Had our sliding door and front door done back in 2018. We were very happy with our service and quality of the job. Next project came up windows and we did not hesitate going with Power. We requested for Nico help and once again Power to the rescue. We had 25 windows replaced and once again happy with service and quality. One day with the new windows and already feel the difference. We did our walk through and very happy once again with our service.

We have completed two projects with them and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. They are detailed and thorough in estimates, inspections and install. Thank you from our home to you for all you have done to get our house looking great and becoming efficient.

I was very pleased to use this company to replace the very old windows in my home. The installation crew that came out arrived at the time agreed upon. They also installed the windows in a timely manner, before they left they vacuumed, sweeped and mopped all the areas they worked in. I highly recommend using them for all your home renovation needs!

The windows are really nice and the life warranty better, the only bad experience I had was was the supervisor at the end try to scare you just to sell you the roof. Too pushy and annoying but good job with the installation at the end.

The customer service is PHENOMENAL and they will always go with the customer's approval. She really gave us the pointers on what she thought was a red flag to get done which was our roof in our home. Both the initial consultation and the installation of our windows and door went smooth, professional, and fast. The crews were on time, polite, and efficient. However the only thing that we felt let down on was communication from the warehouse team regarding our windows and door being on the truck. We weren't contacted prior to the install dates to inform us that the installation would have to be pushed back. It was a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

The whole process was from start to finish was fast and easy with a very coordinated install team. We selected Pella Windows after reviewing sample of each window that Power brought in during the consult. The windows look good and we can feel the temperature difference already!

We had all windows in our house replaced. The windows are wonderful and so much easier to operate and clean. We wish we had not waited so long to have the install done after an initial estimate two years ago. From the very beginning there was never any "hard sell" of pressuring for decisions. Everyone in this company is professional, friendly and helpful. The installation was seamless and only took maybe 6 hours for 22 windows in a two story house. The foreman and crew were very respectful of our property inside and out. Everyone had a smile. The employees clearly enjoy their job and have loyalty to the company. To me this indicates a well run management that values and respects their employees, as well as their clients. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling for quality work.

Love the windows and the carpentry, and how helpful, communicative, and pleasant everyone was along the way. My only reservations: the sales techniques were a little on the high-pressure side (though the sales people were very nice and very informative); and the process of meeting with Power personnel sometimes seemed more time-consuming than necessary. Maybe the fact that windows are a big purchase necessitates taking time, dotting i's and crossing t's; but it felt like a lot and like PowerHRG was, collectively speaking, being a little bossy. But overall the experience was great.

Power was extremely professional from day one. From the first knock on the door to install everything was great. The actual install crew arrived on time, cleaned up and was quick! We love our windows!

I had 4 windows replaced on May 5, 2022. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the windows. Our sales rep Asante was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were respectful of our home and did an excellent job. The quality assurance manager Brett not only answered every question and concern I had, but in the end he also took the time to help me schedule replacement of the remaining 6 windows and the sliding door that I needed to have done. I genuinely feel that everyone I have dealt with at this company cares for their customers and their satisfaction.

I was just visited by a sales person from Power Remodeling. I was given two prices, 39K and 34K... 34K if I agree now to get them done, 39K if he left without an agreement signed...Really, you charge 5K extra once he walks out the door? I get no time to look at my finances or even think about it? My wife told him that we could probably have next week the 34K, but he said OK then it will be 39K. This is a bad sales pitch.... I would say you just lost a 34K sale because you have no patience to wait.... Raul **.

Overall it was a great experience from start to end. I would recommend Power Home Remodeling's company to all of my friends and family for windows projects. Drilon was really great, very knowledgeable.

Our install with Power was good overall. It was a seamless process from start to finish and everyone that we came in contact with was professional and friendly. I would recommend Power to my family and friends.

Everyone I worked with at the company was professional and I felt honest in their assessment of the work needed. The installers were respectful of my home, and pointed out water damage to the siding that needs attention. Overall, a good experience with the company.

6 years ago we ordered windows for our bedroom and were pleased. 2 years ago, we ordered windows for our kid's rooms. 4 times in a row, Power's manufacturer made the windows with uneven lines in the panes. I wrote a letter to the company with no response. I've called the company, talked to a manager and he said he would rectify the situation. I asked about some type of compensation and he said they don't compensate unless there is damage. After the 4th mistake, I called again asking for some compensation. The gentleman agreed and said he would get back to me after talking with his team. Have yet to hear back from Power. Will never recommend or use Power ever again. Still waiting for them to replace the wrong window!

We are very happy with Power Home Renovations and this is our second project with them. The first was the roof and this time was the windows. The crew was very polite and respectful of our home and made sure nothing was damage during the install. They also helped with moving the furniture and the blinds. Will definitely go with Power for our next project.

The salesman, girl that came to measure & installation team are all excellent. Took months to get windows, however, that is the industry. I have dealt with POWER for years & have been very satisfied. One thing that was somewhat disappointing to me recently was I had opened one of the new windows, (replacements as previous company went out of business) & then couldn't get it closed, scheduling for someone to come out & look at it was 4 months out. When I contacted them to complain the problem was resolved as I was given the link to a tutorial which showed me how to properly close & lock the window. Thank you POWER!!!!

Was thoroughly pleased with the communication throughout my project. The crew did a great job, and finished quickly. Everything was cleaned up and left as they found it. Will be looking to Power Home for future projects.

There are times where situations don’t fit personalities. This is not scenario of a bad product but a bad sales experience. When I originally answered the doorbell for what I now consider a ‘cold call’ I did not expect to sit thru a timeshare presentation. This presentation went on for 2-3 hours, all because I kept saying, no. Eventually I caved in and accepted an offer for 4 windows that was 25% off the price that was quoted to me 2 hours earlier.

The installation of our new windows was quick, the workers were clean, courteous, and quick. The installation went smoothly and I love my new windows. Will definitely finish the house in the next year.

Daiton and the entire Power Home Remodeling has been unbelievably kind and professional throughout the entirety of our projects. We’ve had our roof, siding, gutters and doors done by Power and frankly, we’d go with them for any and all future projects. They’re knowledgeable and the best one stop shop that we’ve ever worked with. The work is top quality and unbelievably quick install— We’re always baffled by the speed and seamlessness that the projects get done with.

Work was done well and in a timely fashion. Only complaint is that the trash, though minor, was left behind. It consisted of a handful of nails, some broken wood and scrap material. It was all collected neatly, just not disposed of.

The salesperson was very informative. Gave a free estimate and worked with us with financing. The team that installed our gutters did a great job and made quick work. We will have windows installed at a later date. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone looking to have a remodel done.

Hands down from start to finish Power by Pella improved the curb appeal of my home 100%. I did my research and scheduled meetings with 5 other window companies and the service and product information was so impressive I could not turn down the window install I got today from Power by Pella! The sales team spent valuable time to answer all my questions and were able to show me just what a superior product I would get if I went with Power by Pella. I ask for a black on the outside and white on the inside window and that is what I got! The other companies acted like that was an unheard of product. The crew were professional and courteous. The install team left nothing behind the cleanup was fantastic. It was like they’ve never been here. I’m looking forward to seeing my power bill tremendously lowered. All in all great job. I would totally recommend them with five stars.

The guys came out and quickly installed our windows. They were respectful and did good work. After they finished they cleaned up the glass and debris. The team leader walked with me to make sure I was satisfied.

I would recommend to everyone who needs windows to do themself a favor and go with Power Windows! They are prompt and extremely efficient! We replaced all 12 of our windows and everything has been great.

As of right now I have no complaints on the work but am not happy with the installation process. They claimed to have truck problems and did not show until 4:45pm. They were removing our gutters and installing new ones. At first it was fine but I could tell after an hour they were rushing to get the job done. Then when it came to clean up they left several pieces of debris, nails and tape on my property and stuck to my house. They didn't even ask for payment, they just left an invoice in my mailbox. It is illegal for a non-postal employee to place something in the mailbox.

What I like was the windows, the crew and how they work quickly and the only thing that concerned me was that I can't put the windows back in. The cleanup was good, could have prepped the home a little but better.

Power home remodeling knocked on our door and from there they got us a great new sliding glass door and replaced our old large picture window. Everything went extremely smooth and everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

These windows are gorgeous! We got the Queen Anne style and I love them! They came and put 13 windows in my old home in 1 day. They even replaced the outside trim (siding) around the window. My husband is a contractor and he was skeptical but not anymore. He loves the new windows and the 50 year warranty. These windows have a 50 year warranty and if you sell it transfers to the new owner. I highly recommend this company and the windows!

Last year I spent over $22K on a new roof from Power Home Remodeling. Decking and all. A couple weeks ago I had a picture fall off my wall. I opened the wall to find that I have 2 rafters that were completely rotted out. There is NO WAY Power Home Remodeling crews did not see this. They never bothered to come down and notify me that I had a BIG issue to worry about. Had I been advised of this issue, I could have had the issue fixed while my entire roof was off. Instead, I was never notified at the time and now I am dealing with having to tear out a large part of my ceiling in hopes to be able to properly get this repaired from the underside. My roof has already started sagging in that area.

Overall experience was great. All finished products turned out wonderful. All small issues were taken care of without any hassle. Crews were nice and answered any and all questions at install. Sales and customer service departments were accommodating.

Power Home Group installed double hung windows. Salesman was very personable and installation was very prompt and trouble free. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Since windows were installed today, I have not experience with them yet.

From start to finish the guys that came out were very honest, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. The siding and gutters were installed when they said. They cleaned up after themselves. The house looks great.

The materials Power used in our roofing, windows and gutters are of solid quality. Their customer service is also high quality. The only issues we had were around wrong order details that caused a delay with the installation of one window, as well as two installation issues that resulted in needing to reorder two parts. Ultimately it took an extra 2.5-3 months to get it all ironed out. In the end, we are very pleased with the outcome of all the work they did, the way everything looks, and the value it all added to our home.

Terrible service. The company should not be knocking on people’s doors looking for new customers if they do not have anyone to service them after the fact. Original install was delayed multiple times and extended four months. Installers no showed one install date and never reached out to us, we had to call them. One window installed correctly will not be fixed for another four months. Nobody in company takes accountability for the horrible service.

I’m waiting for somebody to get back with me regarding the window that was put in my bathroom. It has a pull out crank with my old window did not and my window shades (Bahama shutters) will not close properly. Told the representative came out at the work is done. Also texted the sales person. Also mentioned it to the person making the appointment for the follow up visit. Please do not make me put a “stop payment” on the check that I paid with!

Carlos and his team were on time and very professional. The quality of work was great. The only issue was the front bathroom window was supposed to be frosted glass, but they were able to schedule a replacement to fix that on the spot. I would highly recommend this company for all your windows needs!

They were prompt and professional. They have already done my roof, gutters and siding. And now the windows. They are great about fixing problems. I recommend them. They do a great job. I'm very happy!!

DON'T HIRE THEM!!! Their roofers damaged our ceilings and won't take responsibility for it. We hired POWERhrg to do a new roof, trim, skylights and gutters. They were VERY pricey - $33, 236 but they come with a lifetime warranty. They assured us we don't have to pay until we are satisfied with the work. Power contracts out and the roofing crew was not careful and in a rush to get it finished. We found them JUMPING from the high roof portion to the low roof portion and that damaged the ceilings and some walls in our garage apartment. They say it is because we have 2 decades old sheetrock. Who Sheetrocks their home periodically????

4/9/22: We contracted with Power Home Remodeling to have all our windows replaced, new siding installed, a new front and basement door installed and shutters installed. The job was scheduled to be done in mid-February. This was supposed to be approximately a 5 day job. As of today, April 8th, it remains uncompleted. Two windows were measured incorrectly, and the replacements could not be installed. We needed to wait for new windows to be manufactured. No big deal for us. We liked the product and were willing to wait. Then at the end of day of installation, we found several new window screens had rips in them. They needed replacement. The majority of the screens were not stretched tight enough on their frames. They were getting pulled and stretched in a light wind.

We had a great experience working with your sales people, the facilitator, and the installation crew. The only issue was that the first two did not tell the installation crew about a special request I had about connecting the base of the siding back to the concrete to prevent mice from coming in. But your great installation crew took care of it.

Siding project done by Power Home Remodeling, great sales people and siding crew. Have been easy to work with. Gave us good explanations of products. Kept in close contact with us with all the weather changes. Product met expectations and other than mother nature everything has gone according to plan.

Showed up when expected, installer (Tim) was great. He did an awesome job. The door was a game changer- before I could stand 6ft away and feel a heavy draft. Now I cannot feel anything. It’s amazing what a new door does to the look of a home.

Gutter crew never showed, had to call to learn they would show-up next day. ** Bits of gutter everywhere. 3/7 windows installed need repairs/fix - concerned that new may be better. Really, almost half need repairs already???

We love our new windows. From the beginning, the salesperson thoroughly explained the possibilities, gave us options (which we really appreciated), to the quick installation of the new windows. The installation was quick and complete, with no fuss and no mess. The product, workmanship, and its warranties are outstanding.

Every part of this process was smooth. Kept us informed, explained well and was thorough. Work looks amazing!!! They cleaned up great! They checked in with me to make sure I was ok with everything and the representative that came out after everything was done was super. He even went in our attic to make sure inside was good. The staff is so personal. With everything that’s going on it helps to have options and people who are personal and care.

4 Guys showed up at 10 am and started work right away!! Installing the trim took longer than installation!! Done and cleaned up by 12:30 pm!! No drafts that I feel! Temperature in the area is higher than before the replacement!!

Installers led by Chung were professional and courteous. Several company representatives stopped by before, during and after installation to ensure any questions or concerns were addressed. Very satisfied with results.

Power has been great to me because I had my windows done in the past and I was amazed how the windows came out, no draft or air coming through the window. 9 years later I just replaced my siding and can already feel the difference. Great company to work with.

Following a new front entryway install in November 2021, I have had issues with initial product quality including gaps and evenness in permanent factory installed trim pieces, have required several service visits for items including thermal gaps around door and initial hardware failures, with each service visit creating another ie. stripped out screws, scratches left on door from prior service. Of those service appointments, twice, the service department has scheduled visits without communicating to me the scheduled dates and times. As I await yet another service weeks out, I have also been waiting almost three weeks to hear from a supervisor/manager as I had requested.

We love our new stuff. The windows are so much better than what we had. The windows around our house a lot quieter and the rooms are warmer now and the windows do not rattle when we have wind. They are so much prettier too.

When our 16 windows were delivered in NOVEMBER several were NOT what we ordered. Power Remodeling Promised we would get correct ones the first of January. January came and NO replacement windows. They said their supplier didn't deliver, but the windows would be delivered the first part of March. March came and the same excuse was given and now it's MAY. We are frustrated and now waiting for May.

We had 13 windows replaced. The workers were professional and efficient. We are very happy with our windows and our radiant barrier. The salesman was very thorough and explained everything very well.

At first I thought this company was different than the others. After the windows were installed on a Friday, a gentleman came by and we did a walk around inspection with each window. I pointed out the damage on some of the windows, one window was put in crooked. He assured me he could take care of the small corrections and someone would call to set up a time to replace the window. The gentleman started a sales pitch with their other products. My husband and I were so tired and had not ate. We told him no several times. He was relentless. His sales tactics is unprofessional and very unscrupulous.

Very easy to work with, Seth and Jeremy came out and give me an estimate on my roof and explain in-depth what the system does. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Would recommend the company so far.

Pleased with all aspects of the process from beginning to end. The crew that actually did the install were the best because on a very cold blustery day they still did their job well and didn’t rush. Power Home Remodeling provided excellent customer service from our initial consultation to the final post installation inspection. Pedro and Jordan took their time explaining the products in detail and made sure we understood the process. Installation was efficient and extra care was taken to make sure our property was cleaned up after the installation. The entire process was ao easy the the windows are beautiful. We had 17 windows replaced in our home by Power Home Remodeling back in 2012. We had no problems with the windows. Excellent installation by the company. In 2016 we called the warranty department because 2 front windows needed to be replaced because of discoloration. They were able to exchange the windows within 6 weeks. In July of 2021, we called the warranty department again, because two other windows, had disclosure on the top panel, and we were told due to COVID 19, it will be a 6 month period until we get our windows. No problem, we understand the dilemma we are all facing due to the pandemic. We called again in January 2022 and were told it would be March 2022. Here it is, close to the end of March, and know we are being told Sep. This unacceptable.

The staff were great, very professional and excellent customer service. The project began within the date range that I was quoted. And even better, the project started and was completed on time. The work crews arrived on time and they completed all projects in one day. I highly recommend Power for roof and gutter replacements.

Everything was well planned out and has been very efficient. I had power come out in September and we picked out a bow window to replace our existing bow. The project has been smooth up until this point. I would recommend.

Every point of contact I've had with Power Home Remodeling has been positive. We chose to redo all of our windows (9) and our sliding door all at once. The customer service has been exceptional and the quality of the product is instantly noticeable. Every part of their team has been so nice, which goes to show customer service goes a long way. Would recommend to a friend.

We ordered our windows in October 2021. Our original install date was January 31, 2022. We were informed there may be some delay due to shipping delays, COVID, etc. Okay, we understand. Now months later, they tell us, "We are ready to go. We will be there between 8AM and 11 AM on March 3, 2022". We proceed to remove everything from the windows (drapes, blinds) and the area in front of the windows. So after preparing for them to come and altering three rooms, they call after 8AM and tell us, "We aren't coming sorry". We are paying so much money and continue to just get one excuse after another. I don't even want the windows anymore and now have to seek an attorney to see if anything can be done!!!

I have done multiple jobs with PHR, but my siding job will be my last. I had a subcontract crew, damage to property, use of my tools, left a mess behind. One year after job completion, I have called for warranty repairs 8x, 3 of those have been because the siding fell off. I can't get anyone to discuss why my siding job has had so many issues and what they will do to fix it.

I have used Power Home Remodeling twice before. This visit was a service call replacement of screen. They were on time and professional. The service men are respectful of the property. They answered question I had concerning my window operation. Great service.

I ordered windows for my home in April 2021, I was told July they would be installed. I had to call multiple times because they never showed up. FINALLY in November they installed the windows. One of the windows were broken upon arrival at my home and 2 screens didn't fit the larger windows. I was told in November; they would be back in 2 weeks. Four Months later, no window, no screens. I spend about 2 hours a week on hold trying to locate the windows and screens. Customer service is horrible and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am now threating legal action! Shame on you POWER HOME REMODELING! SHAME!

I had a verbal commitment for warranty repair in December 2021. The Foyer window is damaged as confirmed by their salesperson. Yet, I have not heard from anyone via email or voicemails??!! I expected more from the gentleman.

We have recently relocated to Clarksville, TN from Missouri and bought our home. A young man knocked on the door and spoke to us about our gutters (which he had noticed). We were offered the opportunity for a free quote and set a date. Tyler showed up and took pictures of the gutters and scheduled a date and time for them to be installed. Also while here, he measured each window in our home and gave us estimates for replacement when needed, but he did say the windows were in good condition. We liked his honesty. Tyler was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain everything and a contract was created, as well as the date and time for the installation.

Do not use Power Home Remodeling. Several months ago I had them come in a give me a pitch for new windows in the house. The price turned out to be $36K. That was too much so I said, "No, thank you." Months later they came to my door and said if I let their specialist come back in they would get me a lower price than last time. I agreed. They did not give a lower price. The new price was just under $42k. I thought about it and I liked the Pella windows so I agreed to proceed. They were now going to send the preinstall tech and get the final measurements. I specifically said in he going find things and raise the price. I was told no and if he did he (the salesman) would give me his paycheck.

I purchased windows with installation from Power in 2015. One window lost seal and started frosting over internally. I called Power in March of 2021. At first call (spoke with Nick) I was told this would be a simple sash replacement (can be done very quickly). I called a week later to get update on scheduling a service visit (spoke with Chris) and was told then that replacement wouldn't would be ready until November 2021. As this was COVID related, I gave benefit of the doubt. I called in November (spoke with Chris again) and was told that this one window replacement wouldn't be done until spring of 2022. I called in February of 2022 (spoke with a woman) to get update and was told there was none. I was further informed that replacement windows take 12-14 months.

The Crew was professional and did a great job. I wish this company offered more home improvement services as I have completed two services with them already and I'm very happy (Gutters and entire windows replaced). I would highly recommend them!!!

The finished product looks great. Personnel at the job site were pleasant. Unfortunately an electrical wire was cut during removal of the old roof. It was repaired by your company, but not boxed at the splicing and the electrical problem was not fixed with sparking at the fuse box. I had to get an emergency electrical service to come and repair the problem. Initially I was told that I was going to have to pay for that, but when I talked to a third person your company agreed to pay the bill, which they did not until I called the office a month or so later. Consequently a 2 day job took 3 days. Also, when the shingle packets were placed on the roof a lift/crane was not used and they were dropped causing multiple nail pops and loosening vents and a fan fixture.

We had a Great experience with Power.. Wonderful guys. They placed the windows in..We would highly recommend their service...We didn't think that our home needed the repairs that we got but after the salesman showed us what that could do to our home...we were sold..

In 2020, I had this company replace 3 of my home's windows and did an excellent job and was so pleased that by next year, I had them come back to do the other windows in my home. In March 2021, I had Stephen come by to do an estimate to get me those windows. I was told in February of 2021 by a customer service rep, that I could get these windows replaced at a discount lower than what I received in 2020. This ended up not being the case initially and had to get Stephen to contact a manager to reduce the value of the windows as promised.

In summer 2021, I agreed to a deal with Power Home Remodeling to repair rotting wood and replace fascia and gutters. The first crews showed up on time. However, after completion, I was unhappy with a few things, including the cigarette butts left all over my driveway and on my roof. They agreed to fix three items these on an agreed upon day, when I would be home. They called 2 hours after their start time to say the crew had been injured the previous day and would come in 3 days. No show, no call. They did show up 3 days after that, when I was out of town. They only fixed one item. I called to complain and was given a date 6 weeks out. I requested to not pay until the work was completed but they refused. No one showed in 6 weeks. Two items still outstanding. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Very Nice Windows to start with. Paid a premium price for product and warranty (4 comparable companies). Reported "clouding" of windows in August of 2019 - PHRG sent representative to site. Ordered 26 Sashes for replacement in Nov 2019. I call constantly and get put off. Windows are now awful and clouded over. NEED HELP.

We had two doors and two windows installed. The first door required them to come out four times to correctly install (it still blows open if we don't use the deadbolt). The two windows were not insulated AT ALL, and when they came to insulate them, the tech noted that the door was drafty because it was warped. No offer to fix, just said that the type of door we bought often warps. It is freezing in my dining room and they will not come out to repair it until the end of March (in two months). The customer service rep mentioned that "they have been out several times". Yes, because your workmanship is flawed, leaving my house a drafty mess!

Updated on 09/05/2022: Bought product due to "great" warranty. Picture window - or a basic 1950 split level living room nothing fancy - was installed 2017, failed and reported in 2021 to warranty dept. They said yes, their issue, will be replaced. 15 months (Sept 2022) later still no replacement just excuses that it has not arrived from the factory. Original build took less than 6 weeks. That's when I was a paying customer tho and not one a situation where PHR would be losing money.

First, let's start with the salesman. Once they start their script they will not stop. I had to put my baby to bed, and he did not care. He came at 6 pm and at 10 pm he was still talking. I didn't need the salesman because I already wanted to get their product. I just needed him to start the contract, which should take 5 minutes but he decided to start talking for hours. Then, the installation. They guys were super nice... but they ruined my blinds in the process. They put a sliding door and did not remove my blinds, a 900 USD blinds ruined. They tried cleaning it but the cleaning product they used discolored the actual blinds. The blinds were new; they only had 4 months. Brand NEW beautiful 900-dollar blinds now discolored with white patches.

I met Power by someone knocking at my door. All of the staff has been friendly and professional. The sales person gave a very thorough demonstration and explain things very well to me. The overall product demo displayed all of the quality features that I was looking for plus the timing was right. I have had a great experience installing 17 windows into my home. Overall I would rate them as a 4.5 star experience but that’s only because I am currently still having the windows installed and want to see the final results.

Had an excellent experience all the way from sales to final installation. Very professionally done and great quality. I would certainly recommend Power and would rehire them again for any of my future home projects.

From the initial visit and introduction to the final install and inspection everyone on the Power Home Remodeling has been professional, friendly, and superior in their communication. Today is December 3, 2021, and our windows STILL haven’t been installed. October 26th was our initial window install date. We took off work and moved furniture from the windows in each room in preparation for the install. That was a wasted day of leave. When I called PHR the first time the person apologized and suggested we move our furniture back until all of the windows arrive (REALLY!!). I thought his suggestion was insensitive. He did not know the effort it took to move furniture so the installers would have space to work. Moving the furniture back would be even more of an inconvenience. Here were our choices:

We had all of our windows replaced and they did a wonderful job. Very neat and professional. It did take 2 days since there were so many. They are beautiful. There were a few scratches but they came from the manufacturer. The warranty took care of all replacements with no money out of pocket. This is the best warranty I have ever seen. I recommend the Power Company. Thanks.

Power Home Remodeling is a breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Their customer service was topnotch in my experience with them. They actually answer the phone and work to make sure you are completely comfortable and satisfied with what you are getting. They also had the best price and best quality materials from all the estimates I received. Their installation crew did an excellent job of installing the siding, and also cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Power. I could not have been more pleased with the results as well as the entire experience from start to finish.

They take 5 hours to deep sell you and your wife. They do not want to go through their sales pitch unless your wife or lady of the house will be present. Their approach is to sell the wife so she can sell the husband which my wife found annoying since I make all the financial decisions for a reason. Seems a bit sexist to me honestly.

Pushy salesman told me multiple items that would be done, ended up being not true, I'm sure just to get the sale. I was told by the salesman that the side of my home, where the original wood siding was warping a little, would now be straight after they installed the new vinyl.. LOL, NOT! I also notice the siding sounds like a bowl of rice crispies... Yes, it snaps, crackles & pops. They include shutters as a "complimentary" item, and lo and behold, they orderd two sets of shutters for two out of five of my front windows incorrectly. I'm still waiting 3 months later for the correct sized shutters, with NO follow up on the status. I'm not all that thrilled now with this vinyl siding, plus they still have not completed the job as promised. Install late 8/21, review late 11/21.

They came out for a free roof inspection. Friendly inspectors, easy to understand the roofing products that Power offered and a surprisingly good warranty. Installation was smooth and good communication leading up to the install.

Initial contact was with Derrin (sp?); he was very professional and knowledgeable. Then we met with Miguel (congrats on nuptials); he knew answers to question before we even asked. Next Patrick came out for pre-install; thorough should be his middle name. The asbestos team and siding crew worked quickly and well. Erin came out for QC; I think we got their A Team all around!

Talked to them about siding for my home -- they set up an appt to tell me all about it, etc. --- we chose the siding, etc and within a few days they notified me of the date they would start (which was a little less than a month away - October 18). Did not hear anything else until a couple of days before they were supposed to start, I get a call that the group (or whatever) they deal with for waste management cannot deliver the dumpster to my location. I was told that they are working on getting it straightened out and will try to go a different route, and as soon as they get it arranged they will set up a new date to start.

Crew of 2 men were professional and polite. They worked hard to protect existing areas around install sights. They thoroughly cleaned workspaces and removed all materials removed before new windows were installed.

The windows were installed very quickly. Even though a huge storm had come in, they put up plastic and took care Not to cause any problems with the rain getting into the house. Everything was gone over with me window by window when they left. Someone came the next day and checked in with me to make sure everything was installed accurately. I absolutely love the windows! My first electric bill was $50 lower!

Quality of product installed is probably above average.. When the quality assurance inspector followed up, he made a HUGE push toward selling us more and ignored the current project actually getting finished.. After 3 weeks of waiting for the finishing touches my wife called to complain.. Only then did someone actually come out and complete the work.. Still waiting on partial refund for work included in estimate and not performed... Still waiting for replacement screens damaged in shipping... Still waiting...

Great experience from start to finish! All of the people from the company have been personable and professional. They are prompt and the roofing and gutter companies were knowledgeable and worked very hard to finish in a timely manner. I highly recommend Power Remodeling for home improvement work!

We hired Power to replace our siding, gutters, windows, and 6 glass doors. Crews were clean, polite and worked quickly. Products look beautiful and are guaranteed for life. The whole team was courteous, thorough and professional from Quentin, who sold without being pushy and "salesy," on. Bridget was the team member who did the pre-inspection and measurements. She was lovely and clearly enjoys her job. The installation crew members, John, George, Ben and Harry were also courteous and professional. Everyone arrived on time and I totally trusted them. Mitch from Quality Assurance was there to verify the quality of the work. This organization seems to do a good job of respecting and valuing their employees and it gets passed on by the employees to the customer. It is rare to say that a construction project is a pleasant experience but this was.

Powers replaced every window in our house. 21 windows and 4 sliding doors. I love the windows. Powers did a amazing job. They were professional, thorough and fast. When they left, you never knew they were here.

I have noticed that my air conditioner has been running less often and is on for shorter periods of time now that the windows are installed. On the down side, the install for my 14 windows had to be broken up due to 4 windows not being delivered before the install date. The 4 windows finally showed up 2 weeks later and were installed on a day I had to work so I was not able to inspect the finished install before having to sign that it was completed to my satisfaction. Later when I did get a chance to inspect the last 4 windows, I noticed that the little vents on the bottom that lets moisture drain but keeps bugs out were damaged or sealed with caulking.

Very professional from start to finish. Andrew, the sales rep provided very detail information on the product (windows). What caught my attention was the lifetime warranty. We scheduled the appointment and the installers arrived on time and was professional arriving. They install the windows and cleaned up behind themselves. Will definitely, use them again to install additional windows and other services.

Everyone was very pleasant and respectful of my property. They did an excellent job while installing my merchandise. They cleaned up after they were done with the project and answered all my questions.

Updated on 05/06/2023: This is an update of a prior review from 2021. On 12/20/22 PHR arrived to deliver and install 11 upper sashes previously ordered. Out of the 11 ordered, only 10 were brought. The windows were all bowed. The frames were not square, and I had to install weather stripping on them to prevent cold weather coming in. The installer reported the problem to PHR and all windows were re-ordered. Also, the lower sashes had failed, and he ordered a 8 lower sashes. On Jan 4, 2023, The field representative came to inspect all the windows, took pictures and reassured me they were ordered. As far as expediting the order, he could make no promises to me. All the delays are "due to covid". It has been 5 months and I still have no idea when I will be getting the upper sashes (again), and the lower sashes ordered on 12/20/2022. I would not recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone.

I had a good experience because the salespeople were very kind. They came with a lot of patience and also made me understand the process easily. The installers were very polite and quick with their work. They also cleaned up after themselves.

The window installation process was performed in a professional manner. Attention to detail was excellent. Cleanup was performed during and after each step of the process. Following installation, each window was presented for inspection. Features and functions were explained and demonstrated. Overall the experience was excellent. Except for new windows one would never know anything happened. Four thumbs up from both the wife and I!

Very professional and courteous and work done on windows, doors, and roof. Have been excellent with very good finance packages and warranties on work completed! Power inspectors are very detailed with what is needed and why by showing pictures of actual problems and explaining the ramifications if you wait too long and alternatives how to set goals for future when the time is right for you.

The installers were professional and well informed of how the installation of windows and the questions I asked regarding the installations. As far as the inspector rep. all he wanted was to sell me additional work, siding. Also was not present when the job was completed. This is very negative!!!

I had a professional and worry free experience with Power Home during the entire process. They installed new roof, insulation, shutters and gutters. We signed papers back at the end of 2020 for installation this summer. Financing, warranty, quality and price all influenced our decision as well as the young man that first came to our door and each employee since. Great company and staff! Our windows look phenomenal. Should have done this sooner!

Updated on 07/29/2021: We had the gutters replaced today, everything was good. The crew was very courteous and when I pointed out that they missed one they did it in the pouring rain. One issue I had was having to call the office to see when they were coming because of the storm coming our way. They gave me a time but they were an hour late. But all in all happy with the results so far.

From the initial contact everyone that I have had dealings with have been the most courteous and friendly. From salesman to the crew of installers. No surprises, no additional costs. No delays. No promises not kept. I would recommend this company with full confidence.

Unfortunately, I cannot give lower than 1 star - Power Home Remodeling doesn't even deserve this one star! This company has been a horror from the initial stages!! My nightmare began the day they were scheduled to install the windows. They didn't show up, but called on the day they were supposed to show and said the order wasn't ready. This happened twice!! When they finally show for the installation, they didn't close off of the sections they were working in, left my home exposed to the cold, they were supposed to work on 1 room at a time, but they were all over the place. Needless to say, NONE of what they claim to do. They didn't finish the job in the 2-3 days as they promised. The job actually took almost 3 weeks before they came back to fully complete.

I was sold on Power Home Remodeling with a demonstration in my house of how strong their windows are and given a hammer to bang on their sample window. Well I guess that might have been a different window than what they actually installed, because a lawnmower threw a rock at my window and broke it. And now they refuse to fix it for free and want $650 to replace a piece of glass. How is that fair? They even had the nerve to tell me that if they replaced every piece of glass that broke for free they would go broke. I guess a lot more of their glass breaks than they lead you to believe when they make their presentation! And they also sell you on a lifetime guarantee. I guess my lifetime is up at just over 1 year. I definitely do not recommend these people!

Power came to replace 3 windows and a sliding glass door. They were very easy to work with and had 0% finance and no payment until completion of project. They were thorough when replacing windows as well as cleaning everything up. I would highly recommend.

Amanda who came and stayed for a long period of time explained everything that is needed to remodel our house. She's knowledgeable and expert of the things she's doing. The guy who came after Amanda is also knowledgeable, explaining things to what is needed. And also the guys who did the work on our gutters and some sidings know what they are doing, they came and just do their job.

Sales team that introduced the program were very professional. The sales team that did the survey at my house were very well organized and were spot on with their assessment of the condition of the roof. The installation team were second to none on their knowledge of their profession as well as work effort. Total job completion was over 12 hours including clean-up. As for the products they seem to be of very good quality and unique. I am very pleased with the experience as well as the results.

Power replaced my gutters and fascia. The quote was given and everyone who came out was wonderful. The most important thing was their professionalism. We found them on Angie's List. From first contact through today everyone was wonderful and thorough. We had a presentation and they showed us where the damage was as well.

We started out with a door to door salesman who was very personable and great at his job, we found the man who came out to do the demo very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. Finally to the day of install, we had a three person crew here to do this and they were all very professional and friendly. They asked at various intervals if we had any questions and were we happy so far. They have done a really good job of installing and our quality control person has been great about explaining how everything works and the warranty information and all our general questions. I have found the entire process to be easy and straightforward. I love the windows, they have improved the look and the energy efficiency of my home. I would happily recommend Power to anyone looking to do windows in their home.

Overall this was a five-star experience with my new windows with Power. I met them by someone coming to my door and I was only interested in gathering some information at that point. However, after seeing the product samples it really drove my decision to get windows for my home. I was impressed by the professionalism, the communication and how clean and organized the actual project went. I would recommend using power in the future and in fact I am planning on having them do my garage roof as the next project!

Kc was great! Love the way he explain about the window. The installation of windows was great, the guys was very organized, they definitely know what they were doing. Love the fact that they remove all the garbage! They clean up so well after.

I used this company last year to replace our bay window and they knocked it out of the park, not only was the quality of the window outstanding but the customer service and warranty department were extremely helpful. This year we replaced our entrance door and we are very happy with the outcome.

The staff is friendly and they explain everything in great detail. The job was complete a day early then expected. The work crews were awesome. Justin **, the sales representative, was a very impressive young man, and created high expectations for the company. Their pre-installation process was very professional and well-organized. He also emphasized how much the company loves to hire veterans, so I was expecting at least a few vets on the crew. However, when the day finally came (took a while to get the financing together, then it wouldn't stop raining), the 7- or 8- man crew was all Mexicans, and only one of them spoke English. They were very polite, cheerful, and hard-working. They worked over 12 hours getting the old roof off and the new one on the same day, and did a very thorough and conscientious job of cleaning up.

Power Home Remodeling installed our roof in May 2021. All the staff were professional, courteous, and informative throughout the entire process. Our sales representative did a walkthrough and scheduled a time for the pre-install inspection within a week: he really did an amazing job. The pre-install team also did a walkthrough and discussed everything that would happen on the day of installation. They took the time to answer all my questions. The installation crew came on time and were very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. I was happy to see that pre-install staff were also overseeing the project.

Had an amazing experience with this company from the first time they rang my doorbell all the way to the end of my installation. Nicole did a demonstration of the windows and my wife and I were completely sold. Nothing but clear communication throughout the entire process, even when there were delays they kept me in the loop until my windows finally came in. The window installers are absolute pros and tore down the old windows real quick and put up my new ones with beauty. Justin came by to double check the work to make sure it all checks out. These people are thorough, friendly, and informative with Lifetime Warranty on their products. I'll be giving them a call again for further projects.

This was the second time we used Power Home Remodeling, and we could not be more pleased. Sales, scheduling, pre-installation inspection, installation, clean-up -- everything was handled professionally, with everyone striving to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We were given a full day of all the lifetime warranty Power offers with the salesman showing us all feature/functions of their windows. We replaced full home Dec 2019. After a few months we noticed the bay window was cloudy and despite washing realized it was defective and reported. We were given a September 2020 timeframe given Covid. A few days before our scheduled date we were rescheduled to Nov 12th. Two representatives arrived on time, popped out the glass and replaced. They did use a soft hammer to get all sides well fitted to the frame. They left and a few hours later as it got dark we noticed top left a crack in the replaced glass.

We are very happy with this window installation. Every person that we have dealt with has been a pleasure to deal with and very respectful. We will definitely recommend this company for all your home improvement needs.
