The installers arrived on time and ready to work. They showed us the LVP that they were going to install. We approved and they quickly, quietly and neatly removed the existing carpet and laminate flooring. Once they began installing the flooring, the two men worked together really well. Before we knew it, the flooring was in place and was done so perfectly, fitting it neatly around molding and edged it against our cabinets. We couldn’t be happier. Would definitely use National Floors Direct again! Thank you.

National Floors Direct did an exceptional job with our home. The old carpets in the two bedrooms, these were replaced (simply awesome) and The installers were terrific and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. All old carpet and waste was taken away. The bedrooms carpets look amazing, definitely would work with again with future projects.

My experience with National Floors Direct was flawless. I asked for a quote and Pierre came over a day later and brought us a deal that was a bit out of our range. I was just looking for a quote and this was my first. Then he contacted the owner and offered me a deal that made me think there was no reason to receive any more quotes and I need to lock this in. The next week two installers arrived and knocked out the job in a day. The carpet was much nicer installed than it was viewing a small sample. We had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct. We were able to get quality carpeting for our 3 bedrooms and stay within our budget. Right from the start with scheduling our estimate, our sales experience, and installation day all went professionally and smoothly. Even the carpeting in the closets went in with no seams! National Floors Direct recently completed installation of carpeting in one room and vinyl planking in another. The whole process from start to end was easy and professional. After my initial request for a quote, I quickly received a call to setup an appointment. The salesman arrived punctually at my home for an in-home appointment with plenty of samples. NFD was able to beat the price I received from another “bring the store to your home” company by a wide margin. On the day of installation the team arrived on time.

In general, my interaction with National Floors Direct has been overwhelmingly positive. Setting up an appointment for a home visit was a straightforward and swift process. The sales representative arrived punctually and didn't exert too much pressure, which I appreciated. A few days before, I had received a quote from a different company, but I found National Floors Direct's wood laminate choices more appealing. Not only did they match the competitor's price, but they also threw in an additional 20-year warranty. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the overall experience.

Do not use this company. In the beginning everything went well starting with the salesman. We picked out the color of LVP we wanted and went ahead an purchased the taller baseboards. We were told that there would be no quarter round installed anywhere in the house not even in our kitchen where the cabinets were set on top of the tile that needed to be removed as well as tile removal in the foyer. Proceeded on to close the deal when I presented the quote I had from another contractor which wasn’t beaten by NFD it was actually about $700 more which is why their gimmick “Or it’s Free” is a joke. Installers show up on a supposedly one day job about 10 a.m. on a Friday and had no idea that there was tile removal so they had to rent one. Installers did not speak any English whatsoever and had to rough translate through the phone.

The response time of the quote with a very professional sales agent till the installation was seamless. The installation team did a fabulous job. From start to finish both the salesman and install team were excellent. This is what customer service used to be like. Everyone made sure they met our needs and that we were happy. I would recommend this company. They moved all my furniture and removed the old carpet. They took the old stuff away and made sure all my furnishings were where we wanted them.

We were in need of carpet for the stairway of the townhome to which we had recently moved. I contacted several flooring companies in the area and National Floors Direct (NFD) was the first to respond. Others responded after a day or so, but we had already booked an appointment with NFD, who was able to accommodate a Saturday morning appointment the very next day. We had a quote from another local flooring company ready so that we could compare pricing.

I truly loved the experience. From the salesman to the install these gentlemen were extremely professional, clean, and meticulous in their work. The installers were very self conscious. They moved our furniture and put back, they cleaned up after themselves and after each room got our approval. When they left they made sure that our satisfaction was high. They truly had pride in their work.

The sales rep was fantastic. She came in and was very pleasant. Then she took measurements and informed us about the background of NFD. Since I work for William Raveis in Brookline I appreciated the fact that NFD is a family owned co. She also brought in several samples and explained the different types as well as price range. We selected the carpet that day, which was a Friday and they came the following Monday and removed the old carpet and installed the new. They were all extremely polite and pleasant and very diligent in cleaning the floor before they put the new carpet down. I would highly recommend them.

My sales representative Chris ** was amazing! He arrived on time (within the given window) and took the time to get to know me and my style just enough to show me the perfect flooring. He also was aware of my budget and didn't show me anything that was too far out of that range. He was able to show me flooring in 3 different price points and I was able to choose my favorite from all 3 before knowing what the price point was. Chris was confident in he knowledge and extremely courteous. On September 2, 2023, installers came to replace carpet with vinyl flooring at my roommate's and my house. It took all day and it took all of daylight to put the house back together. The next day we got up and continued where we left off. As I was putting my long dresses away in my closet, the closet door floor tract holder fell out and my doors almost fell on me!! After I got the door off me and leaning against the wall I noticed that in order to get the tract back onto the vinyl since it's bolted down into the concrete, they glued it on and dislodged the screws holding onto the tract's base!! Upset about that already & already taking pictures, my roommate goes outside on the porch to tidy it since the installers staged everything on the front porch and practically screams my name. I run outside and there is a half moon hole in our plastic window frame of our right sidelight window that wasn't there the morning before. We lost it.

The end result exceeded all of my expectations. The installers were very professional and confident. They knew what they were doing and finish it all in one day. I like the carpet. It was done with efficiency. I have used National Floors Direct two times in the past 12 months. First time they arrived on time. They also make sure via email or text to remind you of the appointment. Staff is friendly. Same with the second installation. The only thing they did arrive 3 hours late without notifying me but they did apologize for that - maybe because of the weather.

What happened: 1) Company wanted 100% of the money before they would start the work. 2) No show/no call 5 times. I had to call to see where installer was. 3) Terrible work!!! They have been back now 3 extra times to fix problems and still things are wrong. It's been more than 3 months this has gone on. 4) They have damaged my bathroom and closet and refuse to address the money they have cost me because of what they have done.

If I could give negative stars I would!! This is a copy of an email I sent during the time they were installing my floors... Again I am having to try to communicate with your company's management. I called yesterday with NO call back from Alex!! On Thursday July 20, 2023 National Floors was scheduled again to come and complete my floors within the last TWO MONTHS! There were 4 additional areas that still needed tile. (Near the family room sliding glass door, family room wall between the two sliding glass doors, at the end of the kitchen counter, and at the front door). They used the wrong color grout throughout these areas. They used a WHITE grout and the rest of the house is light GRAY!!! It looks horrible and needs to be fixed to the correct color.

I love working with National Floors Direct, loved the service and the quality of the work. The installer were very good and they finished the job on time. This is my 2nd experience with them and I am very pleased. I did my kitchen floor 2 years ago and this summer did my basement carpet--They look so nice and affordable.

Floors are bubbling up after only one year. Customer service couldn’t care less. Poor install from people who can’t even speak a lick of English. They broke my closet door as well. Stay away from these guys.

We originally purchased a mohawk carpet from NFD 2021 and it had to be replaced September 2022. Their sale man picked it out it for the stairs going to finished basement. We told him the stairs and walkway to the workout room/washer and dryer in basement are high traffic areas. This carpet is a perfect choice. Less than a year later NFD had to replace due to stairs and walkway have no design. It looks like gray carpet. The rest of the room perfect, no one goes down there. I have emailed and called NFD starting may 2023 and nothing. No claims. I asked to speak to claims department. The customer service said they will be in touched.

I was very impressed and satisfied with National Floors Direct from the moment they showed up to install my carpet to when they left. They were very kind, thorough and moved all of my furniture and placed it back exactly where it went. They did a great job and I LOVE my new carpet. For over a year we had heard NFD commercials on the TV. So, when we decided it was time for us to carpet one of our bedrooms, we called their number. No wait time! We scheduled an appointment with ease for their representative to come to our home with samples. The sales rep who came did a great job advising us which carpet to choose. He was very friendly and also gave us a great price including discounts.

National Floors Direct did everything they said they were going to do right from the start. First, the pricing was exactly what they advertised. Secondly, the install went beautifully. Third, there was follow up to see if the flooring was up to my standards. Lastly, they provide financing so I could pay over time.

Our experience with National Floors Direct was excellent. The sales person spent a great deal of time explaining the process and securing a good price for us. Everything happened as described. The installers were punctual, courteous, neat and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend National Floors Direct to friends and family. On June 28th I put in a order with David **. He came out to my apartment and gave me a quote on some laminate floors. I gave him a deposit of $880.00 dollars. He was so busy talking around everything except telling me I can cancel and the expectations on a cancel order.. Customer service said I will be responsible for the balance.. I first can't get my money back and then I gotta pay 30% of the balance. See you in small claims court.

The sales consultant was friendly & knowledgeable about the various products. The installers were very professional, friendly, and on time. They did an excellent job in installing the floors in my master bedroom & Guest bedroom. They moved the small furniture and replaced it back when they were finished installing. I was also very satisfied with the pricing and the satisfied with the pricing and discount. I would recommend National Floors Direct for your next flooring project.

On April 12, 2023 tile was brought to my home to install by National Floors Direct Inc. and it did not have the high gloss finished that we were told it would have. When I spoke to "Kevin" at National Floors and told him that the tile was wrong and not high gloss, he told me that it would "shine up after being placed and cleaned". This was a lie!! The installers insured me that it would not. I have texts to prove that I wanted to make sure that the AT 31 tile was shiny and we were told and even showed samples that it would be. Several calls were made with Kevin and he still tried to lie to us that the matte finish tiles would be glossy once installed and cleaned! We KNEW better, Thank God!

They worked will with me to arrange a day and time for the salesman to come to my house. These guys are fraud. Don't ever place order with them. They will get contract signed by you which says no refund or cancellation and then they will take all the money in advance before installation and then blackmail you during installation and will bring very bad quality product for installation. So far, after my contract was already signed, I’ve had to pay an additional $1200 for them to complete the job and it’s still not complete! The install has been an awful process, they already need to come back out to fix things and their management and customer service only care about themselves, their money and not the customer!!! I recently installed flooring because I had two disabled dogs who had frequent accidents that were ruining my wood floors. I called NFD and scheduled an in-home estimate. The flooring specialist recommended a vinyl flooring that laid over the wood floors so they could be uncovered down the road and safe from damage. He gave me options at several price points and helped me pick a good match for the rooms. The installers did a great job, were courteous and cleaned up well. Scheduling was very easy with no wait. They even called me to check if I wanted to have it done earlier than I asked because they had availability. Also, financing was great - no interest for one year. I’m very pleased with the process and the final result.

I had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed and the transition strips they installed in the 3 places necessary they did NOT use the bottom piece of the T transition pieces! After 7 months they started lifting and loose. After pulling them up to find out the problem, we saw they just siliconed & puttied the top strip down to the carpet and flooring! This was ridiculous and unacceptable. Contacted customer service and instead of setting up a repair or offering to reimburse me for the cost to fix it properly the customer service representative chuckled and said, "No it’s been too long." Yet I saw on the website they would make any needed repairs within a year! This was before my year had come. They do shoddy work and you don’t know it until it fails and they don’t care! Do yourself a favor, don’t trust them! If you do use them you better stand over their shoulder throughout your entire installation to make sure they’re doing it correct!

My experience with NFD was positive from start to finish. I had just moved into my home and really needed my floors done in two rooms before I could settle in. My consultant Chris was absolutely amazing. He was personable, a good listener and not pushy or overbearing (a problem I have experienced with other companies). National Floors Direct did an exceptional job with our home. The sellers had old vinyl tiles and these were replaced with Luxury Vinyl (simply awesome) and all the carpet was replaced on two sets of stairs, family room and 2 bedrooms. The installers were terrific and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. All old carpet, padding and waste was taken away and they left the extra carpet and vinyl in case I need it.

The salesman Gary ** lie about the cost. He told me a cost but wrote on the paper a different price and left out material that was needed to do the job right and order wooded floor for the bedroom, when it should had been tile. They told me I had to pay for it. I ask can I told to him, they tell me they don't know his #, now how to a person work for a company, and they have absolutely no way to get in contact with, it cost me 700 dollars more, this is a company that will say anything to get the sale.

I saw a commercial on TV from NFD and contact them for a quote. I must say I was very please with the entire process. Got a call from them, schedule a date to come out, take measurements, explain of different carpet options, all the way down to the final cost, I was impress. Not only was the carpet in stock they got it installed 2 business days later. The installer was very professional and courteous and left the job site clean. He also help vacuum and question me on where I'll be laying the transition so he knows where to lay the end of the carpet. I thought that was nice so I don't have to go back and cut carpet when I'm ready to put the transition down. The end results was what we expected and I highly recommend using NFD again. 6 months ago I had National Floors Direct perform a large reflooring of our office building with LVT. The installation process was contracted out to subcontractors, who we had a number of issues with during the installation process, and left the building a mess after they were completed. 6 months later, we have noticed that some tiles are starting to lift up and crack... When calling NFD to address this, they are unwilling to come and correct the issue without having me spend several hundred dollars more to purchase new flooring materials. Their policy is that after 90 days, liability falls back on the customer for issues that arise, and are unwilling to acknowledge that this is something that shouldn't be happening so soon after having new flooring installed. Beware of this company if things go wrong with flooring after installation, as they are severely lacking in good customer service and standing behind their work.

Initial consultation was with an experienced person who was able to clarify the goals of the project. He was on time and professional in his assessment. Materials that were ordered were no longer available but the company was able to work with us to get appropriate substitutions without adding to the expense. This company literally stole our $140 deposit. Decided to cancel within the time limit for cancellation when we received a better price elsewhere. They insisted we snail mail a printed form to a Florida location (in the year 2023 when electronic means are readily available) and, even though I took the morning off from work to ensure it was placed in the mail and postmarked appropriately, they claimed it wasn’t. When I asked for proof of the postmark knowing it was done appropriately within the time limit, they refused and, similarly, the customer service representative on the phone refused to give his name or allow me to speak with a manager. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau but they deserve all the negative attention they receive. Absolutely disgusting how they scam their customers by stealing refundable deposits.

NFD arrived promptly for an in-home estimate. They had samples and gave me a few options. I went with Premium Vinyl Flooring and I got a good deal on the floors. My flooring choice was in stock and Installation happened the same week. The installers did a good job and they cleaned up very well when they were done. My kitchen and office look terrific. They did the closets and installed new quarter-round moulding. They moved my light furniture and appliances. I would recommend this company.

The experience was very smooth. One person came to get the measurement and showed us variety available in carpets and wooden flooring. Lots of options to choose from. Installation was done within a week and very professional team came on time, did the installation and white glove treatment for cleaning the house back to normal in 10 hrs in and out. We had 4 rooms, an entrance way and hallway that all needed to be installed with many turns and other challenges in an old house. The estimator was on time and professional. We had an installation done a few days later. The crew was in touch to confirm their arrival time. They worked efficiently and professionally. Brian the sales consultant was great, prompt, on time and professional. Leading up to the install, they sent numerous emails making sure the product I ordered was correct. Upon installation, the installers showed up early! They installed a beautiful floor exactly as we envisioned. The quarter round they trimmed out with was perfect.
