Researched washers made in USA, found my Maytag & Goedeker's had the best price + delivery to my door! Very happy w/ my new washer, especially the price. This Maytag replaced one made in China (we were lied to, another story for another time) that lasted all of 3 years & was expensive!! Save your time, money & aggravation, get a Maytag from Goedeker's.

We were trying to look for an ottoman chair that went with our couch and Goedeker's price was cheaper. We ordered the item online and it took almost a month for it to come. Normally, they keep you updated with your shipment and track your package, but they didn’t do that. Also, the people that shipped the thing just dropped it off. They said that it was just a curbside delivery. My husband thought that he was getting the reversible ottoman as they advertised, but when it came, it was just one piece. The quality is good so far and the pricing was fair, but the price to customize the service was too much.

I was looking for a specific entertainment stand and Goedeker’s came up when I googled, so I clicked on it and went right to the thing I was looking for. They had the one that I liked. When I ordered it, they relayed when it was gonna be delivered, so it was good. The expected delivery time was six weeks, but it ended up being a whole lot quicker than what they initially let me know. The quality of the item is good. It has held up and it is sturdy, and we haven’t had any issues with it.

Ordering online with Goedeker's was very easy although the product took longer to get here than it normally would have taken anything else to get here. It took almost 2.5 weeks but it’s here and it’s good quality. It’s the same quality from the local consumers that I looked at and it was at a better price. It was a good transaction. Goedeker's advertised it just as they said and I got what they said I was gonna get.

Terrible company to do business with... No customer service after the sale. They refuse to follow up, and hope you eventually go away. In my case we bought a house of appliances for new construction with a vent hood that was shipped incorrectly by Goedeker's. Even after we proved that point with their own taped transcripts they refuse to correct their error. Save yourself the headache and lost money that we experienced and do business with a reputable retailer.

Our builder recommended Goedeker’s where we purchased a washer, dryer and a refrigerator. We ordered online and it was easy to figure out the product we wanted. But when it came to specific things like on the dryer, I couldn't tell if I needed a hose and I ended up needing a plug-in and the vents thing. I had to purchase that from a Home Depot afterwards. It would have been nice if they could say the accessories we need if we purchased that item because when I got to Home Depot, they asked me if I needed a three-prong or a four-prong and I didn't know. Luckily, the salesman knew from the year the hose was built which one I should get. Although the delivery took three weeks, they called right before they would come over and they were able to come earlier. They put everything where it was supposed to go according to the rules and regulations, and they cleaned up all the packing materials.

Purchased range, hood insert, and dishwasher thru online website which all came out the approx 5800$. I went with their company because they had a better price point than others I had came across. Purchased on Feb 3, 2019 under order #**. About a week after order a salesman called, stated one of the items was on backorder until March 2019. I agree to the back order and told them to continue the order.
I received a call on Feb 13, 2019 from another sales rep from which I thought was to confirm shipment and setup delivery dates/times. Sales rep told me she was reading from the paperwork she was given and stated the website was incorrect when I purchased the appliances. She stated there was an error in their system which generated a balance of over $400 additional for the items I had ordered. She asked me if I could wanted to pay the additional $400 for the order. I explained to her it was the advertised/purchased price and that payment had already been processed from my credit card. She placed me on hold and after returning tried to explain again about the pricing error. I again explained it was the advertised price and requested that they honor that price especially consider the transaction was already completed. Appliances were ordered 2 weeks prior and transaction had already been processed from my account.
She transferred me to her sale manager where again he wanted to walk me thru how the pricing was incorrect and I needed to pay an additional $400 for my order. I again explained my position of the order being processed 2 weeks ago, funds already processed into their accounts, and requested he honor the price for which I already paid for. He refused and again walked thru mistake on their end. I requested the order to be canceled and money returned. He tried to explain all the perks and value that ordering from his company would be.
At this point I had very little trust in this company and refused to continue with the order. He stated he would refund my money and request that I order from them again if I needed anything. I explained I would not be willing to do business with this company again and would not be recommending them to anyone as well. I feel like this was a bait and hook situation to get me in the door and then request additional money. I was very disappointed that they did not honor the pricing. I'm hoping I receive a full refund. Again I would not recommend this company/website to anyone.

I bought a five-drawer chest in black and white from Goedeker's. Being out of state, I didn’t get charged sales tax, which made a big significance for getting it. The online order experience was not difficult. The shipping wasn’t the greatest though and I had to reach out to the vendor myself. It took a while for the drawer to get to the local warehouse and have it delivered to me. Plus, they said they would be delivering it to me between 5:00 to 9:00 but the little guy came at 9:30 PM. I feel good about the furniture I bought. It's from the same company and it matches the two pieces I bought locally.

Freezer was in good working order. Delivered as promised. Just wish I could have expedited the delivery faster. Price was good also. Don't be in a hurry for delivery. Driver was kind enough to put in place where requested.

Don't waste your time. Pay a little bit more and get it from a reputable company. Bought an oven on January 1st. Three weeks waiting for the delivery. When it finally arrived, the oven was not working right out of the box. Customer service was a nightmare. They will not replace. They will not refund the money. Now after paying in full, I am stuck with an new oven that is broken and needs to be repaired. Not worth it, trust me.

I ordered a nightstand. They said it would be sent by UPS. I received a shipping notice in my email. The receipt had no address or phone number for me, so thought they blocked it out for security. It was taking a while, so I checked the tracking. It said it was on the way back to this horrible company. I contacted them to say it was their responsibility to get it to me. They just said they would refund my money minus the return fee. I told them the return was their fault and how can they ship something without an address! They refunded my money but not the return fee! It must be how they scam people & make money! I would stay away from this horrible business!

I am in the process of creating my dream kitchen and found the appliances on this website. Bertazzoni range valued at $6400, Bosch coffee make $3000 and a speed over $1800. Pretty big investment, this is my dream house and you don't these items every day. I went online and ordered the appliances in October. I had to keep calling to find out about the delivery, during one of my contacts the agent advises me that the range sold has gone up in price $1000 more. I was not happy but I paid it. The delivery arrived in December (60 days later). 2 out of the 3 items were damaged, the freight company would not allow me to receive the item that was not damaged.
Goedeker's agent called to tell me they would repair the range and I said I did not pay for a refurbished item, they could not get me a new one for another 3 months and my kitchen was due for January, so I cancelled the range. She assured me the other items could be delivered the first week of January, then it was the 2nd week, lastly it was 1/21. I made arrangements to be home and they never arrived. I was out on 1/22 and they decided to deliver it and my 87-year-old mother is not equipped to receive it. They took 4 months to deliver and they want me to pay for freight charges when they claim shipping is free. Do not order anything from this company read the reviews. I was spending over $15k and they provided horrendous service.

Buyer beware! Do your homework before you do business with this retailer. Terrible service after the sale even if the issue is theirs. Promises of follow up or resolution never happen and are designed to wear you out. Bought a whole house of appliances had an issue, even Steve Goedeker doesn’t respond. Don’t believe the testimonial on the site. They shipped a blower wrong and refused to correct their error. Buy from a retailer that follows up on their service commitments.

I went online and looked for a table that I liked. I didn’t actually choose Goedeker's but I chose the table they were selling. The ordering process was fine. However, the chairs were back-ordered which was never mentioned on the website. I was a little disappointed that it took two and a half weeks for the chairs to come. But other than that, it was fine. We were happy when we got those. If they have something else that I’m looking at, I might buy from them again, but I wouldn’t exclusively go to them to look for something.

Goedeker’s had the refrigerator I wanted at the best price that I could find. The ordering process was very good. The guys that delivered refrigerator were prompt, efficient and friendly. It was all good. The refrigerator is a quality product and works well. It’s excellent and my wife loves it, which is the main thing. I'd tell friends to check out Goedeker’s if they were looking for an appliance.

I was searching online for the stove that I wanted and Goedeker's website showed up and they had a better deal. I ordered the stove online and the process was easy. Since I was buying such a large, expensive piece of equipment and I didn’t see it hands-on, I needed to reach out for some questions and Goedeker's was attentive. The delivery took a long time, but it was a special order. It's been two months since I bought the stove and I've been very happy. I like its quality.

Lied to multiple times by salesman Scott. Worse, promised I would get my kitchen appliances before Christmas, could not have been further from what happened. 2.5 months later (originally ordered Nov. 23) my appliances finally showed up to find the fridge had been dropped either by Goedeker's or the shipping company. Jill ** proved to follow the company procedure of more lies, stalls etc and referred me to their "damage department".
I am on day 7 of not knowing whether they are going to help me or not with only 1 email from Tiffany **, who, thank goodness, apologizes for my situation but so far has only stalled instead of actually providing me with any customer service or solutions. NOT WORTH SAVING THE SALES TAX, honestly I would have paid double sales tax to avoid the experience I am experiencing had I had been warned. Plenty of other reputable and stand up companies out there to purchase from, don't mess around with these people.

Received order on Jan 11. Delivered by company named Pro Logistics. Bought washer an dryer. Product was placed in my truck. Dryer box was torn and scratched on one side but was hidden. Called Goedeker's on Jan 11 to let them know. Rep informed me a snowstorm was taking place and would call me back on Jan 14. As of 6:00 pm Jan 16 I received no phone call. I explained to them I just wanted to let them know the people doing the delivering intentionally hid it from me. I can only assume Goedeker's doesn't really care since I have had no callback!

I needed a 12-volt refrigerator and I couldn't find it anywhere else. Goedeker's sells it. I ordered online and it worked great. They have what they call a white-gloves delivery where they would carry the appliances in the house. They only brought the refrigerator right to my driveway but it was fine. It's an awesome refrigerator. It runs on my batteries. I'm psyched and I love it. Goedeker's has been cool. They hooked us up. I would certainly recommend them.

Goedeker’s price is good. However, my first order from them didn't work out. It was an induction cooktop and I waited for it, but it was sold out. Finally, I decided that I didn’t care to wait so I ordered the gas one. Everything was smooth except when I wanted to get a price on a refrigerator. They were right on the spot with the first two appliances and I would always have an email the next morning. But this time, I never heard a word from them. Other than that, we’re satisfied. It’s what I was looking for and we haven’t had any issues with it and hopefully, we won’t.

There was some issue with their third party who processes credit card payments. Not a denial from my credit card, and Goedeker's did not follow up to get to the bottom of it. Nobody contacted me. By the time I called to find out where my cooktop was, I found out my entire order had never been processed and nobody called me. It could have been straightened out if they did. This was a giant hole in their customer service and I had to wait a very long time. I asked if they could expedite delivery and they said NO. The did however give me white glove delivery at no extra charge.

I was searching online for a grey chair with diamond accents and acrylic legs and Goedeker’s popped up and they had exactly what I was looking for. The item was really beautiful. I also looked at the reviews and it was a legit site. It wasn’t like some scam-ups that would take your money and never send you anything. So I bought the items and it came really quickly with everything that I needed. Also, they’re very easy to assemble considering I can do it myself without any tools. It was a lovely experience. Goedeker's really has great quality items at affordable prices and really great service and delivery.

Gas Black 49cc Mini Chopper - My 10 year old niece has been shopping these for a year. She finally talked me into getting her this for Christmas. Because I am a coupon, bargain shopper she was able to show me that this was the best price I was going to get. I ordered it for her saying we will see what happens. From start to finish Goedeker's kept me updated on my order and it arrived earlier than expected. She loves it and when I asked her how many stars she said 5.

I bought new appliances from Goedeker's. I was told I had a warranty on the appliances. Out of 5 appliances the oven and the dishwasher failed the first year. I called them several times for a warrant repair and just got a runaround and no repairs. I think they are a dishonest company and need to be sanctioned for fraud.

Happy with your company, however, there are some marks on the left side door of my new Samsung French Door fridge and I can't seem to get them off. It was only just installed as my kitchen is still not finished. The range and microwave are okay but I don't know what the dishwasher is like since it hasn't been installed yet. Hopefully, it will be unboxed and installed this week. Do you have any recommendations for the type of cleaner I need to get these marks off. It is just so annoying that in today's world nothing comes without issues. I don't know if these marks will show up in a photograph but I will ask my contractor to take a photo and email it to your customer service department.

I have purchased two items from Goedeker’s in the last several months... a good experience both times. While the first item, a buffet, arrived in very short order ( in perfect condition), the refrigerator I bought took a very long time to arrive. I saved so much money that it was worth it.

I’ve actually called and email to make a complaint and have yet to hear from anyone. On the day of delivery the helpers bringing in my refrigerator scratched the side of the fridge by slamming the door on it. They left the box outside my front door which I found interesting. When taking the plastic off I noticed a dent right above the ice and water dispenser. I was not pleased at all. I would love for someone to contact me for this inconvenience!!!

Goedeker's had the best item that I was looking for which fit the description, especially the color, that I was trying to match in my head. There were other retailers that have similar to it, but Goedeker's price was $60 cheaper. Their online ordering process was easy too, and they stood behind everything they said. The product was assembled, painted, and shipped promptly. It was delivered in excellent shape. All the parts were there, easy to assemble, and the instructions were well-written. I have put it together by myself.

I ordered drawer from Goedeker's and it came completely damaged with a buncha chips on it and the drawers will not pull out without brute force. Under their return policy I have 30 days to return it, but they will charge me $188 for shipping, and won't pay for shipping back which probably cost another $188 and required insurance to insure their defective product. Not to mention it would be in their "discretion" to see if they want to refund anything if it's not shipped back in top condition (but they shipped me a defective product!). Their money back guarantee is totally false.
They will send you old used junk and expect you to keep it. Don't buy any furniture or appliance with them. Because if it's defective and doesn't work you are completely on your own. I shall be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the real consumer protection agencies. Noticed that their 5 star reviews are put on sites that they paid money to...their Google's review aggregators are companies they paid money to for hosting reviews (ie Shopper Approved).

We ordered new furniture with the promise of delivery in a few weeks. Turned into months... Canceled orders, re-orders, poor delivery. Customer service was bad other than one agent who actually knew what he was doing and helped finally get some clarity. But they have no accountability for shipping nor any with their suppliers. Goedeker’s came up on my search engine when shopping online for a breakfast nook and I liked the product that I saw. We ordered the Sasha White Coffee Nook 3-piece set online and it was at my front door before I knew it. It was a great shipping. It has been together for a month when we put it in the kitchen area and it is of quality good.

I had a horrible experience with Goedeker's. I ordered a stove that cost $500 and ended up being charged $800! Goedeker's order website had processed TWO (duplicate) orders instead of one, for exactly the same stove. I called as soon as I noticed two slightly different order numbers and they told me both orders were processed a few minutes from each other and were already shipped. They refunded the duplicate $500 stove, but charged me $300 for shipping it back! This has never happened to me and I was extremely disappointed with the fact that there seems to be no quality control at Goedeker's sales website for a bug that caused 2 exact orders being processed within minutes.

I was doing some online searching for price comparing for some tables and Goedeker’s came up in the search engine. Their price was about 10% less compared to other places. I ordered a weathered chestnut five-piece bar set from Goedeker’s, but we were a little confused as far as the shipment. When I looked at the site originally, the table set would ship within two weeks, but we didn’t get the furniture for between six to eight weeks because when we made the order, it was backlogged.
When we did the shopping, we were looking at the timelines and I had seen the furniture with them, and we grabbed it even though it was 10% less was for the time. We could get something here quicker and we would pay the extra. It was not a problem. However, the delivery ended up taking a lot longer than we thought. We were remodeling a room so we needed the furniture by the beginning of October. We were looking at the quickest possible way to get it there, but it ended up being three weeks past our planned due time. The furniture is good for the purpose we had it for. It works great for a game room. I’m satisfied with the furniture and the price. I would recommend Goedeker’s because they’ll get you quality stuff at a good price, but you may have to wait to get it.

I was looking for the Simmons double loveseat that matched the recliner that I have. Goedeker's was the only one that had it. Finding that product was easy, but it took almost two months to get it delivered to me. That was my big problem with it. Goedeker's said that they've already shipped it and that the unit was coming down to a shipper in Miami but I didn’t hear a word from them until I contacted them and asked them where my order was. They then told me that they'd contact me once the unit was delivered. The next thing I knew, the loveseat was at my house.
Also, I paid for the full delivery and the in-home installation but the delivery team would not take the unit up the stairs. Because my home is a stilt home, they told me that it was gonna cost an extra $50. So I ended up paying $293 to get the thing installed. But the installation went well and the loveseat is wonderful. I love it. Goedeker's is a good company. I love their products and I'm happy I went to them.

We were interested in purchasing a number of kitchen appliances at one time including a refrigerator, double wall oven, & dishwasher. We were given one price, which we accepted. Then when they came out with the contracts, the price was $1000 higher than what we were quoted. They refused to change the price back to what we were quoted, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were insulting to both my wife and I, while using obscene language. They love to hide behind their favorite facade, of how they're "closed on Sunday to honor the lord's day". Please! It's nothing but a phony masquerade. There's nothing holy nor "Christian", with regard to how those who work for this company pose themselves.

Delivery took over a month from the order date. No communication whatsoever during the 35 days it took for my oven to arrive. Delivery company was awful. Blew me off after I took off work to be home and showed up hours late when it did arrive.

Ordered a GE Monogram ZEB1227SLSS microwave oven. A black and stainless steel countertop microwave oven. We received a black microwave that wasn't a Monogram. Model No. on the microwave didn't even match the Model No. on their invoice. Mistakes happen. Did they own the problem? No. They insisted that I jump through hoops to resolve the problem they created. They demanded I send pictures, provide a written explanation, and return the microwave before they would make it right. A gosh darn absurd experience. Just know if you order something and it isn't right the problem will be yours. All yours.

I purchased 2 nightstands for my master bedroom. The first nightstand was delivered a month after I have placed the order. When I finally received the nightstand, the item came damaged. But since I waited so long for the item, I decided to keep it since the damage was on the bottom of the nightstand (wood was splitting open). I received the 2nd nightstand a week or so later and as soon as I opened the box, the nightstand was broken in multiple pieces. I called customer service right away and they said they couldn't administer a return until they got the photo of the damaged product. I told them I would send the picture but asked them to process the return immediately.
A week after I sent the photos, I received an email stating that I also needed to take a picture of the box. By this time, more than a week has already gone by with me and this broken delivery. ANOTHER week or so later, I receive an email from Goedeker's saying that the manufacturer will not accept the return so I have 2 choices: Accept a refund or request for a replacement with Goedeker's! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!
I requested for the replacement right when I received the product! WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN THE MANUFACTURER AND GOEDEKER'S IS NON OF MY BUSINESS! If I receive a damaged item as a consumer, the item should be replaced immediately! It is not December and my original order was placed in September. I got an email stating that my item was being delivered 12/3/18 and now it got updated to 12/16/18!!! Unbelievableee!!! The only reason I did not cancel the order was because I already have the one pair of the nightstand!!! This is theee worst experience ever!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They advertise lowest price but their follow through and customer service is terrible. Not worth the hassle. I ordered a dresser and nightstand. About two weeks later I call to find out what's going on with my order and they tell me that the nightstand is on backorder. No one called me at any moment to notify me that this was the case. I asked to cancel my order and they charged me $180. I talked to the manager and a few different customer service staff and everyone said different things and gave me the runaround. Not to mention the "manager" Adam hung up on me. They preferred to charge me $180 instead of making things right and keeping my business. Read the fine print. They make sure to cover themselves on everything. I'm not surprised they have such small print and confusing return policies after what I went through. I'm sure this happens a lot.

Purchased a picture frame from them and it was completely damaged. The box was not marked Fragile, Handle with Care Glass. When received came in a million pieces. Took photos and sent to them still no resolution. They want to send us replacement parts, what replacement parts are you going to send if picture frame and glass is completely destroyed. Are you kidding me. We will never buy anything from these people again.

I purchased kitchen suites, stove, dishwasher, icebox freezer, and then an additional icebox from Goedeker's. I went with them due to a friend's reference, looking at her product, and then also looking at the product that Goedeker's had to offer, as well as price, delivery and warranties. I made the purchase online four months ago, and although I'm not a computer or online savvy, the purchasing process was very easy. Any sales associate that I had to speak to on the phone was very courteous and helpful. Everything was delivered to me. It was a very convenient and great experience. Be forewarned that if you buy something from Goedeker's and return it, you will pay for shipping twice. I purchased a pair of wooden candle holders for $168.98, which were advertised as "free shipping". I am sending the candle holders back (never removed from box) because they were much larger than expected. Goedekers says they will refund me only $135.24, after deducting $32.74 for their original shipping cost! That is not "free shipping". Now I have to pay return shipping, which cost me $64.60. So in short I lost $97.34 for ordering something I did not keep. I won't be back!

I was looking for something and I saw Goedeker's online. I ordered the item from them online, but the product that I got was cheaply made and it didn't have good instructions in putting it together. Then, since I didn't want white which doesn't work with my stuff, I painted it because it only comes in white. But other than that, the item arrived on time.

Extremely poor customer service. I bought several KitchenAid appliances from them. A combination oven arrived with damage twice. The second time they offered an allowance and extended warranty so I would not refuse delivery. However, once I didn't refuse they simply made a warranty claim on my behalf without my authorization. By now it's been 2.5 months since I purchased the oven and they keep wasting my time with nonsensical communications that ignore our prior exchanges. They do not intend to offer the allowance or warranty at this point. Save yourself time and frustration. Shop elsewhere.

Overall I have been impressed with the customer service I received. This was my first experience with Goedeker's and everyone who helped me when I called about my order was helpful, polite, efficient and accommodating. I only gave 3 stars because unfortunately, the bathroom vanity I ordered was on backorder. There was no other company I found that could supply that particular vanity either. It was out of stock everywhere so I don't fault Goedeker's for that. The price was not the absolute lowest, but lower than most by about $150. I would do business with this company again.

First of all, it took over a week for my items to even ship out from the warehouse. I don't know if this product is something that's made "on demand" but I feel with today's technology, that is slow to ship. I believe it took many more days to actually receive them. And when I did receive them, I was horribly disappointed to see that they were shipped bare, with only one end of a set partially enclosed with cardboard. The entire length of rail plus the other ends were left exposed, and because of this, they arrived severely scratched, dinged and gouged, looking NOTHING like a brand new purchase. I don't know why they were not fully boxed or wrapped to protect them during shipping.
I received a brand new product that now I have to repair (sand, prime & paint) that I shouldn't have to repair. If I wanted an old & used set of bed rails, I would have gone to my local Goodwill store and looked there. I wanted brand new and paid for brand new, but did NOT receive what I paid for. I definitely overpaid and will not be purchasing from Goedeker's again.

The insurance company that handles Goedeker’s 10 years warranty is terrible. My experience with this insurance company was horrible. It took me over a month to get my stove repaired with all the running around they gave me. I love my stove and I got a great deal through Goedeker’s.

Though we ended up having to reschedule the delivery due to some issue, it was fine. The price was still a little low for the quality of dresser that I got. Purchased new appliances for a Harvey affected home in Houston. found out after we installed gas cooktop that it wouldn't work. Packaging had been lost. Asked if I could exchange cooktop for an electric, but due to construction delays versus when I placed the ordered, they refused to honor an exchange. On same order, a dishwasher w/ motor not working was delivered. I was directed to manufacturer immediately without offer of help. Think twice about ordering online from these people. I won't do it again.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! I ordered nearly $10k worth of appliances from Goedeker's in April 2018. Fast forward to when we finally received them... The wine fridge that we ordered was damaged on arrival. The outer packaging was fine but it looks like it got dropped and has resulting damage in 3 places. I emailed the company per their policy within hours of receiving the fridge. I then fought with them for months to get them to honor their policies, which they refused to do. They are impossible to communicate with as voicemails and emails are left unreturned. I have never experienced such horrible service, which is very disheartening. I will NEVER do business with Goedeker's again. Overall, their prices were a little cheaper and we didn't have to pay sales tax but if I had to do it all over again, I would pay a little more for a company to stand behind their products and their policies.

On 9/7 I purchased a loveseat recliner and sofa set from Goedeker's and had a set delivery for 9/20 on 9/20 they said two pieces was there but was waiting on third piece so needless to say that never happened. On 10/15 I received a bill saying my credit card had been charged full price and my bill was due for something I had never received. So then I called Goedeker's and asked how am I being charged for something I don't have and was told once I make the purchase the card is charged and basically I have no choice but to pay in wait. On 10/15 she gave me the delivery companies telephone number to check up with them on location of the furniture something that they should be doing.
The delivery company said they was still waiting on the last piece of furniture and did not have any more information. I then called the credit card company, closed the account, disputed the charge, and called Goedeker's and told them keep their furniture. On 10/16 I received call from delivery company that they would deliver 10/26 which I canceled cause I had work. Then received another email saying they would be there on 10/29 which again I have work so had to get someone to go out of their way for me because these people do not believe in scheduling anything.
So on 10/30 I call the delivery company. Tell them I won't be home and will need a 30 minute ETA to have someone go out to my house. A girl takes my number. Says no problem. At 430 I get a call from my 14-year-old daughter. Says the furniture company here. I talk to the delivery serviceman. Tell him I have someone on the way. It will be 10 minutes. 5 minutes later my daughter calls back. Say the delivery man ask her where is the person. He can't wait all day. He has to go. I then get him back on the phone and tell him the guy is 3 min away and he tell me he can't wait so I told him load his stuff up I don't need it.
So just as they are loading everything my friend shows up to inspect everything. He then inspects everything then they bring it inside. Once inside everything is in pieces. The Furniture guy ask him to sign for delivery. He then turned to the guy and said, "I can't sign until it put together." Come to find out Goedeker's don't pay them to Assemble. So the shipping fee of 100.00 is a total rip off. How can you make sure everything works before they leave if you have to Assemble. On 10/30 I called Goedeker's and they swore it was on a delivery option and it's not. It's actually on the policy and it's one word hidden in the policies. I will never do business with this company again.

First off: the product I bought from them IS cheaper (by about 15%, or $200) than any other reputable place at the time of purchase. The product I bought was a Whirlpool Refrigerator (French Door). Then, it's all bad. This is the worst company to do business with. They literally Bait & Wait. My order was placed 6/14 - they didn't ship until about 3 months later! On top of that, when you contact them, they'd tell you "it's loading to the truck RIGHT NOW" - lies. Not shipped until another 2 weeks later. They also promise to cover costs for indoor delivery - lies. I had to pay $60 extra cash to it delivered inside. Lastly: the product had quite a few dents on the side. Not affecting function but as a new product costing $1500+, I think it wasn't acceptable. I emailed them and they don't even reply to me.

Received the TV Stand prior to heading out of town. Checked the packaging over prior to leaving and did not see any damage. Planned to open and assembly once I returned. Upon returning home, I began to open the box and saw a hole in the box that had been hidden underneath the stretch wrap. The hole looked to be from a forklift fork. This event that caused the hole appeared to shift everything around and had damaged a majority of the pieces in the process. Since I had missed the 48 hour window, I could not get a full new TV stand shipped to replace the damaged one. Thus, I had to tally up all of the damaged pieces to get replacements, which I am still in waiting on a month later. My belief for a better customer experience would have been to replace the entire TV Stand since the pictures I submitted showed that it was still in the box.

I had an item on order from Moe’s, but they had put me off for two months, delivery-wise. They told me they were gonna deliver, but they didn’t, so I finally canceled that order and went with Goedeker’s. Purchasing the four-door refrigerator with Goedeker’s was great and they beat the price of other companies. I called in and talked to somebody and my interaction with the rep was great. They scheduled the delivery. However, during the delivery, I didn’t get a notification 30 minutes out. I knew that they were coming that day but not exactly the window. I got a call when the delivery person was at my driveway and I was at work, so it was a bit of a hiccup. But the gentleman that was driving was very kind and very nice when I got there and he helped me out and went over and above. The quality of the appliance is good and the cost is fine. I’ve told a couple of people about Goedeker’s and have recommended them.

I liked Goedeker’s furniture style and I bought a king-size bed from them. I did it by phone and had an amazing experience with the lady that helped me. She was very clear in everything and she helped me out to solve all of my questions. Originally, she told me that the delivery was gonna take between two and three weeks. I was gonna be out of town, so we scheduled it one week ahead just to skip my time out of town. But it reached a lot of time before the schedule, so I had to schedule the pick-up myself. And when I opened one of the boxes, it smelled funny, like it had a lot of moisture and was kept in a close location. Other than that, it is a good quality bed.

I would definitely recommend Goedeker's. My brother told me about them and I ordered a washer and dryer from them a few years ago before this latest purchase. It was a good experience I had with them last time. It was straightforward and with better price rate, and that attracted me. So, based on my first experience with them, I came back and bought a dishwasher. I ordered it online and doing that was easy. The delivery was made on time and as I expected. We had done a little shopping around beforehand, so I knew that was the dishwasher I wanted. The quality of the product that I got is good and it has been performing well.

Goedeker's will not stand behind the products they sell. I received a defective recliner. It had a broken piece inside the back. There was no "visible" damage when I received chair. However, after a couple weeks of use, it became very obvious something was wrong and the chair soon became unusable. After months of attempting to get a resolution, Goedeker's stated the internal damage was probably due to shipping damage and since I didn't report it within 48 hours of receiving the product, they can't do anything about it. I explained that there was no visible damage to report at the time I received it and that it took a few weeks of use for it to become obvious. They still would not offer any assistance. So now I'm stuck with a chaise lounge recliner that is unusable sitting in the corner of my living room. This has definitely been the worst online purchase experience ever! Also, don't believe their "philosophy" that they state on their website. It's just a sale's pitch.

When doing a complete remodel in my home, I needed all new appliances. My interior designer suggested Goedeker's. I had shopped the big box stores and found their prices to be to lowest. No delivery charge and no tax, that was a huge savings right there. The representative on the phone was great, she walked me through the whole transaction and selections. I didn't need to take delivery for some time and they held my order and my pricing for almost three months. Upon delivery it was fast and on time and no damages. I would most certainly tell anybody to use them, it was a great experience and I am enjoying my new appliances.

I purchased through the Goedeker’s Website a Sunset Oak Selections Light Oak Drop Leaf 3-Piece Dining Set with Arrowback Chairs. It was delivered damaged. I reported it damaged to their customer service department. After the initial contact there was no response to my multiple emails; there were no returned phone calls. This necessitated a personal visit to the store (I happen to live in the St. Louis area). I finally got the damaged table out of my apartment and a new table ordered. It came damaged. After more struggle with customer service including non-answered emails and not-returned phone calls I ended up repairing the table myself.
After negotiations they agreed to a 10% discount for a “blemished” table. For the hours of lack of communication, my frustration, my traveling to their store, my lugging and storing the damaged tables in my apartment they offered me – a five year extended warranty! The warranty was worthless as I had repaired the table myself, voiding the original manufacturer’s warranty. The furniture was good for the price. The poor packaging was the reason for the damage. I cannot recommend Sunset Trading until their packaging is improved. Customer Service at Goedeker’s is terrible. Unless you get an outstanding price and want to gamble that everything will be perfect, do not shop at Goedeker’s Superstore.

I was charged $79.99 for shipping on a refrigerator. Shipping should be refunded. I refused delivery of the appliance. It was too deep for my cubby. The salesman misinformed me. He told me that it was 32.5 inches and ended up being 35.5 inches. Their policy is free shipping to the curb and $79.99 to deliver into the house. We measured BEFORE the appliance was taken off the truck so I refused delivery. I should not have been charged for the delivery since it never left the truck. Their policy tricks you into to thinking that the delivery is free unless the item is brought into the house. They are sneaky and tricky. I would not buy from them again. I want a refund.

Deliver came via a carrier with a semi-truck. Worked ok for us but depending on where you live could be an issue. I was expecting UPS /FedEx etc. They did call me and tell me they were on the way. Our counter-depth JennAir went kaput and we had to find a replacement fridge quickly. Goedeker's was one of the few places that had units that were of the (very limited) size we needed. What I truly appreciated was the customer service over the phone. The agent was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. The price was, I feel, the best available. What was even better was that the unit was delivered a couple weeks earlier than we expected! I will definitely refer to them when we have to replace other appliances!

We have used Goedeker's a couple time and both time we were very happy about our savings and products. 1st order went very easy and pain free. 2nd order was a little rocky. We order over 5000 in appliances which would have costed over 7000 at our local dealer. The microwave had a dent in the door and the oven completely didn’t work. The oven was backordered in the first place so we decided to have a repairman fix it. It was a bad circuit board. Bad luck I guess. All was covered under factory warranty and it was repaired within 3 week of installing the oven. The microwave took almost a month but Goedeker's sent us a brand new door and I installed it with ease. It took Goedeker's almost 3 weeks to reply to emails and phone calls regarding the door. But all was replaced with no added charge to me. I still recommend this company to all of our friends.

I have used Goedeker's to furnish three kitchens now, all with great success. One of the units was damaged during shipping. I took pictures once I opened the box and rejected that piece of equipment. Few phone calls later and the new unit was on the way. Replacement unit arrived within a few days with no issues. I have been using them since 2011 and plan to continue.

Our refrigerator was delivered damaged. The representative from your company wasn't returning her emails. We found out she had left the company. After several attempts to contact the company we then came to an agreed upon a solution with our next customer service rep Lisa but we haven't received any compensation for the damage. The issue of the damage hasn't not been addressed. I sent another email just addressed to customer and haven't heard anything. Also our Whirlpool rebate came as 49 dollars instead of your advertised 75 dollars.

I have never purchased large appliances online, nor did I ever think I would. I had done some shopping around and a friend recommended Goedeker’s. Longtime Christian business, I liked the sound of that! I had a question about a gas range which I sent by email, I had the answer the next day. I had other questions regarding hood vents and drawer microwaves, so I called. I received very helpful info about both. Customer service seems to be a lost art, but not with this company! I cannot rate the specific products yet as they have not been installed. Hopefully soon! I can say that the delivery company (A & M) they use in my area was also great! Friendly, patient service from them as well.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Goedeker’s. Our appliances were excellently priced and arrived intact. The customer service was wonderful. I felt cared about, with my concerns addressed adequately. One item was out of stock, and I received weekly shipping updates. Eventually, it came sooner than their last anticipated date. You get a great email and texts to confirm delivery times from a very polite delivery company that went above and beyond. My only recommendation is that a delay by the manufacturer needs to be addressed more clearly so that Goedeker’s knows more accurate information. LG held up our order for at least 4 weeks.

Bought a bedroom set from Goedeker's, after it taking a month to get we opened the first two night stands, one of the drawers would not close properly which was clearly not from shipping, although I signed the shipping papers "not inspected" as the Goedeker's website states to do, when I called to discuss the issue with the item I was met with attitude, rudeness and essentially an overall tone of "too bad".
Now the damage was not the only issue. This set was purchased for a master bedroom, the quality and material was so cheap I would barely call it dorm room quality. Seriously this furniture is worse than Walmart furniture. We have ordered a vast majority of our furniture online and have never had any issues like this. The company's website states satisfaction guarantee and they clearly do not honor that. So far we have been told we can return the set if we pay 400.00 in shipping (the set cost $955.00) and we would not get full refund on the piece of furniture that they so poorly made that drawer won't even close.
We are first responders, work with people day in and day out and I am absolutely appalled at the awful treatment and lack of just basic human respect and integrity. We have been told for a week that "Adam" would call us back and that has not happened, every time we call we get a new excuse as to why we can't talk to anyone to help fix this situation. I believe this is actually the first time I have taken the time to write a negative review, this experience and company is the worst!!! Please save yourself the time and headache, pay a little but more to get quality product and service! Goedeker's is a terrible company!

Goedeker's is the worst company that I've ever dealt with in regards to customer service. I just received my appliance order (August 28, 2018), but I placed the order on July 13, 2018. Several of my items from the order were backordered, which is understandable, even though the items I ordered did not show "BACKORDERED" on the website when I ordered. Small mishap, but whatever. Due to the time constraints of the backordered items, I tried to change my order to similar items that showed "QUICK SHIP" on their website. Unfortunately, you can't modify or cancel your order through the Goedeker's website, so I tried to contact their customer service via email. This exercise proved to be a TREMENDOUS waste of time.
The Goedeker's customer service team does NOT respond to emails in a timely fashion, in the event they respond at all. In fact, I have a treasure trove of carefully crafted emails that I wrote to the Goedeker's staff with requests, questions, cries for help, etc. In one such email, I included attachments of the items in question, left all of my contact information so they would have multiple avenues to reach me, and even tried to make concessions about the delivery time to make the entire process easier on Goedeker's (which I regret, because they certainly don't give a ** about their customers). The intricacies of my emails didn't matter, and, sadly, multiple emails were ignored completely.
The emails that were responded to were absolutely no help at all, and, in fact, were infuriating. This is not hyperbole when I tell you that they never answered a single question posed to them, processed a single request that was made, nor offered the slightest sort of contrition for the lack of customer service that I had, unfortunately, spent my valuable time pointing out to them (makes me wonder what the hell I'm doing spending my time writing this review that is almost certainly not going to be read, but I digress). No, they didn't do any of that. Instead, the "Customer Service Agent" that was "assigned to my case" repeatedly "explained" to me that Goedeker's bears no responsibility for the backordered appliances, because the suppliers/manufacturers/distributors of the appliances don't inform them of an item's backordered status until long after an order has been placed.
Furthermore, the Customer Service Agent explained to me that "the amount of emails that [Goedeker's Customer Service Team] receives is unheard of..." UNHEARD OF! So, in a sense, (quotations mine) "Anyone who DOES receive an email response to their customer service query should consider themselves lucky! Goedeker's actually took the time to respond to your email, amongst the 'INSANE' amount of emails they receive (presumably from customers paying $thousands$ of dollars and not just spam emails and friend requests). So, damn your unaddressed concerns and unanswered questions, sir! Be appreciative for the effort for Christ's sake!!!"
Oh, and to add icing to the cake, I left 3 separate voicemails asking for a return call (one during regular business hours), and never heard so much as a peep from a single person at Goedeker's. I'd be glad to share the emails I've saved into PDF files with anyone that thinks I'm exaggerating my claims. This is all true, and in fact, this is just the issues I had with ONE of the TWO orders I placed with Goedeker's. I'd fill out another "Feedback" form, but they only sent me one for this order. I'd rather pay 2x's as much for quality customer service than be treated like a mark. This company is shameful.
In conclusion, I ordered some appliances; they were backordered; I tried to change the order to available items; They ignored that request; I tried to cancel the order; They ignored that request; I purchased THE SAME appliances from elsewhere because of the time constraints & had them installed; Tried to cancel the order again; They ignored that request too; They delivered my appliances & now I am trying to re-sell them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS AMATEUR HOUR X's 1000000!!!

We got a complete kitchen appliance package that includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a dual-fuel stove, and a microwave oven from Goedeker's. They had everything we wanted, and we could get it delivered at one whack, and there wasn't a lot of wait time. Goedeker's website was fairly user-friendly. They got so many products that sometimes it gets tripped up. They have such a huge amount of data on their website. I did everything online, but I also called and spoke to one of the call-takers. I just wanted to make sure there were no errors in the order. Everything was great. There were no lies and everything that was said happened.
The delivery went well. Luckily, I had a forklift to unload everything. We got it off the truck and the delivery guy went on down the road. Our house isn't complete. We haven't installed the huge appliances yet, but I unboxed them the day they were delivered to make sure that they were all there and undamaged. Everything was fine. We are gonna be ordering some lighting and different fixtures from Goedeker's because the price is right, and it will be delivered to us. We don't have to play around with ordering and waiting because they tell us if they have it in stock or not. I would recommend Goedeker's. We had zero problems, and everything happened like it should.

There are 2 sizes to the breakfast books that these cushions go to. Make sure you know you have the correct size for this one. Otherwise the center piece will be too large for your nook. My wife was doing some research on some furniture and on a certain chair she was looking for. She found the chair on the internet and Goedeker's was the one that had it. I purchased four rush-bottomed chairs from them and their online ordering process was simple. Then the chairs came in through FedEx and the quality of the items we received was great. But for two of the chairs that came in, the front expanders weren't drilled on the ends for the screws to go in, so my wife dealt with the customer service on that. It was the second time around before we got what we needed on that, but they took care of us and we were happy about that. After ordering and paying for a combo and expensive Bosch Washer/Dryer, we discovered upon opening the boxes that the washer has a huge gash in it. When I sent photos and documentation to Goedeker's customer service, they simply replied I should have examined on the spot. But we all know this is the standard scapegoat reply when a business doesn’t want to take any responsibility that they should have for a consumer. I didn’t even ask for a replacement, but was willing to take a slight refund. Who really can examine 2 huge boxes on the street, when they need to be kept intact until the installation?

Hotpoint washer is good. Great price. My experience with the sofa sectional I purchased last year is a totally different experience. The guys who delivered it, saw the rip in the material, noted it on their paperwork. The process to get it repaired is ridiculous. I was asked to take pictures, email them. Be warned if you buy something from this people and try to return it. I purchased a set of stools which were about 300.00. They clearly stated "free shipping" and 30 days full refund on the invoice. After several calls to obtain a return authorization I finally sent the stools back (almost unopened - since I just didn't like the color). They proceeded to refund me only 240.00 and deducted 60.00 for shipping! I paid the return shipping which cost me 55.00. They now state they only refund the original price minus and of their shipping cost. If that's the case don't offer "free shipping". So in short I lost 55.00 + 60.00 = 105.00 for ordering something I didn't keep. Never again. This is why people shop local!

We’re doing a whole house remodel, so we purchased a bunch of appliances from Goedeker's. We got a range, a refrigerator-freezer, and a dishwasher. We have also purchased from them five years ago and we like that they’re regional. They’re in St. Louis but they have more of an Internet-based pricing. The big and positive arbitrage was the sales tax savings. Their prices are naturally aggressive, but it was a combination of those two that was our primary reason for going with Goedeker's. We ordered our items online and the process was good. It was a $14,000 order, so I didn’t just do the shopping cart. I went ahead and called them and did it all manually to make sure it all went through correctly. The guy who I spoke with was really helpful.
For the delivery of the appliances, the freight company called me and we responded to the options. The overall delivery experience was fine and the quality of the items we bought is good. We had a little bit of an issue with the range but I don't think it had something to do with Goedeker's. There was a bit of a nesting material in the inside of the range and it was like there was a mouse that got in the box. I’m assuming that happened prior to the factory because it was in a warehouse for a very long time, but we got that resolved.
Overall, our transaction with Goedeker's was good. It was cost-effective and seamless. If people who come to them know what they want, their customer service is good as well. But if I was trying to figure out what I needed, a local showroom would have been better. But I knew what I wanted to get and I’ve been down this path before, so it was pretty easy in that regard.

This was the worst online purchase experience I ever had. The chairs I ordered were horrible. There was exposed plywood, the foot recliner part was crooked and barely hanging on, the fabric had terrible flaws and there was at least 4 inches between the cushions and the arm rest. Cheaper than Walmart or Target by far and I spent 1,500.00. I sent them pictures of all the problems. These chairs are not suitable in any home. I am not that picky but oh my gosh these were horrible. No worries though the web site said worry free returns right... NOT right. I called four times before I finally got a reply by e-mail stating I could send them back for a refund if I paid $875.00 up front to ship them back! Hey it already cost me $350.00 to ship them here. Good Price Maytag Refrigerator. We like the Maytag MSC21C6MFZ Fridge. The Shipper had poor tracking but delivered in good shape. The Refrigerator works well. Ice maker keeps up with our ice needs, but is noise. The lighting is nice. The finish inside & out was very good. When the fridge is running the compressor is much louder than our old Whirlpool. If the noise will bother you pick something different. We can live with it! With all that said I am glad I bought it. We thought the 5 Year Warranty was a good price. With Ice and Water indoor talking to friends with all the brands, is a must!

This range is a very unconventional size (27”), and it is a drop-in such that GE is the only one that makes it, so they have cornered the market and can ask an outrageous price for a very basic range. Unfortunately for the cabinet configuration there would be extensive modification to fit a standard 30” so this is the only choice we have. That being said Goedeker’s was very easy to do business with and they had a very fair price for a "scratch and dent."
A call was placed to check on the condition since the pictures seem to indicate it was in perfect condition. The employee communicated that it looked perfect so it was ordered online. There was not much shipping information so we figured it would take some time to get here (the NW) and it did (almost 1 month) but it arrived without damage, and was very well packaged. The range had several small surface scratches but otherwise was in new condition with a full warranty. The entire process was seamless from start-to-finish, and I would definitely do business with Goedeker’s again without question.

Overall I had a terrible experience in ordering 4 appliances from Goedeker's. I ordered a range, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Shipping took 1 month, compared to Sears when I recently which was delivered in a week in comparison. 3 of 4 appliances arrived damaged. I emailed support to let them know and it took a week to call me back and I have yet to receive a refund several days later. They did not provide a shipping label for the return of the range cords, even though the range was destroyed in shipping. So I had to pay that. Yet to receive my refund on that. Their customer service rep Tiyana ** was terribly rude to me, I can say the single worst customer service call I have had in the last 2 years. She would not let me speak to a manager nor supervisor.

Everything arrived in good shape and the delivery company was very nice to help unload so we could inspect for damages and put inside my house. I would highly recommend Goedeker's.

Finally received my bedside small wood, 2 drawer dresser after 5 months & numerous email updates. Delay on Pulaski, the mfr. But wanted to give 5 stars for the customer service and the way the dresser was packed. Packed in a crate, securely padded, then padded more when the crate was placed in the box. Very securely packaged. Was so happy to receive it in tact after waiting so long.

I am very pleased with my whole experience, from ordering to delivery. I had price shopped for months on all new appliances for my kitchen and found a great deal at Goedekers. I had everything in my cart to purchase but needed to check with my husband on a couple measurements. When I went back in the next day to purchase the prices had gone way up. I called and they explained that the brand I was buying didn’t give them any forewarning like they normally do to raise the prices. The awesome gentleman I talked to on a Saturday said he had to talk to his manager Monday morning to see what they could do.
First thing Monday morning he called and said he hadn’t talked to him yet but just wanted to keep me updated. Shortly thereafter he had a number for me and while it was more than I originally thought I was going to pay, it was still a great deal and it still beat everyone else’s prices by a long shot! I would and will be doing business with Goedeker’s again!!!

We were researching a specific type of chair, the Power Lift Recliner, and Goedeker's had the type of product that we were looking for. We made the order online and everything went very smoothly. The problem that we had was with the delivery company that delivered the chair. I had bought two of these chairs, identical chairs, to be delivered to my mother and my father at an assisted living. I paid for the White Glove Delivery which meant that they were gonna bring the chairs all the way in, plug them in, set them all up for my parents and remove all the trash.
But the delivery company was only gonna do that from 4 until 9 o'clock at night. I told them there's very limited staff at night in the assisted living and my parents were using their old lift chairs so when the chairs arrive, somebody needs to pull them out. But the company wouldn't change the delivery time to AM hours so I had to cancel it. I even ended up canceling it twice because they kept sending me an email saying, "Oh, we'll be there tomorrow between four and nine." So I called in and then they canceled it. But then they said, "Okay. We'll set it up." They told me that the delivery was gonna be Friday, during the day. But I called back on Friday since I had not heard from them. They said the items were already on the truck and that there was nothing they could do so the shipment would be there between five and nine.
They showed up at 8:30. I had to drive all the way over there and sit there. They were delivering the items at night because they couldn’t get them during the day. That was bad service. But it all worked out at the end. The two young guys were going as fast as they could to get their route done. They were sweating and did exactly what they needed to do. In fact, they were there for 15 minutes because I pulled the chairs out of the way as soon as they arrived and they wheeled them in. It was nothing to set those things up. You slap the back on them and then you plug them in. They did a very good job. The delivery company was not very customer friendly but Goedeker's did everything that we asked them to do. I had done a lot of research. It was the chair that we wanted and it was the right chair. My parents sit on those chairs a lot and they like them very much.

Refrigerator purchase GE 25.4-cu ft Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Purchase was on back order for a month. Arrived with huge dent in door and side. Did not sign but communication says one thing and results say another. I demand a new fridge. Shippers left it. Promised things now for over a week and no results. Filed a rebuttal with Visa Order **.

I paid for a lift chair and white glove delivery. At the same time the chair was being delivered, my father sadly passed away. The police sent the chair away and I called to return the chair a couple of days later. I was told I would be refunded, less $200.00 for the return. Ridiculous considering there was no white glove delivery and it didn't have to leave the truck AND if I had chosen to get normal delivery, it was $50.00. Why would it be 4 times the normal delivery amount? Taking advantage of people at a very difficult time. Also, I have yet to receive any credit! I was a month ago!

I was very pleased with the great deal offered on the Whirlpool refrigerator I purchased. And, I was very satisfied with the customer service I received between the time I ordered my fridge until the time I asked for delivery (about 60 days). BUT, I was severely disappointed and taken aback by the unprofessional conduct of the shipping company's personnel upon delivery. I purchased "White Glove" delivery service and expected the fridge to be treated with great care, to be placed where specified and, to be completely set-up.
What happened in our case was, the shippers arrived and said that they were obliged to deliver the refrigerator only to the front of the house. After I told them I purchased the "White Glove" delivery, one of the individuals checked the paperwork and agreed to bring the fridge inside my home. When taking the handles off was necessary to get the fridge through the front door, they complained and said that was not included in my purchase but that they would do it as a courtesy. Once placed, one of the individuals said that they don't hook-up water connections for automatic ice maker lines.
The other corrected him and said they would do it, but in doing so I was made to feel that this was being done as an extra service I had not purchased. And, with that I was so perturbed. I was so anxious to get the shippers out of my house that I told them I would do the rest of the unpacking and set-up of the fridge. I know I should have pressed them to do what they were supposed to have done but their conduct made me feel like they would not take care of my refrigerator. My fridge was delivered with a 15-20 in. scratch on one side. In the future I would still purchase from Goedeker's but would take some action to communicate with the shipping company prior to the arrival of the delivery to my home.

My kitchen work hasn't begun yet, so the range is still sitting in the garage. Even though it was on back order for a while, Goedeker's kept me informed, and I received the unit in plenty of time. The shipping company was also very courteous, the driver wheeled the range into my garage on its pallet, and he helped me open the carton and inspect it.

HI I love my new Summit all in one refrigerator - it's fantastic. Fits lots of stuff and sheet pans for holding lots of product. It's louder than I expected but that's okay. The handle is large and works well for such a large door. All the bins are great and the door shelves hold tons of bottles.

I had purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave for my kitchen from Goedeker's. Just recently, I was building another house and I purchased another stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer from them. I live out-of-state and I order from them online which is pretty easy. When I can’t order online then I have to call because there are certain things that they don’t have an advertised price for and you have to call for it. I like their prices and that they offer free shipping, plus there is no tax. They schedule the delivery and they give me options because it goes through a third party.
I’ve had my first set for about a year now and I've had the set that I just purchased outside of a month. I received a stove that was damaged though and it was 34 days out of delivery when I realized it, so it didn’t get covered. It was nothing that they could see because it wasn’t even damaged on the outside of the box. I was a little disappointed and I understand that there’s nothing that Goedeker's could do because it was more of a Maytag issue, but they could’ve helped a little bit with a discounted replacement part for what was broken. Other than that, the quality of the appliances is good.

I ordered Queen 3 piece bedroom set. The set pieces were easy to build, the instructions were very adequate. But I did have issues with delivery. Seems like one of the packages was damaged when being delivered, which upset me of course. However, the service that Goedeker's provided was excellent. I was dealing with Brionna and her responsiveness and solution to the situation was immaculate (she deserves a raise!) I'm happy I went with Goedeker's. My experience with Goedeker's was a pleasant and easy purchase. The cost was why I came to them and now, we’re ever so much better than Wayfair and Overstock. I had placed an order once and there was some overlap as to me being out of town and them having the sofa delivered here. So I spoke to them and our interaction was very good. The delivery people also did well but when they came in, they were not going to unbox the item. The whole point of white glove was that the item would be brought in and set up, and I had paid $100 for that. They ended up doing it for us anyway but they said that that was not something that they were supposed to do. The sofa is very lightweight, which was surprising, but I like it very much. It’s nice.

I ordered a front loader washer and dryer with the pedestals online from Goedeker's two weeks ago. We needed it since we just moved in to a new home and I love them. We liked the cost but it took about a month for us to get the product. The shipping company didn’t get out in this area as frequently as a big city but the delivery team was quick, professional and very good.

I ordered a Kitchen Aid ice maker. From start to finish, the online ordering process was easy. I had a couple of questions, so I called customer service, who was knowledgeable, very professional, and polite. The delivery was spot-on, top-notch, professional. They called ahead to let me know the approximate delivery time, and they arrived timely, unpacked my box to let me inspect my ice maker, and placed the ice maker where I requested. Best experience with purchase and delivery of an appliance in my 60 years! Will definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend this company! PS: I love the ice maker!!! It produces quickly and the quality of the ice is fantastic.
