Quick and easy process and lots of organization. I would say the whole process has just been very pleasant so far with lots of follow up and follow through. I like the fact that I don’t have to monitor the job. There have been many check ins and thoroughness in the overall project. It was a great visual presentation and very genuine and appealed to our needs. I’m happy to recommend!

Window installations were ok. We went with two window installations at a time. The first time Power was great, on time and completed the job in one day. The second time the service was horrible and I’m still waiting for my windows to be complete. They gave us times to book our installations in days that were inconvenient and we had to reschedule 3 times. Finally when the windows were being installed (took 2 days) one of their “un breakable” screens broke and they said they would replace it right away.

Well it’s been a month and the screen is still not installed. Well actually someone dropped off the screen on our front door and then left, even though Power said they would be able to install it. So my husband and I tried to install it ourselves and now it won’t fit. Power keeps telling us that someone would stop by to install this screen and still no one has come. So I guess once they have you in their power they just treat you like dirt. Thanks, can someone please install and complete my window screen.

They first approached us by knocking at the door (very late at night) asking to talk to us about quoting us for a new roof. Said he knew all about roofing and his crew was in the area, but they were nowhere in sight and why wasn’t he with them working? Told him not interested but he wouldn’t let me shut the door. Came into my house without permission and continued with his pitch. I told him to do it fast and go and he said he couldn’t get us a quote but could schedule one... He had already said he was a roofer so why couldn’t he do it? They didn’t end up making the next day quote meeting and tried to rescheduled, I told them to just not contact us again. They contacted us again and set up another meeting which I just consented to.

I’m a very nice person and they wore me down and forced the issue. They said he would do the quote, get us paperwork to review and then be out of our hair fast, guy (really like a kid 22 maybe?) was here for 4 hours talking and checking paperwork. He said we needed a new roof like immediately, like 3 weeks ago. Keep in mind we just bought this house a few month prior and had all the inspectors in and they reported no issue. There was slight mold growth in the attic that was brought up but the kid acted like our house was about to be open to the elements of outside. Got us the quote then said he could take 2k off it if we didn’t think about it and just signed the papers then, at like 9 pm at night after a long day and with no time to discuss the options with my partner or get another quote.

We agreed because he said he could arrange to have it all finished within a 5 day span of time. They did not. They got pushed back once due to weather (totally understandable) but didn’t tell us that until 8 am the day of, when they said they had people watching the weather 24/7 and we should of gotten call a few days prior so we didn’t have to use up valuable vacation time. Reschedule not for the next day but 4 days after, said ok understandable because of weather. Didn’t come for the reschedule even though 2 different people call us that morning And said they would be seeing us soon. Called at 1230 (they were supposed to be there at 9) and asked where they were, guy was stunned, said he was wildly concerned because they must have got harmed?

Called us back an hour later and said he was sorry but they went to another site and did someone else roof. Guy apologized over and over with no meaning in his voice and promised his word they would be there 9 the next day to get it done. 1030 next day they still weren’t here, got a call that the exact same thing happened, despite various “emails” and “calls” I told him plainly that this was very poor customer service and that at this point we were so dissatisfied that we were no longer interested in their business. Guy apologized again over and over with no feeling in his voice. I hung up because he wouldn’t stop. Crew chief called me 20 minutes later and said he was having a emergency team dispatched to me ASAP, even though the guy before said that was 100% not an option.

I said fine ok thinking if they could just get it over with we’d be alright. Crew chief told me they might be able to get it done in one day but didn’t seem worried about when the other half might be done. Crew came. I am not racist, but entire crew of Spanish speakers came looked over the materials and said “bye” to me. I speak Spanish and they called their super to tell him not all the materials were there, there were no shingles there. Crew seemed fine but I truly believe not all of them were legally here in the USA, which isn’t fair to American workers out of work. Called the guy back to say to please not contact us and to remove their stuff from our property.

I honestly believe parts of it might have been a scam, and I felt like parts of their organization (like they crews they employ) might be conducted illegally. We got lucky but I feel like they were not worried about people but just out for cash. They lied various time and I honestly knew the guy was lying through his teeth when he told me 9 am the next day. I believe he knew that wasn’t possible but he just made an appointment to call and cancel again. I work hard for my money, I’m in customer service, and this place has no idea about customers' needs.

Having replaced a bag window successfully a few years ago, we went with Power HRG to replace another set of windows throughout our ground floor this time. It takes a while to get the construction scheduled, but once date is scheduled the crew is prompt, thorough, and performs quality work. The new windows are much better keeping heat in, and easier to manipulate.

First met Power home improvements at Sam's Club. Made an appointment for estimate for two replacement bay to bow windows and garden window in kitchen. I did research on company and reviews which I was pleased with. On installation day the crew arrived and worked until late to complete. Louis and his crew were courteous, pleasant, and meticulous on the workmanship. The boss Kevin? called during the day and left his number if I had questions. He stated he would be stopping by (which he did not) and felt I should have gotten a call a day or two later or inspect the job as a follow up. So far happy with Power window quality, will follow up if any problems arises or concerns with warranty.

Power Home Remodeling provides incentives to customers to post a 5 star review. Their high star rating is not accurate to their work quality. Their aggressive sales policies pressures consumers to make a decision the day of the initial inspection to take advantage of a steep discount. They advertise a high quality product with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately what we got was an expensive shoddy shingle job that needs to be replaced.

After countless phone calls, their warranty department scheduled an inspection. Two separate inspections were schedules and were no-shows. Now that we've finally had our inspection they have admitted that our roof needs to be reshingled... And that it's the poorest quality job they've seen since working with Power.

Without our consent, Power had a dumpster and building materials delivered to our home. They proceeded to push back the scheduled work date one week. They refuse to remove the materials. This prevents us from access to our driveway and garage during the winter months in Michigan. We are severely disappointed by the quality of the product and the incompetent level of customer service from this company. The inconvenience of their services is just the cherry on top. We will never utilize their services again and strongly suggest that other consumers steer clear.

I was excited to get the product as they are great windows and mine were really crappy but project had issues that were not addressed and no clear explanation was given as to why the installation was incomplete after 2 installations just that it would be done. Company has great installers for windows. Crew was on time at both installations, professional and did a phenomenal job. They cleaned up the worksite and explained what they were doing and why they needed to do it. After they completed the job I loved my window and wanted to do more.

My issue with the product is that I received 2 upside down gridded windows which were to be corrected at my second installation of my front window (that somehow did not make the trip from the factory on the van). These new grids also did not make the trip on the second installation which to me is becoming a pattern which makes me question what was happening with my project. I did 11 windows and I am pleased with only 8. In spite of this setback I was interested in adding more products from Power as they have great quality products and great installers but I needed to sleep on this decision. Unfortunately my discount expired when quality assurance walked out. I think certain decisions need at least 24 hours. So I guess no doors nor my additional bathroom window.

Absolute Nightmare!! First of all let me start by saying this is my first review I have ever written. Secondly, never do business with this company!! They will not show up, they will not deliver on previous guarantees and worst of all they will threaten you and your family!!!! I’ve listed our families experience and timeline of events below:

Back in September 2019, a gentlemen knocked on my door. He described some of the services his company provided which included windows, which was great because it was on my honey-do list. At first glance, I was impressed so we set up a time for the sales manager to come by. Later that evening a gentlemen by the name of Ryan showed up and presented us some of the window options and their benefits. During this meeting he made several guarantees to include, but not limited to; 100% customer satisfaction, lifetime warranty on all products and unlike the typical contractor that never shows. He guaranteed to show up and do the job on the day that we scheduled over a month in advance.

Listed below is a timeline of events that occurred the week of the install and the reason for this review: November 7th - Power Remodeling called time confirm the install on Saturday. Everything’s good at this point and things are going as planned. November 8th - I stay up late moving furniture and removing blinds while my family sleeps.

November 9th (install day): 7:04am - Patrick the Service Manager calls to say they can’t make it and needs to re-schedule. 9:37am - Falcon (another service manager) calls me to confirm the install is going smoothly. I actually had to inform him that Power Remodeling had called to cancel earlier that morning. 9:40 - Someone from Power Remodeling leaves a message saying that because scaffolding wasn’t delivered for another job, a crew was available to do a couple of the windows, but would have to reschedule to a later date to have the other windows installed. 9:41am - I called Patrick the Service Manager, however he did not pick up so I left him a message.

10:03 - Patrick the Service Manager calls me back. He told me that not all the windows came in and that we need to reschedule for another date. At this point I expressed my frustration as nicely as I possibly could under the circumstances. I told him that I was seriously questioning Power Remodeling’s promises and abilities to even show up to do the work they promised and even less the actual work and products. This man actually goes on to say that I “don’t have a choice” even if I am questioning their work ethic and guarantees. He goes on to tell me that he’ll be happy to “take me to claims court”.

I’ll be honest, at this point I pretty much lost it. It was bad enough up to this point, but for this man to threaten me was inexcusable. This conversation escalated so quickly from a displeased customer to the Service Manager threatening me. I was so upset I asked to speak to his supervisor, however he said “he was the supervisor” and there was no one above him. The conversation ended abruptly as I hung up on him as he continued to threaten me. Do not under any circumstances let this company work on your family’s home! Hands down the worst company I’ve ever with with!!!

My house was built in 1971 and needed a new roof. When Power came to offer a quote, they were incredibly detailed in their procedures. All work was done exactly as designed and scheduled, Crews were meticulous, courteous and friendly. It all started with a very engaging presentation of their products and methods. A thorough initial inspection revealed leaks and out-of-date to current code building materials. There were two follow-up meetings with management personnel relative to the scope of the job and detailing needed materials.

Construction appointments were made, but I was informed as to the flexibility of these dates, at my discretion, not the installation crews. Provided with management contacts during all phases of the process, calls were answered within several rings, all resolved to my satisfaction. Each phase of the process was done by knowledgeable and empowered employees who let me know that I was indeed the boss and my satisfaction was their goal. I intend to use Power again next year for aging window replacement and was given a quote and information by their Quality Assurance manager in the follow-up inspection to this job. They are certainly not the least expensive but certainly worth their quality.

We had a roof and gutters installed in 2 separate visits. The roof was installed in 1 day and looks okay, but I was very disappointed in their "clean up" efforts. I spent over 3 hours sweeping my yard with a metal detector and magnet and collected more than 200 nails and other pieces of debris from my yard than they did. They came back after a "quality control check" to "clean up" the yard after I had already done so. The gutters were done in about 1/2 day, look great and work very well. Unfortunately, again, I ended up picking up a ton of gutter and soffit pieces, nails (non-magnetic, of course), and other assorted debris from my driveway and gardens. I never got a call from them asking if the work was done well, or if there were any issues, any areas to improve on, etc. I guess they figured they got their $$ so why bother. Needless to say, I would probably never hire this company again for anything.

Power did an inspection inside and out of the roof. The sales rep. covered very extensive list of warranties and products and I never felt pressured as the pricing quote was good for 2 years. I knew I couldn't go 2 years with the damage on mine and even though it was more expensive than 3 other companies, I decided to go with Power. The roofing crew of 7 plus a foreman were laying tarps around house and pulling nails, staples, and replacing plywood by 8.20 on scheduled morning.

I am a very non-trusting person so I watched throughout the day as layers went on and questioned everything! It took the crew a day and a half as I needed some inside repair on a split beam (rafter?) as well as a ventilation system installed. They finished in afternoon after cleaning the yard and picking up metals with a magnetic roller. Roof looks amazing and done just in time for a super storm that hit this S Austin area only a few hours after they finished. I will definitely use this company again.

But after the windows were installed and they could actually see the difference they were silenced. They could not believe the huge difference in the quality. The noise dampening is incredible. All of the small details that make up the whole make this product well worth the investment. The screens are one of those details. From about 4 feet away I cannot see the screens at all which makes my view out so much better. I love the tip out feature so I don’t have to dangle out of the window to clean them anymore as I live on the 2nd floor.

I feel confident that POWER will stand behind their product. This is not a fly by night contractor, or a guy who knows a guy. This is a well established company that provides a top quality product. Again, I really can’t believe the ease of this project. The window quality is what it is, no upgrade nonsense. Every window is the best they have. One of the screens they brought in was damaged. Any other company would make you wait until they got a replacement to you. These guys went out to the truck and repaired it right then and there. Complete new screen on the spot. I can recommend with absolute confidence this product to anyone. I have had work done by contractors that would not stand behind their work. An absolute nightmare. This is not that, I repeat, this is not that. All of the people I encountered gave me absolute confidence they stand by the lifetime warranty.

A young man came to our door several weeks ago to see if we were interested in purchasing new windows for our house. We had wooden windows that were almost 60 years old and had thought about new windows in the past, so we decided to make an appointment with a salesman. The man who came was professional and very informative about Power HRG's windows and seemed proud to represent them and their product. The fact that their windows would keep the cold (and hot) air out and, therefore, lower our oil bill over the winter, was a major selling point for us.

The windows were recently installed. The installation crew was on time and did a great job. Clean up was excellent; they even vacuumed our baseboards which we weren't expecting. The new windows are beautiful and a nice upgrade to the interior and exterior of our home. To add to our home's new look, we decided to order front and side doors from Power, which should help keep more cold air out.

The demonstration of the windows was persuasive and really sold us on the quality. When it came to installation, one of our windows had not survived the shipping so had to be reordered and installed at a later date. The crew installing the windows did a great job and cleaned up after their work was finished. Love our windows and can already tell that our electricity bill will be going down.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY!!! After fighting the company for months, and throwing a guy off our property because he refused to do his job and check our windows, a crew was sent out to remove ALL 23 windows they initially installed and reinstall them correctly. I was told immediately upon the guy entering my house that they were all installed improperly. I explained that I was concerned about mold, and he agreed to let me take pictures and inspect everything he was doing. Hours into the job he said “it’s a good thing the windows weren’t sealed properly.” Shocked, I asked why is that a good thing? He said it allowed air to get in and dry out the moisture, that is why you aren’t seeing any mold. Gee thanks Power Home Remodeling!!!

So I expressed concern over all the other people who had windows installed by Power and, more specifically, Otis, to which I was told, don’t worry, he’s installing windows improperly for the company in Denver now! WOW, that makes me feel better. I showed the guy all the damage that was caused by my leaking windows (which by the way had been installed 4 years ago), and he said the company would pay for replacing everything. I lost two Hunter Douglass silhouette blinds ($2000 each to replace), left my house without the decorative pieces above the two front windows ($300 each) and ruined the lampshade on a $700 Waterford lamp ($65). "Sorry, can’t help you!!!" I’m being ignored when I call and just keep being told it went upstairs for consideration. ISN’T THAT WHAT A COMPANY PAYS INSURANCE FOR???? I just had 20 windows in my house replaced. I found out about Power Home Remodeling during a trip to Sam’s. Replacing the windows was on my to-do list so I had them come to the house to talk about their product and give me an estimate. I was thoroughly impressed with their windows. I expect my energy costs to be greatly reduced. Heat doesn’t come through these windows. And they are golf ball proof. Even if one were to break they would replace it. After the demo of the windows I don’t think a golf ball could actually break one of these windows.

The installation crew was right on time this morning. They took out the old windows, put in the new ones, and cleaned up in less than eight hours. They were a really nice group of men who knew exactly what they were doing. I was very impressed by the way they went about the replacement. They were very efficient and worked well together. I am extremely happy with my new windows and looking forward to my decreased energy bills. The entire process from start to finish was so easy. I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling.

I would definitely not recommend this company whatsoever. I was approached by one of their sales representatives at the Gluten Free Expo in Secaucus, NJ in 2018. My wife and I spoke with the rep for a fair amount of time and agreed to have one of their team come out to give us an estimate on potentially replacing five exterior doors. On the day of the scheduled estimate we were contacted about an hour before our appointment stating that they wouldn’t be coming since their other appointments ran long. We understood and simply rescheduled. Once again the sales rep was not going to make it. This time no reason was provided. We decided to try one more time. This time no one showed up and we never received a call letting us know that they weren’t coming.

Fast forward to the Gluten Free Expo in 2019. My family was approached by a different sales representative looking to schedule an appointment to get an estimate on replacing several exterior doors. I described my previous experience to which he apologized several times and stated that they definitely had dropped the ball. After talking to him for a short period of time, and against my better judgement I decided to give them one more try. We worked out a day and time to for the visit. The rep then called his scheduler to make the appointment. I got on the phone with the scheduler while my wife worked with the rep to fill out some additional paperwork.

After providing all of my information the scheduler casually says that the field rep, scheduled to be in our area was already booked and they will reach out to me when they have time. I asked her to repeat what she said, because I really couldn’t believe it. She said it once again, to which I politely declined the offer. I hung up the phone and handed it back to the rep at the expo. He asked if everything went well, to which I said NO and explained what happened. He couldn’t believe what had happened once again. I shook his hand and walked away. I come from a customer driven business and I can easily say, with 100% confidence that I have never seen such poor customer service. I can only hope that my misfortune will help others and serve as a warning to not have the same experience that I did.

We hired Power in August 2015 to replace all windows in the house. Earlier this year, so after nearly 4 years, we noticed that 9 out of 12 windows were getting some dark spots between the glass panes due to argon leakage, and 4 windowsills started showing water damage. The faded panes had been replaced, but I've been dealing with Power since March 2019 to have them fix the windows with the evident water damage. First, they sent in 2 different 'specialists' on two different occasions, each time they were trying to convince me that the reason why we have this issue is due to the exterior caulk failure. Then, after many complaint calls from me, they decided to send in a manager who informed me, that all the windows had been installed incorrectly and had to be removed and reinstalled.

This past weekend, I had an installer and his crew come out and do this project, which they couldn't finish - it ends up there is a serious issue of mold growing and wood rotting inside the wall around the windows. They did a very poor job in 2015 - nothing was taped off, the vapor barrier was torn and not sealed, the capping wasn't done properly, so the rain water was dripping down behind the siding and damaging the walls and getting inside the house. Now I'm waiting for Power to give me a call to schedule an inspection appointment... Really?!? This is going to be the 6th time since March they are sending someone, while the water leakage and damage to our house continues...I'm extremely frustrated and dissatisfied and will do everything in my power to make them repair what they have damaged! Our first impression was great. The sales manager was at our home for at least 4 hours. Our job was different than most so they probably were not the right company for this job. A tree branch damaged our gutters on one side of the house, tore off a soffit at a bay window and the insulation fell out. Also, a piece of a drip guard and strip was ripped off a part of the roof. He explained that they could be capped and the gutters replaced. They could not do the insulation so the rep did try to get us help finding someone to do this. Unfortunately no one wanted a small job like this to replace insulation in such a small place. We were going to cancel all of the work since we could not get the insulation installed. This contractor’s workers were kind enough to place the insulation that we purchased, behind the bay window soffit.

All of the work looked great except they did not fix the drip guard and strip on the roof, which was highlighted in the contract drawing be fixed at the same time. They did not remove a metal strap off of the house from the old downspout and nails and pieces of metal were left all over the yard. The work was mostly done in 2 days, by 2 workers. The work they did do was very well done. It was the lack of proper clean up and false promises to fix the drip guard, which was in the contract.

Another manager came to review the ‘completed’ job and said the drip guard and roof piece should not have been listed to be fixed. He said to do it properly the roof needed to be replaced. He priced out the cost for this and by the time a few hours passed the price dropped almost $20,000 from his first estimate, citing other programs we could use to lower the cost. This immediately sends up red flags. He did have the contractors come back and remove the leftover bracket and clean up the yard. So, the work being done is excellent. The clean up can be Improved upon. The sales team needs to set one price for the job. If we agreed to the first price it would have left an extra $20,000 hole in our pocket. We did not hire them to replace the roof and we will not be having them back to cap and gutter the other side of the house.

The window was back ordered twice and when the window finally arrived, Power Remodeling ask if they could come it in the afternoon since they would be in the area and I said that would be fine. They installed the window in the afternoon but the installers didn't spray the insulation foam between the window frame and the house. The installers left with saying anything and the quality inspector never came by to inspect the last window.

When they cut out the old window to install the new window they damaged the siding of the house and tried to piece it back together. Power replaced our current roofing and siding with an exceptional product that allowed us to see immediate benefits. As the improvements took place the last week of July 2019, first week of August 2019, in which there was back-to-back 90 plus degrees temperatures, we found after the installation we did not have to run our air condition as much as the house stayed very cool at 75 degrees. The new roofing and siding had a very immediate impact in our rural neighborhood. The neighbors, friends and family all had positive comments on the new look of our house. They were very pleased with the colors, the capping around the doors, garage, and windows, the touch of stone at the front door, and the roof. Some commented the house looked new and bigger than before.

As we did not tell our family and close friends of the changes/improvements, my sister thought she was at the wrong house when she visited a week after completion. The Power crews who performed the installations were very professional, polite and patient with our questions. The project was completed in the time frame that was given and they ensured there was no debris left in the yard or drive way. We would recommend Power based on our experience.

Find another company to work with! My windows and doors were installed on July 24th and they have been out to my house four times, so far, to fix everything that was done wrong. On my slider windows, the screens were put in upside down. And when they were flipped over, they did not fit securely and Power told me I that should have ordered full screens, if I wanted screens to stay in place. One screen was ripped. They attempted to sell me windows, without the lifts, saying that was extra. Screws were visible on the majority of the windows and should not have been.

On my patio door, along with other windows, there is glue and smears on the inside and outside of the panes. Replacements were brought out and they were worse than the ones I already have. Along with smeared glue, the frame was scratched. When I asked for a discount, they mentioned their lifetime warranty... This company claims to be one of the best, sells you an expensive, wonderful dream and delivers a poor quality nightmare.

The installation crew was on-time, quiet early, performed as advertised, and worked until after dark. A quality assurance rep showed up during the installation to look over things and answer any questions. He also activated our warranty. I wanted an estimate for vinyl siding. I was very pleased with the quality of materials and warranties. I was also surprised at the questions asked before a rep came to the house. They were unusually pointed. At the end of this process it was clear all questions were to determine if your credit is good for a loan. It is apparently financed through Power Home Remodeling. Emphasis on "through".

There is also pressure to have you sign then and there. The difference for me was a roughly 15% discount. So just be prepared for this as it doesn't happen until the end of a lengthy presentation. I did not sign. Hard experience has taught me to sleep on financial decisions. Another large company sent a rep. He was cordial, asking only questions specific to the job. The difference was obvious. He wasn't trying to sign me for a loan. I am not disparaging the company or its work. Everything I've read about the workmanship is all great. It's simply that from the beginning, the questions sent up red flags for me.

I signed the contract and purchased the siding work based on what the sales representative stated would be done during the process. Had it not been for what he stated would be the scope of work, I would not have signed. I did my research on the company, and all seemed to be on the up and up. When I asked how long the project would take, the rep told me it looked like a three to five day job. I was surprised because the gentleman who originally came to my door to schedule an appointment stated the siding job would take a day. The rep stated, "I will need to talk with him as he does not know what he is talking about for siding jobs." (This sentence will become a theme throughout my experience.)

The next phase was the pre-inventory inspection (PII). The gentleman who came out to ensure that the measurements the sales rep took were correct stated that the amount of wood required was overestimated. When I asked if the wood to be replaced was still in the estimate (this is what the sales rep told me would happen and why I agreed to the work), the inspector did not answer the question directly but stated, "(The rep) doesn't know what he was talking about. These guys always overestimate the quote."

After notification that the materials were in, they were delivered to my home and a date set as to when work would start. That day came and went without work starting. I called the project manager and was told there was an issue getting the dumpster to my home. They were working on the problem. A week passed after the original start date when work was started. There was still no dumpster delivered, and trash was piling up in my backyard. A trailer dumpster was finally delivered three days after the work began.

The crew who worked my project would arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning and usually leave between 4:30 and 5 PM. Sometimes they worked later. When issues came up that I questioned, I called the project supervisor to address them. He would always start with either an apology or stating, "That's a very good question." Rarely, though, could I get a straight answer from him. He was very good at apologizing though.

One issue that arose was a section of the house where I expected the wood to be replaced. (This is why I signed the contract to have the work done.) The supervisor told me that the wood was acceptable and did not need to be replaced. I told him that both the sales rep and the PI inspector had included that section in the estimate. "They do not know what they are talking about. They overestimate, but when the installers get on site, we see what actually needs to be done."

Ten days later (three weeks after work was supposed to have started and five days longer than I was originally told it would take), the project was completed. The dumpster trailer was still on my property, so I informed the supervisor I was not signing any release form until the trailer was picked up. "But the trailer has nothing to do with the job. It is a separate company that takes care of it. I need you to sign the release form stating the work was completed. I will make sure the trailer is picked up on Monday." The trailer is still sitting on my property.

Cleanup of my property also did not go according to how the sales rep described it would be. "The crew will have a powerful magnet to pick up any and all screws and nails to make sure nothing is left behind." When the final inspection came, the large pieces were picked up, but many of the nails, screws, and smaller debris remained. I had to walk around and point out every little piece and nail and screw to them to clean up. One of the members of the crew said to another, "We should get a handheld magnet or something to pick this stuff up."

A final problem not resolved was an electrical outlet and light in my backyard. Part of the project scope is that any lights existing at the time would be put back up, and if I wanted new lights installed, they would do that provided I supply them. I had purchased new lights for my backyard, and one of the lights is next to an electrical outlet. The lights are on a switch, but the outlet had been independent of the switch. Until they replaced the lights, that is. Now my outlet will not work unless the switch is on. I only discovered this after the fact. When I contacted Power about this, they gave me a song and dance which basically boiled down to, "It's not our problem."

The siding itself seems to be OK, but everything just installed and new always seems that way in the beginning. My concern are the areas where wood was quoted to be replaced and was not, and in time, will this be an issue that the company may or may not cover under warranty depending on how they interpret the situation.

In summary, for anyone considering siding to be done by Power, I strong urge that extensive research be done, questions asked, scope of work clearly defined and documented, and daily inspection of said work be done with questions asked. Document all work done with photos as proof if needed. And do not sign any release until all items needed for the job have been removed from your property.

They broke one in transit. One was the wrong size. Two weeks later they came back and installed the replacements. Today the second round of windows were installed. The team was nice. But 1/2 of the windows are wrong. Out of 13 windows, 2 where not even sent. 4 didn’t have the correct design on the top sashes. When the company comes out two times to make the sale and then once to verify it, and then you have to wait 3 months for the installation, you would think the order would come in correct. I question their process and quality control.

To be clear, I'm a new homeowner, so this is my first time around having a roof done. Because of that, I can't presume to speak for all experiences of how such a job should go, but I can say that I was dissatisfied with my experience with this company. The roofing work itself was good, so on the merits of the job itself, they are probably just as good as any group of competent adults getting paid to put a roof on a house. The entire process of interacting with Power outside the roof itself, however, was really trash. Without going into minutiae, here are the things that really tweaked me and turned the experience into a bad one:

    1. The sales tactics are high-pressure. Not sure if you'll also hear the "three reasons" final pitch, but the whole choreographed stress-decision-making-inducing system they use to make someone make a decision, and the "special neighborhood work offer" they make wherein your deal is cheaper because they're already working in your area, is all a bit much. I can't say I'm dissatisfied with the roof at the end, but I can't say that I wasn't taken for a ride in terms of deciding whether or not to do my roof this year or sometime in the next few years.

    2. The work was off spec - the team estimated that very little additional woodwork would have to happen to the core structure of the roof, and so the actual cost would very likely be the same as the estimate. *Once they were done with the job entirely*, on *the next day*, they informed me that they had done way more working of the core of our roof than anticipated. That additional work cost $3,000 over the estimate, and was applied without consultation or communication. I was frustrated at that, and said so - and suddenly, the price dropped to $2,000 over budget, then down to $1,500 over budget. I wonder how much further they would go with more protestation, or if the additional cost was a ruse the whole time.

    3. In our area, we need to close out building permits with the city. This is a relatively involved process. We received a letter from the company informing us that our contact at Power, Mark, would be in charge of taking care of all of this work. Four days into trying to get Mark on the phone (the letter said CALL ME AS SOON AS YOU GET THIS, in all caps), I still haven't been able to get in touch with Mark. I finally called Power to find out what the deal was, and was put in touch with the regional office, which said I have to figure out the permit closing process on my own and to "use Google" which is in stark contrast to their original letter sent with the permit.

If you get your roof done with Power, you'll probably have an okay roof. Just expect it to be over budget without notice, and don't expect them to follow through on any commitments.

We purchased several windows from this company, including the front bay window. The bay window was never properly installed and was falling off our house. This caused the side windows to sag and be inoperable, and my living room wall to crack. After this issue was rectified we are now dealing with trying to get the front bay window glass (sash) replaced because the seal is broken and the gases in the window have distorted the window.

After calling and making a claim for the repair I was told it would take approximately 2.5 months to make the window. A week before our scheduled date to get the window replaced we received a call that the window would not be ready and it would be another 2.5 months before it was. Every time I call I get a different reason as to why this window was not ready in the time it was supposed to be. Customer service was rude and spoke over me (Chris) when I tried to explain my frustrations. Any time I asked to speak to a supervisor I was denied and given a runaround story of how no supervisors were available. Stay away from this company!!! They are a extremely overpriced scam!!!! You get what you pay for does NOT apply to this company. Power does NOT do their own construction. They contract it out!!! Buyer beware!

Today was a day of final satisfaction. Roughly two months ago Power came into our lives. So, entered two young men who were articulate, logical, enjoyable to talk with, and understood us. Took two hours at the most. We signed (seemed like forever--wish they would get some sort of stylus to write with, it is awkward using your fingers) for a new roof, new entry door and new siding on each side of entry because of water damage. Said installation would be a few weeks.

Two or three days later our roof was being installed. Not a lot of interaction between us because what do I know about roofing; they did their job, we signed off on that section of our project only and no funds exchanged hands. We found a few nails, a couple spots that the shingle was not trimmed, and a couple missed cleanup. We called, they responded, we were satisfied. Additional note, we did pick up a nail in our truck tire: upon full completion of project we mentioned it to the quality review person AND!!!! Wait for it--they will cover the cost of the repair which was a new tire. I'm impressed. Maybe a week later the siding and wood was repaired. We signed off and no funds exchanged hands.

So today July 22, our final leg started. So Jorge arrives and in three hours has installed an entry door (he had help). What really mattered was he chatted with my grandson who shared that his Daddy was dead. (That was unexpected.) Jorge was compassionate and showed empathy to this four year old child. Power hires good people! Enters Brian...quality control. He handled us well because we were actually at another venue with six grandchildren and ran back to the house to meet with him, so we were really, "Hurry up, get this done (This was to him a benefit, otherwise we would talk his leg off!)." What can we say, he was what we expected for a Power representative and Brian did not disappoint. So, if POWER is reading this...can you give us an outstanding deal on gutters?

High pressure sales seems to be a formula that works for them. Like it or not, hard to argue with success. Had they delivered anything like what they promised I would have had no issue with their inflated pricing. I was led to believe I would receive a quality job. When told by neighbors my house is looking good, I can only say don't look too closely. Improvement remains possible when (another) repair crew arrives next week - about week 10 into the job - but full satisfaction highly unlikely as mistakes were made at the outset that were not properly handled due to lack of any plan, and installation carried out by a poorly trained and equipped crew. Not the least of their handicaps was the ability of any member of the crew (of from 3 to 4) on the site to speak English.

Power provides a Customer Bill of Rights that would be a very effective document if they honored it. It was certainly effective in getting the sale. Another major selling point was that no money would be paid until the job was satisfactorily completed. I have not yet accepted the result of this job - which remains incomplete at this point - but it appears that signing off on some remedial gutter work served to trigger the payment process, so they are now paid in full, and I'm making phone calls.

I don't understand the negative reviews about the "sales pitch". When I am going to spend a significant amount of money for something I want to know exactly what I am getting and there is no such thing as too much information. As to the complaints about the spouse being present, again if a significant amount of money is going to be spent it should be a joint decision. You can get a lower price elsewhere, but I am 72 years old and have learned over the years that you get what you pay for. If you want the best possible product with the best possible installation and the best possible workmanship you will choose Power.

Five years ago Power did an awesome job on my roof. Last week I again chose Power to replace 13 windows in my home. On both jobs the sales presentation left no question unanswered. There was excellent communication. The product was the best. The installation crew were great. The workmanship was perfect. My advice is to spend the money to get the best and ten years from now you will not regret it. Save a buck now and in a few years when your roof shingles start to fade and crack and your windows warp you will regret your save a buck decision.

I finally said yes to an $8,000 from door that I could get from Home Depot for $250.00. It is the worst decision of my life and I will never forgive Power or myself for giving in. Afterwards I googled Power and it said that their sales people make between $70,000 and $90,000 a year. That was their first appeal was to sales people. Their first appeal should be to the consumer but they are not out to protect the consumer. They say lifetime warranty and that is **.

I have called and called and no one has been back out to see what the problem is. I pictured an absolute beautiful doorway for $8,000. They didn't do any framework which I figured was part of the front door and the door itself does not match the siding of my house nor the framework that was there. They won't call back or come see or make good on their promises. They sent there Mexican contractor who I'm sure does not make $70,000 or $90,000 per year, in the pouring down rain so he had to rush through the job in the rain. This company has no integrity and poor customer service at best. They claim to have integrity, transparency and to be honest. They are not. Well the product seems to be okay, the customer service is lousy! At the end of day two of the install one of the workers hit the main ground wire and what we later found out shorted out my main breaker. I was home at the time that it happened. The lights went off and on and flickered. In the five minutes it took me to get outside to ask the workers what had happened they were already gone. They did not try to inform me did they had had a problem nor did they contact the project manager or the project liaison. They just left. I tried contacting the project manager. He was gone for the day as well. I had electrical problems all night long. The crew returned about 7:30 the next morning and try to use their tools and blew my power completely.

That's when they decided to inform me that there was a problem and asked if I could get them electrical power from somewhere else so they could run their tools. I told them that they had a major issue. The crew chief stated that yes, one of the crew members had hit a wire and heard it pop when they when the power went out yesterday. He then asked if I could get electrician. What gall! I told him he needed to get an electrician out there since his crew had caused the damage. After my second call in the morning I finally got a call back from the project manager who stated to me that he would get electrician up there in the next 6 to 7 hours and that he was doing me a favor by doing so. The electrician came out, diagnose the problem, stated that it was at the fault of Power Home Remodeling and then this could have caused a fire and I was lucky that it did not.

When I heard from the project manager 2 and 1/2 hours after the electrician left that the electrician would be back the next day to fix the breaker I did again reiterated to him that the crew just left and is that the way the power does business is to break things and not take responsibility and leave a dangerous situation? The project managers response was, "They probably left because they were freaked out." I guess he was trying to raise sympathy for the crew that I'm paying for and putting me in a dangerous situation. The workers broke landscape lights, exterior lighting, window screens, conduit pipes and killed my grass. They laid a large sheet (16'x5') of cardboard on my lawn for 10 days when there is plenty of rock, cement patio and deck to put their 2 rolls of 50 ft aluminum sheeting. They cut my pet window screen with a razor blade.

It has taken him three tries to try to repair the window screen and it is still loose in the frame. If there's a stiff wind I'm pretty sure it'll blow the screen out! I had spoken to the vice president of installation, supposedly the top person I could speak with, and he assured me he would contact me several times. I gave him 24 hours past the time he said he was going call me back on three different occasions and every time he did not call me back I had to contact him. He had one excuse after another. It seems as though everyone who works for power has one excuse after the other and they take no responsibility for what they do. The siding and gutter install was completed on June 16th 2019, today is July 9th 2019 and I'm still waiting for all the repairs to be done.

I'm also still waiting to hear back from the CEO in the Pennsylvania office, home office, to call me back as requested 5 days ago, 4 days ago, 3 days, 2 days ago, 1 day ago and today. Power has a consumer Bill of Rights on their website. Power does not follow it. They do not have clear Communications as promised. They do not get any Communications back to you in a timely manner nor fix anything in a timely manner. I cannot and will not recommend Power Home Remodeling Group for any work to anyone. Power Home Remodeling Group was set up in my local Sam's Club as a vendor and that was how I was approached by them. I have contacted Sam's Club to ask them to terminate their vendor relationship with Power Home Remodeling Group and apparently I am not the only one.

I consider myself pretty well versed when it comes to home improvement. But there are items out of my wheelhouse physically, and one is siding. Our old siding was failing, so I did the HomeAdvisor thing, and Power was the first to call and come out to give an estimate. Actually, they were the only company from HomeAdvisor to come out! I did have a couple other independents that I knew that gave quotes, so I had 3 numbers to compare. I went with Power as they offered a lifetime, transferable warranty on their products.

So... We knew what we wanted with the siding (old cedar shake system to come off, new cedar replica vinyl siding to go on), and windows capped. Now, our house is almost 100 years old, so there are some character items that I wanted to retain with the woodwork around the windows. I was assured that the windows would appear as they were, just covered with aluminum. Ok... We pulled the trigger and set a date. The day came, the crew arrived and set to work. My wife and I both work from home, so there were ample opportunities to check the progress etc as the day progressed. The crew spoke no English except for the crew leader, no great surprise there. They wrestled with the old siding (that I had installed) and suggested a better way to remove the siding since I knew the system. That suggestion was ignored for the most part. Whatever.

At the contract signing, we were told that there would only be one wall at a time done to minimize open areas in case of weather. By the end of the first day, almost 2 sides were open, albeit covered with house wrap. Second day... I had to step out for a meeting, when I returned the window capping had begun and I had to stop the crew right there. It was the worst looking hack I had ever seen - and it was nowhere near what I had asked for. And the crew had cut off some of the details over top of the window frame (nothing more than a drip ledge, but still - it was part of the charm of the house), so I called the job manager to express my concern (but not exactly in those terms). He in turn called the crew lead who asked me what, exactly, I wanted. So I had to show him exactly what I wanted... even though it should have been spelled out from the get-go.

It took them a while to figure out the logistics of the metalwork, but to their credit they did, and were able to mimic the now missing drip ledge to my satisfaction. It was minor stuff, but some houses are about the details - and this house has it. So we're onto day three of the job, the crew seems to have hit their rhythm with what needs to be done and what has been installed so far looks good. Time will tell, of course. Tonight, a 'quality assurance manager' showed up with a trainee to talk about the issues we were facing. He listened for a good hour, made some notes, then tried to upsell us on insulating our attic. For an hour. It was something we aren't ready to do and this fellow was not taking the brush off = we had to make a decision right then and there. So we did - we kicked him out of the house.

So wrapped up - installers don't pay attention to details that they a) should have been told about or b) were told about but don't care (we had issues with a garden being completely trampled and parking - a narrow lot... Not much space to maneuver. I was told only 1 vehicle would be there... 3 showed up). We were subjected to a hard sell that we didn't ask for (and really, for something that nobody needs). The only fellow who treated the project as it should have been treated was the project manager - no hard sell and was able to talk to the crew as needed (though, not much changed). Our job should be completed in a few days. Let's hope there are no lingering issues once done.

I contracted Power Home Remodeling to installed windows that will help keep out the sound coming the busy road behind our house, as the noise became serious concerned because my husband was having a hard time sleeping, and it is the only reason for replacing our windows, nothing else. The company convinced us that we would get what we are looking for, as the sales representative put up a strong demonstration that proof that and we bought into it.

Finally, our entire windows were replaced by Power Home Remodeling on June 22, 2019. The installers did a good job but they left some scratches on the living room and one of the bedrooms hardwood floors. Unfortunately, the product that one the sales representative, Josh used in the demonstration was quite different from what we got. He told us that we will get the exact same products they used in the demonstration, but not at all, as the product we got did not deliver the quality they promised, as I do believe that the windows were not “reducing sound infiltration” and energy saving/“heat shield”, as the heat from the sun heat up the entire house, and noise from the road behind the house continue to bother us.

My husband spoke Patrick, one of the representatives about our concerns, who told him that the windows we have is only one they produced, that he has nothing to replace what we have. They are sending someone to my house on June 28, 2019, and I wonder what difference that would make, when I have already been told that there are no other windows to replace what we have. Honestly, I was expecting more from Power Home Remodeling, especially claiming to be number 2 largest homes remodeling in the United States. We do not want to pay all for just pretty windows, but quality. This was a waste of our time and energy, and our house was turned upside down for nothing. I am so disappointed. We met Power at BJ's in August, 2018. After a push for a no obligation visit, I consented to have them come out. At the visit, we decided not to purchase even though we were offered at discount if we "bought today", but the estimate was good for one year. They continued to call us for several months into the winter so we decided to revisit the idea of installing siding. They sent a new salesman out in May after three re-scheduled visits. Finally meeting with them, they told us that the original estimate was wrong and under measured by 200 s.f. The new price was over $3000 higher. We re-adjusted the price by eliminating gutters and negotiated a price that we were comfortable with. The salesman needed to plug in his printer to print out the docs and then forgot his printer. He came back two days later for it without calling, and just walked into my home.

I was shocked, scared and caught off-guard! I was really upset because I was not dressed and just got out of the shower. The following week, they sent an inspector who measured again and said that it was again under measured by 200 s.f.! We don't understand how our house keeps getting bigger, but they would not give us a copy of the measurements. The price was this time almost $6000 more. We declined and they said that they would send the salesman out to cancel the contract. I looked at the contract and yes, they can cancel due to "inadequate pricing". We got a call that the salesman had a family situation and could not come out so we could discuss over the phone. I asked him to call me back in 10 minutes because I was driving. I never heard from them again!

We ordered windows based on a recommendation of others and were impressed enough with the presentation to give the go ahead. The workers were prompt. The difficulty came with the follow through. Unfortunately the employees could not reinstall the trim around the two bay windows they replaced, apparently due to time constraints and/or ability. As agreed, we did not pay them until the job was finished which really set off the workers. The project manager agreed to send someone to finish but then came himself because no one was available. After nearly six hours trying to install trim he gave up and told my wife he would take $500 off the price and we would have to finish it ourselves!

As she learned he had no prior experience with carpentry and had previously worked as a landscaper. He apparently could not use a miter saw either. What really upset us is that they would so easily concede they didn't have the capability to finish. Could anyone imagine going to an auto repair shop and having the mechanic say "this is too hard, you'll have to do the rest yourself". I can't imagine ever using them again for fear I'd have to finish the job myself. One other thing....the windows do appear to be a good quality but the screens are very cheaply constructed, but that's on us since we never asked to see them in advance of signing a Contract.

The sales people were over-powering but polite and professional. They lean a bit on you to get other things done while pushing the item you were interested in. Wanted a door and they pushed windows and roof. I checked online and found reviews before I decided to go forward. The complaints were about average for work done on one's house. Such as we were supposed to get a foot latch lock for the door but there was not enough room for the latch without causing a problem closing the or opening the door. We were told we would get new molding around the door inside the house. We were given a choice between two different types of molding. The day the door went in I asked about the molding and was told first by the installers that they were told to use the existing molding if they did not damage it in any way.

I brought the question up with the job inspector who told me they never replace the molding. If they did I would have had to go out and buy it and then they would install it. Entirely different from what we were told. I was okay with that because I'd rather put my own molding in. But if you think about using POWER make sure you get it in writing. Before the job starts. They have a procedure for their jobs. They first sell. Then they measure. Then they have a professional come and measure. Then the work is done. Then the support team of one professional inspector comes to check the job and ask if it's okay with us and then activate the warranty. No money changes hands until the work is done. We paid by credit card but you can use check or cash. Get receipts.

Their prices are not the cheapest but they seem to be more sure of what they will do for you than some of the major stores such as Home Depot or Lowe's, etc. Those stores would go no further than an estimate. Both stores said there could be last minute changes and pricing. I didn't like that but they started by giving us a lower price by $200. POWER gave us a set price. No last minute changes.

So if you can put up with the sales pitch you can have a good product installed and reasonable pricing. The work crew by the way cleaned up all the messes they made which were few and removed all they said they. They worked steady and hard from the time they got here till they were done. Nice guys and very professional. They stopped to answer my questions without making faces. Bottom line here is they are a good company and deserve a chance. If they start the sales pitch but you're already sold tell them so and tell them to get to the paperwork. This is what happened and it's my honest opinion.

This review is basically the same as some of the other 1 star experiences. I was on a day off and completing tasks outside (Unfortunately). I would not and don't answer the door for sales. I was approached by two people. They were nice enough and stated they were in the area and their company does home remodeling. The one person commented on our roof (which isn't needed) and then asked about windows. Windows do need replacement and I figured that since I was home, I didn't care if someone came and did a quick estimate.

The salesman showed up on time at the scheduled time and then proceeded to stay at my house for about 3 1/2 hours wasting my time and ruining our dinner. I wanted an estimate, not to hear a 3 1/2 hour campaign about the company. The half hour I gave was for the estimate. At no time did I ever state we were going to buy windows on this date or schedule anything. Once the price came out and we said we would be interested at later date, as someone else stated, "the used car salesman started." Basically I had to tell this person I and he was done and to leave. Once the answer was no and he wasted three hours, he turned into a child having a tantrum.

Based off of this experience, it is a reminder why it is better to be rude and tell these people from the start to leave the property. I don't normally write reviews, but this was that bad. Also there were way too many personal questions asked and asked again. I had one time where this situation worked for me, when a LOCAL company paved my driveway. This person and company (Power Home Remodeling) ruined any shot anyone else has to ever earn business at my residence in this manner. If this person came and did an estimate in around half an hour and left I would not have left this. For the amount of windows I have, that is not unreasonable. Bottom line, I would have been much happier with myself if I had told them originally to ** OFF!

Used Power Home Remodeling for siding, fascia and gutters. The rep that came to the house was a nice guy and very personable. We spoke about our homes being the single biggest investment most people make. We want our homes to be protected against the elements and small problems are better addressed early than late to prevent them from becoming bigger problems later on. Now the siding job last done on my home was likely a shoddy DIY job done by one of the previous owners. It was old and there were several areas for concern. The rep took measurements and got the scope of the project we wanted to accomplish. Let me start by saying I am not a stranger to the building trades. I worked in the building trades and do most projects on my own or with little assistance. The rep said that as far as wood replacement goes there were several areas of concern on the house.

Having replaced every first floor window on the home with a exception of the bay window in front. I knew the first floor windows and adjacent surroundings were solid. While the rep took measurements and visually inspected the house, he stated there were indeed areas of concern as far as wood replacement. One definite concern of mine were the areas around the basement windows and an inside corner where a gutter had gone over several times prior to me owning the home. The rep stated that he always figures for wood replacement on the “heavy” side. Makes sense. You’re not going to know until you open it up. We were provided with 2 estimates that day. The usual sign now estimate and the slightly higher good for a year estimate. General sales tactic that everybody else uses including Power Home Remodeling.

I thought pricing was a bit high given the volume of work they do. I understand that price is not only materials and labor, but the reps in the field and the people in the office etc. I am never totally opposed to paying a bit of a premium for quality above the rest. When we omitted a particular portion of the project. The initial rep said that would probably bring the cost down $$$$ [redacted, for reps protection]. At that time the rep stated that that adjustment could be made at the time of the preinstall inspection.

On to the pre install inspection. Another very personable rep who remeasured, and finalized the product that would be used. At that time we made the adjustment in materials but let's just say the savings was not at all close to what we were initially told. On to install day. Knock on the door as expected a little before start time. Very punctual. In a matter of 15 minutes there were 16 guys stripping my house and garage. Now this is the part that gets a little tricky. With that much work going on it is entirely possible that if you are not watching what’s going on, this is where you’ll get the wool pulled over your proverbial eyes. So my advice would be have an additional set of trusted eyes to help you do your due diligence. Remember this is your house and your investment. So next thing you know they got house wrap going up.

Now when someone quotes you “heavy” for wood replacement because you “never know what you’re going to find when you open it up”. That’s fine, I get it, better to be prepared. But when no wood arrives on site to be replaced, then you got to think something's up. Lo and behold the crew is preparing to cap the basement windows without removing the old aluminum to visually inspect if in fact there is any rot. After being ignored I called the project manager who was not yet on site. He told me who the site foremen was and I went to him with my concern. Sure enough plenty of rot under those windows. So that wood was indeed replaced. At that point all other existing aluminum was removed from the other windows and fascia board. Another point of contention as far as the wood replacement goes was on the garage where there had been an air conditioning unit installed in a wall.

The crew had no problem removing the unit from the wall but just proceeded to house wrap right over the hole. Seeing that I was dumbfounded. So I addressed the hole myself with materials I had on site. Still though, who does that?? There were a few more hiccups over the course of the install that were corrected early because they were caught by myself or my brother-in-law who also has years in the trades. Overall the 16 man crew worked very hard and had the place stripped and resided in a little under 12 hours. Clean up for the job was ok given the debris created. I spoke with the project manager that evening and he had said gutters would be installed the next day. The next day came and went. No phone call, no gutters.

The following day the gutters were installed. Obviously a subcontractor, I have the business card. I thought Power Home Remodeling didn’t use subs? However, that outfit was pretty top notch and would certainly recommend them in the future. I thought they did a nice job, were quick to answer questions, make adjustments and were very courteous to my wife and I. A Power rep did arrive on site when they were finishing up the install with a completion paper to sign. As far as anything post install. I was contacted once about a quality assurance visit, but was unable to arrange a time. The company said they would call me back for a convenient time but have not received another phone call.

Overall we are pretty satisfied with the new siding. It certainly changed the look of our home for the better. I was a little more than concerned with the speed and willingness to just go over something rather that address it given the cost of the project. I would sacrifice speed of completion for genuine care and concern. I would most likely recommend at least giving this company a look for a project. I would however not go as far to agree they were completely “Expectation-Shattering”.

Clearly they are a high end supplier and their products are excellent. We were informed every step of the way and we feel that we made good decisions. From the first visit we were treated respectfully and intelligently. While our siding install was several years ago and we sought Power Home Remodeling out, our window install was not at the top of our list. Once we saw the actual condition of our windows we moved it to a priority.

Our install was done in one day and there was not one bit of debris or problem inside or out. The only evidence of the crew being in and out of our home was our new windows! The same can be said for our siding - a bit longer project but well done! Everyone we talked to was wonderful and seemed to have a stake in the company which made us very comfortable. I answered the door to a salesperson in my neighborhood for Power, and let them know that my wife and I had been interested in replacing our windows since we bought the house, but were at least a year away from being ready to do it. The next thing I know, he hands me his phone to speak to someone to set up an appointment to measure our windows. I figured a quick quote couldn't hurt to see what we would be looking at in the future. Then he started asking me how much I travel for work, what I did, where my office is, where my wife's office is, who was home and at what time of day, how old my kids were and when did they get home from school, what time does my wife get home from work, who is here during the day.

I tried to cancel the appointment but someone showed up two days later and said he needed to come inside to see every room to measure the windows. When I told him I only wanted a ballpark estimate and that we weren't interested right now, he insisted that he come in and sit down with me and my wife to learn more about us and to give us a history of the company. He also asked about what time we leave and get home and about our kids. I told him to leave and he got upset about having to drive out to my place just to be turned away. When we're ready, we will not be calling you. Stay out of our personal business.
