The salesman gave an excellent explanation of the product and warranty. The crew showed up promptly and was respectful and professional. Every step of the process was well-explained and accurate. The follow-up was prompt and the customer service office responded well to my inquiry.

All crew were on time, friendly and professional. The job was completed in the time frame that was explained. The installs happened in a timely manner although the roof and gutter dates flip flopped. Overall, we were really satisfied with the job and the whole process.

We had our gutters and windows done. Overall it was a good experience. They worked with us on the financing and were not pushy. The only complaint I had is that they could have done a better job cleaning up after the gutter installation. I found a few screws and pieces of metal in the yard afterward but it wasn't much.

From start to finish, everyone who we worked with was professional, caring and honest. The job was done in a timely manner and was done well. Everyone took care with our home and our yard. We would highly recommend Power.

We used Power to install a new roof on our home (approximately a 16 year old roof) and we are very satisfied with the results! It was our first time working with them as a company and we greatly appreciated how thorough they were throughout the whole process (and regularly communicated with updates)! Matt was in our neighborhood and very politely asked if we were interested in some home improvements and we scheduled a free in home estimate a few days later. We had a very enjoyable experiencing working with Jason and Mitch during our estimate and they were extremely knowledgeable about the products and the company! They made sure that we understood all of our options and were very helpful in getting us the best deal they possibly could. There was an incredibly short turn around from when we agreed to the no money down commitment and Matt was very friendly and informative during his pre-installment inspection.

All teams involved in my projects were professional and courteous. Projects all completed on time with no problems. Would recommend for any home project. Attic insulation has decreased the heat in my upper floor significantly.

From the start of Sean knocking on our door, our experience has been wonderful! He wasn't pushy, only helpful and made the initial start of the process exciting. Next came Mike - who was phenomenal! He was personable, showed us all of the products they'd be using and how they are better than the rest (and they are!), and gave us so much insight on the process of the remodel. He wasn't pushy at all and made the experience exciting while interacting with our boys and making us feel so comfortable.

I can’t believe I was finally able to get my Power windows!! My Mother has them here in Georgia, my best friend in New Jersey and my Cousin here in Georgia. We all can’t speak high enough of this company. They are true professionals. They are very efficient and clean up after themselves when they finish a job. Then after the job is finished they send yet another guy out to check the job to make sure you are totally satisfied and happy with your new windows! I didn’t want to put back up the window treatments because they are so beautiful to look at.

I’m happy we went with Power Home Remodeling because their agents were thorough evaluating our home and providing window options to meet our needs. We were approved for a loan, and got on the schedule within a couple weeks. Unfortunately, we had to move our installation date due to shipping, but the Power team was flexible and had good communication throughout the process. On the day of, the installers showed up early in their time window, and worked great with our family and pets. Our previous windows had warped and gapped, letting smoke, pollen, and cold into the house. Our blinds were sun bleached. The new windows open & close easily and completely, are easy to clean, and come with an extensive warranty. At this time, we only replace 7 windows, but we plan to replace the others soon.

They were punctual, very precise, as well as professional at what they did with my door. They were also clean, not making any unnecessary messes; and then they did not take long-only taking them around 3 hours to get done.

Power has been great from start to finish. We have received excellent communication every step of the way, and the employees have been clear, thorough, professional, and likable. Roof looks awesome to boot!

Excellent customer service. Attentive to the various needs of the project and cognizant of the expense burden on the homeowner (me!). They worked with me to break the project up into manageable phases that would allow me to complete it.

They were timely and efficient. Carlos was super helpful and patient with us as they installed a week early and we weren't fully prepared. Dylan was the sales man and did a good job to answering questions. Loved them so much, got some more!

We were very impressed with everyone we worked with on this experience. Definitely a quality team at work. Each step and phase of this project has a person to speak with and ask questions to. We learned a lot about our home as we went through this experience. Lots of pictures were provided of everything. Really good advice on this project as well as ideas for future projects. Great trustworthy people at every phase. We felt reassured that they sent a very knowledgeable quality assurance manager to come inspect the project upon completion. We will definitely use Power again in the future & refer them to all our friends, family & neighbors.

I did multiple projects. The crews, left my home cleaner than it was prior to work completion. My electric bill dropped $200 just w/ roofing. Love the ease of mind that the work was done right. They sent Karl for quality assurance and he was thorough in the walk through. Ben, drove to my house immediately and even contacted me after hours (for my convenience) to help with scheduling. I would highly recommend PHR.

Our salesman, Chris, was very personable and friendly. He spent a long time explaining every step. We knew what step in the process we were at at all times. Install went perfectly and done in one day!

They came earlier than expected and completed the job in 2 days. They worked quickly and cleaned up very well. We have received so many compliments on how the house looks now. The container with those materials that were discarded still remains in the driveway. We received a hood that doesn’t fit on our kitchen fan and there is no match.

Scheduling and install were quick and efficient. End product was very high quality. All comments and issues were resolved with professional courtesy. Questions were answered with knowledge and experience. The crew performing the work were very efficient and effective.

We were very happy with the crews that worked on our window, door and siding projects. However, payment was demanded before the siding job was finished. Communication after the project was over was awful. Even after texts and emails from us, three weeks later there is still a pile of building materials in our front yard. We had neighbors who helped remove wet cardboard and the pallet because it was damaging the lawn.

All the representatives were knowledgeable and helped answer our questions. Communication was great throughout the process, they kept us very informed. Workers showed up on time and did a quick but thorough job.

We have used Power for all of our major jobs, including roof, gutters, and now windows and doors. We are hoping they will branch into interior remodeling.

When we decided to change our windows to our home, we didn’t know who to go with. Luckily Power Remodeling sales rep knock in our door. Presentation and explaining the window products was great and we didn’t feel pressure to buy or make decision. We ended up signing contract Because we loved how representative explained the product and the lifetime guaranteed. After signing. Contract, we downloaded app that gave us the date and time of installation. Any updates or changes made, I could see in app. On day of installations, the contractors got to our home on time and ready to work. In a matter of 5 minutes, workers had all bedrooms and furniture covered. It was amazing to see how fast they worked. After installation we had Mr. Nick come down to make final inspections and any answers we had. He walk-us through the whole house, inside and outside and also made other home renovations recommendations for the future.

Great experience! We are completely satisfied with the results and product. The crew were professional and friendly. We didn’t have siding in mind but we are happy with the results and are very happy we did it.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Tim made sure to answer any questions I had when he came for the estimate. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions and available when I called him. Rod came out for the preinstallation inspection and gave me the opportunity to change any final details on color or siding. He was also very knowledgeable. Luis was the project manager during installation and he was super helpful and would ask questions to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. The work was done well and pretty fast. The house is beautiful and looks great.

They arrived when they said they would. Professional workers. Cleaned up each day. We only had one problem which was keeping the gate closed for our dogs. They did help look for the dogs. Otherwise, quick and efficient.

I purchase almost $30,000 worth of windows for my two-story home in 2017, to replace the original wood-framed windows. The sales demo was impressive and the salesperson was easy to work with. However, the installation crew was not; they wanted to stay later than we had agreed by several hours and had to come back the next day to finish. Not long after, we discovered that the quality of the work was sub-par and they had to send someone else to to repair bad seals in several places. In 2020, we began to notice dark brown discoloration on the inside of one of the windows, between the panes. I called in 2021 to report the failing window and was told that someone would call me once a replacement was available. I heard nothing for about 9 months, and so I called again, this time not only to check on the previous window but to report 5 more ugly, failing windows.

From the sales rep Gus to install to post install verification everything was great! The Gus came and gave us a great presentation carefully explaining everything and showing us all our options. The pricing was fair and worth it, the very first day after the new windows were installed I could feel the difference in temp in the house on our second floor, we also noticed how quite it was too. The doors even came in early and we’re very happy with the duel colors we were able to get. Im very happy and would use them again if we need anything else!

They say it takes 3-5 weeks, it took the 5 weeks but they first gave us a 3 week date!! Keep that in mind, they can and most likely will move your date of install

Was very easy to work with them. I had known I needed some new windows for a bit and they came to the door at the right time. Matt the rep did a great job walking me through the windows and pointing out some of the issues with my current windows. One thing I really appreciated was their honesty in which windows really needed to be replaced, those that could wait, and then those that were recent enough that they didn't need anything for a while. They didn't try to just blind upsell me for the sake of a bigger deal. Because of this when I look to get windows in the future I'll be looking at them again.

Matt was really helpful explaining everything we should expect from the installation. He spent almost 3 hours answering all our questions. The only missing star is due to the installation team leaving some trash behind. However, they are coming to rectify that shortly.

The sales team did excellent job for explaining everything about roof replacement and made sure we understand the whole process. They all showed up on time which we really appreciate. There was a miscommunication on the day of the installation where the crew didn’t finish installing the roof and didn’t give us update on when they come back. We had to call them the day after to come back to finish and clean up. They showed up right after calling and finished up everything perfectly, so the end result was great, but caused some confusion during the first day so I’m taking one star off. The customer service was excellent and and we would love to work with them again. I just wanted to encourage them to improve the communication with the crews with customers.

The work was done professionally. The communication between workers and me was good and professional. The QA manager was great at explaining the work done and the warranty on the work. My experience has been good.

Work once done was good, had issues due to new model of sliding door, which was not sent with installation instructions, so the installer installed it incorrectly the first time, and we never got the key to the lock. Due to the delays in fixing said door, financing got screwed up, causing lots of issues. Very happy with Siding, Window & Door once work was complete, but still cleaning up after workers. Getting the company to respond once workers left is problematic, and their app sucks.

They finished the entire job (roof, soffit faciae, gutters) in 2.5 days. They did great work, and cleaned up very thoroughly. Oscar was very thorough in explaining everything, and Matt was very good during the final inspection.

Did the job quickly and efficiently. There a few small issues that were enthusiastically addressed. All personnel were friendly and addressed any questions before, during, and after the project was completed.

When the rep came out, he was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He provided me with an estimate and gave me time to think about it. I decided to have my doors done and if that went well, I would do the rest of the things that I had the estimate for.

We replaced the aluminum windows in our house and they turned out amazing. The guys who installed them were extremely polite and kept us up to date the entire time. My only issue was with clean up inside the house. We were told when we set up our appointment that tarps would be placed down and everything would be cleaned up, windows being wiped down after installation. What bothered me was that a day later I am finding tiny pieces of the aluminum window on the floor in my children's bedroom and some in our storage room. Everything was cleaned up outside and looked great. I would still recommend them 100%. We will be using them again when we decide to replace our back porch windows as well.

This is the second time I have attempted to use Power Home Remodeling but once again, it is quite bad. The first time I signed with them, I got my attic blown in with insulation. I was promised by the rep discount after discount to stick with the company as I was doing multiple bids. It did feel too good to be true, which was exactly the case. They came to my home, and before work started I asked about the total price and why it was not reflected yet, to which their answer was it takes 30 days after the job to get my rebates and promotional pricing. I thought it sounded fair, so the job was completed, but no discounts ever came.

The workmanship is very good, there were a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed quickly. After the initial windows were installed, the "Manager" who was supposed to come out and inspect everything, had one thing on his mind, and that was to go to the attic. There he was on a mission to sell me more product and warn me of he dangers. He was a closer, not a Manager in my opinion. I have tried several times to contact him, to no avail. I ended up buying more, like gutters, facia, and soffits, that were past due to being replaced. Another thing, if you want to pay cash, they have to run your credit. Makes no sense at all. All in all, I'm happy with the work (once its all fixed), but the process is sneaky, and I don't like that.

In working a price list with Mrs. London **, she quoted me a price of $18,795 for a total of 17 windows. She said the price she quoted was good for one year. I told her that I couldn't afford to pay that total at one time and she suggested I split the project in half. Again she said the price per window was good for one year for the second half of the project. Nine windows were installed on the 13th of March and I paid 9,788.26. The installation and cleanup by your crew was excellent.
