Power Home Remodeling did excellent work on the front and back doors we ordered through them. From coming out for the estimate, all the way to the installation. It was a very smooth and easy process. We are very happy with the work and friendliness/professionalism of the crew!

We had some problem windows that needed addressing - weren't sealed properly and couldn't close all the way. I was reassured by both Power's quality of product and installation. Communication was clear across the board, and installation was impressively quick and clean. Our windows weren't just repaired, they were improved!

Power randomly showered up at my doorstep one day. They killed it on sight. More specifically through my partner and I just bought our home, and we been going through fixing it up and we saw we were experiencing water damage, and we're planning on finding ways to address the problem. On a random Friday Power showed up at our door. They blew us away with thier willingness and availability to fit our schedule. We had Joe come out that day and clock the water damage without us telling him directly, and he even showed us a few solutions to fix it for the future. Power Home R. has been impressive from the beginning. The sales presentation was engaging and interesting, and the sales people (there were two who met with me) were professional and attractive and earned my trust. Their kindness also pressed me. The project manager impressed me with his kindness and attention to detail, including the aesthetic aspects of my windows. He worked really hard to get all the project details accurate. He explained the company's program of rotating the employees through the various jobs (cold calling, sales to potential customer, project manager, etc.) thereby broadening the employees' company knowledge and empathy among their co-workers.

My experience with the Power team has been nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. We had 13 new windows installed on 9/27/25. From the beginning to completion, everything has been fantastic. Crew was very neat, courteous and cleaned up after installation. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he’s talking about so when I made the appointment Xavier came over and he was the representative of power. He was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he helped us and showed us all the possibilities of all the leakage that was in my roof and on the sides so far the crew came in today, September 30 and they have been very quick very friendly and seem to know exactly what they’re doing.

High-pressure salesmen walking around telling lies, high loan prices, poor quality windows. At least they stand by their warranty and have replaced 20 of 32 panes now, more need replacing this year. They grow moldy between the panes of glass, real lame production. I am looking to their number more to schedule an inspection, the windows will come in 6 to 9 months' time.

We ordered new sliding patio doors. Found the procedure of preinstallation very comforting, then very smooth and pleasant installation, add to the excellent quality of the products. Will gladly recommend to friends.

Stephen did an amazing job with demonstrating how great the windows are! I was impressed with the heat lamp portion on how well these windows do on blocking the heat which is an issue in our home. They are beautiful windows, and the install was fast and easy thanks to the great crew that was sent out. And before they left, Jared came by and noticed that one of the locking mechanism screws may have been stripped, so even though install wasn't complete, a work order was put in the same day for a replacement. Everyone that has come by for this project has been kind and professional, from the field marketing team, to the consultation representative, pre-install manager, crew, and the quality assurance manager. They were all fantastic.

Choosing a company to replace all of your home’s windows is a daunting task. I put this chore off for too many years. I was approached by Power Windows and agreed to a presentation. I really wasn’t planning to purchase at this time, but we were so impressed by the salesperson’s presentation and the fact that they used Pella windows, we asked for a quote. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost, and we decided to replace our windows on the spot. That was just the beginning of a great experience. The installation crew and everyone else involved was top-notch. Polite, on time, let us know what time they were arriving, took off their shoes before entering the home, and cleaned up after the installation. The installation took only one day! Amazing. Contact information was input incorrectly. My Daughter was the one receiving text and communications. Material delivery was not coordinated with the installers. Solar panels removal was never address as an issue for installation.

The whole process for getting my new windows took a little less than a month. Everyone that was involved was very professional and helpful. The installation crew was very efficient. The entire installation took only a few hours for 12 windows.

First, they had a dumpster delivered. The dumpster company drove on my lawn creating a ditch 13" deep. They refused to come out and fill it in. Power said the dumpster company is a separate company and there was nothing they could do. Second, the workers were throwing the old roof shingles off the roof into the dumpster. They cracked part of my siding in the process. The inspector said that this damage was listed as prior damage. I showed him where the prior damage was and explain how this was not the same damage. He refused to do anything about it.

Power was amazing. So easy to do business with them. Great products. Exceptional service, but even better employees. Everyone was amazing. Catie my sales rep felt like family and very satisfied with the end result. Thank you Power for taking care of my house!

Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The work is exemplary. The crews cleaned up everything as good as new. All of our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. We got what we asked for, and were not pushed into any decisions.

I was asked to complete the review before the job was even finished. After installing the new door, they “forgot” to install the new frame and simply put the old one back on. They left without asking me to inspect their work. The door itself has uneven spacing with the frame, does not close flush, and springs back out unless pushed in. Light shows through from the inside, so there is no proper seal.

Power installed Pella windows in my house and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely friendly at every step of the process to make it enjoyable. Abby explained the products well to ensure we knew the quality of the windows with the reputation of the company. Patrick was flexible on measuring the windows, and also made it easy to make an adjustment to what we were ordering. Manny and the install crew were on time, very detailed, cleaned up, and also were very friendly with my dog bothering them. Miguel was informative on the quality assurance and provided some entertaining conversation while we were waiting for the install to finish. It was long past time to get my windows done, and I feel great about my investment in my house thanks to Power.

We just bought our new home in Dayton/Kettering area. Power knocked on our door with an offer for a free estimate, and when sales representative Lucas came out, we were sold! The presentation and estimate was very thorough, Lucas made us feel like our concerns and questions were important. He was extremely personable, had a great product presentation, and helped us move forward with financing and scheduling the install itself. Power calls before they knock on your door to confirm times, and they are quick! Our windows came in a week early, and the install team showed up right on time and got to work. They look beautiful and are much easier to open now. Power is reasonably priced and the customer service has been phenomenal. I'll happily use them for another project.

Even stated that their prices may have been higher than normal but the quality of their work and the lifetime warranty will win you over.
