Be warned if you buy something from this people and try to return it. I purchased a set of stools which were about 300.00. They clearly stated "free shipping" and 30 days full refund on the invoice. After several calls to obtain a return authorization I finally sent the stools back (almost unopened - since I just didn't like the color). They proceeded to refund me only 240.00 and deducted 60.00 for shipping! I paid the return shipping which cost me 55.00. They now state they only refund the original price minus and of their shipping cost. If that's the case don't offer "free shipping". So in short I lost 55.00 + 60.00 = 105.00 for ordering something I didn't keep. Never again. This is why people shop local!

My entire experience was excellent. The website is clear, informative and easy to use. Goedeker's pricing is outstanding and the customer service is very good - responsive and courteous. When I found a lower price subsequently, Goedeker's matched it as promised.

We’re doing a whole house remodel, so we purchased a bunch of appliances from Goedeker's. We got a range, a refrigerator-freezer, and a dishwasher. We have also purchased from them five years ago and we like that they’re regional. They’re in St. Louis but they have more of an Internet-based pricing. The big and positive arbitrage was the sales tax savings. Their prices are naturally aggressive, but it was a combination of those two that was our primary reason for going with Goedeker's. We ordered our items online and the process was good. It was a $14,000 order, so I didn’t just do the shopping cart. I went ahead and called them and did it all manually to make sure it all went through correctly. The guy who I spoke with was really helpful.

Goedeker's came up on Google when I was searching for a bench. I got a Marcel beige and gold one and ordering it went fine. The delivery was fine as well and the overall quality of the bench is good.

The trim kit arrived safely and well boxed. No damage. Very happy with the service. It was great dealing with you, and wonderful to know there is an option out there other than Amazon, whose price was much higher. I was willing to wait longer for the product, so it was great also getting a break in the price. Thanks for being there!

Casabianca TC-540BWH Ericka white wood grain extendable table. The table was perfect for the limited space we had for its use. Although the wait time for its delivery was lengthy, it was so worth the wait. The option of keeping this table compact or expanding so as to seat at least 6-8 is fantastic! The construction and materials of this product are first class. Thanks, go out to the Italians.

My wife did a Google search for stainless steel gas ranges and ovens around the 4th of July because she was trying to see if there was anyone having a 4th of July sale. We got an oven-stove combo from Goedeker's. It's a conventional, stainless steel gas range with sealed burner. My wife ordered it online and the ordering process was easy. Likewise, the delivery was fine and easy. The delivery team helped me get the item from the truck to our carport and they opened the package up for us and showed us the item to make sure that it was the right thing and that there was no damage to it. The quality of the item that we received is great. Our overall experience with Goedeker's was easy, simple and painless and their product is good.

I was very happy with every aspect of this transaction and will certainly use them again! I had the best price for the product I wanted and I had a question and needed support... which was answered in short order. They were awesome to work with and couldn't be happier!

Price was best I could find either in store or online when considering shipping/delivery. It arrived on the date predicted, trucking company was excellent in calling ahead and letting me know when they'd arrive. Washing machine was well packaged, and damage free, and it works great. I will definitely recommend Goedeker's to others.

They had the same refrigerator that we had looked at at the brick and mortar stores here in town, saved nearly $500 with free shipping and we received it in only 3 days. Dining outside table with propane firepit with seating for 6, beautiful set that will be great to use for many years to come and showed up in a timely manner. It will be put to good use and no problems ordering from Goedekers. All in all a very pleasant experience.

We received our bookshelf in a timely fashion and was in good condition. Was packed very well. Easy to put together. I was very please about the service and had concerns about the color of the shelves, but was very pleasantly surprised how well it match the color in the picture. I would recommend to anyone.

This was the worst online purchase experience I ever had. The chairs I ordered were horrible. There was exposed plywood, the foot recliner part was crooked and barely hanging on, the fabric had terrible flaws and there was at least 4 inches between the cushions and the arm rest. Cheaper than Walmart or Target by far and I spent 1,500.00. I sent them pictures of all the problems. These chairs are not suitable in any home. I am not that picky but oh my gosh these were horrible. No worries though the web site said worry free returns right... NOT right. I called four times before I finally got a reply by e-mail stating I could send them back for a refund if I paid $875.00 up front to ship them back! Hey it already cost me $350.00 to ship them here. NO FREE SHIPPING HERE. They will gouge you every which way they can. Do not buy from GOEDEKER'S! I am disputing this entire purchase with VISA.

Fridge came in on time... excellent service on delivery. Fridge came in excellent condition... no issues whatsoever... will start to buy my appliances from them from now on. GREAT PRICES. WEBSITE IS VERY EASY TO USE AND ORDER AND BUY PRODUCTS. GREAT STORE.

Good Price Maytag Refrigerator. We like the Maytag MSC21C6MFZ Fridge. The Shipper had poor tracking but delivered in good shape. The Refrigerator works well. Ice maker keeps up with our ice needs, but is noise. The lighting is nice. The finish inside & out was very good. When the fridge is running the compressor is much louder than our old Whirlpool. If the noise will bother you pick something different. We can live with it! With all that said I am glad I bought it. We thought the 5 Year Warranty was a good price. With Ice and Water indoor talking to friends with all the brands, is a must!

I ordered a lamp. The moment I saw the box, I realized it was too big. I called and spoke to a Tiffany. I asked her for a label, no go. I called again, spoke to someone else. I explained to her I have a sports car live in the city and UPS comes to my building every day. She said Adam would call me back. He never did so to get my money back I had to report you to PayPal. The worst customer service ever, don’t buy from them.

Kitchen Aid French door, print shield stainless steel finish. Salesperson, Scott, that told my order over the phone, was helpful with selection & valve ice maker kit, (answering questions with knowledge of product.), price was good, and it was delivered to me in reasonable time from MO to MI.

Kitchen Appliances- Everything arrived in great shape. Everything works. One item is still on back order - but we get an email every week keeping us up to date. Very professional. The white glove delivery service was also very helpful and polite. Have already recommended to others.

I'm 61 years old lived in Michigan all my life and never heard of Goedeker's. I ordered a refrigerator from Amazon and when it arrived it didn't work. No fault of Amazon. I won't mention the brand. Amazon picked up the fridge and I decided to shop around a little more when I saw Goedeker's online. I found a refrigerator that was perfect for my kitchen and me I ordered it. It was easy over the phone and I love my new refrigerator and it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Goedeker's.

Items I ordered are of very good quality and they came in the amount of time stated. Customer service is excellent. I ordered 2 lamps and one of the shades was damaged. Within a short period of time I had a new shade which was sent without any hassles. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Goedeker's gave me a good deal on a KitchenAid dishwasher Model #KDFE104HWH. The salesperson was professional, helpful and courteous. The free delivery was on time, the unit was packed well and it works like a charm. I do global strategic sourcing for a living and have worked with many suppliers over the years. This range is a very unconventional size (27”), and it is a drop-in such that GE is the only one that makes it, so they have cornered the market and can ask an outrageous price for a very basic range. Unfortunately for the cabinet configuration there would be extensive modification to fit a standard 30” so this is the only choice we have. That being said Goedeker’s was very easy to do business with and they had a very fair price for a "scratch and dent."

I had never shopped at Goedeker's before but they had the best price on the Otis Futon mattress I was looking for. So, I decided to give them a try. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am completely happy with my shopping experience at Goedeker's online. I received the futon mattress quickly. It was exactly what I had ordered. Thank you.

Overall I had a terrible experience in ordering 4 appliances from Goedeker's. I ordered a range, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Shipping took 1 month, compared to Sears when I recently which was delivered in a week in comparison. 3 of 4 appliances arrived damaged. I emailed support to let them know and it took a week to call me back and I have yet to receive a refund several days later. They did not provide a shipping label for the return of the range cords, even though the range was destroyed in shipping. So I had to pay that. Yet to receive my refund on that. Their customer service rep Tiyana ** was terribly rude to me, I can say the single worst customer service call I have had in the last 2 years. She would not let me speak to a manager nor supervisor.

I placed an order for a Bosche dishwasher. I have never ordered from Goedeker's before so I was a little skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. After all, they had the dishwasher I wanted at the lowest price plus free delivery. Well, all I can say is I am so glad I did. Everything arrived in good shape and the delivery company was very nice to help unload so we could inspect for damages and put inside my house. I would highly recommend Goedeker's.

Finally received my bedside small wood, 2 drawer dresser after 5 months & numerous email updates. Delay on Pulaski, the mfr. But wanted to give 5 stars for the customer service and the way the dresser was packed. Packed in a crate, securely padded, then padded more when the crate was placed in the box. Very securely packaged. Was so happy to receive it in tact after waiting so long.

Very beautiful Terrarium Sofa Table, shows off my collection without overpowering decor. Arrived and packed safely. Item was on back order for more than six weeks, but communication was great during the delay. Updated me every two weeks for estimated time of arrival.

Our freezer went out and we ordered a new one. Not only did we save on the price of the freezer but no sales tax. I used the tax savings to have the unit put in place with the white glove service. Very pleased with how easy it was.

I am very pleased with my whole experience, from ordering to delivery. I had price shopped for months on all new appliances for my kitchen and found a great deal at Goedekers. I had everything in my cart to purchase but needed to check with my husband on a couple measurements. When I went back in the next day to purchase the prices had gone way up. I called and they explained that the brand I was buying didn’t give them any forewarning like they normally do to raise the prices. The awesome gentleman I talked to on a Saturday said he had to talk to his manager Monday morning to see what they could do.

We were researching a specific type of chair, the Power Lift Recliner, and Goedeker's had the type of product that we were looking for. We made the order online and everything went very smoothly. The problem that we had was with the delivery company that delivered the chair. I had bought two of these chairs, identical chairs, to be delivered to my mother and my father at an assisted living. I paid for the White Glove Delivery which meant that they were gonna bring the chairs all the way in, plug them in, set them all up for my parents and remove all the trash.

Refrigerator purchase GE 25.4-cu ft Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Purchase was on back order for a month. Arrived with huge dent in door and side. Did not sign but communication says one thing and results say another. I demand a new fridge. Shippers left it. Promised things now for over a week and no results. Filed a rebuttal with Visa Order **.

I purchased a Whirlpool Counter-Depth refrigerator online with Goedekers, and I am very happy with the results! I saved about $500 from store prices, delivery and service was excellent and the product is excellent and all it claimed to be. I highly recommend Goedekers for you your appliance needs and know they stand by their products and service.

I paid for a lift chair and white glove delivery. At the same time the chair was being delivered, my father sadly passed away. The police sent the chair away and I called to return the chair a couple of days later. I was told I would be refunded, less $200.00 for the return. Ridiculous considering there was no white glove delivery and it didn't have to leave the truck AND if I had chosen to get normal delivery, it was $50.00. Why would it be 4 times the normal delivery amount? Taking advantage of people at a very difficult time. Also, I have yet to receive any credit! I was a month ago!

Love the look, works well. We can't put side panel on base of table which is the opening to the tank. Would recommend. It is a nice size and we look forward to using it in the fall when we will use the fire more.

I was very pleased with the great deal offered on the Whirlpool refrigerator I purchased. And, I was very satisfied with the customer service I received between the time I ordered my fridge until the time I asked for delivery (about 60 days). BUT, I was severely disappointed and taken aback by the unprofessional conduct of the shipping company's personnel upon delivery. I purchased "White Glove" delivery service and expected the fridge to be treated with great care, to be placed where specified and, to be completely set-up.

My kitchen work hasn't begun yet, so the range is still sitting in the garage. Even though it was on back order for a while, Goedeker's kept me informed, and I received the unit in plenty of time. The shipping company was also very courteous, the driver wheeled the range into my garage on its pallet, and he helped me open the carton and inspect it.

HI I love my new Summit all in one refrigerator - it's fantastic. Fits lots of stuff and sheet pans for holding lots of product. It's louder than I expected but that's okay. The handle is large and works well for such a large door. All the bins are great and the door shelves hold tons of bottles.

I had purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave for my kitchen from Goedeker's. Just recently, I was building another house and I purchased another stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer from them. I live out-of-state and I order from them online which is pretty easy. When I can’t order online then I have to call because there are certain things that they don’t have an advertised price for and you have to call for it. I like their prices and that they offer free shipping, plus there is no tax. They schedule the delivery and they give me options because it goes through a third party.

From the ordering process to the delivery everything was done so well. I researched the price for the coffee table and end table I bought and no one could offer a lower price. Ordering was easy and the delivery was done well. The tables were easy to put together and look so nice in my living room. I would definitely buy from Goedeker's again. Great company!

I ordered Queen 3 piece bedroom set. The set pieces were easy to build, the instructions were very adequate. But I did have issues with delivery. Seems like one of the packages was damaged when being delivered, which upset me of course. However, the service that Goedeker's provided was excellent. I was dealing with Brionna and her responsiveness and solution to the situation was immaculate (she deserves a raise!) I'm happy I went with Goedeker's. My experience with Goedeker's was a pleasant and easy purchase. The cost was why I came to them and now, we’re ever so much better than Wayfair and Overstock. I had placed an order once and there was some overlap as to me being out of town and them having the sofa delivered here. So I spoke to them and our interaction was very good. The delivery people also did well but when they came in, they were not going to unbox the item. The whole point of white glove was that the item would be brought in and set up, and I had paid $100 for that. They ended up doing it for us anyway but they said that that was not something that they were supposed to do. The sofa is very lightweight, which was surprising, but I like it very much. It’s nice.

I ordered a front loader washer and dryer with the pedestals online from Goedeker's two weeks ago. We needed it since we just moved in to a new home and I love them. We liked the cost but it took about a month for us to get the product. The shipping company didn’t get out in this area as frequently as a big city but the delivery team was quick, professional and very good.

I ordered a Kitchen Aid ice maker. From start to finish, the online ordering process was easy. I had a couple of questions, so I called customer service, who was knowledgeable, very professional, and polite. The delivery was spot-on, top-notch, professional. They called ahead to let me know the approximate delivery time, and they arrived timely, unpacked my box to let me inspect my ice maker, and placed the ice maker where I requested. Best experience with purchase and delivery of an appliance in my 60 years! Will definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend this company! PS: I love the ice maker!!! It produces quickly and the quality of the ice is fantastic.

Great price on the ice machine and on time delivery, provides for a outstanding experience. I especially appreciated the customer service. I had a coupon and didn't understand how to apply it, but customer service refunded the coupon to my credit card. I'll definitely order again.

Shipping was fast but it took a while to get my contractor scheduled to install it. When he saw the unit he was really impressed that he never seen anything like it and actually took a picture and video after installation.

I ordered and received a washer/dryer recently. Goedeker beat all the competitor's prices, no tax, free delivery. There was a week delay in deliver and the notification process was somewhat lacking. The delivery company did show up in the time frame they said they would. They unboxed and set the units in place within the laundry room. The biggest issue I have is that the delivery company left the boxes from both units for me to have to deal with. Most deliveries from appliance companies I have dealt with in the past will offer and remove the boxes.

There was some confusion with the shipping company but Goedeker's made the problem go away so we wouldn't have to stress over it. We will certainly order more appliances from Goedeker's as soon as we are ready to do so.

We ordered an uncommon size of oven for an older home. There are only a few choices on the market. Goedeker's not only had the best price by a substantial amount, but it was delivered in good condition and the shippers brought it into the house for no extra charge. The only issue was that the local delivery was out of their hands and Goedeker's did not want to get involved with getting in touch with the locals ahead of time.

I have ordered from Goedeker's three times and have been very happy with all of those purchases. The first order was for living room furniture and I not only paid less than our local stores were charging for it but received it in less than half the time than the local stores were quoting. My next two orders were for kitchen appliances. One or two were back ordered but the wait wasn't unreasonable and they all arrived in perfect condition. The shipper unboxed them and brought them into the house. I have recommended Goedeker's to many people and would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

I called a rep after I finally received the stove (took ONE MONTH), and there were multiple issues as well. Had a nice conversation with a young man who promised to be back to me. No words in a month now.

I ordered a couple of poly andirondack chairs and ottomans. Easy website to navigate. Delivered when expected. Loved the chairs. Color was exactly what I wanted. Had a question for customer service and it was answered promptly. Would order again from them.

The appliances at Goedeker's was about 15% cheaper compared to the same exact models from Lowe's or Home Depot stores in our neighborhood. But the downside is that if the big stores have the item in stock, they could deliver it in a matter of two to five days, but with Goedeker's, it would probably be take about three weeks. If you're not in a rush, it certainly is the way to go. They delivered the appliances I ordered at a decent amount of time but it was still a four-week deal until we got them. The first item that I got from them was a stove and I was concerned back then because the house was delayed getting finished. So I reached out to them through email about delaying the shipment and they were willing to do that. So that was a pretty cool deal. The quality of the appliances have been good and I've been happy with them. I have recommended Goedeker's to a few people.

I ordered a washing machine for my tenant in Virginia. The amount of time it took from order to delivery was absurd. My poor tenant was very upset. She has 5 children and was angry about how long it took to finally get it delivered.

I was in the market for a dishwasher and found Goedeker's. their prices were comparable. I called customer service and he was very helpful with my questions about similar products. I would definitely recommend Goedeker's to my friends and family.

I purchased a KitchenAid model KDTE304GPS dishwasher on 5/18/18. It was installed on 5/26/18. It has not worked properly since being installed. I have had one service call for a repair that did not fix the malfunction. I now have a second service call scheduled for 7/27/18. Returning this expensive but defective dishwasher is not an option or I would do it. Once the product shipped, Goedeker's washed their hands of it and told me to deal directly with the manufacturer. It's not their problem. This is the first and the last appliance that I will ever buy online.

I’m stuck with a barstool that doesn’t go in my space. Tips easily. You want over a hundred dollars to ship back plus 22 restocking fee. Customer service was supposed to talk to manager and never called me back. I will NEVER recommend this company.

My Goedeker's experience was great from the beginning. John ** and Melissa ** handled my order efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. My fridge was backordered, but it ended up working out perfectly with my kitchen remodel timeline. The cost of my order was hundreds less than other places that I looked (and I really looked!). The final clincher for placing the order with Goedeker's happened when I read the company's philosophy on the website. Way to go! I have recommended Goedeker's to several friends and family members, and one of them is also redoing their kitchen. I'm sure that will turn into another order soon.

When I went online, Goedeker’s popped up and the black rectangular cocktail table was exactly what I was looking for. It was beautiful and I liked the color and design for my family room. I called them instead of buying it online and the rep was great. The delivery was on time, there was no damage and it was perfect. The delivery people told me it was a light assembly and everything that they told me was correct. For the cost, the quality was good. It was a great experience buying it from Goedeker’s and they were very informative, direct and everything came in like they said.

I looked at BestBuy, Lowe's and Home Depot and did price comparisons, and Goedeker's was significantly cheaper. There was almost a $300 difference between Goedeker's price and that of Home Depot or Lowe's with the same model. The model that I wanted to purchase had a lot more features and capacity than some of the same models by Whirlpool but let's say this thing was originally priced at $1,400 and the one Goedeker's was selling was $896. But something that was originally $1,200 was selling for $1,100. The pricing on the item I wanted was so much lower than what I expected it to be. I thought it was great but I couldn’t figure out why so we suspected that there was something wrong with the model.

I had no idea who Goedeker's was but the price on the one day sale was exceptional. Goedeker's met or exceeded service expectations; they kept us informed every step of the way. My product has not yet been installed, but at their suggestion we removed all packaging and inspected the product thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Goedeker’s steal your money. WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered a specific model and took screenshots and copied and pasted the model number on the checkout page and sent to my family to see. After checking out, they give you the order confirmation number and total paid, but they do not list the model number. I thought I was good to go, but after the purchase, they emailed me an invoice, on which they replaced the model I ordered with a worse model. Since I know I ordered the right model in the checkout process (copied and pasted it to family), I did not find the need to examine this invoice.

We ordered from Goedeker’s some bar stools with a gold frame and they were extremely low and short. They were for my med spa and they were too small. I already assembled them and it was not anything great or anything terrible. However, it took a little while to arrive. It was an online order and they don't ship too fast.

Easy to order, delivery people were exceptional! The only problem was that it was back-ordered, so it took about a month from the time we ordered until it was received it. It would have been nice to know that we would have to wait so long at the time we ordered it. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

I recently ordered a Frigidaire dual fuel stove from Goedeker's. I was a little apprehensive at first but the stove was almost $500 less than the same one at a local retailer so I thought I would take a chance. The stove was received relatively quickly considering it was shipped to Tennessee from Missouri and it arrived in excellent shape. I would definitely shop at Goedeker's again especially if I can save that kind of money.

Buyers Beware! Do not buy from this company. They advertised a range as having an instant rebate and a mail in rebate. After I purchased the range for over $6,000 they said they would assist me in getting the mail in rebate. Two months later they put the money in my account, only to take it out a week later with a “sorry”. There wasn’t actually another rebate, it was an error. I only purchased this range and from them because of the rebates. Now I’m stuck with a range I paid $1,000 more for than I agreed to. Horrible company, horrible customer service. They represent themselves as a family company, when in reality they maliciously misrepresent their pricing and fraudulently scam consumers into buying from them.

We decided to purchase a fountain for our patio and Goedeker's came up as a retailer from an internet search. After reading about them on their site and checking some reviews, they appeared to be a good company with which to place an order worth just under $2,000. A week later, I received an ad email from Goedeker's that had the same fountain on sale for over $100 less! I contacted the store and they refunded the difference. While awaiting delivery, they kept me informed of status. I received an automated phone message from them two days prior to delivery and again the day of delivery. The 930 lb fountain was delivered as promised, and the delivery company assisted in the unpacking and inspection. The fountain was in pristine condition. Overall, the purchase experience great.

I ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator. It was an amazing price and arrived in great shape. I am very pleased with it. There was some confusion on the shipping, specifically when it would arrive, but overall, I was very pleased with Goedeker's and will continue to shop with you.

I recently purchased appliances from Goedeker's. Their sales associate quoted me prices and charged my account for my purchase. I was notified that my items had arrived at Goedeker's however could not be shipped out and that I must contact them for further information. Upon calling I was notified that their pricing was in error and that I would need to pay an additional $500 in order for my appliances to be shipped. After speaking to their sales manager he forwarded to me a copy of a web disclaimer from Walmart's website claiming that they had no responsibility for misquoting an item’s price. Asking to speak with the owner I was told that he could only be reached via email. I emailed him and his response was a canned response wherein my name was simply inserted that was a single line that said "so sorry". As of this writing Goedeker's has yet to respond to the status of my order.

I bought a chairside table that is 42 inches long, has got glass doors on the front, antique, and wide strips. I got it mainly due to the price and the style. The online ordering process was extremely easy and it was delivered via UPS. The quality of the chairside table is perfect and I'd order from Goedeker's again.

It took some convincing for my husband to agree to purchase our appliances for our kitchen remodel online but from ordering to delivery, it is has been such a positive experience that I will recommend Goedecker's to anyone and everyone! The girls in the office were extremely helpful when I had questions. The shipping company used was very accommodating when I needed to adjust the delivery date. Remodeling a kitchen. I ordered a downdraft for a gas cooktop. Goedeker's had the best price so I took a chance ordering from them. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly things went. The order process was easy (I spoke with one of their phone reps) and they kept me informed about the status of my order shipment. Delivery went without a hitch. I paid for curbside delivery but the driver used my hand truck and actually brought the box up my driveway into the garage. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to do business with Goedeker's again.

We ordered a nice fire pit table and 8 chair set of outdoor furniture in June. Everything was delivered very quickly, and was just as beautiful in person as was depicted on the website. It fit perfectly on out patio, and the table and chairs are very roomy and comfortable, even for our larger family members.

While the overall ordering process online was super easy, the deciding factor that made us choose them over a different retailer was price. And then, their follow-up was stellar after we had run into a shipping issue with the initial order. I spoke with different people several times and they were amazing. They definitely felt like they cared about what they were doing, what I needed, and probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. So, I went back to look for the additional items that we needed after that. And their prices were great and they were able to arrange a low shipping cost. The delivery also went great. I didn’t even actually know that they were here until after they were here.

I am very happy with the fire pit I ordered. It was delivered on time, easy to assemble and I am happy with the quality. It is a good value. I have only used it twice because it is too hot right now but I look forward to using it in the fall. I would recommend this fire pit.

Was delivered on time, paid for white glove, they unpacked crate outside and brought Whirlpool refrigerator inside. They check conditions of refrigerator but that’s all. You have to finish unwrapping and even have to attach handles. My husband was able to do that and hook up the water. I’m sure some people can’t. Overall very happy with refrigerator.

Awesome service. The sales person I talked to was super knowledgeable about the specific dishwasher I was interested in. Home Depot had it on sale but refused to deliver it to my zip code. Goedekers price with my new customer discount ended up beating the Home Depot price by $110 - delivered. The unit came via R&L carriers and the driver helped my load it into my golf cart so I could take it down my steep hill. Installed it myself (after correcting some mistakes the original plumber made) and it works GREAT. Much quieter than our 10 year old Frigidaire. Consumer Reports testing works.

I bought a dishwasher from Goedeker’s about four years ago. When it came, a piece broke on the back of it and I had to call them about that. Their customer service was good. I talked to a lady who was really nice and helpful, and she made everything good. They offered me a money back or credit and it was all good. Recently, I ordered a refrigerator online from them. The process was very easy and everything went okay. Both items I bought were curbside delivery, but I was able to interact with their delivery people and that was a good experience also.

Tracking was not great with no updates and the dishwasher was delivered at 10:00 pm at night. Shipping took 3 weeks. The handle was damaged and I called and was told no problem, they would send a new one. After 3 weeks I hadn't heard anything. After calling three times I finally got a tracking number. The handle arrived yesterday. One thing I did not expect was that the dishwasher arrived wet inside. I was afraid it might be refurbished but was told it was because it was tested before it shipped. Overall I am rally happy with the purchase and the company and would recommend them.

I never received a call from the delivery company to schedule delivery, so I was not prepared to get it from the curb to the garage. However the delivery driver was great. He allowed me the opportunity to get it into the garage, open and inspect the oven thoroughly before signing.

I searched the web for a specific rug and Goedeker's was the only one that was selling it. They had it for a pretty good price and they have relatively okay review. So I took a chance and purchased it. The ordering process was great. But they should label their shipping, like how long I would need to wait for shipping because it was way longer than I had expected. Otherwise, everything was pretty smooth on checkout. And then when I came home, there was a big box outside my door.

I bought a washer and dryer from Goedeker's. I could find the size of the equipment that I wanted and the price was right. But the savings did not outweigh the length of time it took to get it or the delivery of the equipment. I’m very disappointed in the length of time it took to get what I ordered and the delivery service. I paid for white-glove service and all they do is set it in a room. That’s ridiculous. They can’t change door hinges or anything like that. The guy just said, “Oh, we can’t touch the appliance. We can just set it in the room that you wanted.” So I won’t be purchasing things from Goedeker’s again. It was too difficult.

I was very nervous???? After I placed my order with this company due to negative reviews on Yelp. After I placed an order it was almost a week of silence, I contacted customer services and explained my concerns, including negative Yelp reviews. I’ve been told that my order is on a back order, even though when I ordered it it was in stock. I’ve been told at least a month of waiting time. It turned out to be three business days and order was shipped. No problem with order or delivery, product arrived brand new, no damage. Very satisfied!

I ordered an LG refrigerator from Goedeker's on 18 June. It is now 30 June and I have no refrigerator and no confidence that it will ship. They did not inform me during the phone order that it was not currently in stock. I received an email two days after placing the order that the shipment would be delayed, but that date seems to slowly slip into the future. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.

I ordered a Speed Queen washer. I knew by reading other reviews that the delivery might be a bit slow. However after about 3 weeks I did receive the machine in perfect condition. No damage to the machine or packaging. I was concerned about this due to the distance. The delivery people were good and very careful. Goedekers delivered a different model machine. The machine had all the same exact features and at the same price point.

On 5/18/18 I placed my order for the appliance (KitchenAid dishwasher) and on approximately 6/4/18 it was delivered severely damaged. Upon delivery I called the store about the damage, sent photos and serial number and was informed that a new appliance would be ordered. I was satisfied. On approximately 6/18/18 I called about the status. I was informed that the call for pickup of damaged item should have been made and that the process for delivery of new appliance would be expedited effective this call. Today is 6/24/18 and I await notification of delivery. BTW, I also ordered and received a stove in the interim with no apparent damage to the packing case. I await delivery but was told by the rebate processor that my timeframe for the rebate expired.

I asked the sales lady Latasha, if there any deal with rebate on any brands and she said: "buy 3 from KitchenAid and you will get $200 off. I bought 3 KitchenAid large appliances. When I started to claim my rebate, the KitchenAid rep said that only a few qualified model are available for rebate. And the Goedeker's sales rep never told me that. I requested to speak to Goedeker's manager.

I got a pink Dear Blind Bunk Bed. My little girls love it dearly. The bed is big, has walls, and makes me feel safe to put them into it. It was challenging to put together by myself, but I was able to do it.
