We were very happy with the crews that worked on our window, door and siding projects. However, payment was demanded before the siding job was finished. Communication after the project was over was awful. Even after texts and emails from us, three weeks later there is still a pile of building materials in our front yard. We had neighbors who helped remove wet cardboard and the pallet because it was damaging the lawn.

All the representatives were knowledgeable and helped answer our questions. Communication was great throughout the process, they kept us very informed. Workers showed up on time and did a quick but thorough job.

Everyone we interacted with from the first contact with the initial salesperson to the installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the products. We have used Power for all of our major jobs, including roof, gutters, and now windows and doors. We are hoping they will branch into interior remodeling.

When we decided to change our windows to our home, we didn’t know who to go with. Luckily Power Remodeling sales rep knock in our door. Presentation and explaining the window products was great and we didn’t feel pressure to buy or make decision. We ended up signing contract Because we loved how representative explained the product and the lifetime guaranteed. After signing. Contract, we downloaded app that gave us the date and time of installation. Any updates or changes made, I could see in app. On day of installations, the contractors got to our home on time and ready to work. In a matter of 5 minutes, workers had all bedrooms and furniture covered. It was amazing to see how fast they worked. After installation we had Mr. Nick come down to make final inspections and any answers we had. He walk-us through the whole house, inside and outside and also made other home renovations recommendations for the future.

Great experience! We are completely satisfied with the results and product. The crew were professional and friendly. We didn’t have siding in mind but we are happy with the results and are very happy we did it.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Tim made sure to answer any questions I had when he came for the estimate. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions and available when I called him. Rod came out for the preinstallation inspection and gave me the opportunity to change any final details on color or siding. He was also very knowledgeable. Luis was the project manager during installation and he was super helpful and would ask questions to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. The work was done well and pretty fast. The house is beautiful and looks great.

They arrived when they said they would. Professional workers. Cleaned up each day. We only had one problem which was keeping the gate closed for our dogs. They did help look for the dogs. Otherwise, quick and efficient.

I purchase almost $30,000 worth of windows for my two-story home in 2017, to replace the original wood-framed windows. The sales demo was impressive and the salesperson was easy to work with. However, the installation crew was not; they wanted to stay later than we had agreed by several hours and had to come back the next day to finish. Not long after, we discovered that the quality of the work was sub-par and they had to send someone else to to repair bad seals in several places. In 2020, we began to notice dark brown discoloration on the inside of one of the windows, between the panes. I called in 2021 to report the failing window and was told that someone would call me once a replacement was available. I heard nothing for about 9 months, and so I called again, this time not only to check on the previous window but to report 5 more ugly, failing windows.

The crew was punctual, professional and did everything that we expected to be done. We are very happy with the service we received. We highly recommend Powerhrg to anyone who’s looking to have their home remodeled.

From the sales rep Gus to install to post install verification everything was great! The Gus came and gave us a great presentation carefully explaining everything and showing us all our options. We had 3 other companies come out to give estimates and Power was our 4th. The rep Adam made things easy and less stressful. Then Jeff came out do the measurements and took no time at all. The installation team was great. When they had completed the job they cleaned and I didn't have to. After that Matt came out to inspect the work that had been done and was very thorough. We are going to be getting the rest of the windows replaced and we will be using Power.

No pressure, professional job. Would use them again. We noticed a difference from the minute they were installed. No more street noise! Easy cleaning, tilt in windows. One day install. They even cleaned the windows before they left.

From the very first introduction to the last inspection, the company was terrific to work with. Efficient all the way around. They left no questions unanswered and were very thorough. It also ended up taking twice as long as promised by scheduling person. However it was overall a good experience with very friendly and professional staff.

Very good windows, nice, the sales guy was very good, windows are very efficient and effective. Install was fast. They did move our original date twice!! They say it takes 3-5 weeks, it took the 5 weeks but they first gave us a 3 week date!! Keep that in mind, they can and most likely will move your date of install

Was very easy to work with them. I had known I needed some new windows for a bit and they came to the door at the right time. Matt the rep did a great job walking me through the windows and pointing out some of the issues with my current windows. One thing I really appreciated was their honesty in which windows really needed to be replaced, those that could wait, and then those that were recent enough that they didn't need anything for a while. They didn't try to just blind upsell me for the sake of a bigger deal. Because of this when I look to get windows in the future I'll be looking at them again.

Matt was really helpful explaining everything we should expect from the installation. He spent almost 3 hours answering all our questions. The only missing star is due to the installation team leaving some trash behind. However, they are coming to rectify that shortly.

The sales team did excellent job for explaining everything about roof replacement and made sure we understand the whole process. They all showed up on time which we really appreciate. There was a miscommunication on the day of the installation where the crew didn’t finish installing the roof and didn’t give us update on when they come back. We had to call them the day after to come back to finish and clean up. They showed up right after calling and finished up everything perfectly, so the end result was great, but caused some confusion during the first day so I’m taking one star off. The customer service was excellent and and we would love to work with them again. I just wanted to encourage them to improve the communication with the crews with customers.

The work was done professionally. The communication between workers and me was good and professional. The QA manager was great at explaining the work done and the warranty on the work. My experience has been good.

Work once done was good, had issues due to new model of sliding door, which was not sent with installation instructions, so the installer installed it incorrectly the first time, and we never got the key to the lock. Due to the delays in fixing said door, financing got screwed up, causing lots of issues. Very happy with Siding, Window & Door once work was complete, but still cleaning up after workers. Getting the company to respond once workers left is problematic, and their app sucks.

They finished the entire job (roof, soffit faciae, gutters) in 2.5 days. They did great work, and cleaned up very thoroughly. Oscar was very thorough in explaining everything, and Matt was very good during the final inspection.

Replaced 18 windows and 2 sliding doors in the Hudson Valley. The installers were friendly and the work was completed in about 6 hours. Windows are a rebranded Pella window that were a vast improvement from our old single pane windows we had. Much better installation.

I happened on this company by chance as they were walking around my neighborhood one day. The person that came to my door was very polite and didn’t try to sell me on anything. When the rep came out, he was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He provided me with an estimate and gave me time to think about it. I decided to have my doors done and if that went well, I would do the rest of the things that I had the estimate for.

They knocked on the door and scheduled a sales pitch about the windows. Chris was knowledgeable about the windows and what was happing due to the water damage. When they started replacing the windows they got right to work and did a great job.

We replaced the aluminum windows in our house and they turned out amazing. The guys who installed them were extremely polite and kept us up to date the entire time. My only issue was with clean up inside the house. We were told when we set up our appointment that tarps would be placed down and everything would be cleaned up, windows being wiped down after installation. What bothered me was that a day later I am finding tiny pieces of the aluminum window on the floor in my children's bedroom and some in our storage room. Everything was cleaned up outside and looked great. I would still recommend them 100%. We will be using them again when we decide to replace our back porch windows as well.

This is the second time I have attempted to use Power Home Remodeling but once again, it is quite bad. The first time I signed with them, I got my attic blown in with insulation. I was promised by the rep discount after discount to stick with the company as I was doing multiple bids. It did feel too good to be true, which was exactly the case. They came to my home, and before work started I asked about the total price and why it was not reflected yet, to which their answer was it takes 30 days after the job to get my rebates and promotional pricing. I thought it sounded fair, so the job was completed, but no discounts ever came.

We scheduled a meeting a meeting at our home with one of their remodeling consultants. We discussed our roofing problems and discussed how their products could help us. The workmanship is very good, there were a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed quickly. After the initial windows were installed, the "Manager" who was supposed to come out and inspect everything, had one thing on his mind, and that was to go to the attic. There he was on a mission to sell me more product and warn me of he dangers. He was a closer, not a Manager in my opinion. I have tried several times to contact him, to no avail. I ended up buying more, like gutters, facia, and soffits, that were past due to being replaced. Another thing, if you want to pay cash, they have to run your credit. Makes no sense at all. All in all, I'm happy with the work (once its all fixed), but the process is sneaky, and I don't like that.

In working a price list with Mrs. London **, she quoted me a price of $18,795 for a total of 17 windows. She said the price she quoted was good for one year. I told her that I couldn't afford to pay that total at one time and she suggested I split the project in half. Again she said the price per window was good for one year for the second half of the project. Nine windows were installed on the 13th of March and I paid 9,788.26. The installation and cleanup by your crew was excellent.

The installers are on time, they were very efficient about what they have to do. They were for less than 3 hours for the full install with a perfect clean up, there wasn’t any dirt anywhere after and they help me move the furniture back. Would recommend.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I had this company install replacement windows. After a few years they ended up leaking. After many calls, I finally got someone to admit they installed ALL the windows incorrectly. They came out and took every window out and re-installed them. Another of couple of year later I had a seal broken on one of the double hung windows. I called the warranty department, because there is a lifetime warranty on the windows, to have it replaced, on NOVEMBER 23, 2021. At that time, I was told the window would take 10 months to come in. Someone came out on January 13, 2022 to look at it and, did in fact confirm the seal was broken. I was assured at that time the window had been ordered.

Very knowledgeable people that gave us an estimate and were back out replacing the roof exactly 1 week later. We had some leaks and attic ventilation problems, but they explained thoroughly how they'd fix it and then did a great job.
