    We've been happy with Terminix. Ray is great. He has been here before. We have been having a problem with the ants. In our backyard, we have an English garden with a brick wall around it in the front where an ant nest is set up in one post of it and Ray has been telling us what to do. We don’t have to take the whole thing apart and do all that to get rid of the ants. Knock on wood, they're gone in the back. They were coming in our kitchen which is the backdoor.

    The one time Ray came, he was spraying something in the house and I have a 124-pound dog that is too strong you can't just take her anywhere and walk alone. So, Ray makes sure that he explains everything, what to do and when he sprays outside, not to let the dog out for a little while. If I have a question and I ask him about it or I tell him like my granddaughter was here that day, he was very careful and everything worked great.

    We’re a chemical company that works with dish machines. When the equipment comes back from a restaurant and we don’t inspect it, it usually comes back with some critters. But we haven’t had any issues since Frank has been coming. He's the service guy from Terminix and he's a good guy. He comes out once a month and we've had the service for close to two years now. Sometimes, he comes before I even get in and the warehouse guy takes care of him. Frank sprays, takes care of all our mice and makes sure we don’t have any roaches.

    Terminix called us initially and the service was within where we wanted it. They came when they said they would and the rep was nice and friendly. He accomplished what I needed him to do. I had Terminix out for their quarterly service and technician was good. I have a mow band that goes around my grass and he went ahead and did that. However, because of the heat, I was starting to get spiders again about a month after that. Still, the experience was okay and I would recommend them.

    Went online to schedule an inspection. The site stated that someone would call me to make an appointment. Moments later I received an email stating someone would be at my house today between 9 am and whenever. I immediately called to reschedule since I was not only away from home but at a doctors appointment. The gal rescheduled for the same day and gave the time frame of 3pm-5pm. We waited. At 5:30 I called to see why we had not yet been contacted for the lateness. I was told that the online system didn't realize the local branch was booked.

    The manager, Levi, received the information and instead of contacting me to say he was booked and ask if I could reschedule - he rescheduled my appointment without telling me to the following Tuesday! Well, Levi - I work for a living. Not only will I not be available in the day you scheduled for me - but your managerial skills should be called in to question. Rather than play the back and forth I have read about from other would-be customers, I canceled the appointment Levi made for me without discussing it with me and I will go with another company.

    We've had Terminix since we moved to our current location 15 years ago. However, their prices go up way too fast. If it weren't for Montre, our regular technician, we would have left a long time ago. Still, their technicians are very friendly, especially Montre. They do what they're supposed to do and then they leave and give me a bill. We have them over for maintenance and one time, we had extra ants which was why we called their technician back. Even so, I don't have any problems other than their price.

    When I bought this place, it already had some termite damage. The people who sold it to me said that they've used Terminix and when they showed me where the damage was, it was no longer there. It was repaired so I just continued for insurance. I had some termites in a tree, which we chopped down, but it was too close to the house. But that was the only time we found any termites. I get the house inspected every year. I go on the internet and make the appointment. They do a check around my house to see if there are any moving characters. They look even in the crawlspace and around the property edges. And there's been nothing to talk about.

    I live a mile from the ocean and I don’t have any grass anymore. I'm all stoned on my front. So I've had a cleaner bill of health and I discontinued getting the bug coverage years ago because I didn’t have that many bugs. But when I heard the house next to me was gonna be raised, I re-got that part of the deal. It had been vacant for five years. It got me scared that all the bugs in that house were gonna come over to mine. So I took an extra service this year. Even though I didn’t have any bugs, I had the bug people come out to spray. All in all, the Terminix people do their job. Plus they come in and keep records. If you need some company that's been running for a long time, that's Terminix. I know they've been in business for over 20 years because that was when I started with them. And it's been good over the years.

    We have Terminix for quite a while now and when we schedule for a service call, our experience with them has been okay. They do routine checks and they also put chemicals.     I’m glad with what Terminix does. I have regular visits and there was never an issue. They call ahead of time, they follow up, and send an email. I’ve had some issues scheduling the service with the ant problem that we had. I wish that they could come out the same day, but I get that they couldn’t. Everyone’s having ant problems due to the weather that’s been going on here. It took a little while, but when the tech came out, he did a fantastic job. He was courteous, and more importantly, my family appreciated what he did.

    It's easy to schedule with Terminix but sometimes it takes a little longer than I wanted to. The rep I spoke with was courteous and professional. And, their technicians are here when they say they're gonna be here. Carmelo has been my technician for many years and he's very personable. In fact, he came at 1:00 o'clock this afternoon to do the quarterly thing. I don't have anything in my house so the outside is good. He does a good job. I find him looking in, up and around so everything seems to be good. I'm happy with the company and I would definitely recommend them.

    Our house is about eight years old and we're the third owner. We closed on it on the 23rd of August. Everything was out of it, so before we moved our furniture in, we wanted the initial inspection and have it treated. I put in a request online with Terminix and the process was simple. The inspector that first came out went up in the attic right over the garage. He wasn't there a minute, comes back and said something about mouse droppings and my wife went berserk about that. I don't think there are any problems but that's why they're out and I'm satisfied to some extent.

    I have a rental property and when the people moved out they didn't take their bugs with them. I called Terminix and the rep I talked to was nice. He gave me a good and thorough quote so I got the service. The technicians came out and sprayed but when I sent out the cleaning lady she still found the bug problems. Terminix came back out again last Thursday and sprayed, and they're coming back out again this week or the beginning of next week to spray again. I wish one treatment would have done it so that I can get the place cleaned up and get it rented again.

    The house had cockroaches and bedbugs. Although there were still some cockroaches which it may take two or three treatments for those to be treated, the lady that was cleaning was not as concerned about them as she was with the bedbugs so my main concern, is getting rid of those. But the service with Terminix is going as expected. They did as their contract says and did as expected.

    We have a Terminix guy who comes in and does a spray at our business, and he’s very cooperative and pleasant. It’s contracted monthly for a hotel, so he needs a list of the rooms that he can go in and do the work. He understands what needs to be done. He comes and lets us know that he’s here and if we can give him a report. While we are printing the report, he goes and handles the other part of his jobs, taking care of the rest of the property where he doesn’t need the information from us. Sometimes the pests come in seasons, so sometimes we see more coming out even after the tech has left. We just give them a call, they return and then they take care of it. I’m pretty happy with them. They’re very professional, quick whenever there’s an issue and pleasant to work with.

    My neighbor used Terminix and she never had an issue with them. When we moved to this town, I had a good salesman and talked to him. Recently, one of the supervisors came by to follow up a call before about getting rid of ants. Apparently, nobody from Terminix can get rid of them. Their service is slowly deteriorating. I did a couple of follow-up services and tell them that they need to double-check and make sure they do a better job next time. I told the serviceman that I have ants and he sprayed for five days, but the ants were just eating up my plant.

    Their technicians are good guys but they may not be trained properly. The techs used to go out and look to see what sort of insects we have instead of bringing in their backpack and spraying. They used to always get that hose from the truck and start spraying a lot of it because there were insects everywhere. The technician went around the bush andI asked the him if he could pay a bit more attention to where it is or to let me know if the ants are not covered and I’ll find a company that covers them. I would like a more detailed service, even if I pay a little more. They need to pay a little more attention to detail especially to houses with bushes.

    I would have loved to keep Terminix but they don’t pay as much attention as they should be and as before when they first started. I started with Mr. Jessie and he was more attentive, but he was moved around. Other than that, I have recommended a few people to Terminix. I’ve had a couple of rental properties and Terminix took care of me.

    I have mixed feelings about Terminix. The door-to-door service was a little bit misleading. I wasn’t really searching for a company to do pest control. But when they came door-to-door, they had all these deals and they offered these great incentives. They told us the package works with rodents and helps with ants, and that it was animal-friendly. It sounded like a really good thing. There were a lot of mice and rats going around with all the building of the new homes throughout here so I thought it would be great. Then the representative scheduled the service while signing me up. But there was a lot of false advertisements as far as what the treatment would even cover.

    The tech who came out was amazing though. He had great customer service. He really explained it to me and said the treatment wasn't gonna cover mice and rodents. It was gonna go with the spiders and the ants. Also, the prices that I had been given wasn’t what he was quoting. So I was a little bit upset. But he tried to work with me. He tried to reach out and fix anything he could. He said that he was gonna give his manager a call and come back. He also said that the manager would give me a call. But even when he left messages for his boss, no one ever called me back. That was really frustrating. It was like they signed me up for whatever contract and then they were gone because I was already in a contract.

    I would advise others to be very clear on what the service is and I would not schedule anything through a door-to-door rep either. I would call the company directly because I don’t know if the door-to-door reps just get paid off of commission from signing people up. They would then just tell you whatever to get you to sign on the dotted line, and then they’re done. But treatment-wise, the tech was great. I told him that I get ants and bugs when the seasons change anyway so I did want to have my area sprayed. I was good with that. And since then, the pest activity has reduced. I still get little spiders around the windowsills but it’s definitely better than it was.

    Terminix has been doing routine service every three months now. We've been, for the most part, very happy with Terminix. We don’t have any major issues but I was gonna call them again because we are getting ants in the house now, which I'm kinda surprised about. I'm not seeing this a big deal because it's not a huge ant infestation but I figured if I call them they will come out and spray my kitchen for the ants.

    Usually they just schedule an appointment and then I get an email saying that, "The appointment coming up. Is this time gonna work for you? If not, go online and you can change the appointment time." That's been working pretty good for us. A lot of times I don’t even see their technicians because they come when we're at work but the few times I have, they're not very talkative. They just knock on the door and say, "We're here for Terminix," and they do their job.

    Terminix is doing a great job. We used to have black widows in the backyard and I would just point out where they were or where they hide and we would never see them again. They don’t guarantee spiders but they will knock down the webs and if you point out specific places, they'll try to help you out with that. They do what they can. I know it's hard to get the spiders, and anybody who guarantees spiders is probably just saying that to get business.

    The only thing I'm having a problem with is that I would like to see them come out more often. They used to come out every month and then they changed it to every three months. They say it's because their spray is stronger or they found that coming out once a month is overkill. But to me, it seems like it's not enough because we're getting ants now and I don’t know if that's just because they haven't been out in a while or not. But we have been pretty much, as a whole, satisfied with them.

    A Terminix technician recently came out to check our rat traps and to spray in the house. I've been working with Terminix for this pest issue for four months now. That visit was our second and the rats are gone. They put in some traps down in the basement and suggested some things that we could do ourselves too.     We use Terminix for both our pest control and for the termite bond. Scheduling my service with them has always been worked out. I’ve used their automated system sometimes and usually, I end up talking to a live person which I like best. Bruce, our service technician who usually comes out, recently came for a quarterly visit and he was extremely thorough. We like him.

    We used to receive a certificate from Terminix each year that clearly stated that the termite coverage that we had with them was being reissued for another 12-month period. That stopped about three years ago, and I was told that they were trying to come up with something else to provide their customers. However, I haven’t received anything. That would be reassuring to all of us customers. It would be something for us to be able to show if someone was interested in purchasing our home. It’s just an invoice that’s paid as it is now. But Terminix has helped keep things under control.

    Before Terminix came, I was having an ant problem and spiders, but since they’ve been coming, I don’t see any ants. Also, I didn’t have any problem with mosquitoes and this menace problem with spiders. We've used them for a year and I have a service set up with for quarterly. Also, they set the traps out and come by and check them every so often. Scheduling is easy. I tell them what I want and whenever I need it and we would set a time. They call me before they come and also, let me know what they're going in my back or whatever it is. I've had the same technician each time and Terminix has been very good.

    I have spiders and ants crawling around and the scheduling for the pest control service with Terminix was very easy. The representative told me they come out during certain times and which day would be for those months. Then an individual came out to spray but there was no change after that. I still see spiders.

    Terminix has been out here twice. The first time was when the technician did an inspection and sprayed inside. And then, he came back and put the termite things in the ground. I called him last week and left a message because I wanted him to come by and spray again because when people were putting siding on my house, they found a nest of ants when they took the old siding off. It was a place that I showed him before they sprayed and supposedly, he sprayed around there. However, I never heard back from him. Other than that, everything was fine with Terminix.

    When we bought our house, we were told that there was a previous instance of termite and that we should carry a plan, have somebody come and check it out, and maintain that protection. So, we did and Terminix seems to make the most sense at that time. Now, we've been using them for 13 years already. I’ve called once for our primary residence which is where we carry the program and they came out and treated right away. Then we had evidence of termites in a second house that we have and I called them as an extension of the existing relationship. They are very easy to deal with, come out quickly, give us estimates before they do any work, and were very clear with what the price covered.

    All Terminix technicians we've had were good. We get whoever is available for whenever they schedule. We had somebody come out a couple weeks ago and that was a little quirky. It didn’t necessarily feel wonderful but everybody else has been fine. Other than that, I haven’t seen any termite activity since they’ve treated. Ants are sporadic but I’m not sure if the ants are coming in because the termites are away. Yet they’re completely different things that we should be dealing with and it’s not easy to eradicate everything. So, everything's been fine and Terminix does a great job of staying on top of it. I get my annual updates and they schedule when they’re gonna come out then they do it. If they left it up to me to schedule, I probably wouldn’t. By them putting appointments on the calendar, it drives me to take action where I probably wouldn’t take action otherwise.

    We had a lot of different services with Terminix. We have exterior and interior services and we’ve had service for bedbugs, too. We've been with them for 15 years and we’ve had different people over the years. The last person we had was good but he has just left so we’re expecting a new person for the first time on Thursday. There has been no problems when scheduling services with them, but I’ve had to wait sometimes. Also, Terminix is expensive. And on our most recent service, they did not check all of the places where they had to put the traps. They’ve missed some of them.

    Terminix came in to spray all the bedrooms for bed bugs and things have gotten better but I still have the same issue. They've been coming out to treat that issue for around six months now and they've been here about four times with a different technician each time. They were nice, however, they can be as nice as they want but they're not doing the job.

    We normally reschedule our service with Terminix because we want to be present for them to be able to get the inside of our home done. But then, they always seem to come when I'm not at home. Also, since their service, more spiders started coming out. Another bad we have is that every time we have termite service, their guys don't continue. They just come out one time and don't come back. Also, Terminix came out and inspected one time and their guy told me I had a problem in my attic with mice. However, I was uncomfortable with the pictures he showed me because they didn't seem real. I think he should've come back down from the attic and gotten me to go up. Despite these issues, we got a guy from Terminix recently and he was really great. We had a beehive up and he took it down.

    We live in a duplex and the lady next-door had her home inspected by Terminix and they found some termites underneath her house. The rep was here with the neighbor checking her place out, then he came and told me and he found some termites over there. So, I talked to him and he went ahead and inspected ours and couldn’t find anything, but we made an appointment to go ahead and put the thing down in the yard and I'm very happy with the two boys who came out. They were very good. However, I thought one of them would be back in a day or two with the things for the yard but it took him about a week. But that’s okay. One of the things they put in the yard was too high and I hit the top of it with my lawnmower so it's open on the top now. I hope they could come and replace that or do something with it.

    The home that we bought had a water roaches problem and we didn’t wanna have issues inside the house. One of my friends told me about Terminix and we’ve been using them for five years. The technicians show up early most of the time and spray outside. If it's too early, they don’t spray inside but we try to let them know that we're at work. They can spray outside anytime but to do it inside, you have to be outside for at least two hours so we like to do it before the kids show up from school. We had a different technician a few times but the one that we have now is good and we’ve had him for a while.

    We’ve been with Terminix for years and they've always been very easy to work with. We have a lot of trees around us and we have them to keep from having problems. They changed our plan to once a year, but they didn’t change the fee. So, my husband talked to them and they agreed to come out more than once.     I get quarterly pest control service from Terminix and they do an okay job. They schedule the service, but I get a notification. I'll just tell them I have an upcoming appointment and then they'll show up. Unless I need to make a change, I just call them and let them know that date won't work for me. I had to reschedule with them twice and it was easy to do. Terminix's service has been effective. Raising their rates always due to the tough market out there is frustrating. So, try to get the best rate possible.

    We called Terminix, which was recommended by our neighbor, and a representative came over and did a full inspection. He told us what he found, then we decided to go ahead with the process. It was pretty seamless. They set everything up and gave us the necessary bags to put our foods into. Two days later, they came and covered the whole house and performed the process, and we were quite happy with it. We had to vacate the house, so we left the key with them and they took care of everything. We haven't seen any re-occurrence of termites or the small little insects that were in the house. Still, we will have them come back quarterly and make sure that there's no re-infestation that occurs. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using them for termites or any other infestation that they have. The quality and the level of professionalism was great.

    Last month was the second time Terminix had been out. The rep I spoke with has been okay and we had good communication as far as the scheduled time. The technician was supposed to be out there at a certain time but he did not come, and I did follow up. I was called after the time telling me that they would be late. I told them, "I specifically asked you for this certain time. If you couldn't make it, you should have let me know earlier." I had to reschedule so that wasn't a good experience. The technician was okay. However, if there was anything, all he did was sent me an email and he put a list of things on the email. Nevertheless, Terminix has helped the pest activity in our home since we started with them.

    There were four spots in our house that had fungus so I scheduled a service with Terminix. I was told that they'd get me fixed up on the date that I wanted. The interaction with the technicians went well. They were on time and they finished up in four hours. They just had to dig out the fungus and patch the fascia of the house around the four spots. They did a really good job. The only problem is, they billed me a month before they even did the work because the billing department’s a third-party. And, when they did the estimate, they thought they were gonna have to pull the gutters and do something with the roof, and they didn't have to do any of that. Since they came, everything has been good. They just need to integrate and communicate more between scheduling, billing and the estimator.

    When we noticed some trails on the wall in the basement and our neighbors said that they were termite tracks, I called Terminix' 800 number, spoke with a gentleman and he set up the initial appointment. He was very good. He was with the technician the first time that they came and they handled that well. Then when we found some fresh activity, we wanted to have somebody come back and look at it since we're under contract and that follow up appointment went fine. We haven't seen any new activity. However, we were supposed to have a third visit today and nobody has gotten back to us as to why that didn’t happen.

    I have my initial contact's business card and I spoke to him. He wasn’t aware of the situation and he promised to get back to me, but we haven't heard anything since. The two other times that we called, they were here and did what they said they were gonna do in a timely fashion. My experience with Terminix has been good. I'm just disappointed that nobody has been able to explain what happened today.

    I have had the worst experience with Terminix and wish I had read the numerous blog posts and reviews of the company before I hired them. I am writing this to prevent others from contracting with Terminix in my area which is New York City. My first dealings with Terminix were pleasant and an exterminator came out at the appointed time. From there on in it has been downhill. My initial contact and contract stated that if the pest were not gone or sufficiently dealt with that Terminix would come for a second visit free of charge. I made two appointments in which the exterminator never showed up. The second appointment was reschedule for early on a Saturday morning. I was up at 6:30 a.m. for a 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. window. It was 8:15 and I had heard nothing from Terminix.

    I called the call center and asked that they contact the office to see if the exterminator was on his way. He never showed up and follow up calls to the call center resulting in no response from the exterminator. I cancelled my contract and asked repeatedly to speak with the area supervisor as I wanted a refund for an insufficient job. The call center is very responsive but they have no enforcement over the local Terminix contractors who are unresponsive to any inquiries.

    I finally reached a supervisor who said my credit card would be refunded the full amount which I still have yet to receive after three weeks. I’ve called several times and asked that a higher up or district manager call me and the only contact I have received is from the social support team due to a posting on Yelp. This company needs to be regulated or put out of business by the local Better Business Bureau which is next on my list to contact. This is the biggest scam going. It makes Bernie Madoff look honest. They take your money and disappear and do not deliver. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TERMINIX IN ANY JURISDICTION.

    I have a three-month plan payment thing for a year with Terminix. I have been using them for two and a half months. Their rep was very good. She told me what to expect when the tech would come out and, that was exactly what they did. I was having issues with the ants and she also told me about the ants and how they love to hide. The technician was good, too. He explained to me that they put these little things around the house like ant traps and he sprayed the windows and doors. Whatever it is that they used, they can't put too much of it down at one time. I still got the ants and I'm really not satisfied with it. But I'm gonna wait until the end of the month and see if the ants won't go away and then I would call them back.

    I first contracted Terminix last year. I was having mice every winter and last winter was the first time I didn't. They were expensive but that was amazing. Most recently, I called them because I was having some ant problems and I actually wanted them quicker than they were able to come out. But it may have been too short of a notice. Still, the technician was excellent. I told him I had these ants coming in and he went around the house, walked me through it and sprayed where he needed to spray. Since then, I had seen some ants upstairs where the original problem was. But what I really needed to do was clear off the counter where it got sprayed down and hopefully, I don't find any more.

    Terminix was here to do their usual maintenance every three months for the usual outside creatures, ants and spiders. And then, they came back after to treat the inside of the house for cockroaches because I found one of them. They send you the email saying when they're gonna come. And then, I had to call in make the appointment for the cockroach because it was something specific and their reps were very helpful. Our technician is normally the same guy and he's been doing it for a while so we already know him. He was great and very nice.     Terminix is a good service, but sometimes it's overdone. They come out to do the termite inspection stuff once a year. They usually call me or send me an email, and then we work out a schedule. The techs that come out are professional answer all my questions. They check all the termite traps, but the termites haven't touched them. Apparently there are no termites around so the techs didn’t replace anything and I get charged a full price. If they're gonna do that every year, either I don’t need the service since they are not finding any termites or they can reduce the price. Some others come out and spray for insects and they come out every three months, which is excessive. I called Terminix one time and asked them about that but they said that it is the contract I signed so that’s the way it has to be.

    I had Terminix come out because I had a nice problem... I explained I did not want finance and I only wanted traps... They signed me up for the finance package anyway and only came to my house ONE TIME!!! Now they are hounding me for over 700$ in payments and sent me to collections...     I had a contract with Terminix back in May-paid $159 for them to come out to the house for an ant issue. They came almost close to their two hr window that was given. He sprayed and did what I think he was supposed. A week or so later the ants migrated upstairs- when I came home at 10 pm to shower they were all over the tub and the walls. Horrible. I called and eventually they came back. Then a little time went by and we would see an ant here and there. Let it go but now I see the ants crawling on my kids toys. I have a four yr old and an 8 month who is just starting to crawl and walk around.

    I spoke to management and they scheduled another tech to come out after I was being charged the Quarterly. They justify that by sending someone out in July. But there are still ants all over the house. We had to buy supplies from Home Depot. Now I am being charged $82 for their quarterly while I still have ants. I scheduled another tech to come in Aug between 4-6, he never showed, never called. That is very unprofessional and I don’t think it’s right that I should pay the $82. I canceled the service and I will never use Terminix again and call the Better Business Bureau. It is just not professional at all. Especially when a manager Emir said he was gonna review the case and call me back. I’m still waiting for that call. Never use Terminix.

    Terminix performs services for the termites at first and they diagnosed it. Then, they put in the things that had to be put in so that I wouldn’t have them again. They also do ants around the rim of the house and spiders. I've been using them for 20 years. When scheduling, they let me know when they can come. I live at home alone, I’m 87, so I’m usually here and it’s not a problem at all because most of the time, except for the termites examination, the service is outside the house.

    I had an older gentleman that was here. He had left the company for a while and then he came back. That was two times and they don’t have too much of a turnover as far as I’m concerned. But I liked the young man that came most recently and we had a nice conversation. His manners were wonderful and he did his job well. Also, he cares about what he’s doing. Since that most recent service, there isn't as much pest activity as there was.     My experience with Terminix has been okay. However, I have been concerned over the last 12 weeks as I saw an increase in large cockroaches and spiders. We’ve had Terminix now for about a year and pest activity has been steadily increasing from one a quarter to multiple times a month now. I found three cockroaches in my house dead and three out in my garage plus some little baby spiders. It went well, but now, I found two in my house yesterday that were not completely dead. Their legs were still moving when I went to sweep them up. I also see a few spiders more than normally I've had before and I’ve never had them in my house before I used Terminix.

    Nonetheless, Terminix comes out every 22nd of the month and their communication in the upcoming service is great. They come out when they say they will come out. Their tech sends me a text message if he was on his way and also when he has completed it. Terminix only does the outside. I had to call them out once before after they came out to get rid of some ant beds and they were faithful about coming out and taking care of that.

    I usually call the 1-800 number, talk to a person and let Terminix know what’s going on. They explain that they’re gonna see what they have open and they give me a time as soon as they can. If they have a cancellation, they get me in quicker. Their team comes out every three months to spray for spiders and I had a bit of ants on one of my counters on my back door, so I called. Everybody I had was nice. The tech came in with plastic booties on his shoes and made sure there was no dog running around, so I don’t have animals. The techs do the garage, around the whole house and then they come inside and spray wherever I want them to spray, including the room I want them to go in because somebody might be in their sleep.

    If my daughter’s home, they don’t go in her room to spray. They let me know they’re done, stay outside, knock on the door and say they’re done. They’ve been good. I told them I have a two year old granddaughter and they said the bug spray won’t bother her and that there’s not gonna be a smell. It doesn't stink on the carpet too. I haven’t seen any more ants and there's not even a spider in the house, so everything’s good and they’d be out another month or two to do the annual. I've been with Terminix for a while, so I like it overall. I made my neighbor come into my house one day, she asked me and I gave her the number so Terminix came to her.

    Terminix called me. I agreed and signed up for a recurring service from them. The first time they came out was earlier in the year. I had a lot of ants in my house, so they took care of that for me. Then they wanted to come back and do an outside service for it which I said okay. So, they came out and they did a pretty nice job.     I get routine service from Terminix. They are flexible in scheduling their tech's visits and when he comes out, he is very thorough and very professional. So far, a few weird bugs keep showing up. One of them was a scorpion and I don't know about the others. But it was bad before I had Terminix, so things have been 75% better since I started using them. They just need to know what kind of bug it is, so they can resolve it.

    I got Terminix as soon as I moved in here to my new home so it's been maintained since the beginning. I have regular maintenance on pest control every three months. I was also using them once a month for the mosquito but I canceled that because for $59 a month, it wasn't working. The people have all been very nice in my local area though.     I have a lot of neighbors and they recommended Terminix We have the service every three or four months. We still had some little ants in our house after the most recent visit so they came back and did a spray. We had a lot of ants in each bathroom but I saw them reduce after the service. We see one or two ants once a week, but it's not a big deal. However, Terminix has to start treating for spiders. We have them and it's harder to kill them for they are on the roof. I always have the same technician come to my house and he's good. I like him. We will recommend Terminix.

    I worked with Terminix for my home in Michigan for several weeks. My worst experience was trying to get an appointment. It's a vacation home and we're not there all the time. So, I have always called and let Terminix's staff know when I"m gonna be there and make an appointment ahead of time. However, their new appointment system is for the birds. I called them plenty of times. It turned out that the first time I called them was too soon because they couldn't make appointments that early. With other calls also came a long waiting period just to get connected. I didn't like that and it was a headache to try and get an appointment. I was going to be at my vacation home for about 10 days so it's plenty of time for an appointment.

    There were also times when I've gotten a recorded call saying that I have an appointment in February and to let Terminix know if I'll be at my vacation home. However, that home in Michigan is a vacation home in the summer and I won't be there. I don't think it should be up to me to make a call to them to switch out the dates of the appointment. Also, there are times that Terminix would send out a postcard. If it's February, March or April, it doesn't seem like a reasonable time to do an inspection for termites.

    I can call a local office and they would know who I am and there would be no problem. While I've always found the people whom I talked to very polite, talks just never went anywhere. I would like to be able to call the Kalamazoo office and make an appointment when I need to. I don't like their centralized appointment system.

    Over the years, there was a time when we had flying ants and black ants which Terminix took care of. When we put an addition on to our property, their technicians came and treated the place before construction began. After the construction, they came back and treated it again. I have one inspection every year with them and luckily they haven't found anything. Overall, the technicians sent out by Terminix have always been great. They always come on time. I happen to know the mother of the person whom they sent and so he was very helpful and told me what I needed to do next time to make an appointment.

    When Terminix come out for their once a year inspection, all they do is just go around and inspect. The person doesn't do any treatments and he just schedules the next treatment. But anytime we have to speak to them, they’ve been okay for the most part. A long time ago, we had them out about every three months, and finally, they took care of the problem and the termites went away. So whenever we see termite activity, they're really good about coming out and taking care of it.

    On a recent routine check with Terminix, they found a problem and then a guy came and fixed it. We had a whole bunch of stuff off of our wall in our garage so he could drill the floor and fill the holes with cement. He was done very quickly but he said that there wasn't any backsplash on the treatment. It all went down, and none of it came back up. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend Terminix.

    We were beginning to see a lot of roaches. Terminix came out and did everything they needed to do. They sprayed everywhere and also then, they tested our little green thing that we have in the yard for termites. Terminix does a great job. We've never had any issues when it comes to scheduling the services. They tell us when they’re coming. They alert me on my phone, so I know if they’re in the neighborhood. There were different techs who came over and so far, they’ve all been great. There was also a tech who had to work with us on the roof rats. He was great as well.     Terminix does a routine service but I have had to call now for additional outings sometimes. When I've called to schedule those, they’ve been outstanding and very friendly. They're also very flexible with the schedule and they're always taking care when they’re moving the furniture and spraying. Terminix has sent out numerous guys and one guy is better than the others. He tends to explain why and how they’re doing it more than others. But I haven't had a bad experience with any of them.     I scheduled the service of Terminix and a rep came out, observed and looked at everything. He was nice and he did great. He took the time to really look a little more than the first company did. The first company that came here didn't look at all. The guy from Terminix found tubers in the garage that the other company missed, and they shouldn't have missed that. The guys that did the application were very friendly, down to earth and they seemed like nice people. However, I was just a little uncertain when they drilled holes and some holes didn't take the liquid, and they put a little more liquid on the next hole. Maybe they should have drilled deeper.

    We have a couple tubers up the wall since the guys from Terminix came out in the garage. My husband knocked them off and then we got a little nervous because we thought, maybe there wasn't enough time. So, we were gonna wait and watch a little longer for the pests to go for the bait. But other than that, the people at Terminix were decent.

    I have a routine service with Terminix but they mixed up a little bit with the scheduling. I had to reschedule, and after I rescheduled, they didn't have it marked down that I had it for that day. Other than that, the service was fine and they worked it out in the end.     There was pest activity up and down our home. What we notice, we have a walkout basement area so the back is a little bit lower. We see a lot around the foundation from time to time, it does come and go. Sometimes, we'll see a little more spider activity but it's hit and miss.     We were replacing boards under the house and when we took the boards off we found out we had termites. Also when we took the boards off outside the house in one corner, it looked like termites were just moving in. We killed them but then I called Terminix because I figured we probably didn’t get them all. There were probably some loose still under there, and I didn’t want them getting into the rest of the house. There was a stump outside the house that had termites too.

    One guy came and did all the inspecting, then another guy came a few days later and did all the poisoning and they were very nice and helpful. They explained things and did the work. They sprayed and put little canister things all around the house. There's also no termites in the tree stump anymore. It's just old rotten wood. They come back and check every year or two and check those canisters if they need to be refilled. They guaranteed to keep termites away for so many years.

    I had an appointment for August 15, 2018. They were to come between 1-5pm as per the confirmation email. It said not to be home so I left. I did not have a bug problem but my landlord required extermination before moving out. Apparently Terminix never showed up and because of that my landlord is threatening to withhold half my security deposit. The local branch said the email I received, even though it contained a service agreement number, was “generic”. Terminix claimed to not be able to get a hold of me that day, though I have no missed calls. Your no shows can have extreme consequences for people. This could cost me $1600.00.

We also had the three-month routine spray with Terminix and so far, we haven't found anything in here so we're doing good. Plus Heather is really good. She's really nice. When scheduling for service, she tries to bend over backwards to help me out as far as time and popping out. That helps a whole lot. It's all about the person coming out to your home and I wish Terminix could get everybody as flexible as her.     We have a termite service with Terminix and we've been with them for 20 years. When we built a house back in 2000, they did the initial termite protection. We wanted to stick with them because they did the original one. The last time that they were here was for the annual inspection for termites. If there are no termites, they give us a clean bill of health but they fix them if there are. Every single person that has come to the house and done something has been great, conscientious and reliable.

    However, the company is the most goofed up bunch of idiots I’ve ever seen and they’re totally disorganized. We have owned this house for two years, but they sent our bill to the prior owner and we almost lost my annual service fee because of that. When I got it, I called them and they got things going but I was a month late. Stuff like that went on and it’s remarkable to me that they’re able to stay in business. Apparently, there are several screens to my account and it has the main screen, billing, and service, and they should be coordinated. But it’s not especially frustrating to me. I’ve gotten used to it and I just deal with it.

    Terminix does yearly termite control for my current home. When I had someone come out, they were good, tend to be very thorough, and answer my questions that I have at that time. The last guy who came out did an inspection for termites and some other critters outside of my yard. As far as inside the house, nothing was found. However, we noticed some action with voles outside. I was told that there’s no known way of getting rid of a vole other than putting up some poison or bait. I was told to be careful and maybe not do it if I have pets and children, which I do, so they're short of doing that. Also, I've been in the state for three years now and the last two times, I had to call them to schedule the service.

    Scheduling a service with Terminix is effortless. They would just call and set up an appointment. I’m retired, so I’m available anytime they need to come. They are scheduled to come quarterly to check for any problems, like scorpions and spiders. The technicians were all very friendly and answered any questions that I had. We've had one outside treatment and a month ago we signed up for the termite monitoring system as well. They also did a partial spray inside. We have thin concrete floors, so we can't put chemical on the main level, so they worked on the upstairs. They said that we could expect some activity after they’ve been here, so we did see some scorpions.

    I'm not always home when Terminix's technicians are able to come by. One time, I had to call them because and I had to set up a time where I would be home so that they could spray the inside of my home. Working with their reps has always been an excellent experience. They've been very courteous, polite and they've explained anything when I asked a question. Since their service, pest activity with spiders and lovely silver fish things that come out of my drain has gotten better.     Had a problem with cloth moth. In the initial visit the man installed sticky traps in our closets, fell off the wall a few hours later. Resulted in a damaged suit and dress shirt. We continued to see the bugs fly around but none stuck to the remaining traps. Complained over the phone, they sent another guy, he stated that the previous treatment and traps were the wrong treatment for our problem and he didn’t have the right remedy as he was misinformed by the office. Called for yet another appointment, the man came applied chemicals and a single trap, no improvement. Called requesting cancellation and refund, promised a refund and a confirmation email or phone call, heard nothing. Repeated calls, repeated empty promises but didn’t hear from Terminix, now we are told, "You should have made a written request! Within 30 days." So now no service, no refund. Stay away from this company.

    I usually call an 800 number to get service scheduled with Terminix. This year however, we had an issue with big cockroaches. So, we had to call Terminix back a couple of times even though it's not time for our service yet. Prior to using Terminix, I used a local service and I didn't have the cockroach issue recurring. I don't know if Terminix uses something different but the cockroaches seem to keep popping up again even after they've sprayed.

    Recently, we had our quarterly service. We got a different technician as their other guy was unavailable by the time I was able to get home. The guy we got did well and I liked him better than our previous technician. He sprayed in areas where our other technician did not. He went under sinks as well as laundry closets in our laundry room and sprayed there as well. I think that has helped the problem a lot.

    I have been with Terminix for 10 or more years now. They perform regular inspections for both external and internal termites for me. They also do regular insect control in the house and around the house, as well as mosquito control. It seems like they do a lot of termite inspections, though. Our contract says once a year, but at two different times, and it seems like they do it more often than that. They usually call me when they’re coming out at least a week in advance then oftentimes, they also call a little closer to let me know that they're still coming. I enjoy most of their technicians and one of them was especially good. The service persons seem to know their business and they keep me well-informed. Some take more time to explain what they're doing than others, but I haven't run across any that are terrible.

    For the inside insects, it is often the same person who came out over a period of some months. Then he got transferred to somebody else or some other job. But Terminix usually try to send the same person for that particular kind of business. So far, they seem to have the pest activity in my home under control. I was being bothered by ants for a while and this one fellow knew how to take care of them and he did. At the moment, I don’t seem to have any of those ants that he called ghost ants.

    I've been using Terminix for two years now and the pest activity in my home has much improved. They come out once a month as originally set up in the contract and the guy that I have has always been very good and very courteous.     I had ants and so Terminix came out. I was confused that I had two people coming as the technician guy showed up before the representative. The technician told me what he was doing and everything was good. I haven't had any issues until recently as I saw a couple of ants on my floor, so I have the problem again and I need them to come back out. Overall, I'd recommend them.

    I had Terminix come out most recently for a termite inspection. The scheduling was good and the tech that came out was courteous and professional. We usually have the same tech but the most recent was a different one. He did say, though, that he handled the termite inspections, not the pest control. Other than that, the service has been pretty consistent and the pest activities at home has been better. We see some spiders occasionally but nothing real bad.

    A technician from Terminix came out and he was talkative and had a good customer service. But three weeks after our service, we had ants come in the house and I saw a big spider in the garage. I tried to contact Terminix to come out again, but I could not get a hold of anybody and I was put on hold for a very long time whenever I call the number. I called their sales rep and he gave me a local number to call, but then I was put on hold again so I tried to go online and create an account. It had me to type in my address and stuff but it would never pull up to create an account. I sent Terminix a general email with my info, asking for help for someone to come out as I had ants in my house but I didn’t have any response.

    Every time I call all it would say was they were experiencing a high number of calls. As for the email, it said that they had a lot of emails and they were a little backlogged. It was a good week before I've heard a peep from anybody until I finally got through calling their 1-800 number. They were courteous over the phone and understood completely whenever I get a hold of somebody there, but it was an unacceptable service so I decided to cancel. I was disappointed to see ants come inside the house after we had been treated, and I was under the impression that it would be treated a little more than what it was. Other than that, the actual service part when they come out to the house was fine.

    Terminix checks the house for termites. They treated it for termites, they put down termite traps and they’ve come out and checked the termite traps after a year. When the tech was here, he went around, checked everything, reported what he found, and he signed off on it. The traps have poison in them, and he found one that had termites in it.

    The Terminix guy came out today and he did a regular service call. They come out every month and a half for that and I rarely get the same technician. Sometimes they're grumpy and sometimes they're fine. But the guy today was pretty good. It'd be nice to get the same guy all the time but I never do and I’ve been with Terminix for 25 years.

    I called them recently because their rates went up. They were gonna increase my service calls every time to catch me up at the rate of 30% to 40% over the next two or three months and I told them that I was not happy about that. Their rep said that they have done it twice already and they were gonna do it the third time. But he said they'd just lock me at the second rate which still didn’t make me too happy but I kinda lived it. I also didn’t like that I couldn't talk to the local office and everything was going to a call center. It was hard to call without talking directly to the local office. And sometimes, I'd leave a message and I wouldn't get a call back.

    Terminix comes here every three months. The technician was recently here to take the bugs out. He was really good. I asked questions and he answered.     Doug is our new Terminix technician. He came out yesterday and sprayed inside all the condo units and everything was very impressive. He did a very nice job. He's very personable and he wants to make sure that everything is done right. We had a unit that had to call out for him about two weeks ago and he had to spray the inside. However, there were guests in there and they would not allow him to go in this time and he even tried to say that the unit really had some trouble. And then, I contacted the owner today and let them know and Doug said, “I'll just try to come back in a few days and get it again after they left." Then, today, I looked up and there he was back. He'd come just to spray that unit and we appreciated that.

    We appreciate Doug being willing to go in to all of the units and communicating with us because we have a master key and it's not easy to get through, but he gets in touch with me to find out when I'm coming down so he can get the key from me and go in all the units. He's doing a good job and he's very willing to work with us.

    We were getting an infestation of small ants and everybody in the neighborhood, and in at least six-block area, was getting the same issue. I went to a bunch of guys and they were high-priced. Terminix was reasonable so I went with them and they came out. They took care of the exterior and interior of the building and put some traps out. The ants still persisted, so Terminix came back a second time. We haven’t seen any ants lately, but Terminix is due to come out for the next installment to check up and see if we need another application shortly.

    When we scheduled the services, we called Terminix and they set up with their technician. Then, the tech got the schedule and communicated with us when he was gonna get here. We had communication both ways. When he came, we talked about where we were getting our ants and he checked outside. He put traps and showed me where they were. He put the gel, because they don’t spray anymore, which is a lot more efficient so you can be more strategic as to where you would put it and showed me the ants were swarming to the gel. He took care of the stuff and he was on his way. It was very, very simple and I’m satisfied with the service for the price that I was charged.

    I saw Terminix's signs more than anybody else's so I went with them and now, I've been with them for a year. The personal service has been great but the product they've used has been terrible. Apparently, it's not working. I directed them to where the carpenter ants were and they treated them but a week later, they were back again. The technicians come out every so often and spray for everything. They're pre-scheduled and they call me when they're coming out. But they change the dates and wouldn't let me know. I take off early and come home from work to make sure everything's available for them but they don't show up. When I call them, they would say that they changed it. I said it was fine but they should let me know.

    The technicians are perfect though. They're very nice fellas. In the last couple of times, the same person came out and he was a wonderful seller. But the situation is no different. After they spray, the ants are everywhere again within a week. They're not getting in my house but they're climbing up onto my carport and I don't want carpenter ants eating wood. They're like termites and the Terminix technicians are having problems getting rid of them.

    I've had ants in my kitchen and mice problems in my basement. We were looking to finish it. I wanted to get rid of all the mice for good. The most recent experience with Terminix was fine but the one before that was not good at all. They fabricated a piece of paper. They did a walkthrough on the outside which wasn’t what we needed anyway. They were supposed to go down in the basement to check out the mice traps. I just got an email saying that whatever form was completed, that they had arrived and were finished but no one had ever arrived. I called and the guy got a hold of me the next day, we set up a new time and he came and did what he was supposed to do then. The ants were gone right away and I haven't seen any since. They're also putting in some installation for the mice.

    I've had good and bad experiences with Terminix. Two times their appointment got cancelled without the person putting anything down or even letting me know. One of it was cancelled without letting me know. When I called about it, there wasn’t even a note on there saying why it was cancelled. The next time, they said they showed up but they didn't. The work has been good but when it comes to them valuing me as a customer and seeing that my time is important it has been bad.

    I've been with Terminix for 19 years and the regular visits give me peace of mind that I'm not going to wake up with a spider crawling across me. I'm also not a fan of spiders. I live in the woods and we also have mice and rodents. For scheduling the service, I've done that both online and over the phone and the experience has been good. I also really appreciate the calls that I've been getting on the night before the service. They tell me roughly what time they're gonna be here the next day. The tracking has been really nice too when I get a message saying that they're on their way.

    The technicians usually do a good job. The visit before the last time was for Yellowjackets. Then when the technician came out last week for my regular service, he found a Yellowjacket nest that I didn’t know was there in my yard. So that was good. They stay on top of things and they take care of things in a timely manner. Overall, I'm happy with their service and I would recommend them.

    When we had rats in our house, I called Terminix and they were out here, fixed all the little holes and then sent out their guy to spray and set the traps. The tech was here when he was supposed to be although I had to call him back out again to set some more traps because we still have a smart rat that doesn’t wanna leave us. The guy came back and set up some more stuff and more bait for the rat. The techs cleaned up after themselves and called me ahead. I'd tell a friend to use Terminix.

    We had gotten some bed bugs so we called Terminix. It was a little difficult to get a hold of them the first time. They put me in touch with Tampa Bay and I’m in Norwalk but once I got a hold of somebody, it was good. I had no problems with the first technician that they sent, but there was little trouble with the latest one. I had to call back. They had treated for the bed bugs about three times. The first guy was very helpful. He carried the mattress outside the first time because we got rid of that. And then he did a complete service, and that was fine. When I found a couple more, he came right back and he treated that.

    We also bought their external service to spray around the house. After they sprayed around the house, I had more bugs inside than I did outside. Also, last week I had to call them because we had the bed bugs again. And when I called them, I had little trouble getting them to come out. The guy that was sent was brand new. He was nice enough, but I don’t think he was comprehending what I was saying to him. He didn’t know what our problems were. He didn’t even know until he looked that he was scheduled to do the outside again. I called him back for the bed bugs, took pictures of everything because I’m not sleeping with those things. I went ahead and cleaned my covers, everything on the box-springs and mattress. I killed a few bugs while I was at it.

    I had also told the lady at the time that we had a couple of mice now. They were supposed to send somebody about the mice and the crickets. So, he came. He treated for the bed bugs, but I didn’t see any evidence that he had treated for the mice. We’re trying to show the house because the house is on the market, and it’s important that we don’t have any bugs and we don’t have any mice. However, the mice are still here.

    Terminix would usually contact me when it's time for a service and Julio, the technician, would let me know when he's coming or if he's gonna be early. I work at night so I generally sleep during the day. When I knew that the technician was coming, I'd leave the back gate open for him and when the dogs started barking, I knew he was there. When they stopped barking, I knew he left. Sometimes, if I do see him, I talk to him. We've texted back and forth a few times as well. Julio has been my technician for as long as I can remember, about 15 years. He has always serviced my house even when I moved to the other side of the neighborhood and he has done an extremely thorough job. He knows that I have a phobia of roaches and he makes sure that I never ever see them. He's great. I love the guy. I would definitely recommend Terminix.

    I had a guy from Terminix who came in and inspected for termites. I had a windmill out front and he was amazed at how many termites were in it. He also checked the house and told me that I had no termites there. He checked every place where I had them before and said there was nothing inside. He told me everything was fine. This guy was very good, friendly, and nice. They also come in and do an inspection for crickets four times a year and they get the job done as well.

    Updated on 10/20/2018: I ended up canceling my contract a day after they came to do the “general service”. They never entered my house to service. The technician just left an invoice on my door and I have no way of knowing if he actually sprayed outside to validate their charge. Someone was home and said no one ever knocked/rang to try to do the interior. After going back and forth for a month and a half now they still are trying to charge me for it. It has taken a month and half for them to charge me half, $69.50, for a service I possibly never received. I am so defeated I didn’t even argue with the lady about this charge. It’s a step down from 139.

    This was the worse experience ever. On top of the $69.50, I now have to contract another pest control company because there are still roaches. 10 visits later (one no-show) during my initial quarter, an abundance of phone calls, $208.50 later, and tons of anxiety I am still left with roaches that the technicians referenced as a small infestation. I would be terrified to see how they would’ve handed a major infestation. Frustration is an understatement from this inherited problem.

    Original Review: After 3 mo they managed to get rid of the mice and ants temporarily but they never got the roaches. In fact whatever they sprayed has spread them throughout the house. Everyone had a different method which was problematic because I still have roaches and they are migrating in all areas of my home. The manager wouldn’t let me get more than one visit a week which could very well have been the solution. I was no showed by a tech once and another tech asked me did I ask my neighbors if they have roaches. I am not going to ask a stranger if they have bugs which they probably won’t admit to having anyway because my pest control company can’t get rid of my problem or identify the source of it. They could use that opportunity to acquire new business.

    Terminix Goodlettsville TN - Rip Off - Terminix Toss Guarantee! On the Terminix website it states: "We'll do whatever it takes to solve your pest problem. Including coming back at no cost, until pests are gone. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll give you your money back." I had both pest control and mosquito service done on 6/3/2018. I called back 3 weeks later around the 25th of June to customer service to let them know that the pest control did not get rid of the main pest I was trying to get rid of (centipedes) and I said I want to cancel and get a refund. They said a manager will call me back in a day or two to discuss the issue before giving me a refund.

    I waited 3 days and no call. So I called Terminix customer service again around the 28th of June and told them I would like a refund and no one has called me. They told me again a manager will call me in a day or so before giving me a refund. I waited 2 days and no call. I called Terminix customer service again around the 1st of July and again 2 weeks later and was told the same thing and no one called me back. I called again this month on 8/24/2018 and spoke to Jamie who said he will email all 3 managers (Christopher **, Jon **, & Chauncey **). He also sent me a copy of this email. It is now 8/28/2018 and I still have not heard from any manager regarding a refund. I ended up buying my own stuff to get rid of pest which has worked much better!!!

    Updated on 11/25/2018: They never finished their end of our contract so I didn't finish mine. I'm battling bed bugs still a year after one of three treatments. They said someone would reach out to me in August and no one has still and it's November. I paid half of what was owed with a payment plan option, and I'm still on the hook for the job they never finished. This is far from 100% satisfaction guarantee.

    Original Review: I had a bed bug issue which started on the first floor of my two family home. I called Terminix since they are a mainstream company and met a lovely gentleman who did our inspection and explained the line of credit to pay for the cost of extermination. The first time a technician came out was great, she took her time and went through both floors thoroughly, she did miss one mattress cover and they sent someone a few days later to incase it. But she was truly great. Well the second treatment the girl that came didn't do any treatments, she said it looked fine.

    Yet my kids were still being bitten. I called Terminix. The 1800 number was great but the communication with the Albany office was horrible. I did have to reschedule and they literally never got back to me after several calls. I am now paying off 1100 for only one of the 3 treatments we were promised... and I am still battling bed bugs. I am unable to afford another company so now I will most likely lose everything I worked hard for. I would not recommend Terminix to anyone.

    We used Terminix for 3 months and despite several times of coming to our house during those 3 months, they NEVER got rid of the pests as promised and guaranteed. We saw pests the very next day after they had sprayed. Getting a box of bug fogger had better results than Terminix!! So when we decided to not use them again for another 3 months, they hounded us for the payment even though each time we called them, the representative stated they would correct the account and we did not have to pay. Then a couple weeks later another would call and repeat the process until Friday when they threatened to turn us over to collections! I will NEVER use Terminix and have told lots of people to not use them.

    I have had a Terminix protection for over 10 years. Termites were found this past year. But it has been so many months and nobody has done any repairs after repeated requests to them. The wood is badly damaged but they keep giving me the runaround. We need to sell this house and get the repairs but there is no hope of Terminix honoring their guarantee that we have been paying for so many years!

We never received the termite traps that we were being billed for monthly. We called the national, regional, and district offices about the issues we were having and were told that a manager would return our call. They never did.

    We left messages with the regional and district managers. The district manager actually answered the phone during one of our calls (they normally don't) and stated that a tech would be at our house that week to finally install the termite traps after three months of being billed. The tech never showed up, the appointment was cancelled again without any notification. The national office left a message with the regional manager to call us and they never did.

    I have never had such a horrific customer service experience and we cancelled our service this week. We were told at that time by the national office that we would be refunded the monthly fee since the service was never provided. The district manager never called us, imagine my shock. I not only will tell people not to use this company but I will also tell all the homeowners I know about the experience we had and to tell them to not use Terminix.

    I scheduled Terminix to come to my home for cockroaches. I specifically stated what I needed and was quoted online for 109 down and 99 quarterly. I received a phone call the next day from the promotion department offering me 89 down and 89 quarterly. I accepted that offer and scheduled an appointment for August 10. I spent 2 days cleaning out all my closets and took a day off of work to do this. When the exterminator showed he informed me that it was not the price I agreed to. It would be 289 down and 189 quarterly. I told him no. I said what he was doing was false advertising and illegal. He said he did the same thing to a customer the day before. He said that cockroaches were a premium bug and would cost more.

    I took a snapshot of the advertisement and it states the bugs listed for the price I was quoted. I called the promotion dept. and I called the number on the Terminix website for Terminix.com. I was told that what that branch did was wrong but nobody would honor what I was quoted because the branch supervisor was not going to do it for that price. That was low and dirty. They had me for 2 days emptying out my kitchen. I took a day off from work. They then come to my door with some excuse to get a lot more money out of me.

    An inspector is scheduled 1st to do an assessment & he was 2 hrs late without he or the company reaching out to (me) with a courtesy call or updated ETA. 2nd appointment and the tech is 3 hrs late and says I'm slotted for a 1 pm - 5 pm appt disputing my 8a-12p appt. And he doesn't even have the assessment information. Instead asked, "What do I need done..." They are the worst! Never again!!

    DO NOT USE THEM! Customer Service is horrible. No one tells explains the price or plans. I called Terminix on 8/6/2018 because of an ant problem in my home. The customer service rep took my information. I asked him about plans and payment and he stated that the technician will go over all of that once they come out to do a free consultation. The rep asked me what type of issues I were having. I explained I had an ant problem. He proceeded to inform me that in order to reserve my appointment I need to provide a credit card number. I provided the agent with my credit card information. My appointment was scheduled for 8/8/2018 between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

    On 8/8/2018, I receive a call @ 8:30 am from a lady with Terminix stating she is en route to my house. My doorbell rung around 10:00 am and a Terminix tech was at my door. He came in with his equipment and asked where I was having the issue. As I am showing him where the issue is, my doorbell rings and there is another tech at my residence. She tells me she is there to inspect for termites. I tell her I don't have a termite issue and she replies, this is a free inspection. At this moment, I am very confused but I'm thinking "free" so okay come in. The first technician sprays the problem areas inside then goes outside and sprays around my home. The second technician looks under my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. She then looks in my attic. Both technicians complete their inspection at the same time.

    I speak with the second technician first and she tries to get me to sign up for termite control. I inform her I do not need it. She kept trying to persuade me but I told her I did not need termite control. That's when she informed me that the customer service rep signed me up for their UPC, which covers termite. At this point, I've confused and livid because I did not request that. She leaves my home and I proceed to speak with the first technician. He begins to tell me what he sprayed inside and outside of my home. He also tells me he put bait out for the ants to take back to the queen. I ask him for paperwork showing the pest control agreement the customer service rep signed me up for and he stated that he did not have that information. He pulled out his handheld tablet and showed me a price for $39.09 for the work he did. I signed the form electronically and he left my home.

    I called Terminix again on 8/8/2018 @ 3:56 pm to see why 2 technicians were dispatched to my home. The customer service rep informed me because I signed up for the UPC agreement which is broken up into 2 separate agreements; one for termites and the other for ants, roaches, mice/rats, and spiders. I informed her I do not need termite protection. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes and returned saying that she could not separate the agreement. I asked if they are already separate why can't she do it because I never asked for termite protection. She placed me on hold again and return stating that the manager from the local office will give me a call in the morning.

    On 8/9/2018, I received a text message from a manager named Kisha stating she wanted to follow up on an inspection that was completed. I immediately called the number. I explained to Kisha my problem and informed her that I never requested termite protection. I also informed her that neither technician was able to provide me with agreement forms for me to review to make a decision on what type of service plan I wanted. I also informed her that the lack of communication was bothering me.

    I informed her that I would like to pay for the service the 1st technician did for the ants and to cancel the UPC agreement the 1st customer service rep signed me up for because that is not what I agreed to. She told me that I will be charged for $118 for the technician spraying and putting down the bait traps. I informed her that the service form I signed was for $39.09. She told me that the service agreement I signed up for is for 1 quarter. Being frustrated I told her to cancel the agreement and charge me the $118 but that it was BS.

    In 2017 a Terminix sales person came to our door and offered a yearly deal: 3 visits a year for $99 each visit. I told them that we only do one treatment a year and have never needed anymore than that. He agreed to 2 visits in a year at the $99 each visit. Long story short, we fulfilled the contract, having two treatments: one at the start of the contract and the other toward the end of the 12 month period.

    Since the end of this contract I have continually received numerous phone calls trying to confirm a scheduled visit, or reschedule a visit. I have told at least 8 different people that we do not have a contract with Terminix and that we do not wish to have anymore appointments made. They do not listen! Literally the next day after one of these calls, I had a guy show up at my house to do a treatment. I told him that I had just talked to 8 guys in the last couple months and explained once again that we do not have a contract with Terminix. He apologized and said that he would talk to his manager to make sure we were not scheduled again.

    Apparently he did not talk to his manager, or the manager ignored him because on June 19th of this year someone came and did a treatment on the exterior of our home when I was not home. I received a bill in the mail for $107.50. I immediately called the company to complain about this and tell them that I will not be paying this bill. The woman was very nice and told me that she cancelled our contract and that the account was taken care of; I believed her.

    About a month later I get a call from Terminix saying that I have a balance owing of $107.50 still. I nearly exploded, but calmly brought this woman up to speed, saying that I am not paying this bill. When I got home there was another bill waiting for me in my mailbox. I decided to call the company again because I do not want this bill going to collections and ruining my credit. I once again explained things to a nice lady, who tried to tell me that the records show that I cancelled with Terminix on July 15th, but that the bill was for a June 19th treatment... ARRRG!

    Of course the records show this... Why would I think I had any contract to cancel when they come out and treat my home without my knowledge and then send me a bill for it a month later!!!? This company is horribly run: the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing!! Apparently I am supposed to get a call from a local manager from my city today or tomorrow (I am NOT holding my breath). If I do hear from this manager, I am insisting on an email from him (before I get off the phone with him) absolving me from this bill and any further bills from unknown treatments that I did not agree to. If I don't hear from him... I am bringing in my lawyer to deal with this completely incompetent company. I don't need this aggravation anymore. Let the lawyers duke it out.

    My neighbors which is family had the Terminix man out and did a inspection and they have the crazy ants and the reg pests so we been seeing them also next door. Spoke with salesman on the afternoon after he visited them he set up the same time as them between hrs 9 and 11 and said the tech could get us also while here. Then got call at 945 or so tech wasn't going to be able to get us cause he had full schedule call from salesman and I'm like I made plans to be home and nothing else, salesman said he call back.

    I had to keep calling him and the tech showed up next door said he couldn't do us cause he full them more calls to salesman and then more calls and then service manager CD called said that he didn't have our stuff on the trucks and made other excuses then trying to get us to go 2 to 4 PM. They said we was schudele for next day two to four. I said, “Nope I was told 9 to 11” then they finally sent another service manager out to spray. This is after calling customer service which calls the service manager and they have failed to return calls back. After speaking to them about this seems a lot of lies from all or I should say different stories why all this went along. Still waiting for resolution.

    I hired Terminix to get rid of clothing moths. After paying $300, the technician arrive and proceeded to spend only 20 seconds on spraying my closets. I had to ask him to spray more. Within one week, it was apparent that the service did not work at all. Both closets had moths. Called for follow-up service, go the run-around. Informed Terminix that I was going to Europe and needed proper service prior to leaving. Was then given a fraudulent service date/time. I know this because when it was a no-show and call customer service, I was informed the service tech assigned didn't even work in my area.

    So after hours of removing my closet contents and my departure flight within 48 hours, this is how I was treated. I have requested 5 times now for a manager to call to discuss this. I keep getting collection calls to pay my bill, but have only received one voice message from Paul, and that was on 7/30. After returning his call and requesting a call back...nothing. This is how Terminix handles problems? They are interested in taking money but not resolving ineffective service.

    While selling a home, the buyer had Terminix conduct a termite inspection. The buyer was present, but I was not. The inspector barely went into the crawlspace but discovered termite tubes on the concrete block foundation. He then started a high pressure sales pitch with the buyer. The inspector called me with a high pressure sales pitch claiming that the house was infested and that we needed to meet immediately. I was at work an hour and a half away and was able to meet with him a few hours later at a restaurant.

    He stated that I needed to immediately sign a $1,700 contract with him. Numerous statements were made inferring that he would turn in a bad report that would cause the finance company to decline the loan if I did not sign. He also tried to impress upon me how time sensitive this was so that it didn't interfere with the closing date. Additionally, he also wanted to conduct several thousands of dollars worth of mold remediation. I told him that I would have to get back with him about the work he requested be done.

    I left our meeting and drove directly to the home to meet with a trusted local termite company. We inspected the crawlspace together. It was obvious that the Terminix inspector barely went in because we became covering in dust and cobwebs. This is a fair sized space with easy access and minimal obstructions. We found only two old termite tubes next to each other by the crawlspace door. The tubes only went up 3 of the 4 foundation blocks and never came in contact with any of the wood structure. There was no evidence of a current or previous infestation and no damage to the home. My inspector completed the required inspection form within minutes on site. It has been almost a week and the buyer has yet to receive anything from Terminix.

    I am mold remediation certified. There was a minimal amount of mold which is common in most middle Tennessee homes. For less than $200 I completed the remediation to industry standards. At the end of the high pressure, exaggerations and lies, the Terminix inspector had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed day as if to insinuate he was an honest, dependable person. Despicable.

    I paid for a one time service ($259) in May. The service technician Joshua called me a couple days before the "annual" service in which I told him I did not sign-up for the annual service. I told him not to come to my house. Joshua came and treated my house anyways. I told him, called corporate and sent an e-mail complaining. No one is empowered to do anything except point the finger at someone else. On August 3rd Terminix charged my credit card $159. This is fraud since I did not approve the charge nor did I sign an annual contract. I need this fixed immediately!! 1. The one time payment of $259 clearly shows I did not sign-up for an annual plan. 2. I told Joshua not to come to my house when he call 3 days prior to the service. He told me he forgot. 3. I talked to 2 people prior to the charge on my credit card and you still fraudulently charged my credit card!!

    Four years ago we contracted with Terminix for bat remediation. We signed a lifetime contract and paid upfront for this contract. Four years later we still have unresolved issues. Appointments are set only to no show without follow up. Follow up appointments are set and no show. Bat doors are added with a plan to return and no return. When you call someone comes out, sets a new plan and the plan is never executed. Last week's plan was to come, seal up the house (already supposed to be done) with exception to where it appears they are now entering and return at night once they have left to seal the last section. No call no show! We know they were here during the day at one point as they left their caulk gun in the front yard and another bat door that was attempted to be installed had fallen and also lying in the yard. Terminix waves their high CS rating but fails by epic proportions. We just want was promised.

    TERMINIX pest control in Sacramento, CA. has terrible customer service (they do not honor their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee or your money back within a 30 day period). The office staff and the techs in the field lack communication. Techs will make appointments and not write them down then forgotten so customer is waiting and waiting. Tech came to spray 45 minutes before the inspector came to inspect. So the treatment had to be rescheduled. I already had my whole house prepared for treatment and we had to live like that for over a week for the guy to come spray.

    When tech sprayed he was in my house less than 10 minutes and he did not spray or sweep down any spider webs on the exterior of the house. That is part of the service. It's in my contract. So I call and I call. A week later tech comes to spray exterior of house and treatment for rats and mice. He was not here 10 minutes. Said he was done but he still did not sweep down webs so I call office again (I feel like a snitch. Like why aren't you doing what my contract promised?). After getting the runaround over and over and the webs never got swept down by Terminix and the product gave no results I decided to cancel my account to get my money back.

    Well 2 weeks of waiting for money to be back on my card I called to check on the status of my refund. I waited for 15 minutes then the manager got on the phone and said "I'm not giving you a refund. I can open your account back up then have a tech come and spray again but I'm not giving you any money ". I said, "But you advertise 100 percent satisfaction guarantee or your money back." I explained how unsatisfied I was with their service and product and I requested a refund. He still said no. I said, "You're not going to honor your satisfaction guarantee or your money back?" He said, "Where are you getting that guarantee from?" I said, "Right here on your website and it is in your policy." He said, "I'm still not going to give you a refund." And I filed a complaint with BBB. We will see what happens. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Updated on 08/15/2018: Terminix manager Lee called me said I would get my refund. Then told Consumer Affairs that we settled our issue outside consumer affairs. But we have not! I cannot get Greg ** (assistant manager because Lee went on vacation) on the phone and he is not returning my calls and I have not received my refund."

    July 2017 we started a termite service with Terminix. In the beginning everything was fine, just a bit expensive to start up. A year goes by and it's time for our annual bait station check. I receive an email telling me the day and time the tech will be there and I confirm with notes that I will be there and that I want to speak with the tech to go over a few items. The appointment was between 4-6. When 6:30 rolls around and the tech has not shown up, called or sent me a text, I call the #800. The rep tells me that she can't reach him either and that she would email him and copy the area manager.

    Days go by and I still don't hear from anyone. I am in sales so when I am not selling I'm not making money. A few days later when I am out of town I get an automated text that the tech is on his way, shortly after I get a text asking me to rate my service. Are you kidding me? I complete the survey and a few days later the area manager calls me to apologize and see what he can do to make it better. We reschedule and again for 4-6 and ask that the tech meet with me. Yet again the tech does not show up!

    The next day I call the area manager and let him know of the issue and my mounting frustration. He states he doesn't know what is happening, that this tech is really good and doesn't know why this would happen twice. I don't either, but I have lost out on 4 hours of work for incompetence and lack of follow through. As far as I know the tech never even checked the bait stations when I received the text notifications. When speaking with the manager I asked for a refund for what I have prepaid for this year. This was on Monday and I have yet to receive my refund. I should have read the Yelp reviews regarding my local office and their lack of professionalism, not solely relying on this forum for my information. If anyone from corporate would like to reach out to me that would be interesting in discussing further.

    Management team did come out today and inspected damage. We discussed a resolution to the matter. Friendly and willing to look into matter further if necessary. Both agreed heat stress and possibility of chemical burn might have caused some stress to large tree. Agreed watering root system more heavily might better supply leaves with the moisture needed and will flush out any toxins/chemicals near tree.

    I have been a satisfied Terminix customer for 3-4 years now and never had any issues until recently. Terminix had a treatment done around my house for ants, but the man had went beyond the barrier of my house, on the other side of my pool and sprayed around my 30 foot tree, as well as, many shrubs and smaller trees. The 30 foot tree immediately experienced chemical burn to most of its leaves, my rose bushes shown signs of the same burn, and a couple of Indian Hawthornes near my house as well. I called each day for six days, asking to speak with a manager to send someone out to assess the damage and not one manager has returned my calls.

    One man did call my husband and said he would be out and would call when he was on his way and never did. I have been very nice to customer service during all of this because, as I told them, it is not their fault that management fails to assess the problem. I expressed how disappointed I was with a company as reputable as it is, to have handled this matter like they have. As a loyal and a good paying customer I expected a better response to a concern I made, of which was the only concern in a 3-4 year period. I am sorry that not one person had the heart to just come out and see what they could do to help remedy the situation. Really sad business practice.

    I had service approx. two weeks ago. The technician was here for 25 minutes and installed 16 bait stations for my termite problem, I paid almost $3000 for this service. When he left he said he would email me my work order. He emailed me an order that belonged to someone else. I called to get it corrected. He could not correct it. The order he sent me said I had 0 bait stations and the service was for carpenter ants. I called customer service. They said they would have it corrected. Never happened. I called the salesman. He was to have it corrected. Again never happened. I called again. He did not respond.

    Yesterday I called customer service and they said that Henry, the service manager would call me. Nothing again. I have called a total of 7 times and no one has done a thing. I want the stations removed and my money back so I can go elsewhere. How is the future rep supposed to check my service when my work order says I do not have any bait stations? Oh, they also do not come out for a year after service installation. Once they get your money they do not want to hear from you and just ignore you. I am very disappointed in their service.

    English is not my first language. Terminix came to my house to inspect for termites which we had, they offered the tenting and they came a second day to finalize agreement and payment, they charged us for the service, gave us a date (approximately 40 days later). During that time I called to confirmed the service was July 26 and they say yes twice I think, I opened an online account and they posted the date for the tenting (have proof). 3 days before I called again because nobody had come to my house to bring us the bags, and they confirmed again and brought us the bags.

    The day before the tenting, the 25 nobody had called me to tell me the window of time for the service, around 3 pm I called Terminix and they said they could not do the tenting because the roof was difficult (they are saying this after we paid 40 days before because they said they would do it). I had paid for security (I lost this money), was ready to pay for a hotel, had everything in the bags that they provided, and in boxes. They say they could not do it because the roof was difficult but they would do it August the 20. (Is the roof difficult or not?) I have called the manager several times and I still don't have my money back in my credit card nor the money I paid for security that he said he would reimbursed. I have now an appointment with another company for tenting on August 27 but maybe my house is more infected now because I have lost a lot of time. They were never going to called me the day before to tell me they were not going to do it, very disrespectful.

    When the original termite control contract expired on our new house in 9/22/2014, we extended it with SOS Exterminating here in Tucson. We bought a 5-year protection contract that covers us until 9/22/2019. Terminix apparently bought SOS sometime after that. All was well until this year, beginning the last year of the contract. Terminix sent us a bill for an additional $30, above the $199 that we had already paid for this year under the contract.

    When I called Terminix, the lady on the phone said Terminix had raised their rates this year and her supervisor said I would just have to pay up. When I said I had a contract and would not pay more, she indignantly said she would "null" my account, so I assume she did that. What a shame that they are happy to lose a customer and goodwill for $30.

    We live in a rural area with several farms nearby. We have an issue with ants and spiders in the home. We asked them to make an appointment to come into our home to spray quarterly. They have never done so in the year we have been with them. They come unannounced when no one is home and spray the exterior of our home. This does not address the issue in the home. They then badger us for payment when they have not lived up to their end of the agreement.

    We've had an annual contract with Terminix including an annual inspection for termites since 1995. Previous termite inspectors found termites in many locations that didn't involve water sources including under the back porch, on the bedroom ceiling, behind a wall hanging by the fireplace, by the front porch railing, and near an outlet in the dining room. Thursday when our house was inspected, the inspector only looked outside and inside near water sources. He says that this is what he was trained to do. If previous inspectors had done this, termites would not have been found and our house would have suffered much more termite damage. I hope that inspectors will be trained to give a more thorough termite inspection in the future (like they did in the past).

    An appointment was scheduled for today from 10am to 12pm... It’s now after 1pm no tech!!! No calls from the tech stating that he will be late! No nothing... I even reached out to the tech, but no. Answer mailbox is full. Called the office and they couldn’t reach him. Same issue. Where is the customer service!?! It’s frustrating that nobody’s picking up their phones... This is an issue that needs to be addressed with the corporate office. Complaints will be filed!!

    I needed an inspection because we have noticeable termite activity so I used Terminix's website to make an appointment for a free inspection. Don't use their online scheduling - apparently the local branch won't get your appointment. The first appointment I made was a no call no show. So I called to see why they didn't show up and was told that someone would call me to reschedule. I waited for 2 days and no one called me back. So I called again and they sent an email to the local branch and that I would receive a call back from them to reschedule.

    That took 2 more days for them to call me back. So I reschedule another appointment with the local office giving them several days to make it happen. At least this time the tech calls me to tell me she can't make it and if I could reschedule for the next day. I have canceled plans twice now to accommodate them and they can't show up during the allotted time. So she tells me she will talk with the office (same person I set this appointment up with) and that someone would call me back. So I wait again for another full day and no one calls me back. So I call the toll free number again and they put me back in touch with the local office again. I made another appointment and hopefully they will show up this time.

    I paid for ants protection. He came and spray. I saw no improved. In fact I saw more ants. I contacted them several times. They have ignored me. I pay 1200 to them. I would say use a local pest control. They guarantee you and return to reinspect. Terminix only take your money and after that it’s you to chase after them. I am a realtor. Do I use them for my home?     One of the worst customer service and company by far. Dec. 2017 we found some bugs in our kitchen. We called Terminix. They came and checked some cabinets and walls. They did not find the source. They offered a contract. I asked more than one time, if is possible to cancel the contract, they confirmed this.

    Coming mid Jan. 2018 from vacation, we recognized, that we have a three Year financing contract with a high percentage of interest, which I would never sign.

    In the meantime I sent at least 8 E-mails to Terminix (to the local office and to customer care), trying to clarify the case, they did not answer one single E-mail. I was 6 times at the Fort Myers office (90 Minutes travel) which is even during the office hours locked. Only two times they opened the doors after knocking and ringing for minutes and at least five times. I told them, that up to now, I did not own a single copy of the contracts. Even in the Terminix office they did not care or were willing to communicate and provide the contracts.

    Feb. 2018 I provided at the Office a check with 500.00 USD to cancel the contract. They were not interested to talk with us or clarify the case. Additionally I offered by E-mail to cancel the contract, (for another company found the source of the kitchen bugs and solved the problem) willing to pay 1000.00 USD. No response from Terminix.

    Now, after 6 months, Terminix is asking using "Nationwide Credit" for 2,132.95 USD. For one visit - about 50 Minutes. and installing some Tools in the garden. For us, it is new, that a service company is not interested to communicate by E-mail or even by visiting the office and provide the contracts in the office. It seems, the only thing which is really working to send automatic adv. e-mails. As I mentioned, In the meantime another company found the source of the kitchen bugs and cleared the situation.

    I have tried unsuccessfully for 86 days to first find out why Terminix in Smyrna Murfreesboro Tennessee did not return to my home to perform the services I was, have been, believed was cancelled yet am now being charged directly for by Terminix. I receive the same runaround and the men who did come to my home required a signature for putting down a liner and when they did not return I had to hire two other companies to perform what I am now receiving one bill for 720$ and another bills for 980$ for when rats died under my house two weeks and contaminated the liner, and re-infested my home with insects, which by the way besides the liner was the only service I am receiving a 1700$ total for.

    No rodent control poison boxes or anything added to a new liner only re-infested the liner which had to be removed once the company I am being serviced by cleaned the dead rodents which had moved into my walls in the few days Terminix never returned. Initially I had 608$ taken out of my checking account received an 89$ a month two year contract past due with Servicemaster which was emailed to me and was not the services I provided my electronic signature for.

    The salesman Van ** and I discussed services totaling 2000$ which required a 500$ down payment. My billing changes as the local Smyrna TN decides while I had this other company perform the services and my home remains protected by the company who provided the services Terminix acquired my electronic signature and never performed. And adding whatever they choose to add subtract and say our agreement was my electronic signature is what they are using as proof as well and without a customer's approval or knowledge. Terminix is set up to allow no accountability for such actions other than a run around that ends with being scammed while the customer's credit is being ruined. Now bills are coming directly from Terminix and I cannot get anyone to discuss the lies the manager of the branch, salesman and technicians are conveying to the few people who have tried to inquire for Terminix.

    All avenues lead to a local branch manager and a few crooked people who obviously have gotten away with misusing customers electronic signatures and saying they provided services while the customer wastes hours being ignored in calls to the local branch, the customer service who maintains they'll have the local branch manager call you and a nonstop runaround ensues. I am under contract with another company I was forced to seek and had to also pay a company to clean, disinfect and remove the new liner which is all Terminix did install as it became contaminated as the liner Terminix removed, all they acquired my signature for but add what they choose. Since they did not add any rodent poisoning the new company first did this task as well as rat boxes which after two weeks than led to a new liner and disinfecting. The pest control continues as dead rats in a crawl space sent all the insects into my living space.

    The story this Terminix manager claims is that all services to rodent and pest proof my home were performed and he took off the 500$ for the auto vents they did not install. I have called an attorney, have video and pictures and fraud alert at my bank returned the 608$ I never agreed to pay to me. My attorney says I cannot call the news team to investigate these matters and utilize service from her as well.

    I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income who cannot afford bad credit and would have never agreed to any of what this Terminix has done misusing my electronic signature. I will never ever trust my electronic signature to any business without a hard copy in hand. Please let other consumers know what has happened to my credit and the practices being used against consumers by Terminix through corrupt small branches who know a customer will either pay or have their credit destroyed through Servicemaster or directly from Terminix. I have been and am sick over all this. Thank you.

    I signed a contract with Terminix in 2011. At first, the service was fine. They came out as many times as I requested and did a good job keeping pests away. But increasingly, this company and its representatives have become more and more unreliable. Half the time they don't show up and won't call to let you know they're not coming. This morning, I was told the record showed that I requested service, but it was never approved. WHAT?! It's been a nightmare, especially over this last year or two. I'm done. Cancel me. I shouldn't have to pay you AND chase you. #Reliabilitygoesalongway

    I scheduled an appointment for 7/21/18 (Saturday). My first service was $189 with discount and other 3 services were going to be $159 as per conversation on phone with Rachel. I have to done the treatment in exterior and interior in kitchen living room, bathroom and bedrooms. I empty my kitchen and all other closets as per conversation. Technician came he don't even inspect anything. He get rude and said he can't do with $189. I have to charge extra that'll be $269 for today treatment.

    I was requesting him I got discount and I empty my kitchen. He didn't listen and yelling on me. Lucky I was home if I was not home they'll be worst with women. After that I refuse to get the service. I try to contact with customers representative. After few call I lucky talk to manager Michael. He was worst than technician. Don't even listen to me and said technician has to inspect then he can make a call how much will charge. "If you want the service you have to pay," what he said, "Otherwise we can cancel it right now." Very bad behavior and bad service. I would never recommend to anyone.

    Had a terrible experience with an Orkin inspection that costed 95$, then came to Terminix, got a free inspection and had a great time with the inspector! Khai made my family feel really good about the treatment and stuck around for a really long time answering all the questions we had! The cost is a bit more than Orkin but the customer service is amazing!! Hopefully we won't need a pest treatment anytime soon but if we do we'll definitely be using Terminix!

    Terminix is your invoicing for services not performed or double billing. I paid $1700 for a rodent removal. I was then billed another $2000 a year later and then another strange charge of $446 appeared. Not the first time this has happened and after many calls they removed charges. Here we go again.

    Bought a house. Had a inspection. Terminix was the previous owners client and they also did the inspection report. Showed a Graff and swore that no other previous damage or new that wasn't on the Graff, assured me they had the previous owner covered for over 40 years, well okay then, we kept the contract and continued using them. I did ask for a treatment since last one I was told was over 30 years ago. They declined doing so. Stating they'll back up and fix damages.

    Well not even 2 yrs later I found live termites and damage to our Florida room heart pine flooring ruined, Terminix hired a contractor to fix. Well first time the flooring looked terrible. Then they had them redo it after I pitched a fit, then the second time they started replacing the hardwood floors and found severe damage to subfloor. Their contractor came and ripped out the flooring. Note this is a 100 yr home where the old builders would scrape the subfloor to make it level. Well Terminix men didn't even bring a level. They didn't sister joist and refused to listen. Anyway the floor after they were done now has a slant! They didn't repair the damage in the walls and after bringing it up they refused to do more. Why? Well the contractor lied stating it sloped prior to even when photos were shown there was none. Terminix refused to make it right. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.

    Not done yet. We decided to replace the LR flooring. Pulled up the carpet and the carpet adjoin in our son's room, what we found was more damage which didn't match our closing inspection. Again we were told previous damage, well I asked the state to come and do an inspection and my concerns were backed by them. So they wrote a letter to Terminix to come and treat and repair, Terminix made an appointment on a Monday but was a no show, the next day I get a call about coming that day I'm like "No the appointment was for yesterday and I had the text to prove it", the supervisor who the text of the appointment called and apologized. We made another appointment for the following Monday coming up. Well they showed up treated and well the branch supervisor showed up and did agree but was vague on what they'll cover.

    Anyway went to my online account and found more fraud. The worker said he inspected our home the Friday before the treatment and even stated I refused to sign. Thank God for security cameras and the company I has to prove no such inspection was conducted. I see several state this company is great but I'm sure they have not had termites show up or have no damage that is visible. Not that they will and hope they don't, but for me I have issues. Yes I still pay them because if I don't they are then out of the responsibility of fixing. Just be careful and always double check.

    I had my house inspected for termites. First, the inspector called a day ahead telling me that he is a big shot supervisor inspector and he wanted to sell me other services over the phone. On the day of inspection, he kept telling me that there is a problem here and there and we can fix them for you. Another push of sale. It took him 10 minutes of inspection for outside the house and then said I had dry wood termite. The termite damage was from years ago and there are no termites but he insisted. He didn't crawl under the house to inspect. He didn't check inside the house at all.

    Then he told me if I sign a contract for fumigation right away, he will give a discount. I mentioned that I will review, compare and let the company know but he kept pushing. The worst part, he said: "You are rich and you have a nice house in a good neighborhood and you can afford it. I live in south Los Angeles and I wished I lived here". Really??? Very annoying, rude, pushy and unprofessional. I will not renew my contract and will never recommend Terminix.

    I've been with Terminix for 25 years and EVERY YEAR IT IS THE SAME THING. I get a bill 6 months before my contract expires. I call EVERY YEAR and please don't start cycling me no earlier than one month, maybe two. The extremely inexperienced operators agree and say my request has been entered. WRONG! This year I scheduled my visit 3 months before and for an 08:00-10:00 appointment. Two days ago I get an email that I was switched to the afternoon. NO PHONE CALL to a 25 year customer, which they are supposed to per their operator. I had to change my hectic schedule because Terminix, as usual, never abides by their own rules.

    3 of 4 years ago, their inspector started my inspection and EIGHT MINUTES later he was done. Really, I have a two story over 5,000 square foot house. I've had several termite invasions and you are done in EIGHT MINUTES. I called their local manager. This guy that did my 8 minute job WAS THE MANAGER. I'm already holding my breath for my inspection in 2 days. The management of Terminix has to be the worst I have dealt with. I see 5 Stars on their reviews and laugh.

    I signed an electronic tablet with a blank screen and understood it was to confirm charges to my credit card and to access my credit card annually for the annual inspections. I was then told that my wife had to also sign a blank tablet screen since she was the homeowner. In fact, what we apparently signed without our knowledge or consent, was a 4 year financing contract at 12% interest. We also were charged an additional $899 (after agreeing to $6500 worth of service). Beware of signing a blank tablet screen without knowing what it really is. What we were told was simply not true.

    I was a Terminix customer for several years. Time and again, although I told them I wanted both exterior and interior treatment, they would treat only the exterior until I called and made another appointment. They treated the exterior only of the house in April. I called and complained, told them I would not pay the bill until they came back to do the inside. It took several calls to schedule, as I am only available on Saturdays. I was finally scheduled for June 30. When I called a couple of days before, I was told the date had been changed, without my knowledge, to July 7. I waited for the service on the morning of July 7, finally got a call stating that they weren't coming because I hadn't paid my bill. I had told them several times I would pay after the service was complete. This was very irritating. I've canceled my contract.

    Terminix had somebody come here for an annual inspection of our house. We could not do it when they originally suggested in March because we weren't here. Our contract with them is just for termites, so they were strictly looking for termites. And so the tech checked around all of the exterior walls, inside the house and outside the house, and then he went into the crawlspace, and checked around there. He found no activity of termites, which was good.

    I've spoken with the representatives from Terminix to set up appointments, and I've been very satisfied with their customer service. The tech that’s been here every year has been very good, very personable, and does a good job. We're very satisfied with the service we've received under our termite protection contract that we have with them. It's a preventative service. We have not had any termite activity at this house at all, and I wanna keep it that way.

    Terminix came over to put some termite traps around our house and then they come out once a year and check them. They make sure everything looks good and then we pay for another year of service. Also, Terminix's customer service is good. They make appointments and when they set up to come out for that, they’ll let us know that they're coming and then that they’ve been there. And that way, we know that there's someone walking around the house looking at all the traps. The pest activities are taken care of. Terminix does a good job overall, and they're a reputable company.

    I moved into this house in the 90's and used Terminix. I also used them in the real estate office on all the properties that I had to have traded. The service with Terminix has been fine. I usually call them then they let me know when the warranty is going to be checked. And then I schedule an appointment and they come out and check the house. The last man who was out here was a very nice young man. However, since we had many tornadoes that hit Lee's Summit, I had a big glim broken out on my big maple tree. The man who came out brought that big glim down and it's full of black ants. He said I should get an ant bait and put it around the base of the tree but I don't know anything about that.

    Do not use these people. They don't show up to do follow ups as contract states. They cashed my check and never applied it to my account. I called numerous time to either give me my money back or provide the service. Their response is always "someone will contact you" and they never do. It has been a year and still no satisfaction.

    Our regular Terminix technician, Olivia, is really good and she explains to me everything she's doing and tells me what things that I do need. She always inspects and then she sprays. And she lets me know before she sprays what she's gonna be spraying for or what she's seen. Most recently, I had told Terminix that I needed some more ant baits, and Olivia came out and brought me some, and then she sprayed around my house. Since she brought me some more baits, I haven't had any problems.

    We are happy with the service that we receive from Terminix. We had a tick problem and the tech came and did the respray. They spray the outside and inside which doesn't take very long. I have them come quarterly and they usually call me when it's time for service. We get the same technician each time who has been super polite. We barely get any pest since we had Terminix; just the usual, transitions in the weather. It's a good service so I would advise homeowners to go for it if it's in their budget.

    We had some cockroaches that we needed to be taken care of, so I called Terminix. They were really helpful in telling us what we needed to do and were very quick about getting out here too. We really liked the tech who came. He made it so comfortable, and he went through with us what he was going to do and what aftercare should be done. I called last week and scheduled a follow-up visit, however, because we've had a couple more here, but it is definitely put down on them.     My experience with Terminix was great. They were on time and they did what they were supposed to do. When the technicians came to the house, they introduced themselves as working for Terminix. They explained to me why they were there and what service they were doing, which was the correct service and the service I requested. Then they explained to me how and what they were doing. They were there to deal with spiders and ants but after the first service, there was not really any difference. I needed a follow-up and they did one with no charge. After that, the amount of bugs in my house dropped by 98%. It was a great experience all-around and I would highly recommend them to a friend.

    Terminix comes out once a year to check for pest. Their rep was professional when I signed up and explained what he was doing. I told the tech that some of the spots are kind of tight. In the past some of the spots they didn't even go to. They said they couldn't find them. But I can only get one guy out here that since retired who found the pest and gave them a good Zircon and I haven't seen any more since.

    Year after year they would spray the baseboard around inside the house. That took care of everything, like spiders and I didn't have any kind of bugs. But then Terminix bought them out and they don't do that. It was a pretty good service when the guy in Elwood did it because I didn't have any re-infestations when they were doing that. They couldn't get in. But now, the tech had missed a spot somewhere under there then they just came back. But the last couple years they haven't found any pests. I haven't been sick. The techs will crawl and look and somehow they don't see any. They did a pretty good job and they're pretty reliable.

    My experience with Schendel has been excellent. I've been with them since '80s or '90s and Rick has been my service person. When they try to give me someone else, I call and talk to management and I get Rick back. He has taken excellent care of us. He was last here in May and he comes out about every three months, unless I need to call him in between. There's a young lady that serviced my door who did an excellent job as well. Still, I hope that if Terminix has taken over from Schendel that I get the same service and quality. If not, I'm not bound to a contract, I will move on.

    My experiences with Terminix have been great. They called when they were coming. The first time they were here, they put out the pads in the yard and were fine. The second time, I didn't see them because as I was pulling out and had called right away. I just told them that I did not want those pads in the house but they got here in a certain time limit. However, since Terminix did not do the bugs, I went through Hawx because my neighbor had that. We were putting a new deck in and there was a lot of water damage so I had to have the deck taken care of, one way or the other. After the carpenters said they didn't think those were termites, I thought maybe they were bugs. I'm also not sure if I have termites but I will continue with the service for three years and see how it works.

    Terminix did a good job of making sure that they went through all the steps and even extra miles. They surprised me with everything that they did.     We had ants, and so I called Terminix on their 800 number. The girl who set up the service was good and I was happy with everything except that she screwed my name up. Then they sent their people out and they took care of the problem when they said they were. Our interactions were good, they explained things and went through the house. They sprayed, did what they had to do and I don’t have any bugs left. Some other Terminix guy showed up and he looked around the same place as they did and then he left. Everybody was nice and friendly and my experience with them was great. I really like everything that they did and everything went well other than every time Terminix and myself come up, they call me Dwight.

    We had roaches recently and the Terminix's technician asked me where we had seen them and for how long we had been seeing the roaches. Then, he went into the kitchen and bathroom and sprayed in the cabinets, around the drawers and under the sink. Then, he went to his truck, got some baits and put them in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

    The technician was different and a lot better than the technicians we've had before. He had more knowledge with our situation with roaches. The technician before him told us that he thought we had to bomb the house for the roaches. But this recent one said they never do bombing because it would just make the roaches hide in the walls.

    However, it was hard to get an appointment with them. I had them every two weeks but when I got on the website, there was almost never anything available. So I called last week and the lady said they wouldn't be able to give an actual appointment but they would have the technicians stop by either Wednesday or Thursday. I was waiting for them but I didn't get a call and they never showed up. This week, I got on the website and although there was no appointment for Monday, there was one for the evening so we made it work. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Terminix.

    Terminix comes every four months and I got the same guy for a while. I like him. He knocks on the door, and I have him come in sometimes and spray stuff in the basement or changed out my traps. And then I leave him to the outside. They always send me a note or text that says they're coming on such and such dates. Sometimes, I need to call and change it and it's been okay. We get ants at certain times a year and so if I need to, I call them and say that I got ants then they send out someone. They also do an extra trip out. I don't like paying for it, but I like not having any bugs. So, it's good and it's one less thing to think about.

    The worst customer service and company by far. If I can give them less than 1 star I would've but unfortunately this is the lowest you can give. I called to get service by Terminix and for our first appointment no one showed up. I called their number 4 times. Was on hold for a long time each time then when my call was answered the customer service didn't know how to reach the technician and she stated they don't have a number for him. I asked her to find him and resolve this issue since I waited over 3 hours and took time off my day. She attempted to find a branch supervisor, no one answered so she left a message and promised that someone will reach out to talk to me tomorrow. In the morning a guy just showed up without calling or anything at 7 am and he start spraying around the house. He didn't do a decent job and didn't finish before he left and stated they will come back.

    I called in and complained but again no one called me back or answered my phone calls. After 2 days I received a phone call and they apologized and scheduled an appointment to finish the initial job, within 2 day. The scheduled day came and again no one showed up. I called and called and the customer service person said they escalated this complaint and she read all the notes and comments on my account and was able to see how many times I called without a response.

    Again she said she will follow up and make sure someone reach out to me. It has been over a week since the last phone call I made and no one contacted me or apologized for this mess. I don't know how they are in business, the Better Business Bureau should do something about this company. This by far the worst experience I had with any company. No response, no concern about what they do and I don't think they know what customer service is. AVOID THEM BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

    Terminix comes out every quarter for termites and annually for the inside inspection. Scheduling has never been hard at all. If I need something, they come out. I had Cliff for years and he was really good. I have another guy now who's been out twice and he's been pretty good so far as well.

    Terminix comes out and checks the stations they put in the ground. A lot of times we have ants that come in through cracks and they come to check the bait stations. They come out four times a year and they call ahead to make sure of their appointment. They're usually here on time and if they finished before time, the serviceman calls and finds out if it would be all right to come in to do it. The serviceman explains everything he's doing and he checks with me to find out if anything new has come up. He's really good and really informative. I'm very satisfied with them.

    I just moved to Delaware and I started getting bugs in the window. I wasn’t sure what they were so I decided to stop it before they got inside. I've had 3 technicians from Terminix and all seem to be pretty good. They come out once every other month. But if I needed them to come in, they would come in. They knock at the door and see if I need any service inside. But so far, I haven't needed anything inside so they just spray outside. I didn’t have any pest activity since the service. So I've been satisfied.

    We got Terminix a couple of months ago and didn't realize that we had a terrible rodent problem and we had ants too. However, the rodents were basically the main thing. Their tech, Dan, has been here twice and he was really nice. He was very easy to talk to and he did what we asked him to do. The last time he was here, he put the little boxes outside of the house and we haven't had any mice since then.

    Terminix comes out once a year for termite inspection and we've been with them for about 40 years now. We had termite problems in the other house we had and they took care of those. We haven't had that problem over here at all. Still, we've always had good experiences with the techs and it's been a different one in the last few years.

    Terminix did a termite inspection and the inspector was professional about it, friendly, and knowledgeable. I spoke with Melissa and the termite treatment was scheduled on the first Saturday. I haven't seen any termites since the service and Terminix has done what they're supposed to so far.

    We have a quarterly service with Terminix and I paid a year in advance to get the discount. It’s a normal pest treatment inside and outside. Occasionally, I have called them as needed with extras like if we had a hornet’s nest. Four years ago, we had the whole house sealed because we were getting squirrels in the basement but we haven’t done that since. At one point, we had termite service but we had the bait traps put up when we built the house because there was a lot more activity since it was a new neighborhood and we never really got many termites. So after a few years, I stopped that because they guarantee for a few years and then you have to pay 200 a year.

    We’ve had one guy for three years now and he has been really good. We showed him stuff and he did it. He put some traps in the shed which he didn't necessarily have to and gave me some extra traps to put out because we have a few mice every now and then. He also left traps for ladybugs but he can’t spray for them because they’re not considered nuisance pests. We were away for the last month but he came right before we left and everything was fine and we don’t have too many issues with pest activity. Every year, there is one hornet’s nest somewhere that we run into when I’m trimming the bushes but Terminix has been pretty good to me and I wish we have them in Michigan.

    I live in Laguna Beach and we've had Terminix service the house in Wichita. And so I've communicated with them over the phone, and they've been fantastic so far. I called them for yellow jackets swarming the pool. And then, they were also out today spraying for mosquitoes. The technician phones and tells me when they're heading out there, what they’ve done, and also asks if I want anything else or if I have any concerns. And then, after they’ve treated the property, they also phone us. Their communication is spectacular especially for a homeowner that’s not on the property at the moment. Overall, I'm very impressed with the Wichita Terminix and how their service is going. They're very prompt, and any questions I've had, they answered immediately.

    We had carpenter bees, and we've had Terminix come out as needed. My husband liked the first tech who came really well. He sprayed around the deck and everything where the bees had made holes and had nests. And he said that if we still had them in two weeks, we should call them back and they would come back out. And we had to have them come back out because we still have the carpenter bees. I will recommend Terminix.

    We signed up for the quarterly services from Terminix as we had a lot of pet fleas around the house. I scheduled it once and then they kept coming back. They tried calling me a day before to let me know the technicians were coming and then they sent me a message on the day the technician left. It took us eight months to deal with the issues on pet fleas and we cancelled the services because we didn’t have the problem anymore.

    There were a couple of times that we called the technician and told them that I cancelled the service but the technicians still popped up twice. It was my mistake and I should have called the customer care number and then cancelled the service. We spent money unnecessarily when we didn’t need it so Terminix should let us know of an option of cancelling the service each time before they come in. If my service is scheduled day after tomorrow, they could call me today to check if I want to cancel it or not. But the technicians took care of the outside and I had a good experience with Terminix.

    We have a preventative service with Terminix. I've always told them that they have to come in the morning and we've been having an issue because they've had a turnaround with people quitting. And most recently, their tech came early in the morning and got the job done. He was good.
