Terminix is my regular pest control service and I've been using them for about over three years. When I moved into a new home in another state, I carried the service over. There was a flea issue first off when I first moved into the house and the renters before had dogs and cats that weren't treated. So, the owner paid for a local pest control company to come out because they could come out a little faster than Terminix could. So, their tech came out and she paid for that. He came for a treatment two or three times but the issue was not resolved, so I let the owner know that I wanted to have Terminix to come out because it was included in my service for free.
The first time that the Terminix guy came out, he said that he didn't have his respirator, so he wasn't gonna be able to do the treatment because he couldn't do it without his respirator. He said his truck was in the shop and that he wasn't going to be able to complete the flea treatment. So, he said that he treated all the baseboards and did general pest control on that date. But we were still seeing the fleas, so I called less than a week later and he came out and completed the actual flea treatment. I haven't had issues since then. He was really super nice, too. In fact, my experience with Terminix techs have always been very professional and very nice and very thorough. They have all been very knowledgeable, too.
Other than that, there was a little bit of a confusion in getting my service transferred. When I tried to call Terminix about it when I was in Louisiana, it seemed like nobody was calling me back. And I don't know if there was just a miscommunication between the head offices or whatever from, but there was a little scheduling issue at the beginning. When I called initially, they told me they would be out at a certain date. I put it in my phone calendar but the day came and nobody came out. When I called Terminix, they said that that wasn't the date that was noted, it was a different date. So, that was a little frustrating, but I'd never had the issue before with Terminix.
Also, we always recommend Terminix. I know in this area that we're in is kind of remote and we're about an hour from Kansas City, where their closest local office is out of. But after having another local service provider come out over three times and wasn't really able to knock the issue out, I don't really know how thorough they were as compared to Terminix. I even noticed a lot of things that the Terminix tech did differently that the other tech didn't do. For instance, he closed all of the doors to all the rooms, so the stuff could stay concentrated in the area. They just seemed a lot more knowledgeable and more thorough than the local pest control company.

I have a routine service with Terminix and they come out to my place every three to four months. However, I wish they would let me know earlier than 24 hours ahead of time when they are coming out to do work or to change schedules. I work during the week and I need a little more time. Also, I want my old provider back. Sam had been with me a long time but recently they changed technicians again. Nevertheless, since their service, pests are all gone from my home. I'm scared to death of mice and I'll keep having Terminix as long as they can keep the mice away.

Terminix scheduled a time the tech was gonna be there, and he was there. My wife said the guys worked around outside the house and the appointment was good. We used to have a lot of little sugar ants and right now, I see a couple of them. However, we still have a lot of ants in my backyard and they said they’re gonna pour some product to make them get out.

Terminix's treatments have always been good, as well as the scheduling. The techs come out and they do the routine. In the summertime, they do the spraying for bugs. I've had the tech, Brian, for a long time. He knows my house and he knows all the places to take care of. He has even been able to tell me when he sees something and he thinks that he should spray or he should do something, like when there are wasps. Last time, he saw a nest somewhere and he knows where to spray. In the basement, in case a mouse would get in, he puts out bait. He checks all of the places he has to check. He’s very good and I like him a lot. I wish he was still in my area, but he’s not. Although every once in a while, when something happens in this area and Terminix doesn’t have anybody, he still takes this area and he would come back. I also had another tech one time before and he was all right and thorough as well. I would recommend Terminix.

We use Terminix for a number of different things. The last time they came out, they laid the pest control outside and it went fine. It's also easy to schedule their services. They typically give us a notice when they’re coming out and we let them know if there’s an issue. The techs that come out to see us have been coming for quite some time and they've been excellent. They’re experienced, have good relationship skills, and they know what they’re doing. The guy who does our pest control and the guy who does our termite inspections are both very good. The service is too pricey but we have not experienced a pest problem lately, so no news is good news.

I have the yearly service from Terminix on two of my houses, the house I live in and one of my rentals with them. They inspect for termites yearly and they also spray around the houses quarterly for bugs and stuff. They let me know ahead of time when they're coming out and they’re pretty much on time. If they say they’re gonna be there between 9:00 and 10:00, they’re there. They even call before they come that afternoon or that day to let me know how far out there. They’re really good at that.
The techs they send out change once in a while but they’re all very knowledgeable and very polite. And the pest activities have been next to nothing with their service. I had a termite inspection on my home last month and they found some activity had come back, and that’s covered under a warranty that I have with them. They were supposed to call me back with an appointment to come back and treat the areas that got reinfected and they never did. Other than that, Terminix is pretty good. I have a different company handling some of my other rentals and I’m gonna switch them all over to Terminix once they get this one little situation figured out.

I needed a termite inspection done and scheduling a service with Terminix was very good. I’ve had a contract for termites for many years with them but I found out that it wasn't economical for me, so once a year, I call for a free inspection and if there's any activity, they treat the house. This time, their tech went around the house to check if there was any activity and he did fine. Everything was pleasant and right now, there’s no termite activity at all.

4-26-18 Called Terminix with ant problem, scheduled treatment appointment, did not get copy of contract. Because of the high cost we asked about cancellation - they told us we could cancel at any time. 4-28-18 Technician came - young, inexperienced, didn’t use other treatments experienced techs use because “it’s too much trouble to wash all the containers”, said there was no sign of ant activity (ants were on the floor!). We were very skeptical of his work after he left. 5-12-18 Had to call for another treatment - ants still very active in abundance. We told them about the first tech. Said they would send a supervisor and a different tech. When tech arrived it was the same inexperienced young man that came originally without supervisor. Around this same time, Terminix called and set an appointment for our “free” inspection. They never came, never called.
7-18-18 Local tech shows up (he has been on sick leave for several months - his first day back on the job). I asked before he got his stuff out of the truck if this treatment was covered in our first quarter. He said “yes.” I called Terminix when he left and cancelled our service knowing we had until July 26 to cancel since we called them originally on April 26. A bill comes for $149. I return it to Terminix saying the account had been cancelled. 9-1-18 Another bill arrives. I call Terminix, tell the story. They say that our quarter began 4-1-18 not the day we sign up and shows our account cancelled 8-22-18 so we owe for second quarter. I ask to speak to local manager. She says he will call us. He did not call.
9-6-18 Called again. She says account is closed but we owe $149 - so we are paying them for NOTHING?! 9-17-18 Phone message from Terminix. We call, tell the story again. NO HELP whatsoever. Says local supervisor is only person to “credit” account. We say we want to talk to local supervisor. She finally gets him on the phone - Bruce ** in Lansing, MI. We tell the story again. He is rude and belligerent and does not get what we are trying to explain to him! He hung up on us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They do not tell the truth and have the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We are senior citizens, pay our bills on time, and don’t appreciate being taken advantage of.

We've had Terminix for years and we're very pleased with the service. There are shake shingles on this house and they attract those awesome silverfish, so we just about have to have them come out at least once a month for that reason. Then, about three months ago, the gentleman found out that we had a mouse problem, so we had Terminix come out. They called and set up a time and a date, and we went for it. We found out that the mice had gone from the basement up into the insulation. Terminix took all the insulation out of the attic area and put new insulation in. They did it all in one day, which was wonderful. It was also a messy job but they did an excellent work of cleaning up.
The only problem that I've had with Terminix was inconsistencies with them with scheduling. We always have them come out on the second Tuesday between 10 and 12 and we have that same time for years. But once in a while, they've called to tell me they were coming between two and four but there was no one here at that time. I've had to make a phone call to tell them we could not do it on that day and reschedule to make sure that there is somebody here at the house to let them in. But now, we've got a gentleman who's coming on a regular basis by the name of Chris. He abides by the time and he's here on the day he's supposed to be.
Other than that, Terminix does an awesome job. They report to me if they have found anything. Also, they always ask me if I have noticed anything unusual or different especially when the seasons change. We had a gentleman by the name of Bill for years, and I feel that we had a really good rapport. And now, I am developing one with Chris. I would recommend Terminix.

I had spiders and bees so I called Terminix for the actual annual service, but they're coming out quarterly. I spoke to someone a while ago when I first decided to get the service. I had a lot of questions all the time and the guy answered most of my questions. He was pretty knowledgeable. They went down on the closed space and they put some traps down there. That helped a lot. There was a beehive and they took care of that as well. My wife said there was a lot less spiders running around. She hasn't seen any bees around either.

I have been with Terminix for five years now. Every three months, a technician comes to my home. If a technician is late, he calls me personally and tells me what the story is. If he can't make it, then I reschedule. Still, it works out fine and rescheduling is not a problem. Originally, I had one technician but now, I have another. The most recent one has been very good. He explains everything and if I have questions, he will go over everything. I have carpenter bees and they come back every spring no matter what we do but I'm still happy with Terminix. Their technician would come off schedule if he has to, especially in the spring because those bees are all over the place and he needs to come a month after the regular visits.

We have a bed and breakfast and winery and we need to keep the insects and all those varmints at bay. We had a property sprayed in October of last year. It has been six months and we didn't see anybody. We called Terminix and finally, they sent a tech out. That gentleman did a horrible job and we still had spiders all over the place. Then we had another team show up last month and they did a much better job. We got spiders still but there were so many from the previous time and it's gonna take another re-application.
When we tried to schedule a service, it took two to three calls to get in and that was a bad experience. We also have to call every time to get somebody to come out. They used to call us every three months to schedule a service and we didn't have to worry about it. But we wanted to make sure that every three months Terminix comes back on schedule like they used to. Also, if they keep the spiders down, it's great but they can't spray good quality products and we get spiders so it's not good. But if the tech does a good job, we're satisfied but if he doesn't then we're not satisfied 'cause we don't want these spiders and cobwebs around. But the techs have been great. They were courteous and they took good care of us.

Terminix came for a routine service and the technician did what he needed to do. I asked him about how soon I could have my toddlers play in the backyard and he said that as soon as everything dries, it should be fine.

We have always been very satisfied with the service provided by Terminix. Our Terminix man gets down and gets into my crawl space and sets traps there. We have exterior bait boxes which he checks regularly. We live on a stream and in a very temperate climate. We have water rats that live in the stream bank and when their homes are flooded out, they have to look for other means of shelter. Unfortunately, we’re less than 15 feet from the stream. They tunnel underneath the foundation and get in the crawl space underneath the house, and then we would hear them running across the heating ducts. Not a pleasant experience.
I get a notice that the techs are coming, and then they’ll come, ring the doorbell, and we chitchat a minute. Then the guy will say, “I’m gonna go around and check.” It doesn’t matter whoever it is. It's the same routine that they all follow, and I would panic if they ever break it. The first two or three we had were very conscientious, and they would go up on the exterior eaves, clean out all of the spiders and they would spray. However, that may be no longer a service provided by Terminix since they have not sprayed the last three or four times that we’ve had someone here. They have not taken the brush and gone up in the eaves and cleaned out all the spider webs. Right now all the spiders are building nests and it’s gross. I can do snakes, rats and mice, but I just can’t do a spider.
Here’s the problem. I’m not always here when they do the service so it’s kind of a catch-22. Whereas before, they always did it and it wasn’t even a question, now I feel crazy that I have to ask them to do something that I took for granted that they were doing with the job. I thought that would have continued on but suddenly, it just stopped and we haven’t had it for quite some time now.
My other complaint is we never have the same service person twice. I don’t know if it’s a difficulty in keeping personnel or what, but you don’t have an opportunity to truly create a rapport with your Terminix person simply because it’s gonna be a new one every time they come and I don’t like that. He knows my name, I have no idea who he is. I would rather have someone that I knew so when he gets here, I can greet him by name and we can talk.
The pests are out so often it isn’t even funny. We keep hearing them under the house. It was no sooner that the techs baited them then we would hear them under the house again. It's not working. One time we had them back three times in two weeks and every time they came back, there were rats and they disposed of them. That is an unbelievable service. We were charged additional, but Terminix came out to make sure that what they did was taking care of the problem.

We have our standard servicing from Terminix that we pay for month-to-month. Usually, they call and tell us that they’ll be coming out because they’re gonna be in our area and we’ll just make arrangements to have somebody here. They can also do it without us. The young gentlemen who’ve been doing our servicing have been fantastic. And when we get some unusual ant activity, like when they suddenly bubble up out of the ground, we call Terminix and they’ve always been responsive. But so far, the pest activity is almost nonexistent. We're very satisfied with Terminix. I'd recommend them.

We get Terminix several times a year and I haven't had any problems with them. Their service is working and it is easy when we speak with their representative. We also have the same person who comes out and he's very polite. The last service was a good experience.

Terminix is doing their job and they’re keeping me happy. They send an email and a text when it's time to do the service. I've been using their services for 2 years now and they do a routine visit once a year. They found termites on the back side of our fence, so it was preventative care for the house.

I was having some work done in my bathroom, and when they knocked down the shower, they found some termites, so I employed the services of Terminix. They’ve been to the house four times. Once for the initial termite thing, then for an initial pest control thing, then I had to call them back out, and then a second quarterly pest control visit. They would send me an email saying it’s time for my next appointment, then I can log in to my account and either accept the appointment or reschedule the appointment. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I have two accounts. One is for quarterly treatment and the other is for the termites. Terminix always schedules visits for me and it works out fine. I like that they text before they come because even if you’re not gonna be home, at least you know they’re going to get in the yard. I work part time, so when I get the text, I make sure that the gate is open, and they come in, do their thing and then they will text me again when they’re on their way. I get preventative services and the tech is a very friendly, nice guy. If I have a problem, I call Terminix. In the course of a year, I had to have one callback for ants and they came out. My experience has been very good.

Terminix comes and checks for termites a couple of times a year and it was always a different technician every time. They were really nice and knew what they were doing. They came about a month and a half ago, went under the house and checked and told me everything was okay.

Terminix comes once a year for termites and four times a year for spiders. They contact me by email and tell me when they're coming. They're always very friendly and good. They tell me what they're doing and do whatever they do even when I'm not here. When I first started, they had to come out a couple of times and put in buried spikes. They have the pest activity under control now.

Terminix tells me when they’re coming and if I don’t like it, I let them know over the phone and ask for a different day. The techs are very pleasant and friendly, and they seem to be pretty thorough. For a while, I had a lot of pest activity but the last time they came inside, they did a really good job. However, I’m seeing the bugs turning up again inside. Terminix is coming out Thursday to spray again, and I'll call them to let them know I want inside and outside, not just the outside.

Clark was not checking in with us and we never received the paperwork when they arrived, so we switched to Terminix The Terminix people always check in with us every month when they do their service and they always leave a receipt. They schedule their service according to their schedule and as long as they show up during our business hours to do their services, that is fine with me. They are very professional and they do their jobs greatly.

We would have spiders inside our house and my wife was concerned about that and other pests. We've been using Terminix for two years. They were called Alterra when we started. It's very easy to get the service scheduled. It is set up online and then they come over every three months. The technician rings the doorbell in the morning and lets me know that he's there. He doesn’t do any spraying inside the home, it’s all exterior. The last time he was here, I asked him to get rid of a mud dauber nest that we had, and that was good. He also pointed out a couple of other nests that he found. It’s a lot better now since we've had the service from Terminix.

There were too many critters surrounding our Arizona home and Terminix took care of it. They come out quarterly to check for any and all things, from spiders to pack rats and so on and they send out poisons for the exterior stuff. They were right on the spot and took care of everything very quickly, so I like that. Also, the rep I talked to was very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. We're satisfied so far.

I wanted a routine house maintenance. Terminix had a good reputation so I went with them. In setting up with them, they were responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and they told me everything I needed to know. The technicians were excellent as well. They’re informative and professional. They let you know they’re there, what they see, and what they do. I have a few cockroach problems every once in a while. I'll see one or two, but there is nothing other than that. They’re doing a really good job. I’ve had them for 10 years now and everything has been really good. Definitely get Terminix.

We've been using Terminix for pest control service for 10 years now. They tell if they’re coming, we don’t get the dog out, then they come and leave. They came for a routine spray last time and everything went according to what it is that we had to do. They came when they said they would come and we didn’t lose anything. We also had the house tented about three years ago because of termites. Now, we don’t have any bugs inside the house or termite damage. We’re building an addition and most of the old termite damage has been already removed from the new construction. There's nothing active. So, Terminix is doing fine. Also, we live in California so it hasn’t rained a lot and we maintain the yard clear of things. If you're considering Terminix, then use them. Most people that I know are already using them.

Last time, Terminix came out to spray for the ants, bugs, and cockroaches. They call me before they come and the technician is a very nice man. When he comes, he shows me his name, tells me why he came, talks to me nicely, then he wants me to follow him room by room to spray, which is very nice. I’m very satisfied with him. My experience with Terminix is very good.

Terminix comes out three times a year and recently, they were here for their regular routine check-ups and the spray. They notify me when it is time for a service thru a phone call and the guy that comes out usually calls me the night before. The tech who comes out has always been good and he is thorough because he goes and sprays everywhere. And if I tell him that I have some issue, he’ll check that out, too. Once in a while, I’ve had teeny ants around and recently, I got them in the bathroom but there were very few. Other than that, I’m very pleased with Terminix and they do a very good job.

Terminix calls me quarterly and I've dealt with them twice. The booking experience was great and the rep that came out was professional. He went over what he was gonna do, talked to me before he started and talked to me when he was done. He also told me if I had any question, just to call.

I've had termites in the past and currently I have Terminix do service monthly to make sure. They notify me when their techs will arrive. The tech makes a phone call then rings my bell when he is at my place. He does whatever he has to do outside and rings the bell when he's done. Pest activity has been perfect since I've been having Terminix do service. I'd recommend them.

Terminix came as a routine thing and scheduling the service was amazing. The technicians were both very nice, knowledgeable, and I liked both of them. They killed the termites that were in one board in the kitchen and they also got those little things in the ground around the house. Hopefully, the pests won't ever come back. I'm glad that I called Terminix.

I had some bugs that seemed to be getting into the house a couple of years back. Terminix came and sprayed and I haven't seen anything like that since. Their techs were nice and professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and it doesn't take them long. They come out four times a year and we intend to continue the services so I don't see the pest activity again. I would recommend Terminix. It's a bit expensive compared to others but I'm not too worried about that. As long as I don’t have a problem with pest, I don’t mind paying a little extra.

Terminix is reputed in the pest and termite control industry and I've been using them for almost 20 years now. Once I moved in to my brand new house, I got them to come out for a regular service. They send an email for the schedule and then there were times I would have called them up to change the dates. The technicians are generally good. The most recent they came out was last month. They take care of the service when they are in the phone or premises. However, there are some behind the scenes that they don't do. They’d treat this one or that one, but I learned some things as we went by. Lately, I’m seeing some small bugs in my house and I don't know where they come from. Other than that, the Terminix people are professional and I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix's technicians come out quarterly and they are on time. The service has been good service. However, I’m still having problems as the insects keep coming and it seems like it does not work as it is supposed to.

I have been with Terminix for more than 10 years and I have quarterly maintenance with them. Usually, they send me a notice for the service schedule, and then if it's not good, I change it online. Recently, I wasn’t sure that the guy was gonna come because the time before that, there was a mix-up and then he was running a little late. All was fine, though. I have his number and I got a hold of him. He came and I told him I had a lot of spiders in the garage. He did a good job out there. The only thing he doesn’t do, which my other guy used to do, is to go around with one of those dusters and dust all the little webbies around the roof line of the house and I'm kind of disappointed because I can't do it. Plus, during fall is the time when dusting is needed the most. Other than that, I haven't seen anything in the house since the last service. I also appreciate that Terminix has kept the fees the same, which I pay annually.

We get mice in this building every so often. We called up Terminix. I have the cell phone numbers for two of the techs because we can't call the main number anymore because it just goes to some other system. I let them know that we needed them to do a pest treatment for the mice and the techs have been great. I have a little dog that I bring to work and they were always very conscientious in making sure that we schedule our service on the day that I can make sure the little dog isn't here. We don't want them spraying all that stuff when the little dog is here. So, Carla, the technician who is usually here, always makes a point to let me know what day would work best in their schedule, and then coordinate it with me. Also, the quality of the work they do is good across the board. We definitely recommend Terminix to our clients.

I have two residences and I have contracted Terminix for pest control and termites on each residence. I had a great experience with the pest control while I'm very dissatisfied with the termite contracts as I cannot get the termite bait man back out here to my residence. They have not been back out since they installed the bait stations and that's been three years ago. They did schedule a date about a month ago to be back out at my residence. The man that was supposed to be here called and said that he could not come because he was sick and that he would have to call and reschedule, and he never called back and rescheduled. I then called Terminix and I didn’t get anywhere with rescheduling. The problem with our bait stations is that they're covered up because no one's been here in three years. You can't even see the bait stations anymore. I would not recommend Terminix for termites.

I've been a Terminix customer for a long time. I have the bait system for the termite and they come out twice a year to check it. They send me a text and let me know they would be out here and that I don't need to be home. Shannon is my tech and he does a really good job. He's very thorough and I don't talk to him a whole lot, but I would ask him if he found any termites and he would let me know if he does.
I was told by them that they had lots of little warranty that if something were to happen with any of their services, I would be covered and they don’t offer that coverage. I was trying to get it lowered but they would not work with me. I stuck it out and I just accepted the price. Then, I had the inside where they came in and sprayed and I got it for $70. But as soon as the year came up, they went up to $90 and I wasn't even told about it. The young man that was out here told me I would have to pay the $90 but that I could go back to $70 the next time. It pissed me off, so I canceled them.

It’s fairly easy to schedule service calls with Terminix. I just call them up and tell them what days or dates will work, and they work with me. Recently, the gentleman from Terminix came and sprayed the house for pests and then also reset the termite baits for the year. He was a really good guy. He was very helpful, very cordial and nice to work with.
The only issue we’re having is in our basement, we’re seeing these wolf spiders. They’re pretty good-sized black spiders. And we found a couple of more wolf spiders down there a couple of days. I don’t know if what they were using wasn’t really effective on that type of spider. So, we’ve had them come back out to spray the basement again. But it’s been a good experience with Terminix. They’ve been very helpful.

Terminix came out and sprayed the outside of my house and my inside basement walls. I was good with it. When scheduling the service, they normally call me a day or two before they come. Also, the technicians have all been really nice and caring and they did what they were supposed to do. I'd recommend Terminix.

Terminix comes to our home every three months. The customer service reaches out to me but Leslie, the one who comes out, usually calls me and makes sure everything is okay and asks if we need anything. We like Leslie a whole lot. She strives to excellence and she goes far beyond. With anybody else we've had with Terminix, she does an extremely good job. There was one time that we tried to call Terminix about a bunch of our termite traps because the tops were missing off them. We were trying to get somebody out here. It wasn't the termite man himself but it was Leslie who actually got it done for me.
The customer service wasn't doing their part but Leslie went beyond into the termite side of it, which wasn't even her side, and helped us out getting that done. She stepped up and made the phone call herself and got somebody out here. She has done an outstanding job and my wife was very pleased with her service. Also this latest time, Leslie couldn't use the strong stuff because we were unable to leave the house and we had some problem with fleas getting inside. So she used the weaker stuff. She also told us to call her back if we were still having any problems. I would recommend Terminix, especially Leslie.

If I have a problem, the technicians at Terminix come out before my scheduled time. They reach out to me and let me know what date and time frame they are going to be with me. They also send a lot of postcards. A lot of times, they follow-up with a phone call which I appreciate. In addition to that, I also appreciate that they tell me when they're on their way cause a lot of times, I'm coming from work and so that gives me time to get there rather than them waiting on me. Unfortunately, my original technician whom I really liked had gotten injured. So they had a couple of other people filling in. Still, the latest technician was very quick and efficient and I had no trouble with him.
I have a quarterly maintenance service with Terminix and so far, my experience is good. When I purchased my home, it had sat empty for four months so there's a lot of buildup of spiders. When it's about time I start seeing them again is when I get my notice. Terminix is right on. In addition to that, I have bait boxes that they service, and are effective as well. Overall I've been happy with the service I get from this company. I recommend them.

In the past summers, we've been inundated with those little black sugary ants but this year, we have just a few of them and we've had Terminix come over a couple of months ago. We've been with Terminix for more than a year and they come out every quarter. They normally phone me and tell me when they're gonna be in the neighborhood, then they show up. Their customer service is wonderful and their technicians are very nice and efficient. They're prompt, they tell me what they're going to do, and they try not to get in the way at all. It's an overall positive experience. I would tell my friends to go with them.

I live in a bi-level and we had seen some little bugs downstairs, on my son’s mattress. He used to throw a mattress down and stayed down there because he works weird shift now and didn’t wanna wake me up. We never had bed bugs before so I was terrified. We dragged the mattress out. We bought something at Home Depot to kill them right away off the mattress but then we called Terminix in. The guy there was very knowledgeable and said that we need to go ahead and spray because there might be more under the carpet. Although he admitted that we only had them a couple months so they were not in our walls and we didn’t have to rip things apart.
Two little quirky things though stood out. The salesman that we signed up for this stuff asked me if I wanted financing and I said that I’d rather just use my Visa card. I’d get a really cheap interest rate because I have good credit. He assured me that they can get me a better rate than what I already had. I agreed and I was approved. Then I got the invoice after they came out and sprayed. It was supposed to be 1065 but it had an extra $68. The guy said that it was plus tax. I asked him why they didn't tell me. When he told me 1065, that was what I expected to see. It made me a little mad and I let that go. But when I got the statement in, the interest rate was 18%. I have credit cards that have 7.99 interest and some of them are 0, and he said that I could pay it off in three months.
Originally, I thought that was gonna be great. I retired early a couple of months ago and I haven't been getting my tax in. I was given a partial check, but not a full one yet. I thought that if I can’t pay off $1100 in three months, that's 18%. I’ll just see what I can pay off in three months, then put the rest of it on my credit card. The salesman at Terminix never once showed me anything in writing and I thought that it would’ve been a better idea so that I didn’t freak out and put some blame on the poor guy that sprayed my house. The extra money looked like it’s separate. The salesman disagreed and said that it was probably the tax. He said that once the invoice gets invoiced, the technician does their job and everything shows up. He figured it up in his head and said that would make sense.
Their guy came in. My laundry room is down there and he said that there could be bed bugs down there. I also have a computer room that just got nothing but a computer chair and wood flooring so he took the computer chair out. But they said they had to do three rooms so he did my living room and my bedroom. But why did they have to charge me for three rooms if they didn’t have to? The rooms are completely upstairs and far away from the little bit that we had, but I guess that’s their policy.
He gave me all these instructions and kept saying that every single thing from pillows, drapes to clothing had to be put in a dryer. I kept going to the laundry room downstairs. It was a mess. I had to throw all the stuff because I didn’t want to bring it back in until I knew everything was okay, then we can have everything out in my garage.
After the treatment, the guy that came and sprayed said he saw a couple of bugs because they would come out when they smell that stuff because they wanna run. The technician said that he saw a couple down there, but didn't see any upstairs so I was fine. He said that he's gonna come back in 10 days and do a follow-up, which I like because they do not just spray and say, “Good luck with that.” But a different guy came back and he said that it looked like everything is upstairs. Then he went downstairs and said that he didn't see anything there either. But he said that he'll respray some odorless stuff on that one little part on the wall. We didn’t know how long we needed to stay out of room, but he said about an hour.
I locked my cats in the laundry room then we had to pull up the carpeting because in the meantime, my furnace leaked and went into the carpet. It was on a different side of the room so we cut the wet part out. We wanted to pull everything out and we didn’t know if we would be able to pull that carpet out right away or would that mess up stuff that the guy sprayed.
I called customer service thrice and they were helpful. A couple of times, they put me on hold and tried to get ahold of the actual people that came here. I also called the guy because he called me from a cellphone when he said that he was on his way. I asked him to give me a call back as I had a quick question on how long we needed to wait to pull the carpet up. But nobody called us back and the guy never texted so I was a little disappointed in that. It was more on the technician than the customer service because the lady there was real nice. We waited five days. We tore out everything but that section, then finally tore that out at the end and we haven't seen anything since, only put new flooring down.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix and when it's time for service, they reach out to me through text. The technician is very helpful. He does an outside spray for pests which goes very well, and it usually takes about a half hour to do it. He pretty much does whatever I want as far as making sure he does certain areas where there might be spiders or ants. Since they've been doing the quarterly sprays, we've seen a lot less pest activity than we used to have. I'm happy with their service and I'd recommend them.

Most recently, we were remodeling one of the houses so Terminix came in and sprayed inside after we finished painting. Before, they just showed up and I wasn’t in the house ‘cause I needed to do certain things. But normally they'll come if I call in, and they're pretty good about that. The improvement is definitely noticeable since having their service.

We've been with Terminix for 8 to 10 years and they do regular treatment for us. They tell us when their techs are coming out but we always have the option to call them and change the date. Furthermore, we don't have to be present during the service. Their technicians have always been helpful and seem to do a good job.

I've been using Terminix services for less than a year and so far, so good. I was noticing pests and it was very easy to schedule services for a tech to come out. They give me a notice and I can usually text the technician or whoever is coming if I’m not gonna be in town or not at home. While I don’t really have that much interaction with them because they are spraying the outside of the house, they are friendly and knowledgeable. They do what they need to do. I didn't see any difference in the pest activity in the first 3 times of service, but then there seems to be less activity thereafter. Naturally, the changes in seasons have something to do with it. Plus, the Terminix app is also good for locating them or appointment scheduling. I don’t go around talking about pests and critters in my house but if somebody asks, I would tell them about Terminix.

Terminix is great and we’re always happy with them. Our interactions with their reps and techs have been good as well. This last time, they serviced our apartment's interior and exterior and as always, the techs were very professional. We’re scheduled for a monthly service with them, but I call them occasionally if there is an extra service that they have to do then they come right out. I’m very satisfied with Terminix and our experience with them has been great.

Terminix keeps the pests at a little lower in our business. We have problems with mice, and ants, and fleas, and all sorts of problems in two complexes. When we have a problem, we call their main office and tell them what we need. They contact the tech that services our area and we schedule it. Sometimes, I’m also in direct contact with the tech. So, it works well and they take care of the problem. The reps over the phone as well as the technicians who come out are very professional. So if somebody needs to contact Terminix, I could give their contact information.

Dealing with corporate in trying to schedule and change schedules is awful. It's also frustrating to the local office because they have to deal with all these complaints that come when scheduling doesn't work right with corporate. To schedule a service with them, we would typically get an email with the schedule and very often, if we have to change the schedule or we won't be home, we go try to change it and it's impossible. And if we think we've changed it, the information never gets to the technician. The communication back to whatever office does the scheduling is just problematic.
Usually, we pay yearly and last year, I never got a bill. You would think it’d be easy to get a bill for the year. I tried to call to get a bill and that was an experience. I had to follow through twice to get the bill that I could pay them for the next year. There needs to be communication.
I've also heard from the other technicians that we've dealt with that the way they schedule their people is crazy. They'll schedule people on one part and they won’t schedule the people in an area. Since you’re doing the survey, you might be going 45 minutes or 50 minutes one way, coming here and then going back to where you were, which is making it very complicated for the technician. The manager at their Harrisburg office also does inspections and they've been fine. They've been helpful and honest, but however this is done regionally, it needs work.
We have used Terminix for at least 15 years now and it has gotten worst over time. It's been this way for at least 10 years. And the only reason we stayed is, Cory is just outstanding. And then, when I've had to deal with the local office on other things, they're competent enough that it has overcome this frustrating experience with corporate. They can't guarantee they have the same technician though.

I've been with Terminix for years but everything I'm getting from them seems to be indicating that they think I'm a new customer. Terminix tended the property due to a ton of termites. But Although I don't live in that house and since the service is on a different property, scheduling a service with Terminix can be a challenge sometimes.
I get phone calls here in Oklahoma from Dallas and very few from Petaluma and it would be easier if I only communicated with the people in Petaluma instead of people all over the country because Terminix has numbers in Las Vegas, Dallas, and Oklahoma. I never know who I'm talking to half the time and I don’t really answer calls from all over the country unless I know who they are. But if I get a phone number from the 707, then I know I'm talking to either my technician or the other guy. Other than that, I've had mostly good experiences with Terminix. They do good work, they communicate when it is appropriate and I haven't had too many problems with them.

Terminix comes out every three months. The guy who services our house gives us a call the night before to let us know that he's coming the next day. I'd like him to come and do the inside too. He's great. He’s very personable and he always wants to know how we're doing and we also talked about the gardens that he has in the summer. However, we have had a problem with some silverfish where they had been eating holes in our clothes. We had some of the higher-ups to come here and they suggested some things for us to do. We did those and we even paid extra money to have extra insulation put up in the attic but we still had those silverfish.
And so, our technician suggested that I go online and buy some traps. We tried to eliminate what it could possibly be. So I bought two different traps and it wasn’t either one of those. We can't tell if they're still eating holes in our clothes because most of the clothes we have hanging up, have holes in them and we don’t know if they're new holes or old ones.
No one down at the main office has shown an interest in the problem that we have. And usually, if I catch something, I'll put it in a bag and then the technician will take it off and test it and nothing has come back. I've still got traps set in the closet. We've got some new things hanging up and I'm watching to see if there are gonna be any holes in that. And if I'd see that, then I know that that’s recent. It's nothing from a couple of years back. We've been dealing with this for five or six years. And so, that part aggravates me that they don’t really care and they're not trying to find a solution to our problem. Still, they are taking care of some of the roaches.

I have Terminix out at my place every six months. The last time they came out, I had a good experience. Their tech did a good job and explained everything that he was going to do. One time however, we had to reschedule service and when my wife spoke to the service provider, he said that he was gonna call her back to schedule. However, he hasn't done that yet. Nevertheless, I've had great interactions with their technicians. Since their service, pest activity has gotten better.

We had someone from Terminix coming every other week and I asked that that gentleman not to set foot in our property again, so we haven’t had somebody out in a month. He was very ignorant and very rude. Plus, he was supposed to come out during the day while we were here but he was showing up at 4:30 in the morning and sprayed outside for ants. I called three times to have it on record that he needed to come during the day starting at 8:00 o'clock, and he just kept showing up at 4:30. But he needed to come inside because that was where we were having the problem. I’ve been dealing with him for the last four months and he was not taking care of the problem. It was only getting worse and I don’t like to be with someone who bashes the company that they work for.
I got in touch with Michael, their service manager, and dealt with him. Then I had another tech, Rich. He came out twice and 95% cured our problems. Rich was educated and knew what was happening while the other guy didn’t have a clue. Everybody deserves a chance and initially, Terminix was screwing up by hiring this gentleman. But they rectified it 100%. So far, the pest activity in our home has pretty much come to a standstill and overall, my experience with Terminix has been very satisfactory. I would recommend them.

We live in a township setting and we had a rodent issue and some other pests like ants that were proliferating. We decided to have Terminix to come in, evaluate, and see what they can do to get rid of these guys. I went on a program where they’re gonna come back every quarter. They’ve made one visit and it went fine. The technician came out here, did an evaluation in and out, and then he went to work. I gave him the lay of the land where we are experiencing the most issues with rodents and the ants and he took it from there. He was on-site for about an hour and he did everything. They did what they said they would do and our problems have diminished significantly. This is the season where the rodents want to start to move back inside where it’s warmer, and we’ll see how that goes coming up but so far, everything has been great.

I bought some wood from Home Depot and it was supposed to be for a door going to my backyard. Unknowingly, the wood I bought had termites and I kept it in the garage for six months. So I got hold of Terminix, paid $900 for a treatment, and that was taken care of. The Terminix people took care of that situation with the termites and they did what they were supposed to do. They did not really have to go all around to put the holes in, but it was probably a good idea and I got it. After that, I’ve been paying $200 and some every year to Terminix and I don't know what I'm getting for it. Any exposure with them after that was just yearly inspection where Terminix would dispatch their techs then bill me each year for the service.

July 9th. We hired Terminix for our 83-year-old mother who had gotten bed bugs in her living room and bedroom. Also in the house of her daughter and caregiver living next to her. We had used Terminix in the Palestine office in prior years and had no problems at all. The Sales Manager came out and gave us a quote of $1,134 for the bed bug treatment for both homes, also for outside pest control. On his visit, he required $161.54 down and the rest when the service guys came out. We wrote him a check for his downpayment. The service guys came out a couple of days later, and the rest of the money was paid at that time. They treated the bed only in Mom's house and the two beds in her daughter's home. They did not have the bottom mattress covers they were supposed to have and were supposed to come the next day and put those on.
They never called or showed up. We tried calling the Sales Manager, over and over but could not leave a message as his mailbox was full. Once he did answer, we told him there was still bedbugs everywhere, and they needed to come back out. He said they would be out in a couple of days and scheduled a visit. On this day, no one called or showed up! More phone calls to the Palestine office, and to the sales manager with no answer from either. Then I get a phone call from Terminix billing department saying we owed them $161.54 before they could schedule the 2nd visit! I explained to them that we had paid the full amount. They said, no we still owed this amount. I paid it again to them knowing that Mom was being bitten on her face and head from the bed bugs on her pillow and we needed them to get back out to both the homes immediately!
The lady scheduled a visit for the following day after I paid what she said was due. Again, no show and no call! Her daughter called the sales manager again and told him that the $161.54 was not even owed, and why did they not show up again! The Sales manager laughed and told her that he still had the check in his pocket! Again, the 2nd visit was scheduled by him. The morning of this visit, I get a text from the service guy saying something had come up and he couldn't make it out, and that I would have to call and reschedule. At this time we called the Terminix complaint department. We told them of the horrible NO service and that we wanted to terminate the contract and wanted a refund. They told us we should get a refund back.
The next week, the service guy (Juan) called me and said they were in route to Mom's and her daughter's house! I told him that we had terminated our contract with them, and had already hired another pest control company from Palestine which already got rid of the bed bugs. The Palestine office was not even aware that we had terminated them. Mid August I got a call from the main Terminix office telling me they had made a determination that since we "refused service" from them we would not get a refund! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General office. Oh by the way... the initial $161.54 check that the sales manager said was in his pocket has not cleared the bank to this date. Sept. 25th!

I got routine service from Terminix and I had to speak to somebody last week to tell them that the next time their technician is gonna be coming, I need him to be coming inside because he has just been doing the exterior. Nevertheless, things has been a lot better with regards to pest activity.

Terminix does quarterly interior and exterior inspections in our home. Scheduling is done either over the phone or via online. There are 2 technicians and they were both really nice. Except for some spiders we still have, our experience has been good overall. We've been using Terminix services for 2 years now.

Scheduling with Terminix is awful. You call a number and they’re supposed to call the local people, and it doesn’t happen. Somebody drops the ball somewhere and you cannot call locally, which is not great. You can’t get your problem solved. Sometimes, somebody shows up unscheduled. Sometimes, nobody shows up. The techs are different each time but they’re just fine.

I have a semi-monthly contract with Terminix for them to come out and spray for spiders, ants and bugs. When it's time for my service, they contact me and they're very good about it. They call the day before coming out and I extremely like that. Then they call on the scheduled service day to let me know in a two-hour window. The techs are good guys. My one-on-one interactions with them have been fine every time they showed up at our home and the service that they've provided has been good too. They showed up on time when they said they would and they have kept the bugs away. I've had occasions where they've had to come out before the regular service time and when I called, they came right out the next day. I would recommend Terminix.

We've been using Terminix for about 5 years now and the services are for preventative measures. We've had the same technician, depending on which service we get. Their people tend to be positive and want to be helpful. But there has to be feedback or return for some reason, and we may or may not ever see anybody. So, there's a lack of follow-up. I've talked to a customer rep about it, but nothing still.
We have the anti-mouse and critter control feature and when Terminix came and did the termite inspection, the technician went underneath the house. He noticed that there were still some openings. I also had noticed a ground squirrel that has found a way to get into our crawlspace, around the door. I had asked them to send someone out to remedy the problem, but we have yet to hear anything from them and it’s been close to a month now. We’re at the time of the year right now where we don’t have that much pest activity, but there is evidence out there. We have sticky traps and we always have some mice. So, if someone from Terminix takes some initiative and fixes my issue, I would be really happy.

The guy from Terminix that comes and does my treatment is a real nice guy. He's very thorough, very quick and gets everything done. Their technicians have always been very efficient and very professional. I have the service set up every quarter and the guy would say, "Your quarter's coming. Let me know." I make the date and time. I had a lot of ants and other nasty creatures, and I don't see nearly as many as I used to. It's not nearly as bad as it used to be. Terminix is a little pricey but they do a good job.

I was having trouble with ants recently. I called Terminix, then they called and set up a schedule for a service call. The reps have always been very polite. The one thing that I didn't like, though, is that they've been setting up appointments without ever asking me and I just got this message from them that they're coming. I'd like them to make an appointment with me, not for me.
Other than that, the technician that came out was really great and professional. He's a really nice guy and I've known him for a long time. He went all the way around the home and did the garage. But I have a lot of things going, so I don't have Terminix do inside of my house. Since I can't have them come inside, the tech put some kind of stuff on the back of a card. Then he gave me some of these little cards and I put two of them in the bathroom, one in my bathroom, and two in the kitchen, and they kept the ants away. Since Terminix has been out here, the pest activity in and around our home has decreased. My experience with Terminix has been fine and I've told my friends that I'm satisfied with them.

Terminix comes every few months, and when they're coming out, they notify me. If there’s any problems, they follow-up with me by email. Everything works really good and the technicians are very thorough. I happened to be home and they came out and talked for a few minutes. The little critters are dead once they do the service. I have no complaints right now. I've been with them for three years and they're very reliable.

We have Terminix come over for a quarterly service and my father-in-law is usually here when they come. He would show them where they’d need to spray or focus a little bit more and they would do it. He said they were amazing. Also, I was here when they came in for the first time and I got to interact with them and I liked it. They are able to come when I call and they are very friendly. When I noticed that there were a lot of spiders, I called them to come over and respray again. But service-wise, Terminix is great and it works. Anyone looking for pest control should call them.

I had a dealing with a payment where I had to pay sooner than I thought I should, and I was very upset about it. The Terminix rep that I spoke to didn't understand what I was saying. I was going to cancel service, but then somebody else called and we got it worked out. Also, there was one tech that I didn’t like and I was afraid of him. He was the service provider that tents the home and I felt uncomfortable with him. Other than that, the servicemen are very nice and thorough. Their most recent service was great. The fellow was very nice, did a good job and wanted to address any of my concerns. Everything that concerns me has been taken care of.

I'd get up early in the morning and watch the news and there'd be mice running around. I could also hear them in the garbage. I tried to catch them and I would catch one or two here and there but there still were more than one or two. Terminix sealed up and put some traps in the house, though those haven't caught any mice. They also capped my chimneys and the pipes that come out of the roof, so the mice can't go up in there and come down the chimney. The chimneys were not the standard size and they had to make something special to make the cap special and that took three weeks.
Terminix did everything they said they were gonna do and they told me that they may have to come back to check and that's understandable. I’ve been with Terminix for six months now and at night, I lay in bed and I can still hear the mice. I look at where I hear them and I can see the mice droppings. The mice are still in the house and I would have to call Terminix back.

I called Terminix for a routine spraying around the house and I had two separate phone calls from the reps. The initial call was great and the reps said that the the tech would be here in the next couple of days. But then somebody called and followed up to say that they couldn't come. When I asked why all of a sudden the scheduled service call was being canceled, the woman I spoke to was very rude and yelled at me. I got off the phone with that woman so I could speak with somebody else who would be able to help me. Eventually, Terminix was able to work with me in scheduling another day that would be convenient for me for the tech to come out.
The technician who came out was great and lovely. He told us everything that he did or wanted to do, so he was very communicative. Since having the first treatment, there has definitely been an improvement and we've certainly seen less critters inside. But when the technicians came out and did the inspection before the spraying was done, they told us that they would de-cobweb the whole house, but they didn't and so we did that. Despite that, I would recommend Terminix and have people use them.

I got Terminix after I bought my home in March. Everything was great. Scheduling of their service is not difficult. However, I get a different technician every time. Still, the tech who comes knows what has to be done, does it, and tells me when the work is done. He sprays in the house too within an ample time. I would recommend Terminix.

We set up service with Terminix, but I was still seeing ants, so I called them and had them come back and re-spray. The technicians who came to our home have been easy to work with and everything has been excellent with them. They were courteous and they explained what they were doing. It has rained a little bit and I haven’t been out to look at the pest activity in and around our home. But it would have been nice if they could have done a little bit more and a little farther from the house, like around the lawn areas and the shed area, and if they could have had something to treat the lawn with to keep the moles and voles away. Nevertheless, I would recommend Terminix and I’d like to find somebody else to go with them so I can get a discount.

We've been having problems with spiders, other insects and mice so I called Terminix. Their staff was friendly and tried to work things out to get someone out as soon as possible. Then, the installer took the time and was willing to explain the whole process to us like where the mice would be coming in and what kind of food they were looking for. At first, there were no problems.But the traps didn't catch any mice, so I called back. But the rep said that their normal tech would not be able to be out until Wednesday, that it was possible to get someone do an overall assessment and that they could take care of changing out the sticky trap last Friday. But nobody showed up. And then I got a message by email that the appointment was still on for Wednesday. And I got another call about the overall assessment which turned out to be for termites. But we haven't seen anyone yet.

We used Terminix when we had ants and spiders in the house. We liked what we heard about their reputation. However, we had a little problem at first because the guy who came out and did the original spray was not very good and did not do enough spraying. We still had ants and the spiders were all over. So, we called Terminix back and they said that they would take care of it. It took about two weeks and they finally got another technician today who did an excellent job. He did everything that he was supposed to do and made sure everything was perfect.

I had problems after initial service on my property and they did not resolve the issue. I cancelled the service and they charged me a fee. I purchased a pest control plan with Terminix. On 05/18/18 I received my initial service which included exterior pest control. After 2 weeks I was still having problems. I called to have them service my property again because my issue was not resolved with the pests I had. When I called, I was told by Terminix my local branch would contact me within 24-48 hours. 48 hours pass with no contact, and I call back again. Terminix apologized and I was told my case would be pushed up to the branch manager and I should hear from them within 24-48 hours. Another 48 hours pass and I call back again.
Meanwhile I am still having pest control problems. Terminix customer service representative apologizes again and I was told they would push my case from the branch manager to the regional manager and I should be contacted within 24-48 hours. Another 48 hours pass and I am left with no other option other than to cancel and hire another service, which is what I did because I had an evolving pest control problem that was not initially taken care of and I could not sit and wait around while my problem continued to get worse by the day.
When I purchased service from Terminix, one of their big sales pitches is a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied within 30 days. This all happened before 30 days, and I was charged a cancellation fee because they did not want to take care of problem and I had to hire someone else. It has no been almost 4 months, with no sign of any refund of any kind. In my mind when a business takes money from the consumer expecting a product or service expectation, it should be unquestionably met. Well that was definitely not the case for Terminix and I.

I just began renting out my home, so I decided to get the service that comes and sprays for insects and puts traps down for rodents. The very first time Terminix came out was a good experience. But I was at the property a few weeks ago and saw some dead spiders. And on the perimeter on the outside, I saw some areas where there was a pile of dirt put up against the side of the home. I saw some bees too recently. So I called them and was told that someone would call me. But I didn't hear anything and I expected someone would contact me by the end of the same day or possibly the next day to schedule. So, I called back again and was told the same thing. A few days later, I got an email saying that someone's gonna come out this week. I'm expecting to get a phone call from Terminix. If I don't get a phone call, that would be a big turnoff for me and I'd be more likely to cancel or look for another service.

Recently I had Terminix for spraying outside my home. I have a quarterly service scheduled with them and they've always been very accommodating. I've had the same technician for years and he has been very cordial. It's nice knowing which technician I'm going to get when I have service. After Terminix does work, pest activity in my home has been very good. I'm very happy with the company and I recommend them.

I have been with Terminix for a couple of years now. I don’t have bugs but I have the spray as a precaution. Terminix routinely comes out and most of the time, do outside spraying. My only complaint is I would like them to have a quicker notice when they are coming. They call the night before and I have a doctor’s appointment the next day, which I have a lot of. I cannot cancel to wait for the Terminix man to come. Other than that, I let them come in and do whatever they gotta do.

Terminix provides us regular mosquito service and the scheduling has been absolutely great. The technician, John, is fabulous. We love him. He does a great job and I'm very happy. I've got another company to go with him. Mosquitos are a problem where we live because we live on a lake but it certainly has helped and he's been doing the treatment once a month, so we got it under control. As long as John is our technician, I'm gonna be happy.

I got service for termites from Terminix. They put in the bait traps and treated a part of the subflooring. It was a little expensive, but I needed it done. When I first bought it, I thought they were gonna check it every six months and they didn’t. When I talked to them, they said it was once a year and it didn’t seem like it unless you called them. I had it done at the end of April and it was into May before they came because I called them. I had a young gentleman named Dustin and he was very courteous. He showed me what he found and was very thorough. When I moved out of my residence, I had to have some work done according to the inspection, and I requested him to come out. The work was done to the new owners' satisfaction. I wasn’t too happy with the original work, but after I called them back and the follow up, it was fine.

We've had Terminix for years and they've done numerous things for us. We've had problems with mice and the tech came and put traps out for me. Whenever we have a problem, all we have to do is mention it and the tech takes care of it. He has a set schedule and comes once a month. He sprays the entire campus for us, asks us if we have any problems that he needs to focus on, makes sure everything is okay, has me sign for it and then he leaves. He's very good and polite and if I need him to come back, he'll come back.

I've been using Terminix for nine years now and I also used them in a much larger home for 15 years before I moved here. It is a very small house but I live back up to a creek. I open the gate and the technician comes in the back. They do the garage, the inside, and the outside. When I schedule for a service call, it goes well and I get what I want. But they usually set me up for an appointment and this happened several times. But they set me up for an appointment without calling to see if I was available and I had family out of town. They had come when I had not been here and done the outside, but they couldn't get in my gate because it was locked. I have been very disappointed with that because I’ve asked Terminix to call me and set up the appointment and they’ll let me set it up for the next one already.
Other than that, their reps were courteous and kind, and their technicians did their job. But the technician didn't do it quite as thoroughly last time and I have seen a couple of bugs since he left. I live on a creek and he had a little can of scent that he squirted around, so I had some critters around here and I don’t like having them in the house. I don’t want my bugs and I was disappointed that I found two roaches inside this time. Other than that, my recent experience with them was fine. The tech was in and out very quickly. I would tell a friend that Terminix is overpriced for my small house but it is a good company.

A guy from Terminix came by and checked out the house to see where the entry points were for mice. I have not had any pest activity since the service. However, I'm on a quarterly plan and I did not decide to go ahead with them helping me on entryways because it was just way too expensive. Nevertheless, they seem to have done the job that I asked for.

Recently, I had to call Terminix for service as there was some rodent activity at my place. Their reps were straightforward and informative. Every time I asked a question, they answered with no attitude. Thereafter, the technician came out and she asked where the problem was and which areas were affected. She had to fill some holes with something and that fixed the problem. She also told me that there were a couple of things that her people didn't get done and to call the guy who was the head of their service. Nevertheless, I haven't seen any signs of rodent activity until now. Other people should call Terminix if they have a problem and see what the company can do.

About two months ago, as I was having some stucco work done on my house, I discovered that there was a lot of moisture coming out over my garage door. So, the stucco men started pulling the stucco off and there behold, the termites were having the time of their life. My son investigated and found that the termites came up from the soil under my brick steps, went up the right side of the garage door and ate all the studs except the green ones. Then they went across the 22-foot beam, ate it, came down the left side and ate all the studs again. We had to take off the entire wall of my three-car garage so we can replace all the damaged wood.
I called Terminix and the tech came the very next day. He was much older, very quiet and was not a big personality man but he was very accommodating and knew what he was doing. He worked right around the men that were handling the wood and the stucco so it worked out quite well. They drilled holes around the entire perimeter of the house and put a chemical down these holes. The termites shredded the 14-inch thick beam and it took four men to cut it in pieces to get it out. Then, it took six men to put a new one up and they had to build a new wall inside my garage to hold the house up so it was a challenge. It took time for us to remedy and replace all the wood and we used green wood this time.
I'm also having trouble with ants so I'm gonna have to call my guy that comes out every couple of months and get him back here because the ants have returned. I've also been a customer of Terminix in Pennsylvania where we had a house that had a lot of termites. We were on a wooded lot and that didn't help. We saw bugs eat 17 of our trees and even though the county sprayed, we had the trees taken down which left stumps causing termites. We had to have the stumps all ground up and taken out which was quite expensive. The techs had to put and drill holes around the house, put canisters in and come back. But Terminix has been great and I have been pleased with my experience with them.

My mother has an older home and it had a cockroach problem. We called Terminix out and the reps were excellent. They were willing to work with me. My mom let me know if she was at home or not and when she was, the tech came out. He was great with my mom. She told him what needed to be sprayed and what needed to be done. He also asked me to tell him what the problem was. He did not guess or assume. It made me feel good that he wanted to know my opinion.
Furthermore, he set out traps for cockroaches, mice, and rats. Those have been very successful in catching the mice and shutting out 95% of the cockroaches. However, the rats were too big for the traps. Also, we had another problem and asked for an extra spraying. Terminix showed up the next day with no problem and gave me that. Terminix was really good and they were affordable, which surprised me. They have done an excellent job for us. I would definitely recommend them.

We had discovered that we had some rodents in the attic. Terminix came in and did an extensive sweeper thing where they did our whole house for cracks. Now, they schedule service for me and tell me when they're coming. The technician who comes would check the outside and then come in and check the attic and stock pan. In the most recent visit, the tech checked to make sure everything was still in place and see if I had any rodents in the house.

If I wanted Terminix to come out, I had to call them up and tell them to come out, and I inspected. But the last four times, I didn't have to do anything. When I knew anything, they were ready to go up on the roof. They inspect our place every so often and our service calls are three years apart. But the last time that they came out here was four years ago and they said they were gonna check for termites. The techs went on top of the roof, looked around, did whatever they do when they look around, and kidded around, then they came down, got in their vehicle, and left, but I never heard anything back from them. They've been doing that for 12 years and that was all I've ever gotten from them. I would tell people who are asking me about Terminix that they would be wasting their time.

I've been recently happy with Terminix. The service people that come out are good, although their coordinators for appointments, who apparently are not local to where I live, don’t do such a good job. I get around that because the local guy usually tells me when he is really coming. The scheduling people tell me something, but they get it wrong. I have an agreement with the guy who comes out, so I don’t really pay much attention to the scheduling people anymore. I watch how the tech works and he's good. He's a good talker and he tells me things that would help to control bugs, and those are helpful. We have a quarterly inspection and the annual service for termites. They spray for spiders and remove spider webs on the outside, and if I ask him, he will come in and do it inside too. We have a constant battle with the pests. Three months go by, then it's time to do the service again because they come back, but Terminix has been good.

I have two plans with Terminix. The first was the Ultimate Plan, which includes termite inspection once a year. The other was Ultimate Protection wherein their technicians come every three months and spray inside and out. Usually, Terminix gives me a two-hour window for when their tech will arrive. Instead, their tech calls me the night before and lets me know exactly what time he is coming. The guy who does the spray, Steve, has been absolutely fantastic. Sometimes another gentleman named Ron comes and he has been very good as well. During the service, Steve looks for all the things I point out to him. He is really nice to work with and is very efficient. I'd recommend Terminix and their techs.

Terminix recently did the annual inspection, then they found a couple of spots and they came out and treated those spots. But the inspector who came out did not come at the time that Terminix said she was gonna come. She came out four hours later, but she did a good job. When the tech came to do the treatment, though, he was here right on time. He was quick, efficient, and he got the job done. Both the tech and the inspector did a thorough job when they were here. We’ve used Terminix for 20 years and we’ve had a good experience with them. Since starting our service with them, we haven’t had any problems with the pest activity in and around our home.

I’ve been using Terminix for a few months and as a whole, they've been great. I have the service set up for the 28th every other month. They treat my yard and put stuff around the outside of the house. Every time I called before for any problems, they would be out here in the next day. They were quick, conscientious and precise. If I had a question, the tech would return my phone call very quickly and answer my questions. They had awesome customer service.
However, right now I’m a little upset with the tech Ed since he has not called me back. I have been calling for the past three days trying to get somebody out here to spray for ants. The ants moved into my garage and got into my blower, and when I picked the blower up, they ate me alive and I got about 30 bites. They are moving slowly into my bottom stairs of my house. I bought spectracide and I’m spraying the holy snot in my house with it, but they still got my daughter last night. She pulled a towel out from under her bathroom sink, and they bit her all over the place. I’ve called Ed multiple times ‘cause he gave me his card, and I haven’t heard back from him.
Recently, a tech came out and sprayed my house for mosquitoes ‘cause I have a mosquito treatment. He’s a very friendly and nice young man. He came to my house and cleaned up, and I haven't seen mosquitoes since then. He’s come back and sprayed the outside of the house a couple of times. He’s not come in my house yet to do any treatment, but he said if he treats the mosquitoes on the outside, they can’t get on the inside. Now with my ant problem, that’s not working so I need something inside too.

I have Terminix come out for a routine inspection as a preventive measure. I get an email when they’d come, then they'd call and set up a time that would be good for me. We have a quarterly service from Terminix. Their reps would usually call us and so far, they've been very good. The technicians that came out have been good too. The one that I have now, Brian, does very well. Our experience has always been good when he's taking care of things. Several in the past haven’t done anything. Normally, the pests activity decreases right after they spray and then it’ll come back before the end of the quarter. Overall, our experience with Terminix has been decent. I usually tell my friends to get Terminix if they need that kind of service.

I’ve only had Terminix for a month and I signed up for two services, one here down in Georgia and one up in my mother’s house in New York. However, I don’t know what’s happening up there. I never got a callback and I don’t think the guy ever got into the house to do whatever he was supposed to do, but the bill reflected that. Still, the interaction I had with the customer service rep was fine. The technician was good and very friendly. He gave me an idea of what he was doing. A technician from Terminix comes by and sprays every couple of months. He always calls me to let me know when he is coming. He is the best I've ever had. He listens and explains things to me. He usually does what I ask him to do and even if I need some type of service that Terminix does not do, he gives me tips. Most of their service is done outside and I can call them and tell them to come back, but I would prefer that they come in also. I have told my service guy about it and he gave me his card so I can contact him if I need him to come inside. There are places where I get activity with spiders. The last time he was here, I told him I'm gonna need him to come inside next time, and he is coming in October. Also, I do not like that Terminix goes up every year and there will be a time when they will get me up again that I will have to cancel the service. That aside, I have always had a good experience with Terminix.

We have Terminix pest control and we have termite control, and they were both regular appointments. I wanna be there when they come, so I always have them call me and they have been okay. Their technicians also do very well. I haven't had that many termites or bugs since the service. I only have a few insects now and then, but the technician always puts something else in or does something else to treat it.

I have been with Terminix for 10 years. I have a scheduled service and although they give me four days of notice before they come out, I don't like that they give me a two-hour window. If they'd be here at 8 o'clock, that would be between 8:00 and 10:00 and that ties me up for two hours. Nevertheless, their technicians know what they're doing and they do a good job. We also talk about what they had found and what they didn't find. We have to ask them, too, to do things like taking down cobwebs that are up in the corners and windows using a long handle with a foam ball on the end. Occasionally, we would ask them to come inside the house and spray if we've seen a few bugs. Overall, I’m pleased with them.

My quarterly maintenance service with Terminix is great and it does exactly what it’s supposed to, and that’s to keep the pests away. I've been with Terminix for at least six years and I'm very pleased with their service and the results from their products that they use. Their products work. I also have a technician who always does a good job. I'm happy with him. He has been with me for a while. It’s not a different one every quarter. The only thing that I would like to see is the price lowered, but I get the results that I want from it.

Terminix comes out for services about the agreement for termites and bugs and control. The most recent service was for the bug and they came in to spray for ants. They were extremely friendly and they did their job. They are neighborhood people so we've known them for a while. Also, it has been okay so far since they came. With the first pest control they did, there were ants that came back. So we called them again, free of charge. They came and did another treatment. It seems to be okay. I've been using Terminix for a while and we're very happy with their most recent service.

We have Terminix come to our home once every three months. When we called to schedule, there had been a couple of miscommunications but it's been all right. I've had different technicians every time they come out but they've been really good. The pest activity decreased considerably in the kitchen area since our Terminix service began but we still have a problem so I need to have them come out.

I was recently having an issue with roaches and I called Terminix. The first time I was in pretty bad shape, and the rep told me he would come back if I didn't see tremendous results within a two-week period, and I appreciated that. I even had a chance to have a nice conversation while he was spraying. Before, I'd get up through the night and the roaches would be almost everywhere. Now I get up at one or two o'clock in the morning to check, and I might see two or three. I know it's gonna take time, but from where I was, I'm pleased with the result so far.

We started with our services with Terminix in May and they put the traps in. Then they came back to check the termite baits in August to see if it was definitely termite damage. The technician seemed very professional and treated that area right away. However, there was a problem with the billing. They tried for a payment plan when my mother wanted to pay cash in one lump sum. They had a hold of her debit card and she got double billed. She had it straightened it out with them though and they refunded the money they double billed her for. Right now, we're having constructions done in the house and we're not seeing any termites. So it seems like everything's fine. Overall, Terminix provides very good services and seems to be well-equipped with them.

I signed a full contract with Terminix and they'll be coming out quarterly. Scheduling a service was fine and the techs who came were cordial and polite. They were great. They serviced both inside and outside. They sprayed around the baseboard and between the refrigerator and dishwasher, and then they did the bathroom. They also did all around the house. And then, they put some granules in some of the yard because they saw some of the anthills. I've had them come twice because the ants were not going away. So, they came back again and sprayed some more. Then, they will be coming back in November.

I had a problem roaches. Setting up an appointment with Terminix was very easy. When the first technician did the service, he went outside and I had to show him the areas to be treated. Then he automatically told us all the areas that he was gonna hit, and then he followed through and did exactly that. He also put some paste on most of the cabinets which was more concealed, and I liked that. It seemed like it was working but maybe he needs to put more of it around because right after they did the service, I saw a bug. It took them a week and a half to get out, but they said they would be right back if I saw any roaches, so the next guy came out.
The second tech was very critical of the job that the first guy did. That was very unprofessional and tacky. Also, when I set up the service with Terminix, I said I have dogs and they pick up whatever on the floor, always looking for stuff. I don’t want them to have any setbacks because of the spray and the treatment, yet the second tech sprayed stuff on the floor. I didn’t like that he did that and I expressed that to him. But then he had been spraying, and by the time I saw him, he had already done the kitchens in the back and bedroom. He also had some little test strips that he set up and I don’t wanna see dead roaches on my counter. I don't even wanna see the test strips on my counter where I prepare my food. Nevertheless, the pest activity around the place was not as much since their recent spray, so there has been little improvement.

We have an annual contract with Terminix and they inspect our house once a year. They notify us of our appointment by calling or sending an email. The tech is good and he just did an inspection of our house for termites and did not find any.

I’ve been using Terminix for termites and pest control and when I called them to schedule a service, the reps were pleasant. We usually have the same technician and the one for the pest control was knowledgeable. He dealt with special problems if we had any and we liked doing business with him. Since the recent service, we have not seen any pest at all regularly. Occasionally, we get a tree roach in the house but then he takes care of it the next time he comes.
We had very good luck with pests since going Terminix. However, we found termites after they missed them. When we first started, they had Bobby the dog and he was perfect. We never had a problem until they got rid of Bobby and then they didn’t always catch the termites. I don’t have a great deal of faith in their termite finding ability but I can’t think of anything better to do so we stay with them. Nevertheless, I’ve been using Terminix for 30 years and I’m happy with them. I would recommend them to others.

I saw the scariest bug I've ever seen in my house. It was a cockroach that was not like a normal one (which are scary enough). Instead, it was a flying cockroach. We called Terminix. Though they were not great at getting back to me and returning calls, their tech came out. She dusted the area but then I felt that she needed a little instruction with being thorough. Thereafter, Terminix came back for us a couple of times with a spray.
However, my roommate didn't think that was professional. According to her experience, exterminators are supposed to be wearing a pack with their little concoction instead of carrying an aerosol can. My roommate also pointed out that Terminix didn't get rid of the cockroaches the first time and that they were using dust which also didn't sound professional. Still, I find that what is in the aerosol can is probably as good as whatever exterminators wear on their backs so I didn't think it was a big deal. Terminix's technician was fine and she was just doing her job. She should just get back to us quicker and be a little more professional with her explanations.

Terminix comes on a regular basis as a preventative measure. We have an ongoing issue with a piece of equipment that they left out here that doesn’t work but other than that, the techs that came out were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and they treat whatever we see.

Terminix is would come out once every two months and I don’t have to worry about scheduling with them. They call me a week before they come out and tell me when they're coming. The Terminix technicians would go over my coverage whenever they come out and ask if there are any questions or if we've seen anything else, or if they wanna do an additional service. They would also tell us to give them a call if we had other concerns. We've always had ants and the last service we’ve had, the guy left some bait traps to put inside the house, which he hasn't been doing outside. Now, even with the type of weather where ants are more prolific this year than they have been, I don't have a whole lot of them around. Some of them showed up around the kitchen sink but other than that, we found ants underneath the traps, where they ate the bait and they died, but weren't in the trap.

I called this morning and was told someone would come out and instead the person from your company tried to sell us a plan. The person from your company seemed to minimize our situation.

We had used Terminix for years for bees and they did a great job. When they mentioned they could do bat extraction we were thrilled to continue their service. That’s where things went wrong! The guy came out and didn’t have the right ladder. He made my husband climb on the roof with him and help him! He put a trap where he thought bats were coming into the house and left. The next day bats were in the wall again and I went out at dusk and watched 30 fly out! After spending $800+ I was not happy.
He came back out a week later and moved the trap. We asked when he would remove the trap and he said there was no rush. A year later the trap has almost fall into our gutter and we’ve had bats in the house. He wanted to come out and charge us $246 for annual service when he never fixed the problem! The guy cancelled his appointment to come out at 9 pm the night before! I had taken off work to be home. He was a jerk on the phone and hung up on my husband. We got his managers name and called and he was just as useless. He had to talk to the district manager and they agreed that they owe us a refund. That was 30 days ago and we still haven’t received it. When the manager was called this week he had no idea and again had to check with district manager and guess what again no call back. Do not use Terminix if you want the job completely done! They were horrible!!!

I'm in a semi-attached house. My housemate had termites in her kitchen and so she recommended that I get my house checked. I had a couple small infestations which Terminix treated. I also signed a contract with them to do quarterly inspections and exterminations for indoor and outdoor pests other than termites. They schedule the quarterly inspections on their website that I can access. If I want to change it, I can do it right there on the website or I can call and change it. I've had the same technician since they started with them and our interactions have been very good. I've had a problem with dead bugs. So there's a quarterly thing but he's been here several times dealing with the dead bugs over and above the quarterly experience. The pest activity greatly diminished since our latest service. I've been very happy.

Terminix has been our pest control provider for about nine years. And they had been doing a satisfactory job. They come once a year and all they do is check for termites and we have something else that treats the pests inside the house. Terminix is very professional and if I had a problem, they were prompt to come and take care of it. We've been using them for 10 years, and they give us a call in advance and tell us when service is coming. We have termite pods around the house. Terminix did a followup after their initial work to get rid of rodents for me and the scheduling was fine. They originally scheduled it when I was there, but that was a no-show and I didn't hear a word, so I had to call and reschedule. However, whenever the tech comes, he does a great job. We have a service with Terminix every other month, it's automatic. We have Tommy on one of our properties and he always communicates great. Also, the other guy for the other property does a great job, too. He's very thorough. The communication with the contractors have been very clear and flexible. I don't need to be 10 minutes late and they're always real considerate of our dogs.

Anybody that we've dealt with at Terminix has always been very courteous, helpful and professional with any questions that we had and were willing to go out of their way and look at something else. Our service guy comes out to perform our quarterly service. Then, when we had an issue, he was willing to look at it. And if there's anything they could do about it, they'd get ahold of the inspector to have him come out and go through the process.
I really liked my previous inspector but he left the job because of some personal issues between him and the employer. But since he trained the new inspector before he left, I trust the new inspector too. Scheduling with him wasn’t a big deal because I have his work number. I would just send him a text message or give him a call and say what my concern was and ask when he could come by. He would text or call me back and say the day and time he'd be available. If it works for me, he would come out. But as for the service part, Terminix automatically schedules a service. And if it doesn’t work for me, I'd just go online and have it rescheduled.
Since having Terminx, the pest activity in our house has lessened. We had a pretty good infestation of fleas, and they’ve had that taken care of and cleared out, so we just continued our service with them. But we still got spiders, ants, gnats and occasionally some flies, all of which are almost impossible to get rid of. They also haven't completely gotten rid of those flower beetles we keep finding in boxes. We also found one major infestation where they’ve gotten all over the place. We're slowly finding where they're coming from. But until we can find all their sources, we're not gonna completely get rid of those.
Other than that, my experience with Terminix has been good so far. I would and have already recommended Terminix to others. In fact, I've convinced them to have Terminix come and take a look at things for peace of mind. They had no issues with the problem they thought they were having, but they found other issues, like hornets in the siding. Terminix wrote them up their estimation of what things would cost and they’ve been talking about it.

My ongoing service with Terminix has been fine. Most of the time, my regular guy just does the outside, and he checks and then says hello if I'm home. However, the most recent one was somewhat dissatisfying. It was a second termite inspection after we discovered swarms, and the tech came out and checked around everywhere. We talked about the fact that she'd been here a few weeks before we discovered the swarms, and she commented that her boss was excited that I didn't buy the prepaid plan because now they get to charge me more. We discovered the swarm, called and had somebody come out. The tech took a sample that I put in the bag back with him to confirm what it was, and we never heard anything back from that. I called back about a month later, and they had no record of anybody ever bringing anything back. They had to send somebody out for a second time and take samples back again.

I was told that I was signing a 3 month contract and signed a blank screen and was told that if I needed someone to come back to my home it would have to be in the 3 month period. I look on my bank account and Terminix charged me 129.00. I called to see what the charge was for and the Customer Service Rep was very rude telling me that I signed up for an annual plan. I said that I was told it was a 3 month plan. He told me that Terminix only have annual plans and that they have been selling for the entire country for years.
Then I told him that I did not sign up for an annual plan, only a 3 month plan and I wanted the plan cancelled and a refund. He cancelled the plan but refused to give me a refund. He said that someone called and spoke to me on September 10, 2018. I told him that no one spoke with me on September 10th. He then said that someone came to my residence on September 13th and sprayed outside. I told him that I was not aware of anyone coming to spray outside my home and I did not authorize no one to come on my property and spray. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told that a manager had reviewed my account and would not honor a refund at this time. I then said to him that you just took money out of my account and then cancelled the contact without a refund. I would like to speak with someone about this issue.

I've been using Terminix for six months now. I'd call them and they'd set up a service. Once, I asked them for an additional spraying because I was still seeing some ants. A guy then came and he did the spraying for me. He also told me to call if I had any more problems. Since the service, the ants have been mostly gone. I would recommend Terminix. They were responsive and seemed to know what they were doing.

Terminix usually notifies us when they would be coming. Since they spray outside, they can just come at their scheduled time. Usually they come about every four months. I’ve spoken to the people that come to do the spraying and they’re always nice, polite and always introduced themselves. They’ve all been very courteous and professional. We've been dealing with Terminix for several years and we don’t seem to have issues related with pests - issues that I know other neighbors have issues with. They do exactly what they say they’re gonna do and I would recommend them.

I have a regular service with Terminix. They were was just out here at the beginning of September and they did a full service. They sprayed around the house, knocked down for spiders, knocked down a wasp nest, and then they refilled bait boxes for me. The techs have all been pretty good and they have done the same work. The people treat me and the property with respect. However, I'm kind of hesitant on the product that they use because I don’t know that it's catching the rodents. So, I'm kind of tempted to change because they don’t have any options. Also, the rodents get used to certain things and then they're just like, "Oh yeah, don’t go to that bait box." It would be nice if they can switch up. Still, I'm satisfied with them.

I had a problem with ants so I hired Terminix. They come every three months. They tell me when they're gonna come and if it's not convenient then I just reschedule it. Everybody at Terminix is very cordial and polite. The technician that comes are very professional. The only thing is it’s expensive. It's over $100 now but I would recommend it. I don't have any ants or roaches since I've been getting their service, so I'm glad about that.

We have Terminix for a quarterly maintenance to get on top of things before it gets really bad. Terminix comes and do preventative work and termite control on our brand-new home. I had a three-month plan with them and I used to have the same technician each time until he moved to another city. But in general, their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They come out for what's in the plan and they are thorough, but if I need extra work, they do it when they're here and there’s no need to reschedule.

We were having mosquito problems and after I put in the request for service online, Terminix called and scheduled it. But they kept rescheduling it and then the last time they rescheduled it, nobody showed up until I called. Finally, somebody came the next day. He apologized and said it wasn’t scheduled for him and that he didn’t even know to come so he did not show up. But he was very nice and helpful. He sprayed the outside, which was what I wanted. We've been with Terminix for two months now and they’ve come out twice. We still have a lot of mosquitoes but we’ve also had a lot of rain so it’s to be expected.

I called Terminix about a yellow jacket problem and the person on the phone from the corporate line set up a time the next day for between 2 and 5pm, with a call 15 minutes before arrival. No one called and no one showed up. A man called two days later to schedule my follow-up, even though no one ever came. He said he had just started this route and would let his manager know that no one ever came. I never received a callback. Filling out a form on the website just generated a new phone call from a local guy. When I reiterated this issue to him, he hung up on me. Terminix elsewhere could be okay, but in the Charlottesville area it is as bad as it gets.

I called Terminix due to a roach problem that I had in one of my properties. I explain the situation to the representative and he quoted $150.00 for the treatments. When they came out to treat the property they stated it was a bigger problem than what they thought and they needed to have an inspector come out and give me a quote. I met with an inspector and explained that it would cost $600.00 to treat each side and they would come out as many times as we needed them to. He recommended doing both sides so that we could eliminate the problem completely. The next door owner and I agreed to sign the contract for a total of $1200 for both sides. They started the treatments and they would come out once or twice a month.
4 months had passed and the roaches were still there. I decided to sell the house because I didn't want to deal with the roaches anymore. Everything was going great until I called Terminix to schedule the next appointment for the next treatment and I told them I was selling the property, they said they would have someone call me to schedule the time and a few hours later I received a call from another inspector stating that they had cancelled the contract and that they needed to do another inspection to give me a quote and I would have to sign another contract. I asked who had cancelled the contract and they stated that the contract that I signed was for a one time treatment, I explained that they had 4 months coming out without a problem and that there was no way I would pay $600.00 for a one time treatment. I told him that the inspector (Josh in Hagerstown MD) had explained that they would continue treating the properties until the problem was gone.
I was very upset over the phone and told him that this was unacceptable and he told me to call Home paramount pest control and hung up the phone on me. I called Terminix and explained the situation and the representative said she would have a manager call me. This was about 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the call. I would understand if the contract was cancelled after I sold the property but this wasn't the case. Also, since I signed the contract for both sides they cancelled the next door owners services as well, which she wasn't selling her side. I just dislike the way they handled things and would never do business with them again.

We have spent a huge amount of money with Terminix trying to rid ourselves of rodents as well as regular pest control. While the individual technicians are extremely nice the communication with their management is completely nonexistent. 3 sets of technicians come out yet none have been told about our home, what type ladder they will need etc. Tech says they will return to finish the next day at 8:30 and when no one shows up or calls I call only to learn their boss “Ken” has sent them elsewhere and my job is put off another day. When this $6500 job is complete I can promise you I am done with Terminix! NOT HAPPY.

I've had Terminix for regular maintenance for the past 10 years. I usually get a notice on my email about their schedule. I just mark it down and they come. The technicians and I would chat a bit and they would go right to work. They pretty much know what they're doing. Since the service I don’t see many pests. I have a problem with these little ants sometimes, but they've left bait behind. We shift them around to get rid of stuff but that's not enough of a problem for me to call them back about it.
The service is very expensive for me because I'm a retired teacher but that's just one of those things that you have to do. I didn’t always get the termite protection but I do now because they found termites in some pieces of the lumber that have been lying around and it's kinda scary in a way. But they've never found any here in the house. I would recommend Terminix.

I called Terminix last time because I had an experience with carpenter ants. We've set up a plan where they come out quarterly, and that’s very convenient. They have a dispatcher that gets somebody out here on a pretty quick time schedule. The technician that I got was great. He was very professional, and I liked the fact that he put on shoe covers when he came inside since he was dealing with poisons outside. I didn’t want him tracking that out everywhere in my house unless it was necessary. The service has really helped and the ants have completely gone away.

We have ants all the time and we have Terminix come out. They're good about scheduling but a lot of times, they came and we were not here. So they went around the house. Last time they did, I asked them to do the inside also, and they did that. That helped a little. But overall, it can't keep these ants down. Their treating helps for a little while but in a couple of weeks, the ants are back again. Also, I keep getting a bill from one of my neighbors. It's my email address but it's my neighbor's bill, name, and address. This has been going on for a couple of years. I told them about it a couple of times and they said they have solved it.

We had a bug problem that Terminix came to help us with and we went ahead and signed for a year. Scheduling the service with them was painless. Then, I told the tech they sent out what I wanted and he did it and had no problems. There's zero pest activity since the service and based on that visit, I was happy.

When I had people come out and do quotes, the Terminix salesperson was the most helpful in answering my questions and better than anybody else. We just signed up with them and the service they did was very good. I was concerned that the bait traps they put in were too high out of the ground because I might hit those with my mower, but they told me to just call them up if I did. And the first time I mowed, I hit three, so I called them up and they came out immediately and changed them. So far, it has been good and I haven't seen anything since the service.

The last three times that we have had a tech from Terminix, it has been a new guy and he was the best one we’ve had. This guy got his tools out and did things that nobody else did. He took the big duster around the whole house, got the cobwebs down, and came in the garage. He was super polite and asked if we needed anything in the house. So, this new guy has been good and he would do his job whether we were here or not. I wouldn't mind keeping him. In the past, when I went shopping, the Terminix guy didn’t do anything so I called and complained. He would either pull in for a few minutes, never get out of the truck and leave, or knock on the door and sit on the truck for a little bit then leave.
I’ve been with Terminix for close to three years and they come every three months. I get a text or a phone call saying that they're coming. One thing we usually had trouble with was bees and this summer, we didn't have that problem. So, whatever the technician did, it worked out well. It has been a good experience and the difference was with the technician. We went from really unhappy to pretty happy with Terminix.

I’ve got some termites and other things, but I don’t have mosquitoes. I have an annual inspection with Terminix and then they come out every three months for maintenance. But I had a worker around the other day for the annual inspection and he missed a nest of Newman wasps. Another thing is that I have a guest cottage and they might have neglected to spray in and around it, so the person that I assigned to clean it up reported quite a lot of spiders there.
Since we've had Terminix' service, I haven’t had any problems with ants. Also, I haven’t had any real problems with pests in the house. We get Daddy long-legs, but there's not much that can be done about that. The service has been fine, so I’m generally pleased and satisfied with it, but they’re missing some things and they could be doing a better job. The major thing is they miss inspecting around the side of the house and inside the guest cottage where they haven’t been getting the spiders.

We have subterranean termites here and I signed up for five years with Terminix for termite control and inspection. Somebody calls me once a year and we set up an appointment. I’m quadriplegic and I was in bed when the technician had their yearly visit recently. The technician talked with my aide as he was in and outside of the house checking the bait traps and looking around with his flashlight. The other guy that was here the previous year was really good. He didn’t try to sell me any other services and he looked up in the attic but this recent guy didn’t. So far, I haven’t had any reoccurring problems with the termites.

Every tech that Terminix has sent to my house has represented them well. They've put the customer first and made us feel at ease. When they commit that they're gonna be out at a certain time, they hit their mark. They don’t keep you waiting. Then, if there's a problem, they'll call you. Once, we were checking on some service for outside pests, ants and bugs and the guy that was here brought up the point that they offered insulation because we mentioned that was our next project. They put that in a month ago and they did a great job. I'd recommend Terminix.

I have the pest control with Terminix and so far, everything's fine with them. However, there are still some spiders and other bugs around, but that's normal since our house is new. They also tried to sell me termites treatment during their most recent visit but I wasn't interested because I have a termite warranty already.

Terminix had someone come out recently and do a routine inspection. They called me and we scheduled the service. Their reps and technicians have been very professional. The last couple of years, I have had to talk to them about the price that keeps going up, and they've had to adjust them right. They've become very expensive. We've had Terminix ever since our house was built. About 10 years ago, we had an infestation of termites and they stood behind us.

We've always had a good experience with Terminix. We've been with them for several years, and we have two termite contracts for the inside and outside. Their techs are very pleasant. They come and knock on the door, we answer and they tell us what they're gonna do. Then they go on and do their job, have us sign a receipt and leave. We have a mobile home, so we have windows all around. We see them outside scrubbing our eaves and doing dusting, which are what they're supposed to do.

The people in Terminix are very easy to get ahold of when you need them. They called me back when I called them once. I was having a problem coming up with the fee but I worked that out. They were also very good people to deal with as far as doing their follow ups. Allan was very helpful as well. He was a good guy. He inspected the house and did all the things that needed to be fixed before our loan would go through. It was a pain in the butt but it had to be done and it did. Then the last time someone from Terminix came out, he just sprayed around the house. I would tell others to definitely get involved with Terminix about minimum just to spray around their house. That way, they wouldn't have to come in contact with the chemicals.

We got home from a vacation and found termite trails on the exterior wall next to the light switch. We use the light switch a lot, so we didn’t notice termites before. We had had termites in the house five years ago in the same room, so it wasn’t surprising, but it was annoying. Last time, the technician had to go back to the shop for anything and Terminix had to reschedule for him to come back out and do some service on it. But that was a bigger thing because he had to put some stuff in the interior wall and he had to pump some stuff up along the top but he didn’t have the equipment with him, but that was years ago.
The technician called that he was going to come. I told him that I knew where the problem was and I could show him that it was an exterior wall with light switches above and an outlet below. But it didn’t appear that the termites were coming in through there. He got his little tool out and went up to the termite damage. He pumped in his material, and then he got out a spackle and put some of it on the places where he poked through and up where the damage was. I was very happy with the service and I don't know if I'll see termites again when I get home because it's been within the 30 days and they could possibly do something more before the stuff gets them. The only problem I had with this guy was I got an email on my tablet that he was coming in with his picture, and it was half an hour after he left. But he had called me already that he was on his way. Other than that, I was impressed by how efficient it went this time.

We had termites so I looked into pest control and I’ve been using Terminix for a year. If I call them and if I see any problem, they would come out. I called customer service to schedule a service and they set up the appointment. The technician showed up when he said he was going to and did his job. He explained to me afterwards what he did and they’re doing excellently. I hit one of the little base stations they put in. I broke one of them and they replaced it. He went around and checked them after he installed the new one and made sure everything was looking good with them. Since the service, I haven’t seen any pest activity and everything looks fine.

We were using a local pest control company and they went out of business, so I was looking around for a new company. My neighbor uses Terminix and I’ve seen their truck over there several times. So, I gave them a call and they gave me the best for quarterly pest control. We’ve had Terminix pest control out here twice, over the last couple of months. The technician would go around, spray, put up some stuff in the yard, and leave. A sales guy came by here trying to sell termite protection. But it was way too high, so he went back and he said, “Well, we got a new deal coming up and I’ll get back with you,” but they never did and I’m not happy about that.

Since having Terminix, there has been a decrease in pest activity in our home, but I want them gone. Terminix has been coming back here for over a year to get rid of my German roaches, and nobody’s been able to do it. Their reps whom I spoke with and the technician who came out here were fine, unlike the previous one who was lazy and had excuses. The most recent technician did something different. But if it doesn't change anything in terms of the pest activity, I would change companies because I'm tired of throwing money down the drain without having the problem fixed. Needless to say, I’m not happy with them.

We originally called in about 10 years ago because we had carpenter ants and I couldn't figure out how to get them out of the house. Terminix helped with that problem and things have been well under control since. The experience has been very satisfactory. They come three times a year and they're on a schedule. They can also come in if there’s a problem that needs to be addressed outside the normal visits. And the people who schedule the service are good. They would propose a day and usually, it's good. But if it's not good day, I would talk to them and they would change it. The technicians have been great too. I've had Josh for a couple of years now and I like him. He's a good guy and he communicates. He returns phone calls and texts, and that's very useful to me. The person before Josh was really good as well. So I feel that Terminix has good people out in the field engaging with me and I've been very happy about that.

I’ve dealt with Terminix for a few years now. I pay by the month and I call them when I need to schedule a service. I’m an elderly person, so they fix it to where I could come back to them. For a while there, I didn’t have Terminix, then after I decided I wanna go back, they helped me out. I have their termite and the pest control service and their technicians have been great. I had some wasps on my back porch and I would see a few of them, but I didn't know where their nest was. I saw this guy from Terminix squatting at something, so I poked my head out the door and he said I got a big nest of wasps out here. So, he was taking care of the problem. The wasps seemed to be coming back though. I have ants as well and I was gonna call Terminix tomorrow because I mailed their payment for this month today.

When we found a termite infestation, we took several bids from pest companies then rewarded Terminix with the work. The representative on the phone was very good and scheduling the service was also a good experience. They were on time and it was the same thing on the service side. A guy was sent out to initially assess it and he was very knowledgeable. It was the same with the service tech. He worked with my wife and everything went well. They also told me that with termites, I need to wait 90 days before I do any repairs to make sure the infestation has been killed. They had met expectations and I was pleased with the service.

I have basic quarterly pest control service set up with Terminix. Their guys came out and did a full encapsulation and bait test. The technician they sent was quick. At the time he came, I was in the middle of a large project. I work at home and I remember the work that was done without me having to hold his hand or walk him through. I asked the Terminix technician to come and bring some stronger stuff and spray around inside my house and outside, and all he did was just bring some little thing and sprayed on the light fixtures or the electric boxes and stuff along the walls. I've had them over here three times. By the time they get here, I'm already seeing roaches again. Nevertheless, I've not had any trouble with any technicians. I live right next to a campground and I think that's some reason why I still get the roaches. But they do the job and it works really good. I've been real happy with everybody that had come.

I’ve been with Terminix for over a year and I just the call the rep to schedule a service which is smooth and easy. All the representatives were very professional and helpful. The folks who came out to do the actual services were always very efficient, clean and honest. They did a good job so I have no complaints. The quality of work was good and it was a positive experience. They came out today for a scheduled service and inspection. We had a wasp and some ants in the back so there were some things for them to take into account. After the service, there were no pests nor insects and if there were, they were reduced. We still want more attention to be paid to certain areas but they always come back out so it is not a problem.

Terminix came out for a maintenance and gave a quick estimate of work to be done. Then, we transferred to a new location. Things took several iterations because the first person I spoke to on the phone said it was impossible to transfer and was told to cancel it. And then, when I was put on hold, they said it was easy to transfer. So, I had to call back several times to get it done. Nevertheless, Terminix came out and gave a quick service. The technicians were pleasant, but I don't know that I would call it thorough because as I walked around afterwards, they have this little dusting tool they do for cobwebs. It wasn't something that I pointed out but I told them to get the outside too which just seemed auto-pilot to me. But overall, there has been minimal pest activity in the house since their service.

I have a problem with rats and I have a 5-year contract with Terminix for that. I already paid for that contract and I’m not quitting it. I had insulation all taken out inside, underneath, and above. So, I’ve had a lot of work done and for the most part, I’ve been happy. But last winter the fellow came to check on the rats and I wondered why part of my living room was not heating up well. It turned out the fellows that put in the new insulation did not hook up two vents for the heater. They left that undone so the hot air was going under the house and not in the house, and I had that situation all winter.
That was the only problem that I've had with Terminix, but it was a fairly major thing. I also had a quarterly maintenance contract with them, but I decided to cancel it for now. Recently, though, the fellow came out to spray on the outside after that contract was finished. Since the services of Terminix, the pest activity in my home has not been very much and I only have a few spiders now and then.

The problem with Terminix is getting them out in the first place. We had Terminix service us before but then we got tired of them not showing up. So I went to Western Exterminator, but Terminix did a better job killing the insects and bugs so we dropped Western Exterminator and went back to Terminix. We called Terminix and the technician a couple of times and kept on scheduling but the technician never showed up. They kept saying they were really busy. So overall, it was an awful experience. In fact, we just gave up on them. So, we're gonna have to go with somebody else.

Terminix called me recently to tell me that I owed them money. But I didn't. I had paid for the year in advance at one time. The representative insisted and I told him I was looking at the contract. Then he asked me how much I paid and I told him it was all for $1,900. That was when he told me to hold on and he must've reviewed the information they have. He came back and told me that he had resolved the issue, that it was a clerical error on their part and that he was sorry. At first, I didn't feel like he was being courteous. It wasn't even the first time that he called me and told me that I owed them money. This is like the third time that this happened. But he got it figured out and he came back. I would also tell others they should try Terminix. The guy who comes by takes care of the whole house. The technicians are very thorough, really courteous and very nice. They do their job and they give me tips on what to do.

I’ve been using Terminix’s service for 10 years and they come by once a quarter and put down some spray. And periodically, they go down on the crawlspace and change the rat bait down there and clean out any dead rats. I look online when I think a service is about due, and they tell me when they’re coming. If that’s not good, then I can suggest another date. So, scheduling a service is very simple.
Andrew, their technician, is very personable, very nice, efficient, and seems to be thorough. He’s been the technician for about a year. The fellow before him that I had for three years was very good too. I hated to see him go, but Andrew is doing fine. Overall, my experience with Terminix has been very good. I would recommend them.

My experience with Terminix has been good and I would recommend them. They send us the time the technicians are coming but we usually call back to tell them to come on a time that is better. Whenever the technicians come, my husband goes to the backyard with them and tells them if they could have a good spray on the outside because the ants are trying to come under the door. The attendant who came recently was on time, was very helpful and acted with everything we asked of him to. However, we had a couple of times that we have scheduled and they said they would be here from 2:00 to 4:00 and we get home at five to 2:00 and they've already been there and were gone. My husband gets very upset when they come and he is not there. Nevertheless, our home has been much better since we've had Terminix. We had a horrible time with the ants last summer and this summer, we didn't get any at all in the house.

We have some mice and ants and we have a contract with Terminix for a monthly service call. We had some techs before that didn't even look at the traps. They just changed a couple and not bother with the rest of them. But the last technician went around the entire school and checked all the traps, replaced the baits and put more traps out. He did a much better job than the previous encounters. The pests seem to be going away since their service, so hopefully, it keeps up. Terminix does a good job and I recommend them for somebody's house.

We have a routine service with Terminix. They call us to let us know they're coming. And then when they get here, they check in with us to let us know that they're here to service. We haven't had any issues with any of their technicians. They let us know if they see any issues. They also leave us extra traps if needed. We have a lot of dead cockroaches. So, what they've been spraying must be working.

I would not recommend using this company for any services. I have been dealing with ants in my house for all of 2018. They do not follow up with paying customers nor do they take care of your concerns. I have had 3 termite inspections in 4 months and they never found termites. I, the homeowner had located them in the attic after Terminix didn't do a thorough job. What am I paying a monthly service for. They haven't been able to take care of my ant issues. Again what am I paying a fee to them for if they cannot take care of my needs. They are a ripoff.
I have maggots in my kitchen on the ceiling and I was told it is from the dog poop in the backyard. I had Clark and Lloyd come out and they both said that is not the case. I have something most likely dead in my walls. Nothing is coming into the house from the backyard so how can it be from the dog poop. They will rip you off. Please do yourself a favor so you don't have to deal with what I've been dealing with and use another business. You may pay a little more with another service, but it is so worth it.

Ants had started to appear recently, so I called them and they sent somebody out. However, the technician didn't do what he was supposed to have done. But most times, the techs just get on and do the work.

We’re a chemical company that works with dish machines. When the equipment comes back from a restaurant and we don’t inspect it, it usually comes back with some critters. But we haven’t had any issues since Frank has been coming. He's the service guy from Terminix and he's a good guy. He comes out once a month and we've had the service for close to two years now. Sometimes, he comes before I even get in and the warehouse guy takes care of him. Frank sprays, takes care of all our mice and makes sure we don’t have any roaches.

I get regular quarterly service from Terminix and it is good. It's what I need it to be. It’s very easy because there is no work on my end. It’s automatic. I get the email reminders and the text messages on the day before the service and on the day of. I almost never even see anybody. They leave a note with a smiley face and I get an invoice in the mail. I was planning on calling them to come for an in-between service this week though. We are experiencing some problems with crickets again. But we don’t have the issues we had in the past and overall, the situation has been much better. I would recommend Terminix to anybody who’s looking for a pest service.

When I scheduled my recent service with Terminix, I got an email about my schedule, put it on my calendar and waited to see if anyone would call me. Then, somebody confirmed and made sure I was all right and we had our pest control within several weeks. I had wildlife exclusion policy inspection and somebody came and looked around on the outside of the house. He told me he was looking up to the roof but he didn't go and didn't find any problems. I haven't noticed any wildlife activities since but we heard some thumping sounds on the roof a few times which might have been a squirrel dropping onto it. Then a few weeks ago, we had mouse droppings in the garage and the pest control guy put a bait out and we haven't had anymore.

We had spiders and ants outside so I looked into getting Terminix. Scheduling a service went well and they were able to fit in to our time. The technician was very polite, nice and professional. He asked if I had any issues and specific areas that need to be taken care of. I’ve been with them for a year and they’re good. They’ve been coming out every three months and for the first two and a half months, there were very few bugs until just when it’s for them to come.

Terminix called us initially and the service was within where we wanted it. They came when they said they would and the rep was nice and friendly. He accomplished what I needed him to do. I had Terminix out for their quarterly service and technician was good. I have a mow band that goes around my grass and he went ahead and did that. However, because of the heat, I was starting to get spiders again about a month after that. Still, the experience was okay and I would recommend them.

Terminix comes out on a routine basis. They go around the house and on the outside to check for stuff. The technicians send us a text beforehand saying when they are coming. They all act professionally and get things done when they're supposed to. We really haven't had too many times where we had to say, “Hey, we actually saw an activity,” but when we have informed them, they treated for it and it took care of it. Also when I called customer service to change my credit card number with them it was easy.

I like Terminix. It's a good service. It's reasonably priced, they're efficient, and also good to work with. They come four times a year and it's been easy to schedule the services. I talk with the guys when they're here. They're great. They recently came out for a routine service and they did a nice job spraying for bugs. I appreciate it. I'm glad that I'm able to have pest service through Terminix.

I contact Terminix on the dates needed if I have bed bugs or bees everywhere in the bank. I have to call in that 1-800 number though. I would rather talk directly to the Terminix branch that I'm dealing with. It would be so much easier instead of calling in, setting up and waiting. Dealing with them is not too bad though. I'm able to call in and schedule the service, and someone at least calls me back. That's because someone has to call me before they can arrive at my branch so I can announce anybody that goes to the bank.
I tell people to get the technicians to call me before they go and after they're done so I know what's been done to take care of the bugs or bees. But no one really calls me. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with the work. The pest situation has been good. I haven't had complaints from the branch and that is a good thing. If they call me back and say that the problem hasn't been resolved, then I would give Terminix the call back. They would go back out and try to take care of it again.
