The door to door rep, Kameron, was helpful and informative. The salesman, Caleb, that checked the existing and gave a quote was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The reps, Tucker and Nicholas, that called with follow-ups were pleasant, professional, and friendly. The crew that installed the windows today arrived on time, were very efficient and professional, answered all the questions, and did a great job installing the windows.

Power is a great company to do remodeling projects with. From the sales person to the installers, they all care about your project and make sure you are completely satisfied. They come on time and are very efficient on their installs. Awesome company to work with and highly recommend!!

Power was easy to work with and very professional. The hardest part was dealing with our HOA. Once we got the approval they came out within a few days and finished that day. The whole process was easy to do and we felt taken care of the whole time. At no time did we not know what the next step was. I highly recommend!

DO NOT HIRE POWER HOME REMODELING FOR VINYL SIDING INSTALLATION. They installed gorgeous windows in January, so I had no qualms about hiring them to replace my siding in June. Then the nightmare began. The sub-contractor they used left my yard and driveway littered with nails, screws, naked razor blades, sharp pieces of metal and trash. They never tried to clean up after themselves. There were beer bottles in the dumpster each evening and bottle caps littering my yard.

The quality not only talking about the windows but the personnel in general very professional Edy nice people, am in love with my new Windows. I definitely recommend it. You won’t regret. A five star service

Sales reps were very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. The install techs did a great job ripping out the old windows and repairing and installing the new windows and sills. The windows themselves are excellent! They block a lot of radiant infrared heat! I can leave the blinds up and the house still doesn’t get hot. Old windows were like living in a green house. Quality control caught an improper fitting on our arches. They ordered and installed the properly fitted arches.

From start to finish this company has been amazing!! From the sales pitch to the built, this team knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. There were a few bumps in the road but they handled it professionally! I would highly recommend this company and their product!

They are very efficient and quality conscious. And having a lifetime warranty is a big plus. Very kind and considerate employees. We are totally enjoying our new windows and attic. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Windows were installed in a timely manner. Found issues on the inside panes on some windows. Replacements already getting ordered. The sales, QA and all facets done well. The Pella windows having issues are the only knock.

Super friendly and responsive sales and scheduling groups. They followed up with a second measurement with the PM and finally all 12 windows installed on the same day. The craftsmanship was great. Installers were friendly, informative, and skilled. Sales and follow-up professionals were very cordial and honest. No major complaints, all positive reviews. Only constructive feedback is to buck the industry trend and remove the exploding offer from the sales pitch.

Power made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process of replacing 16 windows. They were efficient, communicative, and honest, and we already feel the difference that their windows are making. Our house is less humid and more insulated. And the windows are beautiful and easy to use!

This has been a five-star experience all the way through. All of the people that came to our home have been professional, respectful, and very informative. The windows we have installed in our home look great. We’re looking forward to enjoying the energy efficiency features. We also like the fact that they had financing options that made the project more feasible. They even sent a quality control guy to come by and inspect at work. We are very pleased with the results so far. We plan on using power for our roofing as well. The quality of the product plus the 50 year warranty. Seems like a great deal.

From the very start, this project was very professional. We loved the quality of the pillow windows. We love the fact that they were very energy efficient and had a special coating to reflect the heat. The sales person was very thorough and explain things in depth so that we got a full graph on the entire project. The installers cleaned up and were very detailed in the installation techniques. The gutters and trim look well done. The whole process from inspection to install went smoothly. Crew could have cleaned up more. Spare material was left on driveway. Otherwise house was in good shape. Follow up with QA rep was thorough. Although scheduling the appointment was a little delayed. Overall it was a good experience and we would recommend these services.

Start to finish a great experience. My only complaint is that it would have been better to offer the deep discount for longer, so we could compare quotes. Our salesman was great and provided competitor information and was very knowledgeable. After installation visit was also informative.

Everyone was very informative about the products for the roof and the gutter system, they were pleasant and helpful. The installers were always early and cleaned up the materials on the ground. They worked throughout the day and finished my whole roof in 1 day.

My wife and I after some discussion decided to get new windows and doors on our 40+ year old house. We chose Power because they were a well established company that was able to back up their work. We found the choice of product was an order of magnitude better than the quality of the box store-contractor grade stuff. The doors and windows felt high quality and the fitment and finish when installed were unmatched-this is high quality. The salesmen and work crew were very kind and courteous and not high pressure or pushy. The crew was very neat not only the quality of the work but also very thorough with the cleanup. Also stayed to show us proper care and routine cleaning of the new doors and window. Would highly recommend.

Windows installed in a timely fashion, from the interior/exterior the look complements my small home. Window team was respectful of my home as well as myself. Team cleanup was for the most part was good, I did find a few nails & small bits of wood workers may have dropped, no big deal! There was a minor issue w/ 1 window that is scheduled for repair in October 2023. Final walkthrough completed w/ a introduction on how new windows functioned. They’re so nice & cleaning them will certainly be much simpler than the old windows as I’ll be able to clean them from inside my home!

Power knocked on my door again and because I used them before and was pleased with the first installation of my glass sliding doors I used them again for windows. I'm extremely pleased, highly recommend.

I do NOT recommend anyone use Power Home Remodeling Group (PHRG) or even allow them into their homes. They are a high pressure corporate sales company that hires low bid contractors to quickly throw on their overpriced mediocre products with a very difficult to use warranty. I have many regrets as a new home owner putting my trust and a lot of cash into their pockets. They will harass you until you pay them and then they will ignore you for any needed issues or warranty repairs. If you want to cancel your contract in the three days that the law allows, PHRG requires you to show up in person in Pennsylvania, or pay $250 for a telegram to be sent and also have a follow up visit.

We used Power Home Remodeling to do a whole house window replacement and I will say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From finding the windows to the install everyone was super friendly and very informative. The installers were fast and efficient and did an awesome job all the way down to cleanup.

From start to finish this window installation was beyond my expectations. The Company confirmed everything with me along the way and followed up with me post install to ensure my installation went according to plan. I would definitely recommend them for any window replacement project going forward and hope to use them again for some future projects.

Everything was timely! The work was done quickly! Everyone was nice and polite. (Attic insulation) So happy about the salesman Matt, who helped me move everything out of the attic so I wasn't up and down the stairs, something extra he did for me. So, so kind to help me that way!

I recently bought a new home and wanted to update my windows. Luckily, a representative from Power knocked on my door and introduced me to their consultant, Jeremy **. He was very helpful and provided me with a detailed explanation of the services they offer and the different types of windows I could choose from. He even went the extra mile by demonstrating the difference between my current windows and the ones I would be getting, highlighting the benefits of having new windows. This made my decision to choose Power for my window installation an easy one. The crew arrived on time and were very respectful. They also made sure to clean up after each window installation, inside and outside. The quality assurance manager ensured that everything was done properly and walked me through maintenance. I was impressed with the service provided, which met the standard set by the company.

We’d been shopping for a new front door for years but the sales pitches were ridiculous and the prices were high. Mike with Power gave us no nonsense price that was a couple thousand dollars less for the same door. Installation was done earlier than we expected and the work was solid. You can probably find cheaper door replacement, but you will have a hard time combining price quality and service better than Power.

We used Power Home Remodeling to replace our roof. All the people we encountered were wonderful and very informative. The crew they sent to put the new roof on were very hard working and punctual. They cleaned up very well. I would recommend them for roof replacement.

They were able to call us and inform us what the new ventilation systems look like. The smart ventilation system is so different from what we expected but one we were educated we see them on a lot of roofs!

Their employees are very professional and knowledgeable. We had full confidence in the superiority of their product and the proper training of the installation staff. The pre-installation appointment missed explaining the option of capping the trim around the windows, which left us to make a day of decision based on the information we found online and the little information that the foreman gave. I do believe that there could’ve been better communication between preinstall and install dates. There was a foreman present throughout the installation, however we were never shown exactly how to operate our windows, even the day after when the quality inspector was here.

Then came Paul who did quality control and installation assurance; for me the consumer who knew very little about replacing my old worn original windows was a blessing....along with the knowledgeable team who did the install work....I think I have just met the new PowerRangers!! Overall it was great. There was some miscommunication between the sales team and preinstall team. They were able to clear everything up and the quality assurance team is outstanding. Definitely have one of the best customer service teams. The install was very fast, they got here at 8:30 and were done by 12:30. Would have been 5 stars if not for the miscommunication.

I had needed a large window replaced over my front door, as the seals had failed. Randomly, one of the Power sales guys came by one day and introduced himself. Usually I am hesitant to buy anything from door to door sales, but as I was in the market, as it were, to replace my window I bought I’d give them a cancellation to come out and give me a quote. The sales rep came out and looked at all my windows and let me know which ones were damaged and needed replaced. From what he showed me, I was able to narrow down the Wu does that were more in dire need of replacing. In addition, he quoted me on a new grand entryway door and windows.

Two women came out to explain the windows features and gave me a price. London and Ann were a dynamic duo! Together they answered all my questions. (And I had tons!) We were looking for new gutter; The marketing guy made an appointment for us with Clayton. Clayton showed us, we talked about an hour about our house gutters and siding. He show us prices, and not that we wanted to spend money, it made sense to do it with Power! It was the best decision we ever made. They we on time, the crew were wonderful, clean up every night when they left the property. The work was done in three day and the gutters were scheduled for Friday. Quality inspection was done Friday by Eddie. By the way they were so good, we sign with them to have 2 more project done. You won't be disappointed with Power Home!

Power windows did a great job replacing the windows that had a broken seal in our house. They sent a quality inspector the next day to ensure that install was done correctly. It was informative and we can already tell a difference in temperature among the rooms we replaced.

From door knock to completed project took about one week. I had a new roof and gutters installed. The work is premium. Roof somehow feels way more stable when I am on it and the vents have had a noticeable effect on the attic temperature.
