Sales rep came out and quoted us a great price, we did not feel pressured to commit. Install was smooth and on time. Crew was in and out within 7 hours, replacing 12 windows. Very respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Windows are great quality, slide smooth. Highly recommend.

Working with Power and the salesman was a great experience. The installers were also amazing! They showed up on time and worked continuously until all of the work was done. We love our new hurricane windows.

The crew was very professional. They worked all day for 12 hours and returned the following day to finish the job. The whole experience was wonderful. They even vacuumed the floor when they finished. They cleaned the windows inside and out. A great crew and the nice clean windows are wonderful.

My Dad is a 95 yr old disabled retired Veteran. He reached out to Power for a quote on a window that had a crack in it. The salesman spent several hours with my dad and told him there was mold on his windows. By the time the salesman was done with his inspection (including photos of each window) he had my dad scared that his house was infested with mold and the windows were about to fall out. Dad called me in a frantic state saying he was told this was an emergency and that the windows needed to be replaced ASAP. The next day I spoke the woman who came to measure. She informed me that my Dad had signed a contract for window replacement as well as loan documents to finance the transaction. I asked her to forward a copy to me which she did. My Dad was not aware that he had signed for the transaction as he was given a tablet to sign. After reviewing the documents I was uncomfortable with several aspects.

I will say that this was a solar installation that I needed to have completed. It started in October of last year, the materials arrived in Janaury and installed as planned. The only hiccup was the solar meter from my electric company. Once online, it $110 electric bill in January has changed to $11 in May. So, give it a shot or at least have the conversation.

We have used Power twice now and enjoy the pricing, efficiency of installation, attention to detail, and the energy savings it is bringing us. We will continue to use them for our continued window replacements.

We had Power Home Remodeling out to get our windows taken care of, anyone that came out to the home was very polite, respectful professional. We had our windows replaced, and we couldn’t like them anymore.

Power Home Remodeling came out to the home to initially just leave us an estimate, we went ahead and move forward with the siding gutters and trim and lead the project so much. When the quality assurance manager came out we went ahead and move forward with getting the windows replaced. The crew is amazing punctual and professional. We love everything about this company.

In the middle of install but really good so far. Installers are very professional and considerate. Great care taken during the removal. They are going above and beyond installing the two new sliding doors and 11 windows. Have been shown how to operate the windows. A++.

Just had our windows and front door put in by Lukasz & Fred and they were fantastic! They were fast, professional and very respectful! They took out the old windows and put in the beautiful Pella windows with amazing efficiency! They explained how to clean them and keep them in working order! After they completed the installation they cleaned everything in and out of the house as if they were never here! I love our new windows and our front door! From the first salesman, Peter, to the next rep, Adam, to the agent, Jordan, measuring the windows, the the installers, Lukasz & Fred, to this last inspector, Ryan, all the reps have been nothing but sincere and respectful! All personnel were kind, courteous, patiently answered all questions and knowledgeable about their products. Their scheduling process was seamless and payment process too. We were aware of the Pella brand windows, so was so pleased this was the brand offered; windows made by Pella, for Power.

Power windows has been exceptional to work with. Lucas, Marty, Edgar and Austin were fantastic in their communication, promptness and friendliness. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to have new windows. The windows are beautiful and are amazing in how the work and the easiness in cleaning.

They made communication so easy. They showed up when they said they would show up. They inspected all the work and confirmed the quality once the work was completed. Would use again them again for my next project.

Power Home Remodeling is an aggressive, pushy, and harassful organization. After canceling an appointment I never agreed to, they continued to call from 16 different phone numbers. My wife was mislead 2 months later by a caller that I had requested an estimate for roofing and windows replacement. Before they called her, they called me at work, which I promptly blocked another number of theirs. When I arrived at home, my wife told me the estimator was coming at 6:30PM. I will give one opportunity to leave and end the harassment otherwise I will call law enforcement to remove him, and consumer affairs to stop this harassment.

I’ve lived in my home for two years and consequently was living with the windows original to the home. Popped seals made for foggy windows, and home settling made for drafty windows. I choose to work with Power Home Remodeling to make those things an issue of the past! They are fantastic with their communication and their demonstration with the products they brought during my consultation truly sealed the deal. They even have an app to use which tracks your project status and helps with everything going forward. Installation was efficient and clean! Issue with a window? Just click on the image of which window you’re having issues with and bam they reach out to schedule a time to fix it! I even have plans for a new front door in the future and possibly even siding. I could not recommend Power Home Remodeling enough for anyone in need of a home project!

High pressure sale. Guy came for a 7 pm estimate. Couldn’t get him to give me straight answers. Told me I had immediate problems with some of the windows and were leaking in my walls. The only problem is I’ve built houses and ran my own construction company. Sales guys try to say drywall cracks are due to leaking windows and dirt on a window sill is mold. Plus you can’t get them to leave your house. This guy stayed until 12:30. 5 and half hours to do an estimate???? These guy prey on folks who don’t know about construction. Plus, do your research, Power has a poor rating for warranty work and customer service. BBB has 1000 complaints against them and they have only closed 250. There are better firms out there. Pull multiple estimates from different companies.

Sales rep was very professional, sincere, informative and well educated about the products the company can provide. We absolutely love our new door. The installation was quick and timely with no issues! Amazing warranty and great customer service.

We had Power come out and provide us with an estimate for our roof replacement. The salesmen were at our home for about 4 hours. Their sales process is very high pressure. They give you a price that is guaranteed for a year but if you buy today we can sell it to you for this lower price. That price is only good until they leave. Their philosophy is that they have spent so much time that to give you that lower price would cost them money because their salesmen have to come back. The price discount was several thousand dollars. We went and agreed to a price. First issue was the drip rail was to be bronze. What was delivered was grey, stopped work and discovered that the vendor claimed this was bronze.

Love working with Power Home Remodeling, they are always professional and reliable. They replaced in window by them in 2018, so when my doors needed to be replaced I immediately thought of them. Had all 3 of my exterior doors replaced and they are beautiful! So glad I choice Power Home Remodeling again.

Power Home Remodeling installed one window and our front door two weeks ago, yesterday both indoor and outdoor door handles fell completely off the door. My husband spent approximately 3 hours of his time and fixed them, called them today to make them aware and to have some sort of reimbursement only to be told that they couldn't do anything! Almost $11k for a window and door replacement and this happens?? They can't help?? Unacceptable! Now I'm wondering what else was not done properly that we just haven't seen!! I wish we would've shopped around to other companies before jumping the guy and going with Power Home Remodeling.

We had Power come out to do a window quote. It took about 2 hours and the guy who came out answered all our questions was very thorough. Their pricing was not bad and so far they have had the best price (we are still venting companies). The problem I have was the guy never left a business card. He would not give us any of the quotes in writing but said he would email, which is fine, but he never emailed anything to us so I have no contact name or number.

I love working with Power. This is my 4th project with them. They are great people at every point in the process. Wonderful products every time. I fully recommend using them for windows, gutters, and doors.

This is my first time to work with an home remodeling company and found Power to be quite pleasant. From sales persons to installation and to financing went extremely well. The installers were very helpful and considerate of my pets. The outside cat actually came in and said hello but soon left. The walk thru found a couple minor problems which are being corrected. Overall very pleased.

Had windows installed in 2016, 9 years ago with a lifetime warranty. We really like the windows. They do dull the sound out, but there was no noticeable reduction in our electric bill. The rooms with the most windows do stay cooler though. I would give a higher rating, but after we had a seal fail on one window, I called in a warranty work order and was told the original window manufacturer sold to a new company that does not honor the previous warranties. But, Power is honoring what they can by providing the labor for install. In the end, I am having to pay $180 for a window that should have been covered fully.

Power Home Remodeling just came in and replaced the windows in the house. They used Pella windows that look and function great. They did an incredible job and would recommend them to anyone that is needing work done on their home.

Had roof done. Roofing shingles were pushed out by animals. Made service call and informed them animals making way into attic. Earliest appointment 6 months away. In interim was to live with squirrels in house. Called wild life and had squirrels removed. They placed a temporary patch and now power home is saying warranty is void because of third party did work. Looked to speak with supervisor who they were unable to reach. Was supposed to receive call from supervisor which never happened. Had to call again to hear from the same representatives reading from a script. Power home does not stand by their work and obviously believes it’s ok to have wildlife roam free in your home while waiting for months for service which I was told will not occur now because of a third party. Good luck if you choose to use this company.

I recently was at a home improvement show with the intent of getting ideas for bathroom remodeling. In the back of my mind I wanted to do siding at some point. I talked with a representative (Iahonnes?) who was very nice and we set up a consultation. The following Monday Javier came out and did an extremely thorough presentation which led to me sign that night! He pointed things out that I didn't realize were “wrong” and my want became a need. He estimated it would be 3-4 days because of the scope of the project. I have new 6” siding, 6” gutters, soffit and fascia. With everything g signed the work was scheduled for the following Monday. The day after signing Koe was out for final measurements and he said it would be 2-3 days! I was extremely pleased and excited to see the finished product.

Very professional, personable staff. Good quality doors and windows. Worked with me to get a great product at a good price. Nice to have the same project manager for both projects. Recommend them highly!

This was an easy process from start to finish. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. The notifications were prompt and clear. The installation was quick and efficient. The product is very high quality.

I have been a power customer since 2019 when we placed a sizable order for our home including multiple window and a Double Front Entry door Within the course of the next 2 years, we noted that there was SEAL FAILURE, AIR/WATER LEAKS, & WARPING observed on the front door. When attempting to have the company resolve the problem, we were GIVEN THE RUN AROUND by their "trained professionals" for the last 2.5 yrs, and finally after this ridiculous amount of time, are advised that the door company is out of business and they can replace our front door with a door from a different company.

We had our front window installed. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The job was completed in a timely matter. The clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend using this company for any exterior home needs.

I’m very impressed with Power. Matt was our sales person and was great explaining the products (windows and insulation). He spent several hours with me inspecting the house, guiding me on what would be best. Kareem is my quality assurance manager and he is great also. He also took the time to inspect the windows and insulation. He also recommended other things to improve the quality of my house. He also answered all of my questions.

The initial person at the door was very polite. That is why I let them give me an estimate in the first place. The sales people very nice and laid back. Enjoy my new windows. It was great experience overall.

From the sales pitch to the install it was a fantastic experience. We had our windows changed out to the Pella Symphony. Going from our 1970s single pane to these is night and day. We have 5 cats and the install crew was very professional and accommodating to our needs as pet owners and home owners. I had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling. John came out and gave an informative presentation of their Pella windows. It was not at all a pushy sales pitch. He answered all of our questions and was great to work with! The installation was smooth and quick! They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed and Kareem walked us through after the install and took the time to demo all the new windows and answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Madison came in and showed me the product that Power was selling. She did an amazing job explaining the features of the windows and going over different color choices. I chose a brown color for my windows which looks good against the brick of my house. The whole process from seamless from sales pitch to actual install.

Power was fantastic for the whole process. From The first presentation to the follow after install. Each employee was kind knowledgeable, and took initiative. It was very affordable and there is an immediate difference in drafts and sound.

After spending $$$$ on 9 windows, and promise such great windows (Pella) and lifetime warranty, I am VERY disappointed in the windows and lack of response when I call and ask for help. 8 out of 9 windows gets frost/ice on the inside of the windows. I am not talking a little condensation in the corners but up to 6 inches (depending on how long I have the blinds down and how cold it is outside) of frost/ice on all but 1 window. The first time I called, they were very prompt to get someone out to look at the windows and check to be sure they are sealing. Apparently, closing and locking the window isn't sealing it, I have to be sure to push the windows as hard as I can to be sure they are closed (common with Pella apparently). This did nothing.

I can't praise Power enough. This was our third time using them within six months -- all for different needs. From their sales team to subcontractors, Power's staff has been top-notch in their customer service, high quality and efficiency each and every time we've used them. My husband and I have mentioned Power to anyone we know who've mentioned work needing to be done on their home. In addition, Power works with their clients to find the best way to finance the project at a price point in which the client is comfortable.

Horrible quality of windows, they replaced 9 windows, half of them are leaking. Significant water condensation in between glass. I took pictures, emailed them. They sent in a technician and he took pictures as well. They then scheduled a replacement, I asked them to hold off, as I will need a bad winter time to verify. Now it is winter, I asked them to resume the replacement. Now they say nothing is wrong, they want me to send pictures again.

From the knock on my door to the final inspection, all of the team members were incredibly friendly. There was no pressure to sign! I felt comfortable the whole process! The assessment categorized what windows needed to be addressed and which could wait.

Approximately 10 years ago I invested 35k to 40k on my property windows, exterior doors, overhead garage door, gutters, basement windows, picture window, bay window in the kitchen since then on a yearly basis or better all the windows have lost their gas causing them to go black. The materials being used are of poor quality. PHR exhibits poor practices and BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I have had an absolutely amazing experience from the time of meeting with the door to door salesman for the initial scheduling then on to the Salesman that sat with me for hours to make sure I understood everything. He was very kind and patient. I can say enough about the great job the installers did on my gutters and windows. Timeliness on point, clean up A1, and courteous. Great job by everyone!!! Thanks.

Do NOT use Power for your roof, I was absolutely lied to and almost fell for one of the worst scams of my life. Dillon came by and was offering free estimates, he was pleasant and got me scheduled for an estimate on my windows and attic insulation. Nick ** came out and measured the windows, and then went up in the attic. He came down about 20 minutes later and asked how old the roof was. I told him 6 years (we had just bought the house). He immediately said it wasn't installed right, and that there were 7 or 8 leak areas with multiple active leaks. I was shocked as the roof had just passed inspection about a month before. He proceeded for the next 2 hours to go into details about the roof technology they used, how other companies were all likely inferior, especially if their pricing was lower than Power's.

Power did my roof and gutters and using big nails that damaged my electrical cord. And I was in the dark. I hired an electrician to inform me the reason I paid $900 he did part of the job and told me to call Power to finish the rest of the job. I have been calling for almost 4 months. They sent someone who not an electrician to remove the nails and not restored the rest of my house that doesn't have lights.

I used Power hrg to install all the windows in my house - Really very happy with the professionalism and human quality shown by the staff who did the installation as well as those who advised me on obtaining good service.

We purchased new windows and a front door over 12 years ago. Even though they were pricey we thought we were doing what was best. The windows have all been replaced at least once since. They tend to get condensation in them easily. The front door was a joke from day one. It got condensation in the glass and was replaced more times than I can count. The door itself was replaced at least 2 or 3 times. At one point during a severe rain in the summer the glass seal busted and we had water pretty much constantly running into the house. I called immediately and was told it was an emergency and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. When I heard nothing I called only to be told it would be at least 2 months before they could even come look. My husband had to take apart the door himself to fix it just so our home wasn't ruined. Most recently this past summer I was noticing more and more I was sick and so were my kids.

The installation of gutters was done efficiently and the crew worked with us on making the awning support work with the new larger gutters. Everything looks great. Talisa explained how the project would work. Power worked with the HOA to get the project approved and followed up to keep things on schedule.

Where should we start. We used Power for our first house and the service and product was amazing. We sold the house. Bought a new one and had issues with windows and roof. So we used Power again. This time the windows failed and the quality is not the same. We got the Queen Ann grid in them. We have windows next to each other and one seal failed. The new window they sent after months of waiting I had to install. The grids don’t line up and the new window is better in quality. They said there is nothing they can do and it’s in the contract that they can send me any window they chose to replace the window. Now the gutters were done because they said our gutters were too small and that is why we have black lines on them. Now the new gutters have black lines and the screws are not tight.

On September, 2024 I hired Power Home Remodeling to replace 5 windows. Apparently direct sunlight causes the one window's seals to break, creating large stems in the glass panels. This was a known issue when I called customer service department. Who asked me to sent a photo of the window. No one called me for several weeks. No one called me back for a few weeks. I called again on Friday December 20, 2024. The person from warranty department told me to clean the window from steam. And I know that it is not possible to clean this window because the steam was between the panels. I asked when someone from service will come. And the appointment was made for March 12, 2025. Why do I have to wait so long. And I think someone from service will come right away and replace this window. I would not recommend PHRG for replacing the windows or any other service.

We were really happy with the entire experience! From the 1st person who introduced himself and the company to us, he was very courteous and professional. Followed by Ben who came to our house and spent his afternoon going over our windows. He was very detailed, gave great recommendations and was very patient with my kids and puppy. The flow of communication was consistent and accurate especially with their app that holds all of your project's information. The day of install went smoothly and the installers were very careful and respectful of our house! They left no mess behind at all and cleaned up after themselves. The windows turned out amazing and we are very happy with our decision to use this company.

We had our trim and roof completed, and this was a fantastic experience all the way through. From the first meeting, and every step of the way through, they have been amazing. Professional, competent, and helpful all of the way through.

Tucker and the crews that came out to do the work were very professional and did a thorough job. Everything looks great! Totally recommend Power for your exterior remodeling needs.

They did quick clean work and improved the look of my home with very durable materials. All very friendly staff that answered all my questions and provided good answers. The call support staff are also very good at communicating dates and expectations.

They are happy and immediately available to take your money when you are purchasing their product. But try getting them to come out for a repair on your “lifetime warranty” product. The closest appointment I could get for them to come out and look at the door was six months out. The day came, and the person never reached out and was an hour and a half late at which point I was on my way to work. He rescheduled for two days later and once again, no showed. After being kept on hold for over 20 minutes I was told that he was out sick. In other words, their customer service is horrendous and they do not value your time or their word of a lifetime warranty on their product. Shop elsewhere.

My experience with Power Home has been excellent. Beginning with Ryan who helped me begin the process to Kareem as quality control after the installation of my gutters. Everyone I have interacted with has been efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with Power Home for future projects.

The sales staff were professional and made us feel like they really care about us as people and not just as a sale. Contracted Power to replace my roof, install facia, sofit and gutters. Roof work started on November 11, 2024, with the siding and gutter work scheduled to be done over the remaining weeks. It was discovered that they had impacted the roof stack which caused it to drop to the basement, crushing and damaging the pvc pipes which lead to the sewer line. I can no longer use my washing machine or kitchen sink because the wastewater floods all over my basement floor. Called them numerous times to complain and request that they have all the damage fixed, and they requested pictures which I sent. They just keep passing the information along, but to this day, nothing has been resolved. The only resolution they offer is for me to hire a plumber and send them the receipt for reimbursement since they do not have any plumbers on their team and would not reach out to one on my behalf. No accountability there.

There was one screen that had small damage and it was acknowledged and will be taken care of. I appreciated the fast service and kindness. The gentlemen that did the work on the sealing took pride in his work and made sure that I was happy with the results before moving on to the other windows. The manager at the end of the project explained the details well on how to use and clean the windows. He assured me the new screen would come in 2 weeks.

2 men from this company came around my house today, selling windows. They banged on the door several times, so much I thought something was wrong. When I came to open it, the man took his time explaining he was with Power Remodeling. They also had the same logo on their shirts as the one I see on this website. When I told him that I wasn't interested, he would not leave. He stated that he wasn't trying to get me to buy windows "today" just wanted to know what my plans were. I told him I was in the middle of something and that this is not a good time. I told him I'd look up the company later. He still would not leave. I asked him to leave. He would not leave. I ended up having to close the door practically on his face.

Had new roof put on 3 years ago by Power. Now I have water coming through soffits in 3 places. Power has been here numerous times. But cannot find the problem. They say it's the gutters, the gutter company says it's the roof. Walk out my front door when it's raining, and I get water dripping on me. Can't get this resolved. Don't know what other damage this is causing. But Power has let me down

The window installers were here on time and had the whole house done in 3 days. They were very neat and cover up the furniture.. We were very happy with them and the new windows.. Sorry my photos won't load but the house is much cooler and quieter.

We hired Power Home Remodeling Group to replace our siding with R5 insulated siding. We were so impressed with the product and installation that we decided to replace all our windows with PHRG Pella windows. We saved about 20% on our utility bills and the outside sound reduction has been greatly appreciated. In hindsight, we should have replaced the windows first, then the siding, but we are still happy with the more resilient barrier to the outside weather. In the second Winter, one pane of double pane window cracked when the temperature was below 0F. The window was replaced without charge in about six weeks because it had to be scheduled to be manufactured. We are very pleased with the products, installations, and repair service.

We just had our sliding glass door and master bedroom window (3 section window) replaced by Power Home Remodeling. They did an amazing job from our first phone call to schedule the free estimate to checking the completed work the following week. Sean met with us to provide a free estimate for replacing our siding and gutters. He was extremely friendly and provided us with samples and pictures so we could see what the finished product could look like. He explained the different options including type and colors of siding and gutters available and took preliminary measurements. He spent 5 hours working with us to solve a couple of unique issues with our installation and to determine if Power could work with the issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and explained the installation process and provided us with a reasonable price for the installation.

Power Home recently installed a new patio door and kitchen entry door at my home on September 26, 2024. The very same day the doorknob fell off in my husband's hand. One of the workers left behind some tools. When he returned to retrieve his tools, my husband showed him the doorknob. He tried fixing it but couldn't. My husband suggested he use the old doorknob until the new one could be fixed or replaced. Later that same day Kevin, from power came by to inspect the work that had been done. Or so he said, he really came to sell something else. He did look at the work that was done. We were told it may take two or three weeks to get the doorknob and lock replaced. We should've had one key for our door but now we have two different keys. While Kevin was here, he said he noticed boards around the house that may need replacing.

Regret the day my husband fell for a PHRG sales rep. 8/6/24 let Daniele into our home in Ft Lauderdale and she put a nice gash into my brand new crate and barrel oak wood table when she dropped a corner frame into the table. The table is NEW and this lady damaged it. Needless to say we didn't get the windows but I am chasing these people in So Fla BRETT and COMPANY since for the cost to repair and restore this beautiful wood table. These people had the nerve to tell me the 495.00 repair cost for the DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR sales rep is too much and are looking for me to split the cost? WOW.

In Nov 2020 we had all our windows replaced, $16,732. They were not installed correctly. No supervisor on site, it was discovered by me (homeowner) and I brought it to their attention. They reinstalled all the windows no problem. In July 2023 I reported that one of the windows had failed; seal was bad and it was clouded up on the inside. A person came to replace it but it was the wrong size window and he could not do it. I called again in Feb 2024, July 2024, and Oct 2024. Needless to say the problem has not been resolved; it has been over a year. My calls get me nothing but excuses. I have written to the home office with no response. This company sells a product and a service. If the product fails you are on your own. They offer no help and really do not care. The warranty is worthless. Please DO NOT use Power HRG for any home repair/remodel service.

The Power Home Remodeling team was outstanding from the first visit to the final post install review. They were very knowledgeable about the windows and clearly communicated the full process providing a great deal of comfort and understanding of expectations. This was our first experience doing any major work on our house and Power made it a wonderful experience. Not only could they complete our siding project, but they were able to replace several of our windows as well. They also offer a transferable lifetime warranty which, as a military family, was a huge factor in our decision to use Power. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family, as well as using them for future projects.

This company has the friendliest staff and are beyond efficient. They worked with us on what days they could come to the house to do the work and all the material was put right where we indicated. They did our very long roof in one day and it is fantastic. Can't wait to see how the gutters look when they are done in the next day or so.

As I need the TYPE of service this company offers I foolishly to agreed to an quote appt next day. Their man came to my house "because they were doing work in my neighborhood". As always, the contractor said "we're not soliciting, just asking if you're interested in scheduling appointment for a quote". Our neighborhood is clearly posted 'NO Soliciting'. In retrospect, I should have told him to leave. He spent way too much of my courteous time, repeating himself 3 or 4 times on each aspect of the (frankly) solicitation. I gave him all of my details on type of work needed, name, primary cell number, plus he insisted on a backup number. I provided every reasonable bit of info.

They share ownership people with their financing company, which accrues interest DAILY rather than monthly (which is the norm). They bully their customers, including with threats both of their own action and collapse of various household features, to push them into purchasing more. They don't do work anyone else can't do, despite their statements (lies) - and others will do it cheaper with better materials. They charge an arm and a leg for _everything_ - they'll take you for whatever they can get out of you, and they will _squeeze_. This experience was horrible.

I’m highly satisfied with Power home remodeling services, I just remodeled all my windows and front door. They help me with everything I need and they answer all my questions. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I had windows installed in July, 2023. It is now Sept, 2024. I have tile window sills that were in excellent shape and with undamaged grout. After installation, every sill except one was damaged with chunks of grout that broke off and either fell out or were stuck in the opening between tiles. I talked to the installer and got no help. I talked to the “quality assurance” guy that came out. He told me they had never done windows with tile and would make sure it got in their training program.

Happy. Just a little more cleanup needed. Found a grease stain on my sofa cover from resting something on it. Found a dirty blind on my table which should have been thrown away, I was requested to write a check only when your company accepts debit and credit cards as an option.

Power has been a dream to work with! They were super communicative and helped us figure out the best options for us and our home. Everyone we came into contact was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The team was punctual and respectful of our property. Highly recommend and will use them for future projects!

The seal around the inside of the patio door & both bathroom windows are in a color slightly darker than the frames. When it was applied, it was applied out to the surrounding drywall. The master bathroom has a gash in the drywall from one of the saws. The outside of that window also has a large gap. A clear sealant was not applied except a small section. Finally, I don't mind if they need to use the toilet, but ask first and have the courtesy to put the toilet lit back down and not drip so I have to clean it. A tube of the darker sealant was left in the bathroom, the tub was filthy and pieces of the tube ends & scrap were not picked up.

Power did a great job installing my new windows. I love the new windows. The staff was nice and friendly, they were very professional and I learned so much about good quality windows. They were always on time and did a great clean up.

Had soffit, facia, trim, and gutters redone by Power Home Remodeling. Did a great job, two days to complete. One day for gutters. One day for soffit and trim. Everything looks great and professional. Would recommend!

We had Power Home Remodeling replace all our circa 1997 original builder class windows with their Pella replacement windows, including the doorwall to the deck with blinds within the glass that look great and our dogs can't mess with them. All Low-E glass with a rebate coming from our gas utility and a tax credit this coming tax season. Our newly ordered blue main entry door was so beautiful, but delayed. We decided to change the color of the exterior trim, garage door and shutters from beige with red to white with blue to match the anticipated new entry door. This paint job was handled by a separate contractor while we waiting for the entry door to arrive. Power Home Remodeling provided the blue paint samples to pull this off. During that time we also contracted with Power Home Remodeling to replace our gutters and update the insulation in the attic. We'd go it again. Attaching a set of before and after pictures.

Company was easy to deal with, roof replacement went well with no issues, and clean-up was good. Crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day as promised. I recommended POWER to my neighbor, and would be happy to recommend to a friend. I also had gutters replaced and that job also went well.

Our overall experience was excellent. Power team and staff was always polite and courteous. All of our concerns and questions regarding the projects were answered/addressed in a timely manner. The one thing I would like to say is that when contracting the work out it always great to have someone that can understand and speak English well in order to better communicate, however contractors were pleasant and respectful.

Salesman was very nice. But, he did not listen to what I kept saying. I told him I didn't want an hour of pitching all the reasons to get new windows. But he just went through his presentation, and ignored when I said "just give me the quote, we are not signing up today." I asked him to leave after an hour and 45 min. The product seems nice, and company has pretty good reviews. But if I tell him I have an hour, don't go over an hour. Very Very Very disappointed.

The installation crew arrived at the stated time and did an outstanding job with the installation. I gave a rating of 4.9 instead of 5.0 because of some smudges!! I have noticed that our home is quieter and I can tell the windows will help with heating / cooling by the temperature in my garage. Overall happy with the job. The experience was enjoyable, they worked fast & hard doing an excellent job, the windows and frames were beautiful, functional & very easy to work, everyone was very polite & quietly did their job, cleaning up all debris inside & outside. A few issues with our experience: 1. The salesman gave us inaccurate information during his sales pitch. He told us that our entire window frames would be replaced. This was important because we had three frames showing various degrees of water damage. The installation team did not replace the frames when they initially came to our house. They left the rotting frames and simply painted over the rot. We voiced our dissatisfaction and the team came back and eventually replaced the frames. Which we appreciated, but should have happened in the first place. The salesman also told us that our bay window dimensions would stay the same. We asked about this clearly stating we bought new blinds and want to make sure the blinds would fit the new window. The dimensions changed and we had to order new blinds.

After talking with the salesperson, it was obvious we needed to replace our siding (it was in bad shape, as well). They basically bait and switch you…. Sell you a very expensive high end service and product… they promote themselves as a 5star company who does everything in house with top installers…Well not one installer wears a Power Shirt, not 1 vehicle says Power (except for the PM) who stopped by and just walked into my home while the CONTRACTORS were in there.. the work they did was ok just ok not 5 Star…And not even 2 weeks of compilation I called with warranty defects and they are telling me 3 months until they get out to fix it.. so my advice is if they come knocking on your door and promise you the world it’s a full blown scam.

I used Power for roofing and gutter replacement. I was confident in their work and warranty. I added the gutters post-roof install due to how impressed I was. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had a radiant barrier insulation installed in our attic. The company was great to work with. Everyone we talked with was very helpful in explaining their products as well as their processes so we knew what to expect. They were able to successfully answer any questions we had pertaining to the products, the services they offer and the company in general. The radiant barrier also comes with a lifetime warranty that is transferable, which was a major selling point for us. They showed a great awareness of customer satisfaction along with their specialized knowledge of their products. I would recommend them for the radiant barrier as well as any other products that they offer based on this interaction.

When it comes to the doors, the siding and gutters (except for what I will point out below), and the attic insulation, we are very happy with the product and workmanship. The one negative issue, is that the new attic louvers resulted in an estimated reduction in the actual opening for airflow, of about 70%, and the attic fan that I had, has essentially been disabled. We were not notified that this would happen.

Our experience with Power has been fantastic! Justin was very professional in his presentation and never made us feel pressured to go with Power. There was a healthy balance of letting us know what prices we were looking at without feeling obligated to go with them. Everything from the pre-install inspections to post-install inspections and follow-ups, everyone was professional, helpful and very easy to work with!
