service rep for many years calls the day before to confirm. Brian is an outstanding representative. He’s been with us for years and we’re so lucky to have him.     I had some fiber board and wall paper residue on the floor. When looked at the wall, there was termite damage, so I called Terminix. I got into a yearly contract with them for termite inspection and I have them for two and a half months now. The rep I spoke with was good and the technician who came out did all the work he was supposed to do. He planted all the bait stations all around the house. Then he had to come back and put three of them back on the ground since my dog decided that he wanted to play with them.

    Other than that, their finance company totally sucked. I tried to set up the payment and the contract was supposed to be paid off in 18 months interest-free. But the first thing they did was put a $28 surcharge on it, so I said no way. I called Terminix back, asked how much was the bill, and I paid them in full. Everything's taken care of now and I would recommend a friend to Terminix. But as far as financing it, I’d tell them to forget it.

    Terminix services us well. They've called me whenever they needed to schedule and let me know they were coming. They showed up on time and I got an email after they came. We have the regular termite contract and the technicians were very helpful. But we're having issues with ants. Our pest problem had been off and on for a long time before we decided to give Terminix a try and the problem went away but then the ants have come back with a vengeance. That's just the way it is at our house. So Terminix is supposed to come back and treat them again.

    It's quick getting in touch with them and they came immediately after I called the 800 number. Our local technician was very helpful but I'm still having issues. They're supposed to come tomorrow and I'm gonna do a follow-up this afternoon to make sure they're coming tomorrow to treat the ants again. The only frustration I have is that I'm having a hard time getting in touch with them. I'm almost 60 and I like to call a local business and talk to somebody that I know instead of a centralized 800 number to get service. But with Terminix, I can't talk to anybody local unless they call me. I have to call the 800 number. But once they communicate, they do what they say they're gonna do for the most part.

    Every time Terminix have come, they have been very polite, and they wipe their feet. I have white carpet. This last time, there was a mix-up on the timing which caused me a little bit of grief. But, other than that, it was just an accident and, hopefully, just a one-time thing. Anyhow, the people are friendly and nice.

    For the quarterly service, they call me and tell me when they are coming. For a long time, we had the same tech, but, now, these last two times, we had a different man. I don’t know what happened to the other one but we really like him a lot. We are getting to know this one better, so it’ll be fine. He was very apologetic about mixing up the time. He just kept saying that over and over how sorry he was. But he’s friendly, always pleasant and his language is very nice around -- I babysit so I’m very protective of the language.

    We saw a bug or two in our garage this past week but, then again, we had carried in a bunch of boxes from a sale. Maybe they came with the boxes. They could have been brand new and he has not been here for two weeks now since he was here. We have been really pleased with not seeing any roaches or anything. I told my friends that they should not go to other ones. I like Terminix.

Most recently, they came out to inspect and make sure that everything that they were sending their people out to do.     My Terminix technician, Nick, is a great guy, and we've had a good relationship. I like the company. And their customer service is great, but it's not worth the price to keep it. I'm paying almost over $600 a year, and it's a lot of money. And I still have the mortgage and other things that I have to take care of in the house. So, if I have to keep it, it's going to be on a quarterly basis for spraying in the garage and the front and back of the house just to keep all the bugs away.

    The salesperson, in the beginning, charged me over $1,000, which was absurd in a point. It was overpriced but for a maintenance program in terms of keeping the pests under control, the company is well-established. It's a good company to have. But people have to pick what they need in terms of their budget and necessity in the house. And if my friends have the money and they want to spend approximately $600, I would definitely recommend the company over a lot of companies in the business. A maintenance program is the best thing to have every quarter.

    We've always had a problem with ants around here, so I have the ants taken care of. Terminix comes, checks and sprays for the ants around the house. They come about once every couple of months. It all depends. The more rain you have, the more problems you have with ants. If all of a sudden I see ants, I can call them up and say, "I need a guy to come over," and they send the guy or sometimes, they'll let me know that they scheduled a job.

    So far it's all been positive with Terminix. The job that they do works great because there is not an ant anywhere to be found. I knew someone who has problems with ants or termites, I said, "I use Terminix for ants. Give them a call and see what they say." And he did as far as I know. Terminix people are very polite and professional. They're pretty prompt unless it's busy season like in the spring but for the most part, they're really good.

They charged my account $129 in December and $129 in February, and I’ve never told them that they can do it. I signed the contract, but they never explained to me they were going to charge $129 every three months. And for the first time, the tech just brought some traps and gave them to me and didn't say anything. In February, they didn’t do any service, they just charged $129. And I didn’t know they were going to charge. I over drafted my account when they charged it. I called to make a complaint, and they said they’re going to give me the credit for the second charge. But I wanted the money back from December, too, because they didn’t do anything, and it was not fair. I don’t recommend the service.

    Family has multiple homes in multiple states. Had a contract with Terminix for home in WA since 2002, but billing address was home in AZ. We always paid a lump sum yearly for WA home & authorized inspections and pest treatments when not at home, since we travel a lot. Billing address in AZ NEVER had Terminix contact or service, it always had a contract with Truly Nolen. Recently, an issue arose in the home in WA - rats in walls and crawl space. HOA hired a pest company. He found breached vents and rodents.

    Since the contract with Terminix had never been stopped, and payments for all billed household expenses for all homes that we own are managed and paid by a service, I was shocked to learn that Terminix had not been to the WA house since 2012 because they transferred the service contract and subsequent remaining credit balance to the new owners when we sold a house (that never had Terminix service) in AZ!

    This is a definite case of breach of contract, gross negligence, representative fraud towards the new owners, theft of our payment balance, and since my mother is elderly, this incident can and will be reported to BOTH AZ and WA attorney generals for referral to BOTH Maricopa and Pierce County prosecutors offices to investigate for an existing pattern of Terminix targeting and financially exploiting elderly clients with multiple homes.

    Originally, I had called to call for service and was told we never had service. But someone would call me. Didn’t happen. I found the original contract & called again. Someone was supposed to call me back. Never happened. Investigated issue & called bank. Called back Terminix, wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Nobody seems to want to contact me after 3 weeks. I think that it is time to start filing papers and involving criminal investigators. Ignoring me is not a viable option. If anyone else has encountered this problem with Terminix, or encounters any other issues that financially exploits elderly homeowners, please contact your local municipal agency that investigates elder abuse. It is wrong and against the law.

But the man called me this morning and told me that he didn't usually do that stuff. He told me that he was going to check around for termites but he already did that the last time, so he didn’t need to come out. I told him not to waste his time because he could not do what the woman told me they were going to send him to do.     There were two techs when Terminix first came out and set up the house. They had to come a second time because I was still having problems with unwanted guests living in my rafters. They did some more investigating and were able to find another gap where the animals were getting into. It was a squirrel issue so what they had to do was something called an exclusion trap which allows the squirrels to escape and not come back. The workers were very good and thorough. The only problem was because of the weather. There was a lot of snow on the roof and they couldn’t do a thorough inspection on certain parts because they couldn’t physically get up there, which was understandable. So far, I’m satisfied and as far as their work goes, they’re very pleasant people and I feel comfortable with them. I would definitely recommend Terminix.

The last time they came, we had these couple of nor'easters over here and the whole place was covered with five feet of snow around the house so you really couldn't get in there. But the guy managed and on the side, there's a vent and he sprayed stuff in there to control stuff this early spring. He's going to be coming back.

    Since I bought this place, even though it was new, I have trouble with spiders in the master bedroom and I don't know where they're coming from. It's the same kind of spider all the time. One morning, I woke up with one in my ear and I decided to do something. The guy told me, "If you have problems. We'll come in and spray around the inside." But they haven't sprayed on the inside yet. But Terminix was fantastic. It's just that I started it at the wrong time of the year where they weren't able to get to the place that they should've been able to get to.

    We were with another company when we had some slight activity with some roaches.     Terminix came out for termination of bedbugs and I would recommend them. They did a good job the first time around. The bedbugs were killed and there were none in the bed and mattress. But some time later, a couple got on my hand. I killed them then then in a matter of seven days, I killed two. They were in the chair that I looked at and they were small so they lived through the first time around. It was hard to believe that they were gathered in one place weeks later. The technician saw that and he used his spray like he should. He's been that good. That young man was very positive in everything. He probably scooped them out with his hand after he sprayed. Then he checked the bed and everything else. Everything was in the clear. I haven’t seen any bedbugs since he was here 11 days ago. He got rid of them all.

    I'm really happy with the service that we receive from Terminix. Most recently, some guys came out and installed insulation in our upstairs attic.     I have lived in my mother’s house for the last year and she has had a contract with Terminix since the early 2000s when she bought her house in Florida. She had a plan with them and we’ve had it forever. Scheduling a service has been very easy. They send me an email telling me when he was going to be there and if I had a problem, they gave me a phone number to call back to reschedule.

    People who lived on the back of my property had termites and their house is practically falling down. I was very concerned so Terminix came out and checked my house last fall when I first realized what was going on with my neighbor. And he said I’m fine and there’s nothing wrong. Then he came out to do the regular annual inspection in January or February. He looked under the house real well, and looked in the house and all the obvious areas where there might be a problem. He did a very thorough job and I’m very pleased with him. He said that everything was still fine and no problems, so I’m very happy with it. And I haven’t had any problems with pests.     Terminix is good. I had them recently for the roaches. Scheduling with them is quick, easy and they tend to show up on time. I only call the guy that comes out directly. Either that or I can get on the internet and just schedule an appointment one way or the other. Normally, I call because I am still having a problem. The roaches are not completely gone yet. Nevertheless, my interactions with their staff have been quite good, and the tech who comes out is very friendly and easy to talk to. He also makes sure that he hits everywhere where we are having a problem. Since we used Terminix, pest activity at home has greatly decreased. I still see a few of the small ones, but they are slowly disappearing. I would definitely suggest them.

    Terminix came out recently for our quarterly treatment. They regularly schedule the service automatically every three months and the schedule shows up on their website. Generally, the service is done during the weekdays, so our side gate is unlocked and the technicians do the treatment in the front and back yards, and they leave a copy of the note saying that they were at the house and reporting any special things that they noticed or treated, so there’s usually not much interaction with them. Inside our home, the pest activity has noticeably decreased since we started our service with Terminix. Outside our home, it has decreased as well. Terminix was good at doing the regular treatments and scheduling a special treatment if we asked for it.

    Terminix does a quarterly inspection and they contact and remind me when they're coming out. Recently the tech guy came out and did a pretty good job. He checked my baits around the house and did a perimeter. Occasionally, I notice some stuff inside and so I have to get the guy to come in the inside and do a few things. Yesterday I saw a centipede, and it shocked me since I'd never seen a centipede in my house. But normally if I call, they'll come out and address it. I’m also waiting to see if they're going to raise my price. I was talking to them about that because they raised my rate last year and this year.     I have been with Terminix for six months already. When I noticed a number of small insects in the attic area, and we had not been there and we were suspicious, we called Terminix and they came out and checked it and found that there were a great many of those, as well as rodents. It's a rural area here. Two of them made that area of the house rather indelicate and we were just determined to get it taken care of. Scheduling with them was relatively smooth. We got an appointment quite soon by phone. The operator came on time and was able to pinpoint what the problem was, and where it was, and what needed to be done, and we had it done. My wife was instructive as to what had gone on and what must go on and it was taken care of.

    When they came, it was providential that something positive could be done in addition, and it did. He was prepared and for them to come out on regular basis was taken care of that afternoon. We had another visit relatively recently, and that was a matter of inspection because it was much colder than outside and inside, and how we could stop the influx of any insects of that nature. The tech was able to take care of that too, so we were very pleased. Terminix is excellent.

    We had termites in the old farmhouse originally and that's what I started with, and then I've kept going with Terminix ever since because if you have termites once, they can come back. And they came back in the garage of the old house but they didn’t get into the house. But my renter saw them, and so when I called Terminix, they came out and took care of it. I had some bugs on my bay window but they came out and took care of that too. The techs are all very kind, nice and professional. We have two houses and I pay two different fees, so I'm trying to get it to where they only need to come out once for both houses.

    When I was a new homeowner, I wanted to have pest control for my home and I had a prior company for five years. Terminix took over the company that I did business with and so, there was no choice but to go with them. I always ask Terminix to come on the weekends since I work during the week and I prefer a call ahead of time, so I don’t take off and go do something. They always called me the day before or two days before to let me know what day they were coming out and left me a phone number. A lot of times, it was for during the week. I would always call them back and say that if they could make it on Saturday, I’d really appreciate it and they always did.

    In their most recent visit, they didn’t call me ahead of time to let me know that somebody was coming out and they showed up during the week. Luckily, there was somebody at the house and they knocked on the door, which is not always the case. As long as the gate is unlocked, they feel that it’s okay to show up and just do their thing. But I don’t know if they are doing their thing so, I’d prefer to be home. That way, I know that they were there and they, indeed, did do something. But the technicians are always very professional, neatly dressed, courteous, and asks me what I need or if there’s anything special that I want, and they do that. They knock on the door and let me know they’re leaving and I appreciate that. Everything’s great and I would tell my friends that my experience with Terminix was good and if they were looking for somebody, they should give them a call.

    Terminix does the annual inspection once a year, then they do other inspections as I need it. The last inspection they did was the annual check-up. They came around for a routine inspection and treatment. The technicians that Terminix sent out have been fine and they seemed knowledgeable and friendly. A few months ago, I saw some termites outside and Terminix came out and treated that. That was on a request basis. On the annual inspection, Terminix just called me and made the appointment, but when I had the treatment done for the termites, I had to call them and they arranged to come out. I got a notice ahead of time saying that the technician was coming and giving the window of time that he'd be there. Terminix has done a good job in treating our home for pests and I haven't seen any pest activity since the service, so that was good. I've used Terminix for years and I'd recommend them.

    We recently found bed bugs in our house. We had to call Terminix on a Friday, and I spoke with a very friendly representative over the phone. It was in the evening, so I was surprised somebody picked up. They scheduled somebody the very next day to come out and give it a walkthrough. And he called Monday to schedule to come out Friday. Within a week, we had to get the house situated for him. And he was out there within a week to fumigate the house.

    We signed up for the quarterly thing where they come out every three months and fumigate the house. And they were on two different pages because I had a guy call me Tuesday to come and do the quarterly spray. I told him he couldn't come out here on Friday because the other guy was going to be out here for bed bugs and we couldn't get in the house while he was in here. So, they got their signals crossed, and there were two different people coming out for the same company. And it was the only problem, but they worked it out.

    I asked him to come out the following week and he did. I had two appointments because they said the only time they can spray for bugs was at 3:00 in the afternoon. But the guy would come out at 8:00 in the morning to do the recheck on the bed bugs. And the funny thing was it was the same guy. While he was looking at his appointment for the day, he asked for my address and he said, "I have a 3:00 here, and I gotta go all the way to Fort Worth and come back to Glen." I then said, "You might as well stay here and do it now." So, he decided to stay after his 8:00 appointment and do the spray. It worked itself out and everything got taken care of. But it was the second time that two appointments in one day got crossed.

    The bed bugs' activity went down since our service. There's still some activity in one room. My daughter probably brings it in from someplace she's hanging out at. But the guy Terminix sent out for the bedbugs was very detailed and thorough. I'm very satisfied with Terminix. I like the turnaround time the best, everything happened relatively fast. The bed bugs service was kind of expensive, but with the $139 every three months, I'm already getting a service for the termites outside and I'm getting the inside, too. So, it's not a bad price to pay for peace of mind.

    When Terminix came, I talked to someone and I was explaining that my house had bugs and I was down in the suburbs. They didn’t really made a difference at that point, but you can call them back once everything is done. So, he sprayed and I asked the guy who was working if he has seen roaches or anything and he said no. I also have their termite plan. They put those things around your house so if anything goes wrong, they will be responsible and I like that.

    When scheduling a service, it’s usually girls and they’re great. When I first started, there was a guy who was really nice and he and I always had a 15-minute conversation. I would say such and such for certain things and he would say I can’t do it. Then I started asking others if he couldn’t come and they told me they do it. He was older and has a bad leg so he wasn’t interested but then, I told them. It took awhile because they kept sending him back but I have a totally new guy now who’s great. He’s in-and-out and not a talker like me. He’s very friendly and makes sure I’m happy. I know that with him, I see less pests.

    I’ve had three others before them and I’m happy with them. It’s not like I see roaches popping out of my cabinets or on my cabinets, the countertop and stuff, or in bed with me. It’s not that many. It may be four months and I’ll see one or two and the whole summer last year, I saw five or six. I would tell my friends to go with Terminix. Whatever Terminix is spraying, the stuff works.

    I have the yearly termite thing with Terminix and then I have the service where they come and do the pest inspection for spiders and bugs. They recently came for the pest spraying and it was good. Their service is set up quarterly and they call me and let me know when they’re coming, and then if it's not convenient for me, I’ll tell them a different time. I have a very good technician and it's the same person every time. His name is Carlton and he's excellent. He is very thorough and he always bends over backwards to help in any way possible. I’ve been a Terminix customer for many years and I’m very pleased with their service.

    My parents used to have a monthly service with Terminix plus the yearly inspection. But since they are deceased now, we just kept the contract for the yearly termite inspection, and we're trying to get the house ready to sell. I called Terminix ahead to schedule the service and I had very good interaction with the technician who came last month. He was very courteous, punctual, and did a very good job. Also, my mother was very pleased with Noah, the fellow who came once a month and he was one of the last people she talked to before she passed away in August.

    I will never recommend this company to anyone. On March 2018 the Technician came to my house, did my inspection however there was nothing found. My garage doors were opened and I had a brand new bottle of $80 Termidor on my table very visible. No one ever visits me and have no traffic flow on my property. I'm one of those guys who remember where I put all my stuff. Needless to say when he was gone, the bottle was also gone. I called him on his cell and asked him, obviously he denied taking it.

    When I called the company and talked to the manager he said that this guy has been with the company for years and no one has complained about missing items. He didn't do anything to help me recover my item therefore I am going to cancel my contract and deter anyone from signing up from these thieves. I'm the manager of a huge corporation who have Terminix for our pest control but after this unfortunate event, I am also canceling the contract. Because of this incident, I'll be installing more cameras especially in my garage.

    I have a good experience with Terminix. They have been very courteous and on time -- they give a time frame. They will even tell us that they might be here earlier and they'll let you know when the person is on their way. And then they give you a call and they talk to you what they are doing. They come out for ants and roaches in the kitchen and on the whole house. They have been very helpful. We, however, have a few pests in bed as they come out with the rain. But, other than that, things have been very good at home since we got their service. They certainly can get a recommendation from me.

    I'd seen Terminix servicing homes and they were recommended by a neighbor for my old residence. I'm a homeowner now and before I moved in, I wanted to have the place fumigated. They come out every three months and they notify me through email.     Terminix came out for pest control. I have a contract with them where they come out four times a year to spray for bugs. Visits are pre-scheduled. The tech, Adam, usually calls me up a couple of days before he comes out and everything is working out fine. We are pleased pretty good with his service, and he does a really good job. He is very polite, usually on time, and he does a complete job twice than before. If he cannot make it, he will let me know in advance. He doesn't skip on the chemicals, too. We used to have the little bitty ants and we could never get rid of them. But, since we called them out, we've only had to call them out maybe once or twice for a re-spray. So far, our experience has been great.

    We used to have Orkin way back in the day but once we changed to Terminix, we've had no problems. They’re very efficient and the people that they send out are quite knowledgeable about looking to see if there’s termites or rodent droppings. I’m happy with them. They come out every three months and they let me know when the time is due. They contact me to say that somebody’s going to be arriving here at the house and we don’t mind the technician coming into the house because he’s the same young man that has been doing this for the past three years. He’s very personable and he knows what I like to have sprayed. He goes over by the hot water heater, our three bathrooms, the bedrooms, the kitchen and my little office. Last time, he came out and sprayed the inside of the house and the perimeter of the outside. Right after that, they called to check if the guy showed up and if I was happy with the service.     There is usually a time and a date that Terminix schedules to show up and they do. And then they leave something on the door that says they were here and let me know what happened. The techs have been awesome, and they are just super when they come out every few months. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.     Terminix comes out quarterly for the bugs, spiders and roaches. When we needed to reschedule our initial meeting, their reps got it done and everything was great. We've had their techs for three times and the people who came out were pretty cool. But the treatments we're getting worked for a few weeks only. Even after the first time they came to spray, we were still seeing insects, though it wasn't as bad as before. So we are thinking of calling of them to possibly cancel because the treatments are not working.

    The representative from Terminix that comes to my house is always friendly. He does a good job. I really like him. I've known him a long time through meeting him here. He goes above and beyond. I have surveillance cameras. He cleans the spider webs often and sprays extra where I needed because I’ve been kind of remodeling my house. I open up walls and he’ll put extra stuff in there for me for the bugs. It’s just great.

    They try to do a price increase. Everybody wants more money. So I called them and told them that I’ll keep my service if they keep the prices same and they waived the new fee and kept everything the same. I’m totally happy with them. The representative I talked to about the price increase was really nice. They seem to be a super business. I live in a heavily wooded area. I got a lot of bugs. I see the dead ones around after they spray. They take care of them and they’re real nice about it.

    They do the scheduling automatically. I get an automated call from them telling me that my service specialist will be there between the hours of this and that on a certain that and he’s always there. I was busy yesterday and I got an automated call from them after I called to have my bill remain the same. A little while later I got an automated call asking about how the service was. It’s a great company. It’s a pleasure having them do my bug service for me.

    Terminix is very professional. One doesn't have to wait all day for someone to come out. They call prior to coming out so you’ll know exactly when they’re coming and they also send a text. I have mice problems so I called them, told them I needed someone to come out, and they gave me a date. The representative was great, made a price for me, and asked me what would be the best time for them to come. On this occasion, they came out rather quickly and it didn’t take a long time because sometimes I call and it takes a long time to get a date for them to come out. The technician who came was very thorough and he told me he was going to walk around the house from the outside. He would see where the problem was at and then he was on top of the roof. When he came back down, he explained the situation to me and gave me suggestions what they could do to fix the problem. So, the rat problem got solved.

    We were having a mouse problem and the Terminix technician came out. He set up some traps and told me what to look out for. We looked three weeks ago and saw three mice in the traps.     Terminix does quarterly maintenance for us and their technicians come every so often. We've been with Terminix for five years, since we lived here. Scheduling our service has been good. We just wait for an email from them regarding our next service schedule. My husband usually handles the interactions with the reps and he likes the guy that comes out here. We get the same person every time.

    Recently, the techs came when they were supposed to and they did what they were supposed to do. It was the regular time for their service call. Actually, we had ice and rain on the day they were supposed to come and I felt like that was a bad day, so they called us to reschedule and it was very easy to do that.     Scheduling service visits with Terminix was easy. I asked them to set up a yearly thing and they've come out every quarter. They would send me a text message and tell me that somebody is on the way.     A Terminix technician comes out yearly to do a termite inspection. Last time, there was nobody to let the technician in the house but there was a station outside to be checked in. The person came but only spent two minutes. He did not check any of the traps and made an appointment for the following year. I called to reschedule but I was put on hold. They don't have much respect for their customer’s time. On the fourth call, I was told that he would be there between 3:00 and 5:00. Then I was called and told that it would be 5:00, and then it'd be 12 to 5:00. Then I got an email that he was on his way. I didn’t meet with him but I had someone there. But I don’t know whether he checked the traps or not. My past experiences with Terminix have been very good up until this last time and I’m not pleased with it at all. I’m not canceling my service but if I recommend them, I'd do it with some qualification. I’ll just have to wait to see what it is like in the future.

    We have Terminix scheduled to come out every quarter. They send me an email, make sure the date is all right. They come out and do their job. One time we had to reschedule a service but it was a very easy process. The technicians that have come out have been really nice, very professional and very friendly. They always want to talk and make sure I understand what they're about to do. And I've really enjoyed the guys that have come out. They're very prompt as well. If they say they're going to be here at 9 o'clock, they're here at 9 o'clock. And I really appreciate that. Their service seems to be working too.     If you're looking to get pest control, I would recommend Terminix. I've been a customer on and off with them for several years now and I've never had any issues in any of the house we got. I just started back up with Terminix and we're signed up for quarterly services. When they come, they knock on the door to let us know that they're there. Then they explain what they're going to be doing for and ask if we need the inside done. Typically we don't need the inside done so they focus on the outside. Last week, they came out and did my first application. They knocked, talked to my wife, then went ahead and did the services around the house. They left the flags so I knew it was done even though I wasn't home. But my wife had already called me to let me know that they were there. Usually, I typically rarely see any type of bugs and I get to call if I do. But I haven't seen any insects since it's gotten cold outside. I've been satisfied with Terminix.

    We had problems with ants. Some guy from Terminix came out and he did the outside. Then, he came in, did the inside, and set up some traps and stuff for ants. We get a service every three months and they usually call a day or two when it’s around that time, unless we have an issue. Lately, our ant problem has been really bad, so we called them to schedule our service. The techs who came out have always been really helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, we had a really good experience with Terminix so far. The traps and stuff that they put in got rid of most of the pests for right now. But maybe when the weather gets warmer, they might come back.

    A little over a year ago, Terminix came and did an inspection, and then we signed up with them. The gentleman that came gave us a price quote, and everything he quoted, he delivered on. We signed up for the initial treatment with 17 stations outside, then they come every six months to check. We had an unfinished basement at the time, so they came and sprayed wherever they could.

    The last time they came out, the rep contacted me to let me know that he was coming the next day to check. We were at work, and he came and checked the outside. He sent me an email saying everything was good and that one of the stations showed activity. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was the same person that did the initial treatment and the inspection a couple of weeks ago. Normally, we only have one swarm a year. But he said that when they did the initial treatment, we might get a swarm for the next year and he suggested we keep the service for an extra year just to make sure there's no activity after that. They're a great service and I would tell others to definitely use Terminix.

    The representative at Terminix was very helpful. She basically told me the process of them coming out, what they would take care of and how much it would be. She also told me that if I had any more problems after they came out, they would come out for free to continue maintenance. They set it up for them to come out every three months. After I called that time, they came out within 24 hours and it was excellent. The technician gave me good information and answered all my questions. There was also a lady that came out and she answered all my questions as well. She told me what the ants were doing and how they were getting in the house.     I have Terminix come out and do a regular spray everywhere at our house for preventive measure. They’re usually pretty good about scheduling when I need them to. And the technician sprayed what I asked him to and he answered any questions that I have. I don’t have a bad experience with them and I've told a friend that she should use them and she did.

    Terminix comes out quarterly to spray. We still have ants and it's mostly during the summer but they don't come in the house. Their technician was nice. He called to let us know he's here because we have dogs. He was very friendly and we appreciate that. We had good service. We trust him coming and servicing our house.

    Somebody brought in cockroaches and we’ve never had them. And I started seeing them and so where they got out of hand, I called. Terminix is doing fine for us. The reps on the phone have been fine, too. They come out quarterly and if I need them in between, I can call them. The techs are excellent, and since we started the service I haven't had any more problems. I would recommend them.

    Terminix does all right. I tell them there are traps back there and then they come in. They tell us they're done and sign a little piece of paper and away they go. However, sometimes they miss some of the traps. Also, we don't know they are coming because they don't call. It will be nice if they will call. But other than that, we're pretty satisfied with them and we don't have any termites since their service. So it's good.

    We’ve had termites in other states that we’ve lived in, and to prevent any termites, these Terminix guys take care of everything for us. We've been with them for 5 years now and we are very pleased with the service. They're competent and very confident. They come out every six months and they checked the inside and outside of the house. They check to make sure I have no termites or pest activity.     Terminix took care of things and they were very pleasant. They told me that I can call them if I had the problem with the roaches again.     I have dogs in our home so there's always a lot of bugs everywhere. I have Terminix come out every three months and I always have a good service from them. The technician that I get all the time is really good. He's always available when I need it. And he always adapt to my schedule because sometimes I can't be home.     I have rentals and one of my tenants said that they were having a mice problem. I sprayed for a normal spray but I had Terminix come and take care of the problem.     I’ve got some rental houses, as well as some rental trailers on the park so I don’t want a renter to move out and I’ve got roaches. I can’t rent it out again until it gets cleaned up so I’d rather not get them in the first place. The Terminix service is one that I provide for the renters. One problem that I have with Terminix is when I get a text or a call, saying they're coming out on a certain day, they don't say what they are doing and for which house. So it's a little confusing with multiple addresses. I have called them back and I said I needed to know what house they're going to because I need to let the renter know that they're coming. Even when they come to the park, I have to tell them what I want them to do. They were doing two trailers for the price of one house because a trailer is not as big as a house and they charge by the square foot.

    The turnover’s really bad though. Every time they've come, it’s been a different guy and somebody would tell me that they quit and went somewhere else. The problem is they have to drive so far to get out here where I'm at and they would rather work in town where they can do more customers a day. They don’t spend that long on location so they should be able to do five houses easily in town. But when they have to come out here and then the next house is 20 miles away, there’s a lot of driving involved, which takes a lot of time. And apparently, they can’t make the money on this rural route as they do in a city route.

    So the last time the guy came out to the park, he was in a hurry and he was here in less than 15 minutes. I signed a bill for a hundred and some dollars. I expect more than 10 minutes for 150 bucks for the month's service call. I wish I was closer to town where it isn't so hard on the guys. But I called Terminix and cancelled the service.

    The people who are setting up these routes aren’t doing it right. If they’re gonna come out here in the country, then they need to try to get to where the guy’s gonna do whatever customers they have. They should get those for one day in one area. Sometimes management doesn't consider and these Terminix people go where they’re told to go. If it’s a real bad or a long trip, it’s hard on them. But otherwise, Terminix has been good and I’m happy with them. I still have them do some of the rental houses there in Bend, Texas and I’m gonna probably hire them back for the trailers too. Things right now are just a little tight.

    I've had Terminix for the last year which was because I had issues with rodents. It took a while to finally get it resolved, but it’s resolved now. I have Terminix for both exclusion and pest control and they have been fine to work with for the pest control. They do whatever is asked and if you want something special sprayed. But on exclusion, they have a territory and the assigned technician has a very low 'darn' level. There was a dead rat upstairs and you could smell it. He said he couldn’t find it and that it must be stuck up there somewhere. I was going to have people coming over and asked if he could do something about the smell because I've been told that they have stuff that they can put up there and help at least kill the smell. He didn’t have any of that on him and didn’t have his ladder on him. He also said that the smell would go away in a couple of days. It was like he was more than useless.

    After he left, I called again and got an appointment. Brett came out two days later and he said he just stood up the attic, saw where the rat was, got it out and cleaned up everything. He actually wanted it out of there, too, and he, at least, was determined he was going find it for me which was what I needed. I'm done with the other guy and every time, I put in a special request to have Brett because he’s the only one who actually comes and gets stuff really done. I let the manager know and the manager ended up doing the annual inspection. He was hard to get ahold of but when he finally came out, he was the one who really found where they were getting in and fixed it. I'm glad he did what he did.

    Terminix comes for yearly inspection on what they treated to see how that is and the pest treatment that they’ve done worked great. The reps are also always pleasant when I schedule for service. I’ve had numerous questions I have to ask and they’ve answered every one of them to my satisfaction. When the techs come they’d call me on the phone to tell me that they’ll be in route in such date. Then when they’re heading this direction I get a text saying that he’ll be here in a few minutes.

    If I’ve been having any additional trouble or if I’ve seen any pest or anything that he needs to be concerned about I express those to him and he either takes care of it or they go on and do their treatment. He also gave me his cellphone number to give him a call if I get any troubles in between times that they come out. And he tells me he’s leaving then they’re gone. The pest activity has greatly decreased. The local manager also told me when I had the termite trouble that if there’s ever any problem, just call and let him know and they’ll be happy to send somebody out and fix it. They’ve been very friendly and very accommodating.

    I tried calling several people before Terminix and they either didn’t show up or I was very dissatisfied when they came up and noticed they didn’t sound like they knew what the hell they were talking about. When the Terminix guy came out, I kind of explained the difficulty I had with some of the other companies about getting anything done. He assured me by saying, “We don’t work like that. If you got any kind of problems or questions, don’t hesitate to call for us. We want to make you happy. We want to make you feel like you got more than your money for us.” And they always have.

    In my first experience with them, Terminix did a spraying in the house, inside and out, and the treatment of the yard. We have ants in the yard and some wasp nests up in the higher parts of our basement, so all that was taken care of. I just have the gate unlocked, so he can do his job. He's very kind. The last time he was here, I had had surgery so I could not open the door.     Our technician Reggie has always been very friendly, very thorough and addressed any issues that we might have. He always asks if there are any additional issues. Terminix is automatically on with the schedule and then Reggie would call the night before or a couple of nights before to say he’d be there. If I need an extra treatment, all we do is call and he’s usually out here within a day or so. We always are able to keep the schedule because he just sprays the outside unless we have an issue and then he comes in. We don’t have any dogs so he just comes in and does his job. And then, he leaves us a note that he was here. We’ve had Terminix for 25 years now. They are reasonably priced and they do a good job. They’re here when they say they’re going to be here. I would recommend them.

    I had some ants coming in. Terminix came out and they’ve taken care of that. I have them for years now and they go in where I ask them to. Everything has been fine and I wouldn’t be renewing my contract every year if I wasn’t satisfied with them. Their techs come out every three months and they are good. The company changed so many of them over a period of a couple of years and it looks like there’s a new one every year or so. But I haven’t had any problem with them. I like Craig, the new guy that I dealt with. He was great.     I had some work done here at the house in one of my bedrooms, and we came to find out we had termites. One of the contractors said that it would be best if we took care of it before he proceeded to do the rest of the job.     The technician of Terminix came once and he said I had an appointment, but I've never talked to anybody so I didn't have an appointment. So, I was confused. I think they probably left something on the answering machine but we don't ever check it. The only reason we have that line is to use our fax machine. And I guess they were calling it and thinking, "Well, she didn't call back so I guess it's okay." But what they did was just an outside check. And they've always come out before and everything has always been fine. Also, when they do say they're coming, they are here on time.

    I had a problem with mice and I've had a few different folks come out. Terminix's salesperson was really good. They were three times as expensive as the others but I ended up going with them. Within a week, they sent out two techs to do an inspection. They cleaned up a lot of the old mouse droppings and I really liked that. They also put out the traps, sprayed foam and closed any openings into the house. The techs came back a week later. We caught six or seven mice and they put out more traps. I haven't seen a mouse since and it has been a month now.

    I think Terminix should run more promotions to get people more acclimated. There are a lot of small, locally owned places and getting in touch with them was a little more challenging. I never know who to call. It was always an 800 number. I like to support my local community. So, Terminix doing more to show that they're a local agency versus a big natural one would go a long way.

    I had a lot of pests, mainly cockroaches, to control. I called Terminix and told them I needed help and they sent somebody out a few days later. When the guy came in, he asked me what and where the problem areas were and he did his thing. After that, he told me I have to give it a couple of weeks and not clean behind certain areas so we didn't wipe away his work. I've seen a very good improvement in my pest activity. It seems the cockroaches have definitely died off. The ones that are still alive look a lot slower and there's definitely a lot less of it. So, I'm pleased. I will tell my friends that if they have problems with cockroaches, they should definitely call Terminix because they will kill them.
