Nat'l Floors Direct contacted me almost immediately after I reached out to them. The salesperson was informative and accommodating when deciding what I wanted and they had plenty of options. Finally the installers were professional and thorough. I loved the finished product and would recommend to other people if they are looking to re-do their floors and want a reputable profession company.

I am so happy with National Floors Direct! I have been searching for a flooring company with reasonable pricing and quality work. I finally came across this company. A sales rep came out guaranteed work and pricing. Surprisingly National Floors Direct beat all other estimates. I immediately booked one flooring job. I was so impressed. I booked a second job a week later. I highly recommend National Floors Direct.

We first had them do our 3 bedroom floors, they did such a great job we had them come back and do the entire house. The price was great, the service, installation & customer service was spot on. This is my first time using this company. Horrible vinyl plank installed. First the crew that installed the flooring was unprofessional. They spoke Spanish. They stayed on cellphone thru our the process instead of working. They scratched the floor when put stove back in place. They did a rush job at the end. Also the salesperson showed me a thicker vinyl plank but what they installed was thinner. False. Feels like I'm walking on bare floor. Don't use this company. Horrible. Run.

Great experience starting from Michael with the selection of my carpet. Very knowledgeable and had all products in stock. He took his time explaining all the my products and the pros and cons of each one. The Installers arrived on time. Were very professional and courteous. Did a great job removing old carpet and batting and installing new carpet. They cleaned up perfectly.

The entire process from selecting the carpet to having the installation done with seamless and a personal experience. The salesman was courteous and on time and had samples to show us. The installer came as scheduled was very polite. Moved the remaining furniture, pulled out the old carpet and padding And removed it. he made sure the carpet he brought was in fact the carpet we ordered. I was so happy when they were able to install my new floor on such a short time. The installers were punctual and efficiently downloaded everything from the van and then, quickly proceeded to remove the carpet and began installing. They worked in a methodical and orderly manner and paid attention to details. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the installation crew. A mother and son team, arrived to our home right on time, courteous and friendly. Got to work quietly and quickly, moved all the furniture carefully and respectfully. Removed the old flooring, cleaned the areas, then installed 4 full rooms of beautiful new carpeting, and carefully cleaned all areas again. Repositioned the furniture back in its place, and all within a 4 hour span. Wonderful experience! We would recommend National Floors Direct, sales team and installation crew every time!

I found this company on a local commercial and it drew my attention. We were looking into getting our home some new flooring from our carpets, when we got our estimate we felt it was great for our budget and loved the design. The installers were great and professional.

After I had signed the order, I started having second thoughts based on some reviews I had read. But, when the install started, I pleasantly learned that the reviews were misplaced. The team that showed up for my job was the best install team I have ever experienced. There was 6 people, two spoke good English. They arrived around 9:30m and finished by 3:30pm the same day. They tore up tile and carpet, cleaned the floors as they repositioned furniture. They would not let me help. Then they went to work installing. WOW, they were great. They finished 5 rooms, and three closets very quickly.

National Floors Direct gets ZERO STARS from me! I wish I could show that above, but it makes me give one, unfortunately! No one should EVER, EVER do business with National Floors Direct. I had not one positive experience with this company! From the false advertisement to the awful customer service, I am so surprised that this company is still in business! One of the worst things that happened was that when their installers installed my flooring, they moved my stove (which, according to my contract, they were not supposed to, by the way!) and while doing so they BROKE the oven door! When I called customer service, they told me that they WON'T pay to fix my broken oven.

Outsourced Installers: National Floors Direct's use of outsourced installers leads to significant miscommunication issues. Customers are left frustrated as the installers are not directly accountable to the company, resulting in confusion and errors. Hidden Costs: Promised services such as moving furniture and transitions strips between rooms are not included in the initial cost as advertised. Customers are blindsided with additional charges, adding to their expenses.

Everyone via phone or face to face seemed determined to provide their best work and ensure my happiness, A few hours and a few days after the install, representatives called and emailed me to make sure I was pleased. NFD offered me a gift card to write an honest review of my experience. Little did they know, I'd already shown my neighbors the work, and they loved it and wanted to know what company did the work. The 5 stars I rated NFD are real - I've recommended NFD to my friends.

Ordered the Mohawk Solid Tech Rustic Taupe LVP! The sales agent was very friendly and thorough. They were also flexible with the installation date. Before the installation, I had found a different provider that offered installation of identical floors. When I submitted the fee estimate, I was able to get a partial reduction on the price. National Floors Direct came out to give us a quote for Vinyl Luxury Planks for our full bathroom. The sales person was not pushy in the least. When we had to delay our flooring install, the company was easy to work with to change the dates - we simply paid in full and they were able to change our contract to a date that we chose within one year. We were very concerned that they would have difficulty with one corner where the radiator and wall are a tight squeeze, but they exceeded our expectations. I'm still not sure how the installer was able to do such a beautiful job on the trim in that spot. They were clean and very courteous, and I would definitely hire the company again. The service is really good and the schedules are very competitive. Prices are national average and can compete with any of the other big name floor installing companies. The subcontractor doing the install are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They went above and beyond to finish the project in one day. I had budget in mind but was flexible so I appreciated the knowledge that the salesperson relayed to me so I could make a quality purchase. The samples varied in quality as well as price range. I like the feature that I could review an actual view of my room via a virtual programming even though my selection was not in stock, it took no time to come in and an installation date was set up. I saw a commercial for National Floors Direct when I was getting quotes for carpet. I decided to give them a call. They had what I wanted and for less than the other places. I recently had wall to wall carpeting installed by National Floors Direct on a home I own. The salesman was knowledgeable and able to help me navigate the process easily. DO NOT go with National Floors Direct. Despite the other reviews indicating that this company is great and affordable, they are the complete opposite, especially their customer service. I'm sure the 5-star reviews are paid for and/or fabricated. They severely overcharged us, their salesperson, Ian **, was a con man and never provided an itemized receipt which I am still trying to obtain 2 weeks later, no one ever calls you back after the rude customer service agent promises to have a supervisor/manager reach out to you. I would definitely have preferred to go with a different company.

DO NOT USE! Sales pitch is like buying a car, pricing not transparent - "let me see if I can call my manager and get him to..." Initial install arrived with one man who said he wouldn't be able to complete the work that day (1000 feet of carpet), left our new carpet laying in the dirt/mulch as it awaited install, then left two things under the carpet once installed and a seam that was poorly done when we insisted the job needed to be completed that day because our whole house was tore up to prep for it.

This Company came to my house and provided a quote for service. My Wife and I thought it was very good quote and placed a deposit of $370. We were planning on using a IRS refund for the balance. Sadly, the refund was not what we expected and though our intent was to purchase the funding was not there. I am 66 years old living on a fixed income. I just had open heart surgery to replace a valve that was leaking. In all the years I’ve done business with companies I have never heard of not being able to cancel and receive a refund.

Stay away! They steal your deposits. They do not adhere to your appointments. The customer service is horrible. They do not want to help you. They’re only worried about stealing your deposits! That’s why they only take Venmo, cash or cashier's check because, you can’t dispute the charges. Beware do not use this company for your flooring needs. They are not a legitimate company. They have a mob mentality by taking your money and making you feel helpless!

We ordered floors from National Floors Direct about two months ago and the experience from start to finish was not an easy experience and they have the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. They claim that they have a 90 day hassle free policy if the customer finds anything wrong with the floor after installation. This is a complete lie. I recently found a nice gouge in one of the planks and I contacted NFD to advise them of this. They assured me the visit will be a one time courtesy to either fix or replace the plank that is defected. This is on a recorded line.

This has been the best experience. Great customer service. The appointment process was a friendly experience and worked out with my schedule. The presentation and information given in the presentation was very professional. The email communication before installation was thorough. The installation process was done professionally and they were super nice I even fed them lunch and they were very grateful. I will definitely use them again.

We were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism that the sales associate showed during the home sales meeting. And again with the installation team who worked diligently to complete our job on time making sure that everything was acceptable to us. The team spent additional time to clean the floor, pick up and dispose of all trash while being conscious of the walls which abutted the area. When complete the team happily moved the furniture back in place.

My experience with National Floors Direct was great from the start. The sales representative was clear and precise. He was accommodating and respected what I wanted. The installation guys were great. I had three companies to come out and show me flooring samples, I wanted the carpet in my basement pulled up and replaced with waterproof vinyl. I decided to go with National Flooring one because they had great reviews and they had a variety of color. The Rep was very nice and patient, she explained everything including the warranty that is excellent. I have two dogs and she guaranteed us that, they would not scratch the floors up. It's been almost a month and the floor are great. The installers worked non stop the entire day and did an awesome job. I'm so glad I chose National Flooring.

I would highly recommend National Floors Direct. They came in to measure, gave us a very competitive price and we were able to pick the date of installation. The contractors were great. Showed up on time and were super neat and clean. Nothing was left behind. I have additional rooms that I will be replacing carpet or flooring later this year and I will be using National Floors Direct for those as well.

The initial experience was good, however, less than a year of my floors being installed they have buckled and National Floors Direct wants to charge me $200 to have someone come tell me how much it will cost to fix it. They say they are not responsible for any installation issues. Keep in mind I didn't have an option to have a local crew install the flooring. I was told that in order for them to guarantee the work, it would need to be their crew. Buckling in less than a year of being installed, and in an area that gets no traffic, they are not willing to guarantee their work.

We had a sales representative visit our home to get a price to replace old carpet with vinyl flooring. Although he was polite it appeared that he was rushing us into making a decision. We were first quoted a price of $19,000 and then when we told him what our budget was (closer to $5,000) he suggested that he would call his manager and see what they could do. We ended up removing the stairs as part of the estimate and he was able to come down to our price. He then showed us the samples of flooring and we chose one. Never did he mention the molding choices of which we never thought about at the time. We had to review the agreement on a tablet which was many pages but he said he would guide us along and highlight what was on the pages. We trusted him and we signed the agreement. The day of the installation they put the floor down (which was a darker brown color) and then proceeded to put up WHITE molding!!

After inquiring about a quote online National Floors Direct was very quick about getting a sales representative out to go over everything. He was very polite and answered any and all questions I had. On the day of install they arrived in a timely manner. Asked the appropriate questions. Cleaned up any trash they may have had left after doing the floors. And we received a call the day following to see if we were happy with the results. Overall experience was wonderful and I will be recommending National Floors Direct to family and friends in the future. Very disappointing. Poor installation, damage to my home, and promises by the salesperson the company could not live up to. They had to come back to fix multiple issues. The seams of the carpet are very visible and look terrible despite the salesperson assuring us they would not be visible. The workers destroyed our air vent covers and admitted to it. The company representative stated "we are not responsible for damage our workers do to your home." Direct quote. The product is good, the installation and customer service was terrible.

We had NFD install new laminate wood flooring in our manufactured home. The installers were excellent! They were very professional and respectful. They were able to lay the new flooring over the existing linoleum floors so that was a $ saver. The floors look so amazing! When we are ready to do the additional rooms they will be who we go to. Not good. First they only show you the cheap lines of the good name, so do your research. I had to change mine but they already had my deposit so I could cancel at that point or I would’ve stopped the process right there with them. The installers they use seem to be whoever gives National the cheapest install price. No vetting at all. Three people showed up in a van. They were nice (one spoke some English the others did not, but thankfully we could speak their language), but it was clear they just pick up the product and they must pay national and that’s why you pay them cash or certified check. National is just farming their work out to anyone.

My experience with National Floors Direct was amazing. It was a quick appointment for the estimate, I got to see all the different carpets they have, and I got it installed 2 days later. Installment was surprisingly fast! Installers were done in 30-40 minutes and left me with a brand new looking room. I’m so In love with my new carpet in my bedroom.

I had National come to my investment property to get a quote on carpet. They told me they were cheaper than Home Depot so I got the quote from them and paid a deposit of $700. Home Depot came and came in $800 cheaper for the same job. I called the next day and cancelled. I gave them my mailing address to send the check to and not the investment property which is being worked on. Of course they send it there. Now I don’t have my check and they are refusing to send another one until they get the check back. It has been a month. It hasn’t been cashed. They are not getting it back and I don’t have it. So issue another check. They keep saying they are waiting to see if it gets returned. Cancel the check. Issue a new one.

National Floors Firect installed beautiful grey wood like floors. I'm impressed with the flow of their operation. Sales person show you many options. The date is selected. Then floors are installed. Plus they moved my furniture too. Very efficient. l recommend National floor direct to anyone who ask. My beautiful floors has raised value to my co-op. It makes me feel like I'm living in an entirely new place. My previous floors were the blonde wood floors which was 1990. I now have fresh new modern design floors. I love it.

I had my basement floors redone last week. Workers were to come between 7:30 and noon, came nice and early 8am. They came down and asked a few questions about how I wanted it installed and got right to work. They were done in under 2 hours, made sure to show me everything and cleaned up. My only issue is that the workers didn’t speak English so it was a bit tricky to communicate but other than that they did a wonderful job.

National Floors Direct came out. Gave me a reasonable quote. I had a quote from one other place but national floors was the better price. The installer came in. Didn’t take any breaks. I offered him lunch. I felt so bad how hard he was working but he got the job done and I’m happy. Will use again and recommend.

Wow! I love my new kitchen floor!! We wish we had done this remodel years ago. My kitchen looks modern and classier. Ryan our sales representative took the time to help us choose the best product for our kitchen floor. With 3 kids we needed the best durable product. We chose dark wood laminate. Installation day Christian and his team showed up on time and installed my beautiful floor. They did an amazing job. We plan to have National Floors Direct install more flooring projects for us.

Love my floor, quality is great and the color turned out exactly what we wanted for our area. The installers had a large area to do and did a great job, had it done in a day and a half and cleaned up after themselves and took all the carpet and boxes with them and they left no mess. The workers were on time, four workers did all four rooms in 8 hours, very clean and protected us from room dust with plastic hangings. After they finished installing they swept and vacuums the entire condo. The workers are courteous and professional. The price was one-half of an estimate I received from LL Flooring price. The type of laminate flooring shines and looks good in the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room.

I am one year and a half into having carpet from this company. Only 2 adults live in the house and we take our shoes off before entering. Carpet already shows path we walk from front door to inside house. Steps have indentations of where we walk down the steps. Had my old carpet for 10 years before I changed it. Again only 2 adults. No spills, etc. This carpet is just BAD!!! Never again. What was good? The low price and expediency of getting it installed. I should have waited. You get what you pay for.

I was in the market for new carpet. I happened to contact a couple of places to see what I could find. One was a big box store and there was another company that always pops up and advertises on TV. The first experience that I had was with the big box store. Let's just say I had no idea what I was doing. More or less I had to figure everything all on my own. The customer service was really non existent and the selection and quality was really not that great. The second experience with the other company was a tad bit better but the selection again although a bit better, the pricing was ridiculous compared to the spaces that I needed to have done. But a family member told me to contact National Floors Direct.

Customer service from the sales staff after the sale could have been easy better. Installed one some broken English and other worker was learning English and also learning to install floors. Could have been warned about the dust during the installation process. Their second day experienced installer left the job site and left the new guy to himself. Delayed the job by several hours and when he returned he rush the job. Think it got a little sloppy by not sealing back the crack with caulk. Overall customer service could be helpful and checked up on after the job was complete. A project manager would have corrected them contractors during installation. My spouse is happy for now, we will find out in a few years about the installation and wear and tear on high traffic area.

Replacing all the floors in our two year old home as the original floors became very bad in certain areas of the house. The workers came in as scheduled and went right to work starting where we asked them to. They were very careful with the furniture and everything else in the house.

2 very polite workers arrived from National Floors Direct. They showed me the floor we picked out. I asked them how long would the installation take? They replied about 2 hours & hours later the floor was installed in my laundry room & looked fantastic! We were very happy with National Floors Direct & would hire them again in a second! Long hold times, poor customer service, misrepresentation of product and sale, cancelled on me 3 times, poor quality, tile only a day old and is already falling apart, language barrier with installers, not to mention they sexually harassed me in my own house. I can elaborate further.

From beginning to end, this was an excellent experience. We were able to get a quick appointment with an in-home salesperson who was on time, knowledgeable, cordial and professional. There were multiple considerations for our particular job, and Chris handled them all easily. We were able to secure a quick installation date as well.

On the day of installation they attempted to extort additional money (25% above project estimate) to level the floor that was never discussed as a possibility when the contract was signed. They agreed to waive the fee and install w/o leveling if we agreed to waive the warranty. The Installer then offered to level the floor for 1/3 the cost that the company tried to add. Basically felt like it was a total scam between the company and the installer. Overall the floor looks good and the installer did a decent job, but failed miserably installing the floor over a trap door that required additional cuts. We have to cover that area of the wood tile floor with a throw rug to conceal the botched job done on the trap door.

NFD completed the bottom level of my condo in January with LVP. They met and beat the competitor quote which was a plus. The estimate was completed next day from my initial phone call/email and installation was completed within a week which met my time requirement before moving into my new home. Installation was fast with a crew of 3. The crew cleaned up everything when complete and I couldn't be more happier with the floor choice and installation. I was so happy with NFD, I had them do half my upstairs recently to replace the carpet in my kids' rooms with the same LVP as our downstairs. The transitions into the bathroom, HVAC, and Laundry room look great and they did a fantastic job on the transition to the stairwell - very professional work. When they came to do the estimate the representative was very help and explained the different products. We had a very good experience with National Floors, very courtesy crew installers, always on time and we are very happy with the job done. They clean the floor after left, like the quality of floor delivered, also like the color. They did the job really fast, took less than I expect. They called 3 days before to confirm, also they called the morning of the day they install.

This company is the most unprofessional and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They did damage to multiple rooms, damaged plumbing, and stole building materials. When I complained they told me they would fix everything and to submit pictures. After submitting pictures to 2 different people, the supervisor finally called to tell me that their company is not responsible for incidental damage caused by their workers. I informed her of the 2 giant holes in the walls, the damaged plumbing they cut into, the damage to my new kitchen island, and stolen building materials. I was told that is all incidental and to not contact them again. When I asked why they had me take all the pictures, I was put on hold, then disconnected. When I called back the supervisor was "unavailable" and has remained so. Please search the Better Business Bureau website. You will see over 200 similar complaints from this year alone.

Had a really great experience with National Floors Direct! I called on a Tuesday and the floors were installed completely by that Thursday. The process was easy and the floors look great. They also removed my carpet which was key. Took a lot off my plate and made the process no stress.

This company was amazing!!!! The sales rep was very nice and friendly. He took the time to understand what our needs were and was able to make the budget work. Installation was quick. Only took 3 days from the day we met our sales rep to getting the carpets installed. Installation was quick and very well done. This is the first time we use NFD and we are very pleased. We made a last minute decision to change the carpeting in our master bedroom but would only go through with it if we were able to get carpeting installed within the week. We gave NFD a call, they had a rep at our house the next day, and we had our carpet installed three days later! Customer service was great, they offered a variety of options (at different price points) and installers were courteous, fast and cleaned up (including taking and disposing of old carpet) after all was done.
