We purchased $3K worth of appliances online. That was the easy part. We ordered it with an additional "White Glove" service which means they unbox and place into your home (cost $199 extra). When the shippers came, they said "We have no idea what you're talking about?" Come to find out that Goedekers logistics sent it to the wrong shipper and then we had to wait another 11 days before they could get it to the right shipper and back out for delivery.
We had to delay our kitchen installer and not have a kitchen to cook in for 11 more days. The only thing Goedeker's offered was to redeliver and we take the boxes ourselves or wait for the "white glove" service 11 days later. They didn't even offer to give us any credit or gift cards for eating out for the time we were out a kitchen or the embarrassment of telling our remodeler he wasn't getting appliances to finish the job.

On January 28, 2015 we placed an order for all the appliances for our new condo. A couple of weeks after placing my order we were informed that the dishwasher washer was back ordered and the order would be delayed a week, but all of our other appliances were in stock. The dishwasher shipped on February 20th so we thought we would have our appliances by the first week in March (that would provide for 10 days to get the dishwasher to the carrier that delivers the appliances). I travel for work, so I put my travel schedule on hold for the first two weeks of March. We called Goedeker's and was told the appliances were on schedule to be delivered the first week of March and was then told to call the carrier that would be delivering the appliances, A1 Distribution.
When we called A1 Distribution the first week of March we were told the dishwasher had not been delivery yet, but that it would be there that week and delivery of the appliances would be on the second week of March. A call on the second week of March to A1 we were told the dishwasher was there and that they were waiting on the refrigerator to be delivered. I am now gone all week for work because of lies from both Goedeker's and A1 Distribution and maybe they will be ready to deliver the appliances the third week of March.
So it has been more than six week since we placed the order with Goedeker's and here is what we have. Charges in full on our credit card ($6,500), nothing but a new story why they cannot deliver our appliances, and we have lost $140 in rebates because we did not have the serial numbers to submit prior to the deadline. We are waiting on the dishwasher to get our final inspection for plumbing and electrical. All inspections have to pass prior to us moving in. We are ready to move into the condo and now have to pay another month of rent because of one issue - Goedeker's not delivering. Any saving we thought we were saving by purchasing from Goedeker's has been lost many times over. We will never use Goedeker's again, wait we have not used them yet as the appliances have yet to be delivered.

The order and delivery processes went fine, the price was great, and the stove is in perfect condition. Two and a half weeks after, I got an e-mail that it had been shipped. I called to find out where it was; they didn't even let me know it was being delayed. The customer service rep told me it had been delivered a week ago. Apparently they had the wrong tracking number associated with my order. After 5 minutes on hold, she told me that it was still en route and we should get a call to schedule delivery after that. It took 2 more days to actually get the stove. Sure glad I still had my old stove to cook with, three weeks is a long time to go without one!

Over all very dissatisfied with their service. First lie they said we would get the product in 3 days and it was more like 3 weeks with us constantly calling them. 2nd lie 100.00 rebate with the order only to find out it was only for 50.00. We purchased a hose because we thought we needed it per their website only to find out we didn't need it. They then told me I had limited of days to send it back otherwise they weren't going to get my money back.

Initially my contact with Goedeker's sales staff was positive. But then it took a month for my appliance to be delivered when I was promised two weeks. I had purchased a dented fridge, so I was expecting one scratch on the lower right side. Then when the refrigerator arrived it was covered with black smudges, the dent I expected and then a four inch gash at the top left that was dented and scratched to the point of there being no paint. I called immediately and sent photos to the customer service person. Disappointingly, she never once apologized for the state of the appliance. She did offer me a $100 discount and a paint pen. I have not received either of these as promised. It's been a difficult and frustrating experience. I would not buy anything from Goedeker's again or recommend this company.

I should have known better than to buy a range scratch and dent online. I saw the picture, the rep on the phone was very helpful and everyone at Goedeker's was nice to deal with. It is just that in a photo things don't look as bad as they do in person. What looked like a Small gap between the oven door and the side of the range, I could easily fit three fingers into it. That's not small! Their delivery company AM home delivery is horrible to deal with.

I placed my order on 1/24 and was notified on 2/2 that it had shipped and was expected to be delivered 2/13. When I heard nothing after that, I contacted both Goedeker's and the trucking company on 2/18 and was told the order would be arriving that weekend and would be delivered promptly. It is now 2/26 and I still have heard nothing from the trucking company or Goedeker's. I paid promptly and would expect delivery within a reasonable amount of time or communication of a delay. This is certainly not what I would consider good customer service. I now wonder if I will ever receive anything for the $2366 I spent 4 weeks ago.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator model: RF23HSESBSR with delivery and white glove service. When I placed the order, I was not told this item was on back order and received an email shortly afterward notifying me that it was. I called to cancel the order but as soon as I did, I received another email stating this item was back in stock. I called again to complete the order but was informed the price went up. Since it was not by much, I thought I would go ahead. I also asked if they could confirm the item was in stock and the person who took my order said it was. Shortly after I made my order, I again received an email notifying me the item is not in stock.

The refrigerator had a huge dent in the side and a small one on the door. They said they were going to send a new door...still don't have it. And the stove had a display problem when I plugged it in, so I call Electrolux to come out and fix it. That's when I was told the stove was 8 years old and discontinued. Had to send them a the paper work that I just got it and they couldn't believe it. I called Goedekers and ask them if they think it's ok to sell someone a item that is 8 years old and not tell them. I thought I was buying a 2014 stove. They said to send it back but I have to pay for the shipping and repackaging. Not a good place. Just go to Home Depot or Lowes and save yourself from the headaches.

Spent $3000 for a range and received crappy service. My range was in except of an island trim piece. Customer service would not ship out the range separately as I requested SEVERAL times. They kept giving me different stories on the status of my order and kept telling me to check back Friday. Turns out the truck for shipment to my area always goes out on Thursdays. I was disappointed to learn they were not willing to put in the bit of extra work to split the order for me, ESPECIALLY after how much money I put down. I will never buy from here again and neither will anyone else in my construction network. I also lost money on construction delay so this range cost more than orig intended.

My experience was alright. I was not able to get the ones I wanted since they were on back order. We had just moved into a house so we needed them quickly. The thing that was upsetting was that the site did not say they were back ordered and there was a discount that was not available by the time I would have received them. I had to go with another model but I feel like I should have been compensated in some way for the website giving misinformation, having to wait an extra 2 weeks, not getting the discount, and having to go through the time to change the order etc. A gift card or small discount or something. I wasn't offered anything and don't feel like you should have to ask in a situation like this. I usually never feel this way but this time it was a major inconvenience.

I ordered Samsung refrig (expensive one). Your online detail of product specs indicated there would be 2 ice makers. It indicated... beware that ice maker in freezer would take up storage space. There is a cut out in back of freezer into which this ice maker would be inserted. You didn't deliver what was ordered. You would only exchange refrigerator with a lesser model with $300 more cost. This is second experience with this firm which was unsatisfactory, also an expensive product (double wall ovens). Steve Goedeker failed to respond to my e-mail telling him of my dissatisfaction. He just does not appear to care. Ice maker in top part of fridge is EXTREMELY difficult to take out to get at ice. It sticks, and does not simply pull straight out. It is very poor design. Thus why we wish we had 2d one.

I ordered over 15,000 in appliances and I also ordered a shower base. I have received the appliance and feel the price was very fair. ON the shower base, I ordered it and waited 9 days and it still had not shipped. I sent two emails to Goedeker's asking them to cancel it. I checked each day after and it was never canceled so I called. They said, "Oh, I am sorry it just shipped today so you cannot cancel." I was very upset and asked if I could refuse it when it arrived. They said no. I said, "Is there any way to return it?" They said I would have to pay shipping. IT'S A SHOWER BASE -- not easy to return and very expensive. I paid about 350.00 for it and it cost 200 to return. I ordered quite a bit of equipment for this company not to make it right since I had requested on two occasions to have it canceled prior to it shipping. But they did not care about that. Lots of places to order the rest of my appliance for my new home. I'll find one.

I ordered several appliances from Goedeker's, one being a Refrigerator that was advertised as a 28" model for a new home built. We paid for "White Glove Delivery". When the appliances arrived, the delivery company would not even take them inside. My cabinet maker had built the cabinets according to the specs listed and allowed adequate space so that the refrigerator would have the best look. When I received the refrigerator, it was wider than even the advertised width plus the extra space called for by the specs for the appliance.
I immediately called and was connected to Brenna, who advised that either Goedeker's or Frigidaire would be picking up the refrigerator. She said she would call back that same day but never did. After 10 days of phoning and being told that Goedeker's would get right back to me, no one ever called. Then I called and Brenna told me that I could return the refrigerator for a $240.00 shipping charge. I will never do business with this company again and neither should you. They do not do what they say they will do and are not people of their word.

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Goedeker's AFTER having a terrible experience with another website (Fumfie). After purchasing from Goedeker's online, I started reading some of the reviews about them, and was feeling a little uneasy about my decision. The refrigerator came within 2 weeks, which I think is good time for a freight-shipped item. When the fridge arrived, it was brand new in the box, which was flawless. When the delivery guys cut the straps and opened it, there was a small ding on the freezer door. I called Goedeker's, and they sent a new freezer door out. Things happen in shipping, so I understand, but the mishap was handled professionally, reasonably, and quickly. I was very thankful this all turned out like it did. Based on this purchase, I'd order from Goedeker's again.

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I am sorry for them because it was obvious they were getting calls from other customers wondering where their stuff were. Their tone of voice was as if a parrot were speaking. Tried to cancel the order because I could buy them and get them delivered today from nearby stores, and they asked me to pay $480. The turn over is big because they do not pay decent wages and the place is very dirty. The family members work there and are dishonest, although they claim to be Christians. Buy from big box stores or any other place because this company does not stand behind their products. There is a lot of damaged deliveries because they ship the cheapest way. I have been looking for an electric fireplace for over a month. In this time I have seen several advertised by Goedeker's on Craigslist online from $199 for a smaller unit to $299 for the larger. I called the store about one last month and was told it was no longer available, however they had several others available at a much higher price. I continued my search. On Sunday, October 19th 2014 I found one on the Goedeker's website. My husband and I drove out to Ballwin to look at it. When we arrived we found the store to be closed on Sundays.
Back at home Sunday evening I decided to go ahead and purchase the fireplace online. I completed the sale and called first thing Monday morning to find out when it would be delivered. I was told I would receive a call on Thursday to set up a day and time. My husband scheduled the day off on Friday so he could bring the fireplace inside.
Late Monday afternoon I received a call that the price was made by error and I should not have been able to check out and pay through my PayPal. The price was $1,299 not $299. I was told if I still wanted the item I needed to pay the additional $1,000. Since Goedeker's is constantly advertising different fireplaces on Craigslist for $299, I informed the owner if he was not going to honor the closed sale I would be willing to take a different fireplace at that price. The only thing he was willing to do after a few emails was to sell the original item to me for $699 more than twice the price of the sale. I do not believe the store ever sales the fireplaces at $299 but uses it as a bait and switch. I am very upset about the time and effort I made only to have Goedeker's cancel the sale without my consent.

Their website definitely offers the lowest price for certain items. But you need to get prepared for possible drama when making an order with them. The drama I am experiencing is to cost me an additional charge of $250 from the installation while the company did not want to do anything.
I placed an order of GE cooktop on 8/8/2014 and received the delivery on 08/21/2014. Upon opening the package, I was shocked that the cooktop was completely smashed (the broken glass bits were all over the place). I called the customer service and spoke to Amber. She indicated that the only way I could receive a replacement on time was to place another order and return the damaged one. I had to place a second order of the same thing on 8/22/2014, so I paid twice and am hoping to get a refund for the damaged one.
I then received an email indicating that they would receive the shipment from the manufacturer within 72 hours and then forward it to me (as many indicated they are a broker and do not have an inventory). I called the customer service on 8/28/2014 asking to expedite the shipment as my hired team is scheduled to come to install a countertop on 9/5, otherwise I have to pay $250 for a return trip if the items to be installed on the countertop are missing. I think it is not unreasonable to place an order on 8/8 and hope to install it on 9/5. A male operator said nothing could be done and it was my bad luck to receive the broken shipment, essentially declined to do anything.
With the labor day, I realized that the chance for me to receive the shipment before 9/5 was slim. I wrote to the head (Steve Goedeker) of the company, hoping him to authorize the company to forward the shipment to me by express. My concern was forwarded to their customer service. Nothing happened except for email expressing their sorry for the damaged shipment. They routed the shipment to me as they normally do. As a result, the shipment has to arrive one day after my originally schedule installation, which is causing me to pay $250 for the crew to return.
This transaction to be learned by everyone:1. Good price on their offering;
2. Must be ready to punish yourself when an unexpected happen;
3. The company would never share a responsibility for the unexpected (e.g., missing or damaged), you bear all the consequence;
4. As the male operator frankly indicated, their customer service won't help you in the unexpected drama;
5. Give yourself a very long lead time when you place an order, otherwise pay some extra and order the same elsewhere.

Beware of this company. Don't be suckered in with low pricing. Goedeker must be an appliance broker instead of stocking appliances in their warehouse. I ordered 6 appliances for a new house I am buying. It is new construction, so timely delivery is essential. I explained this to the operator, who seemed to understand. Goedeker's uses a shipping company called JB Hunt where I live in NY. Here's how it went:
Attempt 1: Due to a computer glitch, the items never made it on the truck.
Attempt 2: Drivers said that for safety reasons, they can not deliver on a dirt driveway. I said that I explained that there would only be a dirty driveway to the dispatcher. The driver said he saw that in his notes, and it not sure why they would send him out, but that he could not deliver.
Attempt 3: Gas range was damaged. It would take a few weeks to get a new one. Also, drivers could not figure out how to take doors off the refrigerator to get it into the house. Claimed it was not their responsibility. I called Goedeker's and they said they would sent the guys back to do the job right.
Attempt 4: Refrigerator came back damaged. I refused delivery, and got my money back.
In the end, you get what you pay for. Goedeker's absolutely has the best prices. But it was not worth the irritation of such terrible delivery and damaged goods. It has ended up costing me way more in missed days of work and delays in closing on the house. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Goedeker's with delivery and installation. The dishwasher came in quickly and the install scheduled. The installer came to my home with the unit, pulled out the old working unit and installed the new one. After he did the installation, he called me into the kitchen to show me a leak. The supply line to the dishwasher was bent and leaking like a sieve. He suggested I call a plumber because it was beyond the scope of what he could do. I emptied out the cabinet under the sink the night before the installation and ran a load of dishes through the old machine. The line was not bent or leaking before the installation.
He suggested I turn the water main off until the line was fixed. It was Friday afternoon. I wanted to make sure the dishwasher worked before he left so turned the water supply back on to run a partial cycle. He shoved a plastic bowl under the line and left. I contacted a plumber and had the line replaced late that afternoon as we did not want to be without water all weekend. His first comment was, "how did this line get bent?" I contacted the sales rep the following day to see how they wanted to handle the damage. He said he found it hard to believe the installer had left my home with a leaking line, would talk with him and get back to me no later than Monday. He did not call me back.
I called him Tuesday. He said the installer told him he didn't bend the line and that he believed him. At that point, I suggested he have the installer and his supervisor come to my home to look at the damaged line the plumber pulled out as well as the repair. He declined my invitation. I told him if I needed to stop payment on the transaction to get the problems resolved I would. He asked me to send in a copy of the plumber's invoice and he would talk with the owner and installation manager to see if they could "do anything to help me". He said he would contact me 2 days later. Once again, no call back. I have filed a dispute with American Express and am letting them handle it. I purchased from Goedeker's because they are a local business and I like to support locally owned businesses.
I believe they need to reacquaint themselves with their philosophy: "We believe everything we do should be for the greater glory of God. Our priority is to serve our fellow man to the best of our ability. We want our customers to see Christ in us and in everything we do." They seem to have lost their way. At least from a customer satisfaction and service standpoint.

I worked for Goedeker's ago and can tell you that there is a very high turnover with employees. Goedeker's refuses to purchase phones, office supplies, trash cans, computers, printers/copy machines, copy paper, and various other basic supplies required to perform at work. They do not purchase required software licensing, employees share the same software packages instead of buying a license for every user. And...they claim to be Christians! They do not care about employees and are very unorganized. This company has little knowledge of how bad they are thought of by their employees, and fly by the seat of their pants each and every day. The office space and showroom are filthy.
Steve Goedeker is so tight that he places water in the bathroom soap dispenser and provides no towels to dry customers and employees hands. Employees often walk out for lunch, never to return. Customer Service, Buyers and Bookkeeping is in utter chaos. I don't know how this company has survived and fully expect them to close soon. They are greedy and clueless about just how much the employees dislike working for them. They pay for only two holidays per year and the starting pay is $10 for most positions, therefore, employees feel as though they are disposable and lack dedication. Many orders are received damaged or need some type of correction because employees do not plan to be a long term employee and simply process orders carelessly. Raises are seldom given so employees have little reason to perform their duties well. Please do not buy from this company.

Drank the cool aid that this was a faith based reliable local 'small guy' appliance guy who cared about his company. My experience is similar to all the other posts where Goedeker's makes false promises, delivers damaged product and provide no support to repair. I placed a large order of Whirlpool appliances to furnish a new home kitchen. Appliance purchased included Whirlpool sidekicks, Whirlpool side by side refrigeration, Whirlpool Gold ice maker, Whirlpool Gold wall oven combo, Whirlpool smooth top range, Chimney vent, Whirlpool Gold dishwasher and Whirlpool dishwasher...yeah, one huge order. Here's what happened:
Ordered on 11/7 with the first delivery scheduled for 11/23; 11/23 delivery was short by multiple items and two of the two freezer doors were damaged (they did make arrangements for Whirlpool to drop ship replacement doors). 12/7 delivery was still short of order where there was no commitment to complete the order. Had to get Mike Goedeker (owner) involved before I could get my sales person to return my calls and emails. 12/24 delivery was completed and the last item was damaged (Whirlpool smoothtop range side was bashed in and smoothtop dented). Customer service tells me I have to go through Whirlpool to get repaired. They provide the phone numbers to the vendor and I'm on my own. 1/28 & 1/30 - First day of delivery guy is no show...second day deliver guy is scheduled to arrive between 8 am and noon. He actually arrived at 3:30 pm.
Since this is new construction, we are just getting the replacement doors and trim kits ready to install. Goedeker's did agree to come out on 2/3 to install the two freezer doors. BUT, they are requiring a $120 fee to install the trim kit. Wouldn't you think that placing an order of $10,300 of appliances and dealing with so many problems that they would waive this fee. No, the response was they have to make money somewhere. Next time, I will read reviews BEFORE I make a purchase. I should have gone to one of the big box guys who actually do care about their reputation and quality.

In a pathetic attempt to get me to keep a product I didn't want, the supervisor flat out lied to me on the phone, saying it cost them over $100 to ship the item to me, when the item itself cost $90!!! How would they make a profit, if that were the case!?! She said she 'did me a favor and looked up the cost of return shipping, and it wouldn't be worth it for me to return it.' I did my own research and it only cost $17 to FedEx the item back.
Don't bother writing to "Steve", the company's owner. His email is listed on their website with a friendly-looking photo (probably catfish) inviting people to write him anytime. So I did. I got a short-worded response from somebody who was NOT Steve saying he's happy to reduce the return shipping costs to a whopping $15. Two-dollar savings. WOW, what a guy. Do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate company. The peace of mind you'll get from the extra dollars you'll spend elsewhere are well worth the price. These people have no business being in the service industry.

Whatever you do, leave this company alone. They are not worth the effort. We purchased new appliances. They were delivered in a fair amount of time. Had to return a refrigerator. They wanted over 25% of cost of the refrigerator as a restocking fee. Called and spoke to Frank (aka the manager). No customer services skills at all. We were looking to get the right refrigerator. All he would do is keep reinforcing how much they were gonna charge us. He should be working in the warehouse. He has no business being a manager. Buyers beware.

After reading comments (complaints) that were exactly what I have been experiencing from the "friendly customer service reps" at Goedekers (Number1Direct), I called my credit card company to issue a "dispute". The amount paid to Direct 1 will be deducted from their account. This must be done within 60 days of your order. Thank you everyone for informing us of this company's ways.

I bought furniture for $3500 in December. I was informed I will be charged 50% but I was charged 100%. After dispute they refunded 50%. I got the furniture delivered and when they opened it in my home, it was damaged on two pieces out of the total of three in sectional sofa. So, I disputed 50% with Amex. They called and informed me that they would charge $1000 and give credit for $634.50. But they charged $1634.50. They offered to take it back. I agreed to this offer but now they are denying and neither do they want to take it back nor give a replacement. All was raised to MO Secretary of State Consumers Affairs Division hotline.

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. We received our new dishwasher in January. It arrived completely crushed and unusable. Number1Direct refused to exchange it, instead saying they would send us replacement parts within 3-6 weeks. As of June (yes, 6 months later), we still did not have the parts we needed and when we would call, they only say the parts were on the way and refuse to let us talk to upper management. We were unable to get refunded by our credit card company since the payment was already paid several months ago, and we are left with an unusable dishwasher. I will never buy from them again! Eventually, we contacted Maytag directly and they sent out a technician that special ordered the parts and had the dishwasher up in running within 1 week. They are sending the bill to Number1Direct. We'll see what happens!

Their return policy is horrible. It isn't clear, and is hidden in the shipping information. My refrigerator was too big to get in my kitchen. I tried to return it for a smaller model. They charged me half of what the refrigerator cost just to return it, and being out of that kind of money, I couldn't afford to buy another one. I told them to bring back my refrigerator, and then they charged me more money for shipping it back to me, all in the same day. Do not buy from this company. Stay away from them. They have a quote that they try to do the right thing in the eyes of the Lord. Their cheating people like crazy have nothing to do with God. Buyers, please beware. I was crying over the phone to these people. I'm not rich. I'm a single mother. They were stealing from me, and they didn't care. It was a lesson learned.

Don't ever buy from them. It is too long of a story to tell. It told me 3 months to resolve the washer that I purchased from them, and it cost me $225 for shipping the washer back to them. Whatever savings they offer, is not worth it. Buy from Lowe's or Home Depot.

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer on Black Friday from Number1Direct.com’s "overstock" special promotion and paid the full amount by credit card. They sent me a confirmation email saying the products will be delivered in 2-3 weeks and I will be notified one week prior to the delivery. One month past and I heard nothing. So I called on January 3 and was told that the products I paid for are no longer available for that price and I could pay a higher price for them or simply cancel the order. I told them this is very unfair because they had accepted my order and kept my money for one month without notifying me that the product was sold out. If the product was sold out, they should have notified me immediately but not wait for more than a month until I called. If I had known earlier, I could have bought from somewhere else.
All the manufacturers have raised their prices on January 1 by 8% and I missed the on-sale opportunities for Christmas, plus I have to wait for 3 weeks to get any products now. I planned to move into my house on January 5. Now I will have no washer and dryer for a month. When I complained to their customer service rep, they didn't seem to care and said that the best they can do is to cancel my order and refund me the money. But they cannot honor the price that they sold me. I found Number1Direct is extremely ruthless in this matter. This is a fraud. They published an unreal price for you to place an order but would not sell you at that price. They kept your money for more than a month only waiting for you to call and then they can up-sell you other products. Never buy from Number1Direct. Be very careful!

Number1Direct.com was running special on Samsung Washers and Dryers that if you purchases one, you got the "pedestal" free. While I thought you got both pedestals free if you purchased both the washer and dryer. I'm told I should have received only one free. I ordered the washer and dryer on the last day of the promotion.
The washer and dryer arrived without the pedestals. After one phone call where I was told I would be called back, and wasn't, and two emails, I finally reached someone in the company whose name I think was Jessica, but I didn't write it down and could be wrong. In any event, she told me that I was supposed to call in and ask for the promotion, not simply complete the on-line order. Of course, there was nothing that told you that. In fact, I had exchanged in a chat conversation with Number1Direct.com on the day I bought the washer and dryer to confirm I would receive the pedestals. She did not tell me I had to call in, that ordering on-line was not enough.
Now I'm told because Samsung will not provide Number1Direct.com a pedestal for free, and that they would have to pay for it, they will not honor the promotion because it would cost them money. They will be more than happy, however, to accept my order and payment. When I asked to speak to someone higher, I was told I could not and that was that.

I ordered an oven, a refrigerator and a microwave from them. When they arrived two weeks later, I could tell immediately that everything was damaged. The driver took the items back and I didn't hear from anyone for weeks. Finally, I called to ask what was going on. They were rude, kept me on hold forever, promised to call back and never did. When they finally delivered another shipment to my house (a month and a half later), the refrigerator was missing and the oven was damaged yet again. I was not so quick this time and did not notice the damage until the driver had already left. When I finally was able to get a hold of a customer service representative to ask for an oven that was not damaged and a refund for the missing refrigerator, I was told that I would have to pay a shipping and restocking fee for the oven.
This is outrageous! It has been over 2 months since my original order and although I received a refund for the fridge, I have not heard a word about the oven and the customer service will not respond to me.

We ordered a washer and dryer from Number1 Direct and when it arrived, the Dryer did not work at all! We had to make several calls to schedule a repair and when they arrived, they simply said it wont be fixed and they have to replace a part (on a new cryer). I called Number 1 Direct several times to get assistance but all they told me was that I need to pay close to $400 to have it returned and that they are not responsible for the damage. Never had such bad service from anyone. I would not recommend any purchase from Number1 Direct.
