Terminix comes out annually, in July, for termites and they tell us when they’re gonna come. They do their thing on the outside only, they don’t say anything, then they leave. The times that they come inside, all they do is go around the house, and look with their little flashlight. They say, “Well, you have no termites inside the house either,” and away they go. So, Terminix keeps termites away.

Terminix comes out for a regular scheduled bug spray once every three months. They notify me about the appointment by email and texts, then they call usually the day before the tech comes out. He provides good service and is very professional and courteous. He comes to the door, lets me know he is here, and asks if there is any issue, then goes about his business. So far, the pest activity in my home has been low since I got Terminix and I would tell others that they have done a good job, so they should use them if they want.

I’m happy with Terminix and I don’t feel like changing. I had a lot of problems here and I always got service pretty quickly. When I said they gotta go up and check in the attic because we had rats up there, they had traps to take care of that. Then, the squirrels were eating into the areas in the roof and after they got in and did a lot of damage, they kept making noises and it would blow my mind. So, Terminix put all kinds of screen surround thing.
They also did preventative kind of things then they came regularly every few months to spray inside and outside. I pay for those routine sprays with a different price. But if something shows up or if I saw some roaches, I would call and they would come. I also had termites several years ago and at the time the house didn’t have a policy when we moved in, so we got termite prevention from Terminix. Since then, they’ve been doing different termite inspections and came a couple of times a year to just look for termites. And thank God I haven't had termites again. One time, I also got red ants and Terminix came and took care of that. So, if something comes up, they have been very reliable. Jason, my former guy, was really nice and I was so used to him. But I heard he was very sick and I kind of feel bad I didn’t try to call him.

I was having termite issues and Terminix has the best warranty in the business so I called them. I told them I had a trail going outside of my house and they referred me to the guy who does it out here in this area. We set up an appointment and the guy came out. We talked about the price and what was gonna happen. He installed green little plastics they put chemicals on. I've been getting regular services and there has been no termite activity. They come out once a year and they came out last month to check on the units. The second tech that came was very nice and he explained everything to me. I asked if he could expose all the units so I don't hit them when I do my yard work and he did that.

Pls. stay away and beware of these thieves. Spoiled my whole week talking to various people in their headquarter and local branch office in Long Island, NY. Long Island, NY office is filled up with 100% rude and customer enemy people who don't know how to deal with customers and be a professional. It was so annoying to deal with them that. I really had to shout and be abusive. Headquarter is worst than the local branch. The reps speak to you very nicely to start with and promise to resolve your issue and after put you on hold while they talk to local branch, and immediately change their color and just say what local branch want them to say without taking any step towards resolution.
For them their local branch is everything and customer does not have any say even if you are 100% right and local branch is wrong. Never use them. The worst pesticide/termite control company on the island ever faced. After having a contract with them for 15 years and paying all dues/renewal on time, they terminated our contract today and asked me to go somewhere else after knowing that there may be some insect/pest activity at the property. They asked me to pay another $1400 to treat the property and restart the contract again from scratch with high annual price. I paid them $300 every year for almost 15 years and they only visited the property once a year during the contract term and never treated it but will charge you full amount every year.
Once you complain about any activity or request for another service, they will create some kind of story and ask you to pay extra money and then again restart the contract with higher charges. The local Long Island office is very very rude, non professionals and only sitting here to eat your money. Each and every one in local Long Island branch, including their manager, inspector is very very rude. If you call their headquarter, no one is there to resolve your issue, rather listen to their local branch office and will dictate their terms.
I am taking them to court for all what they did with us. I am surprised that after being a national level company and part of ServiceMaster group, there is no proper management and professionalism with Terminix and they don't care about their customer. ServiceMaster should be alerted and take some actions before they go out of business. Bottom line is that if you want to be cheated and then on top of that disrespected, please call Terminix today. Terminix has hired bunch of idiot fools sitting there to disrespect you.

I contacted Terminix whenever I need them because I had ants problem, which was more than quarterly. The scheduling was fine but there was no good communication between the scheduler and the tech who came. When I called them and told them that I made an appointment but nobody showed up, they told me that they didn't know that I had an appointment.
Even so, the techs were okay. There was one guy and he said he wasn't assigned to this area, but he came because nobody was available. He was really good. And there was this other guy, Brandon, who came twice. He was okay when it comes to communication, but I didn't like his work because he came twice, and he always said he only had a little bit bait and that he cannot put it everywhere and can put it only on some spots. But then, I told him that I was paying for the service and he should have brought enough bait. I wasn't very happy about that. Nevertheless, the pest activity is a lot less to compare with what we started. But if the last tech had put more baits, it has been resolved a lot sooner than I had to wait for two to three months.

I've been using Terminix's service for nine years. They do the termite and pest control, and I get an email three or four days ahead of time when they come out. It has also happened that I had to reschedule a service with them and the experience has been fine. I would tell the technicians where I've seen what and the areas for them to concentrate on because I'd let them in several places, but there's a lot of rooms around. I had the same technician for years and they just changed two or three months ago. The last one that came which came last week said that he's supposed to be my final technician now. He seemed knowledgeable, very friendly, eager to please and didn't look like he would cause any problems. I had seen some roaches before he sprayed and I have a feeling that spray has now forced them out a bit. So I'm gonna call for a reapplication. I would recommend Terminix.

I had roaches and little mice outside and Terminix' services is good. The technicians that they send out have always been good. They always ask if we need more and then, they would spray all over. They would even come to the house if I need them to. However, the roaches came back soon. The customer service team keeps telling me that I can ask them to come back but it seems the roaches became immune to the spray. I wish the product that Terminix is using would work longer.

Terminix was fabulous and everything went really good. Everybody was nice and helpful. They return my calls and answer all my questions. When scheduling the service, I call and ask them if somebody could come and then somebody comes. Rocky came and he checked the house, then he called back to see what I wanted to do. We just had the two houses tented for termites. What they do is they come in, set up the tent and then they leave. They come back the next day and gotta wait six hours before the house airs out. The process was hard because we have animals so we have to do one house first for one week, then we have to haul everything to the other house. But it was good.
The crew who came and checked up the tent were all Micronesian boys. They didn’t talk much but they were very polite. When I did the first house, I bagged the food wrong and so they took apart all the bags and they help me re-bag. Since the service, there are no droppings now. Terminix comes every month to spray outside the house and sometimes the insides. So they come all the time. When I'm not home, Edwin, the technician just goes in and sprays in. He’s been doing our house for years and my dogs don't bother him. Then we have James, the manager here. He checks if the house was aired out properly and he was so nice. I love Terminix. My mom initially got Terminix 30 years ago and I continued it. We’ve had them for 30 years already.

It's been two years since we started using Terminix. The same guy comes out every service and he's wonderful. He calls the day before he comes and he's very thorough. We've had a termite issue that has been active since the people before us and we're having ants sprayed and the treatments have made those situations better.

Terminix took over the company I used in Missouri and I did not have a very good experience with the franchise there so I canceled my service before I moved. But it didn’t put me off trying them here in Massachusetts because I know that they are franchises. I have a quarterly plan with them. The people on the phone were very helpful and I got a fairly quick appointment. Normally, they would have an extra charge for the first service, but they were able to give me a discounted rate on it. So I got it for just a little bit more than the regular rate.
When the technician came, we went over what type of issues I saw and it wasn’t anything major. I don’t mind the spiders outside, but I don’t want them inside my house. We went through the house together, and he was treating things as he saw them. He didn’t do a major spray throughout the whole house ‘cause I have pets. Then he went outside to take a look and do treatments there and he came back inside to say that he was leaving. He was a very nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable guy. I already knew what to expect from the service and he just went ahead and did what he needed to do without being intrusive. My house is not totally pest-free, but it’s not bad enough that I need to call somebody out. It’s by the season so I expect to see spiders around but since having the Terminix service, I see fewer of them in the house than I normally see at this time of the year. The local Terminix here were really helpful and I would recommend them.

Terminix usually notifies me on the telephone about my appointments and recently, they did an annual termite inspection for me. The tech who came out was friendly and explained what he was doing. I have Terminix for 35 years and so far, their service has been very good. If it wasn't, I’d do something else, but I don’t see that happening. Also, I haven’t had any recurrences of pest activity since I got their service.

Terminix is reliable and I normally schedule the service with the person that came out the first time. The contractors are good and they come for a regular pest control.

The technician comes once a month and he comes to my office and I sign the report, the one he has done. But I don't have any way to say how long he has been here. If I see something weird in the report, I normally ask the guy. When I asked the last person, he had not provided me with any information that is scientifically-based. Based on what I have heard, pests have been more. But I don't have any data to support this info, because what I have seen in the reports are not showing that to me. In the past year, I have been asking for some stuff and Terminix could not provide. They are not able to provide me access to the data for me to be able to do terrain analysis. Some of my people are also not pleased because we have not been getting the expertise that we need regarding the pests that we are having at the plant. And when we have an incident, we don't receive a quick response.

I had mice problems 10 years ago during summer and I also had wasp at one point. The rep from Terminix comes out four times a year but it has been awhile since I made a special call. Sometimes, it takes a call or two to get somebody out here but I haven’t had any specific issues recently. The technician is always the same guy and I haven’t had any complaint about the service. In the past several years, he has been doing the outside. Usually, they would call in advance but this last time, I didn’t get any advance notice when he was gonna come. Still, anytime that I have had an issue, it has been resolved. Sometimes, it takes a little bit longer depending on what it is, but right now, I don't have any problems. So I've been pleased in general with the service.

I have quarterly service with Terminix. When it's time for service, I get an email and then followed up with a phone call. Their tech, Edwin, usually sends me a text or a voice mail when he is going to arrive. He knocks on the door and I tell him what I’m looking for and he checks in, and that’s very pleasant. He’s a nice young man and I appreciate him. He's efficient and does a good job. I enjoy interacting with him and he’s one of the reasons why I continue to work with Terminix. Usually, I interact with him but in a particular case, it was my wife who spoke with him and I had asked her to let him know of an inside issue. Normally, he just does the outside unless we inform him of some inside things we need to be done. He took care of the inside issue and then the outside as usual and all is well.
I have had my fair share of Terminix's competitors knocking on the door and telling me how wonderful they’re going to be and they probably are fine. I believe that the service from Terminix is probably comparable to what others would provide. However, the difference is that Terminix goes a little further than many other companies on the customer service side. In between quarterly services, there has been an occasional need to have a special visit. That's never an issue and is scheduled reasonably. So, I continue to use their service. I'm satisfied with the level of pest activity since I started using Terminix.

We signed up with Terminix four months ago as we were having a serious issue of pack rats. Terminix came in and assessed what kind of service we would need. Chris set up a contract and he was great. We had to have a corporate approval and soon after we had that, Grant came in. He’s our service tech and he’s always on time, happy, very knowledgeable, and he provides excellent service. He will even come on a day off just to check to see if there’s anything he has to remove because he knows how we’re not apt to do something like that. I definitely would recommend him. We've been very pleased with Terminix.

Being a good liar is a prerequisite for working for Terminix. I have been trying to get Terminix to honor their contract for 6 months. I have made 34 calls to this point. I have had their yearly service for 15 years. Now that I have termites I cannot find anyone with integrity at this company. They do not return calls, or do the work they agreed to do. Awful, Awful experience. Maurice the manager in the LA area will not return calls, or deliver on his promises.

This has been the most expensive rip off I have experienced! They didn't do the spraying like said. I canceled services finally after trying for 2 months to get someone out and spraying. They removed termite bait houses. I requested refund because they didn't do as said and it has been since April 2018 and it is now 10-11-18. I still havent received refund or had someone return my call after spending multiple hours on hold being told manager will contact me in 24 hours then last call 2 weeks ago was promised regional manager will contact me and give me my refund. Still havent contacted me and no refund! I have been on hold today over 47 min already.

We had termites and mice so we have Terminix service every three months. I schedule with them over the phone and it has been mediocre. Sometimes I would get a scheduling, but won’t get notified. Also when we had a little question about the pest spray I keep on getting mixed information from the headquarters, and then the people that I have to deal with when they show up, as far as how long do I keep the place evacuated. That was a challenge because I have a dog now.
There were also a lot of times when they would schedule and not show up or schedule and not be there at the time that they’re supposed to be there. But that was just something that has happened recently with the last four appointments, between pest control and termite. I would tell them to text me so I know when they were coming and I could tell them what they could do before I show up. If I’m gone, I’m normally no more than two minutes away. The technicians listen and they were fine. I would still recommend Terminix because as far as scheduling, that can always be fixed. They’re also the most affordable in town, and the service is good. The mice and the termites are gone.

I have a quarterly service from Terminix. When they did the outside, we had spider and bed bug service too. I hate scheduling a service with them because when I call in, it's a call center and they give my call to whoever is in the area. And that always doesn’t come back because they don’t always call in a timely manner. I waited four days for someone to call me. And since we got this quarterly set up with the technician, the call center cannot schedule. It’s the most stupidest thing anybody has ever came up with
When somebody wants to call, they want a direct call not this hee-hawking around wherein you have to wait for five minutes or even longer which is ridiculous. Since you can’t call the technician, the only thing you could do is call the call center and tell them again. It’s totally chaos when you do that. I don’t like it. When I call someone, I want to call them direct and make a schedule now and not wait around for someone to call me back. Also, one of the technicians broke my doorway. He was trying to say he didn’t do it, but he was the last one in my house when he left. He fixed it anyway.
We’ve had bed bugs for a year now and we’re doing everything. I threw my couch out. I threw the beds out. I don’t have money to buy any more beds so we’re left without a bed. But I have bed bug covers on the mattresses. I have them on the pillows. They said to throw the clean clothes in the dryer and we did. They said to throw it in there for 35 minutes and we did it for 45 minutes. We figured an extra 15 minutes won’t hurt. If anything, it would help. All the bedding needed cleaning so we bagged it all up, tied it and took it to the laundromat, washed it and dried it there. We’ve done everything that we could possibly do.
I’m really, really trying to figure out how to get rid of them. I’ve even done the rubbing alcohol on my own. The 91 proof that they have out. We went and bought a bunch of bottles of that and started spraying down the mattress at the back. When they didn’t come out, that’s what I do. I’ve been told they live for six months to a year without feeding. But no one could give me a direct answer. And then I was told they go in your electronics too and you’re really screwed if they go in your electronics since you’ll never get rid of them because that’s where they’re gonna hide.
I know heating up the house don’t do crap. I’ve been through that one already before Terminix. My dad did have someone come out and heated up the house. All that does is dehydrate you. Unless they do a chemical or something afterwards, they’re gonna be right there. So far, we’re going on a year and a couple months now but I don’t know if the technicians are doing everything they’re supposed to do because I’m not in here to see what they’re doing. I don't know if they’re missing anything. I know they freeze and they spray but I wonder how they get them out of the electronics. Nonetheless, Terminix has been really, really good. I would recommend them.

We're in a new subdivision and Terminix came through and was offering the service. I enroled and it was fine with the rep. We were having issues with ants, little beetles, and the grass spiders. They came out on August the 1st and the issue with the beetles and spiders were fine. But the ants keep came back. I've called Terminix back and they've come out and retreated. I have to call them back again and it would be the third time. It seems like they treat them and it makes them more of the ants. The ants move to different spots and it's bigger piles each time. But the customer service was really good. The technicians that have come out were really nice and knowledgeable. We haven't seen many spiders and beetles at all.

I had a problem with cockroaches and I called Terminix for the extermination of those pests. I was on hold for five minutes or so but the person that I spoke with who set up the appointment was very helpful and very efficient. The technician came in, we said hello to each other and then he got started. He did each apartment, including my apartment, but didn’t really tell me what he was doing. I trusted that he did his job but it would’ve been nice if he had communicated with me along the way in terms of what precisely he was doing so that I would know. Nevertheless, he did a thorough job and the problem is gone. I haven’t seen any infestation or roaches.
People should definitely use Terminix and give Terminix a chance with whatever problem they’re dealing with. They should make sure that they communicate as much as they can to the best of their knowledge about the issue that they have, with the person who sets up the appointment as well as the technician who comes out.

I was having roaches and when Terminix first came out the first couple times, they didn’t do the whole house. They only did a third of it and I had to have them come out two other times after that. And they still didn’t do it right. They didn’t do the upstairs and the outside of the house. So when a different guy came this last time, I asked him to do the entire house and the outside, and he did.
But when he was supposed to first come to my house, I called and rescheduled the appointment. And when knocked on my back door, he was really rude and hateful. He was cussing at me because I told him that they cancelled the appointment. He said he drove an hour out here and they didn't tell him. He didn't have to use that kind of language towards me, so I called and made a complaint. But this last time that he came out, he did an awesome job. He used two different jugs of spray and gave me an extra can to use. He was really polite and told me to leave with the animals as he was gonna do a complete spray. Since I got Terminix, I don't have pests as bad as I did. I had them really bad in my kitchen before but they’re more towards my bathroom now.

I’m satisfied with Terminix. I have their service on a quarterly basis and then if we need more. I don’t have any pest problems but I’m preventing them. I’ve only used Terminix a couple of times, but they seem to be on top of it. They are polite and thorough. I get emails from them too, so they seem to be very proactive with what they’re doing. The technician who has been out was very nice.

I have an annual contract so Terminix comes out once a quarter to treat the place. But then I can also call in to have more service done whenever I want. I have a cockroach problem in my building currently, so I called them. They come every three weeks. If I have a complaint about Terminix, it is about the inconsistency of all the different contractors that they use. I find all of them very pleasant. They've all been very nice, very patient and very helpful but some of their contractors are more thorough doing the actual work than others.
There's been a couple of times where I feel like people just come in, do kind of like a cursory look and just do a couple of bait traps and leave really quickly. Whereas there's been several times where I've had some really good quality contractors come in and really take some time to explain some things to me and spray and do more bait traps than the others.
I wish that they would be more thorough in their approach, or at least there's some kind of metric or checklist of what they should be doing so I would know if anybody is doing the right or the wrong thing. Because I feel like, as a consumer with no expertise in the field of pest control, I don't really know what I'm looking at. Somebody can come in and they can say whatever they want and do whatever they want, and I don't really have any reference. Terminix is good enough for me. Something that we're using for now. But if I had anybody suggest a company that does a better job, then I would use them.

We needed somebody for our pest issues because the one that we had used for years had passed away. When I went into a restaurant, I saw a Terminix truck. I knocked on the window and told the guy that I needed someone to come out. And so he got in touch with the local representative. The young man who also came to our house was one of my former students. He dug holes and put in those little baits for termites.

We’ve had a very good experience with Terminix. We didn’t wanna have pest issues and living in Florida, something bad will happen sooner or later if we don’t do something. We've been using Terminix as our pest control provider for a little over a year now. Typically, they give me a call and let me know when they’re going to come by, and make sure that the dog isn’t in the yard. Everything is on a tight schedule that happens pretty much automatically. When the technicians have come, I’ve had wonderful interactions with them. They’ve all been wonderful, nice, very professional, and informative. I’m not necessarily home when they come out but whether I’m there or not, they always leave a little thing at the door to let me know that they’ve been by, what they’ve done, and if they noticed anything that needs to be concerned about. Our situation now concerning the pests is far better than we had before.

I’ve been with Terminix for 30 years and they do what I expect them to do. However, I wouldn’t recommend them. They wanna change my system to something different that’s gonna cost me thousands of dollars and that is not fine with me. I think they need to do a little bit more on their research and development on how they can correct some of the problems that exist with termites than to come out after 30 years and tell me that I need to now spend several thousand dollars to do something new. I’m not happy with that. I would think that after this many years, they would treat me more than a customer and somebody that’s gonna be with Terminix many years further. I have other houses and I have not put them with Terminix because of that. They're not requiring it though. And when I do call them and ask for help, they come out. The guy who comes out is nice. He did some work for the termite problem we were having.

My sister set up the service of Terminix for us ‘cause she does it at her house. However, we really had bad mosquitos and it didn’t work as well as we were hoping. So, they came back twice to respray.

Terminix purchased the smaller company that we had been using. They took over the quarterly service from the other company and I have chosen not to make any changes. I would usually get a phone call and I'd be told the day and a time range that the technician will be at my house for the service. Terminix comes out four times a year regularly. When it is time for a service, they said they'll call me and leave a message, but that has not worked out. When they said they'd call, they didn’t call or they'd call too late. They should call me about my appointment and give me a least a week's notice. Half the time, I’ll have to reschedule it and they can usually do it an okay date for me, but that doesn't happen often. Most of the time, I end up changing my schedule for them. Also, they consider their job done if they spray outside the house but I consider it done when they spray outside and inside. So we have a difference of understanding there and when I get home and find out they’ve been here, I have to then call off and schedule an inside job. Other than that, I haven’t had any problem with the technicians. I still get a few little bugs every so often but that is okay. And if somebody really needs a service, Terminix is an okay one to try.

We had roaches so I called the number of Terminix that I saw on TV and the phone calls have been nice. Whenever the technician was here, it was a pleasant interaction. He sprayed around the kitchen the first time. Then, the second time, he came to bomb the kitchen. He came back again to spray but I still got the roaches. He was supposed to call me Friday to see if it is getting any better but if there is a long wait, the roaches will start coming back and that is what they are doing. It is Wednesday now and there is still no phone call. Terminix is all right but right now, I’m aggravated and I am not happy with them.

Terminix comes and performs an annual home inspection for us. Their technicians vary each time, but they know what they are looking for and can answer any questions I have. 10 years ago, we had a termite infestation in a very localized area and they treated at that time. And it has been effective ever since. Their service has always been satisfactory and excellent. However, their annual renewal fee is exceedingly high. Also, over the course of eight years, I have paid for the injection and the initial service. So while they guarantee the “Lifetime Protection,” the annual service fees are set up too high as well. But I’m locked in and if I drop them, I don’t have further protection and if I start all over again with their competitors, they’re going to want to do an injection so that they have a starting point.

They come every three months and scheduling a service through the internet never worked so I just call them. They only do the outside, around the perimeter, unless I tell them when they get here that I notice an issue, and then they will do that. They’ve been very friendly and they get their job done. We are usually not here when they come and they just do their service. And I never knew they were here except when I find a note on the door.
I had a problem that we couldn’t get taken care of about eight months ago. The man who came over did everything but I kept having bugs in the kitchen and no matter what we did, they would keep coming back. I was about to give up on Terminix. I was so frustrated because it was in my kitchen. We found some places that they might be coming in, and we covered those up. The man sprayed everywhere that I wanted him to. We have a screened-in porch and he always sprayed on that area. I don’t have those bugs anymore. So right now, I am very pleased. I've had Terminix for about 10 years and for the past year, I’ve been happy with everything that happened. And so, I would definitely recommend them to another friend.

I have problems mostly with roaches and mice, and Terminix comes out every 3 months to do service. I also call in between as needed and I recently had them come back to do a follow-up. I don’t see as much of the pests but I still see a few here and there. I don't expect everything to be gone right away, but sometimes the pests keep coming back so I ask Terminix if they have something stronger they can use so that I won’t keep on seeing the pests coming back.
The technicians have been different people each time. I wasn’t home for the initial visit and the first tech said that he would bomb the house because he didn’t know if the roach problem was few here and there or how I thought it was. He did that and then he left. The only thing I didn’t like is that they’re supposed to do a barrier treatment around the house but the tech never did that. The last gentleman who came out said he was not supposed to do that and that I was supposed to get that on the first visit. So, he did it instead. Other than that, I like Terminix.

We had a termite protection for my mother's house and facility done through another company and Terminix bought the contract. It was a little difficult with them at first because the two buildings are on the same house lot and they wanted to charge us for two different contracts. We told them that it was all done in one contract and it took a while to get that straightened out. They had a wrong address for the house too and it was just causing confusion.
Additionally, the cost is going up and, yet, Terminix isn’t doing a whole lot. With termite protection, the treatment for foundations would last about 15 years. All the work was done by the other company before Terminix took over, so, now, Terminix is not putting out baits nor traps. But, they come and do the inspections and they are really good about notifying us beforehand.

Our house is right on the edge of a lot of woods so we have carpenter ant problems. The technician is a very nice guy and the people who schedule the service are fine. We get the same guy all the time and he is very pleasant and good at what he does so we have no complaints. However, the monthly cost has doubled at two and a half times since we started with them so, it was easier to go to a quarterly service. It cost more but only four times a year and it has been adequate to control our problem. We've had Terminix for quite a while and I’m reluctant to stop since we don’t have any problems because of their regular service. They'll come back if you have something re-occurring between visits at no charge and we have nothing but a positive experience.

I’ve had Terminix for 10 years and they provide quarterly service for me. I have rescheduled on numerous occasions and it was difficult. They used to send an email a week in advance when they were coming out. Now, it’s like a day before or the morning of, or sometimes they just show up. It has been like that for the last year or so. I’ve complained about it but it hasn’t changed. If I’m home, it’s great. If I’m not, they only do the outside and there have been times that I want the inside done as well. So, I have to ask them to come back out. In effect, they’re making two trips out here when they can do it in one trip if I knew they were coming.
The technicians change every time they come out but I’ve never had a bad experience other than one who obviously was in a hurry. All the other technicians have been very good, very thorough, took all the time they needed and did the whole house inside and outside. They seem very attentive to my request. The one bad technician was the one who said, “You know what? There’s no problem. We’re not gonna treat it.” And he was out here in 10 minutes. Every now and then, we have spiders and some bugs. But overall, our home has been good. One time, I had a problem with ants and I called them back. They came back out the next day, and after that, it was taken care of. The scheduling is not quite what it should be but I'm very happy with their services.

When I started service with Terminix, it took a month for them to come out and treat the termites for my fence. But, so far, they said no. Terminix comes out every couple of months to check for termites. One time when their technician came to check our termite traps, there's a piece of wood that they had thrown out on our lawn, and I ended up running it over with my lawnmower. Nevertheless, their customer service team was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been with Terminix for several years and we have quarterly service with them. They let us know if they're coming two days ahead of time. They usually do our perimeter and if we have problems inside, we let them know then they will come inside. The tech who comes most of the time has been polite and helpful. I have some complaints though. I feel like we still have problems inside the house, even though we had caught the pests in the surface, especially with ants and spiders. I also didn't know in the past that he was spraying things.
So, when I saw him spraying things over our utensil things, I felt like that was not healthy. If there are ants activities on the countertop, the tech should tell us to move stuff from the countertop before he sprays. That is something they can improve on. Also, we have spiders inside and outside the house. There are spiders in the basement, upstairs and even in the driveway or on the porch. And so, I'm not especially satisfied with the outcome of the service.

Terminix comes out every few months and if needed, we call, and they send one of their people to do what is needed. They're very good about scheduling. We get an email, then we get a phone call, and then, when they're at the door, we get another phone call. There was a turnover in personnel that comes to do the pest control. Most of the time, they are competent and willing to come back if needed which is an option that we appreciate. We feed a lot of animals here and sometimes, we have ants so they've had to come for that sometimes.

I called Terminix's number online to schedule service for termite control and we've been using them for 2 months now. They put in the pot for the termites last time. Other than I need to have them come back out to look at the pot, the experience was good and everyone was great.

I have a service from Terminix every last Monday of each month. They come and take care of my shop. They spray and check the outside and set the traps. The technician does his job and it was good. I don’t have any complaints. They’re consistent. I would tell other people to check Terminix out.

I have a quarterly service with Terminix and my experience has been excellent so far. I've been working with them for several years and scheduling a service with them has been excellent. I get an advanced notice when they come and they have been timely and they stick to their schedule. Their reps were very knowledgeable, eager to please and they make suggestions without being pushy. Most recently, a gentleman, Jared, smelled the scent of gas from our gas meter and alerted us to that. We called Utmost Energy, the gas company. They came out, detected a slight leak in the meter and subsequently, detected the need to replace the FLEXCORD to the hot water heater linking the heater to the gas line.
Our technician changes but most recently, Jared has been the go-to guy. We have Terminix mostly as preventative, but occasionally, season-to-season, we have a mosquito issue where we have to have the outside areas sprayed. It happened last summer but that did not happen this summer. So, they had to come back as a follow-up at no cost to homeowner and the mosquito treatment worked excellently.

I have Terminix come monthly to check for bugs and roaches. They do preventive care for me. Their tech came recently and told my employees that he took care of everything, sprayed all over and that he put traps for roaches. Working with Terminix has gone smoothly except for the fact that I do not know whether they are coming again even though they told me that they will come monthly. Nevertheless, they are a good company to take care of your house or business.

We were having an ant issue. I signed up with Terminix and we've been using them for three months now. When scheduling a service, they would call me to set it up, and then the exterminator himself would call me. It's been good. The tech that came walked me through where the problem areas were and he was great. Since the treatments started, the ants have been diminished. The problem now, however, is that when it rains, they come into the house. Also, we're having a wasp issue in our attic right now. So I'm gonna have to call Terminix back.

I was sick and tired of the bugs I have so I called the first pest control company I thought of, which was Terminix. The first service I scheduled with them was good. The only thing I didn't like about it was we completely cleaned up the kitchen for them to spray and after the guy was done, he said, “I didn’t spray. All I did was put traps down.” So that irritated me because we still have our roaches. They came out two weeks later. And then two weeks later from that, I called them again and told them that the roaches were still here. And they are still here today.
The technician, up to the second one, said, “If you still see them, call us, and we’ll come out.” And they did, but we had bed bugs as well, and I wanted to have those sprayed. But they never gave me a list on what we had to do to get rid of bed bugs. So, when they came out to spray for the third time, the guy refused to spray for the bedbugs. He sprayed for the cockroaches, but he did not spray for the bedbugs because we did not have it properly prepped. That was really irritating because nobody ever gave me the list.
So, they sent me the list and said, “Whenever you get that done, then you can call us again.” In my room, we’re not getting a bit but my daughter and my son in-aw said that they still are getting a tad downstairs. The main room was where the sensation was the worst and we haven't done anything with it. It’s just sitting there so I don't know how bad they are in there. Soon, we are gonna have to get in there because we wanna tear up the carpet and paint and get it prepared so that we can move in there.

We had a termite problem and it was in the plumbing. We started off with a different company but because of their service, we ended up switching. We called Terminix and they explained the plan that they had very well about the importance of the yearly check. They came out and they tried to remove them and they were really great. We've been on the yearly plan for them to do the inspection and they follow up. They really do a good job of calling back every year checking and making sure that everything is still fine. We have a draft from one of our credit cards every month, which is pretty seamless.
The technicians that have come out have been really very respectful to our house, making sure they wear the shoe covers and do some of those things that some companies don’t do. We've had a very good experience with all the technicians that have come out. The technician I had in May was very thorough. He was on time and he did an immediate survey after that to see if we were happy. Terminix's service has given more peace of mind. Once you have termites in Texas and if you wanna sell your home, you would have to say that you've had had them. And having Terminix come and check every year just makes it very easy. If we wanna sell, we have all the records to show that we've been having it inspected since we've had it. I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix sends me a reminder every year for termites then they send me a bill. I pay the bill, and then they come out a couple weeks later and do the inspection. Last month, their tech came out and checked for termites. He did his thing and he was professional. I've been using Terminix for several years now and I'm well satisfied with them. However, they're expensive. $95 for five minutes of work is pretty high.

I chose to go with Terminix due to the advertisement on TV, and right now, that advertisement ain't nothing but false. I signed up with Terminix for monthly service. I had a great interaction with the tech who came at that time. He's nice and polite. He did what he was supposed to do when he was here. However, I had nobody else to show up since, him or anybody else. I called Terminix and all they did was to call me and tried to sell me something else. That's the only thing I've got and I'm about to get tired of that. One guy did come out, but the only thing he's gonna do is kill termites. I've told him over the phone time and time again that I don't need the termite service yet.
If I signed up for a monthly service and paid $100 something for it, I expect somebody to be coming by every month to do the service itself. I know we have nothing but just basic insect stuff, but I've been seeing some dead roaches and some live roaches as well. I'm also seeing some ants and spiders out the door, and that was part of the service. There's still a lot of insects around here that Terminix hasn't gotten rid of. The sad part about it is that their guys live about 25 miles from me. Once Terminix would send me another bill, it will not get paid if somebody doesn't start showing up in my house, and I will cancel the service. Terminix has to prove their service to me before I'm gonna buy anything else to go with it. That's just nothing but business sense.

Terminix works on the outside of the house. The technicians usually just call me and tell me they’re coming. We have very decent communication. They do whatever is perfunctory outside. They ask if I need to have them do anything inside but they’ve made it very clear that they don’t usually do the inside. They do a somewhat decent job but it’s not wonderful. As far as I’m concerned, I’m kind of on the fence about whether we are continuing or not, largely because I found mud daubers and its nests, lots of little flying bugs and wasp nests. I’ve got more bugs in my house than I’ve ever had since I went back to Terminix. Today, I have a contractor who uncovered another wasp nest. I feel like they should not be there.
One time I called for an extraneous event. I tried to call the cell phone number I had for the rep and I couldn’t get an answer. So I had to call the office and mention that I was having some problems, and nobody got back to me. They need to improve their communication. Prior to Terminix, we went for a while with TruTech and we found them very good, and then you end up with someone who doesn’t wanna do what everybody else did before them.

It's been 10 years that I've been using Terminix and they are professional, nice and easy to work with. For the service schedule, they normally give me a call and tell me which days are available then give me a rough timeframe, then we just wait in the calls. Terminix sent a technician to our house to look around to see if there was any trace of termites. The technician was very polite the whole time and courteous. He used the booties to cover his shoes and then walked in and he gave me enough time to secure my dog. We guided him towards the places. He looked carefully and then told us there was no problem. Then he went into his car, completed the report and then sent it back to me. It was pretty quick but thorough.

Terminix comes every year to do a termite inspection, and they schedule by letter. The techs were all friendly and they seemed to do their job. Back when I first started doing it, they came out and took care of the termite problems. They did that about twice, and I did not have any since then. Terminix fixes you up.

I used to have Terminix about four years ago, but then I didn’t need the service anymore. A friend of a friend who was an exterminator did a bad job. He sprayed up all the pictures and I just had the house painted. The whole thing bled underneath the pictures and I noticed it. It looked like there was a leak, and it wasn't. I called Terminix and told them that I have a bug problem.
I made the first appointment to initially sign up and somebody was supposed to be here on a Monday. Nobody showed up so I called them and they didn’t have any schedule. They never put me down and I didn’t know the reason. I told the guy that I wasn’t mad. The technician came on a Tuesday and he was a different guy. I asked him about the other guy that I used to have and he didn't know what I was talking about. Then they sent me the other guy that I wanted and he didn’t get the message until the morning, later that night and it wasn’t his fault. It was just bad communication. He was great, professional, a quiet guy, and he went about his business. He took his time and asked me questions.
Any time I call Terminix, they say that they're gonna come out once a quarter. If I call them that I got a problem, they come out within two days so that’s been fine. They corrected the problem and did a good job. This time around, it wasn’t that bad. Since the technician left, I’ve seen one or two bugs, but they were like little ants. They weren’t any roaches or spiders as well. I would recommend them to anybody else.

Terminix is like a national company and they bought the company I’ve been using for pests. I stayed with Terminix and it was a good experience. I get what I normally get when I signed up in the package. I was kept in the same schedule for the service and since having the service, there are fewer pests. I don't like certain places sprayed, and the technician knows that. So he always asked me before he starts. If there's an area where he doesn't spray and I see there might be some stuff there, I have him spray it the next time.
I like the technician a lot and it's the same person that comes all the time. He knows the customers, the area and the community. We are like family so it’s good. And then, if I tell him I have a problem, he works it in. He does the roaches but he’s also knowledgeable about other types of pests. I told them we have these frogs in the atrium and asked them what they would recommend. We could talk about that. He has a very good rapport with me and I know that he probably has a good rapport with a lot of other customers.

Terminix comes out to my house every three months and they give me a heads up a couple of days in advance. They do the treatment outside and the last one we had was last month. The technician walked through and explained a lot of things to me. But they change their technicians every time and sometimes, I happen to find out that they skip the parts. Also, the routine service is not solving the issue of my house. I’ve seen a lot of spiders near the garage, the front door, and in the backyard. I also have a couple of spiders in my son’s bedroom and sometimes, I have insects inside the bathroom. Every time I talk to them, it's still the same and nothing’s getting better. Other than that, I have been with Terminix for five years and their technicians are good. I could also call them whenever I'd need them and I would recommend them.

I bought a new house that has the termite bond through Terminix. About a year after, it was time for renewal. I reached out to them. They were very helpful on the phone. Then the gentleman came out and did the termite inspection and it was adequate. It would've been a little more thorough though. But I do have a brick home and there's not a whole lot of stuff around adjacent to the house that it was not necessary to do a very in-depth inspection. That was good so I renewed the termite bond. And then a little while after that, I decided to let Terminix come out and perform an insect treatment inside the house. It was okay but my expectations were a little bit higher.
Also, some of the scheduling didn't go as smooth as I thought it could have gone. The guy came out the first time and did a cursory spray. I may have gone with the most basic. I didn't wanna do a quarterly thing. I thought the cost was a little high for a quarterly treatment, so I just had them do a one-time thing. The guy also let me know that if I saw insects after 30 days, that I have to call them out and they would do another treatment.
So I kept an eye out. Also, when I walked around and showed him some of the things that I had noticed the first time, there were still some small spider webs or some millipedes. He came back the second time and as I walked through with him and showed him some of the other stuff, I showed him a couple of places under the sink. And in the bathroom was one of the places that he didn't think to spray in the cabinets. I just thought that they would have been a little bit more efficient with the initial treatment. Even so, the guy was good.

I am really pissed at Terminix. They said that I could have a free termite inspection. So I called up, scheduled it and asked if my regular quarterly person could do it. They said no and it had to be an independent termite guy. They also said it would be from 9:00 to 5:00 on a specific date, where I scheduled off to be available during that time. The guy who was supposed to go called up at 10:30 and spent a little bit of time explaining to me why he didn’t come and said that I wouldn’t possibly have termites and if I ever had any questions about bugs, mice, termites or anything, just give him a call and he'd come out.
I was impressed with the previous episodes, almost every time when Terminix would send me an email saying when my quarterly person is gonna come. The reps from have been perfectly pleasant as well. They gave some excuses why the person didn’t come. Fortunately, I'm home most of the time, but if I was a working out of the home person and took off the whole day to be here, the techs would have been gone a long time ago. For a while, we had the same guy who would call the night before saying he was coming. However, when he didn’t call, I got suspicious and called in the morning to find out he wasn’t scheduled for that day. Still, he has been wonderful and he just didn't get the information that he was supposed to come.
The last time, it wasn't the same guy. The one who came was a small girl. She didn't come to the door so I finally went out and stood outside the truck thinking she'd notice but she was obviously talking to a guy. It was just horrible. There were so many four-letter words coming out of that truck window. So I decided not to disturb her for a little while and waited. 20 minutes later, I went and made myself a little more obvious at her and she promptly hung up, came in and attended to the job. Still, I haven't had any pest activities since the last service and my place is in good shape except for clothing moths. Even so, Terminix came once they told me I needed to have all my rugs cleaned. They’ve been good about giving me moth traps, but that's all they can do.

For three years now, I've had annual termite service from Terminix and the technicians they've sent have been well-received. I follow them around during the service. I ask them questions and they are able to answer. However, Terminix's cost is high. Also, in the beginning, I had problems with speaking with them on the phone. The previous owner of our home used their service and we were continuing the contract but then the customer service was unhelpful in trying to coordinate the transition. Nevertheless, I wrote several letters, one of which I sent to the president regarding my concern. Thereafter, they were helpful in that respect.

Terminix lets me know when it is time for my service then we set up an appointment for a certain date. Recently, their tech came out for an inspection which they do once every year. The tech was excellent and especially good when he talked about the Saints. He was also very nice and very thorough. So far, I had one sighting early on of possible termites, but other than that, there has been no pest activity in my home since I got Terminix. I would recommend them.

When we schedule an appointment, it takes so long to get somebody out. But my experience with Terminix overall was excellent. They came out 'cause I called for an extra service for ants inside my home. The contractor is usually the same person and he has been coming to our house for quite a bit. I have two boys, and he's very nice with the boys always. He's very friendly. The service worked and I haven't seen any pest activity. I will highly recommend Terminix.

I've used Terminix for over a number of years. I previously had them at my house in Waretown because I had an ant problem and they solved it right away. So, when we moved to a swampy area where there are mice that wanna come in in winter time and ants that wanna be in the house all the time, I called Terminix and talked to a representative, and they easily added the house to the contract. That went very smoothly.
We have the same person who comes out whenever we need him and does whatever we need him to do. He is very friendly and personable. I'm very satisfied with him and always very happy with his response. One time we had an issue with ground hornets, I called the technician and he was there that day. Ever since we've had Terminix come, we've had no ants. We had a mouse come in last year and Terminix came right out again and put other bait stations out where we thought it might be coming in. Terminix is always very pleasant about doing work in some of the places I don’t wanna go too. When we thought we had something up in our attic, they went up there, looked things over, and put bait stations. I've recommended Terminix to a number of my friends.

The city had chopped down a tree in our neighbor's yard and it created a multitude of ants coming up in our yard. Since Terminix came to our door, we got them for general pest control and we've been using them since July. Scheduling a service with them has been great. I called them for one day and they came the next day. Though there were too many people over the summer and they couldn't have done the service, they still came the next day. They always try to accommodate which was good. I have to come in the morning and they said they couldn't come in the morning, but they tried so it worked out fine.
The first guy who did our yard forgot to do the parameter. He did everywhere around the yard but didn’t do around the property, so when the ants came out, they came out all into the front of our yard. At least two days after we had them do that, a huge unexpected rain came. But when they did the outside, some bugs came inside the house, so they had to do the inside. Most of the bugs are gone but we started seeing them again. Another thing is, the technicians didn't leave behind anything so I had to call and the people at the phone say different stuff than the actual person who came. Also, I would like to know how safe the product is that they use in my house. I really don’t like pesticides in the house and I really don’t like anything that could be harmful to human health but I realize we needed to get right of the bugs. Still, I wish they would leave a drop-off flyer about how to protect our health or what are the things we should do after they sprayed.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix primarily for a rat concern. On one occasion, I got called for the first time when the technician was around the corner, saying, “I’ll be there in 10 minutes.” And I didn’t even know he was coming. More than one occasion, I get called the night before and I didn’t know they were coming, and it was not a good time for me. So, I rescheduled and when you yell at them, they respond quickly. If I have to call, I call in their call center. It was usually easy to speak with someone. They tell me the computer set up the appointments and that they don’t really have control over it. They just see it when the technicians see it.
The technicians that have come out were usually good and informative. Usually, stop, drop and roll. They don’t spend a lot of time but sometimes they give more service than others. Sometimes they do more spraying and other times they just do the bait box and sprinkle around. There were a couple of guys I’ve seen more often because they come to this area. Other times, I’ve seen different people. But I’ve seen the same person the last couple of times. I usually tag along behind them to try to figure out what they are doing and learn from it. We have put a bait box underneath the deck in an enclosed area. However, the last time the technicians came, the bait in the Terminix box was gone and we’ve seen a lot of cobwebs around. Maybe it’s just the time of year or maybe it’s all the rain, but there's a lot of nets in the backyard.

I was having a few spiders here and there and we didn't like having them around so we called Terminix in. We have their service for eight years now, where they come out and do a regular service quarterly. I had an ant problem one time they came out and they took care of the ants before it was time for the next service. They're very efficient as far as taking care of us so we're very happy with them.
Their customer service came out and did a survey of the whole house. They told me how they were gonna service the house inside and out for me, what they were gonna do when the tech was coming out and what to expect. Being able to get some technicians out here made a great difference. Once they come out, the spiders that came out die right away and it's already taken care of. No more ant issues, no more spider issues, no more nothing. It's always clean.
They let me know when there's rotted wood on our porch for us to change that which we did 'cause they said it would cause termites to come. We got rid of all the wood around the patio, which they suggested, and put new wood up there. They notice things and let me know what's going on in the house if I need to do something to the house to prevent any kind of issues with termites here. I tell my friends that if they don't want any bugs and ants in their house, they need to get Terminix. They're very good and they'll spray everywhere for them.

We had termites in our garage, so we completely rebuilt it then we got Terminix and they put all those little things in the ground, all over the place. I wanted to make sure that we won’t have anything return and so we would like for Terminix to come and check on a regular basis, whatever they think is the regular basis to take care of that. When their technician was here, things were straightforward and he went around and checked everything that he was supposed to check. I told them to be careful when they were putting the things in the ground as we have an irrigation system and they pierced one or two. But I had that fixed when it was turned on the next time. Overall, having Terminix has been a good experience.

Whenever I schedule a service from Terminix, I just call up and they come out. Their technicians were professional and they told me what I needed to know. They gave me options and cleaned up their mess when they were done. They also closed the gate when they left to keep the dogs in. I had three visits from them. One was for a regular service and the second one was to get the holes in my attic covered with screens. The third one was at my other house which was a start of regular pest control in there. Since I have had their service I have had minimal pest activity in my house, given that we’re here in Texas.

We were having carpenter ants before so I decided to get the services of Terminix and I've been using them for a year now. Their technician come once a quarter and I get an email or a text a couple of days before they come. The guy has been great. He’s very friendly and very professional. When they came initially for the ants, they did some inside work. But since then, the work has all been outside and I haven't seen any pest activity. Everything’s fine so far and I’m happy with Terminix.

We have a problem with roof rats and we have a contract with Terminix. Earlier this year all the technician did was go into the roof and take out the trap. I put a new trap in but I don’t think he looked around to see if there were any new holes that the rats were coming through because we can hear them in the roof again. This is the third year we’re having them come in for that. They have to find and seal wherever the rats are coming through, just like they did the first time. I have to reschedule an appointment for him to comeback. Pest are hard to get rid of and they’re always coming back. They have to do preventive maintenance. But I recommend Terminix. Overall, the the technicians have been very pleasant. I’m very satisfied with them when they come to spray.

Terminix's techs do all right and they sprayed for bedbugs. The bedbugs had shown up a lot. They were supposed to spray three times, but when they came the latest time, they just looked around to see if there were any more bugs, but they didn’t spray. The tech said he'd wait until the next time. I'm satisfied so far and they have done a good job, but they haven't gotten rid of the bedbugs yet.

I was with Antimite for many years, and Antimite sold the company to Terminix. Terminix comes out every two months. The original guy that was doing the service was with Antimite and I would have him come in and do the inside and outside especially during the summer. Then, we got in a fight. He was inside and outside, but he didn’t take care of the whole area. He was not thorough and was unprofessional. I talked to him and he said, “Don’t you trust me?” I told him I didn’t. I would go outside and watch where he was going. Then two months ago, Terminix sent a good tech. But then the latest time, they sent a young girl who didn't know what she was doing. I'm not happy with Terminix and they've increased their price to $65, so I am going to check other pest companies.

Terminix comes out yearly for termite inspection. Their people normally let us know ahead of time that they would come. The last time they came, the technician told me he did but I never heard about him. I was there the day before too. Still, we are very satisfied with the pest control service from Terminix and we have not had termite issues in the last year.

When scheduling our service with Terminix, I get a call from the service guy saying he was supposed to be here. But they don’t call and tell me, so there was a lack of communication somewhere, and the biggest problem with them is that they schedule things without checking with people. But I’ve told them not to come unless I’m home, and I can get them in and have the outside sprayed. Recently, their service guy came for a routine visit. He is amazing. He’s very professional and has a good sense of humor. He’s also very thorough. He explains things to me and helps with telling things that I might wanna move away from our house for termites. Since having Terminix, the pest activity in our home is better.

We were having a a fruit fly problem from all those heavy rains. So, we signed up with with Terminix and we had nothing but good experiences with them. Scheduling appointments has been very easy and Isaiah is the main technician that has been coming out and treating the facility. He has been pretty helpful and thorough. He also takes me out with him and shows me what he does and explains why he is doing it which is kinda nice. He's been two or three times now and when he initially comes out and treats our place, we experience an improvement. But usually, by the end of the week, the pest activity becomes bad again. The humidity and moisture is kind of causing a bit of a stir. So we are still having a problem and Terminix is supposed to call me either by the end of today or tomorrow to come back out.

Terminix came out and did an annual inspection a few weeks ago. When they set up for their service, they emailed me and left me a phone message with a time and date. I called them to accept that and then got an update. The technicians usually come earlier than I expected. They checked around the outside for any kind of termite activity they may see, and then they did an inside inspection as well. The interaction I had with their technicians have always been professional. They always let me know when they arrive, what they found, and when they’re leaving. Terminix has a superior program and it proves to be more effective than the bait stations most of the other companies use. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything was good when scheduling with Terminix and their reps were friendly over the phone. A gentleman who was showing up at the house called us. He came out and told me what he was going to do, and he did the work. After their techs came, there were fewer ants. However, the ants came back thereafter and I called them. When I did, their techs came back out. Overall, we've had a good experience with Terminix. They are a good company to use.

Terminix comes on an automatic basis but I get a report from them in the email and on an online account that indicates their results. It's a very favorable service. Everybody's been very considerate and very much integrated in knowing what's going on with the particular premises. They also explain what they do. The only problems I've ever had with them have been with billing because it has been confusing at times. They tend to split it up even though it's an annual billing. They tend to split it up about at certain times when they’re actually doing servicing rather than enumerating it over the course of the whole year period but we were able to sort that out.
The technicians have been very considerate. They're very explanatory and everything goes very well. I noticed that there's a lot of insects in the desert where I live and we do a perimeter barrier around all the doors and it's very effective. Anything that manages to crawl into the door doesn’t make it more than a few inches With Terminix, you just have to make sure that you understand the subscription that you're engaging and you understand the payment process.

I have quarterly appointments with Terminix which have been automatically set up and the techs send me a message that they're coming. But there were two times when I had to ask them to come in an extra time. I went online and requested an appointment but I had to wait for somebody to call me back. They made me the appointment but I had to wait for about a week. It felt so long 'cause it was a three-step process. I was also going through too many middle people and I wasn't speaking directly to the people who handle my house. It sounded like a computer customer center and not the actual place in Staten Island.
When the tech comes, he'll spray and then leave. He also asks me if I need anything inside and if I do, I'll let him in. The past two times, I needed them to work on a concentrated area. When the tech came in, he already knew so he went over there and did what he needed to do. The pest activity has been lessened since but they haven't gone away completely. I also had an outbreak again in a certain part of my house. But apart from that, it's been an easy and convenient experience with Terminix and I am satisfied.

I got a pest contract with Terminix and the last time they came out, I had them get rid of yellowjackets. It was $85 a trip and the tech said it wasn’t a one-time thing and that I would have to do a whole year, but I didn’t wanna do that because I’m on a limited income. He had to come back twice to get all of them and I think they are all gone. I don’t see any flying around. However, I found termites inside the house and they had eaten our base floor before I found them, so I’m keeping my termite contract. Terminix got those screen things all the way around my house and I haven’t seen any sign of the termites, although it’s about time for Terminix to come out and check it. Scheduling with Terminix has been fine. All they need to do is call and let me know when they are coming. Also, the technicians have been great.

The schedule for my Terminix services are done online and the website is easy to navigate. The representatives are friendly whenever I interact with them. The technicians did some termite stations that helped. In the most recent experience, they just met with the renters and they couldn’t figure out where the station was so they left. Still, there has been nothing unusual with the pest activity since they've been out. Overall, Terminix is good and professional.

I've been using Terminix for a year now and they provide us with quarterly service. They give us notice that they're coming out several days in advance. Rolan is our guy and we've had no problems with him. He sprays inside and outside the house. Recently I called Terminix because I saw a couple of roaches and scorpions and I wanted that taken care of. Our house isn't as far out in the country but I didn't want any spiders, ants, or any little creatures in it. I want it to be kept clean. Our schedule was the following Thursday, but I called and had it rescheduled for this Thursday.

Terminix has been working with us for about five years now. We’re signed up on a yearly plan and they come out more than once a year and treat for termites. One time, we called them out because we saw a mark on one of our walls but there was no progression after they came out. Other than that, it has been good so far and everybody that we've encountered has been nice. A year ago, our fence was falling down and the tech asked if I wanted him to prop that up. I said sure and when I came out there, he maneuvered something that I couldn’t figure out how to do. Our fence is now more secured because of him doing that.

Terminix came out to do pest control and I had a guy come to explain how he could do some blocking on some openings outside where the mice come in. He came and did it, and everything was fine. The technician was excellent. We got mice coming in through the basement and that was what he was trying to target. He got two of them caught in that sticky thing. The situation seems to be better.

It was a brand new home and at the beginning, we had crickets in the house and also bull spiders because of the construction that it was coming down. After watching TV and having a cricket jumps up on my shoulder, I stepped on it and I said that I needed an exterminator. I've been using Terminix's service for a year now and their techs come every other month. They call me the day before and tell me when they're coming. I have the outside of our house done and had it sprayed also for yellow jackets.
The first guy that came out was lazy and apparently, I was told that he's not with the company anymore. The guy that I have now, Daniel, has been very good and efficient. I like it when he comes up and everything is fine. He puts little bug traps out and he knows which ones are in there and he tells me the names and what he's gonna treat for. The pest activity has gotten a lot better since their service.
The experience with Terminix has been fine, except for the fact that I got a card in the mail saying they were gonna raise the rates. I'm not happy with that since that wasn’t what I was told at the beginning. If they can keep it at what they told me originally, I will stay with them. Although there was a problem with communication in the Terminix office, they said that they were working on it. They had some issues and they were hiring new people. Other than these issues, I am satisfied with Terminix.

I had a rodent problem last year and Terminix got that all resolved. After the rodents, we had ants and now, they’re working on getting rid of the spiders around here. They use their schedule to come out every quarter, but whenever you call them, they’re gonna come out on the job. Usually, I just call and schedule, and then it was done, but I lost the branch contact information, so I had to go back to the corporate office. For a while, I had the same person, but Terminix had problems with losing personnel, and you lose your technician, and then you had to start all over again, get a new one and get them acclimated on the job.
I didn’t get assigned a regular technician, but the last one I had with them was okay. Finally, I got a technician who stayed with them. I had a good experience with Terminix and I enjoyed their services this past year. The pest activity is better after they come out and I don't have to worry about the spiders, the bugs, the ants, and the rodents anymore. I have recommended Terminix to a lot of people.

I paid for Terminix's three-month service and the sales rep that came out to my house didn’t explain it to me correctly. I liked the service when I thought it was gonna be what it was but when I found out nobody actually comes to my house every two weeks to deal with the pests, I had to call and see what was going on and then I got a refund 'cause I cancelled my service. The tech did come out one time and sprayed the outside but didn’t spray the inside so we had to call him back. He sprayed the inside and then slowly, the pests were coming back. But he was very good at explaining how to keep our house buzz-free and how to clean the products once he was done.

We have a termite preventive service with Terminix and they put a preventive aid around the house. They also check to see that and the structure inside and out if there is any wood damage. The techs who come out are good. One time, we had an issue and they came out and checked it. And now we’re having a little difficulty in scheduling this visit today. We are due for inspection and a fellow called to come out but we questioned it because they were out in July. We’re waiting for a callback and it is 2:30 already today.

For a time I had bees and other flying insects at my place. Recently their friendly techs came to spray the exterior of my residence. Things have been working fine since.

The same Terminix guy comes at a certain time of the month to spray here. He’s a cool guy and I’ve had pleasant conversations with him. We have a lot of doors, so bugs get in but he’s doing a great job because I never have any bugs crawling around while I’m at work. I found dead ones, which means that the treatment is working. Terminix keeps the bugs dead.

They’re a little expensive but it was fine working with them. They come out every three months and I'm on an automatic schedule for their service. A couple of weeks before the technician comes out, I'm given an email. The technician I've had for the last year is prompt when he comes out, and he goes whenever I ask him to go. He's very friendly. The quality of his work is fine too. It's a very pleasant experience with him. He tells me what he's doing and if I need anything extra, and takes care of it.

I'm scheduled with Terminix and they show up on a quarterly basis. I get an email from them saying it's time for the quarterly and asking if I have problems with the time, and I go along with it. Their tech is very pleasant and helpful. He came recently and went inside and around the house. He sprayed in the basement, cleaned the front porch area, found wasp nests at the end of the house and took care of those. I always have wasps and spiders and will continue needing service. I have all these people that are offering different services for less money. Although Terminix is one of the more expensive ones, I've stayed with them.

Terminix schedules ahead of time, telling me it is time for my checkup, and they come out, and they did inside and outside. I have an annual schedule with them, and they are very good. I inherited them with the house I bought -- they were servicing the house before me and they’ve been doing it for years. My only issue is the expense. They are high compared to any number of other companies I could use. Nevertheless, I’m fine with them.

Since Terminix came to our home our last year, they have recently come again to inspect for mosquitoes. They email me when it's time for our service. Then the technician comes to do his work and goes. I'm not seeing any mosquitoes. I'm quite satisfied with the service and I'd tell people to give Terminix a try.

I had a 100-plus-year old house that had the old 12-inch floorboards and woodwork. I discovered termites in our garage and we also had carpenter ant problems. I had Orkin come out to give me an estimate and they didn't even check if I had any carpenter ants or termites in the house. They also told me they were gonna drill holes through it and I told them no. I called Terminix and they did a beautiful job and never touched the woodwork, which was worth more than the house.
Then I used them for the first time in Kentucky. I wanted them out whenever they could get here because I had a bad mouse infestation. I've had mice come in the fall and I had killed seven in a month. Also, the neighbors had a problem when they moved out. The techs were supposed to be here on a Wednesday morning but it was 5:36 when I finally got somebody out here. The tech was great and once he got the mouse bait down, the mice infestation cleared right up. And then they came out and had to seal up the house later in the week. All in all, Terminix is a little costly but the service was fine.

When I schedule the service, everyone signs the deal, and they tell me when the guy's coming and he comes. I've had two service calls from them and the two technicians who came were both very professional and nice, and I was impressed with them. The second one who came did the outside. The technician explained everything, knew his business and was pleasant to talk to. Terminix is doing okay and I’d recommend them. Those stink bugs come and go, but I see a lot less ants now.

For 17 years I paid for a termite inspection plan. When it came time for a tenting they refused to do it. The cost to them would have been $1800. I paid in excess of $7000 for the protection plan. Need I say more. Avoid at all costs.

Was told by Terminix several times and it is written in their policy that all plants and rocks (we have lava rocks and coral landscaping around property, as well as plants) have to be removed from against building up to 18 inches. We bought a special rake to remove rocks and pulled up multiple plants. Only to have the tenting crew show up and place tent 4 to 5 feet from building, destroying all landscaping and plants. Trampling over many of the plants beyond the 4 feet of the tent. My 80 year old mother and myself, 57 and disabled spent days, removing rocks and pulling up plants 18 inches from structure. It was back breaking work! We had some assistance from lawn care worker, cutting down and removing larger plants, at a cost to us.
All that work and expense, only to have them cover all plants and landscaping, 4 to 5 feet from building! The Terminix workers even moved some potted plants a few feet, but still less than 4 feet, covering them with the tent! Also they removed a wagon, cart, and bags of mulch, outside the fence, onto the front lawn, where anyone passing by could steal them, instead of placing them inside the fenced in yard, where they were to begin with! Our place was a lush tropical mini paradise, now it looks so sad, with dead landscaping 4 to 5 feet around the property! We have 2 contracts with Terminix, one for termites, the other for insects and rat traps.
A few months ago the rat trap technician accidentally left the rat poison out, on top of one of the rat traps, my little dog found the rat poison! He came running down the sidewalk with the rat poison in his mouth. I rushed him to the vet and contacted Terminix. They were very apologetic and agreed to pay the vet bill, almost $200.00. I still have not received the money!!! I understand it was an accident, and the tech was genuinely upset, and Terminix agreed to pay, but they have not, so far. Now all this damage they caused to the landscaping. Shame on you Terminix, I am a reasonable person and I am waiting for you to take responsibility.

We got a one-year contract with Terminix and they came out twice for termite treatments. They came when they said they would. The only way to get rid of the termites is to take the infested piece of cabinetry and replace it. The technicians were courteous and professional. Everybody called when they were coming. But the termites never went away - just maybe for a period but we never eradicated them. But the service was fine. They did what they could.

I have two accounts with Terminix and they come out to inspect for termites. They come out quarterly for one account and for the other one they come out once a year. Our interactions with their technicians were fine. So far, the ones that I talked to were able to answer all my questions. However, Terminix has a computer system that needs to be brought into the 21st century. I wanted to know when the technician is coming so I can be at my place. They can put me in their computer but they can’t schedule me if I wanted the fourth Tuesday of the month that is coming up. I get notices for when I’m not supposed to have somebody. Still, the individual technician always calls me and he catches what time I want. So, we schedule what it is normally supposed to be.
We also have lots of trees and lots of spiders. I also found roaches outside that have been killed before they could get in a couple of times and their service seems to take care of most of them. I also hired Terminix when we had a rodent problem around here. They came out and did a bunch of stuff but I just wasted my money. The treatment was not very effective. They were supposed to come back and I had to call since they did not come back. Also Terminix cannot do anything about one of my worst problems: chipmunks and moles. Moles have ruined my yard, even when I have tried to re-landscape and dug up, and put in a new one. Despite the issues I'm having, Terminix spraying around the dead doorframes and under the sinks and putting the granules around the base on the outside has worked pretty well.

Terminix calls and tells me when they need to come and I agree on the appointment. Their technician has been good and the pests that I wanted to get rid of are gone. Terminix also keeps coming back to make sure that they are gone.

Terminix comes out to our home every two or three months for rodent and bug inspections. I had to schedule an appointment with them about two times, but for the rest of the time the rep usually calls or texts me that he's coming out and I usually get an email from the company. The technician is really good. We talk about his family, so it is a personal-type touch. However, I still see more bugs than I did before him. The spiders keep coming back. Last night my daughter and I were talking about a huge roach that wanted to invade my cabinet.
I had a concern at one time when I had someone to come out initially. The two young men were doing the encapsulation underneath the house and they forgot to hook up the electrical component, so the device that I keep in my home that regulates temperature was not turned on. They discovered that it was not done on one of their regular visits, so I filed a complaint indicating that there should be a refund or at least a decrease in my monthly fees because that was something I was not aware of until someone else pointed it out to me. I completed a letter and I submitted it. I also mentioned that to my regular technician and he said he would follow up with the corporate office. It has been taking a while and I'm looking forward to a resolution. I also got a little card in the mail that said that my monthly bill will increase by about $4.
We have a networking committee in this town and someone put on there that they thought that the technician from Terminix was not using the right chemicals for their home. They weren't pleased and they weren't recommending Terminix. They put that on a big webpage that we usually use to find people that we want to complete work in our home. I saw that and I told my technician about it.

A neighbor recommended Terminix to us. We normally have an automatic schedule for our service call with them, but we scheduled one recently for a special kind of treatment. We always have the same tech, Charles. He is great and professional. He is also very well experienced and he knows a lot about what he’s doing. I texted him since I know his cell phone number. It was 10:00 PM but he still responded right away and showed up first thing in the morning to take care of the issue. We've had a great experience with Terminix and I would recommend them. Since they've been out here, they got a lot of the pests.

Terminix does inspections for me. Those have always been satisfactory once we establish the time and the date. The techs that they’ve sent have been fine but sometimes, I find what looks like flying ants or termites in my swimming pool. Also recently, I had a bill sent to me which said that it was time to renew my Terminix policy. I called in to find out what they were talking about because I just sent them $270 for dry wood termites.
Another time, I had insulation put in my attic and that was all done and I had sent them a check for $6,360 which they cashed on 9/17. They then told me that I still owe $6 on it. I asked them what that was for but I haven’t heard back. Still, the agent that I talked to, Brandon, assured me that it was gonna be taken care of. I’m surprised that they got this billing thing mixed up. I paid the bill in full so I'm wondering why they would be billing me for an additional $6. Nevertheless, my experience with Terminix has been good in general.

My mother heard scratching in the walls, so we called Terminix for their rodent control service. Then they routed the message to the local people and all of a sudden, I saw that there was an appointment set up. They didn't ask me if it was okay but it turned out that it was okay. The initial service was thorough but it was for $1,200. They're very overpriced. The second follow up was by a different person than the original people and it was very quick but not thorough at all and he didn’t have a flashlight. The latest one last week, the tech had not gone in the attic or the basement, so I called and he came back and did those. If I hadn't called, it would not have been done.

We're getting ready to sell the house and our realtor said that most likely, the buyer will require a termite inspection, treatment, and some kind of a contract. Last Friday, we had the free termite inspection from Terminix. The young man named Matt came out and did it very mannerly. He was very nice, courteous, forthright, and friendly. He looked underneath the house and found some active termite activity or infestation as well as some water damage. But he told me that he couldn’t work all over under the house because of the duct work and the insulation. And he said, to do a further inspection, he would need to get somebody smaller than him to get under there. I talked to my realtor and asked her what she thought we should do about it, and she said we should wait and see.
Other than that, scheduling the service went perfectly. My wife and I have used Terminix for years and we always used them by phone. But for the first time, I went online to do it and it worked out. We have an annual contract with them and we get two inspections per year, then the treatments are done once a quarter. Since we got their service, the pest activity in the house has been practically nonexistent. Occasionally, we have red wasps come back and recently, we had some ants coming in to the house. Also, we had some other minor things like a mouse or two, but it was always been taken care of real quickly.

I got with Terminix through Capelouto, which I happened to really like. I wasn't happy about being taken over by Terminix, but it is what it is. They come out every other month for pest control, and once a year for termites. They're very nice, but they're the same people that worked for Capelouto, so I very much expect them to be just the same as they were before. Anytime we have a problem, they come back. They're very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get things done. The only thing that's different is that Terminix gives a constant hard sell for things that I don't necessarily feel like I want or need, which wasn't the way it was before. It seems like every time they come out to do the termite inspection, they're trying to sell me on something that costs thousands of dollars. But as long as they treat us right and the employees are happy and doing a good job, we'll all stay right where we are.

I always get a call from Terminix beforehand to let me know when the contractors would arrive. When they get here, they go ahead to do their job. They're always very polite and professional. Most recently, the contractors came and got rid of a lot of cobwebs around my house on the outside. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Terminix. I don’t walk into cobwebs anymore and so pest activity here has been better.

The technicians of Terminix visited the house a couple days ago for a routine. Their visits are pre-scheduled and they contact us when they arrive by checking at the door. They’re always efficient and professional. They're also knowledgeable about what they do and polite as well. I never had any problems with them.

It's sometimes difficult to get in touch with Terminix if I want to change service schedules. Also, I wish they would notify me a little sooner when they are going to come out to do service. Nevertheless, their reps and technicians have been very nice. Occasionally, I have bugs and I spot termites. Terminix has always responded and their treatment does well for me.

Terminix comes out and sprays for bugs and cockroaches. They're coming out every 20 days and right now, they're trying to just get them real quick. It seems to be working. The techs they've sent out were friendly and helpful and as for the pest activity, I'm still seeing baby ones. It's just getting down to those.

During the scheduling Terminix asks what time suited us best. The Terminix technician who came recently was extremely professional, very thorough and real nice. However, after the first time he sprayed, we were always seeing one or two cockroaches here and there. We wanted to go ahead and get a jump on it. After two weeks we called them back and he sprayed, and we’re seeing more now than what we have.

I was shocked to see such a high rating for Terminix. They have the most unprofessional scheduling and business practices I have ever seen. My wife and I work, so we can only do weekends or evenings. We have repeatedly told Terminix this, but they keep scheduling us for random times like 8AM-noon Tuesday. Sometimes they tell us when they are scheduled, other times they just show up -- and bill us for a "house call", which means they supposedly sprayed the yard... except that we live in a condo so we know it's not true.
Rescheduling an appointment is very difficult. You have to call the national number, which has to contact your area manager, who has to call you back. Ours NEVER do -- I have had to escalate issues all the way to corporate. When they do call you back, they are completely booked for the next month. One time we had an ant problem, and it took them 9 weeks before they finally came out. The people at the national number who coordinate the scheduling also used to be rude, but this has improved lately. On the positive side, the technicians are very competent and friendly, and they understand and acknowledge that their scheduling is some of the worst in the country.

I just signed up with Terminix, and it’s supposed to be their second application today. The first treatment, the techs came out and did a fine job. They asked me what kind of problem I was having, and I told them. One tech sprayed inside, and one put granules outside, around the foundation of the house. It worked well. Terminix called back to schedule a more thorough inspection of the house but it had bad timing, and I had to cancel. So the guy is scheduled between 3:00 and 5:00 today to be here. I called yesterday and told them they can go ahead and schedule the other inspection if they want to, and they said they might do both at the same time. Still, I haven’t seen any ants since the first service.

We reached out to the corporate office of Terminix about a job where there was some damage to my property. Then they reached out to their local division and sent out a member of their local team. The professionalism of the reps that I talked to over the phone was there and I never felt like there was a time that they didn’t know what they were talking about. But there was a lack of professionalism on the day of the job since no one quite knew exactly when the house would be treated or if the house should be tented because they were confused about what date they scheduled the house to be tented. So, there was a back-and-forth for a couple of hours. Eventually, though, the issue was resolved but that took longer than was needed.
Since the problem was resolved, I would recommend Terminix. In fact, everything was well cared for after. As far as the job that they did and getting rid of the termites, we haven’t had any problems. The termites are not here and that for me would be the main factor in using them. But I would advise people to follow up with the corporate office if they have any issues since the local branch is a bit unorganized. The corporate office is good at following up with the local division to ensure that they get back to you.

We had a routine visit from Terminix and the tech showed up when we weren't expecting him. He was very polite and thorough in what he was doing. But I have an issue in knowing exactly when they’re coming. I know it is difficult to get a hold of somebody here because of the work schedules, but we do have an answering machine and if they could just leave a message, that would help. Other than that, I'd recommend them.

I have started off with Terminix at the beginning of August. The rep I spoke with at Terminix the first time was helpful. She did everything I asked for and answered most of my questions. The first guy who came to our house sprayed around some stuff for spiders and ants. He was helpful and he told me exactly what needs to happen and explained everything to me. He also cleaned up after he sprayed outside the house. Although I am not seeing as many ants as there were before, it's not completely gone yet. In addition to that, I had rodent issues and I decided to call Terminix. But when I scheduled somebody to come down to my place and take a look around for rodents, the person never showed up. They then called back and I rescheduled another inspection appointment, and nobody showed up at that time either. So far, no inspection was done for the rodents.

Terminix comes out quarterly and they recently sprayed for ants and spiders. We were supposed to have a guy come out last Tuesday. The person that lives in our guest house said he had ants and so he called and scheduled an appointment for last Tuesday but the guy never showed up. Other than that, Terminix has been great.

The first time that Terminix came to do an initial treatment, the tech was supposed to come at 3:00 on a Friday. I had to keep calling them and they said he was on his way and that he was half an hour away. The tech showed up at about 7 o’clock and he was here until about 9:00. It was an unusual experience but we got it done. The last two times, they’ve given me a time window of 3:00 to 5:00 or 10:00 until 12:00 and they’ve been within that window.
The cost for this annual treatment which is $240 is very high though and it has gone up every year. They come out, do an inspection and they put about 26 little bait traps all around the house. They just open those up and look at the bait and if it’s in good condition or nothing has been eating at it, they just put it back and don’t have to replace anything. Also, most places give you a cost for yearly inspections and it’s good for a number of years but at Terminix, it goes up. Their service technician was very friendly though and he seemed to know what he was doing and he had the right tools.

We had Terminix in my house which I had in the early 90's and then we moved to our house now which was a rental property from 2011 until 2016. Terminix has been here since 2010. My tech does his services and I have had nothing but great experiences. All of my experiences with Terminix has been positive and I've recommended them many times. But another local company has less than 40% of the price Terminix has quoted so it's hard for most people to do. It's the biggest drawback for them, but not for me.

We have an ant problem and the technician from Terminix came and spread some granules around the house as well as did some spraying. It took care of the problem for a while but we're starting to get the ants back again. We're on a quarterly service but it's been more than 3 months and we haven't seen them in a while. They haven't left any papers behind that would indicate that they were here. Still, the technicians seem to do a good job whenever they come.

Terminix came aboard a couple of months ago. They come out once a month and as needed. If I had a situation, I would call them and they would come out. Recently, they came out, did their thing, and left. The technician was great and seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He went about what he said he was gonna do and he did a thorough job. Since I've been with Terminix, the pest activity flared up a little bit again but that is primarily due to the outside influences. If someone asks about Terminix, I would tell them to give them the opportunity.

Terminix came out to check the termites. They schedule a time to come out and spray for bugs, but there is nothing in between. I never get to talk to anybody between these appointments. Nevertheless, the tech kept me informed of what was going on.

We've been with Terminix for four years now. When their technicians come, they don't usually call. When they have called, sometimes they don't make it on the date that they said. They were here and looked, but they never told us anything. When I see them, they say they checked all deals, and there was no action on them so I assumed everything’s all right. I also haven't noticed any pest activity since the technicians of Terminix have been coming out.

I was using another pest control company and their pricing got out of line. I had two different fellows here, but I wasn’t pleased with the second one.I called Terminix and their price seemed reasonable, so I didn’t look much further. I have a contract with them to periodically do pest control here at our house. Recently the technician arrived and sprayed around the house and checked on the inside to make sure there were no bugs that were appearing in a couple of suspicious spots. It was the second time that he serviced us and everything looked good. I'm set up to do it every three months, so they call me when it gets close and say, "It's about that time again." I really like the fellow who is doing the service here for us. He clearly knows what he is doing and I appreciate having a professional taking care of it.

The techs sent by Terminix have been great. They send me an email and let me know when they're coming. If I need to change the schedule, I just have to call them back. Recently they were out here for mosquito spraying and pest activity has been better since. The spraying helps dramatically and so I've recommended the same service to a friend.

Every three months, I’m supposed to get a pest-control visit from Terminix. They also do some termite inspection. Recently we’ve had a visit and didn’t even know a thing about it. I sent off an email saying we heard nothing from them, except that I saw an email. And because I don’t read emails that often, I didn’t know they were coming. There was a no-reply thing from Terminix, saying what they were supposed to do. I would have appreciated if somebody called to say that their representative was coming out on that certain day to do this or that. Before the technicians would call and say that they needed to set up an appointment on a particular date and time but nothing like that happened this time. This is the second time I’ve had to make a complaint. The first time I made it 10:00 at night, and early in the morning there was a reply. Somebody came out to see us to talk about it.
But the technicians have been very polite and helpful. They do a good job. If I asked them to come inside, they would. I still have a little spider problem, but I don't think it’s their fault. It’s just two of us here, and as soon as the spiders find that you’re not using a room they will come. But then when I tell the attendant about it, they usually come in and try to spray. It doesn’t take away the problem, but it has decreased it. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with Terminix. It’s a good and professional company, and I’ve had no significant problems dealing with them. They're into attendance. They're courteous and very pleasant so altogether I’m satisfied. I know that they will improve and try to do better.

Terminix came out a week ago for a regular monthly service they do on the outside of the house. They took care of the outside. They knocked down the cobwebs from the upper areas. What they did seems to be working. However, I got crows that fly in every night at sunset and they don’t wanna do anything about them.

Terminix comes out here quarterly. They always notify us prior to coming out and our guy that usually comes, he’s been coming for a couple of years now. He calls us first to let us know as well. He’s familiar with our home. We have a pet and we have a locked gate and he knows the routine and to contact us so we can be sure to make sure our dog’s in the house and the gate’s been unlocked. He’s always very considerate and professional when he comes by. We had ants and since we’ve had regular sprayings, we haven't had any.

I've usually scheduled service calls with Terminix over the phone and the reps that I talked to have been good and very professional. The tech that comes out for the bug control is a good old boy. Recently, they came out for bed bugs and did a good job on that. Their coming out has helped, but not at once since the pest treatment usually takes two or three times to do. Terminix provides good service and people should hire them.

Terminix came and did the sales talk. It sounded good to us and we applied for their quarterly service. They made the date for the service when we signed up and they came out recently for extermination. The tech knocked on our door, said he was gonna spray outside, and I told him to go to it. Then he rang our doorbell when he was done and I said thanks. Since the service, we have less crickets.

I'm an HOA president and weeks ago we had a termite inspection with Terminix. We have to schedule it every year and if they keep it, it's amazing because they usually cancel last minute. After the annual inspection, if they do find termites they come back and treat. And since we have 18 units and most people work, we try and organize it on Saturdays. John, a supervisor from Terminix, is very graceful and always schedules it on a Saturday. If I call and leave a message, he gets back to me in a reasonable time.
However, there was a time when one of the people was not around. They were in Italy and they asked a relative to let Terminix in. What happened was the relative lost the key somewhere on the grass. We looked but couldn’t find it. So this gentleman called Terminix to reschedule his appointment and instead of rescheduling it he scheduled for the 10th, and Terminix removed our Saturday appointment. The woman that called me today said, “Well, too bad. We don’t work on Saturdays. We never have.” I said, “Excuse me. Terminix comes to our properties on Saturday.”
The rep told me I was telling her something that wasn't true. It carried on and finally I said, “Could you please call John, the supervisor who scheduled this?” She didn’t schedule it, so I called John. I have his call number. He's been wonderful giving it to me. I left him a message and he called back about 20 minutes later and said that he didn’t know what happened. He was gonna try and check into it. He was gonna get back to me and let me know what he could do but I haven't heard from him. I'm very upset because last year when somebody had termites and they called, they waited around all day Friday and Terminix never showed up. The guy called in sick, and they never told the owner. So the communication really is horrible. I am very disappointed. If we didn’t pay for this coming year, after this incident, I probably would not have renewed it.

Terminix comes here regularly to spray around my house and the person that comes is very good. He's friendly and he got rid of the pests in my backyard and he always sprays to keep the pests at bay. He is also always concerned if there's anything more that I want done and more that he could do.

Terminix took real good care of the roach problem we've had for a number of years. The local gentleman called before coming and was very courteous. I let him in the house, he did his job and he left. For a while, we had quite a bit of a problem getting rid of the roaches and we had to call them back several times. Last year they finally changed whatever they were spraying and it worked wonderfully.

I have a regular service with Terminix on two personal homes and a rental on a farm. I have the same tech come out on two of them and a different one on the other property. The techs have always been good and very polite. The only thing is that I wish they do a little bit better on the scheduling but as long as the local guys do the scheduling, we're good. I just don’t like the automated stuff.

Terminix comes out to my place to do an annual inspection. On occasion, there have been issues where I've had to call them for things between those inspections. They work with me but there are times when they don't show up and they're not the most efficient in terms of committing to their schedule. Also, while their representatives are fine, I never seem to be able to get somebody at the local office that serves my account. Instead, I'm usually dealing with somebody at the national office when I call. Furthermore, the professionalism of their techs varies a lot. There are some who are knowledgeable and there are others whom I wouldn't let in my house anymore now that I know how they work. Since Terminix's service for termite protection, pest activity has been about the same at my place.

We had a problem with carpenter ants and we got Terminix's service for that. The guy came and sprayed outside. He came out a second time to set up some more stuff to get the ants and that seemed to knock them down good. He also did fine in our interactions. We see an occasional ant but issue now seems to be under control.

We've had Terminix for years now. When we needed molds taken care of, we called them. However, I don't know when they come and their service guy only comes inside when I call and tell them that I need them inside. The first time we scheduled service, the person is no longer there and they didn’t do it. So, a fellow came, got a contract, and signed the other day. I adored the service guy we had, but he's gone. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond the call of duty.

I've had Terminix for 20 years plus and recently they came for a routine check-up. Since it’s a vacation home and we’re hardly ever there, all they do is the outside of the house. They go underneath and it’s not an easy home to crawl under. It’s only about a foot-and-a-half to two-foot clearance. It’s not fun. There could a snake underneath there and they always put on their old clothes. They don’t whine and cry about it.
Other companies come back every three years. They tell you they’re changing their process, and it’s gonna cost another $600 or more. That’s pretty irritating. So far Terminix haven’t done it. They do things professionally. They notify you ahead of time and let you know they’re coming. They’re willing to work if you’re not there, so that works well for me. If they have to get in, I keep a lock box and I share the code with them. Everything's fine and I never had a problem.

Called and scheduled appointment for Saturday 9/29. They said that they would be out between 8 am and 12 noon. So I scheduled my 2 dogs to go to the groomer during that time to get a flea bath. 1pm comes around and no one has shown up yet. Call Terminix and they said that someone would be there soon. Wait until 2:30 pm and still no one. Call Terminix again and customer service tries calling the managers, no answer. So we ask that someone calls us back. Monday Terminix calls us and never apologizes for not coming or not contacting us. Not happy!! I will never use Terminix again.

Our problem was poor communication. Our initial conversation was for toxic grub bait to be used in mole tunnels. We specified underground treatment only because we have a small dog. We were billed without knowing if or when area was treated. Had to text technician to place flags on treated areas. Never ever let us know when he was coming. My husband called last week about continued mole problems & asked that he come when my husband was home. Tech stated he had been out previous week & spread something for the moles on top of mulch.
I was upset not knowing what was on top of mulch. Called office in Columbia, SC to speak with a manager. Never called back. Husband called tech (Jeremy) twice & his mailbox was always full. I finally sent a text to him last night & was told he put a castor oil, citronella oil, garlic oil product on the mulch. Why did it take 4 days to find out what was put on our property? Yesterday was the 1st time a Terminix hanger was left on door but it had no date/time or comments. We have 1 month left on contract & that's it for us.

Terminix comes every quarter and we've been with them for at least 10 years. My mom was doing well and living on her own, and she said she noticed a termite problem. She is very frugal, and I'm sure she called around and the reason that we stuck with Terminix is because they treat termites. Also, there's a guarantee that if the termites come back, they will treat it. I never have any problems when I call to pay the bill. Their professionalism is great.

Terminix does a routine inspection for me and they do it quarterly. They usually email me if a service is coming up. They’ve also offered to inform me through text and phone but I told them I don’t need all three. It’s too much after a while. The initial issue that I called them for seems to have been taken care of. However, I have mosquitoes and they don't cover them in my area, which is kind of annoying because I may have to look for someone else. They cover it in some areas, but not in New York. They also recommended some bait traps but I didn’t have any issues and it was expensive, so I didn’t feel like it was really needed. Other than that, their techs are very thorough and they sound polite on the phone. I would recommend Terminix. It’s a good service overall.

We were having termite issues and we paid for a long-term plan with Terminix. We've had them for at least six years and they come out a couple times a year and check the house and traps. They schedule the service with me and they let me know a week or so in advance that they are coming out. The last technician that came out was very polite and very responsive. He was impressed that we took the time to show him where everything was and help him find everything. However, they were supposed to do an outside check and send somebody out to do an inside check, but I've never had them come back and say that they needed to check the inside of the house. Nonetheless, as far as the effectiveness, the service has been very good and there has been zero pert activity since the services. I just wish they would communicate a little better -- go over the plan, tell us how long we've got left, and what to do in the future.

The technician from Terminix was out for my every three months' general service. I usually get an email from them when it's time for the service, and many times, a follow-up call. In terms of the way the technician served, she usually calls when en route and I’m getting a minute-by-minute playoff when she would be here. If there’s a need for coming inside, then they would need access. If there are any problems in between, she has given her cell number, and I can always give her a call. She did a very thorough job and I’ve not experienced any problems. A year ago, there was something that was coming around the area, but she came right out. She came three times back to back, for days. Our concern and problem were eradicated. She’s professional, yet personable. I’ve had great benefits with their ability to get things done and I would definitely recommend Terminix.

We have a yearly thing with Terminix. We got it because the people next door had a huge, huge expense with the replacement of things because of the exterior termites. We have bait stations outside that are checked every three months and they have done a check on the inside all the way through the house. There was nothing, except for the activity that’s in the neighborhood.
We've always had a man named Stan. He calls, schedules his time, and he comes. Normally, he writes on the form that he leaves what he found, if he found anything. The last time he came out, he checked the bait stations. There was supposed to be 12 but he marked in 10. He left a form but we had a confusion on what he wrote. He said, "Continue to monitor for termite activity in 10 stations only." I was wondering about the fact that he couldn’t find the bait stations. In the past, he had always marked 12. I called Terminix and asked for another whole interior inspection.
Also, I called because of the issue on the subtotal. He subtracted it and said we had $448 left in the contract, which was not clear if it was remaining because it said at the bottom that $448 was the previous balance. He supposedly came to a total of 448.20. I was told that that was just an accounting issue, which was not true. We paid 1,800 in 2016 and it's a five-year contract. Each year, they had taken out $224 and they said that after the charge was taken out, there was still money remaining for the other three years, 2019 to 2021. Now, this was the credit for two years, for 446.
They straightened out the billing and answered those questions for me. But they said I need to have somebody come out, inspect the inside, and have the stations put back in. So, they sent it immediately to Pleasanton. This was something that was to be done in the call and it was several days later when national Terminix contacted me. They sent out a very nice guy. He came out, crawled under the house, and did all the inspections. He said he couldn't find the other missing stations so he put in more stations and now we have 13.

Over the last year, we've sold and purchased a house and have had Terminix do various things at both properties. They did rodent shielding and removing at one of the properties and pest control which included an in-ground semi-permanent termite sensors. We've been very pleased with all of their services except for the mosquito control which didn't seem to be effective. I was trying to enjoy my back patio and was still getting chewed up even with the service. I haven't been happy with it but it may be a challenge for any mosquito service. I told them that it wasn't working as advertised and canceled the service about a month ago.
But apart from that, the pest activity has been minimal since. We still see the occasional bug but we live across the street from a pond so I don't expect it to be 100%, but it's pretty close. Scheduling a service has been simple and easy to do and everybody has been easy to work with. Overall, it's been a very positive experience and they've done an excellent job.

We’ve had Terminix for about 12 years now and the techs that they’ve sent were fine. We’ve had a lingering experience with getting some flooring repaired for termite damage that was done in the half bath and it has been adjusted several times. They’ve come out but they’ve never done anything. We have a regular scorpion maintenance service. They would usually give us a call ahead of time to let us know that the service crew was coming. The last time though, we weren’t called so no one was here to let them do the inside. Since the service we’ve had some scorpion activity but the scorpions have been groggy. I could tell really easily. Overall I’m satisfied with Terminix.

I used to pay Terminix for the entire year, but now I’m paying it as a service because I want to know that they are coming quarterly. Sometimes, I don’t get notification. I know that they do come but I want to know if they’re actually doing quarterly and I’d like to know before they come so that I know if I can do interior. The technicians have been pretty good, but I’d like to see a schedule.

We had Terminix in the home that we had in Central California for over quite a long period of time and it was a satisfactory experience. They took care of the service and it was never intrusive. The rates seemed to be fair and we were happy with that. So when we decided that we needed a service in this home, we went back to Terminix. We signed up with them about a month ago and they did the initial service. The scheduling was quite smooth and the tech that they sent was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He explained exactly what he was doing and without interrupting anything here.
There were spiders in the house. The tech sprayed for that and we haven't seen any in the house since. Other things like ants have not occurred as well. There was an issue about the rate though. Their rate was listed as one thing but when I called, they told me that the rate was something different and I told them where I got the figures. They checked it out, went to a supervisor and called back. They then told me that they were going to honor the rate that I had seen because it was, in fact, there. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service so far.

I have ant issues every once in a while and I can call Terminix and they would come to spray extra. They come every three or four months and that seems to care of it. Also, I lived in the neighborhood across the street from the State Fairgrounds, and so when the State Fair rolls in September, field mice come to my neighborhood. The mice had gotten into my house and I was frightened by them. I also had a garter snake in my basement, which was crazy. Their treatments are primarily preventative.
I had Terminix for a couple of years where they just came to do the service and didn’t text me and that didn’t work very well. But now, they’re pretty good about texting. Normally, I get a postcard in the mail and then the service guy will text me and we make a plan that way. Also, we've had different technicians from them. I would have somebody for about three times and then there would be somebody else. We've had this guy for about three times and he was fine and seemed really knowledgeable. I would recommend Terminix.

The same Terminix guy comes out twice a month for the automatically set up service calls. He came out yesterday and did a typical great job. The first thing he does is try and see whether I’m home, so I know that he’s there. He tells me what he’ll be doing and asks if there’s anything else that should be done. Then he goes around the house and checks for ants, mice, and spider webs. He goes all the way around the house, checks it all out, and then leaves me a report. He’s doing a great job and I don’t have any pest problems outside.

Working with Terminix was quick and easy in our most recent claim. The guy showed up on time, went around the house, treated everything that needed to be treated, and looked like he did a thorough job. I'd usually get an email and a text when scheduling for service calls. When I first got into Terminix, the guy and I had a conversation about what pesticides he was using and he hasn’t changed his methodology in treating around the house. We had a little problem with some mice and he explained to me what he was gonna be doing for that treatment. The guy was very professional and hasn’t sold me a bill of goods that I didn’t need. There were also a couple spots that I kept checking routinely, and so far, I haven’t seen any signs of insects in those areas since the treatments. For what I’m getting and for the money, I would recommend them. There might be a couple others around, but I’m not so unsatisfied that I’m ready to change business.

Terminix sprays for roaches. I have been with them for 20 years and I don’t have any problem when I'm scheduling a service appointment with them. They give me a day and they come right on that date. The technician got a good, positive attitude, so I like him. I would recommend Terminix.

I have a lot of spiders and rodents, and Terminix has been able to help out with that. I've been using them for five years now for preventative matters and they come out quarterly. Appointments are scheduled from the time they did the service until the next quarter. I always get a call before the techs come. The techs are very polite. They knock on my door when they arrive and when they leave and they give me a receipt. They are also very open to any ideas or questions that a customer may have. Since having Terminix's services, there has been no more pest activity in our home.

I've been with Terminix since 1984 and one of their technicians come to my house every three months. The last time they were here, something was broken and somebody had to bring them something. They're getting a little pricey but I don't have any pest activity since having their service. Also, they respond right away when I schedule the service.

Calling Terminix to schedule service works well. They were sending me a different technician every visit and I started asking for a particular one and I liked him. However, they can't get rid of my rats. I haven't found any dead ones anywhere. I've been doing business with them for four years and more so I'm disappointed that they can't get rid of these rats for me. Ron recently came out, checked all the bait stations and put bait in them. Then I had a different exterminator and he said it would be better off without any bait and it wouldn't attract rats to my property. I don't need Terminix if I'd only need to bait the rats out.

I have the yearly protection contract with Terminix and they come as needed. They also come to follow up on that. I requested them to come and do the inspection during summer months. Somebody came last month or the month before and checked everything. It was very good.

We have Terminix come out here to our home every three months. Then, I receive an email saying it’s coming up and then, the day before, the person that’s coming out will call me and let me know they’re gonna be here. They even call when they’re on their way sometimes and most of the time they do. We have a good relationship as far as the service, the technicians, and the ones that come. Normally I have the same technician except for the last time. The one that normally comes out broke his ankle and he couldn’t come. So, they sent this older gentleman, but he was fine. He was also professional and courteous. He sprayed the outside and the inside too. He told me he couldn’t do anything about the lizards and he couldn’t bait for the mice anymore. So, I haven't seen any mice in here lately.

My recent experience with Terminix left me unhappy. I’ve seen four huge spiders in two days. I screamed and killed them. I called Terminix last night and told the rep that I’ve seen wolf spiders in my house. I said that the techs were here six weeks ago and that I’d like them to come out and spray so I don’t see the spiders any more. The rep talked quietly. She was trying to assure me that someone would call today.
I talked this morning with a man who was evidently a technician, but he was not the same technician that I always get because his voice was different. He said that he would come here next Wednesday morning. The techs can’t come out now because they're overbooked and they don’t have enough employees. I don’t know why I pay them as it has never been good with them. The tech, though, is nice and polite and I've had great interactions with him. But I wouldn’t suggest Terminix to people.

I didn't like my experience with scheduling the service. I called Terminix three times and I stayed on the line more than 10 minutes and I didn't appreciate that. I was able to get through and they said they were waiting on somebody because all lines were busy. After 15 minutes, I hung up. I called them again, and they put me on the same thing. I then called the 800 number and I stayed on there about 10 minutes before they answered.
So far, the service has been okay. When I see a roach, I would call Terminix and they would come. But I have more problems with the office than I have with the people who come in to do the service. I pay by the year and if the people in the office don't right it down, they will call me two or three times about payment dues. I'd tell them that I already paid but they would say I haven't. So I'm getting fed up with Terminix. I’m trying to look for some other place now because I'm not getting the service I think I should get.

I’ve had two services with Terminix so far. They work around my schedule. When I had to reschedule they just sent me an email. The second time the technician walked around with me, and that was great. Since the service the bees are all gone and the carpenter ants don’t seem to have spread. I’m satisfied with Terminix.

Scheduling a service with Terminix has been fine. The tech who came out was very nice, professional, and very neat looking. He took his time and did a great job. We've been having some issues with spider webs and creepy crawlies getting in the house. He treated for that but I requested for a follow up. He's coming back tomorrow.

About a week ago Terminix came to do external service. I was having issues within my home and they closed up all the outside areas. They sent a personnel to my home about four different times. A couple of times, they didn’t notify me that the person was coming and they sent out people that didn’t know what they were coming out to do. But it all worked out. The tech got the company to schedule me on a Saturday and to get the things done. He was courteous, professional and he walked me through everything he was doing. He made sure I was taken care of. Since the service pest has been nonexistent for the most part. I would recommend them.

Terminix came out and did their service. I had a bug issue and the bugs are gone since they’ve treated. I called them because of the $123 a month that they were charging me. Their service is very expensive and I didn’t realize it was that much.

If they're gonna do the inside part of the service, they notify me to make sure someone is gonna be there. Their technicians have been pleasant and everything has been good so far.

I have a termite and pest protection bundle with Terminix and the techs come quarterly. I just transferred service from an old house to another and the last time they came out was in August. I have been using Terminix for years and all the technicians that came here were respectable, professional and knew what they were doing. Recently, I called up for a preventative roach spray and they came out within a couple of days. They were on time. If they say between 3:00 and 5:00, they're there. One time, when the technician came, he was about a half hour early. He waited out there in his car until 3:00 and that was when he came in. I would recommend Terminix.

I have a termite bond with Terminix and they were out about a month ago. They checked it out and found no problems. I've been with them for about 12 years and scheduling service is no problem. They are on time and they call me. However, they wait for the last minute to call so they could give a little more notice. But the men they send out here are very nice people.
We've been in our house for 25 years and we've had no problem with termites. However, Terminix raises the rates every year. Being retired, on a fixed income, it becomes a problem but in Florida, it's not if you're going to get termites, it's when you're gonna get them so we need their service. I'm satisfied with Terminix, but not overwhelmed.

I signed up with Terminix for pest and mosquito control services and their tech comes once a month for a pre-scheduled treatment. They do a good job of sending an email days before the person is due to come but their service is not that great. We still have the odd cockroach here and there and the mosquito treatment is of questionable effectiveness because we still got mosquitoes and we’re getting bitten all the time still. Also, they put up giant rat traps in the basement which are more of a hazard than a help because we don’t have any rat activity there. In 2015 and about two months ago, we called them out and on both occasions, their inspectors were several hours late in getting to the property and that has been consistent from my experience. Expect Terminix to turn up late and their services are not necessarily gonna eradicate your problems.

Terminix comes out when they are scheduled to and they just came out for a regularly scheduled appointment. It was a preventative treatment and everything seems to be working. The treatment has been here before I moved back in, so everything seems to be fine.

Terminix's technicians come out once every other month. They come in and spray for spiders, ants, and little gnats that fly around the sink. Recently, we’ve had a mouse in the house. They haven’t caught the mouse yet, but everything else has been good. Their technicians are always very nice. We're used to them coming in so they don't explain what they're doing. They just come in and do their own thing.

I have a regular guy from Terminix who comes. I have a continuing infestation of crickets and scorpions and although there's been a great reduction of insects and we're much able to keep it at bay, I'm not getting rid of them. Other than that, the service is very good, the technician who comes is very professional, and the yard is maintained and it's overall very good.

The people at Terminix who answer the phone are helpful. They're kind and professional, too. The techs who came out explained to me what they were gonna do. They let me know in advance that I would have to be out. So, they were thorough in their explanation plus they handled themselves professionally. When they initially sprayed and had to come back, the problem was rectified, but this time, I'm beginning to see the same occurrence. Still, overall, I was satisfied with Terminix.

The control man from Terminix came and sprayed something inside the house and around my yard. Then a few weeks ago, I called back because I got fleas everywhere. He came out again about three days after that and treated my place again. On the fourth week after the service, I still have a lot of fleas in the back of my drawer. So I called them, cancelled everything, and got somebody else. Also, I already paid $50 for the service but I got charged another $50 and I don't know why. Other than that, I would recommend Terminix. The thing for the fleas may just be a little bit light or a little strong.

I’ve used Terminix for years and they have been great. They came out yesterday and a very nice young man did the work outside. He took whatever direction I gave him and he was pleasant. I usually wait for Terminix to call me for my appointments and when the techs come out, they’re very courteous. They tell me what they’re about to do, I get whatever input I have for them, and it is done. I’m very satisfied with Terminix.

My son got a deal with Terminix to take care of all the bugs that we had at home and as soon as he paid for it, the techs came out. They checked the house and found the bugs in my bedroom and in the living room. The techs showed me where the bugs were and what they looked like, and then I had to pack everything out of those two places where they were. The techs warned us ahead of time that we had to stay out of the house for at least four hours and told us what we had to do when we come back in. We had to sweep the bugs off the floors. We also dusted and got them off the furniture.
Getting rid of bugs was a lot of work but Terminix did what they said they would do. Their techs were nice and courteous people, and they did a good job when they were here. It has been around 10 weeks since and the techs have sprayed twice. They came back out and checked it again and couldn’t find any live ones. They waited two weeks to check it again. Terminix called me beforehand to let me know who were on their way and the techs came at the time they said they would. Then, there was a guy who came out almost two weeks ago and checked my house for bugs and he said it was all clear. So, I started putting some of my stuff back and though I haven't found any more live bed bugs, I found a few little roaches, spiders and fleas.
The guy who was here said that they would be back in seven days to recheck it but no one showed up. I was waiting for somebody to get in touch with me but they did not call or tell me anything. They probably got busy, but I wish they could have a checkup a little closer to the last time they were here. Still, I'm satisfied with my experience with them.

I had a great experience with my service with Terminix. The technicians were on time and they let me know they were coming. They also sent me a service order via text or an email when they were done. They were completely thorough and I was satisfied. The pest activity since the service has also been satisfactory. They got done what they were supposed to get done. I would highly recommend them.

Terminix comes every three months for the past six years that I've been using them. I also have termite bond with them so they come by once a year and check my house for termites. When scheduling the service, they used to call me. They send me an email a couple of weeks in advance saying they're going to do service and that if I got any dogs, I have to tie them up. I used to have Fred as the technician then I now have another guy who's not as nice as Fred was. The technicians ask me if I have any problems and they come inside and do anything. If they do that, I have to be here. Otherwise, they just spray outside.
I had sugar ants one time and they took care of that pretty good. The ants were a hard thing to take care of but the technician traced it out to a tree somewhere and he sprayed. I haven't had any sugar ants since. The technician also said that if I ever see anything or need him before the three months, I just give him a call and then he’ll come right out. I’m just disappointed that Terminix has to keep raising the prices about $15 every time each year. I’m retired, and social security doesn’t go up that much. However, I guess everything is going up and Terminix takes care of everything.

I have a roach problem and I got Terminix's service last month. The technician who came out was nice and a real respectful person. However, I paid $240 something for a complete wipeout and instead of the roaches being wiped out, they multiplied. I'm not too happy about that one. The guy that I talked to was supposed to come back in 10 days to set the food down for the roaches but I haven't seen him in almost three weeks. Still, I'd recommend Terminix to my friends.

I have a routine service with Terminix and they come out to my place every three to four months. However, I wish they would let me know earlier than 24 hours ahead of time when they are coming out to do work or to change schedules. I work during the week and I need a little more time. Also, I want my old provider back. Sam had been with me a long time but recently they changed technicians again. Nevertheless, since their service, pests are all gone from my home. I'm scared to death of mice and I'll keep having Terminix as long as they can keep the mice away.

We have ants every now and then in the summer and we also have rodents. Terminix lets me know when they are gonna come out. Their technicians are always good and give me their information so if we have an issue after they’ve been out and I need to contact them, I can call. However, they don't do a good job with rodents as well as Western Exterminator used to do. The pests are not gone but Terminix's service has helped.

Terminix recently came out for our quarterly pest control service. I usually get an automated text from their system saying that the tech’s gonna be on his way and I can click the link to track. I’m also usually also getting either a text or a call from the tech. The techs notify us that they’re here. They ask if we have any problems they need to know about, or anything we observed that they need to be made aware of. Typically they go and do their service on the outside, and we’re done.
However, I'm still having issues with ants, which I even talked to the guy about just this last time as well. We did the termite service so there are kind of obtrusive things all around the property and I’m wondering when the ants will go away. They continue to tell me they're treating it, but I wanna see them gone. But the notifications are great, so I know there’s no surprises. We also haven’t had any other residual problems with the exception of the ants. I would definitely recommend Terminix. They are by large, pretty responsive. They take care of my needs and are proactive in their communication.

Terminix comes out every couple of months and sprays the outside. They ask me if they need to come inside which they did the last time they came. The times I've been here, it has gone very well. It's the same guy who does it when I'm home and he's very cordial and thorough. We still get some bugs in our basement at times but their service tends to alleviate it.

We use Terminix for a number of different things. The last time they came out, they laid the pest control outside and it went fine. It's also easy to schedule their services. They typically give us a notice when they’re coming out and we let them know if there’s an issue. The techs that come out to see us have been coming for quite some time and they've been excellent. They’re experienced, have good relationship skills, and they know what they’re doing. The guy who does our pest control and the guy who does our termite inspections are both very good. The service is too pricey but we have not experienced a pest problem lately, so no news is good news.
