They went over all the different type of tiles we could use, explained the texture and what happens when things drop on it. Showed us different colors that would go with our room and gave us a suggestion. Worked with our schedule of availability due to the Jewish holidays. Very professional.

This is my first experience using National Floors Direct. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My salesman Ray was informative patient and stood by his word to beat the current quote that I had. The installers were neat and worked as a well-oiled machine. They did a wonderful job laying my luxury vinyl floor and an even better job of cleaning up after themselves. On 8/7/24, my wife and I had National Floors Direct come to our home. After several hours we selected a floor, gave a deposit check of $3,117 and confirmed an installation of 8/30. On 8/9, I reached out to the sales rep (B. Frederick **) explaining that our plumber quoted an astronomical amount to remove and reinstall bathroom fixtures for the new floors and we would have to cancel.

If I could do a negative star I would. Salesman showed me a sample and what was delivered was totally different. It is MY fault because that’s what I ordered and now I have to pay a 15% restocking fee before another salesperson will come back to show me more samples. Buyer BEWARE!!!! They want all the money upfront before they even walk in the door. My mistake that should have been a huge red flag!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about NFD. I started by just calling because I was curious about cost and options. The rep that came to my house Rayn ** was great. He took all measurements from 3 different rooms. We settled on doing just 2 rooms. He gave me lots of different options from cheap to high end carpet and vinyl. He didn't push anything on me and helped figure out what worked for us. Installation team was great. Came early and were done in 2 hours which included removal of the old carpet and having to move furniture around to get the job done and everything was put back where it belonged. Great experience. They beat the other places I was looking at too so I definitely felt like I got my money's worth with them.

After having a not so great experience with one of the big box stores, we contacted National Floors Direct for an option to replace the floors in our hallway two adjoining closets. The initial consultation was very good. The consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations. The day of the installation went fairly smoothly. Though the installation team admitted the job was complex so it took them a while to complete. However, we were happy that they took their time and the attention to detail was appreciated. VA salesperson Kuper arrived to our house at the end of Sept and took a check for half of the cost of a carpet that was discontinued. It wasn’t until the day before the promised install date that this company told me. I have been told at least 7 lies by this company with no option to cancel due to them holding my money hostage. Look the other way folks.

I’m very happy to have new floors, I am so excited about my new floors. No need for vacuuming anymore. The greatest thing about this is I don’t have to worry about water damage. No more carpet. And the floor is so nice to walk on. I can now clean it with ease.

Our initial sales call was awesome- Gage was in depth, patient and showed me all my options. The install was quick and our installers were professional kind and clean. Install took less than 2 hours and everything was back in place as it was before. NFD's follow up process to ensure we were happy has proven to show how much they care. I didn’t know what to expect because there were many moving parts as far as employees sales customer service, but it went extremely well. Had a pleasant experience working with National Floors Direct from the very beginning of my project! Not sure why I ever looked anywhere else to begin with! A very knowledgeable salesman man came out to my home to do a free in-home estimate the day after I called. He was able to work within my flooring preferences and also stay within my budget to plan out my new basement flooring plan and schedule installation for the following week. I even got a lower price because I was able to book the same day and put down a deposit. I had a few questions prior to installation day and anytime I called customer service they were friendly and helpful.

The contractor was very helpful and knowledgeable to let me see what I wanted and how it would look. He took his time. Measured everything. Explained the process. Actually had two carpet installations done recently, one at the house we are buying and one for the house we are selling. We are very pleased with both installations. The installers showed up on time. They worked the whole time they were there. They made sure we were satisfied with the install before they left. The house that we are buying had difficult stairs to do with thin spindles and it came out great. I did receive a gift card for doing this honest review but appreciate the opportunity to say job well done. Love the padding and stairs at our new house.

We recently used National Floors Direct to carpet three rooms in our house and the entire process was very smooth and easy. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and very professional. They arrived promptly at the initial appointment time and provided a large variety of samples to choose from. From start to finish National floors did a great job. The sales presentation was convincing. The Sales follow up was great. Installation went smoothly. Installation crew was professional. Quality and workmanship is excellent. They picked up old carpeting, debris after completion. The installation crew also vacuumed the new carpeting after installation.

I got my floors installed on 9/28-9/29. The crew started bright and early Saturday morning and worked all day. The 3 men that came to my home were courteous and respectful. He had a great selection of carpet samples with him. National Floors Direct has such a large selection of carpet in different colors and piles. We had our entire house floors redone. The laminate flooring is super nice, looks and feels just like wood. The carpet we got in our bedrooms is also very nice and one of the softest I’ve felt. My dog who has a literal Tempurpedic dog bed and chooses to lay down on the carpet instead. I can’t stress how awesome the floors are but I must mention that I am being compensated for my time with an Amazon gift card for my honest opinion.

The Crew that was sent to my home to install the Vinyl Flooring Are Excellent. First reason why, is the timing. I was given a e hour window that the installers would arrive at my house (7:30 am to 10:30am). The morning of the installation I received a phone call at 7:25 am, it was Chris ** the National Floor Direct installation Foreman letting me know that he was parked outside my front door and would wait for me to wake up and allow them inside to start their work. Little did he know that I was up at 6 in the morning because I was excited to have the new floor installed that I was up early.

Sales Rep Showed up at the start of the window given, bonus for not making me wait around half the day. Installers showed up at the start of the window they gave. Got to work. I left them alone and it didn't take them very long, cleaned up and done. We didn't spend a lot of time bonding and creating lasting memories but they were respectful and efficient. Clean install, everything is tucked and held down right. It's the experience you want when it comes to a carpet install, something you don't have to think about and doesn't take up much of your time or energy. We highly recommend National Floors Direct. We had used them in the past for a smaller job. At our new home, we needed to have our entire home finished with new floors. We went with the Pergo and could not be happier. They completed a living room, dining room, master bedroom, hallway and guest bedroom in ONE day. It was truly amazing. They finished everything with quarter rounds and it looked so professional and complete. Every little detail, even the intricate quarter round corners were done to perfection. They accommodated us with everything we needed, including putting new baseboards in the master bedroom because we had removed that prior to scheduling our floors to get done.

The workers were so kind and very clear in their explanations. They made sure to ask me what I wanted and they did great executing that plan. Unfortunately, I am taking one star off for the hole they left in my wall. They told me that damage to the home was possible, especially if no one was present during the installation, but I struggle to understand how a hole happened a good 6 inches above the floor line.

The crews for kitchen and living room were here within 20 minutes of each other. They were very professional and answered all our questions. The job was done very nicely and took them about 3 hours. They cleaned everything up and my house look wonderful when they finished. The crews came in and took up all the carpet and padding and then they replaced it with the new carpet and padding. They did it very nicely and very efficiently. The kitchen people came in and laid the new flooring over the old and then they put edging around the floor.

I decided on a floor and gave a deposit. The next day I changed my mind and wanted to cancel (contract states I have three days to do so). I am being dodge by the sales manager and customer service will not cancel for me. They will do everything they can to dodge you and keep your deposit. Do not give this Company a dollar, you won't see it again.

I was iffy about carpet but this company helped me find the carpet fit for my needs. I said not rough, itchy, or hard and they gave me the opposite which was everything I wanted. I am so happy with my new grey carpet. It’s nice and soft and I can sit on it without itching me.

You always hear how difficult it can be to have work done on your home encountering untrustworthy contractors, unexpected delays and prices through the roof. National Floors Direct was the complete opposite of what I expected! The sales rep Edgar showed up to my scheduled appointment on time to the tee, was extremely friendly, professional, showed me all of the options I requested and then some. He was patient, didn’t attempt to oversell me to get the most expensive items, and even took time to interact with my family during our sale! I was looking for a quick turnaround and they were able to accommodate me for the very next weekend.

Uneven with lips damaged wood floor installed. Damage to Home $16,000 as per insurance Co - which didn’t include the damaged floor installed. NFD guarantee - they never honored it. Don’t use them. Nightmare.

Floors look great. Received a phone call at 7:15 that they would be here by 7:30 AM. Men were professional and prompt. They began work immediately after confirming the color. The men worked quickly and efficiently. They had the entire rug ripped up so quickly, and everything was wrapped up and taken out to the truck before the blink of an eye once the new floors were completed, they asked me to come up and do an inspection. I confirmed the product to be installed. One guy unloaded the truck while the other started to removed the carpet. The new laminate wood floor was starting to be installed. The room took on a new life. The installers were father and son. The son was 17, but he was installing the laminate like a Pro. I didn't really know what kind of flooring I wanted, so they brought multiple samples and explained each to me and helped me decided what was good for what I wanted. They were punctual and quick. I was only doing my bottom floor and it was done in one day. They moved the big furniture for me and after thr job was done, put it back in its place. They cleaned up very well, you wouldn't even know that I had just gotten the entire bottom floor done in 1 day. I highly recommend them. Very satisfied customer.

Ordered carpeting from National Floors Direct, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company in a very long time. Received call from Chris informing us that he would be to our house in 30 minutes, he arrived in 25 minutes. I appreciate the promptness! Chris came in to see what furniture needed to be moved and got to work on it. Nothing was dragged across the floor everything was picked up to move it. Once he started removing the old carpet, I asked if I would have time to vacuum the dirt before new carpet came in; he said that was not necessary. They swept the big stuff and then vacuumed before new carpet came in. Once new carpet was installed, they again vacuumed everything. All of the furniture was put back in placed and I was asked if everything was ok. One bed appeared off center to me and Chris had no problem moving again. Be aware. The vendor came and he pretended to make phone calls to make sure the material Was locally on stock so my floor including stairs will be done within a week. After money collection (cashier check) by installers (prior to start), the flooring I chose supposedly was out of stock. Also the installers wanted more money to level the floor. The installers stop coming, left a mess in my house. Floors halfway installed. This was May 25th, 2024. Now they said they won’t come back until August 7th. In the meantime, I am having an exposed floor. Installer also took the doors off from my closets and did not set them back. Terrible experience. Do NOT recommend to anyone to do business with them. They got my money! I felt scammed by this company.

If I can leave 0 stars, I would. I had my in home estimate and as advertised they will beat their competitor's estimate by 15% or it’s free. The lowest estimate they gave me was $730 more than the competitor who had a comparable luxury vinyl. Not only that, but the guy that did my estimate pulled my credit even when I told him 4-5 times not to pull my credit. He said it was a pre-qualify and won’t pull my credit. Just to try to make the sale, I was extremely mad. When I called up, I kept getting bounced around between sales and customer service. Nobody could help with my situation and I spent over an hour on the phone going back and forth. I tried to speak to a manager and they are always busy and they said that the manager will call me back which they never did. Now I am furious. Thinking about getting a lawyer!!
