Our experience with Power Remodeling went extremely well. Everyone involved with the total project was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any home remodeling project they currently perform. I was really impressed with the short amount of time it took for the total install of our complete home window project.

Team was willing to work around my baby's nap schedule so they wouldn't be pounding on his window. They showed up early and finished early. Very helpful demonstrating the windows and efficient installers. Cleaned up the mess they created and were very friendly.

I am very happy with the work this company did replacing my 4 windows and back door. Both teams were very professional along with the work they performed. Both projects were very clean and appreciated. The only thing I would improved is to have one job instead of two. I would like the windows and the door done in one appointment when all parts are ready. Other than that, the work, the work crews were very kind and professional. I would recommend this company to others interested in work.

The team of workers on both days were fantastic and worked very hard on both days. They answered any questions that I had! They had done a great job on my roof a few years ago and I would recommend Power again and have!

Overall, I was happy with the install of roof, soffit and gutters. The roofers had to trim holly branches for access to a section of the roof. I cleared all articles from carport and patio. However, I didn't look up to the roof. MY BAD!! The cleanup crew was very good clearing debris from around the house. I was satisfied with the inspection, HOWEVER, I didn't see the piles of branches behind the tree. There was room on the trailer for these branches. I tied 4 bundles to put in my trash. I asked the gutter crew to take them but their trailer isn't made for branches. For the price of this job, the branches should have made it to trailer.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling was great from start to finish. From the moment the gentleman knocked on my door to arrange a free estimate to the minute the project was complete. The representative who arrived for the free estimate was knowledgeable and helped the project flow with ease. The workers were professional and treated my property with respect. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend Power for any home remodeling needs.

Excellent work done. Very professional. Staff is great. Very courteous and making sure all my concerns are answered. Very knowledgeable. All my questions answered. Provided info through whole process. Would highly recommend them to all. Also were very respectful of my home and made sure everything was done in a way that caused the least amount issues.

While they recognize they cost more than a lot of competitors, I appreciate that the pricing was transparent and straightforward. No side/extra fees popped up. They did not try to upsell or provide more than needed (ie outdoor shed and screened porch would not benefit from their system). Financing did not require a down payment and had a very reasonable interest rate. Also love the double lifetime warranty as a seller’s bonus if I ever move.

The windows were well-installed, and in a quick time. However, there were a few "issues" which still aren't resolved. Shutters removed by mistake and replacement shutters still haven't been installed. The attachment of the vent to replacement windows behind the clothes dryer was done with tape, which came off recently, and the Power folks said it wasn't their job to reconnect it.

Had hurricane windows installed in all my second story rooms. From start to finish extremely happy with everyone I had contact with from salesman to installers. Top quality product. Windows open better than original ones that were installed.

The overall experience was good and was eventually happy with the outcome, however there were many delays in the project but when the crew did come to work they were very fast and efficient. Would have liked to see them run a magnet after redoing the roof. I did catch a nail in my tire that was left in the driveway, and cleaned up several after the fact.

Having windows and doors gutters and shutters replaced is a big job, this company did take the time to explain all cost and comparisons to markets and why the differences are of value. The initial before during and after care made the process very easy. Any hiccups are addressed and rectified upon request or concern. The time spent on this project was extended by a few weeks due to weather, and inventory so make sure you have time. Overall my experience was good. I would recommend this company for your home improvement project.

Our sales rep (Trey) was excellent! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He spent several hours with my husband and I presenting the product (windows) by Pella and Power. The overall experience was great and we would recommend this company to friends and family.

From the estimate, to the pre-inspection, especially during the install, and then the follow-up inspection, I received top notch service from knowledgeable and skilled professionals. The products are outstandingly beautiful and obviously of extremely high quality. When the installers left, they not only gave me a detailed walkthrough of all of my new window's features, but they also left my house clean, despite all the demolition they had just completed. But what sold me on this company is the lifetime warranty on every part of their products; they absolutely stand behind the products they are installing. I am very pleased that I went with this company, and will be giving them a call in the not too distant future.

William was very patient with us and gave us time to think through what works best for us before finalizing the improvement. There was a visit done before the scheduled work date to ensure we were all clear with what was to come. The team arrived on time, were professional and did a great job. We also had a final visit from Rob who made sure the install was done efficiently and to make sure we were satisfied with the service. This group is very trustworthy and they really do care about the customer.

They have been amazing. They are very punctual with their appointments and prompt with calls. All my questions and concerns were addressed nicely. We were well explained and informed about the process. They have been flexible with scheduling the appointments for pre- installation and installation. We just replaced windows through Power Home Remodeling at the front side of our house. They did an amazing job. From start till end the whole process was very smooth. I would have given 5 stars, but project home office needs to communicate better. All interactions with employees reflects polite, professional, informative, respectful and down-to-earth great people! Power representatives know their product well. Obvious good training practices. There was a delay on install day due to death in crew family, that was not communicated to me. I had to contact the office to ask why no one showed.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Power Home Remodeling. The installation crew was very prompt and efficient. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sales tactic was a bit high-pressure and our installation was delayed by about 3.5 weeks because they did not communicate with me that they needed one document. Otherwise, I recommend using Power Home Remodeling for your window replacement.

We got all of our windows replaced. Our house was about 20 years old and has a fresh new look! Our windows has massively cut down our energy bills, they look fantastic, and the best of all, they didn’t require a down payment!

Project was completed in a day with new wood and insulation under the new shingles. They did a great job with clean up. I have yet to find even a left over nail or shingle. Sales reps to installers are helpful and very polite.

Did not think everything would be so easy and so efficiently done! The house looks wonderful and everyone is very well informed and respectful. I always got an answer to every question and never felt like I was being lead on anywhere. I will be purchasing again for more home repair.

We had a Power employee come out to our house to talk about fixing a few things. He looked at our door and gutters and realized they were in bad shape and needed replacing. He also showed us samples of the products they use so we understood what we were getting. Both installs went great and the new products look so much better. We are very pleased with this experience.

The installation was done on time, within 1.5 hrs and with a great product. The installers were friendly and efficient. They stood behind others windows they installed right years ago, when the glass bronzed a bit.

This company is a pleasure to work with. Anthony knocked on the door and offered a free estimate for home improvements of the windows, roof, & doors. We knew we needed new windows as ours were original aluminum windows in the home. Anthony was so friendly took the time to check everything and give the estimates. New home with new patio door from previous owner. Keys were missing, so the company replaced the lock mechanism and supplied keys for the new lock. Short turnaround and very pleasant service man did a great job.

I’ve only have three windows replaced, with the balance ordered and scheduled for future install but the room in question has for the past ten years been the coldest in the home due to vaulted ceilings but I could tell the difference immediately in the rise in room temperature due to a recent cold snap. I would recommend this company.

We did our whole house windows in two separate years. The installation went well and we were pleased with the work. However, many of our windows have lost their seal and look terrible. The warranty for lifetime is a joke. We have been waiting well over a year for one replacement. In the meantime, about 6 or more windows have also lost their seals. We have called many times and the excuse is Covid has made it difficult to get parts. 1 and a half years is a stretch in our opinion. If we were buying new windows someone would be here the next day.

We've lived in our house for almost six years now and have talked about replacing our siding from the beginning. When Power came to our door and mentioned they'd recently completed a similar project on another house and our neighborhood, we did our research, saw great reviews, and decided to pull the trigger on the big project we always wanted. We had mismatched windows and ineffective gutters (kinda misses the point when the rain shoots right over them), so we rolled that into the project.

Madison knocked on the door and brought to my attention that there was moisture that was coming into the home through the windows, which looked like they had never been replaced, and would ultimately have led to worse problems, and showed me how the energy-saving windows from Power worked, and also managed to bring the price down as we had just moved in and were already having to finance some other things.

The pre-install inspection for my windows missed some additional work they needed to do, causing installation to take 2 more days of work, but I’m the end it was done right and they made it worth my while. No extra cost to me due to that mistake, and they locked in the prices for the rest of my windows as a result. I also originally wanted to do work in the attic; one guy said they couldn’t do it, but after the windows they’ve changed their tune as well.

Everybody did an excellent job in the clean up. They were all very professional. They were on time each day, if not early. They took a lot of pride in the work and doubled checked everything with a quality inspection. Our representative Nick was very informative, patient and friendly. Explained every detail and wasn’t rushing with no pressure. Truly a great experience.

We live in an old house and knew it needed some refining. Power was able to come out and fix our roof and gutters. We no longer have the visible holes in the roof, the gutters actually work to keep water from the house, and EVERYTHING is sealed up! While we experienced a few delays in delivery the communication and professionalism during the project was excellent. The products were installed correctly the first time and no corners were cut with product or dirinduring installation. I was so pleased with the first installation I called Power back to replace my front door 3 months after the first project completed.

This company is a joke. From the install in August where the two men came, destroyed my ceiling, left debris and trash all over my property and neighbors property, didn‘t caulk right, ripped all my trim apart and didn’t put it back together and left a broken sash. To now, DECEMBER, where they have canceled repairs for the 4th time without a phone call 'til FEBRUARY. Do not hire this company. The install was the worst. Customer service is nonexistent.

We were first met Kenny at an event who introduced us to Power. There wasn’t any pressure to do any projects with the company. The quality of product and professionalism led us to make a follow up appointment with Brad. Brad is in the sales division and was very accommodating with our schedules. He explained our financial options and we actually could afford it. He further explained Power's history, quality of products, seal around the windows, mechanism and action, and stream lined process of installation. The installation was done in a day and they were on time. Rob with Quality insurance came out the very next day. He explained the warranty and demonstrated how the window worked. Who knew you could move window in so many fashions. We discussed our very next very project for 2023. Everyone was professional and personal that we met. It’s been absolute pleasure working with Power. Their service methodology is exceptional. We began our process with a consultant arriving at the home, giving us a free inspection of the house and identifying any areas of the concern. Then we discussed their roof installation process. Once our project began we had a project manager and a customer success consultant making sure that everything was installed accordingly. One of our gutters was misplaced from the previous and power took it upon themselves to fix it. Steve, Ian, and and the entire field team has been a pleasure to work with.

About 2 hrs after start an employee came to check on progress but seemed more interested in trying to find other work projects. Made cuts in tar paper in attic. Didn’t replace.
