It's not very often that we can say "This was a 100% flawless experience" however this was exactly that. The crew was efficient, polite and worked tirelessly to install every window in one visit. Power Windows OFFERS a Lifetime Warranty, but good luck getting any replacements. HORRIBLE company...run. The product is horrible. Almost all of the windows we installed had cracked seals. We have waited years, yes years, to get replacement windows that we can barely see out of replaced. Always excuses.

We just had windows installed at my home, the company was very professional, the crew had a Little bit of a language barrier, but overall very nice, clean and fast. Great priced and a great warranty. We are very happy with everything.

We were in need of a roof. A gentleman stopped by who was polite and respectful and set up an estimate. Zubin came out and was extremely thorough, inspected the attic, took photos and explained everything in great detail. He was very patient and made us feel very comfortable with the company. Everyone has been on time and the crew has been a well oiled machine. A quality assurance manager came out during the install to make sure everything was good and answered any last questions. We couldn't be more satisfied!

The crews were very flexible with my time (with it being the holidays) and worked around my schedule. When they started the work they were considerate of my neighbors which really speaks volumes. The work was efficient and they were done with the siding in 3 days despite an original estimate of 4. I will without a doubt be using Power for any future work on the house!!

This has been a great experience from presale to install. The product is good, the service great, and the people amazing. Our salesperson, Colby spent hours helping us understand the product features and never pushed for a sale. The pre install inspection was thorough too. The install was before the date as they got the product ready early. All in all a very good experience.

My salesperson (Jordan) was very knowledgeable about the product construction, warranty, etc. Not pushing, no pressure. The pre installation manager (Michael) was very insightful as to the demolition of existing and installation of the new widows. The crew was timely upon arrival and their process was very precise and organized. They were very courteous and respectful. Finally, Pete came out and reviewed the product features and operations with me, inspected the installation and set up the warranty. All employees were knowledgeable about their products, and very professional. The young lady that we first spoke to (don’t remember her name) ask if we needed windows replaced, I said yes and she was able to get us an appointment with Zach the same day. Zach explained the process, we decided just one room at this time. Anthony checked all the measurements before we ordered. The day of the install Jack (I think) was very focused on his job - very efficient. Muneer the QA found one imperfection which will be fixed. We also decided to do the remaining windows.

The salesperson was detailed, thorough and creative in helping design a solution for my kitchen windows. The installation team was on time, polite and efficient in completing the project. The office staff kept me informed.

We replaced 8 windows in our condo, and Power was great in how they explained their products, our options, and worked with our condo association. Timelines were adhered to and the result was gorgeous! The windows look great and we already notice the insulation.

The salesperson promised a “seamless look” to the siding. We were also told that there would be a final walkthrough. None of those things happened. There were sloppy cuts made, even sloppier alignments with the siding, and we still don’t have the shutters installed. Communication between Power and their Contractors is poor. Delivery of the siding materials didn’t occur for hours until after the workers came, who were less than pleased. After the workers completed their sloppy work, we were expecting someone to show for a final walkthrough. No one ever came. We did receive documents and a phone call asking us to sign that the work had been completed, even though the shutters are still not on the house. They will supposedly be installed next week.

Having my roof and gutters installed by Power Home Remodeling. Very satisfied with the company. Overall my father had his roof done by the same company and that's why I chose them. The crew was here on time. Everything's going as promised. Very professional individuals. Would recommend to friends and family, And all of my questions were answered with great care and patience.

This is my first home so the process for everything is an experience. All the guys I’ve spoken to have been absolutely amazing and helpful with my questions. I picked out black gutters and had Thermal Reflective Insulation installed. I work as a nurse so my schedule is pretty crazy, but the crews were able to work around it and complete the work in a timely manner. The black gutters looked great with the house and I can’t wait to see and feel difference with the new insulation!

Power knocked on my door and offered a free estimate for trim and gutter. They sent out a remodeling consultant and she took her time to explain the issues and how just could get them fixed. They worked with me and my budget to get exactly what I needed. My house looks new and I have a lifetime warranty so I'll never have to worry about replacing them again.

Had issues with the install originally, however during the inspection great accountability was taken, action plans were advised to be put in place, and we were advised that a system glitch that did cause a measurement problem is being reviewed.

I got a free estimate from this company for windows, attic and my back door and opted to get my back door done first. Their products seem really nice (and the price matches). They offer financing which is great so if you're in the market for these things I would definitely recommend this company. If you're looking to compare offers I would say make sure you're good about sticking to your guns as their sales people are very good at their job (good for them not for you lol). All in all though I'm happy to have replaced a windowed backdoor with a regular, more secure backdoor. The workers were in and out quicker than I realized and I'm very pleased with their work.

Overall happy with the company from sales to quality assurance steps. While a bit long on the appointments, we got all our questions answered and were happy to proceed. The install crew was focused and cleaned up after themselves with no complaints. Thus far very satisfied with our windows and sliding door (pending install). We had a new bay window installed in August 2022. They arrived with shingles which were complete mismatch from those on our roof. The section over the bay window had to be changed from the original design because it interfered with our front porch; not major issues. Once installed we noticed a scratch on the new window and they ordered a replacement. It is now November 2023 and to date have had 4 replacements, 5 if you count the plywood piece they installed due to breaking the old window. The other 4 did not fit due to sizing errors. We have a window installed now which is scratched up more than the original and the replacement has been on order for a few months now. We still have no firm date as to when the window might finally be fixed. We financed the project and in hindsight would not so we could withhold a certain percentage until the window was completed to our satisfaction.

The service we had was amazing. Very pleased. The sales people and the installers were all very professional! Would definitely recommend. We have already noticed how quiet our house is! Love the look!

I used Power Home for my gutters, windows, siding, roof and exterior doors. One piece of siding came loose on a regular basis. They came out to fix it each time. Nov 2021 I called about a window that a contractor told me he was going to replace because the inner seal was broken. Told him no because it had a lifetime guarantee. I called Power Home and they told me they would order the window and it should be in around march. I got a phone call a month or so ago telling me the window was in. (Darn near 2 years.)

The windows and sliding installers arrived in their time frame. They did an awesome job. Once the project was completely done, they cleaned up afterwards. Both Inspectors came out to review the work and make sure it was to my satisfaction. Once the gutter gets installed, I will have another follow up and touch any minor issues. He worked with me on my budget and even played a little with my toddler while we were going over the Power presentation. This company performs beautiful work. My roof was done on time and only took one long day. The cleanup was superior. However, they are expensive. I received a superior product. My old roof was removed, the damaged wood was replaced, my old fan was removed because it was not needed with the vented roof. This company gives a well-informed hard sell. The installation crew wanted to use the wrong interior casing until I stopped them. The exterior aluminum covering had to be redone on the basement window and they cut a 4 inch slice though my aluminum siding that needs to be repaired. While putting in the two bedroom windows, they scraped the paint of the aluminum siding in two places.

I had scheduled a free in-home estimate for 5 windows. When they called me that day to confirm they asked me about my credit and I informed them that it was not good, they immediately said thank you and hung up on me. Roughly a minute later I received another phone call from their company and they informed me they were all booked up. They didn't give me time to let them know I had ash on hand to pay. I feel I was discriminated against because I didn't have good enough credit. What rude behavior and service.
