The technician of Terminix came once and he said I had an appointment, but I've never talked to anybody so I didn't have an appointment. So, I was confused. I think they probably left something on the answering machine but we don't ever check it. The only reason we have that line is to use our fax machine. And I guess they were calling it and thinking, "Well, she didn't call back so I guess it's okay." But what they did was just an outside check. And they've always come out before and everything has always been fine. Also, when they do say they're coming, they are here on time.

Scheduling a Terminix service has been great. I like my Terminix technician, Jesus. I like how having the same guy. He’s great and he contacts me before, after and even in between to see if I need anything. I’m really pleased with the service. I only let Terminix spray on the outside perimeters. He came in once to do some tiny ants and we got that under control. I had a great experience with Terminix and I would tell my friends to sign up with them.

I happened to Google and Terminix had a $50 off promo so I decided to try and see what their quote was, then I’d call a couple of other ones. But I never made it past Terminix because they sounded like they were up on their game. I was really impressed and I told him my husband that we should go for it. He was excited and was very thrilled that we found them.
When the tech came in, he asked what the problem was and I told him. He was awesome. My son had some questions and concerns, so he explained what he was going to do. He had us vacate the house then he sprayed every room. Everybody left with the animals and I stayed. I showed the tech the whole house, so he knew every room, and turned on the lights for him. He told me I had to leave, too, so I left, and he went to the back room and sprayed. Then, he shut off all the lights as he was leaving each room and I was surprised that he did that. He did a great job and was out of the house real fast.
When he came out, I watched him spray himself down then he went around the yard and sprayed there. He did a thorough job and he also put some chemicals around the perimeter. Then, he came back and sprinkled stuff out. He explained what he was doing as he was going and said we were all set. He told us to let him know if we need him to come back. He also said that when he does come back any time between now and our next service, he would just spray and we wouldn’t need to vacate the house, which is nice because that was such a pain. It also stressed the animals out really bad and it took them all day to get unstressed, but it was worth it.
The tech had us wait four hours before we came back in the house with the animals and when we did, we had to vacuum every day and sweep every day. We’re still picking up bugs and they’re still dying on us. I’d wake up in the morning or I’d come from work and I'd see dead spiders in my room all crunched up, which was nice. However, I saw some baby ants crawling around in my room yesterday. I also saw some crawling roaches in the kitchen and they were huge. I killed them immediately and discarded them down the toilet. It’s only been three weeks since the Terminix tech was here and the stuff that the tech used should still be working so, I don’t understand why the bugs are crawling around.
We’re hoping to get a house soon down the road and I told my son when we get the house, we’re going to have Terminix spray the whole house first before we moved in. This way, we won’t have any animals in the house. Then, once we put everything in, we’ll have Terminix to maintain the pest control. I would rate them perfectly and tell people that they need to call Terminix.

We've got Terminix on a regular quarterly schedule and they came out like they were supposed to and sprayed the house. The service has definitely worked. We moved into this house six years ago and we definitely have seen an improvement. But they automatically schedule us and that has been a little problematic. There had been a couple of times that they've called and said that they're coming out the next day but I didn't know they were coming out. But when I told them the schedule wasn't possible, they asked if I wanted to cancel and I said yes. It was easy enough to go to website and make a change on the date.
Our technician has also been the same guy who's been with us since we started, and Joel is an absolutely phenomenal guy. One time, we had an encounter where we had one or two mice in the house, and the person that they originally sent out was trying to tell us a few more things. But Joel came by on the regular visit and he said he thought that it was an isolated encounter and we could just continue to monitor it. And he was absolutely right. We haven't had further problems. He knows the area and he knows these houses. He's very good and I would definitely recommend Joel. Some of the technicians are definitely better than others. But overall, they've been very effective.

Usually my experience with exterminators has been that they’re real arrogant jerks and they charge you a lot of money. But I’ve had Terminix for over a year and so far, it’s been good. The technician is professional and I haven't had any pests or rodents or insects since they came. They keep coming out until everything’s gone and they don’t charge you anything extra. The first time, they had to come three times. So now, they just do regular maintenance. They come at the same approximate day every three months. They would send reminders a week before and say they’re coming, and then they call the day before. On the day of, they also send messages saying that they’re coming. On top of that, Terminix seems to be a lot cheaper than any other independent exterminator as well.

I had a problem with mice and I've had a few different folks come out. Terminix's salesperson was really good. They were three times as expensive as the others but I ended up going with them. Within a week, they sent out two techs to do an inspection. They cleaned up a lot of the old mouse droppings and I really liked that. They also put out the traps, sprayed foam and closed any openings into the house. The techs came back a week later. We caught six or seven mice and they put out more traps. I haven't seen a mouse since and it has been a month now.
I think Terminix should run more promotions to get people more acclimated. There are a lot of small, locally owned places and getting in touch with them was a little more challenging. I never know who to call. It was always an 800 number. I like to support my local community. So, Terminix doing more to show that they're a local agency versus a big natural one would go a long way.

We bought a summer home in Maine. I had to make sure that there was no pests so I just bought a yearly contract with Terminix. I’ve done some special things with them like some sort of enclosure that they do to make sure that pests can’t enter the home at any hidden openings and I was very happy with that and the gentleman who did it. The representatives are very helpful. They explained everything very clearly to me and I’m happy with the results.

The Terminix representative came in and he scheduled the service. They went through everything and did what they had to do. I haven't had any follow-up, but they told me to just call and they would come out.

I had a lot of pests, mainly cockroaches, to control. I called Terminix and told them I needed help and they sent somebody out a few days later. When the guy came in, he asked me what and where the problem areas were and he did his thing. After that, he told me I have to give it a couple of weeks and not clean behind certain areas so we didn't wipe away his work. I've seen a very good improvement in my pest activity. It seems the cockroaches have definitely died off. The ones that are still alive look a lot slower and there's definitely a lot less of it. So, I'm pleased. I will tell my friends that if they have problems with cockroaches, they should definitely call Terminix because they will kill them.

Terminix comes out quarterly for the insect inspection and the inspector is awesome. He’s always courteous, kind, very professional, and answers any and all questions that I have. He’s like a very gentle giant. He’s bigger than I am but he’s so easy and caring to where he just answers all your questions. For some people, you see him this size and you might be hesitant. But once he starts talking to you, he is great. And overall, there's nothing to worry about since having their service although there are some little critters like ants and spiders that get into the house.

I have a quarterly service from Terminix. The technician who came out last time was very polite and very thorough. It was raining so he couldn't spray on the outside but he told me that I could call back and have them come and do it any other time that I wanted. They're always helpful. I have a daycare and they have to work around my daycare because they can spray and the kids would be here the next day. They came out and did that. They always do it on a Saturday. We had problems with pests for a while but it has been resolved. They've done a really good job.

There was one visit from Terminix a long time ago. I mentioned spiders and they came out and did it. However, they didn't tell us we'll be billed extra for that. It got complicated because it's a big company and you got this side and then, the other side that deals with money. And then, one side doesn't talk to the other very well. The communication breaks down, so they got all messed up in this flap about service versus covered versus not covered. And it was messy. There were things that were confusing and we were lost and they were scrambling to give us a good answer. But we resolved that and it's all been taken care of.
The most recent experience with them was a routine visit. The technician was sleek and good. He was very professional. He was quick and quiet too. He didn't get in the way with anybody or made a big deal. Everything now should go back to normal, whatever is normally scheduled because our bug problem is really not severe. The spiders have gone down as well. And as far as the termite stuff, that he did okay.

My mom and dad had a termite problem when they bought Terminix for this home. We're paying for that as far as an insurance program. My biggest problem with them is that it seems like I'm always paying for something extra. They say there's plywood termites and then there's another type of termite, but for me, a termite is a termite. I'm paying too much. But when there is a problem, they do come out.

The Terminix technician, Tony, has been coming the last couple of years and we were more than happy with his service. In fact, I recommended him to my neighbors and some of them have been calling Tony and they are now customers of Terminix and are very happy. He knocks on the door and tells me, "Hi, Good morning. I'm here." He does such a thorough job that I don't have to tell him second time that, "You didn't do this or that." But that's not what happened the last time. The technician they sent, who was a first timer in the area, just gave a short visit. I told him that time, "You're done? You hadn't cleaned the few cobwebs." But maybe because there were not many spiders being winter and they didn't see any cobwebs. But other people they take a long broom and kind of clean everything. They go the extra mile.
My husband thought the money is sort of wasted. Maybe that is the style of his service. Overall it was not up to the par as they do other times. We were not as happy as before. Maybe they should send the same people and not get a switcheroo too much. They had told me that they will send them again as emergency again in two weeks but they never called me. They didn't call me but I referred it to my friend so if they could give me credit for one time my husband and I will be more than happy.

Terminix techs were polite, pleasant, and they did their job and left, and so I was very satisfied. I've been with them for a long time already, and they come out once a year which is fine. I would recommend them. If you need pest control people, just call Terminix.

I use Terminix services for termite protection. My contract was up so I renewed and they were supposed to come out and check the bait traps. One thing I would appreciate is if I can get a phone call when the tech is coming out. I never get a call and I'd like to be there. All I have is a note on the door saying he checked 17 and 30 stations and I have no idea what he did.

My boyfriend had Terminix for termite service and then I just went online to have the pest control added. I did a separate service in my name. They came out recently to do general pest control. Since it's been raining, we've had a lot of those big tree roaches and I don't like bugs. They came in and did the full inspection, and the tech was awesome. He was super personable and he knew what he was doing, so he was pretty good. He came in and sprayed inside and out for their bigger inspection and everything was really good. They've set me up on a quarterly plan to spray the outside. But if I ever need anything sprayed inside, they'll come and do that. The first one, they do inside and out. They let me know they are coming via email and phone.
We live in a small town, so my boyfriend knows them pretty well and he does his brother's house with that too. Since our service, I have only seen one of those big roaches. We have dogs too so we have a dog door where they go in and out as they please, but I really haven't seen anything since they off sprayed. It is working pretty well. I'm also happy with their pricing and everything that they all gave me. I would highly recommend them.

We came to Terminix on a referral from my daughter in law. We signed a contract with them for a year and so far, we're very pleased with everything they've done. I've been here for 14 years and we've never had a roach. And then all of a sudden, we have this infestation. Their rep was very knowledgeable. He scheduled me right away on what was convenient for me and everything has been great. Two men came to get the whole house started. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. I love the way they put the little booties on. You won't even know that they're here checking everything. I’m very pleased with them. They follow up every week for the next couple of weeks and then they'll come once every three months. So far, the pest activity has been down to nil. But still, they said it takes about three months to kill whatever nest is there. Nonetheless, Terminix gave us a free termite and mold inspection.

Three years ago, we had bees outside and Terminix came and took care of that. Last time, they serviced the area to spray as a preventative measure. The technicians have been very friendly and they gave suggestions when needed.

My experience with Terminix has always been good. We got two different accounts with them and their technician comes out here every three months to do pest and termites. They let us know when they're coming and they do their thing. Their technician is very cordial. All work is always outside and he just does his thing and leaves. If there were occasions when we do have pests, we ask them to come in and take care of it. They're very good. We're very happy with them.

Terminix has come back twice and their service has not been the greatest. I usually get a phone call the day before and they let me know if they can come by and what time. They don't give an advance notice. I had called the technician this week because I wanted them to come to service this building. They tried to get an inspection done so they could come out and look. I didn't get the phone call until a few hours before his supposed scheduled time to come. And because yesterday was the nor'easter in New York, there was no one. My son was out from school because of the weather. The technician called me trying to move the inspection time up, and I told him I couldn't do it because he didn't call me the night before to ask me if he was still available to come.
I have the technician's phone number, so I usually let him know if I can or can't make it. He's been great. I've only dealt with him twice but he's been very friendly. He seems to know what he's doing as far as what to look for or where those parts are. It's an apartment building, so there are two apartments plus full front and the basement and he manages to do the entire building. But their lack of communication with their clients is horrible.

I have a service every three months with Terminix. They come out and spray the whole house and put down the traps. I was very pleased with Alex and his assistant. They normally schedule me automatically but this particular time, I scheduled it myself because I knew I was going to be home. Alex has been very polite and professional. He comes when he said he’s going to come and that means a lot to me. I have them do maintenance check and I don’t worry about the payment because I have it already setup to be in my credit card. I would definitely recommend them.

Robin, a very nice, young technician from Terminix comes around. She's excellent, very thorough and always on time, and we like her. We quit the service a few years ago because we didn't get very good service from the people who were servicing us at the time. Then Terminix called back and asked if we wanted to try again with somebody else, and we said we would. Robin usually comes out every three months and we've not had any issues with her at all. If she's out, she notifies us. The company notifies us when somebody will be here, then my husband will be here so he can open the gate. We're satisfied with our experience with Terminix at this time. Naturally, we would go someplace else if we weren't.

When I call Terminix, they come out and the times that we have dealt with them, it’s all been pleasant. Normally, they would send an email saying that they are coming out. I’m in Virginia and it's being done in another location in Mississippi. It’s family that’s living in that particular home and I would have to check and make sure it was done. Last time, I also got a notification after the service was done saying it had been done and I got a bill. They do a pretty good job too.

My husband and I moved into an apartment with our 2 small children in November. Within the first few night my son and I were developing giant itchy welts. Lo and behold, there were bed bugs in the apartment when we moved in. We informed our landlord, who tried to put the blame on us. But after arguing with him, he finally starts calling exterminators at the end of January. 2 out of the 3 other apartments also had bedbugs. So Terminix comes out for the initial inspection, to verify bedbugs was the problem.
The guy that came out was very informative and was more than willing to answer any questions. Unfortunately a different guy came out to treat the apartments. He had headphones in the whole time and gave one word answers when we tried to ask questions. It was very clear that he didn't treat over half of our apartment. He was scheduled to come back one week later to do the second/last treatment. The same guy from the previous week shows up, headphones in. When we got home, it was clear again that he did less than half the house. There is a 90 day guarantee from the first day they came out for treatment which my landlord is going to have to use. Which means they'll come back out and do 1 more treatment. I wouldn't recommend Terminix to anyone, and I wholeheartedly wish my landlord went with Orkin! Because nothing is worse than living with your family, bedbugs, having the exterminator come out, and seeing NO results!

I have Terminix come every quarter for bug treatment and they also do the annual termite inspection. They usually email me several days before the service to tell me a date and the approximate time. And then they call a couple of days before to remind me of the schedule. Our technician has been with us for years and he's super nice. He's very polite and friendly. He does his thing then gets out of there. He's quick and thorough. And we don't have any bugs since having their service.

A couple of weeks ago, I called Terminix and a guy named Clayton came out and did a good job of spraying around the house. He came inside, real polite, and he sprayed around the baseboards and put some powder around the back of the toilet where the rings were at. He was very thorough and made sure that all the fleas were gone. About a week later, we were still having fleas. I called him, and he came out and sprayed one more time inside the house and he might have solved the problem. Terminix comes out every three months and spray, and I recommend them and Clayton to anybody that I know that needs a pest control.

Terminix comes every four months to spray on roaches. In between, if I complained to them that there are some more roaches, they will come. They came in the latter part of January and then in the middle part of February. Every now and then, I still find roaches in my house even though they said that it will be gone. As of last night again, there were three more that I saw on my counter. Since December, I’ve been complaining that the roaches are not going away even though Terminix does some treatment. I feel so bad about the roaches and I’m afraid they will go to all the foods that I’ll be eating.
The technician who comes over all the time now is Moises because he lives close to my house. He said that provided the roaches are small ones, not big ones, that means they will be going away. I haven’t seen big ones yet and maybe they haven’t grown up yet. Also, maybe Terminix is not giving the right dose so that they can be coming over and over. I’m not really confident with Terminix even though I’m paying what they want.

I had Orkin for many years but I had a bad experience with them and had to let them go. I've been with Terminix now for a few years and I’m glad they always come when they say they’d come. Their schedule for coming out changes all the time but I appreciate the fact that they’re trying to get better. Lately, it’s always been the same guy who comes out. The last time he was here, he sprayed my house outside and helped me out with my problem with bugs and ants. They're fire ants and they're gross. But I'm not sure if he's knowledgeable about bugs like my Orkin guy who always volunteered quite a bit of information about the insects. Over the years, it really appeared that he knew what he was talking about.

Terminix is thorough and they keep up with what they’re supposed to do. We have a contract each year and they come out and inspect our home. We get a phone call and an actual person notifies us that they would come out, and they're professional and friendly. We also receive a letter. Terminix has been great. We don’t have any termites and the contractor always explains everything if a thing’s going on. But we're in good shape.

I had a weak spot in the bathroom floor, which I thought was from water. I finally got a chance to get somebody out here to fix the floor and when he took the tiles, the wood up and everything else up he discovered I had termites. And at that point I called to get estimates about what it would take to get it taken care of. Terminix came out and gave me an estimate. I called up a couple of places to come out and do an estimate for me and then when I called Terminix back up I said I wanted to go ahead with it.
The rep from Terminix came right back out again to start with me and had me fill out the paperwork, instructed me what I had to do to get the house prepared to be tented and left me some bags. The tech was very polite, very informative and answered all my questions. Even the guys that came out to do the tenting itself were very informative. I told them my concern about the back steps, to please not to get on them and they understood. And I haven’t seen any pests since the service.

We have a quarterly visit from Terminix and so far, I’ve been happy with my experience with them. They recently did the whole outside area and I had them come in and spray the downstairs area too. Their technicians were great. They usually send me or my wife an email four to five days before they come out. They give us an opportunity to foresee anything else that we need them to do other than their normal sweep and we can let them know when they get here. Our home is a lot better now. We rarely see any of the creepy, crawly vermin in the house at all. When we do, we have the technicians come in and spray inside the house to take care of those guys.

When I first purchased my home, I initially set up a termite plan and the lady from Terminix came out. She came back again to do rodent inspection when I had an issue with a squirrel in my attic. She was able to see some evidence of squirrel droppings. She was a nice lady and she gave us a service for someone to come out and set up the traps and secure the home. It was an expensive job, however, I was satisfied with what they did to ensure that the squirrels didn't get back in the roof in the attic.
Overall, I like Terminix because of the ease of scheduling an appointment. I can track the service technician when they are en route. They do a very good job of calling me when they're on the way and asking questions when they get to me. They always seem to be professional when they come out. I never felt uneasy when they've come in to do do the service. While Terminix can be a little more costly than other competitors, I continue to use them. I recommend Terminix due to the ease of scheduling, the knowledge of their technician and the inspectors that come out. For me, those are more important than the cost. Still, I want them to be fair and equitable with their continued pricing.

There was some mold that was going on in the crawlspace and the guy from Terminix showed me a notebook that he had included what an encapsulation would do. So they talked me into getting an encapsulation done. It helps the energy use in the house. And it also keeps the crawlspace dry and it keeps clean and rodent free. It also makes it comfortable to go down there and change an air filter. I'm really glad I did it. That did not only solve a lot of problems down there but it also increased the value of the house. And so I was really pleased with it.
We've had that for four years. But there were a couple of times when the dehumidifier had gone out. And I tried and tried but I wasn't able to get the thing going. The above monitor would go out also. So they came out and repaired it. They did a very good job with it. However, they didn't show me the correct way to do it. So the specialist came out and he showed me the correct way to do it and how to turn it back on when the power went out. So, I thought it had to be replaced but it didn't. So, he explained it to me a couple of times. And he also gave us this new indoor monitor to keep an eye on it. So we know the exact humidity level and temperature level in the crawlspace and it's working really well.
We do have a quarterly service with Terminix for the bug control. The inspection on the crawlspace, that's a yearly thing. And then we also have a termite inspection which they come out every year to do that. We also have an attic installation thing with them. They're very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Some technicians were more intense than others but we eventually get the job done. If we have to call them for anything like, "This wasn't done the way we like or we think this should be done", they'll come back out and do it. It's also not difficult to get a hold of them. I just make a call. It's just that you got to be a little patient with them. But they do get back with you. And they always have a supervisor get back at you to verify the situation. That makes it a little easier. They've been very good about coming through whatever it is they promised to do. They're a good company.

The Terminix tech sprayed the outside and inside of the house, laid some mousetraps in the garage and it was a good experience overall. I’ve had a couple of different technicians and they’ve all been nice. I liked the consistency of having this particular technician. He’s been coming to my house long enough that I feel comfortable with him around my son and everything. But it’s a new guy this time around for the first time since the last guy. But the previous guy did let me know that he was going to be relocated and I would have a new guy coming in. They called me the day before and I also got a message within 30 minutes before they were coming so that’s nice. And then I asked him if he could spray an additional area along the side of my fencing and he’s just so very accommodating, always very professional, kind and accommodating.
The only hiccup that I did have was that when I looked at the receipt which was electronically emailed to me. I saw that it was $3 more than what I had normally been paying. But when I called customer service they took care of that since I’ve been a customer for so long. They went ahead and put me back to the old rate that I was paying. I like Terminix and if you’re looking for a service in your home I would definitely recommend Terminix. I’m satisfied and happy. They’re always accommodating.

My experience has always been great with Terminix. They're very helpful and they do a good job. They come for periodic visits and I get an automated message when they will come. They take care of business whether I'm here or not. It all works out well. If we ever have a need indoor they're happy to come in and when I'm home when they come they ask if there's any problem inside. But generally, they just take care of the perimeter. The technicians are friendly and professional. Our pest activity has been much better since we started with Terminix. We used to get seasonal ants in the kitchen all the time but we don't get that anymore.

I've been a Terminix customer a long time and they come quarterly to make sure I don’t have any bugs. We also have a termite contract with them. Every year I've got to pay for that and they come to check it out. But I’m not happy that when I have to call Terminix, I'm on the phone a long time to get somebody on the line. That to me is very inconvenient and there should be no need for that. Plus, they would call and tell me when somebody’s coming but then the serviceman comes not on the same day and unannounced too. When I spoke to the serviceman, he said that from then on, I would set the appointment up with him. So on my quarterly visit, I have to call the technician and set it up with him, not with Terminix. But no one ever called us to tell us that that was a new procedure. Otherwise, the technicians are very nice. They do what I want them to do and they’re very careful of my house. They take care of things when they walk in and they put booties on.

I bought a house and my dad had previously worked with Terminix, so I called them. I've had the same tech and he's always quick, friendly and knows what he's talking about. He also takes time to answer my questions. Also, they're generally really good about working around my schedule. At one point, I was having an issue with rodents 'cause I live in the middle of nowhere. So, I was having Terminix out twice a month for three or four months and they didn't complain. I've had them for over 10 years and I've recommended them.

Terminix comes by every three months for a regular spray out. Their technician was very good. He makes sure he doesn’t spray on items that are not supposed to be sprayed on. Terminix is excellent. I don’t see as many critters like I used to see.

Terminix is a reliable company. I have been a Terminix customer since the first time I moved to the US, almost 15 years ago, and being with them still is a good sign. Scheduling the service itself is very easy. I get an email and I call if that doesn't work. But usually, it's fine. The technicians, based on my experience, are on-time and are willing to explain the kind of chemicals they are using. And apparently, the chemicals are supposed to be harmless and it's efficient.
I really like that our technician Ricardo is the same technician for a long time now and he knows exactly what to look for. It's amazing. He calls me before coming and after coming to make sure I'm happy and I am extremely. He also asks if I have special concern or needed some stuff. I'm usually not at home when Ricardo is coming so I secure my dog. He removes the spiderwebs all around the house, checks the pantries to make sure there are not too many bugs, and sprays for the ants which are the main problem in California. He also looks at the brown widows and black widows. I regularly ask him each time he comes to do the garage because they might have some black widows out. He did pest control about 3 weeks ago, which is part of the contract where they come every 3 months. Overall, I have 3 contracts with Terminix for the termite control, subterranean, and regular one.

Terminix comes out for a raccoon problem. They call me to schedule a regular service, and once I have a problem, I then call them. However, they did not come when they said they were going to come and I had a very busy day planned. They finally got here an hour late and they didn't know anything about it that they were supposed to be here. And I said, "Then you all need to check with your scheduler and make sure that you communicate with the scheduler and all the supervisor and that the customer know." They heard my complaint. Also, the Terminix office that is close by is closed, and it will be the same tech coming for a while, and then it will change. They are having a problem putting all that together. Nevertheless, I would not be with them for over 30 years if it was not satisfying overall.

If you want bugs to be gone, call Terminix and they’ll do the job. There were a lot of spiders and stuff that I wanted to start fumigating my house on routine basis. I have scheduled services with Terminix and setting it up was good. Their representatives were nice and professional. The technician was a nice guy, tried to make it quick, and explained much in general as to what’s going to happen. And if we have an issue, we can always call back as part of the guarantee. They did a good job and I haven’t seen any pest activity. So far, I’m satisfied with their service and I would definitely have them keep coming on a routine basis.

Everything has been great in our experience with Terminix. The technician is a nice guy. He has been been doing the service for quite a while and there has been no problem with him. He calls and says he's on the way. Then he comes out, sprays around the house, and leaves. Since we've had the service, everything has been fine with the pest activity in and around our home.

We just moved here and we thought we would get the house checked up ‘cause we had a lot of little critters crawling around the house. Our biggest complaint would be all these little June bugs, these critters and ants. I got a contract with Terminix now and they’re supposed to come out quarterly. They worked with me in scheduling the service and they were polite. Brandon came out and he was really courteous and nice. He came in and introduced himself then he walked around and did an inspection. He sprayed the inside of the house, around the outside of the house and around my shed. We still got some ants going on but aside from that, we haven't seen anything and so far, we’ve been pleased with the results that we’re getting. Terminix has a good program. It's kinda hard to go away after it and from what I’ve seen so far, I’d recommend them.

I have Terminix spray the perimeter of my home quarterly and they do that on a regular basis but I have some termites so I had my home tainted. When they pulled the taint, they kind of dragged it over the home as if pulling it. The tip of the chimney was pulled over with the tarp. And so, it jarred my chimney stack of bed which was already old and it loosened up from the motor. It’s an old chimney so it took them about five months and I was actively calling them. Terminix outsourced the tainting portion of the experience and I engaged with a third party while on site and then they have quality control people that showed and finalized things in the end. There was a supervisor who came in to check and make sure the poison was completely removed from the home then signed off and then handed me the keys.
When they did the handoff, the guy that I usually talked to said that there was a little damage. It was great that they were honest, but it took me three months to have them come out and fix what I thought was a simple problem. Then when they finally came out, it was kind of determined that the chimney was a bit old and there was nothing that they were going to do about it essentially. I’m okay with that. But they should have dealt with it immediately and I didn't have to wait that long for them to assess the damage that they claim they had done. I’m a paying customer. They take money from me every quarter and it’s not some change to taint your home so you would think that with that kind of money, you’d put some customer service upfront.
But overall, their technicians are good. The first guy was very friendly, and he was always going out of his way to make sure he made contact with somebody in the home to let us know if there was any extra issue that he can take care of for us. He was great then he just disappeared one day and I didn’t notice for four months because there was no regular communication for the change but that’s okay. We are on our third technician and I’ve seen him on our cameras but I’ve never met him. But they are good with letting us know in advance when they're coming out. So they’re really good about that communication portion. Terminix provides a one-year warranty. So after a year and if we find eggs or active termites, they’ll come out and re-taint.

Terminix has been coming out for about 30 years already. The man that has been coming has been the only one, although maybe in the beginning there might have been somebody different. Our interaction with him has been fine, and he has been doing his job. I asked him about scheduling when he came in the last time because he always comes early in the year and I thought if there were any termites, they would still be down in the ground. But he said, "No. Because the ground isn't that cold." They redid the treatment either last year or the year before because we discovered termites. I live in the woods, so there are termites here. When I originally had it done, they said it lasted some 20 some years and it was getting close to that time when I started to really watch it, and they were right. They came back and sprayed all around and got rid of them.
Now, the only thing I have a problem with is that they keep raising the amount for the annual contract. And several years back, I told them I can't do that anymore. I'm on a fixed income now and I wanted to keep it down. And for a few years, they kept it $236. Well, if they could do $200, I think that's enough after I've paid almost 30 years. I'm not satisfied with the price. Nevertheless, I've been satisfied with the service and they gave what they were supposed to because what they say is if you keep the contract up, then they will come back and redo it, and they did.

Terminix's level of expertise is very good. When scheduling, they contact me by mail and they set up an appointment. We can change it since they're flexible about their times. They recently came in to my home for termites and did a great job. The tech was thorough. He put on protection around his shoes so it wouldn't track my house up. We haven't had any pests since.

I have the usual things at my house. Terminix and I spoke in the past that they would start spraying my small backyard because I have a dog, but that never happened and I hope they would do that. Most of the time, they do the scheduling of my service. I look at the schedule and it sounds okay, so I go with it. The technician usually texts me to let me know that he’s on his way. He’s a very personable person and he's very nice. When he comes, he does the work on the inside of the house. We chat a little bit, then he goes to do the work around the house. Since the service, I still see some pest activity every now and then and something crawling, but the service has been working to a good extent.

The tech was out here and sprayed the exterior of the house for pests, and I'm impressed -- he does a good job. I have been with Terminix for a little over a year now. I like the quality of service they give, and they normally take care of the issues that I have arised upon. Our pest activities, especially spiders, have become extremely less since we started with their service. I would recommend them, and I already have.

We had a very mild, warm winter so Terminix comes every year and inspect and we’ve had no termites. Our neighbor had termites and he had Terminix and he has always been pleased and that was how we got started. Everything so far is going very well. And that’s what I’m looking forward next Tuesday when they come again to do their annual inspection. I have a two-story house. They go upstairs first and check, and then they’ll remain here. They like to check especially the kitchen and bathroom and then they go out. Then I’ll have them go out to my garage and then they check there in the garage too. I guess they just look at the hot water heater. Then they’ll do the outside. They’ll walk around my yard and the foundation of the house and all that. I’m always very pleased.
We pay the annual contract fee every February and that’s getting quite expensive. That’s around $300 a year. I know that in case, I will ever have termites, that they would cover the big amount. But I’ve been paying this how many years so I just don’t know. There was also a little mix-up. The day I was scheduled for the surgery was the time for my annual inspection but he came to the door. I could not help him out. I was just getting ready to go for the surgery when he came. But he did check most of it outside. I could not unlock the two gates for him. But he did just kind of a onceover.
We always have our annual inspection in March so I told him that I would be Terminix and get that all set up and that's set up for next Tuesday. I hope that same gentleman comes again. He was very nice and very kind and understood my situation. But I never know who will be coming. And I hope it’s just one gentleman. Last year I had a gentleman and he was training another lady person. But I think one person will be enough, one gentleman. But everything’s been fine. Whenever I have to talk with anyone they’re always very nice and very kind. I don’t see any point in my changing or dropping anything so I’ll just carry on as long as they keep the termites away. If they see any sign of termites they know what to do.

We saw some insects of some kind and we didn’t know if they were termites or not, but Terminix came and checked them out. I called them and they were right on time. The rep was very polite and helpful. The guy that came out looked at the problem, told us what it was and that was it. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He recognized immediately that the insects were flying ants, and we took care of them. Everything was fine and I was happy with what they did. They were very cooperative, polite and looking to service. I would recommend them.

We are regularly scheduled with Terminix. Before, I just call their main number and it's very easy scheduling service with them. Now, I just call the technician. I have his number. Then they just look at when they are going to be available. They also let me know in advance that they are coming. The technician shows up on time, is courteous, friendly, and helpful as well. And I love the technician that comes. He does a great job. He has been our technician for a while and I would hate it if we lose him. I definitely would recommend Terminix.

Terminix just did their quarterly inspection and they went around and inside the house. They email me to let me know that their regularly-scheduled appointment is coming up. And then I'll get a text message that the technician is on his way. We've had Terminix for six months now, and the first time that the technician came here, he explained a long talk, and then he just did his thing when he did the follow-ups.

I've got bugs so I signed up for a quarterly visit with Terminix about three months ago. On my first round, a technician came in, looked to see if we had anything left and everything went well. He asked if I had any questions, thanked me and then he left. I had a hard time finding the correct phone number at first but I was able to get it. Their rep Kim came out, answered all my questions and gave me her number in case I needed to contact her again about anything. I'd tell my friends that Terminix is good to use.

I have a contract with Terminix for a yearly termite check. They were here a couple of weeks ago but I did not get contacted. The regular route person was training someone new and it was luck that I happened to be at home the day they came. I’m not normally home, but it worked out and everything was fine. The technician was very good and professional. We discussed the fact that I didn’t know about their coming and he said that he had tried to call. Other than that, he asked if he could go through the inspection and he introduced me to the other person. I took my dog for a walk while they were there and when I came back, they had finished and everything was okay. We have no termites anymore and I enjoy doing business with Terminix. We are satisfied with them and I would recommend others to use them.

Scheduling a service with Terminix went well. They originally scheduled me for a date that I couldn’t make and they accommodated the date that was more feasible for me. Their technician showed right on time and looked around the house. Fortunately, I didn’t have any termites. However, the maintenance fee is deterrent so most people can’t afford it. If they can reduce the annual fee, that would be most beneficial.

We have two contracts with Terminix. One is for the termites in the whole house and the other one is for the pest control. We like the Terminix technician, Dina, that's been coming out to our house since we started using them three years ago. She explained a lot of things about the termites and the inspection that she was doing. She also gave me a lot of information on what to do to protect the house and she respects it when I tell her not to go in our master bedroom. She knows the whole house now.
Usually when we go on their website, it would tell us when is our next available service. Then Dina would call us a day before to make sure that we still want to keep that appointment. If we didn't agree, we could always reschedule on the website. She's always on top of things and we like that she calls and if we didn't answer she would leave me a message. So, we really love the services that she’s been providing. We also like that they let us know weeks before the appointment so we could move our calendar to make it fit. We love that option.
There is another local company in town, Junior’s Pest Control, that's been reaching out to us and saying they could give us a better offer. But we said no. We’ve been dealing with Terminix for years now and we're comfortable with them. We trust their technician, their price is affordable, and their service really works. They would take care of the pest going on our house, which I saw the first three months when they sprayed the house inside. Then I saw the big change after the first fumigation.
Plus, my wife and I like the idea of dealing with Dina for a while. We could approach her and we know who’d be coming in the house, how long the service would last, and why she'd be doing certain things. If we had questions, she would answer them or give us the answer later. But usually when she'd come out, she'd do what she was supposed to do. We're all happy. So far, we have no problems with pests in our home. Once in a while, we see one or two insects or roaches but that’s because when we open a door they come in. Last year, I recommended them to my brother’s church where they were having a roach problem. Terminix came out and they were really pleased with the company, too.

Terminix is very professional and you can see the difference when they come out. You can see that something was accomplished. My ant problem started a long ago and a Terminix tech comes out to take of it. The last time I scheduled the service, I called. The tech came in right where he needed to spray in. Our ant problem situation is better than it was. But with these ants, it seems like if the tech sprays one hole where they showed up one time and then he comes out and treats it, they seem to have just moved to a different area. They weren't in the guest bathroom before but now they're there.

I have a problem with cockroaches and I called Terminix to help me out. I've been working with them for a year now and so far, my experience has been great. They come out every 90 days unless I call them out. They're very cordial and I don't have any issues with their employees. When their tech comes in, he makes sure to spray the problematic areas and the service has been good. But I would recommend that they do a whole deep spray every time. The pests are still pretty active these days and I need to schedule another appointment for them to come back in and do the wing or decoy spray.

When Terminix first called, I was up in Senior Citizen and I told that I will be the house in 10 minutes. And when I got there, the lady was already out spraying there. My house was built with old cinder blocks and it had termites. But I thought that it was unusual for the technician to start before I even got to the house. Also, I pay Terminix $240 down and then I pay $77 every three months. The recent technician that I had said he added that to keep it a year. But the last time he was here, I told him that I don't need another and would want to drop it now. But he said I had to talk to someone from his office. Other than that, Terminix has done a good job. They killed out the house pests, so I'm happy.

A year or two after we moved into our house 54 years ago, we had a problem and called Terminix. We've had them ever since and we kept them because I feel I need the protection. If anything happens and if we ever get a termite again, we're covered and they will come out and take care of the problem. We pay the one year sum once a year for that. That's something I don't worry about because I know it will be taken care of. Also, I call them in a heartbeat if I see something and they do what I ask. I had them for the termite inspection, they come one-time inside the basement and walk around because I told them I have a few spiders when spring starts. We also had some camel crickets one year so, I called them and they came out. We thought that the problem was gone but it came back. I called them again and they were there.
But my husband has had a problem. The gentleman rubbed him in the wrong way and he was not happy. The guy would call me on the phone and say, "I'm coming out. But if I see your husband's truck there, I won't stop." But I really give him credit. He works with me. I always pick a day and they're very, very good to work with me. But one gentleman came for a bug inspection and I wasn't home. He called me and I said I would not be home. They wanted to come in January and I said no. We got snow all over the yard and they scheduled it for February. The gentleman called me recently for the termite and I said, "This is a terribly busy week." He said, "It's okay. Call me back at the end of the month. And let me know and we'll schedule it." So far it has been good.

Terminix calls and says when they’re coming every time. They come, do their job, and then they go. If we have an issue in between, they come and take care of it to the best of their ability. But you have to be patient with pest control because you have rats one day and it doesn’t mean they’ll be gone the next. I had a spider problem, they came in and did their spray job. I had a lot of dead spiders in the house but they vacuumed it right up and I haven't seen a spider since. I've been using Terminix for years and I think they’re extremely good. They’ve been an excellent company to deal with.

The gentleman from Terminix that comes out and does our service is a fantastic individual. When I open the door and I see that it's him it just pleases me to no end. He's just a true gentleman. He comes for an exterior spray and a couple times of times now he seems to step in the house and he's been more than glad to start spraying around where I've seen insects. And the last couple of times there haven't been anything inside. He always got a pleasant smile. He's very professional and very thorough. And we're not having any problems with insects.
They just reach out to us when it's time to come and say "We're coming on Tuesday between 9:00 and 11:00, is that okay?" And then I unlock the back gate when it's time. I find a couple of cobwebs in the corner here and there but seeing any signs of insects is not happening. Their employees have been very professional, extremely courteous and seem like a great group of people. They seem to enjoy what they're doing and I like their company. I would recommend Terminix in a heartbeat. Keep it up.

The Terminix technician was very prompt. He called me the day ahead of time for our service and then, he called me when he was just minutes away to let me know. And on the day of the spray, he was very efficient and was in and out. He was a very nice person to talk to as well. We have a quarterly maintenance check from Terminix. And it has been six months since we signed up with them. We moved here a year and a half ago. And we had a different service provider but the person wasn't always showing up when he would schedule. And they were trying to charge us for times when they haven't even been here. So, my daughter said we should find us somebody else, and I did.
When we first signed up, the people that we dealt with were very pleasant. They gave me all the information that I would need. We had Terminix over about two weeks ago for a routine spray. They come out every quarter where they send an email to schedule. If there is a need to change that, I change it. When the techs come out, I tell them if I had any problems. It has been very good since our service with them, and it is making a difference on our pest activities at home.

Terminix comes quarterly and sprays the camel crickets and spiders that I have here. They tell me when they're coming and if it doesn't work for me, I call them back and we work on a date that works for me and them. The guy that came in recently was fantastic. I wanted a steady guy so they gave me this guy. He asked me where I wanted him to go and he’ll go downstairs to the basement, in the garage and go around the house. He was very good. I asked him to put something on his feet because I don't want him dirtying my rug, and he did. The guy was courteous and accurate. I've had a lot of different technicians here but I like this one a lot, and I want to keep it this way.

My experience with Terminix has been good. I've had two experiences. One is that they came out and did a super job with checking the house for termites. It was our yearly inspection and they were very thorough. They were careful not to harm any of our ventilation or gut work because we have some special gut work and treatment to keep them nice and tight and within our house.
On the other side of the coin, I have a second experience that not so good. We had termites last year and Terminix came out. Because they didn’t catch them, they treated them and did all that. There was a damage, so they worked on that damage, but they did not complete it. The workman left and never came back. So just recently, I called and they sent someone out to take pictures. They did come out but they have not done a thing about the work or what should have been done. But, that has been two months ago. Nevertheless, the techs were very friendly and very helpful. Both of them were absolutely fantastic.

When I was buying a house, they told me I need to get a Terminix termite treatment just in case. Their rep was straight with me. In scheduling, they call me a day ahead of the time. Whenever they call me, they call my sister because I'm barely at home. I haven't seen any pest yet, but I had some mice and they ain't there anymore. However, it was not because of them. The sticky trap did not work and so they put some poison down. Nevertheless, if I have a problem, they will try to take care of it right there. I haven't even been with them for a year yet, but they do their job.

We transferred from Texas and we were on a quarterly contract with Terminix down there. When we moved here to Destin, our service was supposed to be quarterly, too. But after we had our first service, a month later, there was a notification of a second service. So Brian, the tech we've been dealing with, called us and said he wasn't sure why the system was sending him another appointment. He told us he'd call his manager and get that fixed. We did get another service appointment notification and we canceled it. So, we need to follow up on that.
When Brian came out for our first service before we moved into this house, he did a thorough spraying of the entire outside of the house, then went through the entire inside of the house. He sprayed in wherever he saw that there were areas that bugs could get in like under the sinks. He also followed up and he’s been wonderful to work with. He explained so much to us when he was here and we were very happy with him.
So far, we’ve had ants around the kitchen window and I used a regular Raid Ant Killer on them. It took about two attempts to get rid of them, but it's been pretty good since then. Also, I have a seven-year-old and he likes to eat at the bar stools. And I noticed some ants on the floor near where he eats which is from food dropping on the floor. But I also sprayed down there and the ants have been gone since then. So, in general, considering that we leave the doors open a lot and we’ve got a little one around, the pest activity has been really low. So, we’re happy with that.

Terminix takes care of everything for me and they do their job properly. I had an issue a while back but the manager took it in so I’m back with them. I keep them and I've been a Terminix customer for about 5 years now. I don't have a contract with them but they come out once a month. They call me to schedule the service, which is good as I’m an owner-operator and I’m really busy all the time. When I’m able to be there, most of the time, they spray the outside. I also try to make it where I can get my tenant to open the door for them. Last week, my tenant went to open the garage and the remote didn’t work. So all they did was the outside. Still, the technician has been good and a really nice guy. Since starting the service with Terminix, we haven’t seen that many pests. There are times my kids will say that there’s a bug and we also used to have an issue with daddy long legs but I haven’t seen one for long. All in all, I tell others to get Terminix.

When Terminix contacted me and said that they needed to come out and check my bait traps, I said “Well, I’m available, this day, this day, this day”, and then they just showed up. Luckily I was here because they can’t get into where the traps are. That was one thing that I wasn’t too pleased about because they need to schedule me. I would have liked a heads-up. I could have been in the shower, I also have three dogs that are trained to an invisible fence, they don’t get out of the way of a car, and if they would have pulled in, I don’t want to be liable. And then I have a sign out there that says I have an invisible fence, but a lot of people don’t take heed of that. Nevertheless, they were very polite when they were here. They checked my traps and gave me some tips on the things I could do. I’ve had three different people out three different times.
Also, I had a three-month package. And then, they called me to come back. I thought they were checking my traps, but they did something and I got charged $159, so, I don’t understand — is that a three-month thing that I get charges again? The next time they contact me to come, like the last time they came, I said “No, I just want to make sure there’s no charge for this visit because I’ve already been charged”. I will check on that next time. Nevertheless, what they do is excellent to get rid of the rodents. It is a good place to go if you want to get rid of mice or bugs.

Scheduling with Terminix is automated. They let me know a few days in advance that they’re going to be here and then when the technician is on his way, he texts me. The quarterly service is a really good option because it doesn’t allow things to get out of control. It just stays at a minimal level. The technician, Kyle, recently came out and he sprayed around the house, then he also brought some mouse traps for the inside of my garage. They’re always really good, and I like the fact that it’s the same technician every time.

We’ve had Terminix for over 10 years and since we initially had the termite problem, we haven't had any other issues with the bugs coming back. Besides the termite protection, Terminix comes out four times a year for carpenter ants, spiders and other critters. We live in very sandy soil area, so we're bound to have issues no matter what. Once in a while I’ve had some ants out in my landscaping beds. But whenever we’ve had any issues they come right out, even though they’ve just done a treatment. If I called them Monday, before the end of the week they’re usually out there. When I needed some more help with the mice, they dropped off extra traps and set them up for me. And there’s no charge either.
The only thing I noticed this time was that they neglected to let me know that my plan was gonna expire in April and they needed to come out. It was a good thing I was on top of it and I called them to make sure they came out to inspect. They apologized and got somebody right out within a matter of three days. The rep also said it was because something was wrong with what they were trying. They were trying not to do calls anymore. They were gonna be doing emails. Otherwise, they’re usually very good about scheduling the visit. They would call and leave messages.
When I had my yearly inspection for the termite plan, the gentleman was very courteous and careful. He explained a lot of things while he was here and asked me if I had any other issues with the pests besides the termites. I have some issues with the chipmunks and some field mice so he gave me some pointers. He put some of the mousetraps and the steel wool pieces to prevent the mice from getting into certain areas. He was very good. Aside from him, I’ve had really nice techs come out too and we’ve had a very positive experience.

We have a condo in Florida and we have used Terminix on a regular basis until we had the flood. We hadn't had any of the exterminators there the whole time it was out. It was a second home for us and we couldn't go back there and stay anymore. We had to take all of our furniture out and put it in storage and the contractors would leave the doors open that let the bugs in. So, as soon as we could start moving back in, I called and requested they come and start on a regular basis for us.
They sent a young lady and she did the service all over the condo. Also she went upstairs and put some kind of sticky stuff that traps the rodents and they caught one in the trap. She had all these little things everywhere and my husband thought it worked, but he keeps a lot of his fishing gear in the attic and it got all over his clothes. He's not blaming her for it, but we don't want those sticky traps anymore.
Our experience has always been pretty good. We would see something every once in a while or one will come flying out when my husband would pull down the steps into the attic. It wasn't so bad but to me, one is bad. But after the girl was there, everything was fine except for the glue. We didn't see any bugs anywhere so we're very satisfied with what they did and I would recommend them to a friend.

I was supposed to get an exclusion for my residence. But the technicians came really late at the end of the day. Then they gave me an excuse. They said, "Oh, we're just going to come back tomorrow." Something about the holes but they never made it back. Also, it's been really delayed 'cause when I first signed up for Terminix's services, I was supposed to finance the price and the guy never came back out to have me sign the papers. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for the guy. It says online that I owe $1,000 but I'm not going to pay $1,000.
As far as service, it's not really good. I've called them several times. And I am yet to receive any callback. The only way I got to call back is 'cause I called the 1-800 number. The associates also explained to me that their technician's going to do the best he could but he couldn't fix what they were supposed to fix before. But he could arrange for it to be done. And the technician said, "Sure. I'll keep calling other people." And I guess he made a couple calls to make sure that everything that I wanted happens. Today he came out and put the traps, but as far as the exclusion, not really. He said that I have an appointment for Monday, for a review of my exclusion. Also, the pest activity around our property slightly increased.

We have a quarterly service from Terminix where their technician sprays the yard and if I need anything in the house, they do the house too. I also have a contract with them where they come to check for termites. The reps on the phone were very nice. They've always been very considerate with scheduling a service. If for some reason I couldn't do it, there was no problem with them.

My Terminix experience has been very favorable. We have a contract with them where they come every quarter and our technician is just wonderful. He calls in advance right before the visit and spends a lot of time explaining to us what's going on. He’s always good about calling ahead and we’re very pleased with the level of service. Our experiences have been simple but it works well. We’ve had multiple different pesticides, insecticide vendors over the last couple decades and Terminix had been better than any of them.

We get quarterly service from Terminix and their technician is a great guy. After his visit he leaves a note at the end of what he did. Since the service the pest activity has overall been limited. But Terminix is getting expensive compare to its peers so I probably could go out and shop it down to 15%, 20% if I wanted to. But I would still recommend them.

When Terminix came a couple of months prior, we called them because our son thought we had some termites in our eaves. We called Terminix because that was who they use and they came out. There were two or three of them, and they checked the whole house and there was no termite. We were a little disgruntled with the spray outfit that we had and so we discussed with them. We approached them with it about their spraying and what they did, that we did not want them to come in the house -- we wanted it sprayed well on the outside.
It was then scheduled for them to come out in January, and then it was good for three months. They did a good job. The young man who sprayed outside talked to my husband and told him what he found, and where he found the ants. We were glad that he had spotted them and we were pleased. He explained a few things to my husband, and my husband was quite impressed with him that he knew what he was doing. He was polite and quite thorough. Since the service, there has been nothing outside anymore. They have sprayed really good so there was nothing inside and everything has been fine. The technician comes at different times on different months to check on all the traps that we have down and he sprays whenever he needs to. We have a daycare into the building that he cannot come until after a specific time and he has worked really well with us. We have flies in our sanctuary and the technician has been trying to help us resolve the issue and think of a solution. We appreciated that help. It wasn't something that we decided to do, but he went over and above in an effort to help us with it. We've also had problems with spiders at times and he has done a better job of killing the food source, so our traps are not nearly as full of spiders as they have been.
We work with some of our service providers that give us a discount if we pay a year ahead and they often initiate. But it seems like I always have to struggle to get a bid with Schendels. It's almost like pulling teeth to get that from them versus other companies who contact us. I've been here for 20 years and we've always had them. Offering an incentive would be helpful, especially to longstanding customers like us.

I'm satisfied with Terminix's work. They mostly come out to the house on Charlton street for termite inspection, to keep it up to date with termites every year. They usually send me something in the mail to schedule if they can, which I like. They do fine work.

There was a mouse problem in our house so I called Terminix and the technician they sent was a great guy. He showed me how to trap the mouse and he came daily for 2 days and got the mouse. But he also puts lots of traps everywhere and it has been more than a month and nothing else. Hopefully that was only one mouse. I was very pleased with him. He was perfect, very knowledgeable and pays attention. I am very pleased so far. I am looking forward to have the spiders out and the other stuff.

Last year, we saw some fleas in the porch room. Then the flea problem kept getting worse. The fleas were all throughout the house and we didn't know how they got there. We're as tidy as anyone you're ever going to find. We didn't have any cats or dogs, and no one had brought any animal over. But we've seen some raccoons on the patio that and that was the only thing I can figure that they could have come from. We tracked nine of the raccoons and shot them.
They were so many fleas that they would get on us. We couldn't go on the front porch so we had to stay outside, wipe ourselves down and shake our clothes off. But we probably were dragging them in. We put the whole living room set in the dumpster. I also took all the exterior furniture on the porch by the tractor bucket, carried them to the rear of the property and burned them. Even the Grapevine Christmas Tree, I burned it.
When I called Terminix, scheduling the service was extremely easy. Sometimes, I would call them. Sometimes, they would call me. When the technicians would come out, we would still have the fleas 10 days later so I would call them. Then 10 days later, I would call them again. After multiple trips, we started seeing less. But I am dissatisfied with the experience of what they use 'cause I don't think that it's up to par to kill fleas. There were too many applications to try to get rid of the fleas. Terminix needs something that also kills the larva, not just the flea.
I also had a bad experience with the technician one time. I didn't know he was coming and he said he didn't see anything on the front porch. He had grey pants on and dark work boots and I had just told him myself to get ready for work. But he was on the phone, telling them that he didn't see anything. He was supposedly a supervisor. I went out there even though I had just finished showering to get ready for work and the fleas were all over my legs. I said, "See. Look, look, look." Then I had to go around, spray myself with Raid and then go in and take another shower.
But for the most part, they really tried hard to get rid of them. The recent service was great too. The technician called me and let me knew he was coming. The work was on the exterior only and he did everything he was supposed to do. I haven't seen any fleas inside the house for a little bit of time and I'm hoping this long drawn out cold weather that we're having in Ohio kills them out. The sad part is, they say that the fleas' eggs can lay dormant for a year and then hatch out.

I've been with Terminix for six years now or longer. My dogs are getting ticks from the backyard, so I tried to go ahead and get that taken care of. Scheduling with them has always been fantastic, and their tech has been very positive every time. They've been doing really good, and I haven't seen any pest activity around the house. If someone asked me about pest problem, I would say about this.

We had some mice nest that was located in the attic. We called Terminix and asked them to take care of it. They sent a guy out who investigated and then, two or three days later, technicians came out and treated the insulation. They put the live traps on the outside and plugged up all the holes that the mice can get out of and went from there. The guy was good and friendly. He had two trainees with him who were basically learning the ropes of what they’re supposed to be doing. My overall experience is very good and I’m very satisfied.

Terminix comes for quarterly spray and they're doing a good job. They came, treated my backyard, then they left. I haven't had any signs of bugs. On rare occasions, depending on the weather, I see the roaches. But, I haven't seen those in a long time. The technicians are courteous. They show up at the front door and I open the back gate. And they knock to say that they're done. Terminix also tells me when the next visit is coming up. It works. I'm glad that they notify me now because I need to be home when they show up.

If anybody is seeing insect problems, I would definitely recommend Terminix. I initiated our original call to Terminix because we were having great big black ants showing up primarily in the spring. They came out and treated both the interior and the exterior of the house and put in termite traps. We probably overdid it as we got sold a lot of services that I don't know for sure we need. But nothing bad had happened since so I can't argue with the outcome. Now, we get a routine quarterly check and the tech comes around, replaces the mice traps that we have around near the house and he sprays around the foundation for insect control. He sprays where he's supposed to, says "Thank you", then goes home and we usually have no problem with them.
In scheduling the service, we get an email that the tech likes to come at a certain time and we confirm that that's convenient. He has been reliable and he shows up when he says he's going to be. We haven't seen any pest activity now. If all of a sudden we find we have a termite problem then they're going to hear from us. But so far, everything appears to be good.

My experience with Terminix was okay. Terminix reps have always been very friendly. If I have something extra to ask for like if a trap is broken and they need to fix it, they usually comply with it. They are there if I want to call them and have them come out. Right now, it’s just routine stuff and they haven’t found any pest activity in years.
Last time, I didn’t get the text that the guy was coming till after he was already there. It was not a big deal, though. He did a fine job. And in front of my house, I had thrown down a bunch of molts on a garden and I can’t find the trap, neither could he. So he said, I needed to get a hold of Terminix customer service and have somebody come out with something that would detect the trap. So I was just waiting until the weather has gotten nicer. If their technicians want to come out and do it, I’m out of town but there are other people at home. Either they come out and just put a stick there so I know where it is and I don’t cover it up again or we can wait a couple of weeks to do it.

We're in the woods and there are a lot of animals in the backyard but we haven't had any problem right now within the house. We have been with Terminix for a long time now. It's for upkeep. They're very good at scheduling and the technicians would call. The technician also used to come in and he came in more if I got a mouse. But for years now, he just does the outside. He still comes when the snow is so high though, and I wonder how much he can do then. I think it's wasteful. But otherwise, they're good at their job.

Terminix recently came out to do an exterior treatment. There’s been a couple of times in the last year where I couldn’t log in or could not get a telephonic communication saying they were coming and I came home from picking up or dropping off the kids and he’s been there already. But we fixed that. I got the phone number for the actual technician and he’d text me now. He was very professional. The pest activity has not been eliminated but it has been controlled. We didn’t get held-up to kill the bugs off for they were always around. Terminix is effective and reliable, overall.

Terminix has great, friendly people. One time, I called them because we had a bad experience with one of the workers. I talked to a gentleman and he went through some stuff with me and apologized for everything. They sent out someone who calls himself the bug doctor and he was super duper friendly. That aside, they come out every 90 days. It has been close to a year now and the service has created a hundred percent turnaround for us. When we first called we had seen some roaches and we had really bad ants. After a couple of treatments, they pretty much solved the problem except the ants. We were told that we would probably never ever get rid fully of ants but we can take control of a few of them. Other than that, the roaches were gone completely. So they did a good job in putting bait in certain areas, and I would recommend them.

I called Terminix and told them that I had a roach problem and fleas. They had some guy come out and he didn’t even get into my house, and then he had to leave. Then Terminix called somebody else that came out two hours later. The tech that came was fast. He’s supposed to be coming back out here to spray for fleas, but other than that, it’s been great. He did a really good job and he was very knowledgeable. He put some bait out, and the roaches have been eating it and dying. The reps were good as well. They understood what I was talking about and helped me get these roaches out of my house.

I think Terminix's pricing is awfully high and I won't be using them anymore after my year's up which is next month. Whenever I want them to do something, they say they can't do that because they don't have this or that. I told them to fix something and they say they can't do that and they don't do that. And then they go on about their way. When we call them to come back on certain things, I never hear from them. They were called two or three things on cockroaches that we've been trying to get rid of. They came out one time and they waited and waited and I called them a time or two and they waited until it was time for them to come back again and then when they went to do it, I tell them, "Well, hey, I still have this problem." So, they'll do something else.
A couple of times, they said, "It was on the ground. We can't spray for termites. You ought to get somebody else to come in and take care of that." And all they had to do was just spray around it. They said I don't have any entrance. I told them it's over there by the garage. And they said it's just for the garage. They didn't spray for termites. And they turned me down two or three times because I have the furnace on a bench down there but it was treated wood and they still wouldn't spray. So, I didn't use them anymore and got somebody who went up underneath there, put some rock underneath it and then sprayed down. It was a simple fix. And Terminix wouldn't do it.
And they say to call them if I need anything but when I call them, they never come back. I'm dissatisfied with Terminix. Before, I was really proud of them and I used to have a lot of faith in them. They did a great job for me. When we first moved in this house, they sent us the bill to continue on the Terminix and the spraying. So we assumed that this is going to continue on because they were talking about it when they came out. And then they waited about two or three years and then they finally come out and wanted this and that and I said, "Okay. Well, I can't afford the other right now. In about six months, I'll be able to. But I can afford to take that spraying for the bugs." And they said, "Okay." They were supposed to come out every month and I've only seen them once every three months. I just lost confidence in them.
I wouldn't recommend Terminix because they don’t do what they say they will do. And when you pay them a large sum of money for a year and they don’t try to work with you to get something done or fix it or have you fix it and then spray, they don’t even do that. All they've got to say is, "Okay, we can't spray it until you fix it. This is how I would suggest you fix it so that we can spray." Then I would have done that. And I would still have good praise for them but not the way they did it.

My current pest control guy from Terminix, Daniel, comes back every three months for the pest control service. He is very good and personable. But the corporate office is two or three states away. One time, they had me scheduled for inspection at 6:00 to 7:00 on a Saturday and I waited there. Then I called them that Monday and they said they had a computer glitch. Also, I don't check my email a lot and they would just schedule something and put it in my email. Sometimes I would find it and then I would just sit there, and I would call Daniel and we would get it straightened out. Everything works fine as long as I stay in touch with the local guys.
The local guys that come and meet you face-to-face and deliver the product are the ones that make or break the service. I've known these guys for years and they're the reason why I keep Terminix. If my friends would ask me about Terminix, I would tell them to make friends with the technicians and get their cellphone number because if they have any discrepancies or problems with the home office, scheduling appointments, the local guys work it out and make sure everything goes smoothly for them.

I have spiders so I called Terminix. I have been with them for a couple of months now and since the beginning of my service, I have had three technicians and all of them have been very professional and very respectful. They just come and they do their service. I have not seen anything suspicious or any weird activity other than what they need to do. They have been right between the hours they agree, too. I have seen a couple of spiders still, but I understand that the service is not going to eradicate all of the insects. I've seen the usual, but not as many as there were before. Once in a while, I would see one or two and I would get rid of it. But, I'm pretty satisfied with the service.
With regard to scheduling, however, I don't want to say unprofessional, but because they try to book and I understand they need clients, sometimes from my side, I feel that, since my hours are not that flexible as I own a business, I have to accommodate certain times. And when I have called, I have received kind of rude. But I don't think it was more like the manner of how they tried to say it, it just sounded unprofessional.

Our technician, Lee, is outstanding. He calls ahead of time and lets me know when he's coming. And he asks if he needs to bring anything extra or everything I need to kill spiders. And if not he'll bring something that I need. And since I am handicapped, he's very careful around everything and he does all the corners of the house, all the rooms and the bathrooms really well. He makes sure he gets everything done and makes sure I don't have any bugs or any spiders. He's really good in his job. Now, I don't see anything at all. And I live on a lake, so we always have a spider problem but he gets them all the time. However, I thought the price of Terminix was getting a little higher and I was thinking about switching but I don't want to lose Lee, so I'm not going to switch.

Terminix schedules for me and I don’t have to worry about it. I use them for general maintenance and every time they come by, they want money so I send in money, it makes them happy and they keep coming back. The techs do a good job and they're friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m pleased with their service.

Last year, I got Terminix and they did pretty good. They came out once, hooked the stuff up and put the termite canisters in. The technician didn't do a very good job though. I mowed down four of them and he should have put them lower. But they came back and redid the canisters. But then I got my first statement for this year and it was a lot more than I was told it was going to be. So I called the agent and he told me that he would take care of it and they would send me a new statement. I haven't got that statement yet but I hope they do me right.

Terminix tech came out to the house and walked around. He was here for about five to 10 minutes and left. He did the quarterly inspection and he did okay. I've been with them for about five years already. However, since we started having the service, the pest activity has been about the same -- it has not been bad or worse. Explore all the options.

I've been with Terminix for a couple of years now. They come out every three months. It started off with a major ant problem that was inside the house. We just kept having a foundation and everything around the house sprayed when their technician comes out. We haven't seen anything inside now so we're not having the inside treated, just the outside.
We had a complementary service done to see how our attic looked upstairs and they discovered that there was a hole in the area. Right now, we're sticking out in the roof. We're thinking of possibly adding an additional 19R for the insulation. In the spring, we'll contact our current roofer to come out and see what Terminix was talking about. So we're holding off on the insulation right now. So far, we don't have any problem on the foundation at all because of every three months treatment. We were pleased with what has been done as far as the spring of the foundation and around the windows except for the situation upstairs in the attic.

Terminix told us they had experience and could solve our needs but they could not. They just want to upsell insulation. They were extremely difficult to get in touch with and did not return calls within the stated amount of time. Don't bother, they are too frustrating.

I called them to come out to treat a mice problem. They come charge me $85 put out traps that didn't work. Do a follow up appointment that they claimed was included in my payment of $85. Next thing I know I'm receiving a bill in the mail from them. Needless to say they didn't get rid of the mice. I had to buy something from a store that did the trick. They put out little sticky papers that I had already tried before so I knew they wouldn't work. My gut instinct told me to go with Orkin to begin with. I will never call this company again. ☹️???

I’m on a limited income and the Terminix manager out of Lakewood told me a year ago that I would be paying $70 every quarter. But I’ve been very unhappy about the billing and I've been billed for the wrong amount again, with the amount topped on that I hadn’t paid before and saying my bill is overdue yet I never received a bill. I tried to pay it online with the amount I thought should be, and it wouldn’t let me pay online because it said I had no service agreement. So, I wrote them a letter but I haven’t had a response so I’m a little upset. I got a bill last week and I sent in $70, and the amount of the bill is way more than that. But I’m not going to pay anymore or I’m going to have to cancel.
Other than the billing, Terminix does great service doing the inside of the home, the outside, the garage, and outside around the shed. They call and tell me when they’re coming, and I let them know if I’m not going to be home so they'd change the time. The technician who comes is very professional and does a great job but I wish he’d put shoe covers on his boots when he comes in. I’ve had good technicians and our problem on pest activity has been fine.

I called Terminix because after I'd been here a while, I had a roommate that moved in and brought me some friends from Louisiana. Although I thought I had an infestation, the young man said, "No. You have roaches but you don't have an infestation." He told me that they had to walk blindfolded into a room and they had to tell what the level of roach activity was, which I thought was quite interesting. It worked to an extent but I still found roaches. So, when I talked to the other young man, he said they didn't put the bait because they couldn't come in the house for two hours. He did the job and I haven't had any roaches in my house since. He's friendly and lets me know what he's doing. I have a little dog and she's a house dog but she still likes to bark. So when she starts barking, he'll come and let me know when he gets here and before he starts.
Terminix usually sends me a message on email and tell me when they're coming. I had them once before when I first moved here, then when I had this recent problem, I couldn't find them 'cause they didn't have a local office. I tried the local pest control place and I ended up having them come out eight times in three months. The most number of dead roaches I saw was five and that was because I was standing there while the tech sprayed them, and so I decided I wouldn't go back to them. I was in the service industry for over 30 years and I'm pretty impressed with Terminix's service. I've always recommended them.

Terminix came two years ago because we had some termite damage. They planted the traps, and they’ve been coming back ever since to check on them and to renew them. They usually send me a text to let me know they're coming every quarter. We've had a couple of different technicians and they have been very professional. And we've been happy with Terminix.

Terminix took over from my former company and I've had the service for many years of spraying the outside every other month. Sam comes regularly. He always calls me to remind me when he’s going to be here and tells me if he is about to leave. He also has access even if I'm not at home and he does a great job. I call whenever I need an extra service like when I was having a moth problem and I needed some extra attention. That needed to come on the interior which normally he doesn’t do. It was horrible and they were very hard to get rid of but he persevered and we got rid of them.

Terminix is doing a great job. I really appreciate them and I recommend them anytime anyone asks for pest control. Every time the technician comes in, he introduces himself and puts shoe covers on when he comes into the house. Anytime I have a question he’s ready and really available to answer it but I don’t have any questions either, ‘cause he explains everything. He tells me what he’s going to get done and if there are any problems he’ll be able to show me right away and advise me kind of treatments needs to be done and what further care needs to be done. He’s wonderful. I set up the schedule online, which is fairly easy and quick, but if I’m not there for the visit sometimes, he would give me a call and some feedback then. Since I started with Terminix, the pest activity has definitely decreased. I haven’t seen a lot of spiders and cockroaches, and it seems like Terminix has completely resolved it.

Terminix is an awesome company. They're prompt, courteous, and they work with you. When I've had to change the schedule of a service, we just set it up on the phone at the same time I cancelled it. So, it has been easy. They're here every four months and the same service guy comes out each time. He is awesome and I got my daughter hooked up with him, too. He was here a couple of weeks ago. We weren't seeing any pest inside so we just had the outside treated. And lo and behold, we got 70 degrees and then darn bugs came out on the inside. But it's been okay.

The Terminix technician always lets me know what’s going on and he asks me different questions. Our home has been fine ever since he started servicing it. The latest time he was here, he walked around the outside and then left me a note. So, everything was okay. And my experience with Terminix has been wonderful.

I had termites a few years ago on my patio and I had it enclosed, and someone from Terminix came out then. Now I have a termite protection contract where someone comes out once a year to inspect. I don't think I'm going to renew it though because it keeps going up every year and it's ridiculous. I know termite service can be very expensive, but I'm not in the position to keep doing this. Overall my contact with Terminix has been minimal but I'm very satisfied.

We have a quarterly pest control service from Terminix. The technicians were very nice. They tell you when they’re coming, they always put a little thing on their shoes and they make sure you’re happy. Everything has been good, so far. Terminix has good service.

I've been with Terminix for several years and came with them when I had a termite issue. We started with the system where they put a bait in the ground. I don’t think Terminix still use it but it’s where they put a trap in the ground around the house and put up a little old pine board in there and if termites eat it up, they die. They said that method was better so they talked me into going with that. So far, my experience has been all right. I just have one concern. A few years ago, they talked me into digging a trench around the house and put the fluid in it. But I don’t know whether the termites are gone or not. They say, “Oh, trust us. We’ll pay for it if it didn’t.” But I'm paying to have protection, not repair. I’d rather have them come out every five years and put some more of that stuff in to make sure it’s working.
Nevertheless, they came out for the annual inspection the last time they’ve been here. The technician came in, prepared to do his check throughout the house and garage and around the house and then did his thing and went on. They call me two or three days ahead of time and tell me when they’re coming. We’re retired so we’re here most of the time. The only thing their technicians do is the annual inspection on it since they put that stuff in the ground, and of course, I get a lot of communication from them. I would tell others to try Terminix.

Terminix did a termite treatment for me about a year ago. But being in Phoenix, I also have a lot of aphids and there are scorpions. I have young children so I have regular preventative service with Terminix as well. Our technician, Tim, is excellent and he communicates with me well. He contacted me when he was on his way like I asked, and he came over and sprayed for pests. Terminix is quite a bit more expensive than everybody else but from the lack of pests that I have, I think Tim does a good job of spraying.

Terminix is good and I've always loved them. They email me and tell me when they are coming and give me a number if that's not a good time or day. And if I couldn't do it that day then I would call and tell the tech who gave me one of his cards. Last time, he came in, sprayed my house, and threw a couple of the mouse things up in the attic. Also, I told him that I have more spiders in my house than usual and he said, he'll add such and such and he'll spray a little bit heavier. I really like him and he is nice, considerate, respectful, and knows what he's doing. The pest activity has gone down a whole lot now and I can always tell when it's time for him to come back because I start getting little spiders around. So I'll say, "Well, it's time for Terminix," and I should be getting a call from him very soon.

We had our Terminix service transferred over from our house in Fort Worth to our new house in East Texas and everything was good. I called Terminix, told them that we sold our house and we have a change of address, and gave them all my information and the account. They said that they'll switch everything for me and asked me if I wanted the same service, to which I said yes. The call was probably 20 minutes.
We've only been in the house for 4 months and it's a brand new constructed house so there was no previous problem other than being in an area that used to be a hayfield. The technician who came was Justin and he was great, nice and polite. He was able to explain everything and he briefly talked about the area and what we should expect. It's common for spiders and insects, and he told us that the stuff he was putting out would definitely kill them off or get rid of the problem. He was thorough for what he was doing, so the service is good and we're happy with it.

We have a contracted service with Terminix and we love our technician. His name is Derek and he's super cool and very, very thorough. He always asks us if we were having any problem areas, and he'll cover additional areas that we ask him to. We're just very happy with Terminix and we like their texting system. They're dependable and they get rid of creatures. We'd recommend them.

I've had Terminix for years. They're here on time and they do an excellent job. The technicians change frequently, but I've never had one that did a bad job. They've gotten rid of the termites and the ants, and it's been a long time since I've had any roaches.

We've been subscribed to Terminix for several years now and we mainly got that as a preventative measure. We based mostly on Terminix's reputation and we have two different things with them. They come out quarterly for the pest inspection service and then they come out yearly for the termite inspection and servicing. They call us and we get the automated voicemail saying that someone is scheduled to come for the quarterly or yearly termite service on a certain date. We also get emails but I’m not in my email as frequently. And when the time comes, it’ll give a blocked time, a couple-hour window, when to expect them and then as they are en route they call and let us know that they’re on their way.
The technicians are professional and they have always been kind and courteous. They let me know if they see anything or answer any questions that I might have about how I’ve seen this particular type of insect. If we seem to have a lot of spiders in the garage, they’ll go ahead and spray too. They also dust for cobwebs outside and if they see any wasps' nest starting to build, they remove those as well.
We’ve never had any issues after they’ve come out for their servicing. Ants get in sometimes when it’s really hot outside or it rained. Occasionally we’ll get a few spiders in the garage or in the basement but it’s usually when it turns cold for the season. These are some things that you just can’t avoid and other than the normal stuff that everybody has, we’ve not had a problem with termites. If we did have any concerns, they’ve always addressed them as well. They've always done a really good job and I’d definitely recommend them.

The Terminix technician was fine. He responded back in a professional manner which was cool. I don't have a problem with the scheduling or the person but I have a problem with the product that they're using. They don't last long and it is not strong enough on roaches. It kills some but within 24 hours, it's running back in there like you've never seen them out. I experienced the roaches before in an apartment that I bought before the house. It was privately owned so it was on me to get it treated. I got a guy who was in his personal business and I didn't get bugs for over six months. I'd definitely call him back any time any day but we lost his contact number so we thought Terminix would be it.
The Terminix technician who came in did what he needed to do and was out but the results were bad. I cannot see a significant difference. It was my first experience dealing with Terminix and I was dissatisfied with the product that they used, which was a can of spray like it was brought out of a store. I called them and told them that they should get on that. I'm not going to wipe the toxins on my dishes. I really didn't like that atmosphere. They were scheduled to come back on the 19th.

Every three months Terminix comes and sprays. The routine service is already pre-scheduled for me, and they usually send me emails to tell me it’s time for someone to come out. I had the same technician in the beginning and then started getting different people each time. But they have all been pretty good. They were always nice, very informative and told me what they did. But sometimes calling in is a problem.
There was a time when they had given me a time that someone was going to come but it never happened. I’ve never even got called. So when I called back, I had to explain the whole thing over again, that we have spotted spiders and some roach in our house which we never had before. I don’t know if it was a busy time of the year for them but I got put on the backside twice. Then finally, they sent a technician out here which was perfect. The guy that came was great and he apologized for the phone connection problem. Then he said that the spiders and roaches must have come in with something because he didn't see anything.

We originally called Terminix because we have ants in the house. We've had them for a long time and everything's been smooth. We still get ants sometimes, but we're not having problems with any other bugs, so we just keep using the service. I don't have spiders anymore and I don't have roaches, but ants are really hard to get rid of. The techs call us when they're coming, and they've all been professional and courteous. They're also reliable and they a good job. We also have Terminix for termite protection. When we originally bought the house, somebody else did it and they did it wrong, so we had to have that redone. We haven't had any problems since, so we're really happy with Terminix. It's a good idea to go with them.

Terminix's service is something you can sign up for, and you don't always have to think about it. The tech has been the same guy for a while now and he is really good. When he comes and I'm not home, he always leaves a note about what he's done. Any conversations I've had have been very helpful. He sees things that I don't even see and he takes care of them. He's also very proactive in taking care of things before there's an issue. There are still some things here and there, but overall, it's definitely a huge improvement.

I've always had the same technician for three years and the gentleman's name is Mike. He’s real caring and personable. He makes me feel like I’m their only customer. He always knocks on the door and he always asks how I am and if there were any problems. One time my dog got out and, bless him, he was chasing my dog down the street. He’s really nice and careful too. When I had my dog, he always told me not to let the dog out when something had to dry. I’ve never had to have him come back out because I saw an ant or a spider, and I trust him. I don’t stand there and watch him ‘cause I know that he’ll do what he has to do. He’s going to retire but he’s still going to work a couple of days a week. I told him I hope I'm on his schedule and he told me that I am.
For the service visits, they would call me two days ahead of time and tell me they’re going to be there at a certain time, and they’re always there. I’ve never had them cancel appointments. My next-door neighbor had trouble with her ants and I told her she better call Mike from Terminix. If you have a problem that you need to be solved, those are the people that you need to call. They’re just really good people and there’s no better company to work with.

Terminix usually comes every couple of months to spray our house inside and out. They were here recently for a regular treatment. They called and let us know ahead of time when they were coming so we would be home and they were here when they said they would be. The technician was very professional and speedy. He was neat and clean just like they always are. We've been with Terminix for a little over three years and we've been very pleased overall with them. The technicians have always been quite knowledgeable and good. We've had a mix of technicians depending on what type of process we were having done. So, we haven't had the same person over and over, but we've had the same positive experience with all of their people. They're always timely, and they check ahead of time. And we reschedule if we're not gonna be home. And all of the products have worked very, very well for us.
When we first moved in here, we had a lot of spiders and they have taken care of that. They've done some other larger pieces of work for us that we've been very pleased with as well. We get their mosquito treatment every summertime and we've been very happy with that. We also have had them treat around the house for termites, so we don't have any. If you want a reputable company with good service and technicians, give Terminix a call.

Our Terminix service is perfectly fine and quite acceptable as always. They do a regular preventative service for pests and fortunately, they keep track of the schedule for me because I’m not good at that thing. They call and let me know when somebody is coming and make sure that it’s convenient. I've had lovely interactions with the technicians and they have changed over time. I’ve had Terminix for a long time so it has to change and the techs generally retire first. It’s been the same man generally over the course of several visits, and he's nice. He comes to the door and lets me know he’s there then he goes about his business outside. Very occasionally, I will see a pest crawling across the floor and so I panic and call them. I don’t expect it especially if it’s an awful cockroach or some such things. It happens really very seldom but when it happens, Terminix responds and react. They’ve very courteous and I really like them.

I had an empty house and I was gonna sell it. We had some snakes around and mice. I had a Terminix guy come out. He was good and he knew what he was doing. The experience was good. I'm on a contract now and they come out every three months but I can call them too if I need them. Scheduling is on an automated system but they do send me e-mails occasionally to give me a heads up that I can schedule a service. And when they come and check the house, they call me and let me know when they’re coming up and if I needed anything. I'm happy with it. The technicians were nice. If I tell them to do something, they say okay and they’ll get it handled. I don’t have any mice or snakes in the house anymore. Terminix is too high but I would recommend them.

I’ve been using Terminix for five years, but my mom had had them since 2009 before she passed away. The only tech I’ve had some good luck with is Jon, and he's been excellent with me. He came out one time for us when we had a problem with bedbugs. From then on, I call him when I have a problem, he gets his manager involved and he gets it taken care of. Any of the other guys I deal with or even when I call, in I get a lot of problems as far as them making appointments and not keeping them, or making appointments and not telling me. I’d get a text saying, "Your annual inspection is not completed," when it was totally completed. So, it's a little confusing. It’s like one person doesn’t know what the next person is doing. But we got it all straightened out and everything was fine after all of that.
I’ve only had to call them once aside from every time they come out every quarter because we had spiders in the house. That’s no big deal to me, but they came out and took care of it. I’ve already referred somebody to Terminix earlier this week 'cause she wasn’t happy with the company she had. I told her about Jon and how he got everything done for us, and how they always came out and did what they were told they needed to do. So, she's getting an appointment with Terminix to have her stuff taken care of.

My experience with Terminix has always been very good. I get a service call every three months. I make a phone call and tell them when they’re gonna be available and they’ll tell me when they’ll be here. Their technicians have always been very accommodating, very courteous, and did a very good job. So far, there are still mice problems. They come from across the field. Other than that, we don’t have pests. I'd tell a friend that Terminix is a very good company. They’re very accommodating and they’re very professional in all aspects. However, they keep raising the rates too often, which is my only complaint.

I've always loved Terminix and I've always had good people. They used to send me flyers to say when they were coming and I'd call somebody here and I'd always switch it and make it work. But now they send me an email. And I didn't write it down last time so when somebody rang the doorbell, I didn't get it because I was taking a break. It might have been my new exterminator and I missed him. So I asked him to call me before he came because the other guy used to.
I used to have the same technician and I had a real good system down with him. The new guy is very nice but I'm having trouble connecting with him on calling me before he comes. So, every time seems to be an issue. When I called him, I spoke with great detail but I was actually talking to the answering service. So now I'm still waiting for them to call back. We're happy with the service but it just seems to be a hassle every time we had to schedule or reschedule.

The Terminix technician that comes out is really friendly. They typically spray the inside and we’re satisfied with what they’re doing. However, there’s supposed to be an inspection guy that inspects the house, but I’m not really sure if or when he’s coming out.

We've been with Terminix for about five years and in the beginning, we had the same guys coming. Now, they're often rotating. Still, my interactions with them have been very good. They contact me and then one of them would be in here. Being in Northeast Ohio, sometimes the weather is a little difficult but they are still making our calls. And when they're here, we would discuss. We would still get the odd bug here and there but nothing out of the ordinary.

We have Terminix do our annual maintenance checkup. We weren't home when they did the recent service, but they were able to do it. Their technicians have all been great when I happened to be there as they came out. They were friendly, knowledgeable, but they were not intrusive. They check in, do the work, then they debrief us on what happened and they leave. It was pretty easy. The work is good and things seem to go well.

Every three months, Terminix comes out. I contacted them through internet and I put a note on my upcoming appointment. My service guy texts me back prior to his visit, asking me what the problem was. And he's going to fix it. It's been managed well and I like the service. They did my service last month. A friendly gentleman rang the bell and told me what he's going to do. He asked if I had any questions, and chatted a bit. And then, he told me he was done and left. I've been happy with them so far. They’re a little high though.

The Terminix techs came out to do our pest control service and to check for termites. We're trying to keep on top of the pests that are here. They've been in many times and they know the house well. If I have to schedule a service, I just phone them up and tell them I needed them to come out to check the traps and if there isn't any new way that they could get into the house. The tech has been very good and he knows where the traps are. Our service with Terminix has not eradicated the pest problem but it got it under control. And while the service is good and the techs do a good job, Terminix is a little expensive. It would be better for me if it was more economical.

Our technician was good. He was nice and personable. But the only issue I had was the fact that when he came in, my wife was in another room working from home and he was talking to somebody from his company and they were talking about scheduling another job and he was pretty loud. I felt it was a little unprofessional. Why couldn't he take out their conversation outside the house knowing that somebody was working from home there? Other than that, we haven't had any problem with the spray equipment and they are always ready to come out when I call them. But I wouldn't recommend Terminix because there are other companies that are less expensive than them, and I don't know exactly what they are doing and the chemicals they are using.

Terminix is a reputable company. Recently, they came in to treat ants at my rental property, so I wasn’t there. But I have been speaking with the tenants and they told me that they had seen ants that are either dead or dying, so the treatment is working. Also, scheduling was very easy.

Terminix came out to do the yearly termite inspections for the insurance and we were able to get an appointment with them on a day that worked for us. Unfortunately, the tech was running a little bit behind because the other technician evidently got sick and he wound up having to catch the slack up. But he kept calling us and letting us know how his day was progressing. When he finally came, he went underneath and checked the house and then gave us a clear and concise report along with any corrections which were none that we needed to do.
I have had some bad experiences in the past with some of the Terminix inspectors who were not calling and there was a couple whose body language suggested that they didn’t want to crawl underneath the house. We have raised flooring so they have to crawl underneath, but we’ve got a large clearance. I was sorry but I am paying for a service so I expect it to be inspected. But the young man who showed up this time has a great attitude and nice head. His customer service skills were very good.
I’d recommend Terminix and I tell friends that the insurance works really well. We’ve had the insurance now for a number of years because we were doing a remodelling and found termites. The good news is that it wasn’t really extensive and they were able to take care of it. Ever since that we have the termite insurance, we haven’t had a revisit yet.

The first time Terminix came out, we had them do inside and out and since then we haven’t had too much trouble. Every once in a while we get ants but usually if they get inside we spray the inside then go outside and spray out there too. It's no big deal. Terminix is effective. Plus the technicians usually just come and go. They spray every three months for pests and they usually call the day before and tell me they’re coming out but I don’t have to worry about being home. They’ll spray and leave the bill in the mailbox or under the doormat. The only negative is they keep raising their prices.
Usually the tech that comes out to spray is the same individual unless he’s sick or something happens. The times I’ve ever had anybody come out with any other thing like termite inspection, they would show me their ID and they’re usually friendly too. One time, I called to have somebody come out and check what I thought was rat poop but it turned out to be bat poop. But they were friendly and scheduled the appointment with no problems.

Terminix comes out every three or four months. I called and spoke to a rep and they were courteous and friendly. The tech was okay as well. He's the same one that comes each time. The pest activity here has been controllable since their service, and I have one more service sometime in April.

The technician came out in the beginning of January. He was a very nice fellow and he did the yard. Before this, Terminix also came out and it was $229. But I hope the same fellow come out next time because I really liked him. I haven't had any pests inside and I would recommend Terminix. I like the way they come out and take care of things.

I use Terminix and everyone I've told about them wherever I am knows that I’ve been satisfied with them. I've had them for going on about 14 years and they usually come in October or November. The last time, the technician came inside the house and did the job he’s supposed to do. And, I haven't got a summertime that I have an ant anywhere.

I've been with Terminix for seven years. I'm on a yearly schedule unless I call them in between. They came by a couple of weeks ago as I was due for my yearly check, and the service person seemed knowledgeable. They seem to be okay, though it's hard to get their customer service on the phone. I finally got them to tell me that it's a call center kind, so I can't get someone right away.

Somebody from Terminix came by our house and I decided to give them a try because my sister was over and she wanted to. Then Mike from Terminix came out and he walked around. He talked to me about some concerns I was having and took a look at some things inside and out. I paid what they were scheduled to do. Terminix comes quarterly. They come however many weeks it is from the appointment and if I have any issues before that I call and then they will come out.
The first time the technicians came out there was a guy and he had someone training with him and they were both very professional and very nice. I’ve been having some wasps. I’m not sure where the hive is and they were looking around inside and outside of the house but everything was covered in snow. I haven’t really had any new problems since I’ve had them coming. I haven’t had ants in my house or the typical things. They knocked down spiderwebs and stashed inside and outside of the house where it is high and I can’t reach.
If someone asked me about Terminix I'll tell them to call and have a consultation appointment. Terminix will come out and take a look at your house and they will adjust according to your concern and they don’t really pressure you. They just let you know if they will cover what your issues are. I had a separate service done with them and they came out and filled up my attic and got rid of some predator that was living in there.

Terminix comes every couple months and sprays around the house. They usually call me a day or two in advance and ask if it's all right to come on such and such a day. Their technicians have been good. They do what I ask them to. And if I'm home and I see any bugs in the house, I ask them to come in the house and spray and they do, too. Sometimes I ask them to spray in the garage because here in Arizona we have a lot of problems with bugs. I've had termites here and they also come once a year to inspect. Sometimes, it was hard to get a hold of them on the phone but I told them about it, and they said they'd check it.

Recently Terminix came out and did a general treatment of the outside of the house. I was here when the tech showed up and it was 27 degrees at that time, and he was a nice guy. We have a problem with fire ants in this area, but they seem to try to take care of it. They're doing a good job.

We have been with Terminix for a couple of years now and we have a quarterly service with them. We didn’t use Terminix for a while as we moved into a new home and transferred service up there. We had our first service a couple weeks back and they did a pretty good job. We’re not seeing anything in the house. We’ve had some weird weather here. We had a little bit of rain and ants got active but they settled down. Usually, Terminix calls me and lets me know when they’re going to be in. Their techs seemed to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. With the new guy we have, so far, so good. I’ve had pretty good luck with Terminix. They’re responsive and pretty thorough overall.

I used to have some spider crickets and Terminix gave me some traps and got rid of that. That’s what they're mostly treating around the outside of the house and so far, it’s been great. I’ve been very pleased with them including with the people I deal with. They’re polite and nice. They’ll take care of the problems. They’ll send me a message that says they’re coming and when they’re coming and then they come. If I’m not here, they leave a report so it's very good.

The next house to mine has been abandoned for a while now. There is nobody living there so a lot of the problem spreading out is actually coming from the other side of the building. But it's all good now. I've had Terminix for less than six months and the pest situation is better now. I have called them when there were insects and they have responded every time. They came as soon as I called to get it done. Two technicians have come to my house and they're all good. They talked to me before they started what they were doing and when they were done, they told me what they did. They also asked me if I have any question.

Terminix comes every so often that keeps us pest-free. They contact me to schedule the service. I get an email and then the technician also calls to let me know to see if it's a good time. But they also come out if I need them to. They mostly go outside around the perimeter of the house. Our technician is always courteous and polite. His name is Adam and he lets me know he's here and asks if I have any problems, and if he needs to come indoors or into the garage. The only time that we had Terminix come out separately which was not one of the regular scheduled times was after the flood and we haven't been living in the home. The doors were opened a lot and we had some roaches. So they came in and got those. Terminix has worked for us and I will recommend them.

We’ve just bought this home and we were having new doors and windows put in and you never really know whether you have bugs or not until you start tearing stuff up. We talked to the Terminix rep and he said when the doors and windows are taken out and if we see any bug activity to call them and they’ll get somebody right out. Lo and behold when the front door was taken out there were termites. And Terminix had a technician out here within 25 minutes and they took care of everything.
We have Sentricon with Terminix and they just come and check the stations. And we also have just a routine household pest. They come in and ask us if we’re having any problems inside or outside and if we’re not then all is good. One time my husband said there's some ants in the garage so the man went in there and sprayed. We’ve two technicians so far. We have one who does termites and one who does regular household pests. The guy who does the household pests is a little afraid of our dogs. They’re big dogs in his defense. But I think they’ve hired wonderful people. We don’t have anything but positive to say about the men who’ve been here.
We haven’t had any pests with the exception of a few ants here. Well it is Florida so they treat the yard for fire ants and we've been really happy with Terminix.They did great work. They give us a heads up before they come. They’re also receptive. I told the fellow last time, “If we weren’t here, I already gave you the gate code,” and I said not to worry about the dogs because if we’re not here the dogs are not in the yard. They’re inside the house. Terminix is a great company to use especially down here where bugs are a problem and I feel like that they cared about our house.

I had a mouse problem so I called Terminix and I've had them for a couple of years now. I'm on a schedule for service every three months. They call and let me know the day that my service man is coming. If I need to change it, I call them back but I usually don't need to. The tech comes and sprays around my house because I continued to keep them even after my mouse problem was pretty much gone. I love the tech dearly and I like Terminix. I'd recommended them to a lot of my friends whom I also told that Terminix is prompt and courteous. They come when they say they're coming and they let me know if they're going to be a few minutes late.

Terminix came to our house for termites and it was a very good experience. Their customer service was very professional. They did what they said they were going to do and I was quite satisfied. The salesperson who also showed up was superior. He was a hands-on kind of guy. He did a very good inspection and instead of just telling me what I needed to do, he came out and assisted me. He really went as far as he could go and then further. I'm an ex-New-Yorker but I now live in Florida, and if you live in Florida, you're going to have to tend to your house or you'll find something. But I have no more termites so I'm very happy with what they did. They even assisted us in getting a hotel room and it was very professionally done.

My experience in this house hasn't been so great because of the infestation. I've been here for six months and I've seen roaches since I've been here. I can't stand it. I had an appointment with Terminix about three weeks ago but I was not here when the technician got here. He called me and told me he could reschedule. I told him I was seven minutes away and he actually waited for me. That was awesome. He was a really nice guy too. He told me everything I needed to do to help with the problem. He went into every room and did a really good job. I'm going to need them to come in a couple more times but from what he did just that one time, it helped out tremendously. Overall it's healthy now and I would definitely recommend them.

I have an ongoing problem with Terminix. I don’t think there is a termite contract but they took the check, made a debit to my bank account and never showed up or did anything with respect to the house. I talked with one man about it and he was going to send me a way to fax ‘cause they couldn’t find any record of it but I was driving and I couldn’t record it there. And he never sent it to me either. Their representatives are good people though. But the experience in scheduling the service is not the best either. The technician would send me a message that says he will be here the next day at two. But I’ve told them several times I can’t do it in the afternoon and I don’t get enough notice. I usually text back and eventually he will call. Otherwise, the technician is very good. I've been Terminix for two years here and many more years at a different house, and all that time, I have had no bugs. I continue to use them and I’m pleased with their service.

I don't know where to start... our experience with Terminix has been so poor that we cannot imagine how a company like that can conduct business in US. They have poor customer service with rude operators. They charged us for a service they never did at our home. When we asked them to show us the proof that they came for the service, they generated a computer based work order report with somebody else's signature. This is a very serious matter as they forged our signature and are claiming that they came to do the service. They keep charging our credit card and I am currently disputing these charges. I may have to go to small consumer court as these shameless Terminix guys think they have the power to harass people like us.
I don't care about the charge anymore as this is more serious than that. This is case of forgery where their self generated system creates a work order and never show up to do the service. When you ask for proof, they show you signatures which doesn't even belong to you. This is like a company ABC charges you $500 for a service and never shows up. However, they generate a paper showing some signature. Credit card company cannot challenge that as they don't know whose signature it is. So, this is a perfect way for these guys to legally cheat people. I highly recommend everyone not to give any business to this company. You will be charged illegally by them and they will produce fraudulent documents to back it up.

We have Terminix on a regular basis and for the termite yearly thing. We still have bugs though, but we live in lower Alabama so it goes with the territory. Terminix has been good. There have been a couple of times when we found bugs in between that were more than I think they should be, and when I called they came out immediately and took care of it. So, we’ve been very happy with them. We’ve had them for 15 years now.

We got Terminix for standard rodent and insect treatments. The techs come for a quarterly service but it would be cool if the techs themselves check back in more frequently. They do a service for us and we’re supposedly clear but what if a rat gets caught a week later and it’s just sitting there. I would love to be able to text the person that works my area to say, "Could you pop by to check our traps?” Which is so much easier than going through the whole interface of Terminix. Because I don't even want to look. I'm paying for the service. We’re going to have a consistent rodent problem where we are. It’s just anywhere where there’s trash and a community of people with food stuff and all that so for me having routine rodent removal from traps they set will be helpful.
The chat option is more effective than waiting for an agent and so I often select chat over a phone call. And with some businesses it’s really easy and fast and there’s someone there immediately but I feel like with Terminix chat takes a little while. It’s effective but it’s not something that you can necessarily do like they split every time. But the representatives are all legitimate and all of the technicians have been great.
With these businesses it’s constant search whether it’s for plumbing or whatever to establish a relationship that is kind of maintained on both ends. So they should send a tech to me who works our area and that person maybe even gives me their phone number to text whenever I need them. But I’m sensitive to the idea that maybe they don’t want their text thing with private customers and I got that. But maybe there’s a way to have more regular check-in about the work done. And I feel like what you get with smaller local companies is a little bit more trust factor than the big company. But when we had some black widow eggs and some issue with that and I had to ask a few questions about that they were very helpful. I have enjoyed the technicians.

The latest visit from Terminix was a scheduled maintenance. The tech was very kind and I was very comfortable with him. We have some problem with mouse and he has lesser knowledge about that but he gave us the right direction and it seems like there are no more mice on my house. I've been with Terminix for almost a year and I recommend them to those who have problems with mice or bugs in their homes.

Terminix started coming out due to our roach problems. I had a one-year contract and they come out every other month to spray. I get a recorded message from Terminix saying they're coming. And then the technician himself would call me the day before and let me know when and what time he would be there. The tech seems to be knowledgeable and takes good care of us. It took a little while to get rid of the roaches but it eventually got them all. I haven't seen roaches anymore. If there's any other real issues, our technician takes care of it. The contract ran out and I guess I had a special price on the contract. After the contract ended, the price went up but they still come here every other month. I asked somebody about the contract and maybe it was on a promotional deal.

Two years ago when we started with the pest control, we had spiders all over outside the house. Now we don't. We're on our annual maintenance now. They come out about four times a year and do their spraying and cleaning up. And that's been taking care of all the spiders around the house. When scheduling the service, they just let me know when they're coming out. And since no one has to be home, they normally just send me an email saying they're coming. And if I had any concerns, I can email them. But most of the time everything's been taken care of. And they leave a little flyer on the door saying what they did and they email me a copy of what they leave on the door.
Dave is the one who does the pest control and normally, we don't even see him. But we don't have any spiders so he must be doing a good job. They just do the exterior around the house. Then when they come out and inspect, and do their termite inspection, the technician that we have has been very courteous, professional and does a good thorough job of inspecting for termites and I have no complaints.
Terminix is a reliable company. And the few times I've had to call, they have been very good. About a year and a half ago there was a little bit of a hiccup 'cause we have pest control and we have termite control. And they've got a little bit confused on what they were doing when and I had to call them up and straighten it out a little bit. But once they understood that I had two accounts, it went smooth.

I've been with Terminix for around six years. Over the years, we have had a couple of different techs and they have all been good. Scheduling has been pretty good most of the time. I have two houses under contract with them. Sometimes, they forget to visit the second one, but whenever I call about it, they were quick to take care of it. I'm always concerned about whether or not the termites are being taken care of. But that's probably just my paranoia. However, since the services, pest activities have been pretty low. I have told my daughter who is having problems with boars and bees that they might want to check with Terminix too, and since then they have gone under contract with them.

Terminix was part of my multi-month effort to get rid of a roach infestation. The Terminix sales representative was cordial. We had an attentive, responsive and expensive business interaction. But the technician who came out was very nice. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and he provided good guidance as well as traps. But they have to be systematically ready to eradicate the critters. And therefore they have to be a little more aggressive with the company's visit. If they would have scheduled on their own it would have allowed the reproductive cycle of the roaches to continue and I think it requires both parties. Somebody who knows what the pesticides are as well as the person who is present to say, "I'm looking in all the obvious areas. I'm spraying myself in addition to what they're doing."
I had a sense that had my wife and I not been absolutely attentive to the eradication of this infestation that the scheduled visits would not have been enough to deal with it. That without our calling for more frequent visits, this would not have been eliminated. But although it also took our effort in between visits we've succeeded in eliminating the roaches so we're happy. We're glad we contacted Terminix and I would call them again if I needed it.

I originally scheduled with Terminix online and then I was given a call. I got a reminder the day before and then I was given a call from the local person here as well. I told him to give me a heads up since I don't live in the rental property, and he did 30 minutes before they went out which I really appreciated. He came in, gave me a good plan and talked me through it. They executed as planned and lately, I haven't seen any pests.

We have some ants at home and Terminix came here and everything has been good. I’m very happy with them. They do a very good service. Terminix usually sends me an email or a text message letting me know when the technician is coming and the time that they're going to be here, so I can be at home. We have the quarterly service, and I had a very good conversation about the spiders' population inside my house the last time that they came here. The technicians were very kind and they take the time to explain what was going on in the home and what they were doing. I also like their price and I will recommend them.

We have Terminix do annual termite check. I like the way they do scheduling. They send me a postcard and tell me when they're going to show up and if there's a problem with that time, I should let them know. Their technicians seem to be fine and they're doing a good job.

We have roaches in the kitchen and my cousin has the same problem. She used Terminix and she recommended me to them. I called Terminix's 800 number and scheduling a service with them is fast. Two guys did the first service almost three weeks ago so we got a lot of new little ones. The first treatment didn’t finish the roach problem so the guy came back and my nephew was there. I wasn't home but the tech called me to let me know if he can email whatever product he used. I don’t have an email so I told him to leave it there along with the statement. Terminix is a really good service and I'd recommend them to a friend.

I have regular service with Terminix so they come at prescribed times throughout the year. They've done a really good job with pest control as well as inspection for termites. Terminix has fixed up my house for rodent exclusion. However, I have a problem with their website and customer account set up. I have three accounts with them and two show up on the same account, and there's one I can't get to online. I've called them about it multiple times but they haven't fixed it.
On the other hand, the technicians have been very professional and very courteous. Most of the time, they provide me with a good ETA as to when they're going to be there. However, they seem to ignore the day and the time I normally want them to come and they pre-schedule our quarterly pest control on a different day than the one I requested. Nevertheless, they've done a good job. In fact, I've only seen a couple of small roaches but they looked like they've been poisoned. I would certainly recommend them.

We’ve been had Terminix in our previous house. We moved into this house 10 years ago and the people that were here had a policy with them so we converted the policy from them to us. Not every termite company insures you against repairs if you get termites despite their efforts but Terminix does and that’s the main reason we use them. Terminix comes around a certain number of times a year for termites. They notify us when they’re coming. They just come, circle the house, look for signs and then leave. And I might not even see them. But at least they’re looking in the right places. I wouldn’t know where to look. And they have assured me that because of my payments if they come they’ll do what it takes to get rid of them and that’ll be their expense. We pay the annual fee once a year. And they can do whatever they want to make sure the termites never come. But if they do come then they’ll take care of them. We have zero termites at this time.

I had some rodent problems and Terminix took care of everything. They sealed the house down pretty good and I really liked their work. This was the first time I've ever dealt with them, and I had terrible time trying to pay it. When they came to do the service, I paid half upfront and the other half afterwards when the job was completed. But they kept billing me for different things from a different area in Arizona and they could never get together. I have no idea why, and it took them about three months to resolve it. If Terminix had been forthcoming, I could have paid them instead of me paying the local man here. He was billing and they were billing me. He was trying to get it straight and they wouldn't. So I was really frustrated with that, and they never apologized. But Terminix did really good work and the technician was a great guy. He made sure the job was done right. I was satisfied with their service, but not with how they collected their money.

I have termite inspections from Terminix and they spray for spiders and insects too. Their technician would call me on the schedule and ask me if that's okay. I'm retired, so I generally say okay. Sometimes I'm not here so if they come unexpected, they'll let me know if they can't complete their job because I locked the back gate, but they do spray out front. We've been with Terminix for many years. We've had many agents and technicians, and I at least find them easy to deal with.

I've got a quarterly contract for pest control with Terminix and they notify me when they're coming. If it's not convenient, we negotiate it. And the technician is fantastic and usually the same one for a while now unless that one leaves the job or gets promoted. They do a great job for me. Others ought to try them.

We live in Louisiana and termites are a terrible thing to have in the house and getting a service from Terminix was a necessary thing that we have done. And out of all the research that we've done, Terminix is the best company for termite service. We got a termite prevention service with them so they followed the traps around our house. My wife doesn’t like any bugs in the house. We don’t have any bugs at this point, but we wanted to start the quarterly program with them coming and spraying a product for bugs.
We called and talked to the manager and he sent the termite guy the next day and then the bugs spray guy came the day after that. The guys have been great and very polite and courteous. We asked them to call first because we have three dogs, so we wanted to make sure they were inside if their work was outside and make sure the dogs were outside if they were doing the inside. So, we had to coordinate that and they were really good about it. They also called before they came and let us know how long they’d be before they got here. They did their job and then left. The service was all done within three days. The bugs spray guy said it would take a couple of weeks for the sprays to take effect. We saw a bug right after the sprays, which was expected, but we haven't seen an increase since then. I'm very satisfied.

I signed up for a quarterly service with Terminix. They told me, “It’s $90 for the first visit, and then for the first three months you get unlimited visits.” But that wasn’t true because I would call and tell them that I still have roaches and they'd say they can’t come out every week and that they'd try to come out every two weeks instead. I had a scheduled morning appointment one time, and I had everything outside on the patio, the food and everything out of the cupboard. I was sitting there wondering where the technician was.
I called and they said, “Oh, You got canceled.” Nobody even called me. They should’ve let me know since I made the appointment two weeks ago. That happened to me twice, and then I never got rid of anything. Also, I have children that work at night so they would come home in the morning. And they wanted to do their spray whenever they wanted even though I made an appointment. They kept giving me credits meaning they won't charge me for the next bill. But I told them I wasn't worried about that. I just wanted to get rid of the roaches. I also had arguments with their technicians. My son told me to just be patient with them.
With the first technician, I called the corporate office four times to let them know what’s going on. I had different technicians come out but even when the corporate office said, “The first technician, he did it wrong. He shouldn’t have done it like that.” he still came out twice. Nevertheless, the last technician that came was really friendly and he did a good job. However, I still have roached. I made complaints and they didn’t call me back. And, their customer service line sometimes takes 15 minutes wait to talk to somebody. So, I just got tired of calling them and I didn’t take the rest of my service because I’d get all stressed out with it. I was really unsatisfied with their service.

When I first moved here, there were little cockroaches on the kitchen cabinet. There was a Terminix sticker on it, so I called them up and the problem was solved within the first month. The first time, the tech came inside and he took care of it. The last time he was here, he did the outside. He left me with the little boxes all around, and I keep checking them and I don't see anything. He was very nice and patient. I'm completely satisfied.

I called Terminix a year ago last April because I had a termite tunnel in the wall. They came and they did all whatever they do. And then, I called them back just in January because that little tunnel came back in the same room in a different location. Terminix came in the house and we showed them where we saw the termites sneak in through the wall there and they sprayed or whatever they did. This was a return of what they did eight months before. They sprayed and they said they'll be back for the one-year inspection of the things on the outside that they put in the ground. They'll be back in April for that. I had no problem whatsoever with the technician who came out and he was thorough. I haven't seen any pest activity now since they came out and covered up the hole in the wall where they came through.

We’re going to be selling our house and we’re only going to be in it for the next nine months. We were with another company, and our five-year bond was up and we had to renew. They wanted $1300 to renew and they didn’t have any sort of short-term type of coverage that would help us. So, I reached out to Terminix and the rep told us after doing an inspection, if they felt comfortable, there would be no actual treatment for the house, but if there is any damage, it’s 100% covered.
We worked with the Terminix representative quite a bit over email, and he explained everything. I had concerns about going without coverage and if the bond that we would get with Terminix would be transferable. So, he sent me all the information and made me feel comfortable with things. Scheduling our service with Terminix was easy. I called directly and the technician came a few days later. He did the inspection and everything that he said. And there had been no pest activity since the service. I’d be happy to refer Terminix.

We've had Terminix for seven years and our technician have switched throughout the years. But our current technician is excellent. We just get our external surfaces treated unless we have ants inside the house, which I don't think we have had since we are keeping up on the service for preventive maintenance. But when we had a big issue with carpenter ants, Terminix came out and took care of everything. And we haven't seen a problem with them since we've been staying up with the treatments.
Terminix typically gives us a heads up a day or two before they come out. We get the service every three months, and I've noticed that it changed a little recently. In the past, we got an automated call saying they are going to come out and then the technician calls the day before just as another heads up. But now, the technician just texts me when he is already on his way out. I had a situation with a previous tech where he showed up and didn't come to my door and I happened to be in the bathroom. They usually walk by all our windows, and luckily I was in my robe when I came out. I didn't know he was here that time but it was okay. It could have been worse. But the communication I have with my current tech has been good. And I've been very happy with this guy.

The gentleman from Terminix lets us know when he is going to get there and he is very friendly. He seems to be very proficient in doing his spraying and so forth. I'm an ant expert and he sprayed at all the corners and showed me. Dennis, the one that was here before, showed me all the ants and we had the trees there. The tree limbs were close to the house so he suggested to me that I got to make sure they keep that tree trimmed. Because if it touches the house, then we will get the ants in the house. But we don't have that problem anymore because when Irma came through, that tree bent over and now the ants would have to jump about 10 feet to get to the house, so that takes care of that problem. Our pest activity is now very rare and we keep a few little ant poison spread around ourselves to help them under control. Everything's just fine, but they could serve me better by cutting the cost in half but I do not suppose they are going to want to do that.

Terminix does the outside of my home on a monthly basis, it's automatic. And every time, the technicians call me a day two before the visit. After the service, they always send me an email with a detailed invoice of what they found, if anything. They are very professional. It's been a good experience and I don’t have problems with pests.

I had seen a couple of roaches in the bathroom and then in the kitchen. And when the Terminix technician came out recently, I told him about it and he sprayed in for that. He went outside and sprayed into the red ant bed, too. He's always been very nice. Terminix has been sending him out and they call and tell when he's going to be here to inspect. The service has been okay. I keep getting red ant beds, so they always come by and check it when they come over here.

I recently had Terminix do general pest control in the yard and it was excellent. We've known the technician a couple of years now and he's good. His name is Melvin and he's very knowledgeable, which I like because I've got a background in having a FIFRA permit. They do a good job and answer our questions, and if there's any problem, they'll come back and do it again.

Terminix comes for a regular maintenance. They call us and let us know when they're coming. They leave a message 'cause I don't very often answer the phone but when I have, they've been fine. We started with ants then we saw a mouse one time and I wanted them out here. The gentleman who's been here before has always spoken with me and gave me some tips. I liked it. And we had a bunch of leaves somewhere in the side of the house and he said, "Well, they like that." And so he said we need to get rid of that and we did. So, he's always been really good and informative. We don't see any ants but there's been a few spiders. So the next time he comes, I might talk to him. Terminix has been good to me and I would recommend them to a friend.
