We have had several people from Power come out and they are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We had over 20 windows replaced and the crew was very friendly. The crew cleans up after every day and makes sure everything is done correctly. Their customer service and QA was also very nice to work with.

They were amazing. Great customer service. I loved the follow through and I love that they give you a lifetime warranty that’s transferred if you sell your home. They finished in a very timely manner and clean up was good. It was a very great experience altogether. I would definitely recommend them.

Power managed my expectations and communicating with me perfectly, from start to finish. My salesperson, Peter, did a thorough and perfect job explaining the benefits of the product, my options, and the process. Matt, who handled the pre-installation, was amazing. He was in and out without it ever feeling rushed, but handled everything very competently while he was there. Mateas and the installation team were terrific. They did a beautiful and detailed job of the installation with minimal feeling that they were even there, and left my home immaculately. Customer service and one of the Managers there with whom I interacted when I recalled part of the arrangement incorrectly were literally so fantastic that no reasonable person could ask for better customer service.

I've known for a few years that I needed to replace the windows in my 46-year old house, but I was intimidated by how many companies are out there claiming to be the best one. After sitting through an admittedly good sales pitch, I couldn't be more impressed about these over engineered beasts that replaced the old aluminum frame, single pane windows (that were probably original to the house). The install went quicker than originally estimated and the customer service has been top notch at every step.

It started with a knock on the door and good conversation. No pressure to buy anything, and we were given very honest feedback and recommendations and got to see a sample window. Everyone involved, including sales, PMs, installers, etc. has been very friendly, professional, and my new gutters and 5 new windows are great! Installations were completed and I didn't have to cleanup afterwards. I was asked for confirmation before and after to make sure I got what I ordered and it was completed. Plus I didn't pay anything until the project was done! Power believes in their products and I believe in them. Very happy we answered the door that evening.

They did a great job with our roof and gutters and we will definitely be coming back for siding and potentially a new front door as well. The roofers came and went within a day and they cleaned everything up really well. They even went and straightened up our lighting fixtures by our front porch after taking them down to lay down tarps.

They came and did everything that was promised in one day. I needed windows done in my front porch. They insulated everything and capped the outside to protect from water getting in. I'm going to use then for siding next.

Working with Power Home Remodeling to get our new siding and trim replaced on our house was the most pleasant experience from start to finish. All employees I interacted with were great. They made the entire process easy and seamless. The materials Power uses are hands down the best I've ever seen. I've had a couple of other companies come out and give me a quote, and not only was their vinyl siding sub-par compared to Power's, they didn't offer windows, doors, or gutters, and their quote was astronomically higher.

Power Remodeling installed a front door on my house. The door handle after 3 months is so loose it, it swings left to right on the door. Power Remodeling seems to be alright with this because it is 4 months for an appointment. By the way, you are NOT ALLOWED to speak to a manager! Managers are not available to speak to clients per two different reps I spoke to on the phone. HOW?!?! Unacceptable customer service. For the record, I am not mad that my door handle is loose, I am mad on how long till "NEXT" appointment to fix something. Just Terrible. Will not. Use this company again, this is the 2nd issue I have had from the original install and both cases were identical.

So I replaced over 20 windows in 2015. I called a month ago as several windows were failing and getting argon black on them and water penetration. I spoke to Shawn who stated I had to wait two months for the windows to come in and an appointment would be made at that time to replace windows. HE stated generally I should have the windows replaced by no later than 4 months total. So today I called them again to check status and I had to add an additional window as another was failing and Sheena is now saying the wait time for windows to come in for replacement is 9-12 months and they would call to schedule the appointment at that time. I advised her of what other rep stated and she did not care and was very rude. I have had them not only install windows but also siding and doors. So to be treated and lied to is ridiculous. Do NOT USE THEM.

I found Power Home Remodeling at a home show. The representative was very courteous and answered my questions. Arthur came out on time and answered every single question I had, including reasons why shouldn't use stucco and why they don't have blue products (fade too much). Very pleased with all interactions I've had with them.

Sam ** was our sales rep and he came in with this huge briefcase of cool demos and helped up figure out our budget, and which windows would be that suit our lifestyle!! Installation was quick. Whole team was professional and efficient with their job timeline. I had some concerns with cosmetic looks, but everything was explained in details and every concerns were addressed and corrected.

I was very pleased with the installation and the one day of replacing 11 windows along with 2 sliding doors. They were very clean and the crew was great to work with. I was surprised that there was no damage to the window openings to touch up or fix. After they were done they cleaned up all the areas affected. The inspection was thorough showing me how to operate the doors and windows and what to expect when the inspector comes to inspect the work. All in all I am very pleased and already recommended Power to a couple of people.

Power installed our little octagon windows a few years ago and we decided to come with them again to replace all the other windows. They look beautiful, clean, and sleek. They are very professional and helpful, answering all questions we had.

I ordered six Pella windows from the Power salesman, who spent several hours with me providing a detailed description of the product, the installation process, and the excellent lifetime warranty. All Power personnel, including sales, technical, management, quality assurance, and installation staff were upbeat, courteous, hard working, and obviously committed to giving the customer the best product and service for the money (which is good, as the product is not inexpensive, although it compares favorably with Andersen Windows - I have both and they were comparable but the Power installation was superior, in my opinion).

Dillion was amazing. He was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained the entire procedure to me. Once the crew came, they each introduced themselves, put down floor covering and cleaned up after they were finished.
