This is our 4th job with Power Home Remodeling. We are extremely satisfied with the team follow up and customer support. It’s good to know these companies still exist that seem to actually care about their work after the fact. Christian was our product Rep and Corey checked on the job after it was done. Everybody with the install department was also great. Amazing work and staff.

Power Home Remodeling did a great job from the knock on the door to the final quality assurance meeting. The gentleman who came to the door was courteous and not pushy. Chad did a great job of educating us about the company and guiding us in making decisions. Jake was very precise in doing the final check prior to install. The crew was quick, efficient, and respectful. They did an amazing job cleaning up.

Power Home Remodeling has done the siding on my home and garage. I have used them for windows, soffit, fascia and gutters. I am very happy with the experience and even recommended then to my neighbor who used them for a rood.

Power Home Remodeling was a great company to do business with. We had windows and our front door replaced and the windows keep out so much heat and noise. The work crews were very friendly courteous and were very mindful of my animals. They did an awesome job! I will continue to business with Power Home Remodeling for future home projects.

We had gutters and siding installed on our house, crew did a nice job on the installation but not so good on cleaning up afterwards. Found nails in the driveway, bits of scrap siding left on the patio that our dog could have ingested and quite a mess left on the brick ledge. Leftover material was sitting in front yard waiting to be picked up for extended period of time.

Power Home Remodeling was wonderful start to finish! Had an issue that was resolved immediately with complete respect and professionalism. Everybody that we were in contact with was pleasant. I already recommended to a family member.

My experience with power home remodeling has been a breeze this project and this company has been great, they were knowledgeable about all of the products they carry and installation was quick and easy.

We had a great experience with our window installation. From the first contact to the quality check after installation was less than a month time. Power Home Remodeling came and gave a detailed and professional quote for roof and gutter repair (salesman Jay ** and Chase **) and their crew came out only a few days later to complete the install. Prompt, courteous, and they did great work.

Power Home Remodeling came knocking on my door and offered a free estimate and since I was looking for new windows I set up an appointment. Neil came out did an awesome presentation and I was impressed with quality and Neil’s knowledge of their product. Installation day came and their people were professional and extremely clean. They followed up every step of the way and have an app that makes tracking everything easy. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good reputable company to do their home improvement needs. I will definitely will use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

My husband and I have just had our house siding along with gutters replaced by PowerHRG. So, let's start with the Sales pitch first. They start with their BBB rating, then move on to the materials (without naming the brand or cost per sq. ft.), they will show you different styles and colors. The sales director came to our home, along with a trainee we would assume, and he used the USPS analogy (if we make a return visit the price quote is higher) in his sales pitch to us. We were a little puzzled by the comparison. From there he moved on to the exterior home measurement, and the total cost of the project that includes insulated vinyl siding and labor.

Power Home Modeling, Colin came to my door very professional, and we decoded to great a free estimate.. Then met Ali and Noah. Then after their presentation and inspection of my windows I decided to move forward with 4 windows.

Power is awesome. They have been very fast. Not just with getting materials with install as well. They were very thorough with their clean up. And their communication was on par through the whole process. Would recommend.

We were very happy with quality of the service and the product. We purchased a door and it looks beautiful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing new doors or windows.

Power has done three projects for me: gutters, roof and windows. Everything was explained clearly before the work was done so I understood exactly what would happen. From start to finish power home remodeling has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They offer a very high quality product that exceeded my expectation when it comes to windows. They even checked over other areas of the house including the attic for potential problems. They found a few and brought them to my attention. Could not ask for a better company to work with.

Starting with Ms. Carli ** who talked to us and gave us education in the products and why they are different and better than existing structures in the house, to her professional, friendly attitude and willingness to answer ALL of our question. This was only shadowed by her clear knowledge on her job and each aspect of what the company provides and the details of each piece of the project. It was evident that she does her homework and makes herself a small expert in her field. This made it very easy to make and agree to project terms and plans. As for each individual crew, they were all kind and professional, each one an expert on their assigned field of work. Kept to their timeliness of done by end of day, and cleaning up after themselves, and again each crew gave further detailed education on each thing done to the house.

This is the second time I have used Power. They’re very courteous. They also are great source to find out different things that need to be done. They also are very concerned with quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Updated on 09/10/2025: I stand by the windows being beautiful and the installation being great, HOWEVER. I sincerely loathe being dragged along. I don’t need the sales pitch by every single employee that enters my home after I’ve already purchased windows. The pushiness is extremely annoying and the repetitiveness after ALREADY stating I don’t want to purchase anything else. The surveyor tried to manipulate me against my husband. Didn’t take no for an answer AND both gentleman that came took an incredible amount of our time while ensuring they only needed “5 more minutes” that turns into an hour or two. We have lives and it puts us in a position to have to practically push you out of our house.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The salespeople were very thorough and provided all the information on the window quality. They did a great demo of the window. The inspector was great, very thorough as well. The QA was a great follow up on the whole process. The installers were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job with the installation and the finish work was incredible. The entire process was great, I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

Power Home Remodeling from start to finished offered phenomenal customer service. The salesperson Austin was extremely informative. The inspector Anthony was more than helpful and knowledgeable and the men who installed everything kept it clean and moved around professionally. You would have forgotten about them with how out the way they stayed.

Power Home Remodeling came out to my home and gave me an free estimate on the roof and gutters. After looking at the condition the roof and gutters needed to get done. As far as the installation goes the roof and gutters crews were amazing. I wish the sales person would have explained in more detail about the soffit fascia and siding on my home. Met with Ben who came out a did a very thorough inspection of windows and showed the product and how well they work for energy efficiency. Decided to replace front windows. Gerald came in a week later to remeasure again. Scheduled for the replacement. I'm so excited. The house will look a lot better with the windows. Also looking to have insulation done next.

Our project time was changed at the last minute and we were not prepared for the team's arrival. Administratively, there was some opportunity, but the actual craftsmanship was excellent.

From the beginning, this process has been pretty smooth and painless. This is my first experience with Power Home Remodeling. We settled on having new windows installed, tackling the worst ones first. We are super happy with our new , more energy efficient, easy to clean windows. Everyone we've met during this entire process has been very thorough, on time , and a pleasure to work with. Being an engineer in the built environment, I recognize good products at a reasonable cost. My windows were of excellent quality and the cost was many thousands less than I expected. I would recommend them to anybody looking for exterior home remodeling services.

From the get go the sales person (Chad) was very knowledgeable and had a legitimate answer to every question I had. He did present a lengthy (3hr) presentation but that is because wanted to see all the information about the whole house reno options. I feel if I would have told him to stop he would have respectfully stopped and left. I did not want that and because of his patience and knowledge I was fully confident in moving forward with our first of many Power Home projects.

Great experience from the first visit until the installation. We did a window replacement and they look great. The sale guy gave us a great explanation of all the features in the windows. The install crew did a great and clean work.

I had a Rep CJ come out to my home and show me some awesome items they use for siding that insulates better than anything else I've ever seen on the market, he also gave me great prices no pressure and fast service, then Jeff came to inspect the job that was perfect. Undeniably the WORST experience with a contractor we have EVER had. 3 months in and our windows still aren't finished. There are literal gaps where we can see the sky between the windows and window frames. Door we cannot open. Door handles still not installed. Improper windows ordered that we are still waiting on. Tape over holes so bugs don't crawl in. And THEY DO NOT CARE!! Word to the wise, DO NOT use these people, you will be sorry. ALL of the other issues people are complaining about are true. The amount of caulking on what they as 'GOOD' WINDOWS IS ABSURD. A 3 year old could have done it better. SO SO disappointed and don't know where to turn.

Protected my property and its surroundings. Helped protect my warranty for years of lasting comfort. Improving my curb appeal. Looking forward to future projects.

Pleasant experience from the first sales rep until install and QA inspection. Each individual was professional, kind, prompt with their arrival, and very efficient. We had over 30 windows installed and the project was completed in one day. I also personally love their connection and dedication to Alex’s Lemonade Stand. We would recommend this company to neighbors and friends and will call again if other projects are needed in the future.

Power installed windows and doors for us, but left us with subpar support after promising in their sales pitch they would back up their door installation with unlimited number of tweaks readjustments. Here's what happened. Power installed a door in one of our rooms that has seasonal foundational shifts because we have clay soil. When the foundation shifted they had to replace the bolt locking mechanism a couple of times. We suggested they use an oversized strike plate (has a larger bolt area to allow play when the foundation shifted). They refused stating the strike plate was not their product and left us hanging without a workable solution. I installed the oversized plate myself. Two points: they overpromised in their sales what they eventually failed to deliver. Second, they refused to think outside the box to solve what was actually a very simple solution.

From start to finish each team was very professional and engaging ensuring all questions were answered and concerns met. The quality of work satisfactory and overall we had a great experience. Await the difference in the energy bill to say hooray. Thank you Power.

Great experience from start to finish. The job was done on time and at the price agreed to before the project began. Quality product with a lot of value for the price. Power Home Remodeling and their reps Austin, Jake, and Darrius did an excellent job walking us through the project from start to finish.

I agreed to a roofing project. Everything was going along fine but then the quality service manager (who was really just another salesman) showed up to inspect the roofing job. He identified several other problems and suggested additional work that really needed to be done. NONE of these things were discussed at the original appointment. I was misled that their ventilation system was all I needed but then the second salesman wanted to sell me soffits. He also identified some fascia problems which were never discussed prior to signing the contact and added several thousand dollars to the price.

I can't recommend Power enough! The install was fantastic, all the workers were so professional and did an excellent job. We will be going to them again for future needs! After having other jobs done on our home, we know how tough it can be to find people who know what they're doing. And we've had nightmare contractors before. Power are the people you want for fixing up your home! They have quality products, great prices and amazing customer service. I can't recommend them enough!

The installers were punctual and respect of property and did amazing work! All of Power employees from the door to door saleswoman, installers, salesman, foreman to quality assurance they were amazing and despite what they are getting paid they deserve a raise for sure.

Dakota came out and was very helpful in explaining all of the options and the issues I was having. Very thorough and answered all my questions. I didn’t realize I had so much water damage and was happy to go ahead and get that fixed. Alex with the crew was great and very nice the entire time he was here. Great job Power!

Contracted with them in October, 2024, to replace all windows (> $100,000.) in my FL home. Initially contact and measurements went well. As time passed, calling them resulted in long waits and promises that were not kept. Having been gone for the summer, yesterday I called to arrange an installation date. I was told that they could not do the job, passing most of the blame on Pella. Why would it take 10 months to realize that they could not do the job? Also, I had to call them for this information. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The initial advance meet with the company was with a very perky and friendly young lady. A remodeling consultant was with Dylan, who again was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. He looked over our windows and pointed out the failing seals and the damage that was being done to our home. We discussed the options of replacement and costs and funding. A agreement was reached to replace two walls of windows. The third contact with company persons was for final measurements by a nice and personable young fellow that was quick at measuring all 15 windows. An install date was set and met. The HOA was contacted by the company and approval was accomplished two days before our install date arrived. Install was quick and easy. Install crew were all friendly and took great care to clean up after themselves. They answered any questions we had. Overall we had a favorable experience with this projects from beginning to completion.
