The folks at Power were wonderful the from beginning to the end of the project. Everyone was very professional while also being kind and personable. They were even wonderful with my dog! Their lifetime warranty is absolutely amazing! It even transfers to a new owner if I sell my house. I no longer have to keep my blinds closed all the time during the summer because no heat comes through the windows.

Steven came out and gave a great presentation of the windows and I was sold no pressure. Paul came out and inspected old windows and was very thorough about every step of the installation and schedule the install date. Hector and the craftsmen are the best at what they do. From the initial greeting to the install of 18 windows to the siding around the windows everything is top grade. They even asked if I needed to put back my blinds that I took down. I thought I had to hire someone else to do it but they offered so we said yes. They cleaned as they worked. We’re very happy with the windows makes the house feel more cooler and looks modern inside and out. Thank you Power windows for an awesome job.

Through our research on replacement windows we had narrowed it down to 2 companies for windows, Pella being one of them. So we liked that Power uses only Pella windows. Power offers a good warranty on labor and product. The sales pitch was a little long. We would have preferred to have had a couple of days to think it over without losing the discounts. The install crew were very kind and respectful. The lead was always happy to answer questions. The crew was diligent and efficient throughout the installation.

The experience was excellent and professional. The product, windows, are an awesome product and I am very happy with them. I had Power Home Remodeling install a New front Door. It is a beautiful Door. Changed the curb appeal of my house tremendously. The installation was very Quick. They cleaned up well afterwards. They did a quality check afterwards.

Only complaint is the clean up they moved beds and chairs and didn't put it back, We are all disabled so it was really hard for us to fix, They did send a guy to check the work and he put back what we couldn’t. Jonathan came out at the end of June for a consultation on windows. He was very thorough and patient explaining in detail everything involved from measuring, installation, financing. We not only agreed to do the windows but we did got to replacement as well. Power handles all exterior work. In the near future we hope to have some siding and the roof done as well with this company. They are very professional. Very nice and take the time to communicate. I recommend them highly to anyone wanting to update exteriors on their house.

Service from everyone involved were outstanding! From the initial estimate by Paul going over all the options to Hector and his crew with the installation. Everything was done in a professional manner that was greatly appreciated.

I had a positive experience with the company, until after only one year the siding faded significantly -please see photos. I submitted the photos and my concern to the company in November 2024. Power took No action until March 2025. They sent two people, the second person finally took a sample of the siding and promised us they would act and follow through. They sent the defective product to the siding manufacturer. Since then I made additional calls to Power company, but still no progress. They have gone silent. It’s now going on 8 months with no resolution. I am sorry to have to take this step by giving a poor review. Their workmanship was beautiful and they readily received $47,000 from us but now I am left with old looking siding. Very unfortunate. I have lost faith in the company.

The installation of windows and doors was a good experience. The people were friendly, informative and very polite. They all were professional. They worked hard to give my husband and I good experience. They all had specific jobs. Yet all completed and cleaned up every room and even helped with a heavy dresser to put back and a shutter that required us getting on a ladder.

In as much as I was reluctant to change out my “traditional single pane” windows to the new “Pella Symphony double pane” windows, I am flabbergasted as how beautiful, quiet and sleek they look. I am so happy that I took the plunge to update to these modern style and efficient windows.

The next day a sales representative came by and everything he promised came to fruition. I got 8 windows installed. What an Excellent experience. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, EVEN WORST THAN SPIRIT AIRLINES. It has been 3 years and my back door still isn't fixed and every time they schedule a tech to come out they always cancel at the last minute and then reschedule for months later only to have the same thing happen again and cancel at the last min. I am currently filing a lawsuit in small claims court and I really wish I never opened my door when they came around. I have other windows I want to replace but most certainly will look a company much more reputable than this.

Our experience with Power Home Remodeling was great! From the first knock on our door to the final post project inspection everyone involved in our window installation project was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. We especially appreciated Brian’s visit because we feel like he went above and beyond. When he inspected our attic he found an issue and stayed much much longer trying to figure out what was wrong and walking us through our options. He came for windows and stayed to assist with identifying issues and providing much appreciated advice. And the installers were very quick and efficient and even made sure to thoroughly clean up afterwards.

Beware of this company. They try to scam you into extra services. Installed gutters onto our garage and put random drill holes all over the siding and left them. Weeks went by with storms and water getting behind the siding and finally their solution to their damage and mistake was filling the holes. This took all of 30 minutes and they had the audacity to tell my husband to smooth it down and paint. Do not use this company for anything. Attached are pictures of what they called pinholes, and the very “professional” fix. Suspicious that water getting behind the siding is not an issue when it’s their mistake. Thought I would share with the public the quality of Power's work.

We had all of our windows replaced with Power. They took our single paned, 30 year old windows and replaced them with double paned beautiful windows. They glide effortlessly and the weep holes help divert the water away from the house. The Power team is great to work with, from the sales team to the install team, and everyone in between. Very intimate and personalized consultation. All staff, from sales to construction crew to quality assurance, were very courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves as well, our house was not left a mess after our roof and windows were redone. Quality work as well, they made sure to address all aspects of our remodeling that could potentially be an issue in the future, and gave us advice on the best course of action to save costs for us in the future. I’m happy with the quality of the windows and the overall installation—everything looks great and was completed efficiently. However, I can’t give five stars due to the lack of care shown inside my home. There was avoidable damage to freshly painted walls, visible handprints, and broken glass left behind, which I had to clean up myself. The post-install visit was informative—I appreciated learning how the windows were installed and how to operate them—but the response to my concerns about damage and cleanup felt minimal. The product is solid, but I expected more attention to detail and professionalism in the handling of my space.

I am highly impressed with the service provided by Power to have gutters installed on my house. I have been looking to install gutters since purchasing the house three years ago. From meeting the sales team to QA inspection post installation it was a little over a week. Super fast! The power sales team was set up in HEB and that is where I learned of the company and services provided. The brochure had all of the awards for customer service listed. We were able to schedule a visit for a quote the following Saturday (often my only free day). Matt showed up on Saturday and explained more about the company and answered all of my questions. The numbers for the quote were within my budget so I agreed to the installation.

Two Power Home Remodeling salesmen came to my house and gave a nice demo on how good the windows were, even nailed a nail into a piece of wood with a demo window. They told us if the windows would ever break there wouldn't be any further charges to replace. This convinced me to invest $1000's of dollars to have many replaced. A few years later, a window cracked and I also noticed that ants were coming into the house through the window. Not through the window panes but through the sides. Apparently that window was not sealed properly.
