Great price on the ice machine and on time delivery, provides for a outstanding experience. I especially appreciated the customer service. I had a coupon and didn't understand how to apply it, but customer service refunded the coupon to my credit card. I'll definitely order again.

Shipping was fast but it took a while to get my contractor scheduled to install it. When he saw the unit he was really impressed that he never seen anything like it and actually took a picture and video after installation.

Great experience with your company. We ordered, and there was a misunderstanding due to my error on the order and they worked with us amazingly to get it corrected. Delivery was right on time. Assembly was easy and instructions were great.

I ordered and received a washer/dryer recently. Goedeker beat all the competitor's prices, no tax, free delivery. There was a week delay in deliver and the notification process was somewhat lacking. The delivery company did show up in the time frame they said they would. They unboxed and set the units in place within the laundry room. The biggest issue I have is that the delivery company left the boxes from both units for me to have to deal with. Most deliveries from appliance companies I have dealt with in the past will offer and remove the boxes.

There was some confusion with the shipping company but Goedeker's made the problem go away so we wouldn't have to stress over it. We will certainly order more appliances from Goedeker's as soon as we are ready to do so.

We ordered an uncommon size of oven for an older home. There are only a few choices on the market. Goedeker's not only had the best price by a substantial amount, but it was delivered in good condition and the shippers brought it into the house for no extra charge. The only issue was that the local delivery was out of their hands and Goedeker's did not want to get involved with getting in touch with the locals ahead of time.

I have ordered from Goedeker's three times and have been very happy with all of those purchases. The first order was for living room furniture and I not only paid less than our local stores were charging for it but received it in less than half the time than the local stores were quoting. My next two orders were for kitchen appliances. One or two were back ordered but the wait wasn't unreasonable and they all arrived in perfect condition. The shipper unboxed them and brought them into the house. I have recommended Goedeker's to many people and would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

I called a rep after I finally received the stove (took ONE MONTH), and there were multiple issues as well. Had a nice conversation with a young man who promised to be back to me. No words in a month now.

I ordered a couple of poly andirondack chairs and ottomans. Easy website to navigate. Delivered when expected. Loved the chairs. Color was exactly what I wanted. Had a question for customer service and it was answered promptly. Would order again from them.

The appliances at Goedeker's was about 15% cheaper compared to the same exact models from Lowe's or Home Depot stores in our neighborhood. But the downside is that if the big stores have the item in stock, they could deliver it in a matter of two to five days, but with Goedeker's, it would probably be take about three weeks. If you're not in a rush, it certainly is the way to go. They delivered the appliances I ordered at a decent amount of time but it was still a four-week deal until we got them. The first item that I got from them was a stove and I was concerned back then because the house was delayed getting finished. So I reached out to them through email about delaying the shipment and they were willing to do that. So that was a pretty cool deal. The quality of the appliances have been good and I've been happy with them. I have recommended Goedeker's to a few people.

I ordered a washing machine for my tenant in Virginia. The amount of time it took from order to delivery was absurd. My poor tenant was very upset. She has 5 children and was angry about how long it took to finally get it delivered.

I was in the market for a dishwasher and found Goedeker's. their prices were comparable. I called customer service and he was very helpful with my questions about similar products. I would definitely recommend Goedeker's to my friends and family.

I purchased a KitchenAid model KDTE304GPS dishwasher on 5/18/18. It was installed on 5/26/18. It has not worked properly since being installed. I have had one service call for a repair that did not fix the malfunction. I now have a second service call scheduled for 7/27/18. Returning this expensive but defective dishwasher is not an option or I would do it. Once the product shipped, Goedeker's washed their hands of it and told me to deal directly with the manufacturer. It's not their problem. This is the first and the last appliance that I will ever buy online.

I’m stuck with a barstool that doesn’t go in my space. Tips easily. You want over a hundred dollars to ship back plus 22 restocking fee. Customer service was supposed to talk to manager and never called me back. I will NEVER recommend this company.

My Goedeker's experience was great from the beginning. John ** and Melissa ** handled my order efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. My fridge was backordered, but it ended up working out perfectly with my kitchen remodel timeline. The cost of my order was hundreds less than other places that I looked (and I really looked!). The final clincher for placing the order with Goedeker's happened when I read the company's philosophy on the website. Way to go! I have recommended Goedeker's to several friends and family members, and one of them is also redoing their kitchen. I'm sure that will turn into another order soon.

When I went online, Goedeker’s popped up and the black rectangular cocktail table was exactly what I was looking for. It was beautiful and I liked the color and design for my family room. I called them instead of buying it online and the rep was great. The delivery was on time, there was no damage and it was perfect. The delivery people told me it was a light assembly and everything that they told me was correct. For the cost, the quality was good. It was a great experience buying it from Goedeker’s and they were very informative, direct and everything came in like they said.

I looked at BestBuy, Lowe's and Home Depot and did price comparisons, and Goedeker's was significantly cheaper. There was almost a $300 difference between Goedeker's price and that of Home Depot or Lowe's with the same model. The model that I wanted to purchase had a lot more features and capacity than some of the same models by Whirlpool but let's say this thing was originally priced at $1,400 and the one Goedeker's was selling was $896. But something that was originally $1,200 was selling for $1,100. The pricing on the item I wanted was so much lower than what I expected it to be. I thought it was great but I couldn’t figure out why so we suspected that there was something wrong with the model.

I had no idea who Goedeker's was but the price on the one day sale was exceptional. Goedeker's met or exceeded service expectations; they kept us informed every step of the way. My product has not yet been installed, but at their suggestion we removed all packaging and inspected the product thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Goedeker’s steal your money. WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered a specific model and took screenshots and copied and pasted the model number on the checkout page and sent to my family to see. After checking out, they give you the order confirmation number and total paid, but they do not list the model number. I thought I was good to go, but after the purchase, they emailed me an invoice, on which they replaced the model I ordered with a worse model. Since I know I ordered the right model in the checkout process (copied and pasted it to family), I did not find the need to examine this invoice.

We ordered from Goedeker’s some bar stools with a gold frame and they were extremely low and short. They were for my med spa and they were too small. I already assembled them and it was not anything great or anything terrible. However, it took a little while to arrive. It was an online order and they don't ship too fast.

Easy to order, delivery people were exceptional! The only problem was that it was back-ordered, so it took about a month from the time we ordered until it was received it. It would have been nice to know that we would have to wait so long at the time we ordered it. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

I recently ordered a Frigidaire dual fuel stove from Goedeker's. I was a little apprehensive at first but the stove was almost $500 less than the same one at a local retailer so I thought I would take a chance. The stove was received relatively quickly considering it was shipped to Tennessee from Missouri and it arrived in excellent shape. I would definitely shop at Goedeker's again especially if I can save that kind of money.

Buyers Beware! Do not buy from this company. They advertised a range as having an instant rebate and a mail in rebate. After I purchased the range for over $6,000 they said they would assist me in getting the mail in rebate. Two months later they put the money in my account, only to take it out a week later with a “sorry”. There wasn’t actually another rebate, it was an error. I only purchased this range and from them because of the rebates. Now I’m stuck with a range I paid $1,000 more for than I agreed to. Horrible company, horrible customer service. They represent themselves as a family company, when in reality they maliciously misrepresent their pricing and fraudulently scam consumers into buying from them.

We decided to purchase a fountain for our patio and Goedeker's came up as a retailer from an internet search. After reading about them on their site and checking some reviews, they appeared to be a good company with which to place an order worth just under $2,000. A week later, I received an ad email from Goedeker's that had the same fountain on sale for over $100 less! I contacted the store and they refunded the difference. While awaiting delivery, they kept me informed of status. I received an automated phone message from them two days prior to delivery and again the day of delivery. The 930 lb fountain was delivered as promised, and the delivery company assisted in the unpacking and inspection. The fountain was in pristine condition. Overall, the purchase experience great.

I ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator. It was an amazing price and arrived in great shape. I am very pleased with it. There was some confusion on the shipping, specifically when it would arrive, but overall, I was very pleased with Goedeker's and will continue to shop with you.

I recently purchased appliances from Goedeker's. Their sales associate quoted me prices and charged my account for my purchase. I was notified that my items had arrived at Goedeker's however could not be shipped out and that I must contact them for further information. Upon calling I was notified that their pricing was in error and that I would need to pay an additional $500 in order for my appliances to be shipped. After speaking to their sales manager he forwarded to me a copy of a web disclaimer from Walmart's website claiming that they had no responsibility for misquoting an item’s price. Asking to speak with the owner I was told that he could only be reached via email. I emailed him and his response was a canned response wherein my name was simply inserted that was a single line that said "so sorry". As of this writing Goedeker's has yet to respond to the status of my order.

I bought a chairside table that is 42 inches long, has got glass doors on the front, antique, and wide strips. I got it mainly due to the price and the style. The online ordering process was extremely easy and it was delivered via UPS. The quality of the chairside table is perfect and I'd order from Goedeker's again.

It took some convincing for my husband to agree to purchase our appliances for our kitchen remodel online but from ordering to delivery, it is has been such a positive experience that I will recommend Goedecker's to anyone and everyone! The girls in the office were extremely helpful when I had questions. The shipping company used was very accommodating when I needed to adjust the delivery date. All in all, a very positive experience!!

Best microwave our family has ever had, very pleased with performance so far. Exceeds all expectations. Goedeker's was a pleasure to work with. Delivery was when they promised. Price was fair. I will check with Goedeker's when I need my next appliance.

Remodeling a kitchen. I ordered a downdraft for a gas cooktop. Goedeker's had the best price so I took a chance ordering from them. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly things went. The order process was easy (I spoke with one of their phone reps) and they kept me informed about the status of my order shipment. Delivery went without a hitch. I paid for curbside delivery but the driver used my hand truck and actually brought the box up my driveway into the garage. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to do business with Goedeker's again.

We ordered a nice fire pit table and 8 chair set of outdoor furniture in June. Everything was delivered very quickly, and was just as beautiful in person as was depicted on the website. It fit perfectly on out patio, and the table and chairs are very roomy and comfortable, even for our larger family members.

I did an internet search for a particular dryer that we needed and I came across Goedeker's. While the overall ordering process online was super easy, the deciding factor that made us choose them over a different retailer was price. And then, their follow-up was stellar after we had run into a shipping issue with the initial order. I spoke with different people several times and they were amazing. They definitely felt like they cared about what they were doing, what I needed, and probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. So, I went back to look for the additional items that we needed after that. And their prices were great and they were able to arrange a low shipping cost. The delivery also went great. I didn’t even actually know that they were here until after they were here.

Compared prices for this particular elgielyn brown stool everywhere on the internet and found that Goedeker's had the best price around. Their shipping was quick and the stool was a great quality product. Wonderful transaction with this company and will definitely shop through them again.

I am very happy with the fire pit I ordered. It was delivered on time, easy to assemble and I am happy with the quality. It is a good value. I have only used it twice because it is too hot right now but I look forward to using it in the fall. I would recommend this fire pit.

Was delivered on time, paid for white glove, they unpacked crate outside and brought Whirlpool refrigerator inside. They check conditions of refrigerator but that’s all. You have to finish unwrapping and even have to attach handles. My husband was able to do that and hook up the water. I’m sure some people can’t. Overall very happy with refrigerator.

Awesome service. The sales person I talked to was super knowledgeable about the specific dishwasher I was interested in. Home Depot had it on sale but refused to deliver it to my zip code. Goedekers price with my new customer discount ended up beating the Home Depot price by $110 - delivered. The unit came via R&L carriers and the driver helped my load it into my golf cart so I could take it down my steep hill. Installed it myself (after correcting some mistakes the original plumber made) and it works GREAT. Much quieter than our 10 year old Frigidaire. Consumer Reports testing works.

We purchased a Bosch Combination Microwave/Wall Oven and were very pleased with the whole process. The Oven was delivered on time and in excellent shape. It also was much cheaper than we could have purchased it locally. We would highly recommend Goedeker's.

I bought a dishwasher from Goedeker’s about four years ago. When it came, a piece broke on the back of it and I had to call them about that. Their customer service was good. I talked to a lady who was really nice and helpful, and she made everything good. They offered me a money back or credit and it was all good. Recently, I ordered a refrigerator online from them. The process was very easy and everything went okay. Both items I bought were curbside delivery, but I was able to interact with their delivery people and that was a good experience also.

Very happy with COST. No tax. Free delivery. Fridge arrived 2 weeks after ordered, and was asked by delivery personnel to open the box while they waited for inspection. Will order again and spread the word.

Tracking was not great with no updates and the dishwasher was delivered at 10:00 pm at night. Shipping took 3 weeks. The handle was damaged and I called and was told no problem, they would send a new one. After 3 weeks I hadn't heard anything. After calling three times I finally got a tracking number. The handle arrived yesterday. One thing I did not expect was that the dishwasher arrived wet inside. I was afraid it might be refurbished but was told it was because it was tested before it shipped. Overall I am rally happy with the purchase and the company and would recommend them.

I never received a call from the delivery company to schedule delivery, so I was not prepared to get it from the curb to the garage. However the delivery driver was great. He allowed me the opportunity to get it into the garage, open and inspect the oven thoroughly before signing.

We absolutely love the bar stools we ordered. They are perfect for the bar we have around our kitchen counter. One of them we received had rust on the bottom and the replacement process was a breeze! Would definitely recommend.

Goedeker's made me believe that they could ship my orders quickly and the product I bought had lead times quoted from other vendors. But one of the things that wasn’t obvious when I first ordered it was what that delivery time would be. It took about five days before I got any kind of a notice at all that the product was going to ship or had shipped on a specific date. So that part was a little confusing. But aside from that, once it shipped, everything went very well. And the quality of my order was perfect. It was exactly as described and what I expected.

I searched the web for a specific rug and Goedeker's was the only one that was selling it. They had it for a pretty good price and they have relatively okay review. So I took a chance and purchased it. The ordering process was great. But they should label their shipping, like how long I would need to wait for shipping because it was way longer than I had expected. Otherwise, everything was pretty smooth on checkout. And then when I came home, there was a big box outside my door.

I bought a washer and dryer from Goedeker's. I could find the size of the equipment that I wanted and the price was right. But the savings did not outweigh the length of time it took to get it or the delivery of the equipment. I’m very disappointed in the length of time it took to get what I ordered and the delivery service. I paid for white-glove service and all they do is set it in a room. That’s ridiculous. They can’t change door hinges or anything like that. The guy just said, “Oh, we can’t touch the appliance. We can just set it in the room that you wanted.” So I won’t be purchasing things from Goedeker’s again. It was too difficult.

2nd time I've ordered major appliances from Goedeker's. Totally satisfied with cost. Real deal breaker, free shipping, no tax. Will purchase again in the near future. Delivery service excellent to work with and delivered on time. Friendly and knowledgeable people at Goedeker's.

Customer Service Representative, Tiyana, was very helpful in helping me return a defective shower. In my initial request for the return I was informed that the Grohe shower I purchased was not returnable. However, Tiyana contacted the supplier and arranged a return and refund. I found her to be responsive and dedicated to ensuring that I was satisfied.

Initial order was defective but Goedeker’s stood by their guarantee and made everything right. Their customer service was outstanding. They resolved the issue and helped me find a replacement and that met my needs which involved finding a cooktop of an unusual size. Thank you.

Salesperson couldn't get delivery for graphite model soon enough, so he suggested going with white which showed up in just 3-4 days! I went online to buy a stainless steel undercounter built-in icemaker like the one I had which lasted nine years. Goedeker's had the exact unit I wanted and the price was the cheapest one I found. And then the appliance came in like two days. I was shocked at how fast it came. Goedeker’s was perfect.

Amazon canceled 3 orders on this same item telling me it was out of stock after waiting 6 weeks. The fact is this item was in stock on Amazon at the time of cancellation but at a much higher price! Goedeker's shipped me these hard to get item's in a reasonable time frame and at a much better price than Amazon. Great company!

My first experience was about 5 years ago. You did so well in all areas that we came back a second time. Just like the first time, the price was great, the customer service was tremendous and was with us every step of the way. Absolutely no complaints. Price was right and lower than other stores. Shipping took a while but that was expected. They kept me up to date with how shipping was going. The people that delivered the double oven were exceptional. Oven was packaged great and arrived in great condition.

I was very nervous???? After I placed my order with this company due to negative reviews on Yelp. After I placed an order it was almost a week of silence, I contacted customer services and explained my concerns, including negative Yelp reviews. I’ve been told that my order is on a back order, even though when I ordered it it was in stock. I’ve been told at least a month of waiting time. It turned out to be three business days and order was shipped. No problem with order or delivery, product arrived brand new, no damage. Very satisfied!

Everything about this experience is 5 star. The price was phenomenal, the patience of the customer service agent when ordering, the delivery people were courteous and on time. I ordered an LG refrigerator from Goedeker's on 18 June. It is now 30 June and I have no refrigerator and no confidence that it will ship. They did not inform me during the phone order that it was not currently in stock. I received an email two days after placing the order that the shipment would be delayed, but that date seems to slowly slip into the future. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.

Easy to use and accurate website. Friendly and knowledgeable sales reps when I called into the store. All the information I received was true and accurate. Timely shipping. Frequent updates on the status of my order. Only reason for four stars instead of five was there is no free shipping to my state :(.

I placed an order for the Pro-Draft "K" Series 20" x 26" Adjustable PEB Board to Goedeker's for Bert. I did it online without speaking to a person or doing a chat and there wasn't any problem at all with the website. The shipping was perfect and the box is ready and waiting to be opened once Bert's home is back and livable again. I'm very satisfied and I would recommend Goedeker's.

I ordered a Speed Queen washer. I knew by reading other reviews that the delivery might be a bit slow. However after about 3 weeks I did receive the machine in perfect condition. No damage to the machine or packaging. I was concerned about this due to the distance. The delivery people were good and very careful. Goedekers delivered a different model machine. The machine had all the same exact features and at the same price point.

I got great service buying a Maytag washer from this company. I bought the washer on sale online but it wouldn’t take my credit card. Staff made the sale good and gave me the sale price. Ship within a week and was up and running shortly there after. Would definitely buy again.

This bed is beautiful. I bought it for my 7 year old granddaughter. The bed is more beautiful in person. The packaging is great. It was super protected and it came from the manufacturer packing. On 5/18/18 I placed my order for the appliance (KitchenAid dishwasher) and on approximately 6/4/18 it was delivered severely damaged. Upon delivery I called the store about the damage, sent photos and serial number and was informed that a new appliance would be ordered. I was satisfied. On approximately 6/18/18 I called about the status. I was informed that the call for pickup of damaged item should have been made and that the process for delivery of new appliance would be expedited effective this call. Today is 6/24/18 and I await notification of delivery. BTW, I also ordered and received a stove in the interim with no apparent damage to the packing case. I await delivery but was told by the rebate processor that my timeframe for the rebate expired.

I found the best price on this Maytag washer. I shopped everywhere because I wanted this one in particular. I saved 146 dollars from all other store offers!!! Very happy with this purchase. The washer is working great and will shop here for all future appliances before I buy.

I was able to find the product I was looking for on Goedeker's site for less than I could find it anywhere else. They were prompt in setting up shipping when the product arrived at their facility. I ordered through a customer service representative as I had some questions before ordering. The rep was very helpful and nice. My product arrived when it was supposed to and it was in perfect shape. I don't recommend to use this company! I am so upset with this company customer's service. I asked the sales lady Latasha, if there any deal with rebate on any brands and she said: "buy 3 from KitchenAid and you will get $200 off. I bought 3 KitchenAid large appliances. When I started to claim my rebate, the KitchenAid rep said that only a few qualified model are available for rebate. And the Goedeker's sales rep never told me that. I requested to speak to Goedeker's manager.

I got a pink Dear Blind Bunk Bed. My little girls love it dearly. The bed is big, has walls, and makes me feel safe to put them into it. It was challenging to put together by myself, but I was able to do it.

We bought a small refrigerator from Goedeker’s. I found them online and the ordering process was easy. The customer service representatives I dealt with were all very good. However, there was a little bit of issue with the delivery. The courier that they used in Atlanta had it for a few days before they called. And then we had given them some instructions through the customer service there in case I would not be here. Then they called the day before and wanted to deliver it on the day I told them I wasn’t going to be here. Also, they couldn’t tell me when they were coming back. It ended up being a couple of weeks or so before they could get it to me. It all worked out okay, but it was a little aggravating. It was the courier's issue, though. The quality of the fridge is very good and it has a fair price. I would use Goedeker's again.

I ordered a Bosch 800 series dishwasher from Goedeker's, and the dishwasher tub was damaged in transit. After getting confirmation of the damage from the Bosch repairman, Goedeker's replaced my dishwasher with one that was undamaged. I sent them the documentation, and they were quick to help me with my problem. Amanda, the service person, was great.

I was looking for a bed to go with the bedroom suite that I bought. I searched on Google and Goedeker's had the bed and they were cheaper than other retailers. Furthermore, they delivered to my front door without any extra fees. The delivery was great. I had Goedeker's drop the bed off and they used a carrier. Since getting the bed, we've loved it.

After a slight hiccup, we received both Boise State spare tire covers we ordered. We ordered two at the same time. We got one on the date they were to be delivered, but the package said two. I called and explained the situation. After checking, we were told that only one had been made. It was taken care of then and a couple of weeks later we received the second one. The covers were perfect and even with the delay, we would still order again if we need any further items.

Deceptive advertising (back-order), runaround from customer service constantly, no one would return calls and product (oven) took over a month to arrive! I would receive different info, each time I called, no one seemed to know what was going on, within their own company.

LOVE this Trishley Queen Bedroom Set! It came very nicely packaged. It great quality. I think though that it is more a medium brown in color than a light brown. We also didn't have room for the footboard/side boards and only wanted the headboard. They allowed us to purchase just the headboard and it worked out perfect. Great set! I was a little surprised by how long it took and really very little tracking on the washer. However, customer services was excellent, the delivery guys were professional and did a good job for the most part. I just wish they would have moved it in to place, but to their defense, it looked like it was just a bit too big for the space. When really, I just moved the dryer a hair and it fit fine. Wouldn't have known the dryer was in the way till the washer was actually there. But it worked out and now I have the Electrolux washer, I have always wanted, for a smoking good deal!!! Thank you.

We found a furniture locally and we wanted to see if there are other options. So, I Google searched Gray 2 Seat Reclining Sofa and Goedeker’s popped up. Everything about the online purchase was very smooth. We read a lot of the reviews because we are in Indiana, and with them being out of state, we knew they did free curbside delivery. So, we then paid the extra to have it delivered so we could check it out and brought in the house, and that was very reasonable.

Bought a Front Model GE 28 Cu Ft. Refrigerator with a very good price. I am Happy with the customer service. it wasn't show online that the Refrigerators got some dents on the back side, and minor dents at the Front. The guys who delivered the Whirlpool refrigerator at six in the evening were very nice. Although they don't take away the packaging, they did wrap it up nicely for garbage collection. There were a couple of dents (minor) on the side that is visible, but not the front, and nothing so awful as to warrant a return or exchange. Nothing in life is perfect; that's why there's heaven.

One of the best online purchases I ever made. I never heard of Goedeker's until I googled the Maytag washer I was interested in. The store was in Missouri and I live in Florida, so I took a gamble since the only local place to sell the washer was $500 more... yes $500 more. Maytag gives a 5 year parts/labor on this particular washer. Before the item was shipped, the price dropped $30 and customer service gave me a credit with no problem. Washer arrived 10 days after purchase in perfect condition. Can't say enough good things about the experience.

I like Goedeker's price so I purchased table and stools from them. The ordering process was easy and they just dropped the items off in my lobby. The table is great but the stools are not that great. They are so wobbly. But for the price, I'm okay with it. Overall, their prices are a little cheaper for certain items than other places, and delivery takes a little while, so you have to be patient. If you wanna save a little money on certain items, then Goedeker's is a good site.

I ordered an item on back order, so there was a one month delay, that's on me. Then you chose AM Home Delivery and they didn't pick up the oven for a week, then they don't deliver to San Diego from their office in Downey except once or twice a week, so there was another two week delay as we figured out a time when I could be home to receive. I almost went up there to pick it up. Your customer service was great. But you should find another delivery company for San Diego.

However having to put the cabinet together before taking the pics of the defective area should not have had to happen because then we had to take it apart to put the new piece on it.

Horrible customer service. Had I not had a need to contact customer service, everything would have been fine with the order. Good product and good price. However, once I found out how long it would take to receive my item, I called their customer service to see if I could cancel the order. I was told they cancelled the order. I bought another appliance locally. Then the item I ordered from them showed up weeks later and I have no recourse. They deny ever telling me it was cancelled. I have to pay over $300 to return the item, which I was led to believe I was no longer purchasing.

Goedeker's pricing was by far the best compared to other online retailers and box stores even before accounting for the tax savings. I purchased 3 appliances, one of which was on back order for 2 months. During that time I watched their prices and the price went down on 2 appliances before the shipped date. I called customer service and they immediately credited the difference to my card. I eventually called to check on the appliance on back order. The associate called the manufacturer and within a week all 3 of my appliances were shipped. The Goedeker's associates I spoke to on the phone were all very friendly and knowledgeable. All appliances arrived in perfect condition and the delivery company helped me unwrap and inspect them. I have already received 2 of my 3 rebates which in total will save me another $575. This was a great experience overall!

20 inch smooth top range - Service and price from Goedeker's was excellent. Delivery was a bit more of a problem. We were contacted to be available for delivery on Friday, April 13th between 1:00 and 6:00 PM. We waited until 6:00 and called the delivery company. They said they couldn't reach the driver but indicated he/she would be contacting us. We got a call from the driver at about 8:00 in the evening indicating he would be at our place within an hour. We stayed up until 11:00 thinking he would show up or call. Crickets. On Monday, we called again. They said delivery would be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday.

I was looking for a specific product online and Goedeker's had it. I purchased a glass shelving and it was fine. It took weeks and weeks to get my product. The delivery time was strange. They kept on sending emails saying, "Click on the status to find out when your item will arrive" and I click on it. Then it's one of those things where, "Well, we need your order number." And you have to go look up your order number and put it in. That was annoying. they didn't have it in stock, that they had to go through a company and then there was a long wait for it. But everything else was fine. It did arrive well-packed and the product was good. I just put it up this last weekend and the quality is good. They have a large selection of items but I would warn you about the delivery time.

I decided to buy my sideboard by Ashley Furniture from Goedeker's because of the price and the Better Business Bureau rating. I ordered it online and the process was very easy. Then, they told me the day it was going to arrive and the delivery guys called me. The delivery went great. They were supposed to come first thing in the morning. But then they called me the night before and they were like, “Hey, are you at home? We could do it right now.” It was funny because it was like 9:30 at night. But it was a day earlier, so that was fine with me.

I purchased a gas cooktop and a washer and dryer online from Goedeker's. The ordering process was easy and everything was as expected when they arrived. I got what I paid for.

I ordered a medication fridge online for our office. I got a confirmation email saying I would get notified when the appliance shipped. I did not receive any kind of written nor verbal notification so the arrival of the fridge was a surprise. We opted for white glove service and the local delivery people were horrible. They did not want to remove the fridge from the carton. We had to chase them out to the parking lot to come back in and do what they were paid to do. Not a good experience for us.

I ordered an oven, when it arrived I realized that it did not fit. I called to exchange it. The oven was $390 and the shipping fee was $89. They said I would have to pay $350 in shipping fee to return it. It was ridiculous. Now I have the oven listed for sale on Craigslist since that is my only exchange option. Order for anywhere else. Most companies have fair return/exchange policies.

Horrible customer service. Took over a month to receive, tho they took my money day one. Tracking system is atrocious. Attitude is deplorable. If I could give zero stars I would. They blame the shipping company, yet they contract with that shipping company. No sense of responsibility. No compassion.

I choose Goedeker's simply because they were the only company who still had a discontinued style dishwasher to my matching fridge. I called to place the order since I was in a time crunch and hate when a site has inaccurate inventory and emails you back saying they are actually out of stock! The order placement went smoothly however the rest did not. I had to change my order slightly, should be easy but I was assigned a certain sales member who I could only speak with. One day I was on hold through her direct line for about an hour and when I tried to speak with another rep, they referred me back to her. Countless emails were sent and attempts to reach her by phone. I was finally successful and the items arrived just as planned.

The value by far beat anyone else we were quoted by, the only negative was they were a little off on their original delivery date at time of order so allow about an extra week from what they tell you. Couldn't find a better price anywhere, especially online and they processed my order very quickly. The order what actually shipped within two days of my purchase and I was very happy that it was. I will be glad to do more business with this fine company. One thing that I should mention, however, is the speed of their shipping company; they leave a LOT to be desired. Basically, though my item shipped from Goedeker's within 48 hours, it took nearly 2 weeks for the shipping/trucking company to get it to me and when I contacted them for routing and ETA I did not receive any sort of decent response. They only said that they would be calling me the day before delivery.

Fridge is fabulous. Delivery (across country) was faster than any local appliance store. Delivery crew was fast and polite. This is my second purchase from Goedeker's... I'll be back, and will recommend you to all my friends. Truly a pleasant experience all around. Your inside phone staff is polite and knowledgeable.

Goedeker's had a long gray counter table and a Torjin brown one and I liked their price. Ordering from them online was very easy and I was able to schedule my own delivery. The pieces of furniture were there when I got home from work and the quality was perfect.

Ordering off the internet is always a little awkward since you can't touch the object and see it in person but this was a great experience. The ordering was easy, the price was great and it arrived fabulously packaged and was here quickly. I love the quality and it looks even better than the picture. The dimensions were right on and putting on the knobs only took about 10 minutes. I would order again in an instant.

I had a table scheduled for delivery, however, I was not able to leave work for the original scheduled date of delivery. I called customer service and she said she would get it rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday came and went and no delivery. Called customer service and he mentioned there were challenges with the shipper and AM Trucking had a tight schedule and couldn’t add our delivery for that Thursday. Customer service said AM Trucking would be in our area next Monday, but couldn’t promise delivery. I said I would be home all day the following Monday. To my surprise! The table was delivered! The driver said he was asked to make one extra delivery for the day. Thank you Goedeker’s for making this happen. I know it was the excellent customer service team that coordinated this for me! Excellent service! Amazing team!

Everything was great but I want to give you a "heads up" about a second email I got from you about 10 days after my initial order was processed saying that the lights were going to be shipped from the mfg in 4 weeks. That same afternoon, they were sitting outside my garage. So, the email was sent in error I guess. Otherwise, thank you!

I ordered a bedroom set from Goedeker's online and it was delivered to my home. I didn't have any issues with the website and the sales team, and the delivery was good.

I was looking for a bar cart and Goedeker's popped up as a carrier so I purchased that bar cart from them. Their online ordering process was the easiest part. However, it took a long, long time to receive the item. It was a birthday present and I purchased it about a month in advance. And it was delivered three weeks after the time that it said it was gonna arrive. So that was disappointing. I tried to communicate online but that didn't work out at all. But when I called them, I got a representative and she was very helpful. She was able to assure me that it was on it's way, at some point. Other than that, everything was fantastic. The quality of the item was excellent. I love it. It was worth the wait. And the cost was on par. The delivery experience didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth because I'm gonna make more purchases with them. But I suggest that they make an easier way to communicate via online.

I just wanted to say that our purchase experience was wonderful. My wife loves the washer and dryer and the matching pedestals make them very easy to use without all the bending. Everything from the purchase price, to the delivery were great. Thank you.

I love the new washer and dryer with its cutest and sweetest musical notifications! A bit anxious about the new high technology but clothes are cleaner and less wrinkled. Delivery was excellent with unpacking and moving the heavier machine into the laundry closet. Men were friendly and worked fast. Always enjoy ordering from Goedeker's!

I ordered a table and it was back ordered. I was given a date that it would be in stock and delivered and it was delivered on exactly that day. It arrived in perfect condition. I had to call customer service once to confirm the delivery address because we had moved and the agent was friendly and extremely helpful!

I am really please with my transaction with Goedeker's. Person that I reach out to was really helpful and everything went smooth, I got no complains. I was updated on my transaction timely and everything I was updated on, went as planned, looking forward to placing another order in the future.

Couldn't be happier as they price matched another company, kept me up to date on my order, even held it a week for me till I could get home to receive it as I was on vacation when I ordered it. The young lady who helped me had all the answers to my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the product. Great company to work with. Hope to order more product from them in the future.

The ice maker was just as advertised and a reasonable price compared to other places. Delivery was on time and the ice maker was checked to make sure there were no delivery problems. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience.

Ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator from Goedeker's on March 15 and it was delivered on April 12th. No problem for me as I had a working refrigerator. The ordering was easy and they kept me abreast of ordering, shipping and delivery every step of the way. I would certainly order from them again. The price was awesome also.

Based on other reviews, I was a bit hesitant to order from Goedeker's. But since the bed set was $200 cheaper than other places (about 25% savings), I decided to take a gamble. Perhaps because FedEx was the shipping agent, I had absolutely no issue. I received the bed set within a week, no missing or broken parts. It arrived on my front porch, where I expected it to. My experience was A+.

The love seat was a perfect fabric match and color to our couch. We were concerned that the color lot might be different. Great product, great price, and delivery was prompt and friendly. Purchase price was less than I was able to get direct from the manufacturer. Kudos to you!!!

Got an amazing deal on our Maytag-MEDB835DW dryer. The only thing I was a little disappointed was how long it took to arrive and no one had informed us of this. The delivery guys were great, friendly and helpful. There were a few dings but customer was very efficient in handling it. Overall it was a good shopping experience and would definitely use Goedeker's again.

Very nice, fast delivery--happy with the product--a little bit of work... It took a little longer than I thought it would take. Salespeople very polite and answer all questions!! The bed was as described--I got the platform queen size - with drawers--drawers are not super strong but happy with the bed.

New range (Samsung range), showed up in a reasonable time and good communication. Range price beat all competitors locally and from any online's supplier, delivery service were helpful with bring the range in the house. Only issue was the delivery people did not take the box materials.

Goedeker’s had the range hood we were looking for. It was quite a high-end range hood and not many people stocked it. We live in Pennsylvania, and ordering it online was very simple and straightforward. Then I immediately got notified of the shipping and it arrived on time and the appliance is definitely quality. They met all my expectations and it really was an excellent experience.

The dishwasher was delivered towards the end of the delivery estimate, but that was OK. It arrived with some nice delivery guys who were very polite and they waited for us to check for any damages. They even unpacked it themselves for us. It came about 9:30 PM, so it was dark, and they lent us their flashlight. Goedeker's had the best price, too.

I accidentally ordered wrong washer dryer pair from my cart. I called, and spoke to the friendliest, most pro-active, helpful customer service reps I have ever encountered. The order was fixed quickly and I received a Maytag washer and dryer that have been working like champs. Their delivery team was also very courteous and helpful (and a day ahead of schedule).

I have purchased appliances for several houses that we have lived in, and I would NEVER buy from anyone else. They stand behind their merchandise, always pleasant and helpful, answer questions thoroughly, and the prices cannot be beat anywhere!!! I honestly have never done business anywhere that can beat their service. I have recommended them to many friends!
