My experience with Power Home Remodeling has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone that came to my home from Power Home Remodeling took the time to educate and answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured into using their services. The lifetime, transferable warranty and their quality gutters and trim was especially appealing to me. I feel like I’m more educated about my home after using Powers Home Remodeling Services.

We found Power Home Remodeling online through a program advertised on Facebook. The salesperson met with us and explained the quality of the product. We were impressed by the warranty the sound resistance he and the fact that the warranty transferred onto the new owner were big things for us. The project started and finished on time. The crew was a one person crew that was able to finish in just a few hours. The windows look great, and we’re excited to see how they will perform in the Future. Power also offered a reasonable cost that fit our budget. That was very important to us.

Superior product perfectly installed. Cleaned thoroughly and as they went — drop. Cloths and plastic sheeting kept noise and dust to minimum. Had I known it was going to go this well would have done sooner!

Remarkably fast and high quality complete roof replacement. Didn't come cheap, but great communication from start to finish and a job very well done. Follow up, so far, has been great. Every scheduled time has been hit with near to-the-minute accuracy.

We had been putting off getting new windows until Power came along. From start to finish their team was thorough and efficient. They were upfront and honest and respected our home. We would recommend them to anyone.

We had the windows replaced in our 20 year old house. The experience was great from start to finish the process, the people and the install. We had a few hiccups with notifications and a window was broken before arrival but it was all taken care of without any issues or problems. We would recommend this company.

From my initial dealing I gathered that Power Home Remodeling was the company I wanted and needed to do business with for a new roof. The person who was first contact and assessment never made me feel that my myriad questions were his burden. They seemed to be to his delight and sense of duty. Fantastic job. The way my father and friend were treated as well - considered and heard - was consummate. Other interactions were equal.

We had 4 upstairs windows replaced with Power! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We love the windows and happy to know that these quality windows have a lifetime warranty! We had great customer service and will use them in the future!

We were not in the market to replace our windows when Nick happened to ring our doorbell and set up an appointment to have a salesman come to give us some prices. That would be Mike. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and very convincing. Product demo convinced us to these were the windows to get. Garrett, the project mgr, came and measured and let us know what to expect going forward. Windows arrived in reasonable amount of time and installation was set up. Juan and his crew came and installed all our windows and sliding door in a matter of hours. What we really appreciated was Lucas, quality assurance mgr came and inspected the work. From beginning to end, was a good experience. They stand by their work and product.

We are very happy with our new window project. The guys who installed everything were awesome, and everybody else that we interacted with were great also. Seems they are all happy working for Power Home Remodeling. This speaks volumes for the Integrity of the whole organization and also the confidence that we picked the right company. We have already started the second project with them.

From the first visit by salesman, through the installation of windows, everyone was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Windows were installed in one day, cleaned up extremely well and we’re very pleased with the results. The next time we need remodeling done, we will definitely call Power Remodeling first.

We have all of our windows, exterior doors, trim, gutters, and radiant barrier ALL through Power Home Remodeling. The experience has been amazing, and they walked us through each phase of the projects. Answering all of our questions and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. They are professional, thorough, and extremely skilled for each specific type of install. To top it off, they also have high quality products. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Josh is really awesome. He took his time and explains everything. Then Eric came in and he was efficient with blue painting the project. And the install crews are really good. They are clean and they are quick with the install.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling was amazing. Starting from the young men knocking on the door was very helpful. The salesperson Scott J was amazing. He was very nice, respectful, and patient. Scott took the time to educate me on the different windows, gutters, roof, and attic. He also demonstrated the use of windows. Brian was the pre-install inspector that came into my home. Respectful as well. He was able to measure everything quickly and set up my appointment day. The crew foreman Miros and his team was very professional, respect, and quick during the installation. Brett and Mike quality assurance manager were amazing. They educated and demonstrated the use of windows. Brett and Mike checked attic, gutters, and assisted me with replacing alarms on new windows. They were professional, funny, entertaining, and most of all informative. I can't wait to do more projects.

Everything went smoothly and everyone was extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the sales team, financing department, and the final window install team, everything was really great with Power.

They came by early and had the siding done in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and were always courteous and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the work. You won’t find them-advertising! A+++++

We were really happy from first meeting the sales rep Blake, he took into account our concerns and budget. Today they installed windows on the front of our house and we can already notice the house being quieter and more comfortable. Usually we have critiques, but these guys did a great job.

Power Home Remodeling was easy to work with and offered convenient meetings at home to review pricing, financing, and materials prior to install. The consultant brought samples and worked through a bunch of options all at once. The pre-install went smoothly and they were honest about pricing - reducing the cost after field verifying the actual measurements. Overall was a great experience with the team.

I had my roof, gutters, and windows redone. Everyone that came to work on the house was helpful and kept me up to date throughout the project. When Cory came to do the estimate he brought samples and explained every aspect of the project. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was patient while I asked all of the questions I could think of. When he left I felt confident in the quality of work that was going to be done. I was not disappointed! Different crews came for each install and every time they were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after each project and I absolutely love the work that they did! I would definitely recommend Power to anyone.

I had 26 windows and 1 door replaced. I’m very happy with the quality and price of the product. Every person at Power has been respectful and professional. If I need additional windows or doors in the future, I’m going with Power Home Remodeling.

I highly recommend working with PHRG. The installation was seamless and efficient and staff go above and beyond. I work from home and was able to keep working while the installation took place. I was hesitant at first, but really glad to pull the plunge!

From start to finish it was very professional and seamless. They followed up throughout the entire process. Installation was thorough and cleaned up well after the install. Windows were also very high quality.

The installation crew showed up on time and started their work immediately. About an hour later the Quality Assurance Manager Mike Mcleroy showed up at the job to inspect how everything was going. He had found an issue with on one of the windows and had his crew take care of immediately. He had also notice some things that were originally thought that had to be replace. After his inspection of the job he made us aware of a few things we did not need to replace, so he made correction on the paper and saved us an additional 700 dollars. I would highly recommend Power Home Group Remodeling. Their work is excellent and the communication with us was spectacular. I was so happy with their work I had them replace all the gutters around my house as well. If you want great work and an honest staff I would recommend POWER HOME GROUP REMODELING.

Overall everything went well, very professional ,communicate well and this is our 2nd time using Power Windows. The staff has been friendly to work with very accommodating to our needs and taking extra care to resolve any issues that might be coming up with the project. We really love the quality of the new Pella window and the warranty is one of the strongest in the industry being lifetime. We will consider Power for recommendation to other people looking to purchase new windows for their home. And we’re very satisfied with our decision to use them again.

Had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling. Very thorough from start to finish and the window install went great. Happy to recommend others to use them. Their sales tactics can be a bit pushy but in the end it was a great experience overall.

Had seven windows replaced. Had an old bay window with overhang replaced with a doublehang. The bay window overhang area was not finished off, had to do it myself as I was worried about rain getting in the unfinished siding. The installers chipped my porcelain bathtub installing a small bathroom window. Heard them drop a tool. They did not notify me of the mishap/accident. Found out about the chipped tub myself on inspection of completed work. Outside Framing of replacement window in sunroom was not completed.

We are very happy with the finished product. The construction phase was done very quickly. Two days total to install 30 plus windows completely. Very friendly crews and office staff. We enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

Power was incredibly professional from the estimate process all the way to post-installation follow-up. The windows are incredibly high quality and easy to use, and all the company representatives communicated incredibly well throughout the process and were very informative and friendly.

Extremely thorough and patient. Very understanding for budgetary needs. Crew was amazing and the Inspection manager and staff were friendly and helpful. No pressure. Just providing much needed solutions that fit our budgetary needs and requirements.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Each person that I met and spoke with were very knowledgeable and set me at ease with what they shared with me. The installers were top notch. They came in ready to work. Just watching them, assured me that I was getting great service. As I look out the windows I can definitely see clearly now.

Communication and assurances received from Power Home Remodeling were not supported by how they did business nor how the job was completed. I chose to do the pay in full option for my door project and was told this payment would be due on the day of installation. The salesman also advised me they must run a credit report in the event I was unable to pay in full and needed to switch to financing during the project. Instead, I received a call within a week that due to my credit report I must pay 50% down in order to have my door ordered and the balance of 50% at the day of installation. I questioned the representative, as this was not the reason communicated to me as to why my credit report was being ran. All the representative could do was say she was sorry that the salesman didn't tell me the truth and that she needed 50% to proceed.

The windows and the warranty sell themselves. The products are awesome and the service is impeccable. Without a doubt, we would absolutely recommend Power Home Remodeling to all of our friends and family.

From start to finish, my general experience was positive. Company had great communication. Gutters were extremely quick to put up and the whole project went smoothly. Overall, I'm happy with the rest and peace of mind from the warranty.

Power has revolutionized in putting in windows of good quality. Having done this myself, everything was done perfect. From the salesman and all the other people involved in this project were courteous, professional, and real. 30 years ago I had my own remodeling company called all American concepts. Knowing that my company would not succeed due to financial backer he walked, but you have a reputation of over 30 years in business. That is why I chose Power. Power Home Remodeling did a fantastic job on our double hung windows, sliding glass door, and back door replacement. From start to finish, they were kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their product and of course the installation. We had a smooth experience with the install and we’re so pleased with the efficiency of the install and final product. The only issue was a few hiccups in communication, however, their communication overall was far superior to the average contractor.

The initial presentation was very thorough. I never felt that I was pressured to buy. The set up for installing was very professional and they communicated at every step of the way. It felt like they had genuine concern about our project and was determined to make sure there wasn't any problems. I would honestly say I would contract with them again for future projects and would recommend to my friends and family.

I used Power for all my windows and sliding glass door. They pulled permits and took care of everything for me it was a seamless process. Professional throughout the entire process. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend!

The team was very knowledgeable and attentive from product design and education through install and follow up inspection. They provided direct contacts for each step of the process and were very prompt at following up on requests and calls. They have multiple crews—each dedicated to the product type install. They were quick to make any needed repairs and their products and work are warrantied for a long time. I already have my next project booked with them and getting a quote for the next one.

The entire crew were amazing. From Matt (who explained the process and products) to Ikaru (window installer). Very nice and accommodating. They all did a FANTASTIC job. We're so happy we went with Power!

Initial salesperson was helpful and not pushy. Pre-install inspection was only a couple of weeks after and the window install happened within about 6 weeks of the initial visit from the salesperson. Installation for 8 windows was done the same day, crew did a good job and cleaned everything up afterwards

Had a great experience with windows installation: starting from the salesperson and all through the QA. Everybody was super professional, the windows looks amazing. But was is most important these days are the customer service experience we had. They come, explain everything and no surprises are there. Very flexible on scheduling and rescheduling. Never tries to push you to buy more that you need. Will definitely return for our next home improvement.

They replaced all the windows in the house. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and showed us different options. For the install, they were very efficient and were very considerate of us and our animals! They did great from beginning to end taking the old ones out and replacing the new ones! I was shocked at how fast the installation took. From the first appointment to the end of the work was just a handful of days. They worked around my schedule and more importantly they made sure I was happy with the project at every step. Then they helped me activate the warranty and make sure I was pleased.

I had an overall great experience with the Power employees. From the estimators to the installers to the inspector. The inspector even went out of his way to help me figure out what was going on with my roof.

Power Home Remodeling had knocked on my door offering some exterior vinyl siding, gutters, and shutters for the exterior of my home which was much needed. They scheduled a consultation going over their company, products they use (all from vendors that they solely work with), and the employees who solely work with them so no day labor issues. Also since Power Home uses their own products & employees, they can guarantee their work & products. I recommend these guys for siding, windows, doors, roofing, & attic insulation. Thank you guys!

I have a 100 year old house so just the time and dedication it took to get my windows and front door installed was greatly appreciate. My review was 4.5 star initially because of the amount of nails and debris left behind in my yard/around my home. I have a small child and dog so I have reason for concern. Let's fast forward to my extremely late front door install with a combination deadbolt lock that has not work since the door was installed. Then a few weeks later a replacement that did not have keys. Not to go unmentioned I still don't have a date for installation of a fully functional combination deadbolt with keys. Power is trending in the wrong direction and this review will soon be 1 or 2 star on Google and yelp!

Disappointed with the quality of work from a company who boasts quality as the thing that separates them from the rest. It’s difficult to understand how anyone could have taken a step back, looked at their work, and thought they did a good, or even acceptable job. The attention to detail was so poor that it calls into question the integrity of the roof itself.

From day one, Power was very good at stating all the information I needed for the work I wanted to get done. The vendor came to the house and showed us all the products and was very interesting. Crews came out and installed everything pretty fast. There were a few things wrong, but power will take care of everything. So all good. Overall pretty satisfied with the company itself. Plus you get lifetime warranty so that's a plus.

Fast and thorough install. Appreciate there being a secondary measure appointment and a quality assurance review at the end of the project. Financing was available but chose to use my own financing option instead.

We finally upgraded our original builder-grade windows and couldn't be happier with not only Power's products but also the service. Replacing all of the windows in our home as well as our patio door took them less than 4 hours including clean up, walk through, and demo. I appreciated the window install, but more than that- the logistical systems that were used in terms of follow-ups, surveys and thorough explanations locally and through the national dispatch were completely professional! I can scrutinize the product and service as a builder, but I really loved the customer interaction.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. The product is top-notch. The installers are experienced and very talented at their craft. They cleaned up everything so it was like they were never there. Sales and inspection personnel are extremely knowledgeable about the products and the trades.

Experience went well. We love our new siding. Home had a lot of rotting wood and they were able to remediate that as well as replace the siding. There was a little damage done to our deck. However the QA representative took pictures and assured us that the damage would be taken care of within a couple of weeks. From the Sales person, contractors and the QA staff, everyone was professional and courteous. 5 plus on customer service.

I had a great experience with the inspection crew and the installation crew. The inspection crew did a great job with inspecting and telling us what would be done and how it will be done. They were very friendly and did a great job explaining what kind of windows would be installed and how they would install them. The installation crew did a great job with installing the windows. They did their best to not disturb us with unnecessary noise. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs window replacement.

Learned about Power from a door knocker. Needed windows so I listened and decided to sign up for the presentation. The conversation with the sales rep was easy and natural not a sales presentation. The follow up with the person who measured was quick and pleasant. Install day went perfectly. The lead installer was really cool focusing on keeping me informed and answered all my questions. At the end he walked me around the house introducing me to each window and how it worked. The QA person came by to inspect the work and gave me more information. In all this was a pleasant experience particularly because they delivered on their promise.

Let’s face it, getting new siding isn’t the first thing on the wish list. It’s an expensive investment. But if you are considering taking the leap, trust this company. Great salespeople, great installers, great experience.

Contract **. We spent $15K on gutter replacement and windows. The windows were nice. I think they did a nice job with replacements and cleanup. No collateral damage which was a bonus. Then came the gutters, not so nice... There was a gap between the gutter backstop and the siding; which was blamed on the 20 year old siding. I was assured it was cosmetic only and would not pose a leak problem. Time will tell. The big problem is they failed to secure one of the soffits they replaced. I tried to get them back.

The window installation was very good. The installers were professional, communicated well with us during the installation, resolved any installation issues, and did a thorough clean up. The only downside was communications between us and the front office personnel. Communications needs to improve. Calls to the office need to be returned and changes in crew expectations need to be communicated.
