My experience with Power Home Remodeling has been terrific. We had our windows replaced in 2022, and when it came time to replace our siding, gutters and downspouts, it was an easy decision to choose them again. We purchased our home in December 2022 and knew we would eventually need to get our windows replaced as they were original. After getting a free estimate in March 2023, we decided to go ahead and get our windows installed sooner rather than later due to water damage in the frames. The whole process was easy and smooth from beginning to end- from the estimate, to the pre-inspection, to the install, to the final inspection. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We have an old, 1928, English Tudor house that I have been wanting to explore replacement of the 5 basement windows. When Power came to the door to see if we needed an estimate for any home improvements, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to find out how expensive replacement would be. Every aspect of the process has been easy and even better than expected. I would highly recommend this company to provide home improvements to my neighbors and friends as they use quality materials and provide excellent customer service and warranties to back up their work.

Super professional from start to finish. The sales guy was super thorough and made sure we got what we needed for the price we could afford. The inspectors were great and the install crews were great! The work was done very well and there’s a lifetime warranty. There was also an after install quality inspector who came out to make sure everything was done well and we were happy. Nothing but good things to say and we will use them again!

We couldn’t be happier with our new windows! From start to finish the Power Home Remodeling staff were extremely professional and courteous. They addressed all of our questions and concerns about the project. In this day and age not all companies deliver what they promise but PHR absolutely did what they said they would do. This is the second time I have attempted to use Power Home Remodeling but once again, it is quite bad. The first time I signed with them, I got my attic blown in with insulation. I was promised by the rep discount after discount to stick with the company as I was doing multiple bids. It did feel too good to be true, which was exactly the case. They came to my home, and before work started I asked about the total price and why it was not reflected yet, to which their answer was it takes 30 days after the job to get my rebates and promotional pricing. I thought it sounded fair, so the job was completed, but no discounts ever came.

From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional, attentive, and reliable. What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail. The team took the time to understand my vision for the project and made recommendations that helped enhance it. Their work was impeccable, and they finished the job in a timely manner. I was also impressed with their commitment to quality, using only the best materials and ensuring that every aspect of the project was up to standard.

This was our third project with Power. This project was for 14 windows, sliding door and main front door. We are extremely happy with both the products and the crew. They have always been excellent and courteous.

Truly professional outfit from sales reps to installers to customer service staff. Installers showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They removed and disposed the old gutters and cleaned up all debris after they were done. Power 's app is an amazing tool that makes managing the account and overseeing the work seamless! I would fully recommend Power to my friends and neighbors.

We had a great experience with Power Home. Installed 16 windows and a slider door. Everything looks great. Took time to inspect windows at the end of install and worked with us to get new siding in a couple weeks! Something we thought would never be possible for us! Thanks so much! Initial sales meeting took 4 hours, far too long. Clean up crew left many nails. But work was done quickly and well. Very thorough and made sure the work was done properly with a quality manager coming to check the final product.

The work was very well done and the workers were on time. Clean up was done well. Employees were very knowledgeable about the product. The remodeling consultant was customer focused and listened to our needs; was not pushy about a sale and did not force unnecessary products. They did a follow up to check the work and make sure we were satisfied with the work. We also liked the lifetime warranty.

We were introduced to Power Home Remodeling at a home show. We weren’t originally planning on a roof replacement until next year. We scheduled a meeting a meeting at our home with one of their remodeling consultants. We discussed our roofing problems and discussed how their products could help us. We decided to replace our roof right away. They have been very good at communicating and scheduling. They have been prompt and professional. We would recommend them to our friends.

The workmanship is very good, there were a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed quickly. After the initial windows were installed, the "Manager" who was supposed to come out and inspect everything, had one thing on his mind, and that was to go to the attic. There he was on a mission to sell me more product and warn me of he dangers. He was a closer, not a Manager in my opinion. I have tried several times to contact him, to no avail. I ended up buying more, like gutters, facia, and soffits, that were past due to being replaced. Another thing, if you want to pay cash, they have to run your credit. Makes no sense at all. All in all, I'm happy with the work (once its all fixed), but the process is sneaky, and I don't like that.

From the beginning everyone associated with Power Home Remodeling was very organized, very knowledgeable about their product and very polite and respectful. Kept us informed as to each step along the way. Very nice people to work with.

Overall this was a great experience. Power came out to my house to look at some doors. I was very impressed with the salesperson's knowledge and willingness to let me know what options I had. The company came to doublecheck their measurements before ordering the doors and the front door actually came in sooner than expected. Installers were quick and professional. Again I am very happy with my decision. A quality assurance manager even came out after the install to inspect the work, he also offered to look at my gutters while he was here.

Power Home Remodeling did a great job replacing our windows and front door. From planning to Install, they were professional and explained everything from planning, financing, to installation. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Installed new windows on the front of my row home. Entire team was awesome, very attentive to my needs. Good price, clean install, great product, awesome team to work with and looking forward to having them back very soon to complete my back windows.

In working a price list with Mrs. London **, she quoted me a price of $18,795 for a total of 17 windows. She said the price she quoted was good for one year. I told her that I couldn't afford to pay that total at one time and she suggested I split the project in half. Again she said the price per window was good for one year for the second half of the project. Nine windows were installed on the 13th of March and I paid 9,788.26. The installation and cleanup by your crew was excellent.

Power Home installed a good quality siding around my house to replace the old wooden original siding. Work was done very quickly and professionally, with expert workmanship and quality materials. Power is always intent on making sure everything is done the way it should be, and the customer is satisfied.

The installers are on time, they were very efficient about what they have to do. They were for less than 3 hours for the full install with a perfect clean up, there wasn’t any dirt anywhere after and they help me move the furniture back. Would recommend.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I had this company install replacement windows. After a few years they ended up leaking. After many calls, I finally got someone to admit they installed ALL the windows incorrectly. They came out and took every window out and re-installed them. Another of couple of year later I had a seal broken on one of the double hung windows. I called the warranty department, because there is a lifetime warranty on the windows, to have it replaced, on NOVEMBER 23, 2021. At that time, I was told the window would take 10 months to come in. Someone came out on January 13, 2022 to look at it and, did in fact confirm the seal was broken. I was assured at that time the window had been ordered.

Very knowledgeable people that gave us an estimate and were back out replacing the roof exactly 1 week later. We had some leaks and attic ventilation problems, but they explained thoroughly how they'd fix it and then did a great job.

Power's consultations tend to be long but informative and transparent. For this task we had every window in the house replaced and thoroughly checked before the workday was complete. They also have a lengthy feedback process that seems geared toward future customer satisfaction.

Garrett, the project mgr, came and measured and let us know what to expect going forward. Windows arrived in reasonable amount of time and installation was set up. Juan and his crew came and installed all our windows and sliding door in a matter of hours. What we really appreciated was Lucas, quality assurance mgr came and inspected the work. From beginning to end, was a good experience. They stand by their work and product.

They educated and demonstrated the use of windows. Brett and Mike checked attic, gutters, and assisted me with replacing alarms on new windows. They were professional, funny, entertaining, and most of all informative. I can't wait to do more projects.

We were really happy from first meeting the sales rep Blake, he took into account our concerns and budget. Today they installed windows on the front of our house and we can already notice the house being quieter and more comfortable. Usually we have critiques, but these guys did a great job.

From start to finish it was very professional and seamless. They followed up throughout the entire process. Installation was thorough and cleaned up well after the install. Windows were also very high quality.

The installation crew showed up on time and started their work immediately. About an hour later the Quality Assurance Manager Mike Mcleroy showed up at the job to inspect how everything was going. He had found an issue with on one of the windows and had his crew take care of immediately. He had also notice some things that were originally thought that had to be replace. After his inspection of the job he made us aware of a few things we did not need to replace, so he made correction on the paper and saved us an additional 700 dollars. I would highly recommend Power Home Group Remodeling. Their work is excellent and the communication with us was spectacular. I was so happy with their work I had them replace all the gutters around my house as well. If you want great work and an honest staff I would recommend POWER HOME GROUP REMODELING.

Overall everything went well, very professional ,communicate well and this is our 2nd time using Power Windows. The staff has been friendly to work with very accommodating to our needs and taking extra care to resolve any issues that might be coming up with the project. We really love the quality of the new Pella window and the warranty is one of the strongest in the industry being lifetime. We will consider Power for recommendation to other people looking to purchase new windows for their home. And we’re very satisfied with our decision to use them again.

Had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling. Very thorough from start to finish and the window install went great. Happy to recommend others to use them. Their sales tactics can be a bit pushy but in the end it was a great experience overall.

Had seven windows replaced. Had an old bay window with overhang replaced with a doublehang. The bay window overhang area was not finished off, had to do it myself as I was worried about rain getting in the unfinished siding. The installers chipped my porcelain bathtub installing a small bathroom window. Heard them drop a tool. They did not notify me of the mishap/accident. Found out about the chipped tub myself on inspection of completed work. Outside Framing of replacement window in sunroom was not completed.

We are very happy with the finished product. The construction phase was done very quickly. Two days total to install 30 plus windows completely. Very friendly crews and office staff. We enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

Power was incredibly professional from the estimate process all the way to post-installation follow-up. The windows are incredibly high quality and easy to use, and all the company representatives communicated incredibly well throughout the process and were very informative and friendly.

Communication and assurances received from Power Home Remodeling were not supported by how they did business nor how the job was completed. I chose to do the pay in full option for my door project and was told this payment would be due on the day of installation. The salesman also advised me they must run a credit report in the event I was unable to pay in full and needed to switch to financing during the project. Instead, I received a call within a week that due to my credit report I must pay 50% down in order to have my door ordered and the balance of 50% at the day of installation. I questioned the representative, as this was not the reason communicated to me as to why my credit report was being ran. All the representative could do was say she was sorry that the salesman didn't tell me the truth and that she needed 50% to proceed.

The windows and the warranty sell themselves. The products are awesome and the service is impeccable. Without a doubt, we would absolutely recommend Power Home Remodeling to all of our friends and family.

From start to finish, my general experience was positive. Company had great communication. Gutters were extremely quick to put up and the whole project went smoothly. Overall, I'm happy with the rest and peace of mind from the warranty.

The only issue was a few hiccups in communication, however, their communication overall was far superior to the average contractor.

The initial presentation was very thorough. I never felt that I was pressured to buy. The set up for installing was very professional and they communicated at every step of the way. It felt like they had genuine concern about our project and was determined to make sure there wasn't any problems. I would honestly say I would contract with them again for future projects and would recommend to my friends and family.

They did what they were supposed to do, everyone was professional. They were here when they said they would be every single time and they got the job done the right way. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Each person knew exactly what to do for their specific job.

Initial salesperson was helpful and not pushy. Pre-install inspection was only a couple of weeks after and the window install happened within about 6 weeks of the initial visit from the salesperson. Installation for 8 windows was done the same day, crew did a good job and cleaned everything up afterwards

Had a great experience with windows installation: starting from the salesperson and all through the QA. Everybody was super professional, the windows looks amazing. But was is most important these days are the customer service experience we had. They come, explain everything and no surprises are there. Very flexible on scheduling and rescheduling. Never tries to push you to buy more that you need. Will definitely return for our next home improvement.

They replaced all the windows in the house. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and showed us different options. For the install, they were very efficient and were very considerate of us and our animals! They did great from beginning to end taking the old ones out and replacing the new ones! I was shocked at how fast the installation took. From the first appointment to the end of the work was just a handful of days. They worked around my schedule and more importantly they made sure I was happy with the project at every step. Then they helped me activate the warranty and make sure I was pleased.

I have a 100 year old house so just the time and dedication it took to get my windows and front door installed was greatly appreciate. My review was 4.5 star initially because of the amount of nails and debris left behind in my yard/around my home. I have a small child and dog so I have reason for concern. Let's fast forward to my extremely late front door install with a combination deadbolt lock that has not work since the door was installed. Then a few weeks later a replacement that did not have keys. Not to go unmentioned I still don't have a date for installation of a fully functional combination deadbolt with keys. Power is trending in the wrong direction and this review will soon be 1 or 2 star on Google and yelp!

Disappointed with the quality of work from a company who boasts quality as the thing that separates them from the rest. It’s difficult to understand how anyone could have taken a step back, looked at their work, and thought they did a good, or even acceptable job. The attention to detail was so poor that it calls into question the integrity of the roof itself.

From day one, Power was very good at stating all the information I needed for the work I wanted to get done. The vendor came to the house and showed us all the products and was very interesting. Crews came out and installed everything pretty fast. There were a few things wrong, but power will take care of everything. So all good. Overall pretty satisfied with the company itself. Plus you get lifetime warranty so that's a plus.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. The product is top-notch. The installers are experienced and very talented at their craft. They cleaned up everything so it was like they were never there. Sales and inspection personnel are extremely knowledgeable about the products and the trades.

Experience went well. We love our new siding. Home had a lot of rotting wood and they were able to remediate that as well as replace the siding. There was a little damage done to our deck. However the QA representative took pictures and assured us that the damage would be taken care of within a couple of weeks. From the Sales person, contractors and the QA staff, everyone was professional and courteous. 5 plus on customer service.

I had a great experience with the inspection crew and the installation crew. The inspection crew did a great job with inspecting and telling us what would be done and how it will be done. They were very friendly and did a great job explaining what kind of windows would be installed and how they would install them. The installation crew did a great job with installing the windows. They did their best to not disturb us with unnecessary noise. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs window replacement.

Learned about Power from a door knocker. Needed windows so I listened and decided to sign up for the presentation. The conversation with the sales rep was easy and natural not a sales presentation. The follow up with the person who measured was quick and pleasant. Install day went perfectly. The lead installer was really cool focusing on keeping me informed and answered all my questions. At the end he walked me around the house introducing me to each window and how it worked. The QA person came by to inspect the work and gave me more information. In all this was a pleasant experience particularly because they delivered on their promise.
