From the moment I was approached at my doorstep I was intrigued. The gentleman was engaging and was not forceful in his delivery. Later that same day the consultants were just as engaging and informative in their presentation. Providing me a single mother with great tips on what was most important as it pertains to homeownership. Only downfall was the amount of time the consultant spent pitching the sale. Other than that the pre inspection was smooth and the installation was available weeks before originally quoted. Thoroughly happy with every process including a quality manager coming out after installation to ensure everything was completed to their level of service. Power truly provides their customers with a powerful experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the new siding and windows. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. The product is great quality and it was done much sooner than the estimate. Every single person on the crews were polite and the end result is something Power can be proud of and so can I. My house looks brand new and will be so much more energy efficient.

Everyone from the Sales team, onsite installers, Office, and Quality Assurance was very knowledgeable and friendly. Really feel like they back their product and labor. Everyone was very respectful and handled all aspects of the process in a professional manner.

We met the reps for Power Home Remodeling at the Wilmington Home Show in March. We were very impressed with their presentation and product knowledge. We scheduled an appointment and met with Eric a few days later. He was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. He explained the company’s commitment to installing quality products and delivering timely service. We agreed to the project. Matt came out for the pre-install inspection and was very thorough and professional and explained the process completely. Our project was scheduled and the installers arrived on time and prepared to install the windows.

My husband & I have been in the market for energy efficient doors and windows for quite some time. We decided to go along with POWER Home Remodeling after conducting our research. We had an initial consultation with Anthony ** back in March of 2022. He was professional, thorough & patient. Joseph ** did a follow-up visit with us to review specifications with the actual work. We started the project back in March of 2022, and finished in June 2022. From the first person which was the Sales Rep very knowledgeable. However, some of our perspectives were different than what was communicated. The QA manager: again very knowledgeable and understanding as well as educated in products, and did an outstanding job of remediating the issue of concern. The company as a whole from sales, to installation, and then final inspection very respectful, and professional.

The installation crew was punctual, professional, and clean. Very nice work & I would recommend to anyone looking to have new windows installed. They also did my siding for my house a few years ago. Great work.

I've been putting off installing new windows for about a year. Then I was randomly visited by two Power Home Remodeling reps that knocked on my door. I was instantly impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and products. I signed up and within a few weeks they installed all new windows, including a beautiful bay window. They were fast, efficient and neat. The sales team and Quality Assurance Manager were involved every step of the way. For a project that I thought would be daunting, turned out to be amazingly positive! I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

This project involved changing front door and windows. The sales, pre installation inspectors, the installers and QA staff were very nice, answered all our questions. They installers showed up on time on schedule date and did an excellent work. Working with this company has been a great experience.

When making the appointment it should have been told to me that appointment will be 3 hours long. I knew this was a big purchase and all I wanted was the final estimate. I had already gone on line and reviewed the company, materials and warranty.

Gabriel was very helpful, the install went smooth and while Kareem was here, he was very professional and helpful with information on purchasing gutters. He also informed me of the benefits of multiple projects.

This company went above and beyond from the first explanation of the product to the installation. The wait time was minimal for the windows. The staff communicated well and answered all my questions. The crew was phenomenal. Very polite and hard workers. They amazed me with their skills. When we noticed one window pattern wasn't right, they were quick to reassure me it would be taken care of at no charge to me and in a timely manner. The product rivals those windows that are more expensive and you get a lot of bang for your buck. The warranty is the icing on the cake. The manager came and checked things out and was so helpful.

Worked with Rasa in the beginning of the process. He was very knowledgeable and very through when explaining the steps ahead. Harry did the install. Arrived on time and took me through the install process. Would totally recommend Power.

We had a 20 year old 3 Tab replaced by Power Home Improvement. It was a great experience beginning with Remodeling Consultant, Anthony **. He is very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to explain the entire process and the materials to be used. He took the extra time to answer all of our questions and at no time did we feel that he was trying to high pressure us.

This is the second house we use Power Home to replace windows for us. The salespeople are friendly, work is done on time, the Quality Assurance is professional, plus life time warranty. Pretty happy with their job and very happy for our choice.

We met Power when they knocked on our door. Had a remodeling consultant Armand come out and show us the windows. We like the product. the price was fair so we got on the schedule. I was sold a blown-in insulation and radiant barrier product. I did have heat problem in the attic, but I am surrounded by trees and don't have a lot of direct sunlight. Come to find out what I really needed was a vented soffit. I had the soffit vented by another company since Power does not perform this service. When installation day came and I explained the issue, I asked for only the blown-in insulation to be installed. Power Home Remodeling would not do the insulation without the radiant barrier product. I decided I did not want to pay several thousand dollars for a product I didn't need and we couldn't come to a deal. They said this was a late cancellation and charged me $2,400 according to the contract. Due to this I would not recommend Power Home Remodeling.

Power has well informed employees that are ready to answer your questions. There were a few bumps that came up but they were iron out. They seem to really want the final product to be the best it can and take the steps needed to insure that.

We absolutely love our new windows and siding. Power is by far the most professional, and customer focused company we have ever had the pleasure of working with! I will be using them again! I highly recommend their services to everyone!

The window installers were very professional and fast. The completed works was very pleasing to see. All the company staff from sales to inspection were very easy to work with. Great value product. Great communication.

We absolutely love our fancy new windows lol, they are so pretty and we can definitely tell the difference during summer and winter. Our house is always at a great temperature. Our friends love coming over because of the temp of the house. Overall super happy with all of our projects, not just windows. We had the siding of the house done. Power Home Remodeling did an excellent job replacing our roof. From the sales person, the roofers, and QA rep that they send at the end of the project, communication was thorough and complete. They did a great job about making sure we understood the process and what would happen and when.

We originally had Power out for an estimate on our roofing and windows. We met with their salesperson who demonstrated the windows extremely well. He was very thorough and informative. We felt like the company altogether has set up very professional expectations and follow through with the finished result very well. We love our new windows. Chris and his crew showed up on time and knocked out the 11 window install without any issues. They worked the entire day, and didn't stop for lunch. After the installation was completed, Chris took the time and showed my how to operate the windows to be able to clean them. Super helpful.

We have used the services of Power Home Remodeling three times in the past two years, replacing (almost) every window in our house in a three phase project. The sales representative Paul was very professional, low pressure, and was extremely helpful in terms of answering our questions and addressing our concerns. The install crew (Elias) was also very professional, courteous and highly skilled. They showed up when they said they would, performed the installation expertly, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I am very happy with the replacement windows themselves (Very high quality) as well as the Power Home Remodeling representatives that we have had the pleasure to come in contact with. The Quality Review follow-up after the installation was a very impressive touch.

We had a large window installation done for our house. Power Home Remodeling was very thorough - from initial sizing of windows, confirmation and ordering, communication about install dates and quality assurance after the installation to make sure that we were happy with the windows that were installed and that they would be worry-free for the future. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly every step of the way. We're already happy with the noise and heat insulation improvements to our house with the new windows!

From the get-go every worker was incredibly knowledgeable and good-natured. From the initial explanation of the windows, to the congenial and accommodating way the workers worked around our multiple pets, to the final follow-up, every worker was incredibly respectful and helpful. The windows themselves are amazing- we can already feel the way heat is being kept out of even our hottest rooms, and the windows are beautiful from the inside and out. We also got to take time picking out multiple types of windows for each location in our house without a problem. The entire install took 1.5 days, with the vast majority of the work being done on the first day, which allowed for minimal disruption to how our household runs. I would definitely recommend this company for window installation.

The whole process of getting new windows was very pleasurable. The initial presentation from Mike was very detailed and thorough. He was extremely professional and took his time. After that Victor came out and reinforced everything that Mike said and double checked the measurements. We received a pleasant phone call from the office saying the crew was coming. From the minute I called Power Home Remodeling I've had nothing but a professional experience. Nico my representative made me feel comfortable and assured me that the work they would be providing would be great. On the day of installation the crew came ready for work! I explained to them I had a very valuable statue in front that couldn’t be broken, without hesitation they removed it and put it someplace safe.. I was so grateful for that.. Very clean, it didn’t even look like I had work done in front of my home.. 5 star experience so far..

Salespeople are great, very friendly but the people that do the actual work are subcontractors! I’m not happy with my experience!!! First, I had them replace my soffit and wrap the rack boards. They covered rotten wood with the metal instead of replacing it first , so when the roofer came he pointed it out because his drip edge would stay nailed in rotten wood, and the soffit was thrown up so it’s not installed correctly and I pointed it out and they didn’t care!

Do not purchase their overpriced windows. I made that mistake and have nothing but issues. I have been waiting over a year now to have my windows fixed AGAIN. Just called them and they still can't say when they will be out here to replace them. They are blaming the manufacturer. I call **. If you're installing new windows then obviously it is NOT the manufacturer. They got my money already so they are in NO RUSH to satisfy the situation. So as I sit and wait my house is looking like **. This is unacceptable. They won't even call to see where in the world my order even sits on the list to be made. NEVER AGAIN will I make another purchase with this company and you shouldn't either.

Contacted by salesperson on a canvas door to door sales call. Excellent presentation by the salesperson who showed all the features and benefits. Person who came to measure very efficient. Finally the installer was very good and very professional.

They gave me an estimate no hidden fees afterwards. Started on date they promised and finished in 3 day. Crew always came early. No waiting around. Had multiple people from my neighbor inquiring about my siding. I'm very happy that I chose Power because they have a lifetime warranty. I could've went the inexpensive route but no Lifetime warranty.

Everyone from start to finish was great. The two guys that came to my door about a free estimate were friendly and professional. Matt did my inspection and estimate and gave me a lot of great info about the company and quality of products they would be using. He showed me pictures of the problem areas from the exterior and interior of my roof. We also decided that the gutters should be replaced and he gave me recommendations for them. The installation was done in a timely manner for both roof and gutters and everything was cleaned up around the house. When I called with questions about the work that was done of the interior of the roof, because I wasn't able to go in the attic to see, they were very helpful giving me a list of the work that was completed and sent someone out for a quality assurance check. I would definitely recommend the company and will use them for future projects.

We own a 100 year old house, and the windows were desperately in need of replacing for the safety of our home and kids. After going through the sales presentation, we worked on having all the windows replaced over 2 projects. The ease of communication and speed of the install were great. With the removal of lead windows, I appreciated the meticulous clean up. The windows look so good, the house appreciates its makeover.

The windows themselves are great and they completed the job in one day as anticipated. However, we did have an issue with scheduling where we were given an install date. When they didn't show we called and were told a mistake was made and the crew was not told about the installation. They rescheduled for the following week. The work was done well.

My roof is only 4 months old and already has a leak. Sent pictures to the warranty division and they gave my a date of 10/26/2022 for them to come and fix the leak in my roof. This is June 8, 2022. Water is coming in a bedroom closet, ruining the wall and causing mold to grow. They told me I am on a cancellation list, I will call everyday to see if I have been moved up the list. I realize we were in a pandemic and getting help is hard to get, but that is no way to run a business. They do a hard sell and say what a great company they are but god forbid you have an issue because you will never get it resolved. I will never recommend this company.

The company's roof products are novel and great. The warranty is top notch and the professionalism is great. In particular the ventilation system as well as the 50 year warranty is what sold me. Looking to do windows next.

I had both my roof and gutters replaced. From the moment that Rae (canvasser for Power Home Remodeling) came to my door, to Alex ** explaining in simple terms exactly what would be done and why that particular method was used, to Chris ** setting up the dates of all aspects of the project and explaining the finances, everyone was super helpful, polite and patient in answering all of my 'never ending' questions. The workers were extremely careful not to ruin any of my flowers around the house. They cleaned up very thoroughly every night before they left, and the project was done in three days, including the fact that my roof needed all new wood! I would certainly recommend Power Home Remodeling to all my relatives and friends.

Other than a scheduling issue with having the windows in stock and ready to be installed, the whole process was great! Excellent quality windows. The work crew was very accommodating too. Overall, it was a great experience!

We had our windows installed today. They were great! Milos and his crew were our installers. They were professional, quite efficient and very respectful. Matt, the QC supervisor came out while the windows were being replaced to check on the work being done and to ask for our input. He was extremely professional and helpful in providing us with information about our new windows and how they will work. Our neighbor had used Power and liked their product. So we had faith that we were installing a respectable company and they did not disappoint.

I had my roof, gutters, and 4 windows all replaced by Power. Everyone I spoke to or interacted with was very friendly and professional. All installs were done in a very timely manner and the quality of the product and the cleanup after installation were great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Almost 3 years ago, I contacted this company about issues with my windows that are under warranty. They showed up at my door three times with the wrong parts. Then I did not hear from them for more than an entire year when they suddenly showed up with only half of the parts needed. I was promised a quick response and that Max their sales manager would reach out to me and give me a great deal on two small bathroom windows I need replaced, to compensate me for wasting my time and causing me additional electric costs due to their failed products and their service failures. Then I did not hear from them for an entire year again. I complained and they apologized and said they had changes happening and they would do better.

We decided to use Power because we were impressed with the quality of the siding and the transferable lifetime warranty. The crew was very efficient. Overall we are very pleased. The only criticism is I wish they had more transparent pricing from the beginning.

Very pleased with your staff. They take the time to explain. For example didn’t understand why they had to trim out so far (windows seemed short for window opening.) They explained that they needed to trim out window. I explained that I wanted maximum window for sunlight. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns.

I am very pleased with having radiant barrier installed in my attic. The intent, initially was to lower the temperature in our garage. In the latest series of plus 90 degree weather the garage temperature was, indeed, reduce to a point that I could actually work comfortably. In addition our electric bills have been lower and we got a tax credit for installing insulation. I have only one area where I was not pleased. The initial estimate for the installation and material was inaccurate because the estimator did not include all of the attic square footage. As a result we hade to agree to an increase in the cost prior to installation. Ensure that estimations include the entire area going forward.

The experience with Power has been a very satisfactory process thus far. We had how many 4 windows installed into our home and and outside of a few do expectations that we had everything looks really good. My good. My only constructive feedback was it was we wish We were better prepared to take down our window treatments prior to the installation. Other than that everything has been a 5 star experience.

I had windows installed on half of my home in April. The service and installation at that time were great. I met with the QC /Quality Control person who discussed options with me to complete my windows on the other part of my house. I felt he was genuine and vested in my project, because at this point the quality of service received exceeded my expectations.

The windows are beautiful. We were told in the sales pitch that that installing the windows would save us on heating/cooling. I have not noticed any energy savings from the windows, so if there is any savings it is minimal.

From the knock on the door to final install, it was overall a pleasant experience, my calls were always answered (as long as I called during the work week). The installers were courteous, would recommend them to others.

We received windows today, 5/31/2022. The company arrived 10 mins before the appointment time, and literally were in and out no longer than 2.5 hours. There was no mess, the gentlemen were kind and informed. I was also walked through how to clean and use the windows! We then had Earl come and give us a walk through of the work that was done; as well as helped us get new gutters. We are so pleased with Power Home Remodeling!! We cannot wait for our new gutters, to finish our windows; and eventually get a new door! This company is definitely a blessing to have walking around the community pitching their products because they are truly the BEST! Not to mention our house looks so much more modern and attractive now!

Workers were on time. Clean and friendly. Windows installed with no issues. Looking forward to having a better winter with these better windows. This was our 3rd project with the company and have had all good times.

A major remodel cost is a true investment and we wanted to assure ourselves that we were making the right decision. We had 3 different companies come for estimates and Power stood out among the others. The Quality of the product is far superior as well and we realized this even more upon install.

During the sales pitch the team was prompt and kind. They were great with my kids being patient as my 4 year asked a million questions. The installers were prompt and effective, cleaning as they go and communicated. The quality control operator came by before they had even finished to make sure everything was perfect before the crew had even left. I love the quality of the windows and the features including the double opening sliding, screens, security locks and tilt cleaning feature. Start to finish Power did an amazing job.

The entire experience has been wonderful. Starting with the original sales reps visit, then the window measurements, and the install, and finally the QA visit was exceptional. The only downside was having to wait from September to May, but that's the cost of custom from beginning to end. It was overall an exceptional experience.

Sales rep was very thorough. Windows not ready for installation on projected date. Rescheduled. On new installation date all but one window were installed. Will have to make new schedule for last window. Installers did a good job with the windows they brought and cleaned up quite well.

We had 27 units of windows installed in half a day. They are very professional and took good care of us. They were also incredibly transparent about how the installation would function as far as financing, installation, and use.

I just had new windows installed and overall had a positive experience. The rockiest parts of the whole process was in the initial steps. The initial sales guy was pushy and spent 6 hours going through the all of the sales material which was not expected and led to a very late night. I am almost didn't move forward because of this. The only reason I did was because of the good reviews on Google. Everything after that was really great. The pre-install inspector was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. He also did an excellent job communicating the install. Installation day went really well as well. The crew was fast, professional, and did a great job. They even touched up some areas that got damaged during the install. Overall I was pleased with the outcome. The windows have made a difference in curb appeal, noise reduction, and temperature comfort. Overall I would recommend.

Linus the lead installer was so efficient and pleasant and they left our home cleaner than when they arrived. Every person we communicated with told us something different, including one person who told us they would start our single door install on Friday and finish it on Monday. The installer was more interested in asking my husband to help him solve his home plumbing issue than installing our door properly. The "quality assurance" representative was more interested in selling us another project then allowing us to check the door to be sure it was installed in a quality manner. Overall, I would never recommend Power Home Remodeling after my experience!

Hubby and I got referral from a friend to Power Home, we were looking for a new sliding door wall. Plus a couple other windows in the house had broken seals. We ended up getting 4 windows and the door wall replace. On the day of installation, the door wall did not have a screen door. Was told that the screen was not shipped with the door. I called customer service after a week of waiting to hear from them, had a date set up for someone to come install the screen and the installer was a "no show" on a Saturday. Called on Monday, to see what happen and was apologized to left and right, was told I would either get a call back from the installer or the rep by end of day, Never got a call. Called back Tuesday. Got another install day set, this time the guy showed. Screen is flimsy, but doors and windows are good.

Roof was installed within one day and staff was very professional. We also had a skylight installed. All of the windows were changed and they are absolutely beautiful and of great quality. Overall good experience!
