Terminix does our termite bond and inspection, and the technicians seemed fine. My complaint is we get a notice of when they're coming and it's kind of a window. Sometimes I don't feel like I have enough notice to plan our lives around when they're telling me they're coming to visit. My other complaint is they recently went up $80-$90 on my annual bill, and I don't know why.

I’m in New Hampshire and my place that I have service with Terminix is in Florida, and I have them do some maintenance once a month while I’m gone. The tech's name is Kevin and he’s a great guy. He’s very helpful and has a lot of suggestions. He seems to be a really genuine person.

We've been here 10 years and a couple of years ago, Terminix bought out the company that originally did the service in the house. The Terminix sales rep called me and said he was going to be in the area. He asked if I would mind if he came by and checked out the house and I said no. That was good service. He came by and we were discussing then he said that we didn't have a damage waiver in our contract, which if something happens, we'll pay for it. I thought that was a good idea. He offered a better product at a reasonable price and I was happy with it 'cause it was a good price.

We started seeing a couple of roaches here and there. I've used Terminix in the past and they've always done great work. This is the third time I've used them and I love their company. The technicians were very friendly, and they came up on the same day that I called them. Eddy came out and he was great. He was very professional, and as soon as he got to the door, he cracked a joke and it was so much friendlier. He went through the house, and sprayed and laid the bait. He actually came twice and he already scheduled for another visit.

The first person from Terminix that I spoke to for my most recent service was a nice guy and very educated. He knows what he’s doing. But after they came, I saw some little roaches and ants walking inside the house. I called back to see if something was wrong because I wondered how the termites would die if the roaches and ants did not. I got an appointment for the second time to see what they can say and I have to pay a lot of money. But they're good workers and they have respect to people. I'm pleased with Terminix and I would recommend them well.

Terminix does an excellent job, and they are great. I have a scheduled quarterly service with them, but they also come out as needed. Once I ever have an issue, like when I see something, they take care of it. As I am not at home when they come, they always leave a note saying what they have done and what they found. Communication with them is very good. Since the most recent service, our pest activity has been minimal. I would recommend this company.

We saw some new activity, we called Terminix and they came out and dealt with that. We have a quarterly schedule but it's very simple to schedule. They're very responsive and then someone calls or the serviceman calls us the day before. It seems to be a different person every four or five times. They respond promptly when we have extra things that we need and they're consistent. They offer some extra services sometimes. And we've chosen what we want to have, what plan we want to be on. They make sure the options are out there, but nobody puts pressure on us to change our plan if we don't want to. We're still in very good shape since our most recent service.

The Terminix technician has been friendly and he normally sends a text saying he's arriving at such time. So, if I'm home then I send a text back. He comes in and checks our basement. He's approachable and I don't have any problems at all with him. We have a scheduled routine service with Terminix and scheduling it was simple. They had some frequency to schedule it and we don't have any problems with the schedule. They do their work.

I'm satisfied with Terminix. I've been with them for a long time. They come out and inspect once a year, and I appreciate that.

My mother has had Terminix for a long time. And I’ve lived with her for the last two and a half years, and I do the scheduling which has been fine. We get the same Terminix technician for the recurring events. We have the quarterly pest control service and typically, the same person comes for several times and then sometimes, they’ll change out. And for the annual service, it may or may not be the same person. The young lady who does the quarterly visit for bugs and spiders is good.

I have monthly service from Terminix. They told me when they came and sold me this contract that they took a picture of a dead mouse in my attic. We live in a rural area so that doesn’t shock me at all. At least it was dead. It hasn’t bothered me and it hasn’t smelled in the house. I’m a nurse but I’m doing a little bit on how to keep house and do things about mice and bugs, and I've never had a problem. If mice are in the attic, they haven’t come down in the living area. So I said, “If you think I have a pest problem, wouldn’t you try to concentrate on that and put out some mouse poison, mouse traps, something?” They didn’t do any of that.

When we bought our house, Terminix was a part of the house package. And we wanted the termite package, and so we got that. We've been with Terminix for 24 years, and scheduling our service has been really simple. I get an email that says, “Your next service is scheduled for so and so”, and I ignore it and it happens, or I say, “No, I need to do something different”, and I do that online, and we change the schedule, and it works fine. I’ve only had to change the schedule a couple of times and I have never had any trouble doing it. And the Terminix man calls ahead of time, tells us when he’s coming, comes, does his job professionally, and then he leaves. And he’s been a really nice guy. Most recently, he came out to do the quarterly check outside and inside.

We have a single home and a lot of times we have trouble with ants more than anything. Because of the way that our house is made, we've noticed some ants from time to time while walking around in the garden, but they've come during the rainy season. We've let Terminix know and they’ve come in and done the inside of the house if we saw some ants there. Terminix recently came out for maintenance of the property and that was a great experience. To schedule our service, Terminix usually called us and let us know that they were planning to come out and informed us of the service date, and they told us to give them a call if that date was inconvenient so they could make another date.

Terminix comes to us every three months. They call to let us know when they will come out but Rob always sets the follow up because he's been our guy from Terminix for years. We like that he works with us. I'm a school teacher who gets out at three to five o'clock but Rob knows I'm booking it to get to my place in time to let him in. Still, I've trusted him with the location of the key in the backyard. At one time, we had a business and Rob would serve that as well. We've known him a long time and he has always done an excellent job. What he does lasts three months. In the past 18 years, when I've had to call him because we had a problem or something came up that I needed his attention for, he went back and took care of it.

If you are thinking about going with Terminix, go ahead. I've been using them for a few years now and we seemed to be on top of the termite problem thus far. The treatments are in place and I'm apparently still clear with termites. Scheduling the service has been fairly straightforward and there had not been any particular hiccups with it. There has been one technician who comes and he came in the last 2 weeks. He arrived punctually and I recognized him from having been in our house before to do the work. He got on with it quietly and did the work with very little disruptions in my life and without any problems arising. Then he reported back to me when he had finished. I asked him some questions about what we might need in the future and he answered those quickly. He was competent, courteous, and friendly. I was pleased with the whole experience as always.

I just got my house sprayed by Terminix. I'm on a contract with them where they come out quarterly. I've been having the same technician come out every time and he’s really nice, friendly, and smart. I had a wood rat outside and he explained about them to me. I like him and I don't want anybody else. Some years ago, we had somebody else from a different company and they weren't as knowledgeable about anything. I would recommend Terminix to my friends. The situation now around the home is excellent.

Terminix comes and sprays every eight weeks and they also do a termite inspection once a year. They schedule the appointments and they're very good about it. They send emails and then the man who comes and sprays, Eric, always calls the day ahead of the time to say that he'll be out between 10:00 and 12:00 or another two hour window. We've had Terminix for 12 years now. And every two months for 12 years, we're really good until we got the rats.

I recently had a quarterly pest treatment from Terminix. They schedule the service and if I have any issues I go online and fix it. The technicians have all been good. They showed up and took care of the outside. If there's anything specific then they treat that. Like the last time, they did fire ants. Any time we see something to take care of, they have that specific chemical that they treat with. Every once in a while something will come in. We call and get them in between service, and then it goes away. Terminix is a good value for the cost that we have. We have no issues or any kind of bugs getting inside the house.

We're on a maintenance contract and Terminix comes out periodically. They just call us and say they would be out when and what time, and to make sure we have our pets under control. If we have something untoward come up, then we would contact Terminix. But basically, we let them do it at their schedule, 'cause they will anyway. There may be three technicians that we've seen consistently but they rotate. Depending on what their schedules are and what's going on, we might have another one or two strangers. They need a little bit more monitoring, direction and training. But generally, the technicians have been pretty good and very capable. They understood our problems and took care of them. The last fellow wasn't as comfortable as the other previous ones. But he was like a new guy and he tried.

The techs that Terminix sent out were all nice, though some of them didn't know what they were doing. But every time I called Terminix, they answered, and that was the main thing for me. So my experience with the company has been very good and I would recommend them. However, the last statement they sent me was 18 something percent and that was bad. It was so high and I wasn't expecting that. Right now, I'm ready to call them again because I'm seeing a few cockroaches and flies started coming in.

Our first point of contact from Terminix was Allan and he sat me down and explained everything. Then, Jonathan came out, introduced himself, let me know what he was here to do, and he got really comfortable with everybody. He went upstairs and let us know that there was an activity there. He did not have to do it but he grabbed all the sheets and put them in a bag for me. That was the icing on the cake for Jonathan.

Terminix comes out by appointment, and they schedule it and call ahead of time. Recently they came in, did a good job and left. Everything has been going okay ever since. I’d recommend them.

Terminix was very professional and sweet any time that they had ever come out. They did a termite inspection which we came out negative for that. They went ahead and put these little things on the ground. Then, I had a relative that had come over and I was watching their kids for a little bit and they ended up giving me cockroaches. Terminix came in and not even two weeks later, all of my bugs were gone. Unfortunately, I unsubscribed two weeks ago as we had financial issues. Also, once, my bank told me that the payment went through but Terminix kept calling me, telling me that it did not. That was, nonetheless, all handled. It was just computers. Sometimes, every once in a while, they became inaccurate, but that was very understandable. Their customer service reps were extremely helpful. I would recommend Terminix.

I've been a Terminix customer since 1997. They did their inspection once a year. When I have to reschedule my service I always just go through their web page and all of a sudden they're there. And I like it because they notify me if I got an appointment with them coming up. I usually miss the call but when they contact me back and they tell me they're gonna be here at 8:00 they're here at 8:00.

I've just hired Terminix a few months ago and I haven't had any problems. That was why I hired them, not to have problems. We're just coming out of winter but with this little warm spell that we've had, I haven't noticed anything either. I'm just having them re-spray outside and so far, the experience has been pretty good.

We have a contract with Terminix for bugs. They check us about every month and they get in touch with me when they're going to come. A nice man comes around and searches the whole house. We've been with them for five or six years and with Terminix it's always good service.

I’m on an automatic schedule with Terminix and they usually call and let me know that they’re going to come at a certain time. We've been with them for many years. I’ve had several different technicians, but they’ve always been responsive. And if we have any issues, they tried to resolve them. We see silverfish once in a while in our bathrooms. But overall, we don’t really see much of any other pests since we've had the service.

Terminix came out to my property in Florida where I had tenants. I had really bad tenants and if it wasn't for them coming out, my property would have been ruined from the individual that was in my house. I have rats and they told me where the rats were coming from and explained why. They were thorough with me and really helped me out. I got the tenants out of the house and I have to fly down there because I need Terminix to get into my house. And they won't be able to come unless I find a way for them to come in. When rats are there, they have to wait one to three months. Then, they're going to come back, see if the rats are gone, go in the bottom, and re-route the house. I truly appreciate them and their service especially the people that came out.

We found out that we had termites under the sliding glass door that we were trying to replace, and when it was being replaced, the foundation under it was rotted, so we thought we better tent the house and fumigate it. I bought a plan from Terminix for them to come out quarterly and check it all out for the next couple of years. They made the scheduling very easy. They said they took care of all the termites and I haven’t noticed any activity. They also said that if the termites come back within three months, they’ll come back and redo it. Also, we had a nest of wasps in the shed next to the house, and when the techs were here, they sprayed that, so that was great. They got rid of our wasps.

We had some ants in the house because of the rain. That's pretty normal for where I live because we live in a hilly part of Sacramento and the ants come up when it rains. I called Terminix' dispatch on their main line and they were able to get a hold of the technician, Mark. He was a really nice guy and he got back out to us within one day, which was really quick. Mark sprayed for the ants. Our guy has always done a great job. Terminix has done a good job of keeping us ant-free and spider-free, and they’ve also done termite services for us. I would definitely recommend Terminix and I've already done that before.

We have a schedule with Terminix once a month. It's a different technician every time. The technician calls me the day before and lets me know he's coming. When he comes I'm usually in dialysis so if there are problems my son walks him around and points it out to him. We had a wasp problem and they got rid of that and from what I heard the tech was courteous. And when I was around the technician that came was very nice and polite.

Terminix has been around for many years and has a well-established reputation. They're a little pricey but they do a good job overall. I have a contact with them to provide fumigation service every month. Scheduling the service is seamless. When I had first set it up, their representative called to let me know that the tech was coming out and we agreed what time he was going to come.

Everything went well in scheduling a service with Terminix. We are very satisfied. The Terminix representative would set up an appointment and let me know, which he did. He told me when he was going to be here, and he came around on time and did what he was supposed to do. He was nice as the man who came to the house because he likes to fish too. So, we got along really well. He was very personable and the person that I talked with on the phone was also very personable. Recently, we had some kind of damage to our door that looked like termites. There were some little bugs. A man came out and he said it was not termites and told me to burn the house down. He just came out a very pleasant man, just talking about termites. By the time he got here, I already sprayed it good and whatever that was in there was gone so he couldn't even identify. It turned out not to be termites, but they are gone.

I had a rat infestation and when I called Terminix, they were able to get to me very quickly. The technicians were very efficient. They had to seal up holes in the house and it was a whole big process, but it was all taken care of quickly. I'd certainly recommend Terminix.

We've gotten some German cockroaches into the house from a friend who moved into a room at our house. He came from an apartment where they had those cockroaches. I've lived in this house for 30 years and we never had a cockroach ever and then now, since this guy moved in, at least one came with him. We started seeing them in the kitchen and called Terminix.

Terminix is always reliable and polite. I like the fact that we get a picture with the email before they arrive. So, this way when they come to the door I know who it is because I don't like to open the door -- I work from home so I don't usually answer the door unless I know who it is. Things have been great at home since our services from them. The tech always comes to the door and asks if we are having any problems and they will take care of it. We were having a little problem in the garage and he went in and sprayed all around. He was very very accommodating. He's just a very nice person. I'm very pleased with Terminix and we're going to stay with them most definitely. And I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for pest control company that can spray around their house and all that.

We recently had a scheduled routine treatment from Terminix and scheduling their service was fine. Their rep is very nice and knowledgeable. The technician is also a very nice and friendly man. I would recommend them overall.

I have told the person who call to schedule the appointment that I want to be here so the technician could come inside and spray. Because when they first did it, they sprayed the inside the house and I had no problem with the guy coming in my house if I'm not here but I have a little dog, a $1000 little Yorkie. I've always wanted to be here so I can get the little dog out because if he got out of bounds, we probably couldn't catch him. One time, they sent a guy who just sprayed outside and I couldn't pay the $75. There was no use to pay money just for a couple ant beds. I wanted the inside of my home sprayed every time.

Terminix usually comes once in three months for pest control services. They came sometime last month and the experience was good. Scheduling is fine, but sometimes the serviceman does not call. One time they just turned up. But usually, they call me in advance when they will come in and it’s fine. Also, the techs are all friendly and good. Whatever I want, they have it done. They’re all following their rules and doing things properly.

I had a very good experience with Terminix. Their technician was very professional and their scheduling was on-time. Normally, I'd receive a letter from them where they mention the time for scheduling the inspection. And then, I'd call back and schedule the inspection. Terminix is the right company for the job. In fact, I've been working with them for two years now.

Terminix showed up and did the termite inspection, and I had a different tech this time. I have a contract with them where they come out once a year, and I have been with them for at least five years. They keep the termites at bay and they have not found any. It is a good company.

I've been with Terminix for 2 years and they come to our home quarterly to spray. And if I have an issue they come out more than quarterly. Once we had an issue and they came out to take a look at it and fixed whatever our issues were. We schedule over the phone and everyone's very pleasant. Plus the technicians were all great. Since the service the pest activity has been minimal. It's very rare that you get anything in the house. I would recommend them.

Terminix has been doing pest control at my house. Scheduling our service with them has been pretty easy. They just call me when the three months is up and then they come out. The technicians have always been pretty knowledgeable too and since their service, the pest activity is now gone. I have recommended Terminix before.

When I went ahead with Terminix, I could not get them through. They're constantly resending a bill every week. I said, "Why don’t you just send one bill? I'll pay." Everything costs money and if they stop sending all those bills, with the money they save, they could have the rates be a little lower. Also, they're really trying to get you to have everything come out of a checking account and I don't like having people have my check account numbers. I'm old school and a little leery. There is no real safeguards on anything.

Scheduling our service with Terminix has been really good. Most of the time, they have a technician who comes out, and they get to know us, and then they recently changed. But I like to have the same people come out because they know the house and they know what’s needed and everything. The latest guy they sent went to the wrong house and if I wasn’t home, I wouldn’t have known that they didn’t spray and I would have gotten charged for it. But I complained and they mostly handled it. But before that, I had the same people and they would even call me and they gave me their personal cell phone number because that gives you an advantage. We've been with Terminix for at least 10 years, and if I spot any trouble, I just call them and they come out. I've told others that if they’re looking for a good service, Terminix seemed professional and they’re good, too.

I pay Terminix for a quarterly maintenance and they come and spray a rental property. I've had them for a year and they come out automatically. The guy who comes out is polite and usually calls me up. It's a condo and there are always pests that they can't eliminate unless they treat the whole building. My tenants always see roaches here and there and the last time Terminix was out there, they treated mice. They can only do so much in the building because one of the problems are throughout the rest of the building. But I'm happy with them and I would recommend them to a friend.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix where they spray outside for bugs, and the service guy recently came. We live half the year here in Chicago. And the service guy schedules himself and comes on his own when we’re not here. And then, I get his report on the computer. When we’re here, he rings the doorbell and then I walk around with him. We've been a Terminix customer for 15 years, and I've been satisfied.

We've had a yearly plan with Terminix and they usually inspect the house. We have termites come back every couple of years in this neighborhood. So they come back and retreat certain spots. But it has been a couple of years since it happened, and everything has been great. We've had really good luck with Terminix and I recommend them all the time.

Having Terminix service is a good value and they are reliable. They come out periodically and I don't have to do any scheduling. They do routine check around the exterior and do exterior spraying. We've been in our home about nine months ago and that time we were having problems in the interior of the house. The technician came in, looked around and assessed it, and he was friendly and nice. That was when we basically set up maintenance for them to come every so often. We haven't had any problems with pests since they’ve been coming out and I'm happy with them.

Terminix did a great job with my house and it is a good company to me. The new house I bought had a little problem. One week after I moved in, I saw a lot of different things around the house and inside the house. I called my brother to find me a company to see what they can do about it and he called Terminix. The week after the first time they came, I started to see the difference. I don’t see anything in my house now. The technician's a really good guy, especially the last one who came. Although it was raining hard, he took care of the stuff outside the house. He was excellent.

We've had Terminix for four years now and they come out quarterly. They usually let me know ahead of time when they're coming and they're on time. The technician usually changes and recently, a very friendly, helpful and nice guy came and sprayed the perimeter of my house for bugs, ants, spiders, everything. We still get some ants outside but that's about it.

We have had a very positive experience with Terminix. They put us on schedule quickly. An initial technician came out, did the inspection and set it up. He was very good. Then, another guy put in the baiting system and he was also good, very thorough, friendly, professional and informative. I would recommend Terminix to anybody.

I called Terminix for fleas and spiders. For the first one, we saw a flea and we called because I just start coming from the backyard where our dogs are and I saw one on my son. But they came and we haven't really had an issue inside anymore but they're still out back. They came twice already and they have good customer service and they're friendly. There's still outside though but you figured they're coming out and take a couple more treatments to get rid of them. I haven't seen any spiders yet because they usually come right about now when it starts to get warm. But I haven't seen any fleas in my home.

Terminix has been good. We had carpenter ants from the basement, and Terminix came out and looked at them. And then we had a follow-up visit where we had another outbreak in a different room and they came out and took care of those. We start calling them usually sometime in April. The plan is the tech is supposed to be out the end of April to May for the next visit. He knows when they’d come, he knows when we’d call him in the past. I've been happy.

Terminix is probably the best of the major pest control companies. We have a regular service contract with them and their reps have been very good. We have mostly outside service from their techs and we get an email notifying us that this technician is coming and has been there. Since having their service, pests have been practically non-existent at our home. We're very pleased with our experience and we'd highly recommend Terminix. It’s a great service.

I have a five-year plan with Terminix where if I see anything, I give them a call and they'll come down. They give me a half hour call in advance. Last time the tech came, she explained everything and looked through the whole house. She did pretty well. They set a whole bunch of things on the ground all around the house to see the termites. They’re the company to call to come and check your house out.

We will have moved into this house two years ago this July and the ants were already here then. It's a continual thing and every once in a while, we'll have some ant piles pop up in the yard. Terminix would come and fix them. I don't think that they'll ever get rid of the ants without having to dig them all completely out of the ground because of the nature of ants. But I have family members that are allergic to the ant bite so we're very sensitive to it. And the service does keep it down to where it rarely causes problems. It's really good.

The people from Terminix are always professional and prompt. Our service schedule is on an automated deal. They just give me a notification of when they're going to be coming and we get quarterly treatments. Everyone we'd ever had is the same. They're great about calling after they finished and let me know that they were done. Also, if they had done anything out of the ordinary, they tell me. And if ever I wasn't home when they come, they know how to get in and out of my property and they have the full access that they need. And they call me if they need anything. If they see any reason to have to get in the house, we schedule a second time to do that. But that never happened. We've been using Terminix for years, and it's the best thing we ever did.

Terminix came over earlier last month. As usual, the tech came in and sprayed inside like he always does. We have a quarterly service set up. We have had to reschedule when we had to sometimes, and they have always been very happy, polite and very nice about it. We also have the same technician coming in, and he is a nice guy. Since the last service we had, we have had the little bugs coming back, but it is getting spring-time, so it is just little ants and it is not out of control. Terminix tries to take care of their customers.

Terminix recently came to do the initial spray. They were actually very good about being around when I could be at the house. Both technicians who came were very courteous. They all informed me and my husband on what they were doing and if it would affect our young children or pet. And the pest activity has much improved from what it was previously. I'm very satisfied and I recommend them.

We have a yearly maintenance with Terminix. I had called because I had seen some spots in the basement and they came over right away the same day. So far, everybody that I've either talked to on the phone or who had come are very polite, very knowledgeable. If we got any questions and that, they've been able to answer them.

Terminix came out to do a termite inspection and the scheduling was excellent. I talked with the guy that came out and he was super friendly. I haven't had any problems since the service and I'm perfectly happy with Terminix. It works, they’re friendly, and it’s reasonable.

Terminix has been prompt and they do good work. We called them initially for the awful cave cricket things in our basement. So, since Terminix has been coming, they've sprayed around the outside of the house and the cave crickets disappeared. We haven’t seen a single one of them again. We've been with Terminix for a number of years. And the technicians have been fine and polite. Sometimes they've done the work when we were not home, but when I was home, they knocked on the door and told me what they were going to do. They asked if there were any problems inside that they should check. And I appreciate that they look around the outside of the house under the eaves and check if there are any wasps starting to nest. So, they let me know if there’s anything wrong, but everything’s been good.

We have Terminix quarterly and they treat for rodents and bugs outside. They call me for scheduling and the technicians do what they're supposed to do, thank us for the business, and go home. Doug is our technician and he does a very good job. He's very thorough and if he saw our problem, he would take care of it. He used to be with another company so we stopped with that company and took up with him because we like his service. I've recommended Terminix to two friends.

The people from Terminix have been very efficient, kind, clean, and considerate. I've been with Terminix for a couple of years, and my experience has been awesome. Scheduling the service has been very convenient. I get a call and they usually schedule it a week in advance. The technicians have been great as well. If I got a concern, they listen and they tell me exactly what they find and don't find.

I had a very positive experience with Terminix. I especially like and appreciate my service technician. He's very personable and helpful. We'll continue with the service on a monthly basis because it's helpful to the house and we've seen a decrease in waterbugs inside the house.

I am satisfied with the service from Terminix. However, their office is not apparently well-managed because I received many calls regarding signing up for the current service after I had already sent them a check. I had made appointment and they called several times to make an appointment even after the representative came out here and I had the papers and everything signed. The technician who came out was very nice and then they sent him out a second time a week later. He couldn’t understand why, and that was an extra trip for him. Other than that, it was all all right. I have the termite control service and I've never seen any termite. I've used Terminix for a number of years and I would tell anyone what my experience had been. I would also recommend them.

I've been a long time customer and I am perfectly happy with Terminix. They come and go around the outside of the house. It prevents all the ants and bugs from being there. I also signed up to get gopher control and my Terminix man was so diligent. Every time I've called Vincent to say that I've spotted another gopher, he'd come, send his little probe down there and put poison in there. I have no more gophers now. I'm so happy. He does a good job and he's a very nice man. He's very friendly and courteous too.

Terminix comes quarterly and I don't have to be there when they do. They don't do the inside of the house. They just come whenever they need to go. I get the emails or texts from them saying they're on the way and telling me they're done, and they send me a report of what they did and what they found every time. I haven't seen any pests so that's good news.

I stay in apartment and on March 6th, 2018 one of the inspector from Terminix did bed bug inspection and he said he will be providing me the report (though there were no bed bugs found), I haven't received any report. I made call to customer care and they assured that they will be providing the report in 24-48 hrs but representative from local Terminix office said they don't provide report. I wanted the report so that I can submit it to my property management.

We have a regularly scheduled quarterly visit from Jim of Terminix. He is very nice, polite, and very helpful in explaining what he is going to do. He did his job and since I have started services with Terminix, I have not yet seen any pest of any kind.

We have two services with Terminix and they come out periodically. We have the baiting service and the pest service. The scheduling has always been fine. They call, schedule, and then our service rep for many years calls the day before to confirm. Brian is an outstanding representative. He’s been with us for years and we’re so lucky to have him. He takes a very personalized approach. The techs are very helpful too. They do the job and do great with customer service by letting us know what they’re doing and why they’re around for service. We've had some termite work done and they were very good about taking care of that, and we also have them spray for spiders when they’re here, and that helps a lot. We’ve had Terminix for 20 years or so, and they’ve been really good. They do what they say they’re going do and they back up their work.

I had some fiber board and wall paper residue on the floor. When looked at the wall, there was termite damage, so I called Terminix. I got into a yearly contract with them for termite inspection and I have them for two and a half months now. The rep I spoke with was good and the technician who came out did all the work he was supposed to do. He planted all the bait stations all around the house. Then he had to come back and put three of them back on the ground since my dog decided that he wanted to play with them.

We usually get the same technician from Terminix and the last time he was here, he was terrific. He came out for a routine service and so far, we haven't seen any pests at home. But we’re waiting for the Spring to see if we'll see little wings. We’d recommend Terminix.

Terminix services us well. They've called me whenever they needed to schedule and let me know they were coming. They showed up on time and I got an email after they came. We have the regular termite contract and the technicians were very helpful. But we're having issues with ants. Our pest problem had been off and on for a long time before we decided to give Terminix a try and the problem went away but then the ants have come back with a vengeance. That's just the way it is at our house. So Terminix is supposed to come back and treat them again.

Scheduling with Terminix is fine. Every time I call, they send somebody out. Since having them, there's been no insect activity that I've seen at all. Recently, the tech guy that regularly does the work came in, did his thing and rolled out. Overall, it was a good experience. I'll recommend Terminix to others that have a house and need it protected.

I've been with Terminix for a long time and I'm completely satisfied so far. They notify me each year before they come to make sure that I’m here. The tech is always friendly and he does a good job inspecting. He crawls underneath the house and checks everything underneath. The first time I used Terminix, I had some beetles in the house. They came and fumigated it for so many hours and got rid of them, and there hasn’t been any back since. I recently had to call them and they came out, inspected things and said everything was looking good. Overall I’ve been really pleased with Terminix. I've gotten good service out of them and they’ve taken care of my problems.

Every time Terminix have come, they have been very polite, and they wipe their feet. I have white carpet. This last time, there was a mix-up on the timing which caused me a little bit of grief. But, other than that, it was just an accident and, hopefully, just a one-time thing. Anyhow, the people are friendly and nice.

Terminix does a nice job. The technician came out recently for the regular service we have set up with them. He left me a message that he was coming and he came in. He does all my outside building and the gazebo so he's very good.

I've had Terminix for several years now and there have been three different texts. But of the three, two of them have been totally exceptional. Even at quarterly service you still call as needed and it has been excellent. Pest activity has been very minimal and it depends on seasonal-type-things, but certainly after their service, I've had lesser pests or insects.

I had a termite problem and I called Terminix out. They took care of us and helped us find somebody because we didn't have a contractor at the time. Most recently, they came out to inspect and make sure that everything that they were sending their people out to do. It was two supervisors and they wanted to make sure that everything was okay and we were satisfied. They checked the whole house inside and out and explained a lot of stuff to us. We had a really good experience with them. They’re dependable, trustworthy, and if you’re not satisfied, they are out immediately to find out what your problem is and they fix it.

My Terminix technician, Nick, is a great guy, and we've had a good relationship. I like the company. And their customer service is great, but it's not worth the price to keep it. I'm paying almost over $600 a year, and it's a lot of money. And I still have the mortgage and other things that I have to take care of in the house. So, if I have to keep it, it's going to be on a quarterly basis for spraying in the garage and the front and back of the house just to keep all the bugs away.

I have Terminix on a maintenance plan so they come out on a regular basis and they spray. Scheduling is very easy and they're quick to respond. They came out within a few days the first time. And they usually notify us ahead of time when they will be coming out. I've had no problem with bugs in the house or around the house since they've been coming regularly. I recommend them to friends and family because of the job that they do with me.

We've always had a problem with ants around here, so I have the ants taken care of. Terminix comes, checks and sprays for the ants around the house. They come about once every couple of months. It all depends. The more rain you have, the more problems you have with ants. If all of a sudden I see ants, I can call them up and say, "I need a guy to come over," and they send the guy or sometimes, they'll let me know that they scheduled a job.

I've only been a customer of Terminix for a couple of months, and my experience has been ugly. They charged my account $129 in December and $129 in February, and I’ve never told them that they can do it. I signed the contract, but they never explained to me they were going to charge $129 every three months. And for the first time, the tech just brought some traps and gave them to me and didn't say anything. In February, they didn’t do any service, they just charged $129. And I didn’t know they were going to charge. I over drafted my account when they charged it. I called to make a complaint, and they said they’re going to give me the credit for the second charge. But I wanted the money back from December, too, because they didn’t do anything, and it was not fair. I don’t recommend the service.

Terminix usually comes out every other month to our rental property and they spray on the outside and they also do it inside if needed. I used them to come out for field mice, and everything has been fine. The reps on the phone were very informative. The only technician I've seen was when I first got the service. She was pretty good and she walked me through everything that they were going to do. Terminix is a good company to go with. They did everything to do for me.

I had rodent problem and I called Terminix. I asked if someone would come out and inspect and they did. Everything went fine and I had no problems with them. The reps were friendly and their techs normally take care of everything while I'm at work, so I don’t see them very often unless I have a problem inside the house. I've done business with Terminix for years and I'm on a monthly inspection and stuff with them for termites and pests. They’ve gotten rid of anything that I've found in there, so I'm happy with it. I've always had them and I trust them.

The first time Terminix came out, they did the whole house. I have a regular service every two months. But then I saw those springtails so I called Terminix back out to check it out because they bite. I was looking at the internet and it said they don’t normally bite but I know that they do. After the second time they sprayed, the pest activity has been diminishing. The people from Terminix are very personable and easy to talk to as well. I signed up with James and then Jesse is the one who does the spraying. Jesse answered my questions. And if I don’t understand certain things, they explain it to me so I am very happy.

Initially, I had a termite inspection with Terminix. They discovered termites underneath my garage. And so, I've had regular service since then. Scheduling the service has been good. And the technicians have been very polite. They bring the report or leave it in my mailbox, let me know they're coming and come when they say they will. We haven't had any more termites since we've had Terminix. They've also come and sprayed for mosquitoes in spring and that took three visits but took care of the problem. All in all, it's been very satisfactory.

Family has multiple homes in multiple states. Had a contract with Terminix for home in WA since 2002, but billing address was home in AZ. We always paid a lump sum yearly for WA home & authorized inspections and pest treatments when not at home, since we travel a lot. Billing address in AZ NEVER had Terminix contact or service, it always had a contract with Truly Nolen. Recently, an issue arose in the home in WA - rats in walls and crawl space. HOA hired a pest company. He found breached vents and rodents.

When I first had bugs in the spring, Terminix got rid of most of the problem. I have a phobia about them and when I saw a few, I called and asked if they could come and spray again and they did right away the next day. I have the yearly contract in every three months where Terminix emails when they’re coming and leaves a phone number when to call back. I made an appointment last month and and the tech got in touch with me before he came. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, and did a good job spraying the inside and the outside out of the house. He asked if I had any questions and told me to call if there were problems. I’m satisfied with their service. If a friend has a spider and cricket problem, I'd say call Terminix.

We entered into a contract with Terminix when I first moved into the house about a year and a half ago, and they come on a regular basis to do the service. We usually set up a time and they come out. The pest activity has been significantly reduced since we've had their service and I'm pleased with Terminix.

I paid off my termite control for my renewal. Then, Terminix asked me if they could send out somebody to check the house out for leaks and if I was losing air. But the man called me this morning and told me that he didn't usually do that stuff. He told me that he was going to check around for termites but he already did that the last time, so he didn’t need to come out. I told him not to waste his time because he could not do what the woman told me they were going to send him to do. Other than that, I haven’t seen any termites and any sign of it at all in my house since I got Terminix. They’re good with what they do and I'd tell my friends about them.

Terminix is a good company that's reliable, honest and trustworthy. I've had rats and termites that they helped with. They put traps out and right now, I don't have any issues right because they come out periodically. They keep me good and I've had them for quite a few years now. They send me an email when I've been scheduled for service and if I'm not available then I would call them. The representatives are friendly and efficient. On the other hand, the technicians are on time, friendly and quick.

There were two techs when Terminix first came out and set up the house. They had to come a second time because I was still having problems with unwanted guests living in my rafters. They did some more investigating and were able to find another gap where the animals were getting into. It was a squirrel issue so what they had to do was something called an exclusion trap which allows the squirrels to escape and not come back. The workers were very good and thorough. The only problem was because of the weather. There was a lot of snow on the roof and they couldn’t do a thorough inspection on certain parts because they couldn’t physically get up there, which was understandable. So far, I’m satisfied and as far as their work goes, they’re very pleasant people and I feel comfortable with them. I would definitely recommend Terminix.

We always had a good experience with Terminix. We have a preventive maintenance service for termites with them. We have the same tech every time, and he is polite and he asks questions about what is going on here with termites and just fixes it quickly. He's been coming here for a quite a while, and we know him. He's always here when he's supposed to be here. He checks all the things, and if they need to be refilled, he does it. So, he keeps it up very good and we don't really worry about anything about that. If he has to refill it he tells us, but that's not often. The last time he was here, he had to refill it.

We had some bugs and when Terminix came out, they did an inspection then they sprayed. They covered the living room area and they set up a couple of traps. We called them to schedule the service, which was really easy, and the tech was pretty good. We still had bugs around for a couple of weeks after the service, but now, we don't feel having them at all. Just a few here and there. We had a good experience and we would recommend Terminix.

I have regular service set up with Terminix and we get the same technician every time. If I had to pick 1 to 500, I would pick him a top 500. He comes out almost immediately and he's very thorough and just a very nice person. I don’t have any problems because Terminix is right on the ball.

I'm well into my second year with Terminix and I would tell others to get them if they need them. The last time I had them out was for their routine visit to spray the yard and to check around the house. I have the usual Florida cockroach problem. I had bugs and some signs of termites so they have the traps deployed for that.

The last time they came, we had these couple of nor'easters over here and the whole place was covered with five feet of snow around the house so you really couldn't get in there. But the guy managed and on the side, there's a vent and he sprayed stuff in there to control stuff this early spring. He's going to be coming back.

We were with another company when we had some slight activity with some roaches. They told us that they needed to charge us extra money to get rid of the roaches but they could not get rid of our problem. But when Terminix came out and treated the house twice, I haven't seen any roaches since. I was just very pleased with the service and the personnel. Two different technicians came out and both of them represented Terminix well. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They answered my questions and I just felt comfortable with the people that Terminix sent out here. I am so happy that I switched to Terminix. I love Terminix and I would recommend them to anybody.

Terminix came out for termination of bedbugs and I would recommend them. They did a good job the first time around. The bedbugs were killed and there were none in the bed and mattress. But some time later, a couple got on my hand. I killed them then then in a matter of seven days, I killed two. They were in the chair that I looked at and they were small so they lived through the first time around. It was hard to believe that they were gathered in one place weeks later. The technician saw that and he used his spray like he should. He's been that good. That young man was very positive in everything. He probably scooped them out with his hand after he sprayed. Then he checked the bed and everything else. Everything was in the clear. I haven’t seen any bedbugs since he was here 11 days ago. He got rid of them all.

I'm really happy with the service that we receive from Terminix. Most recently, some guys came out and installed insulation in our upstairs attic. Both guys were really friendly and professional and they were in and out really quickly. They didn't have problems crawling up in our attic and explained everything thoroughly. Our regular Terminix tech came out and mentioned that they had the service available. He gave our name to the installation representative in our area. So, he contacted me and we set up an appointment. Since then, we have had almost no problem. In the summertime, we get a lot of ants, but those are usually taken care of very quickly.

We used Terminix when we're out on Bay Oaks Harbor. We had the foundation pre-treated on our last house. And then when we moved, we came back to them to do a perimeter treatment here. The inspector was out within the last month or so. They call us and schedule the appointment. They dont spray our house, they just do the termite inspection.

I have lived in my mother’s house for the last year and she has had a contract with Terminix since the early 2000s when she bought her house in Florida. She had a plan with them and we’ve had it forever. Scheduling a service has been very easy. They send me an email telling me when he was going to be there and if I had a problem, they gave me a phone number to call back to reschedule.

Terminix is good. I had them recently for the roaches. Scheduling with them is quick, easy and they tend to show up on time. I only call the guy that comes out directly. Either that or I can get on the internet and just schedule an appointment one way or the other. Normally, I call because I am still having a problem. The roaches are not completely gone yet. Nevertheless, my interactions with their staff have been quite good, and the tech who comes out is very friendly and easy to talk to. He also makes sure that he hits everywhere where we are having a problem. Since we used Terminix, pest activity at home has greatly decreased. I still see a few of the small ones, but they are slowly disappearing. I would definitely suggest them.

My most recent experience with Terminix was an annual inspection which they schedule, and it's been very good. David was very friendly and professional. I haven't had termites, though I did have carpenter ants which was not covered by them. It was an additional fee, but not huge, and then we did what repair there was to be done ourselves. I have recommended Terminix to several people and they went on my recommendation.

Terminix came out recently for our quarterly treatment. They regularly schedule the service automatically every three months and the schedule shows up on their website. Generally, the service is done during the weekdays, so our side gate is unlocked and the technicians do the treatment in the front and back yards, and they leave a copy of the note saying that they were at the house and reporting any special things that they noticed or treated, so there’s usually not much interaction with them. Inside our home, the pest activity has noticeably decreased since we started our service with Terminix. Outside our home, it has decreased as well. Terminix was good at doing the regular treatments and scheduling a special treatment if we asked for it.

I enjoy Terminix and I have them for about six years now. They are very easy to deal with and they have very good employees. I have the most excellent gentleman who comes to my house every quarter. His name is Howard and he’s exceptional. He’s thorough, asked questions, neat, and knows his business. He primarily does the termite check and mice treatment. I'd tell my friends that if they ever need an exterminator to use Terminix.

Terminix has a team of good people. I've had them for about a year and a half and they take care of everything I need, answer all my questions, and do a really good job. They send me a text message when they are going to come and call me ahead of time. The tech from my last quarterly maintenance did great. He was nice and took care of everything I asked. He was very professional too. The pest activity in my home is now non-existent and I've no complaints.

Terminix does a quarterly inspection and they contact and remind me when they're coming out. Recently the tech guy came out and did a pretty good job. He checked my baits around the house and did a perimeter. Occasionally, I notice some stuff inside and so I have to get the guy to come in the inside and do a few things. Yesterday I saw a centipede, and it shocked me since I'd never seen a centipede in my house. But normally if I call, they'll come out and address it. I’m also waiting to see if they're going to raise my price. I was talking to them about that because they raised my rate last year and this year. I’m waiting to see what’s going to happen for next year because I keep paying for the service when another competitor is around.

Terminix recently treated the outside of my house and the tech who came out was professional. I normally call them when I'm scheduling a service and sometimes they call me.

I've had Terminix for quite a few years now. We have the regular service for basic treatment and we usually get the same technician. I like him. He goes beyond what other people had done when I had other services and he notices things that I don’t notice. I think he does a great job. He's very professional and friendly too.

Terminix comes once a year to inspect the house, where they do the crawl space, the inside and out. We also call them as needed, and they let us know ahead of time when they are coming out. They are usually on time too. If I have questions and they are able to answer it, and they are very good.

I'd definitely tell a friend to use Terminix. They always do a good job. They usually set up the service and call us. They come to the door, let us know that they are there, tell us what they're doing and then spray on our grass. Everything looks much better and I'm happy and pleased with them. We've had the same technician for awhile too. And if we have any problems, we always ask him and he tries his best to answer them and sees what he can do.

I'm on a regular service with Terminix. I get a message from the serviceman, letting me know the day before when he's coming. Then, on the day that he's coming, he sends me a message that he's on his way. He carries out his duties quite well and I have no complaints about him. Since the service, I haven't seen pest activity, like creatures and little things running around. I can't ask for a better service than that and I couldn't ask for a better company.

I called the local Terminix office and scheduled my service, and it went great. The gentleman from Terminix did what he was supposed to do in a decent amount of time. They come out every three months to spray and I've got the things that go on the ground. Somebody also sprayed around my whole house for the termites. With Terminix, it's been a good experience.

When I noticed a number of small insects in the attic area, and we had not been there and we were suspicious, we called Terminix and they came out and checked it and found that there were a great many of those, as well as rodents. We got an appointment quite soon by phone. The operator came on time and was able to pinpoint what the problem was, and where it was, and what needed to be done, and we had it done. I have a regular quarterly visit from Terminix for preventive treatment. The technicians were pretty responsive and their service has been pretty satisfactory. It's been pretty preventive and I don't see any issues at this point, other than their price went up since I've started the service.

Most recently, the technician came in and sprayed down where he was supposed to. We talked while he was working and while he didn't tell me exactly what he was doing, he did what he normally does and did everything fine. I haven't seen a bug since and I'm very satisfied. Terminix is as good a company as they would.

We had a pest problem and it was very extensive and they worked real hard. Even the manager came out and helped us out with it. And within two weeks it was done. Everybody was real informative. The technician worked around our schedule and were professional. The pest activity was far down. We don't even feel them anymore. I would definitely refer them. Terminix is awesome and they are definitely worth the money.

We had termites in the old farmhouse originally and that's what I started with, and then I've kept going with Terminix ever since because if you have termites once, they can come back. And they came back in the garage of the old house but they didn’t get into the house. But my renter saw them, and so when I called Terminix, they came out and took care of it. I had some bugs on my bay window but they came out and took care of that too. The techs are all very kind, nice and professional. We have two houses and I pay two different fees, so I'm trying to get it to where they only need to come out once for both houses.

However, every once in a while we see a roach or two, and that is when I get him to come inside because somehow they manage to get in. Overall, Terminix is fine.

We thought we had termites and we called Terminix. They were really attentive and very customer service-oriented. We signed up for bi-monthly services. They schedule it and they come out. It's very easy and I'm very happy. I can also go on their webpage and look at our schedule. And they call the day before they come out. Our home has been much better since we've had our service. We would highly recommend Terminix.

I had an email reminder for the annual termite inspection with Terminix and I confirmed the date, so it went well. We said hello and shook hands, he came in and I showed him the area to be inspected. He did the inspection and he was very efficient. We shook hands and he left.

When I was a new homeowner, I wanted to have pest control for my home and I had a prior company for five years. Terminix took over the company that I did business with and so, there was no choice but to go with them. I always ask Terminix to come on the weekends since I work during the week and I prefer a call ahead of time, so I don’t take off and go do something. They always called me the day before or two days before to let me know what day they were coming out and left me a phone number. A lot of times, it was for during the week. I would always call them back and say that if they could make it on Saturday, I’d really appreciate it and they always did.

Terminix does the annual inspection once a year, then they do other inspections as I need it. The last inspection they did was the annual check-up. They came around for a routine inspection and treatment. The technicians that Terminix sent out have been fine and they seemed knowledgeable and friendly. A few months ago, I saw some termites outside and Terminix came out and treated that. That was on a request basis. On the annual inspection, Terminix just called me and made the appointment, but when I had the treatment done for the termites, I had to call them and they arranged to come out. I got a notice ahead of time saying that the technician was coming and giving the window of time that he'd be there. Terminix has done a good job in treating our home for pests and I haven't seen any pest activity since the service, so that was good. I've used Terminix for years and I'd recommend them.

We had some termite problems and Terminix treated it. Then we just have them do the annual inspection. They seem to be working fine. But there was a time that the scheduling got mixed messed up and the tech didn’t know he had an appointment with us. We called and he reset it. And he was out here promptly, took care of everything and did our annual for us. Terminix have been reliable. This last year was the first time we’ve had a problem with the scheduling and other than that they’ve been quite satisfactory.

We've always had good luck with Terminix. Our service guy has been very thorough and pleasant. He comes and checks for termites. He usually calls ahead of time, but this latest time, he didn't. But he did a nice job and checked everything very carefully. My husband went around with him. He looked in corners, opened doors, and looked under cabinets. He checked in the basement where we've had problems and he didn't see any sign of any active termites. I would always recommend Terminix.

We recently found bed bugs in our house. We had to call Terminix on a Friday, and I spoke with a very friendly representative over the phone. It was in the evening, so I was surprised somebody picked up. They scheduled somebody the very next day to come out and give it a walkthrough. And he called Monday to schedule to come out Friday. Within a week, we had to get the house situated for him. And he was out there within a week to fumigate the house.

When Terminix came, I talked to someone and I was explaining that my house had bugs and I was down in the suburbs. They didn’t really made a difference at that point, but you can call them back once everything is done. So, he sprayed and I asked the guy who was working if he has seen roaches or anything and he said no. I also have their termite plan. They put those things around your house so if anything goes wrong, they will be responsible and I like that.

Scheduling my service with Terminix was fast, easy and quick, and so was their service. I called them to schedule my service. But I had to reply to inspections done and I had to call them as part of the reply to inspections. Since the service, I haven't seen any pest activity, but I never saw any before.

Terminix comes annually to inspect for termites or bugs and things that come through SOS. The Terminix tech calls us and comes. We haven’t seen any termites and hopefully we won’t.

We have Terminix in my mother-in-law's house for a few years already because we have spiders. The contractors are usually nice, and they usually send a text to make sure that they can come out. The treatment works like it is supposed to.

I have the yearly termite thing with Terminix and then I have the service where they come and do the pest inspection for spiders and bugs. They recently came for the pest spraying and it was good. Their service is set up quarterly and they call me and let me know when they’re coming, and then if it's not convenient for me, I’ll tell them a different time. I have a very good technician and it's the same person every time. His name is Carlton and he's excellent. He is very thorough and he always bends over backwards to help in any way possible. I’ve been a Terminix customer for many years and I’m very pleased with their service.

My parents used to have a monthly service with Terminix plus the yearly inspection. But since they are deceased now, we just kept the contract for the yearly termite inspection, and we're trying to get the house ready to sell. I called Terminix ahead to schedule the service and I had very good interaction with the technician who came last month. He was very courteous, punctual, and did a very good job. Also, my mother was very pleased with Noah, the fellow who came once a month and he was one of the last people she talked to before she passed away in August.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. On March 2018 the Technician came to my house, did my inspection however there was nothing found. My garage doors were opened and I had a brand new bottle of $80 Termidor on my table very visible. No one ever visits me and have no traffic flow on my property. I'm one of those guys who remember where I put all my stuff. Needless to say when he was gone, the bottle was also gone. I called him on his cell and asked him, obviously he denied taking it.

The Terminix tech recently came out for termites. He did a walk-through of the baits and the bait station, and checked it. Scheduling was good as Terminix responds right away. It was a good experience and I'd recommend others to them.

We have had Terminix for a year already. They are prompt, and they are professional technicians always. They come once a quarter. Since having them, I do not see anything that I should worry about. It has been very good working with them. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

My experience with Terminix was perfect. I couldn't ask for anything better. The technicians come right out whenever I need them. We schedule and they call me on the way out here. They do the job and they're gone. They were out here twice. I called them for ants once and they took care of the problem. They come out once a year for the termites as well. They have traps that they fill up. And the last time that they came, the termites had eaten up the bait.

I have a good experience with Terminix. They have been very courteous and on time -- they give a time frame. They will even tell us that they might be here earlier and they'll let you know when the person is on their way. And then they give you a call and they talk to you what they are doing. They come out for ants and roaches in the kitchen and on the whole house. They have been very helpful. We, however, have a few pests in bed as they come out with the rain. But, other than that, things have been very good at home since we got their service. They certainly can get a recommendation from me.

I had Terminix several years ago when they came out and treated everything, and they've been coming back ever since. They recently came out for my annual termite inspection. They did a good job and I was satisfied completely. Also, the tech is very friendly. They call and let me know when they’re coming in. I have recommended them to friends.

I'd seen Terminix servicing homes and they were recommended by a neighbor for my old residence. I'm a homeowner now and before I moved in, I wanted to have the place fumigated. They come out every three months and they notify me through email. The last time they came out, the tech was nice, courteous and very attentive about safety, making sure that we didn't put any food in the cabinet after three days. So far, I haven't seen any bugs in here. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to somebody else.

I'm an outside contractor and we have a lot of exterior landscaping being done. Terminix re-molds twice a year and we've had them for quite a few years. They've always done a good job for us. Their tech was just here yesterday to check for mold. Scheduling their service is very efficient and nice. They call me first, and then they call me again when they get to our house.

Terminix has been good. I have been with them off and on about two years. They came out originally for roaches. Scheduling is wonderful, they are on point, they come on time, and they don't lollygag. They take good care of me over the phone. The tech is polite and he tells me what they have to do. He is upfront, too, which is good. Since our services, pests have decreased.

Terminix came out for pest control. I have a contract with them where they come out four times a year to spray for bugs. Visits are pre-scheduled. The tech, Adam, usually calls me up a couple of days before he comes out and everything is working out fine. We are pleased pretty good with his service, and he does a really good job. He is very polite, usually on time, and he does a complete job twice than before. If he cannot make it, he will let me know in advance. He doesn't skip on the chemicals, too. We used to have the little bitty ants and we could never get rid of them. But, since we called them out, we've only had to call them out maybe once or twice for a re-spray. So far, our experience has been great.

The Terminix technician was very courteous, helpful, nice and very thorough. He checked everything in the house. I couldn't ask for anybody better to come in and inspect the house. We have a yearly termite service and their customer service reps were very helpful to give me the information that I needed.

We used to have Orkin way back in the day but once we changed to Terminix, we've had no problems. They’re very efficient and the people that they send out are quite knowledgeable about looking to see if there’s termites or rodent droppings. I’m happy with them. They come out every three months and they let me know when the time is due. They contact me to say that somebody’s going to be arriving here at the house and we don’t mind the technician coming into the house because he’s the same young man that has been doing this for the past three years. He’s very personable and he knows what I like to have sprayed. He goes over by the hot water heater, our three bathrooms, the bedrooms, the kitchen and my little office. Last time, he came out and sprayed the inside of the house and the perimeter of the outside. Right after that, they called to check if the guy showed up and if I was happy with the service. And it has always been good.

My kid was scared of bugs and we had seen a couple of them, so we got a general routine service from Terminix and kept it in our house. Scheduling was perfect and everything worked out well. The technician came out the first time and then he would call and come out every three months. He introduces himself and talks, lets me know what he is out there for and does the job himself. It couldn't be any better to have this customer-type relationship and I hadn't seen any bugs since so I was satisfied and I have recommended them to my aunt. Terminix is the best choice for me and they'll get rid of whatever you have and get the job done.

We’ve had Terminix for a number of years. We have a termite contract with them and it’s been good. They came out the last time and checked the exterior of our house. I’ve talked with the technician and we discussed the termite situation. He seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I'd tell others that Terminix is good company and they ought to sign up.

There is usually a time and a date that Terminix schedules to show up and they do. And then they leave something on the door that says they were here and let me know what happened. The techs have been awesome, and they are just super when they come out every few months. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our dialogue has been really good, and they have been great about notifying. Sometimes I am here when the techs come, sometimes I am not, but the experience has been good.

Terminix talked me into something I wasn’t quite needing, or able to pay for. I've been with them since August. I had mice, and they put stuff out and after that, I don’t have any more mice. They solved my issue and they were friendly. The technicians are all nice and good.

Terminix comes out quarterly for the bugs, spiders and roaches. When we needed to reschedule our initial meeting, their reps got it done and everything was great. We've had their techs for three times and the people who came out were pretty cool. But the treatments we're getting worked for a few weeks only. Even after the first time they came to spray, we were still seeing insects, though it wasn't as bad as before. So we are thinking of calling of them to possibly cancel because the treatments are not working.

The representative from Terminix that comes to my house is always friendly. He does a good job. I really like him. I've known him a long time through meeting him here. He goes above and beyond. I have surveillance cameras. He cleans the spider webs often and sprays extra where I needed because I’ve been kind of remodeling my house. I open up walls and he’ll put extra stuff in there for me for the bugs. It’s just great.

Terminix is very professional. One doesn't have to wait all day for someone to come out. They call prior to coming out so you’ll know exactly when they’re coming and they also send a text. I have mice problems so I called them, told them I needed someone to come out, and they gave me a date. The representative was great, made a price for me, and asked me what would be the best time for them to come. On this occasion, they came out rather quickly and it didn’t take a long time because sometimes I call and it takes a long time to get a date for them to come out. The technician who came was very thorough and he told me he was going to walk around the house from the outside. He would see where the problem was at and then he was on top of the roof. When he came back down, he explained the situation to me and gave me suggestions what they could do to fix the problem. So, the rat problem got solved.

We were having a mouse problem and the Terminix technician came out. He set up some traps and told me what to look out for. We looked three weeks ago and saw three mice in the traps. Then we looked yesterday and just saw one mouse trapped. So there's fewer mice being caught and hopefully there will be no mice when I look into it again.

Terminix does quarterly maintenance for us and their technicians come every so often. We've been with Terminix for five years, since we lived here. Scheduling our service has been good. We just wait for an email from them regarding our next service schedule. My husband usually handles the interactions with the reps and he likes the guy that comes out here. We get the same person every time.

I called Terminix because I was trying to open a contract for the pest control. They come to the house every three months and I have the appointment but sometimes I call to change the day. The people are very nice there and they have the Hispanic line. Also, the technician who always comes is very good.

A year ago, we had a mice problem so we reached out to Terminix. We have a regular service set up with them and the technicians let us know when they're here and when they're leaving. Most recently, they came out and sprayed around. I haven’t seen too many mice or hardly any this year.

Scheduling service visits with Terminix was easy. I asked them to set up a yearly thing and they've come out every quarter. They would send me a text message and tell me that somebody is on the way. Also, I've only met the technician face-to-face the first time he came out and the last time they came out, I was at work and they sprayed around the house. They're there when they say they're going to be there and what they do seems to work. We haven't seen ants since Terminix has been out. It's really made a difference and it could really help anybody if they needed it.

A Terminix technician comes out yearly to do a termite inspection. Last time, there was nobody to let the technician in the house but there was a station outside to be checked in. The person came but only spent two minutes. He did not check any of the traps and made an appointment for the following year. I called to reschedule but I was put on hold. They don't have much respect for their customer’s time. On the fourth call, I was told that he would be there between 3:00 and 5:00. Then I was called and told that it would be 5:00, and then it'd be 12 to 5:00. Then I got an email that he was on his way. I didn’t meet with him but I had someone there. But I don’t know whether he checked the traps or not. My past experiences with Terminix have been very good up until this last time and I’m not pleased with it at all. I’m not canceling my service but if I recommend them, I'd do it with some qualification. I’ll just have to wait to see what it is like in the future.

We have Terminix scheduled to come out every quarter. They send me an email, make sure the date is all right. They come out and do their job. One time we had to reschedule a service but it was a very easy process. The technicians that have come out have been really nice, very professional and very friendly. They always want to talk and make sure I understand what they're about to do. And I've really enjoyed the guys that have come out. They're very prompt as well. If they say they're going to be here at 9 o'clock, they're here at 9 o'clock. And I really appreciate that. Their service seems to be working too. I found some dead roaches outside and a couple inside that got through the door.

I have the monthly service with Terminix as a precautionary measure and so far, the pest activity in my home has been under control. The first time they came in, they did all the house and underneath it. So, it was good. They've been really nice and they explain everything in what they're doing to do and how to do it. Recently, they called and said they were coming. I said okay but when the tech came, I wasn't home so he just did the outside. But on the last visit I had that I was home, the tech was pretty courteous and thorough.
