Very happy with installation but not at all pleased with the hard press your representative came afterwards. Would do more business with you but he was completely off putting. Still have over 20 windows to replace.

When first approached by Power for window installation, I did some homework before the consultation. I had read some negative reviews and had seen complaints on some installations and their persistent calls regarding additional improvements (strong arm sales). After an honest, concerted effort to win my business with promises to give me the best project management, crew and product, I decided to give them a chance. I was happy with the personnel, the product and the end result. I'd recommend this company.

From start to finish the entire process was exceptionally professional. The initial conversation with the marketing professional was great. I initially am skeptical of soliciting agents and felt at ease talking with the gentleman and because the project was on our list we decided to go with a consultation. Our consultant Adam gave us an amazing learning experience and provided deep details into the product and let us play with the product. The quality of the product and the price really sold us to go with Power.

From the initial meeting to the follow up calls until the day of installation was very professional. On the day of installation they were on time, worked very efficiently and neat. The project manager also was present to check the work and debriefed us.

From our first meeting with salesman Chuck, we realized that we were dealing with a company that hired good people. We contracted with PHM for an entryway door and bay window. The original window order needed to adjusted and PHM worked with us to do this. They just installed the front door and it looks amazing. We can’t wait for the bay window to be installed next!

Sean who was the Salesperson for Power, did a great job in showing us their products. Very impressed with the knowledge he has in the company he works for, left us with no questions and was glad to see him again when we decided to do the windows. I really loved how much the people kept you informed, like holding your hand, which is great for us that needs to know and see everything. The inspection before install was great and showing us certain flaws and making sure we get the right fits. When the crew, met with Daniel, came for install, we loved that they were on time and were efficient and neat. Everything for us was a great experience. We are very happy to have chosen Power.

Every step of my window installation experience was fantastic, from my Sales Rep (Brie), to installation (Mike), to Quality Assurance follow up (Leanna). The entire team was professional and courteous in my home, and explained everything in detail from how the windows work to financing options. Mike finished the job himself in one day, and left everything incredibly clean after pulling out 60-year old windows! I’m thrilled with the work Power did, and I’ll be using them to put new gutters up soon, hopefully. I won’t hesitate to recommend them! As a side note, several of the people I dealt with have worked for Power for 5+ years — that says a lot about the company. Extra kudos to them for being a great employer!

From when Joe knocked on the door in the rain to explain the company, to when Mario sat with us for an afternoon to thoroughly review our windows and concerns and to speak about the windows Power uses and to review pricing packages, to the inspectors coming to triple-check measurements and warn me about what may happen during install, to when Noah called ahead to confirm the appointment, and his team showed up on time and worked cleanly and efficiently throughout the day, the process of getting windows installed has been excellent! Our windows were probably 25 years old, and they were definitely showing their age. Mo came and gave us the presentation on the windows, which was excellent. Even our 10 year old was engaged. He explained everything really well, had demo materials so we could see it in action. The pair that came out to measure was great. Explained what they were doing and were extremely thorough. The crew that came out to do the windows showed up on time, ready to go, and got right to work. They were extremely polite, clean, and friendly. They worked all day, 8 am until 6 pm, to make sure they got done. They encountered a couple issues and handled them without any issues. They left nothing behind for us to clean up. And the windows are amazing. We can feel the difference already. I can’t say enough nice things about their work. We will definitely be keeping Power Home in mind for any other renovations we have.

We had gutters and 6 windows replaced. From the first visit by the salesman, Mike N, to the QA inspector, Gus at the end of the job and the installers in between, the people were great. The crews were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The products are great with warrantees next to none. I don’t think you could have a better experience.

Our experience with Power has been very positive. The windows and door that we've had installed are all very high quality. They have made a huge difference in our house's insulation, so it's much cheaper and easier to keep our house temperate. The workers who installed everything were very nice and worked efficiently and effectively. All of the sales and quality assurance people we've interacted with from Power have been professional and friendly. They are almost overly thorough, but I would definitely prefer that over not thorough enough.

The sales pitch was on point and didn’t feel like a death by slideshow moment. Once we were convinced we didn’t have to jump through hoops with the installation prep or the actual installation itself. Shane was able to sell us on upgrades without it feeling like we were being upsold past our budget. Corey was able to knock out a pre-install run through very efficiently and Sasha’s team of installers made it a quick and easy day of new windows.

Katherine our sales rep was extremely thorough and showed everything Power has to offer. From that moment we were sold. Everyone that we have come into contact with from the inspector Brian, the installer Diego, and Gus our QA the professionalism has been outstanding and we will definitely call again for more projects in the future.

The work is set up in a very quick way. The whole process went smoothly and saved us a lot of time! Another good thing is you can download an app in which you can see all the information about your roofing project, the progress of the work and contact information. That helps us a lot for tracking.

People are professional from the salesperson to the technicians. And the installing day was very pleasant, and apparently the company is serious about their 50 years I warranty that a very professional and nice person came to visit and inspect the result right after the job is done.

John was very upfront with costs and Sean came in and did the pre-inspection quickly and let me know any concerns that might come up. Ronnie was great! They covered everything with tarp to ensure that the house stayed clean and they did a great job in the attic. I could immediately tell the results because it wasn’t as hot in the attic after they finished. As mentioned everybody has been completely professional and friendly and I would highly recommend their services.

So far this process has been very helpful. The staff has been friendly and professional. We found Power through an Internet search we really needed windows and they did a great job at explaining the entire process to us. The salesperson who came to our home took his time and eventually felt like a part of our family. There were some issues that popped up during the installation however the team that followed up identify those issues and is currently working on resolving them. Based on my experience thus far I would say this company is someone who I trust. And would also recommend reusing them in the future.

The company did a good job installing my windows. I don't appreciate the company sending another salesman to trying to sell me things I don't want. The salesman was very pushy unlike the first guy, and he got upset when I declined the offers. He wasted 3 hours of my time that I could have spent with my kids.

Power Remodeling was in our area recently providing quotes for roofing. My husband and I, out of curiosity had our roof inspected by Power. After the inspection we found out we needed a new roof and gutters. All of the representatives were very professional, timely, informative and knowledgeable. Power came out to install windows in my home. The process was fairly straight forward but there were some details like needing to buy new blinds that were left out. They had a delay in receiving the windows and when they did come in, 2 of them were installed slightly crooked. They do a good job of following up and making sure you’re happy with the end result though.

He put my mind at ease in regards to the legitimacy of the company. His sales demonstration showed me the difference with the window panes and how much he gets in. Power Home Remodeling completed a huge job for me in 2020, including all new windows, siding and a French Door amounting to over $35,000. The windows and siding look beautiful; however I have had major issues with the French Doors since the install 18 months ago. Power Home Remodeling has been out to look at the French Doors 7 times since then, they have been completely replaced once already and I am still having issues.

Power gives discounts for positive reviews. They installed a broken window with cracked glass that they broke. I was lied to that the window would be replaced in a few weeks. 4 months later, no window. They ordered the wrong replacement window but will not provide any reimbursement for the 4 appointments I’ve had to be available for. Customer service only sends you to the “project managers” that have no help to provide. Buyer beware!

My husband and I upgraded windows to the home and were happy with the results. They installed 13 windows within 8 hours. And required no clean up on my part. Only hiccup was that one window that was supposed to be installed was missing. But even with that getting a new patio door.

The windows quality are exactly the same they promised. I loved the 180 degree locks, safety and cleaning methods. The workers were on time, took a day to install. Employees were Professional and good. Over the phone reminders were excellent.

They really did sell us on the project! We had a roof and full windows installed and were very happy with everything. The only feedback I had was that the call wait times when I needed to get in touch with someone were longer than ideal. We were so happy with the work we decided to hire them for all new siding and trim as well. Would definitely recommend.

Had a very positive experience with Power all by chance. Darrian was extremely knowledgeable during the consultation although it was very long it was informative. After we had locked in the price for the installation Ryan came out for final measurements. Very kind and also very knowledgeable about the process. At the time of review the crew just finished up the installation. The windows all look great except one had cracked during install. Not a big deal as the site supervisor upon arrival took pictures and submitted a warranty claim to get it replaced. IF anything else arises this review will be edited and updated.

Incredible experience with Power. We happened across a representative during an art festival, and the moment we began speaking with them we were given excellent customer service. Their inspection of our old windows, how they educated us on their products and the process, the installation itself, the follow up afterwards - all of it - amazing. They just installed in July heat in Texas, and it's been 15 minutes with the new windows and you can already tell a huge difference in how much cooler our home already feels. (Even after no AC and open air during installation in 100 degree heat for 4 hours replacing all of our windows.)

Throughout the estimation and contracting, the people from Power were friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. When the crew arrived to perform the work, our sole complaint was that the foreperson wasn't onsite and did not even connect via phone to introduce themselves as a point of contact. One of the crew members did give a curt greeting before they began work in earnest, though. In the middle of the day, the foreperson arrived and did make it a priority to connect with us personally. The removal of the old roof and build out of the new was completely efficiently and to high standards. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Overall we are quite satisfied with the whole process.

We had all of our windows and front door replaced and we’re happy with the product and the service. 9 months later the trim around the front door is falling off of the house. We called for warranty service and the earliest they can come out is 5 months from now. It’s July and the Christmas decorations will be up when they can fix the issue with the work.

They did a very good job in explaining their product. I had 13 windows and 1 sliding door replaced. On installation day, they were done and cleaned everything up in about 5 hours. So we decided on Power for pricing value and because in the past they replaced a few broken seal windows sashes. So their customer service is excellent. They were nice on the phone to me explained to me how to locate the size and ordered new replacements. NO questions asked. Joe gave us a packet with everything explained in writing - the process step by step.
