Great experience, install was complete in about 4 hours and the finish out was impeccable. The windows look great and the quality shows. Glad we removed the grids, clear glass really improves the look.

Would highly recommend Power, and use them again if needed. Communication was excellent, timeframe was awesome, and every person we worked with was completely professional. Felt like working with someone you know, but with the security of a larger company.

Installers were on time. The work was good in quality. They cleaned up after the project. The whole team that was involved with the project were all professional and easy to work with, these include the sales team and the people who made the appointments. The project was installed 2 days ahead of time.

From the first meeting to the final install we were pleased with the Power team. The relationship with Pella and the warranty which is transferable were a game changer which definitely sets Power apart from their competition.

We had Power Home Remodeling replace two doors in our house and it was an extremely smooth process. We chose them for their great reputation and warranty. We are extremely happy with the final result and highly recommend them.

Pretty much all individuals I've dealt with in regard to this transaction did a good job, start to finish. I'm pleased thus far, no complaints. The guidance on the process up to this install was very helpful & that I had an option for an even earlier install was nice.

The window install was completed quickly and professionally with an almost immediate drop in heat transfer from the sun in the southern facing windows and a very noticeable decrease in decrease in exterior noise.

From the initial meeting to set-up an estimate to the final quality inspection it was such a good experience. Each member of the Power team that I met was not only informative and patient answering all of my questions, they were actually delightful to interact with. Matt was wonderful when he did the estimate. He was very thorough and answered my questions, whether it was about the work or the financing. I was a bit stressed, just because it is a big, expensive job, but I felt so good about the decision I made to go with Power. The quality of the windows is great. Yes, that is important. AND the quality of the WORK is just as critical.

Windows were installed on date scheduled. Work was completed in one day, they worked into the dark to complete them. Crew was courteous and friendly. About 2 hrs after start an employee came to check on progress but seemed more interested in trying to find other work projects. Made cuts in tar paper in attic. Didn’t replace. This is the only disappointing thing about your company.

Using Power Home Remodeling has been a great experience. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Sales staff was not pushy and communication was great. We decided to have half our windows replaced. Almost immediately we decided to have the rest of windows and gutters done. They helped with financing and everyone we worked with was friendly. Walking us through every step, showing us everything that could work and wouldn't work. The whole process was wonderful and the finishing touch made my house look like a brand new home! My only concern is that I wish financing would have gotten back to me sooner, but other than that everyone turned out remarkable!

Using Power Home remodeling was probably one the best decisions, we’ve ever made together for our new home. Then when the gentleman came to do the pre-installation, he was so thorough and was very careful. We love our new windows and the installation was smooth and efficient, but the initial appointment and the follow-up appointment were each 2.5-3 hours long which was a significantly long time commitment to give up on a work day.

From our estimate to our install, Power was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole install took just a few hours. There was no damage to any of our drywall and they cleaned up after themselves really well. Quality assurance came by a few days after install and we noticed a small crack in the glass of one window about the size of. I’m pleased to say that our warranty covers this. We’re looking forward to using Power for other exterior projects in the future.

Best window installation experience, techs are quick and quality of work is great. During installation, quality assurance team was out, checking and explaining the progress. My overall experience has been great, I would definitely do future projects with them.

They finished our siding September of 2021. During the process they broke our fence and in an attempt to make a quick fix, they cut pieces of the fence off so the door could close. (It is very difficult to close.) Our siding started bowing almost immediately and has not been fixed. Tools had been left in our gutters and pieces of our roofing have subsequently come off. We discovered a hole that directly leads outside from our kitchen. Besides the terrible work they provided, they also stole $400 of lumber for which they said they would return to us but never have. All of these issues were brought to their attention and we patiently waited 6 months for them to get someone to come and look at our concerns. As the appointment time came closer they called us to cancel and scheduled the appointment an additional 6 months out.

The job was done in a very quick time. The people were very friendly and polite. They explained everything thoroughly and were patience with us if we had questions. We had to reschedule one time and were understanding about us changing the dates. But overall we had a great experience and will be doing future home improvements with them again!

Their product materials, lifetime guarantees, warranty transferable to new owners if we sell, easy cleaning and maintained were what is worth this company. This is my second time working with Power Home Remodeling in 2 years. Last year they replaced my windows and did a really good job. This year I discovered that my roof needed to be replaced and so naturally went back to Power to complete the job. They gave a very clear and amazing description of what they would do and they delivered just as they said. It was amazing to see them work and the amount of care as they got the job done. The job looks really nice and really clean. Looks great!

From the start to the finish everything ran extremely smooth with this process. We had Todd their sales person come out to provide a fantastic presentation. He was able to show the differences of other industry pricing. Also the quality of the product was very well demonstrated. After we agreed to do the project everything ran very smooth. We had a measure technician prepare us for the project and once the job was done there was a check up to follow. The crew was neat, professional and courteous and took their time to get the job done to a satisfactory standard. Overall we are very satisfied with the project and would consider recommending.

We had an issue with scheduler. He was rude about reasons they couldn't come out the first time. He canceled our meeting with the salesperson. Second time he proceeded to tell me that "we" have already had an issue with them. Everyone else was wonderful. Happy with the job.

I had an issue in master bed room with termites and the window could not be installed. They explained everything to me as far as what I needed to get done before the window could be installed. The crew went to get materials to board the window up for me. I’m all this was a great experience.

Katherine C was a great sales expert, knowledgeable about products and not pushy. Great experience working with her. Final product looks great. The siding is high quality, we like the color and can already tell a difference with the insulation in the siding.

If it was today, I would not have chosen Power Home Remodeling. There was a noticeable gap around the windows of 1/2 to 3/4 inch...Filled in with insulation/caulk...And held together with only 6 screws that had to make it across those gaps into the side of the window frame/wall. I cannot believe that this will hold up in time and under 40 or 50 mile/hour winds and rain....Very frustrating watching how these windows were installed. In a larger window install (double pane), installers did not even follow install guide which called for 6 screws on the sides but 4 screws at the top/header....They totally ignored me when I pointed out that install guide called for 4 screws at the top...And just used one screw on the top/header....

Everything went smooth and on plan. Would highly recommend! The installation team was friendly, professional, and timely. The windows and door are awesome and beautiful! Can’t believe how easy the team made everything.

From the first knock on our door, the sales representative, the workmen that came out and the products used were all exceptional. The courtesy calls in between showed that they really cared about the services they provide. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Lifetime warranty on their services, put the icing on the cake!

Purchased Windows and roof from them. Decided on windows first, they were in and out and did a good job. There was a pre project inspection, post project inspection, I noticed a piece of flashing was dented and they ensured someone would return to replace. Figured out the only reason there was a post project inspection was to try and sell me on the items I hadn't purchased. And they succeeded selling me the roof, big discount to use my house for marketing. Power assured me that I would never know they were there once they completed. It's been a month since the roof was completed, no communications, no post install inspection, my flashing is still dented and we have found tons of garbage and over 200 nails around the house. Beyond disappointed with this company. I'd steer clear.

Sales rep was very professional and took time to build rapport with us and answer questions. I was not a fan of the super long presentation, but he did his best to adapt and move it along. Gave us a great deal.

Sales guy was knowledgeable about product and very friendly. He helped us decided what exactly we wanted and needed for our home. When they came to install it they came to work. Didn’t stand around talking. They worked hard and fast. Finished product looked amazing. Excited for my new door.

Purchased a window 8/21 and given a delivery date of 12/18. They called and said my window wasn’t ready, my new install date would be mid Jan 2022. Company called and canceled the week of and rescheduled to Mid Feb. I finally had the window installed and one of the panes was scratched. I called and the warranty dept sent someone out in April. They had to order a new pane. The pane arrived in October, I was given an install date of March 2023!!! I said no way and they then gave me install date of 11/7/22 9 am. I was called at 7am that morning because they “couldn’t find my window”! A supervisor called me back to say they lost it and have to reorder. I should have it Jan 2023! At this point I felt they should give me a credit back for all the hassle and I was told “we don’t do that.” Go anywhere else except Power Home Remodeling. Terrible place to do business with.

From the get go everyone at Power was very friendly and delightful to talk to. Scott talked us through literally everything, we didn't feel pressured or that they were holding anything back. The process has been very smooth and from the moment we signed to replace ALL the windows in our house, they were in contact with us for every step. Everyone of the employees has been considerate of our home and polite and friendly. They are easy to contact and we haven't had a single hassle. Our sliding glass door was a week late due to supply and demand but they called to inform us ahead of time and we were able to reschedule easily and they prioritized us getting in ASAP. We are already looking at door options with them in the future! The installation itself was clean, and fast. It was all done in a day with a full team. They definitely know what they're doing, everything was very professional and they cleaned everything during and after installation. We definitely recommend, especially if you're like us and have bad contractor PTSD from previous jobs.

The young men that came and installed the did a great job. They are friendly and professional and answered all questions that I had. They even called the County Building Inspector and set up an appointment for the inspection. I would recommend Power for any home owner. They will be back for they need to install the window screens and sliding door wheels.

A lot of companies pressure sales and deliver less than what was promised, but Power Home Remodeling really made it easy to decide on doing every window in my house and a door without pressure. The wait for the install was a little long because of the custom door, but once the install happened the crew was extremely professional and excellent craftsmen. They spent so much time making sure that everything was looking good and that the door lined up for perfect functioning. The company has a great transferable lifetime warranty for everything which tells me all I need to know about the longevity of the product. The company has also done a great job of following up and making sure I'm happy with them at every step of the project. I highly recommend.
