They took a lot of pride in the work and doubled checked everything with a quality inspection. Our representative Nick was very informative, patient and friendly. Explained every detail and wasn’t rushing with no pressure. Truly a great experience.

The windows I had replaced arrived quicker than expected. The technicians removed the old windows quicker than I thought possible and immediately began framing the new windows in. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

As a new home owner, I was very hesitant to trust a company that does door-to-door sales, until I agreed to the free estimate and learned what Power Home Remodeling is all about. My fiancé and I received all new windows and front door and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and service we have received! After our window install, we saw a small hole in one of the window screens and called the company shortly after. They were able to come the SAME day that we called and fix the screen for no cost (thanks to our lifetime warranty). This is truly a one and done service. Power were thoroughly professional all through the process of having our roof replaced. They explained clearly why we needed the job, how they would do it, and what was required. The job was higher priced than other offers but they gave us more confidence that the job would be done right.

I am very happy and satisfied with the installation of my glass sliding and front entry doors! Chris was professional, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. We live in an old house and knew it needed some refining. Power was able to come out and fix our roof and gutters. We no longer have the visible holes in the roof, the gutters actually work to keep water from the house, and EVERYTHING is sealed up! Plus, they were able to send out someone to clean up any leftover debris once the work was already done. We’re very happy with the work done and service provided.

The whole process started with someone knocking on our door. We needed to get a sliding glass door done. Though Company sent out a couple of sales reps that gave our home a full inspection and provided that solutions for things that we needed. We were very impressed by how thorough the process was. All of the appointments were met on time and very accurate. We're very pleased with the result of our project and plan on scheduling more work with Power for the future.

Sales person and managers were wonderful. We had a few problems with installation due to our home having original windows from the 60s but Power went above and beyond to make it right for our home. Would recommend them to family and friends.

This project has been extremely smooth from the very beginning. I met with Gary the salesperson who did a wonderful job explaining things very well to me. He took his time and made sure that I was extremely comfortable before moving forward. The windows are being installed by 3 gentlemen who are taking care of my home And are very professional. The clean up and communication has been good. I did have to Remind the company to use my landline phone a few times but after that everything has been straightened out.

While we experienced a few delays in delivery the communication and professionalism during the project was excellent. The products were installed correctly the first time and no corners were cut with product or dirinduring installation. I was so pleased with the first installation I called Power back to replace my front door 3 months after the first project completed.

This company is a joke. From the install in August where the two men came, destroyed my ceiling, left debris and trash all over my property and neighbors property, didn‘t caulk right, ripped all my trim apart and didn’t put it back together and left a broken sash. To now, DECEMBER, where they have canceled repairs for the 4th time without a phone call 'til FEBRUARY. Do not hire this company. The install was the worst. Customer service is nonexistent.

We were first met Kenny at an event who introduced us to Power. There wasn’t any pressure to do any projects with the company. The quality of product and professionalism led us to make a follow up appointment with Brad. Brad is in the sales division and was very accommodating with our schedules. He explained our financial options and we actually could afford it. He further explained Power's history, quality of products, seal around the windows, mechanism and action, and stream lined process of installation. The installation was done in a day and they were on time. Rob with Quality insurance came out the very next day. He explained the warranty and demonstrated how the window worked. Who knew you could move window in so many fashions. We discussed our very next very project for 2023. Everyone was professional and personal that we met. We look forward to working with Power next spring!!!

It’s been absolute pleasure working with Power. Their service methodology is exceptional. We began our process with a consultant arriving at the home, giving us a free inspection of the house and identifying any areas of the concern. Then we discussed their roof installation process. Once our project began we had a project manager and a customer success consultant making sure that everything was installed accordingly. One of our gutters was misplaced from the previous and power took it upon themselves to fix it. Steve, Ian, and and the entire field team has been a pleasure to work with.

We were very happy with the windows we had done. We can already tell a difference in the home being much more quiet. The appearance of the home is updated and we are excited to see new bright white windows. The crew did a quick install and thorough cleanup.

Great experience, install was complete in about 4 hours and the finish out was impeccable. The windows look great and the quality shows. Glad we removed the grids, clear glass really improves the look.

The window install was completed quickly and professionally with an almost immediate drop in heat transfer from the sun in the southern facing windows and a very noticeable decrease in decrease in exterior noise.

From the initial meeting to set-up an estimate to the final quality inspection it was such a good experience. Each member of the Power team that I met was not only informative and patient answering all of my questions, they were actually delightful to interact with. I was a bit stressed, just because it is a big, expensive job, but I felt so good about the decision I made to go with Power. The quality of the windows is great. Yes, that is important. AND the quality of the WORK is just as critical.

Windows were installed on date scheduled. Work was completed in one day, they worked into the dark to complete them. Crew was courteous and friendly. About 2 hrs after start an employee came to check on progress but seemed more interested in trying to find other work projects. Made cuts in tar paper in attic. Didn’t replace. This is the only disappointing thing about your company.

We love our new windows and the installation was smooth and efficient, but the initial appointment and the follow-up appointment were each 2.5-3 hours long which was a significantly long time commitment to give up on a work day.

From our estimate to our install, Power was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole install took just a few hours. There was no damage to any of our drywall and they cleaned up after themselves really well. Quality assurance came by a few days after install and we noticed a small crack in the glass of one window about the size of. I’m pleased to say that our warranty covers this. Best window installation experience, techs are quick and quality of work is great. During installation, quality assurance team was out, checking and explaining the progress. My overall experience has been great, I would definitely do future projects with them.

They finished our siding September of 2021. During the process they broke our fence and in an attempt to make a quick fix, they cut pieces of the fence off so the door could close. (It is very difficult to close.) Our siding started bowing almost immediately and has not been fixed. Tools had been left in our gutters and pieces of our roofing have subsequently come off. We discovered a hole that directly leads outside from our kitchen. Besides the terrible work they provided, they also stole $400 of lumber for which they said they would return to us but never have. All of these issues were brought to their attention and we patiently waited 6 months for them to get someone to come and look at our concerns. As the appointment time came closer they called us to cancel and scheduled the appointment an additional 6 months out.

The job was done in a very quick time. The people were very friendly and polite. They explained everything thoroughly and were patience with us if we had questions. We had to reschedule one time and were understanding about us changing the dates. But overall we had a great experience and will be doing future home improvements with them again!

We just had windows installed in our whole home. From start to finish it was a seamless experience. The install was one day. The windows are great. Attractive with great features like ease of cleaning. We are so happy we did this.

Had all 20+ windows replaced and from start to finish the service from Power was stellar. A great product combined with great service makes the investment worth it! If we had this to do again, we wouldn't hesitate to go with Power again.

From start to finish the salesman and contractors were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Rj and Brandon were our salesman, they explained everything to a tee and was very patient answering our questions. We were very happy with our window and gutter installation as well :)

Power installed everything, gutters and doors, to my satisfaction. Also salesperson was great at explaining the products they sell and how they are installed. My only complaint was when the first installation date came no one showed up or called, and when rescheduled for another date no one showed up again or called and online the work was showing as completed.

Every step of our siding experience has been easy and the representatives and inspectors have gone above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your color choices and with the final results of your house. Their product materials, lifetime guarantees, warranty transferable to new owners if we sell, easy cleaning and maintained were what is worth this company. The workers who came to install the siding work did an amazing job. Completely satisfied with this company.

Friendly sales rep educating us about windows and not pressuring us to buy the windows. Install team installed the windows a week early expected and finished in a timely manner. Would be 5 starts but did a little damage to the moldings around 1 window. Overall would recommend and work with Power again.
