I had my kitchen and back doors replaced due to rotted frames and warping. The new doors have beautiful built in blinds and bright colors, and the installers ensured the new frames are well leveled and the seal is great, not a single draft.

I want to give a big shout-out to Power and all of their employees. Frontline person Dante, Angelo the remodeling consultant, the 3 installers that worked hard on the install. Ryan, the quality assurance rep came out after to complete a quality check of the work. Kudos to everyone involved in my home improvement project from start to completion. Excellent job and would highly recommend this company.

I recently had new windows installed by Power. It was great experience overall. The initial sales meeting went well with a good presentation by the salesmen. The installation was done in just a couple of hours with amazing windows.

Everyone from the salesman to the installers were pleasant, efficient, and honest. The work was done in one day, looks great, and the warranty is excellent. We couldn’t be happier with our Power experience.

The sales representative, Josh, was very professional. Informed us on industry standards, company options and the relevant building codes. He even advised us on not replacing a window under our deck due to the difficulty in sealing it properly in the confined space. He also with provided a fair price. Matt, the pre-install inspector was also very professional. When he determined that our existing framing was in good shape, he was able to further reduce our costs.

Field Marketer Nick came to the house to offer free inspection. Rich ** followed up with a thorough review and recommendation. Communicated what needs to be done versus what would be nice to do. We really appreciated his friendliness too. Rest of team Jeff, Joel, and Matt did an excellent job of making sure all aspects of the project worked well with our schedule and not an inconvenience. Overall, team always made efforts to provide a better experience and comfortable every step of the way.

Very good company to deal with, everyone is professional. They use high quality materials and the workmanship is also high quality. The crew was always on time and worked all day and cleaned well at the end of the day.

This project has been a very smooth and easy process from the beginning all the way down to the completion. The turnover time was just a few weeks. The windows turned out great. The product is amazing. We went and had one window done by Window World which was a disaster. These windows and experience aren’t even on the same level as the other companies. We will be going back with Power in the future for other house related needs.

I did Windows last year and had a good experience. We had a small problem originally and they come right away to fix it. Very responsive about everything. We just did our roof and skylight and are very happy.

Throughout the process of having work done on our house Power was very communicative and diligent in confirming dates and availabilities for the work to be done. Everyone's been nice, professional, & on time. They've been thorough & informative about their products, services, & what to expect that they practically answered before we had questions. Lifetime warranty.

Sales reps were very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. The install techs did a great job ripping out the old windows and repairing and installing the new windows and sills. The windows themselves are excellent! They block a lot of radiant infrared heat! I can leave the blinds up and the house still doesn’t get hot. Old windows were like living in a green house. Quality control caught an improper fitting on our arches. They ordered and installed the properly fitted arches.

From start to finish this company has been amazing!! From the sales pitch to the built, this team knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. There were a few bumps in the road but they handled it professionally! I would highly recommend this company and their product!

Only constructive feedback is to buck the industry trend and remove the exploding offer from the sales pitch.

Power was very efficient at describing the product and services offered. Made the process as easy as possible. On the day of installation workers came on time and were very professional. Management staff made sure that all of our needs and expectations were satisfied.

My wife and I after some discussion decided to get new windows and doors on our 40+ year old house. We chose Power because they were a well established company that was able to back up their work. We found the choice of product was an order of magnitude better than the quality of the box store-contractor grade stuff. The doors and windows felt high quality and the fitment and finish when installed were unmatched-this is high quality. The salesmen and work crew were very kind and courteous and not high pressure or pushy. The crew was very neat not only the quality of the work but also very thorough with the cleanup. Also stayed to show us proper care and routine cleaning of the new doors and window. Would highly recommend.

Windows installed in a timely fashion, from the interior/exterior the look complements my small home. Window team was respectful of my home as well as myself. Team cleanup was for the most part was good, I did find a few nails & small bits of wood workers may have dropped, no big deal! There was a minor issue w/ 1 window that is scheduled for repair in October 2023. Final walkthrough completed w/ a introduction on how new windows functioned. They’re so nice & cleaning them will certainly be much simpler than the old windows as I’ll be able to clean them from inside my home!

Power knocked on my door again and because I used them before and was pleased with the first installation of my glass sliding doors I used them again for windows. I'm extremely pleased, highly recommend.

I do NOT recommend anyone use Power Home Remodeling Group (PHRG) or even allow them into their homes. They are a high pressure corporate sales company that hires low bid contractors to quickly throw on their overpriced mediocre products with a very difficult to use warranty. I have many regrets as a new home owner putting my trust and a lot of cash into their pockets. They will harass you until you pay them and then they will ignore you for any needed issues or warranty repairs. If you want to cancel your contract in the three days that the law allows, PHRG requires you to show up in person in Pennsylvania, or pay $250 for a telegram to be sent and also have a follow up visit.

We used Power Home Remodeling to do a whole house window replacement and I will say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From finding the windows to the install everyone was super friendly and very informative. The installers were fast and efficient and did an awesome job all the way down to cleanup.

From start to finish this window installation was beyond my expectations. The Company confirmed everything with me along the way and followed up with me post install to ensure my installation went according to plan. I would definitely recommend them for any window replacement project going forward and hope to use them again for some future projects.

Rich K was very kind and professional. He helped us design our siding, he was very informative and gave different options based on what we said we wanted. The team was great as well who installed everything. Very professional and got the job done on time.

Everything was timely! The work was done quickly! Everyone was nice and polite. (Attic insulation) So happy about the salesman Matt, who helped me move everything out of the attic so I wasn't up and down the stairs, something extra he did for me. So, so kind to help me that way!

Team was very professional with giving me a breakdown of the product and comparison of pricing against their competitor. They came out a week later for a final walkthrough and save me money. I recently bought a new home and wanted to update my windows. Luckily, a representative from Power knocked on my door and introduced me to their consultant, Jeremy **. He was very helpful and provided me with a detailed explanation of the services they offer and the different types of windows I could choose from. He even went the extra mile by demonstrating the difference between my current windows and the ones I would be getting, highlighting the benefits of having new windows. This made my decision to choose Power for my window installation an easy one. The crew arrived on time and were very respectful. They also made sure to clean up after each window installation, inside and outside. The quality assurance manager ensured that everything was done properly and walked me through maintenance. I was impressed with the service provided, which met the standard set by the company.

We’d been shopping for a new front door for years but the sales pitches were ridiculous and the prices were high. Mike with Power gave us no nonsense price that was a couple thousand dollars less for the same door. Installation was done earlier than we expected and the work was solid. You can probably find cheaper door replacement, but you will have a hard time combining price quality and service better than Power.

We used Power Home Remodeling to replace our roof. All the people we encountered were wonderful and very informative. The crew they sent to put the new roof on were very hard working and punctual. They cleaned up very well. I would recommend them for roof replacement.

The crew is really professional and I am sitting in my house with the A/C off in Georgia 9.13.23 and it's bearable with the work being performed. Ask for a discount to have a quality control representative come and or do a review.
