There were little black ants in our house. I spoke with Terminix' manager for the area then he left me his business card and said that if I saw anything, I should call them. So, I did when we got back from vacation and they took care of the issue right away. Scheduling a service with them was very simple. I made a phone call then I got a call back. The gentleman was in the area late yesterday afternoon and he was here when he was said he would be here. He did his thing, was polite and professional, then he left. So far, I haven’t seen anything, which has been great. All in all, Terminix' reps do a wonderful job. They're neat and they do exactly what they say they're gonna do. They're also reasonably priced and they’re there when you need them. I just recommended them to a friend.

We have a preventative service with Terminix. I've always told them that they have to come in the morning and we've been having an issue because they've had a turnaround with people quitting. And most recently, their tech came early in the morning and got the job done. He was good.

We took over one of our 12 rental properties in the country to live in which had an infestation we didn't know about. I hate cats but we ended up getting two because I couldn't live with a mouse. I would literally climb the wall to get a rodent out. I also made my husband tear down three walls looking for a mouse that came in from the field. We had to redo our whole living room because of that. So we signed up for something wherein Terminix would come out as many times as we needed them to.
Terminix's technician has been really good and Johnny-on-the spot up until when he fogged our house. He said to keep them informed so I told him that I saw a few rodents and bugs and they were moving slow, so I figured that everything was working. But then, I texted him two days before we left for Florida and asked him to call me because I've found two roaches by my front door and two in my son's room. There was no response. Then when we got back, there were two that were alive right on our front door. We took pictures, killed them and sent it to the technician. I guess he's sick of coming out here because
Normally, I would leave him a message and he would tell me his availability. He would give me two options, one in the morning, one in the evening, so I could choose. I would have recommended them to anybody but from this point on, it's like we don't even matter anymore. He's given us enough of his time and has moved on. He didn't even acknowledge us. I did not deserve this at all.

Terminix is scheduled to come out again the 26th of July. The mice are back. I called in to schedule the service and they didn't judge me because I have mice and rats running around. The technician walked around with me where he noticed the mice and he was very polite and efficient. It turned out now not only are they mice, but there's rats. The pest activity has decreased but it seems like it's increasing again.

We signed up for the quarterly services from Terminix as we had a lot of pet fleas around the house. I scheduled it once and then they kept coming back. They tried calling me a day before to let me know the technicians were coming and then they sent me a message on the day the technician left. It took us eight months to deal with the issues on pet fleas and we cancelled the services because we didn’t have the problem anymore.
There were a couple of times that we called the technician and told them that I cancelled the service but the technicians still popped up twice. It was my mistake and I should have called the customer care number and then cancelled the service. We spent money unnecessarily when we didn’t need it so Terminix should let us know of an option of cancelling the service each time before they come in. If my service is scheduled day after tomorrow, they could call me today to check if I want to cancel it or not. But the technicians took care of the outside and I had a good experience with Terminix.

We had carpenter bees, and we've had Terminix come out as needed. My husband liked the first tech who came really well. He sprayed around the deck and everything where the bees had made holes and had nests. And he said that if we still had them in two weeks, we should call them back and they would come back out. And we had to have them come back out because we still have the carpenter bees. I will recommend Terminix.

We've recently moved in to the house, and we had a gentleman from Terminix come out and do the spraying for bugs. We also had a few mouse traps put in. We wanted just to keep up with the pests and to be able to take care of the little things like household spiders. The technician who came out was really nice and definitely was enjoyable to chat with. He was very polite and confident, and he explained all the things that he was doing, the type of chemicals that he was using, and he did a really nice job on the house. When he was complete, he asked me if I had any questions, and then he went on to the next job that he had after ours.
Since then, I haven't seen any kind of the little roly polies and definitely insects that don’t hurt anybody. They're just more of an annoyance really than anything. There was a few ants in the garage. It's all dissipated. I had a good experience and was satisfied with Terminix, and I would definitely recommend the Terminix team to anybody that has any concerns.

We live out in a country and there are a lot of bugs out here. We have quite a lot of property and we do a lot of gardening around the house. I do something for ticks but apart from that, we do not seem to have any problem inside or outside the house. So we're happy with Terminix and we definitely recommend them to our neighbors. We're on a plan and Terminix comes out once per season. They let me know through email what their schedule is and when they're coming out. They only do the outside of the house and the last time I saw someone from Terminix, the technician was very polite. But most of the time, we're not home for the service call. They just leave a message on our answering machine and we never see the technician. We never see any bugs either so it's all worked out well.

Terminix contacts me by e-mail for scheduling and I just respond. It’s easy and I haven’t had any problems at all. I have the service quarterly and I’ve been with them off and on for the last eight years. One technician came out and installed the Sentricon and the other technician, Greg, who I’ve been familiar with for a while, was a rep out of the VA and I got him out there. He is great and he’s been taking care of me here. He knows what he’s doing. We’ve had several issues out of the VA before I retired and he was able to identify some of the pests that we had out there that were not easily recognizable. When they inspected when I first moved in, they said there was termite damage, but there was no activity. Since the last treatment, I haven’t had any pest problems at all. So, it’s been good. My garage and shop have brown recluse and black widows but we put bug boards out for those.

I've had Terminix's services for a year now. I had black ants and since their services, have no more of them. I've since had mice and Terminix has been helping me with that too. Their technician is fine and knowledgeable. My first technician was replaced and I have a new one. Scheduling my services with them is fine too and the only thing I ran into was when I asked for an inspection of where the mice were coming in, the inspector came out but said that they could not give me something that would prevent the mice from coming in because we have a house that was built a long time ago and doesn't have a basement. They couldn't guarantee it so we were left on our own. She plugged up the holes to keep the mice and we were given some traps, but we can't get a service from them to plug up the holes. Other than that, I'm very happy with Terminix.

Everything's been good so far with Terminix. I had to have them come back out and spray again for ants and spiders, and they came right back immediately. The ants that they had gotten out are under control and what they've done seems to work. My tech is Julie and she's thorough and got a good personality. Everything about her is fine.

Terminix comes out once a month and they notify me by email or by text message about the schedule. If I have some problems, I just talk to the them and they'll either come in and do the service that day or schedule it. Yesterday, the tech came out and did a regular service outside for termites and whatever else might be out there. One time, I used also Terminix for some bed bugs and it didn't go that well. They never got all the bed bugs. They came out a couple of times to see if they could get the rest of them and it never worked, so I finally had to call another company. Even so, I would tell others to go ahead and use Terminix.

I call Terminix as needed and scheduling with them is very convenient. I usually do it over the phone and their reps are very nice. The techs came out because we had an ant infestation and they were wonderful, and now I don't have any ants. They also said if it didn't alleviate the problem when they did it, then they would come back and do it again. Everything we've had has been very pleasant.

We live in the woods so we had the foundation of our house sprayed to deter anything including mice.The associates that came out were very congenial and resolved the issue. I had them out first to do an exclusion and then they came back twice. All of my experiences with them have been positive -- with the technicians answering questions and explaining everything that they were doing, explaining chemicals and that type of thing. They were knowledgeable and they explained everything very calmly and politely. Being new to this, I found them to be very, very nice.

About a year ago, I canceled Terminix as I couldn't talk to anybody locally. However, they'd gone to some system where you call an operator, and they're in Atlanta or Chicago and I didn't like it. I was dissatisfied and I quit Terminix after years of using them, but I have re-upped on them again. So far, the person who's been coming to my house the last couple of times has been very nice and it's working out. But still, there's no way of getting in touch with people locally to ask about any problems I have. As a customer, I would like to have the same person come to the house, who knows the house and knows how I like things done, instead of having somebody different every time. That's how it used to be. I could call a local office here and talk to somebody locally, and they would know everybody.
Other than that, I had a situation back at my other home where I was almost sure I had termites and they said it was wood decomposition. It just seemed like it was bait and switch, and they had guaranteed I had a system that was active. Still, the termites were active around the house. In fact, I had a post in my front stoop brought out, and it looked like it was chewed up. When they came and told me it was wood rot, I told them that I've been paying them for years and I have one problem. While I know there were termites around, there was no real proof to me that it was one way or the other. Long story short, they didn't communicate very well.

Terminix comes once every three months and they send me a postcard when it's time. They notify me and then they call before they actually come out. The technicians come to the door and I see them. They come in and spray everything and then they go. There are no pests on the inside now, but there are some spiders on the front porch so the tech will be coming back in two or three days. Overall, I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix had the better deal, and my experience with them has been cost efficient and easy. Recently their tech showed up and it turned out that I teach his grandson in my kindergarten class. So it was nice to know the guy already. He was on time, very thorough and he walked me through everything he was doing. I scheduled the service online, and then he called me and set up an earlier time that fit his schedule and my schedule better. The second time he came out, I was teaching summer school so my son was here and he thought it was fast. However, I talked to a person when I initially bought a package and she was informative, but she didn't understand my problem 'cause when the guy showed up, she had put in that I had cockroaches, bedbugs and ants. I was like, "No, I don't have all of that." So the tech was very concerned that I have a disgusting house, but I only have ants.

Even though it appears I got rid of the problem when I discarded the new, upholstered platform bed where I initially saw bed bugs, I contracted with Terminix for peace of mind. I paid 60% and financed 40%. My initial treatment occurred on 3/12/2018 and I was scheduled for an appointment every two weeks with a 90 day guarantee to treat three rooms (two bedrooms and a living room). The same person came each time for treatments (Darius), and he was very good, thorough, and friendly. At my initial appointments on 3/12/18 and again on 3/26/18 (both Mondays), he stated he saw no evidence of bed bugs and noticed no new activity. I had an appointment window of 8 am-12 pm scheduled for Monday 4/9/18. At 11:47 am on 4/9/18, I received a message from "Craig" stating "I don't have anybody that can be there today, my tech is out today."
He automatically rescheduled me for the following day from 10-12, which did not work for me as I work Monday through Friday, and have to schedule to take time off work in advance each time someone comes to my house during the week. As a result of this missed appointment & not receiving notification until the very end of a 4 hour window, I missed more than 4 hours of work on 4/9. I called and re-scheduled the missed appt for Saturday 4/14/18 (Saturday appointments were never made an option to me before this date, so I was baffled by that as I would've preferred that so I could have avoided missing work on the prior dates). The same guy came, treated the rooms and stated that he still noticed no activity and did not think I needed to continue treatments every two weeks.
Therefore, we scheduled one final appt for 5/26/18, which would fall right before the end of the guarantee period. I never heard anything else and nobody contacted me or showed up on 5/26/18. I have called and complained on 6/12/18, 6/18/18, 6/21/18 and 6/22/18 and stated I believe I need to be issued some type of credit since I was inconvenienced twice and missed work because of Terminix not keeping scheduled appointments. The first three times I was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours by the service manager, Fred **. To date, I have never heard from Fred. During the 6/21 call, I was told that someone came to my house on 6/20 and no one was home, and I have an appointment scheduled for that date also (6/21). I informed her that the last appointment I made was scheduled for 5/26, and nobody called or showed up.
Yet after I called and started to complain, Terminix randomly sent someone to my house and scheduled appointments themselves, and did not contact me. On the last call on 6/21, which lasted for more than 30 minutes, I was told my concerns had been escalated to the regional manager, Andrew **, and he would contact me personally on 6/22. The lady I spoke with repeatedly apologized and assured me that the missed appointments which inconvenienced me and made me miss work were not okay, and that Andrew will work to resolve my issues. As of today, 6/25/2018, I have not heard from Andrew. On 6/22 at 8 am, I did receive a call from Craig, the same person who left a message on 4/9 about the missed appointment, stating I have an appointment scheduled for "today" - which I did not. He also stated that I would not receive a credit since the service is not paid per visit.
I explained I should be entitled to something given Terminix missed two appointments which were part of an agreement for which I have a guarantee and am paying more than $1,000 for, and I missed work thanks to them. I also asked if I would receive a call from Andrew like I was told, and Craig rudely stated that I would need to contact the 800 number to talk to Andrew. The lack of service and returning calls is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I will NEVER use Terminix again, and will be sharing my experience and filing as many complaints as possible, including with the Attorney General's office.

Overall, I feel like Terminix helped with my pest problems. I've seen the difference after they’ve come out and sprayed and put out the bait boxes. I really haven’t seen any ants and I definitely haven’t seen any more mice. So, overall, it was a great experience for me because I don’t have to deal with those issues anymore.

Terminix has been great, and we are set up on a quarterly schedule with them. And what they spray on a quarterly basis keeps the bugs out from inside the house, and it works. Most recently, they were supposed to come out but they didn't, so I had called them, and they came out within two days. There was a mix-up on our schedule for our quarterly service. I spoke to someone at Terminix who had someone from the local Terminix office give me a call. I was then transferred to someone locally. The technician who came out was from the closest area that services our area, and he called to confirm what time he was coming. He's very nice, knowledgeable, did what he was supposed to do, and knew his business. I have a neighbor down the road who was looking for somebody for pest control, and I told them that Terminix is reliable, they do a good job, and they know their business. So they called Terminix, and they're getting the service.

We had Terminix come out because my son inadvertently brought home bedbugs from a mission trip. I took my child to a dermatologist twice and my regular doctor once to try and figure what the rashes he was having. It never even occurred to me that we would have bedbugs in our house. So, we were quite surprised when it hit. I wanted to make sure I'd get rid of them, and from the research I did, it seemed like the best way to do that was by heat treatment versus individual boom treatment.
I went ahead and signed up to be assured that we got all the bedbugs and they don’t come back. We also had some silverfish and a little of the others but nothing too terrible. They did a heat treatment and it was a big deal on getting prepared for them to come cook our house. But it was good and everything looked professional. I like Curtis who did the spraying and he has been out here twice since then. He’s nice and congenial. He will ask questions and if I have any questions. They come out quarterly to spray. It was expensive, but that's the way the ball bounces.

We had Terminix years ago and then we got back into it three years ago. So far our experience with them has been good. We have much less pest activity and then, they got up some issues with mice. It felt much better. Our technician is also good. His name is Charlie and I like the way he comes and cleans. We have a lot of cobwebs outside and he cleans things like that. Furthermore, they all and say it's time for the service. It's every three months so I know when they're coming and I can reschedule if we need to. We had to the last time because we would be gone.

I had insects in the house and I was very happy when Terminix first came here and sprayed the house and yard. Everyone at Terminix was very pleasant. I never caught any mice and bug-wise it has calmed down. However, I went with a Terminix account to get into it and asked them to come out again, but I couldn’t get into it.

I had a nest of bees on our porch and Terminix came out and sprayed and took care of the problem. They tried to get me on a regular service contract thing, but I didn’t do that. I just had them come out and take care of that one thing. My girlfriend is allergic to bees. I cannot get there to do it. The only thing was the guy they sent out to take care of the problem was allergic to bees himself but he did fine.

The Terminix tech came on his assigned time and he's always polite. He covers his feet when he comes in the house. And outside, he does a good job too. We don't see any recurring bugs after he's left for a long time. I would recommend Terminix.

I have a log home on 25 acres and bugs are just a reality of living out there. Having Terminix helps keep things under control. We have quarterly visits with them and so far, everybody we've had to deal with has been pretty great. Scheduling with their representative has been fantastic. He's a pretty good guy. With our most recent visit, it was scheduled for a weekday when my fiancée was gonna be out of town. I’m off on Fridays and Saturdays, so the rep called me up and asked, “Hey, it looks like they changed this. Is that accurate?” So, he actually even verified earlier in the week.

I would recommend Terminix highly. They said they would automatically contact me to schedule visits and the technician who came in was a great young man. I asked quite a few questions 'cause I wasn't very knowledgeable in this area and he was wonderful. He explained everything that he was gonna do as far as treatment, and he was amazing. I even requested that he come back every time but he said that he couldn't promise me that. Since they treated about four weeks ago, the first one we've seen was one spider about five days ago and that is not alarming. They can't kill every one and the situation has been good.

I called Terminix because saw some ants. The rep that I spoke and the tech that they sent out were good. But the ants were outside the area that they could spray and as long as the ants were not crossing the perimeter of the house, they weren't as worried about those others. So he just gave a couple of tips to try to get rid of the ants.

I had those wood bees or carpenter bees and ants. I called Terminix to schedule an appointment. Their rep was very quick to get an appointment and she was very polite and courteous. The contractor identified himself very nicely to carry the areas that were in question and then he let me know what he did afterwards. Since the repairs, the bees have just faded completely. The ants were gone except for this last rain. I had a whole bunch of ants in the front. I was gonna call them again but I just poured some vinegar out there by my garage door and I haven't seen them. So hopefully, that did it. But if I see them, I'll call them back. I really like the service. They're affordable, and they're quick to come out and go after the initial services if you have additional services and need. They're quick to come out and they take care of the problem.

Terminix does a pretty good service for me. I have a good rapport with the guy who comes to the house for the ant treatment which I've had for two years now. He normally calls me based on the schedule that was set up and if I'm not there, he'd make arrangements, take care of the outside, and reschedule the inside if needed. He recently sprayed alongside the house on the exterior for ants.

I've been a Terminix customer for five years now and I've been very happy. They come out to our home quarterly and I get a text message that they're on their way. The technician has always been very good, professional, quick, and nice. I have recommended Terminix to other folks.

My service with Terminix is quarterly and I get an automated call telling me when they're coming. I usually have the same tech and he's a very nice young man, plus his level of knowledge in products is pretty good. I mostly have the basement sprayed and he makes little comments about what he finds and if he finds anything in a trap, he tells me. Before I started with Terminix, every time I went down there, there were huge spiders. Now, they're not there anymore.

Terminix does normal maintenance once a quarter for us. The pest activity is a normal stuff when the seasons change and the new different bugs come out. And it's very convenient that Terminix techs show up when it's time for the service. The previous technician was very nice and friendly. If I ask him when he was walking by, he would explain what he was doing. And I always wanted to make sure he sprayed my office for spiders. They recently switched the tech and after he showed up for the regular maintenance a couple of weeks ago, we had to call him out again because we were getting some other spiders due to all the rain and everything that was happening. So he came out and set up some traps. He told me what he was doing, and he was very nice and friendly. So, if you're thinking about Terminix, sign them up and get rid of your bugs.

The man we bought our house from took out a two-year contract with Terminix. Once we got into the house, he gave us the contract and I called Terminix. I told them about the man who had started the service and asked if we could put it in our name. They said yes and I gave them all the information. There was termite activity when the previous owner had contacted Terminix and he had service for a year. But no one had ever been out during that time and no one had been out until I called. When I called Terminix, they implied that someone was to come to the house and eventually, they did but I had to give them a second call to do that. Then they set up a time with me. About a month later, the technician came and it was the first time they had checked the 28 or so termite traps around the house.
I was here and I went around with the man who came to see what they really do. There was only one where he actually saw termites in the trap. Otherwise, there was no issue with the traps. They said to contact them if we see any other issues. He showed me how he scanned all the different traps and made note of any activity. But at this point, I personally don’t know what the sign of termite activity even looks like and I would like to know when they plan on coming out next and how often they should be doing that. They should communicate that a little bit more. But from the history of Terminix, I know it's been a good company.

My parents use Terminix so I thought we would just use them as well. There was a lot of critters so we wanted to get rid of that. And then we had some termite issues. The technicians have been very professional, very helpful, nice and patient. They’ve had to come out a couple of times because we’ve been remodeling and all 3 times they had been here were pleasant experiences. Also it’s been kind of nice because you can cancel and reschedule online. Everyone’s been very patient having to reschedule stuff and working around our schedule.
Plus the price is actually very reasonable but it’s worth the extra money. It’s also nice knowing that you don’t have to worry about who’s coming to your house. And it’s really nice because they do the whole text message and let you know when they’re on their way. It’s very convenient.

Terminix does quarterly sprays on my property to control spiders and critters. It's an exterior application, basically a prophylactic treatment I have done to my house. I originally had it done by a company called Alterra, which Terminix bought out. So, whenever a technician comes, they say, "Hi, I'm from Terminix. I'm gonna do your spraying." And I say, "Oh, that's really good," and I shake their hand, then they go out and do it. So my experiences with them personally are very brief.
I am visually impaired and about this time last year, somebody told me that there was a hole in my flowerbed and it looked like a burrow. So I called Terminix and they said they didn't handle it, and they gave me some very helpful references. And then it turned out that the hole was about two inches deep. Still, they were very helpful with the questions I asked and also were very good about telling me what they will and won't cover. And, my wife has not complained about seeing anything crawling around since the last service. As I am visually impaired, it could get pretty bad before I would notice any of those insects, because they are clever about literally keeping out from under foot.

I was totally satisfied with Terminix. We were checking up on an exclusion for mice. We didn't do the baiting so we still had mice. But they sealed up another spot that might be an entry point. The initial call with Terminix wasn't too hard. I had to call their national number who tried to redirect me to the local office. I tried calling the local office but I couldn't get a hold of the guy. Then I figured out how to use their online interface and it was pretty straightforward. The service was scheduled much easier through the online interface than through the phone. The phone was a bit of a headache but once I figured out how to login to my account, it was fine. All the interactions I had with the technicians here had been very positive in general. I liked all the people. They seem very knowledgeable and very eager to help. Some of the smaller things that Terminix did to take care of ants and wasps were very effective in a very short period of time.

My 16-year-old was getting spiders in her room and she would realize it was over her bed and she would freak out. At 2 o'clock in the morning, somebody had to go in there to get a spider. We've lived all over the country and we've seen Terminix all over the country, so we figured if they are nationwide, they gotta be doing something right. Also, my youngest has a peanut allergy and we knew that Terminix would be able to accommodate the types of materials that were used.
The experience on the scheduling with Terminix was perfect. My husband made the appointment and we happened to be running a bit late. Our older daughter was home and we got the call from the gentleman that he was on his way. We let him know we were running late and our daughter was at the house and that he just had to knock on the door and she would let him in and that she was of age because she's 19. The guy was wonderful. He let us know that what he found as far as our spider issue wasn't too bad and that it was definitely something that a teenage girl would freak out about.
Also, he let us know what some of our high traffic areas were for our little visitors and he made sure to get those areas very well along with some exterior areas that could become problematic. And, if we needed something sooner or if we needed him to come out sooner, we'd just let him know and he wouldn't have a problem coming out. Since then, most of us have been sleeping all night. It was our first time with Terminix and it has been a great experience. They had friendly and knowledgeable personnel, and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. They were very helpful as far as what to look for, what to look at and what to be mindful of.

I told Terminix our problem and they said they would have somebody out within a couple of days. It was fast to get scheduled and they were also helpful and friendly. They got right to the point and they got somebody out here. The guy who came by was efficient and really friendly. He treated the area that we had looked at and then he spent an hour and a half going around all the house and making sure everything was taken care of. He also let me know what he was doing. I thought we had carpenter ants but he said they were big-headed ants. He sprinkled stuff around the house to create a barrier for bugs and then put traps down to see if we had any other issues.
We're on the quarterly plan for a year and the technician gave me his card and let me know that I could call him if I have any other issues. He said that it was part of the plan and they could come out and do that for free. So far, I've seen only one or two ants here and there, which were probably just leftover from wherever else they were. Terminix the job done quick and I would definitely recommend Terminix. I would tell them to go ahead and get on the quarterly plan to keep the bugs away.

Terminix does monthly routine service for us. They schedule it and they are extremely flexible in changing anything that we need to be changed because of work. The same young man always comes out to our home. He is friendly, explains really well, and does a thorough job. Since he has been coming out to treat pests for us, there hasn’t been any pest activity at our home and we could get the grandkids to go home. Terminix' service is worth what we are paying.

We have the service with Terminix every year and scheduling is always smooth. The technician would come, check everything and go through the house. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. They didn’t find anything wrong and since the service, there has been no pest activity. We got Terminix generally for spiders and bugs spraying years ago. Then, we had someone else for a while but they didn't seem to be very effective so I went with Terminix again. I have unknown, tiny things that somehow gets in along my window area in my living room. The only reason I could find them is that I put little sticky pads down. I said if they could get rid of them inside, then I'd just have them spray outside 'cause I didn't like the pesticide stuff in my house.
The latest people that have done it claimed that we have brick on the front of the house and somehow those little things have made their way underneath the brick line and under the window. And then something similar, but a little bit bigger than what I have in the living room, happened in our lower level of our house. They were like a non-flying gnat which I found also on these little sticky pads. My concern is if they're in front of the window, they might get into my living room. Terminix said they'd spray it and just call them if we'd need anything. I called them today and said that things were pretty good but I'm starting to detect just a little bit in both areas again. The lady said they'd send a technician out to do a second spraying. But she also said that they don't spray for any kind of little gnats. Nobody's getting rid of my little problem which is frustrating.
I'm a fanatic about my house being just right and clean so it really is bugging me. And this only started to happen when two years ago, we twirled all of our carpet in the living room, foyer and dining room and put in hardwood floors and new woodwork. So I was afraid that it was coming from the woodwork. But they kept telling me that that would be virtually almost impossible. Nevertheless, their reps have been courteous and as far as general spraying, they did fine. I haven't seen any spiders nor regular bugs. Overall, I am satisfied with Terminix.

My experience with Terminix is very good. I've been using them for three years and I just call them when I need a service set up. I used to reschedule a service with them early on, but this rep that I have now is great and does a really good job. I've had him for a year and a half now and his level of knowledge is very high. The spider is gone and the pest activity around my property has been a lot better since the last spray.

I had looked at different places to come up for the pest control. I had this guy from Terminix come out and he was decent. He sold me the package they had. I bought it and I had them come out and start. The first time, there were two guys and they were excellent. They explained everything to me. I called back again and told them I was still seeing ants. They told me that it could take multiple times and I had a lot of carpenter ants up in the attic.
They came out a second time but I didn't like the guy that came. He asked me where I was seeing the ants so I told him they were all over the house. He came in with a little spray bottle thing and he squirted a couple of times in the kitchen. He was in and out in two seconds and he irritated me by just coming in. I got the most expensive package. It's coming out of my check every week for $1,400 and it's a lot of money and I could easily go out to Home Depot and get the same thing that he did. He told me it was the expensive stuff but I didn't feel like that was worth the money. I called Terminix back and I told them that I still had an ant problem and they said they would send somebody else out. I just called again yesterday and I asked when is this somebody going to come out. They said they would get back at me.

We are a small apartment complex and we have seven buildings plus the office building. Each building contains four residents and we have the monthly contract with Terminix for them to come and spray two of the buildings on a rotating basis on the outside for spiders and general pests. Recently, we had a new technician who has been out here once. The gentleman prior to him came when he was in the area and stopped by. He also came out in August of last year because we ended up with bedbugs. Their service has been good, so far.

Terminix does a normal, recurring spray for me and they schedule it. I just let the tech come and the last time he was here, he sprayed the outside. He never came in the house since I wasn’t even here. There was one time when I had him come out in between and spray for ants and he was very good. I always tell people we have Terminix and most of the people in our neighborhood already have them.

We had an issue with termites 20 years ago and we always set an inspection with Terminix. Most recently, they came out for a regular service and an annual termite inspection. Their technician is very good.

I've been doing business with Terminix for a long time and I use a lot of their services, including normal pest control, mosquito and their yard pest control services. I have an applicator that's been around for the last couple of years and he's really good. He does a great job at representing Terminix as a company. He came out and did my service, and I observed him walking around the property and looking for signs of mosquitoes. Whenever he does my pest control, he does the same thing. He's very thorough. I have recommended them through the years, probably to 20-some different people, and I use the service on some commercial properties that I have as well. I receive very professional and friendly service that meets my needs.

We waited 10 days for Terminix to treat our home for ants. After treatment the ants diminished for 2-3 days then came back with a vengeance. We called Terminix 5 times and the person who sprayed 4 times for another treatment. We are ignored by Terminix now that they have our money. The ants are so bad we have to use a vacuum. I am one of 7 in our development that flatly consider Terminix to be the worst company. All neighbors quit Terminix.

Somebody came by and sprayed outside my house. However, I’m seeing some big, black ants inside of my house so I would call Terminix to schedule something. Otherwise, Terminix is on point with appointments and they call me a couple of days in advance before they come over. The technician I met was very polite and helpful. He was very professional, easy to talk to in person and knowledgeable in what he does. I would tell others to go ahead with Terminix. They are good with prices and they do what you say they're gonna do.

We’ve had Terminix for years. We kind of live out in the country and there's lots of spiders and bugs. So we just started with them. They call when it’s time to have our treatment done and also before they show up. They show up on time, on the day they’re supposed to. They’re just very respectful of the property and wore those little foot coverings. They change the little sticky things that catch bugs and checks under sinks. They just do a very thorough job and they have all those things that you would want in a service that’s being provided to you. And if there’s a bug, something that’s dead that I’ve seen, they’re knowledgeable. We’ve just been very pleased with their performance. They're on top of it.

I have a contract with Terminix and they come once every three months. Where I live is in the suburbs and I live on a site that used to be a farm so it has a lot of bugs. I don’t have any bugs getting into the house so much but I wanna keep it that way and that’s why I let Terminix come. They’re very easy to work with. They automatically give me a call to tell me when three months is up because they come out quarterly. And if it doesn’t meet with my scheduling, I can always change it so that makes it pretty convenient.
I've been with Terminix for four years now. It was a little bumpy in the beginning because some of the technicians weren’t so good but the one I have now really works out well for me. He does everything comprehensively and thoroughly, and anytime I want him to comeback, he comes back. He only had to do that one time because I was having an issue with spiders in my basement. He sprayed the basement again and I haven’t seen them since. So I’m pretty happy with the service. I Terminix not to change the technician because I’m gonna get upset. That’s how good he is. It’s well worth trying because if you get my technician, you’re not gonna have any problems at all, or if you have problems, they'll go away.

Terminix comes once in 3 months and spray for pests, hornets, wasps and mice. We live in the mountains so they have to come 50 miles. They usually call to get an appointment because they won’t be able to get inside the house if we’re not home. I've been using Terminix for a year and they've been good.

It was part of our quarterly contract that we have for Terminix for spraying on the outside of the house and to take care of the cobwebs and nests. Scheduling with them is very smooth and they contact us before and they contact us after and during. Their tech has a high level of service. I know when they arrived and I know when they had completed the service so that no one strange is walking around for the neighbors to report. Since we have had that service of bugs coming in, we have not had any major problem at all. We've lived in several cities and this is the second or third time that we've hired Terminix and we have found it to be always reliable and helpful.

Terminix comes out every quarter or more often if we need them. We have to schedule for the inside spray to make sure somebody comes in if we need it. We usually have the same technician and his name is Greg. He’s a wonderful man, very professional and always explains what he does and he makes sure everything’s taken care of.
What I don’t like is that I have to wait for them to come to the regularly scheduled date rather than come out when I need them because I got spiders or ants. The spiders were taken care of. Then I have a peony bush on the side of my house and evidently, that brings little ants in because peonies need ants and vice versa. I don’t want the peonies to die, and Greg was out. He would say that we might see ants for the next few days, but the ants would carry the poison back to the other ants, so then it would take a few days for them to die off. But if after a certain amount of days and we still see the ants, we could call Terminix and he would come back out. He’s always very thorough and we really like him.

We were seeing ants in my kitchen, particularly on my counter, so I called Terminix on Thursday and told them what I needed. Charles came on Saturday morning and he did a good job. I didn’t want to spray poisons in the house and he agreed. He gave me some ant cups and he sprayed then left. I've had Terminix for a long time now and whenever I need to schedule for Charles to come out, he tells me when he has an opening and I can either take that or schedule another time. He's very nice and wonderful. Terminix does good and I'm happy for as long as they do their job. Also, I would recommend them.

I’ve got the 10-year termite thing with Terminix even though I don’t have any termites because I built my house three years ago. The guy that comes now to do ants and spiders on my porches has been really good. If I call him, he comes out for sure and he does a good job. The Terminix service seems to work really well. There are less spiders and ants on my porches. And the tech also went underneath my house, in the crawlspace and did everything, so that was good.

We've been using Terminix for years and this is our second house with them. The first tech we've had was wonderful. We've had him for a long time. Now, we have Ricky and he is very responsive. I like him. In the past, it’s taken several applications to solve our bug problem, but this year we were fortunate in that we had just a small problem with ants and when Ricky put out the clear little boxes, they disappeared almost immediately. Since then, we haven't had them back so it's a good year. There has been an occasional spider’s web too, but that’s it. If it bothers you to have any kind of bugs inside your house, you should use Terminix.

There were ants in the house so we started to have Terminix but they’ve been doing follow-up service on the outside of the house as well. They called the morning or the day before the service, and said that they would be here at an approximate time. Their customer service was handled very well. The technician has a good personality and does excellent work. I watched him and he did what he was supposed to do. He was all around the house and all the windows. I haven’t had any ants since they’ve been getting out. I’m really satisfied with the service. Terminix is a dependable company.

Terminix was great. They took care of what they needed to take care of. They were efficient and explained it all to me, and I had a very positive experience. I have a quarterly service for mice and part of the reason they came was because of the squirrels in my roof. Scheduling the service with them was not a problem. I called them up, and the reps explained to me what they could do and how much it would cost, and that was really simple. I talked to a couple of different companies, and theirs was the most positive in terms of their approach.
The techs solved my problems. One of their technicians in particular was an older gentleman who had been with the firm and in that area for the last 20 years. And he knew a lot of the people in the area. He actually knew my mother, which is kind of funny but he was very polite. And then the young man who did the large animal issue that I had was very professional and explained to me what he was doing and what I need to look for. It's nice to have people who come who are polite, courteous, and respectful of you and your property, and the Terminix team was.

Terminix set up all the termite stations. The day that the guy who came out and talked to me on getting the termite station was here, I paid him. And then two days later, another guy come out and put all the setup stations in. But, I had told him then that I didn’t want the pest control yet. Nevertheless, they handled it all professionally. They had courtesy. I went to Florida for a month, so I just got back and I've decided to go ahead and take out the pest control. However, I haven't got a hold of anybody yet to let them know.

We own three apartment complexes and we have all three of them covered by Schendel, which is owned by Terminix. We have a contract and we have them come once a month. They do preventative spraying for everything, including bed bugs and cockroaches. They also do the heat treatment for the bed bugs. We had one apartment that had them and Terminix got rid of them. We also had people who just moved out and there are some roaches that we didn't know about. We're getting rid of those fast but otherwise, we seldom have a problem. We've also always had a very good relationship with the techs and the current people we're dealing with are superior to anything I've ever had to deal with. All we do is call and they are there. They are very professional, available and quick to respond. I also like the quality of their service and their products. I would recommend Terminix to anybody.

We had issues with termites. Somebody in the neighborhood had an infested shed and the termites spread to everybody else. But it's been taken care of since but we stay right on it so that we don't have any more problems. I have an annual contract with Terminix and the techs are very good. They seem to know what they're doing and they tell me what they're going to do when I'm home before they proceed. I would recommend them.

One of our rental homes was experiencing ants inside and outside the house. About a month ago, they were really extreme and the techs had to come out a couple of times to try different approaches to get rid of them. Scheduling that was pretty easy. We’re on a quarterly schedule with them and I usually email them to get them to come back out if something happens in between those schedules. They treat me well and it goes really good. They're prompt, thorough, and professional. They try to do a good job and the ants have gone away, which is extremely impressive ‘cause we thought we aren’t gonna ever get rid of them.

Terminix has been great. I've been with them for a year and I'm on an automatic schedule, and they just let me know when it was coming up and set me up with the time. Their service person recently came out for the quarterly visit and did the normal check. He went around the house, cleaned up all the cobwebs, sprayed everything for spiders and talked a little bit and then he headed out to the next job. Terminix takes care of my bug problem.

We have Terminix for our residence and place of business. In our residence, we have the monitors for termites and they do exterior as well as interior treatments to take care of insects. Terminix came over to take care of some bedbugs and they were only in one room but Terminix took care of the rest of the house. And while the technician was here, he explained to me everything, said what they were gonna do and then he talked to me after they were done and re-explained everything. He had a helper, too, and they both cleaned up. They did awesome. And then he told me that in three weeks, if I still see bedbugs, then I should give them a call, but every time I called, I had to wait for many minutes and it went on forever. There were a couple of times where the phone just cutoff and I got disconnected and I gave up. But other than that, I haven’t seen any bugs since the service.

I recently had a follow up from Terminix because I had some little red mites all over my yard. Their technicians called to see if it was okay for them to be early. I knew they were coming as they texted me when they were on their way. Everything was perfect. All the people who came out to do the service were really good ambassadors for Terminix. They dusted and sprayed my yard and they told us what was going on with the pest work. They were all knowledgeable and kept me informed about what they were going to do.

We've used Terminix for a few years and I've been pleased with everything they’ve done. I'm a little concerned about the mosquito treatment. They come out monthly and treat for insects. They contact us stating our next treatment is such and such a time. They're flexible too when the time does not work for me. They can come out another time. Terminix either calls up or texts me to tell me when the next service is gonna be and they give me a couple of hours to tell me they'll be here. Generally, the techs come early and let me know what they're here to do. We have a big lawn so they've got plenty to do when they come here. Then they have a summary of what they've done that they leave in a little container on the door. We've been doing this for a long time so we know not to have the animals or the kids out. If the techs have a question, they ask. Terminix has a good service and it seems to be going well. If I have a problem, all I do is pick up the phone and give them a call. This morning, they were here at nine o'clock and they waited until we were ready to go then they sprayed for mosquitoes.

We usually have Terminix spray on the outside, the perimeter of the house. And then I needed some bug traps here inside the house so they came and installed some and gave me some extra ones. Scheduling a service with them has been fine. I’m usually scheduled a certain time, like quarterly. I just had to reschedule it. So, I'd call their dispatch center and he'd easily reschedule it. They'd usually notify me when the technician’s 10 minutes out, and he'd show up when he’s supposed to be. I have the same guy, John, who comes out. He always does a good job and is always on time. The pest activity is very minimal now, no real pest problems, at all. Overall, my experience was great. Their reps were easy to work with and good all-around. Terminix is a great company.

We had Terminix at our house before, then I sold my house, but I kept my contract with them for their pest control service and I carried it over to my current home. I now live in a a bug-infested condo and I had Terminix come out, and the technician sprayed my interior rooms. Sometimes I have hornets and flies too, so he made sure that he sprayed the patio area well and he sprayed around my windows and window sills too. Then he sprayed my utility closet which had sat on my patio. I also had a problem with mice in my utility closet, so he set some traps and checked on these when he came out. The technician that comes out has been very good. I've had him since I've been here at the condo and he takes care of this area. He said he had some other clients in these condos.
Since Terminix has come out, I have definitely noticed a difference in the pest activity in my new home. I don’t have as much of a problem with pests or insects getting inside of my condo and my patio seems to be controlled for pests better. I would recommend them to people having pest issues. I usually try to do word-of-mouth promoting and tell people that Terminix is one of the better pest control companies and I like the fact too that their treatments are pet-safe and pet-friendly because I have a cat. Terminix is definitely very good. If you've got any pest issues, they would come back and make good on the service for you.

I have my quarterly preventative maintenance with Terminix for ants and the issue gets better when they come. I've been with them for a few years now and I never had a problem. I just wanted to get on an established scheduled. They provide a good service for good value and their technician is always professional and very nice.

Terminix’s technicians were excellent but it seemed like every time they came out, my problems got worse. When they sprayed for spiders and did the foundation all around, I was loaded with spiders inside within a day. But Terminix came back out and sprayed again and it seemed better the second time. Still, it was iffy so I don’t think I'll call them again.
The other problem that I had was when I was trying to make the last appointment. I was in the hospital and I wasn’t really able to have this long conversation. I informed the rep I was speaking to, yet I was on the phone for 40 minutes. It was insane. I didn’t understand why she was taking so long just to set up an appointment for an existing customer. She kept apologizing but in the meantime, I could hear her chomping away and gobbling food. Finally, she got the technician over but the technician was coming over to do an inspection. She had the appointment set up for a brand new customer even though she had acknowledged that she recognized that I was an existing customer. It was a holiday and I had to wait for the last of it for someone to come over and treat upstairs. I even had to buy my own stuff.

I work on a very odd schedule. Sometimes I work days, sometimes I work nights. It depends on the day. So normally, the Terminix technician would call and tell me that I have an appointment, then I gotta call and reschedule it. But this last time, the guy called me and said, “I’ll be there tomorrow.” And I said, “Nobody’s gonna be home tomorrow.” And I never got a call. I don’t like the fact that they'd make an appointment and assume that I'd be there. They should send a notice or something. Nonetheless, the technicians that came out and inspected for termites and sprayed for bugs were great. They did a great job, explained everything as they were going and were very professional. I’d tell others to use Terminix too.

Terminix comes for a regular quarterly service and when they're coming, they usually notify me by email and sometimes by phone. I have had to reschedule and I’ve had no problems with it. Dave has been the tech who's coming out here for years and he usually knocks at the door to let me know he’s here and he’s gonna be spraying around the house. He's very professional and personable. He has always been a great person to work with. The pest activity in and around the home has been reduced since starting with Terminix. They’re a great service and reasonable in cost.

The Terminix techs came out for a routine maintenance service and they sprayed for different pests and insects inside the house and around its outside. They usually come out once every three months or if I call in between the regular service schedules. The tech who came over was okay but he seemed to be a little overwhelmed. Even so, since he started coming out, the pest activity in my home has decreased. I would tell friends to give Terminix a shot.

Dave, the Terminix technician, is the guy that always comes since we moved. We had some spiders recently. Dave does a fine job and he also comes for ants and mosquitoes, and normal things. He’s very cordial and pleasant. We chat and he teaches me some things. Scheduling for the service has been excellent. I have Dave’s number and I call him up and he’ll come sometimes within a day or the next week. Terminix is on the right track and I have no complaints. I'd tell my friends to get them.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. I had a problem with little rats and they came and resolved it right away. They were so reliable and I had a very good experience in scheduling the service. They perfectly changed the time for me and it was great. Then the technician who came out was so polite, good, and understandable. If I have a problem, I definitely won’t check with another company and I would always gonna call right away for Terminix. So, if you're considering them, give them a call and you’re gonna be happy.

Terminix is a good company to go with and I recommend them. We've had them for at least 5 years now and I have been very impressed with the caliber of the guys who have come out here. They have been really great and very nice. I can call them and they know that if they get a call, they'll come out if we have a problem with something. They let me know by email, and usually by phone, when they're coming out for a regular service around the house and in the house if we need it. The reps let us know when is our scheduled services and all we need to do if we needed to reschedule is to call them. And if we want the techs to come inside the house, then we will need to be home. We live in the country where there are fields all around and Terminix came out 4 times this summer to do the spray for mosquitoes all the around yard. There are always mosquitoes but they're probably not as bad as they would be if didn’t get the service.

We have termite service with Terminix and this is our third year with them. The fist couple of years have been okay but recently, they were here on a routine service and they didn't do what they were supposed to do. We had some work done and they were to come out and check out the individual termite baits. Some of those needed some new tops put on them or checked down inside the tubes and when we went back, they said they had been there, but they had not done anything different. This is a property where we're not in often and we expected them to come in, perform their services, then leave. But they didn't perform their service the way we expected them to.

We had a bad case of bed bugs infestation and it had been going on for some time now. Every month Terminix was coming back and re-treating and I was beginning to lose faith. The last time a tech was here, he switched chemicals for us because the bed bugs were beginning to be resistant to whatever we were using, and that really killed a lot of them. We did not see a bug for a whole month until recently when there were three bugs in the bed. Then we found a couple the following night and I got some bites on me the third night. But the roaches we had a couple of years ago were gone by the second treatment.
Early on in the game, we got rid of our mattress and got a different one and then the bugs got into that immediately from somewhere. We put a cover on it so whatever was in there would die eventually. So they're not from the mattress anymore. I don't know where the bugs are coming from because nobody is in and out of the house except us and we don't go anywhere that we can pick them up.
We also had a technician, a couple of treatments back, who was a little bit combative about doing the treatment. Though I know he was just doing his job and trying to tell us what we might be doing wrong, he just didn't do it in a most gentle way so I passed it over. I also asked Terminix for a copy of the written contract to see what they will and will not do. Then they sent me an email telling me to open a link, but it went down to a page that said the link is not enabled. And I called for a re-treat six times after that and I still never got it. But somewhere along the line, they sent me the financial contract because we financed half of it.
There has never been a problem with scheduling the service with Terminix. However, for this recent one, I first sent an email for the re-treat and didn't get any response. So I called and talked to the upper echelon people and they told me they would send a message over to their technicians. Then, the guy who does treating called and said he had to change his appointment, but we never got one. There must be some miscommunication somewhere and it happens a lot. Anyways, we’re scheduled for the re-treat on Friday, but we don’t know what time yet. I'm really sad to see it takes this long to get rid of the bugs, but the pest activity has been declining with every treatment and I'm just glad they're getting it.

I recommend Terminix. We called them out because we started noticing getting roaches. We did our initial appointment online and right before the technicians came, we talked to a representative. We got a day that worked for me and they worked around my timing. I had to schedule myself around them as well. Our interaction with the rep was good. Mike is our technician and he comes down and does the bug spray and all his work around here. He is nice too. Until now, we have had a really good experience. Since Mike began the pest service, I have not seen much pests. My husband said he recently saw one, but from what we saw, it was better than before, and we love it.

The Terminix technician was here last week and checked all the terminals out around the house for baits. He also sprayed for spiders and ants and all of the things on the program and it seems to be doing what it’s supposed to do. In fact, it’s evident that it is working. We’re on the program for the mosquitos too, that kind of preventative, and he has to come back by the end of this week.
Usually, the technician calls and lets us know approximately when he’s going to come. And then, closer to that date, he calls to verify the date and time. He's professional and knowledgeable, and any questions that we ask or inquire about, he explains it thoroughly. I'd tell others thinking of having any treatments done to check with Terminix, get more information and consider them as a possibility.

We live around here through the timber and I just want the critters staying outside my house. A nice young man from Terminix called and said that he had performed the task and he found nothing out of the ordinary. He’s personable and a nice guy. You won’t mind letting him in the house. I had a go-round with Terminix a couple of years ago when I was paying the bill and a nice technician appeared and then they turned around and mailed me a bill. I raised all kinds of stink about that and they had it straightened out.

The guy from Terminix who came out and scheduled the service was fine and professional. He knew what he was talking about. However, there seemed to be a disconnect between him and the tech. When the tech came, he asked me what I needed him to do. Also, I noticed that he missed a mud dauber nest. I now got carpenter ants coming into my house as well, so I need to call Terminix.

There were some rodents in my shed. I called Terminix and scheduling with them went perfectly. Then, the technician who came out was very nice. He sprayed and did what he had to do. When the rodents had babies, I was given the bag to pick it up and I removed some of them. But the pests are still around and my contract is up. I paid for the last service and I'm gonna try to remove the rodents by myself now if I see any more on the sticky pads.

I have a quarterly service for pest control and a yearly service for termite inspection. I also have a contract for moles in the yard. Terminix is taking care of everything and I don’t have any bugs around here so I’m happy. I’ve had a few technicians because Terminix moves people around, but they've been great to work with and I haven’t had a problem with any of them.

We had Terminix come out to do a one time service at our rental. We explained we needed it done ASAP, and we did not want a contract because we were moving in less than a month. Chris assured us they would be out right away, and told us if we started a contract at our rental it would carry over to our new home at the same monthly maintenance rate. We verified this with him a few times before we signed the forms.
1 - they were not able to come out for 1 week!!! 2- when we went to switch our address of service, customer service informed us they do not transfer like we were promised, and we would have to pay the upfront fee again!!! I contacted Chris to inform him, he told us he would come out. He never did, and we were left dealing with pest control ourselves. I have never been so upset with a company to actually write a review, but I hope I can save some people from going through the same horrible mess we went through!

Somebody coming door to door sold me my first-time service with Terminix. He came out and sprayed around the house and the shed. He was supposed to take down the hornet’s nest up in the east, but it's still there. Since then, they come out four times a year and the techs they've sent out were excellent. Also, I don’t see the ants like I used to since I had their service.

Terminix is a great company and they got good employees. I’ve been very happy with their service. They work with me anytime in scheduling my appointments and my experience with that has been very good. The techs who come out are also very friendly and very informative. And if we see something we shouldn’t, they come right back out within a day and re-treat. So far, they have only come out to re-treat our house once. They were out here recently and they did a regular inspection and treatment. Since then, the pest activity in our home has been little to none.

I previously had the service of Schendel and Terminix bought them. I now have a service scheduled with Terminix every three months and that has been pretty consistent. When they first started the service, they told me to call them back if nothing improved in the first month, and they came right back out. The techs that they sent were nice and friendly, and they’ve done a really good job for me. They sprayed where I needed them to spray and when I asked them to. They said they kill everything except for bedbugs. This time, when the tech comes out, he would have to spray and get rid of the spiders since I've got spiders coming up out of the vents and everywhere from my basement.
Before Terminix came out, my house was overrun and infested with roaches coming from the house two doors down because they were really crummy people. But after Terminix had come out twice, the roaches started getting less and less. Now, I don’t have a roach problem and I haven't found any roaches in the bait traps they put under my stove and refrigerator.

I've seen one bedbug on somebody's shoe and so I called Terminix to do an inspection and to disinfect it. And it must have been just on that person's shoe because there was no sign of them. The people at Terminix were very nice and very together. The guy who came in the house was very informational. And he told me a lot about bedbugs as well as termites. I decided to have my house treated for spiders and mice, too. It was a really good experience and I invested my money the right way.

Terminix comes out quarterly to do the standard treatment to prevent insects They call me when it's time for service. I wasn't home when they sprayed but they did a really good job. Either a bird or a rodent got into my vent and died and they even helped me with that. They got up in my attic and didn't fix the issue but they tried. It had no charge so they tried to help me out. Since starting with them I saw spiders here and there but that's about it. They do what they're supposed to. If you've got bugs, they'd get rid of them.

We've been with Terminix for several years now and we're really happy with them. If we have issues like ants, they come by that when I call. We have their service for four times a year and it's a lot easier versus having to call every single time. Also, they've done a good job and the technicians have been really nice. For the most recent service, it was like a follow up. They came and sprayed and left a thing on the door.

The Terminix technicians were friendly, and they answered all my questions and took care of the things that bothered me. They checked the mouse trap on their latest visit, which was an extra service. They did an exclusion before and about two weeks later came to check what have been trapped inside the house. I haven’t seen any mice for two and a half weeks, and I was satisfied. Terminix is very professional. They do a quick efficient job and they listen to the consumer.

We called Terminix out here before it was time and they said it was fine and they would be out here. They came out at the time they said they would and they asked where we have roaches. They asked if we've been seeing them in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We didn’t see any in the bathroom but he checked it out anyway. He checked the closets and everything. He was a very nice guy. It's helped a lot and we were very happy with it. It's worth the money. You don’t wanna go with these fly by night places because it just doesn’t work. You gotta get somebody good.

I had just moved into the house and I had noticed some ants coming in through my patio door. A Terminix rep came and I went ahead and had him put me on a schedule. Then the tech came and he explained everything he was doing. Since having the service, I've found dead bugs that were trying to come in from outside.

We are happy with Terminix. We just moved from Memphis, Tennessee to here in Kansas and we decided to do pest control with our new home. We had had Terminix out before so we’re familiar with them and everything was fine in scheduling their service. I travel a lot so I’m only home part of the time and they worked around my schedule. I've been in the house for 15 years and I decided that it was time to have it checked for pests because I have the woods and a farm field behind me. I'm now on a routine service with Terminix and their techs come out on a regular schedule. The tech who came over checked for termites in my ground, but everything was good and there were no termites. He was excellent and always courteous, and he went out of his way to uncover some of the pests. Terminix has been great and my neighbor got them as well because of my recommendation.

I've been with Schendel for years and Terminix bought them. We had them do a termite treatment. We don't have termites but it's for termite prevention so they drilled into around the house. Harry was our technician and he was fine.

We were living in Hawaii when a door-to-door guy tried to get us to sign up with Terminix. But we were moving so we set up the service for our new house in Kansas. The guy was very polite and it was a good experience. We have a package deal that they come out once a quarter to spray the house and they've lived up to what they're supposed to do. The technician comes out when he's scheduled to and even if we're not home, he does the outside of our house. We've got some cockroaches out on the deck now so my wife called back at least a week ago to have the techs come back out and she has not heard back from Terminix. That aside, our major problem is with spiders, which I understand are a little harder to get, and I've only noticed a few in the house.

We called Terminix to come and take care of some mice in our kitchen, and the representatives we talked to were very polite and friendly. About the same time, Terminix also did the termite inspection. The technicians were there early and did their job. After unlocking the doors for them, I sat and waited while they did their inspection, and we had some friendly talk. Everything went great and the pest issue is a whole lot better now. I found termites in my house and Terminix came out the day I called them to inspect and make sure it was termites. And they determined it was termites and the next morning, they came out and installed the little things in the ground. The technician was great, very personable and informed me different things about termites and what to look for and what to be aware of. I haven't seen termites since Terminix came.

I have been a Terminix customer for five years. We got them for we needed fertilizer treatment to the lawn because we had a bug problem. The biggest problem was that the pest is tree-covered. We have some black walnut, however, Terminix is not the best for the grass underneath but their service helps. We organize a service schedule once a year and they let us know that they’ll be coming the next day if the weather’s all right. We often don’t speak with the technicians sent and when we got used to it, the technicians just do their job, leave a note on the door and go.

We have quarterly service with Terminix and we usually have the same technician, Shaun. When we first got here in Idaho, there was a huge wolf spider, and I mean six inches across. I called Shaun on a Sunday and he was out here on Monday. Then they switched his route for a while and we had some other techs and then we got him back. Everybody from Terminix has been great, but he knows I’m really spider-phobic. We're on an acre, so he sprays around the property and checks the mouse traps and he’s really good about making sure nothing can get to our dogs. We also have the service once a year to make sure we don’t have termites, so he does the full inspection on the house. Rich does a great job. We've been with Terminix for just over a month now, but I've known him for 10 years. He knows what he's talking about and knows how to do it. Scheduling a service is good and the pest activity is on the decrease. I know it takes time, but it's slowly going down now.

I've always used Terminix in all of my houses and I've been with them for 50 years. I originally got them out for termite control and since then, I've always used them some sort of pest control. The technician calls me the day before he's due to come out and most of the time, he's scheduling it at the company’s convenience. Sometimes he treats the inside if I'm here, and if I don’t have two hours to sit around the house and he shows up when I'm not here, he just treats the outside. He is very good, very thorough, and amiable. But the technicians change too often and once they do, then I have to take them back through the house to show them where the traps are and where they’ve been spraying before. Other than that, once the guy is on board and knows what's going on, then I don’t have to follow him around.

Terminix did a good job but they came out for the third time to re-treat because of spiders and the rain problem we've been having. It poured down rain right after the guy was here the third time. But since the very last time the tech came, I haven't seen more spiders so I'm in hope that maybe we got it this time. Also, the tech has been outstanding in everything.

I loved my experience with Terminix. I called them one time and the rep on the phone was very nice. The technician sent was also good. He was thorough about what he did and he did an awesome job. And he said if there was anything else that we needed to let him know and he would come back out.

I bought a home and then ran into some termite damage. I have a five-year plan with Terminix and it's for a precautionary measure. They’ve been here one time and put the bait traps out as far as around the perimeter of the house. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a really good experience with Terminix. They were fast.

We lived in Covington, Indiana I had a whole barn out there and some things. I used to try to treat things myself, but when we started with Terminix, I saw a big difference from trying to treat it myself. They did a good job up there. We moved out here to Grace Hill in Indiana and I stayed with Terminix down here. I have a quarterly service set up with Terminix and I also have a yearly termite service with them. They come and inspect, or come and treat the house. And if we have any problems, they take care of it. If I found something and I called them, they would come and take care of it even if it wasn’t a quarterly time. I have a special technician and he’s such a super guy. He is very prompt and very willing to listen if I have any issues. He’s also such a courteous guy. I trust him and he does his job. He’s very efficient and quick. He doesn’t stand around shoot the bull or anything like that. We talk and he’s nice and very efficient.
Everything has been good but the company of Terminix here that I deal with is terrible. If I deal through my technician, it is good, but when I deal through their company, I don’t know who I’m gonna talk to and they get it so confused. I can go on the internet and set up an appointment, but they might change it. It’s a shame and they don’t care. They don’t have that personal touch. But on a local basis, my technician is super. Otherwise, I would not stay if I had to deal with these people all the time from wherever they’re at.

My experience with Terminix has been excellent. They'd usually coordinate the service calls and I’d get an email or a text saying what day they would come and if I didn’t like the day, I'd go online and change it. They recently showed up, did an excellent job, and then left. They worked outside and the pest activity has decreased. The spiders and the ants are still bad, but nothing that’s not controllable. I’d recommend Terminix.

A year ago, I saw some termites in the house. Terminix came and installed a couple of traps. Thereafter, they came over again, took the traps and put it in their reports because we have service with them for a couple of years more and they will come and set the traps for us. We schedule our service every year or every six months now.
When the time for service is near, Terminix calls me and reminds me a few days before what's going on. Their technicians are very friendly. They just come and do everything and I don't need to be around. After 30 minutes, the job is done and they call me and give me a report and tell me what's going on. Since the service, I haven't seen any termite activity and we're pretty happy with Terminix.

We lived in different states before and we had Terminix in Illinois. At that time, I was not impressed with them. But when we moved to Kansas in 2015, we hired Terminix to exterminate our homes. Since then, they've been coming out every quarter. They call me or send a text or email. The guy we have calls me a couple of days in advance. If time doesn't work out, it's really easy for us to reschedule the appointment. I just call the number and tell them I want to reschedule. They're very good at working with me.
Also, Sean, their technician has been phenomenal. If it wasn’t for him, I would not have Terminix. He was our technician when we lived in another home and when we moved here, I had canceled the service. I found him at a business and I said to him "we’ve moved but I need to get you guys out." He then said that he would let Terminix know that I wanted him to come out.
During the service, my daughter could not believe how good he was. He would dust around the outside and take the spider webs down. We had little wormy spiders and he put little caps down in the basement. Since the service, pest activity has been really good. I’ve never had a technician do that. He’s the only reason why I stay because he’s very professional and very pleasant. Overall, we're very pleased with Terminix and the technician that we have. I recommend them.

I had some evidence of termites and two years ago, Terminix put stuff for termites inside the house and then they put the bait stations outside. And they had someone come out most recently to check on that. They scheduled that appointment and then I had to reschedule it, and my experience with the rep was good. 12 years ago, I built a deck and it got eaten by termites over the years and when I pulled it down, there were tons of termites and ants in there. And so, I called Terminix, but unfortunately, it was 12 years later and I couldn’t find any evidence of the termites. I didn’t personally see any termites inside the house but there are some areas that showed some evidence of it.

We just subscribed for a regular service with Terminix for preventive maintenance. Most of the time, it’s just outside maintenance. I would just leave the gate open and they'd get in. But my wife was home once when they had to do some work inside. They were supposed to replace all the canisters but they missed one. I had some materials covering half of it and they probably didn’t see it. I have to get back to them for that, but everything has been fine.

Terminix came out here a few weeks ago and took all the traps. I've been a customer for about a year now and I would call them when I schedule a service. We got misled in the very beginning when we paid $1,800 and that was one cost fee and then when they came out they charged for a fee to come out and check the traps. We thought that was included but apparently it wasn't. They were gonna give us a bill on it and whereas the sales man drew a line to that page. They didn't charge us for that but I think they're going to next year. Other than that, I haven't seen any pest activity and so hopefully it's fine. I'd recommend Terminix.

I get quarterly service from Terminix and I've used the same tech for quite some time now. I like her and she does a great job. The other reps are good as well. The pest activity has a little bit of a comeback, but it's the time of year and it's kind of expected. But my tech would be there in a minute if I call. She’s just awesome.

I've been a Terminix customer for a long time, but it's mainly through my company. Our company has a contract with Terminix for them to come out monthly, do inspections and spray. We have a number of stores and they treat them all. It's a good size area. Also, I have Terminix at my lake house to spray for some bugs. The technician is Yuri and he is nice, very thorough, and takes care of the problem at our lake house. He comes out once a year and sprays for spiders and ants.

I like using Terminix. I have it set up on a quarterly schedule just to take care of the flies, bugs and the spider webs. Michael from Terminix schedules it. He just calls in a day or two ahead of time and lets me know about what time he's gonna be there. And then I say, "Okay. Well, call me about 20 minutes when you're gonna be there." And then we meet. There used to be another technician but I guess he lost his job. He came a couple of times and then Michael has been our technician ever since. The experiences with the technicians have been good all the way around. I noticed the other day that when I went in my basement I got a few more cobwebs than usual. But I know that they can't hit every spot every time. Everything is perfect and I don't have a single complaint.

I have a yearly checkup with Terminix because I had termites years ago, so they schedule and come out once a year to make sure I am still termite-free. It's the same tech guy that’s been coming out for a couple of years, so I know him. He comes into my messy basement and doesn’t make any comments about it, and I appreciate that. He does his job and he's friendly. I'm satisfied that they took care of my termites and that they come out regularly.

I was having an insect problem so I got Terminix's services. Scheduling my first service went well and I was impressed with the tracking tool that allows you to track when the tech was gonna be there. The person called in advance and it was nice to have a better idea to when he was going to arrive. And he showed up on time. He was thorough and he did a good job. Also, the pest activity is mostly gone. There's still a little bit but it's a lot better than it was. He said it could take some time so I signed up for the service plan with them. Give Terminix a shot. They did a good job for me and I think they would do a good job for you also.

We've been working with him for 10 years and more and he's extremely knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. We talk about what he’s doing with his family, the holidays, and what he’s doing when he goes on vacation. It’s very personal. There's nothing negative at all with Terminix except we get these obnoxious phone calls from Terminix about the coming out and checking our house. And we keep saying, “Hey guys. We’re already Terminix people. You don’t have to do this.”

I've been using a maintenance service with Terminix for quite some time and I would recommend them. For one thing, they put me on a monthly pay period because I didn’t have $100 and we did a payment schedule of $33 a month for a year. Scheduling the service with them has always been good and they always set a schedule that was convenient for me. When they said that the techs would be here, they were here and they were always on time. The techs took care of my biggest problem with the roaches. During my regular time for maintenance service in May, I called Terminix over for ants and a few roaches. The techs that came out and sprayed were wonderful. Since the service, I've only seen three roaches and ants.

I've had for Terminix years. They treat for bugs and it seems worth the money not to have the problem. Someone came out and noticed a problem that we had but it didn’t go well at all. I noticed a tiny hole in my oak flooring. There was damage caused because there were tomato vines on that side of the house and he didn’t spray behind them. The man came out and said that he has to find a live bug to determine if it had been caused by that but it had been vacuumed. He had to find something alive before he’d believe anything. But that’s the only problem I ever had.

I knew I had termites and instead of trying to do something myself, I called Terminix. They know more about the business than I do and they probably did the job as well as it could be done. A couple of young guys came out and picked up little mud trails at the side of my house. I knew what those were the first time I had ever seen them and I’m out there all the time so I’m sure we caught them pretty early. In the end, everything went fine.

I've been very pleased with Terminix. I recently had an annual treatment and when I was scheduling the appointment for that, the wait time was rather long to try to get somebody. It took over five minutes and it was a little frustrating. But when the technician, Deshawn, came out, he was very thorough. I also had a few cockroaches and carpenter bees that he specifically treated and he did a great job. Aside from him, the one that I usually have to my house is Austin and I've been very pleased with him, too. Since the treatment, I haven't seen any of the pests, though it would always seem to take a few days before I see them again. The carpenter bees are one of those bugs that continue to come around but we seem to have knocked out several of them and I only saw dead ones so far.

We had moved from Nashville, Tennessee where we had Terminix and called our rep in Bloomington, Indiana and it was set up from there. We love the technician they send out to do work for us. He's absolutely friendly, polite, thorough and wonderful. We have bad ponds behind our condo community and had ants ending up in the cat food. The technician took care things inside and out and checked everything. If there was anything, he let us know immediately. Since getting their service, we don't have pests anymore. If anyone would need Terminix's service, get a full schedule going.

I called Terminix for a receipt that I asked for and they were extremely hard to get a hold of. They put me on hold, then they cut me off. I sat there for 12 minutes. And then when I got a response, it was a recording saying, “We’re no longer open. You’ll have to try your call later.” They’d done all kinds of mean things and made it very difficult to deal with and I didn’t like it.
I had to call John, the field inspector that originally came out, and he said they had a problem like that with several people. I had to beg him to give me his supervisor’s phone number, which he didn’t wanna do. Why do they not wanna be able to be reached? I asked him why don't they change things and he said he didn't know. On the other hand, he was professional and did his job. He wasn’t supposed to be answering any of my questions, but he helped me out. Also, the service technician was all about being positive. He wasn’t afraid to get under the house and go for it. I told him that if he keeps that attitude, he'll go far and he said that he likes his job and he's all into what he's doing.
Terminix needs to change the way they do business because you need to be able to contact somebody to answer your questions. Mine was a simple question. I kept trying to get somebody to please send me a receipt and I never got that. And one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing. The lady that sent me to the people that were supposed to help me didn’t know that they were in a different time zone. She should have known. Then, the lady I was speaking to was gonna send me to somebody else and I asked about the time zone. She said she was checking to see if they are in a different time zone because they might not be open. On the 12th call, I finally got a woman that understood and took care of my questions and everything I needed to know. And I told her I had a hell of a time trying to get a hold of anybody from Terminix to answer my questions. My entire experience has not been very good at all.

I used to have termites and Terminix cleared it out. Recently they visited to double-check to get a renewal of my coverage. I had no issues scheduling the service and it was a great experience. We sat with their technicians and talked about what was going on with my house, what some of the coverage was and what my options were. They were pretty cool, friendly and they did a good job both last time and this time. I had the same guy I had before and he was very accommodating and easy to understand. He was a good combination of being efficient and easy to approach and talk to. Both the inspector and the guy who came to spray were good and I would prefer to have them next time if possible.

We had an issue with termites swarming once. We now have a regular Terminix service set up for termites, which was the technician's solution to solve the problem, and I agreed to it. So far, the experience has been fine. We haven’t seen a termite since. The gentleman that came out today was fine and did a good job. However, the second time around wasn’t a good experience. We had some mites and some ants so I called them. I told them that nobody would be home and to just come out, give me a call and tell me what they can do. I got a notice that the guy was on his way and then I got an email that he checked the termite traps and they all looked good.
I called back and I was very upset because I was out of town and I asked to talk to one of the managers, and the guy was just very rude and blew me off. He said, “We can do ants, but we don’t take care of mites.” And I said, “Well, I want somebody that can handle the whole thing.” “Good luck.” And click. Then that was it. So, I’m not happy with Terminix. After I spent $1,200 with them a month before and that was the way I was treated. Maybe I caught somebody on a bad day or just didn’t wanna deal with me because I was upset too. I did call that technician back and he never returned my call either.

We built a log cabin and we needed Terminix for preventative measures. We have them for eight years now and they come out every three months. The techs usually spray all over outside then inside. The techs have been great but so far, I still have a lot of spiders.

I like Terminix. They have been pretty good and our problem with ants and wasps has toned down quite a bit. I call them to schedule the service and it's super easy doing it. They're polite and flexible, and if you have a problem, they’re there to fix it the next day. I had two different technicians that came to my place and both have been super educational and really friendly. They sprayed mostly outside and have also come into the house a few times.

We’ve had ants in the house from time-to-time and I had to call Terminix three years ago initially to come and get rid of the ants, which they did. The ants stayed away for quite a while and I ultimately ended up in a continuous program with Terminix where they come every three months and they automatically advise me a week ahead of time.
The technicians that come out are very professional. They spray the wall outside of the house and they spray around the house too. They use some kind of a special spray and they check around. Sometimes, if I request, they’ll come on the inside if I tell them I’m seeing ants on the inside of the house. They’ll spray near the cabinets and anywhere the water comes in. Since starting with Terminix, the ants have been a bit less. The ants have come back from time-to-time, but it’s better than before I had any service at all. The ants are probably resistant and you can’t get rid of them a 100%. But I’d tell others that Terminix is a good service to use. They got a well-known reputation too.

We all enjoy the Terminix service and it's the best one our company has ever had. We never had one bit of problem with their techs and the same one comes to do the pest control. He comes out on a monthly basis and we can normally know around the same time every month that he's gonna be stopping by for service so it doesn’t affect us. He knows what our office hours are, so he does the outside of the building when he shows up, and then he knocks and comes in to do the inside. He does the job, cleans up after himself, and then he's gone. He is polite, very friendly, very social, talks about the weather, and all around nice guy. The pest activity has been non-existent since the most recent service. So, we definitely won't be switching and when we relocate our office, Terminix is gonna go with us.

It's been several years that we've been using Terminix and the technicians do not change very often. We had a guy for three years, and then now, we have a girl and they’ve always been super nice. They spray and put out the little traps. And so, I'm assuming they know what they're doing. The girl technician was in here three weeks ago and she was very nice and friendly. She did her job and sprayed. We don't have any pests now. Terminix has always done a good job and asked us if we've seen anything. One time, we had to reschedule a service with them. They came just as we were leaving and they came back when we called them.

I had carpenter ants so I called Terminix and they took care of what I needed. They got rid of the carpenter ants. In the last couple of times that I had my service, the same service rep was here and I’m very happy with what he’s done and how he’s done it. He does a very efficient job. I can also talk to him and ask him questions and he’s able to answer me. Terminix has done a good job for me. Try them out.

We've been with Terminix for three years. I got in touch with them because I don't like spiders. They schedule and come right out right away, and the interaction with the tech has been pretty good. Awhile back I had some spiders show up and I called them. They came right back out and sprayed again and I haven't seen any. Terminix has been doing a good job.

I had a one time service from Terminix for some termite issues and though I don't regret it, I'm not thrilled with the whole thing. It's too expensive. I’m not happy that they left black plastic containers that say, “Do not touch. With poison”, and my dog ran up with the thing in its mouth the next day. I also didn’t like the fact that they didn’t explain everything to follow-up. Be careful of Terminix.

The reps have been courteous and professional whenever I’ve spoken to them and one rep has been getting somebody scheduled to come out to do the service. I’ve been trying to reschedule service with Terminix for the last month, but I haven't been able to get that accomplished. I’m supposed to have a technician out today and, hopefully, that happens. I got a phone call saying that they’ll be out between 5:00 and 7:00 today. I’ve had Terminix for about a year now and never had any problems up until about March. Something changed and now I’m not getting good service anymore. I threatened to cancel the service.

I saw spider everywhere and the gentleman from Terminix that did the service was very nice. I don’t have anything left in the home, but out deck is like a huge spider web. And the back piece thing on his truck to be able to spray it was broken. So they were supposed to come back out a week or so later so he can go up underneath our deck and spray it real good. But I never heard back from him. And they need to come back out because I still saw spiders.

We noticed a little termite swarm earlier this spring down in our basement coming through some concrete walls. So we went ahead and decided to get the full protection around the house from Terminix. The scheduling went well and they were professional. There was no visible damage anywhere, but we bit the bullet and did the installation or the bait stations. They were on time and I watched them put the stuff in. They did a little spot treatment on that location where we saw them coming in. They took care of that very quickly. It all worked out well and I was very happy.
When we first took on the service, they emailed the contract but our printer would not print it out. It just kept showing it blocked, both on our apple and our PC. I called the company and I asked if they would send out a hard copy of the actual, original contract and the rep was very nice. He said he would get one in the mail and they sent us something in the mail, but it wasn’t the original contract. It was just a recap of the service that we had just had. I’ve not gone back to follow-up with them.
Also, before we agreed to the service, it was really talked up pretty highly. They’ve got a new 9-component chemical that is really effective and they almost made it sound like you’d never see a termite again. They talked about their guarantee but once we signed, I couldn’t get anybody to say that our termite problem is now resolved. Afterward, when I kind of pressed them on that issue, it was like they never guaranteed that. I had the impression that this would take care of it. And those bait stations are placed every 15 feet around the house. It sounded like once they were put in everything existing that’s out there, all the termites that might still be somewhere would be attracted to them and be gone. And they would never infiltrate the property again but I understood it isn’t necessarily the case.
It's not a huge deal but the guy was a little over-emphasizing about what the product would do before we agreed to it and then backed off a little bit after we gave them the check. I talked to the two installation guys when they came out and they said that no company would ever guarantee that. Other than that, it has been satisfactory so far. We presume that we won’t see any more swarming next year. But so far, we’ve not had amounted for a follow-up inspection. I anticipate doing that every quarter or so. And they said to definitely call them to come out and check on things anytime you wanted. So we’ll probably take advantage of that.

I'm happy with Termix. We had termites when we started with the regular service setup with them and that's been about 20 years ago. They set the traps and then check them and they also do an in-house check once a year. The tech who comes varies but it's the same person most of the time, and we're satisfied with their overall demeanor.

Terminix comes by once a month to spray my yard for mosquitos. The reps usually call and remind me ahead of time because I have to open the gate for them. Then the technician comes, sprays the yard and leaves. My last dosage was around the 25th of May then a week ago, I was bitten while I was sitting out on the deck so I called and complained. The technician said he was gonna come by and spray again but he never did. But I had their service last year and I never had a problem. But this year, there were a couple of mosquitos. But other than that, I would recommend Terminix.

The other owners of the house had the service with Terminix done in May. We bought the house in September and moved in after the pest problem was gone. And then we took over the contract and it's been fine. When I called to schedule a service, the reps on the phone were very good. A technician came out a couple of weeks ago and said everything looked good. So we're gonna have the baits taken out from the ground tomorrow and if we need Terminix again, we'll come right back to them.

We had carpenter ants and the Terminix technician who came out was very good, but I was a little disappointed that I was told by the salesperson that the package I purchased would include tick treatment. I feel like the sales consultation was misrepresented. I've worked in sales and customer service, and I don't think telling somebody that they're getting a service and not delivering is good.
All the technician could do was spray around the house. He couldn't treat the outside of the yard of my home, and it was why I purchased a package through Terminix. I had another option and cheaper, but the technician that came out was extremely nice and upfront about it, so I proceeded because I had another issue I needed resolved. The tech also laid out some mousetraps and things that I didn't originally ask for.

I had tiny ants that came in all over the place, and I had a problem with spiders. And I've been a Terminix customer for a little over a year now. They come out once a month and usually call me three to four days in advance, and let me know when they're gonna be here for our service. I've had several technicians. Terminix has a problem keeping somebody in this area. But still, all the ones I've had had been very nice and polite.

Terminix is a good company with good people. The company I worked for uses Terminix so I was with using them too. They showed up when they said they were going to and answered politely all the questions I was asking. They then took care of everything. I haven’t seen any ants in the house since they’ve been here.

I'm on a rotation with Terminix and they come out every three or four months. The tech who they've been sending out has been very good, helpful and knowledgeable. If I find something, he comes back and works harder to get rid of it. We had some ants that he had to work really hard on. Now, I have less pest activity in my property.

We have started working with Terminix six months ago. The service was great as long as I can afford it. Their technician was excellent. He’d tell me everything what he’s doing and then afterwards tells what he thought and seen. They were on time with their scheduled service calls and they call me to inform me. They can do it and I don’t have to be around. Yesterday they came here to do the outside and they did the whole pests.

We had spiders and ants so I tried Terminix out. With all the technicians that had come out, I only had a problem with one. The others had put granulates down on the ground around my house and I wanted this technician to do the same. That, along with what they spray at the base of the house, creates a good barrier for the insects. But the technician acted like he didn’t want to do it so I called Terminix to complain and tell them to send somebody else out. They’ve got to remember that the customer is paying for the service and more or less, the customer knows his house and what kind of invasions are in his house. If I give the technician a rough idea of what I have, then that will give him an idea on what to put out. The guy I complained about came back the very next day, did what I had him do and redid the whole house.
Other than the experience with that technician, I’m very pleased with Terminix. I don’t see the ants now and I’ve seen very few spiders. I will recommend Terminix to anybody. In fact, I got my neighbor to try Terminix and see how they would compare to the ones that he had used. Since his switch to Terminix, he’s been 100% pleased with it and he hasn’t seen ants in his house as well.

The last time I've used Terminix, they treated the outside and it was good. I've had a very good experience with the technician and it's been perfect since. To schedule a service call, I'd get an email and then they'd usually let me know the day before. They’d also call me that day because I have to be home when they’re gonna come in the house. I've recommended Terminix to people. I told them that their price is good and the service is excellent.

Terminix was very easy to get ahold of and they came pretty quickly once we had the quote. They came in and sprayed, and then put down traps for some mice we thought we had in the house. The technician was very professional and very helpful.

We've always got pest control services since we remodeled our old house and then put a new one up. We've been using Terminix for many years now and the service is automatically scheduled. The tech calls me when he's gonna come out and he does really good service in spraying inside and everything.

I have a basement and in Western Indiana, we get a lot of spiders when the weather starts changing. I got Terminix' service and they come out every three months. I’ve had to call them twice in the last six months to come early because of the spiders are getting in the house again. And the last time they were here, the tech came in on time, got everything done, and left. I usually have him and he's real good, but he told me that he’s moving to a different area.
I also bought a home in Florida that has the certificate of protection from Terminix. When I called them and they didn’t show up, they said that my people never paid for the contract and I had to start over for which they wanted $4,000. But I got the documentation that said it was paid for. Everyone said they were gonna look into it but that has been since May of 2017. So, I’m not using Terminix in Florida. They’re not well-liked there. My neighbors also got screwed by Terminix down there a few months ago. They were told that they had an ant infestation but what they had were termites. So, they were not happy.

We were having spiders getting into the house and we wanted to have a professional come and look at it because our attempts hadn’t curtailed any. Terminix came out and put down some traps to see what they were dealing with, and they sprayed some stuff around. The gentleman that came out was very personable, knowledgeable, thorough and focused on what he was trying to do. Now we don’t have as many bugs as we did before.

I signed a contract with Terminix for a year. They came and did an initial spraying of the entire premises last time. The tech who came was great but we had an issue with scheduling because we were supposed to have it scheduled on a Thursday and I took off from work and waited but no one ever showed up. So I called up and left a rather angry message. The retail manager called me back and said that their truck had a breakdown. They should’ve called me but they didn’t. He said that the company would rebate me $50 on the initial service call. It sounded great on paper but when the bill came and my checking account was debited, they didn’t give me the credit for it at all. I phoned the manager back and he has yet to return my call and that was a few weeks ago. I’m not happy with the promise that wasn’t delivered, but as far as spraying and the treatment of the house, Terminix did a fine job.

One of the neighbors had some termites and we live pretty close. I signed a contract with Terminix and didn’t read the contract like I'm supposed to do so I had to use it for a year. It cost me $875 and I thought it was a one time fee, but it wasn't. After that, it will be another $100 every time they come out. They come out every couple of months. They treat for termites and then they made it sound like I save so much money if I'm going ahead and combine it with the pest control contract. My other neighbor got that contract and that one was another $200 and some for the pest control. Every time they come back out it seems like most of the time they wanna spray outside or do all inside also, but I don’t ever have them come inside ‘cause I don’t have that many problems, and that would be another charge too. They're overpriced and a total rip-off. I won't be using them anymore.

The salesman from Terminix was very informative and then the one who came out to treat the pests was excellent. I felt very comfortable with him. And I would recommend both the salesman and technician. I've not had any more pests in the house since the service and I have found some dead mice outside. So, that was good.

We do the termite service with Terminix. It's preventive as well as they got bait traps around the house. When the termites get into the bait traps, they come out and check the bait traps and replace the bait if they needed to. They found them in several locations in certain times. But most of the time, we're usually clear. They cleaned up the colonies that are closer to the house. They also changed the bait over from a regular bait to the permanent stuff so that they're just gonna be coming out less often.
Their new technician is great. He is a youngster and he's kept his cool. The other guy that they had was reluctant to get in the house where he needed to go down to check. But if he has to come in the house, he should let me know he has to come in so that I have to be there. But other than that, he's been pretty good. They also send an automatic voicemail when it's time to service our home and then the technician calls me the day before. Terminix is a pretty good company. They do what they need to do.

I saw bees around my house. The second guy from Terminix came along and he explained the bee thing. He knew so much about everything and was totally amazing. He also sprayed a bit in a couple of places thereafter. I also had ants on one side of the house and Terminix put out some bug stuff that seemed to get rid of them. Since the service, I haven't seen the bees but I think that there are still some underneath my house. They're not supposed to be able to get underneath my house because it's in a concrete foundation. Still, I hear them all the time and that's upsetting.
I hear the bees buzzing at night. My cameras picked them up flying around at night and regular bees don't fly around at that time. There are people who made a tunnel to get under my house and then they jacked it up. And so at nighttime, since there is also a bee's nest underneath the house, that disturbs the nest. Also, I got a letter l that says that I terminated service with Terminix which is untrue. I got an offer that stated that Terminix wanted me back and that they would give me credit. As far as I know, I'm still one of your customers and I didn't terminate service with you guys. Nevertheless, I'm really happy with Terminix's service and their prices.

We’re set on a quarterly preventative service with Terminix and if something manifests itself in the meantime, we’d call them. We’re about due for service this month and we have quite a bit more activity with ants and spiders around the facility. So far, the techs who have come out have been fine. My first guy was Dave and he was outstanding. He was extremely thorough, communicative, and professional. When he was here, I saw the flea boards everywhere, he was spraying here and there, and knocking down all the cobwebs and nests of bees or wasps. I was also here for one of the recent visits this year and the techs who came out asked if we had any particular issues then went about their business. However, I feel like we used get better treatment from them.
In the beginning, the techs placed flea boards at every entry point and every potential area every time they visited. But now, it’s kinda hit and miss, if at all. I also feel like they used to spray the perimeter in and out, but now they only spray the outside. They don't spray inside anymore unless we have visible pests. I might not be 100% right on that, but the treatment we get now is not as thorough as when we first started the service.

Terminix has done a great job on our mice problem. We went to Florida and the little critters invaded the house. We've got service from Terminix for a year now and I'm very happy with them. Scheduling a service is a good experience and they're flexible. They came out and checked the traps and re-baited them and also sprayed for spiders. And, I haven't noticed any other pest problem since they came out last time.

I was having problems with ants and I called Terminix. I set up an appointment and someone contacted me to see if I was available. The rep was very easy to work with and it’s been fine since the tech came out. He was trying to understand my concerns and addressed them and explained what he was doing. I paid the premium because I wanted someone knowledgeable and I got that. Terminix is a little pricey compared to competitors, but it worked.

I’ve used Terminix for years. I just moved to a new location, from Terre Haute to Kokomo, and I transferred my account. I had some ants in my kitchen area and because I had moved into a new house, I wanted to get going with getting rid of any insects that might be causing problems. After I moved, Terminix had called me to set up an appointment, not knowing that I had moved. And so, I told them I moved. Everything was hectic. That was last fall and I wanted to wait until spring to do anything and they said that would be fine. So, they called in the spring to see if I was ready to start up and I said yes. We chose the time and the date, and everything went from there.
The technician that came out was a very nice fellow. He did what he needed to do, left me some paperwork and he was here for 20 minutes. I always found pests at my other house too. And here I had noticed some wasps or some flying bee variety. I told the technician where it was and he sprayed for that, and I’ve not seen any since. So, that seemed to work. Terminix did an excellent service and my home has been better. I’ve always been pleased with Terminix and when I moved, I just wanted to continue using them for any problems that I might have.

Terminix's reps are very fast and very efficient when they come out. I always get different ones so I have to explain to them what I want them to spray for. I figured they need to know. Some of them get really into detail which is great to learn things and they educate me about different insects and the mice. They also check the boxes to make sure there’s nothing in them. I’m in a one bedroom house with a garage attached and they get done pretty quickly. They also tell me that they'll spray the outside of the house as well and up by the windows, so I can open my windows without worrying about something crawling in. It’s been really good since they've been coming out. Then yesterday, I was going out my door and there was a snake. I ran back in the house because I was nervous. Then I called my fiancé right away and he told me to call Terminix.

I called in a black ant problem and Terminix came out. They said what they were gonna do and if we were going to have problems, to give them a call back. I'm not too happy with Terminix right now because they came and exterminated last month and the problem is not going away. They were gonna come today but I had a VA appointment at 2:30 and they said they’d be at the house between 1:00 and 5:00 so I couldn’t be there. And I don’t appreciate waiting till next Friday. There’s nothing I can do about it in the meantime.

Our experience with Terminix has been 95% positive. The people who do the work are friendly and accommodating and the only occasional glitch we have is with scheduling. Normally, there’s an advance notice by e-mail and a follow-up call before the service, but this last time, my wife and I didn’t get either. We normally like to have the person come in the house or at least get inside the garage to look around, but when he came, we weren’t here and we missed that opportunity. That normally doesn’t happen.
I have termite and pest, so it gets a bit confusing sometimes because when I call them, they say, “We’re coming,” and I ask, “Which one is this?” It’s the same person all the time, at least on the pest’s side. They’re very polite and accommodating. They put the booties on if we want them to come in the house and they’re pleasant to deal with. The only time I called them for something was within the last few years. I had a couple of big hornets’ nests and they came right away. They took them down and sprayed them. I’d recommend Terminix.

We noticed some spiders and things. We were also having a lot of ants last year. Terminix comes out every three months and they recently came out and did the normal spraying. When we first started, we had a guy that came and we had someone else take over his route. Then he left the company or went to another route, because this last time, it was an older gentleman who said he was kinda retired but was covering for the other one.

There were two treatments for mosquitoes and an initial one for spiders, and our problem went away. One night, my wife and her daughter were sitting and they saw a little bug crawling on the floor. It had wings and it wasn’t a termite. A day or two went by and they saw a couple more, so I thought the bugs were coming up out of the crack in the baseboard. Terminix had a thing advertising on television about a free inspection, so we called them and asked about it and they came out. When the technicians got under the house, they said they couldn’t get into the area where the room was because it was too tight. They put sprays out next to the house in the front with the holes and put the things on the house 15 or 20 feet apart.
The gentleman that did the inspection was all right, but I felt we didn’t need termite service. We just bought this place a year ago. My wife was worried about it, so we got it done. I would be satisfied with the service if they took care of the problem. Before the time they got out here, we didn't see any more of the bugs. We just saw two or three of them. And then the next night, one or two. Then after about a week, they saw one. The technicians said that that’s what the bugs do - they explore and go somewhere, and once they get there, they’re not on the move again.
They sent me a bill and I paid a down payment of $279 dollars. They came back and did the stuff like when the first guy was here, and they gave me some paperwork. I got a letter in the mail and it told us how much it was gonna be. It was another $800 and if I didn’t pay it upfront within a 90-day period, they were gonna charge me around $70. When I started to mail the letter a week ahead of time, they said to mail my letter 10 days ahead of time to make sure they got it. When Terminix talked about relaying with our payment, it reminded me of a bank. If you’re late with the payment, they tack a late charge on you. They also said that if you’re late about the payment, they’ll make reports to the credit bureau. We’ve been paying our bills in advance and if they come in, we send the letter seven days in advance so they get there. Overall I’m happy with them right now.

My experience with Terminix has been fantastic and I love my representative. He comes when he's supposed to and we chat a little bit. I tell him what I want him to look at, he looks at it and checks everything. We have a great relationship. I had carpenter ants last year when I first started using Terminix. And their rep came in and explained to me what he was gonna do, and he did it. He also told me to look for a few stragglers and that I shouldn't see anything, but if that didn’t happen, I should call them back and I could get them to spray again for free and everything he told me happened and I am thrilled. And this year, I did not have the ants but I had some situation with some big, brown bug. And I called him in between the time that he was supposed to come in the normal scheduled appointment and he came and took care of that. I would recommend Terminix to anyone and I already did. They are great.

Terminix was cheaper than the other company we were using so I got them and I've had them for less than a year now. I recently had them come out and do a treatment on the inside and outside. And a few weeks later, I saw a couple of ants and a couple spiders. I called them and a week and a half later, they got out here and did a treatment. Then a couple of weeks later, I have ants coming in my house all over the place which I only had one or two prior to that. I called Terminix and they came out and did another treatment but I had already used a Raid Ant Bait thing. The ants were starting to disappear but with Terminix doing the extra treatment, they did disappear.
The technician was nice but he didn’t talk a lot. He was not as friendly as some but he was not rude and that's okay. He did a different treatment when he came out the second time than he did the first time. I can't help but wonder in my mind if he did that the first time, I probably wouldn't have the ants the second time, but I don't know that, no guarantee. Nonetheless, the ants are totally gone now.
Also, there was one time wherein they came and did a treatment outside the house and just left the bill on the door. They didn't even call me and tell me they were coming or asked if I wanted the inside treatment or anything. I called about that and I had them come back out and treat the inside. If you're paying $99 for them to take care of your house over three months, they should do more than just spray it around the outside of the house. To me, that was insufficient and improper. But according to what I've read, that's the way they do unless you say you want them to treat the inside too. I'd tell others that Terminix is okay but you have to be specific about what you want and what to expect.
