We made this purchase online. It was offered at a great price and we also took advantage of free delivery. Couldn't have been a better experience. We had been researching this appliance for a long time and this offer saved us hundreds of dollars. Delivery staff is professional and efficient.

We recently bought new appliances for our kitchen that spanned across 3 different orders. Goedeker's coordinated each of my orders well with the carrier and all was delivered in great condition at an unbeatable price. Highly recommend and will use again!

I was leery of ordering furniture online, obviously because I was worried about damage in transit, but I'm SO glad I did. Everything showed up in perfect condition, exactly as I ordered. I saved hundreds of dollars ($700) ordering this way, rather than going directly to the manufacturer's furniture store, and I paid extra for white glove delivery service. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

The refrigerator arrived later than we had hoped but that was okay. However the fridge had some dents on the outside that we called about. Rather than return the fridge, we agreed to take $175 discount to keep it. That was the good part. The bad part is that we've been trying to get that money ever since. They are making us jump through a number of hoops only to ask for more. It has been over a month and we are still waiting. Very frustrating.

It took 5 months to receive our bar stools. One of the bar stools back was attached crooked. They did send me a new top to the chair and it worked fine. So they made it right. I was satisfied with the outcome.

I was on a fine timeline with remodel job of 25-year-old kitchen. The delivery was right on time as per order details. Thanks for the attention to this one and my past orders. I look forward to my next order with Goedeker's.

I was pleased with the quality and price of the vanity. There are a couple spots that are missing paint, some touch up paint would have been helpful. The process of shipping the package was terrible. I was misinformed about my order on several occasions.

The furniture - sofa, chair and ottoman - was ordered on 4/15/17 and as of 5/22, it was still sitting in a warehouse in GA. Made numerous phone calls to customer service and to trucking service! If this furniture is not delivered by end of week, I WILL CANCEL! I will never give them my business again.

Ordered a GE washer and dryer, and a GE Profile Refrigerator. Received all items problem-free, and at the best prices in the country. I will def recommend this retailer to my friends. They even price matched the order after the washer and dryer went on sale a week after my order.

We purchased a GE Electric Range and Maytag Washer this year. We originally found Goedeker's through an Internet search. We were able to afford better products due to the great value provided. The prices, delivery, and service were the best. Will buy again in the future. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 lamps described as gray. When I received them they were green on bottom with a little gray at the top. I have contacted the company. They want me to pay shipping back which is high since they weigh 16 lbs. I have called several times but no one available to speak with. I do not think it is fair for me to pay shipping back when the color is not as shown on website.

I purchased a cream colored sofa NOT listed as a scratch or dent item that was delivered 3 long weeks later. The sofa arrived with black blemishes in various places, no legs and a piece of wood securely screwed onto the bottom. I emailed Sarah ** as well as Steve **. They wanted to send legs and have a company come clean it. Excuse me? For a NEW sofa??! They then tell me after 3 weeks of emails I need the original packaging and will not refund or replace this piece of crap. NO integrity!

My wife and I were in the market for a new dishwasher, and we happened across Goedeker's in the process. Their pricing was better than any competitors, but we had questions about shipping the item, so we called customer service to speak with someone. Amber was our rep, and she couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. This was a deciding factor for us as we both work in the customer service industry. Her personality and patience made the sale. The item was slower to arrive than others would have been, but we were comfortable waiting for it if it meant giving our business to such a great organization. I love my MCCASKILL GRAY DOUBLE RECLINING LOVESEAT W/ CONSOLE. Ordered it & it was on back order. Was told it would not be here for about 6 weeks & it came earlier than expected. We purchased a GE Profile PDT855SSJSS. Your price was $300 less than anyone else. Delivery was prompt and convenient. I installed it myself and it was a piece of cake. You can stand right next to it and not know it's running. It's impressively quiet. It's everything we were looking for.

Order arrived prior to a call from the trucking company to schedule a delivery date/time, but driver was kind enough to wait for me about 15 minutes so that I could get home to inspect the dishwasher and cooktop. All was in order. Did take longer for the shipping than I had originally understood from the website information. Fortunately we were not in a hurry. Prices were good!

I bought several items from Goedeker's including a furniture, a washer, and a dryer. I liked their price and their online ordering process was good. However, the dryer was damaged during the delivery though the box still looked good. But they took it back and I was happy with it. The quality of my purchases was above what I expected. I'm happy with the furniture and the appliances that I ordered but the delivery takes a little longer than I like. I wouldn't buy from them if I needed something in a decent time because the delivery takes about two months on every time I purchase something. It's worth the wait and saving the money but if I want something within two or three weeks, I couldn't get it from them.

A bed frame and nightstand were ordered. It arrived without flaws and was securely boxed. It came with instructions (in English) and my husband was able to assemble it rather easily. The look is just what we expected. The quality was good. There were no unusual smells. The price and service definitely met my expectations. I would have no problem ordering again.

First order couch was damaged. So I refused delivery and sent the couch back. Second delivery couch had dings on wood trim. Please see photos. Other than that delivery experience was good. I'm a little frustrated I cannot get a product without some damage.

The deck furniture was physically a little lighter in weight than I expected, but other than that It is fabulous. We are very happy with our choice and Goedeker's was so easy to order from online. I originally found this set of patio furniture on Ashley's website, however they would not allow me to order online, and wanted me to come into their local store. We prefer buying from a local vendor - Especially when the purchase may involve servicing in the future. However, after comparing pricing, we were able to save nearly 15%, even with shipping costs, with Goedeker's. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the delivery was great - We selected the 'White Glove' option - For an additional $50, and the appliances were placed where we wanted them. (We were not yet ready for install, so we stored them.) Overall, this was a completely positive experience. We would recommend Goedeker's to anyone shopping for kitchen appliances - And would gladly use them, ourselves, in the future.

Great prices on new appliances and the response from customer service was within 24 hours and with quality information provided on orders. The 3rd party delivery company was just as great which is hard to find in my area. I would recommend to all friends and family for future appliance purchases. Great Job!!

I knew about what I wanted (Montero Collection Contemporary 36-inch Towel Bar) to match the decor of our remodeled bathrooms. Local stores did not, at all, have what I wanted. I ordered four GE slate appliances from Goedeker's. The prices were unbeatable and shipping was free. All appliances arrived damage free. We haven't had them installed yet because our new cabinets are not yet in, but I am very happy with the customer service I received!

The price was great. The delivery was awesome! But the delay and communication in between the two was horrid. My item was on back order and no one ever called or emailed to let me know. The only reason I found out is because I was worried I hadn't heard anything about the product!

I ordered a complete 3 piece living room set from Sam's Club... did not notice until delivery men left that one of the pieces was defective. I contacted Sam's club with no response until I wrote to the BBB! All I wanted was the replace of the one defective piece... they did not offer any help at all. I ended us just telling them take it all back. So I then ordered a different 3 piece living room set from JCPenney's. They delivered two of the three. Every time I called them, they could not get me and answer and DID NOT EVEN TRY to find an answer or help me out. SO I cancelled them ever delivering that one piece... the rocker recliner. BOTH companies had the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

No complaints whatsoever. Loved Ashley earth sofa and immediately ordered a second one. It arrived today and again, no problems. Each took only two weeks to arrive. The sofas are beautiful and comfy. Trucking co. kept us advised of delivery time and were very nice guys.

The recliner is excellent. Delivery was within the window and the driver called ahead. Processing took some time, but overall it was a positive experience! Assembly for the chair was very simple, and the materials are excellent. We are very happy with the purchase.

The items were priced right and the shipping was good. I didn't like the time I had to wait to get the item delivered. I called the shipping company after waiting for a week when the items were already in GA. I called them and I asked about my delivery, and the guy says, "Oh yeah, how's this Thursday sound?" It seemed like they were just sitting there waiting for me to call.

I was very happy with the price and the delivery. The best. However it took about a month to get my washer and dryer. It was blamed on the manufacturer but I'm surprised Goedeker's would sell something that was out of stock. I didn't get it in the promised time. I was not in a hurry, I still was using my old appliances so that's why I'm giving a high score.

We could not be more pleased with our purchase from Goedeker's. The appliances are sitting in our foyer, waiting for kitchen cabinets to arrive, so we have no idea if they work, but they sure do look beautiful. We are very happy we selected the white glove option. The gentleman who delivered was very kind and informative as well. When purchasing anything else for our homes we will check with Goedeker's before any other store.

Overall a good experience and we would recommend. Early in the process there was a period of lack of communication and it seemed to take a long time for the overall end to end process. I had to send an email to get an update and we got that update very quickly.

We ordered a double oven to be installed by your company. Eric did a wonderful job with the installation, and was very pleasant to work with. He was very punctual and efficient on the initial install. When he realized the opening was too big, he had a trim piece made to finish the install. He returned the following week to put on the trim piece. The overall install looks great, and Eric was great to work with on this project.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but overall was a GREAT experience. The ordering process and the quality and price made me very happy as you never know ordering online! The delivery company was very nice and helpful as well!

Not sure why the delivery times were so long, but when the product arrived it was in good condition and was exactly what we ordered.

Have been remodeling kitchen dining room and den, so new appliances were in the mix of things to change. Looked at many large box stores, I even worked for one almost 40 years and even with my discount and the very best sale price couldn't match the price of Goedeker's. I was able to save well over $1000. The only apprehension I had was some of the reviews about delivery. Talked with an associate of Goedeker's and felt at ease about my concerns. It took a few weeks to get the products but that was not an issue since remodels never run on schedule, well at least this one isn't. Products, fridge, range, DW, disposer and range hood all arrived undamaged and in good condition. For me this has worked out to be a very good experience.

Excellent repair to cabinet. We are satisfied. Repair was completed in a timely manner. We like the cabinet and are glad it is finally repaired, looks good in our home. Thank you. We may consider your company in the future if the need arises. We are fine now.

I will have to admit, I was a little anxious about ordering such a large item online due to if there were any shipping issues or problems with the recliner. I placed an order for an espresso maker from the Goedeker's website. Nowhere on the page did it say the item was out of stock or back-ordered, however that is the case. A day after placing the order, I received an email saying, "Your order has been processed and the manufacturer is working to get your product shipped directly to you as soon as possible. You should be contacted by the manufacturer within 7 to 10 business days regarding shipping and delivery." This was troubling. So I have to wait 7-10 days before someone will contact me about shipping it? What?

Our experience with Goedeker's was superb and we're doing fine with them. I found their website when I was looking up appliances and there was a particular GE profile that I was looking for. I like the savings that I get and have ordered from them on three different occasions. The free delivery helped, too. I got kitchen appliances about two years ago, and then a washer and a dryer about a year and a half ago. I did a recent purchase and their online ordering process is easy. The only trouble I had was when I was looking for the glass top cook range, I had to go through all the ranges to find them.

Goedeker's hires some of the worst delivery companies that you will ever have to deal with. They showed up at 10:15pm to deliver an item that was in a window from 4 to 8 p.m. They left a mess everywhere, nearly broke the refrigerator and damage the floor and Goedeker's wants to take no responsibility for hiring such a lousy company. I would think twice before ever hiring or purchasing from this company. Buyer beware.

I was very pleased with Goedeker's. I did some research and found out that they have a good reputation. They have the right products and good prices. They are in the right place and provide free delivery. The delivery team was very courteous and professional. They brought my furniture in and put them where I asked them to. I had no problems with them. The quality of the furniture is excellent and I'll order from them again if I need to.

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant but after speaking to Scott and seeing the pricing I was willing to take the chance. All went perfect. Overall pretty timely (wasn't in a big hurry anyway). Delivery guys were very polite and more than willing to open up the packages (full set of appliances) to inspect for damage, in fact they offered to do so. Wonderful, A+. Thank you.

I ordered a dresser that end up being out of stock, a representative called me to apologize and told me she was going to do her best to find it for me and she did! A few days later the dresser arrived very well packed!

Overall happy with experience. Waited 2 weeks for delivery, but had to refuse due to item was damaged. Then waited another 2 weeks for the delivery. Item had minor dents as well. Customer service was great both times. Very willing to help. Hope to have it taken care of. Waiting for response. My guess that it's the moving company and the refrigerator could be better protected especially the doors. Just plastic wrapped. Would purchase again as long as I can wait for the item. Seems they order from the manufacturer.

Placed order on 3/22/17. Order remained in transit until I called AM trucking from 3/30-4/14. Recommendation: I know your company was paid for the product but the customer experience ends at delivery. You should hold your 3Party trucking companies responsible for the OTD of product. The driver was professional and called ahead of time - no issue. I do not think I will purchase with you again - I work for a 10B company and we would have no customers if this was the experience. The product is good - just the end to end needs to improve.

For me, this transaction was all about price and convenience. We recently bought our first house and needed to replace the fridge and double oven. Goedeker's had the best price I could find, and a great rating on Google, not to mention no sales tax for California, which is HUGE. Once I started browsing the site, I also really loved the strong Christian values you espouse and the deep family ties. I feel really good supporting a company that gives me a great deal AND has their head on straight about what's most important in life. :-D Delivery went well, the shipping company was proactive at getting in touch with me and giving me an update when they were close. I ordered curbside delivery, but they kindly pulled the boxes up the short driveway into my garage. Great service, and very kind employees. Thanks!

Excellence all around. Our neighbors told us about Goedeker's after we'd spent hours shopping online and in stores. We thought we had narrowed down the best deal until we checked the Goedeker's site. Wow!! The selection and savings are incredible! And terrific service too! I had to speak with a rep about financing and she was friendly and informed! I loved the free shipping offer too and when I had to call back later to cancel the white glove option (because my kitchen wasn't quite ready for install), Goedeker's issued me a no-question credit for the white glove option I no longer needed. I will definitely shop here again for furnishings and more.

The storage cabinet arrived in a timely manner and was just as described. The only concern I had was the free shipping for a large piece of furniture was only to curbside. Other than that, no issues. Very pleased.

I ordered my full pull out sofa and matching recliner, was a great price and was delivered when they said they would be there. I live in NY and they brought it right in to my house. Love them and would recommend them to everyone. Very happy. In 10 years when we need new furniture I will be sure to look Goedeker's up again. I loved my experience.

Well I bought my 85 lbs Electrolux microwave on 3/15. 3 weeks it arrived from St. Louis, a 6 hour drive. It arrived severely damaged, BENT, CRUSHED, OUT OF ALIGNMENT AND UNWORKABLE ETC ETC. So it was unusable, this was due to no packing protection on the sides of the box. Today is 4/12 and UPS just left with microwave #2, it too was severely damaged due to no packing on the sides of the box, DUE TO EXCESSIVE DAMAGE I HAD TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE DELIVERY AGAIN. GOEDEKER'S just adds a piece of cardboard to the top and bottom of the box but ignore the SIDES and this is where the damage occurred both times.

Goedeker's had the best prices. I ordered appliances from them online, and the experience, as well as the quality of items and cost were all great. Their delivery team was good as well. However, I had a little issue because the information on where it’s coming from and when I’m going to get the shipping instructions were not clearly communicated to me. I had to call because I wasn’t sure what is going on. Other than that, I was very happy with the experience in general.

I ordered 2 beds (WHITE TWIN BED WITH TRUNDLE, CAPPUCCINO TWIN BED WITH TRUNDLE). When I received no trundle and complained they changed product description (WHITE TWIN BED Trundle NOT Included, CAPPUCCINO TWIN BED Trundle NOT Included) and refuse to honor the previous description and want me to pay to return or order the trundles I was supposed to get.

Items received as advertised and in excellent conditions. Products are very nice and the quality is great. The delivery was schedule and on time, so it was perfect. I have to say that the products are great, definitely best in class. I will buy again from Electrolux and Goedeker's.

I had a very good experience. Ordering was easy and the chairs I purchased shipped in a timely fashion. They arrived in boxes that looked quite damaged, but thankfully there was no damage to the furniture inside. The price of the chairs I purchased was excellent - the lowest I could find on these chairs. I will say, however, that the pricing was a little deceptive. They have "sales" that say they expire that day, but then the same sale is available the next day (with that day as the expiration), the next day, etc. etc. That's not a problem - it just makes you more eager to purchase to get their sale, which is exactly their aim. Overall, I would definitely purchase from Goedeker's again.

Order came fast, delivery men were cordial, and furniture was all in perfect condition with no scratches or dents!!! I was very pleased and will definitely order again and recommend you to others. Long story short, I ordered 3 lamps. Two came broken. I contacted customer service and they said they would send 2 new ones, but would have to schedule UPS to pick up the broken ones first before the new ones got shipped out and would let me know when that would be. A week went by and never heard anything about the pickup so had to email them again and they said they would get back to me by the end of the day, but never got back to me. Then another week went by and another week. Finally, I had to call someone not in service department to find out what is going on just to come to find out UPS never wanted to pick up the broken ones!! So what a waste of time. Inadequate customer service. Still waiting for the lamp and it's going on 2 1/2 months later!!!

I was very pleased with my first purchase from Goedeker's. Their service delivery team was great and always kept in touch the day of delivery so we were knew when they would be arriving. Customer service was wonderful as well! I love, love, love my new LG fridge and no one could or would match the price received here. It took a little longer on delivery because of the distance, but well worth the wait. It is absolutely beautiful in my kitchen!!!

Delivery date was very accommodating as my remodel construction fell behind. The delivery men were very nice and did a great job. Everyone I worked with at Goedeker's was very helpful and cooperative. I haven't used the appliances yet but the service was great.

I ordered a chair from Goedeker's that was back ordered. I had no problem with waiting for the item I wanted to be back in stock but I appreciated the e-mails I received letting me know that my chair was still back ordered and giving me the option of waiting or choosing another item. In the end, it was delivered to me a few days before it was projected to be back in stock and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I received my desk in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that would have been better is an expected delivery date as soon as I ordered it. However, I received the desk within 2 weeks of ordering it. I ordered it on March 2, and I received it on March 15. The desk was as I expected it. I paid for white glove service and wanted it delivered to my second floor. The delivery guys told me that what I paid for only included 7 steps as one flight, so I had to pay additional money in order to get it delivered to my second floor which was 17 steps. Outside of that I was happy with my purchase and delivery. The desk was very easy to put together and it looks beautiful in my office.

I’m in the same town as Goedeker's local store and I’ve known it for a long time. However, I buy stuff from them online. I’ve purchased some microwaves and a year ago, we bought washer and dryer. Goedeker's gives the best price. But, they don’t have the items in stock and it takes a long time to get it. It has taken as much as three weeks to a month to get the orders.

Having seen the sun and moon wall plaque only online, I worried about its appearance and wanted it to be perfect for my sister and her spouse's first house purchase. I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer with a pedestal underneath them from Goedeker's. Purchasing online went smooth. The website had good information and the price was good. I found that they delivered to my area, and they had a rare non-vented dryer model that I wanted. It's a heat pump dryer that's energy efficient. They scheduled delivery for us and it met our needs. The delivery was professionally done and they allowed me to open and look at it, make sure it was in good shape and it was all fine. It's still sitting in the box since waiting for the house to be finished so we can install it, but so far I'm very satisfied and I would order from Goedeker's again and recommend it to others.

The Abbyson Pineapple floor lamp was purchased as a gift. The recipient loved the lamp and it goes well with her decor and the two table lamps she had! The shipping date was slow but when I called, they explained why it took so long. Once it was shipped, the delivery was as indicated on the tracking.

Our refrigerator freezer stopped working and we could not get service for over a week. Calling Goedeker's did not help and we were left without cold food storage for an unacceptable amount of time. Buyer beware.

The instructions for assembly were slightly confusing but this was the first piece of furniture I've ever assembled so that probably had a lot to do with it. We ordered a couch and waited several weeks for it to have delivered. The sofa was too large (our fault for not measuring correctly). The sofa was very hard – not comfortable and also the cushions were all attached to the sofa. We were not happy with the $1200 purchase and wanted to send it back. We were notified that this would cost us close to $700 to return. The customer service representative showed zero empathy. Beware if you buy something from this company. They will not be helpful with a return. I would never do business with this company again. Poor service.

I bought a Pomona table from Goedeker's. We went with them because of their price. It was bought online and the ordering process was very easy. Somebody just dropped it off and we put it all together. There was one moment in the process when the product that we ordered was backordered a little bit and it might have been very popular. We did not get any type of notice from them between the time that we ordered it and the time that it arrived. I think that it would be helpful if something was flagged at a certain point a week or ten days into the process. It would be nice as a customer that we would know.

Received two tables (Side Table Ashley Coralayne) and only one had the brackets/screws inside. Called customer service and they have to contact the manufacturer and it will take two weeks to arrive. Boxes were badly damaged. Why not overnight the missing parts to increase customer service. Truly disappointed!

Really good experience. Only problem was when product delivered the delivery people would not remove the shipping feet from the sofa bed and install the normal feet. I went back and read in the agreement using white glove delivery that they would not do any wrenching or screwdriver work. So, no complaint but that still left a disabled person with the responsibility of completing that task. I would think when you pay $150 to have something delivered the delivery people could at least turn a screwdriver and remove the feet. Of course going into the agreement I had no clue that the permanent feet would not be on it. But I got past it so like I said no complaint rather just a comment. Maybe add to the description that the feet will have to be replaced so the consumer knows what he will have to do. Just a suggestion.

The washing machine was repeatedly on back order so it took about two months for us to get it. They did a pretty good job of keeping us posted as to its status, though. The item had a small dent on the side. Nothing worth squawking about, but not perfect. But they sold it at a terrific price so I cannot complain too much.

I waited 3 weeks to received the item. It was damage. Return. Take another 3 weeks. Damage again. This time they took 2 weeks to process my return. Now, still haven't sent the item yet. Basically 2 months and they haven't sent my actual order yet.
