The company was awesome! Vinny, our salesman presented the product in a way that sold us, great product, and great price! The installation crew was very prompt and excellent service as well. We definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows or a sliding glass door.

I must say that I was not initially intrigued with the Power brand, but from start to finish, every single person has been courteous, friendly, and professional. We feel confident in the competency of their entire team. Will definitely use them again.

I recently had Power Home Remodeling install windows in my townhome and I have nothing but great things to say. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and transparent. Finding a trustworthy contract that does great work in the time frame they quote can be very difficult. We had Great customer service and a very responsive crew on our project. They helped us to figure out the biggest issues with our roof and helped us to understand why the things we were seeing were the way they are. We also got a quick service and they triple-checked everything to make sure we were getting not only the best prices but what was best for our home to make it last!

They have done great work thus far and have communicated very well. The house and windows look amazing. Worked promptly and the salespeople have not been pushy and willing to be honest about the product.

We are having our roof replaced today, and Mike ** came by to check on the crew and make sure everything was up to standards. He spent a good amount of time with us, making sure that the crew was on track and that we were perfectly with the work being done. We love everything about our experience with Power on our window install and the Pella product. The Initial contact with the salesperson was professional, and they were sure that the visit fit into our schedule. All aspects of the product were explained well all the way from the glass in the product to the frame, slides, screens, and weatherproofing. The supervisor came later to check the measurements and tell us what we should do to prepare, such as remove the window coverings and make room to work around. When the installation day came, the crew called first and arrived on time. They were professional and worked around us and the dogs with care, even during my work-from-home schedule. They completed almost all the work in one day.

Check on the work while being done and he was nice and knowledgeable and answered all our questions as well.

Overall happy with the process throughout the life cycle from sales through installation. Everyone from the sales person to the technician who got in for pre-install inspection to the installation professionals all were courteous and professional. Had couple of hiccups especially with our smaller laundry room window, where we had to change to cranking window in contract that we realized only during pre install inspection (not necessarily bad, but just wish we had known that earlier). Also got to test warranty post installation. Couple of screens were damaged and customer service was very helpful and responsive. Got them replaced under 24 hours from my call

The level of communication received throughout the project was phenomenal. Every step of the way there was clear explanation of the process and excellent service from start to finish by the installers

While the personnrl have been fine, I have incurred more expense. The windows "casings" required my blinds to be removed and they cannot be put back up. I have to order all new blinds! They also removed my "sun screens" which I also have to replace. Also, they could not replace one window due to its shape so it is undone! In addition, the workers broke the head off a 20" tall doll stature and denied doing it. I had to call a few times to report this. There were a few more things which they have taken care of. I may have saved a few hundred dollars with them but I have incurred much more expense and would not have used them if I had known this would happen.

We got an initial visit to look at the windows and get an estimate. Then, the workers came out to get the job done. They were kind and worked efficiently. Very respectful and mindful of our home. Windows went in without an issue and everything turned out better than we expected. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Zach came out to provide a free estimate for replacing the windows in my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough with his measurements and estimate. The product basically sold itself and Zach worked with me to get to a final price point that I was comfortable with and could afford. I knew I wanted the product but could not afford complete replacement of all windows in the home. Zach and I identified the rooms and areas that should take priority and closed the deal with a work order and price point both myself and Power could work with.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. Chris was super knowledgeable about all the products. I was actually called a few days before my appointment and they were able to come early to install everything everything.

From first contact through the first inspection to install, clean-up and final check- off, this has been the easiest home improvement job I have had done. All the professionals from the salespeople, office staff, installers and quality control were absolutely wonderful. I had to cancel my install several times due to health issues and they were perfectly happy to take into account my needs. Great Company.

Everyone we have encountered at Power was respectful and kind. The sales guy adequately prepared us. The pre-installation inspector was quick and courteous. The installers worked very hard on our old windows! The manager was thorough in his post inspection. The zen windows and the warranty had me sold! We will work with them again.

Roof replacement was efficiently completed with attention to clean up. Gutters and trim were delayed due to weather issues but so far so good. Wrapping up the gutters tomorrow. Looking forward to having to an almost new and improved home soon!

The staff alone will sell you on the company. Kind and explain everything down to the T. They where quick to fix or work with any concerns as well. They show you everything they will be doing and using to prove you are getting taken care of, and even point out what in the future is needed. The warranty is just the cherry on top to have the peace of mind to know it’s always taken care of, even if we plan to move it’s carried over to the next owner!

Power Home Remodeling did my home a huge benefit, replacing my 65 year old windows. Not only is my view to the outside a massive improvement, but the view of the windows from outside is quite attractive. Five years ago I would have given this company a five star review. The door is beautiful but has not stood the test of time. The keypad used to be brushed nickel, now it is an ugly tarnished gold. The door will not lock unless you pull on the handle, which loosens the handle over time. The door that I spent over $5000 on less than five years ago is cracked at the bottom and the warranty company is telling me that this is considered incidental and is due to wear and tear. It makes no sense that a door that should be of high quality material at that price point should crack due to normal wear and tear in less than five years. It’s clear that they do not honor their guarantee so you should not invest your money in their products and services.

The workers were on time and very respectful. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests in regards to which windows to do. They worked hard for the both days they were here and cleaned up any and all messes they left behind. I couldn't have asked for a better installation team.

Consumer BEWARE!!!! Deceptive practices - changing the terms of loan(s), damaging my property and that if my neighbor, cursing, did not complete the job, would not provide a breakdown of cost, left materials on property (which remain to this day). Installed inferior materials.

We got a new roof and gutters. The roof was put up in one day. They did a great job. Cleanup was amazing! Gutters were completed 2 days later. A little garbage was left in the yard. Older gutters. From the knock on the door to in home sales presentation to replacement of siding to the completion of the project, we were 100% satisfied. We love our color selection and the quality of the siding with the insulation and waterproof material. Also, new wall lights were installed by them. Follow up to see if project was to our satisfaction is the icing on the cake. Plus, a life time warranty doesn’t get better than that. Reputable company with caring, reputable people. Power removed two layers old shingles, replaced deteriorated plywood sheathing and installed new roofing system and shingles. Deteriorated facia boards were removed and replaced. New facia trim, gutters and downspouts were also installed.

The work was done well. The salesman and specs guy were very patient with us. The crew came on time. They walked through the work and the discount thoroughly. The best part is that I don’t have to pay a dime until the whole job is done.

Had 13 windows replaced. Installation was executed exactly as planned +1 day due to a nasty winter storm on the initial install date. The delay was expected, communicated as a possibility 3 days ahead of time, and I wouldn’t have wanted the house open that day regardless. Installers showed up bright and early the following day, completed the job on budget, and still finished within the original 48 hour installation window I was provided. They have software to track all the documentation and details. Installer was a **. Project management and QA came around to double check everything. No complaints and I’m happy with the installation. *Almost* took off a star because of the higher than average cost but I’m happy with the value, don’t see any cut corners, and there’s nothing wrong with charging for a job well done.

We purchased all new windows, siding, and gutters. Our house looks fantastic! Curb appeal is a 10/10. We are extremely happy with the results and the experience. All of their employees working on our project were knowledgeable, respectful, and personable from start to finish. From the young man that initially knocked on our door to offer services, to the gentleman that measured, to the crews doing the work, the project manager coordinating behind the scenes, and the man that came by after the job was complete to take a look at everything and make sure we were happy. The lifetime warranty was a big draw! And the ability to customize our options and get the exact look we wanted was great.

Everyone I dealt with at Power Home Remodeling group was very courteous and professional. The only issues were there were some shards that weren’t cleaned up outside from the previous window pane and we had to call the dispatcher to get an estimated time for the installer crew which we were originally told that they would arrive between 8 and 1030am. Both of these matters were addressed with the QA manager the next day and assured me that both matters were unacceptable and would be addressed immediately which I appreciated. Besides that, the value for their product was too good to pass up and the new windows look fantastic.

We were first introduced to Power Remodeling when they came and knocked on our door. Typically, I turn away these types of requests, but from the very beginning they were very professional and more importantly not pushy. We set up a free consultation with the Sales Rep, Bryce, and I have never had a rep provide such a detailed recap of everything they are able to do. He took care of measurements, demonstration, and pricing. Based on the great job we decided to pull the trigger and get new windows for the entire house.

The product is top of the line. I compared to other big name manufacturers and their product is superior. The cost was very competitive. The first appointment was very informative and the salesman was so knowledgeable and polite. Every representative has been professional and helpful. The installers were polite, efficient. They cleaned up everything and the final product looks and works perfectly.

We scheduled an installation of 10 windows. Crew arrived later than the original time but we were given updates on the delay. Crew was quick and respectful, and the job was executed well. Initial salesperson was kind and explained the product and install process to us in great detail and answered all our questions in depth.

Fabulous experience from start to finish, no complaints, only compliments! We worked with Power Home Remodel in 2022 when we redid our windows. In 2023, we decided to get a better roof, gutters, and soffit. We previously had bare minimum quality and were thrilled to elevate to the fancier, higher-quality shingles with the deck armor, ridge venting, smart vent, and 6" gutters. Bryce was helpful in setting the original appt, JB was amazing in our sales meeting (answered ALL my many questions), Nathan was helpful in our pre-install inspection, Danny's crew was on time, professional, and thorough, and Jared went above and beyond when answering our quality assurance questions. We will 100% be working with Power again on our next project (hopefully solar panels).

We had both windows and siding replaced in 2013. We chose this company because of the outstanding job the sales team did with explaining how they stand behind the products and services 100%! The added value was the lifetime warranty that was included, it sold us. The sale and installation went very. February of 2020 we noticed that our front window looked as if there was something growing in between the glass inside of the window. We called the number we were provided for the warranty to advise of the problem. During this call we were told that it is a KNOWN ISSUE with windows that were manufactured at this time. We asked if they could replace the front window and all the others since was a known issue. We were told at that time that they could only replace windows AS THEY GO BAD, not if they go bad! It was at this time we knew that we were sold a lie!

Quick and easy installation. Product quality was good. Staff members were friendly. It was a pleasant experience working with them. They were on time for every appointment and the job was clean and took care of everything professionally.

We had our sunroom windows done and our doors. They found a bunch of issues under the windows and instead of covering it up they told us the issues and replaced all the wood. They took all debris and windows away with them. I would recommend.

Value. The quality of the windows are top shelf! The installation crew (Enzo Remodeling) were courteous, quick, and completely professional. They were careful in not tracking dirt into my home. They left my property cleaned thoroughly. The initial sales rep really knew his stuff, the presentation of these windows, their qualities; i.e., thermal insulation, quietness, ease of cleaning was impressive! It’s been a three days and I still haven’t put the curtains back up because I can’t get over the clarity of the new windows. Post installation Quality Assurance Rep Matthew demonstrated all aspects of the windows to ensure my wife and I were comfortable, (and thoroughly informed and satisfied) with the product, and performed a visual and functionality test on EACH window installed, 10 in-all. Power gets an A-plus in my opinion.

We had a wonderful experience, from start to completion, with Power Home Remodeling. We replaced our windows and Patio Door. We also insulated our attic. The Salesperson, Renato, was very thorough explaining the products and the process. The attic job was completed in a timely manner and was very thorough. On the day of window installation the crew arrived within the time window and did a great job. They were very efficient and effective installing the windows and doors. The communication and followup has been very good. Overall, I would rate the entire experience with 5 stars.

I have three very large front windows that have been replace once before in a reasonable amount time. In October 2021 I submitted a new claim for the replacement of the same three windows again and I was told originally it was going to take between 6-9 months. That timeline then changed to a year. It is currently going on 16 months and the excuse I keep getting is the manufacturer, who I am told is stateside, still has not shipped them. I have asked multiple times to talk to someone above the CS representatives I have talked to but have never been pasted on. My windows are turning brown and soon we will not be able to see out of them. I will never ever do business with Power Home Remodeling and I recommend no one else does as well. I will post up dates.... Frustrated!!

The new gutter look great on the house! Clean up after taking down the old ones could have been better, found the brackets and screws from the old gutters around the yard. Power team was helpful. And I like the pre and post inspection.

One area of the roof was not done properly thereby causing a leak in the kitchen left and Power says it is not their responsibility so I have to pay this bill every month with a kitchen that cannot be used until repairs are made for 8 months now.

Leigh came by and spent a couple of hours with us. Looking at the exterior and showing us the options, pricing and all around explaining the process. Later Frank and Alex came by to re-measure the door we were replacing and to make sure all the information they needed was complete and accurate. James arrived on time and installed the new door. All of the experiences that we have had with power have been excellent. We were confident in our decision to go with their siding product because of its high quality and the sales person did a great job demonstrating his expertise and knowledge. The project turned out wonderful itself and the crew that did the job was very neat and efficient. We’ve had multiple checkpoints to confirm that we were satisfied with the project. During the final inspection of the siding it was discovered that we had issues with our roof and we will be doing that project with Power. We are overall very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

I am very happy with the work this company did replacing my 4 windows and back door. Both teams were very professional along with the work they performed. Both projects were very clean and appreciated. The only thing I would improved is to have one job instead of two. I would like the windows and the door done in one appointment when all parts are ready. Other than that, the work, the work crews were very kind and professional. I would recommend this company to others interested in work.

The team of workers on both days were fantastic and worked very hard on both days. They answered any questions that I had! They had done a great job on my roof a few years ago and I would recommend Power again and have!

Overall, I was happy with the install of roof, soffit and gutters. The roofers had to trim holly branches for access to a section of the roof. I cleared all articles from carport and patio. However, I didn't look up to the roof. MY BAD!! The cleanup crew was very good clearing debris from around the house. I was satisfied with the inspection, HOWEVER, I didn't see the piles of branches behind the tree. There was room on the trailer for these branches. I tied 4 bundles to put in my trash. I asked the gutter crew to take them but their trailer isn't made for branches. For the price of this job, the branches should have made it to trailer.

While they recognize they cost more than a lot of competitors, I appreciate that the pricing was transparent and straightforward. No side/extra fees popped up. They did not try to upsell or provide more than needed (ie outdoor shed and screened porch would not benefit from their system). Financing did not require a down payment and had a very reasonable interest rate. Also love the double lifetime warranty as a seller’s bonus if I ever move.

The windows were well-installed, and in a quick time. However, there were a few "issues" which still aren't resolved. Shutters removed by mistake and replacement shutters still haven't been installed. The attachment of the vent to replacement windows behind the clothes dryer was done with tape, which came off recently, and the Power folks said it wasn't their job to reconnect it.

Had hurricane windows installed in all my second story rooms. From start to finish extremely happy with everyone I had contact with from salesman to installers. Top quality product. Windows open better than original ones that were installed.

The overall experience was good and was eventually happy with the outcome, however there were many delays in the project but when the crew did come to work they were very fast and efficient. Would have liked to see them run a magnet after redoing the roof. I did catch a nail in my tire that was left in the driveway, and cleaned up several after the fact.

Having windows and doors gutters and shutters replaced is a big job, this company did take the time to explain all cost and comparisons to markets and why the differences are of value. The initial before during and after care made the process very easy. Any hiccups are addressed and rectified upon request or concern. The time spent on this project was extended by a few weeks due to weather, and inventory so make sure you have time. Overall my experience was good.
