The customer service has been amazing. Punctually is a great peace of mind and they were right on time or early. I also got a huge savings once everything was recalculated. Who doesn’t love saving money? Investing in my home to become more energy efficient even if just it’s one project at a time, in the long run it will pay off hugely.

Had roofing, gutters and trim done by Power Home Remodeling! They did an excellent job explaining the process and products. Everybody we've worked with has been highly professional. The workers got their job done within the day and cleaned up as if they weren't ever here.

I really cannot say enough good things about Power and their professionalism and completeness when it comes to work and project management. They have done two projects for us so far, both of them major (Roof and Windows) and they have not disappointed. Top notch construction work and top notch management at every level. We're already planning a third project. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

The work performed was high quality and on time. Every installer I dealt with was courteous, clean and professional. The remainder of the staff leave a lot to be desired. The sales people are pushy and intrusive and use double talk to get you to sign. During the pre-inspection we were told that the cost of any repair work was covered in our contract and that we were only liable for materials. After the work was done we were issued a bill for the repairs and forced to pay extra. We were then shorted 2 screens and it took months to get them. Would not use them again.

Power Remodeling did an excellent job. Mario was one of the hardest working people no have seen. They did exactly what they said they would do! The price was fair and the team was outstanding! Jordan spent an extended amount of time showing us the product and giving us our options without pressure. Nate was professional and put us at ease during pre-install our inspection. The siding, trim, and gutters were extremely high quality. We are completely satisfied and will have additional work done on our house in the future.

Excellent service and a quality product. We had Power come out an estimate new windows for our home. We replaced all of our windows, insulated our attic, and replaced our front door. Our home is far more energy efficient and our new windows and door look great! The experience from start to finish was great. Everyone we spoke with and interacted with at Power was very nice and helpful. The installers were very careful to cover items and put down drop clothes & runners. They were extremely fast and efficient with the install. When the install was complete we were shown how to remove our new windows from the inside to clean them. Quality of work was double-checked to ensure our satisfaction.

Wonderful experience with Power, from the initial knock on the door, the assessment with Rich K., pre-install inspection with Steve and his partner, door/window replacement with Aaron and his crew, to the QA with Lucas. All interactions were professional and personable. These folks really work to take care of their customers! Very impressed with the product and the service!

Great customer care, everyone I spoke with explained everything and answered every question I had in a way I understood. They showed me the window and explained how it worked long before they were installed. They have a website that allows you to keep track of the entire process. A lifetime warranty is a huge plus! Install for 11 windows took about half a day and that was fantastic! I have and will continue to recommend this company, they are truly amazing and it’s no wonder they have been around so long!

The new door looks and feels great! The transition from the old door to the new door was almost seamless. The installers were very competent and courteous, they answered all of our questions and concerns with no hesitation. The installers came on time and worked all day putting in 28 windows and capping 13 more. The installers were very professional and polite. Update: the quality control manager visited the following day after install and identified a couple items that needed to be addressed; this is their SOP.

Power Home Remodeling completed my window installation in July 2023, and allowed me to wait until March 2024 to complete the project with the half-eyebrow windows which they began providing after the initial window install. The windows are manufactured by Pella and are gorgeous! I am now contracting Power to install new 6k gutters and downspouts. I have found every Power employee I worked with to be knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I highly recommend this company for your home renovations.

The guys at Power have all been really helpful in getting our door installation completed to our satisfaction. The initial install of our door was done with the wrong exterior trim. This was due to a mix matching of entries on the install sheet. But the issue was quickly discovered and a refit plan was put in place. Otherwise, the complete process has been very good.

We have had a great experience with this company. We were initially approached by a representative at our home offering a free quote on replacing our windows. I was skeptical at first but went ahead and scheduled for someone to come out. Our house was built in the 1990s and still had builder grade windows so I was interested in seeing about having them at least looked at to see what we're working with. The representative who came out was great. He was very knowledgeable and honest with us, as was every other person we worked with. I was surprised when finding out they use Pella brand windows, which are great quality. Not only do they do windows, but doors, insulation, roofing and more. We decided to replace our windows and doors and could not be happier with the final product. I would highly recommend this company if you want some high quality upgrades for your home.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We met Lee at our door and he was friendly and quick and setting up our appointment. Jordan came out and gave the window presentation and we were impressed with the insulated glass and frames. Crew installed all 25 windows today in under 7 hours, we were shocked. Highly recommend, the house looks great.

Our experience was very good all around with Power. Started with Steffen who was very nice and not pushy when he came to the door. Jody who came to give us the estimate was amazing and went above a beyond to make sure we could get our project done and understood the process. Harry who did our inspection was very informative so we knew what to expect on install day. The install day also went very smoothly and our doors and windows are beautiful!

We had a leak in our roof only 1.5 years into buying our house. We were recommended by a family member to check out Power. We met with a few other roofing companies but it was very overwhelming. Once we met with the Power rep we felt a lot better. Yes it is a large investment, but Ryan walked through everything seamlessly. It is a rare sight to see a group of employees genuinely love working for their company. The crew showed up on time, we knew when materials were going to be delivered and we're walked through every step of the process. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Everyone we met with was courteous from salesperson to installers. Our salesman was not pushy and very understanding. The inspector that came out to make sure everything was measured correctly for the job was very courteous. The installers were also great. They were very conscious of making sure the areas were clean as they worked since we have a 20 month old and 4 year old grandchildren running around near the work areas. Inspection was done of all doors with us and they answered any questions we may have had. All the trash was cleaned up and removed before they departed. The following day a quality inspector came and made sure we were happy with all the work that was done and inspected everything. Overall everyone was on time and completed the work on schedule. I highly recommend using Power Home Remodeling for any window project you may have. My old windows were original to the house that was built in 1979. I had a few estimates to replace them and Power was hands down the most professional company I dealt with. The construction of their windows is on par with Anderson and Pella but closer to 30% - 40% less. Even better, I didn't pay one penny until the job was complete. The sales people I dealt with Nic and Tre could not have been more professional. Both took the time to explain every detail of the both the product and the project. From the time they the quoted the project to the install was less than a month for custom built windows that fit perfectly in a 45 year old house. The install was done in one day and and all I can say is WOW! great job, great product and great people to work with.....I will be using them again for future projects....

We were approached by Power when we moved into our house 5 years ago about window replacements, but we were not ready to make such a large investment at the time. Last year we started looking around for windows and Power kept popping up. A couple things we liked about Power more than the other companies we talked to are the following: everyone we worked with were super genuine and patient. We have many small children and animals, and no one was disturbed, rude, or negative about this. They made us feel very comfortable. When they showed us the product we were also impressed with how genuine they talked about it and all the data they were able to present with their product. Even after l, while researching on our own, we only read good reviews and statistics about their work. Overall the experience went well, and our windows are amazing!

Power Home Remodeling did an excellent job doing my window upgrade. The windows were original to the house and need an upgrade. Power uses a custom Pella window that has a high energy rating and have some unique features that help prevent some of the problems I was having with my old windows. An individual came and sat with me to answer all of my questions and showed me samples of the windows. They have excellent communication and kept me informed of the progress of my windows as they were made. They have an individual come out on the day of install to make sure the project is going as you desire and to answer any questions that arise. They came with a large crew and got the job done efficiently. Clean up was completed to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the overall process and would recommend.

Knowing that the work needed to be done here (roofing/siding/etc) and that I was unable to complete these due to age and health. It was truly a blessing when a representative from Power knocked on my door. He was quite friendly and personable and easily won my trust and a connection was established. I must say that through all phases of sales, coordination of construction stages and actual installation. All personal were skilled, friendly and precise with their work. Some of the windows were not finished professionally and this was quite noticeable. When a representative from Power called me about the project, I informed him of the problem and submitted pictures of the areas under question. He scheduled workers to come back and address the problem. The problem was addressed.

Matt was the one who sold me on this company, he was professional and easy going not pushy (my type of salesman). Install team arrived on time and quickly replaced 6 windows and doors and were professional the whole time. Was a good deal for rates during this time and even better if was no money down. Raud and Rasa went out of their ways to correct and satisfy us as their customers. This review is for a recent project I had done using Power. The entire experience was fantastic. Everyone was super knowledgeable. Nick, Josh, and Rich really help me from a place of ignorance to feeling confident about my decisions. The installation was handle by Chris, who seemed to be that guy that's seen it at. Inspection was quick with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. Best warranty in the industry and quality products.

Overall, great experience. The installation was quick and seamless. The employees were friendly and respectful of my property. The only issue I had was when I had a warranty issue. I had to call multiple times, the person didn't show up at least once, they rescheduled at least one other time, and it took a long time before the issue was resolved. Everyone I worked with was friendly, I just wish the communication was better and they were quicker and more efficient when dealing with follow-up and warranty issues.

We just had insulation blown in and back in 2021 had all new windows out in. The company was top notch in courtesy, professionalism, communication at every step of the process. These are big investments and I appreciated that phone calls didn't go to a call center in another country. The windows have made a huge difference in comfort in the home and I still get shocked that sun coming in a West facing window in the summer does NOT heat up the house! I have and would continue to recommend this company.

We had in our house a remodeling consultant called Gus and he made everything very straightforward with the process of explaining everything to us and we decided to install our roof. The day of the installation came and everything was spot on, they finished the same day and we loved it.

The sales experience was a lil long but he covered a lot. I settled on 3 windows and the install was so easy just 3 or 4 guys knocked out 3 windows in 4 hours. Very clean install, very respectful. Did everything right the first time. I love the windows and I'm ready to finish the others. The quality assurance after the install was awesome. Great experience, will use them again.

Power was awesome! The staff was professional, listened to my needs, have quality products, always arrived on time and did not overstay their welcome. Throughout the process they communicated and addressed any questions. In addition, the company has an app with everything that was discussed, agreements, pictures taken, info about the company and more. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again.

We had the front windows of our house (9 total) replaced today by Maycon with Crew 3 this morning. They were early to the house, very friendly and did a fantastic job managing the messes from removing the old windows and cleaned up like they were never there. The quality of the windows, the professionalism of the crew and the warranty that comes with them is hands down fantastic first class service. Every step of the process has been a wonderful experience and all the Power employees that have been at our house have been an absolute pleasure.

I have had several estimates in the past, but nothing compared to the quality of the products, the people, and the service that I received from power home remodeling. I originally budgeted for a smaller project, but the easy financing helped me achieve getting it all done at once. I am so happy with the explanation of what was going on with my home, and also the thorough presentation that demonstrated all of the features that the new roof Would include. Cleanup and timing was exceptional and the communication throughout the job was perfect. Very happy with my project.

A few years ago I had insulation put in the attic and did not have a good experience with Power. The 2nd time was recently and David knocked on the door and asked about our windows. I told him that I did not have a good experience with Power. He was very professional and polite that I decide to give them another try and glad that I did. Julie came out the second time and knocked it out of the park. Install went as promised and were overall much happier now.
