While you did the right thing to give me a full refund, I felt the overall service, the bait and switch of products, the slow delivery and the fact that every day you say it's the last day of the sale is very shady! Don't contact me as a follow-up.

Goedeker's knows what they sell. They know how to find items quickly that meet the specific needs of the customer. They will find specs and measurements and other information even if it involves research and/or actual physical measurement. There is no chance that you will miss rebates because they include the information and links on the invoice. The rebates come very quickly and can be processed online. Their prices seem to beat those of everyone else. They will sell you all the accessories that are required for your appliance such as power cords, and will even tell you to buy certain items from box stores because they are standard items which can be sold more cheaply in volume. They do not try to increase their profits by upselling goods with a high markup. The salespeople will even try to find you items of the minimum amount required to get free shipping. My range hood was almost free.

LG gas range - We didn't like the prices and what was available in the stores, so we started looking online and came across Goedeker’s. We found what we wanted at a great price. When we ordered we were given a specific delivery date. That date came and went. After repeatedly trying to find out where our range was (it's a long story) we found out Goedeker’s contracts out appliance deliveries to another company. That's fine but after ordering in early November it took 6 weeks instead of 10 days to get it here! The shipping company didn't get the order when they were supposed to and when they did, the range was bounced around to different places before it finally was delivered. Long story short... we love the range and the customer support was very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Just wish they would use another delivery company!

First time using Goedeker's and after their lack of professional integrity, it will certainly be my last. Ordered a coffee table and set the packaged item aside in my leased condo until my new condo was ready. After a month I was ready to move and unpacked the table in my new condo. Unfortunately the glass portion of the table busted. I immediately emailed Goedeker with detailed photos of the damaged glass in the packaging. 3 weeks of phone calls and emails to the customer service reps inquiring about the status of the case pursued, many of which were never answered or returned.

I purchased a Melissa and Doug Hotdog Cart for my granddaughter for Christmas on Oct 24. When we went to assemble the item on Dec 26, we discovered that it was very scraped up inside the box and had screws that were broken. I attempted to contact the store via email but have not gotten a response so far. I ended up having to order another one from a different store. I'm very disappointed that I gave my granddaughter a broken item for Christmas and angry that I'm just out around $130.00.

My husband and I purchased a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher from Goedeker's in April. The dishwasher sold to us was a faulty unit that leaked in our newly renovated kitchen so badly that it necessitated an insurance claim. For months, we attempted to resolve the issue while GE pointed fingers at Goedeker's, and Goedeker's pointed fingers at GE.

The order process was very simple. The delivery was well packaged and came without any trouble. We bought 3 appliances (fridge, range, and dishwasher) for our new kitchen. After much research, Goedeker's has the best price. We are very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend Goedeker's to friends.

I bought a two-drawer nightstand from Goedeker's website six weeks ago. The ordering process was easy as there was no problem checking out. The furniture was a little expensive but it seemed to match out with most of the other furniture I had.

The price was good and the shipping was free and prompt! My only dissatisfaction was with the communication. I got an email saying my item shipped AFTER it was already delivered. So far I am satisfied with my purchase. I would buy from them again.

The price was very good. There was plenty of information about how the delivery would be and everything went very smoothly. Their delivery people in my area were friendly and right on time. Great experience! I would shop here again over Lowe's or Home Depot for large items because of the savings.

I bought a top freezer/fridge off the website. Got a good deal. Happy with the customer service too which contacted me the same day to confirm order and update me on what to expect of delivery procedure. The fridge arrived 9 days later in perfect condition. I am very pleased!

I'm very satisfied with my purchase from Goedeker's. I was searching long and far for a table and chair set and was able to find it at an incredible price. With no tax and free shipping, it was a no brainer to make the purchase. I couldn't be happier.

We needed a new refrigerator and wanted a counter depth made in America. Goedeker's had the best price so we ordered it online. We were a little concerned the price was too good to be true since it was lower than anyone else's Black Friday deals but it arrived in perfect condition. It was exactly the model we wanted for less than we could find it anywhere else. We'll definitely shop Goedeker's again when we need a new appliance!

I got an item for Goedeker's. It looked very nice on the website, and when it arrived I was extremely disappointed in the quality. Called customer service, they told me I had to pay return shipping which ended up being more that the product cost in the first place! The website states "30-day money back, 100% satisfaction guarantee." In actuality it is 30 days to spend more money that initially spent just to return the product, 0% satisfaction, and an incredible waste of time.

Goedeker's price was very competitive, their customer service was excellent and their selection was amazing. We moved into a new house and bought all new furniture so I saved their website in my favorites though I unsubscribed from their email because I was getting a whole bunch of them. I purchased a couple of sofa tables, an end table and a coffee table. They’re the only ones that had all three different styles of tables that I needed. I ordered online. There were two different sizes of end tables and we ordered the bigger one. It's hard to tell on the picture but it arrived then I put it together and it was too big. We thought about returning it which looked painless. All I had to do was take it and drop it off for shopping. But my wife decided that we might wanna use it in a different way so we wound up finding another use for it. Then we ordered the smaller one in addition.

The fireplace is absolutely beautiful and is prettier in life than the pictures. I so pleased with it and would recommend your company to everyone. It makes my house feel very homey. We have it on nightly. We are so pleased with it. It was easy to put together.

Ordered a stove and refrigerator. The process was fast and easy. Great communication from customer service and delivery about when items were being shipped and when they were being delivered. Both items arrived in perfect condition and on time. Great experience. Will definitely buy again from Goedeker's.

It took over a month to get my range. Not in time for Thanksgiving. ): It did arrive in perfect condition. Am pleased with the range. Will talk to shipping before I order. I have recommended Goedeker's to several of my friends. Now I'll have to tell them not to expect their appliance for at least a month.

I purchased a portable console dishwasher from them and I like their price. I had the same model for about 20 years and it was great but this one doesn't wash as well unless I put it on high temperature. The delivery team of Goedeker's said they were gonna be there around 5 or 6 but they didn't get there till 10. I was pissed off however they actually carried it into the house for me. They were late but they were friendly and accommodating. I was very satisfied with Goedeker's and it would be one of the companies I'd check first if I was shopping for best price.

All went well. It did take one month to receive my LG kitchen appliances, but I was routinely communicated to by Goedeker's employees. They arrived damage free. My wife really likes the look of the black stainless. I have not received any information on the warranties I purchased.

Your people are customer oriented to a very high degree and your delivery company of choice AM Home delivery has been excellent and professional with the delivery of all our appliance - 7 pieces total. This was my second purchase from Goedeker's and I continue to be impressed with the range of items, high quality, low price and fast delivery. A friend and I assembled a bookshelf in about 1/2 hour. It was well-made, with more than the usual stability inherent in the design than is usually found in pieces you have to assemble yourself. I have already recommended Goedeker's to several friends.

Been looking for an oven to replace 1960's oven in home. Also wanted to keep double oven. This oven came in and came in earlier than expected with no problems. Oven has been installed and did not take as much work as we thought it would. I would highly recommend.

The dryer was damaged & it is taking forever to get it resolved. The connection kit was also left off the order and when I inquired about it I was given a credit in the estimated amount it will cost to get one and was told to go to a local store and just buy one. Really? I would just like the replacement part to fix the dryer & be done w/ this.

I purchased a high-end combination wall oven unit from Goedeker's and it's great. However, their shipping company was a little iffy because it took them three weeks to deliver the product. As far as the delivery, Goedeker's can try and find another trucking company that’s a little more responsive.

The Goedeker's buying experience was top-notch. Nicole was especially helpful in pointing me to a trim rebate from GE. I can't say the same for the cooktop - it was defective straight out of the box. GE has offered assistance, but are moving slow.

GE Slide in Range - It arrived within 10 days of placing the order in perfect condition. Someone contacted us to schedule the delivery and it arrived during the time frame given. The double ovens and gas range work great. Goedeker's had the best price on this item. Super happy with the purchase.

Everything was spot on perfect. Shipping and delivery was painless, they even brought the items into the garage (not the curb) without having to ask. Extremely pleased with this transaction so far. We are still remodeling the kitchen so our order has not been taken out of the cartons yet, but so far everything is good.

I was a little reluctant to buy a major appliance online. However, when I saw the owner of the company publish his e-mail address on the website, that was a major motivator for me. The delivery folks were timely and polite. They removed the packing so I could check for damages. I would not hesitate to buy from this company. How many companies are willing to put out the name of the owner/manager? Not many.

We feel like we found the best deal available for the oven we liked. Your customer service was very helpful over multiple phone calls. Delivery went smoothly and the guys even brought it right up to my kitchen area, even though we paid for the regular shipping cost. The only criticism I had was your website indicated 5-7 business days is the usual expectation for when an item should "leave" your shop. It took 21 calendar days from the day we purchased the oven until it was here. Not counting Sundays, that sounds more like 13-14 business days until it left the store. I spoke w/ customer service and understand your logistics to out of state purchasers. When I asked her "is this normal?", she very kindly replied "yes actually it is". You should definitely broaden the advertised shipping range on your website, as we felt misled in that regard. All things considered we are really enjoying the oven and appreciate how considerate everyone was at your store.

I ordered the Lindo bookcase for my husband for Christmas because in the description it said that it can hold 90 comic books per shelf. When we received it, he built it and we found out that the shelving space is too small for any comic books and is more of a Blu-ray media unit. Since I ordered this for comic books I called the customer service support and asked if I could return it. I could only return it if I paid for the shipping back ($80.00) even though it was false advertising and I was dissatisfied with the product. I had to call customer support 3x because I kept getting hung up on. The last time, the gentleman was very helpful and had me transferred to who I needed to talk to about returning the bookcase. I would of been satisfied with my experience if I could of returned it without the additional cost since it failed to do the one thing I bought it for, hold and store comic books.

I ordered a refrigerator. It was on back order and I received great communication on the status. Also, not only was it the lowest price I could find, when it arrived with a small dent, they were quick to address the issue!

We got an amazing deal on a set of beautiful dining room chairs! They also get an A+ for quality. The chairs are sturdy and well built with high quality material. We did have a small issue with one of the chairs being delivered with a coffee stain and another two with small tears. We contacted customer service, and they took care of us hassle-free. We had new chairs quickly delivered. I am usually hesitant about ordering from a company that I have not heard of before - we just found them by googling chairs online. However, you don't need to hesitate with this company. I will be using them again!

Their price match guarantee isn't worth the paper it is printed on. After shopping for days and searching online I purchased our living room set online from Goedeker's, I felt comfortable looking at reviews and their website. 30 minutes after making my purchase I found it online for $300 cheaper. At first they wouldn't call me back to discuss saying they were "busy" then after I called again they called me back but refused to price match because the other online merchant wasn't "nationally recognized like Home Depot." That's odd. Goedeker's isn't nationally recognized either, why compare themselves to Home Depot? Oh well, live and learn. Will never buy anything from them again!

Very good experience, able to track online with the tracking assigned number. There was very friendly service with the shippers and easy ordering on the web. They put the appliance right inside the house and were fast and courteous. Easy to understand instructions for accepting delivery as well. You're doing it right, best price and shipping right from the company. I would definitely buy from this store again and would recommend to others.

Enjoying our new Whirlpool refrigerator. Holds a lot. Door shelves is very handy for more frequently used items. Love the freezer drawer - our frozen goods don't fall out every time we open the freezer. Refrigerator more convenient on top since used more frequently.

When I called in to see if they would price match an oven that I wanted, he said "no problem". I ordered the oven and a chest/coffee table. Both items were delivered with no damage and I believe I could not find a better price on both items. I will definitely buy from them again.

We ordered a dining table with set of 4 chairs. One of the chairs had a faulty stretcher that goes at the bottom of the seat. I called in the customer service hoping they would send in a replacement. They were very prompt and we got the replacement for free within few days.

I ordered fridge, dishwasher, induction stove and microwave with the understanding that I was going to be home for a month and then away for a month. I was told there were a couple backordered and nothing would be shipped until everything arrived in at least 6-8 weeks. They had the dates when I would not be home and I was assured that shipment would be outside those dates. Not a problem. Then 10 days before my departure everything arrived at the warehouse and I was notified they are en route and will arrive in 3-7 days. No problem. However, the shippers had delays and I was told they would arrive 1 day after I am gone. Now we had a problem! I called the Goedeker's staff and they worked with the shippers and were able secure 30 days free storage.Today my shipment was delivered and everything is in great shape. Thank you for working with me! Overall a very good buying experience with some great savings!

This was my first experience with ordering a large household item/appliance on line. The price was unbeatable so I decided to take a chance, and I was very happy with Goedeker's customer service. However, the shipping company left something to be desired. My water heater arrived just when Goedeker's had said it would, but the delivery company failed to notify me of delivery in advance so I ended up waiting another 6 days before delivery could be attempted again since nobody was home to accept the delivery, but the delivery man was very courteous and helpful when it was delivered. He uncrated the item so my elderly mother could inspect it as required in the shipping policy and waited for her to complete her inspection before signing off on the item. Thank you, Goedeker's for a job well done. I will consider doing business with you again.

I have been having problems with my LG ref 3 months after I had it and have continued having the same problem. Every time this happens I have to throw food away. I have called your company about this and now that it's out of warranty there is nothing that can be done. I have contacted LG to get a replacement and have been told no. I am beyond frustrated!!! Now I find out one of the parts are on back order. The holidays are here again and I can't keep food in this unit. I have been waiting over 3 weeks, again.

Love the chair and I got it for a greater deal than other businesses were offering. The ordering process was easy and the delivery team was courteous and efficient. The customer service team was on top of their game and were very kind and helpful.

Very well done. Item came in earlier than expected. Everything else was as expected. We ordered a wall gas oven that has the self cleaning feature. It was easy to install and everything works Well. The price was well below local dealers.

Found it locally for $50 less but would have had to pay sales tax so came out even. Good email updates. One a week after ordering about when Goedeker's would get it in stock although I thought it was when I ordered it. Another week, got another email when it shipped and with whom. And another week and it was delivered. Please be aware AM Trucking does not ask you when you want it delivered. They send you an automated email with a delivery date and time. You can't get a live person at AM to change it but on the plus side, they did deliver exactly on time. I am pleased with the product so all well that ends well and I will now know what to expect if I order from them again.

We had a double oven that had gone out and we were looking for a particular one that fit my wife's needs. When we found out that Goedeker had the right one and it was in-stock, it was just a matter of ordering it. My wife did that and it was a simple enough process. They said that they could get it here which was good. The oven was what we were looking for to replace our double oven that had gone out and the cost seemed fair enough for us. Our experience with them was real short and sweet. We had a need and they had the product and they got it shipped right out. So everything worked well and we wouldn't have any problem recommending them if somebody asked.

My experience with Goedeker's was fairly positive. I ordered exactly what I wanted from the website, waited a few days (then a few days more) for them to acknowledge the order, then waited several more weeks for it to arrive. I'm glad that I wasn't really in a hurry for a new fridge. On the plus side, I was able to get a very good deal when compared to the local appliance and home improvement stores.

I didn’t know about Goedeker's then. Since I’m a big review person, if it’s something that I’ve never heard of, I always put in the name and then hit reviews. So I did. They seemed to have very good reviews, and their prices were very good too. I needed appliances so I decided to purchase from them a washer/dryer, range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Their online ordering process was easy and their appliances were good. However, I had one question and I emailed them, but I never heard back. I figured it out anyway, but I was a little upset about it. Nonetheless, it was all worked out within the next week. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a wonderful time purchasing four new kitchen appliances with our sales rep David. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and listened to my wants/needs. We walked through a number of options and he helped guide us to the final decision. He even made sure we could take advantage of several rebates, saving us even MORE than the already low Goedeker's price. We did pay extra for the white glove delivery service, which we felt wasn't much value. The delivery guys seemed confused about this when they arrived. This would be the only low point of the experience.

Great customer service and they have the best price on new appliances! Will definitely recommend to others. All appliances arrived on time and undamaged. Lots of rebates are available with new appliance purchases, and Goedeker's customer service will walk you through them all. I ended up with $950 in rebates. Great company! 5 STARS.

I purchased an LG washer (WM3570HVA) at what I felt was a very good price. Five days later, the washer was delivered, and we've been very happy with it ever since. I'm very pleased with the whole process and am very glad I purchased it from Goedeker's.

The only thing holding me back from a 5 star rating was a 29 business day wait for delivery. This was our first transaction with Goedeker's and I was not familiar with the fact that the website did not list the items as on back order or not in stock. I was able to order and pay and then received the back order notices. I do realize they are at the mercy of the supplier, but the website should be able to keep a real time inventory. I would still recommend them to a friend as they had the best pricing ($100 Goedeker's online coupon, manufacturer's rebate and free shipping over a certain price) and they did answer the phone when I would call in to check on the delivery. The delivery service cut open each box, so I could inspect the appliances before I signed for the delivery.

We purchased a refrigerator and were very impressed with the website when selecting/comparing the products, the customer service when asking questions and ordering the product. One of the things that really stood out was the pricing and in our case no sales tax which really saved a lot. We opted for the white glove delivery which was also very impressive. They were professional. I will definitely look to Goedeker's when purchasing another appliance.

We had ran into a few issues while placing our order due to things being on back order. We paid for white glove delivery on our entire order however, we ended up only being able to apply the white glove delivery on part of our order because of a few back order. We had to wait a month until we received our washer dryer. However, I recognize that this was out of Goedeker's control. Overall, everything worked out for the most part but it would have been awesome if we could have had Goedeker's extend the white glove delivery to the other half of our order since the back order wasn't our fault either.

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of an LG dishwasher. I searched locally and online for the best price. Not only did I find the dishwasher at nearly 50% off from Goedeker's, Goedeker's offered a $100 rebate for my particular item. Goedeker's is my new 'go to' online store - surpassing even my happy place - Amazon!

The customer service at Goedeker's was wonderful! The staff was very pleasant and nice! The Weber Genesis Grill arrived with absolutely no issues. It traveled all the way to New Jersey from Missouri. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family!! Awesome company!

I was shopping for a propane refrigerator online and found the model we wanted at Goedeker's. They had the best available price. Nathan was very helpful in answering my questions. The unit was purchased for use in a remote access cabin with no delivery service due to severe road conditions. We had it delivered to our home from which we took it to the cabin in a pickup truck. I scheduled a shipping date with Nathan which would allow for a convenient delivery date. Unfortunately, the person who actually notified the warehouse to ship the unit shipped it to us about 10 days early, making for some unnecessary scrambling on our end. The packaging was excellent and it arrived in good condition. It is now installed and checked out. Everything seems satisfactory. Overall, we had a good experience with the one scheduling glitch.

I bought a Washer and Dryer the first week of October from Goedeker's and as of today Nov 8 I still have not been able to hook them up, due to the shipping company losing my stacking kit. My laundry room is limited in space, so this piece is a must. Customer service has been very friendly and helpful, but everything is taking far too long. The delivery company showed up a day early from which we had scheduled. This was a problem since nobody was home. I had to rush out of work as did my wife to take care of this, since they were just going to leave the units on the side of the road. The shipping company was then going to bring the stacking kit (that they didn't drop off with the washer) the following day, so I stayed home from work to be there to sign for it, but they never showed up. Now the stacking kit is lost, and I'm still waiting for a new one to be shipped out

I purchased a table from Goedeker's that I saw at Ashley's Furniture for $200 more. I am very satisfied with my purchase and it is absolutely beautiful. The quality was everything that I expected. I would start my shopping here first next time instead of last.

Not super impressed with this company. Ordered an appliance over two weeks ago, it has still not shipped. Sent an email to customer service over a week ago, never received a response back. Called customer service and they were not able to tell me when it will ship.

Fantastic! I shopped around at our local stores and found the same unit priced within $10 of each other. With the savings resulting from no sales tax plus the discounted price I saved nearly $500. Curb delivery was a bit of a hassle but well worth it. I have recommend you to others and will continue to do so.

Thrilled with the product. Expected delivery would take much longer but actually a short period of time. I gave 5 stars to you and my only suggestion is that the delivery would have been done by people who were physically able to move the furniture. The sofa was dropped off the truck on its side purposely to get it off the truck. The 2nd person made no attempt to help take it off the truck (a little concerned that there might be unseen damage).

We ordered over the phone with a stated need for prompt delivery. Order placed 10-13, notice from staff that order processed and should arrive at your warehouse in 72 hrs. That would have been anywhere from 10-17 to 10-19 depending on how a weekend was counted. After calls to customer service, was told it was to arrive on 10-24. Got Nicki involved, she worked on it and determined that it actually shipped from your warehouse on 10-24, we got it on 10-27. Had we know it would take 2 weeks to get order, might not have placed it, or would certainly have gone for something in your warehouse stock.

Followed the advice of the previous customers who all said Goedeker's was wonderful. THEY WERE ALL RIGHT! Oven and icemaker arrived on time. I chose the white glove service and was happy (except, watch the guys who unload, careless). I have recommended to several people!

Arrival date was innacurate. Supposed to arrive in a few days. Took a month instead. Felt mislead by this experience. Came in very good condition though. The order kept getting delayed and there should have been greater transparency from the beginning.

Fast delivery common carrier delivery. No issues. Didn't need to give my money to a non-Christian firm or pay sales tax. Excellent Bosch dishwasher! Best price on net and nice to find a hard to find model that my local deal did not even carry! A+.

Ordered the fireman costume for my son. He's 4 and I ordered the 4-6. The pants were a little long, but we rolled them up. He loved the suspenders and the jacket. Very well made and very thick material. We received many compliments on it.

I ordered my items on 9/29. The following day, 9/30, I was told that they were on back order until mid October. Mid October rolls around, they tell me they are on back order until mid/late October. Late October rolls around, they tell me that one of my items came in, but the other is on back order until late October. On 10/28, they inform me that my items are on back order until the week of 10/31. On 11/3 I gave them a call, and they inform me that one of my products has been discontinued.

This is the worst piece of merchandise I have ever ordered. I have sent several emails and pictures only to have them come back undeliverable. The chairs were falling apart, the wood was scratched. I should have gone with my first instincts of ordering from Wayfair or Amazon like I normally do. Due to your lower price I figured I would try your company. Never again! Nor will I refer you to friends and colleagues. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering online as much as I do.

I had been searching for a while around Goedeker’s website, and I kept putting items in my shopping cart. But then I noticed they would disappear, and I think it’s because I was just signed up as a guest. Every couple of days, I put them back in and asked myself if I really wanted them or if we were going to do the kitchen. I was a little hesitant in my purchase. Then one day, they completely disappeared. I couldn't even find them online any longer. So I called Goedeker’s in a panic, and asked where they went as I was going to buy them. The rep said that those were Samsung products and that their prices were so much cheaper than the big-box stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, and maybe Best Buy, that Samsung actually made them remove their pricing off the internet.

Needed a replacement white microwave/oven assem to fit into cabinet opening. Searched all over and only found a couple that would fit without major work - Goedeker's had a Whirlpool (our favorite brand). They had much better prices by far & great service.

We needed a new water heater. After much research, I decided on a GE GeoSpring Hybrid water heater. After searching our local dealers, big box stores and the internet, the best deal out there was from Goedeker's. I placed the order, the unit was delivered and I installed it. Everything went perfectly. The ice machine was delivered in perfect condition. I installed it without major problems. I could not find the warranty in the packaging but I called Goedeker's and the information was sent to me. All in all a fine experience. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Would not say I'd use Goedeker's again. Ordered 2 products, one was delivered damaged to the delivery company and then back ordered and during this time the other seemed to be held hostage. I couldn't get them to ship the other one until I cancelled the order which then I was told I couldn't cancel because it was at the delivery company. In the meantime had already ordered both from another appliance company and they had both items on the dock to be processed so was a little miffed as to why one was back ordered here at Goedeker's. After calling and explaining the situation the other appliance company cancelled the one Goedeker's would not so I finally got both appliances. Customer Service at Goedeker's even called and emailed me an extended 10 year warranty on the compressor for my troubles "which is standard on the appliance". I choose, guess they thought they'd given me something of value.

Lead time was longer than quoted but honestly I expected this considering my location. The savings was well worth the wait and the installation was very easy. After shopping all the big box stores and our local brand source retailer the wait was well worth it!

We were in the market for a new stainless-steel, counter-depth, french-door refrigerator. After extensive Googling and research we decided on a LG model. From there we began comparing prices and Goedeker's was far & away the most competitive we found. In fact the substantial savings compared to other retailers allowed us to add a maintenance package and still come in at or below pricing from big-box stores. Beside a short backorder wait, the ordering and delivery process went smooth. One beautiful new fridge later, we're satisfied customers!

Goedeker's did a good job given all the issues with my order. Goedeker's do not hold inventory, they just contact supplies for you to placate order. My order was given a wrong shipping address by the supplier. Goedeker's did an amazing job to get a new item shipped out to me. No one took responsibility - and I was not compensated at all for the headaches and tons of phone calls I had to make on this order.

Warranty company couldn't find a service repair company to Warranty my stove (only an hour from Reno, NV). It took me three weeks before I was able to resolve issue. Very unreliable and I had to constantly badger them to get anywhere. Good thing was Goedeker's held up to their promise and issued a refund. Had some missing part when first delivered and Goedeker's got right on it. Manufacturer had parts within a couple days. Long story short Goedeker's gets 5 stars. Extended warranty gets 1 star. So if you're in a highly populated urban area you most likely won't have a problem. However I did ask about this issue before I purchased the warranty. Hope this helps.

Ordered Bosch Tall Fridge and 18" DW as well as Bertazzoni 24. Chose white glove delivery and was excellent! My only complaint would be that when I ordered the Bertazzoni I was informed that there was a special free vent hood also. I later learned that the special was actually either/or an over the range microwave which would have been my option had I been given the choice.

I needed my new appliance and when I placed the order, I wasn't made aware that the item was on backorder. When I was informed the item was on backorder, the price had increased here and at other competitors, so I felt trapped into waiting. Then the estimates were exceeded, but I continued to feel trapped. I received a hand-written card from Goedeker's, which was nice. However, the note missed the point of my dissatisfaction. I wasn't seeking an explanation for why the item was on backorder (which they were happy to explain), I was seeking an explanation for why that information wasn't made available to me before I purchased (which they have yet to explain). Yes, I would have made a different purchase if I had known that the item was on backorder, but I would likely have returned for a future purchase. Now I will never purchase from Goedeker's again due to the misleading information.

I recently purchased an LG refrigerator from Goedeker's and, as always, the process from purchase through delivery was flawless. Although I live in California, I always purchase appliances from Goedeker's - refrigerator, washer/dryer, stove - because they have the best prices, excellent customer service, and flawless delivery all the way to the west coast. My daughter wanted the retro red microwave and Goedeker's was the only one that has it in stock and for a cheaper price than anywhere else. I ordered it online and she seems to be enjoying the microwave and loves it. The delivery team was friendly. The item came through FedEx but they didn't just leave it at my door. I purchased a washer online from Goedeker's based on the competitive price and received shipment to my door in 10 days. The reason I can't give 5 stars is my shipping cost me $25 despite paying for a $598 washer (website states orders over $500 are free shipping). I realized this about a week after I placed the order and after a phone call they reimbursed me $75 (based on current price 5 days later) of the $99 I was charged when I placed the order. I chose this company based on the final price which included the free shipping but missed that the shipping had been added in the final invoice.

Headboard was just what I expected. Was a little difficult to put together but once I got a friend to help, came along nicely. Ordering was easy and I believe shipping was even free. As pictured and arrived on time. Didn't need to contact customer service.

This Bosch double wall oven arrived in perfect condition. We have used it for over 2 years and we have been very pleased. A mistake Bosch made was to leave out very important info in their manual. We used the self-cleaning top oven for the first time near 2 years. The inner glass panel shattered! Finally we were able to talk with a Bosch engineer who told us that the self-cleaning should be done within the first 4 months, then every 6 months thereafter. He explained that an invisible film builds up on the glass which will cause heated glass the shatter, regardless on a clean oven.

We originally ordered this coffee table from Ashley Home Furnishings, who changed the delivery of our order 4 times before we cancelled with them. Goedeker's was able to get us the same table and was upfront that the table was on backorder from the Ashley Manufacturer. They always kept us updated on the status of the product and were much more helpful than Ashley Home Furnishings. I know that the product came from the same manufacturer but am much happier with the services we received from Goedeker's. We will definitely go through Goedeker's for future orders. Their customer service is outstanding!

Was told item was in stock and then told a week later it was on back order. Impossible to get a hold of customer support on the phone, when I did I was informed that Goedeker's is not a furniture company but rather, an intermediary. There's no stock, no warehouse. What a useless company! Had I known I would've ordered the item elsewhere and had it delivered on time. By the time I found out, the item was out of stock everywhere! Will never order from Goedeker's again!

Oh so many problems with this company. They lied about backorder times. They changed the delivery date multiple times AFTER contacting me that it would ship. They only got me my item by pulling someone's order that was placed AFTER mine.

I was price shopping for a range, found Goedeker's on the internet and they have a great price. I purchased a stove and so far the experience with Goedeker's has been very well. I haven’t been able to install the stove yet because of plumbing concerns, but so far so good. I've checked their website for other things that I've needed and so far, hadn’t found anything. But I think I would do it again.

My order was originally back ordered, which I understand. When the delivery finally arrived Goedeker's shipped the wrong microwave. I was then forced to wait another week. As a result I pleaded to at least give me a discount for setting my home project back and causing me to cancel a family gathering. The response was NOTHING!

The slipcovers I received were not designed for my exact sofa and loveseat, but fit very well. The seaming and fabric is excellent and the durability is clear. I love the color (very pale gray, almost linen color). The packages arrived well packed and quickly. I am very happy with this purchase. My living room is now much brighter and cooler looking.
