After three years of trying to get a window fixed, I was just informed that I have to buy a new window that has never worked since it was placed into my house. Fun fact, the window that is not working, is the second window I had placed in there. So for a house with 8 windows, I was informed that I have to pay for another window! That means, I had to buy 10 WINDOWS FOR 8 BEDROOM HOUSE!!!!

My installers Trevor and Lucien were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job. Very pleased. The Windows look great and very easy to use. The sliding door awesome works and looks great. I am very please with the outcome.

Excellent products and services. We had 4 windows and 1 door replaced. The strength of the warranty and professionalism of the people sold the job. They took their time, were very patient with us. They showed up on time and cleaned up well. Our home looks great and was well respected the entire time. We give Power 5 stars!

Replacement of soffit, trim, fascia. The team arrived promptly and introduced themselves. Work was well done and performed in a timely manner. Clean-up was performed. Team was friendly and courteous. Team worked continuously on the project without exception.

They did not have one of 10 windows on day of install. I found out on the day of install. They postponed the install for 10th window. I had to call to see if they were still coming on 9/13. I got an excuse of transportation issues with installer. (Felt like dog ate my homework excuse.) They came out on 9/14. The installer on 9/14 did a way better job caulking my one window than the other did on the original install. It would have been nice to have them do all my windows the first time. I did not have anyone assure quality work was done.

The whole process with the company was excellent from start to finish. Even when I had changes arise, the company's flexibility of changing the installation's dates along the way was not an issue. The company was very accommodating throughout the whole process.

We were very please with all aspects of the experience from sales to installation... and quality control follow-up. The salesperson was very thorough and knowledgeable, the back office coordinated necessary schedule changes reliably, and the installers were professional.

This is my second time using Power Home Remodeling. The first time was with my roofing and now I’m having a house of windows done. Each time I have been very impressed by the overall performance, the treatment of my home in the level of respect that I’ve been shown. The company is extremely patient, thorough and has communicated well throughout the process. Everybody has shown up on time and has been very good about explaining the steps of the process. I am happy to reuse or recommend Power to others.

Windows and Installers were top notch, 5 star, however getting to the goal line was a challenge. The salesman was great in that he really knew the replacement windows product. However, it took 3 hours to get an agreement on price. He kept going back out to his car, called his boss and coming back with new offers based upon special deals they were offering. I just wanted his best offer and I would make my decision about it. It took 3 hours to get to his final offer.... uggggg. Overall, I can't say enough about the windows, they are fantastic! The installers arrived on time, were very professional, friendly, and were concerned about the customer being pleased.

Pre-install follow up was very important to ensure that all custom windows were going to be manufactured to fit. The week prior to install date, they called to remind me of date and arrival times. Called morning of install to tell me they were on the way. Arrived on time. Had everything they needed to ensure the installation would not be delayed. Crew was very courteous and quiet as they went about their work. Project Manager came on-site to inspect windows during the installation and to provide much needed instruction on how the windows worked, pointed out security features, and explained comprehensive warranty. One of the best contractor experiences I have had in 45 years of home ownership. When my roof or gutters need replacing, Power will be called!!

We hired Power in August 2015 to replace all windows in the house. Earlier this year, so after nearly 4 years, we noticed that 9 out of 12 windows were getting some dark spots between the glass panes due to argon leakage, and 4 windowsills started showing water damage. The faded panes had been replaced, but I've been dealing with Power since March 2019 to have them fix the windows with the evident water damage. First, they sent in 2 different 'specialists' on two different occasions, each time they were trying to convince me that the reason why we have this issue is due to the exterior caulk failure. Then, after many complaint calls from me, they decided to send in a manager who informed me, that all the windows had been installed incorrectly and had to be removed and reinstalled.

The two man crew showed up on time every day and even worked on Saturday. They were extremely efficient and did quality work. The lead man, Sydney **, was very informative and easy to work with. Overall we love the look of our newly sided house with new gutters. I really don't have any complaints about anything.

The crew was excellent and in and out, didn't waste time, right to the point and that made me happy, everything was perfect. I am happy to recommend Power to others and would consider using them in the future. They are professional and thorough.

Our first impression was great. The sales manager was at our home for at least 4 hours. Our job was different than most so they probably were not the right company for this job. A tree branch damaged our gutters on one side of the house, tore off a soffit at a bay window and the insulation fell out. Also, a piece of a drip guard and strip was ripped off a part of the roof. He explained that they could be capped and the gutters replaced. They could not do the insulation so the rep did try to get us help finding someone to do this. Unfortunately no one wanted a small job like this to replace insulation in such a small place. We were going to cancel all of the work since we could not get the insulation installed. This contractor’s workers were kind enough to place the insulation that we purchased, behind the bay window soffit.

Andrew, Daniel, and Alex were awesome at their job. Neat, friendly and very respected by us. They installed 7 windows for me today, with a bay window. They really love their jobs. Their pride in a job well done, is highly noticeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I had new windows installed earlier this month in my one story house, 9 windows total. The crew of two finished in one day and left the house clean inside and out. Windows and installation workmanship were both good and I haven't had any problems. There is a fair amount of sales pressure from them; the normal upselling and time pressure kind of strategies. But the quality is good, with a lifteime warranty, and I decided to use them again for a siding project.

They arrived on time and set right to work. They finished in one day which I thought would take two days to complete. They were polite and they cleaned up when they finished. I would use them again if a need comes up.

The installers arrived on time. Explained what they were doing throughout process and cleaned area as they went. They kept noise to a minimum while working. They were friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use this company again and give them a recommendation to acquaintances and friends.

Power Remodeling has done great from start to almost finish, EXCEPT when came to the last window to be installed. The last window was a picture window being installed on the front of the house. The window was back ordered twice and when the window finally arrived, Power Remodeling ask if they could come it in the afternoon since they would be in the area and I said that would be fine. They installed the window in the afternoon but the installers didn't spray the insulation foam between the window frame and the house. The installers left with saying anything and the quality inspector never came by to inspect the last window.

Everything went as scheduled. The eighteen windows were installed in one day. The siding took three days and the leaders and gutters three hours. All three crews worked continuously and professionally. They cleaned up all of the debris from the removal of the old siding and reinstalled all of the outside lighting fixtures. We are more than pleased. John **.

Power replaced our current roofing and siding with an exceptional product that allowed us to see immediate benefits. As the improvements took place the last week of July 2019, first week of August 2019, in which there was back-to-back 90 plus degrees temperatures, we found after the installation we did not have to run our air condition as much as the house stayed very cool at 75 degrees. The new roofing and siding had a very immediate impact in our rural neighborhood. The neighbors, friends and family all had positive comments on the new look of our house. They were very pleased with the colors, the capping around the doors, garage, and windows, the touch of stone at the front door, and the roof. Some commented the house looked new and bigger than before.

Find another company to work with! My windows and doors were installed on July 24th and they have been out to my house four times, so far, to fix everything that was done wrong. On my slider windows, the screens were put in upside down. And when they were flipped over, they did not fit securely and Power told me I that should have ordered full screens, if I wanted screens to stay in place. One screen was ripped. They attempted to sell me windows, without the lifts, saying that was extra. Screws were visible on the majority of the windows and should not have been.

Installation of new roof with 20 sheets of plywood. Great job. Complete job done in less than 6 hours. Neat, clean and beautiful. I'm very confident that all of my roof issues have been resolved. The crew was polite, worked hard, and cleaned the property so that it looked like they were never here. I am very impressed.

Our windows were installed on the day they were promised. The windows make our home so beautiful! I was so impressed with how respectful the crew was to me and to our home. What was also so impressive was how they treated each other. We would highly recommend Power to anyone in need of windows.

We love our new windows! They are beautiful and very efficient. This has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. They took their time to explain how it all worked and answered all our questions. They show up on time and did the whole house in 1 day! Clean up was great and even a final walkthrough. I’m am highly satisfied with the installation done today. The efficiency was impressive. I love the products I purchased and the two installers were professionals, courteous and performed the service in a very timely manner. Then went over and beyond what was necessary by moving my furniture back to where it had been before I had to prepare for today’s project. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of remodeling or as I received, window and door replacements.

We were very happy with Power. They were professional and organized through all the steps. We love that the windows are energy efficient and are super easy to clean. Living near a train they block out the noise amazingly as well!

I met power home remodeling at Sam's Club and sewer. Met with a sales representative after that. He was very thorough and explained the process well although it was a long time. I was very comfortable with the entire roofing system that they had. The ventilation, the overall warranty and the fact that they were hired by Sam's, made me feel very confident going into the project. As the job began the crew was on time. Work the entire day to get the job done. After that a quality assurance manager came by. I was impressed with all of the follow up and follow through and would consider recommending Power to other people.

It was a great experience working with Power Home Remodeling. From the sales presentation through installation, after the windows were installed my looked like there wasn’t any work being that how clean Andrew works. Highly recommend it!

The window and patio door installation went extremely well. Mitch and Chris did excellent work on the whole project in 100 degree temperatures. The finished product is amazing and will last a lifetime. The quality of the energy star rated windows and door is fantastic. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling for this kind of project.

The Sales Rep did an excellent job of educating us about roofing and did a thorough inspection of our house. After signing on the dotted line, a pre-installation person verified the measurements and noted the property layout for the installers. Both reps were very professional and great to work with. The installation crew was on-time, quiet early, performed as advertised, and worked until after dark. A quality assurance rep showed up during the installation to look over things and answer any questions. He also activated our warranty. The next business day We called Warranty Services with a short list of issues needing attention. The issues were corrected within 3 business days of the installation to our complete satisfaction.

Power did as they promised. All along the process they stayed in contact and followed through on everything they promised. The workers on the roofing team were very respectful and focused on getting the job completed on schedule without cutting any corners. We are very pleased with the whole process and final product. No negative surprises when the job was done!

The salesperson was very thorough, and friendly and courteous. I was so impressed with his knowledge and assurances that I did not even consider other window companies. The pre-install inspection was quick and informative. I was given an install date and that was the date my windows were installed. The installation crew was friendly and courteous. They got right down to work and transformed the views of my property with incredible efficiency. The look of the windows from the outside is just as beautiful as from the inside. I expected to have a lot of messes to clean up after the installations, but there were none.

The two gentlemen that arrive at my house to replace three of my widows arrive promptly as promised. It didn’t take them a long time replacing the windows. So far, they did a great job. The supervisor Alberto and his crew spent three full days roofing a complex gable-type roof on a Tudor home. Their attitude was that they were roofing their own homes. Very professional and quality of installation exceptionally good.

Planning my day for installation time and they showed up 6 1/2 hours late! Rushed through the job and left the wall around my new window a mess. It needed repairs that they didn't have the material to fix it. Called management and they never got back in touch with me. I'm disgusted with the whole experience and the window is not much to talk about!

The installers were professional in every way. The project foreman immediately introduced himself and his coworkers upon arrival. He also advised approximately how long the installation would take. They welcomed and answered all of our questions and even cleaned as they worked. Once installation was completed, the project manager followed up to confirm our satisfaction. From the salesperson to the installers and project manager follow up, we received professional and polite service.

Old door frames for three doors were reconstructed. My old doors were never plumb now they are perfect. The support their policy of a satisfied customer. I also had siding and garage roof done. The quality and install was great. I have many people commenting on the color of the siding and doors.

From start to finish I really did appreciate the staff. After the crew finished installation he called his manager to make sure I was satisfied. I thought that was good customer service. They were very helpful in helping me pick out the Windows that would really give my home good curb appeal. I love the Windows and the value.

Initially meet Power staff at Sam's Club for a free quote for windows. I was already planning on getting quotes on the windows in my house. Javier the salesperson came over and did a thorough presentation and was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with what I learned about the company. Every step in preparing to get the windows installed was handled very well. The crew showed up on time and have been cleaning up as they do their work. Mike, the Quality Assurance Manager came in and made sure the work was going well and showed me how to open and lock the windows as well as how to clean them. He also showed the parts of the window which are good quality parts. The warranty was explained to me and was emailed to me as well. So far I feel like a made a good decision in choosing Power to replace my windows in the dining room and family room. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

I highly recommend this company for any household needs that you may have. The windows are of excellent quality with a lifetime guaranty. They also look beautiful! The education provided by staff is superb!

Having had a very unsatisfactory experience before, I put up a "No Solicitations Please" sign on my front door. Their representative ignored it. I told him I was in no way interested and pointed out the sign, which he said didn't apply to him. He also said he was a lawyer. Bothering people in their homes when they have posted not to be. I consider this an abusive business practice.

When my husband came home telling me that someone was coming by with a quote for new windows, I'm afraid I quietly rolled my eyes... I did not want to be facing a new bill, heading into retirement!!! Knowing we need to take care of our major investment is often far more costly than I feel we can afford, but I decided to have an open mind, but be willing to say "no thank you" to a sly salesman.

Power is focused on communication, which provides the customer with peace of mind. Each member of the staff was knowledgeable with windows. Product is high quality. I am glad I choose Power to install my windows. I was recommend this company for others.

I wanted an estimate for vinyl siding. I was very pleased with the quality of materials and warranties. I was also surprised at the questions asked before a rep came to the house. They were unusually pointed. At the end of this process it was clear all questions were to determine if your credit is good for a loan. It is apparently financed through Power Home Remodeling. Emphasis on "through".

I ran into a POWER rep at BJ's, and had someone come to my home to talk about replacing the windows in my 120-year-old house. I finally agreed and signed a contract. The work was done very efficiently and very quickly. All told, they replaced 28 windows, a windowless back door, and a front door with a beautiful etched window--all in one day! And they cleaned up, both inside and outside, after the work was done. One window was mismeasured, and is scheduled to be replaced 9 days from now. I'm very pleased with the work, and would easily recommend POWER to others.

We met power at Sam’s Club and were impressed by the overall quality of the roofing package that they offered. The two salesman did a very thorough job at explaining things and we really like the fact that they included ventilation which was a key issue that was happening in our home. Also the 50yr warranted roof is a win! This was a new home to us but we wanted to be proactive and the company has made this process very smooth and easy and we like all of the communication along the way. I was referred to Power by my mom who was very happy with the work they had done on her home. I am a newer homeowner and the windows in my home were very drafty and cold. Once I saw the sales presentation it really was thorough and professional and I liked all of the energy efficient features. I'm happy to rehire and recommend!

From the initial contact of somebody coming by to knock on our door, to the sales process being very thorough, and all of the follow up and follow through afterwards, we have been very impressed by the overall professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness of all of the details with Power. From beginning to the end of progress portion of the job I have been very satisfied with the professionalism of the explanations and the overall craftsmanship of what has been put on display so far. The sales presentation allowed me to have a full understanding of the value of spending this kind of money on the roof and although it was, a good amount of it was a worthwhile investment because it addressed ventilation in all the key points of what a roof should have. The thoroughness has truly amazed me and I would strongly recommend Power to others.

The two Power window installers that came to our house were the best. They both knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to everyone that how good they were. From sales to installation, every single employee worked to get us exactly what we needed and wanted! We had a lot of windows and they had everything finished before the Texas heat had time to mess with the A/C! We even had ADA inspection and everything was done perfectly to their specs.

We were so pleased with our experience! Every person with whom we had contact was knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to make design suggestions for a large, awkward window that enhanced the appearance and saved us money! Everything was completed to the day promised and the installation was flawless and clean-up immaculate.

I found Power Home Remodeling at my Sam's Club, and scheduled a gutter quote easily. Tanner came out measured and took out some measurements, gave us our options and it was a no brainer with price to schedule an install. We had an original install date of early June but our HOA caused complications and we had to reschedule. After I informed them of the issue and let them know I'd get back with once I had the ok with my HOA they didn't hassle me about scheduling, they waited till I called them, which was almost a month later. Once the installers arrived they knocked the job out in a couple of hours removing the old gutters and installing new front, side, and rear gutters. They didn't take a break, just did the job, cleaned up, and showed me what they did for approval. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Power Home remodeling did excellent and professional job with installation of soft, facia and gutters last January 2019. Did excellent job and very professional with the work. The same could be said when attic insulation was installed on a hot August two days.

Very happy I selected Power. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. They were so professional that I will request the same crew for my other windows when I am ready. Also, Power provides lifetime warranty.

I had a new Roof put on, new gutters and trim, and new attic insulation done. The financing was amazing, could not have afforded all the work I needed without it. The warranty is unheard of! The people I dealt with were all professional and caring. The workmanship is top notch. I could not be happier and I will be back for more work once this round is paid off. My house looks amazing!

The crew did a beautiful job. The view is wonderful on the inside and outside. The guys are very nice and pleasant to have working here. They removed the blinds and then put them back. They cleaned anything up that went on the floor. I would recommend them to anyone.

The install was neat and on time. Significant issue - you can fit a window AC in the window. No one brought that to our attention. Even though it was clear we did not have central air. I would not recommend purchasing these windows if you use window A/Cs. Also don't fall for the financing. They say if you pay in full when the first bill comes there is no interest... NOT TRUE. And the rate is crazy high at 9%. I feel duped on both accounts. Thank you.

Sorry, I went with this company a week before the roof was done. They sent container which was improperly placed and damaged my driveway, dealing with warranty first 20 min. on hold. Not cool. then the manager David just gives excuses nobody came to look. Been 2 months now and damage remains. It really is a shame I could have had more work done from them but customer service is all about getting in, get the money, get out. Taillight warranty Update 8/1/2019. I sent out all info 4 days ago. No Response still. Project # **. Again I tried to call. Hung up after 23 minutes on hold. Terrible customer service

Everyone that was involved with the sales to installation was very professional and the job was great. All things went great. No problems with anything. Would recommend power to anyone needing home remodeling.

Everyone connected to this project was professional and very pleasant. The windows look great and are easy to operate. They will help lower my electric costs by actually keeping the heat this summer out and keeping the heat in come winter.

I met Power when they knocked on my front door letting me know they were doing work in the area. Everyone from the first contact to the installers have been knowledgeable and efficient. No complaints here. I would definitely recommend to others.

Needed a new roof and siding on my garage. I can't believe what a wonderful job they did. Meticulous workmanship on both the roof and the siding. Definitely worth the money. Power employs excellent workmen. Every detail is completed beautifully. I used Power for my basement windows in early July and the same quality was done.

We were very pleased with the work that was done by Power. Workers arrived in a timely manner and they did an awesome job replacing our windows. The sales pitch lasted longer than we liked, but when the crew arrived they told us what was going to happen. The calls to let us know when they would be arriving and our quality assurance inspector Mike was very informative and knowledgeable about everything.

I signed the contract and purchased the siding work based on what the sales representative stated would be done during the process. Had it not been for what he stated would be the scope of work, I would not have signed. I did my research on the company, and all seemed to be on the up and up. When I asked how long the project would take, the rep told me it looked like a three to five day job. I was surprised because the gentleman who originally came to my door to schedule an appointment stated the siding job would take a day. The rep stated, "I will need to talk with him as he does not know what he is talking about for siding jobs." (This sentence will become a theme throughout my experience.)

This is our first time dealing with Power and it has been the most professional and exceptional experience we have ever had. The first salesmen that cane had so much knowledge we were blown away. We never felt pressured into making our decision. We were given time to talk about it in privacy and make the right choices. The following crews that came out were equally knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our hame and us. I would rate them 10.

Maybe I’m just in a mood, but I am very frustrated with our current project with Power. We are doing window replacement in three phases. The first phase went pretty smoothly. They broke one in transit. One was the wrong size. Two weeks later they came back and installed the replacements. Today the second round of windows were installed. The team was nice. But 1/2 of the windows are wrong. Out of 13 windows, 2 where not even sent. 4 didn’t have the correct design on the top sashes. When the company comes out two times to make the sale and then once to verify it, and then you have to wait 3 months for the installation, you would think the order would come in correct. I question their process and quality control.

My experience with Power was fantastic. Everything from the quality of the product to the warranty was what I expected from a company. As someone with high standards, Power has exceeded that standard.

To be clear, I'm a new homeowner, so this is my first time around having a roof done. Because of that, I can't presume to speak for all experiences of how such a job should go, but I can say that I was dissatisfied with my experience with this company. The roofing work itself was good, so on the merits of the job itself, they are probably just as good as any group of competent adults getting paid to put a roof on a house. The entire process of interacting with Power outside the roof itself, however, was really trash. Without going into minutiae, here are the things that really tweaked me and turned the experience into a bad one:

This is my first experience with Power Home Remodeling company. They performed a great job on my slide door & gutter. I most appreciated is they cleaned up all their garbage before they leave. They explained all my rights, how to use & to register my lifetime warranty.

Very professional, on time, very knowledgeable, high quality of product. Really looking forward to saving on energy costs. Also happy that the project comes with a lifetime transferable warranty is huge.

My experience was enjoyable and positive. From start to end I was pleased my installation process. My only negative was one of the windows was missing for the initial install and they have to come back to install it.

We purchased several windows from this company, including the front bay window. The bay window was never properly installed and was falling off our house. This caused the side windows to sag and be inoperable, and my living room wall to crack. After this issue was rectified we are now dealing with trying to get the front bay window glass (sash) replaced because the seal is broken and the gases in the window have distorted the window.

Today was a day of final satisfaction. Roughly two months ago Power came into our lives. So, entered two young men who were articulate, logical, enjoyable to talk with, and understood us. Took two hours at the most. We signed (seemed like forever--wish they would get some sort of stylus to write with, it is awkward using your fingers) for a new roof, new entry door and new siding on each side of entry because of water damage. Said installation would be a few weeks.

Everyone I encountered from Power was great and professional. But the lead time for my bay window was about 3 months, and felt it was too long. Great customer service from the beginning to the end. Great warranty program.

High pressure sales seems to be a formula that works for them. Like it or not, hard to argue with success. Had they delivered anything like what they promised I would have had no issue with their inflated pricing. I was led to believe I would receive a quality job. When told by neighbors my house is looking good, I can only say don't look too closely. Improvement remains possible when (another) repair crew arrives next week - about week 10 into the job - but full satisfaction highly unlikely as mistakes were made at the outset that were not properly handled due to lack of any plan, and installation carried out by a poorly trained and equipped crew. Not the least of their handicaps was the ability of any member of the crew (of from 3 to 4) on the site to speak English.

I don't understand the negative reviews about the "sales pitch". When I am going to spend a significant amount of money for something I want to know exactly what I am getting and there is no such thing as too much information. As to the complaints about the spouse being present, again if a significant amount of money is going to be spent it should be a joint decision. You can get a lower price elsewhere, but I am 72 years old and have learned over the years that you get what you pay for. If you want the best possible product with the best possible installation and the best possible workmanship you will choose Power.

The sales people tag team their clients. They send two sales people that back you into a corner. My two salespeople were here 5 hours and would not leave. I finally said yes to an $8,000 from door that I could get from Home Depot for $250.00. It is the worst decision of my life and I will never forgive Power or myself for giving in. Afterwards I googled Power and it said that their sales people make between $70,000 and $90,000 a year. That was their first appeal was to sales people. Their first appeal should be to the consumer but they are not out to protect the consumer. They say lifetime warranty and that is **.

Being that this was our 3rd go around with projects, we really love that they had their own trained crews and a lifetime transferable warranty. The staff is well trained, professional and friendly. The results were flawless and it was completed in a clean and timely fashion. We'd be happy to recommend!

The Windows are fantastic! Easy to open, easy to clean, and look beautiful. Outside casing around the window never has to be painted. The crew worked quickly and professionally. They also cleaned up better than any workers we have had before. We received several calls to make sure the work was going well.

We were literally thinking about windows and speaking about it at our kitchen table. In a few days later someone showed up to give us an estimate from there. We were showed a very long and thorough demonstration. However we were impressed by the quality and value. We would highly recommend Power to others.

Based on all of the information given to us during the sales presentation we felt like we were signing up for a very high-quality project. We did not anticipate the cost of the project however once everything was finished we were very satisfied with the project altogether. I met them in Sam's Club. Then they set up a home interview. It went well. Then afterwards they had a guy come and remeasure to order the windows. Everyone was very polite. When it was time to install they went and got it done. They knocked it out of the park in one day. Logan came afterwards to double check the quality.

This company has no integrity and poor customer service at best. They claim to have integrity, transparency and to be honest. They are not. Well the product seems to be okay, the customer service is lousy! At the end of day two of the install one of the workers hit the main ground wire and what we later found out shorted out my main breaker. I was home at the time that it happened. The lights went off and on and flickered. In the five minutes it took me to get outside to ask the workers what had happened they were already gone. They did not try to inform me did they had had a problem nor did they contact the project manager or the project liaison. They just left. I tried contacting the project manager. He was gone for the day as well. I had electrical problems all night long. The crew returned about 7:30 the next morning and try to use their tools and blew my power completely.

The salesperson was as cordial as they come. He spent the good part of an afternoon going through every detail and making it clear what we were committing to. And it was a major commitment so we were slightly apprehensive, but in the end we were convinced this was all for the good. Workers were a little delayed from time to time because of traffic, but they put in long hours and worked hard. The results were just great. Attention was paid to detail. For instance, there was a little more rot on the plywood underneath the siding than expected. This was all replaced without us even being told, I just happened to see them correcting issues as they saw them. They could have easily just covered over this but did not. I respect that.

Long day. Installers were hardworking, efficient, cleaned up after, polite, answered our questions. Not a lot of talking, just working. Supervisor called at the end of day to see how things went. Installers taught me how to take out upstairs windows to clean. Supervisor set up appointment with city for their inspection of the project-thanks. Installers took away my old window valances which I appreciated. The window frames are larger than old one, so I'm not sure my shade brackets are going to fit. The "color" for the front door did not match our existing shutters (from the color swatch), so company gave us new shutters to match new door.

I went with a different style of window, slider, that gave the house a more modern look. I could not believe the difference in the look of the house. The capping work is perfect. Absolutely beautiful.

I love the various features; tilt in windows make them very easy to clean. There is also the additional lock feature on the double hung windows. I also had a bay window installed and I truly love it!!

Horrible communications with customer service and warranty support. Sloppy workmanship with window installation but very good with insulating the attic. No customer follow-up whatsoever, had to literally almost beg them for a follow-up inspection. Scheduled installation work took an extra day due to incorrect material measurements. Will not be recommending this company to anyone even though the issues were finally corrected.

The crew showed up in the morning. They replaced the front door and the windows. They came in the morning and were done in a few hours. I did have a slight hiccup because they were on another job and it went slightly longer than expected. They showed up a day later because it was the 4th of July weekend. So instead of the 3rd they came on the 5th which was fine. Everything went smoothly when they showed up.

Power was great from the beginning. Kevin stopped in and reviewed our options. Our siding is amazing and the job was done in just two days. From the 45 degree angles on all the molding to the team hanging all of our new lights. They did a great job from start to finish. Jay and his team were fantastic.

We had our roof replaced. Project manager out to home on Tuesday and work scheduled for Wednesday. The workers arrived early (a little earlier than expected)... and began work shortly after their arrival. Worked almost non-stop throughout day and roof completed after approximately 11-11.5 hours. Given the extensive work done.. seems like great timing (a neighbor's roof recently replaced by another company took 2 full days). Great job on cleanup as well! One downfall... sales presentation took too long, after I made it clear we did not want to listen to unnecessary information. My husband was willing to stick it out because we were pleased with prior work done by Power.

When I had the Power reps Come to my house I really just wanted a quote. But how well they presented what they do and how well their Products are I was sold. I had my roof done then my gutters and Windows. Now this month I will have the Doors done and a stone facing put on in the front of the house. I cant wait to see what it will look like. Power has done a great job. Made my house look like new. To be honest everything was great. The only thing was finding some nails and stuff on the ground. But they did come out and clean it up asap Which was great since my Mother is disabled and I didn't want her to walk on anything. So all in all a very great job.

A rep from Power Home Remodeling stopped by to offer a free quote. We decided to have our basement windows replaced. The salesman was very helpful and wasn't pushy. It was a great deal. The crew that did the installation was great. Very thorough and great work. They didn't leave any mess. The windows work great. They even came out again after to make sure everything was perfect, that we were happy, and to go over the lifetime warranty. We will be using them again for work in the future!

A representative came out and gave me an estimate. He was polite and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and he brought samples to show features for various roofing needs. The install was scheduled and the company kept in touch for delivery of the materials and during the actual install. After the job was finished before payment, another representative came out and inspected the job and answered questions I had.

They said, "We’re sorry that you had that happen. We will have someone out to fix it or replace." The process started with a free estimate inspection for a new roof. The inspector explained the cost of different levels of the roof work. Once we chose the top level, the process was very efficient. The materials were delivered to the house within a week. The workers showed up the next day and had the job completed on schedule. The home was well protected during the job. All areas were cleaned very well. The roof looks great and we are very pleased!

I consider myself pretty well versed when it comes to home improvement. But there are items out of my wheelhouse physically, and one is siding. Our old siding was failing, so I did the HomeAdvisor thing, and Power was the first to call and come out to give an estimate. Actually, they were the only company from HomeAdvisor to come out! I did have a couple other independents that I knew that gave quotes, so I had 3 numbers to compare. I went with Power as they offered a lifetime, transferable warranty on their products.

I contracted Power Home Remodeling to installed windows that will help keep out the sound coming the busy road behind our house, as the noise became serious concerned because my husband was having a hard time sleeping, and it is the only reason for replacing our windows, nothing else. The company convinced us that we would get what we are looking for, as the sales representative put up a strong demonstration that proof that and we bought into it.

We met Lamar at BJ's to get an estimate on our moldy roof. We had Sydnie come out and inspected our roof. We liked everything she said and set up to get our roof installed with Power Home Remodeling. Power was installing windows around the neighborhood and had someone drop by to ask if we were interested in an estimate. The salesperson Matt came out and explained all the features and benefits of their windows and doors. We loved the demonstrations and the fact that their products are guaranteed for life. I was approached by a salesperson at BJ's Wholesale Club about window replacement - not needed but I asked if they also can do doors. Took some manipulations to get first appointment booked but am so pleased with the results. Yes the ordering process took a long time but I got the custom dream doors I always wanted. Try doing that at Home Depot or Lowe's. I did for 2 years and made zero progress. I can now toss all those books. The prices were higher than some other rough quotes but here are the facts. These people followed up, verified the order, confirmed dates, called, were prompt, polite, professional, organized, helpful, listened to concerns, made it happen. They followed up after install to confirm all was completed. Now I have three working doors that are stunning.

They were quick but not rushed, everyone was professional. The gutter crew left some pieces behind before they left and I was concerned because it could have been a safety hazard for my children. That is the only reason for the 4 star otherwise they would be a 5 star.

All the Power representatives from sales to the installer and its quality assurance department were very professional. After the installation we had a couple things which needed to be corrected, and there was no hesitation on Power's part to take care of them as soon as possible. I am also very satisfied with the quality of the windows that Power installed.

I am 100% satisfied with the service Power H.R.G. provided. My house had asbestos siding that needed to be removed, it was 50 years old. The new siding and trim looks amazing! They are very easy to deal with at all points of contact. Not the cheapest company but you get what you pay for.

They are more than willing to work with us in steps so we can afford to pay for the windows cash without having to take out a loan or use our credit cards. They look wonderful and are easy to use. The screens are so fine you can barely tell there's a screen in the window. The installers are also terrific! They come on time, work efficiently, and do a great clean-up. The follow-up after each project is done quickly and they are quick to fix any minor problems. The entire experience from beginning to end was a good one. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the recent past so we were a little leery in the beginning but Power made it an overall great experience. Very polite, professional and informative. The finished product looks great!

Had siding replaced. The rep that came out we had worked with before and he went through everything with us. The workers that did the install knew their job. They were very professional and answered every question quickly and without hesitation which made me confidence that we had the right company.

We met Power at BJ's in August, 2018. After a push for a no obligation visit, I consented to have them come out. At the visit, we decided not to purchase even though we were offered at discount if we "bought today", but the estimate was good for one year. They continued to call us for several months into the winter so we decided to revisit the idea of installing siding. They sent a new salesman out in May after three re-scheduled visits. Finally meeting with them, they told us that the original estimate was wrong and under measured by 200 s.f. The new price was over $3000 higher. We re-adjusted the price by eliminating gutters and negotiated a price that we were comfortable with. The salesman needed to plug in his printer to print out the docs and then forgot his printer. He came back two days later for it without calling, and just walked into my home.

We ordered windows based on a recommendation of others and were impressed enough with the presentation to give the go ahead. The workers were prompt. The difficulty came with the follow through. Unfortunately the employees could not reinstall the trim around the two bay windows they replaced, apparently due to time constraints and/or ability. As agreed, we did not pay them until the job was finished which really set off the workers. The project manager agreed to send someone to finish but then came himself because no one was available. After nearly six hours trying to install trim he gave up and told my wife he would take $500 off the price and we would have to finish it ourselves!

I had a sales guy banging on my door yesterday who said he was from Power. He said he stopped by because they had just done a window installation across the street and noticed my house still had the original windows...my windows are less than five years old. I quickly told him we were all set. Happy to know it’s a legitimate company but still seems shady to me.

Although the window installation was completed on schedule, lot of dust was left on the floor around the house as they just wiped it lightly. After a couple of days, the quality assurance manager came and checked everything. He submitted the application for energy efficiency rebate. However, utility company sent me an email saying the application was flawed as it was missing the U-value. I called The main office, a customer rep told me to download form warranty website. I checked the warranty website, but it didn't have the U-factor document. I called the main office again, then someone emailed me the tickers' pictures. However, he missed the sticker for the customized window. I had to asked him again and got the right sticker. This whole experience has wasted lot of my time.

The team of installers were great, very efficient and cleaned up all around the house. The roof looks great. The time frame I was given was spot on and there was good contact with the office. In reading some of the other reviews I do have to agree that the product itself looks to be just as promised except the only thing that bothered me was the high pressure to buy more of their products. When the gentleman came by who was supposed to be overseeing the install ended up being a salesperson it was somewhat deceiving. Nice guy but it made me very uncomfortable and he stayed a long time. Time will tell if the roof holds up like they say it will.

My roofing project was done in February 2019, job took 1 day as planned. There was still some ice & snow both on the roof and groundwork area but it did not hinder the project. In May 2019 I had 5 windows installed which only took about 2 hours. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up and left the work areas spotless. Also a few days later I had siding and gutters installed. The siding crew was wonderful. They had the bad luck of a few rainy days but worked anyway for as long as they could. Due to the weather the project only went 1 day over what was planned but they an excellent job. So with all this work completed I now have a new house and am highly satisfied and I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

Installation of the Hurricane Windows by this Company has been a pleasant experience & renewed my faith in humanity. (I physically helped my husband build five houses in Ill. With the knowledge acquired doing that, I wasn't prepared for the unexpected aggravation experienced when having one house built & 2 houses remodeled in Sarasota, Fl. area. Different products substituted on day of installation, too many sub-contractors in and out of the house & not cleaning up afterwards. I just expect to receive what is promised.)

They were there on time. They completed my windows in about 2 hrs. Their crew is clean, polite and do their job well. I am very satisfied with their product and their company. I am also having them replace the rest of my windows in my house in the near future. Cant wait. So excited.

Have used Power 4 times. They do good work and clean up well. This time I did have some communication problems. Not told when they would show up on 2 occasions. Again, I got a quality product from them.

We met a salesperson at Sam's. They asked if we needed new windows or roof and we said windows. A salesperson came that very same day. He looked at all our windows and made suggestions. We decided on the ones we needed. We decided to get Power to install the 6 windows and 2 circle top windows. They sent Jamie and John out to install the windows. Jamie and John are very, nice, experienced and efficient. The job went well. They needed a J channel for one circle top window and our shutters didn`t come so they sent Jamie and his crew back out here to install the J channel and the shutters. Really enjoyed working with, Jamie and his boys and with John, quality people. We are satisfied.

We purchased 14 windows from Power Home Remodeling. As the Power Team started installation we notified them the windows they brought were not the ones we ordered and they were the wrong size. The Power team started installing our old windows back & they had to use a torch to put our molding back. What was a white window frame are now black due to the torch flames. We contacted their local office and said they would release our current contract but will not pay for current damages.

The sales pitch was not overly high powered, and the workers showed up as scheduled for the windows, gutter and attic insulation. They cleaned up and had me inspect the work before signing off. The sliding glass door was a replacement of an old door and side windows. It came in late so it had to be installed at another time. I was not given any paperwork nor was I warned that my steps would be not aligned with the door. Now I have to pay to have someone get rid of the concrete stairs, remove bushes, and make stepping over the track less dangerous. This was not explained to me or I would have selected something else. Since this an older home, more work was recommended, but I firmly declined. A little more information would have been helpful, and I would have selected another option. Be sure to ask plenty of questions, and be firm with all the representatives who come out.

The sales people were over-powering but polite and professional. They lean a bit on you to get other things done while pushing the item you were interested in. Wanted a door and they pushed windows and roof. I checked online and found reviews before I decided to go forward. The complaints were about average for work done on one's house. Such as we were supposed to get a foot latch lock for the door but there was not enough room for the latch without causing a problem closing the or opening the door. We were told we would get new molding around the door inside the house. We were given a choice between two different types of molding. The day the door went in I asked about the molding and was told first by the installers that they were told to use the existing molding if they did not damage it in any way.

This review is basically the same as some of the other 1 star experiences. I was on a day off and completing tasks outside (Unfortunately). I would not and don't answer the door for sales. I was approached by two people. They were nice enough and stated they were in the area and their company does home remodeling. The one person commented on our roof (which isn't needed) and then asked about windows. Windows do need replacement and I figured that since I was home, I didn't care if someone came and did a quick estimate.

We made an appointment through a representative at Sam's Club for gutter replacement and window replacement. We were told that the estimate would take an hour or less. Not so. The representative who came to our home was like the old definition of a used car salesman. Was intrusive to say the least. After too much selling of his company finally inspected our gutters. It then took every effort to get him to give me the estimate. I had to force it out of him. When I asked to see a sample of his product, he told me he wasn't allowed to carry one and that his company did not like sending representatives to only sell gutters. I was told he would give me references for customers who had similar work done in our area.

Used Power Home Remodeling for siding, fascia and gutters. The rep that came to the house was a nice guy and very personable. We spoke about our homes being the single biggest investment most people make. We want our homes to be protected against the elements and small problems are better addressed early than late to prevent them from becoming bigger problems later on. Now the siding job last done on my home was likely a shoddy DIY job done by one of the previous owners. It was old and there were several areas for concern. The rep took measurements and got the scope of the project we wanted to accomplish. Let me start by saying I am not a stranger to the building trades. I worked in the building trades and do most projects on my own or with little assistance. The rep said that as far as wood replacement goes there were several areas of concern on the house.

May 13, 2019 My guys arrived at my home to get started on the big job to install 24 windows. Everyone was very pleasant and ready to get to work. It was a very long day for them, but they did an awesome job to my house. It really made me proud and the windows look so good that I need to put a new paint job on the house. My other guy put foil insulation in the attic, and regular insulation with the foil in my garage. The attic was a little hot but they survived and the garage was much better. My guys who did the windows even cleaned up their mess in the yard and inside the house.

Power Home Remodeling installed additional attic insulation and their radiant barrier. The whole process went very smoothly and their sales and tech reps were top-notch. It was somewhat expensive but the savings on the electric bill and increase in home value will pay for it in a couple years.

My husband and I are happy to recommend Power Home Remodeling for windows and siding. I don't feel that we were "sold" anything. We were educated. Clearly they are a high end supplier and their products are excellent. We were informed every step of the way and we feel that we made good decisions. From the first visit we were treated respectfully and intelligently. While our siding install was several years ago and we sought Power Home Remodeling out, our window install was not at the top of our list. Once we saw the actual condition of our windows we moved it to a priority.

I answered the door to a salesperson in my neighborhood for Power, and let them know that my wife and I had been interested in replacing our windows since we bought the house, but were at least a year away from being ready to do it. The next thing I know, he hands me his phone to speak to someone to set up an appointment to measure our windows. I figured a quick quote couldn't hurt to see what we would be looking at in the future. Then he started asking me how much I travel for work, what I did, where my office is, where my wife's office is, who was home and at what time of day, how old my kids were and when did they get home from school, what time does my wife get home from work, who is here during the day.

I only have them replace the windows and their team is good and products are good. If you are going to have Power Home Remodeling company to do the project, you must make sure the products are what you get for what you pay for it. The sales consultant may say yes to you and may put the wrong products on the sheet. You need to be careful...

Power performed a complete roof inspection and presented a comprehensive presentation of the products they offered and the cost to complete the project. They walked us through each step it would take and performed a final inspection to ensure we were satisfied with the completed project. They are priced a little higher than others but I would use them again just on their customer satisfaction policy.

I met the young man representing Power and scheduling appointments in Sam's Club. He was very informative and professional. The young men that came out to do my estimate and go over the materials gave a wonderful presentation. They were very knowledgeable about the materials so much so that by the time they left I was ready to schedule for installation: 23 windows whole house siding and gutters. According to a knowledgeable source the price was very good. The project was completed on time. The window, siding and gutter crews were fantastic and hardworking. Very professional. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Also communication with project manager and office staff was excellent. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

We had gutters done when it was raining off and on for days. Our house has a lot of angles and peaks and everything was finished beautifully. One area of gutter leaked after the install and with one phone call, they came out next day and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

We had someone come to our door and offer a free estimate for a new roof so we scheduled it, unfortunately the cost Of the roof was 1/3 of what we paid for the house so it was not worth it for us in the end. We could have paid cash but we wanted to see about financing to help our credit because we liked the presentation before we decided it wasn't a good financial decision, but were unfortunately denied. What they fail to mention though, is that they're going to run your credit 5 times!! Would have been nice to know. They do put you on the spot to commit immediately so we didn't want to fork over a lump of cash and it ended up hurting our credit pretty bad. The salesman was also at our house for 4 hours!! from 6pm to 10pm! He literally smoked my husband's cigarettes and asked for a plate for dinner. It was just a bizarre experience. I wouldn't recommend.

I was totally surprised to see the Radiant Barrier installed in my attic in a highly professional manner in less than 5 hours. All barrier sections were attached to the roof joists with plastic washers and staples. Nothing was left uncovered. The crew cleaned the job site when the they were finished in a better condition than when they first arrived. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

Since our house was built in "71" I knew the windows were in sad shape. These new windows are a real asset to our home. They are high quality, have reduced heat and noise levels in the house. Everyone that has come out has been very pleasant to deal with. As a result we have ordered more windows. Would recommend this product and company to friends and family. We are thrilled with the new look.

Power first showed up at our home (after waiting 10 weeks) with our windows. Not one window was the right size. Not one! This was April 13th. I was told by my "project manager" that approximately 1 in 500 people has this problem with them because they have a "glitch" in their software that changes the measurements that are entered into the system to whole numbers. I asked them how such a large company could be fully aware that they have such an issue and that they haven't either changed software or figured out a way to fail safe this so it doesn't happen to people. He had no answer for that. And since he had a statistic of 1 in 500, this has clearly happened repeatedly and this company does not care that they impact any of their customers.

I answered a knock on the door (unfortunately), and spoke with a very nice young college-age looking young lady. She gave me a brief overview of the product, asked if they could come out for a free estimate. I said “sure”. She explained my husband would need to be home, so we scheduled it for Sat. morning. When she asked how my day was going, and I answered “busy”- to which she replied this would just take a second. Before I knew it, she was on the phone to “confirm the appt time was available”. Then she handed the phone to me.

My husband and I had said at the beginning of the year, one of the things we absolutely needed was a new roof and gutters. I came across a Power Home Remodeling rep in a local Sam's Club store (Tucker, GA) on a Friday. I set up a free consultation for the following Tuesday. The sales consultant was on time, very pleasant, appeared to be knowledgeable and thorough. She took measurements, photos and explained to us what she saw using the photos. We already knew we had a pretty bad situation and just wanted to know how much it was going to cost.

They installed gutters that are supposed to be maintenance free and mine are now black and green. When I called about it they told me that because of our rafter tail wasn’t plum the gutters would never work properly. So they actually installed them knowing they would not work. They drip over the sides and leave puddles in various spots. One of those spots is right at my door! We spent the money to get the gutter guards because we were told we would NEVER HAVE TO CLEAN OUR GUTTERS AGAIN!!!

Power was very aggressive in their sales pitch to get me to replace the roof on my house. Making claims that I have in writing about poor conditions which included rotting wood, mold and lack of ventilation. Claiming that I needed to have my roof replaced in the next 4 weeks. I had another roofer come to look and specifically asked them to check the same items. That roofer said I had at least a year or two before needing replacement. He did not see any mold or rotting wood and let me know that I had 9 vents in the roof which is more than should be required.

I had an excellent experience with Power Home Remodeling from the start of the project to the end. The project was replacement of aluminum siding on my house. I was apprehensive about replacing the siding on my house due to unusual items such as: Partial stone accent on the front of the house that was directly connected to the existing siding. Back deck that had been installed after the original siding. Multiple cable runs and cable accesses into the house. Front, side and backlights. Other items attached to the house such as gutter downspouts, vents, power meter, electrical outlets and air conditioning power box.

Power was willing to negotiate both on the initial sale and also on the follow-up sale. The installation crew was professional, cleaned up after the installation, and did an excellent job. They were on time and very curious.

My husband and I had 18 hurricane impact windows installed in our home. We had been living with single pane windows that were horrible. We were very pleased with the work from beginning to end. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Our installers were very good, cleaned up after each day and completed the job in record time. When one bank of 3 windows came broken, they were reordered and put in within a reasonable time frame. We would recommend this company to our friends and family. We love our new windows and are so glad we decided to go with Power!

This experience is 3 weeks old. I had 12 windows installed throughout the house - a 5 panel bow window installed in the living room - and aluminum caps installed on the outside of 3 windows. My bow window is absolutely gorgeous. I have not experience the wrath of the winter months yet but as of today, I am totally satisfied with the entire project. My husband and I were home during the entire installation process and the customer services from the contractors and the Quality Assurance Managers deserves recognition and appraisal. I was so pleased that I ordered a garden window to be installed in my kitchen.

My property was damaged by a power sub-contractor and I have been left hanging by Power. They refuse to take any responsibility for the mistakes of the people they hire. They simply say that's between me and the other guy, the guy that THEY HIRED! They will not stand behind the people they hire. They charge you top dollar and hire Shady people to do their sub-contracting. Do NOT HIRE POWER!!!

I am tickled pink with the results. It was daunting when I first considered the project, but Power HR made it very easy. The consultant, Cory, explained each step and answered any questions I had during the time he was here. I had a very good feeling about the project from that point. For the appointment with the Pre-Install Inspector I wrote down any questions that came to mind. Chase, I believe his name was, answered all questions. The project was set for April 5 between 8 and 10. The team arrived at 8:30 which was great. The job was completed that evening. I am so pleased with the results. The team cleaned the windows and frames before leaving, and during the walk around any questions I had were answered. All debris from the site was removed as well. I plan to have further work done in the future with Power HR and would recommend this company to my friends.

Updated on 10/14/2020: I hired Power to install siding to my home in 2017. They placed a company that damaged my deck and to this day I have not been compensated, the representatives I have spoken to have been rude and condescending.

We are extremely pleased with the services of this company. We are going to have more work done, and are making request the same workers to come out and complete the second round of installments. We are very pleased with the finished product.

This review is going to be a true and honest account of the process, from start to finish, with Power Home Remodeling. Power Home Remodeling visited the neighborhood my husband and I live in. When I answered the door, the representatives were very professional and friendly, and scheduling a free estimate for roof replacement and insulation was very easy. These are projects my husband and I knew we needed to get done, which is why I set up an appointment. Note: they do require verbal confirmation over the phone for any appointments they make, and the process overall took about 10 minutes.

I was very pleased with product presentation (windows). The job was done on time and the quality of the finished product is super. I will definitely recommend them to friends. I like their their products so much that I asked them to work on my roof.

Skip over Power Home Remodeling. The whole home siding house process is what it is, delays happen, schedules cross, communication breakdowns happen. Overall quality of work good. Customer Service follow up, HORRIBLE. Simply skip P.H.R.

Other than some communication issues on the day of installation, the crew that came out was great! The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves when done. I wish they would have came when scheduled, but I otherwise have no complaints. Thank you.

The quality of the product and workmanship of the installers was top of the line. We have had several bitterly cold days since the installation. I no longer feel the heat being sucked out of me when I stand before either the window or the door.

Work done on time by excellent workers. All areas cleaned up after the work was done. Top quality materials. Jobs inspected before and after work was done. Workers were all nice and easy to talk to. Can't think of anything negative.

Very surprised how quickly the roof was done... One day... A few days later the gutters and downspouts went up! We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, the quality of the products, the inspection the company did before and after, and how it makes our house look great. Also the 50 year warranty! Great Job!

I had my roof and gutters replaced. I had them replaced in the middle of winter and thought that would be a real problem, but no. Everything with Power went great. I contacted them to replace my sliding door, soffit, and cutters. The installation was impeccable and timely.

We were considering replacing our roof that is old though not leaking. Walking through BJ’s and they asked if we’d would be interested in a quote. Foolishly said ok. Salesman showed up, spent 15 minutes telling us about his family and their pride in his work then 15 minutes about how great a company Power Home Remodeling is. My husband told him UPFRONT that he used to be in the business. Told him how much material he would need etc. any details to provide a quote. Then another half hour for him to measure, ponder job etc. Then he comes back in the house and parks for another half hour telling us how superior his company is and how we should be fearful of any other roofers.

The young man sent to give us a quote was very pleasant. Unfortunately, he works for a company that overcharges. He represents a company that stresses its marketing, and says that they don't charge the market rate for their windows because they don't advertise. Their prices are outrageous, I recommend calling a local company, Carrollwood Window and Doors, their quote to me was half the price of this company for the same work. (I have no interest in Carrollwood Windows and Doors, only a customer who has used them in the past and will use them in the future).

I had a fantastic experience from the in home estimate to the install. I got 2 windows and a sliding patio door replaced. The windows and door are heavy duty and well put together. The whole installation took about 3 hours from start to finish.

My 32-year-old house was looking its age, but after Power Home Remodeling replaced the gutters, soffit, and fascia, as well as the trim facing all around the house, it looks 20 years younger! Power did more than I even expected, and their professionalism was beyond impressive! This was the first major home repair decision I made since my husband died, and I am so confident it was the right one!

We initially had a good interaction with Power. However as the project began we started to see that we were sold incorrect information that led us to make a large and very unnecessary roof purchase. Sales Rep - You need a full re-deck. Based on the 'sales pitch and photos of our roof' we believe our roof is in shambles. Project Manager - You will only need a partial re-deck. So we still believe a new roof is necessary and no one has communicated the actual state of our roof. Day of project - no wood is replaced on our roof at all and only a shingles upgrade was done.

The process with Power Home Remodeling was really seamless and they offered great communication the entire time. We are very happy to have new doors that work great and have a lifetime warranty. The install team was very professional and explained everything to us and made the experience as least invasive as possible. Thank you Power Home Remodeling!

Power installed 14 windows in one day including the outside trim. I was amazed only one person installed 14 windows fast. Excellent work. Cleaned all litter from the old windows. Power was on time to install the windows and would recommend Power to anyone looking to replace windows. I am also having Power replace a front door in my home.

The guy was at our house for 6 hours. The price was $32,00.00 to replace shingles on roof. But if we signed up right then it was only $23,00.00. We cancelled, glad we did. High pressure. Even after we cancelled they send a courier who tried to get us to do the roof, with more discounts. What a joke! Don't even talk to them! Run far and fast away! Found a local roofer for a fantastic price!

Just based on my 'free estimate' experience, I would NEVER do business with these jerks! Saw them at the Oaks, PA Home and Garden show. Was asked if I'd answer "one quick survey question" as I was walking by. Like an idiot, I stopped, and 20 minutes and tons of questions later, I was still standing there. I should have cut the cord right then, but having now invested all this time, I was curious to learn of their cost for replacement windows. I scheduled a free estimate appointment, which I later had to reschedule to to weather.

Power sales rep came around knocking on doors asking to set up a time for a free estimate. I agreed, and was asked no less than 20 questions about owning the home. After the 3rd time of being interrogated (by the sales rep/scheduler/schedule confirmation caller) I was frustrated. Jeff, schedule confirmation caller, then asked me to confirm my CREDIT SCORE in order to show up for the estimate for the work. I declined to respond and sat waiting for the estimate providers to show up. When they did not show up I was told my appointment was not confirmed due to declining to answer their questions. It's no problem, I am glad I avoided doing business with them.

These guys are the worst. They are scam artists of the highest degree. They started my siding job in August. It is still not complete. And here we are in February. I have no lights on the back of my house three of them. And one side spotlight was never installed. None of the crew speak or understand English. So you can't communicate with them. If you call someone from the company so you can speak to somebody in English you may not get a callback.

Just had new windows installed and could NOT be happier! The windows were installed just in time for the deep freeze that hit the Midwest, and we not only stayed warm... it was warmer than last winter! The people were amazing to work with and did a tremendous job. Everyone was friendly, professional and did superb work! Already have Power planned for our next home upgrade to redo the soffits on the house!

I had new windows installed a few weeks ago from Power Home Remodeling & couldn’t be more satisfied. In addition to great quality windows, the process has been seamless & the company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely plan to consult them for any future home remodeling needs!

The salesman said I would not see seams in the siding as their boards are longer than most. I see several seams just looking out my front door. The board are 12" like every other company. They did the job around a snow storm. The day they started it was not snowing. The next day it was so they did not come. The third day they finished the job. As a result of the snow they could not clean up. After the snow melted I had nails and parts of stuff in my driveway and throughout my yard. They ended up coming back to clean up. When they came they had 4 men so they each took a side of the house. As a result, each side was only partially finished when they left for the day. All of the old siding had been removed and the house was wrapped, but each side was only partially completed.

No pressure sales tactics were employed. The sales presentation was educational. My biggest issue was that I could not afford to get all my windows replaced. That would not be the company's fault. I had to delay the installation because of time conflicts which they easily changed. Come Installation Day three men came by 8:30 in the morning and completed 11 windows, with cleanup by 2:15 PM. I will gladly recommend Power Replacement Windows to whoever requested.

We had our roof, gutters and windows installed by Power and I must say they were professional and did a great job. It's not one or two guys working. They bring many guys to get the jobs done fast. They're not cheap but you pay for what you get as they say. The only thing negative which is why I didn't give it 5 stars is the cleanup job could be better. I found several screws and nails around the yard each time after they left. One wound up in my tire that couldn't be fixed and ended up costing me over $400 because I needed to get 2 new tires! In addition, I had to help the guy fit everything in the dumpster or he wouldn't take it away! We would recommend them but watch the cleanup.

The crew arrived early in the morning, even though the temps were close to zero. It's like a choreography, everyone knows what to do. As suggested, one day! It was late and dark, but the roof was done, everything cleaned up, not one nail left anywhere... As I said, just great!

My family met with a Power Sales Representative who walked us through the entire process of getting windows installed. A date was set. I called to postpone the installation process because of a medical procedure and Power accommodated me - very helpful for our family situation. The Installation Team showed up on time and began work immediately after introducing themselves. It has been especially cold where we live and the offer was made to set up a warm room for me which was nice. I needed a little help getting the final prep done for installation which they promptly did.

Very well as far as installation. But meeting with the job inspector was a high pressure sales and scare tactic pitch to sell more windows for the 2nd floor apartment. This was not discussed at the 1st interview. We were told that a window on the 2nd floor was leaking between the seal of the window and would lead to a water leak in the walls if not replaced in the near future. So he concluded that we needed 9 new windows. And if we did that we would get a better price for both jobs combined at a better interest rate. This was on a Wednesday Jan 23rd and he was going to call us on Saturday the 21st for our decision.

They were amazing and well to work with. They did my windows and I'm waiting to finish my door but the experience so far is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and explains everything so I was able to understand what was going on and what was going to happen. Was affordable as well.

As a first time home buyer, getting quality work can be tricky. Especially when you do not know exactly where to turn. I have used HomeAdvisor and other sites and programs to help find contractors but it was always a risk. During my first Power Home interview I felt comfortable to have the employee walked me through every single detail and question I had. I even did some real time search results while we were speaking and yes they were a bit higher than normal. I felt more comfortable paying the extra to ensure that the work was great. And I can safely say it has been.
