Wonderful experience, worked incredibly fast. I would recommend using Power. The only negative was a price difference from initial and secondary quotes. They worked to meet us half way so it worked out in the end.

After some initial troubles and hesitations, Power did an excellent job explaining the benefits of updating the siding on my home. They were a pricier option, but the quality and warranty didn’t seem to be matched by similar companies. You get what you pay for. Definitely recommend for anyone needing siding work!

Great communication from start to finish. They did an excellent job! Cleaned up after each window. Windows are beautiful! We highly recommend! We can already tell that the temperature is so much better in our kitchen area with large windows.

The crew did a great job on my install. Showed up on time, and worked nonstop until the job was done. What I expected to be two days was completed in one. Very happy with my experience and quality of the windows.

The salesperson was very detailed in his overview of the company and types of projects they do. He gave demonstrations and recommendations for the shingles and insulation materials and answered all my questions. The pre-installation review was very fast and they also answered all of my questions. Insulation install was also very fast and everyone I interacted with was friendly and efficient.

We have previously used Power Home Remodeling for window replacements and were very pleased with their quality and service. They were a natural choice for a roof replacement and their work is progressing just as professionally. Their lifetime warranty is exceptional and covers all material and labor.

They have been very informative about their products and process of remodeling. They were able to help us determine what we needed to replace and improve our roof. Happy to now have the 50 year warranty roof.

It's been a great experience so far. We had a great experience with our initial consultant CJ who answered all of our questions thoroughly. Danny came out after and checked all the measurements. The install crew showed up on time and has done a great job installing our 22 windows.

They cleaned up the area after the work was completed. The install was quick and professional. The phone support answered all my questions. They were very patient with us. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Great communication and products. On time service from the beginning to end. Every single appointment was well managed and all and any issues were listened to and fully addressed from beginning to end.

We have had a great experience. My only complaint, if you can even call it that, was that the appointment for the estimate took a really long time (3-4 hrs). If we would have known, we would have scheduled it on a weekend. It was still a great experience, which is why we decided to work with the company.

We love the new sliding doors. I was more excited about that than the new windows. But other than that it was a great experience. The workers came a little late but they were very professional. They were quick and cleaned up everything.

I just had a new front installed this week. And I have to say it is a beautiful and welcoming dark blue door. All of the sales and reps have been very professional and friendly to work with. The installation gentlemen were professional and left everything clean when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new doors or windows. I will be following up with on windows soon.

We had a phenomenal experience with Power Home Remodeling. They replaced most of our windows a sliding door. Everyone at the company was super professional from the first scheduler Will, to the remodeling consultant Estephan, the installer Eddie, and the quality assurance managers Jon & Dylan. They answered every question we had and were super honest about what work we should prioritize. The quality of the install and quality of the windows were impressive. Within an hour of our install it felt like our AC doesn't have to work as hard to cool the whole house.

Mike was really knowledgeable and got through the sales process quickly for me. He answered all of my questions and did a thorough job of explaining the installation process. The windows look wonderful.

The overall process was easy from beginning to end. The look of the windows are great. All the representatives of power and the installers were professional. We had 18 windows replaced in a day the install date was moved up because the windows were ready sooner than expected.

I'm satisfied I was to negotiate the price and do the project I needed and could afford. I did a roof, no gutters or insulation needed. Workers were prompt and worked pretty fast. I observed from start to finish.

My husband and I opted to have Power Home Remodeling (PHR) install 8 windows in our home and we are extremely happy with our decision. It was a great experience and every step of this process from the field canvassers to the window installers was smooth and easy. Our remodeling consultant Christian ** was very knowledgeable, professional and very informative. He took the time to explain all the services available and the benefits of having PHR complete our project. I liked that he compared pricing and materials of the PHR's top competitors and did not make us feel like we had to make a decision to have PHR install our windows on the spot. The major selling point for having PHR install our windows was a lifetime warranty. We will definitely be using PHR for future home remodeling.

They were bit pushy with the sales tactics and the sales pitch was way too long (hours!), but we are happy with the roof and they did a great job installing it. They kept to the schedule that we established.

We first hired Power about 4 years ago to install new windows. We were impressed with their customer service, communication, and execution from beginning to end. Now, we just moved into a new home about 4 months ago. We had horrible original windows and when we decided we were going to pay to have them done, we didn't look any further. Again, great experience from the original sales conversation, to measurement, install and working with their regional support. We did have a couple dents in the windows which they are already ordering to have replaced. Highly recommend!!!

We had installation put in our attic. One of the team members that came made a hole in the ceiling with his foot. They did a good patchwork but did not properly clean the mess that the hole made in my living room.

The sales experience was great and overall the window installation went well. However, the only reason not to give 5 stars are some unresolved issues I gave to the great guy who came by before my warranty was activated. These included smudges around windows I can't reach, wall damage around one of the windows, some window sill damage, an external trim issue and and a few more small issues. I was expecting a call this Monday, but I did not receive.

The company and the crew are very professional. They were on time and very good at their job. Also they will follow-up and make sure everything went well. The overall experience have been great. The only reason I gave 4 stars because the kitchen windows were not ready on the day of installation but they gave me another date already. The crew arrived at the scheduled time, 7am. It was raining at the time, so they waited in their vehicle. I appreciated the fact that they did not ring the doorbell as soon as they arrived as we have small children who had yet to awake. The rain stopped around 7:20, I then moved the cars from the driveway and they began their work. A crew of about 6 guys, and they worked well. Completed the job around 5pm, and were available to answer any questions. They did a great job cleaning afterwards. I would definitely use this again in the future.

Everyone was friendly from start to finish, even the crew who came to replace the windows went about their work with respect to the property and people around them. Everything was on time and the price never changed, actually got cheaper after I changed my mind on a few windows and there was no pressure to keep my original purchase. I had questions during the install and was able to get my answers within minutes by calling the job site manager.

Ordered replacement windows over a year ago because I can’t see out of the original window and was told they would be about 6-8 month. Every time I call they say they were pushed back. Last time I called they guaranteed they would be in by August. Still nothing. Called and asked to speak to a manager numerous times and they say there is no manager there and they would call me back to which they have not called back. Terrible customer service and would never use them again.

We had 14 impact windows installed and had passed inspection when I found that one of the exceptionally long windows in the kitchen missed a few screws added to the bottom frame. From the very first consultation to the last inspection, Power Home Remodeling was good to us. Their agents were patient and informative. The installment process was smooth, however, the cleaning process after the installation varied on which team did the installment. Even with this small issue, their agents were quick to consider complaints and see what they can do to fix the issue. Overall, very well pleased especially with the inspectors.

I am normally the type of person that prefers to do the remodeling myself around the house due to the fact I know it will be done right. I’m always hesitant to have someone else do the work because of all the horrible things you hear that goes wrong with someone else doing the work. In August of 2021 two separate weather proof sliding doors were installed on the two sides of my deck in one day. In December of 2021, I started seeing condensation on 4 panels of both sliding doors, I contacted Power informing them of the problem, and they indicated they would have to order the parts, but due to COVID they're probably going to be on back order. Finally, after over a year later they gave a date for installation two weeks ago. I followed up with a phone call then, and they told me I wasn't on the schedule. I scheduled again to come and repair both sliding doors panels, and they could not accommodate me first early in the morning. THIS PROVES THEY HAVE VERY BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THEIR MONEY!

The day of the install the crew Alberto, Tito and Yorqui were prompt and very professional. Meet with Dustin for our final walk through... The install went extremely well. We will definitely be doing business with Power again and on that note after the great job on our windows, we decided to have our gutters replaced, there was a different crew but like the first crew very prompt and professional. I am so impressed with the way they work and most of all clean up at the end of the project. I highly recommend if you need windows or gutters call Power Home Remodeling. You won’t be disappointed. Stay away from these door to door scam artist. 2019, The workers did a great job installing the windows. They took care of the house as they went along. Explained everything after. The windows look great and work great. Am very satisfied. Would recommend them to my friends. Good job Power! (I said while the salesman looked over my shoulder at what I was typing.) Update, 06/21/22 One of the windows go bad, the film is coming off on the inside pane of the window, all distorted trouble seeing thru it. No problem. Life time warranty right? So I call and report it on 5/2/22, still waiting, called again today and they said It's still on the list, it's on back-order, waiting for the manufacturer to make it.... It will be 12 to 14 months!!

Each individual that I spoke with was very professional and conveyed care and quality and trustworthiness throughout the entire process. The workers arrived on time, they worked hard in the heat of the summer. Looks like a good job! Highly recommend!

Everything was over well wonderful, the only issue that we had was not being aware to remove things from shelves and walls to not break. We ended up doing so once they had started- the crew was quick and got the job done within one day. They walked the yard to make sure they cleaned up any messes.

The sales experience gave us full details about Power Home Remodeling (PHR). Why they do the things they do along with detail of the windows. Mostly this was the salesperson asking us questions. What we liked and showing us examples. They also gave a demonstration of the windows insulation quality. There was also a demonstration of the impact resistance of the windows and of the double hung action. The sales review was thorough. We got both the full sales (whole house) and a breakdown by section if we wanted it spread have several projects. The detailed examine went quickly and efficiently. We were called well in advance about the windows availability and PHR was very flexible on when the installation would actually.

The crew was very professional and I love the way the finished product looks. The windows are already cooling my home and I can notice a difference in comfort immediately. I'm excited to see what energy savings I have in the future.

I had Power Home Remodeling do an attic encapsulation as well as replace the roof on my home and my garage. The roof looks great and the attic encapsulation is perfect however I was left with roofing nails everywhere in my yard and in front of my house in the road. They damaged my aluminum fascia and refuse to replace it stating it has been too long for them to replace it that they couldn't have damaged it. Very disappointed that I now have to spend more money to have someone replace my aluminum fascia on my home after spending so much money on Power Home Remodeling installing my roof and attic. I wouldn't recommend them at all. It's very unprofessional and disappointing.

By far top of the class from the customer service reps to the most fantastic experience with our salesperson, Ozzy ** who explained the process and products so well that I decided to go for it. Gotta mention Jesse (pre-install rep) and Rob (post install) who were also thorough in their jobs. Most important to mention is Doug and his crew that did the install. Their work is remarkable.

Very thorough and professional. Their windows are not only beautiful, but very well made. The installation process is easy and the crews make sure everything is cleaned up down to the smallest screw. You can immediately tell a difference in the amount of cold or heat coming through the windows. It is virtually non-existent.

We had windows installed and were very pleased with the staff from start to finish. They have a really cool app that gives you updates while you wait for the windows to come in. Also The only reason we have to give 4 stars is because the outside wraps were not to our liking but they are fixing it the following Monday so that makes up for it! I would definitely recommend them.

Found out they replace windows during my presentation for siding. Got a good price and signed a contract for windows. Installers were great, clean and fast. The quality of the windows were a pleasant surprise. I would do business with them again! I will call them for siding.

Our windows were probably 25 years old, and they were definitely showing their age. Mo came and gave us the presentation on the windows, which was excellent. Even our 10 year old was engaged. He explained everything really well, had demo materials so we could see it in action. The pair that came out to measure was great. Explained what they were doing and were extremely thorough. The crew that came out to do the windows showed up on time, ready to go, and got right to work. They were extremely polite, clean, and friendly. They worked all day, 8 am until 6 pm, to make sure they got done. They encountered a couple issues and handled them without any issues. They left nothing behind for us to clean up. And the windows are amazing. We can feel the difference already. I can’t say enough nice things about their work. We will definitely be keeping Power Home in mind for any other renovations we have.
