    Purchased $5000 Lowe's carpet in Tucson, AZ on 12/31/24. After purchase we were told that the carpet was out of stock but would be in soon. On 01/20/25 our card was charged $4906 the total amount for the carpet and installation. We again advised that the carpet would be in soon. The contract gave a maximum date for installation 03/21/25. Much communication took place back and forth over next months and the carpet was finally installed 04/15/25. That was almost 5 months later. The install and carpet was fine except for the LONG wait and just words & words with no real action. Will never buy carpet from them again! No personal followup from them either after the install. Probably didn't want to hear what actual customer experiences are like.

    We started on 4/21/25 by ordering a new dishwasher online and ordered installation as well. It took 2 weeks to even get the installation scheduled. The installer was scheduled to come between 12-4 on 5/7. No one showed up, so at 4pm, we called and were told that they would still be here to install. No one showed up nor called! At 4pm on 5/8, we called and are now being told that we will be called within 2-4 business days to reschedule the installation. Completely unacceptable.

    I'm truly disgusted by Tamara at the Lowe's customer service. Rude. Unprofessional. Overtalking. Not trying to help me at all. My online order was supposed too be delivered in Salt Lake City, Utah at the store for pick up. Instead FedEx shipped it to Colorado, then canceled my order in my bank account. So I'm going somewhere else to buy what I need for my mother's day gift. The worst experience, makes me realize these people who work for Lowe's need to grow up and be more concerned about how they come across to those who are giving them a job. Tamara you suck!! And you need to find a different line of work!!

    I HAVE purchased a refrigerator on April 25 at Lowe's Bakersfield east. The salesman filled the purchase order to be delivered, he added a 50 dollar pickup fee without my consent and never issued or provided with a return policies form. The refrigerator doesn't fit in the space I have, can fully open the the right door does not fully open up do to the space I have. When I Return to the store I spoke with the same sales man to see a possible exchange and he said it would have been easy if I have used a Lowe's card but because I paid cash, Lowe's can not do the swapping. I purchased a 3 year extended warranty cos my intention was to keep the refrigerator for a long time. I'm writing this review to make people aware that Lowe's doesn't provide a verbal or a fiscal statement on return policies so you don't go through the same issue like I did.

    One star is too much. Please do not purchase a major appliance from Lowe's (Refrigerator). Their policy is no returns after 48 hours. You spend hundred and hundreds of dollars on an appliance and they expect you to know in just 2 days if there is a problem with said appliance.. How can you tell if there is something wrong with an appliance in 2 days? Also, check the extended warranty carefully. We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator which has such a loud humming sound that we have to close doors to watch TV and sleep. We had a technician come out. Stood there and said "that's the way it is". He did not move the refrigerator or check anything to see if there was a problem. After 2 weeks we called again and they said, "This visit will cost you $125.00." Buy from BEST BUY. They have the same appliances with a better return policy. If others are having this issue it would be great to have a CLASS ACTION LAW S. started.

    Disappointed by Months of Delays and Poor In-Store Service Sierra Vista AZ. I scheduled a flooring measurement with Lowe’s in sierra vista az on February 3rd, which was completed on February 13th. I received my quote the next day, resolved some minor issues, and placed my order on February 20th. Installation was set for March 19th—almost a full month later.

    The installers showed up on time and began the job, but called shortly after starting to say the laminate flooring was defective. We had to cancel a hotel we had already checked into (at a loss of $85) and return home. I appreciated how professionally the installers handled the situation, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there.

    I was told to go to the store to arrange a replacement. I waited over an hour for a flooring associate, Don, to help me. He confirmed a new product was in stock and said he’d arrange pickup of the defective material. After multiple follow-ups over several days—with no calls returned—the old material was finally picked up, but there was still no credit or shipment of the new flooring. I had to escalate to the store manager, Brandon, who promised to investigate. I was later told the new flooring would arrive by April 7th. That date came and went with no update. Eventually, I was told the product was no longer in stock and that their buyers couldn’t get it from the warehouse.

    After several more weeks of waiting and no resolution, I canceled the entire order on May 1st. This experience—from start to finish—took nearly three months, and the lack of communication, delays, and in-store support was extremely disappointing. The installers were great, but Lowe’s store service and follow-through were not. I will be looking elsewhere for future home improvement projects.

    Purchased countertops and install new sink as well. Template and measures performed. The existing countertops were Formica with underlying board where dishwasher was attached for stabilization. All of this removed for quartz install. End result, they left the dishwasher loose in opening since board removed and did not clip stating customer had to buy and install epoxy kit?

    Worse of all, the holes drilled for faucet were butting up to backsplash and left very little space for faucet. Original and new faucet will not fit over hole. They did not account for space with new backsplash that comes with counter item number, as we did not choose thickness for backsplash. Lowe's subcontractor did all measures and had specs of purchase order. Install support team declined all pics and video after only reviewing with guess...the installer. Flooring installer present 2 days later and noted dishwasher unattached and likelihood of not being able to find faucet to fit space available with drilled holes.

    My first Experience with Lowe's big purchase for my Washer and Dryer was a HUGE Mess! This will be my first and undeniably the LAST time entrusting in such a reputable home improvement store turned NEGATIVE. Let me start by replaying my Awful Experience. Purchase a new Washer/Dryer with a Lowe's CC promotion, had it scheduled for 2 days later, no one ever called, no one ever showed up to deliver and install it. Just PURE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called the # on a pamphlet if I had any issues with delivery, no help whatsoever as the call gets routed to a call center that who knows where it goes, maybe black hole.

    Went in store on my way to dinner to Customer Service Counter on day of missed delivery day, Associate had no clue why they didn't show up, Counter manager came to help, told Associate note at bottom states rescheduled for Saturday, I said ok, give a chance to correct. Day after deliver date debacle on reschedule delivery day, Supervisor name Louise or Lewis called stating, "Sorry we won't make delivery and need to reschedule for Sunday," I said I have plans. I have taken Friday off work and stayed home Saturday and this happens Again. Now want to reschedule for Monday.

    Then Got a call back later Saturday afternoon stating Lowes had a system glitch, and we need to refund my transaction and recharge Lowes CC. I said ok, but I just opened up a new CC so they refunded transaction but couldn't recharge on new transaction to fix glitch, ask me to use a new CC of my own. I said no, then they said come in store to redo transaction, at this point I have no confidence in Lowes, its Associates, and its Delivery and decided to NEVER DO BUSINESS with this Brand Again.

    I ADVISE All customers looking to purchase Large Appliances to look elsewhere and Do Not Rely on Lowes Delivery and Installation service with them one Bit! My Worst experience ever with a Large Retail Store, in comparison I recently purchased a refrigerator at BB Outlet and their level of service was WAY FAR SUPERIOR than the actual Flagship Tustin store... No Wonder Lowes is losing business, losing Customers and its Employees! BYE LOWES!

    I purchased 4 casters in November 2024, planning to use them for a project. As sometimes happens, life got busy and I began my project several months later to find out the caster were slightly too big for the project. I took the 4 casters back in brand new mint condition, along with receipt, and card used. I waited in a very long return line for over 20 minutes. All I wanted was to exchange them for ones that would fit my project. 2 Asst Managers refused to give me a refund or even store credit to get the ones needed to complete my project. I even showed them on the app that they still sell the exact casters in the store, but they still refused.

    Believe me, I understand the need for the policy. However, when a My Lowe's Reward member who is in your store weekly comes in and it is clear to all that the items were unblemished and in brand new condition, exceptions should be made. Lowe’s lost a Rewards member today. Home Depot will be my only home improvement store moving forward.

    I'm giving them one star so I can write a review, but based on my experience, I wouldn't give them any. They have very poor organization and service with delivery. On two occasions, I've had to wait for them to miss the assigned delivery day, resulting in financial losses for me because I'm paying for work that hasn't been completed yet because Lowe's hasn't delivered the materials I need to complete the job. I'm extremely disappointed with this company and will never return to that store to buy even a nail if I ever need it. I recommend you avoid that store. They're trying to compete with Home Depot with such terrible service. So much incompetence. They're embarrassing.

    I bought a propane gas tank today. Every single tank was only about 1/2 full - you can tell just by picking them up. I tried about 10 different ones. The guy that assembled my barbecue grill said he could tell it was only half full as well. I guess they never miss a chance to screw their customers.

    I will never use this company for an installation or for any other purpose again. In July I signed a contract for uninstalling an old fence and installation of the new one with removal of old fence materials. 6 months later it was finally installed. The fence was put in crooked and the patio bricks he broke and moved were never replaced. A call to Lowes about my dissatisfaction was returned by the installer calling me and calling me a liar and him being verbally abusive. Lowe’s did nothing. A month later, January, my neighbor started to have sewer back up problems. His sewer line goes through my property and off the fence was installed where it was before would never have been a problem.

    Turns out the installer put a metal fence post through his sewer pipe. He explicitly stated via email that he would be responsible for calling about underground utility marking and I would obtain a permit. No permit was needed if fence was placed in same spot of the old, which it was not. When Lowe’s was informed of the sewer pipe problem, they told me it was my problem and to take it up with my home owners insurance. Lack of professionalism and customer satisfaction is an understatement. I’m left with a huge mess and expense because of the installers incompetence and Lowe’s lack of any accountability. Avoid this company and their installers.

    I purchased a GE gas range from the Goldsboro, NC Lowe’s in December 2024. The stove broke down on April 5, 2025, and for most of a month, attempts to resolve the issue through GE and its contracted servicer, US Appliance, have been unsuccessful due to poor communication, unresponsiveness, and inadequate support. In light of this I decided that it would be worth it to approach Lowe’s, since the stove was purchased from them they would surely stand behind their products they sell. Wrong, the stove remains unrepaired/ replaced.

    After explaining the situation, the manager at Lowe’s declined to replace the stove, offering only a $100 credit toward the purchase of a new stove. I have a non-functional appliance, additional expenses, and significant stress, particularly while caring for a sick child. Good faith would have been to take the stove back and exchange it then send the broken one back to GE for credit. This would create rapport and keep customers. If they will not stand behind the products they sell what will they stand behind???

    We purchased a new toilet and new flooring for our bathroom from Lowe's. The representative recommended getting the toilet installed first, and then the floor. We booked the toilet install on February 28, 2025 and all seemed to go fine. Lowe's had Legacy Flooring come to do the bathroom floor on April 11, 2025 (much later than we anticipated), and the flooring professionals said that the flange on the new toilet was broken and that it can't be used. The toilet worked fine when it was installed and thereafter up until the flooring was done, so I'm unsure if this was an issue caused by the plumber or by the flooring professionals. In any event, I contacted Lowe's multiple times and no one seemed to know what we needed. I kept getting forwarded to our local store and they had no idea how to help. Someone scheduled a maintenance call for us, but the men who showed up said they did not do plumbing and couldn't help.

    Eventually, on April 17, I spoke with someone at Lowe's who said that a broken toilet was considered an emergency and that it would be fixed within 48 hours. They again partnered with Angi to find a professional to pick up the replacement toilet and install it. Angi sent me a confirmation e-mail saying that it would be completed on April 21 between 9 and 11:30 (outside of the promised 48-hour window, but we were okay with that). April 21 was a Monday so I had to take off work to be home for the plumber. The plumber texted me at 11:51 and said he couldn't come, but that he could be there the following day, April 22 between 1 and 2.

    Once again, I had to miss work to stay home and wait. At 1:50 on April 22, the plumber texted again and said the truck was broken and he wouldn't be able to come until Friday "first thing." I took off work again on Friday, April 25. The plumber never showed. He texted and said that Lowe's had canceled the job. We called Lowe's again and the representative was not at all sympathetic to the fact that we had been without a toilet for over a week and I had missed three days of work to sit home and wait for people who didn't show up. She once again booked through Angi for May 1, a Monday. Once again, I missed work to be home to wait for the plumber, who was supposed to be there at 12. At 11, I got yet another e-mail from Angi saying they have rescheduled the booking until May 6, almost another week out, and yet another workday when someone will have to be there to wait for someone to help get the toilet fixed.

    At this point, I wish we would have just kept the bathroom that we had before I spent thousands of dollars with Lowe's to remodel it. At least it had a working toilet before Lowe's and its third-party partners got their hands on it. Calling the toll-free numbers is pointless - no one knows what they're doing and no one really cares if your project is completed or not once they have your money. They will forward your call and/or keep you on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time without ever providing any assistance. By far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with.

    I purchased a golf cart from Lowe’s and they sold it to someone else before it could be delivered to me. They did not make it right, they did not offer me a discount on another one. They could not deliver the one I had purchased. Their only solution Was to sell me one for double the cost of what I had paid for the original one. It seems like a scam to increase their sales.

    I am 54 years old and have been going to Lowe's for many, many years, that has changed today. DO NOT purchase anything from this franchise if you don't keep paper receipts!!!! "Contractors" Home Depot and Harbor Freight is much better Consumer Friendly alternative. Lowe's now, DO NOT return ANYTHING without a receipt. I spent over an hour between customer service and managers with ZERO resolution!! I purchased a Craftsman tool that is BRAND NEW in the box that has NEVER been used, that is the wrong drive size. Lowe's will NOT make even a one time exception..BAD BUSINESS!!!! Pick another franchise that is more customer friendly. I AM!!!!

    They are terrible. We hired them to install luxury flooring in one bedroom. They measured and provided a quote. WE accepted and had to pay upfront labor and materials (illegal in California) and the day the arrived they stated they could not do it citing assumed asbestos and lead paint. We just painted the prior year. They do not test. I fired them and we wasted our time. Do not use them. I will be reporting them for not notifying me up front on and issues and policies after they visited measured and provided a quote. They were always late and never followed up. Do not use them!!!

    I am leaving a review that is probably my 5th one on a bad install I got done thru Lowe’s and they still have not finished refunding me of my money back. I sent emails called and customer service tried to tell me I could get $300 back when we had a flooring job install done that had to be completely done over and Lowe’s didn’t help us fight the argument of the flooring being messed up. We had to call the 3rd party business CEO ourselves to get it done we did a dispute on Lowe’s with our credit card and won they gave us most of our money back we want our $2,000 gift card back as well.! This is bad business for homeowners to have to go thru all this. I’m going to keep posting bad reviews until I get my gift card credit back.

    I bought a dishwasher for my rental. The lady in appliances was curt and rude. I had to sign multiple documents on her computer in rapid fire. The print was so small I couldn't read it. She gave me no copy of what I signed. I assumed I'd get a bill in the mail like every other bill I get. I intended to pay in full. Wrong. The dishwasher was delivered two weeks later than I was promised. I got an email that said what I bought but not how to pay for it. I didn't realize I had the email for about a month. Now it's a late bill with a penalty. I called up to straighten out the matter and was referred to an Indian speaking lady I could hardly understand. It doesn't inspire confidence. Needless to say I will cut up my Lowe's credit card as I don't want to deal with such a convoluted business format in the future.

    I would like to leave this review here so that you realize what really happens when you buy an appliance at Lowe's. In August of last year I bought a washing machine obviously because it was needed in the house, the one I had was no longer working so I bought it, I bought an Amana brand which we brought home, it was no longer working, we plugged it in. As soon as we plugged it in it started throwing all the water out instead of going into the washing machine. Just as we brought it we returned it. They didn't put any resistance on it or anything. We got another brand the Whirlpool brand which didn't work well. I can say that until the month of January it no longer worked as it should so I called to see what we could do since I had bought an extended warranty at Lowe's then they told me that they couldn't do anything. They had to act on the manufacturer's warranty which in this case would be Whirlpool.

    I contacted them and they said yes indeed until the year is up they are responsible for the warranty. Tomething that they never told me at Lowe's before buying the warranty. As of today it's been three months that my washing machine. I have called both the manufacturers and Lowe's to see what we can do about it because they are only giving me the runaround. A person came to check what was wrong with the washing machine. It took more than a month to be able to come because that person didn't have an appointment. He came and said that a part was missing. It's been a month and three weeks now that they haven't given me a solution. I called the offices of the person who was fixing the washing machine, they didn't even know what part was needed, they still hadn't ordered it, so think very carefully before buying an appliance there because the truth is it is chaos.

    My washing machine hasn't worked for three months. Unfortunately, no one wants to take responsibility, neither Lowe's nor Whirlpool, and the truth is I don't even know what to do. All this time I have spent a lot on laundry. With that, I could have bought another washing machine, but I can't because I'm waiting for it to be fixed.

    We returned a door lock key pad assembly that stopped working. It had been less than 30 days since purchase and we had the receipt. There were two items on the receipt, the lock and a pack of batteries. The lock was paid for (in full) with a merchandise card (since the previous one was defective also) and the batteries were purchased on a debit card. Customer service issued a partial refund on a merchandise card and credited the balance to the debit card.

    When we questioned why the merchandise card was not issued for the full amount of the purchase, we were told “the computer does it that way, there is nothing we can do about it." After requesting a manager, we were asked to leave the store. Our intention was to use the merchandise card to purchase a replacement lock, and CASH to purchase several other items. At this point, we have a merchandise card we’ll never use, a Lowe’s account I will cancel, and new friends at the HOME DEPOT across the street.

    My husband and I went into Lowe’s on Capital Circle NE. Looking for electrical panel boxes with the circuit breaker and 12/2 electrical wire. It was very refreshing to have a Lowe’s customer sale associate by the name ** ask us did we need any help, and of course Mr. ** did not disappoint! Mr. ** went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed for our current project and he was very polite and patient with us. So if you are ever on the Capital circle NE side….Stop by Lowe’s and say hello to Mr. **, great guy!

    I had a horrible experience with purchasing a washer and dryer from Lowe's on Madison St., Clarksville, TN. Today, their third party rep was supposed to deliver and install them. However, one set of delivery guys stole a package from my front door, and the other set of guys said that they could not find the address and tried calling me but I did not pick up. This is insane! We live in an informational age. AI, Google, internet, Google Maps, etc., what grown man can't find a house? I spent well over a $1k on your products, and decide not to answer the phone when it is supposed to be delivered? I won't be buying another big ticket item for delivery from you all EVER again. Corporate needs to rethink this 3rd party company named Spirit.

    One of the worst stores when it comes to customer service. I was working in my yard today and made a few trips to Lowe’s to buy mulch. Around 6:30 PM, I went for my final trip to purchase 12 bags. I asked the cashier if the loader is still there, and she assured me that help was available. When I asked the loader for help, he responded, “Why are you here? We’re closed.” I was shocked—it wasn’t even closing time. I told him the cashier lady told me you guys are available and will be able to load the mulch. When I pointed that out, he shrugged and said, “Oh well, we’re very busy.” Then he told me to go over there and wait.

    I waited for more then 15 minutes and nobody came to help. I was so frustrated that I chose not to go through with the purchase. I went to Home Depot instead. Their customer service was excellent—they were more than happy to load the mulch into my car. I won’t be shopping at this Lowe’s again, and I’d recommend others go to Home Depot instead

    If I could go lower than a 1 I would terrible customer service and they do not want to help their customer once they sell you something. They said they would call me never did I had to call them, they said they would take care of my problem they just wanted more money, they got my money but I still don't have a dishwasher. I missed 2 days of work no pay. Never did anything for me to make me feel more comfortable with dealing with them. I will never buy any appliance from them ever again. And this has been going on for about a month and I still don't have my money back or a dishwasher. Guess it's time to get a laywer

    ⭐☆☆☆☆1 Star (because zero wasn’t an option). After this experience, I felt obligated to speak up. I spent nearly $2,000 at this store — not a small amount. That’s not lunch money, that’s rent. That’s the kind of investment where, at the very least, you expect basic competence and professionalism. Instead, what I received was a complete disaster of a customer experience. From the moment I made the purchase, it was issue after issue. The service was so poor and disorganized that I had no choice but to cancel the entire order and request a refund. And even that wasn’t handled correctly — LOWE’S you didn’t refund me the full amount.

    To make matters worse, when the delivery team arrived, they proceeded to get high in my driveway. That level of unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to deal with the smell of marijuana coming from people representing a business I just spent thousands with. What’s even more insulting is that you had the nerve to request a review after all of this. So here it is your company failed to deliver on every level — from product to service to basic human decency. I’m questioning my faith in capitalism, customer service, and humanity in general. You are actively damaging your own reputation, and unless you take a hard look at how you’re operating, more customers will walk away with the same frustration and disappointment I did. This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I will never shop here again, and I’ll be strongly advising others to do the same.

    Absolutely the WORST experience! Ordered a washer and dryer set and a dishwasher. The dryer was missing a rack. Came back out. Instead of bringing me a new rack they replaced the whole dryer. Kicker is the new dryer they installed also had NO RACK! Dishwasher has been sitting in the middle of my kitchen still boxed up for going on FIVE days. I’ve reached out multiple times to schedule installation. Was told at first they had 48 hours to reach out to me. With that 48 hours gone was told the installation guy would be reaching out he had my info. Still NO CALL! Not to mention it was almost a 300 dollar service charge to hook up an already expensive dishwasher. Come on Lowe’s get your act together!

    I bought laminate flooring at Lowe's, and although the actual installation went smoothly, the rest of the project was a nightmare. I have never experienced such a disorganized and incompetent company. Purchasing was a mess, delivering was a mess, and it appeared to me Lowe's has never done this before. They should only be allowed to sell hardware.... and nothing else! Only the installers which were subcontractors did an excellent job.

    Getting a warranty work on a refrigerator is almost impossible. People can talk to on the phone that tried diagnosing it can’ barely speak English. Frustrating. Four months old water and icemaker doesn’t work. Cannot get any repairs done. What a joke. Never again will I buy an appliance from Lowe's.

    Lowes is terrible to deal with when it comes to flooring installation. Their flooring does not do a proper inspection of crawlspaces that should identify moisture issues before flooring installation. They said they leave to the customer per article 8. So 5000 out the window. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Lowes.through the years and will never spent another time. Also, I will be telling everyone we know about this experience. Home Depot you have a new customer

    I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's Home Improvement yesterday. The associate said it could be delivered the next day between 8:30-8:30. I told him that I would not be available between 10-1pm. He put that in the computer notes. Last night I received a confirmation that my refrigerator would be delivered between 8:30-12:30. I thought, oh good, they are delivering it early. Sure enough, I left for my appointment at 10 and my phone rings at 10:08 saying they would be at my home in 9 minutes.

    When I had advised he that I would not be home then, he hung up on me. I called the delivery number and was told they could try again tomorrow. I advised that I had moved everything from my refrig/ freezer to coolers and that they would need to deliver after 1 pm. I was told that couldn’t happen. Really? The delivery people say they don’t get the Lowe's notes about delivery requests. I have now cancelled my order and ordered with Home Depot. I also had a delivery problem with a washer/dryer a couple of years ago. I have learned my lesson to not buy appliances from Lowe's. There is a breakdown between the Lowe's store and the third party delivery company and Lowe's doesn’t seem to want to make that communication better!

    Bought a Samsung washer that, on the first cycle, flooded the laundry room (overflowed from the top). I called Lowe's and they said, "It's a manufacturer issue. Call them." Fair enough. I called them and have been getting the run around so I called Lowe's back and said, "Come get it, I am tired of playing this game. I just wanted my money back." They said, "No, deal with the manufacturer." So here we are a week later with a brand new broken washing machine I doubt I will ever trust.

    We purchased a washer & dryer on April 6, 2025. These were delivered on April 7, 2025. When the team attempted to install the washer a leak was found. I was told that the leak needed to be repaired before installation could be completed. One of the team "fixed" it. The dryer was not installed properly. The doors on both units were supposed to have been reversed which this team did not do. When we attempted to reverse the door on the washer the tool that is provided to remove the lock mechanism broke inside of the mechanism. We contacted Lowe's & they replaced this washer with a delivery date of April 9, 2025. When the next team delivered the replacement washer a leak was found again. The first team should have NEVER installed the washer on April 7, 2025.

    We had the leak fixed and another delivery was scheduled for April 12, 2025. The 3rd team to deliver changed out the locking mechanism instead of replacing the washer even though they were told not to do so. They did reverse the dryer door. Because they swapped out the locking mechanism the warranty was invalid. During the delivery the 3rd team unboxed the washer at the roadside & threw the transport locks into our neighbors yard. So another delivery date was scheduled for April 14, 2025. When the 4th team delivered I was told that they could not install the dryer due to existing venting. We cannot have a flex hose due to space constraints. We have adjustable hard venting. Customer care wanted to send the original team back to fix all of the issues. I said no that if the washer cannot be installed today they could take both back & refund my money. I said we would take care of the installation of the dryer.

    This team installed the washer. During the installation we discovered that the 3rd team had scratched the door of the dryer. There is another delivery date scheduled for April 18, 2025 to replace the dryer. The dryer that was delivered on April 18, 2025 did not work. The customer care representative said that the dryer did not work because the transport locks were not taken out. There are no transport locks on a dryer. The third dryer was delivered today April 21, 2025. This dryer works. So it has taken 2 weeks with 6 deliveries of 3 sets of washer/dryer to get a set that works. We have purchased several appliances from Lowe's & have never had these problems. I will NEVER purchase appliances from Lowe’s again. I did call customer care & asked for some type of compensation. All they would do was give me a $100 gift card. I spent over $2000 on this set.

    I have never had so many problems trying to get a product that I purchased in my life. On March 26 2025 I went to Lowes and purchased materials for my renovation totaling approximately $980. The materials were supposed to be delivered on April 3, 2025. During delivery some of my items were damaged and some were missing approximately $250 worth of materials. No one notified me that they were missing prior to me counting them and noticing it myself. I called Lowe’s to find out what happened. I was told that some of the items would be delivered April 8, 2025. April 7 I received a text saying that my order would be delivered between 12-4.

    On April 8, no one showed up nor did they call to notify me that they wouldn’t be delivering my order. Again I called Lowe's to find out what happened to my delivery. I was told that I would receive my delivery on April 12th instead. On April 10th I noticed that some of the boards from my delivery on April 3rd were missing. I called Lowe's to inquire about the missing items. I was told that the damaged boards were picked up by a Lowe's employee. No one notified me that this would occur and the replacement boards were not delivered in its place. No one had an explanation for why I wasn’t notified. On April 12th I believed that I was finally going to receive my order. The Lowe's employee named Haun delivered only part of my order. Haun was rude and refused to place the items where it would be easier for me to transfer to the porch. The interaction with him was very unpleasant.

    I called Lowe's to find out why I had not received all of my order. I was told again that there was an error in the delivery department. Although I spoke with Gayle (delivery manager) the day before the delivery to verify that I would receive all materials. I was reassured by Gayle but clearly this department is not run very well. I’ve been waiting more than two weeks to receive my delivery and here we are three deliveries and many phone calls as well as in person visits to try to get the materials I paid for and I still don’t have them. I did speak with a different manager on April 12 who was kind and reassured me that I would receive my delivery on Monday April 14th. Fingers crossed!

    I went to the Lowe’s in South End (Charlotte). I haven’t painted before and was looking for various paint supplies. I received help from a very nice guy with a camo vest who helped me pick out a primer for an interior paint job. We ended up going with the KILZ primer. Didn’t catch the guy's name but he was a ** man with a camo vest. Wanted to give him a shout out! Thank you sir!

    Very Disappointed with the Delivery Service. I scheduled next-day delivery for today between 7:30 AM and 11 AM. I work nights, so I got up early, cleared space, and prepared everything by 7 AM-definitely not ideal, but I made it work. At 7:28 AM, I received an email saying the delivery window had changed to 8 AM-8 PM on the same day. Inconvenient, but at least I had the day off.

    Then just a few minutes later, another email came through-now the delivery is delayed by two more days. This is a major issue because I'm moving that day. The only reason I made such a large purchase from this company was because of the promised next-day delivery. Extremely unhappy with the service and the way this was handled. Not acceptable.

    If I could I would give lowes a negative 5 due to the garbage they sell. I spent over 3,000 in product In wood to build a 32x12 deck and not even 2 months it looked like this and when I reach out to Lowe's I had to deal with store and employees and Managers were rude and not helpful on trying to resolve the issues with lumber. So I'm telling everyone I know not to use lowes. I'm paying for a deck that makes me sick to look at and lowes didn't even want to try to fix the issue. Not even 2 months after purchasing it.

    Went to get a washer that they did not have our color. Said it would take 5 to 7 days to get. We needed a washer like yesterday. Husband took off the day of delivery only to get a e-mail it won't be here until the following week. So my husband not only lost a days work waiting on someone to do their job that they probably already knew wasn't going to be there 3 days before then only to be told he has to wait another week. Not doing this again. We USE to buy from here but I will go elsewhere for now on. You can't get waited on when you come here to buy and what you buy you can't get.

    Customer service is seriously lacking at your Rockledge Florida location. I went up front and asked for assistance in the outdoor lighting department. I heard it being announced on the overhead speaker. Aisle 10. My son and I stood in the aisle for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up. No one ever did so we left. While walking out we saw several employees walking around looking at their phones. It wasn’t busy in the store by any means so I am very disappointed in this experience. Next time I will go elsewhere. The days of customer service are over!!

    I’m having a horrible experience with them! I hired a window for my house in January 2025 and they still haven't finished the job!! (April 15) They assigned the job to Farrow Construction and they installed the window the first days of March and after that they supposed to finish installing the stucco and covering it up, but they left me hanging. Since the beginning of March they have been giving me excuses and more excuses and scheduling appointments that never come... No one has been able to show their face or give me a concrete answer as to when they will finish the job. Now I'm asking them to return part of the money so I can get the job done with another company, very bad experience!

    Lowe’s is THE WORST place to purchase anything for home improvements and ESPECIALLY appliances!!! Purchased a dryer from here and it was delivered to my house, installed and didn’t work! The heating element didn’t work. Went through the lengthy process of talking to a bunch of people that had NO idea how to do their jobs to FINALLY get someone to exchange the dryer to only have another one delivered TO NOT WORK AGAIN! Having to take time off work to go so they can deliver and then get ANOTHER broken item that was over $1000!!

    So now have to call and schedule a return and for them to tell me there’s a time window for them to come pick up their BROKEN item. Meaning I have now been inconvenienced THREE times. Lowe's is a complete joke, for the amount of money they charge people for their piss poor service and items, I will NEVER return and I will make sure all those who I speak to know not to give Lowe’s their hard earned money and valuable time.

    We purchased a Maytag front loader washing machine on 3/17. When we use it, it smells like oil. It is loud when it spins. I contacted Lowe's within 25 days of purchasing it and they said "sorry not our problem". They refused to replace it. We do not want it repaired as this is a major issue and we know this particular unit will not last if it is already having these issues. We will never step foot in Lowe's again.

    WARNING: I am a realtor and property manager. I have never had such a nightmare experience with ANY of my vendors. It started with trying to order a set of $5000 of appliances. My property owner and I could not get the appliance dept on the phone. we were told please hold then disconnect multiple times. Finally, we were able to place the order. They then were charging more than the online prices and said there is a "glitch in the system".

    They set up delivery - which this is a vacant property, They said it was no problem to call 1/2 hour before delivery. Not only did they not call before going, but they also had the wrong number to call in the notes. After calling to reach a mgr. several times and being on hold for over 40 minutes, they rescheduled for the next day (today) the driver called 10 min prior and refused to wait (documented). There is a tenant moving in tomorrow with a small child and no place to even keep milk cold. We are going on day 5 of this nightmare and they DO NOT CARE. Stay away from this store. They only want to blame their contracted delivery company and take no responsibility.

    Another employee even said they have had trouble with other contracted companies. They also said they had to send someone to measure for the cooktop and double oven, The person came out to measure and then called back and said even though the cooktop and double oven were on the same order they sent the work order to measure days apart and I had to go out again to let him again and he had to take two trips. The asst mgr agreed that was unacceptable. They do not value your time. It has now taken 5 days of hours on hold and multiple phone calls with nothing solved. Like others I wish there was a ZERO or negative STARS.

    I bought a large amount of ceramic tile from Lowe's for two bathrooms but they didn't have enough of the bull nose trim in the store or in any other local store. My choices was to drive to another store over an hour away or pay a $79 delivery fee for them to deliver to me. I chose to drive to get the tile but they inconvenienced me because they didn't have stock. This store is terrible but as bad as I hate to say it I will switch to Home Depot in the future. Lowe's needs to take a lesson from Amazon!

    I am disappointed and upset with Flash Appliance Repair who is through Lowe’s protection plan. I have been without a fridge for almost 4 weeks now and the repairman burnt the inside of my fridge when he was fixing my freezer. He came on March 27 to check on the freezer that was not getting cold. He stated that he will come back on April 4th with the part to do the repair. April 4th, repairman tried fixing my freezer and was unable to fix it due to an internal leakage. He then said Lowe's will contact me on Monday March 31, about getting a replacement.

    When he left I checked the freezer and fridge and notice a big burnt mark on the inside of my fridge. He did not notify me of the burnt mark and he left the box with the replacement part at my house. I am more upset about the burnt mark. On Thursday, April 10, I had to contact Lowe’s protection plan and chatted with Janna ** if they received the report yet and she notified me they have not and she will send a notice to Flash Appliance Repair to send them the report.

    I call Flash Appliance Repair and spoke with Chriss to check the status of my claim and he said he stated the report has been sent without pulling up my name or phone number for the claim. I asked him to look me up with my phone number to check on the status of my claim. He did so and told me he will call me that later that day about the status. Chriss never called me back. I am very upset and frustrated that I had to call both Lowe’s and Flash Appliance Repair to check on my claim status. Today, April 14, my claim has been resolved after calling both Lowe's and Flash Service Repair about the status again. I would never go with Flash Appliance Repair if it wasn’t through Lowe's Protection Plan.

    I ordered a range from Lowe’s. It was delivered many days after it was supposed to arrive. They just left it in the room and when I finally installed the cord and plugged it in the oven didn’t work. I went to the store to see about returning it and was told that I only had 48 hours from delivery to return it so I have to call the manufacturer to get it serviced. I’ve never heard of such a thing and Lowe’s has lost my business.

    Lowe's Home Improvement is awful in my opinion. Their customer service is worse, in my opinion. I bought the materials from Lowe's. I paid Lowe's to install a sink and countertops. The sink leaked, the countertops are not fitted correctly and I told them from the beginning that they needed to send someone out to evaluate the workmanship and fix it. They did not. This should never happen to anyone else.

    We paid to have our washer dryer unit installed.. But the 3rd party company that brings the equipment refused to move the current one and pretended there was corrosion on the water valve even thought it was a brand new connection.. We called the store and asked for a manager. Was on hold for 38 minutes.. Had to go to the store to speak to a manager.. Only to have them call the delivery people.. That did nothing to solve the problem.. They offered to send another crew.. It was doubtful we would get a different result.. I would not buy any more appliances from Lowe's. They have extremely poor customer service.

    Lowes in Lake Jackson, Installation is joke. After the countless calls and even going into the store was no help. It haven’t always been this way. The process of getting a storm door installed was taking way too long and getting the run around after paying for the installation. The last draw for me was when I was in the store and someone was in the process of helping me that person was told to go help someone else. After waiting fifteen or twenty minutes for the person to come back I had finally had enough and requested for a refund. I will be taking my business elsewhere

    I placed an online order and scheduled delivery for 4/5 and was given a delivery window. No call and no show. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, the 3rd party delivery company, and the store. No one could tell me where my almost $800 worth of paid merchandise was. No answer from the driver when contacted by Lowe’s. Same thing the next several days. I gave one final attempt at contacting customer service. What do you know? They were magically able to reschedule the delivery! However, I was unable to choose a day or time. Another missed day of work for this whole ordeal.

    I finally got my items and was told to contact customer support “to see what they can do”. An hour on the phone and they refuse to refund the delivery fee. Initially, they offered a $25 gift card. You are kidding me!?? After being escalated to a manager, they upped the “compensation” to $65, still refusing to refund the $79 delivery fee. 2 days of missed work, countless hours on the phone, incredibly rude employees in store and with customer support, and days with no communication. HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Save yourself the headache and do not bother with this company all together.

    Don't hire Lowes to do any installations. They subcontract all the services and if any issues arise they bat you back and forth and both companies deny responsibility for anything. The craftsmanship is junk. Any 14 year old with a tape measure could do what they did. In my case a company called Rynone Manufacturing was subcontracted by Lowes to build and install my countertops. They failed to build the countertops in accordance with their own design, did not have the right tools to complete the installation, and left a mess. Took them over a month to schedule a time to come back and fix what they screwed up. Then they no called and no showed. After chasing them around for another month they came and sprayed adhesive all over my newly painted cabinets and messed up the paint trying to clean it. They also refused to take off their shoes and left a mess.

    My husband and I recently placed a large kitchen remodeling order with Lowe’s, purchasing over 15 cabinetry units, an oven hood, and other appliances. Because of the size of the order, we received a bundle discount. However, when the cabinets were delivered, more than half arrived in terrible condition—some with holes, others completely broken beyond repair.

    We immediately contacted Lowe’s, and while we were told a manager would call us back on multiple occasions, no one ever did. Frustrated, my husband returned the damaged cabinets to the store himself, only to learn that Lowe’s does not exchange cabinets. Instead, they require a return and repurchase, meaning we lost the bundle discount we were originally given.

    This is not just an issue of poor service—it feels like a serious business practice problem. It seems to me, under this policy, Lowe’s can offer large discounts for bundled orders, ship damaged products, and then refuse to honor the discount when replacements are needed. This effectively allows them to advertise lower prices without ever having to truly fulfill them, making it impossible for customers to get what they originally paid for at the promised price.

    To make matters worse, when my husband arrived at the store, no employees offered to help unload the damaged cabinets from his truck or assist him in picking out and loading replacements. For a company that prides itself on home improvement, the lack of customer service and support was incredibly disappointing. Our experience has been frustrating and costly. If you’re considering a large purchase from Lowe’s, be aware of their policies and be prepared for a lack of service if anything goes wrong.

    Used Lowes for over 35 years and never really had a issue always trusted them. Decided we needed to do the floors, wife found what she wanted, ordered it. I started on floor, said it would be in about 2 days, waited then waited 2 more days, status order not filled, 2 more days it gets canceled all of sudden. So I call, 52 mins on phone, the women checks they have the flooring, "We can take care of you sorry for inconvenience sir."

    Note the floor has stickiness after taking up works better for the new floors but for so long. Ordered again, they've checked the, got it, waited another week now, called the other day and was told we will can them, got ahold of them, they are going to email you or call and let you know. No email, no call, nothing. Called back that 30 mins later. I got, "I'm SO SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE SIR, THEY DON'T HAVE THE FLOORING AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO." Lowe's, however, contracts with an installation company who royally messed up the installation. Back and forth with Lowe's to no avail. We finally told them we wanted our money back and they said they would come get the carpet (uninstall it lol) and charge us a restocking fee? Bwahahaha okkkk, come uninstall carpet and sell to someone else? Niiiice. I post this to say keep on shopping because if you do run into issues with Lowe's, there's nobody in a position to be able to fix it!! MULTIPLE no shows (after confirming appts) which should have been the first clue! So here we sit, brand new carpet not tacked down on the edges, and nothing we can do about it but hire others to come fix and blast them on social media.     I bought a Frigidaire Range Oven that could not MAINTAIN correct temperature. This was NOT an isolate problem. Had two different repair companies come out and could not "fix" it. They tried replacing parts. Problem still remained. Lowe's offer ONLY 2day warranty so I did purchase the extended warranty. Frigidaire and Lowes would not take it back. Why? because the technician said the oven is going to fluctuate. Yes, but not 50 to 75 degrees. My wife and I are stuck with this range despite having a manufacturer and Lowes warranty... NO happy wife here. NO ACCOUNTABLITY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I have been a long time customer of Lowe's, but no more! Three times in the past year we have made purchases or tried to make purchases. 1.) Vanity and cabinet for bathrooms. Paid for on a Monday, received call four days later on even of delivery the product was discontinued and no longer available, even though floor models are advertised in three of the stores we went to. A few days ago we tried to purchase a refrigerator. Again, floor model advertising. Went to pay for it, was told product was discontinued, only available in a different color. Then was told they had two at another store on Northwest Highway in Dallas, few miles away from Mesquite. Went there, found what we wanted, went to pay for it.

    Then told it was discontinued, out of stock. Employees went back and laid eyes on it and said they do have two. Went through purchase procedure, then told it could not be delivered because it was not a new product, out of box, only wrapped up in plastic. Told by sales that they were not sure the manufacturer warranty would apply. Lowe's has a long history of advertising products on the floor, online and in print they no longer carry. Purchased a power washer a couple of years ago, bought extended warranty and that was a terrible ordeal, as they said the warranty had expired and clearly my receipt said otherwise. Forget about their warranties and do not even think about purchasing Kobalt tools. Even though they have a 5 year warranty, Lowe's nor Kobalt will honor.

    Bought a Whirlpool Dishwasher on 3/4/2024 for about 800.00 and paid 154.99 extra for the extended warranty in Tustin, CA. On 4/7/2025 I went to use my warranty and they said the store canceled it. I asked why, said they didn't know. I paid the 154.99 and they canceled it and kept my money for the warranty. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, called my bank and filed a dispute for the 154.99 for fraud. They never refunded me my 154.99 when they canceled it. How many people have they done this to.

    Order # **. The delivery was to an apartment complex in Englewood Ohio. The driver called me at 10:13 AM, to say that he is there and lied to me that he called 40 minutes earlier to let me know that he will be there earlier. I told him that the schedule time is from 10:30 to 2:30 and I am on my way to the property and will be there around 10:35 am according to GPS. I also told him that the door swing direction needs to be changed, and he said yes, he knows as per the order remarks.

    I reached earlier than expected at 10:30 am, he was gone after delivering the ref and without changing the door direction. He also didn’t pick up all the packing material from the parking lot. I called him twice on ** and left him a message but he didn’t call. Then I called ** and she told me that she contacted the delivery office, and he will call you but there are no calls yet. I waited in the parking lot for a few hours. What a mess from delivery people. It is really a waste of everybody’s time, and I will think twice before ordering again from Lowe's.

    Lowe’s delivery is third party outsourcing and will be your nightmare. Just do a quick internet search, read reviews and you’ll find a systemic dysfunctional system that leaves you in a financial mess. Placed a delivery order, paid for it, scheduled a date and time for delivery 10 days out. The day before delivery, Lowe’s gave me a time range for delivery as scheduled. I had to cancel commitments to receive delivery, since Lowe’s requires I be there when they arrive. On the day of delivery, Lowe’s canceled the delivery and rescheduled for a week later at the very last minute. On the second delivery date, once again canceled without communication and rescheduled another week later. This is par for the course in today’s market place. I was not even involved in the conversation. Of course, they boast about their wonderful AI chat customer care nonsense, where you can waste your time clicking your way through a computer that solves nothing.

    I Canceled this order and purchasing from elsewhere. I’ve spend thousands at this store, No more. Go elsewhere folks, this mediocre company doesn’t care nor do they earn your business any longer. I’m done with them and will share my story with everyone within my business and sphere of influence. BTW, if you receive a last minute cancellation and rescheduling by an outsourced delivery entity known as “Hollar Creek”, just cancel your order immediately, you’ll never receive your order.     I placed an order online for the MG garden soil .75 cubit feet which is $2.29 a bag online. The sale is buy 3 get 3 free. I bought 18 bags online for curbside pickup with the intention of getting 18 free bags. That wasn’t what happened. The store price is $4.58. The supervisor says the price online of $2.29 reflects the price if you buy 3 and get 3 free; however when I showed him on the Lowe’s website that I can buy one for $2.29, he was totally confused and had to call someone else who basically said what the supervisor said. But if I came to the store to buy 1 bag, I would have to pay $4.58 for 1 bag. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE.

    Either change the price in the store to reflect what the online site says or change the price online to reflect what the store says! Stop the confusion to the customer. I chose to return my bags after they were loaded and go to Home Depot where the bags are 5 for 10. It’s the false advertisement and trickery to the consumer for me!!! Plus Home Depot gives me my military discount online with my purchase. Do Better Lowe’s!

    I honestly don't know if my 1 star will make a dent in this company's reputation since they have enough damage from an 87% of reviews awarding them a 1 star. My issue is with delivery communication and courtesy. I bought dishwasher and it was supposed to be delivered on sat April 5. I received a text message couple of days ago stating that I will receive a confirmation of the 4 hour delivery window. Here we are on Friday night and I have not received any messages. So I replied to the previous message and asked for the window. Guess what, I received an automated reply saying that I should call a toll free number which I did and I was told that my delivery window is 12 hours from 8AM to 8PM. Excuse me! In this day of age your margin of error in managing deliveries is 12 hours. I don't even need an installation and I still have to ruin my plans for the whole Saturday just waiting for their majesty to show up.

    I am a Lowe's customer for more than 10 years and I spent a lot of money on their products which now is going to shift to other competitors because I won't buy from Lowe's anymore. I'm talking about thousands of $ annually since I do my own remodeling projects for my home. Here is the catch - when you are completing the transaction in the store the reps make it sound like the delivery will be smooth. I don't think Lowe's has its own fleet and use small mom and pop delivery services that could care less about reputation since they still get the volumes from Lowe's even with bad reviews. So my weekend is ruined because of Lowe's customer no-service. I wish there was a zero rating and I will have the honor to select that.

    We have lived in our home now for more than thirty years. It was time to replace our kitchen countertop. We decided on using Lowe's as our contractor to achieve our goal. We are not experienced with construction and felt that going to Lowes would be our best choice. So we ordered the new Dekton by Cosentino kitchen counter in November of 2024. Lowes contractor, Ultra Surfaces of Stockton California, came out and measured our kitchen. They explained that once the measurements were in the system, it would take several weeks to fabricate the new counter and matching backsplash.

    Ultra Surfaces scheduled the install date for just after Christmas 2024. On the day of the installation, the **-only speaking crew got to work. Because we have dogs, we stayed out of the way to allow the workers to complete their job. When they finished, it was late and the crew rushed out the door. Shortly after they left, we were shocked to realize Ultra Surfaces had made a major mistake. Our main kitchen counter has a return. This required Ultra Surfaces to fabricate the counter in two pieces. The seam where the two pieces join together have totally different shades and one piece has a lot of marbling and the other has almost nothing. The result is the worst possible seam you could imagine. The fabricator made the decision to create a seam in the middle of our counter that looks absolutely hideous.

    The day after the installation we spoke with Stacy, the representative from Ultra Surfaces. We explained that there was a huge mistake made and requested that the mistake was fixed. Ultra Surfaces’ response was “you should have looked at the fine print of the contract. We are not responsible for seams and that there is nothing they can do.”

    We then went back to Lowes, the contractor in charge of this project. Our sales representative and her supervisor both agreed that the seam was not acceptable. They agreed that a mistake was made by the fabricator and that they need to fix it. But instead of handling it directly with Ultra Surfaces’, they told us we had to deal with Ultra Surfaces’ directly, even tough we are not the contractor of the project. We then began a long process of being bounced from Ultra Surfaces to Lowes IME and then back and forth. No one was willing to help us. We were never told by Lowes or Ultra Surfaces that there would be a seam. We were never offered the opportunity to review the seam before installation.

    We have spent close to $10,000 and the result is the worst looking countertop you could imagine. Here we are four months later and Lowes continues to agree that Ultra Surfaces’ botched the job and that they should fix it. We were told that the Lowes district manager, Dylan ** would contact us to resolve the issue, but after many emails and requests, we have never heard back from Dylan. In conclusion, please beware of trusting Lowes and their third-party contractor Ultra Surfaces of Stockton California. While Dekton by Cosentino is not the fabricator, they also did not want to help us in resolving this issue.

We contacted the store (after a very long wait on hold) and were told that another delivery was scheduled for the remaining items. However, the truck did not arrive on the scheduled date.     Tried to purchase a toilet through the website. First they messaged saying it would be a day late, however it ended up coming a day early. Good, right? Sure, except the warehouse in Frostproof, FL sent the right toilet tank (1.6GPF) and the wrong bowl (1.28 GPF). No installation was happening now and my project suddenly had to stop.

    I thought this would be a minor inconvenience, since I just needed a correction to my order. Yet after over an hour of “customer service representatives” closing chat tickets as soon as they saw my issue and telling me they couldn’t do anything, or not responding to me and then telling me they haven’t heard from me in a while and that they’d close the ticket I gave up and went to the store.

    Once I got to the store in Spring Hill, FL no one would come to the returns desk to help me unload this 60 pound toilet, it was 7 in the evening and the store hours said they closed at ten. After waiting and several calls over the PA an angry store employee came up and helped me get the item in the store. Once I was able to bring it in, I told them the issue again and all I was offered was a refund.

    You win Lowe’s, I no longer want the product and I hope the cost to ship this toilet back to the warehouse will burn a hole in someone’s budget. I really wanted the product too all I needed was half of the toilet to be replaced and the order issue handled. I will NEVER use your website to purchase anything and I offer this warning to anyone else considering doing so.

    DO NOT BUY appliances from LOWE'S. I paid my wine cooler in full including the shipping fee. Then I received a bill from FedEx indicating that I owe $1660 for shipping fee. LOWES ordered my wine cooler directly from "the Legacy Companies" (the third party store) from SPARKS NV. "The Legacy Companies" generated a Bill of Landing with invoice amount of $1660 without my knowledge and consent. NOW Lowes said they are not responsible for it and I need to contact "the Legacy companies" myself to have them correct the bill. I tried to reach "the Legacy Companies" many times, the staff Mike gave me an email to send the documents, but the emails are all not working.

    LOWES gave me a different email for "the legacy companies", I sent 2 emails so far, NO Response. First of all, I did not order the wine cooler from "the legacy companies", I shouldn't have to deal with their third party directly. It's their mistake, LOWES needs to help correct that. HOW DID I end up with $1660 of shipping fee by just ordering their wine cooler online!!!! my receipt shows I paid off everything including the shipping fee LOWES asked online. THIS IS A SCAM! I will need to file a lawsuit against LOWES if this is not resolved. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

The murky teenager you get on the phone is the highest person working at Lowe's at that time. As their return policy has changed sending us shopping across the street. When you spend $50k+ on materials on a flip house (a lot more than that) and being refused a refund on less than $200 of non used items a few months later, it is time to break ties.     I am absolutely furious with Lowe's and their third-party delivery service. I hired Lowe's to deliver and install a microwave and trim kit, and the result has been a complete disaster. The third-party delivery team they sent caused severe damage to my high-end custom cabinets, putting 31 holes in them. My cabinets were carefully crafted and glued together, meaning the damage cannot simply be fixed — replacing even one causes a ripple effect through the entire structure. To make matters worse, when I reached out to Lowe's, the third-party company lied about their actions. They claimed that they were only in my home for 2 minutes, attempting to downplay the damage and avoid responsibility. However, I have video proof that they were in my home for 30 minutes — more than enough time to have caused significant damage.

    Despite this clear evidence, Lowe's and their third-party delivery company's insurance denied my claim. The damage to my cabinets totals a staggering $34,000, which is the estimated cost to repair or replace the custom cabinetry they destroyed. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. Lowe's has shown no accountability, and I am left with severely damaged property and a denied claim, despite providing proof that their team was responsible for the destruction.

    I will never trust Lowe's with any future purchases or installations again, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services unless they want to risk dealing with unprofessional and dishonest contractors who don't care about the damage they cause. This has been a complete failure on Lowe's part, and their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Stay away from Lowe's if you value your property and expect decent service.     Lowe’s will lock you in to a 48-hour return window and deny your refund on any of their faulty appliances. I bought a Maytag PetPro stackable washer & dryer set from Lowes.com on Dec 16 2024. I paid for the delivery and “installation kit”. When the installers arrived, what I ordered did not include the “stacking kit” so they left them in my living room. In all I had spent $2,230 so far and I ended up paying $60 more for a bag with two brackets and four screws, nothing special about them. I could not install the units until a few days later when I had help available.

    When they were finally installed and I used them for a few days, I noticed that the washer would leak from the door and the dryer would shut off randomly in the middle of its cycles, saying “Cycle Complete” but the clothes would still be wet. When I reached out to Lowe’s customer service, they informed me that their return policy was only 48 hours unless I used the Lowe’s credit card, then it was 7 days. They insisted on sending Maytag to repair (or replace) the units and declined a refund. When I persisted, they continued to shift responsibility to Maytag since it was “now under their warranty”, and the refund was a “decision that Maytag would make”.

    I provided all the information that Lowe’s asked me for. At every step, I declined replacement and repairs and requested a pickup and refund instead. Inexplicably, Lowe’s then sent a repair technician to my home anyway. I was given no notice of their arrival and they were turned away. Several more weeks went by with no communication from Lowe’s, Maytag, or a repair company until I reached out to Lowe’s with a final request for refund. Yet again, the support team deflected responsibility to Maytag and we got nowhere fast, so I am still stuck with two grand worth of appliances that the store won’t take back.

    Since the day our Lowe's opened I built a good relationship with all the clerks, dept heads and cashiers. The opening mgr was great. He long ago moved on. They fired all of their good cashiers and replaced them with a Point Of Sale system that is unbelievably awful. I know. I wrote them for decades. You can pick out anything you want, so long as the laughable inventory control system has it in stock, but then you can't get out of the store! One whole hour!! To get past 4 employees using 6 (SIX) registers to use two gift cards and a veteran's discount. Never again I hope. From spending 3k a year at Lowe's to now taking all my business anywhere but Home Depot. What a fiasco! Simply unbelievable! Terribly disappointing!

    I purchased a dishwasher, fridge, and stove. The install of the fridge and stove went great. However the dishwasher was a nightmare. The boy they sent out almost broke our door, let water run into our cabinets, and then refused to install the dishwasher because he was asked not to damage our cabinets and front door. He packed up and left. Very unprofessional! He then proceeded to lie to his manager that we cussed him, which isn’t true at all.     ABSOLUTELY do NOT get Lowe's to do any roofing projects. I've had a roof for 3 years and 3 months. It is leaking majorly and has been for an unknown amount of time. Need to mail another check and stop payment on first. New check 10-15 days receive. March. No check. Again stop payment. 10-15 days. Follow up to see if check created. Fill out a bad review.     Lowe's Home Improvement is among the worst operated and managed businesses I have ever encountered. This review is the product of many years of being a customer, and trying repeatedly to forgive and overlook the countless shortcomings of this major retailer. From no stock or wrong stock on the shelves, to the selling of obsolete appliances that you can no longer get parts for, to this ridiculous policy of no returns after 90 days. Specifically, I purchased a product for a project on 12/4/24 and attempted to return it today 3/13/2025. The product is unopened, undamaged and I provided the store receipt. This product has no shelf life. I spoke with the store managers and customer service at 800-445-6937, and all refused to issue a return, store credit, or exchange for some other item. I have never had a single issue at Home Depot, but Home Depot is about twice the distance from my home. I will make every effort to not spend my money at Lowe's again.

    I bought a medical cabinet two years ago. Anti fog medical mirror cabinet. Now the anti-fog bathroom mirror cabinet has shown signs of wear and damage after two years of use.     PSA: Beware LOWE'S Appliances and Appliance Installation. Horrible experience with the Lowe's in Fort Collins CO. Purchased a high end Bosch Dishwasher and Microwave. So far so good. Lowe's contracts with a "logistics" company CRST (1.4 star Google Rating/Reviews) company to handle their appliances who contracts with 3rd party installers for installation. First delivery date installers show with only a dishwasher and no idea where microwave is at. They take out our existing dishwasher and unpack the one they have only to find out it's damaged with a large dent on the front. Lowe's make us cancel the order and reorder another dishwasher even though none of this is our fault.

    2nd Installers (different group than 1st) show up with a microwave and install it and then we notice the damage to it. They said they were going to leave it and replace when new one came in. After inspecting the installation we notice they damaged our kitchen cabinet (multiple spots), installed 1/4" out of level, didn't install all the installation screws in cabinet or mounting bracket, left 6" of the power cord pinched between the unit and cabinet, drilled 7/8" holes when Bosch template and instructions called for 3/8" holes, and left a mess all over our kitchen. Mind you this is over a range so if the unit would have fallen it could lead to a disastrous outcome.

    Given how bad the install was and how unsafe we removed the unit ourselves immediately. Personally went to Lowe's after this debacle and cancelled the entire order after the Appliance Dept. Mgr. and Store Mgr. couldn't afford us any assurances we'd get a competent installation crew and undamaged appliances. They remarked, "We only have one "good" installer and these installers didn't seem to know what they were doing". I asked why we didn't get the "good" installer especially after the first debacle and they just shrugged their shoulders. BEWARE if purchasing appliances from Lowe's and especially if you opt for installation. The only reason we opted for the installation was because we were going to be reimbursed by Bosch. What an utter fiasco.

    We are now awaiting a visit from a warranty company to inspect the damages done. Ugh!!! PS> Lowe's lost a 25 yr. + customer over this with a commercial account who has purchased 100's of thousands of dollars of purchases throughout the years at multiple Lowe's locations around the country. Hope their efforts to save nickels by cutting corners and outsourcing pretty much everything they realize they've lost real dollars and a decades long customer.

    I’m beyond frustrated with Lowe’s delivery service. We’ve had to reschedule twice now because they claim they can’t get their truck down our driveway. The second time, they were supposed to send a smaller truck—but guess what? They sent another truck that was still too big! The most ridiculous part? Larger trucks have made it to our house before without any problems. So either they’re not bothering to check their own notes, or they just don’t care.     Really bad shipping service, I order some tables for my business and I choose the schedule, every day the time of the time frame change from the other end, 1 day before I receive an email saying from 8 am to 12 pm will be delivered, and a driver call me 7 am morning saying that he was going to arrive at 7: 30 am, I told him that I receive a text dad, they suppose to deliver from eight am to twelve pm, he told me it's fine. I will do and another deliveries. And then I will drop your stuff like in 40 minutes. And later I received a text around 940 saying, the dad. They're going to be delivering the package between 10: 30 am to 2:30 pm, so I was stuck waiting for my equipment they cannot do that, change the schedule. How they want it? If it's something is scheduled for someday a certain time. There's gotta be that way. Because everybody have things to do. Especially if you have a business or need to go to work

    Horrible attitude by manager. I went to one location, bought a power tool and they didn’t have the other power tool that I wanted but they referred me to the Fruitville road Sarasota store. After driving there, they couldn’t find it but there was another one in different package (had hard case instead of soft case but all the rest was the same). I asked manager if he could sell this one at the other’s price. Blunt no, which, okay. I explained that and associate and I searched for the one that they showed in stock and that I was referred by the other store, he said “not my problem”. That was this evening on 2/28/25. So I returned the power tool that I bought at the other location at this location. No more business for Lowe’s, I’ll buy it somewhere else.

    Have no problem with GE Profile washer and dryer. Have had for 3 weeks now and I am pleased with product. Now the area I am not pleased with. I was told by Lowes salesperson Sanford Maine if I contacted him after delivery took place he would give me a 5% discount because I was unable to get it by using the Lowes credit card. Bottom line it was a lie and after multiple attempts using email, phone calls etc. I basically got blown off and no discount was given. Lowes do not tell someone you will do something if it is not true.

    I went to Lowe's to shop for a new dishwasher. I found a Beautiful top end Samsung. They told me it was in stock, but installation is behind and may take a couple weeks. But I signed up anyways. The installer called and said they were over 3 weeks behind. After waiting almost a month, the dishwasher came. Before it got off the truck we could see is was all scratched and banged up. We sent it back. Lowe's called and said they would order another, but it would be 3 more weeks. This is after almost a month of waiting already. My wife was in tears. I went to a local appliance dealer and they got me the same dishwasher and installed it in 3 days (not 3 weeks). And not a scratch or dent on it. Also, the salesman at lowe's was very rude. I was treated with respect at the local appliance dealer. I will never shop lowe's again. Not even for a nut or bolt.

    What a mistake to order material for delivery!!! 3 deliveries, over 3 hours worth of phone calls, two trips to the store, and dealing with delivery people and personnel who have no concept of customer service, and that is just to get a refund for their mistakes. And still don’t have anything in my hands! AWFUL AND MISERABLE EXPERIENCE! Never ever again. They do things wrong over and over again instead of doing it right the first time. People in store at service desk finally helped. They all look frustrated. Seems poor decision making on management side by hiring cheap "third parties" for delivery, and then it all comes down on service. Come on Lowe’s! Read what your customers are saying and do something about it.

    If I could give no stars I absolutely would. My husband and I placed an order in February 9th to have tiles delivered on February 19th. Well that day passed and I called looking for an update and they stated it’ll be delivered the following day. I have called both the store and the customer support line to get an update and I keep getting promised the same thing “we guarantee it’ll be delivered tomorrow.” Well here we stand on February 26th no delivery no tiles no updates. Keep in mind I have no received any updates on my products. Well I call in again to support to be told they don’t even have the full amount for my order which is why it’s been delayed.

    Maria from customer support advised that it’s because they don’t have the product. Why has no one informed me of this every time I have called in. I requested to speak to a supervisor and she repeatedly kept denying me to talk to anyone and kept giving me excuses as to why she couldn’t transfer me and that the supervisor would say them same thing. I repeated myself 6 times before she got the memo. I have now sat on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for a supervisor. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

    I don’t recommend using Lowe’s for anything at this point. I’d rather pay three times the cost to get my things done and delivered correctly. And before someone from Lowe’s tries to make a comment that this is fabricated I have phone calls and text messages to provide. Mark the manager made excuses as well and explained that Lowe’s originally messed up and didn’t update the system. I explained very frustratedly how this is unacceptable and he told me to just cancel the order and there’s nothing they can do. Terrible, terrible company. Did not try and make anything right and resolve the problem.

    This has been one of the most frustrating flooring installation experiences I've ever had. Originally scheduled for completion by November 2024, the project faced multiple delays due to various issues, including the unavailability of the promised luxury vinyl flooring. As a result, it wasn't finished until January 2025, which is completely unacceptable! There was a lack of transparency around pricing, particularly when a cheaper vinyl was used, and more carpet was added instead of vinyl. To make matters worse, inaccurate measurements by the contractors led to insufficient materials being ordered, and poor communication only compounded the problem. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will likely avoid Lowe's for any future major projects.

    We purchased a refrigerator to be installed by Lowe's, however in their cost cutting and screwing the customers, they use a 3rd party. Once at our house (we have a steep driveway) they came in, said that the door was too small to get the refrigerator in the house. Then left and did not tell us anything. After a day of trying to get answers, it was totally frustrating. Save yourself time and emotional distress and buy from a local store. Lowe's is too big and you cannot get in touch with anyone that can help you. The stores are not even able to get answers as well.

    I had two rooms of flooring done. The installers were Top Notch!! Polite, kind, knowledgeable, did whatever I needed. They did a perfect job. Left the area spotless and moved all the furniture in. I have had many a floors put down but this was the best experience I ever had! Thank you Lowe's for having such great installers!

    Purchased a new dishwasher and installation. Installer came to our house, took one look at old dishwasher and said he cannot install. Packed up his stuff and left. I was to get the haul away of the old unit also, which never happened. The problem was simply old house vs new dishwasher, something nobody at Lowe's or the installer ever said one word about. We can't be the only house like this where this problem has occurred. Some warning would have been nice. I ended up installing myself, which honestly wasn't that difficult. Their installers obviously don't think outside their very small box.

    I purchased a faucet from Lowe's, including installation. Because of financial issues that arise after purchasing, I told installer to cancel as I would be returning faucet. Once the faucet arrived, I went to Lowe's returns website where I first learned that installation costs are not refundable. Such notice should be clearly displayed on purchase page, but is not. This is clearly dishonest. This was my first such order. I will never do another. Beware, get your own installer who only gets paid for work done.

    Lowe's sends criminals to your home! I ordered a dishwasher from Lowe's, and the installer broke into my home through the back door. He damaged private property, threatened my wife, and refused to leave when she asked him to. He only left when we threatened to call the police. We called Lowe's three times afterward and did not receive a single apology. Instead, they tried to shift the blame onto us. Unbelievable! An incredibly unfriendly company that sends criminals to your home! We are already in contact with our lawyer to take action against Lowe's. If anyone has had similar experiences with Lowe's, please contact us for a class-action lawsuit.

    Lowe's turned my kitchen renovation into an 8 month nightmare. The measurements were wrong, the sink was wrong, the cabinets were the wrong size. The countertop subcontractor installed scratched counters. No warranty. Lowe's took no accountability for anything. I was out thousands by the time my kitchen was finally done. It took 8 months and was nothing like the original design. Lowe's gaslit me the entire time. After working with executive customer relations for months (because my local store washed their hands off me) I received $1,000 "compensation." Too bad I was out around $12,000 and any warranty I had. I hate Lowe's!!

    I ordered online some wall panels to complete a bathroom renovation. I received the order confirmation with my correct address and confirmation for next day delivery. The next day, the Lowe's driver called because they couldn't find the address. Somehow, my address had been replaced with another address (that didn't exist in my town). I had to call their customer service number to report the wrong address, and then my order was cancelled. Even though they cancelled the order, they still charged me. I put in a dispute with my credit card; I'm sure they eventually will reverse the charge, but I don't want to have that balance sitting in my account accruing interest. I don't understand how their computer system can screw up something that should be so automated so royally! If you are going in person, I'm sure your order will be fine. But if you are depending on their computer system to process any of your purchase, be prepared for confusion and delay.

    Horrible "corporate customer service". I placed an online order for vertical blinds. I requested length of 96 1/2. They came in at 95. The "customer service" told me they couldn't do anything and I could return them to the store. Like I have a vehicle to accommodate the size of the boxes. When I asked the representative for a solution she said I could call the manufacturer. I asked her to call with me and she said that would take too much of her time!!!! I asked for a manager and after holding for a long time got one who told me the same thing but did offer to schedule a pick up for the product return. I asked for her boss and she said there wasn't one. Asked for the corporate escalations and guess what? Isn't one.

    Tried locating a way to get to corporate escalations or even email, can't find it. Called manufacturer Levolor, they were awesome! Within 8 minutes they apologized and are sending me the corrected product and don't want the incorrect product back as they don't want to inconvenience me further. Perhaps Lowe's can get some customer service training from Levolor.

    My experience at Lowe’s has been a nightmare. Went to a store in Mississippi and I purchased a LG side-by-side refrigerator and a LG stove. A hour before the two items were supposed to be delivered The truck driver call and said he was an hour away with my refrigerator and I said, “and my stove," then he let me know that it was a recall on the stove which Lowe’s never did email me about or nobody got in contact with me. I already have been waiting two weeks for those two items to be delivered so I told him hold back on the refrigerator while I contact Lowe’s and see what’s going on there.

    I was able to get a refund in cash, but I had to pick it up in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. While waiting on my refund they just informed me that my refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered that day was not gonna be delivered because the date in the computer was changed to the 21st of the month which would be two weeks later. This has been a stressful experience, trying to get a kitchen, detailed and redone and I don’t even have my appliances that I need. I would never shop at Lowe’s again. Anybody who’s thinking about shopping there, shop around. You can find deals anywhere.

    I was told at the time my order was suppose to be delivered the driver forgot the thousand or so pounds of construction material I ordered. Called the help line and was told all they do is re schedule in these cases. Because of the rain my project will be delayed at least a week and I am out of pocket on the installers. They said they might give me a credit after delivery but refused to give any percent or amount till after delivery. Then I have to call again and ask for the mystery credit.     I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe’s again. I don’t need to be this stressed out over an appliance purchase! Bought a NEW dryer from them. It was delivered to me with a dent in the front. The delivery guys saw the dent too, and said I should call to get some sort of refund. When I called about the refund, I was told that IF they give me some money back on the dented dryer, that it would be marked as an AS IS sale. If I wanted an AS IS sale with no kind of warranty, I would’ve bought a dryer off of Facebook marketplace. I refused to have my purchase marked AS IS and was told I will get a new dryer. I went through the whole process of getting a new dryer delivered. What a waste of everybody’s time! Why force a customer to accept their sale being marked AS IS when the dent was their fault in the first place?

    Delivery of Samsung fridge came with a huge buckle/dent on right side panel door...the side with the water dispenser. Though product was boxed, the drivers' rental Penske truck had free floating product junk so lord knows how the dent got there.     This is what Lowe's customer service is like. We bought a dryer. First they didn't connect it correctly and there was an error code. They came back the next day and changed the airduct which they said was fine on the day of delivery. Well when they changed the duct they managed to disconnect the washer's drainage hose next to the dryer. When we used the washer, the washer flooded the entire downstairs including the carpet in the room across from the machine. When you call Lowe's they say they can only send a person out the next day but not to fix the flooding but to fix the washer that they damaged in a DRYER deliver. The woman was not a nice person. She told us we have to file a claim to cover the water damage. We knew it had to be addressed right away otherwise the carpet was sure to mold and be ruined.

    We had to call an emergency water damage recovery service ourselves that day. It was such a mess. Half a dozen commercial dryers were set up in the house, to dry for three days, and we had to empty half a room. It was a complete mess to clean up and they had to rip up carpet and cut out wet carpet padding. $3500 just the water removal charges. Lowe's customer service is now saying the company they used for delivery is NOT insured for damages and that Lowe's will not not cover it!?! This is not a mom and pop local shop with some of their kids doing delivery. I could understand this mistake if this were the case. This is a major corporation sending an uninsured company to set up your home appliances. You better believe we cancelled the refrigerator delivery we had originally bought. Imagine if they break the water line to the house. No insurance to fix this.

    Now after we had to wait a total 5 days to use the brand new dryer, the dryer it still gives an error message. Now Lowe's says it's not their problem because they only offer returns or refunds after 2 days on appliances. They said this item is not refundable. They directed us to call the appliance company. You bet it's going to be another $200 service charge. This is just outrageous. Absolute worst customer service ever. Don't ever buy anything from here!

    I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lowe's that I feel compelled to share. I encountered what seemed to be a classic case of bait and switch and false advertising. On December 2, 2024, I ordered a Microwave Wall Oven Combo online after mine broke on Thanksgiving Day. After several delays in delivery (December 17th, 25th, January 1st, 4th, and 18th), my order was suddenly canceled on January 23rd without explanation.

    That day, I reached out to Customer Service to find out why my order was canceled. After putting me on hold many times, they finally said that the item was out of stock and that I could opt for a similar but significantly more expensive alternative. This felt like a clear bait and switch tactic. Moreover, the original product continued to be advertised on their website as available, as well as the manufacturer’s website and various other store as available, which is misleading and a prime example of false advertising.

    Despite reaching out to customer service three times for a resolution, their responses were unhelpful and dismissive. This experience has left me frustrated and distrustful of Lowe's practices. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure honest advertising and reliable stock information in the future. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious when shopping here.

    My mom gave me a $400 mini dishwasher that hooked up to the faucet in my house. The problem is that it doesn't fit my particular faucet. We tried to return it, but they said it had to be returned within 48 hours of purchase. It was a Christmas gift. I did not even have it in my possession within 48 hours.     I purchased a remnant piece of carpet two days ago, paid for it. My name and telephone number were put on the piece of carpet and was marked sold. I went back today to get the carpet with my receipt and was told the carpet had been sold. They offered to refund me the money which I refused as I told them to cut me another piece of carpet the same size off the roll that they had. They told me that I was supposed to have taken the carpet with me right away. I told the sales person I couldn’t take it with me right then I would have to come back because I didn’t have a vehicle I could fit it in. He said that was fine. Put my name on the carpet telephone number and marked it sold the manager TEE **, who I spoke to refused to give me another piece of carpet and told me I could pay full price. I told him that was not acceptable and then he told me they didn’t have any more of that carpet left.

    I went back to the rack and lo and behold there was a role of that exact same carpet. Not only did he lie to me, but did nothing to resolve the situation except offer me my money back. This is a poor example of customer service and I will be escalating this to the general manager, regional director and corporate office if necessary and if necessary, I will get my attorney involved. I purchased a product, did not receive it. They sold it and will not replace the product that I purchased.

    I am writing this letter to provide feedback on a situation that I believe was handled very poorly by not only a Lowe's manager but their 3rd party vendor that works for them. The store is the Marquette Lowe's location and the 3rd party vendor was for appliance delivery. Order # ** I purchased my Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe's last year and it did not work properly. I contacted Whirpool and they agreed to replace it. I opted to use the option of getting another one through my local Lowe's. I went to the store and they had my information and I chose to go with the same model. I was surprised that I had to pay for it up front but did so to facilitate the exchange.

    The refrigerator arrived 3 weeks later and delivery was scheduled. At no time was I informed of the conditions for the exchange & pickup of the defective unit. Delivery date came and they gave me a delivery timeframe of between 3pm - 7pm. This was good for me. I received a call at 1pm stating they would be there in 15 minutes. I Told them that would not work as they were supposed to call 1 hr before delivery and this was significantly before their allotted time frame. I got a call from their manager about 10 minutes later as I was hurrying home(1 hour drive) stating he would just do another delivery before ours then deliver. This was great as it gave me time to get home and clear the driveway of snow.

    They arrived at about 2:50pm and came in to look at the installation. Even though neither spoke good English I told them that the refrigerator was still full and I wanted to make sure the new one was not damaged before unloading it. They went and got a strap to move my defective refrigerator and started to tip it at an extreme angle. I immediately stated again that the refrigerator was full and they stood it upright and at that point they looked inside and everything started to go bad. One of the movers immediately started talking angrily in a foreign language and cursing to the other and pointing at his watch. The other mover stated that the refrigerator was supposed to be empty. I reiterated that I wanted to make sure the new one was not damaged before unloading it and that no one told me they required it to be empty prior to arrival.

    I then attempted to call a manager at Lowe's as this was escalating quickly. I was unable to contact one and then the movers manager called and they gave me their phone. Our conversation was more about why I didn't have my refrigerator empty as it was required. I stated that no one said it was required prior to delivery even though we had coolers set up ready to empty it quickly if needed. I stated I wanted to inspect the new one first. He said I could go and look in the back of the truck and I agreed to do so. I told him I was on hold for a manager at Lowe's at which point he said "take it back", he then said "give the phone back to my guys".

    He told them to take the new refrigerator back and not complete the delivery. They left. I called and was finally able to talk to a manager at Lowe's in Marquette and relayed the story as was witnessed by my wife. The manager said I was supposed to have it empty. I stated at no time while ordering the replacement refrigerator, nor anytime thereafter were we informed of the need to have the refrigerator empty prior to arrival. The words she used next were unacceptable to a customer. She said it was like we were "HOLDING THEM HOSTAGE". We were the ones held hostage as we had no recourse and no replacement refrigerator! She said she would arrange a delivery at my convenience and after a pause for her to check she stated that they would not deliver my refrigerator!

    Absolutely terrible customer service and forcing us to endure delays, inconvenience and the cost of my having to take time off work to facilitate this exchange. We were the hostages and abandoned by Lowe's! We have had delivery issues with Lowe's previously as well and the language barrier between them and us is absurd for customer care.

    I hope the manager's conversation with me was recorded for quality assurance as she needs education in customer care. She totally decided the 3rd party movers were right in what they did! She apologized for us not knowing or being informed of the delivery requirements. Proving Lowes was at fault and this is what started the entire scenario. This situation needs to be properly resolved so it never happens to another customer. I am awaiting corporate response before sharing my letter on my social media pages. To help prevent other potential customers of the risks we were exposed to.

    If you want brand new windows installed that leak consistently (the windows started leaking one month after the install), by all means go to your local Lowe’s store and have them service you. The bad installing also comes with horrible contractors, gaslighting of the customers, damages to your property from the consistent leaking, and no accountability from Lowe’s. You’ll also be left to hire someone else to redo the mess that they’ve made. If you enjoy having these types of problems in your life’s, then you should definitely consider hiring Lowe’s for all of your window installation needs! If you want a great product, an installation that’s done correctly, a company that cares about their customers, and a company that holds themselves accountable, then you should find someone else to do it!     I ordered a GE stove on December 30, 2024. They promised it would be delivered on January 11, 2025. Couple days before delivery. They called and said it would not be in. When I ordered the stove. I told him I did not have a working stove and that I need one as soon as possible. They looked it up and said they didn’t have any warehouse, but they had five and another place that they would ship down to them and then ship out to me on January 11. I need to find out on January 7. They could not keep their word. They told me I would now receive it on February 4. Call their Lowe’s customer care lines and the guy on the phone was very uncaring. Just told me to order a different type of stove and they would get that one to me. Told him my wife only wanted the one that we ordered. He then promised me that it would be in on February 4.

    I asked him that in for in writing and he said he could not give it to me. I told him, "Then your promise means nothing to me." I’m going to the store twice to find out that nobody can tell me when I’m going to get it so I’ve had to eat out for almost a month, month and a half costing me a lot of money because they promised me something that they couldn’t deliver and I paid for it on credit card. So now I’m paying interest on something I have not received and who knows if I’m ever going to get it because the last person I talk to said he doesn’t think February 4 is an actual date. That it’s only an estimate. That it could be a week or two after that. And every time I look online I see the stove with a promised date of a week after the actual date that I look at the online and meaning when I looked on January 11, they told me I could have it delivered on January 18.

    Don’t know how they could promise that when they don’t even have them in stock but they keep putting it on sale and telling you you can get it but you can’t. I don’t understand how they can put something on sale and not have it. Take your mone, give you nothing and then just give you to run around. This will be the last time. I probably buy an appliance from Lowe’s. I’ve been dealing with them for 30 years and I didn’t expect to be treated like this. I thought I was a good customer spending thousands of dollars a year and considering I used my Lowe’s contractors credit card you would think that they would treat me better knowing that I do a lot of business with them and I pay on time. To me if they would’ve told me upfront that they didn’t know when they would get it in. I probably would’ve went somewhere else, but they gave me a date for delivery and then did not keep their promise, but they kept my money.

    We purchased a Fridgedare side by side refrigerator in August of 2023. It died that December and they Lowe’s from Seabrook New Hampshire replaced it and sent another one. That one lasted until the following spring. The Lowe’s assistant manager Niomi was zero help and I was on the phone for a combined ten hours. Lowe’s. Lowe’s said it was still under manufactures warranty because it was under a year old. Fridgedare sent a repairman and determined the fridge was defective. Lowe’s sent a delivery service and picked up that one. I paid Lowe’s in full for the fridge. They claim they refunded the money but no record of it showed up on our Lowe’s card. I filled two disputes and even though I provided my documentation for paying. No record of the refund exists. Our next step is filing an unfair and deceptive practices lawsuit. I will never buy another product from Lowe’s agai.

    I purchased a storm door from Lowe's. Everything set to go. Poor Boys did not show up. Next day PB called to reschedule because the installer had an emergency. Ok,, things happen. Rescheduled again. No show again. Rescheduled AGAIN for a Saturday and STILL NO SHOW NO CALL. Lowe's needs to hold them accountable for their actions but they were not any better than PB. I will never let PB do another thing for me.. nor Lowe's. They don’t care about these reviews because I am a drop in their bucket.     I would not recommend using Lowe’s for any window installation. They use fly by night window manufacturers that work thru Lowe’s. We had window installed years ago which we were told by the Lowe’s sales rep were lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Kensington Windows Inc was the manufacturer. Beware of any brand that Lowe’s sells with this type of “warranty.” They usually are only in business for approximately 6-8 years and then you're out of luck and Lowe’s will not do anything to help you except recommend that you get another quote from them to have new windows put in.

    Their entire system is rigged to rip the consumer off. The manufacturer will then open up another window business under a different name and the cycle starts all over again. Our so called lifetime windows are all warped and don’t allow water to escape thru the weep holes because there is not a drainage hole in the sill. Lowe’s should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this but I guess it’s all about their bottom line $$$.

    This firm is contracted by Lowe’s (and other companies) to do the install work on household appliances you buy. On a recent purchase I placed with Lowe’s I was informed by phone the install would happen in 2 days. Later during the same day, I received a sneaky text message rescheduling the install 10 days later without my consent! A call to Crume Installation did not resolve the scheduling issue which resulted with me canceling my order with Lowe’s. The main weight in this mishap is certainly with the third-party provider but Lowe’s also has some butter on its head. Lowe’s should have a better contingency and vet its suppliers better.

    I wish I'd done more research before my wife and I purchased new entry and storm doors for our house. This has been the absolute worst customer experience OF MY LIFE, bar none. Lowe's managed to screw up the orders so that we were short one door when it came time to install. Also, their installer was unresponsive. The first time they came out they showed up just before sundown to do six and a half hours of work. They had both the front and back of my house open to the elements (30 degrees) in the dark and weren't done until 10:30 p.m. Also, I had to go to the store and pick up the parts they didn't have to complete the job. The remaining storm door arrived a month later and it took another week to get it installed.

    After all was said and done, Lowe's Install Center offered a $103 refund, which I take as an insult. We bought thousands of dollars in products and were treated with apathy and disrespect at every turn. Their customer service is as bad as their installation services. Personally, I will NEVER buy a single thing from them ever again. Please heed my advice; NEVER GO TO LOWE'S FOR ANY KIND OF INSTALLATION WORK. You will be disappointed, angry or both.

    On Jan. 8, I went to Lowe's in Paris, TN and ordered a washer and dryer. The order was completed and I was told that they would contact me when they had a delivery date. When I got the delivery notice and found that instead of a washer and dryer, they had 2 dryers on the order. I called my local store and they had me call the Nashville warehouse.     I Ordered a garage door opener, the installation is scheduled before the wall controller showed up. Handy Technology Inc which is Angi.com, text us a time of 11AM until 2PM for the installation, at three I called the number for Handy Technologies the agent said “we do not show you on our calendar” then, the same person refused to allow the call to be escalated. I called Lowe’s local store in Sulphur Springs TX, I obtained the install customer service number. I called that number and held while they called Handy Technologies (Lowe’s showed an install scheduled from 11AM-2PM). But, when the agent with Lowe’s called they came back and told me it was scheduled at 4:00-4:30PM. Handy Technology lied and then lied to Lowe’s, the Lowe’s agent accepted the lie and told me that we are scheduled 4-4:30PM so Lowe’s has simply accepted the slop from the third party they partner with and Lowe’s pawns the lies off as truth.

    Lowe’s is pathetic in this transaction, I wasted hours of my day from work to meet someone who was never scheduled, Angi/Handy has a call center offshore that could careless, most likely the install will be shoddy because everything else in an organization that pawns lies is shoddy. FWIW your install person cannot install what was ordered because the wall controller is NOT here, given that, your sloppy shoddy lying operation will require wasted money to come complete job correctly!

    That said, you already knew that Angi is crooked because 5 minutes of research on my part shows a 2.95 million dollar lawsuit settled on behalf of the technicians that Angi corruptly withheld money from for the installs they completed. Lowe’s wears this sloppy situation because you took my money to profit with Angi. Your company cannot claim it cares about quality or being equitable! Lowe’s laughs and accepts the lying to its customers by Lowe’s third party vendors even though Lowe’s has documentation in front of them to the contrary.

    Wife bought me a pressure washer for Christmas (electric), she knows nothing about tools, etc, etc, but she knows I have been wanting one. She bought it on the 23rd of December and gave it to me on Christmas Day. I was happy and thanked her but told her I want a gas one. So because of work I had no time to go to Lowe’s to exchange for a gas one. So today 1/9/25 I go to Lowe’s to exchange for a gas one. They tell me they have a 48 hour return policy. So it was bought on the 23rd and gifted to me on the 25th. Way past 48 hours. All they did was apologize and said that’s policy. Receipt has nothing like that for customers to see. I call Lowe’s corporate. Got the run around for over an hour for them to say that’s the policy. Never again will I shop at Lowe’s and I hope people that read this think twice before shopping at Lowe’s.

    Lowe’s is a reputable company, but Lowe’s Protection Plan is a horrible and irresponsible plan. Their working pattern is to give policyholders hard time, shirk responsibility, or delay the process, deny, refuse or assign an irresponsible company to carry out repairs, ultimately causing the policyholders to give up because they cannot bear the complicated procedures over and over again.

    I went through the painful experience of filing eight claims in two months to repair my refrigerator. They assigned 4 different companies to repair, I got several denies, refiled claims, and complicated procedures over and over again, the refrigerator still not be fixed up to today. We suffered every day without a refrigerator for almost two months, but we don’t want to give up. Although we don’t want to damage Lowe’s reputation, my attorney and I will file a lawsuit if Lowe’s continue this way.

    We purchased an LG dishwasher and paid $169 for installation and parts. The first installer showed up with no water line. He said, “Hand me the water line”. I told him that we were told they would have the parts needed, and they just left with the dishwasher still in the box. Four days later, a new installer shows up with the wrong water line for an LG dishwasher. He went ahead and installed it with our old waterline even though he said he wasn’t supposed to and told us that it could start leaking.

    After he left, we drove to Lowe’s to exchange the incorrect water line for the correct one. The salesman had no idea that the dishwasher kit line was unusable for an LG dishwasher. I was on hold for 50 minutes today with the installation company that Lowe’s uses, CRS Solutions, to get them to come replace the old line with the new one. We were told we would hear from someone in 2 business days. We will see if that happens. Bottom line- Do Not Pay For Lowe's Installation. It is a joke.

    I would not even give them 1 star. Lowe's uses a company called CRST Home Solutions #844-347-5053 for their installs. They show up in a Uhaul truck and male tech has no ID to show customer. This co messed up my Oak Cabinet - drilled a u shape hole, cut my power cord, left a mess under the sink and on the counter, left power cord to new dishwasher and water line laying on top of each other on bottom of cabinet, didn't install - place drain or water line correct on back of machine and now Oak panel on cabinet won't fit. Left huge hole facing my living room. Tech did not test machine before he left. When I went to turn it on shows error code being off balance. Lowes install (877-695-7664) refused to send a different company to do this right. May have to return this dishwasher due lack of Lowes customer service and how this disabled veteran is being treated by them.

    Purchased an LG washer and dryer combo at Lowe's. I used the unit the next day. It was making lots of noise. I called customer service the next day to come over and check the unit, but I was told the department was closed and that they would leave a message to take my information and they will contact me within the next day. I waited a few days and called back. Tell me the same history. Never heard from them. Besides the problem I had with the noise on the unit I was also having issues with the unit with the dryer. It was not drying the garments leaving them damp. I had to do 3 different cycles and use towel mode so it could dry the clothes.

    Sometimes it will work other times the unit will say sensoring and it will stay on for a few hours leaving the garment wet and burning hot. I will let the unit cool off and then try again. I search on Google and Youtube about the combo LG washer and dryer to check what I was doing wrong. A few people said the garment will feel a little damp but if you shake it will feel dry. I thought I would give it a try before I went ahead and called Lowe's or LG. Time passed. The unit continued not drying the clothes just the same way as the very first day I received the unit home. I called Lowe's and reported the problem. They had told me because I have 6 months with the unit they can help me and I have to call the LG warranty.

    I explained to them how I was supposed to use LG for the warranty when the unit had not dried the clothes properly from the time it was delivered and my clothing was drying smelling like a dead rat. They answered is there was nothing they could do. I had to call LG. I am. Very disappointed a brand new machine costs more money than having two separate units and this is the way they do to customers. I feel the combo did not break down. This is a problem the unit has from the factory and they do not want to take responsibility for it. I am afraid the LG sent a mechanic home and there is nothing to fix on the unit there go ahead and try to repair it and make it worse. I pay the consequence by wasting my time and losing my money. I just want an exchange for a regular washer and dryer unit. I am very disappointed with both companies Lowe's and LG.

    Veterans get disrespected again, after Lowe’s sold their company to some other country's elite, they instantly took the 10% discount that saved my thousands of dollars while building my home and family, it was petty much the best most impactful long-standing benefit my honorable service in the Corps got outside of personal and mental growth. But it was removed from appliances and pretty much everything over five bucks, no saving on lumber anymore, nothing of real note.

    But fortunately, Home Depot still rewards and appreciates what our wonderful service members sacrifice to always answer the call. It doesn’t take much, replace your kitchen appliances 5 to 15 thousand on average easily, That’s 500-1500 dollars saved for something else your family needs. Yeah, it’s even easy for us Jar Heads to count real hard and see that driving a long way to purchase large items is always gonna be worth the savings. Delivery is a thing that’s easily set up also, thank you Home Depot for picking up the slack Lowe's selfish forging interest prioritizing garbage company left behind when they turned their backs on American vets and gave us the **. I hope you go bankrupt Lowe's, Semper Fi.

    Ordered a washing machine on 11/29 with a delivery date of 12/14. On 12/13 I received confirmation that it would be delivered on 12/14. The morning of I received an email saying I needed to reschedule. I called customer service, which said it would be a 30min wait. I waited for 1 hour and 45 min only to be transferred to a different department and then hung up on. I received a call telling me the new deliver date would be 12/28. Today, 12/27, I received notice that delivery will now be 01/17. I messaged the online chat and the rep told me there is nothing they can do. This is the most infuriating experience I have ever had to deal with to get an appliance delivered. If I do not hear back from them today, I will be canceling this order as soon as I can.

    I ordered a tool chest with wheels for a Christmas gift and yesterday when it was opened, they had sent me a completely different item so I called the 800 customer care number and they basically told me that I have to take the item back to the store myself. Get a refund and re-purchase the correct item! According to the website, there was only one left at the store so I called the manager at the store and he basically told me the same thing so I had to spend another $139 which some people may not have and I have to wait until Saturday morning for a truck to get this and to take the wrong item back!

    It was delivered so it should be picked up because it was not my mistake and the correct items should’ve been delivered to me today. It was available at the store and I should not have to be paying someone to have it delivered.! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, needless to say, we will not be purchasing anything at Lowe’s in the future!

    My son came over--installed the ice maker, and water is no longer pouring onto the floor. When he opened the fridge, the 3 ft long handle came off in his hand. He fixed that too. It is now cooling, making ice, and not peeing on the floor. I am happy with my LG fridge--but not with Lowes. This was my second bad experience with Lowes--and will be my LAST.

    We purchased a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and scheduled delivery and installation for 12/20. Due to this being a new build, we would not be ready prior. I received an email stating the microwave and dishwasher would be installed on the 13th. Went to the store, explained again that we scheduled for the 20th. Chica, same person we worked with originally had me speak to the installer. Again, I was assured everything was scheduled or the 20th-install and delivery. Today the microwave and dishwasher showed up but no frig or range. When I called to check I was told they would be delivered on the 24th. I know two different vendors do the installation and delivery so please don’t give me that excuse again.

    We have countertops ordered, another fiasco. After meeting with Tod, paying the deposit and being told we would get a call within 24 hours to schedule the appointment to measure or the template. Of coarse the call didn’t come, went back to the store and spoke with Tod. His answer was to give my husband the number and told him to call himself. Once my projects are done, I will never shop at Lowe’s again nor will I ever recommend them.

    I purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowes. The delivery guys came and since the last washer dryer combo I purchased was installed incorrectly, I specifically asked the guys to be sure that the hoses were connected correctly so that the hot water selection would indeed be hot and the cold correct as well. They said to me, "Oh, no problem! We got it right!" Well, guess what? They did it again! Hot water is coming from the cold selection and vice versa..Since this has happened twice now, I certainly won't trust them again. Even if Lowes sales people do a good job, the delivery/installation people they use obviously don't know what they are doing! When I called to have it corrected a couple of months later because I had trusted that they did it right and just happened to touch the water and discover it was wrong, they refused to come out and remedy this!!!

    I purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer set a couple years ago. I paid for the extended warranty. When speaking with the guy that sold me the washer and dryer, I made sure to ask him that if there were to have a problem with the washer or dryer that the warranty would cover it and he said yes. I even asked if the unit is not repairable if we would get a new replaced and he also said yes to that. He LIED!! I just had my washer go out and had to deal with a subcontractor to come out to tell me that it doesn’t. The subcontractor then had to send his report to the insurance company (Assurant) even though I PAID Lowe’s for the warranty.

    4 weeks go by and not a dang thing has happened. I was the middle person dealing with the subcontractor company and the insurance company that Lowe’s goes through and it was a complete waste of time. The contractors have no contact with the insurance company Lowe’s goes through. I get an email today from the insurance that they refunded me for the cost of the washer. I paid for warranty on it….if it doesn’t work I have warranty to get it replaced since it was deemed nonrepairable.

    Sooo not only did I pay for an extended warranty that covered nothing on the washing machine since it wasn’t fixed or replaced with a new one, I had to go to Lowe’s to purchase a washing machine that is not the same as the original. Andddd I had to pay out of pocket to have it delivered, installed, and hauled away. All out of pocket. I asked the associate if my warranty rolls over for this washer since I still have extended warranty and he said No. Lowe’s in a complete joke. Do not buy their warranty. They just leave you in the dark and cannot solve anything.

    When you purchase an appliance pay attention when they say it has a year warranty from the manufacturer. Purchased a brand new Frigidaire fridge over $1200. Quit working after 3 weeks. Had to go thru manufacturer's warranty first until expires - a year - repairmen came, determined it was spewing a hazmat - freon from the filter. He will need to weld a part onto the new fridge to fix it but can't come until after christmas!

    Meanwhile this hazmat is all over!!! Lowe's will not replace it because it's been about 40 days instead of 30. In what universe is this acceptable? This was a gift for my daughter who has to keep insulin in her fridge! Insulin cartridges for shots! She lost all her food and meds! They could care less. I even called corporate. This is what you get for buying thru' them. I'd give a zero if I could. Had to go back thru fridgidaire to get someone to respond to hazmat threat itself! Will never buy another appliance thru lowes again! Pathetic!

    I am a Pro home builder with Lowe's. The service or lack thereof is unbelievable! Management from top down is pathetic at best. Can't get orders straight..Lazy delivery people looking for excuses not to unload..Weird store to store relations for deliveries. Wake Forest and Durham and Roanoke Rapids stores should just shut down.. I could keep on writing but not enough space to tell all the issues. Call for more info PLEASE! **. STAY AWAY FROM LOWE'S..

    If i could give them -5 stars I would. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO FLOORING IN YOUR HOME!!!! All of my flooring has been torn up for over a week, due to their contractor stating I had wood floors, they ok'd the idea of bamboo hardwood. Contractors get here to lay the floor and due to me NOT having wood subfloor, now I'm getting charged to replace ALL the wood on my floor before my flooring can be laid. Their website showed one price for the wood but yet I was charged over 1.00 more a sheet than what they quoted me for the wood and claimed they were paying half of the wood and half of the labor due to their contractor screwing up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

    Bought a new fridge that worked for two days. Called the third day in the morning and was told I passed the two day window for returns and was told to call the manufacturer. Well it took Lowe's less than 10 seconds to take my money and I have a new refrigerator that does not work. It's been almost three weeks and a service tech from the manufacturer came today and said he could not fix it. Thanks Lowes for taking my money and doing nothing. I will have to go through all the steps again just to see and hope the manufacturer either fixes it or replaces it. They said it could be up to 3 weeks.

    I would rate Lowe's installation services less than one star if possible. I had the misfortune of my water heater (purchased and installed by Lowe's) breaking down four years after purchase. Water heater was still under Manufacturer's Warranty and Manufacturer (O.A. Smith) honored the warranty. Was told by Lowe's that I had to bring the water heater in to their store for replacement. Quite a task for anyone to disconnect and bring it in the store. Alternative was to purchase a new water heater and receive store credit for the new purchase and have their installers return the defective product which I did.

    Lowe's contracted installers came to my home on November 6, 2024, disconnected the pressure valve without shutting off the water, water proceeded to flow until I showed the installer where the shut-off valve was located. Water heater was installed, however, the foam installation tubing was placed around the hot water tubing. A couple of hours following the installation I began smelling a burning plastic-like smell. I contacted the contracted company and was told they would dispatch their technician the next day. That evening the smell became stronger and I called the Fire Department. They believed the smell to be internal plastic material burning off and should dissipate.

    Next day, the installers came out and removed the tubing from the hot water coil which had visibly burned (I took photos of the burned tubing). I took the burned tubing to the Lowe's store in Stockton, CA., and was informed to contact Lowe's Installation Service for complaining of the provided services. I contacted the Installation Services and told them that I believe I should be granted some recompense (without providing a dollar amount) for the shoddy service and the angst that resulted from the burning insulation and possible damage to my home. I was assured that my complaint would be elevated for being resolved. Today, December 14, 2024, no contact has been forthcoming from the "elevated" staff for addressing my concern.

    Horrible customer service experience ordering an appliance from Lowes. I will never do this again. It has been rescheduled three times (their mistakes) and when you call the customer service to fix you get cut off or no one answers half the time. They give a 12 hour delivery window for a day a week out each time. You cannot work that day and then they call at the end because they won't make it. Then you have to schedule another week out. The last time I requested anytime before 2PM because I am leaving town for 10 days and of course I get confirmation the night before that they will arrive between 2:30-6:30PM. No one answered the phone when I called. What a mess. It will be over a month now and still no stove.

    Bought chain link gate in a box that was rough looking but it's all they had. Got it home. Missing pieces. Couldn't assemble without the parts that were missing. Took it back to the store with receipt in less than a week of purchasing. Was told they wouldn't take back open packages. Ask to speak to a manager. Lady said she was not a manager but was doing the job as one. She called I assume what was the store manager. Still no refund no store credit. Basically was told to go kick rocks. I told her I knew it wasn't her fault but they could just keep the gate. I won't be back. Canceled my order on the stove I bought the week before and was waiting on. From reading all the bad reviews I feel I dodged the bullet by canceling the stove order. This is not the store it use to be. Been going south for a while now. Good luck if you buy from them.

    I had a bad experience at the Lowe's Home Improvement Store on 8150 Transit Road in Williamsville, NY. I was interested in a dishwasher and I asked the salesperson, "How long would it take to come in?" She told me, "About a week." That was on November 18th. This short time of the dishwasher arriving into the store influenced my purchase decision. Well, a week had passed and I called the appliance department to see if the appliance had arrived yet. This was on November 26, 2024. There was no answer in the appliance department, which forced me to go back to the store in person, which is about a 20-mile drive from my home. And I am a senior citizen, to boot.

    I went by foot to the appliance department that day, and of course no one was there. So I went to the Customer Service desk and asked for the Store Manager, telling him that I called the store appliance department and got no answer and I also walked into the appliance department after driving over, and no one was there. I asked him, "where is my dishwasher?" and he looked for it online and found it was on "tonight's truck." I was told that once it arrives in the store, it then has to be "scanned into the system."

    Long story short, it took 23 days from the day of purchase to the day of delivery and installation, when I was told the dishwasher would arrive "in about a week" when I ordered it. Why does it take 3 weeks to deliver and install a dishwasher? Do you tell people it will take "about a week" to get a dishwasher to just get the sale? And why aren't there employees supervising the appliance department all day, when a lot of people from all over town need appliances, which are essential items? I'm very disappointed in Lowe's and will never get an item that requires delivery and installation ever again!

    Lowe's 3rd party delivery service didn't remove the hardware under the refrigerator and it's dragging a screw in my mom's new floor. They won't come to get the screws out and just don't care. The delivery service was horrible to the point corporate had to speak to the store manager. Deal with Menards. You'll come out better.

    I visited store #2589 in Abingdon, MD on 12/9. I was visiting the store because I purchased installation of a microwave which wasn't able to get installed due to a missing bracket. During a conversation with customer care on 12/9, I was told for the first time that I needed to provide proof of purchase so I visited the store for assistance. Nicole, the supervisor in appliances, was very rude and did not want to help me. She yelled at me and walked away from me in the middle of us speaking. We had a screaming match in the middle of the aisles. She acted as if I was the issue. Vince, the assistant store manager, wasn't helpful either. He was unphased about my encounter with Nicole, lacked accountability and never apologized. I will never visit this store again. They misinformed me several times and did not honor what they originally approved.

    ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and nonexistent “customer service”! When you visit the store; no one will offer help or assistance, and if you ask for help, they will get on their little radio and walk away! Call them; you will be placed on hold for nearly 40 minutes and then be disconnected! Call Menards in Richmond or even Home Depot in Lexington… You will talk with somebody! Lowe’s can go to Hell, I will go to Menards and Home Depot.

    LG. Purchased a similar freezer on Black Friday and was provided a December 21, 2024 delivery date (needed no later than 12/24). Received a call from the delivery vendor (not even Lowe’s) on 12/4 advising me the delivery date was being pushed to early February 2025. I was transferred to a Lowe’s representative and advised the delivery date had been changed to 1/17/25 because the product was out of stock. Lowe's customer rep was condescending and rude, insisting I was to blame because I purchased the item at a discount. The rep hung up on me while I was waiting to speak to a supervisor, 25 minutes wasted. Another 40 plus minutes to be offered 10% off an LG comparable freezer that cost $270 more than list price ($324.90 more than purchase price). I believe this is called Bait-and-Switch. So disappointed in Lowe’s and they have lost this customer, not that they seem to care. Very underhanded and unethical business practices.

    In another display of unethical practices, Lowe’s has removed and/or hidden it. Funny, after five (5) attempts to post the same review in substantially the same form and substance, they just make it overly difficult to locate the item in question. Way to set a new LOWE’S form of business practice and avoidance of responsibility.

    Updated on 01/06/2025: DO NOT HIRE LOWE'S INSTALLATION SERVICES. I hired Lowe's Home Improvement Installation Services to install a bathroom floor tile. I was told the floor needed self-leveling and I paid extra for that. Then the installer forgot to do the self-leveling. I noticed that myself, the installer or Lowe's did not volunteer this information until later.

    Initially, Lowe's said everything had been done well. I placed a complaint with the PA attorney general. Then they appointed a customer representative and they are getting a third party to come and inspect the floor. They now acknowledged the leveling was not done. I paid for the service on 09/26/24 and today is 01/06/25 and my bathroom is still pending inspection and finalization, most likely it needs to be redone. More than 3 months my bathroom cannot be finalized pending what happens with the floor. The customer representative has said there is no timeline as to when the third party will do their inspection. Do yourself a favor and never hire these people.

    Original Review: I have had a horrendous experience with them. They charged me extra to do floor leveling and then ended up not leveling the floor in my bathroom at all. Then when they were supposed to come back/review what had happened and fix this in my house they gave me an appointment which was > 3 weeks after the original install day. This means my bathroom has been a mess for over a month now. When this date arrived (and even though I called them the day before and day of supposed inspection) they didn’t show up. I called Lowe’s and they said that was unacceptable but really nothing has been done.

    I spoke to a manager yesterday and they said they would be calling me back today and the manager never called. My bathroom is a mess because of Lowe’s. Please whatever you do do not trust them to do anything in your house. They will mess it up. They hire inexperienced workers that don’t speak English and with whom it is very hard to communicate and when there is a problem it never gets solved. I have told Lowe’s I want my money back and the only thing I can hope for is to have someone else redo everything from scratch. I am sad, frustrated, disappointed I spent >3000 usd on this and my bathroom is still a mess.

    I went into Lowe's to speak with an associate about having all of my windows replaced in my home. The one associate who was there on the phone finally finished his call, hung up and walked off and never returned. I asked another associate who was walking by and he called someone on the radio to help me but they never showed. So I came home and got on Lowes website and filled out the forms for an in home estimate twice and after 5 days I have heard nothing. I don’t get it. How can you sell anything to anyone if you don’t wait on them?

    Lowes does not care about average customers. I have been doing business with Lowes for over 19 years as a homeowner. I just had them install carpet in my previous home in 2023. No issues. I moved in 2023 and purchased a $13K vinyl fence for my new home. I should have known better from the beginning. The process didn't start good. The delivery was the worst. They damaged my driveway. Tried to get that repaired. The installation company told me "It will dissipate over time" or we could give you $150-$200. So now, then the fence is installed. I had one pallet of quick drying cement LEFT OVER, and several feet of fence material LEFT OVER. The amount I over-paid for this waste was/is ridiculous. I asked about receiving a refund for the items not used/needed. Told me we can take them back, but no refund will be issued. Warning number 2. Now, we are into 2024.

    My warranty ended in October 2024. November 2024 - My fence is falling down. I started calling to speak with someone about coming out to assess the problem. Won't believe how many times I had to speak with someone. I was constantly told; you are outside of your warranty. We can send a consultant technician out at your expense. They will let you know how much it will cost you for them to repair the damage. So, I agreed. Someone was supposed to call me on Monday, December 2nd to pay and schedule the appointment. I then get an email on November 27th saying that the ticket was created for the consultant to come on Thursday, December 5th. Then on November 29th I received a cancellation notice.

    I called November 30th to discuss what is going on. Customer Service rep says no one sent you a ticket. We are not seeing it in our notes. I had to forward the messages. He still questioned it. December 2nd, 3rd came and went no call. Then on Wednesday, December 4th the rudest CS rep Francis called me to tell me that Lowes is going to do me a favor and cover the assessment cost of the Consultant Tech. This is outside of our policy to do this for you. But you will pay for the repairs. I say, Lowes does not care about their customers. A $13k fence should not be falling down after 13 months!! I am so hurt about this situation.

    Most of the online orders I make from Lowe's are good as I save 10 percent on the sales price with a military discount. However, the delivery always arrives late. Seems when I purchase the same item straight from the vendor it arrives on time or faster. Not sure if Lowe's saves on shipping or what the problem is? I tend to find the item on lowe's (other big boxes too) and order straight from the manufacturer. Just seems easier when I don’t need to call Lowe's and ask them to find my item.

Local companies are not good. “Sub contractors”. Lowe’s will lose out on my Black Friday electric lawn mower and fuel electric oven! You guys lost out big time for sub contracting to LOUSY Kluge Bros! Denver Colo. And having your managers tell me they would fairly adjust my horrible le experience but the Shawn H says prove it- well watch my Tiktoks!

    Do not purchase anything online from Lowe’s. They double authorize your charges and it ties up all of that money in your bank account for at least 3-5 business days - which is a week during the holidays. I tried to address this with the online chat... made no progress. Then I called and got the overseas call center... made no progress. I'm still trying to figure out how a Black Friday washing machine for $300 turned into $448. Haul off, hook up, and delivery cost half the price of the washing machine??? That plus the fact that military discounts don't apply to appliance purchases anymore. This is my last purchase ever from Lowes.

    I have ordered 12 Pella windows from Lowe's in Jun. 2024. One window has no skirt. Then lowe's asked to contact Pella. Pella said I have go though Lowe's. I have been waiting 2 month for the parts. Later on I found they send me a wrong one in Nov. Window skirt is just a plastic stick. But I can not install it without it. I check my email, I did send a correct info. Then I visited Lowe's for help. However, the Lowe's manager told me I have to re-order, waiting for another 2 month for the winter in Buffalo. He do not seems care and considerate, and he said he will give a plastic sheet cover the window. What is big joke. This stick is easily found and cheap. Neither Pella and Lowe's will help.

    This was the absolute worst customer service/insulation of an appliance ever. 1st washer/dryer had an error code ((meaning machine malfunction). Lowe's customer service said we need a new one. Second washer dryer arrived with massive dent and control panel pushed out. Packaged box crushed. Refuse shipment, then Lowe's sent third washer dryer and installation service. Said there was no water coming in our faucets. Lowe's customer service said we need to hire a plumber. So we hired a plumber and they came and said that the washer dryer was hooked up inaccurately as well as the dryer vents not secured which could cause a house fire. When we call Lowe's customer service for the third time they acted like we were crazy and inappropriate for calling to complain. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    I ordered a new dishwasher on 11/12 and was told I'd be contacted 11/19. On 11/24 I started calling the installation company to see and they were calling the wrong number. I called every day until 11/27 trying to reach out and I kept getting the runaround and no help. On top of the installers not doing their job the person I spoke with was rude and condescending. I canceled my order and got the exact same product at the same price and they scheduled the date immediately. Lowe's installation service is awful.

    Lowe's Service Pros came to measure twice and then abruptly cancelled the order. This was after we visited a location and picked out the flooring. Upon calling to follow-up and get a quote, Lowe's said they'd have to come out a third time since the order had been cancelled. I then got a confirmation date for the third measurement for the wrong day. Called to change it only to be told the date wasn't in their system. What an inefficient system it is. Complete fail.

    My family and I have been in our home for over 6 years now. Our family consists of myself, my husband, our sons and twin daughters. While we may not have a fancy home, it’s ours and we value it and take care of it to the best of our ability. Due to the age of it there have been appliances and other things that have had to be replaced and/or updated. The refrigerator, stove, microwave etc. The most recent of those items consisted of the garbage disposal and the dishwasher. The garbage disposal was replaced in February of this year due to it failing to work and overflow carrying over into the dishwasher. The garbage disposal was replaced, and everything appeared to have been working without a problem.

    We also went a step forward and replaced the dishwasher due to its age and performance and the overflow that had previously occurred prior to the garbage disposals replacement. It was installed by Lowe's installation company “Crume Installation” in May of this year 3 months after the garbage disposal was replaced. Prior to the appliances being replaced we had already moved items from under the sink such as extra bags and cleaning supplies and relocated them into the laundry room area. Which ultimately meant there was no longer a need for us to go under the sink anymore for anything. In October we noticed water on the floor in front of the kitchen sink, but it looked as if it was possibly water from where the kids completed their chores and left water on the floor so out of habit, we just cleaned it up. But it began to happen more and more and eventually resulted in us reaching out to restoration\repair company that specialized in potential water damage.

    After surveying the property and damage they informed us of massive amounts of water coming from under the sink and that had damaged the cabinets and flooring. It had also resulted in built-up moisture behind the cabinets and potentially the walls and arose concerns of mold. It was after this that we felt the need to file a claim with “Travelers” our insurance company, which was denied. According to their adjuster the cabinet area is an accessible area and we should have noticed what was going. We also reached out to the plumber and Lowes and their installation company whom all have denied liability for the damages. We’ve reached out to other plumbers to rectify the damage, but we have been informed that if they touch anything the warranty associated with the products and services will be rendered invalid by the other companies involved.

    We desperately need the damages fixed for the safety of our family and for us to get back to normal day to day activities. We have not been able to utilize our sink, nor the garbage disposal and we fear every single day that one of us could end up sick from the mold possibly lingering under the sink. We have considered selling our home to an investor but right now are looking towards taking legal actions as I am certain that this is happening to multiple families that pay for insurance and are denied claims when needed the most. I strongly urge others to avoid purchasing anything from Lowe's and/or DO NOT use them for installation services and DO NOT use Travelers as a mortgage insurance provider.     I purchase a Midea refrigerator the end of September. Everything looked great when delivered. I then went and purchased a large amount of groceries as we just moved into a new home. That evening I went to get a bowl of ice cream and the ice cream was melted. This was on a Saturday evening so I called Lowe’s in the morning and they said that I would have to come back into store and purchase another one and then the new refrigerator would be delivered on that Monday. ALL OF MY FOOD WAS SPOILED. I spent a few weeks with customer service asking to have some of my food replaced and I had even purchased the extended warranty and I was refused as I did not save my receipt. This was totally ridiculous....

    Worse Lowe’s with the worse, male Manager, Dee at Customer Service. I am a senior and tried to return a brand new unopened power screwdriver with the receipt, but the manager, Dee with the pink shirt would not let me return it. He said they have a 90-day policy to return items but it did not say that anywhere on the receipt. The manager Dee pointed to the return policy that is posted up high on the wall on the way out from Returns. The sign is too hard to see, it is not where you pay. I told the manager I cannot see that and he smirked and said, “I can”. So he would not let me have my money back even though policy is not in the receipt, made no exception.

    The only nice person there was the ** male clerk, I’m not ** but he was the only one who treated me like a human being, but I could tell he did not have any power over, Dee. The female older lady just stared at me and made eyes at me when I was speaking to the manager. I was not treated fairly and their policy is a trick, because you cannot see the sign after you check yourself out, you don’t exit through the return desk. I was told by one of their clerks that was the right tool to put a chair together, but the chair came with an L wrench and I didn’t need it after all. With the way grocery prices are right now, we could have used the money back. Not fair to customers at this store.

    This month, (Nov 24) I purchased a new wall oven at a price of $2701. The oven was installed THREE days after delivery by a person of my choosing. The oven FAILS to reach the proper temperature. I notified the appliance department where purchased of this issue. There was no solution except to be told to use the Convection side to heat the oven. I contacted the local Customer Service Department supervisor. Both of the people that I contacted told me the following. NONE of which was told to me at the purchase time. Item 1: If you purchase the item using a Lowe's Card, a.k.a. Credit card, then Lowe's will send someone to fix the issue. I paid for the item cash via debit card. Item 2: The item may be returned but only within 48 hours after delivery. Note above when I had it installed.

    Item 3: If you purchase an extended warranty, (which is nothing more than an attempt at upselling you so that person can get a commission), at the time of purchase, then Lowe's will send someone to fix the issue. Item 4: If you use the installer that Lowe's recommends, then they will fix the issue. Another kickback scheme. All also said to contact the manufacturer. I did. They wanted $$ to come and look at the oven. If they found something, then they would fix it. If not, then there was the charge. So, I put my faith in someone from KitchenAid to look at an issue. Guaranteed that they will find nothing wrong so that KitchenAid does not have to pay someone to fix the issue. I then paid the charge as nothing will be found wrong. So, now I have a 3 week old brand new oven that does not work. Note that I was not told any of the items during purchase that would require Lowe's to fix the issue. All would have been some sort of upcharge.

    Whether it be interest on a Lowe's card, an up sale for an extended warranted, a kickback for using their recommended installer, or perhaps returning the item within 48 hours. Oh, and BTW, military folks who normally get a 10% discount on Lowe's purchases, no longer do for appliances. Another thing that Lowe's failed to communicate. I wonder if anyone would like a white turkey for Thanksgiving, as I can assure you that this oven will not brown the bird. My recommendation is, if you must purchase from Lowe's Hardware, please be mindful of the things above. I spend over $3000.00 at my local Lowe's this month alone. And, overall, I am a good customer. I purchased both a microwave oven from them and a dishwasher this year. Also, I contacted their Headquarters in Charlotte, NC and received the same Corporate line. I recommend that you save your money and shop elsewhere. I have made my last purchase with them.

    If I could give zero stars, that would be the most accurate rating. We bought a refrigerator from Lowes on September 2, 2024, the delivery was set out for 2 weeks out. We get a phone call the week of the delivery stating that our fridge is on back order and will be delivered November 17. We then get a call 3 weeks later that it would be delivered on November 29. We then get another call that it would not be until January 27. Meanwhile on their website they are showing deliveries of two weeks from the date of purchase. Their customer department is worthless, you call them and no resolution. Might as well just get AI and replace them all, I've had better customer service at Bojangles. In summary, they are definitely doing false advertisement. If anyone can refer a good attorney, I will be on the lookout. This is a great lawsuit, we have many screenshot of their promotions.

    I purchased a fridge, a dryer and a Samsung washer from Lowe’s in August. I didn’t notice the squeaking of the washer in the spin cycle until their technicians set it up unfortunately for me outside the 48 hour return window. So today 3 months and 20 phone calls and 8 repair technicians later and still no working washer, Karen, their operations manager, told me “there aren’t any exceptions” and it’s “not our fault” and I am “stuck” with the washer. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWE’S.

    I purchased a side by side Frigidaire Refrigerator in February of this year. Within 60 days, one of the shelves broke. Within 4 months (into summer and high humidity) it was clear the doors weren't sealing tight and the condensation was on every shelf, accumulating water in the tray underneath the fridge causing leakage and causing my food to mold and spoil... and the ice and water panel was on the fritz. I did what I was supposed to and contacted Frigidaire due to the manufacturer's warranty and after multiple calls, emails, and even an eventual repair visit, nothing was done.

    The notes from the repair visit were for the wrong house so there never was follow up or repair (the door is faulty), Frigidaire can't find another repair company, and I'm left with a 9 month old refrigerator that won't keep my food cold. I asked Lowe's for help and they referred me back to Frigidaire (even with the explanation of what I've been through and forwarding of the email thread from Frigidaire). Lowe's apparently doesn't back the products they sell and doesn't care if their customers deal with this lack of support from the companies of the products they sell. Do not buy anything from Lowe's. This was the Saratoga Springs NY store.

    A vanity was purchased in October 2024 from Lowe's. I did not realize that it was damaged until I unwrapped it to have the contractor install it for me. Unfortunately, the contractor is standing in front of me. If he didn't install it today (now), I would have been out $300 for today and an additional $300 to have him come back and install it. I immediately took pictures (see attached) and phoned Lowe's customer service. I was transferred to their Pro Team. I am unable to obtain a full refund if I keep the damaged vanity. I was only offered a 10% discount, and they will not cover the shipping charges because the item was delivered (damaged, but it was delivered).

    I offered to send pictures, but they didn’t want to hear any of that. I asked to speak to the manager and the associate said she could only chat online with the manager, and that the manager would not be able to speak with me. And she said that if I insist on speaking with the manager, the manager will rescind the offer of a 10% refund! I was mortified when I heard that! I have never heard of such a thing! The manager would not even come to the phone to speak to me. Who does this! I am still baffled even as I am writing. And we even used a Lowe's gift card. I am so deflated right now, I can't believe this is how this issue was resolved.

    There were 3 salesmen in the appliance area in the afternoon of Nov. 20 and none of them could help me even though there was no other customer. One just said "I don't know. You can look online". Then offered to let me use the computer. What a smart alec! 3 useless people who had no reason to be there but to upset the customer who was ready to buy a stove. This was on Nov 20 in South Antioch store. This prompted me to go to Home Depot next door.

    I have been a loyal Lowe’s customer for years. I’m not in construction, therefore I’m not a big spender, but I do all of my home and most of my lawn care shopping there. Most of the sales associates are rude and worthless. I’ve found it’s pointless to ask for assistance, because they can provide none, but this is nothing new. They’re so bad, my husband truly loathes shopping there, so takes his business to Home Depot, and he spends a lot more than I do.

    The only reason I’m taking the time to even write a review is because of my experience in trying to exchange an item. I paid cash, didn’t think to keep my receipt, so they couldn’t verify my purchase by looking up my credit card transactions. Well, without a receipt, I have no proof that I made my purchase there, which I understand to a point. But I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a simple exchange; I mistakenly bought a stain in oak vs mahogany.

    They practically accused me of theft and refused to assist me. I’d forgotten that they’ve treated my daughter the same, and she works in law enforcement! And we live in a small area that hasn’t been victim to big city theft. I was just there to purchase furnace filters, and compared prices to Amazon. I could save quite a bit, buying from Amazon, but still gave them my business, trying to help out the brick and mortar stores. I might rethink supporting them in the future. It’s a pretty sad state we’re living in these days.

    Purchased 2 American Standard toilets and had a plumber install one. It was horrible. Brought the 2nd one back and purchased 2 Kohler toilets. Told them plumber will return in 2 weeks and returning that one. All we did was flushed toilet paper and not personally used. It doesn’t flush the paper unless it is dropped directly into the water.

    Was called back by David ** the store manager in Tarpon Springs FL. He told me that I cannot return the 2nd one. He asked how much we pd and advised $202.29 for it and he offered me $25.00 dollars and to dispose of it. My husband is a Lowe’s card holder and military. We have made very large purchases within the last 2 months. This is insulting and when I didn’t agree to his offer he hung up. He is a terrible manager to just hang up when the conversation didn’t go well. My husband is 75 and I’m 73. Will be doing the rest of my purchases at Home Depot, they actually help their customers and always available to help and explain.

    I would like to tell those my favorite story about you. You always keep older plants that are perennials and allow true gardeners to buy them and you don't throw them away like home Depot does and I want you to know that it is one of the ways I afforded a lot of food because I could buy the plants that were a little bit beaten up but I could still make it work, lots of fertilizer, lots of love and I was able to have plants when I really couldn't afford it.     I ordered a Pella sliding door on October 16 with the promise that it would be delivered within 28 days. When I had heard nothing for 33 days, I went online to Lowe's Check Order Status. Unexpectedly, my order could not be located, by order # or phone #. I then went to the Lowe's store and inquired at Customer Service. The order could not be found in Lowe's records either. After a few different managers investigated, I was told that the door "had been ordered" despite no record of that and that it would be delivered within a week. No guarantee or proof was offered. When I requested a refund instead, I was told that my credit card had not yet been charged. In spite of showing my receipt, I had to return home to print out my credit card purchase documentation and return to the store to be very reluctantly given a refund. BEWARE of placing a special order at Lowe's.

    Do not purchase Klein tools from them if you have to return because of damaged or faulty, they make you go through Klein directly. Every other vendor that sells Klein warranties them right there in store like Home Depot used to, such a joke. I’ll never buy anything from Lowe’s again.

    Have been trying to get two doors installed for few months now, been getting the run around by incompetent people, the person who came to measure selected wrong swing of door, have taken two days off of work so far for alleged Install, been to Lowes store many times dealing with a person who needs a new profession, no updates from lowes, 1st time cancel hour before get here, 2nd time wrong door, 3rd time no answers. On top of add on costs for things that don't even need to be done such as removing siding, just salesman trying to get commission for fake add ons. Lowes is horrible, even Installers who came told me door was wrong and the add on were not needed, home depot here I come. Two weeks later still no communication on door that's already paid for over $4000

    Unsatisfied. Traumatic first time large home purchase to update home. First off be aware you're not dealing with just one company. Lowe's is just the salesman. Installation is a different company. The windows are made by a different company. The customer support team is like 4 different departments and their computer systems does not coordinate with one another. Every call is a new and separate report. One hand has no idea what the other hand is doing. Everyone is remorseful and clueless. Empathy is their moto. But you still have to do the footwork to get to the right department to get your resolutions.

    Once installed Lowes basically takes no action or accountability for anything. But their main sales pitch is that they are point of contact and will be by your side every step of the way. Moral of story: you get what you pay for. Not looking for the day I need help to replace a window on the lifetime transferable warranty. (That was a selling point I definitely took into consideration.) But after it took 1 year to get every window replaced I can only imagine the trouble I'll go through I the future.

    Not well insulated, I have gnat bugs on the inside, window seal and curtains that are coming through tiny holes of the plastic frame. My Lowe's representative has change multiple of times and now don't even follow up or respond. It's crazy. I think I was very patient and compassionate through the whole process, to just be left in the dirt like this is hurtful.

    I placed an order for a door on September 23rd at the west Orlando Lowe’s at 8700 Colonial Drive. The door was expected to be in in one week. After several delays with no explanation for the delay I still don’t have the door on November 14th. It is now holding up the entire project. I have called the store six times with no results. Most of the time no one answers the phone. When they do answer they don’t know when the door will be delivered. They have sent several emails saying there is a delay and will I accept the delay. When I hit the accept button it says there is an error in their system, they can’t accept my acceptance and I’ll have to call. When I call they don't know when the door will be delivered. Worst customer service ever.

    I ordered doors several months ago. They call every week saying waiting for doors to come in & finally when they come in the installer calls on day of installation & says door was damaged. I would not recommend Lowe's for any home installation purchases. Customer service in-house & on the phone is unorganized & does not care about customer! Lowe's doesn’t support customer satisfaction! I would rate zero.
