He was so thorough while explaining our home's current health, what we should look for if we decide to not go with Power Home Remodeling and what Power had to offer. We had a leak in our roof only 1.5 years into buying our house. We were recommended by a family member to check out Power. We met with a few other roofing companies but it was very overwhelming. Once we met with the Power rep we felt a lot better. Yes it is a large investment, but Ryan walked through everything seamlessly. It is a rare sight to see a group of employees genuinely love working for their company. The crew showed up on time, we knew when materials were going to be delivered and we're walked through every step of the process. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Everyone we met with was courteous from salesperson to installers. Our salesman was not pushy and very understanding. The inspector that came out to make sure everything was measured correctly for the job was very courteous. The installers were also great. They were very conscious of making sure the areas were clean as they worked since we have a 20 month old and 4 year old grandchildren running around near the work areas. Inspection was done of all doors with us and they answered any questions we may have had. All the trash was cleaned up and removed before they departed. The following day a quality inspector came and made sure we were happy with all the work that was done and inspected everything. Overall everyone was on time and completed the work on schedule. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

I highly recommend using Power Home Remodeling for any window project you may have. My old windows were original to the house that was built in 1979. I had a few estimates to replace them and Power was hands down the most professional company I dealt with. The construction of their windows is on par with Anderson and Pella but closer to 30% - 40% less. Even better, I didn't pay one penny until the job was complete. The sales people I dealt with Nic and Tre could not have been more professional. Both took the time to explain every detail of the both the product and the project. From the time they the quoted the project to the install was less than a month for custom built windows that fit perfectly in a 45 year old house. The install was done in one day and and all I can say is WOW! great job, great product and great people to work with.....I will be using them again for future projects....

The windows & sliding glass door products are amazing! The experience from initial consult through installation was informative and professional. The QA/QC rep, Moe, answered all questions we had and patiently talked us through the installation process. The installation crew was phenomenal! I was surprised how well they cleaned as they went and before they left. Everyone we corresponded with in the process was courteous and helpful. We are pleased and highly recommend Power for their windows!

We were approached by Power when we moved into our house 5 years ago about window replacements, but we were not ready to make such a large investment at the time. Last year we started looking around for windows and Power kept popping up. A couple things we liked about Power more than the other companies we talked to are the following: everyone we worked with were super genuine and patient. We have many small children and animals, and no one was disturbed, rude, or negative about this. They made us feel very comfortable. When they showed us the product we were also impressed with how genuine they talked about it and all the data they were able to present with their product. Even after l, while researching on our own, we only read good reviews and statistics about their work. Overall the experience went well, and our windows are amazing!

Power Home Remodeling did an excellent job doing my window upgrade. The windows were original to the house and need an upgrade. Power uses a custom Pella window that has a high energy rating and have some unique features that help prevent some of the problems I was having with my old windows. An individual came and sat with me to answer all of my questions and showed me samples of the windows. They have excellent communication and kept me informed of the progress of my windows as they were made. They have an individual come out on the day of install to make sure the project is going as you desire and to answer any questions that arise. They came with a large crew and got the job done efficiently. Clean up was completed to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the overall process and would recommend.

Knowing that the work needed to be done here (roofing/siding/etc) and that I was unable to complete these due to age and health. It was truly a blessing when a representative from Power knocked on my door. He was quite friendly and personable and easily won my trust and a connection was established. I must say that through all phases of sales, coordination of construction stages and actual installation. All personal were skilled, friendly and precise with their work. I will use only Power for all my projects.

Some of the windows were not finished professionally and this was quite noticeable. When a representative from Power called me about the project, I informed him of the problem and submitted pictures of the areas under question. He scheduled workers to come back and address the problem. The problem was addressed.

Matt was the one who sold me on this company, he was professional and easy going not pushy (my type of salesman). Install team arrived on time and quickly replaced 6 windows and doors and were professional the whole time. Was a good deal for rates during this time and even better if was no money down. I have no problem using this company for future improvements.

This review is for a recent project I had done using Power. The entire experience was fantastic. Everyone was super knowledgeable. Nick, Josh, and Rich really help me from a place of ignorance to feeling confident about my decisions. The installation was handle by Chris, who seemed to be that guy that's seen it at. Inspection was quick with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. Best warranty in the industry and quality products.

Overall, great experience. The installation was quick and seamless. The employees were friendly and respectful of my property. The only issue I had was when I had a warranty issue. I had to call multiple times, the person didn't show up at least once, they rescheduled at least one other time, and it took a long time before the issue was resolved. Everyone I worked with was friendly, I just wish the communication was better and they were quicker and more efficient when dealing with follow-up and warranty issues.

We just had insulation blown in and back in 2021 had all new windows out in. The company was top notch in courtesy, professionalism, communication at every step of the process. These are big investments and I appreciated that phone calls didn't go to a call center in another country. The windows have made a huge difference in comfort in the home and I still get shocked that sun coming in a West facing window in the summer does NOT heat up the house! I have and would continue to recommend this company.

The sales experience was a lil long but he covered a lot. I settled on 3 windows and the install was so easy just 3 or 4 guys knocked out 3 windows in 4 hours. Very clean install, very respectful. We had the front windows of our house (9 total) replaced today by Maycon with Crew 3 this morning. They were early to the house, very friendly and did a fantastic job managing the messes from removing the old windows and cleaned up like they were never there. The quality of the windows, the professionalism of the crew and the warranty that comes with them is hands down fantastic first class service. Every step of the process has been a wonderful experience and all the Power employees that have been at our house have been an absolute pleasure.

This has been an extremely satisfying purchase that I’ve made with Power Home Remodeling. I have had several estimates in the past, but nothing compared to the quality of the products, the people, and the service that I received from power home remodeling. I originally budgeted for a smaller project, but the easy financing helped me achieve getting it all done at once. I am so happy with the explanation of what was going on with my home, and also the thorough presentation that demonstrated all of the features that the new roof Would include. A few years ago I had insulation put in the attic and did not have a good experience with Power. The 2nd time was recently and David knocked on the door and asked about our windows. I told him that I did not have a good experience with Power. He was very professional and polite that I decide to give them another try and glad that I did. Julie came out the second time and knocked it out of the park. Install went as promised and were overall much happier now.

It was overall a great as an experience. I have been putting this off for a while, knowing I needed to get the roof repaired They explain everything that needed to be done on a pre-installation visit. On the day of the visit they also uncovered other issues and fix them on the spot. They also help me with the financing and make the whole things as painless as getting your roof repaired can be.

We had our gutters and soffits replaced and the individuals we worked with were professional and easy to work with. The work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up after themselves. We appreciate the QA manager coming by afterward to check on the work and answer any questions.

The team at Power were amazing from the first initial appointment to the install inspector were both punctual and profession. Also the crew showed up early and began work on the gutters and siding. As I expected it to take 3-7 days it was done so fast if you blink you would miss the install. The Power team and crew were so professional and awesome.

My wife and I were thinking about replacing windows when a salesman from Power Home Remodeling stopped by, he was quite polite and we set up an appointment with a remodeling consultant. For that appointment we worked with Trey ** who did an excellent job at showing us the type of window (Pella) that Power Home Remodeling installs and walked us through issues that he found with the windows. The issues were things we were somewhat aware of, but he was able to talk through the possible issues to not dealing with the issues. He also was able to talk through the various advantages of the windows and was able to put out an estimate for replacing all the windows as well as an estimate for replacing the windows in the worst condition.

I am very impressed with the quality of the product and customer service provided to me by Power Home Remodeling. Customer service is top notch all the way through the process. They are very thorough with what product you are receiving and how it affects your home. Sales reps are very knowledgeable about the products and have demonstrations for what you are getting. There also options for financing too. They have people come out to your home and make sure everything is good to go for the project and prep you for what you need to do. The crews are very professional and do very well to clean up afterwards. Quality assurance also comes out to the site to talk you through the process as it's happening and how to use it. I received windows and a sliding glass door and they are great quality. Beyond impressed and highly recommend this company.

Everything was great, from point of contact Minnie, follow-up measurements with Nate, installation and final inspection with Moe. The windows look great and I love the functionality of them in every room. New door has yet to be installed, but I expect that service will be on par with that of the windows. Overall, impressed with the quality of product as well as the installation and clean-up. It is a tad bit pricey, not the most expensive, but certainly higher than something from the big box stores, but you get what you pay for in the end.
