All four steps were efficient and therefore excellent. The rep National Floors sent to my house for measurements was quick, competent and made the payment registration easy to understand. The installers who installed the carpet were also quick, moved even the heaviest furniture, reassembling and assembling pieces, and had the room as it was before.

National Floors Direct sales representative was very professional and knowledgable. National Floors Direct contacted me immediately to discuss my installation and confirmed my appointment with the installers. Karen was very professional assisting me with ease moving my original installation date. Karen listen patiently to any concerns I had prior to the installation. The flooring company that National Floors Direct sent to install my floors was on time, very professional, and treated my home with respect plus cleaned up very well behind themselves. If needed, I will use National Floors Direct in the near future as well as refer others.

We recently had our floors done by National Floors Direct and overall, we had a very good experience. George was extremely helpful and made a very realistic negotiation on the price, which we truly appreciated. The installation scheduling process was hassle-free and very easy to coordinate. The installer who worked on our living room and kitchen was very efficient, hardworking, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving our house. The only downside was that he was working alone, so the job took until around 9 PM to finish. Aside from that, we are very happy with how the floors turned out. I also received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I saw a commercial on television for National Floors Direct and thought that I would set up an appointment because I have been looking at rugs for months. I could not believe how easy and professional the Sales Agent was. He brought in many samples and styles and even returned to his vehicle to get more to make sure I felt like I had made the right choice. He explained the payment process and what the installers would do. Moving the bigger pieces of furniture was a plus as I could not do that myself.

Very happy with the overall experience with National Floors Direct. From the initial quote through scheduling and installation, the whole process was handled efficiently and with good communication. I'd recommend negotiating the price a bit, as they seemed willing to be flexible and work with us. The installers stayed in touch regarding their arrival time, confirmed all materials before starting, and worked quickly and professionally. They left the area clean when they were done and even left the extra material behind in case we need it down the road.

National Floors Direct met my carpet and budget needs. Easy. Informed sales in home with samples and scheduling the same day. Installation was easy and on time. They carefully move my furniture and replace it perfectly.

NFD did a wonderful job. From the sales rep to the finished install, everything went well. Rep was knowledgeable and patient and very helpful. Install team was polite and respectful of my property. And my floors look great. Would definitely recommend this company.

My experience with National Floors Direct has been extremely disappointing. On April 22, 2026, I paid a $720.00 deposit for carpet and installation. Shortly thereafter, I decided to pursue a different option and submitted my cancellation in accordance with the company's cancellation policy. I also completed all requested documentation, including the cancellation notice and DocuSign forms.

The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the flooring looks amazing and completely transformed our home. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, which we really appreciated.

Zero stars! Between the Price gouging, defective product, installation nightmare and highway robbery on day of service I would never recommend this company. Contracts are emailed to the consumer a week later rather than the before the 3 days you have until cancel. The contracts is emailed without details of your order.

This is our second experience with National Floors Direct, and both experiences were very positive. From our initial sales meeting to the day of install, we were confident that we made the right choice. The installers were on time and very knowledgeable. They offered their input on how to lay the floor which turned out to be exactly what we wanted. I'm very happy with National Floors Direct and will use them again.

Updated on 04/09/2026: Instead of fixing serious safety hazards and damage they caused in our home, National Floors Direct chose to threaten us and attempt to bribe us with Amazon gift cards to remove our honest review. Our experience with National Floors Direct has been extremely frustrating and misleading from start to finish (still not complete). Their sales process relies on high-pressure tactics and “limited-time” discounts to push you into signing quickly. We signed on March 14, 2026, and once the contract was in place, the promises no longer seemed to matter.

I don’t leave reviews, but my experience with National Floors Direct was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share the details. My installation was originally scheduled for March 19, 2026, between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. However, at 11:30 AM, after I had already waited the entire morning, I received a call informing me that the installation could not be completed that day and must be rescheduled. After several more hours of waiting for confirmation, I was then told a crew would come on Saturday 23rd instead.

Scheduling and in home estimate was easy and worked with my schedule. The Salesman was very knowledgeable and straightforward with options. He was also very personable. The agreed price was consistent with my budget. The contractors that installed the flooring and carpet were courteous, and efficient. The end product was a vast improvement from previous and made me very happy! I would recommend National Floors Direct for your flooring needs even if they didn’t offer me a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

Buyer beware. While this company does use products from big companies. The customer service in Florida is very poor. The salesperson measured incorrectly, causing my install to be short on carpet, which caused the installers to patch all along the doorway. Which is not correct placement of seams. Also installer cut the carpet about 2 feet with his knife by accident. After a lot of attitude by service manager, they wanted to seam another patch in to correct all the mistakes. They require being paid up front with cash, so you end up with no recourse.

National Floors Direct did an excellent job installing the floors in my mother-in-law’s home. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. My mother-in-law is Deaf, and the team was incredibly flexible and thoughtful, especially when she needed to remain at home during the installation—something that understandably made their work more challenging. They handled this with patience and care, never making it feel like an inconvenience.

After we purchased our home, we needed carpeting in 2 bedrooms, an office, and living room at a reasonable price, along with vapor barriers for some asbestos tiles discovered underneath the previous carpet. We obviously had a lot of anxiety around finding someone who could do the job correctly and professionally, and were recommended National Floors Direct by a family member who had her carpet done and had nothing but nice things to say. The pricing was so good that we were able to pick out a nicer carpet brand than we initially had anticipated for the same price. The carpet was delayed in shipping, but NFD kept me up to date in scheduling and was willing to work with me to find a day that worked for us.

After Having a bad experience with a carpet company who took my deposit and gave me the runaround I was tired and frustrated. My daughter suggested that I call National Floors. I told the salesperson how I was treated by another carpet company and he told me to trust National Floors and I did. It was hard doing that because I still hadn’t received my deposit back as yet. I was in a new apartment and needed carpet before the Christmas holiday. National Floors came out to show carpet samples on a Monday and by the Wednesday morning my carpet was installed. They were very professional and they kept their word which meant a lot to me. My carpet looked beautiful for the Christmas holidays. Thank you National Floors. You are The Best Not Only by name and professionalism but by Honesty. Thank you.

We recently had laminate flooring installed in all four bedrooms of our house by National Floors Direct, and we are extremely happy with the results. Three installers arrived early in the morning and were very professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Since it had snowed earlier that day, the main installer took extra care to protect our home by cutting a long piece of carpet and laying it from the front door to the staircase. This allowed them to go back and forth between the house and the garage—where they were cutting the laminate—without tracking in dirt or snow. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out to us.

This was the best purchase I made so far! It was definitely worth the price and I love the color. It goes with what I have in my daughter's room, she likes Minnie Mouse so the pink fits right in. I recommend everyone use this company. I’ll definitely use them again for my living room area, thank you guys!!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received in having my floors changed out from carpet to laminate. Great experience. Price was amazing. We wanted to talk to someone on a holiday when we were both home. They were able to arrange a salesman. He was very thorough and listened to what we wanted for carpet. Was able to get installing in two weeks.

It was a quick reply for a free quote. The pricing was competitive pricing and the service was great. The quality of the product was exactly what we were looking for - and the warranty is a big incentive. The same day install and furniture moving was huge! I would highly recommend!

We purchased vinyl flooring just more or less a year ago, we asked the agent if flooring is good with people using a wheelchair, we called their call center. Told us to find a local people to do our flooring. We were told before that there's warranty, ( lifetime) that's we agreed to have them even if it's somehow pricey. DO NOT HAVE THEIR FLOORING PLEASE! IF I CAN GIVE THEM 0, I WANT THAT REVIEW.

Everything went reasonably well from beginning to end. We are very happy with our new basement LVP flooring as it looks great and has had no issues since installation. The contractors that came out did an excellent job and finished in only a few hours including removal of our old carpeting and moving large pieces of furniture. It's important to note that the quarter round that is provided only comes in white, but NFD & their contractor allowed me to paint them before installation which is very appreciated and saved us time and effort later. Overall, I would recommend them for speed, quality and pricing. Thank you!

I got a beautiful vinyl wood-grained floor that is water-resistant. The workers were prompt, courteous, and left no mess at all. Great job!

National Floors did an amazing job on our floors in the sunroom. The installers arrived early and had a ready-to-work attitude. They quickly transformed my sunroom and it now looks so amazing.
