Will not use this company again.. The carpet for my small living room they brought was too small. So instead of reordering the right size they pieced it in. It was so evident you could see the seam line right down the middle if my room. Looked horrible!! Also the installer was very nice but he could not understand English or speak it well at all. Very frustrating. Also the metal strip that went on the floor to end the rug was terrible. The nails kept lifting and as he was hammering and trying to stretch the rug to go under the strip the rug would rip and he would try to repair it with glue. Very dissatisfied!!

Worse experience ever! I had to fight for close to a month to get my floor and when it finally got installed it was not what I was shown in the samples. Every effort to try and work with customer service was absolutely terribly. I had to speak to 4 different managers to get the issue resolved which mean at least 20 calls! First off the salesman only showed me floors that were not in stock. So I could not get next day flooring. Then he showed me a sample of a dark grey floor which I chose. (Did not show me the website that had colors from white to brown.)

If I could give this place a zero I would. Got an estimate, then when they came to do my floors wanted more money. Told them I only want what I paid for, told me the only way I could get my floor done and not leave my house a mess was to sign off that I didn’t want the warranty. Customer service was rude and nasty. Didn’t call before they came. Please do not use this place. They are not worth it. Go elsewhere please.

We had laminate flooring installed in our mother’s home in the fall of 2018. Two months after installation the floor began to peak and bubble. It was repaired in December. Fast forward to July and the same thing is happening. I called and was informed the installation warranty is 90 days from date of install and ours had expired. They could not help. My husband took off the base molding to be sure there was enough of a gap to allow the floor to expand and contract. He found that in many locations the floor is butting up to the original molding and there were even some nails through to the sub floor. We paid over 6,000 dollars less then a year ago and now have to pay more money to get the floor repaired or replaced. I recommend people use a local contractor that will stand behind his/her work.

Horrible experience and customer service. Their sales representative rushed through the order and 2 stairs were left out. In a two-story home, the only carpet remaining is 2 small stairs in a corner. It looks terrible. In addition, he misrepresented what cleaning would be done before the new floor was put down. I shared my concern that there may be mold in the carpet or carpet pad. He stated that the installers have cleaning materials in their truck and would clean the floor if needed. Upon arrival, the installers informed me it was illegal for them to clean up mold. Luckily, there was nothing on the floor or the installation couldn't have taken place.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in retail. They have already cancelled two installations, repeatedly lied, did not contact us to tell us they were not showing up until they we 6+ hours late, no phone contact from them to inform us of delays. We have literally gutted our living room, moving electronics, furniture, pictures, chairs, tables, etc., and now will have endure another day of having our lives disrupted and wait for yet a third scheduled installation date. Never again. Will never recommend this company to anyone, and, based upon my experience, would recommend that you look elsewhere.

I got my estimate on 3/28/2019 and had my laminate installed on 6/27/2019. The communication between myself and the people at NFD was appalling! Every single time I called customer service, I got a different person with a different story! Two of the people that I spoke with were extremely rude. To top it all off, when the installers arrived here this morning, they tried to back up on my lawn, and now I have two deep muddy ruts on my lawn that I just finally got to grow some grass after the snow plow damage. I am livid because I specifically told them to WALK on the lawn to gain access to our living room. When I sent photos of the lawn damage to NFD, they told me that they were not responsible and I had to take it up with the installers. Don’t these installers work for them? I will NEVER use NFD again and will never recommend them to my friends or family.

I bought a floor from National Floors Direct, and after about three months I noticed tiles were lifting. I called them, they said my warranty on my installation was expired. They said I purchased a floating floor and that is what they do, especially in humid weather, and suggested I put a dehumidifier in my kitchen. I said to them that the salesperson never told me this "feature" of a floating floor when he was selling me the floor. He was the one that SUGGESTED it so I wouldn't have to take out my existing floor first. If I knew I would have these problems I wouldn't have chosen this type of floor.

I wish I could give a negative star. I was remodel our kitchen. The sales rep came in. Showed us the samples and we picked what we wanted, I asked him (thought he was a professional and knew what he was taking about) what we should do first, the cabinets or the flooring. He told me the flooring. So we did. Kitchen done. 2 months later, the floor separated. They came back. Told me that the cabinets should have been placed first. They can fix it but will charge me another $300 to fix it. YOUR SALES REP. TOLD ME TO DO IT THAT WAY!! They do not stand by their work. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!! Do it yourself before going to this company...

I was moving into a house and decided to have the flooring done in my dining room, living room (with two closets) and one bedroom (with one closet). I had quotes done and decided to go with National Floors Direct. My installation was scheduled for June 1st. They arrived and did all the major flooring, but did not do the closet in the bedroom. My fireplace in the living room also had a rounded edging along the floor as my fireplace is raised above floor level and could cause someone to trip. The wood was removed from the fireplace but not replaced. When brought to the installer’s attention, he said they only had the living room closets listed, and that they don’t normally put edging along the fireplace. They then had me call customer service. Customer service told me I needed to e-mail pictures before they would send someone back to do the work. I did as I was told and sent the pictures.

Sales rep visited my home and provided a quote for $4200 to complete LVP flooring in my kitchen, dining room and living room. Price was too high. I declined. The next day I received an email with a new quote lowering cost to $3398. Called to accept offer after confirming tax ($287) would also be added to this amount. Another sales rep returned a few days later to remeasure and fill out paperwork for install. New rep said that the last one measured wrong and now my quote would be for $4600. He said he needed 10 more boxes! Quite a difference. I said they needed to honor the price quoted in writing in the email (which does not note number of boxes by the way). They would not.

Good morning: I'm writing to express how dissatisfied I was with my experience with this company. I met with a sales rep on 5/4 to get a quote. I explained that I needed to replace the carpet in my mother's mobile home while she was hospitalized. Because of the width of the mobile home he explained that he would need to special order the carpet and it would be in within 5 days and not the next day.

We’ve had National Floors Direct install flooring and carpeting in our upstairs. Plus, work in our downstairs. The whole process was a breeze! They went above and beyond to get us the best price and had everything installed within days. Everyone we’ve dealt with, from the salesperson to the installers, went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we want. We will not hesitate to call National Floors Direct for our future projects. Thank you NFD for such great Floors!

Horrible company to work with. Carpeting for a bedroom was ordered and contract was signed. Less than 12 hours later, a phone call was made to the company to cancel the order because of an unforeseen issue. I was told that I could not cancel my order because of it being a “rush order”. This company promotes next day delivery yet my order was being installed 10 days later and they considered this a rush order? Larry, the guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said they are sending the truck no matter what and will send me to collections if I don’t pay in full. This after trying to cancel within 12 hours of ordering?? Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to get carpet installed, hours before National Floors Direct they was supposed to come do the install they call me and cancel. Their phone operator says that they had to cancel the appointment because their van broke down. I was at work at the time so had to call them back. When I called them back they gave me a different reason why they cancelled. This time it was because of the color of the carpet that I chose is the reason they had to cancel. Even the manager Tom ** was inconsistent. He gave me a totally different reason.

Horrible experience. We ordered wooden flooring from NFD after meeting with a "shameless" salesman and choosing, with him, flooring that was close to wood that was already installed and couldn't be changed. The wood that arrived did not match well enough and could not be used. Not only that, but the numbers, the SKUs, did not match. When we called to complain, they would not help us solve the problem. At first they said we could, for a $300 fee, "re-select". Then they reneged and refused to let us re-select. They threatened to send us into collection if we didn't pay for the wood and the installation, in addition to the $500.00 deposit. We now have 140 square feet of flooring that we cannot use and are out $1500.00. We have filed a request with the NY attorney general to help us resolve the problem.

I met with a rep about laminate flooring for my playroom and office. The salesperson delivered an awesome quote that I paid 1/3 of on the spot. They arrived on the set due date, Feb 20, and was told that their measurements were off by about 40% and needed to call corporate to figure things out. I was told I needed to pay the difference, because the fine print says customers were responsible for errors in price. I said it was an error in measurements- they said that is the same thing. I said no and had to fight for my refund. Ended up buying better material from Lowe's and installed it myself. Maybe their salespeople should know how to measure before they make these deals.

It was a great experience with National Floors Direct. National Floors Direct was referred to us by our friend who recently got their floors done. Received a reasonable quote by matching the least price available in the market. Though the work was done in 3 days finished look was great.

Installed today. They ran out of material even though they measured. Called and asked me to pay for extra material, even though they measured wrong. Called and was hung up on and still no resolution. Do not use them. Horrible customer service.

Excellent customer service - sales and install - love the carpet!! Would highly recommend National Floors Direct!! Would hire National Floors for any and all future flooring projects. The sales rep. Start with the first contact couldn’t be better. The girl on the phone was friendly and professional followed by the salesman the next Day. We picked the flooring went over the transition to the adjoining rooms 2 with vinyl 1 with carpet. Included in the price was removal of old carpet and best of all his confident manner and assurance if you have ANY problems at all just call me!

I am writing this regarding the customer service and sales experience that I received at National Floors Direct recently. I am appalled at how I was treated by certain people in customer service (Tom) and Sales (Joe **). To keep this email as short as I can, I will be as general as possible and number my complaints. The first complaint below is the least serious to me, although still significant. 1) Joe ** visited my house to do an assessment and give me an estimate for Flooring on 3/6/2019. His first estimate was for $20,000 to put hardwood and remove a rug in a 26 and 23 foot room. I had my 2 quotes with me by good licensed carpenters from my area for ($3900, $4700) for the same job. I was blown away by how inflated the price was, that was a red flag to me.

I had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct. After receiving two other flooring quotes from Home Depot and Lowe's. National Floors direct was able to beat their quotes and provide luxury flooring. Both the representative that provided with my flooring quote to the representative that installed my flooring provided excellent customer service. Both representative were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend National Floors Direct for any flooring needs.

On time and job done quick, great job by National Floors Direct. I love the color we picked for the basement floor, and it’s nice and soft to walk on, it was professionally done, we are very happy with the floor, and now want carpets done for different rooms by them.

On November 28, 2018 the installation of carpets became a total nightmare. Before I signed the contract my salesmen agreed with the furniture being moved and stated it would not be a problem, only to receive several calls and text - stating installers do not move heavy furniture for free...Told me installers are stopping the job...and everything halted. After an hour of installers standing around - not taking any of the blame for this standstill - the rugs were installed and vendor left at 8 that night. Never will I recommend this company to anyone. I actually need to have this company return due to some issues I am not happy with but now sure if I want them back in my home or if they would even return. No one from the company or the salesperson has ever called to see if I was pleased. Guess they just don't care.

We purchased flooring from NFD about a month ago. National Floors Direct confirmed the installation date three times. They never showed. Blew us off entirely. We waited for them for over 5 hours. They did not even have the courteously to call us. I would not recommend purchasing product or services from this company.

Will NEVER do business with NFD again and hope you never do either. I recommended them to my disabled and sick mother who needed her floors done ASAP as they were becoming unsafe. The sales rep came in and we picked a day for the install. I took 2 days off of work to move everything that was on the top floor to the bottom floor as well as move my mother (which is not an easy task).

I called National Floors Direct and asked to order some carpets from them. A salesperson came to my house the next day, on time. He was on time, polite and showed us a large selection of carpets to choose from. We made an appointment, they called the day before, confirmed installation, showed up, early, and did a beautiful job installing my new carpet. I highly recommend this company!

I did my tax refund to RushCard and am terrified that I will now lose my money! TERRIBLE support! Tried 5 phones, every time I log in and go to load funds with Indigo THE APP CLOSES!!! 4 customer service reps have HUNG UP on me and you cannot understand them. Tried call IRS to NOT LOAD on their product and switched to NETSPEND... NO PROBLEMS NOW.

Had a new carpet installed in the bedroom. The installers didn't speak English well and it was hard to communicate that the floors squeaked. We asked if they could fix it, they shook their head yes, fixed one spot, but not the rest of the floor. When we asked the main customer support group, they said we didn't pay to have the floorboards fixed. We should have asked before. How would a consumer know that? Wouldn't the salesperson tell a consumer that? When we described how the installer did fix one part of the room, and asked why he didn't fix the other, we were told he was just nice and we were lucky he fixed anything. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. We had carpets installed years ago by a fireman who did this on the side. He provided much better service and reasonable price. Should have used a local person, not a large chain. BUYER BEWARE. You need to be a floor expert before you use this company.

3 carpets wall to wall. Very happy with the person that came in and explained the products that were available to us. Took special attention to the concerns which my wife had. We were very happy. They gave us a military discount which really helped and cemented our purchase.

I had my entire upstairs and hallways carpeted. National Floors Direct was on point from the sales team to the installers.They had plenty of colors to choose from. The installers came on time and finished when they said they would. I couldn't ask for a better experience and price! I would recommend them to my friends and family!

Our experience from start to finish has been nothing but exceptional with National Floors Direct. Originally I placed a request via their web site for an installation quote. Immediately I received a phone call and an appointment two days later. Cristina arrived right on time Saturday morning and was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She had a lot of different Berbers to choose from. She set us up with an installation date that was perfect for us.

The entire experience has been horrible and we were foolish for using a company that only accepts cash as a downpayment. Their departments do not communicate with each other. We were told furniture would be moved if it was cleared off and drawers removed, they refused and we sent them away. Customer service was beyond rude. We finally got a manager/supervisor who rescheduled and said he would be sure they would move the furniture. The carpet quality does not appear to be what we picked out but without a sample it is impossible to prove. Two weeks later we are still waiting for our runner for the stairs to be installed. Also the salesperson did not measure correctly, there was a lot of excess carpeting left.

Our experience with National Floors Direct was amazing from start to finish. The salesman Marc was knowledgeable and professional when he visited our home for an estimate. There were a variety of options to choose from - we picked carpet for the bedroom and vinyl for the rest of the apartment. They were accommodative when we had to reschedule our install date. Also, we had the installers come twice, upon our direction - great flexibility. The install itself was quick and done well. The carpet is soft and even, goes exactly to the edge of the wall. The vinyl is precisely cut around all edges as well. Overall good experience and would recommend to family and friends. Thanks again National Floors Direct!

From the quoting to after installation experience was wonderful. Pricing was very competitive. The installers experienced and professional. Follow up from customer care was within a day or so. I would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone for your flooring needs.

He came through with National Floors Direct’s advertising promise of beating the lowest sales quote by 15%. The scheduled installation was quick and convenient; they were able to install on a date that worked around our schedules and was fairly quick after we purchased. The installers were on time, very professional, and catered to our needs. They were thoughtful to put carpet down to protect our original floors throughout the entry/exit point. The sales representative matched our hardwood floors exactly and the quality of the floors appears to be second-to-none. We would highly recommend National Floors Direct to any of our family or acquaintances. We will plan to use National Floors Direct for any of our flooring needs in the future.

Luxury Vinyl floor and carpet. Our experience with National Floors Direct was fantastic! Starting for the sales representative to the incredible installers. Everything started when I saw the TV commercial. 60%! Schedule the in house appointment was fast and easy. All the appointments were confirmed in advance and both (sales representative and installers) call us to confirm estimated arrival time. They remove the existing floor and carpet and took all the debris. Our new floors and carpets were professionally installed and they look beautiful. The installers did a great job.

He was incredibly patient and showed many different options for flooring. The costs were below industry standards, with the team working above and beyond to ensure it was an affordable investment. We decided to go with Shaw engineered hardwood floors in Chocolate. He gave us a great price and just before installation we decided to do a second room. The second salesperson matched the per square foot price of our first order. Installation of both floors went very well and the rooms look beautiful. The installers were on time did a great job and were very neat. I would definitely recommend National Floors Direct and would call them for my next project.

We had an overall great experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman Brian was very helpful in picking what made the most sense for our purpose and budget. He showed us what seemed to be a hundred great options and helped us select the right one. He was very thorough and pleasant to work with. We had a hiccup during the install (brought a different color upon install day) but Brian quickly addressed the problem and we only lost a week's time. The installation went great from there. They showed up on time and the result was fantastic - the right color, a great carpet and a great install. The room was spotless when they left. This is our 4th install using NFD and we will be calling them again.

We had a great experience with National Floors Direct! The whole process was extremely simple and streamlined! Joe came to our house and spent lots of time going over colors and quality options! We were very pleased with how thorough he was! The crew that came to do the installation was extremely professional and friendly. They cleaned up all the mess they made and made sure that we were very happy with the final product! The crew even made a great accommodation because our original installation date we were getting a massive snow storm and they came out a day early which was extremely convenient for us! I found National Floors Direct very easy to work with. Another large company rescheduled three times while the saleswoman from NFD was on time, without issue. She had a large selection of carpet samples and was a huge help in ultimately making a final decision. Best part of the consult and signing of the contract was I was able to pick my own install date. This was key as I was planning the carpet replacement around having my living room repainted. We were able to come to a price, after a call to her manager, that was well within my budget. The day of the install went flawless. The two workers were quick, professional and experienced. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My wife and I were looking to replace a section of flooring in our kitchen. After looking at our options, we decided to call National Floors Direct. As soon as I called, I could tell the customer service would be great. The representative I spoke with answered all of my questions, and set up an appointment for me within a week. (would have been sooner but I was not available).

I would not do business with them if they were the last company on this Earth! On Feb 15, 2019 their salesman came. His name was Mark **, he lied to us saying all we needed was to move the old linoleum. We did. He said plywood was going to be installed with the vinyl, and it would cost $1,679. When they came on March 8, there was no plywood. They said our floor couldn't be done because we needed a separate contractor which would cost $1,500. They offered their contractor for that price and told me the floor had to be redone no matter what. Total cost would be $3,269. I never expected to pay that much especially since I'm renting and it's not my house. I asked to cancel, they refused. I asked for a refund, they refused. They threatened that I forfeited my $700 deposit and that they were going to report me to the credit bureau.

We decided to give National Floors Direct a try for a large amount of new carpets. Their sales approach is to give you their "best" price for the day of the quote, and a higher price if you don't want to commit on the spot. The initial "same day lowest price" quoted was higher than I expected, so I told the sales woman I couldn't go forward. She called her manager who agreed to come down to the price I was looking for. The price quoted included moving of all furniture, including a pool table, which was specifically written into the agreement. After speaking to the pool table company they strongly advised that they professionally disassemble and reassemble the pool table to avoid it being damaged in the re-carpeting, which I agreed to do at my expense.

I have nothing but great things to say about National Floors Direct. From when I placed the first phone call, I could tell I was dealing with very professional staff. We set up an appointment for that weekend. Our salesman was very knowledge, helpful and right on time. We had been given a lower rate from a different company but NFD was able to beat that price and offer a payment plan. On the day of the installation, we received a call to let us know when to expect someone. Shortly after that, the staff showed up, nice and early. Our old rug was removed and the new rug was installed within about 5 hours. They did an excellent job. We love our new carpet. I would definitely recommend NFD and will be a customer again.

We had hardwoods floors installed on Tuesday 2/12/19. We ordered 3 inch wide planks. When the installers arrived they had packages of 3, 5 and 7 inch wide planks. I called customer service and as soon as I told them my name the woman who answered the call became combative and aggressive. She wouldn't listen to one word I had to say. She told me that this was the only way this flooring came and that 3 inch wide planks were not available. I tried explaining that I had the order right in front of me and that it clearly states that we ordered 3 inch wide planks. She was horrible to me and wouldn't even acknowledge the order or that a mistake had been made.

Our appointment was scheduled on the morning of a snowstorm, and the workers still arrived promptly during the scheduled time window. They were professional and courteous. They allowed me to see a sample of the product before they began installation. They worked in a timely and efficient manner. They were done and cleaned up within a few hours, and we couldn't be happier!

My fiancé and I have been using National Floors Direct to carpet our multi family home over the past two years and have never been disappointed. No matter what time of year they always arrive on time and are polite and cater to our needs to make sure we get exactly what we are looking for. Even the calls we put in are dealt with professionally and time efficiently. From the reminder phone calls and follow up emails, to the salesmen and contractors, they are very professional and take the time and consideration during each process.

Our bedroom had carpeting on the floor and our allergist told us it should be removed because it was adding to our allergy symptoms. I was going to replace the carpet with hardwood flooring myself since I had installed hardwood flooring in the past. I saw the ad on TV for National Floors Direct, so I told my wife that I was going to call them and get a price to see what they would charge to do it. The room is about 250 square feet and it would have cost me about $1900.00 to do it myself. I made an appointment and within 2 days the salesman came to the house. He measured the room, asked us to pick the hardwood we wanted from the samples he showed us, then worked up the price.

Dear NFD, I wanted to offer some feedback regarding my recent purchase from National Floors Direct. The end to end experience was extremely positive. I called your firm after seeing your TV advertising and getting several quotes from reputable competitors. My initial call was answered immediately and a convenient appointment was set. Your salesman was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Within an hour, I was provided a detailed quote and and installation date that met my needs.

National Floors Direct. I very rarely post reviews but in this instance I feel it is necessary. My husband and I decided to buy flooring for two of our bedrooms. We looked around and saw an ad for National Floors Direct. We scheduled an in home estimate. The Sales Person, Bruce, was very helpful and informative. Since we were buying flooring for two rooms we were able to get a small discount on the price. The order was filled that day and we went over what would be included in the price. Bruce told us that they would remove furniture from the rooms as long as we removed all the drawers. They also would include ripping out the old carpet and taking it away.

These people are hacks. They installed a floor and glued down the transition strip which fell off the next day. The carpet around the stairs was way too short and has tons of visible seams and chunks missing. They came out to fix it, they wanted to just glue in the chunks missing. I said, "No. It needs to be replaced." The lady told me, "That's not our warranty, let us staple it in." I said, "No. I paid for newly installed carpet not for it to be stapled and glued." She said, "Well then we aren't doing anything for you, have a good day." I'm now going to the Better Business Bureau and to all the news stations.

Justin did a good job... We got a good price and he wasn't playing games... The people who put it in were nice and did a good job too. My parents piggybacked on all the research that they did and also went with them.

If I could rate a below zero I would. Do not use this company at ALL. Be aware. We had a sales rep that came out and misquoted us with a price, this should have been a sign to back out. Instead we agreed to do business, same day we decided we would cancel. We called. Spoke with an very abrasive woman who would not give us her name and said we can't cancel today, we have to call back on Monday. We called back on Monday and was told again we could not cancel. We spoke with a manager by the name of Larry, he told us we cannot cancel and what happened with the customer service rep is not his problem.

I hired National Floors Direct to provide flooring for two rooms. The initial meeting was very informative as far as the different types available. We set up our install with no issues, we did opt to chose a month out, which was no problem. At the time of the install, the contractors were very professional and quick. We didn't think it could actually be done in a day, but it was. It looked great. We did have a problem with the thresh hold, which they did remedy with no issues. I would recommend this company for your flooring needs.

My husband took the day off and half an hour before our 1st appointment, we received a call canceling our appointment. The customer service rep on the phone stated we would receive $200 off if we moved forward with a purchase. We rescheduled for two days later, after work and, once again, received a cancelation call right before our appointment from the, hesitant, same female rep. The customer service rep told us that her manager and regional managers were now involved and a manager would come to our home the next evening and we'd receive the "manager's pricing".

I recently purchased carpeting and had it installed by National Floors Direct in January 2019. My experience from start to install was perfect. The person who came to my house to share samples and provide pricing was very professional and helpful. After selecting the carpet and being provided the quote, we decided to move forward at which point the process was clearly outlined to me. The agent that came to my house to show samples and discuss the project arrived on time and was polite and professional. The transaction went easily, because the agent was properly prepared to answer my questions. I was contacted as expected and provided the installation date/timeframe. The installers contacted me just before their arrival, just as I was told they would. They came in and reviewed the work area and immediately began working. As they continued working, they kept me updated on their progress.They invited me to come into the rooms to review their work during the process. Our experience with National Floors Direct was a positive one. We received an email days prior with detailed instructions on confirming our appointment as well as in making sure the stairs we were having carpeted were properly prepared. The morning of our appointment we received a phone call leaving plenty of notice, letting us know that our installers were on their way. When they arrived they were very proficient and polite. They installed our carpeting within just two short hours! Once they finished the installment they made sure to clean up afterwards, leaving no mess behind. Our stairs look great and we are very happy with the finished product. We would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone looking to get flooring done!

Don’t use National Floor Direct. First I took a day off from work because they were coming and they never showed up. Amanda (customer service) said she tried to call me to because the installers were knocking at my door. This was a total lie. No one ever knocked at my door and my phone did not ring. So they called back and said a new installer would be there the next day. Meanwhile I lost a days pay for nothing. Then to top it all off, they overcharged me $750.

Seriously, save yourself some money and ask a local company to install it for you so you won't be told one thing by the salesperson and then the subcontractor will arrive and your quote will jump 30% up! And you can't even cancel because you've already pre-paid and you will lose your initial payment if you won't agree to pay extra for installation. I've tried to mention the original quote and everything I was promised by the sales guy who did the measurements and evaluation but no one cares. Be prepared, they are very rude on the phone and no one will be giving you any details. Just get more money or the contractor will leave the house immediately.

I contacted National Floors Direct to install carpets in two bedrooms. The sales rep Jason did an excellent job going through different styles of carpet samples with my wife and I. We gave a deposit and had a date set for them to do the installation. On 02/04/2019 the Sub-contractor they hired to do the installation showed up, by himself and couldn't speak English. I would think to install 2 carpets in 2 bedrooms there would be more than one person to do this job. 5.5 hours later he was finally done but prior to finishing we had a few issues. I happened to be looking out the window and noticed he had the wrong carpet laid out, so I said something to him which he couldn't really understand so I showed him a picture of the carpet we are superposed to be getting.

My recent purchase from National Floors Direct was worthy of sharing. The standout take away from the experience was that first, the carpeting was something I was pleased with. I was surprised at how good the padding was. The installer - Gustavo, was terrific. This fairly large job was supposed to have a few people working on the installation. A flu going around, left Gustavo to do the entire thing himself. He came when scheduled, did a great job at his craft and completed a beautiful installation. There was not quite enough material to finish the job so he had to come back to complete it. I am happy with the product, and impressed with the workmanship of the installation. The installer's work ethic, craftsmanship skills and attention to detail, are worthy of mention.

On 1/15/2019 a representative name Jim ** from National Floors Direct came to my home and I ordered hardwood flooring and carpeting - on 1/25/2019 the installers came to install the new floors so I inspected what the installer had on their truck and the hardwood and the carpeting was not what I order. The installer call the company and explained to them that what the problem was and then I spoke to the company and they proceeded to try to tell me that the order was correct.

Within a day of my call, an appointment was set up with a rep the following Monday. He spent quite a bit of time showing me the different products and their value and reviewing the two areas to be replaced (2 rental properties). Once installers came on January 14, they arrived on time, introduced themselves, went right to work, laid the floor beautifully and, cleaned up after themselves. Miguel had me review the floor for any issues and then proceeded to give me a copy of my paid bill and my warranty and explained it was a "lifetime warranty" from Mohawk Flooring. I would recommend and use them again. Miguel then took a picture of the flooring and left.

First the person that gave us the estimate was very pleasant and professional. She arrived on time and with all the rug samples. She made us feel very comfortable. She schedule our installation and gave us the time and date that the rugs would be installed. On the scheduled installation date I received a call from National Floor Direct stating, the installers would be at my home between 9:00 am and Noon. However the person on the phone informed me that we were the first installation on the schedule. At approximately 9:20 am the installers arrived. They asked me to come out to inspected the color of the rug to ensure it was the correct color. It was. The crew wasted no time and began working immediately. The crew consisted of three people. They were totally professional and extremely careful. I couldn't be more satisfied with the carpet and the installation. I would recommend National Floors Direct to any of my friends. I want thank you for the excellent service I received From National Floors Direct at my home. The laminate and carpet estimates I had received from other flooring companies didn’t come close to deal I received from National Floors Direct. The really did come in at a much better price then the closest quote I had received. The sales agent was very helpful and I felt he really wanted my business and didn’t make me feel pressured. Installers showed up on time didn’t damage any molding or trim and did a nice job, very professional. The transition strips and carpet running into each room look very clean. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct to anyone that is in the market for new flooring.

My husband and I have been going back and forth with making a decision about updating the carpet in the house we bought. We checked around some local home improvement stores and flooring companies and eventually decided we were not in a financial position to complete this project at this time. I happen to be a Sales & Marketing guy myself and own a small business. We pride ourselves on professionalism and that was what struck me dealing with National Floors Direct. About 5 minutes after I went online responding to an ad during an NFL game my phone rang. Spoke briefly with the first of a series great professional people. I noted to my wife how impressed I was not only by how fast the response was but the caliber of the individual. A positive experience from the get-go. Then the series of additional NFD folks followed in line from the Estimator that showed up in a few days to the follow up phone calls along the way. The installation crew was superior, neat and experts at what they do. The rooms came out fantastic. I would not hesitate to pass along NFD’s phone number and my recommendation.

The sales rep told us our price included everything but upon arrival the installers asked for $500 dollars to move the few pieces of furniture we had not removed, and in cash. The woman I spoke to on the phone said they’d leave if I didn’t come up with the money and that the balance would go into collections. She was the rudest person I’d ever dealt with. And this was a $3500 purchase. Never again, and I’ve warned all my neighbors and friends.

I put down a deposit informing the salesman I was unsure if I wanted to buy from his company and looking into another. He said, "No problem just put a deposit and if you want to cancel that you have 3 days to send it through "snail mail"." The cancel letter that is separate from the contract did NOT state it had to be through certified mail receipt... My mistake for not doing so. Two days after signing the contract, I called to inform them I was canceling and sending the letter. I was sent to a salesman to try to convince me to stay with them but hung up on me when he saw I wasn't interested.

Our installation took place in June 2018. It is now January 2019 and pieces of our flooring are popping up and creating divets in between the vinyl pieces. This is happening in 3 different areas of my kitchen floor. National Floors Direct will not even come out to look at it or even offer a paid service to come and fix it. These people are scammers. I spent almost $2000 on these floors and have 7 months they are falling apart. I will never recommend them to anybody.

First, National Floors Direct scheduled an in house appointment quickly. The sales person was professional and knowledgeable. After measuring and calculating the layout a price was given immediately. When the price was reviewed they substantially lowered the figure to match a competitive price even with a better grade of carpet. Again, they scheduled the installation quickly and at my convenience to be done for the holidays. They called and emailed to confirm the installation time and date. The installers confirmed their arrival and were on time. The install was large and complicated with post, floor drains and cut outs. The installers were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend National Floors direct to anyone, residential or commercial.

We are very happy with our carpet and laminate installation! We made an appointment online and were contacted immediately to set up an in-home appointment. The representative in our area was Tanya. She was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and patient, offered suggestions on the products - helping us to decide on a beautiful combination of flooring for what we needed. The first install was the laminate. The installers were on time, worked meticulously and seamlessly tied it in with our natural floor moldings without using the 1/4 rounds! It looks beautiful! The carpeting was the next day. Again, the installers were on time, very hard working and seamlessly tied in the carpeting to the new laminate and existing tile. This is the second time we have used NFD over the years and have never been disappointed!! Very happy!!

My experience with National Floors Direct was very positive from beginning through completion. My first phone call was met with a friendly voice who listened to my needs and scheduled a consult with a sales representative. A time frame was set within days and the representative came as planned. She talked us through carpet styles, colors and pads. There was real patience as we puzzled through a color that fit our interest and needs. We needed a quick installation and were pleased to have it scheduled the next day. Again, the installer came in the predetermined time frame. He was friendly, focused and efficient. He repaired a small imperfection in the flooring and laid the carpet in a way that fully met my expectations. In fact, I rated each aspect of the installation at the highest level on the post installation survey. I would be happy to recommend National Floors Direct in the future.

We called National Floors for to carpet our house top to bottom... The sales person who came to speak with us was very professional and helpful (will recommend them) but the work was not finished in a day, they had to come back a second day with a 4 hour window and was still late in arriving... And unfortunately they could not communicate very well. When we called the office, we were given false information... They need to do better when hiring people to do the work. Customer (Amanda) were very defensive and hung up on me (customer service - horrible). Will not recommend.

I submitted a request for a free estimate directly on the website and within an hour somebody had already called me to schedule an appointment. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day! The sales representative Pierre showed up exactly on time and was a great person to talk with and work with as he described the process and showed me the samples. He gave me plenty of time to look through all the samples answering any questions that I had. I was satisfied with my choice and after some negotiation Pierre was able to offer me a great price match with installation the same week!

We had our basement steps carpeted to transition into our newly tiled basement floor and landing. The tile is a Black porcelain tile with white marble lines and Gray grout so our challenge was to seamlessly transitioning the carpeted stairs into the tiled floors. We Chose a gray carpet Loop Pile which is the most suitable for basements and high traffic areas. It matched the grout perfectly. Our Installer Dwayne did an excellent job! He was precise, efficient and even did the side for the steps for a uniform look. The timing of the job was perfect because we had a baby shower in the basement 2 days later on that weekend. Once the carpet went down we were so relieved to make our deadline. We are definitely pleased with the final results.

Loved working with National Floors Direct. The sales consultant was amazing. She helped us envision and then plan the floor for our kitchen, and two bathrooms. An Ultimate Professional. Showed up on time with plenty of samples and no pressure. The floor arrived and was installed just before the holidays in one day and look great. Installers were on time. They even cleaned up after they were done. They too made a few suggestions. The floors look amazing just in time for the holidays with little to no stress.

My husband and I recently had our lower level (basement) refinished and needed carpeting for the stairs before Christmas. It was 10 days before Christmas and I called NFD inquiring about carpeting. The Customer service representative was very pleasant and professional. She set me up with a sales representative to come out as early as the next day. We opted for three days due to our work schedules.

We had our first floor hardwood replaced in the living room, foyer and kitchen. During the demolition/existing floor removal nothing was protected from dust!! It cost us 1200.00 dollars to have our house cleaned after the project was completed. I spoke to the salesman about protection at the time of purchase and was assured it would be put in place. It was not and the dust was everywhere throughout the house and nothing but a deep clean would fix it. I had four cleaners from 7am to 6pm cleaning. Needless to say we were very disappointed. A call to National Floors Direct fell on deaf ears!!!

This process was great, we called to ask about the services and within a few days they were in my house with samples. The installers were very helpful in dealing with my schedule, and came well prepared at the agreed upon time. When they left the floors looked great, and when they left they took all of the debris with them. Overall I would recommend National Floors.

Did lot of research before finally deciding who was going to replace my kitchen floor. Saw all kinds of ads and offers but one stuck in my head - that there was one price for floor installation, it was going to beat all prices or else it was free, so I called National Floors Direct. Got a call very shortly after I put in my request to get an estimate and set an appointment for the salesman to come to my home to discuss the installation.

I shopped around for the best quality carpet and for the best price. After negotiating with 3 companies for weeks I settled with National Floors Direct since the other two could not beat the price for the same carpet. I had to reschedule the installation date one day before. Even though there was a 2 days policy for a free reschedule they waived the reschedule fess for me. (I admit that I had to make few phone calls to make it happen but nevertheless they did it.) National Floors Direct was also very good with service. They came on time and did the job very well. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by their flawless and professional installation. After the installation they have cleaned everything and didn’t leave anything behind.

The team was accommodating of my request and I had them drop off the materials in my garage until I got back and rescheduled. In a week I was able to call back and reschedule the appointment. She was polite, honest, and it was a great experience. She was patient with answering any questions I might have had. Once the crew came, they were efficient and worked super hard. Our project consisted of two rooms with two different materials. The first room, carpet, was completed on time and came out great. The installer also helped me set all the furniture back up and then move a leftover piece of carpet into our utility room to cover a portion of the cement floor. The next day a crew was supposed to come out and complete the install of a vinyl plank floor in a basement bedroom. I received a call that morning informing me that they were cancelling the installation due to rain. I spoke at length with customer support at National Floors Direct but was unable to get them to complete the install on the date we had agreed upon.

I was very pleased with my recent experience with National Floors Direct. From start to finish the process was fast and affordable. The work was done on time and on the date scheduled. The salesman was professional and competent. The installation crew were on time, clean and courteous. The carpet was installed in 3 room, all look great. The installers also did an excellent job cleaning up after they were finished. All of the old carpets were removed and the new carpet was clean and ready to move in our furniture. The price was very competitive. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct. I have now used them for both home and office. Always a great experience.

National Floors Direct was so easy to work with. We had an appt scheduled within 10 minutes of filling out a form online. They called us back so quickly and made scheduling so simple. They have late hours which is what we needed. Once we picked out our carpet they had it installed within 2 weeks. They were very professional and the job was great. We didn’t even have to move furniture because they do they for you. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct to anyone. We will definitely use them in the future!

We were very pleased with NFD as they were easy to work with and price-matched another quote we received. They let us know when the install was scheduled for. We were also happy with the installation and the product that was installed. The installers kept us informed of arrival time and showed up when they said they would be there. They installed the carpet and cleaned up after the installation. Easy to work with and professional. The call center was also very professional. I would use and recommend NFD for carpet and installation in the future.

National Floors Direct did an excellent job installing our laminate flooring. The installer was punctual and professional. He was also very neat, always a major plus!!! The floor looks amazing! They take check at the time of estimate. To cancel you have to send certified cancellation form within 3 days. Sunday is also a business day for them. The guy came to install. He ripped old carpet and turned our brand new sofa upside down on bare floor staining it. When we said how he can remove the stain he just left without finishing the job. We had the new year party the same night. There were nails all over the wood. We have two small kids.

My husband and I met with a sales representative to have vinyl flooring installed in our basement. We paid $900 deposit in cash and were expecting for the flooring to be installed on 12-31-18. Just in time for the New Year. First, the installer came alone of which the sales representative stated a team would arrive to complete the installation. The team never arrived and the flooring did not match what we had ordered. Secondly the installer was a subcontractor of which the sales representative stated would not be completing the installation. Thirdly the sales representative stated the installer would level the flooring and ensure a professional installation.

This had to be the worse experience of my life, literally traumatized from the way I was treated after I canceled the order. They are THIEVES, they hike their price to a ridiculous amount, then lower it till they get you to accept. The salesman was aggressive won't leave my house till he got me to accept. (He smelled horrible too). Then one of the managers I spoke to on the phone was aggressive, nasty, condescending. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they're horrible.

We had National Floors Direct install carpeting in our house and they butchered, (not just light scratches) the woodwork on the staircase. They also scratched the newly painted walls, but we were able to have them repainted. The woodwork is stained and there is no easy fix for the damage. When I was finally able to reach someone at NFD to explain the issue they told me that the damage is not covered and that it was my responsibility.

Pricing was below the local competitors and installer was very pleasant, kind and respectful. The color of the rug was exactly the shade of gray that matched perfectly with the wall color, light fixtures and curtains. I also was pleased with the gentleman who came out to do the measurements.

I truly appreciate Frank ** not calling me back as I have sent multiple messages and called. I would not have expected a Regional Sales Manager to ignore customer, goes to show what kind of customer service you provide. I am disappointed in my carpet installation. First the installers did not speak English, the one that did know a couple of words, it was extremely difficult to communicate what I wanted. I also did not like that the name Mohawk was nowhere to be found (not really too confident I received the QUALITY carpet I chose).

I had a great experience using NFD. I must begin with the salesman who came to my home for a consult. Pierre was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the job I needed done. I needed tile flooring as well as subfloor removed prior to new flooring going in and he helped me to make all the right decisions. The install was great as well. I was blown away by the friendliness of the installers; they greeted me and left with smile and handshakes. Wow. My new floors are gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier. All my expectations met and exceeded and at a great price.

So, firstly the material was NOT what I showed and asked for from the salesperson. I requested a sample so that there was no confusion. None was provided. Then the installer came and said he was unable to remove the baseboards without possible damage to the walls. And he would not be responsible for that damage. Now I have customer service telling me they will charge me more. Run. Don't walk from this type of national contractor!

My family and I were doing our basement over and wanted to put a new carpet in. After looking at different companies we decided on going with National Floors Direct. The representative who came to our home was polite and knowledgeable. When the day arrived to install the carpet the Installer was on time and the carpet installation went smoothly. The man was polite and worked quickly. After the project was completed he cleaned up the mess and vacuumed the new carpet. My family loves how our basement turned out. She answered all of our questions and did not rush us into making a decision. Tanya even called her supervisor to see if we would qualify for a reduction in price, which, happily, we did!

I called National Floors Direct along with 2 other flooring companies to get a carpet replaced in a bedroom. Their call in center quickly got me an in home estimate for the next day. They have excellent staffing in their call in center as I had to call back to change the time of the visit and they were very helpful and pleasant. The sales/estimator arrived right on time. He did his measurements and then started showing me samples that would be good for what I wanted. We agreed on a price and set up a day for the installation. I had already had one place come in and give me a price. National Floors Direct beat that price and with a higher vauled carpet, so I called the 3rd place and cancelled the estimate with them.

We were in need to replace carpet in our office after our puppy destroyed our old one. I was torn between going hardwood or upgrading the carpet. The saleswoman who visited our home was very patient with my husband and me. We went through our options/needs and eventually settled on upgrading the carpet in both our office and family room. We chose both rooms because the carpets were matching and are the only carpeted rooms in the house. We also felt the price was reasonable enough to do both rooms at the same time. We made our selection and placed our order right before Thanksgiving. Our install was scheduled for the Tuesday after. We were more than happy with the finished product. Both rooms look like they had complete makeovers - larger and brighter. We would definitely recommend National Floors Direct!

My experience with National Floors Direct was positive from the start. We got a free quote from a gentleman by the name of Kevin who has extremely polite and helpful. He sold us a carpet. On the next day, we had already scheduled to get an estimate from Empire. When the man from Empire arrived, he was rude and had an aggressive sales technique. The only thing that we got out of meeting him was realizing that we wanted to upgrade our purchase to a higher price point carpet that was better quality. I called your company back that day to ask if that was possible and they had Kevin back on our doorstep within hours. It was fantastic. When we had our carpet installed they were on time and friendly and we had no complaints about the way that the job was done. I feel good about my purchase and when we have it in our budget to do the other bedrooms I will request Kevin come see us!

I requested an appointment online and within a few minutes a representative called me to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. The sales rep arrived to my house as scheduled and was very professional. He had a good variety of carpets to choose from and was willing to work with me on selection and price. The installer arrived as scheduled and reviewed the plan with me prior to starting to ensure he didn't miss any detail. He worked all day and checked in with me a few times to show progress. I made a free quote house visit to put wood flooring in my kitchen. A man name Joe came in, took measurements and show me the samples. I chose one and he did me a quote. Once he told me price I said it was out of my budget, he wanted to know what was my budget. I told him and he gave me another quote. Once I told him I needed to talk it with my husband he started getting pushy and kind of upset and once I kept repeating I needed more time to think about it he got very upset in a way that it scare me. I had to text my son to come over and he did come and ask him to leave politely. He just kept saying, "But why you don’t want to buy it? But why?" And once my son repeated to leave he said loudly, "What a waste of time!" I will never ask any sale person come into my home again from this company or buy anything from them. I am still nervous about this situation!!

We were having carpets installed in our new house. We are still living in our current house. I want to make it clear that the installer that did the work was very professional and he did a great job. My bad experience was scheduling and dealing with the customer service department. It took three appointments before the installer actually showed up. On the second appointment, the installers went to our current house instead of the new house. The customer service supervisor said they showed up but we weren't there and that the rooms were full of stuff. I couldn't understand.

This was our second time using National Floors Direct and once again we are thrilled with our new floors! From start to finish our experience was 5 star. Was debating on whether to do the work myself considering the inexpensive cost of flooring nowadays and the ease of DIY projects. I have used National Floors Direct for 2 projects in the past, so I figured I would do my Due Diligence and at least get a price from them on doing my bedroom floor. The Rep was excellent (which I expected from previous interactions) and at the end of the day, with needing a carpet taken up, price including transitional pieces & molding and the fact that they could get it done in 1 days time, 2 days from placing the order, I went with NFD. I was not disappointed. The 2 installers were excellent and professional and I will not hesitate to contact NFD for my next project.

I had originally attempted to do wood floors on my own. Due to the age of the house it would have taken a ton of work. I went on National Floors Direct's site and filled out the information to have a sales rep come out with a quote. As soon as I did the quote and before I could even call my father to let him know what I decided a very friendly phone rep from NFD called me to set up an appointment. This was on a Saturday night and two days later I had the sales rep at my house with samples and hooked me up with a carpet I could afford. They installed it that Friday quickly and effectively leaving me with a beautiful carpet that I like even more than the wood floors I originally was going to install! I’d recommend NFD to anyone and will be calling them back for my other rooms in the spring!

I wish I had reviewed the feedback from prior customers prior to purchasing carpet from this company. The Customer Service Team is absolutely horrible. They are rude, dismissive and do not stand by their product. When/if you call to raise an issue, unfortunately you receive provide a scripted response that offers no value and provide no customer service. If you attempt to cancel or reschedule an order, due to lack of satisfaction in a product or service, you are charge for it. They tack on fees to all requests. I originally came to National Floors Direct because I heard it was a 'family-owned' company and I thought their engagement with customers would be positive because of it. I was very sadly mistaken. I will never use this company again and I would encourage others to do their research because contracting with them.

I am super satisfied with National Floors Direct. For starters, the person they sent over to my house for measuring and quoting was excellent. Was very friendly and professional. The price was on point. Was lower than any other place that quoted me, plus they offered to lower it even more even if I found a lower price elsewhere (which I couldn't). They were very quick to send someone over to my house, and the guys they sent were GREAT. They were super friendly and professional. I swear they were in and out in less than 1 hour. We were so eager to get rid of our old, grubby carpet and NFD helped us to just that. The team removed all of our existing flooring and installed LVP throughout our entire main living level in just 2 days. We love the wood look and are happy with the quality so far. Would recommend NFD.

I had a very positive experience with NFD. I had a pretty big job, an entire floor plus stairs, so 2 bedrooms and a hallway, plus pulling up an existing carpet. At first, I had a call that they the installers were coming between 3 and 6pm. I was very nervous that it wouldn't leave enough time for them to do the job. So I called back and said I was concerned if they didn't come earlier, they wouldn't be able to do the job. I was called back about 5 minutes later and was told they were on their way! Everyone was very nice and friendly, no one was rude about me calling with my concerns. The installers showed up and they were there for about 6 hours, but they did a really nice job. They removed ALL of the old carpeting, tacks etc. It really looks nice.

The installers did a wonderful job of carpeting our basement. They were extremely polite, and happy to move furniture. They worked quickly and without any issues. I was delighted to find out that I did not have to remove molding, and they did not damage my freshly painted walls. Although I do not remember their names, they really went above and beyond to complete the job. They even put extra carpet in the closet, which was unexpected but very nice! I was surprised when I came downstairs and everything was just like it was - only with carpet underneath! You can't even tell that there's seams in the carpet, it looks just like one giant carpet. The basement looks completely different, in a good way, thanks to the wonderful installers from National Floors Direct. We had a wonderful experience, and hope to use National Floors for our future projects.

The sales consultant was very professional and I felt a sense of relief and knew that everything would be taken care of in a professional manner. We went with National Floors Direct after getting a price for more with Luna. The salesman saw the area to be ripped up and replaced and gave us a good price. They came to install and the removal and installation company started ripping up the rug and took pictures, sent them to Natl Floors and the company called me to tell me the rugs were urine soaked and I would need to pay an additional $300 for removal, after they already removed them. Now they tell me they are refusing to give me any of my money back but I stopped the installer and took back the bank check for the balance but I'm still out my deposit of $520. You just can't trust anyone anymore!

I only have great things to say about our experience with National Floors Direct. They came within their timeline announced. They were friendly, and had a great attitude. They were so quiet sometimes I wondered if they were still here. They were swift at work and never took a break. They cleaned up very nicely, didn't leave anything behind. They didn't knick the wood work in our house. They finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

This was by far, the most terrible experience I have had as a consumer in my life. I had in my contract for the carpeting on my stairs to be installed Hollywood style. The installers came and installed it waterfall style. They also did a poor job not tacking down all the sides of the stairs and left nails sticking up through carpet where they did secure it. Called and sent pictures. Then the customer service department become very hostile. Refusing to fix the incorrect installation and being abusive and completely unprofessional.

We had carpet installed in a large basement room. The salesperson came to our home, we picked a carpet and a date (no problem). The installers arrived on time but had to leave to buy parts at Home Depot. That should have been my first clue that a problem was coming. Next the installers were unhappy they had to move some furniture though that clearly was specified in the contract.

When that day came, I received call first thing in the morning for when my timing window would be for the carpet install. Once the installer came, they did a great job with the removal of my carpet. They were fast to install and cleaned up everything, even vacuumed. Overall, very easy process of dealing with National Floors Direct, I would recommend to a friend.

They claimed it was a rush order which it was not. They refused to allow me to change the floor material type which was of poor quality. They told me I had to take the material and could not change the order. They are a very deceptive company. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The salesperson told us we could cancel for any reason without a penalty. They gave us a cancellation contract. However, their master legal agreement invalidates it. Item 21 of 22 in a contract with over a 1,000 words says that if you are scheduled for installation in fewer than 10 days you are an "emergency rush order". Naturally, the salesperson does not inform you of this. Now they are keeping our $631 deposit check. The salesperson lied, the cancellation agreement creates the illusion you can cancel, then they keep your money. They are deceptive! Do not do business with them.

We moved into a home that needed new flooring that we didn’t realize and National Floors Direct came out right away and worked with us on pricing. Install happened super fast and we were able to move our furniture in when we needed. We love the finished product and highly recommend using National Floors Direct!
