We schedule our service calls to Terminix early on for their team to come over on Thursdays and it has worked well. The technician comes over initially to do a walk around the house and it is when we set up the schedule. I could not believe he came out yesterday because it was in the middle of the rain. So, I had a quick chat with him about delaying the service until next week because I did not want the poison to spread around my house while it was raining. That tech who has been coming here since I started the contract is nice and prompt. He comes in and does a walk around the exterior of the house to make sure that there are no gophers. Since Terminix came, the pest activity has been kept under control unless caused by the rain. So generally, it has been great.

This morning I saw a Terminix technician drive up near my house and walk up my walkway and proceeded to step on my flower beds performing some kind of tests with a long metal rod without my permission. I have video proof of this if needed. I have been a Terminix customer in the past on a different property, but they failed to solve my bug problem. However having someone poking around your lawn/flower beds is kind of suspicious. How do I know they are not planting bugs in my yard?

I get an email every three months from Terminix saying that the service is due and that we've got to set up. With the most recent one, I went through the procedure and told them the day they gave me was not a good day. They adjusted it and I gave them a day. They sent me a note saying they were contacting the agent to find out when it would be convenient to come see me and that was the last I heard of it. Then, the tech showed up on the original appointment day and I told him he couldn't do the bug service that day. I could understand if they hadn't responded to my email to not do that but they did.
I've had a couple of situations where I had to tell them to not do something. One of their techs said they were gonna come whether I was there or not but I like for them to spray in my garage and they can't do that if I'm not here. And they have the tendency to leave the gate open. They went up to a gate, the gate was closed. When they leave, close the gate back. These are all no-brainer things. If I had a Doberman in the yard, and it went out bit somebody, guess who's gonna get blamed. There were techs that were not as exemplary as they could be. Those kinds of things are petty issues.
Also, they raise the bill every year whether I like it or not. That kind of thing is kind of a wondering for me because they have a tendency just to put it in the bill. "We're gonna go up x amount next time," and then, I get the bill and then I read all the garbage that they throw in there. But those are really not too big of a deal. After all, they do pretty well with the bug service. I don't have bugs and it was just a matter of me finding the right guy. The very first guy I had as very good and he quit. Then, I've gone two or three and the guy I have now seems to be fairly reasonable and a little bit more customer-conscious.

We had some termite evidence and when we called Terminix, the tech came out and looked around. He also looked inside and crawled underneath our house. He offered us to have an ongoing service or we could have bait stations placed which we decided on. We haven't seen much evidence of termites after that. The techs come out every year to check the stations and replace any bait stations that need to be replaced. They also see if there is an evidence of termites on the stations. That has been working for us. Sometimes Terminix has to reschedule or send someone out at the wrong time or the techs don’t show up, but it hasn’t been that bad and we like their service.

When Terminix schedules us for service calls, the reps usually send emails and say the tech would come likely on a certain date. We also have the option to reschedule. Recently, we had a call that the tech would come. He texted just before he came. He knocked on the door and identified himself clearly so that we knew he was the one we were expecting. He asked if there were any additional bugs or other problems that we were having, and I said no. He also asked if we're going to be needing the driveway, if we’re gonna go out and I said, “Not for the next hour and a half.” He worked in the yard and around the house without coming inside and then returned to the front door to report that he had finished. Terminix did a good job for us. However, they might be a little more expensive than some others.

Everything has been really, really good with Terminix. I had them start doing the mosquito stuff outside, but it was late in the year. But it seemed like it would work for a couple of weeks, and then I was getting eaten up all over again. Maybe it’s because it was so late in the year, and there was so many mosquitoes at that point. Other than that, Terminix has been really great. The technicians that have come out have been awesome. Every one of my interactions with them have been amazing.

You get nothing for your money. The person who came the first time sweet talked us and lead us to buy a plan for over $2000.00 which was financed by a company they worked with. In addition, I paid about $700.00 on my credit card. I only have mice. They came and do the first treatment and filled the holes, they came back one more time and never come back again. I called them when I noticed mice poops on my counter and they told me they only come quarterly, they send someone to check it out. I continue having the same problem and I requested to terminate the plan. Someone called me and said the service was financed because of that they cannot terminate the plan, she told me that the supervisor will contact me later that day or tomorrow, it's been now almost two weeks no one calls me.
My friend had the same problem and she was very disappointed with them. I only find out after I hired them, if I knew about her experience, I would have never hired them. I could have gone to any pet or hardware store and buy products and do the job myself. They don't deserve any star, it is because I have to pick something I give them one star. Shame on you Terminix. By the way, I asked them for a breakdown of my account to find out how much money I spend so far and they refused.

After having a roach problem, I called Terminix and they made a appointment for me that next week and they had Charles come out and after spraying and laying bait and telling me what to do he helped remove all bugs from my house. I am so happy and I'm not embarrassed to have company over. The Terminix guy comes out and sprays outside my home every 4 months and if I need them I just call and explain my issue and they do their work and so far no more pest. Terminix works! I'm happy with them.

I had ants once and I used Terminix. The man who came that time gave me his telephone number. He told me to call me right away if I see any ants and he would be here to help me. And that was what happened. I saw lots of ants again and he came and sprayed. Then he sprayed again. He was very nice and that was why I decided to use Terminix. This time, I had fleas. The technician sprayed the whole house but when we came back after two days, I saw my gown was full of fleas.
I called Terminix and they said they would come back on Monday. But it was a Tuesday then and I was going away. I told them that was not fair. I had plane tickets and I asked them to please come. But they said they would come back on Monday. I was very frustrated. I had to go away knowing I had fleas in the house. And because I made that appointment, I had to come early but they didn’t even show up. When I called, they said I was not in the computer. So I wanted to talk to the manager but he also said I was not in the computer. I gave him the name of the person I spoke with but he said he didn’t know who that person is and that maybe they were somewhere else. I was very disappointed.
After that, I made an appointment and waited for five days. When the man came, he said that he could have come and helped me but nobody had talked to him. The problem was that he had left his name but he didn’t leave the telephone number. At that time, he was still spraying and we had to leave. Plus I thought in one time, the pest problem will be fine. I didn’t think about getting his number so I couldn’t contact him. I just contacted Terminix and the miscommunication was on their part. Nobody knows what they’re doing. We got rid of the fleas eventually but we spent a lot of money. We bought spray and all kinds of things because Terminix had no time to come. They said that they were all busy. It wasn't a good experience.

Terminix came recently to spray all around the house for ants and critters. They do this regularly and they usually notify us when they get here and leave us a report when they leave. If I need anything extra I would call and they schedule it immediately. Since Terminix has been coming out the pest activity has been minimal. We’ve used them for 20 years and they’re very worthy in evaluating against any other company that you are considering.

I have Terminix for roaches and spiders, but I'm not really sure what they've treated. I see a lot of activity as far as spiders. They have done a lot better with the roaches, but before we had Terminix in here, I did not see ants at all, and now, I have ants on the table, on the bed, and on the bathroom. They're very small ants and you can barely see them. I tried to call Terminix a couple of times, but there was no answer. I left voicemails but never had any calls back. The tech does the job very superficially and walks so fast. The very first time that he came here, it did not even take him five minutes to finish. I wanted to cancel, but they have to go through with it because of the contract. It has been a headache.

We’ve been very pleased so far with Terminix's service in Tennessee. They usually let us know if there is a scheduled service call. The tech called and confirmed that she’d be coming out in a few days but I already knew she was coming. I really like our exterminator, Brenda. She’s very personable and she does a good job. She tells me what we could do to improve or reduce the possibility of recurring insects like cleaning the gutters. I kinda stay out of her way and let her do her work. She asks if there’s anything needs to be done. She sprays and she knocks down outdoor spiderwebs and she puts traps down in the garage.
Since having the service, we see the occasional little earwig, but we haven’t had problems in the house. I will occasionally see something that has died, but very little. Terminix is always efficient, professional, and I'm really satisfied with them. We’ve used them for many years in multiple houses and we move around a lot. No matter where in the country we’ve been, they’ve always been topnotch.

Terminix comes out to our property once a month to provide us service. They put down new traps and spray as they walk around. We've been using them for seven months now and we've seen four different technicians. The last one was good and was friendly. He came in, sprayed, and was out. Terminix, however, could be more informative with regards to what they're spraying for. Nevertheless, Terminix really stood out to me.

We've used their service for years. We called for an inspection after hearing scratching noises in the attic. Day 1 - Wednesday: used their online service to set an inspection appointment. Got an email stating they will be here the same day afternoon. No one showed up. We called and after being hung up on and waiting for a long time we were told they never schedule same day appointments. Why does their system allow that then? She rescheduled to Friday.
Day 2 -Friday: no one came or called. Day 3- Saturday: I was hoping someone would come since they mentioned that was a possible time. No one showed. I called several times. No answers or interest of any kind. I tried to speak with a manager but after waiting on the phone for a very very long time I got an answering machine. We changed holiday plans to wait for them for no reason. We used to trust them because we have been with them for so long but now we are disgusted about the way they do business. Needless to say we will leave their service as soon as possible. I would have understood if they said they were booked for the week, what I cannot understand is why set up appointments they don't intend to keep? The least they could have done was communicate with us.

We have used their service for years. This week we started to hear scratching sounds in the attic so we set up an appointment for an inspection. Here is what happened: Day 1 - Wednesday: We set up inspection for mice online (their website). Got an email confirmation stating they will show up the same day. Person never showed up. Called customer service, got hung up on. Second call the woman on the phone says "we never set up appointments for the same day", then why does their website allow it? She reset the appointment for the following Friday. Day 2 - Friday: No show again. No call, no nothing. Day 3 - Saturday: I had hopes that maybe they would send someone on Saturday since initially they told me that was a possibility but no one showed up.
I have been trying to call them and speak with management but they leave me waiting for long periods of time just to get a voice mail. I would understand if they said, "Sorry we're booked this week," and gave us a different date, but setting up appointments they don't intend to meet is unacceptable. We changed our holiday plans to meet with them. The least they can do is communicate with us. I intend to leave their service as soon as the contract is up. I'm disgusted by their way of doing business.

Terminix did an inspection when they put the baits in to kill the termites if they got within 7 feet of my house. I got them in the ground around my house because I didn’t want them inside, but the techs didn’t know exactly where they put it, so they had to come back and try to identify where they were. Mulch and grass covered them up, and they forgot the tool that would check underground, so new ones were put in. I have peace of mind that if it doesn’t work, Terminix has a policy that says they're responsible because I didn’t have termites and I've got the stuff in to stop them if they came. They come out once a year to check the baits and my experience with scheduling has been good. I'm satisfied.

Terminix comes and sprays around our house. They do the outside, and if we ask, they come in and do something in the house. When scheduling for the service, they just call and let us know when they are coming. Also, their technicians are very professional and nice. They seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. They’re thorough and they get the job done. When we had problems with centipede, we let Terminix know and the techs came out here and then we didn't see the centipedes again. The service has been good and we haven't seen a lot of pests since.

In the beginning, my experience with Terminix was rocky. Before my first appointment, I never got a confirmation and I didn’t know if anyone was coming. I got an email saying that they would call to cancel my appointment but I never heard of them, so I was surprised when someone just showed up at my house. On top of that, he did not communicate at all about what kind of bugs he found and what the treatment plan was gonna be. He just told me he was gonna spray the baseboards in all the rooms, go outside and do a spray, then that would be it. He washed after that so I thought everything was taken care of but it was not.
We have German roaches and now I know that they are a little harder to take care of than normal. I had to keep calling back and eventually, the manager came out. His name was Chris and he was very proactive. He attacked the problem head-on but it was not communicated that the problem would take months to fix. I was under the impression that once the treatment was done, they'd slowly die off and I'd stop seeing them.
So the communication lacked a little bit in the beginning but it's better now and I'm very happy. And while the pests are still there, it's decreasing. Other than that, one guy always came out in the past. His name was Josh and he was very friendly. I always knew when he was on his way and it was cool being able to track where he was. He was very good at communicating with me and he also let me know exactly what he was doing. He let me stand over him and show him where the problem areas were.

I get quarterly visits from Terminix and Ronald, the technician that comes to my home, has been doing it for a few years. He is professional, thoughtful, and gets his work done. So far, the treatment is working but occasionally, I have to call Ronald and have him come spray inside the house. The wife's such a freak when it comes to any kind of bug and when there's lots of rain or it gets really cold, sometimes some get through.

I called Terminix to take care of a small cockroach problem in my home. I was told over the phone that their service was 100% guaranteed. I was also told that the service tech would conduct a 'flush and vacuum' to help exterminate the pests. The technician came to my home and did not complete a flush and vacuum but put bait around the home and sprayed the home. I assumed that the tech knew best about the business of extermination. I was told to wait two weeks to call again if I continued to see the pests. I continued to see pest, called, and the same tech came. Two weeks later, I still saw the occasional cockroach, called again and a different tech came.
At this point, it was discovered that the refrigerator had never been baited. This is, apparently, a favorite place for cockroaches to nest and breed. I felt this was poor service of the first tech. This should have been done from the beginning. Since it was not, the cockroach problem continued, and possibly worsened. I called to request a refund as I was not satisfied at all. Receiving a refund is very difficult however. The central office requires that the local office issue all refunds. The local manager did not return calls.
Finally, he called and agreed to refund my money. It has been more than a month and the refund has not been issued. I called the central office only to be told that I have to try to communicate again with the unreliable and now untrustworthy branch manager. The service is poor and the guarantee is not true. I would choose another company.

I've have been using Terminix for several years now. I’m on a quarterly schedule with them and I don't have any pests anymore since they’ve come to service. However, they’ve sent a different technician this last time so I’m unhappy. I like the guy that I had.

My experience with Terminix has been satisfactory. If I see things in the house that I’d like them to check out like if I see some mouse droppings in the garage, I'd ask them to come out and take a look. But other than that, they generally automatically first call when scheduling our service. They did most of the stuff outside and they looked around and left their people working it. And from what I can tell, everything’s fine. I haven’t seen any pest activity since they’ve been coming out.

We pay Terminix monthly but they don't come out monthly. And they come when we're not home because they just treat the outside. I get a text message before their tech comes out and everybody has been fine on the phone and easy to work with. If there was ever a problem, we'd call them. When we had ants that were coming in, they came out and re-sprayed that side of the house. Before we had Terminix, we were with somebody who was more local but they bought that company and we were kinda disappointed because we like supporting the local businesses while Terminix is a big chain. But they do a good job and it didn't make us go and look for something else.

Terminix came about a week and a half ago, checked outside, and charged me $105. The reason they were doing that in the summer is because of the bees, which I don’t know why they came out to do it now to check when obviously there are no bees. I was a little bit upset because we got $105 taken out of our account without me realizing it.
They come out every three months until I call to cancel it. I'm also on another contract to where I'm paying over $2,100 for two years for them to come and check pest controls because we had squirrels in the attic. When I signed that in February, our understanding was they were gonna come every three months and walk through the house to make sure we had no critters up there again. But they have not done that one time and I'm paying $125 a month for absolutely no reason. I feel like I wasn’t getting the service that I signed up for.
Now, we also had them come out for termites. They laid these little boxes all over the house. They’ve not been out again, and they said they don’t come out again for those. They just did their one-time service and that’s it. But the rep set up an appointment for Terminix to come out next week to replace the box on the ground that the lawnmower ran over. Then she’d have the guy look around. He'll look at these boxes to see if we have termites in the house too.
Terminix got rid of the bees. The wasps were bad and we didn’t see any at the end of the year. They also got rid of the squirrels. They were really good. But where they put the closet, it looked gaudy. Even the neighbors said that they thought a dead animal was hanging out of it because of the way Terminix closed it up. It just looked bad. They could have done a better job at it. But as long as there are no squirrels up there, I really don’t care.

Terminix comes about every few months and as far as I know, I don’t have any bugs. At first, I had carpenter ants and now, they come mainly for spiders and house ants. Their techs are very kind and give me a chance to get my two dogs in so that they can do their work in peace. I appreciate that they always manage to shut the gates when they are finished so that the dogs don’t get out. I've been very satisfied with their service and I would recommend them highly.

I had a very friendly and efficient Terminix tech out here for their quarterly pest control treatment, and as with everything that they do, the experience was fine. They scheduled the service and I had no problem with what they had set. But when I do, I just call the number and reschedule it. Pests have been pretty much nonexistent around our home since we had Terminix. Occasionally, I would see a bug, but it's usually nothing.

We have the quarterly pest service with Terminix, monthly mosquito during the season, and the annual excursion. With the quarterly pest, the activity has been less and the exclusion has worked although the mosquito treatment doesn't make a difference. But it has been good with their reps. Terminix does what I expect them to do and I would recommend them.

The first time I called Terminix was for spiders and their tech sprayed everything for spiders. The second time he came out was in the fall. It was all those stink bugs and he sprayed again. Then, this last time was for mice and he set out traps all over. The tech was a really nice guy. He was very professional and very good. He always asked, "Have you seen any of this or any of this?" and asked what kind of traps I wanted to be used for the mice or if I wanted poison. I was glad he didn't stick all poison because I didn't want them dying all over in the house. We haven't seen any mice that we haven't got any in the traps in a long time so he must have got them all. He even walked around the perimeter of the house outside and sprayed. If you have a problem with something, call Terminix. They did a good job.

When I rented this house in 2014, I called Terminix because they were at our house previously in a different city. I’ve had them for years mostly for maintenance although we did some carpenter ants this year. The technicians that come out have been fine. They spray and do what they do. With their service, I rarely have any pest activity in the house. However, they’re getting really expensive and I wish they quit raising prices. Other than that, Terminix is great.

Terminix usually comes out to spray for fleas and get rid of rats. I normally call or text them to schedule a service and their reps are good. They're courteous, timely, and they try to answer my questions. The techs let me know or ask me what problems I’m having and if they don’t have the product to put out, they say they’ll be back.
But the last time, I got a phone call that said they weren’t gonna come out and they forgot. They said they got stuck in another place and told me that they would be at my house at a certain time. So, I made my appointment later in the afternoon because of how I work. I do not get off until 3 o’clock and sometimes it’s 3:30, so I made it later than that. They said they were gonna come at 3:30 and I left my work just to be at home in time for them to be there. But until 5:30, I sat there and I waited and I never heard from them. So I called the guy and that was when he said that he got caught up somewhere else and it was gonna be another 30 minutes till he could get there. But I had to make another time for that appointment because I really had something to do that day.
So we made it for a different day. It was on a Saturday and it was supposed to be only that morning. But 12:30 came around and I still had not heard from him. He called me about 1 o’clock and he was again caught up in another house and couldn’t make it. This is the person that comes and does all the way around the house. He came that day but it was later than he was supposed to be there.

We got bedbug treatment done from them 6 months back. But they were never able to help us get rid of them. They treated our place 4 times over a period. Every time they had different reasons for failing. Every time they had different requirements (1st without any specific requirements, 2nd - throw away your beds, 3rd - remove carpet, 4th remove carpet, and now they are telling to remove the wooden frame below carpet which no vendor does. Not even the carpet company. And now we have again to pay almost $2000 to other vendor for treatment to get done.
Because these people are not able to do the treatment till now and now they even refuse to do it. And they don't even refund for not being able to solve the problem. Please don't go with them. It is complete waste of money as well as time because every time you spend time preparing for treatment and also following up with them. I wish I could give them negative star rating which would take away their average rating. Even the manager over there is so rude and doesn't have any sense to talk. We spent too much time and energy before we finally give up on them now. I would really suggest you all to find another vendor who at least has sense of talking and understanding problem rather than just avoiding it.

I called Terminix to de-web and for rodent control. When I signed up, their reps came out the same week and did what they had to do. There was one individual who came out and explained everything. He was really good in giving a detailed description of what he was gonna do and what he did. He was very knowledgeable. They were gonna put some chemical down to prevent from ticks, termites, other insects, and parasites, and I was told by the salesperson that when they sprayed whatever foundation they put down, you could see it's gonna be looking like little grains of soap on the floor.
But when I went to look, I didn't see anything. My father that was living with us at the time said that the guy who came out just ran through there really fast and didn't really cover much ground. Then, when I looked at the ceiling from the outside, the de-webbing was not properly done. I had done a better job on my room, so I had to call them to come out again.
Another guy came out and I wasn't satisfied with the service that he provided. He kept on coming over to check the traps that they set and because I wasn't there, he said that he wasn't gonna enter and check. But there were constant people at the house. And when I finally looked to see where he set the traps, he set them in the attic space where it was completely clean. He didn't set them up where there may have been rodents and it kinda looked like he just put the traps down right by the door of the closet and didn't even walk in. And it wasn't even on the side where we heard possibly rodents scratching a little bit. It was on the opposite side. And the thing is, when you go into that crawl space where he didn't put traps, you can literally see the little droppings. So he was lying.
He also put the traps on the garage side where there's absolutely no insulation. He should have put them in the side where we told them that there were rodents and in the area where there's a lot of debris but with the insulation. So, when I told him to come back out again, he did and said that there were no rodents. But when I went to the area where they set up the traps for the rodents, he didn't put anything on the traps. There was no food or anything like that. So, I grabbed dog food and put it on the traps. Seconds later, I caught a rodent. Then I set it up again and I caught five. That was in a matter of days and obviously, the tech didn't do anything to catch anything. I called him again but he told me that he was in another town, so he would come back at a later time. But that later time never came around.
So I was not happy at all and in the end, I cancelled everything and I no longer want the services. My experience with Terminix was insane and I have never gotten some type of service like that where it was ridiculous in nature. Then, when I contacted them again so I could get a 100% refund, I got transferred over to the manager who was in charge of that, then I was sent to voicemail and no one ever returned my calls.

Terminix has good service. They come to our house on schedule every so many months. They were very thoughtful and considerate. When I could not make it at the time that was scheduled, the technician made it at my convenience. He was on time put on his little booties and went to work. He did what he was supposed to do, got it all done and left. However, the cost went up by $6. Being a one owner household, I get in a bind and $6 here and there can mean a lot. Nonetheless, the pest activity around my home seems to be down since I started with them.

I live in the country and I have a lot of spiders which Terminix doesn’t seem to be able to get taken care of too well. But I understand that spiders are a different animal and the techs have to come in contact with them. Meanwhile, the tech who comes out for me, Justin, does a really good job. If I need him in between my quarterly visits, I can call and he lets me know when he's coming. And he usually likes to find out if the date that they've set up is okay with me. He'll also let me know on that day that he'll be here at such time. Overall, Terminix is helping with my pest problem.

The technicians that Terminix sent out the last time I was having a flea treatment in my house were all right. I asked them to spray every room as a precaution, even if they don’t notice anything, because these things hide sometimes and if you spray every room, they have nowhere to hide. They said okay but when I saw the bill, it said no evidence of fleas and that they only sprayed a certain spot.
Also, scheduling for a service with them was always tough. We had an issue and I didn’t want a certain driver to service my apartment but they said they had nobody else. They scheduled him to come and when I got home from work, I waited but nobody came. I called and asked what happened and they said somebody cancelled and he thought it was me so he didn’t show up here. That can’t be an excuse for a business. They should know who the person is. They can't just assume that it was me. If you cancelled somebody, you should have the information where not to go. Furthermore, when I called their customer service to explain why I didn’t want this particular driver at my house, the rep got upset at me. I called the supervisor and her supervisor was supposed to call me but never did. I called back again and another supervisor called. Right now, I probably won’t use their service again.

Since we have had Terminix, I don't know how many times they made appointments and never showed up. Then, many times, when we were out of town and without email, I would get to a place where I can check my email and they would say they were coming that day. One time, without any email or even a call, a Terminix guy showed up at the door. It was a new guy who had no idea that I had a dog in the backyard that would bite him. I wasn’t very happy with those times and that happens a lot. Lately, they seem to wanna just do the outside. We were gone for a month and then when we came back, the tech came and I told him that he could just do the outside that time. Within that month, all of a sudden, we had a whole bunch of roaches in the house. That was the first time that it happened in the 30 years that we've had their service. Nevertheless, when they come, they seem to do a good job.

I purchased a 1 year wildlife package from Terminix. They came out right away when I purchase it, however, I have been calling for almost 5 days now. No one had the decency to return my call. I have a bat in the house and now I have to wait for 1 additional week to get a Terminix guy out. This service sucks.

I've been using Terminix for pest control for 15 years. Aside from their name, Terminix has always stood behind if we have a continuing issue and they come back and do an additional trip for us without any hassle at all. They spray outside and inside twice a year but they don't do both every quarter. I get an email and a text ahead of time before they come out. I also get a text when the gentleman's on his way. They've always been pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We still have pest issues but we knew that when he got here because we also need to trim the trees away from the house. Overall, we've been very happy with them.

I scheduled for Terminix to come out with their office and they scheduled a tech to come out. Everything was fine with the tech and they checked on the level of bait traps that I have around the house. There were one or two of them that needed to be refilled and he described to me the process and showed me what the trap was and what was in it. We've had no issues since starting Terminix.

My experience with Terminix has been good but it has been very frustrating to keep appointments with them with our annual because of our work schedule. The only time I dealt with them was during our annual renewal time and the annual inspection. They have a tendency to schedule a visit without asking, and then change the time of that visit, and call on short notice and tell us when they’re coming. They are not organized, and they do not consider the consumer in the scheduling.
Also, the last time the technician came out, I mentioned about the problems with scheduling because they need to come in the house, and how much the treatment cost. He let me know that someone should have told me that there was a new program that they could put out traps outside and that the technician would only check the traps, and nothing else would be necessary unless there was a problem with the traps, and it would have saved me a considerable amount of money. No one told me that until the technician came out. Despite that, the technicians have been great. Earlier on, we had some issues and Terminix took care of that. They’ve treated and re-treated. They came out and did some repairs. I’ve seen a difference because we’ve had no more issues.

When I started with Terminix, I was okay and happy. I was a satisfied customer. They were very responsive and it was very easy to get through to them. It was easy to talk to them the first time into scheduling appointment and it was very simple. After that, I don’t know what started happening with them and it seemed like every phone call after another, there was one problem after another. It was difficult to get through to someone and then I got tossed around like a basketball trying to figure out who I was speaking to. They wouldn’t return my calls. I had to keep calling back. My calls would get disconnected. I would be told to call someone else. When I did call, it was always like a constant problem. I became a problem to Terminix instead of being happy with my pest control services. And then they kept sending all these different people out to do the house.
There were about two of technicians that really knew their job very well though. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. But then the others that they sent out were very unprofessional. They were in a hurry and wanted to get out of there like they had to get to their next job when I had a question for them or when I showed them what I wanted done. They also destroyed things like they would step on my gutters. One broke my gutter and one broke my flower bed. I would ask them not to do things and they would get upset or they would tell me, “I know my job. I’ve been doing this for a long time, ma’am.”
They started to mouth off with me and there was no room for that. I said I’d just put a stop to it. I got tired of it because I kept requesting after that for them to send out a certain individual who was very good on his job. Then finally when they had a supervisor contact me, at that time, my phone was broken. When I did call him back, I never got a response back from him either. They were getting very unprofessional in their job and I didn’t like it. Terminix is unreliable. They’re not constant and a lot of times inefficient in what they do. I was not a happy camper. This is why I left Terminix and I don’t wanna be with them anymore. However, right now, I’m still with them for the termite services, but I don’t know how long that’s gonna last.

I call Terminix if I got a problem and they take care of it. Their guy was out there about two hours ago for a regular service. He did a super job and I like to have him every time. He was very thorough and professional. He has the initiative that I want an employee to have.

Terminix calls and tells me when they're coming and I can call to cancel. They come every three months and they're efficient. The tech comes, identifies himself, and asks questions and if there's anything, in particular, we're concerned with. We would tell him and he would look at it. He goes around, does his thing, and he's done. He's very thorough. The only thing that's beginning to bother me is the cost of it. It keeps going up. Other than that, it has always been very good with Terminix.

We’ve used Terminix in a variety of areas, but the first time we called them was when we were having spider issues. They come out quarterly. To schedule our service, they send us a notice, then I decide whether I’m gonna keep the appointment or change it to one that works better for my schedule. I do the rescheduling online. For the most part, the scheduling of our service has worked out. Also, the interactions that we’ve had with the technicians sent by Terminix have mostly worked out well. There was only one time that the technician came and did not knock on the door or leave a receipt, then I had to call and complain about it. After I called, they responded to my complaint and sent somebody out. We've had the service of Terminix for five years and since then the state of pest activity in our home has improved.

We bought a house that was infested with rats and it had big spiders too, which I understand the rats eat. Terminix now comes out every other month. They just come in and replace the traps and spray for spiders, then usually leave something on my door that says they’ve been there. We don’t have a pest problem anymore because of their service. A year ago, I had a mouse in the kitchen and Terminix came out and took care of it. Terminix has done a fine job for us and I don’t have any reason to go look for something else.

I had a problem with roaches so I signed up with Terminix and it was a smooth process. Since then, the pest activity on our property has been reduced by 95%. I have one of the greatest technicians that they have. He's been very pleasant, courteous, thoughtful and he wants to make sure that we get the service that we’re paying for, above and beyond. I live in an area where there are a lot of trees and so when it rains, I see a couple of roaches but he comes right out and takes care of it.

Terminix came out to our home recently for a routine spray. Their technician knocked on the door, told me he was there and sprayed. If I had any areas I needed him to look at even further, they sent him. We had to schedule a few extra times for them to come out because of spiders and ants getting into the house, and every time we did that, they came and did a good job.

I needed some bug spray so I picked Terminix. I have their service on my house and my tech, Keaton, is one of the best. I have been with them for about 20 years now but their price keeps going up every year. About every six months, I get a card saying they're gonna raise the price. I'm on a fixed income and that doesn’t sit very well with me. This has been going on for at least three years now and they'd say they'd cut it down but after they'd cut it down a dollar or two, I'd get a postcard that says my bill's gonna be $5 more. I’ve checked prices in Cabot with some of the bug spray and they’re cheaper. But I like Keaton and if he's still my bug-man and he’s doing good, then I’ll stay with him. So, if it wasn’t for the technician I’ve got, I would’ve left Terminix a long time ago.
Keaton is always very friendly and very nice. Terminix is also always good about scheduling the services. They’ll call at once and schedule, and Keaton is always on time. I have no qualms about him at all. In fact, he hurt his hand and when he had his surgery, they took him off this route and put somebody else out here. That guy hardly sprayed and it was like he wasn’t even here. So I told Terminix that if they wanted to keep a customer, they should put Keaton back on this route or I would get somebody else. So, Keaton is still my technician. He told me that if I had any problems, I should call him and he would come back. I’ve had to a couple of times and he came right back with no questions asked. He’d show me the spiders or whatever he got and he’s very knowledgeable.

I had another company that came around and did pest control. They would take care of everything but they were a bit expensive, so a couple of years ago, we stopped them and never got back on it. When Terminix came by, they said that if I do the first time treatment with them, I could get a discount and get the termite and pest control. I thought I was getting a great deal and that it was for the house as well, but it wasn’t. I went for the cheap deal and got confused.
We have termites on the fence so they're not part of the house which is what Terminix guaranteed. We have rats under the pool which are also not related to the house. We also got bugs all over the inside of the house and they were saying they were treating for pest around. But the guy just sprayed outside and we still have bugs, rats and termites. They did a crappy job.
Nevertheless, everybody at Terminix was nice and the techs were great and sweet. I just don’t get what they were saying. And with Terminix, there's always another guy unlike before when I had just one guy who comes out every couple of months. I never had to pay attention to bugs or who was coming then. He just did his thing. I should have just stayed with my previous pest control company. If anyone would ask about Terminix, I would tell them to read the fine print because I didn't so didn’t know exactly what I was getting. I wouldn’t recommend them again.

Terminix did our external pest control and I schedule my service over the phone. They were pleasant to talk with. The tech did his job and he was good. However, I didn’t notice any change with the pest activity so we canceled. We’ve been their customer for a long time and they are really good. It’s just that everything is in a budget and we did not feel like we could control our own outside pests. It’s sort of a luxury and we decided not to go with that anymore. Other than that, I would recommend Terminix.

When I moved into this property, I had lots of bugs everywhere in the house. When Terminix comes in, the bugs are dead a day or two later. I'm pleased with the service I've been getting from them. I have the standard quarterly service and it gets auto scheduled. Recently I had their service and I had Hopeton as my technician. He worked outside my home. He knew that someone had recently come to seal up some places that mice were getting into my attic. He said that although it's warm now, the bait wasn't touched in the traps but when it gets colder, that's when mice tend to come inside. He said he also wanted to check in the attic when he comes for that winter inspection and spraying. He really knows his bugs and it's almost fun for him.

I used to have Terminix for many years in the past. I used to fumigate every month and I've never had any roaches. They used to provide good service but the accounting department misplaced some checks so I stopped using them. And then, all of a sudden, I called them back and I've been with them for the last year. Terminix is very flexible with the schedule. They would give me a call when scheduling for a service and sometimes, if I'm not available for that day, we could schedule it any day or they would tell me what day they'd be in the area. We work really well as a team.
Their technician has great communication, not only with me but with my parents who are Spanish speakers. The tech speaks Spanish well, gets along great with my parents and provides a good service inside the store. He sprays the entrance and the rear door. Since using their service, the pest activity has improved a lot. We have almost gotten zero roaches here. And although there's still a little bit left that we need to work on, he's pretty flexible. We switch around between bait, fumigation, and try different methods that could improve everything here in the store.

It's been a good experience with Terminix. I get an email notification from them two weeks before the day of the service and then, I get an email notification that the tech's en route. He also usually calls a day or two days before to let us know he's coming and to confirm. He shows up, does his service, and then leaves. Most of the time, he just does an exterior service. He also asks if we're having any issues and if we have, he'll walk around the house and identify them or do some treatments. I like Terminix's service. Since we've had them, the pest activity around the house is less.

We had an issue with bed bugs and at first, I was bewildered. I didn’t quite know which way to go. I’m renting the house out to a family member and I was living 350 miles away. But with her being a family member and a tenant, I had to do something right away unfortunately. So I surveyed my options and looked on the internet. I thought Terminix was a familiar name and a big enough company that has a significant footprint. So after getting some estimates from smaller companies that settled off the Philadelphia area, I decided to go ahead and try Terminix. They came on over and gave an estimate, and I was really amazed at how expensive things were. The fact was that with bed bugs, you don’t just go in and spray once. After I was revived from fainting after hearing the price, I went on, bit the bullet and had Terminix do their magic.
I had three days if I wanted to cancel that contract or not and I remembered that in the conversations I had with their office, they offered a 10% discount for senior citizens. So I called back the following day and asked them to rewrite the contract because I wanted the 10% discount because it was significant. It would have been around $200. But the person I talked to was an underling and she didn't appear to listen to me as well as I thought she should have. She couldn't get ahold of or put me in touch with the right person. But I had three days before I was really bound to the contract. So then I called the headquarters. I skipped everybody and went right to the CEO. The CEO put me in contact with this group that represents them and of course, she was the right person to talk to. She so smoothly and immediately got it taken care of.
Everything worked out great. They certainly knew what they were doing. They must have had to come back four different times before they completed the job. I imagined that getting rid of those pests was much more difficult than some others. But they did a wonderful job and they seem to have eradicated the problem. The only drawback with Terminix is once I signed on to them, I've been getting an email from them every day and a half just to let me know that they're still alive and to reel me into something else. Nonetheless, I'm very happy with them and if I were to need them again, I wouldn’t hesitate in calling them. I would tell others to go to Terminix too.

We had ants and mice so we sought for the help of Terminix because I trust them. My parents and sisters have used them. They've come out four times during the year and they’ve always been good to me. They’ve been very polite. The tech had me walk along with him. Since the treatment there had been no ants, no mice and no bugs. It’s been really good. I’m on the road as a truck driver and the tech just did the outside. He said to give him a call if there’s any problems, and next time he’s in, he’ll check the inside.

It has been such a bad experience with this company. My latest complaint is about Paola from the appointment center. She was rude and hung up on me when I was trying to explain why I canceled my contract. I pretty much paid $200 just for 2 regular visits which was supposed to cover 6 visits. What a ripoff. They won’t tell you that the last two weeks of the 3rd month is transferred to the next payment 'cause I was paying every 3 months. Plus, they won’t spray in certain areas where it’s needed. Yes, they did get rid of some pests, but not all, and they promised that they would get rid of all of them. DON’T trust Terminix... they will get you like they got me.

Hi ya'll. I need to let ya'll know how awesome this company and its employees are. Everyone from the scheduling people to the guys who come out to do the work. Eric is our annual guy who checks out our home and also sprays. We had a rat and mice problem in our garage for a while and Eric happily came when we requested to deal with them. We also had carpenter bees. He explained the whole situation regarding them. Very interesting. He is always very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, & professional. He is very hard working and gets the job done.
Ian ** came by a few days ago to do a 7 point inspection and found where those little critters were getting into the garage and attic. He too was very polite and knowledgeable. Then yesterday Josh ** came by to do the actual exclusion work. I was very impressed with him. He definitely knew his work and described many things to me on what he was doing. Terminix does my regular monthly pest control. I get ants around the sidewalk sometimes and I've had wasps. I'm also on contract for termite protection. I've been with them for a long time now and I've been happy and very satisfied with the service. The tech is a nice guy and very friendly. He calls a couple of days in advance when he's gonna come. Then he calls on the day of service to remind me that he's gonna be here. Terminix is a good company. I would recommend my friends and family to use Terminix if they were looking for something.

I used Terminix the first time in August and the techs caught three mice. They're due back in December. I scheduled the followup online and it wasn't hard, but it was confusing. It said I was scheduled for external vermins, but they were here to get mice in my cellar. The problem was in the house, which was why I wanted to schedule when I'm here so I postponed it because they were just gonna come.

We had both pest and exclusion services from Terminix and they supposedly sealed up the house. A week later, we had a dead rat underneath the house. They put down traps. I had put down traps before and been catching rodents under the house. I called and told them about it, and said that I wanted them to come and look at it, and nobody ever showed up. So I got down, cleaned it up, and reset the traps. I called and asked them what was going on and how come I can’t get anybody here. All I got was an answering machine with the four people who worked on the house. Each one had a specialty and one was an area supervisor. The answering machine on one of them said it’s totally full and can’t take any more messages.
Then there was another dead rat. I made another call, and that was around October 1st. I cleaned up the problem, got rid of the rat, and reset the traps again. I called everybody and left messages but nobody returned my call. We had to go away for three weeks on vacation. When we got back, I looked under the house, and sure enough, it caught two more rats. I’m not convinced that they were trapped inside. There has to be an access point so the exclusion isn’t working.
I called Terminix on Thursday and on Friday, but no response from the four people that I called. This morning, I called the office and figured the weekend was gonna be dead. They told me that they can’t get someone out here for a week and a half. It was ridiculous. When their guys came and sold me the program, they said that if I have a problem, they'll be there right away and take care of it. But no one has shown up since before October. I told the rep that I need someone here and that I’m not cleaning it up anymore. They took over $2,000 to do this, and I’m doing all the work. She said that she was sorry but they just don’t have anyone available.
When the original service was done, I was promised a person would be on a certain day, and they didn’t make it. Then they would follow up a couple of days later. I didn’t frankly see how they could seal the whole house in less than four hours. They weren’t good and didn’t do it well enough. They didn’t spend enough time. The old contract I signed said 100% satisfaction, and I have not gotten 10% satisfaction so far. I’m still waiting for someone to do this.

Terminix is certainly good and I've been very pleased with their work. I used to find a couple of scorpions when they come back in the fall, but that's to be expected. The scorpions are dead though, so everything's good. I've also been pleased with Dylan in particular. I've dealt with him a few times now and he has been very pleasant. He seems to be very thorough and he always does a good job. We're away for the summer, and so when we get back, it's always good to have the service done. Also, scheduling has gone very well. Dylan would call and tell us he would be over, and he would come. I would recommend.

We had roaches. They came out of the sewer. I called Terminix and said I needed somebody out here to spray the yard. So they set up an appointment. Then they came out and sprayed. Terminix is okay.

When we bought our house in 2004, there had been evidence of termites in the path, and the people who had the house before us were already using Terminix. We continued with the service, and now, we have a contract where we pay a yearly fee and Terminix comes once a year for the termite and quarterly for all the other insects and bugs. And when they schedule something and we're not gonna be here, they reschedule easily. The techs who come out are very nice and professional. They put the things over their shoes so they wouldn't bring dirt into the house and they seemed to be very thorough when they're inspecting. They explain everything that we got and have a written follow up report via email that I could print if I want to. All in all, we are pleased with the service and I would suggest using Terminix should anyone ask about it.

When we first had Terminix, they had traps that they would pull out of the ground every six months or once a year. They look at the piece of wood that was hanging inside to see if there were termites in there. They said there was a new kind of termite that are moving up from hot places and they wanted to dig a trench all around the house and put poison down there. I went ahead and did that. It's a $200 a year maintenance and they come once a year, look around with their flashlight, say it looks good and away they go. Then they raised the price to $220 and I found it difficult to afford. I have had them for 20 years but I may not have them for much longer. But the techs are very polite, they seem to know what they're doing and they look over what they're supposed to.

Most recently, Terminix inspected for pests and termites in our home. They called me for that appointment. Later they scheduled it, and it was okay if I needed to reschedule. They also sprayed for pest control today. Bill is our tech and he's the best on the team that we have here. He does exactly what we need him to do. He's also very knowledgeable about the industry. He knows exactly what types of bugs come out when and what to do about them. Since getting service from Terminix, the pest situation in our home has been extremely well.

In July of 2017 I contacted Terminix concerning a ant problem I was having at my home. I had advised them that I had an exterminator for 30 years but he was unable to take care of the ant and spider problem. They assured me that they could take care of it and I was in good hands. The technician came out a very pleasant and professional gentleman and worked very hard to try to take care of my problem to no avail. I learned they are called crazy ants and some info about them. As the ant problem got worse and worse instead of any better. I was finally able to get the district manager to come and take a look at the situation. He advised he had never seen an ant problem that severe. I was advised that there was a pesticide that they were waiting on approval for to try to combat the situation.
After calling the 1-800 number religiously asking begging anyone that would listen to me what the name of the chemical was. Who was I waiting on approval from and if we had any timeline when we could get it as the ants were in the bed with me at that point. I never have received that information if that's even a fact that it was ever in the works but I kept waiting and calling. I was finally advised that a supervisor suggested that I cancel my contract as they could not help me. Finally to be advised that they could not take care of my ant problem and that it would be best for me to go ahead and cancel my contract and call the County Extension Office although I received letters and a phone call of my payment being late after them canceling it. (Which was never late).
I requested a full refund of all monies sent to Terminix for this pest control or for them to please take care of the ant situation which I hired them for in the very beginning. The district manager advised that he would not give me a full refund - that he would give me the last quarter refund which I have not received either. I have called Terminix's customer service numerous times and left numerous messages and although they try to be very helpful I still have not received a call, email, text, or letter from Terminix's regional office. Their one hundred percent guarantee is untrue. Their campaign of that they can take care of your pest problems is untrue and I feel like that I continue getting the runaround just so they could extort more money as time went on.

We have issues with roaches and wasps. Terminix is scheduled to come out four times a year and they recently came over Thursday last week. But I was not satisfied because I thought they were gonna come inside, and they didn't. There were little roaches that appeared inside my house so I got concerned. But I already called and asked to have the guy come in again so he can spray inside. They're gonna come back the 30th so it'll be good. I'm very satisfied with them.

The technicians from Terminix have been very professional and very good at what they do. I have a regular schedule with them as well as winter application. They'd call and tell us when they're coming out because I prepaid it off. When the technician came, he said "Hi" and told me that he was gonna be outside the house. After his application, he left a statement of what he did at the door, which is perfect. I work at home and I don't wanna be bothered. Since he left, I haven't seen one stinkbug in the house as well as ants and earwigs which were horrible last year. My experience with Terminix has been very good. I'd recommend them.

Terminix comes out once a quarter to spray the outside. We have had problems in the last two years where we had to call them out for ants and they took care of that. We also have termite protection, so they come out once a year and check that. Scheduling the services with them is fine and they come when they say they're gonna come. When we had the extra problems that we were having with ants, we also called about that in between scheduled visits. Sometimes, we'd let the technician know and he’d come prepared. When we have a problem outside of the normal range, they also come and fix it. Our interactions with their technicians have all been great. Their pest control is working. There's always room for improvement but everything’s good and I’d recommend them.

When you're eradicating one insect, another comes up and it becomes a little bit of a game when you start using the service because you're not balancing nature. So the pest activity in my home hasn't completely shut down since I got Terminix, but I like having the service. One time, I had a problem and I had to escalate it because their tech didn't have ladders. So, it became a little bit of a chore when I had to speak to somebody at the office and I got a problem that was a bit bigger than normal. The escalation was a problem. Timeliness is also a little bit of an issue but with my regular guy, there isn't a problem. He comes once a month or once every three months and he does a really good job. He's got great customer service, knows me by name, and makes me comfortable. That's why I'm still with him. The last time he was here, he came on the scheduled time, performed the service correctly, was courteous, and exited the premises.

Terminix has always been very responsive and easy to work with. I'm usually able to get someone scheduled when we need someone to come out. We're on a routine with them and they usually spray for ants and spiders. Sometimes, we'd have some wasps and they'd knock those nests down. We haven't seen any recurrence in the home. During their recent visit, I wasn’t home, and the tech called to let me know he was coming. Terminix had sent an email and they worked on just the exterior of the home. The tech also called afterwards to let me know that he was finished, what he had done and what he had found. He was very professional, helpful and responsive. I would recommend Terminix.

Paid $1350 for exclusion contract for mice/rats and then annual fees. Despite inspections and my complaints (including a recording I made) that I heard noises from the attic, Terminix said no evidence of rodents. Rats have chewed through new ductwork in several places. Contractor hired to repair damage found no rat traps in attic. Terminix project manager says not their responsibility. Spent $2,000 in fees. Cheaper to lay traps yourself.

Terminix comes out and sprays for bugs when I call. They recently sent me an email and they came out when they said they would. The technician was friendly enough. He sprayed inside and outside of the house, and it looked good to me. I had a little pest activity and since he sprayed, I haven't seen any anymore. I've talked to a few people who had some bad experiences with AHS, but I haven't had any and I'm satisfied with them.

I had a flea problem. I scheduled a service with Terminix and that was super easy. I did it online then they called to confirm. Their reps were nice and fast, and my interactions with them were great. The tech was pretty good as well and I didn't have any issues with fleas after he came out. Terminix has great technicians and customer service. They're also friendly and they know what they're doing. I would recommend them.

Terminix comes every three months to do external treatment, and also internal if I wanted. They schedule it and notify me at the time that they’re going to come when they’re going to come. The last problem that we had was with ants last summer but they took care of that. It works pretty smooth. I’ve got a new technician. The previous technician I had was excellent in doing the treatment. He explained things as to what he was doing, why, and kinda looking out ahead at what I might be facing. But for whatever reason they changed. I hope they could send my old technician back. But the new tech is also fine.

We have a lot of fire ants in the summertime and we try to keep them down. Terminix has taken care of some problems I’ve had with ants. Dale, our tech, had to go around and check all of the hills and he did a good job of coming and taking care of that. He knew what to do about the ants. The first guy that came didn’t know what to do about it, but Dale knew he had to go through the trees to treat it. It was in both of our houses, over there on Walker South, that were affected, and he got them out. They were everywhere. They were causing my renters heartaches and Dale went in and killed them, and took away the source.
Dale has been a good friend. He comes by and calls me and asks me ahead of time if I have any problems inside or outside. And usually, I tell him and it goes from there. One time I had some bugs in my pantry, he came and sprayed the bugs and we got rid of them. He's a good guy and he takes his job seriously and takes care of my houses. He has done a good job of keeping up the whole of it. The only bad experience I had with Terminix was I pay every three months and they kept going up on it. I have three different contracts for three different houses. Dale said he will take care of it and get it down to $30 per house a month again. I told him that if he could do that, I will stay with Terminix. Sure enough, he did.

I would first like to begin saying that our sales rep, was very nice and "accommodating" when we inquired for service (over a year ago). By accommodating, I mean that we were given misinformation. Unfortunately, it was verbal and there was no phone or paper trail to confirm this, so the company has sided with the sales rep, and for doing so is receiving this terrible review that I hope others will read and consider when choosing a pest control company. My husband and I signed up for preventative termite service over a year ago on a home we bought and knew we would only be spending a couple years in. The sales rep "assured" us that we could take the termite service with us to the new home (or transfer it to the new owner of the current home). He also sold us on going ahead and renewing in advance for 5 years in order to save a little bit of money in the long run.
The ONLY reason we agreed to this is because we would be "able to take the service with us to our new home" in the upcoming year or two, which was already planned and discussed with the rep in advance. Let me ask anyone reading this... Why would we agree to paying 5 years in advance for a service we would not be able to bring with us to the new home? Can anyone answer me that? Why would Terminix think that it is OKAY for us to still be paying for a service for the previous address that has a new owner?
So here we stand, after paying over $6,000 to Terminix, unable to (A.) get out of or cancel our service with them, and (B.) unable to have the service transferred to our new home that is less than 15 miles away. Our answer that was just given to me, was to go ahead and cancel the service (pay for the old service in full to wash it clear) and then go ahead and set up a new service for our new address. The manager was also "sorry they would lose our business." People, for anyone looking to set up a pest control service, please do not even consider Terminix. We have since been with a smaller company that is leaps and bounds better, more attentive to detail, and works under a much higher level of customer service. And I would be happy to share that contact with anyone that is interested in a great referral in Tampa Bay.

I had termites and I originally called Orkin and solicited their services online. They were supposed to get in contact with me within 24 hours but three days had passed and they didn't call me back. So I called Terminix and they showed up the very next day. Their guy assessed the situation and made me an offer and I took it. He was thorough, friendly, on time, and competent. Terminix got rid of the problem so far.

There's some competition locally, and we appreciate the consideration that was given to us because we were ready to switch companies. Eric recently came out and showed up on time. It was a new building. There were houses being built all around me and it was being infested with bugs and mostly with spiders. So, I called Terminix for pest control services. The technicians that came out were nice guys. Two different people came out for different things. One guy has been out here twice and he has been doing everything like he was supposed to. He has done the inside and the outside, but this last time he did the outside only. We've been using the service for three months and the state of pest activity in our place is better. Now that it’s winter time, it has gotten even better and that's good.

I looked online at some of the reviews for pest control companies and it looked like Terminix had good reviews, so I chose them. I had some termites in one of my rooms several years ago, and Terminix seemed to take care of those. And then, something chewed away at the tree stump I have outside. I asked their guy to look at it because it might be termites. He did and said that it was carpenter ants that were eating away at that stump. I asked if he could do anything about it, but he said they don't treat trees, that they just treat homes. So, I was disappointed with that. I didn't quite understand what the difference was.

He’s been giving us our treatments for quite a few years and he does a great job. He’s almost like a friend. Terminix keeps the pest activity pretty much under control.

Candy, who’s our Terminix technician, is absolutely wonderful. She's so friendly. I have a daughter and she’s engaging. Terminix calls every so often to check in if I see any kind of bugs or whatnot. Candy services our whole gated community. She’s available around my schedule and it’s very easy. She takes care of what I need and it actually works. If I see this spider she knows what kind of spider it is. She could describe exactly what they were.
She would spray or do whatever she needed to and the problem really gets solved very quickly. She also recommends what trees we need to cut down or trim so they’re not touching the house. She’s just been so helpful with also preventing pests without chemicals. She basically does everything for Terminix. She knows what she’s doing. She’s who I am in contact with pretty much mainly besides the different people calling, like the call center. With that, I don’t feel like it’s a personalized-- like I can just call a company and they know me and I know them. But with Candy it feels like a small company in a local town and they’re just coming to help.

Terminix is easy to schedule and they're pretty flexible with me 'cause I work out of the house. The techs are always nice, polite and professional. They are knowledgeable too and tell me that, "Hey, if you do this, it'll help. If you do that, it will help." Terminix is of better value than what my mother-in-law has and she still has tons of problems. The test spray seemed to have helped although I squished a spider in my kitchen this morning and this time of the year is pretty tough. We're also having fewer problems than before I called them for the pest control and we're no longer having termites problem.

I have been a Terminix customers for over a decade. In the past when someone would bring roaches. Terminix would come up with an Action plan and get rid of them. I live in Riverdale and the manager named Robert ** has done nothing but ignore my complaint. I have left several messages on his cell phone and voice mail as well as with the office. So if you are thinking about choosing a plan for pest control. Don’t choose Terminix!

Terminix sets up our service ahead. As far as time, they’re usually within their window of two hours. Most of the time, they’re not early. They’re usually in-between. And as for professionalism, so-so. I’m not 100% dissatisfied. But sometimes, they seem like they’re in a big hurry, they don’t cover everything like they’re supposed to. Sometimes, I think it’s not worth the money I paid, because every time they come around, it’s almost the same problem. When they come in June, or July, or August, when it’s so hot, I don’t expect them to stay outside very long. It seems like they spray outside pretty well though. But inside, they always ask the question, “Have you seen any bugs?” And my answer is yes, just about every time. So I don’t think they’re spraying in the right area or using strong enough chemical.

I got a contract with Terminix for three years. I have them get the termite issue done and they come every year at the same time. They also call me to ask if I want the traps to be tested. The last guy who came out was really good. He was young and very enthusiastic, and I liked him a lot. The guy who was sent out before him, however, wasn't so good. Also, we got a call from Terminix that said they were gonna give me a free service of some kind of inspection around the house. So far, that hasn't happened. We've called three times and every time, they said they'll set up an appointment. The experience with them has been mediocre.

Terminix is the one I contacted to take care of my problem and I would recommend them. We had really small black ants in the kitchen and they were proliferating. Anything that I did, outside of getting Raid or poison, wasn't working and I didn't wanna use those substances around my kitchen. That was what led me to call and ask Terminix for a quote on the treatment. They sent someone out and he was to take care of my problem in the kitchen. I was looking at two others companies but in the end, I chose Terminix because they had the best rate. They also had a local person that they could send to take care of the problem.
I had reached out through a customer service line and then I told them where I was located. They located a local pest control company that provided the services and that was how they got me in touch with those people. When the technician came out, I showed him what problem I was having and he was able to take care of it. But the ants weren't only in the kitchen. They also appeared in my daughter's bedroom later on so I called Terminix. They sent the technician back out and he treated my daughter's room as well. Since then, we haven't had any more issues with the ants.

We use Terminix for termites only. We got their service for prevention, and we haven’t had any termites that we know of. They come quarterly for service outside on regular rotation. They may call and say they’re gonna be coming then they come, do the service and leave. Since they don’t have to come inside, it’s not necessary for us to be here when they are here.

3 times I called to set up new customer services, 3 times I gave my phone number, 3 times I got disconnected, and 3 times I did not get a callback. I was 3 way calling with my wife on the other line and we didn't get disconnected, so I know that it wasn't my end that dropped the call. 0 star rating. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

The people at Terminix tell me when they're coming for our service. They usually send a text message and tell me they're on their way, and I like that if I’m home. The techs were recently sent out to do pest control around the house. But I don't like that the price has been going up every year, even if it's only a matter of $5. The price has been inconsistent for a couple of years and then all of a sudden it went up. A long time ago, I had Terminix come and work on the inside of the house because of the ants. But since then, I’ve been just having outside service done because I haven't had ants inside the house anymore.

I was dealing with roaches so I called Terminix. The first treatment was like a flushing out treatment. After that, they just did a monthly spray. They scheduled the service for me and it worked out perfectly. I was available at the times that they scheduled. So far, I’ve had the same technician and she’s really good. She’s very thorough and she’s very knowledgeable about her job. The first two or three sprays, I was still seeing roaches. But after the last spray, I haven’t seen one at all. They’re virtually gone now. Terminix works. I had a good experience and I would refer them.

Terminix' reps were very good when I called them and their reps come out every three months. The first set of technicians I had were polite but when I was telling one of them all the issues I was having, he was making it sound like it was my fault. He said it in a nice way but I complained about it and Terminix sent out a different technician. And the two technicians I've had since then have been good.

We started out with Hawk Pest Control and we had them for years. Then Terminix purchased them. When we first got the service, it was a new home and we have it sprayed every two months for years now. The price used to be $40 then it went up to $60. Now, it's $70 and I hope it doesn't go up very much more, because if it does, we'd have to cancel. Every now and then, we'd see a bug then we'd get the tech to come out and spray inside. Then we wouldn't have problems for a while. The treatment works better sometimes when they spray inside and outside. But the techs don't come inside unless you call them and we only get sprayed inside every so often. Other than that, the service tech who comes out is very polite and informs us of things. We've had good service with Terminix and I'd recommend them.

I've made several attempts to get a hold of a manager and hope someone will contact me after seeing my review. There have been issues with my services the entire time I’ve used Terminix. The first technician was to do the initial service in November of 2017. The service was supposed to be a very thorough and extensive treatment estimated to take about 2 hours to complete. On the date of the scheduled service, the owner of the business and I (manager) waited for the technician. Over an hour passes and the technician still hasn't arrived. We call him to ask him where he is, and he says he's on his way. We explain to him that our employees will be arriving in 45 minutes, to which he says he says he can get the job done in half an hour. We tell him "if you're going to charge us more than $400 for a half hour job, we don't want you to come". He says "okay I'll just call you later next week to reschedule".
The technician never calls us back, so I end up having to call customer service many times just to get our service; we don’t get service until January 26, 2018. We get the initial service, and things start to look okay. However, the technician starts to no-show on. There were maybe 4 or 5 times when we would wake up early in the morning, drive 20 minutes to our business, and wait for an hour for the technician to not show up. Now, there may have been SOME miscommunication within their company because they never update their records (which will be a big problem later), but they also seem to have a lot of issues communicating with the people who schedule them.
The location of our business used to be a Quiznos, so when we give them our address, they think we're the Quiznos they used to service. The contact info for the old owner is also on that file, so maybe they called him instead of me. However, up until a few months ago, they still had us as Quiznos, and still had the incorrect phone number in file despite my requests to have the incorrect information removed. Our original technician doesn't do a good job, and even charges us for a month of service that was never completed. On top of that, our pest problem is not resolved like Terminix guarantees. I call customer services and start to push to talk to a manager because of the issues we've been having.
I finally get a hold of a manager, and explain to him everything that's happened so far. He apologizes and explains that the technician was retiring and kind of "checked out" so he wasn't doing a good job. He tells me that they're going to get me a new technician and that there shouldn't be a problem anymore. We get the new technician, and things start to look okay again, but we still have our pest problem. I talk to a customer service rep. again about our persistent problem, and the rep tells me to just call every time we see a pest, and a technician will come and put more traps and treatment. I confirm the info with technician #2, and she tells me to communicate with her directly (via call or text) so that there aren't any scheduling issues like I had with my previous technician.
At first, she does a pretty good job at stopping in every time I mention more pest activity, but eventually, starts to no show as well. The frequency of her no shows increases, and the last time I requested that she stop by was 9/18/18; I didn't get a response from her. At this point, I don’t have patience for Terminix. I get an email from Terminix requesting feedback, and I give them low scores. A branch manager sees my review and gives me a call, but I’m unavailable at the time, so he emails me (9/21/18). I email him back the next day and tell him email is the best way to communicate with me as my schedule is sporadic. I never get a response via email.
I submit feedback in my online Terminix account on 10/3/18 and call the manager again; his mailbox is full. He calls me back twice, but I’m unavailable (hence requesting email) and don’t have time to call until late. He doesn't leave me a voicemail or anything. I email Terminix cares on 10/5/18 about my issue and just get an automated response. I call customer service again on 10/10/18 to see who I can talk to since I’m still not having any luck. I explain that I’m unhappy with my service, still can't get a hold of a manager, still have a pest problem, and want my money back at this point.
I end up getting transferred to someone who can better assist me. I tell the new rep I’m unhappy with my services and that I still have a pest problem, but she doesn't believe me. She says "how come you're unhappy and are only now contacting us?" I explain to her I’ve contacted them several times, and I’ve made several requests to be contacted. She tells me that there is no record on my file regarding requests or complaints, and that they haven't sent me any emails; it would show on my file. I read her the emails I received, provide the dates they were sent, and I give her the name of the manager that contacted me to begin with.
She changes the subject and says "well if you still have a pest problem, how come you're only getting your monthly service? You should have requested additional visits". I tell her "we HAVE been getting additional visits", to which she says "your file only shows that you've been getting the one monthly service" and I say "but the technician has come more than once in a month before, so we ARE getting more than just once a month service". She tells me "well your technician would have put in a work order for additional visits, and you don't have any on your file". I tell her "well I have text messages from the technician herself that prove she agreed to stop by" and the rep says "well text messages aren't really proof"... (luckily for me I have cameras with recorded footage) Turns out that technician #2 hasn't been keeping any records of my service, and no one updates anything on my file.
I'm pretty upset so I tell the rep I don’t want service this month. She tells me I need to give a 30 day notice if I want to cancel service for a month. I tell her that if I can’t cancel, I want a new technician. She tells me she might not be able to get me a new technician until the end of the month. I tell her, “That's fine, I just don’t want my current technician anymore.” We leave things at that, and I decide to just try for a manager again later. I email the branch manager again on 10/11/18, and also get an automatic response saying he'll be out of the office until 10/17/18. Meanwhile, I keep getting texts and calls from my old technician, asking me when she can come in and do the monthly service. That means that they never told her to stop my services, and also likely meant they never put in a request for my new technician. Technician #2 continues to call and text me until 11/1/18 because no one ever told her.
I wait until 10/26/18 before I call customer services again. I briefly explain my situation to the rep, and tell him I want my money back. The rep sends a message to the manager and the manager calls me 15 minutes later. I tell the manager my situation and that on top of all the issues we've had with the technicians, we still don’t even have the promised results from their services. The manager tells me that I should have been getting twice monthly service, to which I ask "how come this is the first time anyone has told me about this then?" He says "I don’t know". He tells me that because this is the "first time" we're talking about this issue, I have to give them a chance to fix the problem. They're going to send a really good technician on Monday 10/29/18 and that my pest problem will be solved after 4 or 5 treatments.
I explain to the Manager that I’m out of patience for their company and that I expect the technician to be there at 9am on the dot on Monday. The manager assures me that the technician will be there. Monday happens to be my day off, but I didn't want to wait any longer for a good technician, so I agreed to service on the 29th. I get up at 8am to be there by 9am, pay for parking (did I mention it was my day off) and wait for 45 minutes before I give up on technician #3. I call customer services again so they can send a message to the manager to let him know that the technician he ASSURED me would be at my business by 9am Monday, did in fact, not show up. The technician finally shows up 20 minutes before we open for business, but my staff turn him away because we no longer want Terminix's services.
Since Monday 10/29/18 I've called three times to try and get a hold of a manager. Every time I call, the rep tries to call the manager, calls the second manager, tells me neither of them are picking up, and leaves them a voice mail and email so that they can contact me. It's 10/7/18 today and I still haven't been contacted by anyone who can refund me my money. Using Terminix for my pest control has been way more of a hassle than it's ever been worth, and an immense waste of my limited time. I've had a horrible experience with them, and have not had the results that I was guaranteed. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We had issues with termites. We used Terminix six months ago in the spring. They put something in the ground to attract the termites and kill them. Then they went around and put some other powder to kill the ants that were attacking the termites so the termites were dead. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and he explained what he was doing. Usually, before their technician comes out, they remind me two weeks in advance. They call up and say that they are coming. Then they also let us know when they’re here.

We had Terminix do the mosquitoes, but the mosquitoes were never gone. Whatever they did, it was only for two days and then the mosquitoes were back. They reduced the mosquitoes though, but we still battle with them. I also had Terminix for roaches before and they did spray, but I was still seeing roaches. I told them about that, yet they never told me until the last time that they were willing to fumigate the whole house and we have to keep all the food. The waterbugs would go, but the problem was the roaches. Also sometimes, their techs were on time, but on other times, they were not. They would give you a gap time, for example 11:00 to 2:00, and we would be waiting then they would show up five minutes before 2:00 or right at 2:00. Other than that, the techs they've sent out have been nice.

We've been with Terminix for a year and a half now, and things are going well. We pay them $150 every quarter and my husband and I think it's a little expensive. They’re only there for 10 to 15 minutes. So we’re not sure how much longer we’ll be continuing with them. But other than that, their people come to service the outside of the house and they do a good job. We also call them out in between sessions. A month ago, we called them out for an ant problem in the kitchen and they fixed that.

We were having a renovation done in the bathroom before when the construction guy noticed that we had termites. So a Terminix tech came out that day, and then the next day, a tech came to install the traps. The techs were quick, nice, courteous and informative of what should be done. So, we went ahead and got a plan with Terminix. Our experience has been fine whenever we schedule our services with them. They came out the first time in September and unless we notice something else, the next time I see them will be after a year.

We had ants and Terminix came out and sprayed. And we haven’t had a problem since. I scheduled the service online so it was super easy. The service tech explained why the ants were coming in, and he told me to let them know if I had any more problems. I’ve already recommended Terminix to a few friends.

I’m a previous Terminix customer and I liked their service before so I went back to them. We had some pests and we set up an appointment with them some months ago. We initially started the process and then we were unable to complete it. Although we weren't quite ready, the tech helped us out. We were trying to contact him, but we were unable to, and so we waited and then nothing really developed. Then, the tech came out this morning. He was very nice and everything would have worked out if we had been willing to go ahead and finish with the process.
What also happened before was that the service seemed to be stronger. I kinda knew the technician and he went over and above to do his job. This time, the guy was good as he could possibly be and I’m still hoping that in time, the service would be as good as the first time. Still, I would recommend Terminix. Even though there are other companies out there, Terminix came right out and was able to help me out.

I've been using the pest control services of Terminix for three years now and whenever I scheduled my service with them, they were prompt and let me know when they were coming. The techs that they've sent out have all been knowledgeable. The last time someone came out here, he checked the things in the ground for the baiting. He also looked at some ants that were building a termite-type thing at the end of the garage and he suggested something for that.

The service was auto scheduled and the technicians that came out did the pest control on the outside. They didn’t come in the last time. They just sent me a message saying they’ve been there. Terminix provides me with quarterly treatment and they automatically schedule my service. They tell me when they're coming out. They're easy to use and reliable, and they've been doing a good job. But my only complaint is the cost. Recently, the tech came and did an outside and inside check. He did routine spraying all along the outside. Since getting my service from Terminix, the outside bugs still come in a bit, but the pest condition in and around the house has improved.

Before, a Terminix tech would come out every second Thursday of the month to spray. Now, by agreement with the technician, we scheduled our service every second Wednesday of each month. The tech who comes out is pleasant and does his job. However, I've had to call him a couple of times because there was some confusion on the time. He had a meeting one time and another time, another manager that he had scheduled was a no go. Other than that, it's been good with him.

When we got our house, we needed an insect plan. We then got Terminix's service as general maintenance. We've been using them for five and a half years now and they come out every quarter. We would also call them if we see issues, and they would come right out. The techs that have come out have been nice. They ask where the issue is, we point it out, and they do it. But, a lot of times they’re just outside and we’re not home when they do treatments. They would then send us an email about it. The house had a lot of roaches, and since we have been getting service from Terminix, the pest activity in our house has been reduced. They caught up some entrances that they thought might be where the roaches were hiding and put traps. We do not have that much issue anymore.

I turned the place that I bought into a mental health agency, and I found a few roaches when I first moved in. So I called Terminix right away and their tech came out. The second time the tech came, I told him that it was wonderful that he came because I saw a few roaches. So, he sprayed again and I haven't seen anything since. Their tech has always been nice and professional. He calls, schedules, and he shows up and sprays. He's taking care of the bugs. While Terminix's service is kind of expensive, it’s okay. I would recommend them.

We have pest control services on a seasonal home because of ants. The technicians are scheduled to come out quarterly and they let me know preemptively when they’re getting ready to come out. On the one time that I was there, the technician did a fine job. The pests have been reduced since we got Terminix.

Terminix was in the neighborhood. They were going through all the neighbors and signing everybody up for a regular maintenance. We were having some issues with elm beetles, so we hired them to keep up with the preventative. But we only had them service us once and then we hired another company who did more work for us than what Terminix did. From the time that they did the service, we had way less issue with the bugs than we did after Terminix did it. Terminix did the very minimum and the company that we ultimately are continuing to use did the entire exterior of the home and got back on the bugs. Whereas, when we have Terminix to do that, they wouldn’t. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend Terminix unless it was for something that somebody else doesn’t do. But the technicians of Terminix had been fine. I didn’t feel uncomfortable with them and I felt like they were nice.

I've had Terminix's services for six years on one house plus a couple of years on another. I have them for termites and they send me a notice once a year when they're planning on coming out for the annual service. If that’s not a good time for me, they have a place to modify the time. Their technicians were fine and since I've used them, I haven't had any termites. In fact, in my daughter’s house, she originally used another service and the termites kept coming back so we switched to Terminix and it's been good so far. They're a little pricey but I'm happy and I would recommend them. If my friends say they got termites, I'd tell them to call Terminix.

Our interaction with the customer service of Terminix had been pretty simple, very polite and business-like when we initially had yellow jackets. It was just the matter of, “I’ve got this issue.” and “Okay. We’ll get you on the schedule.” We were asked questions about how much of a nuisance or a problem was it and "do we need to be there today." I said if their schedule was full, they didn’t need to be there that day, but the following day would great.
I had another house in Garrettsville and I had met the technician, Edwin, out there when I had a yellow jacket problem at that place. And then when he came out here, he was like, “I remember you. I remember your house.” He was a good guy. We talked a lot when I met him the first time and the same thing when he was here again. He was very outgoing and very friendly. He did a nice job and the yellow jackets were gone. I’ve used Terminix several times at my homes and at my son’s home, so it would be who I would recommend if anybody asks me.

Terminix was a good deal. With them, I would get what I ask for. I like how they can come out and do what they need to do and it doesn’t take too much of my day. It works out well. The technicians who have come out have been professional. I always get a message that they’re on their way. We were having fire ants and crickets inside the house and both are gone.

I wasn’t pleased with Terminix at first because they had to come out and do the service five times, and it was the third or fourth time when I finally saw that there was something done. I was kinda disappointed at Terminix because they told me it was only gonna take one visit. But I was satisfied with everybody, and so far, it's been good. I haven't seen any pest activity lately. Terminix cost me but they do a fair job.

The tech from Terminix was here two months ago. I thought we were supposed to get a 24-hour notice when somebody was coming, but he always seemed to call just the day of the service. Nevertheless, he was polite and nice enough. He dived right to his job and did the service. The experience with Terminix was okay. Sometimes, the spraying on the inside wasn’t as complete as it could have been. I also felt that it was a hit and miss on the outside walls. But as far as the termite control, Terminix is doing its job. But still, there are tons of spiders, and most of them didn’t get in since we also had the exclusion part done on our house. For what I was getting, Terminix is awfully expensive, but it is what it is.

We bought a new house and it had ticks and roaches. I found Terminix online and I requested them to contact me with regards to quotes and such. They offered me a special deal and I decided to go with them. Terminix is willing to work with you as far as the deal goes and they would do a free quote. So far my interactions with everyone in their team have been decent. We had three technicians come in and we were still having tick issues up until Max came. He took the time to listen, asked questions to clarify exactly what I wanted and he followed through. He understood what I needed for the house especially in the service and ever since then, I haven't had any issues. He did a great job and I was very happy with him. In fact, I requested to have him again just recently. I would definitely recommend Terminix.

I got in touch with Terminix due to ants and spiders, and since their tech was here, I haven't seen any of the pests. The first guy I had was really nice then I had another guy here the other day and so far, their techs have all been fine. Whenever I had to schedule a service, I would do it over the phone then somebody would come out to talk to me and ask me questions about what was bothering me.

We got Terminix for pest control. They call and ask us for a date that they can come out. They do a thorough inspection and their techs are friendly. The only negative thing is it always seems like they find something else they need to do and try to sell me on it. They were trying to sell me on a crawl space ventilation system last time. It may well be needed, but that was not what I asked them to come out and do.

We agreed (with their salesman at the door) to pay by cash at the end of each service, but unfortunately, what their "salesman" promised at the door wasn't RECORDED onto their system. That's ok but you failed to deliver what you promised: only showed up twice a year (supposed to be 4), the rest 2, you said you sprayed outside and left, didn't knock on the door or anything because you ASSUMED everything is "perfect", so no interior spray required. Well how am I suppose to pay your service when you don't even let us know you're here?
The worse part is that I just spoke on the phone with their "customer service", long story short, she wants her technician to get paid first then do the job that you promised to make up for us, but we want to see them do the job first then happy to pay them at the end with full amount. I requested to speak to their supervisor/manager, she said "sorry we don't have any manager, I AM the manager," then 20m later finally told me "my manager isn't around at this time" and hang up on me at the end of the call. Good job Terminix. You have totally disappointed me and my family. Hope you take some time. Reflect and train your staff with proper "system" and attitude towards your customers.

Terminix comes every three months and I've been using them as my pest control for 20 years. The guy calls and tells me he's coming the next day, I thank him, he calls me as he's getting to my house, I tell him, "No problem" and he lets me know when he's leaving my house. They've all been polite, respectful, kind and professional.

We started using Terminix a couple of years ago and our experience wasn't very good. It was a long, distant perk up from anything and we did better when we were doing our own treatments. The tech would come and spray outside and he would leave a message telling us what he did. But we still had chinch bugs and that was the biggest problem that we had. I paid over $600 and it didn't clear up the problems that we had. We don't have them any longer but they should keep their word that they are going to clear the problems up which they didn't do.

We’re a huge facility up on a hill and we back up to the woods so we always have pests. There is no getting rid of them up here. We just manage them and I've used Terminix for years now. They come out quarterly and If we need them in between, we just call. We get the same technician half the time and we have his direct cellphone. Then if we can’t get him, I can call the main office. They also usually get out here quickly when we call them. We had a lot of problems with ants this year. They were everywhere so Patrick came out a few times for the ants. They did a frantic treatment around our playgrounds at the beginning of the summer. Then they came back and did a re-treat to make sure it covered us around the playground areas through the warmer months.
We have a preschool here so anytime they see any insect, there’s a panic of what it is and to make sure it's not dangerous. And Patrick, the technician, is willing to help answer questions about the different types of wasps or spiders that they see. He’s really easy to work with too. If we call and say that we’ve seen a bunch of spiders in this area or that we think we have a mouse, he’ll bring the traps out. He would have a busy schedule but we’re only here until 4:30 so he tries to accommodate us the best he can, which is nice. Plus if we noticed something in an area outside of his regular route, like inside the closet, he would also spray in that closet area for us instead of just spraying around the room. He's awesome.

I usually schedule our service with Terminix two months in advance and we mark it on the calendar. We try to be here when it’s supposed to happen. We called Terminix when we had ants and the Terminix tech left a note saying he was here and that he had done outside stuff. I haven’t had any problems inside lately. Terminix did a good job. We’ve had good results with them.

I’ve had Terminix for a long time and they've been okay, but the last few times I’ve not been too satisfied. I get very fed up because there’s so many times that I have called over the years and I’ve had trouble calling them, and they don’t call me back. I just get a notification that they’re coming. They don’t ask me when they could come. Also the last time that they came out, I had to call them back because the ants didn’t go away.
The first guy I had four years ago was so good, but Terminix is changing their service people all the time. When I have someone work for me or do something for me, I like it when I can call them and say, “Can you come?” Because that’s the way I like service. I don’t like different people all the time. They don’t know my house and they don’t know me. But I’ve had some specifically great people come out. They’re so nice and they’re accommodating.

Terminix is doing fine and they've always been great for me. They schedule for me and tell me when I need their service. They call me up and let me know that they’ve got someone coming out. We're not home when the techs come but they’ve always been good. We had a couple pit bulls and once they met them the first time, it was always good. I had another exterminator company before that was always petrified to have the dogs there.

We had a sleepover for my daughter and one of her friends brought bed bugs into my house so we had to address the issue. That wasn’t something that I even wanna pretend to choose myself so I called a professional. Terminix was good about recognizing the urgency and making themselves available accordingly. We had good interactions with the people that they sent.
However, we had a bit of an issue with me feeling like they had done a thorough job and communication with me about what the expectation was, and also the fact that the person who sold me the deal was not anyone that I ever talked to again, which kind of being disjointed. But overall, I was very impressed with the level of service that I got and I continued to work with them.
Terminix comes out every quarter. It used to be that they gave me a week’s notice, which is good because I work in hospitality and sometimes my property is unavailable for them to get in. But now, they have the technician call me the night before and that isn’t enough time for me to rearrange my life if I have something going on in order for them to come into the house. But all in all, they’ve showed me that they're a reliable and decent company. They’ve been really good about fixing issues or getting right on top of it.

We had termites. Terminix comes out once a year, and they do an inspection. We buy an insurance policy once a year from them. And lately, we're also having them come to spray for spiders, and that's quarterly. They let us know that they're coming an hour or a day before the service. But for the termite inspection, they let me know about that a month in advance which is terrific, but they consistently wanna do it in February, and I consistently want them to do it in July. And when I ask them to make an appointment for July, their calendars don't go up that far. So then, I have to be proactive and call them.
When we started our service for spiders, it was three strikes and you're out kind of deal because the first two appointments we made, they didn't show up, but the third one, they did. Also, all the interactions with the techs have been fine. They came out and sprayed around the yard and it seems to get rid of a lot of the spiders. And when they did the inspection under the house, they were neat about it. They'd do what you'd expect. The pest activity has been reduced after the services.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix for about two years now where they come out, spray around the outside of the house, and check the yard for any vermins that we’re having that come in. They usually give me a text or email that says they’ll be there on this date between these hours. My technician has been very good. She’s always very kind and always asks questions such as if we’re seeing anything in particular outside the house or if she needs to come in and spray inside. So far, the service has been working and the pest activity has gone down. I would recommend them.

Terminix can come in anytime and it’s alright. The technicians are friendly and speak to everyone they see. They also excuse themselves if they have to go around in your office. They are polite, thorough and get the job done. They email me for confirmation and If there is anything I have to say about it, I can reply on that. Since the service, our bugs and roaches problem is less of an issue. I'm very satisfied with the experience and I totally recommend Terminix to my friends and neighbors.

We called Terminix initially to check for termites, and they were able to come the next day. So, everything was prompt. Then they found evidence of some mice infestation, so they took care of that. Overall, I’m very happy with the service that we have. I scheduled our service over the phone, and their reps were incredibly responsive. I was very happy with the entire process. The technicians were very good. They were a bit late because of traffic but they communicated that. They were very polite and formal, and very professional. Since they came, we haven’t seen any evidence of the problem and we hope that it holds up. I would definitely recommend Terminix. They're not the cheapest option out there, but they’re worth the money.

Terminix came out for the annual yard spraying for the ants last April but I felt something biting so I called them back and they did it. Then I had someone put a new fence up and something was biting them so I asked Terminix to come out and respray the yard. I asked the tech if the spray only kills ants and he said it also kills mud dogs. But I nor my neighbors don't have pets and the community I live in is more of an upscale type neighborhood and all are brand-new homes. Everybody uses Terminix and have their yards sprayed. I told them I would pay an extra fee if I had to but they told me no and that I pay every year for the annual yard service and pest control. They also told me that if there was any problem, they would be prompt about coming out to address them.

We had the Encapsulation process done under our house to get rid of the brown recluse spiders and it took Terminix two weeks to get everything done. Unfortunately, the biggest problem was not the quality of the work but the fact that they took a long time and had no communication with us. They never called us to say when the next person is coming and we had to keep calling them asking when they were coming to do the next part. They had to do one part and then wait for something to happen. Then, they had to do another part and wait for the electrician to come. We had to hound them to make an appointment so it took six weeks to get the whole process done. We started the whole thing the first week of September and I wasn't even sure they're finished. Also, the last time they came, they didn't put back any of the stuff that was stored under the house.
The workers were wonderful, polite and geat but there had been a communication gap between whoever it was that should have been setting up appointments and calling us. We had to call the salesperson who was great when we talked to him and he got somebody to get back in touch with us. We also had to call the head of the local office and talked to them to try to light a fire 'cause we wanted the service done that we paid a tremendous amount of money for.
The guy who does our service is fabulous, too. He sends me a text one day in advance saying he's coming to do the regular spraying. He also gives us a timeframe when he will show up so we have an idea. He also tells us that if it's not convenient, we can text him back and we can reschedule. He's been super about that and he's given a super good service. But today, Terminix sent us an email saying we will have our service. But we haven't heard anything from our tech which is extremely strange. It also seemed too soon for our regular service 'cause it's supposed to happen every three months. Overall, the service has been excellent. But communication is a big deal for me and I gotta keep calling them back to finish their job and that's very frustrating. Also, because of that part, I wouldn't recommend Terminix to do the process.

We have a quarterly spray for bugs, as well as a termite contract with Terminix. We also just started with a mosquito spray. Their reps have always been very good, and the techs have always been very friendly and competent. The technician that does my spray was really easy to work with. He calls me before he is going to show up. We don’t have to be there, and he knows how to get around the premises. I’ve very high regard for the people that I’ve worked with, and it’s been a very favorable experience.

We got Terminix because of the bats and the technicians they sent were all fine and nice, but even after they came and did the job, there was another bat after a couple of months. I called them and they said it’ll be two or three hours before anybody could get here. It was understandable, but it was inconvenient for us, so my son had to come over to get the bat out.

I've been with Terminix for many years and I have had issues with the scheduling. Last week, they scheduled me for the morning so I told my boss I was coming in late. At 10 o'clock, I didn't see anybody. I called them and they told me they were scheduled to come in from 1:00 to 3:00. And so, I went to work and told my boss I had to leave early. I was home from 1:00 to 3:00 and no one called or showed up and my whole day was totally wasted. I called Terminix and made a complaint about it. They told me someone was gonna call me but nobody did. I also had to go out of town and I gave them my cell phone and they could have called that same day or the next morning.
The techs come regularly and I have had no complaints. But the hardest part is the scheduling because if I'm to be home and if they're here or not, it makes a difference. As far as how they schedule with their day, they do an update and let me know that they're coming. Maybe there was an issue with the schedule but that only happened a few times over the years. We also had two houses and they didn't know which house is which and they mistakenly sprayed one house instead of the other. There had been a confusion but that was understandable and that was not a big deal to me.
I also scheduled someone to come and check for bats which is a different service than my normal Terminix service that they come for every quarter. I wonder if the person who was here caught it or not and I don't know how long the bats have been there. And instead of just emailing me the report, I would want that person to come and tell me I have an issue and that I need to call someone to come and fix it. Also, I'm paying $100 and I don't think the spraying should be as expensive as that.

Terminix comes by once a year for termites and scheduling is convenient. We're retired people and we don't have work schedules, so it's easy to work with us. Also, the techs have all been very friendly and they've done a good job. We're satisfied.

I've used Schendel for a long time now and I've been fairly pleased with it. But I'm at a new address and they didn't do too well this last time. After I moved in, they came out and sprayed for pest control but I still have quite a bit of spiders. That was the first pest control spray in this house and that was almost three months ago. It's about time for them to come again for their quarterly. Before that initial spray, I did a remodel at this house and Terminix also did something for termites then.

I initially called Terminix for termites and they come out as-needed. With the most recent experience, the sales rep was professional and knowledgeable and so was the actual person that did the service. I haven't seen any termites, spiders, centipedes, and ants since they've been spraying. Also, they come back every year to do the bait.
However, I have an issue with the fact that my neighbor across the street has the exact same service that I have with the same house size and the same number of baits and has a service for $99 a year. Mine is $279 which is ridiculous and I'm not gonna pay that. Hopefully, Terminix is gonna resolve the issue. I want them to make that right. I don’t think that they are fair to their customers and I'm very disappointed with how they handled the contract. But other than that, the service was good. They were expeditious, they followed through, they followed up, they certainly collected their money, and the service helped my situation.

The Terminix guy who comes to do the spraying around my yard is great. We have roaches and now, we don’t have any at all so there's a tremendous difference. I also have bedbugs and he scheduled someone to come and take care of that. However, the guy never came. So if someone misses an appointment or whatever happens, they should follow up because I still have bedbugs. Other than that, my main tech does good scheduling. He calls the day before and lets me know he’s gonna be there the next day. Then I receive a text me when he's almost there so it’s clear.

The house that we had originally had Terminix, and we had them come and do for ants and spiders. The ant part worked pretty well, but the spider part didn’t. Then, when we moved, they put the rat traps in and then they came one time and sprayed for ants. But we never caught a rat and I didn’t like the fact that we had to call as we wanted them to come and check the traps because I always forgot to do that. When you are paying 70-some dollars a month, the person should come back out and automatically check the traps and fill them. So, that way, you don’t have to try and remember with all the different things that you got going on that you have to call them if you want that done. Nevertheless, the customer service sets up the schedule and there is no problem with that. We had two different techs who seemed very nice and helpful.

Terminix does a reoccurring spray every three months. They call me to schedule the service and I confirm it. Even if I’ve had to reschedule, it’s never been an issue. I love my contractor and he’s a very nice guy. He deals with me directly and if I have a problem, I just call him and he’ll take care of those. He does a thorough job. Terminix does two of my houses and I don’t have a problem with either one. They do a great job for me. I've told neighbors who asked about Terminix that they should take it and some of my neighbors have already signed up.

I started out with Alterra then it was bought by Terminix 3 years ago. We have a lot of spiders and the Terminix tech who services our home is really good. He’s very thorough in explaining and takes time in explaining things. He needs to come out every so often to spray and he usually schedules it once a quarter. If we have a big problem, I’ll call him. If I have a complaint, it's that sometimes he can’t come out right away but it's because he’s usually booked up. It’s been a few weeks since the last service and the pests started coming back so I might have to reschedule another appointment. It works when he takes care of the problem for a while but there are so many pests out here and I got to keep up with it. Still, Terminix provides good service so far.

I found mouse droppings in my house and I got Terminix. I’ve had them for a year and a half and recently, the technicians came for a routine check-up. They were very professional, nice and knowledgeable. However, scheduling was bad because sometimes the local Terminix would schedule and I wouldn’t even know. Sometimes, they would call the day before they were coming and sometimes, they would just show up. They need to work on that. Even so, the interactions with the techs were fine and after the service, everything was good.

I had fleas in my house and scheduling a service with Terminix was very flexible. The first technician came quickly. He didn't want to spend enough time to do it but he did a very good job. Last week, the second person came and he looked more like he wanted to make sure to do whatever he does in the whole house. It was bad when we lived with fleas and on the first two days, we didn’t see a difference. I called this guy and he told me to be patient. It will take about a week to finish them. After that, everything was good. I have been with Terminix for a year and I got very good service from them. Overall, Terminix helped me a lot and I would still use them for next year. I have also recommended them to all my friends.

I've been using Terminix for 15 years now and their techs have been very professional. They do their jobs and they always ask me if I'm having trouble with a certain thing. Though sometimes, they don’t call ahead of time and it has happened four times. Yesterday, they came for a regular service and this time, they called. There was also one year that they didn’t show up for termite service. I told the regular guy who sprays around here about it, he contacted them and then, they showed up. They were making some changes at that time.

I've been with Terminix since 2000 and once yearly, except if I find droppings, I call them for termite control. Scheduling and interacting with their reps have both been good and I haven’t had any problems. The reps were helpful and they would accommodate you on the schedule. I had different technicians for the inspections. They went around and checked for me. They would tell you if you have any termite problems. So far, the pest activity has been good. I also had a skunk treatment and that was okay.

Terminix lets me know by email or a phone call when they’re coming, and they usually check all the bait stations when they come. During their service, they let me know that they’re there and they’re doing whatever operation they have to do. Then they come at the end and let me know that they’re finished and they usually give me a statement of what they did, which lets me know if they found any problems with any of the bait stations. They recently replaced all the bait stations because of the fact that they said they’re on a new program where they come once a year and they don’t have to come every quarter to check them. They’ve done whatever they’ve said they’re gonna do, and they’ve solved my problem so far.

Over the years I've worked with a couple of companies and Terminix fits me better. They have me on a schedule and they send me an email to let me know that the tech would be coming out. Everything was always easy and I like it that way. The interaction with the technician was very good and he was a great guy. He was as professional as he could be. He came out yesterday and he sprayed outside the house like he always does. He got rid of the bugs that wind up coming into the house because he put out a good barricade. If you want to protect your home, get Terminix.

Rick is the gentleman who did the service for me. Initially, he called and set a timeframe in which he would be here then he called right when he was about to come. I appreciate that and that worked out well. We had ants in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, and he went around the house and sprayed. He did a good job and he came back when he needed to. It was for a reappearance of some of the ants in a particular area. He went inside and put some liquid on that. That seems to have done the trick because we haven’t had any ant issue since then.
He initiated a text to come by today though. He said that as part of the initial service, they would come a couple of times. There was something funny about one of the calls with the Terminix office that he works out of though. They didn’t recognize me as a customer although he had been here. I was curious but it wasn’t major. Nonetheless, the service was good and I was happy with it.

I started out with Anamite years ago. Terminix bought them and I have continued to have regular service. The gentleman that comes is courteous, and he listens to my concern. Our service is prescheduled every two months, and they tell me by email and cellphone when they’re coming. I’ve never had to change it. I see the technicians every time they come because I have animals I have to put away. So, I wait until they come to put them away. We discuss my yard and bug-wise, what’s going on, if there’s something in the area that’s a concern. And they’ve always been very informative. I’d like to stop getting six advertisements on my phone. Also, sometimes I get two or three electronic bills, and I don’t understand that. But I only pay once. Other than that, Terminix is everything that I expected to be. I always suggest my neighbors to get them.

My neighborhood had termites so I got scared and I asked Terminix to come and install traps outside and look. I only have traps outside, all around the house so they said that I sign a new contract and somebody would come and inspect the inside and the outside. I scheduled and then they came on time and did it. The technician knew what he was doing and was very thorough. Terminix is doing an excellent job so far. I’m very happy that they had service.

I called Terminix because I had a mouse in my kitchen, and a salesman came out. He told me what they would do and what the charge was. A technician came out, and all he did was put mousetraps all over my kitchen, garage and dining room, and he told me that somebody would be back in about a week to pick up the traps. However, nobody showed up, and none of my sons or myself wanted to pick up the traps because who would want to pick up a dead mouse. The technician who came out and put the traps out seemed dumb. He told me he was the branch office’s mouse person or rodent person, but I wasn’t impressed. Also, there was an awful lot of money spent. It was over $800 for a bunch of cardboard traps. Over time, in the last couple of months since they were here, the traps that were outside in the rooms got picked up, and I haven't seen another mouse.

I tried to go with a competitor first because I didn’t know Terminix. They gave me a single paragraph contract that said, "Sign here". When I asked what they're gonna do, the rep never got back to me with any definition. So, I didn't sign the contract. I then called Terminix and they're hands-down better. They had a massive contract that covered all the details and made it very clear what they were gonna do. Their prices are a little higher than I’d like, but they guarantee the results. The technicians who came were well dressed and very professional too. They're great.

I was doing a VA refinance and I had some carpenter bees. The first visit was scheduled over the phone and being a rainy day, the first gentleman did the best he could in spraying the outside. It needed respraying, but I just waited for the quarterly to come around. For the second visit, they called and told me what day they were gonna be out. They asked me if I had any problems inside and I haven’t as of yet, so they just resprayed the outside for me. The tech took care of the carpenter bees problem, which was an immediate fix. Terminix is doing well.

We have a monthly service with Terminix. We have an established date with them, but every month, a representative would call to knock off a couple of days and go back in time. So, ultimately over the year, I am not getting any service and yet, they're still charging. When we talk to their technicians about our issue, they say they don't know and that Terminix changes their schedules. They don’t have any power over. Then, with their last termite inspection which was a follow-up for the tenting of the house, they found some more termite action and it has been over a month now but they haven't come back to remedy it. Other than that, everything is okay with them. They're doing their job. We've been with Terminix for about 20 years now and the pest activity in our home has been better.

I bought this house a year ago and the previous owner had a Terminix termite contract, so he tried to get it transferred in my name. I called Terminix three times and twice, the person came out for an inspection, but I still haven't received the transfer in my name and now it has already expired. I never got a renewal notice. The reps have forwarded me to the district manager, but it was never taken care of and I've tried multiple times in the last year. Now, I’m sitting on a house without any termite protection. I also have my mosquito service with them and I'm not gonna renew it.

We were having a lot of spiders and ants and when Terminix first came, the tech was pretty good. He was very knowledgeable. We had a good talk and he did a really good job doing my cobwebs, and then spraying around the house. I paid for one year and he had told me they were gonna come out every three months, but he has yet to show up for the second cleaning. That should have been September. I was gonna have them spray my outer area by the lawns because we tend to have a lot of ants.
He also told me, the way they were gonna do it was that he would come and leave an invoice at the door when they were done. But he has failed to do so. The service is kind of expensive. I had had them years ago at another place and at that time, they had done well. But right now, I’m a little concerned because I figured if they weren’t gonna show up the rest of this year, then I was gonna call them and cancel.

Terminix comes mainly for insect control. We get a lot of spiders in this area so they come out every other month, spray around the house and clean out spider webs. They contact me and then I get an email from them, and they give me a general time. Then when they get a little bit closer, they send a text. The tech comes and knocks on the door, and he says, “I’m gonna be doing this, this and this. Are the gates open?” I tell him to go for it, then he asks, ”Is there anything that you need to be done in the house?” We go from there, he does his thing and off he goes. Then we get a bill. They could do a little bit better job, but they’re under schedule so they don’t get everything. For what they do, it’s all right and I’m happy with them.

I used the services of Terminix in 2014 for termites and this time, they did it for rodents. They came and did what they needed to do. I like them because we already know each other so we know how to work. The technician was very nice and I was very pleased with him. He was better than the guy who wanted to sell me much more than I needed. So, I appreciated his honesty. The pest activity is better and I haven’t seen any mice around. So hopefully, it will be good.

Terminix came out recently and checked the outside bait stations. I got them for termite control and my experience with them has been exemplary. They call and tell me when they are gonna come and if it is okay with me, that is when they come out. I have the same woman who comes all the time. She is very nice, does her thing, and leaves. Since I got their service, I have not seen any termites and I’m happy with them.

The first man came out a month ago and he sprayed for roaches. When I called for the second time, I had to keep calling before somebody finally came out. He did a good job and showed me everything. The contractors were nice and but the treatment didn’t work and the pest activity is about the same.

Terminix comes out quarterly and recently, when the tech came out to do the treatment, he was cordial and polite. One time, someone called me, asked to come to give me a free evaluation, and made an appointment. Then they never called to cancel it and never showed up. But that was my one negative experience as far as Terminix is concerned. Since I began having their service, things have become better in my home.

I have a quarterly service with Terminix where they come out and spray for bugs. They always coordinate the schedule with me. I’ve had good interactions with the technicians. They’re always friendly, straight to the point, and if we need to reschedule, it’s always open. I was satisfied with their most recent visit. But due to the fact that I have water problems in my backyard, my mosquito problem has amplified, in which I was going to rectify the next time they'll come out.
The customer service side of the business was a little confusing. Terminix had sent something in the mail which had the wrong address. I don’t know how it could be the wrong address when I haven’t changed anything. And also, there was a problem in the beginning when I was trying to transfer the policy over to my account. There was some sort of issue when I bought the house. I spoke to the rep and informed them that I didn’t have access to the account, but I was now the owner of the home, and I needed to switch everything over. I gave them my phone number, as well as my email address. And for some reason, for about a couple months, they ended up cancelling my service because they didn’t update the credit card information. So, that was a little bit of a stress initially, but since that was rectified, I haven’t had any other problems since.

I had ants and I was treating them myself with the liquid that I get at Walmart. And each time I used that, they’d disappear, but then they’d come back. I called Terminix and their technician came and sprayed outside on all the windows and at the bottom of the windows all around the house, and the ants all went away. The only problem was on the outside of the windows, there are little spots where his spray went. But that’s all right, I can live with that as long as it got rid of the ants, which it did. He did a good job and he was very pleasant.

We had a mouse in our garage that we couldn't get rid of. When Terminix did the service scheduling in the beginning, they screwed it up. But the tech who came out here, Ryan, was so awesome. He was nice on the phone, he listened to everything I said and he came back twice because the mouse kept eating through the wire mesh. Ryan got poison out there and the mouse is no longer around. Terminix gives good prices for the service they offer. I would recommend them if people have a problem.

I had mice and a lot of spiders in the house and I wanted to get rid of them. I got a service from Terminix and it has been excellent since. A couple of times, they messed up on me but I can't blame the whole company for what somebody else has done. The new schedule that I got now is good but before, it was bad. The techs say they are coming but they don't show up and then send me a bill. Then, the day that I'm not home, they will say that they have been here and have done the house. I had to call and complain about it a lot of time and Terminix canceled the bill 'cause I told them I wasn't gonna pay it. But the last guy that came out was excellent and I really liked him. He did a good job and explained a lot of stuff to me.

We had been a little behind paying our Terminix bill and it was due in May. I got it paid in June, but the service guy had not made his yearly check up on the termite thing. We were out of town in June for a couple of weeks and I got no text. I kept waiting and then I decided to call them. At first, the rep I spoke with was determined to tell me that he had been here. I said, "No, no, he hasn't. I always get a text, which I appreciate, and there has been no text." She just kept saying, "Well, he's been there," and finally I said, "Look, we have a privacy fence. He couldn't get in. So, my traps that are in the backyard, he couldn't have even treated. There's been nothing. He has not reached me in any way, shape or form."
They then sent a guy, and I don't know who this guy was, but he thought he knew everything. He took the termite traps apart partially but not everyone of them and he said they were fine. He didn't inspect each one because sometimes they're hard to find. We know where they're at because they've been in there a while, and we tried to keep them uncovered with the moss, but sometimes the moss is on top of them. So we always try to go out and make sure that they're there. We got two places where there are double traps. My husband was in the backyard with him, and he said, "He took that apart and didn't even used gloves." And he didn't have the same equipment that the other guy used. I was really upset. It's a lot of money to spend almost $400 a year to get some lunatic come in here. My husband could have done what he did, but he wouldn't have known what to look for.
That other visit was a total joke. He got out of a regular car with a Terminix sticker thing on it, but he didn't have any equipment. Other than that, the guy that comes, Ashton, always lets me know when he's coming. He notifies me again in the morning to remind me to unlock the gate. He does a thorough job and he's very mannerly and courteous. So, he's been great, and we appreciate that. I am not dissatisfied with the man who comes for the bugs but I am dissatisfied with the termite man. So, I would not recommend Terminix right now for termites. For the amount of money we spent for the year, I don't feel like we got the job done.

I moved into my home a year and a half ago and I wanted to get it sprayed. It was great when we scheduled a service with Terminix. It was easy and fast. They sprayed the exterior and interior of our home. The technician was thorough, friendly and he did a good job. I have lots of dead bugs now so it's good. It was a good experience and I told other people to call Terminix.

I can schedule a service with Terminix online and tell them when I'm available or they can have a tech call me to schedule in person. When we had some small beetles in our sink, they came out, did an investigation and an additional service on the exterior of the house and let us know what products to use to clean the house to assist in keeping them away.
We've only had three services so far and the contractors sent were always very polite. They come to the door and let us know what they're doing, ask us if we noticed anything or we have any issues that they need to be alerted to or be paying attention for, and then go about their business. And then when they're done, they give us a printout of everything that they applied or dusted with that day, and are on their way. I encourage others to use Terminix. Whatever things they're keeping out of their house, Terminix keeps them farther from mine.

I was getting those really big water bug roaches. Terminix told me they are water bugs, but they look like giant roaches. Their service has been really good. When the techs came and sprayed, they were really nice. The first time they came they were very professional and did their job well. The second time, I wasn't home but I got an email and I was given a chart of what the tech did and where she sprayed.
I went with another pest control company because they were cheaper. But it didn't solve my problem. I was still getting a lot of roaches and stuff. So I had to let them go. But whatever medicine Terminix uses and their whole process, I have no complaints with. I would get a couple of roaches here and there, but they were not alive very long. They would just tilt over and die. So I'm very happy with Terminix as my choice.

I've been using Terminix for five years now, and the pest activity in our property has been under control. Initially, they did the tenting of the house for termites, and then I signed an annual contract where they come in and inspect the house for termites once a year. I also have a contract for spraying around the house for spiders and bugs.
Terminix has been good about staying on schedule. They notify me by text that they’ll be coming to give me a heads-up. And when I need them to come into the house to check anything, I’m usually able to coordinate it for a time that’s convenient for me. The technicians have been fine. They seem fairly knowledgeable about what they're doing. They’re quick and in and out. But they don’t go the extra step that I’d like to see. They just look at what they’re supposed to look at, and if I need something, I usually have to point it out to them.

We were having an ant problem so the Terminix tech came in to take a look. He was able to identify where the ant source was and give us solutions of what to do in order to prevent the issue. As far as his suggestions of sealing the windows and putting a new door hinge thing on, everything seems to be going well. We’ve also always had a really good experience with Terminix because of their responsiveness. We have what we call showroom parties and for that, we would have the technician come in, spray and check to make sure we don’t have any bugs. And he always responds quickly whenever we call him.

Everything’s improving since we've had Terminix's service. There’s still a little bit of work to do with the pest activity, but what used to be really bad problem has already turned 70% better. Scheduling the services is good and they come every month. They let our office know when they come. Everything was a good experience and I recommend them.

I have a contract with Terminix and I recently scheduled with them for grasshoppers, a few outdoor roaches and spiders. The technician was great and I wish we’d get him every time. He's very friendly, helpful and thorough when explaining things. However, the service isn't working and I'm thinking of the possibility of cancelling. I’m getting spiders in my house though it's not that big of a deal, but grasshoppers and roaches are still a problem outside. The things that are working the most are the little sticky traps that they give me, but I could buy those at Home Depot for 20 bucks.

I’m very happy with Terminix' service. I got mosquito service and the guy calls me a day ahead of time. He knocks on the door and says, “I’m here doing your work.” He’s always excellent. However, I still have insects in my house. Terminix came out and sprayed inside again but it’s just not working. I thought I paid for a bug-free house, but I guess that’s impossible to do. However, it’s much better than before.

I called Terminix when I discovered I had termites. They treated the outside and were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained what they were doing and how the process works. They explained that they had to get the material directly to the nest and not just where the termites were at the time. So they educated me on the procedure. Then they did exactly what they said they were gonna do. They were very thorough and they got the job done the first time. They got rid of the termites right away and now, we're good. I was very satisfied with their service and I’d tell everybody to use Terminix.

Their product does not work. Their customer service is even worse. They treated my house inside and out. 3 weeks later, still had bugs. Called them, they scheduled for someone to come out without letting me know, I found out through my account on website, but that didn't matter because they were no call no show anyway. Spoke with manager about this, he schedules another appointment for 2 days later, once again, no call no show. We told them we wanted our money back, manager agreed, still waiting after months and they keep sending Bill's. Paid for termite control at the same time, full year in advance, they keep sending bills and calling saying we owe money. We keep going back and forth with different people. Waste of time and waste of money. Even after proving to them we paid full year for termite control they still want to argue. Thinking about hiring lawyer now.

I had Terminix come out and seal my house about a year ago and I've had them intermittently. The last time, I had them spray for mosquitoes around my house. They got out quickly and the technician explained what he was gonna do. He did a good job, but the stuff didn't work. The mosquitoes were gone for about four days, and now they're back. I live next to a creek, so that's the problem.

My experience with Terminix has been fair and scheduling my service has been okay. The reps usually call me to say that it's time for my service. When the techs come out, they knock on the door first to say that they’re there, then they offer to spray inside the house if I need it. I found some insects that are in the air and that go as far as around the edges, so they took care of the outside, the garage, and the bathrooms. The techs were nice and knew what they were doing. Since they've come out, the situation has been better with regards to the pest activity in and around the property. I live on a slab and some of the walls are on the outside, so I had some that go around the edges outside and inside because I don’t like creepy crawlers. Sometimes, I go barefoot and I don’t wanna step on something smooth that moves.
I’ve already talked to a few people about Terminix. They said that the service is expensive, which it is, but if they think about all the pesticides that have to be bought, the worries, the spraying, and all the time they have to put into pest control, they’re gonna be putting in just as much energy, money and time. I also told them that if I stayed ahead of the game, I wouldn’t have to worry about the after-effects.

It's been a very good experience with Terminix. From the initial treatment, they got 90% of the pest activity. We just found another area last week where there were termites that we didn't find on the initial inspection. Since I've got one of the managers' phone numbers, I left him a voicemail, which what I usually do to schedule and eventually he gets back to me. Their technicians came out on time and they treated for it. If my neighbors ask me about Terminix, I'd tell them that they definitely should get a hold of them.
