This is my third install with Power, I’m always amazed at the quality and the product and the quality of the installers. And the staff at Power is always friendly, helpful and professional. The warranty is also amazing and if there is ever an issue, the windows will be repaired free of charge.

The customer service was incredible throughout the whole process!! Friendly, diligent, honest, informative, and on time! Time estimate was very accurate. Installation was done time and everything was cleaned well! Would recommend!!

I've dealt with a lot of companies, and unfortunately a lot of them don't give a shit. It's obvious in the way they talk to customers, and it is obvious in the quality of their work. Power is the EXACT opposite of that. EVERY single person I dealt with at Power, from the appointment setter, to the Q&A manager, was a pleasant surprise with just how genuine they were and how much I could tell they actually cared about the job they were doing. They make sure everything is done right, and they make sure you don't feel like you're just a number.

Our experience was great from the salesman to the QA. Everything was great and the work was exceptional. Inspection came out and took measurements and actually saved us over $330. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

From the initial meeting, everyone from Power Home Remodeling Group has been super friendly and followed through with everything they have stated. On time appointments, incredible communication, easy to follow and use app, super friendly staff every time! The product is wonderful and they took care of everything.

Please have someone contact me regards to incomplete service. There was a giant metal antennae left in the the yard not the dumpster. Wires were taken down off the outside of the house and just out on top of a bush and left there. Seriously? Please contact me. **.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and explained full process and products. Installers we on time and left clean site when completed. Products come with full warranty covering products and labor for all work.

Every part of our experience with this company has been professional, informative, and top-of-the-line. You are walked through each part of the process and able to make informed decisions for your home.

We had 9 windows done and it makes the house look like it has had a makeover and it was a one day job. The most wonderful part was the final price was $500 less than what we thought we were going to spend.

From start to finish we have had a wonderful experience with Power for our new windows from the sales call with Angelo to the quality check with Dylan after the install. The windows look great and are so smooth. I am so excited for the energy efficiency benefits to help our house regulate the temperature too as we get that intense Colorado sun. We’ve enjoyed working with Power and are now planning to get our gutters done too. The lifetime warranty is such a great piece of mind!

Did a beautiful job! The house looks brand new with the new siding and shutters, and our neighbors complimented us on how nice it looks. And the insulation behind the vinyl is a big plus. They did such a nice job. They did such a great job we are have them do the gutters and soffits.

We had Power installed windows into our home in the past so when it came time to investigate roofing, we decided to give them a call. We met Scott and Adam, the salespeople who did a great job explaining the process to us. They were very thorough and showed us the roof along with the ventilation as key components in our decision to go with them. The project so far has gone very quick. They began work and will be finishing in one day so far it has been a professional project and everybody has been working really hard to keep the property safe. We recommend power to others looking for these kinds of projects.

My doors and windows appear to be of good quality. They look great installed. The installers did a good job. They were fast and knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up except the dust. I was unaware that the new windows took up more space than the old ones, so I was surprised to find that out. After all the dust has settled, I am happy with the experience and believe I have quality windows and doors which is what I wanted.

From day one when we got our windows done back in 2018, we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish with the professionalism and knowledge we experienced. From sale to installation, it was a seamless job. There's no question that we would only use Power for any of our home improvement projects. So when Joey G showed up we talked about getting our front door, back door and gutters replaced. Well, the gutters came out great and today is our door installation. And to no surprise, same great service. Next project will be the trim around the house, which Mitch will be helping with. I haven't even mentioned the lifetime warranty on everything they've done and will do. One stop shop, Power is the absolute best!

Everyone from Nick and Caleb to Jared to Marcielle, Miguel and Pedro have been absolutely fantastic with customer service and installation. I genuinely couldn't imagine better-quality windows, either.

Outstanding service from Mike, my remodeling consultant. He is very knowledgeable and patient in working with me on the projects I needed. Yet, I am marking it 4 stars due to poor service from Todd, the project manager. The contractors who installed the work were all professional and respectful.

Everybody was very professional, coming out and at the end. The people who put the windows in were very clean and courteous. Job was done in a day. Power Home Remodeling cold called us for a free roof estimate, which lead to a full roof replacement. From the start they were professional, efficient, communicative and FAST. They fully walked us through quotes, payment options, and what the process would include. We knew what to expect and the entire process was done in one day. The difference between the old and new windows is night and day! Less sound, less draft, lower utility bills. Easy process to measure and install and the schedule was flexible. Warranty coverage is easy too.

Good presentation and showing of the product. I liked they actually had a whole window instead of just samples of the material. The sales person offered good discounts that he could have, and we are happy with pricing. The install was smooth and there were quite a few people taking care of the install. They were all courteous and respectful of my home. They had their own music on which I quite enjoyed. It was a good experience working with Power on this. Their warranty are cherry on top. One of the window panes had a cracked glass and they acknowledged and are replacing it with no hassle. They live up to their sales pitch. Would work with them again for any new projects.

I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone has been professional, take the time to really measure and no materials have been wasted. What they said they would do they did at the price they said, no surprises! I feel taken care of and cared for, I trust this company to help.

This is the second project Power Home Remodeling has completed on my home. This time for new windows. When I met with Jodi ** to discuss the condition of some windows in my basement, she brought to my attention issues I hadn’t initially noticed. She was incredibly thorough in addressing all of the questions I had so we could agree on best next steps, from a safety and cost standpoint. From initial contact to installation completion, every single person from Power was amazing. Communication, trustworthiness and workmanship is top-notch. Wish all companies would work with customers at that level. I would definitely go with Power again for any other projects needing to be done on my home.

Very satisfied with process from start to finish. We went ahead and renovated the windows, doors, trim and gutter. They make the financing process a breeze and are very thorough with the process making sure one is aware of everything that is going on during the project install.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling was excellent. They explained every step in great detail and explained how and why thing were done a certain way. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional from the initial meeting with the remodeling consultant through the installation crew (phenomenal) and ending with the quality assurance representative. Everyone was Great! Polite and friendly. TeTe was wonderful and made me laugh during her presentation. The installation crew was about an hour late, but once they arrived they were on task and got the job done with exception of one window that was measured incorrectly, but they caught it right away before they removed original window.

The QA Manager and the installers were excellent! The installers were quick but careful, and Moe (QA) was very informative. My wife and I are very happy we decided to go with Power. The windows look awesome!

From beginning to end on this project, everyone was professional and gave me options for the custom features. I’m amazed at the details that will lower my heating and cooling bills and make it impossible for anyone to break into my house (without dynamite).

Any contractor who has to resort to door-to-door soliciting is obviously either a scam or so bad they're hard up. Decent contractors now can't fight off the work. Judging by all the complaints with the BBB and Yelp and True reviews elsewhere, that is the case. No shows, shoddy work and a ripoff. Avoid like the plague. It's also clear they employ shills to post positive reviews all over.

From the day Kayleigh knocked on our door the magical relationship with Power began. Then Tyler came by to advise us and we had an experience that felt genuine and honest. It wasn’t a sales call. He built a relationship with us. As did the project manager Connor and the crew. I met Power Home Remodeling 5 years ago through one of the big box retailers. I contracted them for new windows and doors for my condo. The experience was great so I also contracted them to change some of the windows and doors at my parents' home in 2019. COVID-19 hit and we had to wait to do the rest. Now in 2023, my only consideration to finish the job is Power Home Remodeling. The product is excellent. Windows are beautiful and they will save you money on energy costs. The installation process was smooth, the convenience of following "all" your jobs past and present through their new app Pulse is a definite plus to the experience.

We were looking for some home remodeling for our 23 year old home. We were exploring gutters (had gotten gutter guards, what a waste), window replacements, and some insulation improvements for our attic. So when a sales rep came by, the timing was right, and we reluctantly initially agreed to "hear their pitch" and see what they had to offer.  

I have never worked with a company that was so personable, professional and genuine. Everyone was easy to work with, prompt and communicated with us along the way. The app helped us know what to expect, when to expect and when it would be completed. I will definitely be working with them in the future for our home upgrades and replacements.

This project started out as a simple bid to do just the windows on our cookie-cutter suburbs house. Needless to say, there were several problems needing attention. Power was competitively priced and required little effort on our part to get the needed upgrades and repairs. Minimal headache for good results.

From the first visit offering a free estimate, to the last visit after the install, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable; not the traditional “door-to-door” salesman vibes. The overall experience with Power has been very pleasant period. The people have been professional and courteous plus they've been very patient in explaining the process to us period. The products are the kind of quality that we feel are great investments for our home plus we like that they have a lifetime warranty. Another great feature is that they are always on time.

Everyone we spoke with at Power was extremely nice! We decided to go with Power to replace windows. The day of installation, the installer was very nice, cleaned everything up and they had a quality control person come out to inspect to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were 100% happy with everything before they left. All the product imperfections were caught during insulation and were immediately reorder replace the defects. Installation crew clean the bathroom shelves and explain the products.

Cleaned up afterwards. The final inspection with Paul was great. He was knowledgeable & personable as well. We were comfortable with them all. They explained in detail, expectations were met. We decided to redo a couple windows in our home. I have to say, home remodeling projects are not fun however, Power made this project a success and I actually look forward to future projects. Vincent was our sales rep and I appreciated that he was willing to revise our quote multiple times as we figured out styles and our budget. He was very thorough, not pushy, and patient. The installers arrived a little later than expected but still finished the project in the 4 hour estimate I was given. The installers were professional and cleaned up after the work was done. The end product was amazing! My old windows were rotting a little, were not functional, and just ugly. I didn't think new windows would make such a difference but it looks like a whole new room! I am so happy with the end result, I absolutely plan to have Power back for more work.

I have waited 2 years for replacement windows. When I purchased my windows, PHR was using Northeast Building Products (NBP). Aside from this product being so poor that so far I have had to have 9 window panes replaced so far, I am currently waiting for Power to replace 5 panes. I am constantly getting the same answer when I call, "it will be soon". There is no customer service, I am never able to escalate my complaints when I call. My only recourse is to post as many complaints as possible online until I get a resolution.

He also explained to us that there was no egress tax in Naperville so there was a $1500 (e) savings. Because we approved the price originally we decided to go with 2 more windows. Brian came back and measured and set up a date that worked for us. Your company was very prompt in providing a new quote as well.

The only complaint I had is that they could have done a better job cleaning up after the gutter installation. I found a few screws and pieces of metal in the yard afterward but it wasn't much.

I’m happy we went with Power Home Remodeling because their agents were thorough evaluating our home and providing window options to meet our needs. We were approved for a loan, and got on the schedule within a couple weeks. Unfortunately, we had to move our installation date due to shipping, but the Power team was flexible and had good communication throughout the process. On the day of, the installers showed up early in their time window, and worked great with our family and pets. Our previous windows had warped and gapped, letting smoke, pollen, and cold into the house. Our blinds were sun bleached. The new windows open & close easily and completely, are easy to clean, and come with an extensive warranty. At this time, we only replace 7 windows, but we plan to replace the others soon.

They were punctual, very precise, as well as professional at what they did with my door. They were also clean, not making any unnecessary messes; and then they did not take long-only taking them around 3 hours to get done.

I did multiple projects. The crews, left my home cleaner than it was prior to work completion. My electric bill dropped $200 just w/ roofing. Love the ease of mind that the work was done right. They sent Karl for quality assurance and he was thorough in the walk through. Ben, drove to my house immediately and even contacted me after hours (for my convenience) to help with scheduling. The container with those materials that were discarded still remains in the driveway. We received a hood that doesn’t fit on our kitchen fan and there is no match.
