The online ordering process at Goedeker's was awesome. They're very helpful. Like when I was looking for a product and the rep said, "Well, I think it's sold. Hang on. I think I have another one." She went out of her way to save me a few bucks. The delivery of the product was outstanding too. My girlfriend and her son picked it up for me and it was released to them so they didn’t have to sit around too long. Everybody loves the appliance. I bought it for a rental and that actually helped sell it.

I liked the price and the variety of things that Goedeker's carried. I purchased from them and my experience was great. They were pretty responsive on emails but they sell a lot of things that they don't carry in stock at their facility in Missouri. So, if you buy something from them, it usually ends up being shipped by the manufacturer directly to you rather than them shipping it to you. And the manufacturer doesn’t always do a good job of communicating with them as to when the item is gonna be shipped and whether it's available. Some of the shipping dates that I got seemed to be a little bit off, but ultimately, everything got here in a reasonable time frame. Everything was undamaged and in good shape. The bottomline was they got a great product at a great price that ended up being delivered timely. It took about 30 days or a little bit longer to get it, but that was on the manufacturer.

Shipping company was first class. Refrigerator arrived in perfect condition. The delivery company help unbox for inspection and help look the refrigerator for damage. Price was great and Model was what we were looking for. Shipping is no longer a concern after using Goedeker's.

Thank you for a great experience. The Boraan 24 in counter stools were on back order. I received them before the date you had stated. When I first ordered from this store I was excited to find my couch and get it delivered to my new soon to be home, well long story short the landlord pulled out of her contract and we were unable to move in. So I asked a rep to change the address or cancel the order, and was told couldn't do either. Then once I told them to cancel everything, they all of a sudden could change the address and it was approved for shipping. Waited 3 weeks, dealing with the delivery company for the couch and was told the store would not approve the new address even though in email I was approved. After speaking with them on the phone, they told me cancellation was possible or because they could only deliver to a home that no one resides at I could pick up from an hour away. All of things which were told were not possible until I got upset with them, and then all of a sudden there were other options.

We got a great deal on a GE wall oven. Delivery time was a bit long and the shipping box was beat up pretty bad when it arrived but oven was packed well inside and no damage. Works and looks great and my wife is happy so overall it was good experience. Would recommend this company if looking for great deals on appliances.

I appreciated the attentive service from Goedeker's. I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer, which was delivered on time and in good condition. The salespeople on the phones were helpful and concerned when I called, and were always able to answer my questions with dependable and reliable information.

The price through Goedeker's was better than anybody else on the web. They notified me that there would be a backlog getting the ice maker in from KitchenAid. It arrived box in perfect order. Very courteous delivery, very happy and will do business with them again.

I called in over the weekend or on Friday finally to speak to a female rep that agreed the situation has been dragging on too long. She called the supplier and got some answers. I appreciate her time and caring in this matter because it has not felt like the supplier has cared at all nor did they want to accept their mistakes or their shipping company's mistakes.

The double oven is now installed and my kitchen looks gorgeous. The price difference was definitely worth a couple of weeks waiting time. Men who delivered were extremely nice. I will be buying more from Goedeker's in the future. Telling all of my friends where to go for fabulous sales service and pricing.

Goedeker's provided an all-around excellent online ordering experience for a new 36" gas range. From start to delivery, it was a seamless, flawless experience! I would order online from Goedeker's again. Excellent job Goedeker's! I would also recommend them to friends and family!

Great way to order large appliances. You save money, you get it delivered in perfect condition in your house (extra $50), and you don’t need to scour the stores and end up settling on a different model from what you wanted. I bought a Whirlpool gas range in black stainless with Wi-Fi connectivity. You can scan the barcodes from the food you want to cook, and it automatically sets the temp and times for perfect results. All from your phone, or iPad.

The dryer came banged up. Customer service rep was polite and somewhat helpful but didn’t keep good notes, make the address and phone change and told me we could receive a new dryer then sent a repairman out that can’t fix it. So now we play the waiting game to see if this can be fixed. It’s been 2 months since I placed the order and don’t have a working dryer.

Wonderful Hudson Square extension table! Exactly what I was looking for and offered at a competitive price. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but one phone call fixed the problem! Great Customer Service! Table was very well packaged and easy to put together.

The Glow Light Vista 6 bulb chandelier is so beautiful in our newly put back together home in Port Aransas, TX. We were devastated by Hurricane Harvey, and this sparkly light makes it remodel complete!! I had a of couple the crystals with extra hole in each end and missing the tiny metal piece. Called Goedeker's customer service and Amber helped me get replacement crystals and new ones should be here in the next week!

3 iconic Napoleonic counter stools - Very sturdy and well built. Much larger in scale than I envisioned, but getting used to them. Seats are very hard and had to buy cushions for them. Arrived in good condition but each package was short in the number of screws!

On Feb. 21, we bought a kitchen range for $1,551.18. When delivered the top was coated with grime and tape residue. When we cleaned it, we discovered a strange scratch that a store rep explained, saying they'd replace the range top. After waiting several weeks, we requested a new range. It's now April 11. We're still waiting. No new top, no new range. This is our worst buying experience ever. Under no circumstance should these people be trusted in any way.

I am a General Contractor and I specialize in designing and remodeling kitchens. Goedeker's is where I buy all my appliances. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and have great prices. I like the fact that they sell virtually all the major brands so when one of their sales reps recommends something, I feel like they are not trying to push a certain brand because it is the brand that they carry. That gives them credibility. I have never had any issues with any of the many items I have purchased with them. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Kudos to Janis. There were a few bumps, but it all worked out. The price was lower than my local stores. Delivery took a little while. I was wary of using an online store for an such an expensive appliance, but all in all it was a good experience.

I chose the dresser on Goedeker's website, then my mom placed the order online and got it. It was $50 cheaper on the website than just going to the local furniture store. But in retrospect, I would have told my mom, "Why not just go and buy it here?" It was delivered to my house and the delivery was good. However, my mom placed the order for us in the middle of January and we received it around middle of February, and it had a big dent in the top of it. We had to call Goedeker's and then they had somebody come pick it up and then deliver a new one. That process took another one month. But then the drawers don't open and close on the new one that arrived. Goedeker's sent drawer glides. And now, at the end of this month somebody is supposed to come to install the drawer glides. But it's disappointing just waiting three months.

Love this piece of furniture! It is well made for a cheaper price than most like it. Sturdy and I love the layout, with a cabinet hiding 4 shelves, along with 3 open shelves, and 2 drawers. It also showed up in a timely fashion and was not too difficult to put together.

I purchased a slide in KitchenAid Induction Range. I dealt with Missy and she handled everything very well. I had called her a number of times to find out different things about the Electric range and she was very Helpful throughout the entire process. Thank You.

I bought a large lift chair online. Although the order took longer to get here than I had hoped, Goedeker’s kept me informed, & things went smoothly—although slowly. The chair was delivered in good shape & was as described. It’s very comfortable, & the color fits well in our family room.

Purchase of Kitchenaide Dishwasher Model KDPM354GBS - Product ordered was as advertised and was bought at a good price for this particular model of dishwasher. I purchased it over the phone on February 26, 2018 and sales rep was very polite, helpful, and efficient. Order was processed on February 28th. The dishwasher was delivered in good condition by AM Trucking. I am happy with my purchase. I have had a local issue as I could not find anyone to install it. Local and chain realtors only install products bought from their store. I finally found someone April 4, 2018, so I have only run the dishwasher one time since I purchased it. I am happy with the results - dishes were clean and dry. Thanks.

I was searching online for a low price and so I went to Goedeker's. The delivery was fine. The only thing is it was difficult to coordinate with a third party. Because I work out-of-town I tried to make sure that I was gonna be there when they were going to deliver it. That was pretty impossible to coordinate that. I had to go and officially wait for the device to be delivered. And the time they said they were gonna be there -- they ended up getting there way early so it was kind of inconvenient but they still got it there.

I am happy with my order and the customer service I received. It was a smooth transition. Order arrived timely and price was great. I received a Thank You card for my order which was an unexpected surprise. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Chair and a half model 3820023 - Chair color is not anything like the color shown in the picture. When it arrived I was in shock. I wish I had some recourse but I guess it’s a case of let the buyer beware. Your picture depicts a light, almost white color and your title states Sand, Which in most people's mind is the color in the picture. I love the chair but the color is more like mud brown and matches nothing in my home.

I would highly recommend Goedeker's. Not only are the prices good and they easy to work with, but a true sign of a good company is when something goes wrong how they handle the situation. A table I ordered with them came damaged, they were excellent to work with in resolving the problem. Not only did they give me some options but were quick and very empathetic. I definitely would do business with them again in the future.

When we called Goedecker’s we wanted to talk to someone how to measure for the blinds. We spoke to Robert, and I have to say he was wonderful. Talked my husband how to measure for the width and length of the blinds, as well as the color I chose. The blinds came in and fit perfect. The living room head rail came in damaged. I called customer service, and they sent a new one in a matter of days. (It was not their fault, but the carrier’s fault). I would like to thank Robert and customer service for their excellent service!

Lucite bar cart - Ordered then found out it was backordered. Changed date of shipping a couple of time. Finally I cancelled order from somewhere else. In the meantime they shipped the one I cancelled then told me I had to pay to have shipped back. Not good business.

We went to the store on 1/27/18 with interest in purchasing a Bosch dishwasher. When we did not see one on display, we spoke with the front desk about if one was in stock and were told the product did not exist. When we explained we had found the item through the Goedeker's website, an older gentleman overheard the conversation and confirmed the product did exist. We asked how long it would take to receive the item if we purchased it today and were told it would have to be bought online and that it normally takes 5-7 days to receive the item.

It’s been over a month and my almost $400 table is sitting there unusable and semi-complete. My husband spent 4 hours building a breakfast nook we ordered, which was delivered to the WRONG address. I noticed in tracking details of the wrong address, tried calling them to which they told me nothing they could do and admitted their error. we had to pay $80 for someone to get it and bring to us from the drop off location (one box was over 100 lbs) I had just had a c-section and there was no way I could do anything but call someone else and pray the item was still there.

I bought the inlaid wood jewelry box for my granddaughter and I'm pleased with the quality. The drawers stick a little but candle wax or soap should smooth that out. The delivery information was confusing -- I received conflicting information from retailer and the actual mailer -- but the item came in a reasonable amount of time.

Fantastic customer service and support. Delivery of the Samsung gas range was also great keeping us informed of delivery time and date. Wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend to friends and family. I would have never thought about purchasing an appliance online but this worked out very well. I love my new furniture! The staff at Goedeker's is amazing. I feel like a queen every time I sit in my new chair! I did have some trouble getting the chair through the door. The customer service department was more than happy to send me instructions on how to remove the back of the chair for easy moving.

I'm very happy with the level of communication you gave me throughout the order/delivery process - ordering online can be doubtful, so I appreciate the effort here. You also kept me well-informed of my options and what to do when the furniture was delivered. My only suggestion is to perhaps find a way to deliver the furniture quicker (within 2 weeks if you can). With so many services like Amazon Prime (no I don't expect furniture in 2 days, but just for comparison), customers expect quicker & quicker deliveries these days. Other than having to wait >2 weeks, I'm very happy with everything else! Especially your prices, don't change! We'll be back for more in the future.

We are very happy with our purchase of the Melissa and Doug Grocery Store from Goedeker's. This is my first transaction with them and everything went extremely well. Pricing was better than other locations I checked. The item was delivered in the timeframe promised. It was packaged well to protect it during the shipping process and all parts were present and in good shape when received. I am finishing my basement and needed an ice maker and dishwasher. I called 20 minutes before closing and I thought I was the first customer of the morning. The salesman was very informative, patient and professional. I wasn’t sure of the position of the drain and had to call my contractor. I called back at 5 minutes to closing and got the same professional service. I placed my order and was told it could take 7-10 days to ship to the store. I was updated routinely on the status and both pieces arrived early. It was delivered. Both are scheduled to be installed today. I love the look of both and am very happy doing my appliance shopping at Goedeker’s!

We ordered a futon sofa bed and had a great experience. This is because the website gave us a window as to when we would receive the bed and they delivered as promised. There was also a slight problem with the address I put in the order and the customer service rep was able to change the address within minutes of my mistake.

We ordered a refrigerator on the recommendation of a friend who told us about your store. We wanted a WHITE fridge, French doors, counter depth and Energy Star. You had just ONE fridge that met our specifications so we ordered it. Your customer service rep was very helpful in helping us find the right one (Samsung refrigerator). It took about a month to arrive but okay since we were remodeling. Impossible to find a white refrigerator with the features we wanted locally, so were more than pleased to find it.

I LOVE my shower door. It is made very well and I love the non see through glass. It took a little longer than expected to get it but it was worth the wait. It was held up in a small town for days before it was shipped on the final leg of the journey.

I purchased a floor model durablend love seat and love it. I get compliments from visitors about the piece. The delivery company arrived earlier than schedule and were very helpful getting it in and unwrapped. I will be watching the inventory for another great find.

I had an outstanding experience. Good price, fast delivery, great selection. My only negative input is on the "white glove" delivery which cost an extra $99. With all of my past experience with other suppliers white glove delivery included unpacking, SETTING UP, and REMOVAL of the shipping container. The shipper only unpacked and placed the refrigerator. I was responsible for setting up and disposing of the shipping items.

Very good delivery and set up of our up-right freezer. Tough job to get in my basement being on how big the freezer is. But all is well and it is finally in its resting place in our basement. Very pleased.

Love these cool white and wood tone modern chairs. I bought six chairs for a country French dining room table that is wood tone on the top with a base of milk paint white grieve paint style. They work great, came well packed and easy to assemble.

We had to say goodbye to our big dog on the 3rd of January and we were really attached to her, especially my husband so I looked for an oversized stuffed animal dog and found Goedeker's. I’ve enjoyed the things I purchased. Most recently, I got a Fernando 6x9 blue and green reversible outdoor area rug from them. I ordered it online and the navigation process was pretty easy given that I’m not very computer savvy. I had no problems and I was surprised by the quickness of everything shipping-wise. Goedeker's has an interesting variety of things and anything that I purchased, I got what I paid for and more. And I'm really kind of a picky person. If I don't like something, they would have heard from me. I’m quite happy with Goedeker's products and services.

I purchased a Winston rectangle dining table with a hammered Zinc top online at Goedeker's and it was easy to order. However, the timeframe was terrible. It was four and a half months and I had to pay for shipping. But I love the table. I’d been looking to buy it for months and somehow it just popped up that it was on sale at Goedeker's and so I bought it. That’s why I'm not jumping up and down mad about the delivery time because I saved $1700 over the best price I found. The deal was worth the wait, but the only issue I had was they told me six weeks so I folded my other dining room set at that time and I had no dining room set through the holidays. Overall I’d give them another chance with something else.

The GE Profile 30" microwave/oven wall unit arrived in perfect condition and we had it installed with no issues. Have ordered several times and will continue to do so. The products and service are top notch, as is the selection. We have done kitchen and laundry remodels in our rental houses, as well as our retirement home and could not be more pleased. It is hard to find businesses that are as customer oriented as Goedeker's.

I built a new home and ordered all of my appliances from Goedeker. I saved a lot of money. But, when I had a problem with one of my appliances, I got ZERO support from Goedeker. Goedeker said that I had to deal with their warranty company, which was Warrantech. The support I got from Warrantech was horrible. My refrigerator went out in early November of 2017, after only 18 months of operation. It took until February of 2018 and more than five separate visits from technical personnel before Warrantech would declare that the refrigerator was unrepairable.

Goedeker's had good pricing, will give them credit for that. However: 1) Online system stated 'free shipping'. It was not. They added $150 more for my ZIP code. Buyer beware that their online system does not recognize when they will add more for shipping. 2) Ordered in Dec 2017 and finally went to the closest major city and picked the appliances up myself in early March. They spent 3+ weeks trying to find a 2nd local carrier. A couple of items were on back order which held everything up. Local carrier was looking to fill a truck to deliver to my location (40 miles outside Portland). I finally just went and picked the appliances up myself. NOT a good experience dealing with them.

Excellent. Fast shipping great price! Always wanted to go back to gas. So very happy. I will do business again. Will be looking for a replacement refrigerator at some point, this will be my first stop! Packing was excellent. Shipping was so fast!

Goedeker's has been in existence since the 50s and I figured I could trust them. I bought a refrigerator from them online and their website was pretty good. I enjoyed it. Plus, delivery went extremely well. It was a good experience for me and I will use them again if I need to. I would absolutely recommend them.

Could not have had better service from Goedeker's call center, and the shipping team that delivered the washer was first class. The Summit Single gas wall oven arrived in perfect condition and fit the small space from my old Allegro oven. I love the stainless steel finish. It makes the whole kitchen lighter and brighter as my former oven was black. My one and only concern is the timer on this oven. The beep that indicates cooking time is finished is so soft. If you are in another room, you will never hear it. Even in the same room, it is very hard to hear. If that is a concern to you, you may need to set a separate digital timer. Thank you Goedeker's, I would definitely use you again.

I can't seem to get them to send a confirmation # on my order to my email. Your site say I have no sale bought. You have had my funds since 2/17/18. I need a receipt. I call. They still don't send on to email. Call me **. Now it's 3 weeks. Is this how you work with our money and not us as consumers?

Although I knew it would take awhile... it took longer than anticipated. We had no washer and dryer and ordered them through you. We upgraded to have them placed in the home instead of the curb. Good Decision. We put them in and set them up right away. The delivery people were wonderful... very courteous and stayed in touch arriving as punctually as anyone can expect. No damage... Great items and they are wonderful machines. The hoses to the steam dryer and Y section should be included when buying the set washer/dryer units. Delayed successful installation.

Seemed to take awhile, but we got our appliances, got them installed, and good to go. Have referred you to a number of friends, and family. White Glove is the only way to go. Oh, small issue with water dispenser on fridge, but GE guy will be here Monday to check it out.

I ordered all the other stuff for my stove directly from Whirlpool through their employee site. But I've been having a problem with it for about a year and a half and every time I check their site, they were always out of stock on a particular piece. I decided to look online, see who's got it the cheapest, and order it. So I searched for the part number for the trim kit and Goedeker's was one of the sites where it may be purchased. At the time, they were also out of stock but unlike in Whirlpool's site, I could put the item in the cart to back order it. They emailed me throughout the process and from the original order, the estimated delivery date for when it was going to get in stock was at the end of January. But I got the item on the first week of January so it came in a lot earlier. It's a universal trim kit which also comes in really expensive models. The one I got somewhat seems a little cheap but it works.

The piece of furniture we ordered was delivered twice with a huge forklift hole in the back. We refused both of those deliveries, and only got an undamaged piece on the third try. I don't know if the problem was with the shipper, or the distributor, but it was frustrating. The folks at Goedeker's did immediately start the new order process each time a damaged piece was refused, but it took us almost a month from the date of initial order until we got an undamaged piece.

I purchased a Bake Core convection microwave oven from Goedeker's and the delivery was a big disappointment. The oven was promised to be delivered on a Saturday and I made special arrangements to be at my residence. The guys arrived but the oven wasn’t on their truck and they had to reschedule. The warehouse handlers didn’t put it on the truck. It took another five days before they came back.

The price for the appliances was excellent. One of the appliances incurred however a small damage during shipping. Customer Services was most helpful and arranged for a replacement of the part that was damaged. I would definitely recommend Goedeker's and will use them again.

We bought a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator from Goedeker's as they were on sale. But since we are renovating the house, the appliances are not connected yet. When I submitted an order I got an email that gave an estimated delivery date. However, there was one point when we were looking to move into the house before we decided to do a full-scale renovation and I expected the delivery to occur, but it did not. I had a couple of different shipping dates on items and it was probably from the manufacturer and beyond Goedeker's control. Nevertheless, the service from Goedeker's rep was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the product and about the shipping process. She was also able to get a couple of rebates for me.

I was doing an online search for an oven when I found Goedeker's. The ordering process was easy and the oven arrived on time. Everything looked great. It was really fast delivery and I didn't expect it that soon, so that was good thing. I'd recommend Goedeker's and others should go look there and see if they have what they need.

I got a recliner loveseat with a center console from Goedeker's. They were a lot cheaper than most places here and they had free shipping too. The ordering process online was pretty easy and their site seemed to be pretty on par with most other sites. It was also easy to find what you're looking for. Delivery went pretty smooth, as well. They were trying to get it inside the house, but it wouldn't fit through the door and it was going to take longer for them to stick around, so we just did it ourselves. But they were going to help. The couch's quality is pretty solid too. It's not worn out or nothing too quick.

I wish I had come to Consumer Affairs prior to purchasing a major appliance from this retailer. They have a lot of advertising but their policies are extremely limiting and you wind up paying for it in the end. We purchased a dishwasher only to have it go on sale the next day. A day after that we called and they stuck it to us and wouldn't honor their own sale price of $25 - we inquired about returning it - but then they threatened to withhold $300 in supposed shipping costs which was actually a completely B.S. made up amount to essentially prohibit a return. Do NOT for one second believe their 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee - they could care less about your satisfaction (which I think all the rest of the 200 plus 1 star reviews up here indicate). This company hides behind "God" in their "Philosophy Statement" but is incredibly dishonorable. You should stay away and don't make the same mistake I did.

We purchased a stove from Goedeker's. It's a perfect stove. So when we were looking for a dryer we went ahead and went back to them and priced it. And they had the best prices. The ordering process was very easy. I knew what dryer I wanted and we did some searches online and all we had to do was put in the model number and it pulled it up. Then the appliance was delivered with the freight truck.

I received my lights promptly last month, and they’ve finally been installed just moments ago. They are lovely; exactly as I’d envisioned. Each fixture was packaged carefully, and therefore are perfect; no scratches or flaws. I chose Goedeker’s because you offered the lights at a significantly lower cost than elsewhere. I searched online for furniture and I ended up purchasing a lounge chair from Goedeker's due to their price or availability at that time. Someone called me after I ordered to confirm the delivery and location and they were very nice. The chair came delayed but it wasn't that bad though. Everything came and I was satisfied with their product.

She made the deal, arranged the special financing, and made sure the delivery took place. The stove (LG LRE3193SW Range) arrived within 3 weeks via trucking from St. Louis, MO to Fayetteville, NC. It was delivered by a local delivery company and they did a fine job. We are very please with our experience with Goedeker's and the range that we purchased from them.

My microwave gave up on me after 10 years and initially, I called another facility. They were very honest with me and they said they didn’t have the model I was looking for. I went to Goedeker's and spoke with a representative, which was wonderful. They had the product that I needed and at the lowest price too. I was also told that I would get it in the time I wanted it. Then I ended up buying a complete kitchen from them. There were four appliances including the microwave, a stove and a French door refrigerator.

I ordered a couch from Goedeker's. The couch was available through several companies but you had the best price. The customer service representative was very helpful. The couch arrived as promised. I was pleased with the quality. My only complaint is with the delivery and that they leave it in the driveway and won't bring it in the house unless you pay a high additional fee.

The shipment arrived with a broken tank. Emailed customer service with photos and description. New replacement tank arrived in a reasonable time, perfect condition, and no problems. Entry bench with shoe cubby - I purchased this for my front entry so we would have someplace to store shoes and a padded seat for ease of putting on or taking off shoes. Easy instructions and easy to put together. I just wish the bottom of legs were padded so as not to scratch the wood floor. I just used felt pads.

O'Kean Galaxy Sofa - Very pleased! Great customer service, delivery, and the price was less than other competitors for the same sofa. Couch had Ashley tag on it and in excellent shape. Couch also very comfortable. I was sent tracking information when shipped and was notified 1/2 hour prior to delivery time as promised. So happy and highly recommended.

The prices were exceptional. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable about product, and very courteous when we kept inquiring where our shipment was. From the date our order was placed to the date it was delivered was over a month. I know it sat on a shipping dock for almost a week, perhaps because we had purchased extra delivery option of unpacking and placing items in the kitchen. Our overall experience with Goedeker's was very satisfactory and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was online looking for a product and Goedeker's happened to be one of the companies selling it. I ordered it online and it's been a couple of months by now. The order process was good and the delivery was fine. They were really good.

Bought a stove and microwave from Goedeker's. The ladies there were always very helpful and pleasant. It took a while to have products delivered but as soon as I called some action was taken. I had my appliances delivered next day.

Last November, I bought a dishwasher from Goedekers. Before that, I purchased a washer and dryer from them as well. I bought the dishwasher online and it went well. They had a special on an identical dishwasher that I’ve purchased through them. At that time, they gave me the sale price and they also refunded the difference. But when the dishwasher came, it was damaged in transit and their customer service was a little slow. I had to keep calling and calling.

Having recently purchased a GE French door wall oven from Goedeker's, I just wanted to say the whole process from placing the order to receiving my oven was a great experience and could not have gone better. I personally would/will recommend Goedeker's for any future appliance needs.

I rated only 3 stars because of my experience with reordering. When my original order was delivered, the cooktop was badly damaged so I refused delivery. I called Goedeker's customer service to find out what needed to be done, and it took a full week to finally get the new cooktop ordered. Overall Goedeker's is very good: selection, price, ease of navigating the website, and ordering. Make sure to plan for 3 or more weeks from date of ordering to delivery.

Saw this beautiful modern TV stand elsewhere and decided to look online to see if I could find a better price. I found it on Goedeker’s. Same exact stand, lower price, delivered expeditiously, packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. It’s a heavy piece but I managed to put it together myself. I am the Maintenance Director for a large non-profit in Southern New Jersey. I have been buying all of my appliances from Goedeker's, and couldn't be happier with the results. We've bought washers, dryers, refrigerators and dishwashers, and have never had any problems with any of the items we've purchased. Everything is brand new, and factory packaged. Delivery drivers are efficient and polite. Of course we prepare a place to drop the new appliances, and make sure that the drivers have a convenient place to park a large truck, while completing the delivery. I will continue to buy all of our appliances at Goedeker's. NOBODY does appliances better or cheaper!

I was looking for a specific item that was a hard thing to find and Goedeker's came up. Everything was done online. I ordered it and then I realized that it was going to be delivered while I was in Hawaii, which was a problem and I called back. I asked for the delivery to be delayed, and they were very good about that. It was delivered a couple of days after I got home and that was all fine. We received the shipment and it was great. It's a big oven. We opened the box and everything looked great as close as we could tell. Also, everything came free. I was very satisfied with the delivery service and the ordering process. Everything went well.

My son joined the chess team this year and he wanted a nice chess set, so I researched over a hundred chess sets. I kept coming back to the one on the Goedeker's site. He likes medieval stuff a lot and they had a really good deal. On the other site, that same chess set was $40 higher. The ordering process was easy and I used my Paypal account to check out. The chess set has a glass top and the only thing bad about the delivery was the styrofoam they packed in was very crumbly and it broke apart when I opened it up. As soon as I took it out, it was a huge mess. We had to vacuum for a while to clean everything, especially with a two-year-old running around. But other than that, it's great and the item was securely packed. The glass part came in and it's on separate pieces of styrofoam. It was very secure.

I was online and I saw that Goedeker's handled LG refrigerators. That's what I wanted, they had a good price and I was very satisfied. I did my purchase online. The delivery was done by two guys and it was easy. They dropped it here then I uncrated it and put it in its place. The fridge was delivered from the factory and it was very good. I have told one of my friends who's building a new house to check Goedeker's out.

Goedeker's was top of the line commercial-type appliances and we knew their prices. We researched about it prior to buying from them so we knew what we were getting. I made my first purchase from Goedeker's for a washer and dryer. The ordering process was easy. I went online and placed the order. The quality is fine. Also, the shipping was free and there was no tax but I would not order from them again as it took a month to get my items. They didn’t say that it would take that long. There are a lot of people who can ship within a day or two and I'd get things in a timely manner. I would not recommend a friend to order anything from Goedeker's.

After searching the web for the right size and reasonable cost, I decided to go with Goedeker's. Their prior reviews were outstanding and now I can only agree with my own experience. In November the water softener arrived exactly on time and the delivery was perfect. My plumber easily installed it in less than an hour and it works beautifully. Goedeker's was so easy to order from. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a table 2 months ago. It arrived with manufacturing defects. I notified Goedeker's immediately. It took them over a month to collect the defective table. As yet I have not received a replacement. I am several hundred dollars out of pocket with no table to show for it. I have called and emailed multiple times, but as yet I have no table. So sick of Goedeker's. They are completely useless. I would never use them again.

In mid-December 2017, I ordered a wall oven from Goedeker's for delivery to my home in California. I called Goedeker's and was told it would arrive in two weeks. On 12/28/2017, I received the only email from Goedeker's I got during this purchase and it had a link to the shipping company stating the product had shipped to Indiana. On January 3, I called Goedeker's and was told delivery would occur "next week". On January 9, I called and was again told delivery would be "next week." On January 10, I called the delivery company and was told the shipment went from St. Louis to New York, where it sat for one week and then it was shipped to California. After all the delays, and the unverified and conflicting shipping information from Goedeker's, I cancelled the order and was charged $301.12 for return shipping. I have since spoken with customers in the St. Louis area and learned that even their local service is frustrating.

On January 1st I purchased a Premier 20" stainless smooth top stove for $820 from Goedeker's which included free shipping. I spoke to a company representative who confirmed the order and provided follow-up details for the delivery. Sixteen (16) days later (which was the expected delivery date) I received a message from Goedeker's stating they were trying to reach me. They were seeking an additional $99.95 to ship the stove to my address. As it turns out the item had not yet been shipped & according to the Claims/Returns Supervisor, they were within their rights to collect an additional fee for shipping. I felt as though I had been cheated and played for a fool. In my opinion the company should have shipped out the merchandise as promised. Following several conversations, the company refused to honor the original transaction & I was not going to pay an additional $99.95. I cancelled the order & believe it was a poor decision on their part.

I got a shoe cabinet from Goedeker's. I first heard about them from a friend. The product is exactly what I wanted. It is fine.

I was looking for Zephyr kitchen fans, hood and fan. Goedeker's came up so I went to their site. Ordering a Zephyr hood went very easily. It came a couple of weeks later but they notified us when it was going to come and kept us posted so that was good. Everyone there was also helpful.

Order placed on December 5, 2017 and received on January 5, 2017. There were no issues at all with Goedeker's. The shipper left much to be desired. After four attempts to contact the shipper, the consultant at Goedeker's contacted them and the furniture was shipped. The delivery men were very personable and did a great job with contacting me after this call. The furniture is very comfortable and was as expected. My husband would like to have the matching recliner but we can't find one. We are happy with the services, assistance and the furniture received from Goedeker's.

The price on these speakers was almost two for the price of one compared to anyone else out there. Excellent company. Spoke with a representative who was very helpful in finishing up my order. They do what they say about the customer being their priority. Not sure though why I can't find Polk Audio speakers in their line-up anymore. Awesome experience. Price was lower than I could have imagined on these Polk Audio S60 tower home speakers. I for sure will check here first on future purchases.

Free shipping was to accompany this order. We ended up paying $50. Delivery took longer than expected but the cabinet arrived put together and in good shape. Maybe the shipping needs to be adjusted when a person orders instead of after the fact. I could of ordered from a different company for the adjusted price and gotten it sooner.

In general the delivery is OK. However, it takes long time since the order placed. The delivery schedule is not very flexible: "from 3 to 7, period". The delivery guy was not very careful: dropped the package on the ground while unloading the truck (not very hard).

I shopped by internet all over for the oven I settled on when mine went out before the holidays. Found the best price by $100 or more at Goedeckers PLUS no shipping and no sales tax... and with a zero percent interest offer! It took a while to arrive, but was worth the wait for the money saved. I looked for a built-in oven/combo at Sears, Lowe's, Home Depot and others for price and availability on a GE model. All of their prices on the model I wanted seemed too high. I finally found Goedeker's and to my amazement their price was $800 less on the same unit. That was a significant savings, and I immediately bought it. I wish I had known about Goedeker's earlier, because I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher recently and I now know I could have saved more money if I had bought from them. Good buying experience. I will definitely buy future appliances from Goedeker's. They had the best price (other than additional charges for shipping) and great sales service. Chelsea ** even took the time to make sure the refrigerator I selected would hold magnets. When the local shipping company double charged me for shipping, Chelsea made sure that Goedeker's refunded me the overcharge. It took a few phone calls but I got excellent, friendly service. Only suggestion is to have more folks to answer the phones. I was on hold a lot and got disconnected a few times. Once I reached any person in the company, they were polite and helpful.

An under the counter Sylvania radio ordered in December 2017 had to be cancelled, but it was shipped any way. However, for returning it, I was asked to pay for the shipping both ways, which was almost the price of the radio. So I kept it and I have no use for it. No more ordering anything from or step into a Goedeker store.

We love the Speed Queen washing machine. It works great; and is much quieter than our old Sears unit. The biggest complaint is that it took about a month from the time I purchased it, to be delivered to my home. Delivery people were very good.

My order was placed on 11/27/17 for 8 items for a total amount of $10,835.03. This amount was charged to my credit card on 11/29/17. Today is 1/8/18 and only 4 of the 8 items are at the delivery company. No one seems to know the locations of the remaining items.

Good product (Maytag gas double oven convection range), great price but the delivery service Goedeker's contracted with left a LOT to be desired. Decent updates on the backorder status by Goedeker's too. Horrible delivery service!!! Totally LOVE my new range!

My love seat arrived well-boxed, in perfect condition. Delivery took a long time, 5 weeks from the date of order, but I really saved money. I would have paid $1500 for the same couch here in town and my total price with Goedeker's was $846. When I called customer service at one point to check on the status of my order, I got Ashley, who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I love Goedeker's prices and customer service. I purchased several major kitchen appliances and noted that one small item, a trim kit, was slightly above another price I found. Goedeker's customer service refunded the difference immediately. My only irk was from the 3rd party contracted delivery service who arrived at 6:35 AM January 5 while it was too dark to examine the boxes for damage. But to their credit there was none and they did have deliveries stretching over hundreds of miles in Northern California and Nevada for that day. So understandable - I guess.

I was looking for a GE convection oven. I found Goedeker's online and they had it. I liked their price and that it would be delivered to the door. I spoke to them over the phone a couple of times before I made my purchase and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the quality of the oven. The whole experience was outstanding and I'd recommend Goedeker's to anybody.

The range (Whirlpool kitchen range WFG 515S0EW) bakes beautifully, it is great that you can cook on two racks at a time. The sales lady was very helpful. The range arrived in a timely matter and was packaged very well. The price was great for a dented item. The dents are not noticeable...

I ordered a Futon to be delivered to my son in Michigan. What a nice Futon! And the delivery experience was outstanding. I was expecting it to arrive just after Christmas, which was ok - I waited a little too long to place my order. I got the little canapé playset for my son for his birthday and everything went off without a hitch. It showed up in a timely manner and ready to go. Definitely would purchase from these guys again. My son is very happy with his canopy playset. He had a wonderful Christmas.

This is the second time I placed an order and saved myself some money. Placing the orders were painless and I was aware of the status of the order including the delivery date; I'm very happy with Goedeker's in general. It's the delivery on both orders that could use some improvement. My first experience with the delivery was very stressful because the furniture was damaged by the delivery people. Goedeker's made good for the replacements, but we had to wait a few weeks before we got the replacements.

The dishwasher we ordered was delivered a week late with very little communication, very disappointing. We were forced to pay the installation person an additional $273 in cash to install the dishwasher, in addition to the $144 installation fee we paid up front. The installation company damaged our sink and we had to wait 4 days for another company to repair it.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing an appliance or furniture. I easily placed the order online and got an email with the delivery date (supposed to be the day after Christmas). Before I called to see if they could deliver it sooner, a guy from the delivery company called to confirm my delivery for the next day. It arrived a week earlier than expected! Just in time for Christmas and our family to arrive! We live in a house that’s hard to get to with a big truck and they easily made a plan to get the couch up to our house. They gave a 4 hour delivery window, and arrived within the first 40 minutes. The whole purchase and delivery was so smooth and I would highly recommend this company. Great price, great service and very quick delivery! I didn’t think ordering a couch and getting it delivered could be so easy!

They had the exact furniture I wanted and it came in good shape. My order was processed very timely. The problem was shipping took 5 weeks and had a couple of days of no-shows. I know this is the problem of shipping companies but it's certainly a factor one should consider if buying furniture online. Shopping on Goedeker's website was easy and I was able to filter to find my items easily and also suggested items. I would recommend shopping here if you aren't concerned about timeliness of the delivery.

30" GE Profile Electric Smoothtop Cooktop - Goedeker's ordering process was simple and convenient. The customer service was spot on. I spoke twice with the same customer service representative. He answered all my questions and provided guidance for delivery. The item was delivered quickly - earlier than anticipated and arrived undamaged. I would order from Goedeker's again.

Overall positive experience with order and delivery. A&M Trucking was great, appliances arrived unharmed. Only 2 comments. 1. Fridge took 2 months to get from mfr, would be nice to know at time of order. In the end it worked out but it was a surprise. 2. Contacting your team for price adjustment is painful. Tiyana ** takes days to weeks for responses. In the end never even responded to my last email in mid December. Still not satisfied as I only received $67.88 adjustment of $108 (committed by Tiyana **) when I felt it should be $241 total adjustment per Nov 20 prices posted on website vs price I ordered at back in Oct 12. Again it should be $241 total adjustment. Happy to discuss further.

There was an issue with the company that ships the Pocket bike. The bike was for my son for Christmas and they took immediate action. It was handled in a very professional manner. I was informed through email and phone calls about the updates. I will order from here in the future. Thanks to the great customer service.

I ordered the oven on 11/08/2017 hoping it would be delivered in time for Thanksgiving but it arrived the week after. Upon inspection there was a dent on the back that I called Goedeker Tiyana) to report and indicated that I would wait for installation and hope it was a surface dent and not affect the operation. She offered me a 10 yr warranty at that point. When my builder installed the oven it would neither oven would turn on for more than 30 seconds. I called customer service and talked to another rep. She indicated I now had to go through GE warranty service.

I ordered two window A/C units that were showed in stock. After over a week of waiting, I was informed that they were not on hand. After over a month and a half they finally arrived. And to top it off, one of them was broken! I will never order from them again.

Free shipping. Company encourages you to refuse delivery if the item is not exactly what you want. That sounded great. When we did that, we had close to $300 subtracted from the refund for return shipping and handling. White glove delivery was only $99. Why was return shipping $287? Working with the company was easy, just make sure the item you order is really what you want.

I ordered a beautiful comforter that I'd been watching at Ashley Furniture Store for a while, but was too expensive. I finally looked online and found it at Goedeker's for a lot less! Other big box stores wanted over 1,000.00 more SALE PRICE and could not deliver until 12/23/16. Goedeker's delivered it in 4 days and 1,000.00 less cost. Great delivery service. They use very nice people and they have a lot of other items as well. For a lot less than the SALE PRICE of the other big box stores.

Purchased GE Cafe Dual Fuel Range: Very pleased with delivery of product. Still learning about gas top range so to new to rate, except cooking is much quicker than old electric range. Need to watch leaning over gas burners. Been a bit tight with 2 pans/pots cooking front to back.

We bought a slightly damaged (cosmetic), display microwave oven for about 20 percent less than the boxed model. They had the model in our hands within 15 minutes (it had to be uninstalled) and accepted our old microwave for recycling (we're local to St. Louis). Everything went great.

I'd never heard of Goedeker's before and I ran across their website after a Google search for appliances. I visited other websites and Goedeker's website was as good as some of the other companies I was considering, but their price made me go with them. I had a total kitchen remodel and made 2 orders online. I had both of the kitchen sinks in one order and in another order was all of the appliances including the microwave, an oven, a cooktop, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The process was simple and painless from start to finish. I’m happy with the quality of everything that we got.

Abysmal customer service. Website didn't process orders correctly, double ordered. Customer service was snooty and threw our attitude when I tried to resolve. Ordered a sink from them, took forever to arrive. Received tracking information AFTER I had received the item. Finally received sink, turned out it was used. Demanded photos to prove it, took weeks to get them agree to replace, but only AFTER I shipped original back. Couldn't do due to damaged packaging, at which point their customer service refused to help any further. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent customer service and great appliances. Ordered several times over the years with good consistency. Online sale is nice with no sales tax. I feel that standard delivery should include to the garage instead of curbside. Otherwise all was good.

I purchased a couch from this site, the couch is great. I paid for white glove delivery and receipt states will be placed in room of choice and one flight of stairs is included. I had to argue with delivery people to bring it into the house. They said the porch as far as they go. I showed them what the receipt said and I don't know if they understood, after arguing they did finally listen when I offered a tip. Was very angry I paid an additional 100 dollars for this service. They were nice people just did not understand what I was saying and said the porch was as far as they go though the receipt stated otherwise and I paid for the service.

I live in Tennessee and the sales tax here is pretty high. Goedeker's has no sales tax and offers free shipping so it is attractive. The ordering process is easy and they have a good pricing. I purchased a refrigerator, a double oven, over the range microwave, and a built-in kit for the microwave. I was remodeling our kitchen so I wasn't too concerned about the delivery time. Yet one main problem I had was that the microwave I ordered was not too large so I had to send it back and order a different one. They handled the return and exchange fine so I had no problem. I got the same appliance brands I had in my previous home and the quality of the appliances delivered is great. Also, I looked to buy a TV so I had some prices and did price comparison. Goedeker's was nowhere close and I knew at least $300 over the price of the TV.

GE Profile Refrigerator - This is our second refrigerator purchase from Goedeker’s. The website is incredibly user friendly and we love the build a kitchen feature to assist with finding matching appliances. We couldn’t be happier with the transactions from customer service through white glove delivery. Absolutely no regrets and highly recommend!

I ordered a washer and dryer online and was confused about the delivery process so I failed to order the parts that I needed for installation. Goedeker's called me the day before delivery informing me of this and helped me order the appropriate parts over the phone so that the washer and dryer could be installed the next day. The washer and dryer are everything I expected them to be and the customer service was above and beyond most companies. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely buy from them again.

ABBOTS COURT BLUE/GRAY LOUNGE CHAIR WITH CUSHION - SET OF 2 - My wife and I searched for four new patio chairs for our home and happened across these chairs online. I then began researching for the best price once we decided these were the ones we wanted. These chairs are manufactured and sold by Ashley Furniture so I compared their prices and found they wanted $678.41 more than Goedeker's for the identical product. I even called my local Ashley store to see if they would price match and they said no. The decision to purchase here was a no brainer, in fact I even found a $20.00 coupon online for Gpedeler's that made my bargain that much better. Shipping was efficient and on time. Highly recommend shopping here.

My experience with buying this Bosch Dishwasher from Goedeker's was the same as when I bought a top of the line GE range... EXCELLENT from ordering through delivery. Their sales personnel are knowledgeable and customer focused and their pricing the best I could find. We have had the Bosch Dishwasher for over a month and love it. It cleans and dries dishes superbly and at 39db you can hardly hear it. We feel the same about the GE double oven range which we have had for over a year. It is a great range and cooks perfectly.

Goedeker's website is very well organized and easy to navigate. Their prices were better than anyone else I found online. When I made a mistake during the ordering process, the staff was friendly and quick to correct it. The delivery took a while but that was not Goedeker's fault. It was another company that did the delivery and they were excellent. It just took them a couple weeks to get it shipped out from the warehouse.

On 21 August 2017 I ordered and paid for a sofa and loveseat that the website stated was in stock. After numerous phone calls to the company a damaged sofa and the wrong loveseat was delivered. As required, Immediately contacted the company and informed them while the delivery company personnel were still at my home of the problem. I that time I was reassured that my sofa would be promptly repaired and the correct furniture would be delivered. Now over 4 months later the sofa has not been repaired and the correct loveseat has not been delivered. Would rate this experience 0 stars. Very dissatisfied with this company.

Sent a broken mini fridge. It didn't work when we took it out of the box. We paid over $600 for it. They then demanded $300 to have it shipped back. They would subtract the shipping from what we paid and send us the balance. Horrible company. Never again!

Goedeker's was the cheapest price that I had found and I like their mission statement. I ordered online and I got a stove, an induction stove and a dishwasher from them. It was very easy. The delivery was fine but it took a little longer than expected. I had to call a couple of times to see where I stood on delivery. Other than that, I love the quality of the appliances and they were fair-priced. Everything went quite well.

Growing up in Saint Louis, my parents and family always purchased their furniture from Goedeker's and had fantastic experiences. I recently moved to Texas and was looking for a new bedroom suite and found exactly what I wanted on Goedeker's website. I was so happy when I learned they would ship to me in Texas! Goedeker's customer service was fantastic throughout the process. My order took a few weeks to process as expected and the customer service staff kept me updated by phone and email. Unfortunately, the shipping company used to ship and deliver my furniture was unprofessional and not helpful at all.

When I first ordered my appliances I was allowed to have the shipment held for a while, since my home near Houston had flooded during Harvey and I was in the process of trying to get it rebuilt - this will make sense later. However, within several days I was told that the microwave trim kit for my set of new Black Stainless LG appliances was discontinued - and had to cancel the item. This by the way turned out to be untrue, it is readily available, and in fact I got it from Build.com before my appliances even arrived. (I still don't have my microwave).

I have been looking for the GE Cafe Appliances for about 1 year. I work for a builder and even with the discount was still pricey. So when I saw the pricing on Goedeker's I ordered my appliances right away. Had them deliver and unwrap. The guys were great. They worked hard getting the fridge in the door. Never had a transaction with you before, but it went well and the risk of dealing with a new entity paid off with the low price. The oven is exactly what I ordered, I’m happy and saved a few $. A weakness is there was not enough time to check that the product works during delivery... hard to find a solution there cause the delivery guys need to move on. I had no problems with the oven-works great.

I purchased a Scratch & Dent five-piece round dining set and a bed from Goedeker's. The price was comparable, if not better than all other stores I've searched at. The things I got were very nice and have good quality. The experience would have been better if their site had narrower search, but I would recommend Goedeker's.

It took me between 4 and 5 months to receive a refund from Samsung. 10s of hours on the phone with all ranges of customer support; all starting my ticket over at ground zero with each call. I have since purchased LG appliances to replace them; and since I was in a pinch, went to my local home depot. The overall experience, I'm afraid, lost you the return business. Please understand, Goedeker's staff and service was always polite, prompt, and sincere. I just don't appreciate being sold appliances that are costly junk.

I am very happy with my new oven, and the great price I paid for it. I am very much less impressed with the shipping process. When I first located the item on the website on 10/30/2017, it said estimated ship date of 11/09/2017, and needing it by Thanksgiving since my oven died, I ordered it. When I received the confirmation email, it stated that the oven should arrive to their warehouse in 3-5 days, and they would then send me an update email. 13 days later, after not hearing anything, I called the customer service line to see what was up. I was told the oven was scheduled to ship from their warehouse on 11/13/2017, and I would be sent an email with the tracking number. I called customer service again on the 16th, having heard nothing from them, and I was told it was scheduled to ship on the 20th, because it just arrived to their warehouse on the 14th due to being on back order. Why wasn't I told that the first time I called?

It took quite a while to receive our fridge. When they finally called to say they would deliver between 4:00 and 8:00 at night my husband took the afternoon off from work to be home. They did not arrive until after 9:30. The fridge water dispenser leaks and we have had a repair man here twice but it is still dripping. I don't blame Goedekers for that, but still not a great overall experience. Also, both doors have dents.

We recently purchased a GE Profile Double Oven. It was delivered on time as promised and we installed it very easily. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service we received including the price from Goedeker’s. Thanks again for making this purchase very easy!
