This was an online purchase for a double recliner, but I called to place the order because I had questions. The girl who took the order initially was nice and the men who delivered the chair were nice. I asked about Saturday delivery to make sure I would be home, and she told me when I was contacted by the delivery company to tell them I needed Saturday delivery. After two weeks, I still had not heard from the delivery company so I called them. The man from the delivery company gave me a 6 DAY WINDOW of dates in which I could expect my chair and advised me they absolutely do not deliver on Saturday. I called Goedeker's back at his suggestion after he told me that they should not be telling people that they would deliver on Saturday. I called and spoke first with Steve and he advised me that he would look in to it.

My wife told me about Goedeker's and I first bought a refrigerator from them and the next purchase was an upright freezer. Ordering from them was easy and they scheduled the delivery with me. The first time, they said someone would be calling me or I’ll get an email within 5 days. And I was in Olfen, Texas. Three hours later, the truck driver called me and said he was ready to deliver it. So, that screwed things up. I called a friend and got somebody to meet him. But the second time, the delivery went fine. So far, the quality is good and the cost is what I’m looking for.

I ordered a dresser 2 months ago. It took 3 weeks for the dresser to finally be delivered, despite the website indicating it would be 5-7 days. The dresser was delivered by a trucking company, which was a nightmare. They re-scheduled the delivery 4 different times and each time, I wasn't notified of the re-scheduling until after the time they were supposed to arrive. I waited for hours for them to arrive and on 3 separate dates, they did not arrive or tell me they wouldn't be there until I called asking where they were. When it was finally delivered, it was 1.5 hours after the scheduled time and they were so incredibly rude that a neighbor came to ask if I was alright because crew members were loudly yelling. Once I finally received it, the dresser was damaged and there are numerous scratches, marks and it looks to be in terrible shape.

This is a beautiful new light fixture! It was a fabulous update for our kitchen nook. Easy to install and very attractive. I like that it does not have the chains & wires hanging from the ceiling, but has a clean look with a down rod. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there were light bulbs included with it.

I'm a contractor that does a lot of office build up so I always purchase appliances like dishwashers and microwaves. I liked Goedecker's website and pricing so I chose them. I ordered from them online and scheduled my delivery. Everything I've ordered was a GE name brand so the quality is good and worth the cost. Also, the delivery team was perfect. Overall, it was a very easy experience.

Whirlpool Ice Maker GI15NDXZB was in excellent condition and installed well. The instructions for installation and operation were correct. The delivery time was longer than expected since I use Amazon Prime a lot. The price was the best with free shipping. The website should have been clearer on the filter requirement. The last two I had did not have an in-unit filter so I had a line filter already installed.

I have bought kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer from Goedeker's. They do a great job and their pricing is still some of the best around over Home Depot and Lowe's even with the military discount. They also offer financing and free delivery and they do not have a sales tax. I would highly recommend them. They're easy to work with as well. I called them regarding a laundry pedestal not working with the item I purchased. They had told me it would, and it didn’t. I shipped the item back and they took care of the problem though they had to go back and listen to the recorded call conversation between me and them. Nevertheless, Goedeker's is awesome that's why I keep buying from them.

Goedeker's was in my estimation an excellent e-retailer who was very professional and business like. Their communication kept me abreast of all the information I needed from the moment I ordered until it arrived at my door. I was even called later to tell that there was a small coupon that would help me save more. Can't beat that?

I was satisfied with my order until it was time for loading the refrigerator. There was a delay on my order because it was back-ordered, but I was fine with that. I was satisfied with my salesman. I signed the pickup order while waiting for them to bring out my refrigerator. Some other salesman came out to assist the kid loading it. He had them pick up the refrigerator and place the bottom of the skid on my tailgate. Silly way to load it. Anyhow to make a long story short they dropped it. The other salesman quickly offered to replace it with another, which I knew was not possible because there were none. I decided to take it home and see if it worked. We live 100 miles away. When we got home, we hooked it up and it works fine. There is a dent in the back which I am not very happy about, but it is too much trouble to bring it back. I feel like you need a more professional way to load things.

It took a little longer than planned to receive the furniture, but they did arrive just before I had to leave for a business trip. The furniture was well packed and I was pleased to have the couch and armchair brought inside, as they are heavy. I love them both. They are very comfortable and stylish.

I sent emails about the door not aligning up and was told someone will call me and schedule someone to come and fix the doors. I have not yet received a call nor anyone came to fix the (LG) refrigerator door at all. It's been about 6 months since the refrigerator was delivered and door still misaligned. GOEDEKER's got my money and never heard back from them at all.

Delivery of desk and file cabinets - I am not sure what white glove service is suppose to mean but we were quite disappointed with your service. When ordering from other companies they will unbox, setup and remove trash. These fellas seemed put out to have to carry the items upstairs.

Heard about this company from DIL who had ordered on line. She said it was the only place she could find the Bosch exhaust hood at a good price. So I did the same, only I got it $25 cheaper than her! They sure responded quickly, and I thought they did excellent job of getting the item to me in a timely manner. I check back with them ever so often for other items I am going to need in my remodeling project.

Excellent price for the product, delivered when promised, kept up to date on order progress. Delivery guys very helpful and efficient. This was my first major online purchase and it was a very positive experience. I would definitely use Goedeker's again for a big purchase.

An appliance I ordered arrived severely damaged. When I called customer service, they first said they told me about it when I ordered (which they did not), and then changed their story at least three times about what they would do to fix it. At first they said they would replace all the broken parts, then they said they would replace only some, and finally they offered to only replace 1 broken part. I had no choice but to return the damaged item.

Best prices on any site, plus additional Memorial Day savings made this a deal that couldn't be beat. Order shipped quickly and arrived safely. I ordered a table from another site at the same time and had to wait weeks. They also accepted Brandsource CC so you can use interest free promotions when available. Would shop again.

Needed a refrigerator for a basement apartment and space was an issue. Found a type used in restaurants and bars under-counter that fit our need as a pair. They were shipped and delivered quickly and in excellent condition. I would not hesitate shopping for another appliance through Goedeker's.

I was not able to use this item and had to return it. Goedeker's made the return very easy and handled it in a very professional manner. I will always do business with Goedeker's when I need something they handle.

Goedeker’s Furniture Order Screw-ups. This is a long review, but I strongly encourage you to read it before you purchase from this company. I initially placed my order from Goedeker’s on May 10th, 2017. From them, I was ordering an Ashley Furniture bed (head board, foot board, and bed rails, all sold separately) and 2 night stands. They were at an amazing price and I was thrilled. I knew right off the bat it would be around 2-3 weeks before everything was delivered. No problem.

I ordered the washer on line, I received notices every step of the way. The product showed up about a week or so later, all boxed up in good condition. I unwrapped and installed the washing machine and it works great. This was the first time I purchased from Goedeker's and was very please with the entire process. I would definitely purchase from them again. Forgot to mention, they had the best price, about $150 cheaper than the competition.

We ordered all my appliances for our new house - refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. GREAT service and fast delivery! Very easy to order through the website. Amazing prices. LOVE LOVE LOVE this company. Will order from them again and again.

I liked Goedeker's price and I also read the biography of the family. They were Christians and closed on Sundays and I value that. I purchased a fireplace mantel from them online. They just dropped the item off but my first mantel was damaged so I had to send it back and they were really good to work with. They were super nice. The mantel was also of good quality and was of fair value. It was a good experience. I almost bought my appliances from there too but decided I would rather have somebody close to home because the closest brick and mortar store to me was three hours away. But I would probably buy from them again.

GE CAFE. Our owner design the kitchen... I went to shopping in California cost 11k but order Goedekers cost us 6k save 5k... French oven, hood and cooktops but free dishwasher... Will start remodel the kitchen. We were so happy Goedekers and good service.

Was pleased when I ordered from this place. Took a little longer than I had expected. Didn't think it would take over a month to receive the product. Customer service was great. I had contacted for the status of where it was at and they were super friendly. The two delivery drivers were great and super friendly. I would definitely purchase from again.

I looked all over for a basic wall hanging pot rack that was not too ornate and small enough to fit the wall next to my range. The rack I ordered was well made, sturdy, and just what I needed. The item shipped quickly and installation was a breeze. Thank you!

Ordered washer/dryer. After about 30 days decided to check on it. Made multiple calls to support. Ladies nice not helpful tho. Didn't call back as promised (today means today not not at all). Should have been updated on order's progress with such a lengthy back order time especially after I called and you couldn't find my units. Ordered 5/21 delivered 6/28. You should alert customers about extended waits so they can make the decision to look elsewhere, buy a different one, etc. I've bought several items all with 5 star rating. This one was a real stinker.

The was the second time we purchased from this store. The 1st time it was great, the second time was not so much. I took nearly a month to receive the item. I believe we save 50$ going through your website, but the 1 month delivery, I would have spent that to get it within a few days.

Product (GE Microwave) is exactly what we ordered and the price was as expected. The web sales team was friendly and helpful making sure that the current carrier frame from the old microwave would fit this one. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that shipping seemed really slow in today's world of online ordering (over 2 weeks).

I was looking to replace a broken in-wall microwave oven. I was able to find what I wanted at Goedeker's with a much cheaper price with free shipping. Communication was great. It was everything I could want from an online purchase.

Goedeker's was great. Prices were great and overall experience was good. My only qualm was that when my appliances were delivered, part of my wooden stairs were damaged when they were bringing in the fridge with their dolly. But the process was definitely pleasant, so I appreciate it.

I ordered a negative ionizer which is supposed to clean the air. It worked fine for 2 weeks then broke. It took weeks to get the product through Goedeker's and then after 2 more weeks, the product stopped working. I will try to call the company and see what can be done.

I am pleased with the new furniture but it took longer than expected to arrive. Part of our order was on time but the rest showed up weeks later after we had already moved to our new house so we had to scramble to make sure it ended up at the right address.

We purchase a complete kitchen set of LG appliances and couldn't be happier with the purchase. When purchasing this set the website indicated these appliances were on backorder for 4 - 6 weeks. However, we received them within 2 weeks of placing the order. Items were delivered as expected, and were in new condition with no signs of shipping damage. Very happy with this purchase.

Best price around on the TV console! We are thrilled with the furniture. It's just what we wanted. I would suggest Goedeker's put some type of expected time range for delivery in the initial email. They said it would be shipped as soon as possible and we would be notified when shipped, but I didn't know what kind of time frame to expect. When I emailed them after about a month, they did reply within a day to let me know when I could expect it to arrive.

It can be dicey to order appliances online. But never with Goedeker's. Having ordered a large refrigerator from them before, we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. This time, our 30" Thor range arrived without a scratch. Reviews helped us pick out the one we wanted. Can't recommend Goedeker's enough.

I ordered two Pub style Adirondack chairs on May 13, 2017. Chairs were a special order/back order item. Nowhere did it say that on the item description. Chairs were supposed to be delivered between May 25-30. NO chairs. When chairs did arrive June 7th, THEY WERE WRONG STYLE, not PUB style like I wanted. Destiny ** customer service, less than professional. Requested I assemble photo and send pics to her because I guess I wasn't believable. Also she was very uncaring and seemed not to really care about my situation.

I've contacted Goedeker's repeatedly via phone and email about an item that arrived cracked and cannot get them to replace the item. It's been over a month since I first ordered and reported the damaged item. I spent $1000 with them in furniture and am only asking them to replace or refund a cracked $250 bed frame. I also had to inquire repeatedly about a missing item, was put on hold for 30 minutes and forgotten about. Called back and they said the person working my order never put the item in. I finally received it after several calls. If you attempt to give them a "bad rating" online the link is broken. Too funny. Just own up to your mistakes, apologize and MAKE IT RIGHT. It's easy to do the right thing and would have brought you a lot more future business from me.

I was disappointed in the time it took to receive the grill, otherwise I was satisfied with my experience. I did call in and spoke with a store representative that suggested I give another week to receive. It did arrive.

I ordered a wall oven/microwave and a gas stove top. The appliances arrived in perfect condition. We shopped at a local store, where the sales rep told us that he would check the internet to make sure that we were getting the best price. He told us we were at the best price anywhere. That night I double checked his work, and found that Goedeker's was $1000 cheaper. I cancelled the order with the local store as I no longer trusted them. I found Goedeker’s in a Google search and they have the product that I wanted. I purchased a mid-century modern sofa table from them. The ordering process and the delivery were fine and it just came on a truck in a box. It was reasonable in terms of the cost in relation to quality.

I received a dented refrigerator. I chose to keep it for a $75.00 discount and a 10-year warranty. I still don't have a legible 10-year warranty. It was delivered on 04/28/2017 I asked Sarah ** to photocopy the warranty and send it to me snail mail. She emailed me said she sent a PDF of the warranty. It was not attached to the email. What does it take?

Paid for a fridge. Over a week goes by and finally find out that they wouldn't ship my purchase because my shipping address was different from my billing address. I provided the needed info on a Monday because it was supposed to be shipped Tuesday and told me they would get it on the truck for the next day. Well... they took their time and missed the shipping truck on Tuesday so I had to wait another week. Almost a month into it I finally get a call from the shipping company. They had a problem with the truck so it was delayed so they didn't arrive until like 7-8pm when I took off half a day of work to meet them around 2. On top of that the chest freezer I get is dented at the bottom but I didn't even care because it was not worth calling to let them know. I won't be ordering anything else.

The air conditioning unit works great. We have had no problems with it at all. It blows very cold and keeps half of the upstairs of the house cool. We are very happy with the unit and will keep this company in mind if we ever need another conditioning unit.

Yes, we received the rug we ordered. I give Goedeker's only a 4 because it was more expensive through them than other sites that were selling the same exact rug - But it was available then and not on backorder like the other sites so we eat the extra cost. It did take a long time to actually receive it though - Definitely not speedy. Also I found the website to be lacking in terms of item descriptions (I.e., rug description). Didn't have the dimensions listed and actually call customer service to make sure which one was the actually the size I wanted... Especially since there are no returns (what?!?!). Overall pleasant experience.

My grill was delivered through FedEx. It costs 70 bucks and it broke within the first week. Its bottom was already cracked but I've fixed it. We've had to use a different device to keep the charcoal up so it's cheap. Also, I don't know if it was through Goedeker's or Chefwear but somebody got my credit card from either of them and I had to cancel my credit card because I got fraud. I ordered from Chefwear and Goedeker's at the same day and then that night I had fraud and the next day they took out over $500. I've ordered from Chefwear six times and it has never happened, but it's the first time I've ordered from Goedeker's and it happened.

Basically I am satisfied with the chair. I am waiting for a replacement cushion. This one is not at all comfortable, lumpy, or??? Also stitching on one of the arms is not correct. Pictures were sent, hopefully there will be a resolution. I am waiting before making another purchase.

It all went together well until I put on the middle door. It does not align properly and it looks like the hinges are the same as for the other two doors. I am at a loss at this point. There is no phone number on the instructions to call for help.

I ordered 2 Ashley twin Beds. Best price by far... internet or in-store. Free delivery and no tax was obviously a great bonus. I received the correct items and in excellent condition. The Barling Mushroom Power Recliner with adjustable headrest is fine just like the one I sat in at the warehouse store. It not about the chair to me. It's about how I get the chair and how much money I can save. There were a few stores that I looked at. The store that I first order it from was a good price. The problem was after I ordered the chair at the first of April they said it would take 3 to 6 weeks. Next thing you know it's May and not even a update on the chair. I cancel. I find Goedeker's. GE Cafe Appliances - 2 full kitchens after a flood, most were Café models. Our home has a mother-in-law apartment. Kanto shipped my order in 2 separate packages. 1 shipped great via UPS. The 2nd was labelled UPS, but Kanto dropped at FedEx. I worked with 2 different women in Goedeker's customer service to eventually get the 2nd package to my house. THANK YOU for helping me! I was searching for a particular desk and I googled stores. Everyone else, I would have had to have waited a month but Goedeker’s had them in stock. I purchased the desk online and the ordering process was okay. But the website had the wrong pictures but the serial numbers and the item weight and description, those were all correct. I was trusting that the serial numbers were correct, not the pictures, and so it worked out for me. I think it was made by the same manufacturer, but it was a totally different desk. They should just make sure they have the right pictures.

I found Goedeker’s through internet search and I liked their items and prices. I was able to purchase a rain chain easily. Everything was perfect, 100% - shipping, packing, price. The product has a very nice quality too. They were good and I had no problem.

Generally Happy, but slow to deliver. Everything about the process was simple. Communication was clear and effective. I was disappointed in how long it took to ship the item, however. I am not referring to the freight transit time, rather the over 2 weeks it took to actually ship my dishwasher. In the end, it took almost a month. I just wonder if this can be tightened up, or if more information could have been provided upfront about the timing to expect.

The refrigerator arrived later than we had hoped but that was okay. However the fridge had some dents on the outside that we called about. Rather than return the fridge, we agreed to take $175 discount to keep it. That was the good part. The bad part is that we've been trying to get that money ever since. They are making us jump through a number of hoops only to ask for more. It has been over a month and we are still waiting. Very frustrating.

It took 5 months to receive our bar stools. One of the bar stools back was attached crooked. They did send me a new top to the chair and it worked fine. So they made it right. I was satisfied with the outcome.

I ordered 2 lamps described as gray. When I received them they were green on bottom with a little gray at the top. I have contacted the company. They want me to pay shipping back which is high since they weigh 16 lbs. I have called several times but no one available to speak with. I do not think it is fair for me to pay shipping back when the color is not as shown on website.

I purchased a cream colored sofa NOT listed as a scratch or dent item that was delivered 3 long weeks later. The sofa arrived with black blemishes in various places, no legs and a piece of wood securely screwed onto the bottom. I emailed Sarah ** as well as Steve **. They wanted to send legs and have a company come clean it. Excuse me? For a NEW sofa??! They then tell me after 3 weeks of emails I need the original packaging and will not refund or replace this piece of crap. NO integrity!

We purchased a GE Profile PDT855SSJSS. Your price was $300 less than anyone else. Delivery was prompt and convenient. I installed it myself and it was a piece of cake. You can stand right next to it and not know it's running. It's impressively quiet. It's everything we were looking for.

Order arrived prior to a call from the trucking company to schedule a delivery date/time, but driver was kind enough to wait for me about 15 minutes so that I could get home to inspect the dishwasher and cooktop. All was in order. Did take longer for the shipping than I had originally understood from the website information. Fortunately we were not in a hurry. Prices were good!

I bought several items from Goedeker's including a furniture, a washer, and a dryer. I liked their price and their online ordering process was good. However, the dryer was damaged during the delivery though the box still looked good. But they took it back and I was happy with it. The quality of my purchases was above what I expected. I'm happy with the furniture and the appliances that I ordered but the delivery takes a little longer than I like. I wouldn't buy from them if I needed something in a decent time because the delivery takes about two months on every time I purchase something. It's worth the wait and saving the money but if I want something within two or three weeks, I couldn't get it from them.

A bed frame and nightstand were ordered. It arrived without flaws and was securely boxed. It came with instructions (in English) and my husband was able to assemble it rather easily. However, after comparing pricing, we were able to save nearly 15%, even with shipping costs, with Goedeker's. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the delivery was great - We selected the 'White Glove' option - For an additional $50, and the appliances were placed where we wanted them. (We were not yet ready for install, so we stored them.) Overall, this was a completely positive experience. I ordered a complete 3 piece living room set from Sam's Club... did not notice until delivery men left that one of the pieces was defective. I contacted Sam's club with no response until I wrote to the BBB! All I wanted was the replace of the one defective piece... they did not offer any help at all. I ended us just telling them take it all back. So I then ordered a different 3 piece living room set from JCPenney's. They delivered two of the three. Every time I called them, they could not get me and answer and DID NOT EVEN TRY to find an answer or help me out. SO I cancelled them ever delivering that one piece... the rocker recliner. BOTH companies had the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

No complaints whatsoever. Loved Ashley earth sofa and immediately ordered a second one. It arrived today and again, no problems. Each took only two weeks to arrive. The sofas are beautiful and comfy. Trucking co. kept us advised of delivery time and were very nice guys.

The recliner is excellent. Delivery was within the window and the driver called ahead. Processing took some time, but overall it was a positive experience! Assembly for the chair was very simple, and the materials are excellent. We are very happy with the purchase.

The items were priced right and the shipping was good. I didn't like the time I had to wait to get the item delivered. I called the shipping company after waiting for a week when the items were already in GA. I called them and I asked about my delivery, and the guy says, "Oh yeah, how's this Thursday sound?" We ordered a double oven to be installed by your company. Eric did a wonderful job with the installation, and was very pleasant to work with. He was very punctual and efficient on the initial install. When he realized the opening was too big, he had a trim piece made to finish the install. He returned the following week to put on the trim piece. The overall install looks great, and Eric was great to work with on this project.

Have been remodeling kitchen dining room and den, so new appliances were in the mix of things to change. Looked at many large box stores, I even worked for one almost 40 years and even with my discount and the very best sale price couldn't match the price of Goedeker's. I was able to save well over $1000. The only apprehension I had was some of the reviews about delivery. Talked with an associate of Goedeker's and felt at ease about my concerns. It took a few weeks to get the products but that was not an issue since remodels never run on schedule, well at least this one isn't. Products, fridge, range, DW, disposer and range hood all arrived undamaged and in good condition. For me this has worked out to be a very good experience.

I placed an order for an espresso maker from the Goedeker's website. Nowhere on the page did it say the item was out of stock or back-ordered, however that is the case. A day after placing the order, I received an email saying, "Your order has been processed and the manufacturer is working to get your product shipped directly to you as soon as possible. You should be contacted by the manufacturer within 7 to 10 business days regarding shipping and delivery." This was troubling. So I have to wait 7-10 days before someone will contact me about shipping it? What?

Our experience with Goedeker's was superb and we're doing fine with them. I found their website when I was looking up appliances and there was a particular GE profile that I was looking for. I like the savings that I get and have ordered from them on three different occasions. The free delivery helped, too. I got kitchen appliances about two years ago, and then a washer and a dryer about a year and a half ago. I did a recent purchase and their online ordering process is easy. The only trouble I had was when I was looking for the glass top cook range, I had to go through all the ranges to find them.

Goedeker's hires some of the worst delivery companies that you will ever have to deal with. They showed up at 10:15pm to deliver an item that was in a window from 4 to 8 p.m. They left a mess everywhere, nearly broke the refrigerator and damage the floor and Goedeker's wants to take no responsibility for hiring such a lousy company. I would think twice before ever hiring or purchasing from this company. Buyer beware.

They are in the right place and provide free delivery. The delivery team was very courteous and professional. They brought my furniture in and put them where I asked them to. I had no problems with them. The quality of the furniture is excellent and I'll order from them again if I need to.

Placed order on 3/22/17. Order remained in transit until I called AM trucking from 3/30-4/14. Recommendation: I know your company was paid for the product but the customer experience ends at delivery. You should hold your 3Party trucking companies responsible for the OTD of product. The driver was professional and called ahead of time - no issue. I do not think I will purchase with you again - I work for a 10B company and we would have no customers if this was the experience. The product is good - just the end to end needs to improve.

Well I bought my 85 lbs Electrolux microwave on 3/15. 3 weeks it arrived from St. Louis, a 6 hour drive. It arrived severely damaged, BENT, CRUSHED, OUT OF ALIGNMENT AND UNWORKABLE ETC ETC. So it was unusable, this was due to no packing protection on the sides of the box. Today is 4/12 and UPS just left with microwave #2, it too was severely damaged due to no packing on the sides of the box, DUE TO EXCESSIVE DAMAGE I HAD TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE DELIVERY AGAIN. GOEDEKER'S just adds a piece of cardboard to the top and bottom of the box but ignore the SIDES and this is where the damage occurred both times.

Goedeker's had the best prices. I ordered appliances from them online, and the experience, as well as the quality of items and cost were all great. Their delivery team was good as well. However, I had a little issue because the information on where it’s coming from and when I’m going to get the shipping instructions were not clearly communicated to me. I had to call because I wasn’t sure what is going on. Other than that, I was very happy with the experience in general.

I ordered 2 beds (WHITE TWIN BED WITH TRUNDLE, CAPPUCCINO TWIN BED WITH TRUNDLE). When I received no trundle and complained they changed product description (WHITE TWIN BED Trundle NOT Included, CAPPUCCINO TWIN BED Trundle NOT Included) and refuse to honor the previous description and want me to pay to return or order the trundles I was supposed to get.

I had a very good experience. Ordering was easy and the chairs I purchased shipped in a timely fashion. They arrived in boxes that looked quite damaged, but thankfully there was no damage to the furniture inside. The price of the chairs I purchased was excellent - the lowest I could find on these chairs. I will say, however, that the pricing was a little deceptive. They have "sales" that say they expire that day, but then the same sale is available the next day (with that day as the expiration), the next day, etc. etc. That's not a problem - it just makes you more eager to purchase to get their sale, which is exactly their aim. Overall, I would definitely purchase from Goedeker's again.

Long story short, I ordered 3 lamps. Two came broken. I contacted customer service and they said they would send 2 new ones, but would have to schedule UPS to pick up the broken ones first before the new ones got shipped out and would let me know when that would be. A week went by and never heard anything about the pickup so had to email them again and they said they would get back to me by the end of the day, but never got back to me. Then another week went by and another week. Finally, I had to call someone not in service department to find out what is going on just to come to find out UPS never wanted to pick up the broken ones!! So what a waste of time. Inadequate customer service. Still waiting for the lamp and it's going on 2 1/2 months later!!!

I was very pleased with my first purchase from Goedeker's. Their service delivery team was great and always kept in touch the day of delivery so we were knew when they would be arriving. Customer service was wonderful as well! I love, love, love my new LG fridge and no one could or would match the price received here. It took a little longer on delivery because of the distance, but well worth the wait. It is absolutely beautiful in my kitchen!!!

Delivery date was very accommodating as my remodel construction fell behind. The delivery men were very nice and did a great job. Everyone I worked with at Goedeker's was very helpful and cooperative. I haven't used the appliances yet but the service was great.

I ordered a chair from Goedeker's that was back ordered. I had no problem with waiting for the item I wanted to be back in stock but I appreciated the e-mails I received letting me know that my chair was still back ordered and giving me the option of waiting or choosing another item. In the end, it was delivered to me a few days before it was projected to be back in stock and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel electric double oven range. I knew exactly what I wanted and had been shopping around for the best price for a while. When I found the Goedeker's website I couldn't believe the low prices, better than any deal I found online. They were so low that it made me a little leery, so I called with several questions. I wanted to make sure these items were new, and not scratch and dent. The staff was courteous and helpful and took my order over the phone. The item arrived on time and I love it. Will definitely check with Goedeker's first when shopping again.

Washer arrived badly damaged. Had to pay for another washer to get a more speedy delivery. That did not happen. I still do not have a washer and I have paid for two. I was refunded for the first one only after the shipper picked it up. Still waiting on a washer...

We had never heard of Goedeker's but decided to purchase based on the many good reviews and good price. We ordered a Bosch 800 series dishwasher. Couldn't be more pleased. Price was great. Delivery was fast. Would definitely recommend Goedeker's.

Ordered a new gas stove, which I had been wanting for years, but couldn't find one I liked that I could afford. The price was very competitive, delivered with no dents and we had our local handyman install it and love it!! Excellent service! Thank you Goedeker's!!

I have had my eye on this Whirlpool electric double oven range for quite some time looking for the best price and I finally got it. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the delivery was exceptional. Arrived on time, factory boxed and in perfect condition. Definitely shopping here again.

I searched for the best deal on a hall tree and found Goedeker's. I had never heard of them before but they were Google certified so I gave it a chance. Not disappointed, the package arrived when expected and the piece is beautiful. I'll delicately look to Goedeker's for more in the future.

No issues. Was a little concerned with delivery from not a local store but it was fine. Everything was well communicated. The delivery service was nice. Didn't bother with the white glove and still feel it wasn't needed. Although I am more than capable and was able to be there for the delivery. And at a great price!

I received my desk in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that would have been better is an expected delivery date as soon as I ordered it. However, I received the desk within 2 weeks of ordering it. I ordered it on March 2, and I received it on March 15. The desk was as I expected it. I paid for white glove service and wanted it delivered to my second floor. The delivery guys told me that what I paid for only included 7 steps as one flight, so I had to pay additional money in order to get it delivered to my second floor which was 17 steps. Outside of that I was happy with my purchase and delivery. The desk was very easy to put together and it looks beautiful in my office.

I’m in the same town as Goedeker's local store and I’ve known it for a long time. However, I buy stuff from them online. I’ve purchased some microwaves and a year ago, we bought washer and dryer. Goedeker's gives the best price. But, they don’t have the items in stock and it takes a long time to get it. It has taken as much as three weeks to a month to get the orders.

Having seen the sun and moon wall plaque only online, I worried about its appearance and wanted it to be perfect for my sister and her spouse's first house purchase. I even had it drop shipped directly to them, which made me even more nervous about what it might look like. Well, they called me right away when it arrived and were both completely thrilled! They loved it! They used a sun/moon theme for their wedding 10 years ago and this wall decor is the perfect thing to hang in their courtyard near the front door to welcome guests and remind them of their special day. Big win! Great gift!

I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer with a pedestal underneath them from Goedeker's. Purchasing online went smooth. The website had good information and the price was good. I found that they delivered to my area, and they had a rare non-vented dryer model that I wanted. It's a heat pump dryer that's energy efficient. They scheduled delivery for us and it met our needs. The delivery was professionally done and they allowed me to open and look at it, make sure it was in good shape and it was all fine. It's still sitting in the box since waiting for the house to be finished so we can install it, but so far I'm very satisfied and I would order from Goedeker's again and recommend it to others.

I was very surprised at your help over the phone. I was also surprised with your prices. I would recommend your company to anyone. And deliver into my garage. We are remodeling our kitchen. You also had just the product (GE appliances) with our color we have been looking for.

The Abbyson Pineapple floor lamp was purchased as a gift. The recipient loved the lamp and it goes well with her decor and the two table lamps she had! The shipping date was slow but when I called, they explained why it took so long. Once it was shipped, the delivery was as indicated on the tracking.

Our refrigerator freezer stopped working and we could not get service for over a week. Calling Goedeker's did not help and we were left without cold food storage for an unacceptable amount of time. Buyer beware.

My experience with Goedeker's has been like none else I have ever known. From placing my order (via phone), status and receiving the order and exchange of damaged drawer, every contact has been personable, polite, curious, and professional. Goedeker's makes me feel like I'm back in the old days when retailers cared. Because Goedeker's does. They go above and beyond. They constantly contact me just to give status updates so I don't wonder what's going on. If every retailer did even half of the customer service Goedeker's does, none would ever go out of business. Goedeker's is wonderful!!!
