This is such a fantastic company, they are super friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family. They are great at explaining things to you. They show up exactly on time. If you have any concerns They take care of it right away. This is a great company to work with. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Power has exceeded my expectations, from all aspects. From the first visit (Nick) came in, he was very knowledgeable no pressure and answered all questions we had. When comes to the window replacement day, the crew of 4 did a great job on install. Arrived early and got a plan of action going. They seemed to move effortlessly through install with no issues. I never heard of them before. They were professional. Of course I was nervous but you have to trust the system. On a scale of 100-PHR scored a 96.5! They exceeded my expectations...Well worth- the hefty investment.

Overall experience was very good, windows were installed with no issues, they look great overall and can feel the difference in the temperature of the house, cut down on a lot of noise. The salesman Josh did a great job explaining the process and demonstrating the windows. The install crew John for the windows and Alex for the door were great, they cleaned everything up after, no signs of an install being done. Power Home Remodeling was very professional from the beginning to the end. The salesman, Max was very professional and thorough. The pre-Install inspector, Matt was very thorough and professional as well. He actually saved us money. The install crew Lead, Ikaro, did a phenomenal job with overseeing his Crew. The QA Manager, Jared, did an awesome job. He showed on the scene and found a mistake, that even I did not catch, and had the crew back out in 20 minutes to correct the problem. The crew was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Again, I would recommend the company.

Great experience from the sales person to final completion. Project was done before, on time and looks great. Recommend this company!! The crew who did the siding actually charged my Ring camera and reinstalled it when they were done. Completely cleaned up around the house when done. Even left the trash dumpster for an extra day,, cleaned my garage out, LOL. WILL USE this company again for gutters in the future.

From the first contact everyone was so polite. I had six windows put in yesterday and everything went smoothly. Everyone who came in and knew what their job was and worked so efficiently. These windows are amazing. I really got lucky that I was home that first day when they came to my home to tell me about their product.

The job done was of very high quality in workmanship and quality. Prices were competitive based on current market prices and the company provided an honest estimate and work needed to be done. Our order was initially charged for more materials that were used and Power refunded the materials that were not used. All in all a pleasant experience and very easy to work with. The price you pay is definitely reflected in the work.

Initial person was well knowledgeable and explained the product well. I had difficulty getting call to go through when on hold. It would go to the music but no option to leave vm. Workers that installed were great. Did great job with installation and clean up.

I am very satisfied with my new windows. During the hottest weather I was able to touch the windows on the inside and they were cool. From the sales representative through the installers they were all very kind and polite and did their jobs sufficiently.

I spent over $12k in windows and they were wonderful when they sold them, but one window screen came defective and that was 10/07/21 and I still waiting for the replacement and today is 10/05/2022. I contact them many times and they’re blaming on Covid, but they are still getting new customers and installing their windows within weeks, so that’s unacceptable. Every time I talked to them I ask them to send an email with the “new date”, but they never do, because they don’t want to leave a paper trail. This is a scam and I will pursue this on Court, since I had to finance it. Please don’t buy from them.

The crew members that the project manager Dave supervise is unprofessional, First is staff bully my mom to do the window renovation, my brother and I is my mom power of Attorney clearly told him on the phone no. She was force to sign, this project was reschedule three times. The crew member took my DeWalt 12V screw gun with Phillips bit. I called project manager to have his crew please return my Tool, he was so disrespectful accusing me of lying, his crew is a straight out thief. Be very aware of his crew. Please don't hire this company.

From first meeting to completion of the project I have been impressed with the skill, knowledge, professionalism, and integrity of every Power employee I have interacted with. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very honest with what they inspected and came across. Everyone that came to inspect/install our windows were very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and no mess was left. I really love our new windows. Our Installation took place in what was supposed to be two stages. We purchased 19 windows for the first phase and everything went great with that phase, on time and very professional. At the end of that installation a "quality control inspector" sold us an additional 13 windows. On the second installation only 12 of the 13 windows were installed. It took 3 more appointments to finally get the last window installed and the correct window delivered. All the installers did excellent work.

Power Home service representatives and the entire installation team were professional and personable. Checked with us during and after process to ensure windows worked correctly. Cleaned up all debris when finished. Overall process was very professional. Would recommend to others.

Just had windows replaced with Power Home Remodeling. The service was great, prompt and efficient. They even tried to move up our scheduled times twice but unfortunately my schedule didn’t allow for that. I would recommend you consider Power for any home improvements you are planning in the future.

Product excellent. Install mis-estimated.. Doing 13 Windows salesman said 1 day which turned into 3 and guaranteed they could install with our electric shutters in place... Damaged 5 of the shutters... Install crew excellent, just had bad salesman estimates and the home office managers not much help.

Complaint Details: We had Power Home Remodeling come to install two basement windows end of March/beginning of April of 2022. The initial person who came measured the windows and sent back the information. They then scheduled another person to check the measurements of the windows for pre-install which was rescheduled by them. The pre-install person came back I believe a week or two after and did his measurements. When the install date came around, I did not receive any call or follow on the install time. I took off work for this and called them the day of to see what time they would show up and the branch manager Mike said they were not coming. I was furious since I wasted a day waiting for them and it was scheduled and took off work.

Did a great job done very quick, and Riley was the sales rep on this did a great job on explaining, did great clean up and very quick and thorough. Will recommend to all my neighbors and friends. They were great

Great experience from Jonathan the salesman, to the inspectors and all the way to the workers and post inspection. Everyone was friendly and courteous. They finished the work in less time than anticipated. Overall a very positive experience.

Power Home Remodeling is a great company who cares about their customer through their action and provide service in Excellence. Everyone my husband and I came in contact with was very professional. The remodeling consultant was extremely knowledgeable and like everyone else, provided great customer service. I really love the consultant gave us the information we needed to make a decision and not try to push a sale on us. I also love the fact he was very patient and answered all of our questions. The workers did a fantastic job on the installation and the cleanup was spotless. The additional plus is the follow up calls from the project manager to ensure everything was going good throughout this project and the face-to-face meet with the quality assurance manager. This is by far the BEST customer service we ever received. We will definitely hire them to take on future home projects.

The communication and handoff from each team member was smooth. The installation process was pretty cool to see. It was quick and well done. The windows are amazing! Definitely felt a difference as soon as installation was done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Looking forward to saving energy costs!

Installation Date: Late August 2022. The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbor's house who had their roof done by another company.

The experience with Power windows is terrific which is why I keep using them. I just got my final set of windows done and the first 2 sets worked so well so I'm excited to see how these go. I highly recommend this company!

Buyer beware. This company will take your money and then cycle through every excuse available-technician is sick, window is not in yet and then come with a wrong window (as I have already experienced in the past) in order to continue to buy themselves time to delay producing a product you have purchased. I called to follow up yesterday to confirm my installation appointment only to find there was a manufacturing delay. Not certain why I was told the week prior that the technician was sick when "allegedly" the window was not ready yet anyway.

We hired Power Home Remodeling to do 17 windows in our home. The sales person demonstrated the quality of the product and we were just very impressed with all of the features and high energy efficiency. They also used Pella windows which we're very familiar with. The crew that came out was very neat, professional and efficient. After the job was done there was a quality assurance inspection that verified the job was done correctly. We really appreciate all the time that has been spent to ensure a five-star experience. We hate solicitors. We typically find them to be selling snake oil. This was a different experience. Power was installing windows for a neighbor and came by to offer the same service. The people are friendly and not pushy. They believed in the product and had evidence to back their claims, and also were very competitive in pricing. Our energy usage sucks and we felt this would be an opportunity to invest in our home to save some cash on our energy bill. They were communicative and thorough from sale to installation. Christine was very good at explaining the roof system to my wife and I. The roof that was on was very old and had 2 layers. Power stripped everything and it came out very nice. We also did the gutters and they used a larger one than before. We would recommend.

Window process was quick. Everything was done in a few months. The installers were fast and very nice. Only issue was one of the windows was incorrect but it was remedied quickly. Also there's a lifetime warranty.

I am very disappointed and saddened with Power. I will never refer them to anyone I do not like being taken advantage of or talked down to (very poor customer service). The amount of money ($25,000) that I had to pay for this roof was way beyond what it should have been. Although I had a credit rating of more than 700, the finance original company you used declined me (despite the fact that the paperwork stated that $5000 was paid to Power) (?). Any inquiry I made was met with double talk. I expected better treatment and follow up. I didn’t get it. What I received was ignored and dismissed; my developing flower garden was destroyed due to piles of roofing material placed on them. Your company refused to replace decayed wood and make things right. There's still decayed wood presently. I really don't think that is too much to ask...it really isn't.

Everyone who was in contact with us was very polite and professional. There was passion for the product, while there was respect for us as customers. We were not pushed into anything, but the care they took into our home and showing us the importance of windows was apparent.

We went through through the entire process from a Power employee randomly knocking on our door to install to post-install inspection. From the multiple windows that were installed only one small area needed to be touched up with caulking and the post-install inspector gladly touched it up for us.
