When I was shopping for a stove, I ran across this Goedeker's. I thought based on the reviews and pricing it would be a good place to purchase from them. I ended up purchasing an LG stove from them. When the stove arrived it arrived by a non-professional delivery guys and truck. I didn't think too much into it because it was nicely packaged. I ended up opening the packaging on the weekend when I had time to install it. I was surprised when I opened it. The product was damaged. The side had a big dent and the lower oven door has out of the hinge. It looked like someone tried lifting it from the front damaging the front and causing the hinge to pop out.
I immediately called Goedeker's and let them know. I sent them pictures and spent hours on the phone with them and numerous email communications. They kept acting like they wanted to fix the issue, Tiffany sounded like she wanted to get this right. However, each time there was an excuse as to why someone didn't come to fix the issue. They wanted to contact LG directly and get it covered under warranty wish didn't make sense at all since this damaged most likely happened at their warehouse or by their delivery company. Weeks went by with them constantly lying about a service tech company. Three months later and the issue is still not resolved. I will never do business with them again and I recommend you stay away as well. They sell you damaged goods and lie to you about it.

We are very satisfied with our GE range. Great price. Order was sent quickly and company delivering was punctual and very careful. Overall great experience. Would recommend Goedeker's to anyone. I plan to use them for any future appliance we may need.

I got a microwave, a fridge, and a stove from Goedeker's. Browsing on their website was easy. I searched by model because I already knew what I wanted and compared prices. The delivery was fine although they told me that they would deliver it next week when I called and then an hour later, I got a call saying that it was being delivered the next morning and I wasn't prepared. It was 5:00 in the afternoon and then they said, “Oh, we’re coming at 7:00 a.m.” I had to pull out my old stuff and clean out. It was great because I had been waiting a month for them but I wished I had a little more heads-up.
However, I didn’t know it was a direct buy type of company and that part was missing on their website. It wasn't very clear so I had redoubled ordering online. It didn’t come off as a direct buy to me and I thought I was buying from an appliance store in Missouri. I drove them crazy because I called them every week asking what the status was. And then I finally realized they were getting this from GE so it all depended on when they had it made and when it would get to them. It ended up taking a month for me to get these appliances. Their prices and the quality of the items are really great though. If you aren’t on any kind of time restraint, Goedeker's is the way to go.

Goedeker's had good prices so I bought a fridge and a 30-inch wide electric double oven range from them. Their delivery takes time and though I wasn't in a big hurry, there were times when I kinda wished I knew what was going on and I didn’t know if they had tracking for that. But the delivery team was really friendly and helpful which was a plus. The products arrived three weeks later and they weren't scratched or dented. I keep coming back and there is a possibility that I'm gonna be buying an over-the-range microwave from them.

I had ordered a product on your website. You have no courtesy to update the consumer on when they will receive their product. I had to call in to get an update and I was told that it was backdated to end of January - 50 days from the date of order. You should have the minimum courtesy to update the consumer.

I purchased a bed skirt from overstock.com but they did not have it anymore and I wanted the fabric to be used as part of a window treatment. Goedeker's was the only place that I could find the bed skirt from so I bought it from them. The delivery took a while because it was on backorder but when it came, it was what I was expecting.

It was easy ordering and customer service was very helpful. We purchased a refrigerator, which we love! The price with extended warranty was way cheaper than buying locally without extended warranty. But only gave 4 stars because it took 29 days from the day we placed order until the refrigerator was delivered. Way too long! Refrigerator sat at the local shipping hub for a week before it was delivered to us. The actual delivery guys were great and unpacked the refrigerator and brought it into the kitchen. We did our own set up which was simple.

Great price but item (GE slide in range) was back ordered. Delivery took longer than anticipated but overall happy with experience. They did have good selection of other ranges in stock but I wanted white not stainless steel and this range features. I Would buy from them again.

I am happy with my appliance purchase from Goedeker. The prices were reasonable and the representatives were helpful and courteous. The only issue I had was with the delivery. The items were delivered a week later than originally promised. That is why I give them four stars as opposed to five.

Nature’s Sketchbook waste basket - I had been pricing this item through many vendors but Goedeker’s had the best price by far. I was so pleased when it arrived. It was in perfect condition! It did take longer than I expected to ship but it was during the holidays. I would definitely shop here again.

Good experience with buying from Goedeker's. Very pleased with the Krismen Power Reclining Loveseat with power headrest and it came very quickly. Did some shopping around and they were the best priced and easy to deal with. Liked the fact that the headrest was power adjustable also. Would buy from again and would highly recommend.

I purchased a desk from Goedeker’s and the quality feels very nice, but it was a little bent in an area. I was able to fix it by pressing it against a hard surface but it made putting the drawer in a little difficult which was annoying. Everything else met my expectations. The desk came earlier than they said it would, so I was happy about that. I would go back to Goedeker’s.

I am a reasonable, professional, middle aged mom. I spent $1,500 on furniture for a cabin we bought, which was a lot of money to me. So I was incredibly excited to get it so that we could spend the long thanksgiving weekend there with friends. I have 3 vacation days left until next May but the delivery company told me they only delivered on Monday or Tuesday between 11-3, so I took a day off, and then the nightmare began.
I had delivery set up for yesterday from 11:00 - 3:00 on Tuesday. I called the delivery company on Monday to confirm the delivery and to ask where we would be in line for delivery as I had a 2 hour drive to the delivery location in Hermann MO. I informed them that I absolutely had to be back in St Louis by 5:00 pm so that latest I could leave Hermann to come back was 3 pm. I also told them that I did not get phone service at the delivery location. The lady assured me that we would be the 9th delivery and that it would be around 11-12 for delivery but 2 pm at the latest. Great right?
So Tuesday, the day of delivery, I called when I left STL to double check on the route and timing, etc. I explained everything again. The person on the phone was VERY rude and said I'd get the delivery between 11-3 and that she had no way of finding out the route for the day or where I was on it. Ok. The lady the previous day was able to get the info, but ok maybe this person is just having a bad day. She said they would call 30 minutes in advance, I explained I didn't get phone service there but she wouldn't acknowledge what I was saying. It just got worse from there.
I got to the delivery location, at 11:30 I called again, I got a different person who kept me on the phone for 30 minutes and then said that she had no idea where we were on the route. I got disconnected or they hung up on me I'm not sure but I called back, got a different person and she said the guys had 5 deliveries before me and that they were "no where near being there" and that the delivery people would not answer the phone but they should be there by 2. I told her about the previous day's call and she said she wouldn't know anything about that and that "things change". Ok pretty rude but I waited.
I called again around 1:30. Keep in mind, in order to call I had to leave my friend at the cabin, get in my car and drive to a service area on a gravel road, not convenient. So this time they said I was number 23 out of 26 deliveries and that they had 3 more deliveries. I asked if the deliveries were close and she named 3 different cities one of which was Jefferson City which is over an hour away from where I was! She said they would be there by 3 but I pointed out that it was impossible to get there by 3 and that we had to leave at 3. She said well sometimes they run late and that there "weren't any guarantees in life"!
I told her that in fact there were guarantees and that they assured me I would get delivery by 3. I explained that I had to leave by 3 so then what, she said then I would miss the delivery and would not get it again for several weeks, that they would send it back to Iowa. Then she started laughing! I asked her name. She said Nicole but no Nicole works there according to another person there. I asked for a manager, apparently his name is Dave and his last name is top secret cause she said she could not divulge that information. I left several messages for "Dave" but he never called.
I called the delivery service back at 3 and they said they'd try to be there by 4, but they were "only running a couple hours late" so I needed to wait for them or my furniture was going back to Iowa and I wouldn't see it for weeks. At this point I couldn't believe how I was being treated. I had taken the day off, had called several times, and was treated like I was doing something wrong. They were so rude to me I was appalled.
So I called Goedekers and got a hold of Elizabeth who was very nice. She called the delivery co and they told her that their truck broke down, which ended up being a lie. When she asked the delivery co about it later (because I told her at no point did anyone say anything about a broken down truck to me) and they admitted that the truck was fine they were just running late. Elizabeth told me the delivery manager (Dave) was going to call me, he never did. So I called him again but it went to voice mail again. Eventually after hours of calls and people at the delivery company putting me on hold for 30 minutes at a time and then coming back to the phone with no info I had to leave to get back to STL.
I called Goedekers again and another lady said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do about it and I'd have to reschedule after Thanksgiving. I went home, really upset. On the way home at about 4:40 I received a call form the delivery company saying they would be delivering my furniture in 40 minutes! I told them I had already left. She was very rude and said that I should have called if I was going to leave! I told her I could come back if they could deliver later, but she said no, they would send the delivery back to Iowa and that I could take off another Monday or Tuesday in a few weeks to try to meet them again as they only come on Mondays or Tuesdays.
I tried to arrange a weekend delivery they said no. I asked if they could deliver on a Monday or Tuesday around 6:30 or 7 pm because I couldn't take another day off, they said no and that I would get a call 24 hours in advance of the new delivery date and I would have to arrange for someone to be there between 11-3 because that's their delivery times!!! Does anyone else see how ridiculous this is? When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said he would call me in 15 minutes.
When I called back in 15 minutes she said he had left for the day. I said I would come back down if they were still in the area, but she said the guys were "tired from driving and delivering" (I'm sorry but isn't that their job?) and that it would be illegal for them to wait for me (that doesn't even make sense), plus they have been delivering for 2 days and they shouldn't have to wait for me (even though I took a day off work and waited ALL day for them and they never showed). I have to admit, my response wasn't very nice and I apologize but I kind of lost it.
So I called Goedekers again and talked with Laura who was also very nice. I was really upset. I got home to St. Louis, my Thanksgiving ruined as we needed the furniture for that weekend. At 5:30 Bianca from the delivery company called and said the drivers would be at the delivery location in about an hour and 15 minutes. I told her I could get there by 7:30 but I wouldn't drive down if they weren't going to be there. She said she checked with the driver and ASSURED me they would be there and that they would wait for me. She also said I should have just told them I needed a 90 minute call before delivery...very rude, as I was there all day, but I didn't want to get in to it.
I got in my car and when I hit the highway I called Bianca again to double verify that the drivers would be there at 7:30 and if I wasn't there they would wait. I explained the craziness of the day and that I was going to drive 2 hours AGAIN to meet them. I also told her that I did not get phone service there and to let them know that, but I would be there for sure. She said they would be there until I get there and promised they would wait for me.
After 2 more hours of dark and curvy roads, I pull up to the cabin at 7:33 and... there was no truck waiting. I dropped my husband off and drove up the road to call the delivery company. I about flipped. He kept me on the phone for 41 minutes and then came back and said they were there but left at 7:20 and that they could reschedule delivery so that they could just leave the furniture and take a picture! OMG! What? Leave the furniture... where on the front lawn? Plus they left before I said I would be there, they left before 7:30! I seriously lost it, I started crying because after all of the day's events THEY CALLED ME to come back, again, and then they weren't there again! I told them that I didn't care where the driver was, he'd better get that furniture to me that night, truly I was hysterical.
After yet another 20 minutes on the phone (calling from the side of the road again) with the only nice person in the whole entire co, he said the drivers would come back but it would take 30 to 40 minutes. Around 9 pm the drivers came back, they were most likely tired so they were very rude, but I understand it was late and they were frustrated like I was. Still it was a little unnerving as we were in a secluded area. They wanted me to sign the receiving sheet but I told them I had ordered a recliner that they had not brought in. He said there's nothing left in the truck, he told me to go look in the truck. I said I wasn't going to go look in the truck, I wasn't about to go out there in the dark with 2 upset guys.
Then the other guy read the order and said, "Oh yeah there is a recliner in there, probably under the washer," so they brought it in. End of story. We just left all the furniture there not put together and drove home, we got home about 11:30 pm. So that's my story of what should have been a simple delivering turned into a total emotional nightmare. Elizabeth said I would be credited the "white glove" delivery fee of $99.99, as I spent half of that in gas and even more, took one of my last days off for nothing and had to drive back and forth TWICE, not to mention the stress of the day. But I've never received the credit.
I am a professional and that's not how I do things. This is the WORST delivery service ever. Even when I called to set up delivery they were so rude. Call them sometime and act like a customer wanting a time for delivery... you'll see. In fact call before they've called to set up delivery and see what they say, they act like you're a nuisance and you just need to pipe down and wait for them to call you 24 hours before delivery. Also Laura said that she is giving me a 5 year warranty and I appreciate that too. I have not received anything via e-mail about that nor have a been credited the 99 delivery fee.
Not surprising the delivery company and "Dave" never called. I respect Goedekers and their love for God. I understand that deliveries are late, but this delivery company was rude, unprofessional and downright mean. Unfortunately they are an extension of your company so when they mess up it reflects badly on you. That's my story.

I haven't installed everything yet, but items were packaged well and delivered on time. My only complaint is that I paid extra for delivery up one flight of stairs for the washer and dryer but they were left in the basement. I had carpet installers who let them in and I was upstairs and wasn't aware. Now I have to get someone to carry up the washer dryer to the first floor to be able to install them. Other than that, the items look great.

I purchased a French-style refrigerator from Goedeker's. Their price was better and enough for the financing. I ordered it online and then I called. The rep that I talked to was very nice and helpful. The process went very smoothly. The unit arrived after two weeks. I had a good experience shopping with Goedeker's. I would do it again.

Goedeker’s had the right product with the right price and they did everything they were supposed to. I bought a gray lounge chair from them. They delivered it and I assembled it, and it was perfect. My wife says the chair is hard and that it hurts your butt when you sit on it, but I did not notice that. Goedeker’s is a fine buying establishment and my wife says we got what we paid for. The overall buying experience at the website was great and if they have the right product again, we'd buy from them versus anyone else.

After uncrating and installing I did notice a few dings but the manufacturer did respond and is correcting the situation. The pricing was very competitive, would highly recommend your company and did to my contractor for their clients.

I was looking online for a small range and I saw Goedeker’s. I got a good one. It's just a basic inexpensive range, but it works just fine. It’s stainless steel and it looks nice. When I tried to look up the shipping information on the website, though, it was a little buggy. It showed me two different shipping companies. It was difficult to see but then the online information became correct, eventually. The delivery people were nice. They were going to bring it up through to the back building but it wasn’t ready yet, so I just had them bring it up to the front porch.

I ordered a child's recliner chair with a San Francisco Giants logo. The chair was perfect, a terrific price, and was delivered very promptly. I feel that I can trust Goedeker's products and service commitment. I had ordered another chair made of fabric from another company, and it was discontinued. That was the best thing to have happened, since this chair is so much better.

We've ordered 2 sofas from Goedeker's (separate purchases) and we are very pleased with our purchases. They had the best price, no tax and free shipping. Unfortunately though we will no longer purchase anything else due to the delivery company (AM Trucking) that they do business with. They don't call to arrange a time and date convenient for you, they contact you and TELL you when it's coming! If you need to reschedule it's a $125 fee! I had to take time off work because I wasn't gonna pay that! The delivery guys from the Norcross locations are ** and don't call 30 minutes ahead of time like they're supposed to either.

Unlike the others on here who found out the shipping is only free to "Big cities" they don't ship to my city. And I am not waiting on a washer and dryer set for an unspecified period of time. I cancelled the order, they tried to ask for return shipping. I laughed and asked them if they knew that recorded consent goes both ways. This means when a company calls you or you call them and they say all calls are recorded and ask for consent they also give consent to you recording. I have a recorded conversation saying the item wasn't shipped then saying I need to pay for return shipping. Easy to win with Mastercard fraud investigation. Save yourself the time and don't buy from them.

Goedeker's is very well respected in the market. I have probably been purchasing with them for about 15 years, and one of the reasons is how they treat the people. They listen to what you're looking for. They're not high-pressured at all. When you go to a lot of places where people follow you around and try to push things at you, they do not do that at all. And I like that. Also, they have great prices. Their customer service is great and their delivery is always on time. Recently, I bought a side by side refrigerator. I was upstairs, but they were very nice and considerate. They did a good job installing. They were there when they said they were going to be. I have never had any problems with anything that I've had delivered. Anything I bought from Goedeker's, the quality is always good. They have all named brands which I enjoy. More people should shop there. They're everything that they say they are. There are no hidden agenda.

I ordered a Bosch 24-inch stainless steel electric single wall oven from Goedeker's online and it was a positive experience. The people from Goedeker's were very helpful. They shipped the oven and it arrived on time undamaged. It came as advertised, too. It was delivered by FedEx to my parking lot, then I loaded it into the back of my truck. I’ve used a lot of Bosch products and I'm very familiar with them so I know I'm going to be happy.

Although my original order was delayed by GE because the model was discontinued, working with Lisa in your customer service was an awesome experience. I was a bit apprehensive for my first large order, but it worked out beautifully and I saved hundreds buying through Goedeker's with free shipping and no sales tax! If you do not live in a big city expect to pay a delivery fee. This is not considered shipping to the company. Mine was $150. Kinda ridiculous on top of item price when advertised free shipping. Not even told at checkout, told later via phone call.

We’re outfitting a house for the company that I was a part of and we shopped around for fridge and we came across Goedeker's. They had the best deal and the best looking fridge so we went with them. It was a nice piece and compared to the other ones out there at the same price range, it was the better one. I ordered online and it was easy and straightforward. Their delivery team was courteous and they did exactly what they promised. The appliance's quality was great and we’re more than happy with it. It’s exactly what we expected if not more. So far, everything was perfect. We’d continue to look at Goedeker's if we need anything in the future.

I recently bought a beautiful house that needed a facelift and major renovations included a new kitchen. I bought all appliances from Goedeker's, about 15 in all, all high end. I wanted primarily Bosch appliances and found everything I wanted at Goedeker's. The prices were the best I found anywhere. The door of one of the convection ovens was damaged in shipping, and it was replaced promptly. A backorder on the refrigerator, turned into another backorder, and made its eventual delivery questionable. I picked out an even nicer one, got a special price on it, was credited for the other one, and got my new appliance in about 10 days. I couldn't have asked for a smoother adjustment.

Your site promised that 1 was available and we paid for it, however we had to wait more than 2 months until the factory made it available. So, we began to worry that the whole thing was an internet scam. Along the way, emails came periodically saying that it would come or that it was now at the delivery company. It did get here finally and we're happy.

The drivers were courteous and more than helpful. Easy to order and keep track and compare with other suppliers. Loved the no tax! Would definitely recommend this site to family and friends. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and getting the invoice in my e-mail help clear up an issue before shipping occurred (my husband gave the rep a wrong character when ordering an extra item).

This (GE Cafe gas range) is an excellent gas range. The shipment arrived on time. It was undamaged. The range weighs three hundred twenty five pounds. The delivery team were very cordial and friendly. They delivered this very heavy range inside this house and right to the place of installation. This was beyond my expectation.

I will say that every one of the 12 people that I spoke with were pleasant with exception of one. 11 customer service reps. told me that they would call me back. That never happen. I was returning an item and you made it almost impossible. I was told that you would not ship my item out for two weeks. Meaning that I would not receive it for 3 weeks. I told the rep that I wanted to stop the purchase. She informed me Goedeker's does not want that. I told the rep I would call back and stop the sale after I found the same item closer and more expensive for me. Within 30 minutes I had a email sent to me stating Goedeker's had sent it to the shipping company AM Home delivery.
So I assumed that Goedeker's had expedited the shipping for me. Yeah that was not true. It still took 3 weeks. A way for Goedeker's to pull the wool over my eyes so to speak. I won't do business with you ever again. There is so much more to describe about my interaction with Goedeker's but I don't have the time. The time I have spent dealing with Goedeker's was such a waste and I can never get it the time back. I can't believe you guys treat people this way and are still in business.

We took advantage of your great Labor Day sales and ordered a number of appliances for a home we are building, well ahead of needing them installed. In fact, we were in no hurry to receive the appliances since they would just sit in our builder's storage for a few months before installation. However, had we needed them quickly, this review might be very different as it took several weeks for the items to reach their destination in NM. I realize our location in Alto is somewhat remote but close to seven weeks to receive everything seems unreasonable. My builder says it appears everything arrived in good shape. We hope so as they are still a couple months away from installing them before we know for sure. So on price, Goedeker's has been terrific, delivery time, not so much.

This was my first order with this company. I was very pleased with the prices of the items but I was upset that part of my order was on back order and I was never told anything about until I called and asked. I also was told that I would receive an email with a tracking number which I did not get and had to keep calling to find out where my order was.

Fantastic sale prices. Easy web-ordering process. Terrible communication, and interminable delays in shipping. When ordering, there was no indication that the item was not in stock and would take time to ship. Apparently it took Goedeker's 14 days to just process the order received on their website. Then it took another 8 days to procure the item for shipment. And another 21 days in shipping. In all, we waited more than 6 weeks for the item to arrive. Through this entire process, there was no communication from Goedeker's as to the reason for the delay, or that there was even going to be a delay.
When the item (washing machine) finally arrived, I was surprised to find out that it was not even in a box (just a polythene plastic covering it and cardboard top + bottom placeholders), but the folks who delivered it were very nice, and mentioned that this is how the washing machine ships. If we had known about how long it would take for the item to arrive, we'd have looked elsewhere.

Baker's Rack - This is simply a wonderful little piece of furniture! It is fairly delicate looking yet sturdy - suitable for smaller spaces. We use it for books on the lower shelves and plants on the top shelf. I have rarely been so pleased with a bookshelf.

Frigidaire Gallery Gas Stovetop - Pricing was reasonable, but when I had questions about installation, neither Goedeker's nor Frigidaire would talk to me. That was extremely frustrating. I wasted 4 hours trying to figure out what I was not understanding when a simple answer would have quickly solved the issue. They would arrange a service call, but if the error was mine, I would pay.

Order was placed on Sept 2, 2017, charge was applied to credit card on same day. Arrived Oct 3, 2017. So a month from order to delivery. This was for 3 large appliances. Phone support was very responsive and friendly which may be the only positive. After about 2 weeks and no sign of arrival I tried to call and cancel. This was met with, "You will need to pay for return shipping on one of the appliances that has been shipped to their shipping partner" This was in the order of 300$. Save yourself the hassle and just buy from a brick and mortar.

The delivery guys were rude. I was only notified late at night my order was coming next day so I didn't have time to get rid of old furniture... Delivery guys threw couches in my yard. When we brought couches in, they had lots of scratches. Cushions so badly made and to use my old cushions on them.

After receiving the initial confirmation of the order, I was alerted on October 6 by email that my order had been shipped and that within 3-6 days I would be hearing from the shippers about delivery. I kept checking the shipping website and, since I was unaware of what it should say, just kept looking there for the tracking. I finally phoned on October 20 to say that I had not received any word about arrival and was told that my order had "fallen through the cracks" and the earliest it could be picked up was 24th. After that, all went well and the dispatcher made it happen. I had both appliances on the 29th, the very last day my son was here to hook them up. They were unpacked by the shippers and, after installing them and checking them out, they seem to be in perfect order. Thank you, Goedeckers, once again, for great prices and great service.

First off, I've never in 33 years done a review on a company, but my experience has been so bad with this company that I feel I need to share. We ordered from Goedeker’s because of the prices and what the company says they stand for. We were told that we would have our items at our home 14 days maximum, but that it usually took 7-10 days.
Four different times before and since the two week mark I have called customer service to speak with them about our shipment. Every time, there has been different information given to me. First they told me that the product was in stock and ready to ship, next they were waiting to get the product in their headquarters, next they had it at the headquarters but was waiting for pickup from the shipping company.
I then get a message from the shipping company which tells me to contact Goedeker’s CS. Goedeker’s CS tell me to contact the shipping company they now have my products. So I contact the shipping company who tells me they have one piece, but is waiting on the second from Goedeker’s. So I call Goedeker’s back and they said that the shipping company had. Already being past my 2 week mark I've had enough and asked the lady to just cancel my order. She proceeded to tell me that was fine but I would be charged for all the shipping fees, for an order they were already past the max delivery date on. No one can tell me anything about where my shipment really is, or when I'll receive it.
I still have no washer and dryer, clothes are pulling up for my family but they simply do not care. The last CS rep got completely ride with me as if it were my fault that it was late and as if it were completely crazy for me to know when it will get there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go to your local big box or appliance store. Most unprofessional place I've come into contact within 33 years.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE. Extreme poor customer service, with rude attitude and never return phone calls. I had placed an order back on September 25 2017 and it's been over four weeks, I do not receive any shipping updates. Only one item was arrived after three weeks of placing order. I called the customer service on the third weeks after placing order. The customer representative took my number and said will return my call but never did.
After four weeks of waiting, I decide to cancel entire order and willing to return the only item that's arrived my house at my own cost of paying return shipping. The other customer rep, Tiffany, told me it will cost $407 dollars for return shipping from Rhode Island back to Missouri on an order of $290 dollars of initial purchase price. These products are not even oversize furniture but only two small lamps which is still unboxed. What a scam. Be aware of who you dealing with and don't purchase anything via this scam website.

Goedeker's had the couch that I wanted at a lower price than at other places. I ended up ordering it over the phone because I needed to put a hold on it since I ordered a couple of months in advance of when it was going to be delivered. The couch was perfect when it arrived, and it was nice that because of where they're based, I didn't have to pay anything else back. I'd order from them again if I found something that I needed.

I purchased a range for the kitchen oven and a stove from Goedeker's. It was ordered online but I had to call to make special arrangements to have it delivered a few months later since I’ll be away on an international trip. When I was away on my trip, I got an email from Goedeker's stating that the purchase I made will be delivered. Then, I got another email that tells me to ignore the previous email received. It was supposed to be delivered when I got back from my trip but it was out of stock so I had to wait another month to get it even though I purchased it three months earlier. That was a big hassle since my installation plans had to be severely rearranged. The appliance works fine and it's reasonable for the cost. I'm not very dissatisfied because I got it but I'm not happy about it either and I wouldn't buy from Goedeker's again.

A few glitches, but overall I'm grateful that I can have furniture (Ashley salsa loveseat) delivered to my out-of-the-way area. My phone number was recorded incorrectly somewhere along the line so that delayed delivery, but that may have been on the deliverer's end. There was a small tear near the bottom-front of the loveseat, but I removed some staples and untucked some excess fabric to cover it. I'd deal with Goedeker's again. The representatives were always cordial and helpful when I called.

The only thing that dropped one star was our disappointment about the unexpected shipping cost for Scratch & Dent items, since "Free Shipping" was the Website's general offer. Our experience was OK. We ordered our fridge on September 1, but it was out of stock, so we didn't end up receiving it until mid-October. When it did arrive, it had 2 dents on the left side of the unit. They were not big enough to send the whole thing back, which would have been a huge pain (and we had already moved our old fridge out of the kitchen) but they are still noticeable. Otherwise, the price and delivery were good.

I called in to buy a couple of refrigerators and washers from Goedeker's and it's my fourth or so purchase from them. Price was one of the major reasons I chose them and their sales reps were mostly good, except for one person. Most of them were polite and very nice to me. They were able to answer all of my questions, except when I tried to return something and I had some issues. Also, whenever they use AM Home Delivery, I had to call them several times to get it right, which never happened. They're horrible and they messed up several times. Other than that, other services were good and the appliances were good and in good condition. My experience with Goedeker's is generally good. I had a bit of a bad experience but it wasn't that horrible where I got to tell everyone about it. It was just a little bump and it happens with everyone.

Danby fridge - I was very happy with the price, selection, and delivery time. The only downside was shipping notification. While it came in a timely matter, I wasn't sure when it was being delivered until I called to ask and the person gave me all of the information I would have expected via an email. Delivery guys were on time and called ahead as agreed, unit arrived and works well and I couldn't find it anywhere else.

I found Goedeker’s online and they had a good website. I liked the Deauville natural, unfinished, 58-inch fireplace mantel that they had. The price was decent and they had a good deal. I got the French fireplace which is hard to find in wood, and other than in stone. I had it delivered to my cabinet man, who is finishing off all the trim work in all my fireplaces. It was a good experience and I got a good product.

My experience with Goedeker's was pretty good - the price was well under what any other online site offered, but the package arrived with considerable damage to the packaging - the Mac Motion Chair, however, was not damaged. Putting it together was not as easy as I thought, but I finally figured out how to get it done. Once the chair was assembled, it is really nice and at least as good as the Stressless ones that I was considering - about 1/3 the price of the Stressless and easily as comfortable.

I buy most of my stuff online and I was looking for furniture. Goedeker's was just another furniture store, but I thought the cost was good and bought an end table and a couch, which I liked. I know the brand, and they sold that brand. The online ordering process was simple and it went well. However, I ended up returning the couch because it took so long for it to get out of the warehouse and when it was finally on the road, it was past the date they said when I ordered it. We only had a certain time frame to get the couch and it was frustrating, but the return was handled fine and I love the coffee table a lot. I would recommend Goedeker's and I would definitely buy from them again.

We completely remodeled the kitchen and we purchased pretty much all the appliances except the microwave from Goedeker's. We bought a cooktop, a dishwasher, a Vent-A-Hood, a double oven and a freezer online and it was very easy. Our experiences with the delivery team were all favorable too. The only negative thing was that they wanted us to inspect it immediately and we weren’t necessarily ready to bring it into the house yet. The packaging also was very strong but if something were wrong with the appliance, I would not have known it until much later when we actually went to install it. Otherwise, the appliances were as advertised with high quality. The appliances are overpriced in general but Goedeker’s has some of the best prices I’ve found so their price for quality is good. Plus, there was good turnaround too. Goedeker’s was effective and efficient in our experience.

My husband just loves this (Fantastic giant thermometer)! He used to struggle peering through the mini blinds to read our small (normal) thermometer. Every day, several times a day, He had to stand looking out for a long time to read it at our glass door, on the frame where it was mounted. Now he has this beautiful big one and he can read it, down to small increments, very fast. We have no problem with it mounted on our doorframe on the hinge side. I like it, too, it looks great of decent quality. The brass is nice. It amuses me.

I've been using Goedeker's for about a year now and the latest purchase I made was a washer and dryer. That was a month and a half ago and everything's been great. The price was very good too, and that's mostly the factor I consider. I've ordered two other different shipments before, a refrigerator and a table, and their delivery team so far has been great. However, I picked an exceptional time to get the washer and dryer because it ended up being on back order. It took approximately a month and a half to get shipped but it didn't matter that much because I didn't need it at the time. Overall, Goedeker's has provided excellent service and value for the money.

Since I'm not new to purchasing items online I waited for a tracking number but after 3 days nothing was ever received. I emailed their location and was informed by their representative Chelsea ** that I would received a tracking number by Wednesday. When Wednesday came and went nothing was ever received in regards to my order. I emailed Chelsea again and at this time my emails went unanswered. Since Chelsea stopped replying to my emails I decided to call into the location thinking someone would be able to assist me. Was I wrong!!! When calling into the location to inquiry about my purchase the representative was rude and nasty!
When asking to speak with a supervisor to discuss my issues and concerns I was advised by said representative that the supervisors does not take complaint calls and she advise my concerns to someone in the staff meeting. I then asked the representative what calls does the supervisor take then because that's the reason for my call today. I was again informed that she would discuss my concerns in the morning meeting. I sent an email expressing my concerns. Was contacted by Casey ** whom advised that she could not find out what happened with my order and the reason for delay in me receiving a tracking number. Shortly after speaking with her I finally received a tracking number. While speaking with Casey she offered me white glove delivery because of the experience that I had with their representative. When contacting the delivery party AM trucking to inquiry about my merchandise and delivery status.
I was informed by them that they did not have the merchandise and to go back and speak with the store. I emailed Casey again and she advised that it was at the location. Shortly after speaking with her again the delivery location updates the site to received in the delivery terminal and in transit... I called the delivery location to inquire about delivery only to find out that my paid for merchandise is still sitting in Columbus OH at the shipping site. I'm beyond frustrated at this point and the level of customer service that has been offered has been appalling. Now I sit here almost a month later with the funds taken from my bank account and still no merchandise. I would not recommend anyone to use this company EVER!!! THEY DON'T PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT I'VE EVER HAD!!!

I did a lot of research regarding the purchase of a new double wall oven. After deciding upon the model I wanted I then began a search for a reputable seller. I read a lot of good reports regarding Goedeker's, decided to take a chance and give them a shot. Very happy! I made the right decision. They kept me apprised throughout the entire transaction: notified me when they received my product, when it was leaving their facility, and when I would be notified regarding its delivery. I placed my order with this company based on their website which extolled their 65-year history of customer service and 100% satisfaction. However, when the item I received was not at all what was pictured on their website, they refused to take it back. Further, the quotes on their website from the firm's president ("contact me directly -- we will take care of you") fell flat. He did not have the courtesy of a direct response, but downloaded my request to a "customer service" person whose only answer was "Absolutely No!" Goedeker's only Customer Service is the service that applies to THEM. Do not consider frequenting their store.

Whirlpool Dishwasher: From the time of order through the time of delivery, we were completely satisfied with the transaction. That includes the service of the driver and one other person to bring the dishwasher inside the house where it could be inspected for concealed damage. It arrived in perfect condition.

When I ordered the microwave, I requested delivery after September 12, 2017 because of being on vacation. I was told that the delivery would be scheduled and that I would have time to change the date if need be. I was on vacation in Wyoming when I got an email scheduling delivery the next day. The next day I got a call from the delivery team saying they were 25 minutes away. Luckily, a neighbor with a key intercepted the delivery crew and supervised the delivery avoiding a disaster. On the plus side, the installed microwave fit perfectly and is operational.

We got a refrigerator, washer and dryer and then my wife bought some office fridge from Goedeker's. There's no store available for us in Atlanta so everything was ordered online. The ordering process was perfectly fine. The appliances were big items that would be delivered and installed in the house. After it was ordered, the email had a list of terms with fine print. It was a little more difficult to navigate, and it would have been more helpful if they had a direct link when you purchase from them.
Also, it would be better if the shipping process and delivery information were more easily accessible. They could possibly change it to give it more clarity. They had a white glove service for the appliances but that terminology is misleading because Goedeker's didn't do hook up or install. They just literally unpacked the box and set it in the room that needed to be in. That's a delivery but that's not a white-glove. A white-glove service is everything was unpacked, put in place and installed. With Goedeker's, you had to buy your own hoses and install all that even though they considered it a white glove service. But the appliances were great. We are very happy with that and with the prices that we got. We appreciate that they were available and were able to get them on the phone. We could find out when the stuff was going get to us which was actually helpful. Goedeker's has a good selection and they are inexpensive.

I bought a scratch and dent cook top from Goedeker. When installed none of the burners work correctly. They are wired incorrectly and the heat settings do not display. Two burners that do operate only operate on high heat and shut off automatically on a low setting. I have been trying to get the situation resolved for over a month with no resolution. I am so sad.

I purchased a king-size sleigh bed. The price was very good. I wanted to purchase the dresser but that cost too much. After I received my first delivery I only receive the headboard which was broken during shipment. 4 weeks later I'm trying to find the rest of my bed footboard and rails. All they keep telling me is this, "It's coming from another store but I don't know when or where." Also as I was looking around I found the same set somewhere else. The dresser was almost $100 cheaper. When I contacted them for a price match they told me they could not match the price because my item (the dresser) was too cheap for them and they would have to take a loss but they state, "We will beat or match any price." HELLO, THEN WHY STATE THAT! But I am still waiting for the rest of my bed and no one seems to be able to tell me where it's at. I guess I'll update this later if I ever get it.

I purchased a bedroom set from Goedeker's online. The saying, "You get what you pay for" certainly applied to Goedeker's. While they had the best price the customer service, the ordering and shipping experience and most importantly the quality of shipping company is bar none the worst I have EVER experienced. The bedroom set, now on shipment 5, continues to come damaged, and Goedeker's customer service is so great they keep telling me that they can credit me for the broken item, which won't do me any good since it is a bedroom set. I had to resort to filing a claim with my credit card company, as I am still fighting with their customer service department to come and take all the furniture back, as I am not keeping broken, low quality, products. Don't buy from Goedeker's if you want a good experience and quality product. This company does not care about its customers.

I was starting a new business and got two appliances from Goedeker’s. One was a Maytag upright freezer and the other was a Summit beverage cooler. The ordering process was quite easy as far as the online purchase. The only disappointment I had was the Scratch & Dent or Overstock products that were discounted. My experience with those two terms was a little different than what they seemed to be doing as a business. Because I did not see actual pictures of the unit that I was about to purchase. And this particular product which was the Summit beverage cooler with a glass front had seemed to be dropped off of a forklift. It had dents right where the coils were and had scratches on its sides. I would have liked it better if they supplied the photos of that exact product so that the consumer has a choice in everything and knowledge of where the scratches and dents are.
When we made them aware of that, they were just really rude. They were insisting there were pictures out there, but I said there weren’t. I even said that if they can provide me with proof that I saw those photos, then I'm fine. The customer service rep then pulled off the website. I then asked for back up dates. Then, they wanted me to sign a relief before they send someone to look at it when I told them the cooler isn’t working. I told them I won’t sign a relief until they can fix it, or take it back, or give me something different. I don’t need a hot box to store my beverage in it.
They eventually sent a service tech out which also came from a not so very friendly company. They said it will be set up on a certain day between 11:00 and 2:00. They even confirmed that they will come and I should make sure someone was here when they arrive. But on that day, I missed two calls and they decided to reschedule the service. It was already a two-week period from when we were notified that they will send somebody versus the day of service. They argued that they called that day to confirm. I told them that I will be there if they had already set a time and date of service. I would just call back if there’s a problem since I have their number.
I believe that somebody at Goedeker’s do care, but the whole experience has not been very satisfying. The ordering process online was very easy, but be wary of what you buy from them and make sure you have good pictures and documentation if you’re not able to go on site to view the product yourself.

Website told me that there was free shipping offered on my specific items ordered, but could not get it to apply. I figured I'd order and then contact customer service to have them apply the deal, but apparently the free shipping advertised does not apply to my area (California). Felt like deceptive advertising to have the free shipping labels everywhere but have that not apply. They charged my card within 24 hours, then ten days later tell me the item is discontinued, and that it will take 2 days to process my refund and 5 days to show up in my bank account. I feel they should not have charged my card if the item was not shipping.
They have no furnishings in stock and only drop ship. The customer service team didn't offer a credit, discount, or anything beyond that the manufacturer should have done a better job. Sorry, but passing the buck is not OK. GOEDEKER'S should have done a better job making sure my item was in stock and shipped and was charged appropriately, and they should be able to have a little bar on the website where you enter zip code to find the shipping charges out up-front instead of persisting in telling me that I should be getting free shipping (that won't apply in the checkout process). Definitely will not consider this company again.

I ordered a stove and dishwasher over Labor Day from Goedeker's instead of the highly reputable Best Buy due to a better price. You get what you pay for. I utilized their financing option and had to apply for a store credit card which took a hit to my credit. Two weeks after the order (mind you I have no way to cook while waiting for delivery), I find out they never even processed my order because the stove they advertised for and they allowed me to purchase was discontinued. They sent me an email that went to my spam folder and despite not hearing back from me after placing a $3,000 order, they could not pick up the phone to follow-up. When I called, they had no justification and I assume I was just supposed to sit and wait weeks and months.
I also had ordered a dishwasher that didn't appear to be on backorder but that was never processed either. When I called to resolve it, I thought I gained some traction and the Sales Rep said she would follow up on Monday with her Manager to offer me the same model but newer at the same sales price (they both retailed for the same price to begin with). I actually felt better after the call, but lo and behold no follow up on Monday. I called once and was told that the Sales Rep was busy and would return my call and the second time I called, they told me my issue was not a reason to speak with a manager and they offered me $20 off (mind you the stove was originally $1000 off).
In fact, I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone at all other than a minimum wage call center worker who also happens to double as their quality assurance department. They also could not care any less when I told them I wasn't going to order from them anymore. And now I sit having to go find new appliances elsewhere after the popular Labor Day sale is over. This company is a joke and to know that they operate under being good Christians when they are blatantly defrauding the public is disgusting.

I ordered an Ebony Donut Bed from Goedeker's back in late July and it came early August. At that time I was back in my Vancouver house and not here, and I unpacked the dog bed out of the box two weeks ago. Goedeker's had what I wanted when I was googling for dog beds so I bought it from them. The ordering process was simple enough and it was similar to all e-commerce websites. So far, the quality of the donut bed is good. Overall, I'm pleased with Goedeker's and all is well.

I went to Havertys and looked at the furniture. I checked if I could find it online and then Goedeker's popped up. I got a sofa, a loveseat, an ottoman and a recliner from them. And then I ordered two bar stools later on. It was easy to order but I was hoping it would get here a lot sooner. It took longer than I thought. If they tell me it's going to be four weeks, it's going to be four weeks then I don't have to worry about it. Other than that, my wife said everything about the delivery was great. The recliner came in two pieces and the delivery team put them together. They took everything off and they let her look at it and asked if everything was good. Overall, my experience with Goedeker's has been great. Even going to Havertys and looking at their discounted furniture, the price is still less expensive buying it from Goedeker's.

I purchased a Samsung combination convection/microwave wall oven from Goedeker's recently and was thrilled with the price, the service from Ashley and the white glove delivery service. I saved hundreds of dollars by shopping with Goedeker's and am absolutely delighted with the superb Samsung product. It replaced a Wolf wall oven that cost 40% more than the Samsung.
I was so pleased with my first purchase that I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer last week for my daughter and her family's new home, now under construction. I was able to delay shipment until November. Again, the price was the best on the internet and Ashley did a great job of assisting me. On both occasions, Ashley sent us a very nice thank you card, something you won't find from very many retailers. Just another reason I'll continue to shop at Goedeker's.

I have ordered several kitchen appliances through Goedeker's. This review is one of them. I ordered Whirlpool refrigerator WRX735SDBM along with a washer and dryer on July-12th 2017. At the time of the order, the website said that the items will be shipped within a few days and estimated delivery time was 7-10 days. I got the items on Aug 3rd (Thursday). The items were delivered in the garage and I did not check the state of the items as I was busy with rest of the house remodeling. On Aug 4th (Friday) I checked the refrigerator and found two dents on the front door. I took the picture and immediately called their customer service number. Their office was closed around 4:30pm PDT. On my phone, I went to their customer service webpage and reported the damage. This was a generic feedback form.
On Monday I followed up again and submitted through their regular form for damage. At that point I got an email that I was past 48 hours and now I have to pay return shipping of $306.15. I sent them history of my bad experience via other purchases and I was proposed that the door will be replaced and if I accept that as a resolution. I said I do but will confirm only after the job was completed. I received call from the customer service that the new door will take 6-8 weeks to arrive! This is unacceptable to me as I needed a proper item to sell my house. I told them that I would be incurring loss due to the delays. I was told two times in email that it will be taken care of. On the third follow up after 3 weeks I was frustrated and asked them to return the item. To that, I was told the same thing that I would have to pay the shipping cost. I plan to sue them for the delays and damages.
Goedeker's are ripping customers off by providing damaged products. This is not the first time I have experienced it. I bought a dishwasher via order number (**). The dishwasher came with two dings and now the door doesn't close, the tray keeps sliding down. They offered me $75 rebate to compensate for inconvenience. Goedeker's are shipping poor quality (damaged/dinged) items to customers. I heard similar experiences from some of the other customers. I will never do business with them.

I found Goedeker’s through an internet search and I decided to buy from them because of their price. I ordered a gas cooktop for the kitchen and their online ordering process was very easy. It also worked out very well. Goedeker’s scheduled the delivery for me and USPS delivered it. It took about four weeks for the appliance to come in, which was fine in my particular taste, but if someone was needing it quicker than that, it might have been an issue. I have the gas cooktop for three months now and it's very good.

After waiting months for this Crosley Bates Retro Glider, and putting it together, and after only a few weeks the product started to rust! I contacted Goedeker's and explained my concern & disappointment in this product, customer service then told me they would contact the vendor. The vendor then stated that because I live in a coastal area they could not do anything for me, as saltwater gets in the air & potentially can rust the glider. Well guess what I live in OHIO which is nowhere near saltwater!!! They then said because I live near Lake Erie (fresh water) it will do the same thing!! You're kidding me right???? Guess you can't have it RAIN on your OUTDOOR furniture too??!!! This company does NOT stand behind their products, so if a warranty, guarantee or just plain, good, old customer service is what you want & expect, go elsewhere because you won't get it here!!!

There was a slight damage during shipping but not enough for me to send it back. I ordered Speed Queen Washer and Dryer on 7/8/17 and received 8/11/17. I didn't think this was too long to receive when ordering on internet and the company being in Missouri and me in California, I was told in the beginning that the order would ship within 7 to 14 days. After 2 weeks I emailed to see what was happening with the order.
Melissa, she was very nice but after sending two notices that the order was being prepared to ship, I emailed to see what happened and was told they were unable to get it on a truck. I asked that they be truthful and Melissa admitted she checked and the dryer hadn't been received yet. I finally received a notice that my order was being shipped and the delivery company would notify me.
Everything moved quickly after that. The delivery was great, they opened the boxes and brought them into our laundry room, washer and dryer had no dents or dings. I had never ordered something so costly online before and naturally I had some anxiety. I think if they had originally told me it wouldn't be delivered for about 5 weeks, I would have been okay. Don't think I would do again. Free extended warranty, for my trouble was not sent. I emailed Melissa but didn't hear back.

As with others who have commented on Goedeker's less than stellar business practices we have fallen victim to their bait and switch pricing on their website. We are in the process of a kitchen remodel and scouted to find the best prices for all new appliances. We placed our order on 8/11 and were told that it would take between 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We heard nothing from them until this past Monday (8/28) when they sent us an email asking for $500 more because they "made an error" on the pricing on 2 of the 5 appliances we ordered. They would not negotiate and said they were not making any money on this appliances as we were getting their cost price. They said all the appliances were in their warehouse and ready to be shipped- they just needed the money. We argued that 1 might be a mistake but 2 indicates a shady business practice.
Of course we're in a time crunch and had expected the appliances to be delivered by this time, so we paid the extra money. We never got a confirmation email that our appliances were shipped so we contacted them again today. This time we were told that one of the appliances was damaged so they had to order another one from the manufacturer and so far they hadn't received anything from them. Then they told us that they only make shipments to Ohio on Mondays and that from that point it would take a week and a half. So at this point I might get my appliances sometime in October!!! In the meantime my kitchen cabinet installers need a couple of these appliances in order to do the installation. My whole experience with this company has been terrible! Their customer service could hardly be called helpful. The most we got from them is that they're "really sorry". I would urge EVERYONE to not use this company!

I received a damaged dishwasher, and because we were under a massive home renovation we did not open the boxes until the week after receiving. When we opened up the box the dishwasher was damaged, and because I did not call within 12 to 24 hours reporting the damage, GOEDEKERs would not pick up nor replace the damaged dishwasher. In fact I was told I had to pay approximately $300 to ship the damage product back. I am very disappointed with the customer service as well as the terrible policy. I feel completely jacked and that this company is cheap with poor customer service policies. I would not ever recommend anyone buy here.

I found a couch that I like and ended up searching it which led me to Goedeker's. I liked their price and I thought I was able to schedule a delivery. But I had a frustrating experience. The ordering process was very simple but when I placed the order, the email indicated that I was going to receive notice within 48 hours to confirm delivery on delivery time. It was going to be seven to 10 business days. I work 30 minutes from where I live and I also live in an apartment complex where they will hold oversized delivery so that was a large perk.
I chose curbside delivery with the hope that I was getting a 48-hour notice so I could prepare and be there. But I got a call from the driver indicating that he was there at 4:00 in midweek. I didn't know what to do because I didn't think that my apartment complex was going to sign for it. I asked the driver if he could wait. I would leave work and get there as soon as possible. But it would be about 30 minutes and the driver said that he couldn't do that because he was running behind.
I tried to call my leasing office to ask if they could at least sign for it so I could get it that day. I knew that Goedeker's indicated that they wanted someone to sign for it so they could do a free inspection. My apartment complex ended up signing for it but they weren't able to do the inspection. The storing piece was damaged and I ended up just gluing it together. It doesn't look pretty, but it is effective. I emailed Goedeker's to inform them what happened but there was no response. I wouldn't recommend Goedeker's to anyone.

I went to Goedeker's site to order and it was pretty easy. Though the appliance is in the rental house, I've not heard of any complaints about it.

Painless and seamless transaction... I shopped from the comfort of my home, ordered Avanti refrigerator and microwave from a most pleasant young lady who spoke English as a first language, sat back and waited for the delivery which was uneventful. Communication was rapid and cordial. I was kept up on everything from shipping to delivery. The merchandise was delivered on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will certainly consider them for my next purchase if they carry what I'm looking for. No complaints at all.

Only complaint is that I paid for white glove service and they left all the crafting and huge boxes in my yard which I had to breakdown and dispose of. The product (Upright freezer) was good quality and there was communication on processing and delivery times.

I love the stove but after we unwrapped it and the installers were here I found out I order the black stovetop instead of stainless steel. Having hard time adjusting controls but will have someone look at that for me. Overall I love it.

I ordered a washer/dryer with Goedeker's on 7/4/17. After numerous phone calls to them and AM Home Delivery, the items were finally delivered today. While delivering it their delivery service ripped the vinyl on my laundry room floor. I spent 6 weeks without my washer & dryer and a family of 6. Hundreds of dollars were spent on washing clothes via other means during this time. As if this wasn't enough, I received a very rude email from one of their customer service people (David **) AFTER my items were delivered and their delivery company damaged my floor. Who does that? They refunded me $25 off of my more than $3000 purchase (I also purchased a refrigerator and table which took forever to arrive also). $25? Thanks Goedeker's. You win the award for worst "customer service" I've ever received. I never thought I'd ever write a review like this, but this garbage company left me no choice. AVOID THEM.

We have some friends who used Goedeker’s and their pricing was great compared to that of everybody else we looked at. They also had inexpensive shipping and we're not located in their state so we didn't have to pay taxes. We ordered a range hood, a gas range and a refrigerator online and it was super easy. Delivery came through the UPS Freight and I had talked to one of Goedeker's reps when I thought we were missing a part to the refrigerator. He was very helpful and we later found out we weren't missing the part. The products we got are great and I'd refer Goedeker's to other people.

Best price I could find and exactly what I expected. This recliner is so comfy. Have only had for about a month, so can't say anything about durability, but it feels solid. Goedeker's had to back order the color I wanted, but they kept me informed about the shipping date.

We ordered a washer/dryer set. The items were on backorder for a month, which we understood. When they arrived, the dryer had significant dents on the top. After repeated attempts to get it resolved, Goedeker’s finally made the arrangements with the mfgr to send a replacement panel. We received it, but in the wrong color. Still waiting on resolution. We understand that mistakes can/do happen, and this was possibly an error by the mfgr. But this has been frustrating.

My brother-in-law works for the county and Goedeker's is where they buy their appliances. I made my first purchase with them and got a washer and dryer. I personally thought they were expensive but those were what my wife wanted. That was also the going rate of the appliances. Goedeker's shipped right to my door, took the rebate and it was cheaper than going to the store. I purchased from them six weeks ago and the online process was easy and simple. I looked in the store and found the products, so I just matched up the product from there. The delivery took three weeks which was a little bit longer than I expected but the products are great.
My experience initially was positive in placing the order. However, Goedeker's has zero customer support after you purchase the products. When I called LG, they had to just walk me through the appliance and showed me what to do and Goedeker's could have done that. But they wanted nothing to do with customer support so I was really disappointed. I also had a problem with the rebate so I went to Goedeker's because I mailed the wrong form with the wrong date and I lost the rebate. They have five different rebates for the same appliance and it was very confusing but they had no intention of trying to help me. I'm not going to buy anything from Goedeker's again.

No problems with delivery and all went well. Delivered on time. Sofa was the color as stated and size was also right on. Delivery men did an excellent job and were right on time. I did not receive notice they were coming until 30 minutes before they came. Was not the delivery men's fault but the delivery company never informed me of a day or time.

Sorry for my poor English. Let me tell my whole story. I moved to my new house 2 months ago and needed to buy washer, dryer and refrigerator. I saw their Whirlpool ads on a deal website. They didn't charge tax in my state so each item will be cheaper around $60-$90 compared with local BestBuy or HomeDepot. So I decided to give them a try. Then the nightmare started. 6/14 I made the order of refrigerator. 6/30 They shipped out my refrigerator. 7/3 I made the order of dryer and washer. 7/7 I got my refrigerator but there was a big dent on the right side. Even there's no box protecting the item!!! I don't know who's fault, the local carrier AM Trucking or Goedeker's? I declined it and asked to ship a replacement. 7/5 They shipped out my dryer and washer. 7/11 They shipped out the replacement of refrigerator.
7/12 My washer and dryer arrived. The carry men from AM Trucking were so rude! Without letting me finish inspection of washer, they directly carried the dryer and ran into my house!! I found a dent on the side of washer, but this time I decided to keep the item. I didn't want to wait for another one month! Later I sent an email to Goedeker's for complaint but no response. 8/2 The local carrier AM Trucking called me to schedule for the delivery of refrigerator. The delivery time is 08/03/17 16:00-20:00. 8/3 I waited at home the whole day until around 9:30 PM the carry man called me saying they would come in half hour. What? They would arrive here at 10 PM? It was already dark outside, how can I finish my inspection? Maybe this is their trick since they already knew there were dents. I asked the carry man to come tomorrow. 8/4 I called them to asked what time they can come today, they told me next Thursday which is 8/10. What?
It has been nearly around 2 months since I made the first order from their website. Right now my wife and I are still living without refrigerator. We can't cook so we have spent a lot of money dining outside. The dent on my washer is still there. I'm thinking if I went to Best Buy to buy a washer with a dent, at least they would cut the 1/3 price. Maybe it's Geodeker's fault who only sells appliances with dents since 2/3 my items have dents. Maybe it's carrier AM Trucking's fault who made those dents on the delivery. But no matter whose fault, we customer shouldn't suffer. I'm so stupid why I made those expensive appliances (totally around $3000) on this not famous website. I planned to save around $200. But finally, I lost more and more.

From the start a pleasant experience... I had forgotten online to add a product I needed also... called back and got instant help on adding a appliances and making the adjustment right then and there, to show as one order on my credit card bill... Arrived actually earlier than Goedeker's estimate, which helped a lot with construction of new kitchen. Whirlpool range and microwave excellent products, very happy with them... Service from staff at Goedeker's all the way to the trucking company... EXCELLENT!

I ordered a washer and dryer from them. The shipping confirmation showed that I would receive a phone call within 3-7 days of shipping to schedule a delivery. After 3 weeks I called to discuss the issue with Goedeker's, I let them know I have a family of 5 and have been without a washing machine for 3 weeks and needed one ASAP. When I spoke eight AM trucking they confirmed the washer and dryer was still in the Georgia terminal as of 8/1 and had not even been transferred to NC yet. I spoke with David ** who then agreed to fully refund our money so we could go and purchase a washer and dryer from another company. So we did. However the next day I get an email from them that states they will not refund my money unless I am willing to pay $350 in shipping charges. I then proceed to argue back and forth and say forget it, just ship it and I'll cancel the other.
At which point I'm told they cancelled the order and I have zero choice now but to accept the partial refund. I was hung up on by David ** and called a liar. I am so sad to know companies like this are out there and I regret trying out a company based off of cheaper prices. Everybody needs to stick with other companies that are known for their customer service and trust. Run far far away from Goedeker's, they just steal your money and call women liers.

We had a couple of questions that we had to call and ask Goedeker's customer service about because we couldn't find the answers online. We also wanted the white-glove delivery and their rep said it was fine. Then later it turned out that it wasn't offered on the item that we ordered. There was a little confusion there so we called them back. There were some issues with the delivery as well. I had to talk to several different representatives and they kept telling me to call another party. They were confused because they shipped to a party who was supposedly going to contact a local delivery and I couldn't get a hold of somebody who could tell me exactly what I needed to do. We had to make a phone call to the delivery people to schedule a delivery. It was a few days late but we eventually got it. The product's good quality and we like it. But overall, the experience was a hassle.

I was a little worried about ordering appliances via the internet. We did our research at local businesses and made a decision on what we wanted and found Goedeker's online. We purchased all 4 appliances and saved over $2400 from the local businesses. Their customer service is amazing. My only issue was it took 5 weeks to get my items, but we were in the middle of a full kitchen re-model and weren't completely ready for the appliances anyway.
We paid for the White Glove delivery, I would recommend spending the $99 to have them brought into your home and unpacked and inspected on the spot. Our dishwasher had a dent and the microwave was damaged. I just want to say when I called Goedeker's to report the damages, it was handled perfectly and professionally. A new dishwasher door was ordered and GE repairman came out and installed it within a week, and a new microwave was sent out to us. Overall a great experience and the money savings was the absolute BEST!

After looking online for a very long time (months) I finally found what I thought was the perfect couch. Being a single mother and the only breadwinner the price at Goedeker's was even better. I received my couch a day early and was more than excited but when we opened it we realized not only was there a rip in the fabric but that rip had actually been caused by a piece of broken wood sticking through the couch. I contacted the company and they took days EACH time to respond. This resulted in me always having to contact them. They promised me a new couch and after that I never heard back from them.
I told them I would accept a refund or even store credit and they offered me $100 back on an almost $800 couch. I paid full price for something I could have picked up cheaper from any dent and ding room. I had read plenty of reviews and apparently they handle their furniture like gorillas. I have never written a bad review about any company EVER! Their horrible product handling and customer service needs to be known! Do not waste your money.

We ordered a beautiful Ashley furniture buffet from Goedekers and it is exactly what I was looking for. It has an antiqued look and only needed slight assembly. The buffet is even prettier in person and is the final price we needed to finish our formal dining room.

Was skeptical of the freight delivery vs UPS or FedEx, however I understood the issue. The price was $250 less than any other provider, so it was compelling to purchase from Goedeker's. Customer service was great in answering my questions about delivery and timing of shipping etc. Delivery was 3 days earlier than original estimates, and it was earlier than original delivery time by 2 hours (they did call to verify if it was ok to deliver early). There was no problem opening the carton to verify that there was no damage, as recommended by Goedeker's. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely buy from Goedeker's again.

Took several weeks and several follow-up phone calls and emails to get the furniture. Then, the delivery schedule was missed by the LTL carrier even after calling me the day before. Took off work so I'd be home and they never showed. So I called and they told me that my item missed the truck - truck too full. But, no one called me. I ended up driving 62 miles round trip to pick up item in order to not have to take another day off from work. Poor service on two key fronts, but great price, quality website and selections.

I purchase A table that arrived cracked. I immediately took pictures and sent them out. It took about 10 to 15 days for them to look into the matter and contact the manufacturer. However they did refund the money. They have excellent customer service and I will buy from them again.

I am remodeling my entire kitchen and am replacing all appliances. Goedeker's could not be beat even by Costco. With that said even more impressive was their customer care employees. Tiffany ** is the employee I am most impressed with. In order for me to submit the associated rebates I needed the appliance's serial numbers. Yes I could have cut the boxes open and got them, but my kitchen remodel does not start until August 1st so I wanted to keep the appliances in the boxes for protection while stored in my garage.
When I called Customer Care and was routed to Tiffany. I asked her if she had access to those serial numbers. She actually offered to leave her office and walk down the hall to the sales department to inquire. To my surprise they did have the serial numbers and she emailed them to me within a short period of time. I was impressed that she would take extra time to help me save time and not just tell me that I would have to get the serial numbers off from the physical appliance. Thanks Tiffany and thanks Goedeker's. The entire experience has been 5 stars.
