Matt did a very good job and worked with me until I was fully satisfied with the plan he helped us put together. Gerry was very prompt. Measured the windows efficiently. Shared with me how to prep before the installers arrived. Helped me with the app also. Ricardo and Zambrano were very professional and answered all our questions even as they did their work. Overall it was a great experience. Would recommend to my friends, and will definitely use them again.

It was a 100 percent a great experience. All my questions were answered by Mr. Paul, the crew were respectful clean and did a great job installing the windows. All done super fast and would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work Power Home Remodeling did on our home. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism. The windows are beautiful, and the vinyl capping they installed is high-quality and expertly done. The house was left spotless, and even our upstairs tenant was impressed with how respectful and clean the workers were—they covered her furniture and bed, just like they did in our home. They even worked around my sleeping son without disturbing him, carefully covering everything with plastic.

Today I had my new windows installed. The professionalism of the workers is unbelievable! They work so efficiently and take pride in their work. Very detail work. The sale rep, Marcus, know his work, and will show you the investment you will be receiving and they definitely delivered. The whole process was easy. I was a bit cautious but in the end, I was left amazed. Power Home Remodeling should be your go-to renovation experts. My home looks so much better and I feel so secured if any storm comes our way. They made me a believer. Others may be cheaper, but who wants mediocre. I trust my family with quality and guaranteed protection. Just don't complain when your under protected. Very pleased from sales to post installation inspection. Power and all their associates were professional and thorough. The web app kept us informed throughout the process with plenty of calls for confirmation on appointments. Installation was available at an earlier time and was completed by a later on that day. We are happy with the Zen glass, as it has reduced the noise from outside dramatically. After 3 days, I have noticed the A/C is able to keep up and shut off at night after 95°F days in a North Texas June, unbelievable. Great product and people. If I could change one thing, it would be, the financing pressure to close the deal for the first visit discount. I chose the company for their reviews and the product, maybe they could have sold me more (doors, trim, and etc.) had I had time to think about things. All said I'm very happy and would do this again.

The experience from the initial knock at the door to the final product was phenomenal. Every single person involved was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The workers were very skilled and so efficient.

From beginning to end, the experience has been a 10 out of 10. The guy doing the pre- pitch in the grocery store hooked me, the young man who came to do the actual pitch had such a noticeable passion for the work, he really put a lot of energy into the pitch and explaining the quality of the windows, as well as the financing. He sold us on the spot, we did not need any time to sit on it. Overall, our experience with Power has been great, they've got knowledgeable, passionate staff and my buyer's remose is just about nonexistent! The Power team was on time for the appointment. The contractor was very knowledgeable on the task at hand and went about the job with confidence and efficiency. The windows were installed on a very timely basis and all debris was collected and disposed of. They made sure we were satisfied with the installation and explain all the functions of the windows. Absolutely horrible customer service. Had 13 windows replaced in 2022. Not one of the locks align, Power refuses to adjust. Most screens have ripped & multiple have fallen out & bent frames. Had to purchase new screens, despite "lifetime warranty". Installation date was 5 months out on new screen frames. Had them delivered to be installed by us. Not one screen ordered fit. Have been speaking to customer service for weeks. Promised phone calls back every day, not one phone call has been returned. First line of customer service tries but says they have no authority to expedite, refund or schedule. Left with promise of a call that day, but call never comes. Would never recommend.

We have had a very good experience with Power Home Remodeling. The salesman gave us a good explanation of the costs and process for getting the new windows. There was a follow up to confirm the measurements and give a final cost. The order for the windows was completed quickly and the installation of 16 windows only took 6 or so hours. The price/quality ratio for the windows was reasonable as well. In our experience Power Home remodeling was a great choice for our project.

From beginning to the completion of the project we have been ecstatic with the process. The whole team that came to the house prior to purchase as well as the installation team has been so professional. The crew that installed the siding worked so incredibly hard (despite the 95 degree day). They arrived early and continued to work hard through the day. Power installed both a Front and Back Door in our 1997 built home. Both old doors were sticking, didn’t seal properly, and were in need of replacing. Power gave us a free quote and offered a great warranty. They special ordered a sliding door for our back door and still kept to their original timeline. The install went well and the crew was in and out within a day. Way above average customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Cody was my salesman. He was very cordial and informative. I liked that I didn't feel sales pressure nor did I feel rushed. He took his time explaining the signs of water damage especially from the windows that needed to be replaced sooner than others. He respected my financial limitations without me feeling that I MUST spend more than I could afford. I actually enjoyed his presentation and learned a lot. I had no idea that new windows could keep out over 95% heat from direct sunlight.

From start to finish was great. From Jordan whom help and answer any questions even after “handing” us to the next person. The installer were great and left our property clean after the process. After the installation, some errors were found and the team is helping with getting the installation corrected. App is good in keeping up with the project while being away. Throughout the process, the team were not pushy and have taken our feedback.

My wife and I had Power HRG completely reside and upgrade our attic insulation. They have the worst communication from a contractor I've ever worked with. They want you to do everything through a cell phone app or website. Then they lie and say it's because the banks want them too. Their communications and coordination of their contractors are poor. Their contractors are good and they use good materials, but I wouldn't recommend using them. We had a problem with an electrical outlet almost after they finished. They did have an electrician run a new line, but they never repaired the hole he left it the wall. Worst of all, after paying for the work, I am now getting hounded on both my cell phone and my home phone line from their robocalls and other persons asking me to do remodeling work with them. I've asked them and even talked to supervisors and I'm still getting calls.

We had a run of four casement windows, one of which had broken glass, and some had handles that no longer worked. We also had a decorative side door to our garage that was crumbling. Power did a great job measuring everything and installing them quickly and professionally. I was especially impressed with the way they took care of the doorframe — it looks great while also fitting the character of the house!

Every step of the process from the initial pitch, to the project plan, to the final install has been an effortless experience (for me at least). I have very high confidence in the work that’s been done and fully intend to return to Power for doors, siding, really anything else they offer. No complaints. No concerns. Everyone involved has been brilliant.

I have only great things to say about Power Home Remodeling. From scheduling a salesperson to come to the home to the installation and inspection. Tristan the salesman came to our home and not only explained product but also showed us the benefits of Power Windows and Doors. Having been through a not so great ordeal with our bathrooms from another vendor for almost a year he understood our hesitation with completing such a huge project and suggested we get just what was urgently needed now do to structural damage that was already apparent. We agreed and signed a contract. The next person we met with was Anthony who again was a complete gentleman and a joy to have in our home and deal with. He was very personable and pleasant. We set up a time for installation and for quality control to come in afterwards.

Our new windows are great. They are attractive and easy to clean. They are quiet and energy efficient. The folks we worked with at Power were very professional and did a good job cleaning up after the project was finished. We look forward to getting new windows for the rest of our house.

From the beginning of the process our sales person was totally professional. He helped us choose the style of windows, brought samples and explained the entire process clearly. He showed us samples of the glass that they would use and how it greatly cuts the heat. Our primary concern was the heat and look of the windows. He also informed us of discounts we were eligible for if we purchased the windows, which was of considerable savings.

We had a great experience with Power. We knew we would need our windows replaced in the next few years and had someone from Power doing work in the neighborhood. The initial representative did a good job explaining the details of their Pella Symphony windows and how it may serve as an upgrade over our current windows, using photos and showing us our current windows to help us understand the benefits. Pre installation personnel were quick and efficient at measuring and preparing for install.

So far, so good, we just got some of our windows replaced after 23 years and we have no complaints. They were prompt, very informative, and respectful towards other members in the house and towards the space itself. They were clean, courteous, and communicative. We did have a minor issue of a window breaking in our yard, however, they said they would try their best to clean up the broken glass and they did.

David and Pat were very good by explain every thing on work. Very good people and crew that came to do the work are very good what they do. In future if I ever need work to house I will pick same company again.

I was lucky enough to see Power install my neighbor's yard the weekend prior to my install from start to finish. From the first knock on my door by Cindy, to my consultant Matt and Project manager Cederick, I was thoroughly educated on the process. Day of installs I had the same crew of Fernando and Hector that performed the install. They were actually earlier than scheduled 8 am and were both professional and thorough with their work.
