They were able to call us and inform us what the new ventilation systems look like. The smart ventilation system is so different from what we expected but one we were educated we see them on a lot of roofs!

The end result was better than expected! Definitely adding to our house appeal and energy efficiency. The color and work make the home look amazing!!! The lifetime warranty for the work was an added bonus!

Their employees are very professional and knowledgeable. We had full confidence in the superiority of their product and the proper training of the installation staff. The pre-installation appointment missed explaining the option of capping the trim around the windows, which left us to make a day of decision based on the information we found online and the little information that the foreman gave. I do believe that there could’ve been better communication between preinstall and install dates. There was a foreman present throughout the installation, however we were never shown exactly how to operate our windows, even the day after when the quality inspector was here.

I hired Powerhrg to get my windows replaced. They were very professional, and the quality of work was excellent. The quality of the windows was excellent. Very happy and will highly recommend to friends and family.

The process was very fast from the beginning. Everybody was very friendly and the job was done in one day. I really liked how they took the time to show us the product and all the technology that comes with it, that way you know what you are getting.

The entire experience was easy from sales to install. The Sales team including Jesse worked hard to get us the best price possible. Doors are great. Only way to get discount is to sign that day. I always feel like that is a scam tactic. Don’t agree with the practice or feeling the pressure with no time to do my own due diligence of checking out the company prior to committing.

Overall it was great. There was some miscommunication between the sales team and preinstall team. They were able to clear everything up and the quality assurance team is outstanding. Definitely have one of the best customer service teams. The install was very fast, they got here at 8:30 and were done by 12:30. Would have been 5 stars if not for the miscommunication.

I knew I needed windows and Zach came out last year, but I was hesitant. Well, when my utilities went so high, I knew I needed windows. Power was in my neighborhood again, and Chris was great! Signed a contract, and the windows are in!! I am so happy that I did this, they look great, and I am looking forward to lower bills!! Frank, the pre- install inspector came out to do over measurements, and a few short weeks later, the windows were ready. My installer, Ikaru was so pleasant and respectful of me and my home. Then Rob, the QA guy came by as well. He made sure everything was being done correctly and went over the warranty with me. All of the people involved were so nice, answered all of my questions and even covered things I had not thought of! I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone.

Had a great experience working this company to install new windows. The entire process was very efficient and worth the time to get a quote and see what options are available. Had multiple options available for window installation and financing. I agreed to have four new windows installed and the installation and cleanup process was completed in a few hours. I had needed a large window replaced over my front door, as the seals had failed. Randomly, one of the Power sales guys came by one day and introduced himself. Usually I am hesitant to buy anything from door to door sales, but as I was in the market, as it were, to replace my window I bought I’d give them a cancellation to come out and give me a quote. The sales rep came out and looked at all my windows and let me know which ones were damaged and needed replaced. From what he showed me, I was able to narrow down the Wu does that were more in dire need of replacing. In addition, he quoted me on a new grand entryway door and windows.

This really stood out to us. But we also felt comfortable with the fact that all work was done with no money down, giving us no risk going into the project. Shawn started my good experience with Power by coming to the door and explaining the Windows systems and suggested that I have a free estimate. Two women came out to explain the windows features and gave me a price. London and Ann were a dynamic duo! Together they answered all my questions. (And I had tons!) I was impressed with the way they worked together to make sure I knew what I was buying and the features that came with that. They walked me through all the features with their sample window and had me try them to make sure I was comfortable using them. We had eight windows replaced by Power Home Remodeling. The workers had very professional behavior on all fronts. The installations themselves are very well done, complete and cleanly sealed up. The crew also did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves, it was almost like there was no remodeling done. The only complaint I would have is the time that it took, since the crew they sent was undersized for this kind of job compared to normal. Despite that, they still managed to get it done in one day, up to satisfaction. Combined with the lifetime warranty we are more than happy.

Really liked the thorough walk through of the products in the initial visit. The second visit for blueprinting the project was very helpful in making some design changes as well. Installation experience has been great so far. Professional and courteous. Our only complaint would be the sales tactic used involving the day of commitment discount. We find the tactic to add unnecessary pressure to make a decision quicker than we had originally wanted.

We were looking for new gutter; The marketing guy made an appointment for us with Clayton. Clayton showed us, we talked about an hour about our house gutters and siding. He show us prices, and not that we wanted to spend money, it made sense to do it with Power! It was the best decision we ever made. They we on time, the crew were wonderful, clean up every night when they left the property. The work was done in three day and the gutters were scheduled for Friday. Quality inspection was done Friday by Eddie. By the way they were so good, we sign with them to have 2 more project done. You won't be disappointed with Power Home!

Power windows did a great job replacing the windows that had a broken seal in our house. They sent a quality inspector the next day to ensure that install was done correctly. It was informative and we can already tell a difference in temperature among the rooms we replaced.

We enjoyed our experience with Power! The only hiccup was there was a reschedule and was not told a time. The app said 1-3pm show up but they showed up at 7 am. The crew did not knock or tell us they were here and I woke up to people in my roof at 7 am. Other than that we are satisfied with the customer service and product.

From beginning to end the process was smooth. They answered all questions, didn’t pressure us to buy what we couldn’t afford. The windows are amazing and are making. A huge difference in the temperature in our rooms. Definitely recommend.

From door knock to completed project took about one week. I had a new roof and gutters installed. The work is premium. Roof somehow feels way more stable when I am on it and the vents have had a noticeable effect on the attic temperature.

This is my third install with Power, I’m always amazed at the quality and the product and the quality of the installers. And the staff at Power is always friendly, helpful and professional. The warranty is also amazing and if there is ever an issue, the windows will be repaired free of charge.

I've dealt with a lot of companies, and unfortunately a lot of them don't give a shit. It's obvious in the way they talk to customers, and it is obvious in the quality of their work. Power is the EXACT opposite of that. EVERY single person I dealt with at Power, from the appointment setter, to the Q&A manager, was a pleasant surprise with just how genuine they were and how much I could tell they actually cared about the job they were doing. They make sure everything is done right, and they make sure you don't feel like you're just a number.

Our experience was great from the salesman to the QA. Everything was great and the work was exceptional. Inspection came out and took measurements and actually saved us over $330. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Please have someone contact me regards to incomplete service. There was a giant metal antennae left in the the yard not the dumpster. Wires were taken down off the outside of the house and just out on top of a bush and left there. Seriously? Please contact me. **.

Did a beautiful job! The house looks brand new with the new siding and shutters, and our neighbors complimented us on how nice it looks. And the insulation behind the vinyl is a big plus. They did such a nice job. They did such a great job we are have them do the gutters and soffits.

We had Power installed windows into our home in the past so when it came time to investigate roofing, we decided to give them a call. We met Scott and Adam, the salespeople who did a great job explaining the process to us. They were very thorough and showed us the roof along with the ventilation as key components in our decision to go with them. The project so far has gone very quick. They began work and will be finishing in one day so far it has been a professional project and everybody has been working really hard to keep the property safe. We recommend power to others looking for these kinds of projects.

My doors and windows appear to be of good quality. They look great installed. The installers did a good job. They were fast and knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up except the dust. I was unaware that the new windows took up more space than the old ones, so I was surprised to find that out. After all the dust has settled, I am happy with the experience and believe I have quality windows and doors which is what I wanted.

From day one when we got our windows done back in 2018, we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish with the professionalism and knowledge we experienced. From sale to installation, it was a seamless job. There's no question that we would only use Power for any of our home improvement projects. So when Joey G showed up we talked about getting our front door, back door and gutters replaced. Well, the gutters came out great and today is our door installation. And to no surprise, same great service. Next project will be the trim around the house, which Mitch will be helping with. Good presentation and showing of the product. I liked they actually had a whole window instead of just samples of the material. The sales person offered good discounts that he could have, and we are happy with pricing. The install was smooth and there were quite a few people taking care of the install. They were all courteous and respectful of my home. They had their own music on which I quite enjoyed. It was a good experience working with Power on this. Their warranty are cherry on top. One of the window panes had a cracked glass and they acknowledged and are replacing it with no hassle. They live up to their sales pitch. Would work with them again for any new projects.
