Thank you for your service! We purchased a home that included pretty new bedroom furniture. In our search for a second nightstand, we could not find a local retailer selling the table we needed. When we looked online, we found the table available for two or three times what we thought we should spend. Then we found Goedeker's! Thank you for offering this Simmons nightstand for a reasonable price! We were thrilled with the e-mail notices! Loved the delivery time! We will certainly look at Goedeker's next time we are in the market for a piece of furniture!

We bought a small refrigerator from Goedeker’s. I found them online and the ordering process was easy. The customer service representatives I dealt with were all very good. However, there was a little bit of issue with the delivery. The courier that they used in Atlanta had it for a few days before they called. And then we had given them some instructions through the customer service there in case I would not be here. Then they called the day before and wanted to deliver it on the day I told them I wasn’t going to be here. Also, they couldn’t tell me when they were coming back. It ended up being a couple of weeks or so before they could get it to me. It all worked out okay, but it was a little aggravating. It was the courier's issue, though. The quality of the fridge is very good and it has a fair price. I would use Goedeker's again.

I did my research and scoured the web for good prices on the new washer and dryer. I have purchased a washer, a dryer, a wall oven and a slide in stove. Each one of them was the best price you can possibly get. The customer service doesn't hurt either. Always Pleasant on the phone and willing to help.

I purchased a glacier red and multi-color rug from Goedeker's. I ordered it online and it was delivered. The experience was fine and the quality of the rug is nice.

The Elyse Round Wood Outdoor Garden Stool is better than pictured. Beautifully crafted stools that looks great in our home. The stools are well made and at a reasonable cost. Great communication by the seller at every step. We are pleased with our purchase and would definitely buy from Goedeker's again.

My freezer arrived with no visible damages and is now working like a charm. It was very easy to order through Goedeker's and not only that, they offered excellent prices. Quality and quantity was something we were looking for and we got them thru Goedeker's. Thank you.

I ordered a Bosch 800 series dishwasher from Goedeker's, and the dishwasher tub was damaged in transit. After getting confirmation of the damage from the Bosch repairman, Goedeker's replaced my dishwasher with one that was undamaged. I sent them the documentation, and they were quick to help me with my problem. Amanda, the service person, was great.

I was looking for a bed to go with the bedroom suite that I bought. I searched on Google and Goedeker's had the bed and they were cheaper than other retailers. Furthermore, they delivered to my front door without any extra fees. The delivery was great. I had Goedeker's drop the bed off and they used a carrier. Since getting the bed, we've loved it.

After a slight hiccup, we received both Boise State spare tire covers we ordered. We ordered two at the same time. We got one on the date they were to be delivered, but the package said two. I called and explained the situation. After checking, we were told that only one had been made. It was taken care of then and a couple of weeks later we received the second one. The covers were perfect and even with the delay, we would still order again if we need any further items.

Deceptive advertising (back-order), runaround from customer service constantly, no one would return calls and product (oven) took over a month to arrive! I would receive different info, each time I called, no one seemed to know what was going on, within their own company.

Very good company to deal with. No problem with order. Power recline chair was just as it was stated in their ad. Freight company delivered as they said by phone call. Was very happy with service. Will do business with Goedekers' in future. Thanks very much.

I am a builder at the southmost tip of Texas, and I wish we would have found Goedeker’s sooner. The customer experience from phone call order to delivery and even after sale was top notch. The part that I enjoyed the best was the personalized “Thank You” we received after the sale. Great experience!

Excellent all around... We are walking advertisements for you all. One very minor hitch, a very minor indentation on dryer... My camera would not capture it. It was a pleasure doing business with you. We are shopping for two items... a/the Roomba or equivalent, and b/Bissell little green steam machine.

Range and microwave are as described in description and photos. We really like Maytag's fingerprint resistant products. We find them much easier to keep clean than regular stainless steel products. Pricing was very fair. The customer service was amazing! Each time we spoke with an associate, they were polite, understanding, and willing to work with the us, the customer. The products were delivered when they said they would be, and in excellent condition. We highly recommend Goedeker's.

LOVE this Trishley Queen Bedroom Set! It came very nicely packaged. It great quality. I think though that it is more a medium brown in color than a light brown. We also didn't have room for the footboard/side boards and only wanted the headboard. They allowed us to purchase just the headboard and it worked out perfect. Great set! My purchases through Goedeker's went well. All of the representatives were very helpful when there was a problem with delivery damage to my dishwasher. The issue was resolved satisfactorily and very quickly. Would definitely go to Goedeker's for any future purchase. Have recommended Goedeker's to all my friends.

I was a little surprised by how long it took and really very little tracking on the washer. However, customer services was excellent, the delivery guys were professional and did a good job for the most part. I just wish they would have moved it in to place, but to their defense, it looked like it was just a bit too big for the space. When really, I just moved the dryer a hair and it fit fine. Wouldn't have known the dryer was in the way till the washer was actually there. But it worked out and now I have the Electrolux washer, I have always wanted, for a smoking good deal!!! Thank you.

We found a furniture locally and we wanted to see if there are other options. So, I Google searched Gray 2 Seat Reclining Sofa and Goedeker’s popped up. Everything about the online purchase was very smooth. We read a lot of the reviews because we are in Indiana, and with them being out of state, we knew they did free curbside delivery. So, we then paid the extra to have it delivered so we could check it out and brought in the house, and that was very reasonable.

I order appliances online all the time for my rentals and had a great experience with Goedeker's recently. They have great prices and all the major brands. It arrived pretty quick. There was an issue on one and they resolved it really well. Very happy with them and plan on using them for my future flips.

I ordered Allied brass towel racks, shelves, and toilet paper holders in February. It took a while to get them and when I did, 2 of the glass shelves were broken. I called Goedeker's and they had the replacements sent within the week. The quality seems to be good and I love the final product. It really finishes off my newly remodeled bathrooms.

As we were remodeling our kitchen we decided to change a few appliances out. When our local store Pirch provides horrible customer service and said our appliances won’t arrive till for 2 months because no one in USA has it we went searching. Found Goedeker's by accident but were so pleasantly surprised. Their customer service called the manufacturer and assured us that our product was in stock. We placed an order on a Wednesday and the item was delivered on following Tuesday. Once again when we decided we needed a Bevfridge Goedeker's delivered. My double wall oven arrived as promised and the "white glove" delivery was excellent. The top door to the oven came from the manufacturer with two small dents-Casey called the manufacturer and a new one will ship in a couple of weeks. Excellent price and service-great people to do business with. I would recommend Goedeker's.

Bought a Front Model GE 28 Cu Ft. Refrigerator with a very good price. I am Happy with the customer service. it wasn't show online that the Refrigerators got some dents on the back side, and minor dents at the Front. But the customer service helped by refunded $70 which is acceptable for me. I had the Refrigerator now for Two weeks and it works great.

Drivers called twice. Once to say will be delivered tomorrow between x-y and when they were 10 minutes out. Delivered right into my living room. Was very satisfied with the companies pricing & the service. Would purchase again without hesitation.

On April 20th my husband bought a Kitchen Appliance Package for my Birthday, May 6th. Still haven't received anything but a connector hose for the stove, we continue to receive ship notices that our order has shipped. We've been in touch with Customer Service (?) several times, we were told some of the items were back-ordered and we were notified by email, I have the emails and there are none relating to a "back-order". We still can't get a definite delivery date on when the appliances will be delivered. He bought from Goedeker's because of his family's history with you and your prices.

I was kept well informed about the progress of my order. The only problem that I experienced was with the delivery company. Shipment was supposed to arrive on a truck with lift gate. It arrived on a regular freight truck. We got it unloaded ok. Also they did not inform me about delivery. Fortunately I was present when he arrived.

I read some reviews of folks who ordered appliances online, and was skeptical. However, the savings to me was going to be over $400 for inside delivery, and that was just too good to pass up. I am very pleased with the company, delivery people, and the appliance. If and when I am in need of or ready for other appliances this will be my go to place. I spoke with customer service a couple of times during the order process, and prior to delivery. They were always courteous and polite. The guys who delivered the Whirlpool refrigerator at six in the evening were very nice. Although they don't take away the packaging, they did wrap it up nicely for garbage collection. There were a couple of dents (minor) on the side that is visible, but not the front, and nothing so awful as to warrant a return or exchange. Nothing in life is perfect; that's why there's heaven.

One of the best online purchases I ever made. I never heard of Goedeker's until I googled the Maytag washer I was interested in. The store was in Missouri and I live in Florida, so I took a gamble since the only local place to sell the washer was $500 more... yes $500 more. Maytag gives a 5 year parts/labor on this particular washer. Before the item was shipped, the price dropped $30 and customer service gave me a credit with no problem. Washer arrived 10 days after purchase in perfect condition. Can't say enough good things about the experience.

I like Goedeker's price so I purchased table and stools from them. The ordering process was easy and they just dropped the items off in my lobby. The table is great but the stools are not that great. They are so wobbly. But for the price, I'm okay with it. Overall, their prices are a little cheaper for certain items than other places, and delivery takes a little while, so you have to be patient. If you wanna save a little money on certain items, then Goedeker's is a good site.

I ordered an item on back order, so there was a one month delay, that's on me. Then you chose AM Home Delivery and they didn't pick up the oven for a week, then they don't deliver to San Diego from their office in Downey except once or twice a week, so there was another two week delay as we figured out a time when I could be home to receive. I almost went up there to pick it up. Your customer service was great. But you should find another delivery company for San Diego.

My dishwasher was delivered on-time, in new condition as expected and communication was excellent during both the ordering process through delivery! Great website and support too. You are now my first source for anything appliances. Thank you and I will be back again soon.

I ordered 2 couches and one recliner, at delivery one of the couches was tore. There was no issue getting them to take that one back and send another one. The sales people are very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone, plus I got the whole thing a LOT cheaper!

Very nice customer service. I received a damaged package from the manufacturer and they made it right by having the part resent. However having to put the cabinet together before taking the pics of the defective area should not have had to happen because then we had to take it apart to put the new piece on it.

Horrible customer service. Had I not had a need to contact customer service, everything would have been fine with the order. Good product and good price. However, once I found out how long it would take to receive my item, I called their customer service to see if I could cancel the order. I was told they cancelled the order. I bought another appliance locally. Then the item I ordered from them showed up weeks later and I have no recourse. They deny ever telling me it was cancelled. I have to pay over $300 to return the item, which I was led to believe I was no longer purchasing.

Goedeker's pricing was by far the best compared to other online retailers and box stores even before accounting for the tax savings. I purchased 3 appliances, one of which was on back order for 2 months. During that time I watched their prices and the price went down on 2 appliances before the shipped date. I called customer service and they immediately credited the difference to my card. I eventually called to check on the appliance on back order. The associate called the manufacturer and within a week all 3 of my appliances were shipped. The Goedeker's associates I spoke to on the phone were all very friendly and knowledgeable. All appliances arrived in perfect condition and the delivery company helped me unwrap and inspect them. I have already received 2 of my 3 rebates which in total will save me another $575. This was a great experience overall!

20 inch smooth top range - Service and price from Goedeker's was excellent. Delivery was a bit more of a problem. We were contacted to be available for delivery on Friday, April 13th between 1:00 and 6:00 PM. We waited until 6:00 and called the delivery company. They said they couldn't reach the driver but indicated he/she would be contacting us. We got a call from the driver at about 8:00 in the evening indicating he would be at our place within an hour. We stayed up until 11:00 thinking he would show up or call. Crickets. On Monday, we called again. They said delivery would be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday.

Very easy to place and receive orders. Prices are great! Shipment was fast and easy. I will buy again as their business can be trusted. I would recommend this company to friends and family members. Free shipping and no sale tax helps reduce the total cost.

I was looking for a specific product online and Goedeker's had it. I purchased a glass shelving and it was fine. It took weeks and weeks to get my product. The delivery time was strange. They kept on sending emails saying, "Click on the status to find out when your item will arrive" and I click on it. Then it's one of those things where, "Well, we need your order number." And you have to go look up your order number and put it in. That was annoying. they didn't have it in stock, that they had to go through a company and then there was a long wait for it. But everything else was fine. It did arrive well-packed and the product was good. I just put it up this last weekend and the quality is good. They have a large selection of items but I would warn you about the delivery time.

We were very happy with our furniture and the customer service we received when we had a problem with the delivery service. They made sure everything was made right as quickly as possible and to our satisfaction. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I live outside the States and a stove broke down on a rental property I own there. The size was a problem to find and I was only able to get it, in a timely manner from Goedeker's. The salesperson was very helpful and others helped to make sure I got it as soon as possible. Thank you for great service.

I decided to buy my sideboard by Ashley Furniture from Goedeker's because of the price and the Better Business Bureau rating. I ordered it online and the process was very easy. Then, they told me the day it was going to arrive and the delivery guys called me. The delivery went great. They were supposed to come first thing in the morning. But then they called me the night before and they were like, “Hey, are you at home? We could do it right now.” It was funny because it was like 9:30 at night. But it was a day earlier, so that was fine with me.

I purchased a gas cooktop and a washer and dryer online from Goedeker's. The ordering process was easy and everything was as expected when they arrived. I got what I paid for.

I ordered a medication fridge online for our office. I got a confirmation email saying I would get notified when the appliance shipped. I did not receive any kind of written nor verbal notification so the arrival of the fridge was a surprise. We opted for white glove service and the local delivery people were horrible. They did not want to remove the fridge from the carton. We had to chase them out to the parking lot to come back in and do what they were paid to do. Not a good experience for us.

I ordered an oven, when it arrived I realized that it did not fit. I called to exchange it. The oven was $390 and the shipping fee was $89. They said I would have to pay $350 in shipping fee to return it. It was ridiculous. Now I have the oven listed for sale on Craigslist since that is my only exchange option. Order for anywhere else. Most companies have fair return/exchange policies.

Horrible customer service. Took over a month to receive, tho they took my money day one. Tracking system is atrocious. Attitude is deplorable. If I could give zero stars I would. They blame the shipping company, yet they contract with that shipping company. No sense of responsibility. No compassion.

I choose Goedeker's simply because they were the only company who still had a discontinued style dishwasher to my matching fridge. I called to place the order since I was in a time crunch and hate when a site has inaccurate inventory and emails you back saying they are actually out of stock! The order placement went smoothly however the rest did not. I had to change my order slightly, should be easy but I was assigned a certain sales member who I could only speak with. One day I was on hold through her direct line for about an hour and when I tried to speak with another rep, they referred me back to her. Countless emails were sent and attempts to reach her by phone. I was finally successful and the items arrived just as planned.

Received a 9+ cubic ft Avanti upright freezer and am happy with its performance so far. it is noiseless and fits nicely in my breakfast room. it will be used to store 1000+ lbs of homegrown exotic fiberless mangoes for use throughout the year.

Great buy! I caught the Maytag washer and dryer set on the last day of a sale. This saved me over $400 dollars compared to what I was about to spend locally. The service, communication and delivery provided by Goedeker’s was excellent.

The appliances arrive in great shape. No issues with setting up delivery. All items came as described. Order process was painless and very helpful with all the questions I had. The value by far beat anyone else we were quoted by, the only negative was they were a little off on their original delivery date at time of order so allow about an extra week from what they tell you. I would use again and recommend them.

Couldn't find a better price anywhere, especially online and they processed my order very quickly. The order what actually shipped within two days of my purchase and I was very happy that it was. I will be glad to do more business with this fine company. One thing that I should mention, however, is the speed of their shipping company; they leave a LOT to be desired. Basically, though my item shipped from Goedeker's within 48 hours, it took nearly 2 weeks for the shipping/trucking company to get it to me and when I contacted them for routing and ETA I did not receive any sort of decent response. They only said that they would be calling me the day before delivery.

The service with your company was extremely pleasant. Couch arrived with a scratch and no questions asked they are sending out someone to fix it. We'll see how the repair goes! I would definitely refer a friend and have done so already.

Goedeker's had a long gray counter table and a Torjin brown one and I liked their price. Ordering from them online was very easy and I was able to schedule my own delivery. The pieces of furniture were there when I got home from work and the quality was perfect.

Ordering off the internet is always a little awkward since you can't touch the object and see it in person but this was a great experience. The ordering was easy, the price was great and it arrived fabulously packaged and was here quickly. I love the quality and it looks even better than the picture. The dimensions were right on and putting on the knobs only took about 10 minutes. I would order again in an instant.

I had a table scheduled for delivery, however, I was not able to leave work for the original scheduled date of delivery. I called customer service and she said she would get it rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday came and went and no delivery. Called customer service and he mentioned there were challenges with the shipper and AM Trucking had a tight schedule and couldn’t add our delivery for that Thursday. Customer service said AM Trucking would be in our area next Monday, but couldn’t promise delivery. I said I would be home all day the following Monday. To my surprise! The table was delivered! The driver said he was asked to make one extra delivery for the day. Thank you Goedeker’s for making this happen. I know it was the excellent customer service team that coordinated this for me! Excellent service! Amazing team!

Everything was great but I want to give you a "heads up" about a second email I got from you about 10 days after my initial order was processed saying that the lights were going to be shipped from the mfg in 4 weeks. That same afternoon, they were sitting outside my garage. So, the email was sent in error I guess. Otherwise, thank you!

I ordered a bedroom set from Goedeker's online and it was delivered to my home. I didn't have any issues with the website and the sales team, and the delivery was good.

I was looking for a bar cart and Goedeker's popped up as a carrier so I purchased that bar cart from them. Their online ordering process was the easiest part. However, it took a long, long time to receive the item. It was a birthday present and I purchased it about a month in advance. And it was delivered three weeks after the time that it said it was gonna arrive. So that was disappointing. I tried to communicate online but that didn't work out at all. But when I called them, I got a representative and she was very helpful. She was able to assure me that it was on it's way, at some point. Other than that, everything was fantastic. The quality of the item was excellent. I love it. It was worth the wait. And the cost was on par. The delivery experience didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth because I'm gonna make more purchases with them. But I suggest that they make an easier way to communicate via online.

I love the new washer and dryer with its cutest and sweetest musical notifications! A bit anxious about the new high technology but clothes are cleaner and less wrinkled. I ordered a table and it was back ordered. I was given a date that it would be in stock and delivered and it was delivered on exactly that day. It arrived in perfect condition. Ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator from Goedeker's on March 15 and it was delivered on April 12th. No problem for me as I had a working refrigerator. Based on other reviews, I was a bit hesitant to order from Goedeker's. But since the bed set was $200 cheaper than other places (about 25% savings), I decided to take a gamble. Perhaps because FedEx was the shipping agent, I had absolutely no issue. I received the bed set within a week, no missing or broken parts. It arrived on my front porch, where I expected it to. My experience was A+.

Got an amazing deal on our Maytag-MEDB835DW dryer. The only thing I was a little disappointed was how long it took to arrive and no one had informed us of this. The delivery guys were great, friendly and helpful. There were a few dings but customer was very efficient in handling it. Overall it was a good shopping experience and would definitely use Goedeker's again.

Very nice, fast delivery--happy with the product--a little bit of work... It took a little longer than I thought it would take. Salespeople very polite and answer all questions!! The bed was as described--I got the platform queen size - with drawers--drawers are not super strong but happy with the bed.

New range (Samsung range), showed up in a reasonable time and good communication. Range price beat all competitors locally and from any online's supplier, delivery service were helpful with bring the range in the house. Only issue was the delivery people did not take the box materials.

Goedeker’s had the range hood we were looking for. It was quite a high-end range hood and not many people stocked it. We live in Pennsylvania, and ordering it online was very simple and straightforward. Then I immediately got notified of the shipping and it arrived on time and the appliance is definitely quality. They met all my expectations and it really was an excellent experience.

The dishwasher was delivered towards the end of the delivery estimate, but that was OK. It arrived with some nice delivery guys who were very polite and they waited for us to check for any damages. They even unpacked it themselves for us. It came about 9:30 PM, so it was dark, and they lent us their flashlight. Goedeker's had the best price, too.

I accidentally ordered wrong washer dryer pair from my cart. I called, and spoke to the friendliest, most pro-active, helpful customer service reps I have ever encountered. The order was fixed quickly and I received a Maytag washer and dryer that have been working like champs. Their delivery team was also very courteous and helpful (and a day ahead of schedule).

I liked the price and the variety of things that Goedeker's carried. I purchased from them and my experience was great. They were pretty responsive on emails but they sell a lot of things that they don't carry in stock at their facility in Missouri. So, if you buy something from them, it usually ends up being shipped by the manufacturer directly to you rather than them shipping it to you. And the manufacturer doesn’t always do a good job of communicating with them as to when the item is gonna be shipped and whether it's available. Some of the shipping dates that I got seemed to be a little bit off, but ultimately, everything got here in a reasonable time frame. Everything was undamaged and in good shape. The bottomline was they got a great product at a great price that ended up being delivered timely. It took about 30 days or a little bit longer to get it, but that was on the manufacturer.

Shipping company was first class. Refrigerator arrived in perfect condition. The delivery company help unbox for inspection and help look the refrigerator for damage. Price was great and Model was what we were looking for. Shipping is no longer a concern after using Goedeker's.

When I first ordered from this store I was excited to find my couch and get it delivered to my new soon to be home, well long story short the landlord pulled out of her contract and we were unable to move in. So I asked a rep to change the address or cancel the order, and was told couldn't do either. Then once I told them to cancel everything, they all of a sudden could change the address and it was approved for shipping. Waited 3 weeks, dealing with the delivery company for the couch and was told the store would not approve the new address even though in email I was approved. After speaking with them on the phone, they told me cancellation was possible or because they could only deliver to a home that no one resides at I could pick up from an hour away. All of things which were told were not possible until I got upset with them, and then all of a sudden there were other options.

We got a great deal on a GE wall oven. Delivery time was a bit long and the shipping box was beat up pretty bad when it arrived but oven was packed well inside and no damage. Works and looks great and my wife is happy so overall it was good experience. Would recommend this company if looking for great deals on appliances.

Great way to order large appliances. You save money, you get it delivered in perfect condition in your house (extra $50), and you don’t need to scour the stores and end up settling on a different model from what you wanted. I bought a Whirlpool gas range in black stainless with Wi-Fi connectivity. You can scan the barcodes from the food you want to cook, and it automatically sets the temp and times for perfect results. All from your phone, or iPad.

The dryer came banged up. Customer service rep was polite and somewhat helpful but didn’t keep good notes, make the address and phone change and told me we could receive a new dryer then sent a repairman out that can’t fix it. So now we play the waiting game to see if this can be fixed. It’s been 2 months since I placed the order and don’t have a working dryer.

The Glow Light Vista 6 bulb chandelier is so beautiful in our newly put back together home in Port Aransas, TX. We were devastated by Hurricane Harvey, and this sparkly light makes it remodel complete!! I had a of couple the crystals with extra hole in each end and missing the tiny metal piece. Called Goedeker's customer service and Amber helped me get replacement crystals and new ones should be here in the next week!

3 iconic Napoleonic counter stools - Very sturdy and well built. Much larger in scale than I envisioned, but getting used to them. Seats are very hard and had to buy cushions for them. Arrived in good condition but each package was short in the number of screws!

On Feb. 21, we bought a kitchen range for $1,551.18. When delivered the top was coated with grime and tape residue. When we cleaned it, we discovered a strange scratch that a store rep explained, saying they'd replace the range top. After waiting several weeks, we requested a new range. It's now April 11. We're still waiting. No new top, no new range. This is our worst buying experience ever. Under no circumstance should these people be trusted in any way.

I am a General Contractor and I specialize in designing and remodeling kitchens. Goedeker's is where I buy all my appliances. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and have great prices. I like the fact that they sell virtually all the major brands so when one of their sales reps recommends something, I feel like they are not trying to push a certain brand because it is the brand that they carry. That gives them credibility. I have never had any issues with any of the many items I have purchased with them. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Kudos to Janis. There were a few bumps, but it all worked out. The price was lower than my local stores. Delivery took a little while. I was wary of using an online store for an such an expensive appliance, but all in all it was a good experience.

I chose the dresser on Goedeker's website, then my mom placed the order online and got it. It was $50 cheaper on the website than just going to the local furniture store. But in retrospect, I would have told my mom, "Why not just go and buy it here?" It was delivered to my house and the delivery was good. However, my mom placed the order for us in the middle of January and we received it around middle of February, and it had a big dent in the top of it. We had to call Goedeker's and then they had somebody come pick it up and then deliver a new one. That process took another one month. But then the drawers don't open and close on the new one that arrived. Goedeker's sent drawer glides. And now, at the end of this month somebody is supposed to come to install the drawer glides. But it's disappointing just waiting three months.

Love this piece of furniture! It is well made for a cheaper price than most like it. Sturdy and I love the layout, with a cabinet hiding 4 shelves, along with 3 open shelves, and 2 drawers. It also showed up in a timely fashion and was not too difficult to put together.

Purchase of Kitchenaide Dishwasher Model KDPM354GBS - Product ordered was as advertised and was bought at a good price for this particular model of dishwasher. I purchased it over the phone on February 26, 2018 and sales rep was very polite, helpful, and efficient. Order was processed on February 28th. The dishwasher was delivered in good condition by AM Trucking. I am happy with my purchase. I have had a local issue as I could not find anyone to install it. Local and chain realtors only install products bought from their store. I finally found someone April 4, 2018, so I have only run the dishwasher one time since I purchased it. I am happy with the results - dishes were clean and dry. Thanks.

I was searching online for a low price and so I went to Goedeker's. The delivery was fine. The only thing is it was difficult to coordinate with a third party. Because I work out-of-town I tried to make sure that I was gonna be there when they were going to deliver it. That was pretty impossible to coordinate that. I had to go and officially wait for the device to be delivered. And the time they said they were gonna be there -- they ended up getting there way early so it was kind of inconvenient but they still got it there.

Chair and a half model 3820023 - Chair color is not anything like the color shown in the picture. When it arrived I was in shock. I wish I had some recourse but I guess it’s a case of let the buyer beware. Your picture depicts a light, almost white color and your title states Sand, Which in most people's mind is the color in the picture. I love the chair but the color is more like mud brown and matches nothing in my home.

I would highly recommend Goedeker's. Not only are the prices good and they easy to work with, but a true sign of a good company is when something goes wrong how they handle the situation. A table I ordered with them came damaged, they were excellent to work with in resolving the problem. Not only did they give me some options but were quick and very empathetic. When we called Goedecker’s we wanted to talk to someone how to measure for the blinds. We spoke to Robert, and I have to say he was wonderful. Talked my husband how to measure for the width and length of the blinds, as well as the color I chose. The blinds came in and fit perfect. The living room head rail came in damaged. I called customer service, and they sent a new one in a matter of days. (It was not their fault, but the carrier’s fault). I would like to thank Robert and customer service for their excellent service!

Lucite bar cart - Ordered then found out it was backordered. Changed date of shipping a couple of time. Finally I cancelled order from somewhere else. In the meantime they shipped the one I cancelled then told me I had to pay to have shipped back. Not good business.

We went to the store on 1/27/18 with interest in purchasing a Bosch dishwasher. When we did not see one on display, we spoke with the front desk about if one was in stock and were told the product did not exist. When we explained we had found the item through the Goedeker's website, an older gentleman overheard the conversation and confirmed the product did exist. We asked how long it would take to receive the item if we purchased it today and were told it would have to be bought online and that it normally takes 5-7 days to receive the item.

It’s been over a month and my almost $400 table is sitting there unusable and semi-complete. My husband spent 4 hours building a breakfast nook we ordered, which was delivered to the WRONG address. I noticed in tracking details of the wrong address, tried calling them to which they told me nothing they could do and admitted their error. we had to pay $80 for someone to get it and bring to us from the drop off location (one box was over 100 lbs) I had just had a c-section and there was no way I could do anything but call someone else and pray the item was still there.

I bought the inlaid wood jewelry box for my granddaughter and I'm pleased with the quality. The drawers stick a little but candle wax or soap should smooth that out. The delivery information was confusing -- I received conflicting information from retailer and the actual mailer -- but the item came in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm very happy with the level of communication you gave me throughout the order/delivery process - ordering online can be doubtful, so I appreciate the effort here. You also kept me well-informed of my options and what to do when the furniture was delivered. My only suggestion is to perhaps find a way to deliver the furniture quicker (within 2 weeks if you can). With so many services like Amazon Prime (no I don't expect furniture in 2 days, but just for comparison), customers expect quicker & quicker deliveries these days. Other than having to wait >2 weeks, I'm very happy with everything else! Especially your prices, don't change! We'll be back for more in the future.

I love my new furniture! The staff at Goedeker's is amazing. I feel like a queen every time I sit in my new chair! I did have some trouble getting the chair through the door. The customer service department was more than happy to send me instructions on how to remove the back of the chair for easy moving.
