I was very pleased that I made my purchase through them. Even though I lived so far away, they made every effort to make sure I received the service I requested. My refrigerator was delivered and brought in my home as promised and I have had no problems with the refrigerator, it arrived in good condition.

It's a very nice, high quality piece of furniture and it looks great in my dining area. The price was excellent for a hutch and Ramona China cabinet. The delivery service was great, too. Ms. **, the sales person who assisted me, was so helpful and kind. I will definitely order from Goedeker's again when I want more furniture. 5 stars for sure!

I had been looking at a particular armoire at a few places and the one at Goedeker's was the best. I eventually ordered it online and the whole experience went fine. The armoire I got is of good quality.

It took them a really long time for me to receive them as they were on backorder for many weeks but I LOVE the Bronze 21" Table Lamps. The quality is just as I was hoping for. They were in great condition when I received them. Would definitely order from your company again.

I was very pleased with my experience with Goedeker's. My Baxton Studio Harlow Mid-Century Modern Credenza shipped almost immediately and arrived in perfect condition. The instructions for assembly were slightly confusing but this was the first piece of furniture I've ever assembled so that probably had a lot to do with it. When it was finished, I thought it looked even better than the pictures. I would recommend this company and credenza! Very good price for what I got as well.

I ordered a Whirlpool French door refrigerator from Goedeker's, and I couldn't be happier with the service. It arrived in perfect condition, and I was given ample notice of their arrival. Pricing was excellent; however, it took 3 months to receive our products after they were ordered and paid for. Updates were sporadic at best, not very accurate and had to be primarily initiated by me. I would use Goedeker's again but only because of pricing.

Purchase process was easy. Everything was really great with the exception of the couch that we had ordered had a little tear in a visible part of the couch. We didn't notice it until after the movers left because there was so much wrapping and packaging around the couch itself there was no way to undo it all while the movers were standing there.

This being the first time I had ever purchased from Goedeker's, and making a large purchase, I was a little nervous. I purchased 5 barstools. One came in damaged, the other 4 were great. The customer service I received in dealing with the damaged item was wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and made the whole process very easy. The damaged chair was replaced quickly. I went with Goedeker's to get the shaggy-looking white rug that I had put in my son's nursery. I ordered it online and it was really easy. It wasn't anything that I was worried if it was gonna get here. Also, I really like the rug and I think the cost-quality relation is equal and reasonable.

Purchased desk chair and file cabinet. Order was delivered by 2 professionals. Very courteous and delivery was made as scheduled. Driver called to let us know when they would be arriving. Speed Queen Washing Machine was my very first purchase at Goedeker's. It could not gone smoother. I got a great price, free shipping and incurred no sales tax. I had never heard of them before, but I'm a very satisfied first time customer. I'll be back.

We ordered a couch and waited several weeks for it to have delivered. The sofa was too large (our fault for not measuring correctly). The sofa was very hard – not comfortable and also the cushions were all attached to the sofa. We were not happy with the $1200 purchase and wanted to send it back. We were notified that this would cost us close to $700 to return. The customer service representative showed zero empathy. Beware if you buy something from this company. They will not be helpful with a return. I would never do business with this company again. Poor service.

I bought a Pomona table from Goedeker's. We went with them because of their price. It was bought online and the ordering process was very easy. Somebody just dropped it off and we put it all together. There was one moment in the process when the product that we ordered was backordered a little bit and it might have been very popular. We did not get any type of notice from them between the time that we ordered it and the time that it arrived. I think that it would be helpful if something was flagged at a certain point a week or ten days into the process. It would be nice as a customer that we would know.

I received my new GE-PP9830SJSS 30 inch Down Draft cooktop over a month ago. It arrived in perfect condition and looks awesome. I just installed it last night and it looks great. This cooktop arrived very quickly and the price with free shipping and no tax saved me over $250 that I would have had to pay at the local stores. No trouble there either! I LOVE my recliner and sleeper sofa. I will definitely look here in the future for furniture.

Received two tables (Side Table Ashley Coralayne) and only one had the brackets/screws inside. Called customer service and they have to contact the manufacturer and it will take two weeks to arrive. Boxes were badly damaged. Why not overnight the missing parts to increase customer service. Truly disappointed!

I received great assistance placing my order (Bosch 500 Series Compact Washer & Dryer w/ Stacking Kit). Shipping was relatively fast, but it seemed to take quite a while to actual be received and shipped on the Goedeker's end of things. However, it was well worth the wait to save the money I saved. I highly recommend these machines and Goedeker's.

Really good experience. Only problem was when product delivered the delivery people would not remove the shipping feet from the sofa bed and install the normal feet. I went back and read in the agreement using white glove delivery that they would not do any wrenching or screwdriver work. So, no complaint but that still left a disabled person with the responsibility of completing that task. I would think when you pay $150 to have something delivered the delivery people could at least turn a screwdriver and remove the feet. Of course going into the agreement I had no clue that the permanent feet would not be on it. But I got past it so like I said no complaint rather just a comment. Maybe add to the description that the feet will have to be replaced so the consumer knows what he will have to do. Just a suggestion.

The washing machine was repeatedly on back order so it took about two months for us to get it. They did a pretty good job of keeping us posted as to its status, though. The item had a small dent on the side. Nothing worth squawking about, but not perfect. But they sold it at a terrific price so I cannot complain too much.

I waited 3 weeks to received the item. It was damage. Return. Take another 3 weeks. Damage again. This time they took 2 weeks to process my return. Now, still haven't sent the item yet. Basically 2 months and they haven't sent my actual order yet.

I had found the GE double oven gas range that I wanted and had been looking for the best deal and came across Goedeker's website. They had the best deal by far, so I bought it and had it delivered. I definitely will continue to check out Goedeker's for all future appliance purchases.

Disappointed in amount of time to receive chair. We ordered on 12/8 and didn't receive it until the end of Feb. We should have been told initially to expect a long waiting period so we didn't have to keep calling for updates. Once it was put on the truck for delivery from wherever a track # wasn't given so didn't know if we were being scammed and out all the money spent on chair. When it finally did arrive it was not a swivel chair as it was advised. It should have been advertised under heading of recliner-rocker only. We will not do business with Goedeker's again.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from Goedeker's. I love my new refrigerator and new stove! They are beautiful. I will have to say that delivery seemed like it would never happen. When I tracked down my merchandise it took forever to get a good answer of when it would be delivered and when you work for the State you need warning so you can request off... well I was never told when it would be delivered.

At the time I ordered my new range I thought it was in stock for delivery. I was notified the item was on back order. On the day it was supposed to be available I was notified it was still on back order. I was scheduled to have knee surgery and the delivery date fell on the day of my surgery. I was left with no choice but to purchase the White Glove delivery service since I would no longer be able to bring the range into my house by myself. I feel that after being back ordered 2 times Goedeker's would have added that service at no additional charge to me. Other than that I am satisfied with range and will shop with Goedeker's in the future.

The products were as expected, the delivery was not. They arrived without calling as I was told to expect. Needless to say we were scrambling to move furniture so they could place the couch and love seat. They must have been new as they asked me if I wanted the feet installed. When I said yes he asked me if I had a drill and then we had to remind them we paid for installation and placement.

Ordered a coat rack and it was easy to assemble and it looks great. The color is bold and it looks great in the living room. It took me about one hour to put it together. The coat rack came in about four to five days after I ordered it.

Love the furniture but the delivery was trouble. They deliver the furniture at 5:30 in the morning. Who delivers furniture at 5:30 in the morning? They didn't even try to get furniture in the house. So I had them put the furniture in the garage and had to pay someone to bring the furniture in the house. Please find a new delivery company.

I love the Built-in 42" refrigerator and the price was great. It was better than we could do anywhere else. When I called, I could talk to real people who were very helpful in answering my questions. Delivery was on schedule and the refrigerator is perfect.

My experience with Goedeker's was fine. There were no issues when I ordered my professional 20-inch stainless steel electric coil range online. Delivery was fine too. They called and it was going to be delivered on a specific day, and they were there when they said they were going to be there. Then, I've opened the box, put the coil range together and it's exactly what I expected.

I found that Goedeker's offered the best price, no tax, free shipping. Sales person was courteous, helpful, thorough and answered all questions. I was kept informed as to when my Bosch Induction Cook top would be sent and the people delivering called ahead of time.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase of this marble top coffee table but I'm disappointed by the quality of the marble's finish, it is just not polished correctly, from several angles it shows machine made lines on the surface that cheapen the product. Unfortunately a picture does not show the lines as clearly visible as they are with the naked eye. If you zoom in the photo you'll notice the vertical lines in the middle/right section.

They answer the phone. They respond to all inquiries in a professional manner. Their prices are great. We ordered four kitchen appliances and could not be happier. We highly recommend Goedeker's for any item that they carry, as we trust their honesty. They also helped us with our rebates when we had problems with serial numbers, etc. IN fact, one employee actually got down on the floor to try and find out where a serial number was, took a photo and emailed it to us.

I ordered a washer and an email was sent saying the product would ship within 72 hours. A week passed and I got an email saying the product was in. Several weeks passed and I called 3-4 times and sent 6-7 emails. Goedekers was never able to tell me when my product would arrive. The shipping company could never tell me. 3-4 weeks later, I had to leave town for vacation. I called again, this time telling them that I needed the machine delivered soon or held on to as I would not be home.

We purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer over the internet. After some local shopping around and online Goedeker's had the best deal by far. A click here and a click there and done, order placed. We received regular email updates on time shipment and delivery. Goedeker's made entire process smooth and stress-free. Our new washer and dryer was delivered and we simply LOVE THEM! Best washer/dryer EVER! We would most definitely look to Goedeker's again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the 3rd time I have purchased all my appliances from Goedeker's. The prices are always the lowest, rebates are fantastic. The entire process is smooth and professional. I would purchase from them again and always recommend them to friends and family.

I liked the availability of a particular model at Goedeker's but I went with them mainly because they had the lowest price. I ordered online and purchased a washer and dryer. They had a typical website that was easy to use. It wasn't clear exactly when the delivery team would arrive from the day of purchase, but it didn't matter. I would probably order from Goedeker's again. The only negative was the price of their extended warranty, which was way out of range with the competition. I didn't even buy it. It was ridiculous, probably twice as much as the comparable ones from Home Depot or Costco.

Overall I am pleased with your company. Items were delivered on time. The delivery drivers were very nice. The items were in good condition except one chair was damaged. We worked around it. Some of the screw holes were stripped. We had to find wider screws. The furniture company was Iconic furniture. They need to work on their qc.

After searching through the internet for the dresser we wanted, we found Goedeker's. It's the first time we've heard of this place. It had the lowest price and free ship. We received our item on time and it was delivered within the time frame. Greatly appreciate the service. We would buy again.

Goedeker's sold me 2 chairs. They arrived and upon putting them together I discovered one was defective. I called and they blamed it on the manufacturer therefore I had to incur the shipping cost to return. I contacted the manufacturer who acknowledged the defect but said shipping is the responsibility of Goedeker's. Goedeker's then told me that I screwed it in wrong! Yep, I screwed it in wrong and therefore I had to bear the cost totaling over 66 dollars to return a broken chair. While I do not contend to be an expert in putting furniture together. I am extremely confident I am near expert in screwing screws in. I suspect that the glue used to hold the set in the leg dried out and thus wouldn't hold the screw in. Goedeker's used multiple excuses and simply do not stand behind their merchandise. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE!

The ordering process was pleasant and easy. The bedroom furniture received were as described on the website. The items arrived in an acceptable time frame, damage free. I wasn't particularly pleased with the delivery company. I would order from your company again.

We received our order with a damaged table top and two damaged chairs. We have been dealing with Chelsea ** about getting this resolved. But since we are traveling on vacation we can not get it resolved to our satisfaction. We sent her pictures of the damage in our emails. We will be sending the set back and need your company to reimburse our credit card. We need a pickup of the table set between 3/10 and 3/17. We really liked the set but very unhappy about it coming damaged and can not get it resolved to our satisfaction.

I ordered the Ashley Signature Design Joakim Antique Brass Finish Table Lamp. It is absolutely beautiful. Please be sure to check measurements as it was much larger than I expected. It's too large for the accent table, but I'll use it in another place.

I absolutely love the piece, and it came in perfect condition, no damages, however the delivery was the problem, tracking said it was delivered to location in Mo., that was it. I called and was told they would fix the problem and call back. I never received a callback. The package finally came, but it was left at my door, had it been damaged would have been horrible, but luckily it was fine. According to your website, they call you and schedule a delivery date, none of which happened. I am happy with purchase though.

Great bar stools. Love them. Easy assembly. Very sturdy. Would not hesitate to order these stools again. Strong construction as described on site. We initially ordered two of these stools and returned to the site and ordered a third one. I will recommend these to others if they need a large tall bar stool.

While we are in the midst of a kitchen remodel and the GE Cafe gas oven/range and GE Profile microwave have not been installed, they arrived in the time promised, appear to be undamaged and came to us at prices that no other vendor could beat (and, believe me, I did exhaustive research). So, suffice to say that where things stand right now, very pleased with our Goedeker's experience.

Ordered 2 sets of chairs. 1 set went together and look great. The other set was damaged in shipping. I sent that back and I'm awaiting the replacement. Customer service was great. I hope they arrive undamaged. We also ordered a matching table that is beautiful.

I love my new Ashley Porter rustic brown tables. I wanted tables with storage and these are perfect. No more clutter of remotes and mail laying on top of the table. Everyone that has seen them has complimented on how nice they look. All you have to do is take out of the box and screw on the bottom of the legs.

These Walnut Etagere Bookcases were exactly what we needed and it was so nice to put together these items. The quality is outstanding; everything was packaged with great attention to detail; nothing missing, broken, or scratched. After ordering, we were kept informed almost daily of our shipment and when to expect it. Found the Ashley rug I liked in local furniture store. Went online to search it and found it from your store at a cheaper price with free shipping. Came in a timely manner. Very very happy. Would order from Goedeker's again without hesitation.

My husband is a great online shopper and he is very particular about his choices and always looking for the best buy. He got on to Goedeker's website and said, "Wow." And that’s how we ended up getting our dishwasher. However, we were having problems here with the winter weather so it took a little bit longer to expedite the dishwasher here because of the snow and ice on the roads. It was in Boise a couple of days longer than we thought it was going to be but we weren't in any big hurry. When we got it, it was perfect. It's almost incredible because it's so quiet. I have to put my ear in there and go, "Okay, did it turn on or not?" because the other one that we had which was older was a General Electric but it growled.

Bought a fireplace TV stand a month before I needed and they held the order until we moved to FL. GREAT PRICE! Don't know if it was on sale or not, but 25% less at least than everyone else. Local store guessed where we bought for less.

I had a generally good experience. I had a bit of an issue with the delivery. I was told the delivery would be on a Thursday when I called the number and talked to them. Thursday came and went with no delivery and then I was told it was changed to Saturday. By that time, I had plans to be out of town for the weekend. I had to delay my delivery then until the next truck. It just seemed like a lot of miscommunication on the end of the shippers to me.

Beautiful mantel, good price, arrived in timely manner in good condition. I am very pleased with this mantel. My decorator was very impressed and I gave him the information to order mantels in the future from Goedeker's. My builder and painter were also happy with the size and good quality of the wood and the style of the Deauville. We plan to paint it to resemble Carrera marble.

The whole experience was great and even when the shippers got here they worked around my schedule and offered to do more than they had to. However it took forever for them to ship with no real updates. I had to follow up on where they were.

All the grandkids, ages 5-10, loved them! We had originally seen the same type of wooden blocks at the Public Museum of Grand Rapids. The boys, 5 & 10, played with them there and really enjoyed themselves. Their sister, age 7, has also taken a liking to "building things". Thanks again for a good product!

It took 6 months for the item to come, but I was notified weekly about the status and given the option to change my order if I wanted to. It did come on the date listed in the backorder emails. The item does have a flaw in it but it is small and I don't want to wait any longer. There are an uneven number of the decorative nails on the front side of the table. The left side seems to have one extra that the right side doesn't have.

It was a good experience. If I had been warned at the time of purchase that it would be 3 weeks before it would be delivered it would have been a great experience! I am pleased with both machines, and I would check prices here before purchasing another appliance. I would also recommend Goedeker's to family and friends.

Console table by Monarch Specialties Inc. was delivered in good shape and my husband assembled it quite easily. We are pleased with the look of the table for the cost. It's not as heavy as we would like but we're hoping it will look nice in our entry of our new house when we move into it.

In January 2017 we bought a refrigerator (GE Artistry) and a microwave (GE Artistry) that we saw online on Goedeker's website. It was easy to purchase, delivery was fast for coming several states away, delivery people were friendly and efficient. The appliances arrived in great shape and they work... just like new appliances should. I would order from them again.

GE Artistry Refrigerator. Took a little while to get; but that is because I ordered a discontinued item not available anywhere near me. I am very satisfied with the purchase in all respects. Good communication, polite and efficient delivery men. White glove was totally worth it.

Buyer beware!!! I recently purchased a coffee table through their online store. I called customer service because there were no assembly instructions. Since I am a local customer I asked about having someone assemble the product... I expected to pay for the assembly. The service rep transferred me to the sales floor. The woman I spoke with rudely advised that I purchased the item online and there was nothing she could do. She transferred me back to the service department. The rep was nice and tried to download the instructions but their Internet wasn't working. Still no assembly instructions.

Excellent experience ordering this rug. The rug is absolutely amazing and I will be ordering more colors in the future. I have owned so many rugs and this one has them all beat. You can't vacuum it because of the very, very high 'pile' but a good shake does the trick. I adore it!!

Everything went well with my order. However, free shipping was advertised. At checkout I found out that free shipping only provides curbside delivery. Since I ordered a dresser, I couldn't have it sitting on the curb and I can't imagine that anyone would want their item delivered to the curb so saying that shipping is free is misleading.

The couch is great. Looks nice, real leather, easy to put together, came packed well. Service on the other hand was a problem. First, no tracking number sent with the shipment notification. Second, after waiting 2 weeks, no phone call, no couch, I call to find out what was going on. Customer service is friendly and tells me the couch "just shipped". Still, no tracking number emailed. Third, another 2 weeks goes by... no couch, no call for delivery. I call again, again they're very nice, but turns out the "delivery company has an incorrect phone number" for me. Somehow the numbers were transposed. We get that fixed, I receive a prompt call from them and the couch is delivered the next day.

I did not have any problem returning the wrong item that was delivered, they send a replacement right away. This is on another order in regards to the appliances they gave me a credit on the dent. The only problem was someone drop the ball. I got the replacement on my dryer last month. When I called them 09/26/2016 it took 5 long months to have it fix and deliver.

I ordered a shoe cabinet for my daughter and her family for Christmas. It was not delivered until after Christmas but her and her family loved the item. This cabinet was back ordered everywhere we searched but found this website with a faster delivery.

We ordered the bed for our elderly mom back on Dec 8, 2016. Delivery estimate was unavailable for several weeks. We finally received shipping notice on 12/21/16. When we opened the boxes, we discovered the drawers were damaged. A month after reaching out to you about the damage. You emailed on Jan 28 requesting photos of the damaged drawers and packaging. We were charged for the bed when order was placed. It has now been more than 2 months. It is still unusable. The rest of it remains in boxes in garage pending replacement of the darn drawers. Only when all parts are replaced will we then take it to mom's and put it together ourselves. Very unhappy with customer service/ non-responsiveness for an unusable product we paid for more than two months ago.

Instructions made for easy assembly. The Claremont ivory convertible media fireplace is high quality. It arrived in a very timely manner. Only drawback was not enough space for dvd player and cable box. Advertisement photo was not realistic however we would order another product in the future.

In spite of my numerous phone calls and emails with both customer support and sales to confirm that you were ordering an Otis 110, you ordered an Otis 90. Feel free to call the vendor to confirm. They shipped an Otis 90 because you ordered an Otis 90. WHY DID YOU ORDER AN OTIS 90?

This couch is spectacular. It came in a timely fashion. The men who delivered it were quite helpful. An excellent experience overall. Already recommended to family members. The price was also quite reasonable. I expect to look here some time in the future when I need to purchase furniture.

Overall, I love the dresser. The delivery took longer than I expected (~3 weeks) but the delivery service called and was going to come earlier than scheduled but waited. I was very satisfied but there was one knick on corner of dresser.

Everything was great but it was to be delivered on a Friday. However was not delivered until Monday. The shipping said it was 8th in line but never updated delivery to say it wouldn't be there. Had to wait around the house all day Friday.

The coffee table was as described. The instructions for assembly are not clear at all; that needs to be improved. It is nicely packaged for shipping. Delivery was delayed with no explanation or apology for the delay. Two days after the promised delivery I called them to locate my purchase and to find out why it was not delivered as promised; I was answered in one sentence, "It will be delivered tomorrow between 12-4."

When the freezer was drop shipped, they brought it to me standing upright on the end (chest freezer) which messed up the compressor. Having to have the compressor replaced as soon as part arrives 2/7/2017. Dealing with a Maytag contractor. Other than that the order was easy. Just need to contract better shippers.

I was led to Goedeker's via a search for best price on a pair of desks I wanted on the internet. Goedeker's was one of the lower prices and went with them seeing they have been in business since 1951. I have no problem with the product, but consider this: I ordered 2 desk sets ($2400) on 11/26/2016 and received one of them on 12/23/2016 and the other on 1/11/2017. I ordered 2 more matching pieces ($996) ZSZCon 12/23/2016 and received them today on 2/3/2017. Not that I cared, but both orders were charged to my card the following day of the order and since paid in full.

Bought Refrigerator and Microwave. Service was ok. The big thing for me was installation and taking away the old one. Your customer service did not tell me that your local partner can take care of that leading me to trying lots of alternatives and wasting my time. Ultimately the local delivery company did that for me. Other than this your service was good but delivery was late, maybe because it was Christmas holiday time.

Ordered the white glove service to have them deliver and set up the various pieces of furniture that I ordered. The deliver guys can never give me a time to set up a delivery a week or so in advance so that I can coordinate a good time for them to deliver. They say they can't because they are only able to call "when they are in the area". Subsequently it has been almost 8 weeks and I'm usually WORKING when they want to drop off during the week in the middle of the afternoon. GREAT prices, GREAT furniture, just goofy delivery hours.

I bought a headboard. The item was never delivered to my house. I contacted the company and was told it was delivered to my house. Opened a dispute with my credit card and surprisingly the company had delivery confirmation which was signed by a man. There is no man in my household. They messed up my door frame and part of my chair. Then I got terrible customer service after they delivered my order. I called and submitted a damage report for the product I received and NO ONE never contacted me about the problem again. I was simply forgotten and thankfully fixed my chair myself. I will NEVER order from this company again.

The refrigerator sent was a full-size fridge, the one ordered was an under counter size. The second fridge took over a month to deliver to a commercial address. I will not use them again after this disgraceful service with no follow-up or apology for setting my project completion date behind!!

My wife and I bought a stove from Goedeker's and we've had it for about three months now. We ordered it online and had it shipped to us because we're in Florida. A close friend was looking online when he knew we were looking for an Advantium oven. He saw Goedeker's advertisement and was amazed at some of the options that they had. The company has been in existence as long as it was and we didn't know anything about it. We ordered online and it was very easy. I accidentally ordered two and had to call customer service. They took care of taking one of them off for me. The oven came exactly when it was supposed to and to the front door, which the way we had been advised that it would be. It's excellent. We're real happy with our Advantium oven.

Delayed delivery of product, multiple misrepresentations of when shipping would occur by sales staff. Would not allow a discussion with management when I requested. Refusal to cancel order when there was a delay of two weeks to ship unless I paid charges by for the shipping that never happened. I will never order from them again. There are many other companies doing this work to choose from. I order furniture online regularly and this is the worst service I've ever encountered.

Range, Microwave & Dishwasher - Love my new appliances. They arrived in excellent condition. The delivery man was very careful when unloading and handling them. My dryer arrived with a minor cosmetic blemish, I decided to accept it as it was. I am appreciative of the good communication regarding what to expect with delivery, that shipment notifications were given at all, and that that the final delivery agency called ahead to get confirmation of a good time to deliver. The appliances are both working well, and the price was significantly better than any other options I found. Overall I'm quite happy given the price paid.

I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer for a new house on December 8, 2016. Here it is January 23, 2017 and I am still waiting for delivery. I have been calling every week since mid-December, and they have told me numerous reasons why the appliances have not been shipped, they are on backorder, the shipping company for LG Electronics has gone bankrupt and 5 million containers are being held up, part of the appliances were received, but not all of them, LG gives preference to the big box stores like Best Buy, etc. Then they told me they would ship on January 12th, and would be coming from the east coast, because all of LG's appliances come into the east coast from South Korea. I told them in December where to ship the appliances, and they got this screwed up also.

My boyfriend found Goedeker's on the internet. They had what I wanted and their price was very reasonable so I ordered a range, and my boyfriend a washing machine online. It was easy to do, and both items were delivered to my house. However, the thing was I ordered the wrong cable. I ordered one for a dryer instead of one for a range so I sent it back to them but they never refunded my money. Other than that, everything else was very good with them.

Washer/Dryer - The Goedeker's website was easy to navigate, provided lots of helpful reviews on the products, had the best pricing and selection of all online sources checked, and I am very happy with my purchase. Would have given 5 stars except that delivery was delayed (even longer than the originally estimated back order date).

I had been looking for a particular tv stand for several weeks. I found it on this site. I ordered it Dec. 22 and was not expecting it until after the first of the year. I received it Dec 27. I purchased a dryer for daughter right before Xmas. The dryer was unpacked, everything looked good. She goes on vacation, comes home, hooks up dryer and it won't work. She finds out Goedeker's has a 48 hour return policy. I have built and developed all my life. I should have known buying something online like this is a mistake. I should have went to Lowe's. At Lowe's I could have returned it or gotten someone to assist me ASAP, instead within 48 hrs. Goedeker's got us stuck in phone hell. It's funny if you calls the sales department, someone answers service. Good luck. I will make sure to tell my local and national builders association presidents about this issue.

I was looking for a specific washer and Goedeker's had it. I bought it online and it was delayed because they didn't have any stock. But it was sent to my email that they would be having it within 30 days. I have my own out-of-site address but UPS has my other address. They went ahead and emailed me, too, so everything went well. I got myself a complete wash set now. I have no problem and I'm very happy with them.

I purchased a heat pump water heater October 2016. The unit was installed November 2016. The main component, the compressor, failed in January 2017. The authorized repair person recommended the entire unit be replaced and not repaired since it was a major defect. Goedeker's refused to help in any way, but beyond that had a very noncaring attitude. They washed their hands off the matter and told me to chase the manufacturer. Things happen, but I would think reasonable customer service would be for them to replace the water heater and then deal with the manufacturer themselves to recover their cost.

I bought two products and they arrived on time as expected. Goedeker's delivery personnel were very kind. I called them with one concern and that was resolved on a timely fashion. I had no complaints. One reason I chose them was their competitive price. They beat others like Home Depot and Lowe's. I was hell bent in doing an online purchase, but that was a great experience too.

I ordered a duvet/pillow shams. When they arrived I decided the colors would not work after all. I emailed Goedekers customer service to find out how to return the items. They told me that I could not return the items because they fell under a category "mattress accessories" on their Exclusions list. I explained that the item was not opened/used/tainted with and reminded them of their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, yet I am unable to make this return. The cost was $116. If it was something small I wouldn't be bothering with this but $116 is a lot of money to me.

After ordering and receiving a new Sofa from you at a good price and great service, I decided to order two chairs and A loveseat. They arrived on schedule and in new condition. I have told some of my friends about you so they could do business with you as well.

I purchased a GE stove from Geodeker’s because of their pricing. The stove's quality is very good. The ordering process online was easy. They scheduled the delivery, and the shipping was free. The delivery team was good as well. I had no problems with them. They were a little late, but they were courteous and nice.

I was extremely surprised, to say the least, when the store reviewed their decision with management and agreed to pick up the damaged unit and order me a new one. Although the new one didn't arrive yet, I am updating my rating to reflect their willingness to review the facts in my situation and come to a fair conclusion.

I was concerned about buying furniture on the internet, especially couches. I saw them in a store and googled them. I saved hundreds and the whole thing went perfectly. Even the delivery guys were polite and professional. I will buy at Goedekers in the future.

Will never order again. Customer service is nonexistent. You are much better off ordering from a box store. Shipping cost eliminates any cost savings from not paying state tax. The pictures look nice but nothing compares to trying the real thing before purchasing. They are a third party selling organization who has no inventory. Buy from someone who will stand behind their product.

We ordered all new appliances from Goedeker's, and they were delivered by forklift. The fridge has a damaged spot from the sharp end of the machine. I ordered the wrong stove (needed a downdraft that was double the price), and there was absolutely no flexibility in returns. The restocking fee was almost more than the stovetop. I will not be ordering again nor will I recommend.

If you have an appliance delivered with any kind of defect, refuse delivery as the process to repair the defect, no matter how small, is protracted to say the least. Much to my dismay, the responsibility was on me, not Goedeker's, to follow up and get the situation resolved.

Order was on time and installation went perfect. Thanks for your help. My 97 year old mom loves it as it matched the flat surface burners I had previously installed. I liked it because had to do very little modifying on the kitchen cabinets.

Purchased GE range, turned on oven and it wouldn't get hot. Called Goedeker's and they told me to call GE. I did, tech came out and said the oven swings both ways about 50 degrees. In other words, set oven temperature at 350 and oven fluctuates from 300 to 400. How can you bake with that much temperature fluctuation? Goedeker's told me because I "used" the range they could not accept return. I didn't even want a refund, but rather an exchange for a different model/brand. They said "no". My question, how the hell do I know if the range works if I don't install in and turn it on? Their customer service is terrible, now I am stuck with this terrible range because they don't stand behind what they sell. I am sure GE would have fully refunded them upon the return of the range.

While you did the right thing to give me a full refund, I felt the overall service, the bait and switch of products, the slow delivery and the fact that every day you say it's the last day of the sale is very shady! Don't contact me as a follow-up.

Goedeker's knows what they sell. They know how to find items quickly that meet the specific needs of the customer. They will find specs and measurements and other information even if it involves research and/or actual physical measurement. There is no chance that you will miss rebates because they include the information and links on the invoice. The rebates come very quickly and can be processed online. Their prices seem to beat those of everyone else. They will sell you all the accessories that are required for your appliance such as power cords, and will even tell you to buy certain items from box stores because they are standard items which can be sold more cheaply in volume. They do not try to increase their profits by upselling goods with a high markup. The salespeople will even try to find you items of the minimum amount required to get free shipping. My range hood was almost free.

LG gas range - We didn't like the prices and what was available in the stores, so we started looking online and came across Goedeker’s. We found what we wanted at a great price. When we ordered we were given a specific delivery date. That date came and went. After repeatedly trying to find out where our range was (it's a long story) we found out Goedeker’s contracts out appliance deliveries to another company. That's fine but after ordering in early November it took 6 weeks instead of 10 days to get it here! The shipping company didn't get the order when they were supposed to and when they did, the range was bounced around to different places before it finally was delivered. Long story short... we love the range and the customer support was very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Just wish they would use another delivery company!

First time using Goedeker's and after their lack of professional integrity, it will certainly be my last. Ordered a coffee table and set the packaged item aside in my leased condo until my new condo was ready. After a month I was ready to move and unpacked the table in my new condo. Unfortunately the glass portion of the table busted. I immediately emailed Goedeker with detailed photos of the damaged glass in the packaging. 3 weeks of phone calls and emails to the customer service reps inquiring about the status of the case pursued, many of which were never answered or returned.

I purchased a Melissa and Doug Hotdog Cart for my granddaughter for Christmas on Oct 24. When we went to assemble the item on Dec 26, we discovered that it was very scraped up inside the box and had screws that were broken. I attempted to contact the store via email but have not gotten a response so far. I ended up having to order another one from a different store. I'm very disappointed that I gave my granddaughter a broken item for Christmas and angry that I'm just out around $130.00.

My husband and I purchased a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher from Goedeker's in April. The dishwasher sold to us was a faulty unit that leaked in our newly renovated kitchen so badly that it necessitated an insurance claim. For months, we attempted to resolve the issue while GE pointed fingers at Goedeker's, and Goedeker's pointed fingers at GE.

The order process was very simple. The delivery was well packaged and came without any trouble. We bought 3 appliances (fridge, range, and dishwasher) for our new kitchen. After much research, Goedeker's has the best price. We are very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend Goedeker's to friends.

I bought a two-drawer nightstand from Goedeker's website six weeks ago. The ordering process was easy as there was no problem checking out. The furniture was a little expensive but it seemed to match out with most of the other furniture I had.

The price was good and the shipping was free and prompt! My only dissatisfaction was with the communication. I got an email saying my item shipped AFTER it was already delivered. So far I am satisfied with my purchase. I would buy from them again.

The price was very good. There was plenty of information about how the delivery would be and everything went very smoothly. Their delivery people in my area were friendly and right on time. Great experience! I would shop here again over Lowe's or Home Depot for large items because of the savings.
